- 0:35Speaker 3: I'm good.
- 0:36Speaker 4: I had just so the longest weekend that went by
- 0:39Speaker 4: the fastest. Do you ever just stack your weekend like this? This, this, this,
- 0:43Speaker 4: this all day Saturday, all day Sunday. And I just
- 0:45Speaker 4: sat in my seat here and I was like, were
- 0:47Speaker 4: we just here? When are we just eating popcorn from
- 0:49Speaker 4: Galaxy Theaters?
- 0:51Speaker 6: And it's just said something crazy to me, She goes,
- 0:52Speaker 6: I don't have a free day until May thirty.
- 0:54Speaker 1: First.
- 0:54Speaker 4: Yeah, one hundred May Somber is like the realest situation
- 0:58Speaker 4: for moms on the place. Yeah, we call it May
- 1:01Speaker 4: Simber because it's just like events, events, events, things going
- 1:05Speaker 4: on into school. Year's Spirit Day, you know, Teacher Appreciation
- 1:08Speaker 4: Week is this week. Bring all the things I'm just
- 1:11Speaker 4: like I overscheduled myself on top of that. I know,
- 1:14Speaker 4: but you used to be able to say no, yeah
- 1:17Speaker 4: I did, But I'm saying yes because it's things for
- 1:20Speaker 4: my family or things for my son. Like none of
- 1:22Speaker 4: this is like my my thing other than we're going
- 1:25Speaker 4: to the Rangers game next weekend. That's my thing. But
- 1:27Speaker 4: it's on Mother's Day, and so I just stacked it all,
- 1:31Speaker 4: stacked it all back to back. We went to NASCAR
- 1:33Speaker 4: yesterday at Texas Motor Speedway.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Oh was that fun?
- 1:37Speaker 4: Really fun? Yeah, but that's a whole day thing too,
- 1:40Speaker 4: and that for my son.
- 1:41Speaker 2: So it could be like me start saying no more,
- 1:44Speaker 2: like no, I can't do it.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Well, I excited this morning as I was looking for
- 1:48Speaker 4: my snacks and like you know, in a frenzy trying
- 1:50Speaker 4: to get out of the house on time in the dark.
- 1:52Speaker 4: That starting May thirty first, no June, nothing's happening. My
- 1:56Speaker 4: birthday is the last day of June. So nothing's happening
- 1:58Speaker 4: until my birthday unless anyone wants to do anything. Yeah,
- 2:02Speaker 4: so show.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Field trips, can we do a show field trip?
- 2:05Speaker 4: Well, squeeze one in, but they'll be last minute. If
- 2:07Speaker 4: I'm in the mood. We'll do it.
- 2:09Speaker 2: I like that, Yeah, I like. I like spontaneous though.
- 2:13Speaker 6: Yeah, so that's good, but I know everyone can't be spontaneous.
- 2:16Speaker 2: It's talking. You got kids and.
- 2:17Speaker 4: Family, a good mix of planning and spontaneous.
- 2:20Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah that's true. Well good, I'm glad you had
- 2:22Speaker 6: a good weekend. Everything was fun.
- 2:23Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 2:23Speaker 4: Thanks.
- 2:24Speaker 6: I'm pretty sure who was here. He's in a frenzy today.
- 2:27Speaker 6: What is going on?
- 2:28Speaker 2: I know, Poo is so all over the place this morning.
- 2:31Speaker 2: He's making me. He's making me anxious.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Well because the phones are tripping and I'm trying to
- 2:36Speaker 1: get a hold on those.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Yeah, the door here was tripping.
- 2:39Speaker 6: Yeah, the request lines. You're talking about the request of
- 2:41Speaker 6: the request lines.
- 2:42Speaker 2: But I can't.
- 2:43Speaker 5: Uh.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Usually when I get here, I check them out, make
- 2:46Speaker 1: sure they work.
- 2:47Speaker 2: They worked.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Hello, Okay, continue on. Well, right before the show started,
- 2:52Speaker 1: my computer restarts and everything, and I'm like, what's going on?
- 2:57Speaker 1: It never has done that? Yeah, so it blacked everything
- 2:59Speaker 1: out up and kick back on. I test the phones again.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Then I can't hear anything. So I'm like, so I'm
- 3:06Speaker 1: like all over the place.
- 3:07Speaker 6: Yeah I can tell it. Yeah, it's making me nervous.
- 3:09Speaker 6: You gotta be like a duck. Be like a duck.
- 3:11Speaker 6: What does a duck do? A duck on the surface
- 3:14Speaker 6: looks calm and everything's fine. Underwater, his legs, Like, you
- 3:19Speaker 6: gotta start looking calm on the surface.
- 3:21Speaker 4: We can see his legs.
- 3:25Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 3:27Speaker 3: It's Top Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid
- 3:30Speaker 3: in the.
- 3:30Speaker 7: Morning only on the New Mixed one or.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Two point nine, right and early on a Monday morning.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Candice Lopez, What is going.
- 3:36Speaker 2: On in our world?
- 3:37Speaker 4: Yeah, well, some serious news out of forty ISD. They're
- 3:40Speaker 4: part of a multi agency investigation stemming from misconduct allegations
- 3:44Speaker 4: at Crosby Elementary School. So the principal, a teacher, and
- 3:48Speaker 4: a number of teachers aides were let go and will
- 3:51Speaker 4: not be returning. That's according to the district. They're saying.
- 3:54Speaker 4: The teacher in question was hired back in October under
- 3:57Speaker 4: a name with a clean background check, but they later
- 4:00Speaker 4: learned that he actually had legally changed his name before
- 4:04Speaker 4: being hired by forty ISD. But he was facing charges
- 4:08Speaker 4: under his previous name, and I guess he was acquitted
- 4:12Speaker 4: in that case. But there are parents saying that that's
- 4:14Speaker 4: because the child involved was nonverbal, and that that family
- 4:18Speaker 4: later moved away and never testified. But this is all
- 4:21Speaker 4: under investigation by Forty police, CPS, and the state. They
- 4:26Speaker 4: haven't released specific details, but the families involved have been
- 4:30Speaker 4: contacted directly about this misconduct. But I'm hearing it could
- 4:33Speaker 4: be up to nine students that were involved in this.
- 4:36Speaker 4: I believe it was a first grade, a special education teacher,
- 4:40Speaker 4: but there were aids, and they're saying other staff who
- 4:43Speaker 4: witnessed this misconduct and didn't report it immediately and that's
- 4:46Speaker 4: why they were removed from their positions at the school.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Sure.
- 4:49Speaker 6: Wait, so this guy got through the system by changing
- 4:52Speaker 6: his name correct and then was doing misconduct.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Yes, so we don't know what type, but yeah, so
- 5:00Speaker 4: so the way that he was able to kind of
- 5:02Speaker 4: slip through the cracks in all of this, I mean
- 5:04Speaker 4: huge red flags. Yeah, for the principal, teacher, teacher's aids,
- 5:07Speaker 4: a number of you know staff at this elementary school
- 5:10Speaker 4: to just be removed immediately like that, I mean, it's
- 5:13Speaker 4: pretty serious. So yeah, just thinking about everyone in forty
- 5:16Speaker 4: because that's got to be tough for families, tough for
- 5:18Speaker 4: you know, students at that school.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, and special education teacher.
- 5:23Speaker 4: Yeah, it's awful.
- 5:24Speaker 2: What is going on?
- 5:25Speaker 4: Yeah? Yeah, So I'll keep you posted if there's any updates.
- 5:29Speaker 4: And we should talk about Spirit Airlines guys shutting down
- 5:32Speaker 4: Saturday morning and abruptly canceling service. Seventeen thousand workers lost
- 5:37Speaker 4: their jobs. They left travelers stranded. You know, as of
- 5:41Speaker 4: May twenty twenty four, I guess they operated just over
- 5:44Speaker 4: three thousand, three percent of the domestic flights, and this
- 5:48Speaker 4: month that number would have been around one percent. But
- 5:51Speaker 4: there's all these movements online to save Spirit Airlines.
- 5:55Speaker 6: You don't really want that, listen. I don't want anyone
- 5:59Speaker 6: to lose their job. Oh, I really don't. Then again,
- 6:02Speaker 6: I've flown Spirit once and I had the worst airline
- 6:05Speaker 6: experience of my entire life. Right, literally canceled, craz can't
- 6:10Speaker 6: My flight was canceled for no reason. No, not only
- 6:13Speaker 6: First of all, it was left early, right, then it
- 6:15Speaker 6: was canceled. Then the next day was canceled, and I
- 6:20Speaker 6: dealt with the rudest people I've ever dealt with my
- 6:22Speaker 6: entire in my entire life.
- 6:24Speaker 2: So do I want to see people lose their jobs?
- 6:26Speaker 7: No?
- 6:26Speaker 2: But is this just or is this just capitalism at play?
- 6:29Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 6:30Speaker 1: You know where.
- 6:30Speaker 6: I'm sorry, but the best businesses and the worst businesses
- 6:33Speaker 6: are going to sort themselves out.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Does the government need to come in and save everybody
- 6:37Speaker 2: all the time? I don't know.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:39Speaker 4: I mean this was kind of a joke to save
- 6:42Speaker 4: Spirit online. But there's a website let's buy Spirit air
- 6:45Speaker 4: dot com and it says, you know, this website crashed
- 6:47Speaker 4: because how many people went you know, and made pledges
- 6:50Speaker 4: that they can't even take donations. At the moment, I
- 6:52Speaker 4: can't tell this is still a joke, but they're they're
- 6:55Speaker 4: claiming there have been over eighty eight million dollars pledged
- 6:59Speaker 4: already by a one hundred and twenty four thousand people.
- 7:02Speaker 4: But it has been nice to see some of the
- 7:04Speaker 4: other airlines, you know, stepping up to help these customers
- 7:07Speaker 4: of Spirit that were stranded. And then I think Southwest
- 7:10Speaker 4: actually they Spirit had a guy who was retiring from
- 7:13Speaker 4: their airline and he ended up taking a Southwest flight
- 7:16Speaker 4: and so they did the whole retirement ceremony for him
- 7:19Speaker 4: and had like the water thing that they do, you know,
- 7:22Speaker 4: once day landed, but they really treated him like he was,
- 7:25Speaker 4: you know, retiring from Southwest.
- 7:26Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, I feel bad for the employees.
- 7:28Speaker 6: Don't get me wrong, the Spirit employees who lost their job,
- 7:31Speaker 6: and the pilots and every I do. Yeah, it's so,
- 7:33Speaker 6: it's not funny. But my friend the first time he's
- 7:37Speaker 6: flown Spirit this weekend, the first time ever. He literally
- 7:43Speaker 6: is stuck in New Orleans now because can you imagine
- 7:47Speaker 6: you're somewhere and all of a sudden, you say your
- 7:50Speaker 6: ticket's going to be refunded.
- 7:51Speaker 2: We don't exist anymore, right, He's like, what do you mean?
- 7:54Speaker 4: Figure it out?
- 7:54Speaker 2: You don't exist. He's never flown it before.
- 7:57Speaker 4: That's insane.
- 7:58Speaker 6: And our friend who the same reason, our friendship chip Al,
- 8:04Speaker 6: He's the one who got me to fly Spirit. Dude,
- 8:07Speaker 6: come on, man, it's cheap, it doesn't matter. Get on, Yeah,
- 8:10Speaker 6: it's fine, who cares. I've never had a problem. He
- 8:13Speaker 6: like works for Spirit lok. Yeah, he's the one who
- 8:16Speaker 6: convinced our buddy to do. And guess what now he's
- 8:18Speaker 6: driving back.
- 8:18Speaker 2: From New Orleans.
- 8:20Speaker 6: Did you see what they did in a df let
- 8:22Speaker 6: the Spirit get in DFW. No, they already made it
- 8:24Speaker 6: a Spirit Halloween store.
- 8:27Speaker 4: I did see the meme of the plane though outfitted
- 8:30Speaker 4: in the Spirit. That's awful. It's hilarious, but real quick, guys.
- 8:36Speaker 4: Sources are saying Harry Styles and Zoe Kravitz could be
- 8:39Speaker 4: planning two weddings, possibly in London and one in New York.
- 8:44Speaker 4: Our dad, you know, Lenny Kravitz, lives in New York.
- 8:46Speaker 4: But this is all happening really fast because I don't
- 8:48Speaker 4: even think we knew they were even dating until August
- 8:51Speaker 4: of last year. Yeah, unless they kept it super.
- 8:53Speaker 6: Low key annoint I woke up and I saw this.
- 8:56Speaker 6: I was maybe I'm just a little bit crabby. I'm
- 8:58Speaker 6: a snap out of it this coffee. But two weddings
- 9:01Speaker 6: annoyed me. Not why one wedding annoys me? What do
- 9:05Speaker 6: you need two weddings for?
- 9:07Speaker 4: Well, I guess for like his people. You know he
- 9:09Speaker 4: wants a British wedding maybe and she wants, you know,
- 9:11Speaker 4: an American New York Go there. You'll have enough money,
- 9:14Speaker 4: though I don't understand why we would do that.
- 9:16Speaker 6: Don't just have one wedding and fly your people out
- 9:18Speaker 6: to see you. I hope you have two divorces that
- 9:23Speaker 6: I plan on having two divorces. If you're gonna have
- 9:25Speaker 6: two weddings, have two divorces, you gonna go to both weddings.
- 9:28Speaker 2: I don't go to one.
- 9:29Speaker 4: Yeah, because if I'm in New York, I'm like, no,
- 9:31Speaker 4: I want to travel to London. But then London is
- 9:33Speaker 4: probably like, oh, no, I want to travel to New York. Yeah,
- 9:36Speaker 4: gonna be like everyone from the other city. Probably.
- 9:38Speaker 6: It must be nice to be so rich to have
- 9:40Speaker 6: two weddings. We can barely afford one. Yeah, amen, gas
- 9:43Speaker 6: price is so high you want me to fly to
- 9:45Speaker 6: the UK on spirit to see you? Come on super
- 9:50Speaker 6: mad today?
- 9:51Speaker 3: I don't.
- 9:51Speaker 4: Can't just love that? Those are your Texas Top stories
- 9:54Speaker 4: Mix one or two point nine.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Somebody just tell me good news.
- 9:57Speaker 4: We have some good news for.
- 9:58Speaker 2: You, okay, And if you're listening, shall we do fake news?
- 10:01Speaker 6: Can?
- 10:02Speaker 1: Please?
- 10:02Speaker 7: All right?
- 10:03Speaker 2: I said, Candace, I tequila? Why are you sweating?
- 10:09Speaker 1: Because I'm by the way.
- 10:10Speaker 6: I love the Pooh's video of him us pranking in
- 10:13Speaker 6: with the tequila went viral.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I love it.
- 10:16Speaker 4: I cannot believe.
- 10:18Speaker 6: So if you haven't seen it, Pooh, well, we told
- 10:20Speaker 6: them that it was one shot of tequila, two shots
- 10:23Speaker 6: of water and don't make a face, and we'll try
- 10:26Speaker 6: to guess which one.
- 10:27Speaker 2: And he did it.
- 10:28Speaker 6: Of course, all three shots were tequila. It went viral
- 10:32Speaker 6: online and I am dying at some of the comments.
- 10:35Speaker 2: It's at Mix one or two nine FM. You gotta
- 10:37Speaker 2: go see it.

- 10:48Speaker 6: I don't care if you're a man. There's nothing wrong

- 10:58Speaker 2: Your mind on the gutter.

- 11:05Speaker 2: It is it's not fun to work with.
- 11:10Speaker 6: Oh okay, let's go reel or fake news. I'm gonna
- 11:13Speaker 6: give you three headlines. I gotta tell me which one
- 11:15Speaker 6: is the fake story and our news is ridiculous, So
- 11:19Speaker 6: here we go. First headline, Zebra escapes from Zoo turns
- 11:23Speaker 6: out to be just a donkey painted with white stripes.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Zebra Escapes from Zoo.
- 11:30Speaker 6: Turns out to be just a donkey painted with white stripes.
- 11:34Speaker 6: Headline number two, A Texas ice cream shop is serving
- 11:38Speaker 6: crawfish flavored ice cream with an actual crawfish on top.
- 11:44Speaker 6: A Texas ice cream shop is serving crawfish flavored ice
- 11:47Speaker 6: cream with an actual crawfish on top.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Headline number two.
- 11:50Speaker 6: Headline number three, Florida man arrested after trying to trade
- 11:54Speaker 6: his wife to a bass Pro Shops employee. Florida man
- 12:00Speaker 6: and arrested after trying to trade his wife to a
- 12:03Speaker 6: bass Pro Shops employee.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Doesn't say what he was trading for.
- 12:08Speaker 4: He was trying to radio on his own.
- 12:09Speaker 6: He was doing tradio radio, which we're doing at eight
- 12:11Speaker 6: thirty if our phones work, because we got nidos and
- 12:13Speaker 6: mystery dumplings to trade, So figure out what you want
- 12:16Speaker 6: to trade. Not your wife though, No, sorry, we.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Don't need that. No, all right? Uh oh, this is
- 12:22Speaker 2: tough today. Which one is the fake?
- 12:24Speaker 6: Headline? Candice Lopez? Would you like to go first? Would
- 12:28Speaker 6: you like to pass it to Sweaty Lapoo Poo today?
- 12:31Speaker 4: I think I'll go first today. This is really hard.
- 12:35Speaker 4: Lock me in for that second story, the crawfish ice cream.
- 12:38Speaker 6: Yeah, because doesn't that sound just disgusting? Yeah, alright, let's
- 12:41Speaker 6: lock it in. It is officially locked in. Okay, producer pooh,
- 12:45Speaker 6: you're sweating over there. You've had a lot of technical difficulties,
- 12:48Speaker 6: also because I think you're just sweaty in general. Some
- 12:53Speaker 6: people just sweat It's okay today it is. It's muggy
- 12:57Speaker 6: producer poo. Which one do you think is the fake story?
- 12:59Speaker 1: Lock me in? For that last story, the guy trying
- 13:02Speaker 1: to trade his wife.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Let's catch it all right, let's lock that and you
- 13:04Speaker 2: sure you want to lock down in?
- 13:05Speaker 1: Yeah, he ain't nobody trying to trade his wife like this.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Lock it in.
- 13:09Speaker 6: It is locked in, and the winner today starting off
- 13:12Speaker 6: his week with a win.
- 13:14Speaker 2: It's producer Pooh, oh my god.
- 13:19Speaker 6: He's not winning here, but not winning behind the scenes.
- 13:24Speaker 6: But real or fake news, he's winning. Congratulations poo. Yeah,
- 13:29Speaker 6: so that story is a fake. It had me fooled though.
- 13:32Speaker 6: I saw this story and I'm like, what is this
- 13:34Speaker 6: guy doing? And it looked like a whole entire story
- 13:37Speaker 6: that was written up where this guy had a contract
- 13:39Speaker 6: he brought his wife in trying to trade her for
- 13:41Speaker 6: a bass boat, and I was like, what is going on?
- 13:44Speaker 6: And then I finally realized it was fake. But it
- 13:46Speaker 6: had me for a minute. Wow, I'd do some serious
- 13:48Speaker 6: investigating games all right. Yeah, this story the one of
- 13:53Speaker 6: the real stories a Texas ice cream shop is serving
- 13:56Speaker 6: crawfish flavored ice cream.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Is a real story. This is just oh man, I
- 14:01Speaker 2: don't get it.
- 14:02Speaker 6: Yeah, Texas ice cream shop is going viral for serving
- 14:04Speaker 6: crawfish flavored ice cream, one of the most unusual food
- 14:07Speaker 6: trends right now. The dessert blends sweet ice cream with
- 14:09Speaker 6: buttery garlicky Cajun seasoning inspired by a traditional crawfish boil,
- 14:14Speaker 6: creating a mix of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors. The
- 14:18Speaker 6: shop tops each scoop with a whole crawfish, and customers
- 14:22Speaker 6: are even encouraged to use the shell as a spoon.
- 14:25Speaker 7: Oh.
- 14:26Speaker 6: Despite how bizarre it sounds, the flavor has become a
- 14:28Speaker 6: fan favorite During crawfish season. It often sells out WOA
- 14:33Speaker 6: due to high demand the places in Houston. I looked
- 14:35Speaker 6: it up. It's called Red Circle, Red Circle ice Cream Shop.
- 14:38Speaker 6: So if you're down there and you want to throw
- 14:40Speaker 6: up there you go. I like crawfish too.
- 14:43Speaker 4: Yeah too, well, since I had it, but I remember
- 14:45Speaker 4: liking them.
- 14:46Speaker 2: I was just thinking about that.
- 14:47Speaker 6: I'm like, you know what, I know everything about Cannis,
- 14:49Speaker 6: but I don't know if you like crawfish.
- 14:51Speaker 4: Yeah. I went to one crawfish boil back in college. Yeah,
- 14:55Speaker 4: my friend Audre her dad used to do it.
- 14:57Speaker 1: It's good.
- 14:57Speaker 4: Yeah, I remember it being good.
- 14:59Speaker 6: But our remember I need to take you right up
- 15:01Speaker 6: the street. One of the best places right here.
- 15:03Speaker 4: Oh yeah, Nates, Yes, Nates Seafood. Oh it sounds good.
- 15:08Speaker 6: I used to go there back in the day. I
- 15:09Speaker 6: don't know if he's still around, but I love that guy, Nate.
- 15:12Speaker 6: Nate would get blasted in his bar. He did something
- 15:16Speaker 6: that was so smart.
- 15:17Speaker 2: I saw. I witnessed this first hand.
- 15:19Speaker 6: He got drunk at his own bar, right and I'm like, oh,
- 15:22Speaker 6: he can't drive, and he's like, no, I can't drive.
- 15:24Speaker 6: He called Triple A to say his car was broke
- 15:26Speaker 6: down and had it towed to his house so it
- 15:31Speaker 6: would be there when he woke up.
- 15:35Speaker 2: I was like, Wow, smart life, right exactly. Okay.
- 15:40Speaker 6: Next story, zebra escapes from zoo turns out to be
- 15:43Speaker 6: a donkey painted with white stripes. What so this happened
- 15:47Speaker 6: in Armenia, Yeah, Monday morning, I guess it was some morning.
- 15:51Speaker 6: Everybody woke up and they were like, wait, was Zebra's
- 15:53Speaker 6: escaped the city zoo? It was roaming around one of
- 15:56Speaker 6: the Capitol's busiest streets. Police and emergency services were dispatched.
- 15:59Speaker 6: They're trying to figure out what's going on. The zebra
- 16:01Speaker 6: was quickly corralled and tied up by zoo's staff and bystanders.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Only one problem. It wasn't a zebra.
- 16:09Speaker 6: It was a donkey that somebody had painted with black
- 16:12Speaker 6: and white stripes, and they took it to the zoo.
- 16:16Speaker 6: Outside of the zoo and people were taking pictures with it.
- 16:20Speaker 6: They were charging people to take pictures with the donkey
- 16:24Speaker 6: that was painted like a zebra and actually making money
- 16:27Speaker 6: and people didn't even know. I think I would know, yeah,
- 16:31Speaker 6: I mean for sure? Or would I Then again, I
- 16:33Speaker 6: don't know. I didn't see a real life cow until
- 16:34Speaker 6: I was like twenty one.
- 16:35Speaker 2: I a point, would I know?
- 16:38Speaker 1: Yeah, if somebody would know.
- 16:39Speaker 2: I mean, donkeys aren't Donkeys and zebras are pretty much
- 16:42Speaker 2: the same right now.
- 16:43Speaker 4: Don't ra have like the nice hair?
- 16:45Speaker 1: No, I don't think they have nice Donkeys make the
- 16:48Speaker 1: awesome I mean you excuse me. You know when a
- 16:51Speaker 1: donkey makes this a little noise?
- 16:52Speaker 4: Yeah, zebra is yeah, what does.
- 16:54Speaker 2: A zebra sound like?
- 16:56Speaker 1: Zebra just does a like a like a It sounds
- 16:59Speaker 1: like it's arle in his throat, like look it up.
- 17:02Speaker 4: Really, yeah, I've only seen them a Disney World.
- 17:06Speaker 6: Should we do guess that animals sound with pooh?
- 17:09Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 17:10Speaker 2: Okay? What does zebra sound like like?
- 17:13Speaker 1: It does like a guard? It sounds like it's garden zebra. Bird? No,
- 17:16Speaker 1: it just it just does like a weird gurgles sound.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Is it bird man?
- 17:19Speaker 7: No?
- 17:21Speaker 2: Okay? So what is a donkey sounding poop?
- 17:25Speaker 5: You know?
- 17:30Speaker 1: Okay? Yeah, all right?
- 17:31Speaker 6: When I see zebra, you do zebra? When I say donkey,
- 17:33Speaker 6: do donkey? Okay, zebra.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Donkey.
- 17:40Speaker 6: I don't ever want to hear anybody say pooh isn't talented?
- 17:44Speaker 2: Okay, hopefully you're having a good morning.
- 17:46Speaker 6: Nicks mixed one on two point nine and Bill at
- 17:48Speaker 6: a Kid Candice slow Pass producer, Pooh, it's been a
- 17:51Speaker 6: mess over here.
- 17:51Speaker 2: I'm not gonna lie.
- 17:52Speaker 6: And it definitely feels like a Monday, because well, first
- 17:55Speaker 6: of all, r AC is not working right in here
- 17:58Speaker 6: in this building, so we have like a portable AC
- 18:01Speaker 6: unit outside. It's blowing in here. We had to shut
- 18:03Speaker 6: that off because you gotta go on the air. It'll
- 18:04Speaker 6: pick it up.
- 18:05Speaker 1: One two.
- 18:06Speaker 6: The request lines aren't working right. We're trying to figure
- 18:08Speaker 6: that out. Poo's and shambles because we're doing tradio radio
- 18:12Speaker 6: a little bit later on.
- 18:13Speaker 2: We're kicking it off at eight thirty.
- 18:14Speaker 6: We got to have them right because we're giving away
- 18:15Speaker 6: nidos and mystery dumplings exactly. That's a big deal. Yeah,
- 18:20Speaker 6: it's a big I mean, I guess people want to back.
- 18:23Speaker 4: We're waiting in line outside five below, and that's.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Why we do it.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Yeah, get these.
- 18:26Speaker 6: We're not doing it because we want them. We're doing
- 18:28Speaker 6: it because we know you want these, so we're trying
- 18:30Speaker 6: to hook you up. So we got something to give
- 18:31Speaker 6: away all week eight thirty. Tradio Radio trade is something.
- 18:35Speaker 6: Last time, we got a goat. It doesn't have to
- 18:36Speaker 6: be a live animal.
- 18:37Speaker 2: It could be.
- 18:38Speaker 6: Yeah, but we'll do that at eight thirty. We'll get
- 18:40Speaker 6: the phones work. And I'm totally confident producer Pooh. Yeah,
- 18:45Speaker 6: by the way, speaking to live animals, producer Pooh might
- 18:49Speaker 6: have been right about something.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Yeah, and I know this is.
- 18:52Speaker 1: I might have been right. Yeah, let me I know
- 18:55Speaker 1: mark the date. I'm okay.
- 18:58Speaker 6: We were talking about zebras and donkeys and Pooh said, now,
- 19:02Speaker 6: what did you before you get all excited.
- 19:03Speaker 2: What did you say? Zebra sounds like again, like it's gurgling.
- 19:06Speaker 1: It's like like that something like that.
- 19:13Speaker 6: If you want something to cheer you up on Monday morning,
- 19:16Speaker 6: just have poo come in and do animals sounds. Yeah,
- 19:18Speaker 6: it sounds like it's gurgling. So I had Candide pull
- 19:21Speaker 6: up a what a zebra sounds like? Yeah, he's not
- 19:23Speaker 6: that far off. Oh, let me let me be the
- 19:25Speaker 6: wait before I say, he's right, let me hear yeah,
- 19:27Speaker 6: this is zebra. Yeah, I just yeah, oh, let's all right,
- 19:37Speaker 6: let's play a game.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Is it?
- 19:38Speaker 2: Who are the actual zebra?
- 19:46Speaker 6: Okay, all right, you're not that Okay, let me play
- 19:50Speaker 6: because I thought, well, donkeys and zebra's probably sound alike. No, no,
- 19:54Speaker 6: how did you know what a zebra sounds like?
- 19:57Speaker 1: Because I watched Madagascar?
- 19:59Speaker 4: Is that I got kids?
- 20:06Speaker 7: Man?
- 20:06Speaker 1: I watched bad gas Card. Okay, let me when he
- 20:08Speaker 1: saw his family, they made that.
- 20:09Speaker 2: No, they were like, yeah, what a donkey sounds like?
- 20:14Speaker 2: Real quick? Yeah, well you want to do the donkey
- 20:16Speaker 2: sound real quick? Yeah?
- 20:17Speaker 1: Go ahead?
- 20:19Speaker 4: Okay, wow, okay, let's hear the real so.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, I just didn't have it at.
- 20:31Speaker 6: The beginning of that, So hold on, let me hear
- 20:33Speaker 6: the beginning of the donkey again, had let Me pull?
- 20:38Speaker 2: Why does that remind me of a song that sounds
- 20:41Speaker 2: like let Me do something? That's the same note. Let's
- 20:46Speaker 2: put him together?
- 20:47Speaker 1: All right?
- 20:53Speaker 3: It's Top Stories on the Sense with Billy the Kids
- 20:56Speaker 3: in the Morning.
- 20:57Speaker 7: Only on the new mixed one or two point.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Got Dirty Little Secret coming up next? You're ready for that?
- 21:02Speaker 2: It's an emotional one too?
- 21:04Speaker 7: Is this?
- 21:04Speaker 6: You just wait to hear this. I haven't heard the
- 21:06Speaker 6: full store. I don't like here in the full store,
- 21:07Speaker 6: but I kind of know what's going on a little bit. Yeah,
- 21:10Speaker 6: this woman is going through it with her husband.
- 21:13Speaker 2: That's all also going through it. So Candice, what's going on?
- 21:17Speaker 4: Well, the votes were counted and this weekend's election. Dart
- 21:20Speaker 4: services will be coming to an end in Highland Park
- 21:23Speaker 4: this month, but will continue in Addison and University Park.
- 21:27Speaker 4: So they had elections over the weekend because of the
- 21:30Speaker 4: City of Plano. So they first announced their intention to
- 21:33Speaker 4: leave this alliance, saying it's tax contributions weren't worth the
- 21:36Speaker 4: benefits to residents. Well Plano Farmers Branch in Irving then
- 21:40Speaker 4: had you know initially planned elections and then cancel them
- 21:43Speaker 4: after they negotiated their agreements. So buses will continue to
- 21:47Speaker 4: operate through Highland Park, but will not stop within those
- 21:50Speaker 4: city limits. That is expected to take effect May fifteenth.
- 21:54Speaker 3: What.
- 21:55Speaker 6: Yeah, so you can't get the bus in Highland Park.
- 21:57Speaker 4: No, not as of May fifteenth. Yeah, gonna go away.
- 22:00Speaker 2: So if I work somewhere in Highland Park.
- 22:03Speaker 4: Yeah, well you got to figure it out. Yeah, you're
- 22:05Speaker 4: gonna have to go past Highland Park and then come
- 22:07Speaker 4: around some other way take a car. I don't know
- 22:09Speaker 4: how they don't want to.
- 22:10Speaker 6: Work for people, They don't want the buses in Highland Park. No, yeah, yeah, okay.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a it's been a hot topic for I
- 22:19Speaker 4: mean pretty much all year. I know the CEO there
- 22:22Speaker 4: was a change there with Dart, but we just had,
- 22:25Speaker 4: you know, the new Silver line being built up in
- 22:27Speaker 4: Plano and Richardson area, which is beautiful.
- 22:30Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 22:31Speaker 4: So it's you know, city by city Okay.
- 22:34Speaker 2: You know, no, you could do that. Yeah, so I
- 22:36Speaker 2: live in Carrollton.
- 22:37Speaker 6: We could put something on the books to vote if
- 22:39Speaker 6: we don't want buses in our city.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:41Speaker 4: Well, the Dart Service, the Dart Service, right, Okay, so
- 22:45Speaker 4: maybe there's another option that they're going to come up with.
- 22:48Speaker 4: Maybe you just can't stop there. Yeah, so is.
- 22:50Speaker 2: It too too poor for Richard? Well, I just I
- 22:55Speaker 2: just don't like the site of a bus.
- 22:58Speaker 1: A bus is just povered, just grody.
- 23:02Speaker 6: It just looks so I don't know, it's just so
- 23:04Speaker 6: big and it's it's not even a Mercedes like you're
- 23:08Speaker 6: just going to drive this must through our city.
- 23:12Speaker 1: I mean, it's.
- 23:12Speaker 4: Paying for the taxes for the service, and then maybe
- 23:15Speaker 4: the residents aren't using it. Maybe that's part of the issue,
- 23:18Speaker 4: but I don't live at Highland Park.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Eh. Anyways, Cannus, let's.
- 23:24Speaker 4: Talk about McDonald's. Guys. They are quietly getting rid of
- 23:28Speaker 4: their self serve soda fountains. So this plan is to
- 23:31Speaker 4: completely get rid of them by twenty thirty two. They
- 23:34Speaker 4: would be only behind the counter. They're saying this would
- 23:38Speaker 4: help modernize restaurants, reduce maintenance and labor demands, and also
- 23:42Speaker 4: really adapt to the demand for drive through delivery and takeout. So, yeah,
- 23:46Speaker 4: which one do you want?
- 23:47Speaker 6: Do you want us to have people there or no?
- 23:49Speaker 6: Because how am I going to get a drink free fill? Right?
- 23:51Speaker 4: I'm confused too? Because my McDonald's has like the you know,
- 23:54Speaker 4: self serve chiosks, Right, So did I have to wait
- 23:57Speaker 4: to talk to somebody exactly.
- 23:59Speaker 6: Which to guess what, nobody he comes to the front
- 24:00Speaker 6: now if you have self service, so now I gotta wait,
- 24:04Speaker 6: Just let me get my soda.
- 24:05Speaker 4: Right. Yeah, they're saying this would also give them more
- 24:08Speaker 4: control over portion sizes, cleanliness, and inventory. So yeah, you
- 24:13Speaker 4: can't take your water cup and just sneak.
- 24:16Speaker 2: No, I've done that my entire life.
- 24:17Speaker 6: I've taken literally I don't know how McDonald's keeps the
- 24:20Speaker 6: lights on because I've stole so much sprite.
- 24:24Speaker 1: No, I haven't.
- 24:24Speaker 2: No, I'm just kidding.
- 24:26Speaker 6: They just actually, Highland Park just announced that they kicked
- 24:29Speaker 6: all McDonald's out of the city.
- 24:31Speaker 2: They just voted there's no more McDonald's in Highland Park.
- 24:34Speaker 7: Well.
- 24:34Speaker 4: McDonald's also launching six new drinks this week at some
- 24:37Speaker 4: of their locations, so they're getting in on like the
- 24:39Speaker 4: dirty soda trend, so with these refreshers and crafted sodas,
- 24:43Speaker 4: So maybe they're hoping that's more your jam. Moving forward,
- 24:46Speaker 4: real quick, guys, post Malone canceled the start of his tour.
- 24:49Speaker 4: Six shows were part of this including his shows in Texas.
- 24:54Speaker 4: That tour will now kick off June twelfth in Indianapolis.
- 24:57Speaker 4: So Post Malone saying he needs more time to finish
- 25:00Speaker 4: his double album before this tour starts. And you know,
- 25:03Speaker 4: people are saying this could have something to do with
- 25:05Speaker 4: low ticket sales. I know some of the shows were
- 25:08Speaker 4: offering discounts already for those tickets.
- 25:11Speaker 6: Well, yeah, it also could have something to do with
- 25:14Speaker 6: the fact that life is really expensive right now. Yeah,
- 25:17Speaker 6: and people don't have disposable income for an expensive concert ticket.
- 25:21Speaker 2: I love Post No, I do too.
- 25:22Speaker 4: I was really hoping to go down to Waco to
- 25:24Speaker 4: see him, but that show was on a weeknight. Also,
- 25:27Speaker 4: I know, and it's like, I mean, Waco people would go,
- 25:30Speaker 4: but people from Dyftoby are going to drive to Waco
- 25:32Speaker 4: on a weeknight.
- 25:33Speaker 2: I can't school. So no, I think it's a couple
- 25:36Speaker 2: of factors.
- 25:36Speaker 6: I mean, I think people want to see Posts but
- 25:37Speaker 6: oh yeah, it's expensive, it's in Waco, it's the same tour,
- 25:41Speaker 6: it's the same tour as went around before. So I
- 25:44Speaker 6: don't think it's a bad thing if you take some
- 25:45Speaker 6: time off.
- 25:46Speaker 4: Yeah, he posted those saying, you know, he promises that
- 25:48Speaker 4: new music. He's promised it doesn't have time to finish it.
- 25:51Speaker 4: He's just not ready to tour. So if he pushes
- 25:53Speaker 4: it back three weeks, that'll help get the music done.
- 25:55Speaker 4: So Yeah, I'm Kanda Slopez. Those are your Texas top stories.
- 26:00Speaker 7: Get it off your chest to promise you'll feel better.
- 26:03Speaker 3: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret makes.
- 26:05Speaker 1: One of two point nine.
- 26:06Speaker 6: Appealing a kid. Candice Loan Pens, producer food. Don't forget
- 26:08Speaker 6: we're doing at eight thirty. I still have it down
- 26:10Speaker 6: that we're doing tradio radio. I don't care what kind
- 26:12Speaker 6: of obstacle we face with these requests lines. We're gonna
- 26:15Speaker 6: make it happen, don't you worry. Yes, we have Nidos
- 26:17Speaker 6: and mystery dumplings to give away, which people are standing
- 26:20Speaker 6: the line for hours and hours for it.
- 26:22Speaker 2: They're going on it's crazy.
- 26:23Speaker 6: They want on sale for one hundreds of dollars online. Yeah,
- 26:26Speaker 6: it's crazy. These toys everybody wants, We got them. We're
- 26:28Speaker 6: gonna do it all week, eight thirty Tradio Radio. So
- 26:30Speaker 6: figure out something you want to trade. Okay, now, Dirty
- 26:33Speaker 6: Little Secrets. Whatever your secret is, you can confess at
- 26:36Speaker 6: eight three, three seven, eight seven one O two nine
- 26:38Speaker 6: or right now, it's probably best to go to at
- 26:40Speaker 6: MIXWEO two nine FM on Instagram and we could set
- 26:42Speaker 6: it up there because our request lines are down, but
- 26:45Speaker 6: they're being rebuilt by Brad. Who Brad is I don't know,
- 26:49Speaker 6: but he's in our computer. Pooh set got this Brad
- 26:51Speaker 6: who has never sweated so hard in his he's running
- 26:54Speaker 6: around I deserve he deserves Chipotle today, yeah, or maybe
- 26:57Speaker 6: another shot at tequila.
- 26:59Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 27:00Speaker 6: All right, you've got a secret. You let us know,
- 27:02Speaker 6: and you have one. What's going on?
- 27:04Speaker 8: I do.
- 27:04Speaker 5: I've been going back and forth on calling you guys,
- 27:07Speaker 5: but I really don't have anyone to talk to about this.
- 27:10Speaker 6: So well, that's what we're here for. It's a non
- 27:12Speaker 6: judgment zone. What is going on in your world?
- 27:15Speaker 5: Well, I've been married, and we've only been married a
- 27:18Speaker 5: couple of years, so it's still pretty new. And from
- 27:22Speaker 5: the beginning of we both wanted the same thing, like
- 27:24Speaker 5: a family with kids, you know, a big house full
- 27:26Speaker 5: of noise, and that.
- 27:28Speaker 8: Was all always a part of the plan for both
- 27:30Speaker 8: of us.
- 27:30Speaker 5: And because it hadn't worked out that way, we've been
- 27:34Speaker 5: trying and trying and trying and nothing has happened. And
- 27:40Speaker 5: at first I thought it was me. So I got
- 27:42Speaker 5: tested and I went through all the emotions, like something's wrong.
- 27:45Speaker 8: With my body.
- 27:46Speaker 5: I'm like broken, I'm something's not happening right, And then
- 27:50Speaker 5: we found out it's not me, it's him.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Oh okay, And I.
- 27:55Speaker 5: Don't even think he realizes how much that changed everything
- 27:57Speaker 5: for me. And I tried to.
- 27:58Speaker 8: Be supportive and I love him.
- 28:00Speaker 5: I love him so much, and he's a good man,
- 28:03Speaker 5: he's a good husband, and it's not his fault. But
- 28:06Speaker 5: I feel like ever since I found out, like there's
- 28:08Speaker 5: this big weight on me and I can't shake it.
- 28:10Speaker 5: And I've always pictured myself.
- 28:12Speaker 8: As a mom.
- 28:13Speaker 5: I've always wanted kids. I wanted that life with my husband,
- 28:17Speaker 5: to have my kids in my house, and so it's
- 28:21Speaker 5: just like, this can't happen now.
- 28:24Speaker 6: I know it's a lot of emotions, but and I'm
- 28:27Speaker 6: not saying this is the same, but I know there's
- 28:30Speaker 6: other you know, there's adoption, there's other things that you
- 28:33Speaker 6: could do.
- 28:35Speaker 8: My friends, yes, I mean we've discussed adoption.
- 28:38Speaker 5: I'm not against it. I'm not, but if I'm being
- 28:40Speaker 5: completely honest, I don't know if I'll feel the same way. Yeah,
- 28:44Speaker 5: and I feel awful saying that, but that's how I
- 28:47Speaker 5: feel and I can't deny that I feel that way.
- 28:51Speaker 5: And this is a part of like what makes me
- 28:53Speaker 5: feel like I might be the worst wife in the
- 28:55Speaker 5: world or worst person in the world.
- 28:57Speaker 8: And I just know that I know myself and.
- 29:00Speaker 5: I'd be lying if if, like if I say this
- 29:02Speaker 5: is okay, because like I said, this has always been
- 29:05Speaker 5: my dream and I have thought about leaving him. Oh
- 29:11Speaker 5: and I haven't said it, and I haven't even come
- 29:14Speaker 5: close because I love him and it's like not his fault,
- 29:17Speaker 5: but it's crossed my mind that maybe I should move on.
- 29:20Speaker 5: But I'm like, hold on, hold on.
- 29:22Speaker 6: So you're thinking about actually leap, okay, and I'm not.
- 29:26Speaker 6: It's a non judgment zone. You're thinking about leaving him
- 29:29Speaker 6: over this?
- 29:30Speaker 5: Well, I do want to have kids of my own,
- 29:33Speaker 5: and I don't know what else to do because I
- 29:36Speaker 5: do love him and I love the life that we're
- 29:38Speaker 5: building together, but it's not working out, and I just
- 29:42Speaker 5: feel like it's flipping away what I wanted.
- 29:44Speaker 6: I mean, is it not working out? Or is this
- 29:48Speaker 6: the plan? The bigger plan that you know? Sometimes you
- 29:51Speaker 6: just can't control these things, and obviously it's not his fault.
- 29:54Speaker 6: I can't tell you what's right or wrong. There's a
- 29:57Speaker 6: difference between going, oh, you know what, I can't. I
- 30:00Speaker 6: can't say this has never crossed my mind and I'm
- 30:04Speaker 6: actually going to do this. Yeah, there's two different things.
- 30:07Speaker 6: So I mean, I guess it just depends on you
- 30:09Speaker 6: if you love them. I just feel like there's no
- 30:11Speaker 6: way you can leave them over this.
- 30:13Speaker 5: I don't feel like I can leave them either. But
- 30:15Speaker 5: I'm just like hurting myself, and I'm like, how do
- 30:18Speaker 5: I agree without hurting him? I'm just keeping everything to myself.
- 30:22Speaker 6: Have you two talked about but maybe possibly doing counseling
- 30:24Speaker 6: or something like that together, because this is a big deal.
- 30:27Speaker 4: Yeah, you can't hold it inside. But also sharing that
- 30:29Speaker 4: with him is going to just break his heart even worse.
- 30:33Speaker 5: Yeah, I guess we will have to go to counseling
- 30:35Speaker 5: because I don't know what to do from here, because
- 30:37Speaker 5: I'm just questioning everything and feeling like a terrible person.
- 30:40Speaker 6: Because think about it, you leave Let's say you know
- 30:43Speaker 6: you've thought about it, You leave him, you get with
- 30:45Speaker 6: somebody else, you have kids, you think years down the road,
- 30:50Speaker 6: you're not going to look back and go. I mean, yeah,
- 30:52Speaker 6: I'm glad I'm a mom, but I can't believe I
- 30:54Speaker 6: left a man that I love right and love because
- 30:58Speaker 6: of something that he can't control.
- 31:00Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 31:01Speaker 6: If these were switched around and it was a man
- 31:03Speaker 6: calling up and saying, I'm leaving my wife because she
- 31:05Speaker 6: can't have kids, I think people would be in an
- 31:08Speaker 6: uproar and everybody feels different now that you're saying it, right,
- 31:13Speaker 6: And I don't think you're a bad person. I'm just
- 31:14Speaker 6: saying I would really talk to somebody before you let
- 31:17Speaker 6: that thought get out of control or take over reasons.
- 31:20Speaker 4: I mean, to process you'r how you're feeling before you
- 31:23Speaker 4: just jump and make some type of decision that you
- 31:25Speaker 4: can't turn back.
- 31:27Speaker 6: You know, because he's going through all this too, Yeah,
- 31:30Speaker 6: he probably feels so guilty and emasculated.
- 31:32Speaker 8: Like you know, it's just horrible.
- 31:35Speaker 5: I wish that things were different, but they're not. So
- 31:37Speaker 5: I have to just face what we have going on.
- 31:40Speaker 4: Well, and some people would be, you know, take the
- 31:43Speaker 4: route of this just wasn't meant to be. It wasn't
- 31:46Speaker 4: meant for me to have kids. You know, it's a
- 31:48Speaker 4: tough pill to swallow. It is when you've dreamed of that.
- 31:52Speaker 6: Yeah, I know so many people. So many people go,
- 31:55Speaker 6: especially women. They feel like their main reason they're here
- 32:00Speaker 6: is to be a mom. So if that can't happen,
- 32:02Speaker 6: I get why you feel like there's a big part
- 32:04Speaker 6: of you.
- 32:04Speaker 2: Missing for sure.
- 32:06Speaker 4: But you definitely can't You guys can't work through this
- 32:09Speaker 4: on your own. I would definitely seek professional help do that.
- 32:12Speaker 5: Thank you, Thank you so much.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Good luck with everything and let us know what happens
- 32:18Speaker 2: and hang in there.
- 32:18Speaker 8: Okay, okay, thank you so much.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Welcome. I told you it's deep. Yeah, really deep. I know.
- 32:25Speaker 6: Hopefully they talk to someone. Yeah, that's why I love
- 32:28Speaker 6: dirty little secretly. You just never know what you're gonna get.
- 32:30Speaker 6: So but I just feel her pain.
- 32:32Speaker 2: And I feel his pain. He's gonna get on the phone,
- 32:35Speaker 2: you know, all.
- 32:36Speaker 3: Right, he's doing for Cann's Court. It gets settled here
- 32:41Speaker 3: with Billy the Kid in the morning, al rise.
- 32:44Speaker 6: For the honible Judge Cannie slow Pas in the studio
- 32:46Speaker 6: right now.
- 32:46Speaker 2: I'm sorry on the bench.
- 32:48Speaker 6: Yeah, as we speak, it's mixed one or two point nine,
- 32:50Speaker 6: all right, Nidos Neto's Mystery Dumplings on the way.
- 32:53Speaker 2: We'll do it at eight thirty. We're doing it no
- 32:54Speaker 2: matter what.
- 32:55Speaker 6: Yeah, we're doing, whether the request lines are working, whether
- 32:58Speaker 6: I have to do it by messenger pigeon, Hi, everybody
- 33:00Speaker 6: wants these toys, we'll do it. We're doing tradio radio.
- 33:03Speaker 6: Figure out something you want to trade and get ready.
- 33:04Speaker 6: We gotta do it on Instagram. If I gotta go
- 33:06Speaker 6: live on the toll way in my underwear.
- 33:09Speaker 2: Oh okay, that's unnecessary. I didn't do that.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Sorry, I didn't even expect that.
- 33:13Speaker 4: This is a get it down the line somewhere.
- 33:16Speaker 6: Yeah, you've got an issue at Candas on air, At
- 33:18Speaker 6: Candas on air on Instagram.
- 33:20Speaker 2: Okay.
- 33:20Speaker 6: This year, I volunteered to coach my son's youth soccer team,
- 33:23Speaker 6: and all season I've been careful not to show him
- 33:27Speaker 6: any favoritism. He's a solid player and usually starts, but
- 33:31Speaker 6: I've always made it a point to treat him like
- 33:34Speaker 6: any other kid. We just had a big playoff game
- 33:36Speaker 6: and it decided to bench him for most of it
- 33:38Speaker 6: because I didn't want anyone thinking I was giving him
- 33:41Speaker 6: special treatment. We ended up losing, and he played only
- 33:46Speaker 6: for a few minutes. I could tell he was upset.
- 33:49Speaker 6: But my wife is furious and says, I overcorrected to
- 33:54Speaker 6: the point where I actually hurt our son just to
- 33:57Speaker 6: prove a point to other parents. I thought I was
- 34:00Speaker 6: doing the right thing by being extra fair, but now
- 34:03Speaker 6: I'm second guessing it. We're in a big fight about it.
- 34:06Speaker 6: Did I go too far? Question mark? Question mark? Question mark? Oh, okay,
- 34:13Speaker 6: So he's the coach, which is never easy. Yeah, when
- 34:16Speaker 6: your kid plays. That's why daddy ball they call it,
- 34:19Speaker 6: because usually the coach's kids sometimes.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Play a little too much. In this case, he.
- 34:24Speaker 6: Overcorrected and he benched his kid because he's like, I
- 34:28Speaker 6: don't want to show favoritism, so he benched him, probably
- 34:31Speaker 6: more than he should have.
- 34:32Speaker 2: Candice, what are your initial thoughts?
- 34:34Speaker 4: I mean, you mentioned him for most of a playoff game,
- 34:37Speaker 4: you let alone play for a few minutes. I don't
- 34:39Speaker 4: understand that. You know, now, the kid's upset, the wife's upset.
- 34:44Speaker 4: How is everyone else feeling? Because I just feel like
- 34:47Speaker 4: there's fair and then there's extra fair. And why are
- 34:50Speaker 4: you be an extra fair during a playoff game?
- 34:53Speaker 6: Well, you're worried about the way you look when all
- 34:55Speaker 6: you have to do is do the right thing right
- 34:57Speaker 6: no matter how you look. Meaning play it like an
- 35:00Speaker 6: their normal game. Play all the kids equally.
- 35:02Speaker 4: If you're always fair, just continue to be equally as
- 35:05Speaker 4: fair as you.
- 35:06Speaker 6: Always are, Like you don't have to sit your son
- 35:08Speaker 6: on the bench for the entire game or extra.
- 35:10Speaker 2: Just to prove a point. Probably him as much as
- 35:13Speaker 2: you usually do.
- 35:14Speaker 6: You know what if it's if it's little league or whatever,
- 35:17Speaker 6: pee wee, play all the kids equally. Yeah, you just
- 35:20Speaker 6: rotate them for sure.
- 35:21Speaker 4: I mean we're all here trying to learn and play
- 35:23Speaker 4: and be a team.
- 35:25Speaker 6: You know. That's like, Yeah, I coached baseball back in
- 35:28Speaker 6: the day, and that's what you did. Everybody got a
- 35:30Speaker 6: fair turn. Oh you sit out this inning, next inning,
- 35:33Speaker 6: you shit out.
- 35:35Speaker 1: No, and that's why y'all lose.
- 35:37Speaker 6: No, I don't want to actually won championship when I coach,
- 35:41Speaker 6: but go ahead, okay, listen.
- 35:43Speaker 1: The problem is nowadays this everybody gets a turn. That's
- 35:47Speaker 1: the problem with like sports. I don't like when I
- 35:50Speaker 1: was growing up, you and you play soccer, football or whatever,
- 35:52Speaker 1: they put the good people in because you want to win.
- 35:56Speaker 2: But we're talking, pee wee.
- 35:57Speaker 1: We're understand that.
- 35:58Speaker 6: But that's what you mean to tell me in little
- 36:00Speaker 6: league or whatever. Let's say it's baseball, because I never
- 36:03Speaker 6: really played soccer. Right, let's say it's baseball. So if
- 36:06Speaker 6: the kid's not that good, he should just ride the
- 36:08Speaker 6: manch the entire time, not.
- 36:09Speaker 1: Just not necessarily ride the bench.
- 36:11Speaker 2: But that's what you're saying.
- 36:12Speaker 1: But but here's the deal. When when you were first
- 36:15Speaker 1: doing the like the pool of getting your players, I
- 36:18Speaker 1: pick out the ones I know they're gonna do something
- 36:20Speaker 1: on my team. I don't want to You don't coach.
- 36:23Speaker 1: I coached soccer one time. Okay, yeah, I played all
- 36:27Speaker 1: the good kids there was there was what a bad Yeah,
- 36:30Speaker 1: I ain't gonna lie to you. There's not a bat. Listen,
- 36:33Speaker 1: Nowadays everybody coddles these kids. Everybody gets to turn or
- 36:37Speaker 1: participation in trophy. I want to win something about well,
- 36:40Speaker 1: we want to win.
- 36:40Speaker 4: Too, but we want our kid to learn and play
- 36:42Speaker 4: and have a good time. Like this is if he's
- 36:44Speaker 4: a volunteer coach. It's not that serious.
- 36:46Speaker 1: It's not that serious. Okay, I wouldn't I wouldn't have
- 36:50Speaker 1: done that.
- 36:50Speaker 2: So let me say this.
- 36:51Speaker 6: So if you're coaching soccer and you know, let's say
- 36:55Speaker 6: a little timmy who has two left feet, you know
- 36:57Speaker 6: you can barely run.
- 36:59Speaker 2: You're gonna he's gonna be on the bench the entire game.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Not the entire get maybe like the last few minutes
- 37:04Speaker 1: after we after we done murdered that team. Yeah, then
- 37:07Speaker 1: I'll put a little team. It's a playoff game. I
- 37:10Speaker 1: want to win. Like even listen, listen even choir dude nowadays? Yeah, yes,
- 37:16Speaker 1: because kids nowadays, everybody everybody just participates.
- 37:21Speaker 2: What about choir? What's okay?
- 37:22Speaker 1: So yeah, but I had the same argueing with my
- 37:26Speaker 1: baby mama, like, ch not only my son in choir
- 37:29Speaker 1: because my son really can't he really can't sing, Like
- 37:32Speaker 1: why are you in choir? Choir is for people who
- 37:36Speaker 1: can sing? Why why try out?
- 37:40Speaker 2: Because that's what being a kid is all about.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Talent.
- 37:42Speaker 2: There's too much to me.
- 37:44Speaker 6: There's kids that you want to try things, you want
- 37:46Speaker 6: to do, things, you want to see what you're passionate about,
- 37:48Speaker 6: and that's the point. And if it's not the best,
- 37:50Speaker 6: then this is the time in life you can mess
- 37:52Speaker 6: up and go okay, if that wasn't maybe my favorite thing.
- 37:55Speaker 6: Or it's also a time where he learns how to
- 37:57Speaker 6: get better and can sing and capitalize on his vocal talent,
- 38:00Speaker 6: where you can learn to sing.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Okay, how about learn to play before you try out
- 38:05Speaker 1: nor sports team. That's a life lesson. Like if I'm
- 38:11Speaker 1: good at my job and you're not good at your job,
- 38:14Speaker 1: you ain't gonna get the same job.
- 38:15Speaker 6: Well, you know what I mean. We're not talking about
- 38:17Speaker 6: the job. We're talking about kids learning sports.
- 38:18Speaker 1: I'm saying that that's how that reflects in the future. Jeez,
- 38:23Speaker 1: I'm real competitive.
- 38:24Speaker 2: I want to win, but I'm very competitive as well.
- 38:27Speaker 7: I know you.
- 38:28Speaker 2: But when you're teaching kids, you're teaching it.
- 38:31Speaker 6: Yeah, winning is a part of it, but it's not
- 38:33Speaker 6: the most important part at this age.
- 38:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:35Speaker 6: Right, there's life skills that you're teaching these kids. It's
- 38:38Speaker 6: about learning how to work as a team.
- 38:40Speaker 4: If we just spend every bench, every kid who doesn't
- 38:43Speaker 4: have the quote unquote talent as a you know who
- 38:45Speaker 4: knows they're probably under ten. You're saying youth sports are
- 38:48Speaker 4: probably under ten. They're gonna be bench their whole life
- 38:50Speaker 4: and never know what they can do.
- 38:51Speaker 6: You're gonna take this kid and it's little Timmy is
- 38:54Speaker 6: gonna hate soccer now because you don't put them in
- 38:56Speaker 6: until the last thirty seconds of the game.
- 38:58Speaker 1: Well, little Timmy can practice on a his own while
- 39:01Speaker 1: we're winning.
- 39:01Speaker 4: But if I'm paying you to be on this team,
- 39:04Speaker 4: I need you to teach my kid. I need my
- 39:06Speaker 4: kid to have some experience versus riding the bench all
- 39:09Speaker 4: season because he's not good.
- 39:10Speaker 2: And maybe he does practice and he's just trying to run,
- 39:12Speaker 2: but he's still come on.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean when my kids. Listen, when my kids
- 39:16Speaker 1: played football, sometimes they didn't get they didn't get to start,
- 39:20Speaker 1: but they went home to practice or whatever. Then the
- 39:22Speaker 1: coach played them at the end of the game and
- 39:25Speaker 1: I was like, well, coach, what do we gotta do
- 39:27Speaker 1: to you know, to start? He was like, I just
- 39:29Speaker 1: need him to work on this, this, this and that,
- 39:31Speaker 1: and then guess what. He turned it around. The next
- 39:33Speaker 1: year he started You see what I'm saying, and we won.
- 39:36Speaker 1: I doubt Brendan is good.
- 39:38Speaker 6: Yeah, I do see, and that's important part of it.
- 39:41Speaker 6: But until the meantime, did you expect him to play
- 39:44Speaker 6: when he wasn't quote unquote good, No, you didn't expect
- 39:47Speaker 6: him to play.
- 39:47Speaker 2: No.
- 39:48Speaker 1: I don't get I don't I don't deal with that.
- 39:50Speaker 1: So he his mom was like, that's not fair. I'm like, no,
- 39:53Speaker 1: he needs to work at his craft, get back there,
- 39:56Speaker 1: come back next year.
- 39:56Speaker 2: It's not the NFL.
- 39:58Speaker 1: To me, it is No, I'm.
- 40:01Speaker 4: Just like that coding youth sports for so many reasons,
- 40:06Speaker 4: not just this.
- 40:06Speaker 1: But letting everybody get a turn. Okay, yeah when they're little,
- 40:10Speaker 1: but they're little.
- 40:11Speaker 6: Yeah, all right, we're not gonna agree. It doesn't matter
- 40:13Speaker 6: what we think. Candas Court. You you're the judge. Yeah,
- 40:16Speaker 6: you're the only saying one in this room.
- 40:18Speaker 4: That's a totally different topic than we're talking about this
- 40:20Speaker 4: Candis Court. But for for this case, Look, I think
- 40:23Speaker 4: this guy was guilty of being a sideline. Sam. It
- 40:27Speaker 4: can't It's not fair to let your kid only play
- 40:30Speaker 4: a few minutes. Don't be extra fair. Just be as
- 40:32Speaker 4: fair as you've been all season. You sound like a
- 40:34Speaker 4: reasonable person, and I respect that you're trying to be
- 40:37Speaker 4: fair and make an impression on the other parents. So
- 40:39Speaker 4: let them know that everybody's gonna get to play. But
- 40:41Speaker 4: we lost because of you know, you're.
- 40:43Speaker 6: Being an extra fair I would agree, all right, he's
- 40:46Speaker 6: guilty of being a sideline Sam.
- 40:48Speaker 3: Billy, that's it's tough. Stories on the Tents with Billy
- 40:53Speaker 3: the Kid in.
- 40:54Speaker 7: The morning only on the New mixed one or two
- 40:57Speaker 7: point nine.
- 40:57Speaker 6: You've got a lot going on this morning at Nidos
- 40:59Speaker 6: and Miss Dumplings. Everybody wants those. We're doing them an
- 41:02Speaker 6: eight thirty no matter what. Y Yeah, we're gonna do
- 41:04Speaker 6: a little tradio radio either way, that don't happen eight
- 41:06Speaker 6: to thirty. Everybody wants these toys. People stand in line
- 41:09Speaker 6: for hours. We're doing this all week long, So hook
- 41:12Speaker 6: that up. Candice Lo tes what is going on?
- 41:14Speaker 4: Well, forty ISD is part of a multi agency investigation
- 41:17Speaker 4: stemming from misconduct allegation. So this is happening at Crosby
- 41:21Speaker 4: Elementary School. The principal, a teacher, and a number of teachers'
- 41:25Speaker 4: aides were let go and will not be returning. So
- 41:29Speaker 4: the district is saying that the teacher in question was
- 41:31Speaker 4: hired back in October under a name with a clean
- 41:34Speaker 4: background check, but they later learned that he had legally
- 41:37Speaker 4: changed his name before being hired by forty ISD. He
- 41:41Speaker 4: was facing charges under that previous name. Now he was
- 41:45Speaker 4: acquitted of those charges in that case. But one parent
- 41:48Speaker 4: is saying that that's because the child involved was nonverbal
- 41:51Speaker 4: and that family later moved away and never testified. But
- 41:55Speaker 4: this is all under investigation by forty police, CPS, and
- 41:59Speaker 4: the state. They haven't released specific details, but families involved
- 42:03Speaker 4: have been contacted directly. But I'm hearing that it could
- 42:06Speaker 4: be up to nine students that were involved. I believe
- 42:10Speaker 4: this was a first grade special ed teacher. There were
- 42:13Speaker 4: aids and other staff who possibly witnessed the misconduct. It
- 42:17Speaker 4: didn't report it immediately, and that's why they were removed
- 42:20Speaker 4: over the weekend. Yeah, just a developing story there, but
- 42:23Speaker 4: it's just really disheartening, really infuriating for parents and families.
- 42:27Speaker 6: Of course, but we don't know what the misconduct was
- 42:29Speaker 6: just yet, right, all right, Well, you know what, you
- 42:32Speaker 6: deserve a special place, you know where if you mess
- 42:35Speaker 6: with kids.
- 42:35Speaker 4: Yeah, one hundred percent. We got to protect our kids.
- 42:38Speaker 4: So I'll keep you posted on any developments. Also, Spirit
- 42:41Speaker 4: Airlines shut down services Saturday morning at abruptly canceled service.
- 42:46Speaker 4: Seventeen thousand workers did lose their jobs. That's unfortunate, but
- 42:50Speaker 4: people are left stranded, you know, book these flights and
- 42:53Speaker 4: then suddenly the airline doesn't exist.
- 42:55Speaker 6: Happen to my friend literally in New Orleans, first time
- 42:57Speaker 6: he's ever booked ever books because our other friend was
- 43:01Speaker 6: like do it. It never let me down, which he's
- 43:03Speaker 6: a liar because it's let me down, It let me down. Yeah,
- 43:06Speaker 6: he's in New Orleans. All of a sudden, he gets
- 43:08Speaker 6: a little on message like, oh, by the way, we're
- 43:09Speaker 6: out of business.
- 43:10Speaker 2: Good luck at home.
- 43:11Speaker 4: Right, that's awful.
- 43:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, and I.
- 43:14Speaker 6: Do feel bad for everyone losing their jobs, but I'm sorry,
- 43:17Speaker 6: I don't care if they've never had a crash.
- 43:18Speaker 1: Somebody said, well.
- 43:19Speaker 2: They've never had a crash, Okay, we shouldn't.
- 43:21Speaker 6: I'm so yeah, that should be for all airlines they
- 43:24Speaker 6: I had the worst experience on Spirit ever, I mean
- 43:27Speaker 6: the worst. The person talked to me like I was
- 43:30Speaker 6: an idiot. Oh, it's the rude I mean rude.
- 43:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:35Speaker 6: So you know, listen, I mean there's a reason you
- 43:39Speaker 6: can get sixty dollars flights. Yeah, and it's not paying
- 43:43Speaker 6: off and the model's not working.
- 43:44Speaker 4: Yeah, definitely not. I mean, as of May twenty twenty four,
- 43:47Speaker 4: they operated just over three percent of domestic flights, and
- 43:50Speaker 4: this month that number could be as low as one percent,
- 43:53Speaker 4: and now obviously zero zero. Yeah, there's this whole movement
- 43:56Speaker 4: online though, for Americans to buy the airline. Did you
- 44:00Speaker 4: see this, let's buy Spirit air dot com. They're saying
- 44:04Speaker 4: the website right, the website crash because so many people
- 44:07Speaker 4: were on there, so pledges are down at the moment.
- 44:09Speaker 4: But they say there's been eighty eight million dollars pledged already,
- 44:13Speaker 4: which I'm.
- 44:13Speaker 6: Probably hard to wait they'll do that with something that
- 44:16Speaker 6: really matters, like right world hunger here, homelessness or yeah, veterans,
- 44:21Speaker 6: not Spirit Airlines. Like I said, I feel bad for
- 44:23Speaker 6: anyone who lost their job.
- 44:24Speaker 2: I really do.
- 44:25Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I do too.
- 44:26Speaker 7: What.
- 44:27Speaker 4: Yeah, it's nice to see the other airlines stepping up
- 44:29Speaker 4: to and you know, offering to help. So uh yeah,
- 44:33Speaker 4: don't see that coming back. But you know, stranger things
- 44:35Speaker 4: have happened real quick, guys. Tonight is the met Gala.
- 44:38Speaker 4: It happens the first Monday in May every year at
- 44:41Speaker 4: New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art. The theme this year

- 45:09Speaker 2: It's just Halloween for rich people.
- 45:11Speaker 6: Yeah, it's Halloween for rich people. I'm not gonna get
- 45:15Speaker 6: negative on it. Because somebody was like, Billy's stop being
- 45:17Speaker 6: grumpy today.
- 45:18Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a lot of money for that's.
- 45:20Speaker 6: That's all the matters. They're raising money for charity. But
- 45:22Speaker 6: it's just rich people dressing up and doing rich people things.
- 45:25Speaker 4: So you're not going to be watching the live stream tonight.
- 45:28Speaker 6: Let me tell you something. I'd rather watch poo take
- 45:30Speaker 6: a bubble bath. Oh wait, okay, okay, maybe.
- 45:34Speaker 4: Not that's going on tonight.
- 45:37Speaker 2: I can tell you the bubble bath.
- 45:39Speaker 1: No, I don't.
- 45:42Speaker 4: Know anything about who's bathing schedule.
- 45:44Speaker 1: I don't think he takes bathos holy showers showers only.
- 45:48Speaker 2: Yeah, you never take a nice bath.
- 45:50Speaker 1: No, I don't like that at all.
- 45:52Speaker 4: Okay, all right, glad we learned that today. Yeah, I'm
- 45:56Speaker 4: Candle slow fans. Those are your Texas top stories on.
- 45:59Speaker 2: Good Morning Sailing. The Kid Candice Lopez is to your producer.
- 46:02Speaker 6: Poo is here Mondane is mondaye hard, Monday is very
- 46:08Speaker 6: Monday is because what we've been so excited to give
- 46:11Speaker 6: away these needos and mystery dumplings.
- 46:13Speaker 1: So excited.
- 46:14Speaker 6: Thank you to our boy Danny Uh from Clausania, which
- 46:17Speaker 6: he's just been awesome to us everything that's hot. It's like, hey,
- 46:20Speaker 6: we need some little booboos. Let's hook you up. So
- 46:22Speaker 6: we need some needos. People are waiting in our long lines,
- 46:26Speaker 6: I mean hours an hour, spending one hundreds of dollars
- 46:28Speaker 6: on these toys because the kids want them, you know,
- 46:30Speaker 6: and the things you do for your kids, right, So
- 46:32Speaker 6: we're gonna give them away. So we're doing tradio radio, right,
- 46:35Speaker 6: We're gonna see what we can get for a Nido
- 46:38Speaker 6: or a mystery dumpling, a little tradio radio so you
- 46:41Speaker 6: could trade us anything you want, right anything. Last time
- 46:45Speaker 6: we did this, we did it for concert tickets. Guess
- 46:46Speaker 6: what we got. We got a live goat. I've been
- 46:50Speaker 6: so excited all weekend. I can't wait to do this.
- 46:53Speaker 6: We get in here today and the request lines aren't working. Yeah,
- 46:56Speaker 6: how dude, do we have an update? Poo like it.
- 46:58Speaker 6: Let's go to our correspondent. Poo, correspondent, Pooh, what's it
- 47:02Speaker 6: look like?
- 47:02Speaker 1: That is still on it? He said, he's just Brad,
- 47:06Speaker 1: that's the IT tech guy.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Oh it is yeah, Oh thanks.
- 47:10Speaker 4: From home, Brad.
- 47:11Speaker 1: Yeah, he remotely logged in. He's trying to figure out
- 47:14Speaker 1: why they're still a delay coming back to here.
- 47:16Speaker 2: So pooh, are they working?
- 47:18Speaker 1: No?
- 47:18Speaker 2: Not yet. So the one time I need the request
- 47:20Speaker 2: lines to work, I think.
- 47:21Speaker 4: You can call because people are calling, right, it's just
- 47:23Speaker 4: we can't hear you.
- 47:24Speaker 1: Yeah, people right right, exactly answer and I can. I
- 47:28Speaker 1: heard him at first, and then I didn't hear him again.
- 47:34Speaker 4: Can you hear me now?
- 47:35Speaker 2: I'm trying not to get frustrated.
- 47:37Speaker 6: Yeah, but our request lines are working about as good
- 47:39Speaker 6: as Spirit airlines.
- 47:41Speaker 2: I think actually Spirit runs our IT department.
- 47:46Speaker 1: What is going on?
- 47:47Speaker 6: Gosh, I'm trying not to be frustrated. I'm really trying
- 47:51Speaker 6: not to. We do a live show that we put
- 47:53Speaker 6: a lot into. Yea, how the one time everything has
- 47:56Speaker 6: worked for months? Nothing's the one day. I'm like this,
- 48:00Speaker 6: this is it. We're gonna do tradio radio.
- 48:02Speaker 2: Not one line is working?
- 48:03Speaker 6: Yeah, you want should I give out who's cell phone number?
- 48:06Speaker 7: I mean.
- 48:08Speaker 4: Yeah, all right.
- 48:09Speaker 2: So this is what we're gonna do. You know what
- 48:11Speaker 2: I could see here.
- 48:11Speaker 6: I could complain all day, but the bottom line is
- 48:14Speaker 6: it's not gonna fix anything.
- 48:15Speaker 4: There's a human in the next room though, that's weird news.
- 48:18Speaker 4: Yeah you want a remote worker?
- 48:19Speaker 1: Oh yeah, somebody just walked in.
- 48:22Speaker 2: Okay, awesome, perfect, that's a good sign if a humans here.
- 48:25Speaker 2: But we're not done. This is what we're gonna do
- 48:27Speaker 2: on Instagram.

- 48:31Speaker 6: O two NINEFM on Instagram. We're gonna post something right now.
- 48:35Speaker 6: Why don't you just tell us? People are already starting
- 48:37Speaker 6: to dmo.
- 48:37Speaker 4: Yeah, James just hit me up.
- 48:39Speaker 2: What's James willing to train?
- 48:40Speaker 4: Yeah, he says, I need one of those needles. I'll
- 48:42Speaker 4: trade a Texas Rangers Replica Championship ring.
- 48:45Speaker 1: Whoa, that's cool.
- 48:47Speaker 6: Well like mark it down, mark it down, Texas Rangers
- 48:51Speaker 6: Replica Championship Ring.
- 48:53Speaker 4: Yeah all right, I like that.
- 48:55Speaker 2: So should that be in the lead right now?
- 48:56Speaker 4: Oh okay, take it to the game this weekend.
- 48:58Speaker 2: I'm checking the Instagram right now now.

- 49:21Speaker 6: At Mix one o two nine FM. What else do
- 49:23Speaker 6: we got?
- 49:24Speaker 2: What do we need?

- 49:27Speaker 4: we should take up a new you know, hobby like golf.
- 49:31Speaker 4: Maybe we could do some golf clubs. Okay, we're a

- 49:35Speaker 2: They're coming in right now at Mix one two nine FM.
- 49:38Speaker 6: At Mix one O two nine FM, I did get
- 49:40Speaker 6: one for I have a big wheel. Somebody said they
- 49:42Speaker 6: have a big wheel. Oh that's interesting. I like the
- 49:46Speaker 6: idea of a big wheel.
- 49:47Speaker 7: What is that?
- 49:48Speaker 2: We have a big wheel. We have two three wheel bikes.
- 49:51Speaker 1: You know.
- 49:51Speaker 2: Oh okay, what do we really need? Can this?
- 49:54Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 49:55Speaker 4: Well we mentioned on Instagram over the weekend, maybe like
- 49:57Speaker 4: an above ground pool. We could have a pool party
- 49:59Speaker 4: out front. Hey the radio station.
- 50:01Speaker 6: Now, Rachel in four words says, I will trade you

- 50:11Speaker 2: Oh, let me ask you.
- 50:12Speaker 4: I have to split it.
- 50:13Speaker 6: An hour and a half long massage. Is that for
- 50:16Speaker 6: all three of us? Or do we have to share?
- 50:17Speaker 6: That would be about thirty minutes. You know what, I
- 50:20Speaker 6: don't like massages. I hate massages.
- 50:22Speaker 4: Your thirty minutes?
- 50:23Speaker 2: Do you want my thirty minutes?
- 50:25Speaker 4: Yeah, give me your thirty minutes.
- 50:26Speaker 2: But what do I get out of this?
- 50:28Speaker 4: You get to I don't know. You get to be
- 50:31Speaker 4: how quiet time by yourself in the other room.
- 50:33Speaker 2: I think I'd rather have a copy bar. All right,
- 50:37Speaker 2: thank you.
- 50:37Speaker 4: Rachel wants to trade her Stanley Stanley.

- 51:04Speaker 6: can we get them. Like see, let me see where
- 51:06Speaker 6: she's from, because I don't trust everybody's cooking.
- 51:08Speaker 2: Hold on, let me type back. Do you have cats?
- 51:10Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 51:12Speaker 7: Cat?
- 51:14Speaker 2: Do you have cats to Molly's for sure? No, she's

- 52:04Speaker 2: Candice Lompez is your producer. Poo is here.
- 52:07Speaker 6: We are giving away needos and mystery dumplings doing tradio radio.
- 52:10Speaker 6: But of course none of the request lines are working
- 52:13Speaker 6: on the one day where we need them to work,
- 52:14Speaker 6: because Pooh's in charge of the request lines. Literally, since
- 52:19Speaker 6: five thirty am, we've been trying to get the request
- 52:22Speaker 6: lines to work, and we don't know what's going on,
- 52:25Speaker 6: but we're we're not stopping. No, We're giving these away

- 52:34Speaker 2: We'll circle back.
- 52:36Speaker 6: Tradio Radio, What would you trade us for these needos
- 52:39Speaker 6: and these mystery dumplings that everybody wants? Tradio Radio is

- 52:46Speaker 6: two nine FM.
- 52:47Speaker 2: You know what, somebody could probably.
- 52:48Speaker 6: Win if they trade me, because I would be heavily
- 52:51Speaker 6: influenced in a bottle of tequila right now, because I'm
- 52:54Speaker 6: telling you what I needed after today.
- 52:56Speaker 2: Oh right, I think Pooh needs.
- 52:59Speaker 1: It too, Yes, I need it too.
- 53:01Speaker 4: Just pass it over.

- 53:23Speaker 6: Can I have a pet chicken and Carrollton I mean no,
- 53:26Speaker 6: but just do it. Oh yeah, who's going to keep
- 53:28Speaker 6: the chicken?
- 53:28Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 53:29Speaker 2: Well are you keeping the chicken?
- 53:30Speaker 7: Bit?
- 53:30Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 53:31Speaker 2: Who lives in an apartment? So that's Oh the chicken
- 53:34Speaker 2: might be a finalist so far.
- 53:36Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean. Kevin says he'll put gas in our
- 53:38Speaker 4: cars for us.
- 53:40Speaker 2: Oh wow, Kevin, Yeah, that's good. Seven hundred dollars.
- 53:43Speaker 4: Oh yeah, planning offers for people to cook for us
- 53:46Speaker 4: for Nanda says she will make Brazilian food. We got
- 53:48Speaker 4: an offer for someone to make gumbo for us. Okay,
- 53:52Speaker 4: to trade their kids.
- 53:54Speaker 2: Somebody offered to trade their kids.
- 53:55Speaker 4: But then you don't need the if you're a kid.

- 54:07Speaker 4: her house. She says it's pretty expensive. Apparently she doesn't know.
- 54:11Speaker 7: What it is.
- 54:12Speaker 4: A power Yeah, a mystery power tool for a mystery dumpling.
- 54:16Speaker 6: That might be a good see, I do like a
- 54:18Speaker 6: good mystery box. And sure, you know, we have to
- 54:21Speaker 6: guess what's in there. And it's a mystery for us.
- 54:23Speaker 6: That is good, okay, a mystery power tool. Well, she's
- 54:26Speaker 6: not gonna send it back.
- 54:27Speaker 4: I don't think so. Oh, she's living a lawless she's
- 54:30Speaker 4: waiting to see if we want it before she sends
- 54:32Speaker 4: it back. But I didn't. He didn't see anything. Nothing
- 54:34Speaker 4: to see here.
- 54:35Speaker 2: Don't know what it is though. Yeah, all right, we're

- 54:39Speaker 6: nine FM at Mikes one of two nine FM. I'm
- 54:42Speaker 6: trying to think about something that would really get us
- 54:44Speaker 6: right because the chicken is good.
- 54:46Speaker 1: I think the chicken so far is in the lead.
- 54:48Speaker 4: That's the most useful option for us right now, because
- 54:50Speaker 4: we do eat a lot of hard bleled eggs.
- 54:52Speaker 2: An because we don't need it. We don't need expensive,
- 54:54Speaker 2: we need interesting, unique, We need unique.
- 54:57Speaker 1: We need something.
- 54:58Speaker 6: Functional, something different that would make for good content moving forward,
- 55:02Speaker 6: because Candace would have to take care of this chicken.
- 55:04Speaker 2: Do you have a chicken coop? Candace?
- 55:06Speaker 4: No, Well does it come with a chicken coop? Iris?
- 55:09Speaker 3: Let me know?

- 55:12Speaker 7: Sure?
- 55:13Speaker 2: Where do you think you're gonna keep the chicken?
- 55:14Speaker 4: I mean in my backyard, do you. I got a
- 55:17Speaker 4: pretty big backyard, and my neighbors have low Ki chickens.
- 55:19Speaker 4: They're not supposed to.
- 55:20Speaker 2: So wait, you're not supposed to have chickens.
- 55:24Speaker 4: One of those people that do. Someone in our neighborhood
- 55:26Speaker 4: as a peacock. Yeah, for sure.

- 57:45Speaker 4: canceled them after renegotiating their agreements. Highland Park though voting
- 57:50Speaker 4: not to continue. So buses will stop operating through Highland Park.
- 57:55Speaker 4: But well, they'll go through Highland Park, but we won't
- 57:57Speaker 4: stop in Highland Park.
- 57:58Speaker 1: Sale.
- 57:59Speaker 6: It's kind of like me, Yeah, you can go through,
- 58:01Speaker 6: but you can't stop because if you're not just rich enough,
- 58:05Speaker 6: you actually get kicked out of media.
- 58:08Speaker 4: This is expected to take effect May fifteenth. And if
- 58:11Speaker 4: you haven't heard about this, McDonald's is quietly getting rid
- 58:14Speaker 4: of their self serve soda fountains. So their plan is
- 58:18Speaker 4: to completely get rid of these by twenty thirty two.
- 58:21Speaker 4: That would mean that they are only behind the counter.
- 58:24Speaker 4: So they're saying this will help modernize restaurants reduce maintenance
- 58:27Speaker 4: and labor demands and really, you know, help them adapt
- 58:30Speaker 4: to the demand for drive through delivery and takeout, which
- 58:33Speaker 4: is you know a lot of people these days.
- 58:34Speaker 6: I think you're trying to make everything automated. But then
- 58:36Speaker 6: I have to give my cup to an employee right
- 58:39Speaker 6: to go fill it up.
- 58:40Speaker 4: That's so confusing because we only have the kiosks at
- 58:42Speaker 4: the one by my house. Like to get a human
- 58:44Speaker 4: there at the counter, is it takes a while.
- 58:46Speaker 6: You got to hit the bell, yeah, yell to get
- 58:49Speaker 6: a human yep, And then I got to get a
- 58:50Speaker 6: refill that we just.
- 58:51Speaker 2: Leave the machines out right.
- 58:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 58:53Speaker 4: They say this would give them more control of reportion sizes,
- 58:56Speaker 4: cleanliness and inventory and you know, stop people from taking
- 58:59Speaker 4: their water cup and putting soda in it.
- 59:01Speaker 6: Did you see what the New Zealand McDonald's is doing. No,
- 59:04Speaker 6: they're coming out with a mcmullet cheeseburger.
- 59:07Speaker 7: What is that?
- 59:08Speaker 6: I'm not this not a joke That mcmullet cheeseburger. One
- 59:12Speaker 6: slice of cheese hangs off in the back, no to
- 59:15Speaker 6: where it looks like a mullet. And they're really doing
- 59:20Speaker 6: it to just cause a little social viral moment. Okay,
- 59:23Speaker 6: where the cheeseburger has a mullet. Okay, yeah, well bring
- 59:27Speaker 6: that to mesquite make your own.
- 59:28Speaker 4: Yeah for sure, real quick, guys, post Malone canceled the
- 59:32Speaker 4: start of his upcoming tour. Six shows were part of this,
- 59:36Speaker 4: including his shows here in Texas. That tour is now
- 59:39Speaker 4: going to kick off June twelfth in Indianapolis. So he's
- 59:42Speaker 4: saying he needs more time to finish his double album
- 59:45Speaker 4: before this tour starts. You know, a lot of people
- 59:48Speaker 4: have been saying this could have something to do with
- 59:50Speaker 4: low ticket sales, which we've been hearing for weeks. Half
- 59:54Speaker 4: these stadiums, you know, are not sold yet.
- 59:56Speaker 6: I see people online going, oh, it's low ticket sales
- 59:58Speaker 6: and kind of making fun of them. Well, even if
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: it is, it's not his fault. No, if anything, it's like, well,
- 1:00:03Speaker 6: people don't have disposable income right now when gas is
- 1:00:06Speaker 6: seventeen dollars a gallon.
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: Yeah, we're about to hit a record and.
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: I'm not gonna go all the way to Waco and
- 1:00:11Speaker 6: spend all this money to go see him. Right It's
- 1:00:13Speaker 6: it's tough right now for people to just throw away.
- 1:00:16Speaker 6: And concerts are expensive, they.
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: Are some of these shows. We're even offering discounted tickets recently.
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: But he says, you know, he promised the new music,
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: doesn't have time to finish it, so he's just not
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: ready to tour. So I'll push it back three weeks.
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: That'll help him get the music done. So I'm looking
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: forward to the new music either way, I know.
- 1:00:33Speaker 6: And when you're an artist, you don't want to go
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: from stadium to arenas. But to me, there's nothing wrong
- 1:00:37Speaker 6: with that.
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: No, I'd be happy with it.
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: Do it Arena show dickies, do it American Airlines one.
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: Hundred percent, do both. I'd go yeah, I would too.
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: All Right, I'm Kanaslopez. Those are your Texas top stories.
- 1:00:49Speaker 7: Get it off your chest to promise you'll feel better.
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: I need a drink, right? Is that my dirty Little Secret?
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: I'm drinking right now. I'm just kidding.
- 1:00:59Speaker 6: Let's not do that, all right, Dirty Little Secret eight
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: three three seven eight seven one h two nine. Usually
- 1:01:04Speaker 6: can call us where they're working on the request lines
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: right now or Instagram.
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: Either way, tell us your secret. Go ahead and confess
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: I do.
- 1:01:11Speaker 5: I I've been going back and forth on calling you guys,
- 1:01:14Speaker 5: but I really don't have anyone to talk to about.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: This, so well, that's what we're here for. It's a
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: non judgment zone. What is going on in your world?
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: Well, I've been married, and we've only been married a
- 1:01:24Speaker 5: couple of years, so it's still pretty new. And from
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: the beginning, we both wanted the same thing, like a family.
- 1:01:31Speaker 8: With kids, you know, a big house full of noise,
- 1:01:33Speaker 8: and that was all always a part of the plan
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: for both of us.
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: And because it hasn't worked out that way, we've been
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: trying and trying and trying, and nothing has happened. And
- 1:01:46Speaker 5: at first I thought it was me, so I got
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: tested and I went through all the emotions, like something's
- 1:01:51Speaker 5: wrong with my body. I'm like broken, I'm something's not
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: happening right. And then we found out it's not me.
- 1:01:58Speaker 8: It's him.
- 1:01:59Speaker 5: Oh okay, And I don't even think he realizes how
- 1:02:03Speaker 5: much that changed everything for me.
- 1:02:04Speaker 8: And I tried to be supportive and I love him.
- 1:02:06Speaker 5: I love him so much, and he's a good man,
- 1:02:09Speaker 5: he's a good husband, and it's not his fault. But
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: I feel like ever since I found out, like there's
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: this big weight on me and I can't shake it.
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: And I've always pictured myself as a mom. I've always
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: wanted kids.
- 1:02:21Speaker 8: I wanted that life with my husband and to have
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: my kids in my house.
- 1:02:25Speaker 5: And so it's just like, this can't happen now.
- 1:02:31Speaker 6: I know it's a lot of emotions, but and I'm
- 1:02:34Speaker 6: not saying this is the same, but I know there's
- 1:02:36Speaker 6: other you know, there's adoption, there's other things that you
- 1:02:39Speaker 6: could do.
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: My friends, Yes, I mean we've discussed adoption. I'm not
- 1:02:45Speaker 5: against it.
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: I'm not.
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: But if I'm being completely honest, I don't know if
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: I'll feel the same way. Yeah, And I feel awful
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: saying that, but that's how I feel, and I can't
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: deny that I feel that way. And this is a
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: part of like what makes me feel like I might
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: be the worst wife in the world or worst person
- 1:03:03Speaker 5: in the world. And I just know that I know
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: myself and i'd be lying if if, like if I
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: say this is okay, because like I said, this has
- 1:03:11Speaker 5: always been my dream and I have thought about leaving him. Oh,
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: and I haven't said it, and I haven't even come
- 1:03:21Speaker 5: close because I love him and it's like not his fault,
- 1:03:24Speaker 5: but it's crossed my mind that maybe I should.
- 1:03:26Speaker 8: Move on, but I'm like to hold on, hold on.
- 1:03:29Speaker 6: So you're thinking about actually lead, okay, and I'm not
- 1:03:32Speaker 6: it's a non judgment zone. You're thinking about leaving him
- 1:03:35Speaker 6: over this.
- 1:03:36Speaker 5: Well, I do want to have kids of my own,
- 1:03:40Speaker 5: and I don't know what else to do because I
- 1:03:42Speaker 5: do love him and I love the life that we're
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: building together, but it's not working out, and I just
- 1:03:48Speaker 5: feel like it's flipping away what I wanted.
- 1:03:51Speaker 6: I mean, is it not working out? Or is this
- 1:03:55Speaker 6: the plan? The bigger plan that you know? Sometimes you
- 1:03:58Speaker 6: just can't control these things. And I'm see it's not
- 1:04:00Speaker 6: his fault. I can't tell you what's right or wrong.
- 1:04:03Speaker 6: There's a difference between going, oh, you know what, I can't.
- 1:04:06Speaker 6: I can't say this has never crossed my mind and
- 1:04:09Speaker 6: I'm actually going to do this.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: Yeah, there's two different things. So, I mean, I guess
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: it just depends on you if.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: You love them.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: I just feel like there's no way you can leave.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: Them over this.
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: I don't feel like I can leave them either, But
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: I'm just like hurting myself and I'm like, how do
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: I agree without hurting him? I'm just keeping everything to myself.
- 1:04:28Speaker 6: Have you two talked about it, maybe possibly doing counseling
- 1:04:31Speaker 6: or something like that together, because this is a big deal.
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: Yeah, you can't hold it inside, but also sharing that
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: with him is going to just break his heart even worse.
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: Yeah, I guess we will have to go to counseling
- 1:04:42Speaker 5: because I don't know what to do from here, because
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: I'm just questioning everything and feeling like a terrible person.
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: Because think about it, you leave.
- 1:04:48Speaker 6: Let's say you know you've thought about it, you leave him,
- 1:04:51Speaker 6: you get with somebody else, you have kids, you think
- 1:04:55Speaker 6: years down the road, you're not going to look back
- 1:04:57Speaker 6: and go. I mean, yeah, I'm glad I'm a mom,
- 1:05:00Speaker 6: but I can't believe I left a man that I
- 1:05:02Speaker 6: love right and love because of something that he can't control.
- 1:05:06Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:05:07Speaker 6: If these were switched around and it was a man
- 1:05:10Speaker 6: calling up and saying I'm leaving my wife because she
- 1:05:12Speaker 6: can't have kids, I think people would be in an
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: uproar and everybody feels different now that you're saying it, right,
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: And I don't think you're a bad person. I'm just
- 1:05:21Speaker 6: saying I would really talk to somebody before you let
- 1:05:24Speaker 6: that thought get out of control or.
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: Take over reason.
- 1:05:26Speaker 4: I mean to process, you'r how you're feeling before you
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: just jump and make some type of decision that you
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: can't turn back, you.
- 1:05:33Speaker 6: Know, because he's going through all this too. Yeah, he
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: probably feels so guilty and emasculated.
- 1:05:39Speaker 5: Like you know, it's just horrible. I wish that things
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: were different, but they're not, so I have to just
- 1:05:45Speaker 5: face what we have going on.
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: Well, and some.
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: People would be, you know, take the route of this
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: just wasn't meant to be. It wasn't meant for me
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: to have kids.
- 1:05:54Speaker 6: You know.
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: It's a tough pill to swallow, it is when you've
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: dreamed of that.
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: Yeah, I know so many people, so many people go,
- 1:06:02Speaker 6: especially women. They feel like their main reason they're here
- 1:06:06Speaker 6: is to be a mom. So if that can't happen,
- 1:06:09Speaker 6: I get why you feel like there's a big part
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: of you.
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: Missing for sure, But you definitely can't You guys can't
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: work through this on your own. I would definitely seek
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: professional help do that.
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: Thank you, Thank you so much, all good luck with
- 1:06:22Speaker 6: everything and let us know what happens and hang in there.
- 1:06:25Speaker 5: Okay, okay, thank you so much.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: You're welcome, and I got to say thank you to everyone.
- 1:06:29Speaker 6: This is why I love our listeners because I'm getting
- 1:06:32Speaker 6: DM after DM after DM, going, here's how she can
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: do something about this, go to this doctor or people
- 1:06:39Speaker 6: who've been in this situation.
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: I'm going to send her all of this info so.
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: Acts I don't know what option she's explored or has it.
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: It's kind of sensitive to ask you, right, and I.
- 1:06:49Speaker 6: Don't on air exactly, so you know what, I'm gonna
- 1:06:52Speaker 6: get all this info. Thank you for sending on Instagram.
- 1:06:54Speaker 6: I'm going to get to her and hopefully they can
- 1:06:56Speaker 6: work something out. We're about to get out of here. First, though,
- 1:06:58Speaker 6: we got to announce the winner for today's Tradio Radio
- 1:07:01Speaker 6: I Mix one on two point nine.
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: Who is gonna win the needle or the Mystery Dumpling?
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: I guess we'll let them pick which one they want.
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: Okay, that's fair.
- 1:07:09Speaker 6: I'm excited about it. We've had so many good entries on.
- 1:07:11Speaker 6: Fortunately today the request lines weren't working.
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: Tomorrow.
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: I'm sure they'll be up and running by tomorrow.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: Knock on woody, knock on wood we'll see. I love
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: how Pooso confident.
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: I'm gonna make sure that happened.
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: Well, you should have made sure today, then we just
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: get a landline.
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: We have this high tech phone, syst so let's get
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: an old school phone.
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: Just give me that phone. I'll be happy with it
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: either way.
- 1:07:32Speaker 6: You're going to at mix one of two nine AFM
- 1:07:34Speaker 6: on Instagram to tell us what you would trade and
- 1:07:36Speaker 6: if you entered something. By the way, you're still in
- 1:07:38Speaker 6: the running. We're logging all this, so yeah, I mean
- 1:07:41Speaker 6: you're still you're still in it.
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: We have all week to do this.
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: We're just gonna pick a winner each day, so tomorrow
- 1:07:46Speaker 6: we might do it on the request lines. But we're
- 1:07:48Speaker 6: gonna keep in mind all the stuff that people have
- 1:07:50Speaker 6: because look, you want to hear some of the stuff.
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: Yeah, these needles. Everybody wants these needles. If you don't
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: know what they are.
- 1:07:54Speaker 6: It's like a little squishy toy that people are waiting
- 1:07:57Speaker 6: in five hour long lines for paying one hundreds of dollars.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: See, this is a good one. Heidi set a Pokemon collection.
- 1:08:03Speaker 4: Oh, that might be worth money exactly.
- 1:08:05Speaker 6: Oh, David said, golf lessons. That's been on the list
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: of making it to the finals. Chrissy said, two pet ducks.
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: You did say you wanted a dug right, No, I
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: don't know if.
- 1:08:15Speaker 6: I can handle two pet ducks. Kevin said, okay, now
- 1:08:19Speaker 6: this is interesting. Kevin said, a care bear fuggler, which
- 1:08:23Speaker 6: I don't know what that is. Can I say fuggler
- 1:08:26Speaker 6: on the radio?
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: I think so, all right?
- 1:08:28Speaker 6: And a box of toenail clippings our passed. I take
- 1:08:34Speaker 6: the care bear instead, Carmen said a VHS player.
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: Oh, we could watch your old home videos when you
- 1:08:40Speaker 4: were little.
- 1:08:41Speaker 6: That's a good one too. But you know what, I
- 1:08:43Speaker 6: think we've come to a conclusion of who's gonna win today?
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: Yeah, I think we have.
- 1:08:49Speaker 6: Should we announce who will win the Nido for today?
- 1:08:52Speaker 6: The winner for Monday is? Can I get a drum roll?
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: Please? Can't just go ahead?
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: We want your chicken.
- 1:09:04Speaker 6: Now we have a showed chicken. Thank you to Iris
- 1:09:07Speaker 6: in Joshua. She said, you know what, cannice need some more.
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: Eggs, Yeah, hard boiled eggs on the daily.
- 1:09:13Speaker 6: She eats hard boiled eggs every single day, sometimes seven
- 1:09:15Speaker 6: to eight eggs a day. And we couldn't turn it down.
- 1:09:20Speaker 6: We could not turn the chicken down. So now you
- 1:09:23Speaker 6: have to go to Joshua and get your chicken.
- 1:09:25Speaker 4: Okay, She's send me pictures of them, so I guess
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: I get to take my pick. Wow, they're cute. Okay,
- 1:09:31Speaker 4: so there's a little goat there hanging out with them.
- 1:09:33Speaker 7: All.
- 1:09:33Speaker 4: These are happy chickens, all right, happy chickens, happy eggs.
- 1:09:36Speaker 6: Yeah, So thank you and congrats to IRIS. That's a
- 1:09:39Speaker 6: big deal. I will say this, though, I think.
- 1:09:42Speaker 4: We're done with live analysts probably.
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: So we have a goat, we have a chicken. I
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: think that's all we can handle.
- 1:09:47Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean eggs, what beats that?
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: God, I do want it.
- 1:09:50Speaker 6: I did want the ducks, though I don't know if
- 1:09:52Speaker 6: I could turn the ducks down. They're still in the running.
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: Yeah, but what am I going to.
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: Do with two ducks?
- 1:09:57Speaker 4: Well, that's a commitment.
- 1:09:58Speaker 6: They need each other to be I know, I can't
- 1:10:01Speaker 6: break them up, right, all right? Either way, we'll do
- 1:10:03Speaker 6: it again tomorrow morning, eight thirty. But congratulations to Irish.
