  and
• 1:05
  I'm
• 1:06
  pro.
• 1:06
  I
• 1:06
  mean,
• 1:06
  I
• 1:06
  mean,
• 1:06
  we've
• 1:07
  talked
• 1:07
  about
• 1:07
  this,
• 1:07
  this
• 1:08
  concept
• 1:08
  a
• 1:08
  lot
• 1:08
  on
• 1:08
  the
• 1:08
  show
• 1:09
  over
• 1:09
  the

• 1:09
  You
• 1:09
  know,
• 1:10
  it's
• 1:10
  been
• 1:10
  a
• 1:10
  while
• 1:10
  since
• 1:10
  we've.
• 1:11
  I
• 1:11
  think
• 1:11
  it's
• 1:11
  been
• 1:11
  a
• 1:11
  little
• 1:11
  bit
• 1:12
  of
• 1:12
  time
• 1:12
  since
• 1:12
  we
• 1:12
  talked
• 1:12
  about
• 1:13
  it,
• 1:13
  so
• 1:13
  it's
• 1:13
  kind
• 1:13
  of
• 1:13
  cool
• 1:13
  to
• 1:13
  see
• 1:13
  it
• 1:13
  coming
• 1:14
  back.
• 1:14
  I've
• 1:14
  always
• 1:14
  liked
• 1:14
  this
• 1:15
  concept,
• 1:15
  particularly
• 1:16
  for
• 1:16
  Walmart.
• 1:16
  And
• 1:17
  we
• 1:17
  talked
• 1:17
  to
• 1:17
  the
• 1:17
  man
• 1:17
  in
• 1:18
  charge,
• 1:18
  Mr.
• 1:18
  Greg
• 1:19
  Cathy
• 1:19
  at
• 1:20
  NRF,
• 1:20
  the
• 1:20
  man
• 1:20
  in
• 1:21
  charge
• 1:21
  of
• 1:21
  this
• 1:21
  program,
• 1:22
  literally
• 1:23
  the
• 1:23
  day
• 1:23
  this
• 1:23
  announcement
• 1:24
  was
• 1:24
  made.
• 1:24
  And
• 1:24
  he
• 1:25
  said,
• 1:25
  he
• 1:25
  said
• 1:26
  he
• 1:26
  gave
• 1:26
  us
• 1:27
  some
• 1:27
  interesting
• 1:27
  nuggets.
• 1:27
  He
• 1:28
  said
• 1:28
  they
• 1:28
  are
• 1:29
  seeing
• 1:29
  strong
• 1:29
  usage
• 1:30
  for
• 1:30
  it
• 1:30
  across
• 1:31
  four
• 1:31
  key
• 1:31
  areas.
• 1:31
  When
• 1:32
  I
• 1:32
  went
• 1:32
  back
• 1:32
  and
• 1:32
  looked
• 1:32
  at
• 1:32
  the
• 1:32
  interview,
• 1:33
  he
• 1:33
  said,
• 1:33
  you
• 1:33
  know,
• 1:34
  the
• 1:34
  items
• 1:34
  that
• 1:34
  people
• 1:34
  forget,
• 1:35
  they're
• 1:35
  using
• 1:35
  drones
• 1:36
  for
• 1:36
  that,
• 1:36
  they're
• 1:37
  using
• 1:37
  it
• 1:37
  for
• 1:37
  childcare
• 1:38
  essentials,
• 1:38
  especially
• 1:38
  when
• 1:39
  your
• 1:39
  kid
• 1:39
  gets
• 1:39
  sick,
• 1:40
  they're
• 1:40
  using
• 1:40
  it
• 1:40
  for
• 1:41
  pet
• 1:41
  treats.
• 1:41
  Which
• 1:41
  is
• 1:42
  the
• 1:42
  one
• 1:42
  where
• 1:42
  I'm
• 1:42
  like,
• 1:43
  okay,
• 1:43
  that's
• 1:44
  random.
• 1:44
  And
• 1:45
  then
• 1:45
  the
• 1:45
  last
• 1:45
  thing,
• 1:46
  which
• 1:46
  was
• 1:46
  really
• 1:46
  cool,
• 1:46
  which
• 1:47
  is
• 1:47
  like,
• 1:47
  they're
• 1:47
  using
• 1:48
  it
• 1:48
  to
• 1:48
  surprise
• 1:48
  and
• 1:48
  delight
• 1:49
  people.
• 1:49
  Like,
• 1:49
  he
• 1:49
  used
• 1:49
  the
• 1:50
  example
• 1:50
  of,
• 1:50
  like,
• 1:50
  your
• 1:50
  kid's
• 1:50
  birthday
• 1:51
  party
• 1:51
  where
• 1:51
  you
• 1:51
  have,
• 1:51
  like,
• 1:52
  all
• 1:52
  the
• 1:52
  presents
• 1:53
  show
• 1:53
  up
• 1:53
  via
• 1:54
  drone.
• 1:54
  Or
• 1:54
  I
• 1:54
  was
• 1:54
  thinking,
• 1:55
  like,
• 1:55
  you
• 1:55
  know,
• 1:55
  if
• 1:56
  you're
• 1:56
  kind
• 1:56
  of
• 1:56
  like
• 1:56
  that
• 1:57
  type
• 1:57
  of
• 1:57
  guy,
• 1:57
  you
• 1:57
  could,
• 1:58
  like,
• 1:58
  have.
• 1:58
  On
• 1:58
  Valentine's
• 1:59
  Day,
• 1:59
  you
• 1:59
  could
• 1:59
  have
• 1:59
  a
• 1:59
  drone
• 2:00
  deliver,
• 2:00
  you
• 2:01
  know,
• 2:01
  flowers
• 2:01
  and
• 2:01
  chocolates
• 2:02
  to
• 2:02
  somebody,
• 2:02
  even
• 2:03
  though
• 2:03
  that'd
• 2:03
  be
• 2:03
  kind
• 2:03
  of
• 2:03
  super
• 2:04
  lame
• 2:04
  too.
• 2:04
  I'm
• 2:04
  not,
• 2:04
  I'm
• 2:05
  gonna
• 2:05
  admit
• 2:05
  that.
• 2:05
  But,
• 2:06
  like,
• 2:06
  but
• 2:06
  you
• 2:06
  can
• 2:06
  see
• 2:07
  the
• 2:07
  angles
• 2:07
  where
• 2:07
  you
• 2:07
  could
• 2:08
  take
• 2:08
  this
• 2:08
  and
• 2:08
  so,
• 2:09
  but
• 2:09
  the
• 2:09
  thing
• 2:09
  that
• 2:10
  I
• 2:10
  like
• 2:10
  most
• 2:10
  about
• 2:11
  it,
• 2:11
  and
• 2:11
  I've
• 2:11
  always
• 2:12
  liked
• 2:12
  about
• 2:12
  it,
• 2:12
  is
• 2:13
  it
• 2:13
  says
• 2:13
  to
• 2:14
  me,
• 2:14
  convenience
• 2:15
  drones
• 2:16
  are
• 2:16
  Walmart's
• 2:17
  entry
• 2:17
  point
• 2:18
  into
• 2:18
  the
• 2:18
  almost
• 2:19
  $400
• 2:20
  billion
• 2:21
  non
• 2:22
  fuel
• 2:23
  convenience
• 2:23
  business.
• 2:24
  And
• 2:24
  I'm
• 2:24
  no
• 2:24
  math
• 2:25
  Expert,
• 2:25
  Anne,
• 2:26
  but
• 2:26
  400
• 2:27
  is
• 2:27
  a
• 2:27
  lot
• 2:27
  of
• 2:27
  bees.
• 2:28
  And
• 2:28
  I
• 2:28
  may
• 2:28
  be
• 2:29
  rounding
• 2:29
  up
• 2:29
  there
• 2:29
  because
• 2:29
  it's
• 2:29
  probably
• 2:30
  like
• 2:30
  3:30
• 2:30
  ish
• 2:31
  from
• 2:31
  what
• 2:31
  I
• 2:31
  saw,
• 2:31
  but
• 2:32
  you
• 2:32
  know,
• 2:32
  it'll
• 2:33
  grow.
• 2:33
  So
• 2:33
  400,
• 2:34
  that's
• 2:35
  a
• 2:35
  lot
• 2:35
  of
• 2:35
  bees.
• 2:35
  And
• 2:36
  that's,
• 2:37
  that's
• 2:37
  what's
• 2:37
  going
• 2:37
  on
• 2:37
  here.
• 2:38
  That's
• 2:38
  why
• 2:38
  this
• 2:38
  is
• 2:38
  a
• 2:38
  smart
• 2:39
  move.
• 2:40
  Yeah,
• 2:40
  I,
• 2:40
  I
• 2:41
  was
• 2:41
  just
• 2:41
  surprised
• 2:42
  by
• 2:42
  how
• 2:42
  quickly,
• 2:43
  I
• 2:43
  mean
• 2:43
  they're
• 2:44
  going
• 2:44
  to
• 2:44
  be
• 2:44
  in
• 2:44
  200
• 2:45
  and
• 2:45
  was
• 2:45
  it
• 2:45
  270
• 2:47
  locations
• 2:48
  in
• 2:48
  the
• 2:48
  net
• 2:49
  in
• 2:49
  one
• 2:49
  year?
• 2:50
  Like
• 2:50
  Coastal
• 2:51
  too.
• 2:51
  Right?
• 2:52
  So
• 2:52
  like
• 2:52
  this
• 2:52
  is
• 2:53
  coming
• 2:53
  fast
• 2:53
  and
• 2:54
  furious.
• 2:54
  And
• 2:54
  I
• 2:54
  think
• 2:55
  that's
• 2:55
  the
• 2:56
  really
• 2:56
  interesting
• 2:56
  thing
• 2:57
  here.
• 2:57
  I
• 2:57
  mean,
• 2:57
  ever
• 2:57
  since
• 2:57
  we
• 2:58
  interviewed
• 2:59
  Pratibha
• 2:59
  Raja
• 3:00
  Shakar,
• 3:00
  she
• 3:00
  was,
• 3:01
  she
• 3:01
  talked
• 3:01
  to
• 3:01
  us
• 3:01
  about
• 3:02
  drones
• 3:02
  two
• 3:02
  years
• 3:02
  ago
• 3:02
  at
• 3:03
  NRF
• 3:03
  from
• 3:03
  Walmart
• 3:04
  and
• 3:04
  she
• 3:04
  was
• 3:04
  talking
• 3:04
  about
• 3:05
  the
• 3:05
  use
• 3:05
  case
• 3:05
  of
• 3:05
  this,
• 3:06
  it
• 3:06
  really
• 3:06
  I
• 3:07
  think
• 3:07
  flipped
• 3:07
  my
• 3:08
  opinion
• 3:08
  of
• 3:08
  whether
• 3:09
  or
• 3:09
  not
• 3:09
  drones
• 3:10
  are
• 3:10
  the,
• 3:10
  the
• 3:11
  future,
• 3:11
  whether
• 3:12
  we'll
• 3:12
  see
• 3:12
  them.
• 3:13
  But
• 3:13
  I
• 3:13
  do
• 3:14
  really
• 3:14
  think
• 3:14
  that
• 3:14
  we've
• 3:15
  kind
• 3:15
  of
• 3:15
  crossed
• 3:15
  the
• 3:15
  chasm
• 3:16
  into
• 3:16
  like,
• 3:17
  yeah,
• 3:17
  this
• 3:17
  is
• 3:17
  coming.
• 3:18
  Walmart's
• 3:19
  going
• 3:19
  to,
• 3:19
  it's
• 3:19
  kind
• 3:20
  of
• 3:20
  like
• 3:20
  the
• 3:20
  Waymo
• 3:21
  driverless
• 3:21
  taxis.
• 3:22
  Like,
• 3:22
  I
• 3:22
  think
• 3:23
  it's
• 3:23
  just,
• 3:23
  it's.
• 3:23
  When
• 3:24
  are
• 3:24
  we
• 3:24
  going
• 3:24
  to
• 3:24
  start
• 3:24
  to
• 3:25
  see
• 3:25
  critical
• 3:25
  mass
• 3:26
  here?
• 3:26
  And
• 3:26
  this
• 3:27
  is
• 3:27
  going
• 3:27
  to
• 3:27
  bring
• 3:28
  us
• 3:28
  critical
• 3:28
  mass.
• 3:28
  This
• 3:29
  is
• 3:29
  going
• 3:29
  to
• 3:29
  make
• 3:29
  drone
• 3:29
  delivery
• 3:30
  something
• 3:30
  that
• 3:30
  people
• 3:31
  are
• 3:31
  more
• 3:31
  comfortable
• 3:31
  with.
• 3:32
  I
• 3:33
  think
• 3:33
  people
• 3:33
  will
• 3:33
  start
• 3:33
  to
• 3:34
  see
• 3:34
  the
• 3:34
  benefits
• 3:34
  of
• 3:34
  it.
• 3:34
  Fewer
• 3:35
  cars
• 3:35
  on
• 3:35
  the
• 3:35
  road,
• 3:36
  faster
• 3:37
  delivery,
• 3:38
  being
• 3:38
  able
• 3:38
  to
• 3:38
  get
• 3:39
  to
• 3:39
  urban
• 3:40
  locations
• 3:40
  more
• 3:40
  simply.
• 3:41
  So
• 3:41
  I
• 3:42
  think
• 3:42
  this
• 3:42
  is
• 3:42
  going
• 3:42
  to
• 3:42
  be
• 3:43
  kind
• 3:43
  of
• 3:43
  a
• 3:43
  cool
• 3:44
  thing
• 3:44
  that
• 3:44
  we'll
• 3:44
  start
• 3:44
  to
• 3:45
  see
• 3:46
  around
• 3:46
  the
• 3:46
  country
• 3:47
  and
• 3:48
  I'm
• 3:48
  excited
• 3:49
  for
• 3:49
  where
• 3:49
  it
• 3:49
  goes.
• 3:50
  Also,
• 3:50
  if
• 3:51
  you've
• 3:51
  been
• 3:51
  watching
• 3:51
  Pluribus,
• 3:52
  I.
• 3:52
  Mean,
• 3:52
  I
• 3:53
  have
• 3:53
  not
• 3:53
  been
• 3:53
  watching
• 3:54
  after.
• 3:54
  The
• 3:54
  joining,
• 3:55
  this
• 3:55
  is
• 3:55
  how
• 3:55
  the
• 3:56
  aliens
• 3:56
  are
• 3:56
  going
• 3:56
  to
• 3:56
  deliver
• 3:57
  all
• 3:57
  of
• 3:57
  our
• 3:57
  products.
• 3:58
  They
• 3:58
  all
• 3:58
  come
• 3:59
  via
• 3:59
  drone
• 3:59
  delivery,
• 4:00
  whether
• 4:00
  it's,
• 4:00
  you
• 4:00
  know,
• 4:01
  dinner
• 4:01
  or
• 4:02
  taking
• 4:02
  our
• 4:02
  garbage
• 4:03
  out,
• 4:03
  all
• 4:03
  kinds
• 4:03
  of
• 4:03
  things.
• 4:04
  So
• 4:04
  I
• 4:04
  think,
• 4:04
  yes,
• 4:05
  drones
• 4:05
  are
• 4:06
  here.
• 4:07
  Really
• 4:07
  excited
• 4:08
  for
• 4:08
  Greg,
• 4:08
  Kathy
• 4:09
  and
• 4:09
  the
• 4:09
  team
• 4:09
  at
• 4:09
  Walmart.
• 4:10
  And
• 4:10
  I'm
• 4:11
  excited
• 4:11
  to
• 4:11
  get
• 4:11
  my
• 4:12
  first
• 4:12
  drone
• 4:12
  delivery
• 4:13
  once
• 4:13
  this,
• 4:13
  this
• 4:14
  reaches
• 4:14
  Minneapolis.
• 4:15
  Me
• 4:15
  too.
• 4:15
  Me
• 4:15
  too.
• 4:15
  Yeah.
• 4:16
  And
• 4:16
  while
• 4:16
  it
• 4:16
  has
• 4:16
  the
• 4:16
  infrastructure
• 4:17
  to
• 4:17
  make
• 4:17
  it
• 4:18
  because
• 4:18
  they
• 4:18
  got
• 4:18
  the
• 4:18
  huge
• 4:18
  parking
• 4:19
  lots
• 4:19
  which
• 4:20
  is
• 4:20
  where
• 4:20
  they
• 4:20
  put
• 4:20
  these
• 4:20
  things
• 4:21
  for
• 4:21
  the
• 4:21
  most
• 4:21
  part.
