- 0:00I was feeling super uncomfortable in my body, I was $30,000 in debt, I was grieving from
- 0:06the loss of my dad, I had no self-love, very little self-worth.
- 0:10From this moment moving forward, I'm going to vow to find a way, a tool.
- 0:15It all came back to subconscious reprogramming.
- 0:17I lost 30 pounds, I became a millionaire at 30, if you're growing lemons, and you want
- 0:23to grow oranges, you don't trim the lemons off, we get to the root, we rip out the root,
- 0:29and then we plant an orange tree, I wouldn't even know where to start, let's hop in.
- 0:34So debt, no one wants to have debt, but why do people have debt if they don't want
- 0:37it?
- 0:38There's some sort of subconscious hidden advantage, like in your belief system, that is attracting
- 0:44the debt, the only reason why you have something there's some sort of hidden advantage.
- 0:48What on earth would that be with debt though?
- 0:49No I have it.
- 0:50Oh gosh.
- 0:51This is going to break a lot of brains, but…
- 0:55Hi everyone, welcome back, I can't believe we're in a new year, this is very exciting.
- 1:02We actually have so many amazing episodes planned this year, so whoever has taken a break
- 1:07from the curve podcast, you guys didn't go back and listen to any catalog episodes

- 1:23This episode is going to be particularly useful, if perhaps 2025 did not go to plan, maybe
- 1:30you had a mood board like me and achieved almost nothing on that mood board.
- 1:34I don't know if everyone has already listened to our kind of wrap up or learnings of the
- 1:38year last year, but I went back and had a listen and my god, it was quite confronting.
- 1:43For me, 2025, like there was a lot of wins, a lot of wins, a lot of things I'm really
- 1:48proud of, but there were also a lot of things that I wish had gone differently, and this
- 1:53particular conversation with Marley was all about how we can reframe our mindset and
- 1:59actually get what we want this year, and it wasn't just, we were chat about it, we actually
- 2:05practiced some of her key, almost like teachings live within this episode with Vic and I,
- 2:11so I really hope that it's a conversation you learn heaps from, they're all super inspired
- 2:16heading into 2026, if you want to go a step further, which you most likely will after
- 2:21listening to this, because Vic and I both as soon as the conversation finished, said
- 2:25to Marley, excuse me, hi, how can we work with you?
- 2:29So we're doing a giveaway for anyone who would like to work with Marley one on one, we're
- 2:33giving away a session for you to access that, it's worth $2,000 and someone from our community

- 2:57Just to heads up this episode, we'll cover themes of loss and grief and it may stir up
- 3:03some pretty tough emotions for some of you, so we encourage you to listen with care.
- 3:08We have the beautiful Marley Rose Harris yet, great last name by the way, thank you so
- 3:13much, Victoria Harris, you two long lost cousin, I know, I mean, maybe, but anyway, for
- 3:19those of you people that don't know you, can you just give us a bit of background of
- 3:23like, who are you, come from, I don't like, who are you, I read sentences, are we to an
- 3:29event actually, we are going those, I want you to go and introduce yourself, but not say
- 3:32what you do, and I, I was like, I'm a daughter, I'm a daughter, I'm a daughter of my work,
- 3:41everybody was like, stumped, it's like when you're out like at a bar and just the worst
- 3:46line ever is what do you do for work, so you're trying so hard to dance around it, but
- 3:50it is, you got to get creative, so, no, I love these, I love all these segues, I'm going
- 3:55to go on many of them, so yes, my name is Marley Rose Harris, I'm like, wait, how do I
- 4:00say what I do with those things, I'm going to say what I do, so I'm from a very small
- 4:06town, it's literally 300 people, so I grew up just desiring more, desiring to live in
- 4:15sunshine, live in the ocean, so I think my first why was also just escaping Canada, escaping
- 4:21this small town and creating this life where I could work from my laptop from anywhere
- 4:27in the world, and so that's kind of like how this journey started, and I read the for
- 4:32our work week by Tim Ferris and made it like my Bible, so I started my first business
- 4:38honestly just out of this, I'm from such a small town and people would come up there
- 4:45from the city, and so people needed websites, I was like, look, you can make websites and
- 4:50you can attract people from the city, like, look at this opportunity, never was like, what,
- 4:54they're like mom and pop shops, and I was like, and it just honestly, it wasn't, I never
- 4:59wanted to be an entrepreneur, both my parents were entrepreneurs, and I was like, hell no,
- 5:03like I want consistent payments, I want a corporate credit card, I want the corporate
- 5:07car, I wanted consistency, but then I really went for the opposite, and then I took one
- 5:14internship that I got by some grace of God, because I had no experience, but all I wanted
- 5:20was a corporate job, and I got this internship, and it took me about a week, not even a week,
- 5:24maybe 24 hours, maybe three hours, to be like, I never want to work for anyone else, and
- 5:29I was like, dang it, okay, it looks like I have to be an entrepreneur, and so I started
- 5:34this business designing logos and websites for people, and I actually ended up leaving
- 5:41Canada, like within the first year that I started it, and I booked a one-way flight to Australia,
- 5:47and I was like, okay, I'm in Australia, let's just like see how this works, and I was
- 5:50not, I was just just getting by, I was working as living in hostels, I was like, had like
- 5:57four people to a room, and I was working on my business, and I thought I was a millionaire,
- 6:01I was like, this is the coolest thing ever, growing up in a small town, if I could make
- 6:06$100,000 a year, I would be a billionaire, like I would have made it, and that was my
- 6:10mindset back then, this is like 2018, digital nomad, like wasn't really a thing yet, I
- 6:15feel like, I just want, I just saw people doing this online, and everyone's like, I'm
- 6:20gonna be a digital nomad, I'm like, I'm going into Deloitte, I'm like, okay, bye, I just
- 6:24didn't want that life, and no one understood what I wanted, no one was backing me, no one,
- 6:30I was like, digital nomad, okay, that's the weirdest thing I ever heard, and I was like, okay,
- 6:34bye, and anyway, so I left, and while I was in Australia, and I want to say at this
- 6:40point of my life, I was like binge drinking every weekend, blocking out, I had no self-love,
- 6:46very little self-worth, I maybe did like one meditation for like three minutes, I had no
- 6:52personal development, at all, like negative, to be honest, and so when I was in Australia,
- 6:59I got this job offer, and it was to work at my college that I was actually going to,
- 7:05and they called me like, Marley, I think I had like one vision board at this point,
- 7:08because I watched the secret, and I kind of like was getting into it, and I had put my college
- 7:14on my vision board, and they called me, and they're like, we want you to run an entrepreneurship
- 7:19center, we want you to do the marketing, like can you come back and work it, and everyone said no,
- 7:24my mom said no, like everyone in my life was like, please do not come back, you're going to hate
- 7:28it, it's in the middle of winter, like just stay in Australia, do your thing, but I never really
- 7:34connected this before, but this is my intuition speaking, and I was like, I just know I need to go
- 7:38back home, so I flew home, I took the job, and then a week after I was home, my mom called me,
- 7:46and my dad had committed to a side, and for me, this was a moment of the impossible just happened,
- 7:54like if you told me even a year ago that your dad's going to do this, I'd be like, there's no way,
- 7:58like there's no way, because my dad is the strongest, happiest, like most love person I've ever met,
- 8:04so there's absolutely no way that he could do something like that, I just didn't make sense,
- 8:09and honestly, it took me a really long time to even accept that that happened,
- 8:14and so in that moment, it was so interesting, because when I was in Australia, I met two girls
- 8:20in the same way, I complimented them on their tattoos, and I don't usually do that, like I'm not like,
- 8:26I was actually a super shy, so I wasn't like that outgoing, but I compliment them both being like,
- 8:30that's a really beautiful tattoo, and they both said, thank you so much, it's due to someone that
- 8:34I lost, and I was like, that's so crazy, because these are like the happiest, most positive people
- 8:40I've ever met, and they've been through this, like how can that be? And in that moment,
- 8:46after the second one, I was like, oh, I'm going to lose someone, and they're showing me that I'm
- 8:52going to be okay, because I, like I said, I'm from such a small town, like I didn't, this type of
- 8:56stuff like doesn't happen to me, I thought that was just in the movies, so anyways, when this happened,
- 9:01I called my friend, and the one of the ones with the tattoos, and I said, like this just happened,
- 9:07like what do I do? And she said, Marley, I just don't want this to make you break you, like don't
- 9:15let this lose your sparkle kind of thing, like don't let this break you. And I was like, wow, I,
- 9:21for the first time, because I would say up until this moment in my life, this is when I was like
- 9:2525, I was super depressed, super anxious, using alcohol to numb from pain, I had no, I'd done
- 9:32like zero healing. And so I had, I had like nothing that was exciting me, and letting me up,
- 9:38except for me starting this business, it was like the first time I felt this feeling of passion,
- 9:44and joy, and excitement, and it was the first time in my whole life. So I was like, right, I have
- 9:48this northern star, I feel like I have like something to give here, and something to provide,
- 9:53I have like, I have like this purpose. And so I'm not going to let this opportunity break me,
- 9:58or this, right, not this opportunity, this, this moment in time. And so for the very first time,
- 10:04I started healing. And growing up, we couldn't afford therapy. I definitely would have benefited
- 10:09from therapy at a younger age, but we just couldn't afford it. And so I got into therapy,
- 10:15because it was subsidized from the government. And so I started for the first time in my life,
- 10:19when I was like 25 healing. And I became kind of obsessed with it. Like, I started feeling
- 10:25better. And I vowed to myself at my dad's celebration of life, I spoke in front of everyone that
- 10:30loves him the most. And I said, from this moment moving forward, I'm going to vow to find a way,
- 10:36a tool that no one does what my dad did, or no one thinks that that's their only option
- 10:42to end suffering. And again, I didn't know anything, but I went on this journey. And through
- 10:50everything that I was learning, if it was how to manifest a relationship, it was how to heal my
- 10:55body, if it was how to manifest more money, it all came back to subconscious reprogramming.
- 11:01It all came back to if you want to change your reality, you have to change your beliefs.
- 11:05Everyone was saying the same thing in every area of life. So it's like, okay, cool. Let me try this
- 11:11out because I was feeling super uncomfortable in my body. I was $30,000 in debt. I was grieving from
- 11:16the loss of my dad. And I did grow up in a family that was constantly chaotic. My parents weren't
- 11:22fully in love with each other. And I felt like this, my childhood had a lot of neglect and sadness.
- 11:29So I was like, I want to heal from all of this. So I started using these tools. And I lost 30 pounds.
- 11:35I became a millionaire at 30. I attracted my soulmate. And really, it was like, it was not that I
- 11:42worked harder than anyone else. It's not that I deserve it more than anyone else. It was literally
- 11:46that I just started to reprogram my mind. And I found all the living beliefs that I had
- 11:51absorbed from childhood, that I'm not enough, that you have to work really hard for money, that
- 11:56that in scarcity and inconsistency in all of the areas. And I just used subconscious reprogramming
- 12:03to actually clear those beliefs and create new beliefs and create a new reality. And over time,
- 12:09literally every area of my life changed. And so much so that everyone's like, what the
- 12:14are you doing? Because you look completely different. And I'm like, I'm just changing my
- 12:18beliefs. Like, what are you guys doing? Like, we're not doing that. Like, I don't even know what that
- 12:22means. And so I created my method called clear the fear, which is the most effective way to clear
- 12:27your living beliefs and create new beliefs. And not only is my story, but all my client stories,
- 12:33I've thousands of stories to tell you guys of people double tripling their income, manifesting
- 12:38their soulmates, clearing their weight loss during like all these things. And it really comes
- 12:44down to, and what I'm like really here to share is that you do not have to settle. You do not have
- 12:50to settle as less. You do not have to believe in scarcity. Like, your reality is just truly a
- 12:55reflection of your beliefs. And so when you change your beliefs, anything is possible. And I'm so
- 13:01happy that we're here today because I feel like I'm on this like tour of manifesting like all
- 13:07these insane things. So like, I'm here like fresh to be like this stuff like works so well. And like,
- 13:14I've just been recently manifesting the most amazing things. And it's truly from just changing
- 13:19what I see as possible and changing what I believe to be true. And on the other side that like
- 13:24anything is possible. If I grew up, you know, my parents were poor. I didn't even have my own
- 13:30room going up. And now the reality that I'm in, it's truly just a reflection of changing your
- 13:35beliefs and taking aligned action. So holy shit. And wow. I have never been in all of the conversations
- 13:45with him. Been so engrossed. So if you'd stop talking, I would have had nothing to say. I
- 13:50know. Cannot believe. I was like, don't stop, don't stop. I was, I don't even know if I blinked.
- 13:56I, um, I feel like I was transported. Yeah, shit. I fully forgot. We had a record. Come back.
- 14:02Oh my god. Okay. Firstly, thank you for like, you're so eloquent as well. Like I just
- 14:07felt like a bit of a girl crushing just like, I think there's, there's so many things that you
- 14:13said before we move on to kind of being proactive and learning from the stuff that you have
- 14:19implementers to move through your limiting beliefs because they think what you shared about
- 14:25the experience with your dad. Firstly, I'm like, oh my god, there's just so many things. When you
- 14:29said you had this feeling and this overwhelming draw to go back and you kind of didn't know, kind
- 14:34of blew my mind that before you're done any of that reconnecting with yourself that you were able
- 14:39to listen to that because I do think for me there's so much of like societal pressure and fear
- 14:46constantly that overrides my gut. I feel like it's like everyone says, oh, listen to your gut. I'm
- 14:51like, I have, there is a sandstorm in my gut and I have no idea where it was blowing in this
- 14:56direction or this direction. You know, so amazing that in that incredibly pivotal moment you were
- 15:00able to see your family and see your dad and and be there when that happened. Um, but also to have
- 15:07been gone through and that'd be the catalyst for growth because it's so easy when shitty things
- 15:14happen to you to go into a victim mindset or to feel really confused with where even to start,
- 15:21but I can just tell on the way that you spoke that that was the the only motivation you needed.
- 15:28It was like you could have run in any direction you chose and the fact that it was one that now is
- 15:32helping so many people is really amazing. But I'd love to kind of wind back to you. You mentioned
- 15:37quite a few things about your childhood. What do you think some of your earliest experiences
- 15:42with money or teachings that you've now obviously I'm imagining have moved through? Where were you?
- 15:47Can you transport us back to like the types of I guess habits or beliefs, particularly around
- 15:52finances and scarcity that you had as a kid? I love this question. No one's ever asking me this
- 16:00question. I can paint a full picture because I remember all of them. Like for example, one time
- 16:06I came home and all the lights were off in my house and I was like, where's my dad? And I went
- 16:10obviously with my dad was like laying in bed and he was like, I just lost all of my money in the
- 16:14stock market and I was like, I was like, oh my god. Like so scared. And I felt like a responsibility
- 16:22to do something or fix something and I'm like, I don't know what like, I don't know what to do.
- 16:27Like so my mom and dad are interesting dynamic. It felt like in our family it was like me and my
- 16:32dad versus my mom and my brother. So my dad would have to hide if he bought me anything and we'd have
- 16:37to lie to my mom to create this belief of guilt and shame around spending. And this shame of like,
- 16:45oh, I don't deserve this because I have to actually hide it. And then so my dad somehow was able
- 16:52to buy me a cell phone. I don't know how like, I don't know somehow we'd like always like just go
- 16:56buy my dad like make things work like let's say he worked an odd job. And that was the thing with
- 17:01my dad growing up is he never had consistency in money. So we'd have a job, he'd have a job and
- 17:07we would be okay. And then it would leave. And so this is massive in consistency around money
- 17:13and fear and always constant fear of like it leaving. And something that's really interesting is
- 17:18money is a masculine energy. And this is going to break a lot of brains. But how you relate to
- 17:24money is how you relate to your father's ability to protect and provide for you. And what his
- 17:30ability and consistency and the trust that you had and his ability to show up for you is how
- 17:37it's you're going to mirror money. And yeah. So I'm so mind blowing. And I said, yeah, so I mean,
- 17:44like I can already say how that's impacted my view of money. Sorry, I said again. So basically
- 17:50growing up, you learned how to trust the masculine energy from the dominant masculine energy in your
- 17:57life. So most of it is our father. And even if he's not there, that's also how you relate to money
- 18:03because then you'll constantly fear of it leaving or abandoning you. So however you relate to the
- 18:08father figure in your life, the masculine energy and how you grew up with that and your trust in
- 18:13its ability to protect and provide for you is going to exactly directly mirror your relationship
- 18:19to money right now. And it's ability to protect and provide from you. You can do, like if I would
- 18:24ask you right now, like how do you trust your father's ability to protect and provide for you growing
- 18:29up and you write it down, then I ask you money. It's going to be the exact same thing. It is so
- 18:33interesting because I know that if I look at your dad, if I look at your dad and he is all those
- 18:39things, he was really consistent. I wouldn't be surprised if yours is the total opposite actually
- 18:44to mine in terms of what you experienced as a kid and how your dad was with money. I think that's
- 18:51so bang on with how you would then describe it. Look, I'm like it will always, it'll always be there,
- 18:54it will always be fine. Yeah, like there is kind of like mine. I don't think I've done it at all.
- 19:00No. Yeah. Wow. How did you figure that out? I'm obsessed with money. Like I love money.
- 19:06Because when I grew up and I saw all this chaos in my childhood, thank God, by some grace of God,
- 19:13my dad had really wealthy friends. And so I saw them as expanders of what was possible
- 19:20and they seemed happy to me. So as a very young age, I decide if I have money, then I'm going to be
- 19:25happy. I've learned that the hard way that's not how that works. But I was so driven from such a
- 19:31young age to make a lot of money. I was obsessed with money because I believe that was my way to
- 19:35love and freedom and safety. Like everything I was wanting as a child in my family, I thought that
- 19:41money would solve it. So then from a very young age, I became obsessed with money. I became obsessed
- 19:46with learning about money, understanding money. Like I became obsessed with reading all the books
- 19:51consuming as much as possible because I want to understand how to be financially free. And like I
- 19:57more energetics and understanding the energy of money and the frequency of money and not so much
- 20:04like the 3D of money, that just like excited me more. And from that and understanding like the true
- 20:10energetics behind money and becoming a vibrational match for money is how I've unlocked so much
- 20:17wealth and for my clients. And again, I think the two need to co-exist. It's just like something that
- 20:22I get so lit up about and I could talk to you guys like five hours about, is more like the
- 20:26energetics behind money and how to attract it from that lens. So let's say, hypothetically there's
- 20:34someone on this conversation who realizes that they have a less than ideal relationship with money.
- 20:40I know for a fact that I have a scarcity mindset, I have the belief that I know everyone says
- 20:46how money comes and goes. I'm like, no, no, it mainly goes. I remember the time that I earned
- 20:54a really good seller and I lived in Australia. And I remember thinking to myself, this might be
- 20:59the most I ever earned rather than, you know, like I've had a lot of moments where I felt really
- 21:05clinging towards it and had the feeling of inconsistency and needing to hoard rather than feel
- 21:12like it can flow in and out. So let's say hypothetically, you know, there's other people
- 21:17no doubt who are listening, but yeah, that feel a lack of freedom or fluidity yet with their
- 21:23relationship with money. I guess just like, I wouldn't even know where to start. Let's hop in.
- 21:31Okay. So what I would get this hypothetical person to do is I would get them to take this is
- 21:36like so simple. Anyone at home can do this. It's so easy peasy. It's almost going to feel like
- 21:42frivolous, but it's so powerful. One is the first thing that I did. So I took a piece of paper.
- 21:47I closed the door, put my phone on airplane mode and I took a piece of paper and I wrote at the
- 21:51top of the page, my old money beliefs because we're already like putting them in the past. And I
- 21:56wrote down everything I believe to be true about money, spending, saving, investing, receiving,
- 22:03how much I'm able to hold earn. Like there was a point I couldn't even say the word million.
- 22:07It made me feel sick. Like I was like, so like, so would that be like things like,
- 22:12would that be things like money buys me happiness in terms of like tangible examples.
- 22:16Yeah, tangible samples also would be like, okay, I believe that there's never enough money.
- 22:20Yes. I believe that money is inconsistent. I believe that money is going to come and go,
- 22:25for example, like just writing down all everything you need to believe to be true about money and
- 22:29itself. Okay. So what you're creating right now is your blueprint, which is your money reality.
- 22:36This is like, okay, if we were coding chat GPT, right, and we want to understand how that AI
- 22:42works, we'd go to the code. And we're like, what the hell, like this thing keeps writing this
- 22:46thing that we don't want it to do. We don't like fix the the chat GPT. We go to the code of the AI.
- 22:52So we're like finding your brain's code, which is creating the reality. So we write this all
- 22:58down. And then you're going to, and you're going to have a moment, because I did where I was like,
- 23:02oh my gosh, I don't want to write that down. Like, because it's like, I don't want to,
- 23:05I'm going to write it down because I know that it's so confronting. Yeah. So when this hypothetical
- 23:11person has that moment, we're going to be like, okay, but the more that I get out, because if it's
- 23:18in here, it's controlling us. And we want to change it. So we have to, no one's going to see it,
- 23:24I promise. I'm not going to like, no one's knocking on the door. But there's so much
- 23:28shame around money in our society. It's so shameful. And I, I want to like, open that conversation
- 23:34up because the more that we shame it, we avoid it. And our brain moves away from pain and moves
- 23:38towards pleasure. So we want to make this fun, easy, like put on your favorite song, light a candle,
- 23:44like try to try to add as much pleasure, like bowling my eyes, like, born to try Delta,
- 23:50good drum playing in the background. Like, man, it's me. I'm never going to hit me.
- 23:54Like, like, so try to make the result of changing your money story so pleasurable.
- 24:01But for me, it was like, I get to escape winter, I get to live next to the ocean,
- 24:07and I get to be in sunshine all day long. That was so pleasurable to me that I was willing to do
- 24:10hard things to get through it. So you need your why of why you're doing this for a lot of people,
- 24:16like, I want to retire my husband. I want to break free of my nine to five job. I want to be able
- 24:21to travel business. Like, what's your pleasure that you can focus on? You can have as your
- 24:26main thing that's going to push you through doing these hard things. You need the why or else
- 24:29your brain is not going to want to do it. Your brain never wants to leave your comfort zone,
- 24:33but your comfort zone is your well zone. So the more you're in your comfort zone, the more you're
- 24:37going to stay in this well zone that you don't desire. So we need to break free of your comfort zone
- 24:41to break free of and push past your well zone to attract more. So you're going to write it all
- 24:47down and then you're going to do something so simple. You're going to get a new piece of paper
- 24:51and we're going to write down our new money reality and we're going to write down the opposite
- 24:56positive belief. So let's say you said there is never enough money. We say there is more than enough
- 25:02money. Okay, but your brain isn't merely going to be like that doesn't exist because it's like
- 25:07like a main. So to wait a bypass that is we change it into a how or why question. So how is
- 25:19there more than enough money? Because that will go in. Your brain loves to answer questions.
- 25:23It's like logical. Yeah, and it's actually giving it effect rather than just the
- 25:26like high level idea. It's like how is there more enough money than your brain goes,
- 25:30okay, how is there more than enough money? Because your brain loves to answer questions
- 25:34and it bypasses your belief system because it you will only answer what you believe to be true.
- 25:41And so if it's other congruent, if you have this belief, this is never enough and then we start
- 25:45saying there's more than enough, it's not going to go in. It's going to completely dismiss it.
- 25:48Because it's not going to have a problem I have with like manifesting or even just
- 25:53you know, you can have words of affirmation. Yeah, there was a time I had really, really,
- 25:56really, really bad health anxiety. No, I was working in a job where I was producing these segments
- 26:04where I was having to basically read and find horrible heartbreaking, go through all these
- 26:09horrible heartbreaking stories to try and find someone that deserved some kind of big like thing
- 26:14that we would do for them anyway without going to too much detail. The point was I was reading all
- 26:17these stories about people who were my age who, you know, had serious health conditions or
- 26:22blah, blah. So anyway, kind of catapulted me into having quite a bit of health anxiety.
- 26:26And so I started with these manifesting type like cards and one of them was like I'm happy and
- 26:31healthy or like my body is working perfectly, but I still had underlying anxiety. I was able to
- 26:36somewhat lift it but not really change the code if that makes sense. Okay, I love this question.
- 26:42Okay, so there's a conscious mind which controls five percent of your life and then we have the
- 26:47subconscious mind which controls 95 percent of your life. Okay, so you were trying to change
- 26:53something that is in your subconscious in the conscious. So you can't think your way in to be like
- 26:59I'm so rich. I'm so rich. If you believe that in scarcity and poverty, right, you can't
- 27:05outthink your beliefs unless you change them in the subconscious if that makes sense. So let's say
- 27:12you were my client, you're coming to me, your health anxiety. Well, of course, you just reprogramed
- 27:16yourself into having health anxiety because you're constantly repeating these scary things so your
- 27:21brain is going to now believe that that is your reality, right? It just doesn't matter if you're
- 27:25talking about someone else, your brain takes everything personally. So that's how that manifested.
- 27:31And so in my method, clear the fear, we actually get to the root cause of the problem. And I say
- 27:37root cause is because if you're growing lemons, right, and you want to grow oranges, you don't
- 27:45trim the lemons off and expect to get oranges. You're always just going to get lemons, right?
- 27:52Until we get to the root, we rip out the root, sorry, to the tree, and then we plant an orange tree.
- 27:57The only then will you get oranges. So a lot of people try to change the reality by trimming the
- 28:04branches or trying to change it in their conscious. I've been pruning for a while. Yeah. And then
- 28:08they're like, I'm still getting changed. I'm doing all the work and nothing's changing. Go to put
- 28:12the secreties. Yeah, but that's not like so passionate because I'm like, yes, it's because you're
- 28:15not accessing the subconscious. You're not getting to the root cause. And only when do you get to
- 28:20the root cause do things actually change. And so if you're just pruning the hedges, it's not going
- 28:26to change. You're going to keep getting lemons. If you want to change the fruits, you have to change
- 28:30the roots. So then we're going to create a list of how questions. So how is it more than after
- 28:36that? Yeah. And the way in which that you reprogram the subconscious mind is the repetition.
- 28:40So you actually repeatedly sub like programmed yourself into something that you didn't want because
- 28:45you're reading it over and over and over that caused that negative reality. And we can do the
- 28:50exact same thing for the positive reality. So you're going to have this list. And this is a tool
- 28:55that I have in my app. And it's called neuro linking. So what you do is you're going to read out
- 28:59your list. And this is the because people just read affirmations. And they think that they don't
- 29:04work. But it's because they're not doing it right. Firstly, they're saying an affirmation that
- 29:07they don't believe. So then it never goes in. And they're not emotionally connecting it. Your subconscious
- 29:12is in the body. Okay. So you're going to read a question like how is there more than enough money?
- 29:17You're going to read out that ask for me. I call them ask formations. How is there more than
- 29:21enough money? And what you're going to do for 17 seconds is you're going to think and imagine a
- 29:27reality that proves that belief to be true. So you may recall a memory where you notice, okay,
- 29:32you actually there yeah, there always is more than enough money. Like there's always has been more
- 29:36than enough money. And there always is more than enough money. So you believe and you feel that feeling
- 29:41of safety, right? Because that's all your brain really wants is to feel safe. Or if you're like,
- 29:46my life, never seen that before. There's never been enough. All you need to do is just imagine a
- 29:50situation and imagine a moment with that would prove that to be true. So maybe you see your bank account
- 29:56and it looked you can just see the amount that there would always be more than enough. And your
- 30:00brain doesn't know the difference between real and imagined. This is also called mental rehearsal.
- 30:04Joe just so annoying because it means that all the stupid anxiety thoughts that I have that
- 30:08thinks are real. You know, like it thinks that it's like stupid, scary stuff I make up for myself
- 30:14as well as the good stuff you're trying to reprogram. It's just so weird how your brain. But that's
- 30:18why your body. So anxiety is just a body response for fear, right? It's like, well, you should,
- 30:24there's a tiger chasing after me and I need to run. So your your body says going like this and
- 30:29you're and actually energy gets sent to your legs to run because it thinks you're in danger.
- 30:33The thing is you're not. I'm not a bit of a runner. I'm
- 30:37amazing. I run for over 12 minutes of time. So, but you're it's really your nervous system is
- 30:42completely in fight or flight. Yeah. So once you start to reprogram all those fears and your brain
- 30:48goes, Oh, I'm safe. I'm safe. I'm safe. I'm safe. That's what the clear the fear method does.
- 30:51It goes to clear all those fears, AK limiting beliefs. And then once your brain, your brain will
- 30:56start to relax. It's actually how I lost all the weight. My body was just running in fight or
- 31:00flight. And I was just holding on to weight because it was thought it was like a protection mechanism.
- 31:05But though the moment I showed just like healing my nervous system and healing all those
- 31:10living beliefs, I hate this, but to say this, but the weight kind of did fall off. Like I it's not
- 31:15like I did all these fancy things. But I think that's better. It's better than saying, Oh, I tried
- 31:18really hard to lose weight because that's the last thing we're trying to promote, right? It's yeah.
- 31:22It you weren't actually probably at a healthy weight. And then by healing and being more healthy,
- 31:28the natural kind of flown from that was losing weight, rather than having five crackers every day,
- 31:33you know, it's like an inside out game. Yeah. So if you want to exchange the external,
- 31:38you have to hold the internal. Do you think it would be quite good to use an example,
- 31:41like maybe that you could have an example of a limiting belief you have around money?
- 31:44You know, it'd be really cool if you could tell me a money pattern that you have that you no
- 31:48longer want to have. And I can tell you what your block is. They're the harder you work.
- 31:52The more you'll get. Yeah. So you believe that you have to work really hard for money. Yeah.
- 31:56I think this is a very good one to use. No, I think this is a good example. It's more like the more
- 32:03the more money I want, the longer hours, the harder the like the more stress I have to take on
- 32:08essentially to get that outcome. Okay. So is the desired reality a certain amount in your bank
- 32:14account or certain amount that you're making like, what's the goal? Probably like security,
- 32:18like financial security that if something happened, I'd still be okay. Okay. So the desired state is
- 32:26security, like financial financial security, financial freedom with it. Yeah. And do you know what
- 32:30that looks like? Is it like a money in your bank account? Is there a reoccurring income? Like,
- 32:34what does that look like for you? Like when you get it, how will you know? Okay. I'm secure.
- 32:39It's probably a regular income consistency. Yeah. I would say probably consistency. And is
- 32:47there like an amount that it could be like if I got given a hundred like if I could choose between
- 32:52a certain amount per month versus an upfront amount, which sounds so contradictory because we're
- 32:56an investing platform. I would probably choose the consistent amount, even if it was
- 33:01funnily as if that makes sense. Yeah. Yeah. Totally. Yeah. Okay. So let's just make up a number. Let's
- 33:06say it's 50,000 pounds a month consistently. That's your desired reality. Okay. Let's just let's say
- 33:11that's your financial freedom. Like, yes. Check. We're good. I'm no longer stressed. I know long
- 33:15I know long after work hard for money. If I had that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There's going to sound
- 33:20really weird. But what about not having a work hard to prove yourself is scary?
- 33:26Is it again? What is not hard? What about not having a work hard for money? So let's say
- 33:33money just came too easily and you were financially free and you had like nothing to worry about.
- 33:40What about it? Yeah. What about it? If I was getting 50,000 pounds a month for doing nothing,
- 33:44is that what you're meaning? Because I would feel so guilty. Yeah. Why do you feel guilty? Because
- 33:51I don't deserve it. There we go. Okay. Whoa. Yeah. Sorry. Oh my god. I feel like magic just
- 33:59happens. Yeah. I can just pop down the head. Yeah. So I'm also like just maybe feeling like
- 34:07growing up, did you get attention through achieving a little bit? It was probably more like
- 34:12why did you get an A in on A plus? Yeah. So okay. So then there's a belief that you're never
- 34:18that nothing I do is enough and that's why you have to work so hard for money. Yeah.
- 34:21But the underlying fear and belief is that you're not enough and that's why you don't believe
- 34:24that you deserve it. And so the working hard for money is the constant trying to prove that I'm
- 34:30enough. Yeah. Yeah. That I'm valuable. That I deserve it. But you know what? Money has nothing
- 34:34to do with deserving. I know. Money is a frequency like money is an energy that you it's a frequency
- 34:40is not a reward. But anyways, I can tell you that all day long and you're like, yeah, yeah,
- 34:43whatever bitch. Like like your subconscious mind still is going to fear that. So if you were my
- 34:48client, what I would do now is I would take you through my process called clear the fear.
- 34:52And I would clear that belief that you're not enough because you didn't come here thinking
- 34:56that you're not enough. You learned it over time is something that you were programmed through
- 35:00your childhood thinking like, okay, even when I get an A, it's not enough. And so that's now
- 35:05getting projected into money, even when I have 20,000, three, nothing is ever enough. So I keep
- 35:09out and then you're going to burn it. And then you're like sacrificing your life just to chase this
- 35:14dangling care that I am enough. And so that's what I like to help my clients reprogram because
- 35:20you're going to get to end of your life. You're like, wow, nothing was ever enough. And then
- 35:24I never allowed myself to enjoy to sit back and and just like feel the feeling of being abundant
- 35:30instead of like chasing abundance. And so yeah, I would recommend doing the track clear the fear on
- 35:37I am not enough. And it's like going to change your life. So the how is what? How is she clearing
- 35:43that fear? Would it basically think about what does it look like? No, it's sorry, it's in my app.
- 35:48So I have an app called the higher self app. And I have all those tracks pre-recorded. So she can
- 35:53listen to it. Yes, my method. It's kind of like a meditation, but it's a meditation that
- 35:58clears your subconscious mind. Oh, so it's like meditation on crack. As I actually get to the
- 36:04thing that's really hard is yeah, it's like your own devices. Now you know what it is now go
- 36:11and fix it. Yeah, but that's bothering me because I was like, it was like, okay, now I know all my
- 36:15negative beliefs about money. And there's like a laundry list. So it's like, okay, good luck.
- 36:19Like just use hypnosis and see if something changes. I'm like, no, I need a tool that actually
- 36:25works. And like you're going to text me and you're about the craziest thing happened because it
- 36:29goes back to the exact moment that you believed it. And we rewrite this story because in your
- 36:33subconscious again, it doesn't know the difference in real and imagined. And so we rewrite that
- 36:37story. And then and then moving forward, you no longer are seeking and trying to find the fact
- 36:43that you're no longer enough because you no longer believe that. So you believe that you are
- 36:47enough. So then you only seek. I am enough. And so you only see that because the part of your brain,
- 36:52the particular activating cortex, it filters out. So anything you believe, it will filter for.
- 36:58So if you have a negative belief, it will find that. And so we take that negative belief,
- 37:03we turn it into a positive, then you start to find the positive belief. And then you're that's
- 37:08how all my clients have these. It's like you said, like it's magic, but it's just like your brain
- 37:12just starts focusing on a different thing. It's like when your ex has a car and then you see that
- 37:17car everywhere. It's like that car was always there. But now you're filtering for it before it
- 37:22didn't matter. Now when you start to believe that you're enough, you'll find all the reasons that
- 37:26you are. And then like, for example, in money, someone's going to make, oh my gosh, you should help
- 37:31me invest in this business that it takes off. And then you're financially free. Wow. It's so
- 37:36interesting. I want to go now. I want to go to this. It's really interesting because like
- 37:41having seen you in a work context. Yes. I remember I've said to you before, I'd love to do content
- 37:48on the idea of like what is enough so that people can find their number of what is that what is
- 37:53your goal financially? What's the overarching? For example, is it two million? Is it one? Is it
- 37:57over? And you've never been able to answer that question for yourself. And therefore we've never
- 38:03been able to do that as a thing. Because there's nothing to everyone else. There's nothing to
- 38:06ever know. But that's like kind of why when you were talking, I was like, oh my god, that's so
- 38:09interesting. Because I remember saying to you, like maybe if you have a tangible number for not you
- 38:14anyone that listens to this podcast, that's really motivating because it's almost like an end goal
- 38:18or something you're working towards and making more tangible. But yeah, it was just I just that was
- 38:24what popped up for me. I was like, oh, that's so interesting. Well, I guess if it like if I came up
- 38:27with say, you know, two million pounds was my enough. And I was on track to get there. If I put away
- 38:3310 pounds a week and it wasn't invested in this, like they would still be part of me that's like,
- 38:36oh, but but I when I reach that, I'm still not there or what if what if X happens and then that gets,
- 38:41you know, there's always like, oh, there's always a, yeah, it's not tangible. It would never feel
- 38:46like enough. You'd hit that and then you'd make another goal and another goal because you don't
- 38:49believe that you're enough. So then no amount of money will ever feel enough. Okay, so it's 10.
- 38:54Yes, we're going to need like a podcast series of like five
- 39:01okay, so many. I'm like, I've got even really, I've got a few. One I would say is a hang up of
- 39:07not being valuable or like having valuable skills or having things that will make me money if that
- 39:13makes sense because I think I have a belief that that the only way really to get wealth is the
- 39:20really traditional path of working finance or being a lawyer or I think there's a part of me that
- 39:25believes that it's almost like not having confidence in myself being the one that could make the money
- 39:32maybe. I think I have a deep rooted belief which I hate and I know it was like the opposite of
- 39:37feminism, but the idea of having a partner within a relationship is like a relief financially,
- 39:44not because they're going to pay for me, but having a team or having someone else to help so that
- 39:51it's not 100% on me. I don't know what that is, but I definitely think the idea of being
- 39:57single feels like a real block or scary, yeah, in terms of what I may or may not be able to do with
- 40:05my life. What is a desire reality that you want with money? I really, I don't want to have to think
- 40:12about constantly deciding having this or that or constantly having to weigh up. Can I do this?
- 40:19I feel like I a lot of my, even if I've budgeted properly and I've put money in the right places,
- 40:24I am constantly stressed about the fact that I don't have enough within a month through the things
- 40:30that I want to do. So if my clients have this pattern of those just enough, it's this exact same fear,
- 40:36it's that I don't believe that I'm enough and you said it so many times, you're like I don't have
- 40:41the skill so I'm not valuable enough. You say that you need a partner to have money, but I'm not
- 40:48enough to create money. Like in every area of your life, it goes back to the same root cause,
- 40:54the root cause of all of this is that I'm not enough. There's not enough money. They're just
- 40:58getting by. And so it's the exact same thing and it doesn't surprise me. It's actually the number one
- 41:03thing that I clear with every single client is I'm not enough. And the thing is, is that think
- 41:11about how we're raised, right? We're in school and when you get the test back, it's like red, red,
- 41:16red, red, red, we're constantly critiqued to your point. Like you got an A, why don't you get
- 41:20an A plus, right? So we're constantly in society critiqued. Why are you not enough? And it's so sad,
- 41:26but so many of us have this underlying fear and belief, which is not true. Fear is false,
- 41:32evidence appearing real that we're not enough. And then no amount of money and then a reality is
- 41:39occurring that there's just enough every single month. And so I would invite both of you to do the
- 41:43exact same thing is clear this belief that I'm not enough. I'm team like meditations. Yeah,
- 41:48the whole office for coming every morning. Yeah, like I am. We can all write. Yeah, yeah. But
- 41:53you need to clear it. Yeah. You need to clear the belief. Number one, because you can't, like I
- 41:57say, you can't override it. You can repeat it over and over and over. But the most effective
- 42:03way to do this is just clear it and clear the fear. Do you think the current world and society
- 42:10that we live in in terms of social media and being having all this information that's going on
- 42:14in the world like has helped you all that feeling of I'm not enough. Yeah. Yeah.
- 42:20Think about social media. It's constant comparison. It's I think like when we were growing up,
- 42:25it was Hollywood. And this is the ideal state of how you look. Yeah. Yeah, like
- 42:32bringing experience. You know, like this is how you should look. And if you don't look like this
- 42:36and you're not enough, if you don't have this is the I it's programmed in us. This this is how
- 42:41much money you should earn. This is what your family should look like. This is what your house
- 42:44needs to look like. This is what your car needs to look like. And if you don't have this,
- 42:47then you are not enough. It's it's baked into our society. And it's causing us to say small,
- 42:54stay in scarcity, stay in fear, stay in lack because unfortunately that benefits society if everyone
- 43:00is in fear all the time. You mentioned earlier in this conversation that you and $30,000 worth of
- 43:05debt at one point in your life that I'm assuming you have you now know exactly what that limiting
- 43:12belief was and you worked through it now in a way more abundant state financially, but also just
- 43:18how you think about yourself, the relation to money. Can you maybe use that as your own example
- 43:24of where you were and how you use these tools and this method to get yourself into a completely
- 43:31different frame of mind? Yeah. So with debt for me, the way I got out of it is I just made it a
- 43:37non issue. I made it a non issue. I set up a repayment program and I just didn't think about it. I
- 43:43didn't make it mean anything about me. And I was pretty young as I was getting out of debt and I was
- 43:48like learning these tools. And it honestly was this fear of not being enough and this fear of having
- 43:55like addicted to lack. And so when I started to reprogram that it honestly again kind of like the
- 44:00weight like it just naturally took care of itself. The interesting thing about debt though is that I
- 44:05see this product this this pattern all the time in my practice and people attract people will only
- 44:14attract into their life. Something that there's a hidden advantage to meaning there's some sort of
- 44:20hidden subconscious benefit to having this in their life. The belief, the limiting belief,
- 44:27the reality. So debt. No one wants to have debt. No one consciously wants debt. They like it's a
- 44:32very we can all agree. We don't want it, right? But why do people have debt if they don't want it?
- 44:38There's some sort of subconscious hidden advantage like in your belief system that is attracting the
- 44:44debt because there's some sort of benefit to you having this debt. The only reason why you have
- 44:49something is some sort of hidden advantage. So with that they was it. No, I have it. Oh god. Like what
- 44:55an example be like, okay, if I like I'm going to go into debt to buy the nice car because look at
- 44:59the nice car portray portrays X about me or was it kind of do you know what I mean or is that
- 45:05oftentimes if people don't think that they're enough, they'll try to buy certain things to make them
- 45:09feel worthy and then go into debt. So that can be a pattern. But something that I see really often
- 45:15is going to again is going to break your brain. So what because I started clearing all my clients
- 45:19of debt and it all came back to the same thing. And for a lot of them, not all of them, it was this
- 45:25pattern where they were financially supported from their parents growing up and they created this
- 45:30belief around money that if if I don't have it, then I'm financially saved from my parents and I'm
- 45:35saved from my parents and I receive love from my parents. So they created this reality subconsciously
- 45:42and they're attracting debt and they're creating more debt because subconsciously they believe that's
- 45:47how they are loved by their parents. And so it doesn't make any logical sense because anything in
- 45:51the subconscious is not logical. But now they're 35 45 55 and they're holding on to this debt
- 45:58because subconsciously they believe that's how they're going to stay connected to their parents.
- 46:03And I've literally it's so crazy like I'll help my clients clear this on us like just what I did
- 46:08with you guys. I'm like, okay, what's the benefit? Like what if you had this, what are you afraid of
- 46:13and so many of them would be like I'm like afraid to be alone if I didn't have debt. And I'm like,
- 46:17okay, that's so interesting. And just like time over time, people all over the world were saying
- 46:21the exact same thing. And I noticed that there was this like universal fear of that they didn't have
- 46:27debt. They would be alone and they won't receive love from their parents. So then when we clear that
- 46:32and we clear the hand of age, then the debt no longer exists. Then they would be open to all new
- 46:37possibilities to resolve their debt. Like I had one of my clients, something with their house got
- 46:42remorraged and then all their debt got paid off. Like it was like all these things kept happening.
- 46:47Once they cleared that hidden advantage to holding on to the debt. Oh my god, why are we so annoying?
- 46:53It's so spooky. It's like it's like it's like it's very little children. It's like the little child
- 46:59inside of ourselves that's like so scared. All we want is love and safety. So we do these silly things
- 47:04thinking it's going to give us love and safety. But it's actually creating the reality that we don't want.
- 47:09Really desperately before we started recording this podcast, something I can't even remember how
- 47:14this came up. Oh, that's right. We were all singing that song, where the hell is my husband?
- 47:19I was saying, yeah, let's manifest my husband like joking. And you said it's really interesting
- 47:24because money and the way that you relate to a relationship is kind of the same frequency.
- 47:30Yeah. Like desperate to know the answer to that. Like how they're related because they really
- 47:34think the idea of scarcity or lack for me comes up a relationship and both of those places.
- 47:42Okay, so I want you to dive into that thing that I told you at the beginning about how you relate
- 47:46to your dad's ability to protect and provide a place. Yeah, that will illuminate so much. Okay.
- 47:51When you receive something, if it's money, if it's attention, how does that make you feel?
- 47:57Really great. Really good. Like an attention. I'm like, oh, okay, so what's a habit with men
- 48:04that's occurring that you're not desiring? Mostly unavailable. I could always go for someone
- 48:09that's emotionally unavailable. It's almost like a go for them in the first place. You know,
- 48:13it's kind of like a fix that you like. Oh, you may be. Yeah, you kind of like to like. Sorry.
- 48:18I'm so glad you're piping up here. You know, like I feel... No, no, it's fun. I feel like you
- 48:23fished down here when you could fish here. I actually really agree with that. You know, like I think
- 48:27there's a problem with that. I need to fish down here. Yeah. Not up here. Yeah, yeah. It's from my,
- 48:33from a friend. I know you mean it's yeah, I know exactly what you mean. I'm fishing. I get
- 48:37from the creek and all in the pond. And he was like, amazing, beautiful.
- 48:41It's what you'd be like, oh, not enough for me. Okay, but why? It's 100% the deserving thing.
- 48:47Though it's the same thing. So money isn't enough. The men aren't enough. Like you don't feel
- 48:52enough for the men that you don't feel enough for what you desire. And that's your biggest block.
- 48:58Then when you clear your whole life is about to change. Like your whole life is good. You're
- 49:02going to text me. So I just to give you a quick example. So I had a client come to me and most
- 49:07clients come to me because I want more money. They want to improve their business and like that.
- 49:10I love that so much. And I also love talking about relationships because I have a really good
- 49:15success rate helping my clients manifest soulmates. Because again, it's like a similar frequency of
- 49:20just receiving and deserving. And I had a client come to me and she's like, okay, I want to make
- 49:25all this money. But I'm having this pattern reoccurring where I'm attracting these men who don't
- 49:29respect my boundaries. They're being super disrespectful to me. Just not respecting me as a person,
- 49:35not respecting my time, not respecting what I say. And I was like, okay, there's two things when
- 49:40she says that to me. I say, okay, one, where are you not respecting yourself? Because they're just
- 49:45mirroring how you treat yourself. So she made a list for me. And then she killed all those areas
- 49:50and showed treating herself her boundaries with respect. So that was number one. Then two,
- 49:55we cleared her fear of being disrespected. And we got back to the moment. Childhood that that
- 50:00happened. We cleared it. We rewrote the story two weeks later. I get text from her. And she's like,
- 50:06you're not going to believe this. I met this guy. I did it. I was like, okay, great. The neck,
- 50:09like a couple days later, she sent me a screenshot. And he literally says, like out of nowhere,
- 50:13I just want to let you know, I really respect you and your boundaries. You're kidding. You can't
- 50:17make this up. Then, and then she also had this thing of like, she's a living belief that she's
- 50:22never loved for who she is. And I was like, okay, great. So using neural linking that tool that I
- 50:27told you about in the beginning, we neural link to how how are people respecting my boundaries?
- 50:32And how are people loving me for who I am? Yeah, another screenshot. He says, I just want to let
- 50:36you know, I just love you for who you are. I can't make this shit up. Surely this is like the
- 50:41ad that you need to put on the internet. I'm okay with like a million dollars behind it.
- 50:45Like this one. I have so many other stories as well. Like again, one of my other clients,
- 50:49she's like, I think it's going to be easier for me to manifest a hundred million dollars
- 50:52than my soulmate. And I was like, challenge accepted within too much she was engaged.
- 50:56Don't give me this chick because I reckon I'm going to go away and like be walking down the street,
- 50:59like, this person wants to marry me. This person wants to marry me. I used to surround it. Like,
- 51:03what would you not? Not a negative note. But like, what do you say to people that? Like, you've
- 51:08convinced me. I think so. Because it's a ginormous skeptic. I almost, yeah. I think you were convinced
- 51:14for when we walked into the room and you probably, you know, like, how, what would you say to people
- 51:18that are like, this is all we were? I do feel like they probably be some people in the audience
- 51:23that do feel like there's no hope or do feel like they're in debt. You know, maybe as much as you
- 51:29were more and are just feeling really stark. And I know you gave your personal story beforehand.
- 51:35I think it's a really good way to finish because it's really hard to imagine anything bitter when
- 51:41everything feels super dark. Totally. I totally get that. I think going home, I was really confronted
- 51:47with that. I feel like when I go home, I'm like, I just like transfer back to that version of me.
- 51:51But I get it so much. I think number one is, you know, if you want to look up this science
- 51:56behind sub-consciously programming, you're like a scientific person. You want facts. You can look up
- 52:01all that. You can find all the facts for that. If that's what, like, that's what you need to hear.
- 52:06To be honest, I'm not here to convince anyone why they need to change. That's not my job.
- 52:12That's not my job to convince you of why you need to change that life is short. Like, that's not
- 52:18my job. I think that you, if you have it in you and you're like, okay, I'm done. Like, I'm just
- 52:24done with the debt. I'm done with these type of men. I'm done. And I just want a new reality.
- 52:29Try it. You don't need to trust me. You can just try it. Like, you've nothing to lose.
- 52:34And if you go all in on this and you, if you look at the results, you, like, it's impossible for
- 52:39not to work with you. You have a brain. So it's impossible not to work. And what do you have to lose?
- 52:43My thing is like, yeah, if you, if you want to science behind it, just look at the science of
- 52:46sub-consciously programming. But I don't want to convince you of why you need to change or why,
- 52:53because I need you to want that for yourself. I don't think people need, well, maybe they do.
- 52:59I'd say it's a two-part, there's definitely people that are just really happy bearing the head
- 53:04in the sand. But I think a lot of people do want to change. They've just tried lots of things and
- 53:09don't really know. And so probably feel a bit disillusioned by the over bombarding amount of,
- 53:16like, do this, do that, like, you know, we told in every direction how to get better, how to do
- 53:21this that maybe they're just a bit desensitized to, like, I don't want to get excited and think
- 53:25this could work and it doesn't tour. Totally. I think that what have you got to lose though?
- 53:29It's so true. I want to go back to like the root cause. I think a lot of things in society are
- 53:36band-aid solutions. So let's say you have a cut in your glass in it, right? If we want to heal
- 53:42this wound, I think a lot of tools right now, and this is what frustrated me so much, and this is
- 53:47honestly why I lost my dad, because there was no tool that helped. It was just like putting band-aid,
- 53:50band-aid, band-aid, band-aid, band-aid, and it didn't work. With subconscious reprogramming,
- 53:55we're literally taking the glass, we're removing it from the wound, we're putting on
- 54:00ointment, we're putting on a band-aid. So it's actually getting to the root cause of the problem,
- 54:04which is you've glass in your hand, right? And the thing about subconscious reprogramming is I feel
- 54:10like it's where meditation was like five years ago. So people kind of like subconscious,
- 54:14well, but I promised you in five years, it's all anyone's going to be speaking about.
- 54:19Exactly, it actually works. We're here for curves, or brands.
- 54:24No, but brand. I actually remember when I first started meditating like 14 years ago,
- 54:28the only reason I did it is because I was in a job where one of the hosts swore by it for
- 54:34creativity. And so I started doing it, honestly, I was probably just trying to be like a good
- 54:37employee, and when I would talk about it to people, I would always caveat meditation with like,
- 54:42oh, but I'm not a tree hucker. I was constantly trying to dismiss what I was doing, and now it's
- 54:49so normal that someone says, oh, I'm meditating. I was like, oh, yeah, obviously.
- 54:53It's even like therapy 10 years ago. It's like, why are you in therapy? Like, what's wrong with you?
- 54:57Oh, yeah. Now it's like, I have my therapist. Like, it's common now. Everyone's like, oh, my God,
- 55:00me too. Yeah. Like, so we're getting this weird. I know. I know. Yeah, stunning. On brand
- 55:05love it. So, but Marley has to catch a flight. Yeah, we've got to, we have to let it go. I would
- 55:10love to sit here and go through all my limiting beliefs about money.
- 55:13A little part two. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 55:15Like, three or say, but if people want to learn more about clear the fear, aka me,
- 55:22what do I do on the room? How do I sign up? Yeah. So we have the Higher Self app.
- 55:28It's the first subconscious reprogramming app on the app store, and it's called Higher Self,
- 55:33and there's a concierge so you can say, hey, like, I'm stove. This is everything that I'm doing
- 55:38with and we'll create a custom protocol for you and you can use it within the app. And then
- 55:43all this stuff they speak about, you can find me at Marley Rose Heroes across all channels,
- 55:47and then we have the Money Mindset mission show podcast. Oh, you are amazing.
- 55:52Thank you so much. 50,000 pounds a month. Yeah.
- 55:57Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Thank you.
- 56:00Thank you. We're in Houston, London. Let's do a part two.
- 56:02Yes. Oh, my gosh. And so I will bring along her.
- 56:05Oh, my God. Why do we make this? Oh, my God. Yeah. Okay.
- 56:07Vic can bring along her 50 pounds that she's in for the last 12 months.
- 56:11That's right. Yeah. Yeah. She pounds.
- 56:12And you can bring your ring. Yeah. Oh, my gosh.
