Speaker 1: as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another,

Speaker 1: and all the more faithfully. As you see the day

Speaker 1: of Christ's return approaching. So this urgency in this verse right,

Speaker 1: the Lord is coming. It's inevitable, it's gonna happen. The

Speaker 1: Lord Jesus is coming back, and in the meantime, let's

Speaker 1: encourage one another. Let's love one another, Let's do good

Speaker 1: deeds with one another, Let's partner with one another. Right

Speaker 1: where I'm from, right now, located in the Leehi Valley,

Speaker 1: the amazing thing about the community of believers all over

Speaker 1: the Leehah Valley is that we are so like we're

Speaker 1: one step away of taking over this valley for the

Speaker 1: Lord Jesus, Amen, just by uniting with one another, breaking

Speaker 1: down the walls of religion, breaking down the walls of tradition,

Speaker 1: breaking down the walls of Oh, they're gonna steal my

Speaker 1: sheep if I connect with them, don't connect with them.

Speaker 1: I don't like that. All that stuff needs to go

Speaker 1: out the window. And we need to trust in the

Speaker 1: one who's If we're following the same God, if we're

Speaker 1: following the same Lord, those things should be so trivial

Speaker 1: and behind us already that when we unite, the demonic

Speaker 1: I believe we're so close. It's a humbling situation, but

Speaker 1: It encourages us to do that right, to be in

Speaker 1: the habit of worshiping together, being a habit of reading

Speaker 1: the Word together, being a habit of doing good deeds together,

Speaker 1: loving one another a man as believers for worship and instruction.

Speaker 1: As is the habit of some that they forsake that,

Speaker 1: but that's not us. Right. We come together, even though

Speaker 1: it might be a little informal because we're online, but

Speaker 1: it's all good. We do it by love. We do

Speaker 1: it because we don't have to do it. We do

Speaker 1: it because we know the Word of God is true.

Speaker 1: We do it because we know we have an opportunity

Speaker 1: to connect other people to the Word of God. And

Speaker 1: they're not seen. So therefore they okay, we're coming by

Speaker 1: the morning DEVO because nobody can see them. They're not

Speaker 1: on a camera, right if they want, they could connect

Speaker 1: So a lot of people are more comfortable this way.

Speaker 1: They might not step into a church building, but they

Speaker 1: might come and connect with a bunch of believers online

Speaker 1: to get it to the Word of God and to

Speaker 1: see the word for themselves, a man to read the

Speaker 1: Word for themselves. And they don't have any shame or

Speaker 1: any guilt over here, there's no judgment, and all the

Speaker 1: more faithfully as you see the day of Christ's return approaching.

Speaker 1: In other words, Jesus is coming back. So let's get

Speaker 1: it together, brothers and sisters. Let's build each other's faith,

Speaker 1: Let's keep it moving, let's go forward, let's move forward,

Speaker 1: and let's surround ourselves with wise and godly people. Right,

Speaker 1: ourselves with godly people. Proverbs thirteen twenty says walk with

Speaker 1: the wise and become wise. For a companion of fools

Speaker 1: suffers harm. You see what foolish people do, right, and

Speaker 1: you see the results of that. Right, we don't have

Speaker 1: to be those people. Actually, we are not those people.

Speaker 1: We are the people of God. We are children of God. Right,

Speaker 1: the Lord is our king, and we follow in a

Speaker 1: God's kingdom and his principles. Amen encourage and build each

Speaker 1: other up. I mean, if I sat you down for

Speaker 1: just out of your busy day, out of my business day,

Speaker 1: if I sat you down just for one minute, put

Speaker 1: you in the chair in front of me, and just

Speaker 1: spoke life over you. Man, how encouraging that be. Just

Speaker 1: gonna encourage him one minute, everybody speak life into his life.

Speaker 1: Because this world is so full of all kinds of stuff.

Speaker 1: We are helping. I'm helping my wife's organization, and I

Speaker 1: meet a lot of people at their own doorstep. And

Speaker 1: it's rare, very rare that they come out with encouraging words. Amen.

Speaker 1: too kind. It's early in the morning. I understand they're busy.

Speaker 1: Some of them are on their way to work, and

Speaker 1: they say, I don't have time. You know, what is

Speaker 1: this all about? You know, stuff like that. It's okay,

Speaker 1: but man, imagine if somebody came out and says Learry

Speaker 1: encourage you. I, you know, afraid that day will happen.

Speaker 1: I try to be encouraging when I step to somebody's doorstep, Amen,

Speaker 1: as much as I can. I have to be aware

Speaker 1: of my surroundings, most of them ninety nine percent. And

Speaker 1: I'm a complete strangers, and I understand that I'm a

Speaker 1: stranger coming up to a doorstep, So I'm mindful of that.

Speaker 1: But if we come with encouraging words, Amen, I think

Speaker 1: it changes lives. I think it changes and eases people's

Speaker 1: thought process. Amen, eases people's feelings. Right A lot of

Speaker 1: people are tense right now. And what's happening in this world,

Speaker 1: what's happening in our government, what's happening in our society,

Speaker 1: what's happening in our communities, what's happening in our nation,

Speaker 1: what's happening in the world where people are really concerned? Amen,

Speaker 1: rightfully so, so encourage and build each other up. We

Speaker 1: know that the scripture that we do read he was

Speaker 1: Chapter ten, Versus twenty four and twenty five encourages us

Speaker 1: to do good deeds, to spur one another on towards

Speaker 1: love and good deeds, not giving up and meeting together

Speaker 1: don't ever use this as a way of saying, Okay,

Speaker 1: I connected with the body. This is a way to connect, Amen,

Speaker 1: but don't ever use this as the only way to connect.

Speaker 1: Go ahead and you know, shake somebody's hand. Go ahead

Speaker 1: and give somebody an embrace. Go ahead and meet up

Speaker 1: with somebody for lunch, dinner, or get ahead and pray

Speaker 1: with one hand in hand with somebody else. Amen, because

Speaker 1: it's amazing to see another human being that's filled with

Speaker 1: the power of God, fill with the Holy Spirit, and

Speaker 1: you're actually talking to a precious child of God. Amen.

Speaker 1: Live and direct like right there in front of you. Amen,

Speaker 1: And we can encourage each other like that. Be united

Speaker 1: with fellow believers. You know, the Bible has something to

Speaker 1: do with fellow believers, right, Like, what is it that

Speaker 1: we should be doing together? Plan it out. It's an

Speaker 1: amazing thing, especially when the Lord Jesus is in the

Speaker 1: midst of our plans. Plant it out and get it done.

Speaker 1: It could be from going to a Sioux kitchen to

Speaker 1: going helping the homeless, to visiting somebody who's sick in

Speaker 1: the hospital. Go ahead and do it. The power of

Speaker 1: that is incredible. Next level. I couldn't tell you how

Speaker 1: many times that have visited people in the hospital and

Speaker 1: it brought them encouragement and brought them strength and man,

Speaker 1: especially when you bring the word, especially when you bring

Speaker 1: something like a warder in the name of Jesus, especially

Speaker 1: when you offer assistance to the family next level. Amen.

Speaker 1: People don't get that all the time. I hope you

Speaker 1: realize that. Choose friends who strengthen your faith, be united

Speaker 1: with fellow believers. It's so much. There's so many ways

Speaker 1: that we could get through done. There's so many ways

Speaker 1: that we could accomplish what God wants to do with

Speaker 1: us and the mission that he wants me to do,

Speaker 1: the mission that you're on, the mission that I'm on,

Speaker 1: and unite somewhere in the field. Amazing, amazing. I'm telling

Speaker 1: He's incredible. Trose friends who strengthen your faith. Proverbs twenty

Speaker 1: seven seventeen says, as iron sharpens iron, so one person

Speaker 1: sharpens another. Right there in the scriptures right also the

Speaker 1: warning that Apostle Paul told the church at corinth and

Speaker 1: Tewod Corinthian chapter sixth, verse fourteen. He says, do not

Speaker 1: be yoked together with unbelievers, like you know, don't be

Speaker 1: on that same yoke. In other words, you know, pitch

Speaker 1: your horse with those things over the neck, and they're

Speaker 1: on the same in the same yoke, and they're pulling

Speaker 1: something in the same direction. If if one of those

Speaker 1: horses say listen, I don't want to go any further,
