The Forced Restart
My work computer occasionally freezes without warning and shuts itself down, usually when I'm right in the middle of something. It's incredibly frustrating, but it also made me think about how differently we treat ourselves. We often notice the signs that we're overloaded yet keep pushing anyway. This episode reflects on the value of recognising when our own system needs a break, before life forces the restart for us.
