- 0:58Speaker 4: Welcome today's show, the Big Show, because when it's over,
- 1:01Speaker 4: the NFL Draft starts, and I'm gonna sit down with
- 1:04Speaker 4: some take out Chinese food and watch the entire first
- 1:06Speaker 4: round of the NFL Draft and watch my Dallas Cowboys
- 1:09Speaker 4: with their two first round picks. You will never no
- 1:11Speaker 4: matter how woke the NFL is, no matter how many
- 1:14Speaker 4: black national anthems they play, no matter how many times
- 1:16Speaker 4: they kneel, you will never get me to stop loving
- 1:18Speaker 4: NFL football. I've loved it since I'm five years old.
- 1:21Speaker 4: I always will and I will always love the Dallas Cowboys.
- 1:23Speaker 4: All Right. I wrote a commentary. It's kind of long,
- 1:26Speaker 4: so I want to make sure I get to it
- 1:27Speaker 4: right away, and then I'll get to in the next
- 1:29Speaker 4: segment all the big stories of the day. It is
- 1:32Speaker 4: titled Read the shocking story of an Obama and Hillary
- 1:34Speaker 4: criminal scandal, conspiracy and cover up that until now no
- 1:38Speaker 4: one knew about it. I have the American hero and
- 1:41Speaker 4: whistleblower who is a witness to the crime and is
- 1:44Speaker 4: willing to testify. This is a shocky story that every
- 1:49Speaker 4: American needs to read. More importantly, this is a story
- 1:52Speaker 4: that President Trump and whoever is his new Attorney General
- 1:56Speaker 4: of the United States needs to study and take action.
- 2:00Speaker 4: This is a massive Obama Hillary criminal conspiracy case. We're
- 2:03Speaker 4: handing you wrapped in a bow, ready for prosecution. I've
- 2:07Speaker 4: got the whistleblower, a witness for you. His name is
- 2:10Speaker 4: Bradley Birkenfeld. And he's not just any whistleblower. Brad is
- 2:14Speaker 4: single handily responsible for uncovering the largest and longest running
- 2:18Speaker 4: tax evasion in IRS history. He's also the only whistleblower
- 2:23Speaker 4: in the history of America to recover forty billion dollars
- 2:26Speaker 4: with a b for the US Treasury and US taxpayer,
- 2:29Speaker 4: You and me. That's more than all the Iris whistleblowers
- 2:33Speaker 4: in American history combined. And because of that, President Trump,
- 2:37Speaker 4: my great friend Brad Birkenfeld is the most deserving candidate
- 2:40Speaker 4: for a pardon in the history of presidential pardons. Hint, hint,
- 2:45Speaker 4: get ready, here's his remarkable story. Brad was a successful
- 2:49Speaker 4: Swiss private banker with many of the wealthiest, wealthiest American
- 2:54Speaker 4: businessmen and women as his clients. These wealthy Americans were
- 2:57Speaker 4: hiding their money offshore in Swiss banks to evade US taxes.
- 3:02Speaker 4: After resigning for his comfortable job at ubs in Switzerland,
- 3:05Speaker 4: Brad made the decision to voluntarily walk into the DOJ
- 3:09Speaker 4: in Washington, d C. To reveal the secret numbered bank
- 3:11Speaker 4: accounts of nineteen thousand Americans hiding tens of billions of
- 3:15Speaker 4: dollars at ubs in Switzerland. It turns out most of
- 3:18Speaker 4: them were large donors to Obama, Hillary and the Democrat Party.
- 3:22Speaker 4: In one remarkable act, Brad brought down the entire veil
- 3:26Speaker 4: of hundreds of years of Swiss banking supremacy. Extume Swiss
- 3:31Speaker 4: banking secrecy. That's supremacy too, I guess, but secrecy. Do
- 3:35Speaker 4: you remember who the leaders of America were back in
- 3:37Speaker 4: two thousand and nine. When Brad was walking into the DOJ,
- 3:42Speaker 4: President Obama, Vice President Biden, and Hillary Clinton as Secretary
- 3:45Speaker 4: of State. Brad naturally assumed you would be celebrated, thanked,
- 3:49Speaker 4: and protected by the US government for risking his life
- 3:52Speaker 4: and giving up his lucrative banking career to help the
- 3:54Speaker 4: US government collect tens of billions of dollars of stolen
- 3:58Speaker 4: tax money. Instead, the Obama Department of Justice persecuted and
- 4:03Speaker 4: prosecuted Brad, putting him in prison for thirty months. Why
- 4:07Speaker 4: would they do that to protect thousands of Democrat donors
- 4:10Speaker 4: in these files of tax jets. They didn't want the files.
- 4:13Speaker 4: They wanted to protect their biggest Democrat donors. They wanted
- 4:18Speaker 4: to shut Brad up. And as a result of Brad's
- 4:21Speaker 4: testimony and evidence handed to the DOJ, not only was
- 4:24Speaker 4: forty billion dollars recovered by the IRS, but one hundred
- 4:27Speaker 4: and thirty Swiss banks signed formal agreements and were fined
- 4:31Speaker 4: by the US government to end their decades long criminal conduct.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Three IRS amnesty programs were implemented, resulting in over one
- 4:39Speaker 4: hundred thousand in counting US citizens now in tax compliance.
- 4:44Speaker 4: UBS agreed to deferred prosecution agreement paid a seven hundred
- 4:48Speaker 4: and eighty million dollar fine to the US Treasury Apartment,
- 4:51Speaker 4: by the way, a slap on the wrist to them,
- 4:53Speaker 4: so much money they have, and agreed to release the
- 4:56Speaker 4: names of four seven hundred American tax evaders. That's out
- 5:01Speaker 4: of nineteen thousand tax sheets in Brad's files. So where
- 5:05Speaker 4: did the other fourteen thousand, three hundred names of tax
- 5:08Speaker 4: sheets go? Obama sent Hillary Clinton to Switzerland to negotiate
- 5:12Speaker 4: a deal with UBS to erase those names, and in
- 5:15Speaker 4: returd Obama and Hillary gave UBS a sweetheart deal. How
- 5:19Speaker 4: evil and criminal was the Obama Hillary Cabala in Washingt
- 5:22Speaker 4: d C. On the very day that my friend Brad
- 5:24Speaker 4: was sent to prison. And remember he's the hero of
- 5:27Speaker 4: this story who handed in these names of tax jats.
- 5:31Speaker 4: On that very day, Obama was playing golf with the
- 5:34Speaker 4: chairman of UBS. This is how crimes are covered up
- 5:38Speaker 4: among friends and donors in Washington, D C. Instead of
- 5:42Speaker 4: making Brad a national hero, Obama's DJ force Brad to
- 5:44Speaker 4: accept one charge of a conspiracy to commit tax fraud
- 5:48Speaker 4: and put him in prison for thirty months. And this
- 5:50Speaker 4: was their way of shutting him up in all these
- 5:53Speaker 4: years since my friend Brad exposed this massive criminal conspiracy
- 5:57Speaker 4: and nineteen thousand tax sheets. The only person to go
- 6:00Speaker 4: to prison is Brad Berkenfell. Hillary Clinton was sent to
- 6:04Speaker 4: Switzerland to negotiate the deal with UBS. She made sure
- 6:06Speaker 4: all the Democrat tax sheets' names were raised from the
- 6:09Speaker 4: infamous list Brad handed to the Irs. But Brad knows
- 6:12Speaker 4: how many names are on the list. They were his clients.
- 6:15Speaker 4: I'm no lawyer, but this sure looks like proof of
- 6:17Speaker 4: a massive crime and government conspiracy carried out by Obama
- 6:21Speaker 4: and Hillary. And Brad is ready today to testify as
- 6:24Speaker 4: a witness slash whistleblower. Once out of prison, Brad told
- 6:27Speaker 4: his story or his side of the story, in the
- 6:30Speaker 4: worldwide bestselling book Lucifer's Banker Uncensored, published in eight languages
- 6:35Speaker 4: with the foreword by Peter Schweizer, exposing the ingrained corruption
- 6:39Speaker 4: of Obama and Hillary Clinton. It's time to write a
- 6:43Speaker 4: terrible injustice, mister President. First, it's time to call for
- 6:46Speaker 4: a special counsel to prosecute Obama and Hillary for carrying
- 6:50Speaker 4: out this massive criminal conspiracy. Think about this for a moment.
- 6:55Speaker 4: Is it a crime to cover up the largest and
- 6:58Speaker 4: longest running tax evasion in IRS history. By any standard,
- 7:02Speaker 4: that's a clear cut case of fraud. Is it a
- 7:05Speaker 4: crime to erase the names of fourteen thou three hundred
- 7:07Speaker 4: Democrat donors in a file of nineteen thousand tax sheets?
- 7:11Speaker 4: By any standard, that's a clear cut case of fraud.
- 7:15Speaker 4: Is it a crime to only collect the forty billion
- 7:17Speaker 4: from GOP donors because not a dime was ever collected
- 7:21Speaker 4: from the fourteen thousand, three hundred Democrat donors. How could
- 7:25Speaker 4: the RS collect any money from the Democrat tax sheets
- 7:28Speaker 4: when their names were erased? So, in effect, Obama and
- 7:31Speaker 4: Hillary stole and estimated one hundred billion from the US
- 7:35Speaker 4: Treasury and US taxpayers. You and me, by not going
- 7:38Speaker 4: after the taxes owed by their cronies, Democrat donors got
- 7:42Speaker 4: away with fraud. By any standard, that's a clearcutcase of fraud.
- 7:47Speaker 4: Is it a crime to offer a sweetheart deal the
- 7:49Speaker 4: UBS if they would agree to allow Hillary to raise
- 7:51Speaker 4: fourteen thousand, three hundred names in the files? By any standard,
- 7:55Speaker 4: that's a clearcutcase of fraud. Finally, is it a crime
- 7:59Speaker 4: to 'roy the life of my friend Brad in order
- 8:01Speaker 4: to silence him? You're damn right. It is Democrats put
- 8:05Speaker 4: Brad in prison for the same reason they have now
- 8:07Speaker 4: put Tina Peters in prison, to cover up their crimes,
- 8:10Speaker 4: to silence witnesses, to send a message to future whistleblowers,
- 8:14Speaker 4: if you report a crime by Democrats, we will persecute
- 8:18Speaker 4: you and we will destroy your life. Finally, President Trump,
- 8:22Speaker 4: please reward Bradley Berkinfeldt with a presidential pardon in order
- 8:26Speaker 4: to recognize that our US government, our DOJ, and the
- 8:29Speaker 4: obaministration committed a terrible injustice when they put Brad in prison.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Brad is a hero, not a criminal. There are many
- 8:37Speaker 4: Americans worthy of a pardon, but no one in history
- 8:40Speaker 4: has ever recovered forty billion dollars for the American people
- 8:43Speaker 4: and taxpayers. Every American taxpayer is a debt of gratitude
- 8:46Speaker 4: to Brad. Forty billion gratitudes to be exact. By the way,
- 8:51Speaker 4: the IRIS officially recognized Brad as the hero of this story,
- 8:54Speaker 4: they designated him as a whistleblower. So, while Obama was
- 8:58Speaker 4: persecuting Brad and putting him in prison, on the day
- 9:02Speaker 4: Brad walked out of prison, he was handed a check
- 9:05Speaker 4: from the IRS for one hundred million dollars. His reward
- 9:09Speaker 4: for the money's recovered. Now that's a happy ending, But
- 9:13Speaker 4: there is only one way to give this story the
- 9:15Speaker 4: happy ending of all happy endings. Send Obama and Hillary
- 9:20Speaker 4: to prison. You liked that story to tell of a
- 9:23Speaker 4: story to tell of a punchline that at the end
- 9:26Speaker 4: he got a check for one hundred million dollars. And
- 9:28Speaker 4: by the way, I didn't put that in the story
- 9:30Speaker 4: of run out of room. And it's hard to explain,
- 9:32Speaker 4: but he got a check as a whistleblower, so he
- 9:35Speaker 4: got a piece of every dollar that was recovered based
- 9:38Speaker 4: on his file. Well, guess what. That one hundred million
- 9:41Speaker 4: was only a down payment. Brad gets checks every year
- 9:44Speaker 4: for about one hundred million dollars. Brad is now a billionaire,
- 9:47Speaker 4: all because he did the right thing. He's a billionaire
- 9:49Speaker 4: or about to be a billionaire. Maybe they've paid him
- 9:51Speaker 4: about five hundred million so far and they own another
- 9:54Speaker 4: five hundred million. So Brad's a billionaire and he wants
- 9:57Speaker 4: a pardon. He thinks he deserves a pardon. He's angry
- 10:00Speaker 4: as hell. If I was him and I was a billionaire, hey,
- 10:03Speaker 4: billion dollar man, I don't know if i'd be so angry.
- 10:05Speaker 4: But Brad's pretty angry, and he wants a party, he
- 10:08Speaker 4: wants his name cleared. So I'm working on it. I'm
- 10:10Speaker 4: working on it with President Trump, and I think this
- 10:12Speaker 4: column will put him over the top. But I wanted
- 10:14Speaker 4: everybody to understand what criminals you're dealing with, Obama and Hillary.
- 10:18Speaker 4: And by the way, it was the Obama, Biden Hillary administrator.
- 10:21Speaker 4: You know, Biden was somewhere in the middle of all
- 10:23Speaker 4: that as well. You know it. Before we go to break,
- 10:26Speaker 4: what do we have left? Couple minutes? All right? Republicans
- 10:30Speaker 4: failed to attach the Save America Act to a party
- 10:34Speaker 4: line funding package for Republican senators joined Democrats and voting
- 10:38Speaker 4: against a citizenship verification measure early Thursday morning. Senator Tom
- 10:44Speaker 4: Tillis of North Carolina a piece of garbage, Lisa Murkowski
- 10:48Speaker 4: ve Alaska a piece of garbage, Susan Collins a Maine
- 10:51Speaker 4: piece of garbage. And Mitch mccalloll of Kentucky a triple
- 10:54Speaker 4: quadruple piece of garbage with no brain, who doesn't even
- 10:58Speaker 4: have to press a button to vote anymore. I'll be
- 11:00Speaker 4: pressed it for him. He's mumbling and dribbling on himself
- 11:03Speaker 4: in a wheelchair. Doesn't that a walk anymore, and who's
- 11:06Speaker 4: making the votes for him? The amendments failure crystallized when
- 11:10Speaker 4: several Republicans have worn for weeks, including Wayne Root. The
- 11:15Speaker 4: Save America Act did not have the support among the
- 11:18Speaker 4: GOPED to pass. And if you can't get back to pass,
- 11:22Speaker 4: then the Republican Party doesn't deserve to have the name party.
- 11:25Speaker 4: They're not a political party. It's a joke. Democrats are
- 11:29Speaker 4: a political party. We're not a political party. What we
- 11:32Speaker 4: are is a collection of bribes and cowardly losers. We'll
- 11:38Speaker 4: be right back. Wayne Lerruth is war Zone Live. Root

- 13:55Speaker 4: This presidency is ushering in the golden age of prosperity,
- 13:58Speaker 4: and it's all built around making America the energy capital
- 14:01Speaker 4: of the world. Enter Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. It
- 14:04Speaker 4: took forty years to piece together as forty thousand acre
- 14:08Speaker 4: giant gas discovery. It's estimated to contain up to six
- 14:11Speaker 4: trillion cubic feet of gas, with a management Foregas projecting
- 14:15Speaker 4: the first twenty five wells alone to produce four or
- 14:18Speaker 4: million cubic feet per day of natural gas. This is
- 14:22Speaker 4: how we power the AI future of America with clean
- 14:25Speaker 4: natural gas. Headed by oil and gas legend Mark Bruner,
- 14:28Speaker 4: whose previous public companies delivered spectacular returns for investors at
- 14:33Speaker 4: their peaks. Pedico Energy grew about one hundred to one
- 14:35Speaker 4: for investors, Ultra Patrolling grew about one thousand and one

- 15:18Speaker 3: All right, wait on the route.
- 15:19Speaker 4: Shocking story, right, I mean, how many more stories like
- 15:22Speaker 4: this can there be before? You don't prosecute you just
- 15:26Speaker 4: ignore it and don't prosecute Obama. Don't prosecute Hillary. I mean,
- 15:31Speaker 4: it's just ridiculous. And then, of course, you know, Republicans
- 15:36Speaker 4: failed to attach Save America Active Party line funding package,
- 15:40Speaker 4: and of course two GP centers side with Democrats to
- 15:43Speaker 4: block ICE funding. You just that's a whole nother bill.
- 15:51Speaker 4: Republicans try to pass ICE funding, and I think they did.
- 15:54Speaker 4: I think they passed it fifty to forty eight. But
- 15:57Speaker 4: two Republicans ran Poor all of Kentucky voted with Democrats
- 16:02Speaker 4: Lisa Murkowski of Alaska. So there's there's someone in common
- 16:05Speaker 4: on both those horrendous votes. Lisa Murkowski on both of them.
- 16:09Speaker 4: She's a piece of garbage. Rand Paul's with us like
- 16:12Speaker 4: seventy percent of the time. I don't know what the
- 16:15Speaker 4: hell he is he's thinking about this one. He's out
- 16:17Speaker 4: of his mind lately. I'm not a fan of Ran
- 16:20Speaker 4: Paul at all, and this vote just crystallize it. But
- 16:24Speaker 4: he's not terrible like Lisa Murkowski. He's not terrible like
- 16:28Speaker 4: these other people. These other people are awful. Tom Tillis
- 16:31Speaker 4: should be condemned to Dante's Inferno for the rest of
- 16:34Speaker 4: his life. He's worse than a Democrat.
- 16:38Speaker 3: And you know that.
- 16:39Speaker 4: We went after the Southern Poverty Law Center and proved
- 16:42Speaker 4: that the So we're gonna get all yours is on,
- 16:44Speaker 4: mind's on. What's going on here?
- 16:45Speaker 5: Guys?
- 16:46Speaker 4: Yours on? Mine's on? There we go. Mine is awful.
- 16:48Speaker 4: Southern Poverty Law Center has been a scam from the beginning. Again,
- 16:51Speaker 4: it's an opinion show. It's my opinion, one big scam.
- 16:55Speaker 4: I remember Democrats whenever they like to say terrible things
- 16:57Speaker 4: about Wayne Ruth, they go, well, when shark Let's feel
- 17:00Speaker 4: happened and Klueklux planners came out and rioted and killed
- 17:07Speaker 4: a liberal woman, a liberal protester, I think it was.
- 17:11Speaker 4: I don't really remember what happened, but I think they
- 17:12Speaker 4: killed a liberal protester. And at the time I said, look,
- 17:15Speaker 4: Republicans don't do things like that. Conservatives don't do things
- 17:17Speaker 4: like that. Maga don't do things like that. There's no
- 17:20Speaker 4: more clue cluck clan in the United States. You got
- 17:22Speaker 4: five clowns in hoods to get off a bus and
- 17:26Speaker 4: for all I know was paid for by the Democrat Party. Well,
- 17:29Speaker 4: sure enough it was. It was paid for it by
- 17:31Speaker 4: the Southern Poverty Law Center. Democrats have spent years criticizing
- 17:35Speaker 4: me for that comment that Republicans and Conservatives do not
- 17:38Speaker 4: kill people, and that it could have all been Democrats
- 17:41Speaker 4: who were wearing white hoods. Anyone could wear white hoods.
- 17:43Speaker 4: You could pay paid protesters to wear a white hood
- 17:46Speaker 4: and act like the KKK. So you know, all I
- 17:51Speaker 4: could tell you is there's no great threat in America
- 17:53Speaker 4: for the KKK, and there's no great threat in America
- 17:55Speaker 4: from white extremists. You could probably ask every black person American.
- 17:59Speaker 4: They'd all go, oh my god, there's KKKA white extrements
- 18:02Speaker 4: that are gonna kill us in every city, by every rock,
- 18:04Speaker 4: on every block. Democrats try to convince you of these laws,
- 18:09Speaker 4: this fraud, this propaganda to keep getting your vote and
- 18:13Speaker 4: keep you on the plantation. There is no white person
- 18:16Speaker 4: in America hiding under a rock looking at murder blacks.
- 18:19Speaker 4: There's a lot of blacks who murder whites, but I
- 18:22Speaker 4: know of no whites who murder blacks. I know of
- 18:24Speaker 4: no whites who want some murder blacks. They're not out there.
- 18:27Speaker 4: That turns out the Southern Poverty Law Center was paying
- 18:31Speaker 4: extremist groups in order to do bad things that commit
- 18:35Speaker 4: eight crimes, so that they could look at it and
- 18:37Speaker 4: go see and raise money based on that. That's called
- 18:40Speaker 4: massive fraud. Allegedly they did this. Governor knew some spent
- 18:47Speaker 4: a billion dollars to import four hundred thousand extra illegal migrants.
- 18:50Speaker 4: That's wonderful. Democrats do nothing but scam, scam, scam scam. Meanwhile,
- 18:57Speaker 4: people criticize Trump conservatives. I just saw another another one
- 19:00Speaker 4: of my friends freak out that Trump did something wrong.
- 19:03Speaker 4: Trump does this wrong, Trump does that wrong. Ninety two
- 19:06Speaker 4: percent of DACA migrants arrested under Trump have criminal convictions
- 19:11Speaker 4: or pending charges. So you know, they make it like,
- 19:16Speaker 4: oh my god, you're arresting these poor people that didn't
- 19:19Speaker 4: do anything wrong. First of all, they broke into the country,
- 19:22Speaker 4: but they did something really wrong. Trump's arresting real criminals
- 19:26Speaker 4: ninety two percent. Marco Rubio expands VISA crackdown targeting the
- 19:31Speaker 4: Sineloa cartel family members and associates. These are all good
- 19:34Speaker 4: things that Trump does every single day. State Department has

- 23:47Speaker 4: All right, my guest is here, Joby Weeks. He's a
- 23:49Speaker 4: crypto legend, very early bitcoin proponent. I wish I'd listened
- 23:54Speaker 4: to you. Then. He's been a political prisoner since twenty nineteen.
- 23:58Speaker 4: That's insane. Twenty nineteen was like eons ago. Twenty nineteen
- 24:03Speaker 4: was before COVID. Twenty nineteen was before the presidential election
- 24:09Speaker 4: where Trump was stolen, you know, had it stolen by Biden.
- 24:12Speaker 4: That was like a lifetime in the river and mirror
- 24:14Speaker 4: and you've been a political prisoner since then. Joby Weeks.
- 24:17Speaker 4: Welcome to the show.
- 24:19Speaker 3: Wayne, it's a pleasure. Thank you so much for having
- 24:21Speaker 3: me on. You're a legend. I've been following you forever.
- 24:24Speaker 4: Good I've follown your story, and I just I'm stunned
- 24:28Speaker 4: by it. I don't understand you've been on house arrest
- 24:30Speaker 4: for like six years something like that, right?
- 24:32Speaker 3: Is that?
- 24:33Speaker 4: Is that true?
- 24:35Speaker 3: No good deed goes unpunished. You know, I've been a
- 24:40Speaker 3: libertarian for a long time. I've supported Ron Paul and
- 24:43Speaker 3: we did the Liberty Dollars back in the day, and
- 24:45Speaker 3: it was going great. We mentioned hundreds of millions of
- 24:48Speaker 3: dollars worth of golden silver coins and had about twenty
- 24:50Speaker 3: thousand merchants. Now we're accepting our money for their goods
- 24:54Speaker 3: and services. And you know, but because we put Ron
- 24:57Speaker 3: Paul's coins based on the coin, they got mad because
- 25:00Speaker 3: he wanted to you know, end the FED and all that.
- 25:02Speaker 3: And with the money we did the rom Paul blimp
- 25:04Speaker 3: and the Rompaul Limo and all that kind of stuff.
- 25:06Speaker 3: And so you know, I learned firsthand when the Feds
- 25:09Speaker 3: raided the Liberty Dollar that they weren't too happy about
- 25:15Speaker 3: messing with their money system. You know how the system works.
- 25:19Speaker 3: You got the Bank of International Settlements which is the
- 25:21Speaker 3: central bank of the world, and they have their member
- 25:24Speaker 3: banks like the IMF and the World Bank and the
- 25:26Speaker 3: Federal Reserve and the Bank of England, and then the
- 25:28Speaker 3: corresponding banks the Bank of Americas and Wells, Fargos and Chases,
- 25:32Speaker 3: and then you know the mom and pop banks their
- 25:34Speaker 3: swift system. Right's owned by these families, these trillionaires, these
- 25:39Speaker 3: big trusts, I call them the people in the clouds.
- 25:41Speaker 4: And they don't like competition, right, they don't like petition.
- 25:44Speaker 3: And three trillion dollars has left their banking system and
- 25:47Speaker 3: gone into crypto. And you know, I was the guy
- 25:50Speaker 3: that designed the bitcoin logo and went to one hundred
- 25:53Speaker 3: and seventy five countries with the camera crew, and that
- 25:56Speaker 3: really for people involved in bitcoin. And I had something
- 26:00Speaker 3: called Operation Choke Point. He got the orders.
- 26:03Speaker 4: From they know all about it, terrible, terrible to.
- 26:05Speaker 3: Shut down bitcoin, you know, and they couldn't stop it
- 26:08Speaker 3: because it's math. How do you stop math? So the
- 26:10Speaker 3: next tier and now were the miners, and we ran
- 26:13Speaker 3: the largest mining pool on planet Earth bit Club. It
- 26:17Speaker 3: was a company that I was a vendor for. I
- 26:19Speaker 3: worked for a company called bit Fury that made the chips,
- 26:22Speaker 3: the mining hardware, the computers that sold this equipment to Bitclub.
- 26:26Speaker 3: And they had me flying around the world setting up
- 26:28Speaker 3: big data centers and raised seven hundred million dollars and
- 26:31Speaker 3: my ninety two thousand bitcoins and a half million ethereum
- 26:34Speaker 3: about ten billion dollars. They had over a million members
- 26:38Speaker 3: and one hundred countries around the world. And instead of
- 26:41Speaker 3: being on the cover of Time magazine for the fastest
- 26:44Speaker 3: growing company in human history.
- 26:46Speaker 4: You know, we get a.
- 26:46Speaker 3: Billion dollars faster than any company on earth, instead of that,
- 26:50Speaker 3: they arrested me.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Yeah, they were mad that you were the smartest guy
- 26:54Speaker 4: in the world and they don't like that. They don't
- 26:56Speaker 4: They want to punish you for being smarter than them,
- 26:59Speaker 4: and none of them are smart. I got this the
- 27:02Speaker 4: other than Donald Trump. Every politician, for the most part
- 27:05Speaker 4: I meet is a dummy. They're all dummies. They don't
- 27:07Speaker 4: have to make money. They only had to steal taxpayer
- 27:10Speaker 4: money with fraud and scams that government contracts for their relatives.
- 27:15Speaker 4: They only got a scam joby. They don't have to
- 27:18Speaker 4: make money. Guys like you and me are smarter than them,
- 27:20Speaker 4: and they hate us for it.
- 27:22Speaker 3: Well, when you have the ability to create money out
- 27:24Speaker 3: of nothing and then buy up all the politicians, it's
- 27:28Speaker 3: a selfiinging system, right, I mean we inherited this system.
- 27:31Speaker 3: I mean I read the Constitution. It says gold and
- 27:34Speaker 3: silver is lawful money. So what's up with this debt
- 27:37Speaker 3: based currency?
- 27:38Speaker 2: Right?
- 27:38Speaker 3: These Federal Reserve notes? And you know, you think about it,
- 27:41Speaker 3: all the money that's circulating that they're stealing, all this money.
- 27:45Speaker 3: It's breaking the existence out of debt. And if you
- 27:47Speaker 3: paid off the debt, there wouldn't be left any dollars
- 27:50Speaker 3: left circulating anywhere in the economy. And yet we would
- 27:52Speaker 3: still all the interest. It's a mathematical impossibility. You can't
- 27:56Speaker 3: pay principal plus interest if only principle exists. The game
- 28:00Speaker 3: of musical chairs, there's twelve people going after ten chairs.
- 28:03Speaker 3: And I saw that. I was like, well, well, then
- 28:04Speaker 3: what's back in our money? You know, well, it's back
- 28:07Speaker 3: by bonds, back by birth certificates, back by the government's
- 28:10Speaker 3: ability to tax us. They hypothecate humans. They're using us
- 28:14Speaker 3: as the collateral. And I didn't like that thincoin doesn't
- 28:17Speaker 3: spring a new existence out of debt.
- 28:18Speaker 4: See, you're right, joby, you're getting a manner as you speak,
- 28:22Speaker 4: because you make too much sense and you're too smart.
- 28:24Speaker 4: I'm telling you everything you just said. I get it.
- 28:27Speaker 4: But the average politician is watching and going, what is
- 28:30Speaker 4: he saying? What is he saying? I don't understand what
- 28:31Speaker 4: he's saying. You're just too smart for them, and they
- 28:33Speaker 4: hate you for that. That's what these people are like.
- 28:36Speaker 4: There's scumbags.
- 28:37Speaker 3: They really are. Well, it's a horrible thing because if
- 28:40Speaker 3: you think about it, in twenty twenty, right after Trump lost,
- 28:44Speaker 3: you know, buying comes they print. They printed six trillion
- 28:48Speaker 3: dollars that year. And if you calculate, the average American
- 28:51Speaker 3: worker makes sixty thousand dollars a year, so six trillion
- 28:55Speaker 3: buy sixty thousand dollars. That's one hundred million in hours,
- 29:03Speaker 3: all right, or years one hundred million years. You just
- 29:05Speaker 3: divide that by the average worker working from the ages
- 29:08Speaker 3: of twenty to seventy fifty years. One hundred million by
- 29:12Speaker 3: fifty years, right, two million people. They robbed two million
- 29:16Speaker 3: people of their lifetime production in a year. It's theft.
- 29:20Speaker 3: Inflation is theft. It's attacked. So that's why I got
- 29:22Speaker 3: so excited about bitcoin. That's why bitcoin went from a
- 29:25Speaker 3: dollar to ten thousand until one hundred thousand, it will
- 29:28Speaker 3: be ten million dollars.
- 29:30Speaker 4: Joby, Why did I know you then? You would have
- 29:32Speaker 4: convinced me to buy a lot of bitcoin.
- 29:33Speaker 3: You should buy some right now. It's going two million.
- 29:37Speaker 3: Joy there I've.
- 29:39Speaker 4: Been last year. I bought it for the first time
- 29:41Speaker 4: at fifty two thousand. I'm an idiot. I should have
- 29:43Speaker 4: been buying you one hundred, one hundred dollars and five
- 29:46Speaker 4: dollars and one thousand dollars. But I didn't know you
- 29:48Speaker 4: back then. I would have listened to you, I promise you.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Well, here's what happened. The kidnapped me and I wouldn't
- 29:53Speaker 3: give them my crypto, and so next thing you know,
- 29:56Speaker 3: they disappeared me. For eleven months, I was bounced from
- 29:58Speaker 3: jail to jail, to jail, to state to state to.
- 30:01Speaker 4: See diesel therapy, right, diesel therapy.
- 30:04Speaker 3: My family didn't know where I was. What did I
- 30:06Speaker 3: do wrong? We created There was no victims, no injured party,
- 30:09Speaker 3: no one was standing. This was the crime. What did
- 30:11Speaker 3: they spend seven hundred million dollars into ten billion dollars.
- 30:15Speaker 3: That's the crime. Lots of people free.
- 30:20Speaker 4: So what did they claim was the crime? I mean,
- 30:22Speaker 4: what could they say?
- 30:24Speaker 3: They said I was selling unregistered securities. I was selling
- 30:27Speaker 3: computer equipment. They wanted to say a security is an equipment.
- 30:30Speaker 3: And they denied me bail, they denied me a trial,
- 30:33Speaker 3: they disappeared me. It's a crazy it's a crazy situation.
- 30:36Speaker 3: The Constitution says due process. It's called you get it.
- 30:40Speaker 3: You get arrested, you get bail, then you get a trial.
- 30:44Speaker 3: Then if you're convicted at trial, then you go to jail.
- 30:47Speaker 3: After you've been convicted. They do nothing. They do not
- 30:50Speaker 3: follow the constitutional joy.
- 30:52Speaker 4: If you're a murderer, if you're a rapist, and especially
- 30:55Speaker 4: if you're a black murderer rapist, you're out the same
- 30:58Speaker 4: day you're It's just right out. It's no problem. You
- 31:02Speaker 4: get bailed that day. They won't deny you bail because
- 31:04Speaker 4: they say you're poor and you're black and you have
- 31:06Speaker 4: no father in the home. And everybody gets out for murdering,
- 31:09Speaker 4: rape and assault and drug dealing in every other crime
- 31:12Speaker 4: in the world.
- 31:13Speaker 3: It's amazing a crime. It's Title fifteen. Selling an unregistered secure,
- 31:18Speaker 3: that's civil there's no mandatory minimums. They usually just slap
- 31:21Speaker 3: you on the wrist and max you could ever get
- 31:24Speaker 3: is five years, zero to five. There's no mandatory minimums.
- 31:27Speaker 3: I've been sitting on house arrests for almost seven years,
- 31:30Speaker 3: waiting for a trial with an ankle bracelet on my ankle.
- 31:33Speaker 3: I can't go anywhere. I can't do anything. I can't
- 31:36Speaker 3: have a phone, a computer. I can't have a job
- 31:38Speaker 3: to provide for my family. I can't get fresh air
- 31:40Speaker 3: and sunlike. I can't go to church, no weddings, no funerals,
- 31:43Speaker 3: can't go to the gym. I'm drug tested twice week.
- 31:45Speaker 3: I have a guard that has to watch over me
- 31:48Speaker 3: twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. So
- 31:50Speaker 3: I won't plead in Mexico, they say.
- 31:52Speaker 4: I mean, this is a dumb question. You said no suction.
- 31:54Speaker 4: I was gonna ask you a dumb question. But you
- 31:56Speaker 4: must have like a deck. Aren't you allowed to walk
- 31:58Speaker 4: on your deck with the sunout? Breed some fresh air?
- 32:01Speaker 3: Don't tell if I was guilty of this crime. The
- 32:08Speaker 3: max said, it is five years. They've had me sitting here,
- 32:10Speaker 3: thirty three continuances. They have no case. If they would
- 32:14Speaker 3: have had a case. They would have taken us to
- 32:16Speaker 3: trial and convicted us long away.
- 32:17Speaker 4: What's your legal fees?
- 32:19Speaker 3: I've spent five million dollars with these lawyers. I hired
- 32:22Speaker 3: David Boys, the guy that runs Yes Law schools, named
- 32:25Speaker 3: after the guy. I thought, this is CIA deep state law,
- 32:28Speaker 3: fair from the mine regime. Right, so, and Hunter Biden
- 32:31Speaker 3: worked for David Boys. I'm like, oh, maybe this guy
- 32:34Speaker 3: could figure it out. And you know, five years he said,
- 32:36Speaker 3: no interviews, no podcast, I'll handle it. And all they
- 32:39Speaker 3: wanted to do is railroad me.
- 32:41Speaker 4: Man, unbelievable. We're going to a break. I don't want
- 32:43Speaker 4: you to go. Stay, stay with us. Okay, we'll bring
- 32:45Speaker 4: you back on the other side to sit in this interview. Okay,
- 32:48Speaker 4: I want to talk some more. If only I'd known
- 32:50Speaker 4: Joby years ago, I would have been in on the
- 32:52Speaker 4: ground floor a bitcoin. Joby. I don't believe you, bro.

- 36:47Speaker 4: Right swell the Root. The Root's on fire sponsor of
- 36:50Speaker 4: this segment. We're going back to joby weeks, the crypto
- 36:53Speaker 4: legend who's been under house arrest for six years and
- 36:57Speaker 4: has been a political prisoner for seven years. We'll get
- 37:01Speaker 4: back to him in just a second. I want to
- 37:02Speaker 4: mention energize. Health changed my life. I am about to
- 37:06Speaker 4: be sixty five years old in July. I'll be on
- 37:08Speaker 4: Medicare in July. And I think I look damn good,
- 37:11Speaker 4: better than when I was fifty. There's me at the
- 37:13Speaker 4: age of fifty with Steve Forbes at Freedom Fest. And
- 37:16Speaker 4: here's me in the gym at the age of sixty five.
- 37:19Speaker 4: It's like I've been reversed aged. It's my fountain of youth.
- 37:22Speaker 4: Freeomfest changed my life. I lost twenty five pounds of fat,
- 37:25Speaker 4: gained ten pounds of muscle in only eight eight days
- 37:27Speaker 4: to start the program. That was almost six years ago.
- 37:31Speaker 4: My life has never been the same, and it exploded
- 37:34Speaker 4: my career and extended my career. Exploded my career. Nobody's
- 37:37Speaker 4: on TV at the age of sixty five. Nobody gets
- 37:39Speaker 4: a new show at the age of sixty five. Let
- 37:41Speaker 4: me let Youanon's secret. I'm negotiating a new TV show
- 37:43Speaker 4: Monday through Friday. Right now. I'm gonna be sixty five
- 37:47Speaker 4: years old with a new show on TV. No such thing.
- 37:49Speaker 4: It should be in the Guinness Book of World Records.
- 37:51Speaker 4: Thank you, Freedom Fest. Here's your chance to be like
- 37:53Speaker 4: Wayne just go to energize health dot com and you
- 37:56Speaker 4: get forty percent off automatically because you're a fan of
- 37:59Speaker 4: Wayne Alrooch, say war or Wayne Alan Root forty percent
- 38:02Speaker 4: off going the same journey as me energized health dot
- 38:04Speaker 4: com my fountain of youth. All right, we're back with
- 38:07Speaker 4: Joby week's crypto legend. Very early bitcoin proponent has been
- 38:11Speaker 4: a political prisoner since twenty nineteen. Joby, I'm great friends
- 38:15Speaker 4: with a guy named Brad Birkenfeld. You know that name
- 38:17Speaker 4: at all? Ye, So Brad's my buddy. He's a guy
- 38:21Speaker 4: that brought back a list of nineteen thousand names of
- 38:24Speaker 4: tax jats from ubs in Switzerland to the United States
- 38:28Speaker 4: doj under Obama, and Obama put him in jail. To
- 38:31Speaker 4: this day, he's the only one that went to prison,
- 38:33Speaker 4: even though he handed in the list. He's the one
- 38:36Speaker 4: that went to prison. None of the tax jeats wherever prosecuted.
- 38:39Speaker 4: They erased the names of fourteen thousand of the nineteen
- 38:42Speaker 4: thousand on the list because they were Democrat donors. I
- 38:45Speaker 4: don't know why Obama's not in prison and Hillary's not
- 38:47Speaker 4: in prison. They negotiated that he went to prison. But
- 38:50Speaker 4: the good news is he was established or designated officially
- 38:55Speaker 4: as a whistleblower by the IRS while Obama was persecuting him.
- 39:00Speaker 4: So when he went when he got out of prison
- 39:02Speaker 4: after thirty months, his lawyer handed him a check when
- 39:04Speaker 4: he got out, and he said, what's this for? And
- 39:06Speaker 4: he said, open it up? And he opened up. Was
- 39:08Speaker 4: one hundred million dollars from the IRS because he was
- 39:11Speaker 4: a whistleblower. So on one hand, the administration persecuted him,
- 39:15Speaker 4: and on the other hand, the IRS recognized that he
- 39:18Speaker 4: brought in forty billion dollars in tax cheats. All that
- 39:23Speaker 4: money came back in interest penalties in the original money,
- 39:26Speaker 4: and so they gave him a piece of the action.
- 39:28Speaker 4: Since then, he's gotten several other one hundred million dollar checks.
- 39:31Speaker 4: He's going to be a billionaire from that deal. But
- 39:34Speaker 4: yet he served thirty months in prison. So, I mean,
- 39:36Speaker 4: government persecutes people all the time. It's terrible. Does President
- 39:42Speaker 4: Trump know about your plate?
- 39:43Speaker 3: By the way, oh, everybody knows about my plan. I
- 39:46Speaker 3: did a counter suit for twenty two billion dollars against
- 39:49Speaker 3: six judges, twelve prosecutors, the sec, the IRS, the FBI,
- 39:53Speaker 3: fifty agents, the clerks under Rico, the Sherman and I
- 39:56Speaker 3: Trust Act, the Hobzac and the Tucker Act. It's organized.
- 40:00Speaker 3: I'm the district of New Jersey is run by the mafia,
- 40:03Speaker 3: and so I you know, I don't know how I
- 40:05Speaker 3: feel about turning in tax sheets. I mean, percent of
- 40:09Speaker 3: the personal income tax goes to be interest on money
- 40:12Speaker 3: the Fed creates out of nothing. Not a dime of
- 40:14Speaker 3: your income tax goes to pave the roads, or pay
- 40:17Speaker 3: the police officers, or run the school system. It's you're
- 40:19Speaker 3: a gasoline tax that pays for the roads. The property
- 40:22Speaker 3: tax is what pays for your school systems. But the
- 40:25Speaker 3: income taxes with the Treasury could create the money interest free.
- 40:28Speaker 3: In fact, we have a proposal in with Team Trump
- 40:31Speaker 3: right now to eliminate the income tax and tariffs and
- 40:35Speaker 3: bring in twice as much money for our country by
- 40:38Speaker 3: being smart about it. And I I'll have you know
- 40:43Speaker 3: the public soon.
- 40:44Speaker 4: Do you know if he's ready, Because you know I
- 40:46Speaker 4: am friends with him and I've got his personal cell phone,
- 40:49Speaker 4: and I mean, if you get this information to me,
- 40:51Speaker 4: I will put it in front of him, make sure
- 40:52Speaker 4: he's reading it right.
- 40:54Speaker 3: I would love for you and you know, if we
- 40:56Speaker 3: can have it hitting from all different angles right, trying
- 41:00Speaker 3: to go through the d DJ to drop the charges.
- 41:03Speaker 3: But we could never get Pambindi or Alena. The district
- 41:07Speaker 3: of New Jersey couldn't even get a US attorney. I mean,
- 41:09Speaker 3: I actually stopped all the cases because Alena Habba was
- 41:12Speaker 3: never confirmed by the Senate. And then the judges put
- 41:15Speaker 3: in a new person that day. Pambindy came and fired
- 41:17Speaker 3: that person, put in their own person again, or she
- 41:21Speaker 3: put in Alena Habba again.
- 41:22Speaker 4: So you're in New Jersey. That's the deal. To see
- 41:24Speaker 4: what happened in New Jersey and you're in New Jersey
- 41:25Speaker 4: right now, sitting in Jersey.
- 41:27Speaker 3: No, I live in Miami. I don't even know why
- 41:30Speaker 3: New Jersey took on this case. I didn't live there
- 41:33Speaker 3: to do business there. It's crazy. They just wanted to come.
- 41:35Speaker 3: It was a multi billion dollar heightst. We can't find
- 41:38Speaker 3: the assets, there's no acid forfeiture. I call the IRS,
- 41:41Speaker 3: where are the assets in West Palm? And they're like, oh,
- 41:43Speaker 3: I'll call the Marshalls in Tampa. Called the Marshals, I
- 41:46Speaker 3: don't know. I asked the FBI. FBI says, oh, we
- 41:48Speaker 3: sent four boxes to Colorado. Call the IRS there. I
- 41:52Speaker 3: called them, Oh we only got one box. I don't
- 41:54Speaker 3: know call New Jersey so I didn't run around.
- 41:57Speaker 4: They can't buy the assets.
- 41:58Speaker 3: If this happened before when they stole the money from
- 42:01Speaker 3: the Silk Road, the agents that raided the Silk Road
- 42:05Speaker 3: never gave the government the bitcoin they split. Those agents
- 42:08Speaker 3: went to jail for a couple of years. It was
- 42:10Speaker 3: a heist.
- 42:11Speaker 4: No dys nobody.
- 42:14Speaker 3: They don't know it because I've been depressed because I
- 42:17Speaker 3: was told by my lawyers don't do any interviews or
- 42:19Speaker 3: podcast and then they said, we know you're innocent. All
- 42:21Speaker 3: you got to do is get ten million people behind you,
- 42:23Speaker 3: otherwise you're going to be a martyr for your cause.
- 42:25Speaker 3: And I'm like, how am I supposed to get ten
- 42:27Speaker 3: million people if I can't tell the story? So here
- 42:29Speaker 3: I am. We tell them the story. Fired all the lawyers,
- 42:32Speaker 3: So thank you for having me.
