- 0:01One guy has $500 million worth of silver.
- 0:06An unbelievable silver story. We're going to talk about why he
- 0:11is doing this. Does it sound like the Hunt
- 0:14brothers or Warren Buffett when they tried to corner the silver
- 0:17market? But also we're going to talk
- 0:20about recent data that he put out about silver in particular,
- 0:25which is almost too good to be true.
- 0:27Unbelievable, But the reality is it's based in fact.
- 0:31I know you love silver. I know you love gold.
- 0:34I know you love precious metal mining stocks.
- 0:36I do too. I also know that you chose to
- 0:39join me down here today in the basement.
- 0:42I really hope you feel like you found a friend, a little home
- 0:44away from home, a little precious metals refuge.
- 0:47Please subscribe to the channel. That's free.
- 0:50All you got to do is press subscribe, give the video a
- 0:53thumbs up, share it with everybody and leave a comment in
- 0:56the comment section below. You can pretty much say whatever
- 0:59you want. Speak your mind, OK?
- 1:01You don't have to agree with me. That's how we learn is from each
- 1:05other. Oh, and by the way, later in
- 1:07this video, we're going to do an unboxing.
- 1:10I've got a package whoa that I'm going to open.
- 1:13I knock Susie over there and I think there might be some silver
- 1:16in here. And I'll tell you a story from
- 1:19my past, from this book right here.
- 1:22All the wisdom in one place. But first we're going to talk
- 1:26about this silver guru who has a half a billion dollars in silver
- 1:32and then some like breaking new info that he's putting out,
- 1:35which is absolutely fascinating. So who are we talking about?
- 1:39This guy right here, David Bateman, He's a tech billionaire
- 1:43who's turned into a precious metals aficionado proponent.
- 1:48I don't know, he's putting his money where his mouth is.
- 1:51He now has almost a half a billion dollars worth of silver,
- 1:54almost 13 million ounces of silver.
- 1:57And if you do the math on that at $38 per oz, you come to $500
- 2:02million. But the important thing we want
- 2:05to look at is why he's doing this.
- 2:08And let's go out here to the sub Stack article.
- 2:12Sorry guys, we're doing a live recorded video here.
- 2:17Tech, tech, tech. Good old tech.
- 2:19There we go. Here he's talking about the
- 2:22reasons why he says the global monetary system is about to
- 2:25collapse. The Great Reset or the Basel end
- 2:28game, The biggest credit bubble in history will soon pop.
- 2:32Yes, we have $300 trillion in worldwide debt.
- 2:35Yes, a trillion is equal to 1 million * 1,000,001 trillion and
- 2:42we have 300 of them in the world.
- 2:44There's no way the United States of American can refinance.
- 2:48It's 28 trillion in maturing treasuries in the four years
- 2:52we're up a Creek without a paddle.
- 2:55Things in Washington are getting crazy.
- 2:56Gold and silver are the only meaningful life raft.
- 2:59Physical possession is everything.
- 3:01The whole world right now is a sophisticated game of musical
- 3:06chairs. The chairs are the precious
- 3:09metals. Crypto is a SIOP that's up for
- 3:13debate. Real estate, crypto, stocks, and
- 3:15bonds will all lose significantly compared to
- 3:19precious metals. The banking system has been
- 3:21meticulously designed to seize your assets to buoy up a
- 3:25collapsing banking sector. See the great taking?
- 3:29You have 0 counterparty risk with precious metals.
- 3:34Meaning if you hold silver in your hand, if you won't hold
- 3:37gold in your hand, you own it. You're not relying on anybody
- 3:41else for that value. If you own it, hold it in your
- 3:44hand, you own it. OK up.
- 3:47He's up 20% already. Good for you.
- 3:50This is not a drill. Your grandkids someday will
- 3:53either muse or lament this financial decision you're now
- 3:56faced with. Don't fail them.
- 3:59Not financial advice for educational purposes only.
- 4:02Hey, same here with Ron's basement.
- 4:04I'm not a financial advisor. This is not financial advice.
- 4:07Don't buy or sell anything. Gold, silver, stocks, bonds,
- 4:10mutual funds, crypto currencies. Don't get engaged.
- 4:14Don't make any decisions based on what I'm saying.
- 4:17This is for camaraderie and entertainment purposes only.
- 4:20But I do speak my truth and since this is still a free
- 4:23country, I can do that. Look at all that silver, that's
- 4:27Mr. Bateman's silver hoard, guys.
- 4:30We are talking about 13 million ounces of silver, maybe more at
- 4:36this point. Well, actually 12.7 I rounded
- 4:39up, but maybe more than 13 million.
- 4:41The guys probably buying more and more.
- 4:44Are they cornering the silver market?
- 4:46Is he correct? But what's really interesting is
- 4:49what he recently put out some crazy pieces of data that show
- 4:54just how undervalued silver is. Silver is on the verge, I think,
- 4:59right, of a floodgate situation where the floodgates open, where
- 5:04there's so many people trying to get their hands on silver that
- 5:08there won't be enough to go around.
- 5:10I know, right? I'm a silver pumper.
- 5:12I've admitted that many times. Yes, I do believe that.
- 5:16Silver, there he is, right? There are Silver Bear who's
- 5:19blindfolded with $85. We're going to take that
- 5:22blindfold off when silver hits $85 and I think it'll happen
- 5:26sooner than later. Right now we're going to open a
- 5:29package. I think I got some silver in the
- 5:31mail from our channel sponsor, First Mint.
- 5:34They're the mint in Las Vegas, NV, creating world class silver
- 5:39bullion products, all original. What's really cool about them,
- 5:43they're owned by First Majestic Silver, Keith Newmeyer's huge
- 5:47silver mining company. So the silver goes from the mine
- 5:51in Mexico to the mint in Las Vegas to you never on the COMEX
- 5:57or the LBMA. Maybe Mr. Bateman wants to learn
- 6:00about them. Right, Let's keep the silver off
- 6:02the COMEX in the LBMA. But they sent me a package and
- 6:06I, I started to open it and I thought, I want to show
- 6:08everybody just how cool their packaging is and even cooler
- 6:13what's inside. So this came from FedEx
- 6:15yesterday. OK, nicely packaged.
- 6:19I had to sign for it, had to make sure I was home.
- 6:23OK. And they send stuff in these
- 6:24cool little boxes, really like sharp boxes.
- 6:28And let me get the tape off here, all right.
- 6:34And what's cooler, Hopefully it's in here is then they pack
- 6:38it with this. I call it crinkle paper.
- 6:42See that That black crinkly paper and they wanted to send me
- 6:47Oh wow, this is cool. Check this out guys.
- 6:52Wow, very cool. I'm going to set the crinkle
- 6:56paper aside, but look at this really sharp nice black.
- 7:03This feels like feels like I'm opening like an iPhone or
- 7:05something and then inside here it's the old envelope.
- 7:09Sorry I'm doing this live. I don't want to RIP.
- 7:12Well, looks like I ripped it. You know what I'll do?
- 7:15Let me get out my scissors or cut this open.
- 7:24I could sing for you. OK.
- 7:30Oh my gosh. So inside this black envelope.
- 7:34Oh, cool. They sent along a capsule for
- 7:37me, but I think I haven't. I Oh man, this is so cool.
- 7:43OK, it's the new Las Vegas round with some awesome.
- 7:49Oh man, I just loved it. Oh, check this out.
- 7:53This is awesome. I'm going to show you this side
- 7:55first. I used to play this is the Las
- 7:58Vegas skyline. Sure you can see that really
- 8:02nicely and it's got like a poker chip design around the outside.
- 8:07But on the other side, I used to like to play roulette.
- 8:10It has the roulette wheel with the first Mint.
- 8:15That is so cool. I love it.
- 8:17All right, look at that. It's the roulette wheel with the
- 8:22first mint logo in the middle man, I am, so I need to be very
- 8:27careful with this. Put it over here.
- 8:31I'm so excited and everything came.
- 8:34I mean look at that packaging. I'm telling you, it felt like an
- 8:36iPhone when I was opening it up, but so excited, so grateful to
- 8:41have First Mint sponsoring our channel.
- 8:44Look, guys, I'm here. I'm able to do this because of
- 8:47the support of the sponsors. I'm going to tell you a story
- 8:50later about my personal life when I go into that book that I
- 8:54showed you all the all the wisdom in one place.
- 8:59But you know, this is how we support our family.
- 9:01And upstairs Susie, how do you guys know her, right?
- 9:05She talks on the walkie-talkie. You know she's a stay at home
- 9:09mom. So thank you anyway.
- 9:11Thank you first meant for sending me that round.
- 9:13Thank you for the sponsorship guys.
- 9:15It's great stuff. Everybody has been sending me
- 9:18emails telling me how excited they are.
- 9:20I mean they create all original high quality silver bullion
- 9:25products. You can check them out at first
- 9:27meant.com here let me pull up there.
- 9:30There's there's our friend Bateman silver bars, but here's
- 9:34their website and there we go. That's the year of the snake.
- 9:40These are all original. You're the snake round, the year
- 9:43of the dragon round. That's their Buffalo round.
- 9:46I say it every week, but that Indian Head design, I absolutely
- 9:50am in love with it. And there's the Las Vegas round
- 9:54that I just showed you with the new redesign on the back with on
- 9:57the roulette wheel on the back. So super cool.
- 10:00Again, thank you first meant Oh, and there's a discount code.
- 10:03OK, VIPRB, very important. Ron's basement, VIPRB free
- 10:10shipping over $199 and it's going to come to you right in
- 10:14those cool box and put the packaging that is just
- 10:17absolutely awesome. Oh, Bateman, he put out new
- 10:20stuff. The silver guy, the $500 million
- 10:24silver guy put out new information that it's just
- 10:27absolutely crazy about silver. Let's go take a look at that.
- 10:31If I can pull this up for you guys.
- 10:34Here we go. Here's a recent post.
- 10:37Silver Apes are betting that the historical silver to gold price
- 10:41ratio of 15 to one could return. Wow.
- 10:46Let's just do the math here real quick.
- 10:47If we did go to a 15 to one, just out of curiosity, we'll say
- 10:51$3300.00. So our gold divided by 15, that
- 10:56would be $220 silver. Would you argue with that?
- 10:59I don't think you would. I know I wouldn't argue with it,
- 11:02but that's not the really interesting part.
- 11:05This is crazy for the above ground physical silver ounces to
- 11:10reach 15 to one against above ground physical gold oz.
- 11:16That means if we got to a point where there was 15 times as much
- 11:20physical silver held in your basement, held in your vault,
- 11:24held in wherever, right, that there would.
- 11:26If we wanted to get to a point where there was actually 15
- 11:29times more silver above ground than gold above ground, it would
- 11:34take 100 years. And that's assuming a century
- 11:41passes without a single ounce of silver being consumed for
- 11:45industrial purposes. That would mean for the next 100
- 11:50years, all the silver that's mined is stacked up.
- 11:53It would take 100 years to get to a 15 to 1 silver to gold
- 11:58ratio with above ground silver. Oh, but there's more.
- 12:02And all the gold mining needs to stop immediately.
- 12:07Oh my God, guys, I'm telling you with silver, are we not just on
- 12:11the precipice? I mean, we know obviously the
- 12:14amount of silver being produced by the silver miners is going
- 12:18down. Output production overall is
- 12:21going down. There's no, you know, there was
- 12:23no investment in silver mining over the last, what, 1520 years?
- 12:28Very little except for the smart people like Keith Neumeyer at
- 12:31First Majestic and the guys at Zuma Silver and Dolly Vardon
- 12:35Silver and the Silver Mountain Resources down in Peru.
- 12:38But overall, there was very little investment going into
- 12:43future silver mines or future silver supply coming on board.
- 12:47And it's going to take another 10 or 20 years for any stuff
- 12:50that starts now to come to fruition.
- 12:53But we would have to have all the sit for the next 100 years,
- 12:57all the silver that's mined, none of it consumed, all of it
- 13:01just stacked up right in your basement.
- 13:04I'm not commenting, OK. And then all gold production to
- 13:08cease immediately. It takes 100 years to get to
- 13:12having 15 times as much silver above ground as we have gold
- 13:17above ground because obviously no gold is very little is used
- 13:21for industrial purposes. But we know again, two things,
- 13:25the amount of silver coming from the silver mines is going down,
- 13:28and we know that the amount of silver being consumed by
- 13:33industry is going up. This is insane, but it gets even
- 13:37crazier. Let's go to his next piece of
- 13:39information. Before we do that, I also want
- 13:41to say thank you to channel sponsor First Mining Gold.
- 13:45We're talking a lot about silver in this video, but the outlook
- 13:48for gold is also very bright. I think the outlook for gold
- 13:52development stage company companies is even brighter.
- 13:55First Mining Gold is a development stage company based
- 13:58in Canada. They have two big multi million
- 14:02ounce projects, Spring Pole in Ontario and Du Parquet in
- 14:08Quebec, both of which have millions of Oz of gold in the
- 14:12ground. They're working through the
- 14:14development stage, the permitting stage on these
- 14:17projects. And guys, guess what?
- 14:20Same thing with gold. There's hardly any big major
- 14:23gold projects available in favorable jurisdictions, and 1st
- 14:28Mining Gold checks both those boxes.
- 14:30You can learn more about them at First Mining Gold.
- 14:32Oh, and by the way, Keith Neumeyer, who's the CEO of First
- 14:36Majestic Silver, is the chairman of the board and the founder of
- 14:42First Mining Gold. It's a stock I've owned for
- 14:44years before they sponsored my channel.
- 14:47But again, I'm not a financial advisor.
- 14:49Buying silver, buying gold, buying precious metal mining
- 14:52stocks, buying anything in the world is risky.
- 14:55Do your own due diligence. Now let let's go look at the
- 14:58second piece of data out of Bateman that's absolutely mind
- 15:02numbing. Here we go and boom.
- 15:06OK. Oh wow, this is hot.
- 15:08This was today, August 10th out of the presses.
- 15:12This is crazy. It's simple.
- 15:13You know, sometimes the simplest things are the most powerful.
- 15:16If 10% of the demand for gold shifted to silver, it would eat
- 15:24up all silver mined on the planet and leave none for
- 15:28manufacturing. Just 10%.
- 15:34OK, 10% of the demand for gold shifted to silver.
- 15:39And I want you to think about that, right?
- 15:42Is that is that all that far fetched?
- 15:46Is that all that far out of the question?
- 15:49Right. Especially because we know how
- 15:51the sheeple react, right? You're not a sheeple.
- 15:55I'm not a sheeple. You're ahead of the curve, my
- 15:58friend. Basement dweller.
- 16:00I've always said the basement dwellers, right, have in general
- 16:04a little higher level of intellectual horsepower than the
- 16:07general population. The sheeple, they're all
- 16:11watching CNN. Nothing against CNN or MSNBC or
- 16:17whatever, right? They don't know what's going on.
- 16:19We know what's going on when they wake up and they're like,
- 16:23hey, Sally, we need to get some silver.
- 16:27What do you think? Let's go.
- 16:29How do we buy silver? Oh, they're going to be asking
- 16:31you and me. It's just 10% of the demand for
- 16:37gold shifts to silver, right? It's going to be absolutely
- 16:41crazy. Look, this guy's a billionaire.
- 16:44He's got a $500 million investment into silver.
- 16:50He laid out his thesis, which I happen to agree with for the
- 16:55most part, right? And we all don't agree with each
- 16:59other on everything. But he's talking about this data
- 17:03that is just absolutely Can you believe, right, that if we
- 17:06wanted to get to a point where we had 15 times as much above
- 17:10ground silver as we have gold, a 15 to one, just 15 to one.
- 17:15Hell, the current ratio is what, 85 to 1 from a price
- 17:19perspective, the gold to silver ratio.
- 17:21But if we just wanted to get the 15 to one, it would take 100
- 17:24years. No more silver being consumed by
- 17:28industry over that 100 years and no gold mining period just to
- 17:33get silver up to that 15. It's crazy.
- 17:36It's absolutely insane. But we know we aren't absolutely
- 17:40insane. We know the real reason, the
- 17:43real story about what's actually happening, right?
- 17:47There's other people, great, let them do what they want.
- 17:50But according to Bateman, and I agree with them, right, we could
- 17:54see a point in our lives. I'm 55 years old.
- 17:57I'm hopefully going to be around for a few more decades.
- 18:00I think there's going to come a time when we feel really, really
- 18:03good about our decision to invest in precious metals.
- 18:06Now let's do story time. OK, If you don't want to hear a
- 18:09story, stop watching. But I've got this book.
- 18:14It's called All the Wisdom in One Place.
- 18:17And I love this book written by Sean D Williamson.
- 18:21Actually, I'll put a link to it in the description of this
- 18:24video. And it's all he wrote this book.
- 18:27He was ACPA, very successful self-made guy.
- 18:30He's like Bateman, you know, like made a lot of money, blah,
- 18:33blah, blah. But he wrote this book where he
- 18:35kept all over the years, all of what he thought were the wisest
- 18:39sayings, the wisest things. I wanted to read 1 to you and
- 18:42then share a little bit of my personal life with you.
- 18:45OK, here we go. Here it is.
- 18:49Strength. This is on page 97 if you want
- 18:52to read along with me. Oh, you don't have the book yet?
- 18:55You can get it. It's in the description of the
- 18:56video. Strength does not come from
- 19:00physical capacity, it comes from an indomitable.
- 19:06You know the word I'm trying to say.
- 19:07I'm going to start over. Strength does not come from
- 19:11physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable
- 19:15will, OK. And what that means to me is,
- 19:20you know, you can be as strong as you want physically.
- 19:23You can be you. You can you.
- 19:25You can be the smartest person around.
- 19:28But if you don't have the will to make something happen, you're
- 19:32not going to get anywhere. And let me share a story with
- 19:34you in my life. I'm 55 when I was like 5152.
- 19:38I'm not rich, but, you know, we were doing OK, but I was at a
- 19:42point in my life where my twin daughters were going off to
- 19:45school and I was like laying on the couch and I was just like, I
- 19:48want to do something with my life.
- 19:50I was kind of feeling bad about myself.
- 19:51I'm like, you know, I feel like I can contribute more.
- 19:54I can give people some value. I could create something.
- 19:57I've been a creative guy and I decided to start a YouTube
- 20:00channel called Ron's Basement. Decided to focus and I knew.
- 20:05I knew that it would be hard, right guys?
- 20:07This is not easy. Anyone who's had a successful
- 20:10YouTube channel will tell you actually doing this.
- 20:13I know I'm like you. I used to watch videos and they
- 20:16go so much fun. They just turn the there's a lot
- 20:19of things that go on a lot of work that goes into this.
- 20:22By the way, I'm the writer, director, cameraman, audio
- 20:25engineer, editor. I got to make thumbnail anyway,
- 20:28I'm not complaining. I love it, OK, But I knew I
- 20:31wanted to do something back to that and I was feeling kind of,
- 20:34you know, crummy about myself. So I'm going to do it and I'm
- 20:37going to stick to it for a year. And I know it's going to be fun
- 20:41at first, but I know it's going to stink.
- 20:43But I got to have the will to succeed.
- 20:46And guess what? After about 5 or 6 weeks of
- 20:48doing it, it was not that. I love what I'm doing.
- 20:51I'm very grateful and I love the community and I love all this,
- 20:55but it's hard work. And the shiny red ball part of
- 20:58it went away. And I'm like, I don't, I don't
- 21:01want to do this. But I told myself that I'd make
- 21:03a video every day for a year. And then I try to learn
- 21:07something every day. And I hit that point and I was
- 21:09sitting right here. It was like 5-6 weeks.
- 21:11And I'm like, I don't feel like doing this.
- 21:14What am I doing? You know?
- 21:16And then and then you start thinking things like, I'm making
- 21:18a fool of myself, you know? But guess what?
- 21:21Nobody cares, OK. And I yeah, I did.
- 21:24I stuck with it. I kept going.
- 21:26I worked through the dip, right, knowing that on the other side
- 21:31that I would, that that there could be success and there could
- 21:33be fun. And you know what I learned over
- 21:36that year? I had several dips and I still
- 21:38have dips. I've been doing this now for
- 21:39four years. There is massive, massive
- 21:43benefits to believing you can do something, showing up every day,
- 21:47being willing to learn, being willing to grow, and you're
- 21:50never too old. So let me repeat that, that
- 21:54saying again, this is the book and it's got like 500.
- 21:57If you guys like this, you can tell me in the comments or if
- 21:59you don't care about this stuff, just let me know.
- 22:02But if you like this, maybe once a week or so, I'll I'll read one
- 22:06of these because this book is full.
- 22:08This book should be called How to Avoid Pain because it's full
- 22:12of wisdom from people like Abraham Lincoln, Gandhi, all
- 22:17kinds of people, everybody. What's that guy, Benjamin
- 22:20Franklin, all those, all those types of people.
