- 0:08If we've learned anything from these past couple of years, my fellow Americans is that personal medical freedom and liberty are in crisis.
- 0:19American Pulse brings together the top experts in health care related fields to keep you up beaten ahead.
- 0:30Hello, ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:32This is Dr.
- 0:33Clayton J.
- 0:34Baker MD on the America Outloud Pulse program on the America Outloud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 0:43Well, if you've been following me for the past few weeks, you'll be well aware that an awful lot is going on in a short period of time on the geoengineering front.
- 0:55The awareness of geoengineering is exploding.
- 0:59The outrage toward this poisoning and pollution of our environment of our entire planet is becoming aware and is becoming obvious to the point where awareness is growing to the average citizen.
- 1:16Furthermore, we have seen a tremendous amount of activism, both online and directly involved with Congress here in the United States to take action to put a stop to it.
- 1:32There's a number of interesting developments I would like to go through with you today that have happened over the past week since the last time we spoke.
- 1:42Some of them bad, some of them good, some of them promising.
- 1:47And we're going to work through them today.
- 2:02And I started becoming publicly active and a bit of an activist during the COVID era.
- 2:13And one thing that became clear to me around 2022-2023 was the huge increase in the amount of geoengineering activity going on over our heads where I live and essentially everywhere.
- 2:30If you follow on Twitter, if you follow on Facebook, if you follow on Instagram, if you follow on TikTok, you'll see that people are posting worldwide on this phenomenon.
- 2:46The layperson's word that's often used is chemtrails.
- 2:50This is a term which, as we have talked about before, is oftentimes used to dismiss people as conspiracy theorists.
- 4:07When that ends, or when that is unsuccessful, the ploy is to state that it's only research that's being done when in fact it's an all-out project.
- 4:21When the government tells you that they're considering something, it means they're already doing it much of the time.
- 4:27When they tell you they're only doing research, it means they're doing full-on implementation.
- 4:33We have seen that with gain of function research.
- 4:36There are literally hundreds of gain of function research laboratories in the United States, hundreds more funded by the United States in other countries, and still hundreds more throughout the world.
- 4:49Gain of function militarization, weaponization of infectious agents is going on worldwide.
- 4:58It's going on very widely here in the United States, despite the current administration's efforts.
- 5:04And it is now not denied, but is it instead simply being called research?
- 5:10We're trying to find out about these pathogens.
- 5:13No, you're not.
- 5:14You're really trying to weaponize them, you're turning them into weapons, and as we saw with COVID, those weapons have been unleashed on more than one occasion against the population at large of the entire world.
- 5:27Geoengineering is very much the same thing.
- 5:30If you can get people to admit that the government is involved or that NGOs are involved, they will simply say, well, we're considering it, or we're studying it, or we're modeling it, or we are doing some experiments.
- 5:44And yet now it's absolutely unmistakable.
- 5:46We can't go a day without seeing criss-cross lines in the sky that are clearly not water vapor vapor.
- 5:54They are clearly massive amounts of particulate matter being sprayed upon us to create artificial cloud cover and to put metal particulate matter, other chemicals such as sulfur dioxide and sulfuric acid and high-tech materials such as graphene oxide and potentially nanobots into the atmosphere.
- 6:22They eventually drift down to ground level, they get in the water, they get in the soil, they get into us.
- 6:29That, ladies and gentlemen, is geoengineering in a nutshell when it comes to the spraying and the particulate matter.
- 6:36On top of that, there is the electromagnetic frequency activity that is going on worldwide.
- 6:44There is the harp and other ionosphoric heaters that have been present for many decades.
- 6:52And as we've discussed in earlier episodes, this is reaching kind of a fever pitch at this point in time.
- 7:00We have seen the weaponization of weather in the United States in the form of Hurricane Helene, in the form of Hurricane Milton, in the form of the mystic camp deaths of the young ladies in Texas.
- 7:16And now we are seeing these massive, massive biblical level floods in the Pacific Northwest.
- 7:22It's time that we all stand up and demand this to be stopped.
- 7:26It's not all being done by private corporations.
- 7:29Much of it is being done by our own military.
- 7:32And it is time to demand that it stop before our environment is completely destroyed.
- 7:40With that introduction, I'm going to mention a negative development that happened just today.
- 8:20They have been molded together.
- 8:24And unfortunately, today it went through the Senate with a vote of 77 to 20.
- 8:31It's going to the president's desk, and by all accounts, it's likely that the president will sign it into law.
- 8:39This bill includes a reported 15.4 billion dollars for geoengineering.
- 8:46There has been some outcry regarding the fact that it has had, I believe, 800 million dollars in funding for Ukraine.
- 8:58It has had 650 million additional dollars in funding for Israel, as well as several other projects separate from that to provide weapons to Israel, which Representative Thomas Massey pointed out.
- 9:13And unfortunately, it looks like this is going to be signed into law.
- 9:26However, there are some interesting new developments, some interesting positive developments that have come out in the last day or two that I would like to discuss in detail as well.
- 9:40One of these is the fact that Russ Voigt, who is the budgetary chief of the Trump administration, tweeted last night that I quote his tweet here, the National Science Foundation.
- 10:00Will be breaking up the National Center for Atmospheric Research, NCAR in Boulder, Colorado.
- 10:07This facility is one of the largest sources of climate alarmism in the country.
- 10:12A comprehensive review is underway, and any vital activities such as weather research will be moved to another entity or location.
- 10:22And he puts a link to a USA Today article, which I'd like to spend a minute discussing with you.
- 10:30And the USA Today article was updated today at approximately noon.
- 10:37And it is entitled Trump Moves to Dismantle Major U.S.
- 10:42Climate Research Center in Colorado.
- 10:45And I will read a little bit about it.
- 10:47The Trump administration is moving to dismantle the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Colorado, according to a senior White House official taking aim at one of the world's leading climate research labs.
- 11:00Trump officials have circled the federally funded research institution based in Boulder, Colorado, as a hub for, quote, federal climate alarmism, unquote, after it was established decades earlier in 1960 for research in atmospheric chemistry and physical meteorology.
- 11:20The administration plans to identify and eliminate what it calls, quote, green new scam research activities during an upcoming review of the center, according to the White House, while open quote vital functions, close quote, such as weather modeling and supercomputing will be moved to another entity or location.
- 11:41The White House build the restructuring as a return to the National Center for Atmospheric Research's original focus.
- 11:49Russ Voigt, director of the White House Office of Management and Budget said in a statement to USA Today, the National Science Foundation will be breaking up the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado.
- 12:03The facility is one of the largest sources of climate alarmism in the country.
- 12:08A comprehensive review is underway, and any vital activities such as weather research will be moved to another entity or location.
- 12:15Efforts to dissolve the NCAR will begin immediately, with the plan being to fully close the center's Mesa Laboratory in Boulder.
- 12:26It comes after President Trump has also pushed massive cuts to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, or NOAA, eliminating the agency's Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research and ending its funding for its climate, weather, and ocean laboratories and cooperative institutes.
- 12:47The National Center for Atmospheric Research's staff is made up of about 830 employees who are part of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, a nonprofit consortium of more than 130 colleges and universities focused on research and training in Earth System Sciences.
- 13:07It is unclear how many jobs and programs the dismantling could affect.
- 13:12The National Science Foundation, an independent federal agency contracts, the University Consortium to manage the center.
- 13:20The NSF provided 123 million to the National Center for Atmospheric Research in the 2025 fiscal year, according to Science Magazine, accounting for about half the center's budget.
- 13:34In addition to the Mesa Laboratory, the National Center for Atmospheric Research operates two aircraft for atmospheric research and manages a federally owned supercomputing center in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
- 13:47The White House pointed to UCAR's woke direction, signaling out several initiatives Trump officials said were wasteful and frivolous.
- 13:58The flagged programs include a rising voices center for indigenous and earth sciences that seeks to make the sciences more welcoming, inclusive, and justice centered, an art series aimed at building our relationship with water through mediums such as recycled materials, photography, oil paintings, and more, and research into wind turbines that seek to better understand and predict the impact of weather conditions and claim claim changing climate on offshore wind production.
- 14:30Trump regularly refers to climate change as a hoax or con job, even though the vast majority of scientists, according to USA Today, say climate change is real and have raised alarm over rising temperatures.
- 14:43The move to break up the National Center for Atmospheric Research comes after the Trump administration earlier in the day announced the cancellation of 109 million environmentally focused transportation grants in Colorado that sought to boost electric vehicles, rail improvements, and research into hydrogen and natural gas powered trains.
- 15:03It goes on to have Gerald Paulis, the governor of Colorado, describe his outrage over this.
- 15:13And it goes on to talk about how utterly vital this facility is supposedly is.
- 15:22So, where does that leave us right now?
- 15:25It's a bit uncertain, but I have to say that the fact that this woke center of climate research, if you will, is the fact that it's a target of the Trump administration, I think is a hopeful sign.
- 15:42And I'll tell you why for two reasons.
- 15:44First of all, because whenever an organization within the federal government, certainly an NGO funded by the federal government, says that they are simply doing research.
- 15:59As I pointed out before, it almost always means that they're actually actively engaged in implementation of whatever their project is.
- 16:08Furthermore, the woke and climate change mentality, if you will, or philosophy behind geoengineering, is apt to take a hit with the defunding of this center.
- 16:30So what I would like to do is go to break and we'll come back and we'll talk a little bit about what that means and what it means at this consortium of up to 130 colleges and universities that have been funding climate research, so-called, uh, may be losing this funding.
- 16:52So we'll be back in just a few moments after these messages.
- 16:56This is Dr.
- 16:57Clayton J.
- 16:58Baker MD on the America Outloud Pulse Program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 17:07We wouldn't go a day without washing our hands, brushing our teeth, and washing our nose.
- 17:12Well, wait, we wash our nose.
- 17:14Yes, the number one place where bacteria, viruses, and pollen enter the body is through the nose.
- 17:19So the average person breathes over 23,000 times a day.
- 17:23That's 23,000 opportunities for bacteria, viruses, and irritants to get into your nose and make you sick.
- 17:29For an extra layer of protection, wash your nose with clear.
- 17:33That is clear, X L E A R.
- 17:36Clear's drug-free nasal spray features xylitol, an ingredient proven to block adhesion of many nasty bacteria and viruses, and effectively clean, not just rinse like a saline, but wash your nose.
- 17:49Clear nasal spray quickly alleviates congestion, opens your airway, and ensures your body's natural defenses are strong.

- 18:07Are you eating like your health depends on it?
- 18:09Because it does.
- 18:09Most of the beef and grocery stores today come from industrial feed loss where animals are pumped with hormones, vaccines, and now even experimental MRA technology.
- 18:17You won't see it on the label, but it's there.
- 18:19Wellness farms, eat like your health depends on it.

- 20:05News is that place to awaken your heart, soul, and mind to the Alpha.
- 20:19Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
- 20:21This is Dr.
- 20:21Clayton J.
- 20:22Baker MD on the America Out Loud Post Pulse program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty, and Justice for All.
- 20:32On our first segment, we mentioned the bad news from today that the National Defense Authorization Act, this 900 billion dollar funding bill for our military, easily passed the Senate and is going to the president's desk.
- 20:53The information that I have suggests that it will be signed by the president into law from the standpoint of anti-geoengineering, folks like myself, the $15.4 billion that are earmarked for geoengineering is a tremendous problem.
- 21:12Other people take exception to the continued excessive funding of other countries, including Ukraine and Israel.
- 21:21There are so many things to dislike about this bill, even setting aside its absolutely mammoth size.
- 21:30But I'm going to try to be as positive as I can today and get back to the second topic that we covered, which is the decision on the part of the Trump administration announced yesterday by Office of Budget Management Director Russ Voigt that the National Center for Atmospheric Research or NCAR is going to be broken up.
- 21:56And one of my sources sent me some information about what NCAR really is.
- 22:05We heard the viewpoint of the author of the article in USA Today a little bit about it, but let's get a little bit more on what NCAR is.
- 22:18So what is NCAR?
- 22:20The National Center for Atmospheric Research, or NCAR is a federally funded research and development center sponsored by the National Science Foundation in the United States.
- 22:32It's located in Boulder, Colorado.
- 22:35It was established in 1960, and its stated primary mission is to advance understanding of the Earth's atmosphere and related systems through collaborative research modeling and observations.
- 22:50NCAR provides supercomputing resources, aircraft, and other tools to scientists studying weather, climate, air quality, and space weather.
- 22:59I'm not sure what space weather is, but it's listed here.
- 23:03It collaborates with universities, government agencies like NOAA and international partners to conduct atmospheric and Earth system science research.
- 23:14NCAR's connection to geoengineering is as follows.
- 23:18Geoengineering, also known as climate engineering, refers to large scale interventions in the Earth's climate system to counteract global warming, such as solar radiation management or carbon dioxide removal.
- 23:32NCAR plays a significant role in researching the potential risks, benefits, and feasibility of geoengineering techniques, particularly those involving atmospheric modifications.
- 23:48Going on, it says that solar geoengineering focus is part of NCAR's efforts.
- 23:54NCAR has led efforts in modeling stratospheric atmospheric injection, SAI, a form of solar radiation management, where sulfur dioxide or similar particles are injected into the stratosphere to reflect sunlight and cool the planet.
- 24:08For instance, they've developed the stratospheric aerosol geoengineering large ensemble or GLENS project, which simulates various geoengineering scenarios using the community earth system model to assess impacts on climate precipitation and ecosystems.
- 24:27I'm going to stop right there to say I consider myself to be an educated person, and I have a hard time understanding what the heck that means.
- 24:36I will say this that whenever people say that they are simulating things, or whether they say that they are modeling things, or whether they are studying things, the reality is almost always that these really means is they are implementing them, or they are working closely with the people that are implementing them.
- 25:03I don't buy for one second, and I would submit that nobody should buy for one second that these people are not actively involved in the spraying that's going on over our heads every single day.
- 25:16They may not have the planes to do it themselves, but they sound like a nerve center behind this.
- 25:22I don't want sulfur dioxide in the upper atmosphere.
- 25:25Sulfur dioxide in the upper atmosphere becomes sulfuric acid.
- 25:29Sulfuric acid, of course, is the primary acid that was involved in the acid rain issue of the 1970s.
- 25:36And that was coming from either geothermal events like volcanoes or from industrial pollution.
- 25:47What's happened is that over the years they realized that those types of previously thought to be undesirable forms of air pollution were in fact desirable to them because they are on this bent that they want to stop global warming, and therefore they want to essentially take our nice clear sky and turn it into a cloudy mess.
- 26:32Guidelines and evaluations in collaboration with NOAA and other institutions, NCAR scientists have proposed frameworks for evaluating solar geoengineering proposals, emphasizing ethical scientific and governance considerations.
- 26:46Really?
- 26:46Okay, so what does that mean?
- 26:49If nothing's being done, I mean, we look over our heads, and this is being done all the time.
- 26:53We know it's being done.
- 26:54So we know that this is nonsense.
- 26:57We know that this is cover-up.
- 26:59This is a fig leaf for what's already being done at best, or it's actually people directing it at worst.
- 27:05This includes guidelines for safe research into SAI to minimize unintended consequences like changes in regional weather patterns or ozone depletion.
- 27:15We already have tremendous amounts of data gathered by independent researchers that the ozone layers being depleted by this.
- 27:27Simulations and partial solutions.
- 27:29NCAR's work highlights that geoengineering is not a complete fix for climate change, but could serve as a temporary measure alongside emissions reductions.
- 27:39The simulations explore how geoengineering might affect global temperatures, extreme weather, and the Paris Agreement's two degrees Celsius goal using advanced computational models to predict outcomes.
- 27:51Overall, NCAR's involvement in geoengineering is centered on scientific modeling and risk assessment rather than implication implementation, aiming to inform policy and ensure any future applications are based on robust evidence.
- 28:06It's part of broader efforts to address climate challenges, but research researchers stress it's no substitute for reducing greenhouse gas admissions.
- 28:16Emissions, excuse me, greenhouse gas emissions.
- 28:19So, first of all, let's go back and break down that last, that last um paragraph.
- 28:27NCAR's involvement in geoengineering is centered on scientific modeling and risk assessment rather than implementation.
- 28:35Well, we saw what models do, haven't we?
- 28:38Saw that during COVID.
- 28:39We saw when Neil Ferguson, one of the great shyster modelers in modern computational history, told us that there was going to be a 3% death rate in the United States due to COVID.
- 28:54That model got us a several year disaster.
- 29:00Robust evidence and modeling are not the same thing.
- 29:04Secondly, I think that it's very important to note that NCAR is in a situation where I think me thinks they doth protest too much because they're basically denying that they're actually involved in this.
- 29:20We look over our heads, we see it every single day in absolutely intense amounts, and they're acting like it doesn't exist.
- 29:28They're acting like we're just doing it on the computer.
- 29:31None of this none of this makes sense.
- 29:35And then finally, we look at this and we say they're taking it as established fact that the Paris Agreement's two degrees Celsius goal is something that has to be done.
- 29:48And they also state that reduction in emissions is absolutely essential to the survival of the planet.
- 29:58Meanwhile,
- 30:00The movement currently of this uh certainly of the current administration, but I think even worldwide has shifted dramatically in part because people who were formerly fully on board with this climate change zero, you know, net zero or die uh mindset, which is described right here, have realized that A, they can't get their AI data centers up if they go net zero.
- 30:29And B, if they run countries like England or Germany, they see that the people are all going to freeze to death in the winter.
- 30:36And so the whole underpinning of this of these Paris Accord viewpoints and so on is being shown to be at best impractical and at worst an absolute fabrication.
- 30:50So we can see right here why the Trump administration is looking to dismantle NCAR.
- 31:02The other reason I think is it's this involvement in this university consortium, which we will hopefully get to a bit later.
- 31:09I have some more information from my sources on NCAR.
- 31:14And it says that NCAR is actively involved in research on solar radiation management and stratospheric aerosol injection through modeling and simulation products, but there are no indications of active field experiments involving actual atmospheric aerosol injections or deployments as of December 2025.
- 31:33Now, I don't know if they're saying that they're not doing it themselves.
- 31:36They may be directing other people to do it, but sure as hell it's happening over our heads, isn't it?
- 31:41Their work focuses on computational assessments to understand potential impacts, risk, feasibility, often in collaboration with other institutions like NOAA, WCRP, and GOMIP.
- 31:55Um here's a breakdown of key ongoing programs.
- 32:00Horizon SAI, assessing responses and impacts of solar intervention on the earth system with stratospheric aerosol injection.
- 32:09It says this is a major active project using the community earth system model with the whole atmosphere community climate model to simulate SAI scenarios.
- 32:20And again, I I just listen look at this and I say, what kind who do they think they're kidding?
- 32:27Their simulation means nothing.
- 32:30The implementation of SAI is going on over our heads every single day, all day and night.
- 32:41Who do they think they're kidding?
- 32:44If they're not doing it, someone else is doing it.
- 32:47And if they're worried about it being something that is potentially harmful, they shouldn't just be running a computer model while it actually is going on over their heads.
- 32:58They should be speaking up.
- 32:59But they're not doing that, are they?
- 33:01So to me, this looks increasingly like a fig leaf.
- 33:04We're spending hundreds of millions of dollars for people to tell us we're thinking about doing this, maybe we might do this.
- 33:10Let's do some more computer models.
- 33:12Meanwhile, somebody else is spraying us to death every single day.
- 33:16Here's an interesting one.
- 33:17Recent activities, 2025, numerous publications this year analyzing outcomes such as effects on ocean circulation, crop yields, for example, maize in the United States, agriculture in India, regional climate, for example, West Africa, South Asia, malaria transmission, and stratospheric dynamics.
- 33:38Well, who wrote this?
- 33:39First of all, because nobody calls corn maize in the United States.
- 33:44So this wasn't even written by an American.
- 33:46This was probably written by someone in the UK.
- 33:49Secondly, examples include studies on preventing Atlantic meridional overturning circulation decline and comparing worm spells under SAI 21 glens.
- 34:03I have no idea what that means.
- 34:05Again, it says NCAR contributes to this international effort comparing geoengineering models, including SAI and other SRM methods.
- 34:14Again, it's happening, ladies and gentlemen.
- 34:16It's happening over our heads every single day.
- 34:18All you got to do is look up in the sky and see it.
- 34:22And you smell it when it comes down to ground level, and you can breathe it in.
- 34:27And this organization that we're spending hundreds of millions of dollars is telling us that it's all on the computer.
- 34:36And then again, they deny that they're actually doing anything active, no active field campaigns specifically for SAI or SRM aerosols in 2025 efforts are observational.
- 34:47For example, using existing data sets.
- 34:50Well, where did they get these existing data sets or modeling base?
- 34:55So there's existing data sets.
- 34:56That means somebody's spraying.
- 34:58They're not spraying, but somebody is.
- 36:40So at any rate, this their explanation for what they do is so obviously untrue that I can say at the very least we can save a little money by closing them down.

- 39:02This is a McCullough report, and I'm Dr.
- 39:03Peter McCullough.
- 39:04But I want to put in a word about the bear bar.
- 39:08The bear bar, and we feature bare bar products on the America Out Loud Shop website.
- 39:13So go to America Loud Shop and get your discount.
- 39:16You are going to want to try the bear bar.
- 39:18Get a whole box.
- 39:20The flavors include the original, turmeric, spicy, and herb.
- 39:25Now, these are all natural, uh, no GMOs, no artificial ingredients whatsoever.
- 39:32They're carefully baked and made uh in a facility in San Diego, California, under the watch of uh Brian Bowers, who I personally know.
- 39:42So these are, in a sense, handcrafted.
- 39:45Uh they have great ingredients and all the natural ingredients uh that your body is gonna want.
- 39:51Now they're not a sweet bar.
- 39:53Uh they are savory, meaning when you eat them, you get a great sense of satisfaction.
- 39:59I told Matt.
- 40:00On our last show.
- 40:02You get a sense of feeling healthy when you eat the bear bar.
- 40:07I think one of the best applications is crumble it up and you can put it on a salad, for instance, probably the best salad topper I think I've ever had.
- 40:16And uh, but you certainly can eat it as a snack.
- 40:19Uh Malcolm likes to eat them right before I come on our show.
- 40:22No wonder he's in uh such a good mood when he comes on with me on America Hot Loud Pulse.
- 40:28So when you eat a bear bar, this is not like any other energy or power bar.
- 40:33This is uh healthy.
- 40:35Check them out, go to America Out Loud shop uh and then search for the bear bar.
- 40:40Order a box.
- 40:41I I'd suggest order a box for each one of the flavors now.
- 40:45So you get a uh sense of uh what they are, non-GMO, gluten-free.
- 40:51That's important for me.
- 40:52I'm gluten-free.
- 40:53I know I can have any one of the bear bars.
- 40:55So let's get real.
- 40:56Let's get loud on America Loud Talk Radio.
- 41:04Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
- 41:06This is Dr.
- 41:06Clayton J.
- 41:07Baker on the America Out Loud Pulse program on the America Outloud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 41:17Well, in our last segment, we did some background study on the National Center for Atmospheric Research, aka NCAR, which the Trump administration just stated they are going to be dismantling.
- 41:35The justification presented by Office of Budget Management director Russ Voigt was that more or less that the NCAR organization had drifted too far from its stated mission, and that it needed to be shut down, and its essential functions needed to be moved elsewhere.
- 42:01It appears that there's been a tremendous amount of pearl clutching and hand wringing on the part of the woke climate change scientists involved.
- 42:15And it appears that when we did a deep dive as during the last segment about what the stated functions of this organization, NCAR are said to be, it's pretty clear that they're utterly ridiculous.
- 42:31It's that they're false because what they are claiming is we essentially do modeling of potential stratospheric atmosphere injection and solar radiation management projects.
- 42:47They would have to be blind to not realize that this stuff is going on everywhere in the United States every day at an absolutely massive scale.
- 43:01They insist multiple times that they're not involved in implicate implementation of the spraying and the weather manipulation and the weather modification, and they insist multiple times that they're involved in studying natural weather patterns.
- 43:18However, those of us who have been following geoengineering know that essentially now there are no natural weather patterns.
- 43:26So this appears to be one of three things.
- 43:30Number one, either it's a cover-up, it's a fig leaf for what's actually going on through other agencies in our government, or it is perhaps to some extent the nerve center for what's going on, in addition to being a cover the front, the cover-up.
- 43:56There is no way that anyone who knows the first thing about weather is going to be sitting around a supercomputer modeling things when all they have to do is go outside and look up and see the crisscross patterns of solar radiation management and stratospheric aerosol injection going on over their heads every single day.
- 44:21So the disruption that's happening right now is certainly a welcome disruption.
- 44:27Where it will lead with the Trump administration remains to be seen.
- 44:34Let's take uh a little bit of an additional look into what's going on here.
- 44:42Another resource that I have in front of me states that the National Center for Atmospheric Research, AKNCAR, NCAR, is sponsored by the National Science Foundation and managed by the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, or UCAR.
- 45:02According to their website, about 95% of UCAR funding comes from the federal government.
- 45:08Partners below our collaborators in the U.S.
- 45:13Global Change Research Program.
- 45:17And some of these other government partners and funders, and it says by collaborating with a broad range of agencies and groups, we ensure that our expertise is put to work on the most pressing problems.
- 45:32For example, our partnership with the Federal Aviation Administration has made flying safer and more efficient.
- 45:38And our collaboration with the Bureau of Reclamation is improving stream flow forecasts for reservoirs.
- 45:57And considering the intense amount of concern that tainted jet fuel with heavy metals in it is a huge part of the problem.
- 46:09That seems interesting.
- 46:11And the Bureau of Reclamation, which is improving stream flow forecasts for reservoirs.
- 46:19Well, if you see what happened at the Camp Mystic situation, if you see what happened in with Hurricane Helene, if you see what's happening in the Pacific Northwest right now, I would have to say these people are failing miserably at their jobs because we're seeing Americans being flooded out of their homes at a pace that I never saw 25 years ago.
- 46:41It sure seems like someone's deliberately doing this rather than that these competent um you know public servants are preventing problems.
- 46:52Some of the other partners division uh um divisions of the federal government that are stated to be associated are the U.S.
- 47:01Department of Defense, of course, NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, of course, NASA, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the U.S.
- 47:14Department of Energy, which in many ways it seems to me is increasingly just a branch of the military, the Federal Aviation Administration we talked about, and lo and behold, the environmental protection agency.
- 47:29It's very interesting that the environmental protection agency is named here.
- 47:33I'm not surprised, but you know, uh EPA chief Lee Zeldon did a tour of the large independent media shows recently, stating that geoengineering is real, that it's happening, but he basically stated that they had limited knowledge of it over at the EPA.
- 47:55Well, all they would have to do, it seems, is pick up the phone and call the folks at NCAR and figure out what's going on over there.
- 48:03Uh, it seems like that would be an easy thing to do.
- 48:07Let's take a look then at some of the funding for NCAR, because we always need to follow the money when we look at these suspicious activities.
- 48:20For fiscal year 2025, according to my sources, that ended on September 30th.
- 48:26Um, that's the end of the federal fiscal year, of course.
- 48:30Poor NSF, National Science Foundation funding for NCAR was approximately 123 million, which roughly was half of NCAR's total budget.
- 48:40So it implies that the total annual budget of NCAR is around 250 million dollars, a quarter of a billion dollars.
- 48:48They reportedly have 830 employees, and of course, they are closely involved with this organization known as the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research.
- 49:03Um the University Corporation, pardon me.
- 49:08The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research is very interesting because this is what provides funding to hundreds, approximately 120 or 130 universities in the United States, such as MIT, such as Harvard, such as the University of Chicago, to supposedly do geoengineering programs.
- 49:29You know, quite famously now as all of this has come to light.
- 49:32Harvard has a department of geoengineering.
- 49:35Geoengineering zealot David Keith was previously at Harvard, and I believe ran that department.
- 49:43I believe he's now at the University of Chicago.
- 49:48So we see this giant conglomerate of different entities getting hundreds of millions of dollars in federal funding.
- 49:58And what
- 50:00What are they doing?
- 50:00As best we can see, they claim that they're simply doing climate modeling.
- 50:06They don't have anything to do with implementation, and they're trying to model natural phenomena.
- 50:13But those of us who have done research ourselves into geoengineering realize that there's very little natural weather patterns currently in existence.
- 50:25So something doesn't add up.
- 50:28It simply doesn't add up to say you have 250 million dollars in annual funding.
- 50:36You have a consortium of 130 universities.
- 50:41You have access to supercomputers, and you have collaborative arrangements with NASA, NOAA, the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Environmental Protection Agency, and other federal agencies.
- 51:05And you honestly think that you can study natural weather patterns in the United States.
- 51:14Really?
- 51:16I can look up over my head every day, as can millions of other Americans, and we can realize that there's no natural weather right now in our country.
- 51:27If you have a moment of clear sky, as I saw yesterday in the early afternoon, you will see planes fly crisscross across the sky, leaving trails.
- 51:37Those trails will settle down and broaden out.
- 51:41And within 15 to 20 minutes, you will have a low-lying cloud cover of this wet diaper cloud formation over your head.
- 51:53These aren't clouds that roll in from the West.
- 51:56These are clouds that settle down from airplanes.
- 52:02So it's completely disingenuous.
- 52:04It's completely false.
- 52:05It's a complete lie for this organization to claim that they are modeling natural weather patterns.
- 52:14Something is very rotten in Denmark here, ladies and gentlemen.
- 52:19I'm very glad that Russ Voigt and President Trump are taking this on.
- 52:24I think it's more than woke.
- 52:26I think it's deception.
- 52:29I think it's lies.
- 52:30I think it's a cover-up.
- 52:32And we're going to have to see where it goes.
- 52:38But I think it's high time that these individuals are called into account for what they have been doing to our environment.
- 52:49As we know from our earlier reading a few podcasts ago, looking into the history of geoengineering, courtesy of Peter Kirby's excellent book, uh Chemtrails Exposed, The New Manhattan Project, which incidentally, as I've said before, has a new edition coming out.
- 53:15I believe Skyhorse Publishing is putting out a new edition coming out in late January.
- 53:20I encourage everyone to get this book and read it from cover to cover.
- 53:24I'm going to get the new one because it's my hope that there will be dramatic new material.
- 53:29The last one was the last second edition, which I have currently was from the year 2020.
- 53:35And of course, a lot has changed since then.
- 53:38But that book is really encyclopedic, and that book is really something everyone should read.
- 53:45Why did I mention it right now?
- 53:47Not just to give it a plug, but because as we saw before in an earlier podcast, this geoengineering activity is in Peter Kirby's viewpoint largely weather weaponization.
- 54:00And essentially the same people at the end of World War II, or many of the same people who were involved in radar technology, electromagnetic frequency technology, such as the important figures in the RAD lab, the radiation laboratory at MIT during World War II, and people from the Manhattan Project, such as Edward Teller, the so-called father of the hydrogen bomb, are kind of the early investigators, the early promotion, promotional uh people as well toward active weather modification and weather weaponization.
- 54:46The whole idea of stratospheric atmospheric injection was early on pushed very hard by Edward Teller, who again was the so-called father of the hydrogen bomb.
- 54:57Um people like Van Neumann and Teller, who are well known to have been partial inspiration for Stanley Kubrick's Dr.
- 55:10Strangelove, were people who are not only interested in nuclear weaponry, but in weather weaponry as well.
- 55:18So the fact that this dovetails back to the Department of Defense is very, very important as well.
- 55:24And again, this dovetails right back to the notion that the National Defense Authorization Act has got 15.4 billion dollars earmarked for geoengineering activities.
- 55:38I wonder what the people at NCAR have to say about that.
- 55:43Are they going to just keep modeling on their supercomputers what might happen if people start spraying, say, in the manner that we're experiencing right now?
- 55:56It's also ludicrous, it's also dishonest, it's all such a lie.
- 56:04I am glad that the Trump administration is taking active action against NCAR.
- 56:12It's one small piece of the puzzle, but I think it's an important piece of the puzzle.
- 56:19So with that, I'm going to sign off for today.
- 56:25Um thank you for listening.
- 56:27I encourage anyone who is inclined to do so to contact the White House.
- 56:35You can get on the White House.gov website, you can call them.
- 56:38Phone calls are supposedly always better than emails, but you can thank them for what they're doing with regard to NCAR and encourage President Trump to take a second look at the NDAA before he signs it.
- 56:52The more noise that gets out there, the more they know that we are sick of being sprayed.
- 56:58I think they know it now, but we need to keep telling them.
- 57:03Until next time, this is Dr.
