- 2:29that. Go to a couple.
- 2:30Hospitals still need the Nithin Bear blue blazer.
- 2:32I don't know if you want an arrow bear.
- 2:34I mean, come. On we need the Nithin bear blue
- 2:36blazer and leash and then a shirt that.
- 2:37Says a lot of hot ladies. No, we do not want a Nithin
- 2:40Bear. No way.
- 2:41I farted. I am a legend.
- 2:43Yum Yum. We do not want Nithin Bear
- 2:49anyways. Florida fires Billy Napier.
- 2:52Yes, finally they made the move. ESPN reported on Sunday that
- 2:57Florida has fired head coach Billy Napier after 3 1/2 seasons
- 3:01with the team after the team beat Mississippi State 23 to 21.
- 3:06Fire Billy Chance were heard throughout the game, with the
- 3:10coach and team both getting booed at the halftime.
- 3:14Even with the Gators leading 13 to 7.
- 3:17Florida owes Napier 21 billion dollars and it has to be paid
- 3:23within the next 30 days according to the terms of
- 3:27Napier's contract. This is the second time over the
- 3:30last eight years that Florida will be paying and buyout money
- 3:35to three head coaches at once as they are also still paying Dan
- 3:42Mullen and Will Mushchamp. Napier finished his Gators
- 3:47career 22 to 23 record and a 12 and 16 versus SEC opponents.
- 3:54He was also 5 and 17 against ranked opponents and 3 and 12
- 4:00against Florida, Florida's biggest rivals Florida State,
- 4:03Miami, Georgia, LSU and Tennessee, The current betting
- 4:07favorites to get the top job at Florida is led by Old Miss head
- 4:14coach Elaine Kiffin, with Louisville head coach Jeff Brom,
- 4:19Brom second and recently fired James Franklin 3rd.
- 4:24I'm going James Franklin. I'm going James Franklin.
- 4:27You know, everybody knows how much I love James Franklin.
- 4:29And I think he needs, needs to go to an SEC team.
- 4:32I want to see him go to a big school and have a chance to win.
- 4:36I I think he's a great recruiter.
- 4:37Everybody knows what I feel about this guy now.
- 4:40Did he fail with Penn State? Yeah, he failed with Penn State
- 4:42last year. A year ago to this day, he was
- 4:47one game away from a national championship.
- 4:49Florida. When was the last time Florida
- 4:52went to a national championship? When Tebow was there.
- 4:55OK, so to me it it's a no brainer.
- 4:58Lane Kiffin. You want Lane Kiffin there, you
- 5:01want big mouth Lane there causing trouble.
- 5:04I, he's a great recruiter. I'm not going to take any shots
- 5:07about about what Lane Kiffin is on and off a football field.
- 5:10We know what he is off the field on the football field.
- 5:13This is a great football mind. We know about his father and his
- 5:16grandfather. He's got a great historic
- 5:18background when it comes to coaching.
- 5:20Lane Kiffin is also a guy that hasn't coached a big time
- 5:23school. And I, I know everybody keeps
- 5:25talking about Ole Miss and everything.
- 5:27Has Ole Miss ever gone to a national championship?
- 5:29When was the last time Ole Miss went to a national championship?
- 5:33Big time school? As far as I'm concerned, Ole
- 5:35Miss is not a big time school. They don't go to national
- 5:38championships. I, I do you want to take a
- 5:40chance with Lane Kiffin. I, I, I'm going James Franklin,
- 5:44a guy that I think is very capable of taking a team to a
- 5:48national championship. It was one game away from it.
- 5:50Now, as far as Napier is concerned, well deserved.
- 5:53This is a guy that has failed, failed, failed.
- 5:56He brings in one of the best prospects, one of the best
- 5:59quarterbacks in all of the all of the country and has failed to
- 6:02get this guy over the hump, get this guy in position to succeed.
- 6:06This offense has been one of the worst offenses in the country
- 6:10when going into the season. This was supposed to be one of
- 6:12the best offenses in the country and one of the best running
- 6:14games in the country. It's it's really they've just
- 6:18fallen flat on their face and, and there's really nothing bad,
- 6:20nothing good to say about the Florida Gators is they're just
- 6:24reaching every three years. Every two years they're reaching
- 6:27for a coach and they failed to find the right one.
- 6:30Yeah, it's, it's interesting because at the time I thought it
- 6:32was a good hire because I thought Florida needed a program
- 6:34builder. They wanted to go for those
- 6:35quick fixes at at points after Urban Meyer left.
- 6:38They tried that with Muschamp. They tried that obviously with
- 6:41Mullen was a different case. I think it was a more of a
- 6:43different issue why he ended up getting bought out.
- 6:45But still, I think when you look at the state of the college
- 6:48football as a whole and all these new teams that have broken
- 6:50out because of the way the NIL structure has been, because of
- 6:53the way the the rules have loosened up with the College
- 6:55Football Playoffs. You're seeing these new breakout
- 6:56teams like Vanderbilt in the SEC, for example, having a
- 6:59strong season. You see the ACC teams, the way
- 7:02in Miami just lost, but then bouncing back the way they did.
- 7:05And I think because of that, you have to look for the coach
- 7:08that's going to be flexible with the transfer portal, be flexible
- 7:11with the new ways of it. And you saw it work with their
- 7:13basketball team. They.
- 7:14Went up again, Speedy, what do you got?
- 7:16I got. Well, all right.
- 7:17We have name hard still available.
- 7:19Do we go name hard or we have Hornstein?
- 7:22Those two guys are my guys. Where do we go, Jared?
- 7:26Hornstein. Hornstein Where do you go,
- 7:28fisherman? Jared says Hartenstein as well.
- 7:31Hornstein How about you Java? Where do you go?
- 7:35He's going to give you a hard 20, so I Hardenstein.
- 7:40I'm going to go Hardenstein too, because you can't find bigs.
- 7:43You could always find guards so. That seems to be the pattern
- 7:46with your league and the little bit you've told me.
- 7:48About it Hardenstein it is, baby.
- 7:51Nick's a legend, but I'm finishing up what I was saying
- 7:54with Florida. You saw their basketball team
- 7:56win a championship three years into hiring a younger coach in
- 8:00in Todd Gold and they brought him over from a San Francisco
- 8:03team that plays in the same conference as Gonzaga.
- 8:05They weren't winning a lot, but they were building with the new
- 8:07type of identity that you see in college sports.
- 8:09And I think you need that kind of younger type fresh mind
- 8:12rather than somebody like Napier is kind of an older school type
- 8:15guy running a really good program in Louisiana.
- 8:17I like to hire at the time, but again, it just doesn't fit for
- 8:19as much as in today's game. And again, with Penn State
- 8:21firing Franklin and all these other coaches end up getting
- 8:23these big buyouts. You got to win.
- 8:24You got to get these instant results.
- 8:26Look at Jimbo Fisher with it. Texas A&M, all the recruiting
- 8:28money they have, they can't do that.
- 8:30Good excuse to finally do it. It'll be interesting.
- 8:32I don't think it'll be as big of a flashy name.
- 8:34I think Florida is not that type of program to do that.
- 8:37I think it's going to be somebody we don't expect.
- 8:38I got cart still available and this guy could do everything.
- 8:42So next round I might have to bring up Josh Hart.
- 8:45I might have to pick him, but go ahead.
- 8:47All right, go ahead, job. I'm having fun here.
- 8:49We're we're working here. We're working.
- 8:51We got to win. Well, yeah, and then I'm just
- 8:53going to pass a note from none other than Owen himself as he
- 8:57just messaged me and goes tell Errol I'm watching in CMC for
- 9:00MVP. But yeah, he's he's still
- 9:06watching. So what?
- 9:08Drugs are you on, Mr. Oh, man, Not a chance in hell.
- 9:13Not a chance. By the way, Taylor's been the
- 9:16best running back in in football right now.
- 9:18Are you going to argue that Taylor's been the best running
- 9:21back? He's been the most consistent.
- 9:23Am I wrong or right on Indianapolis?
- 9:26Indianapolis is 6 and one. Why do you think they're six and
- 9:30one? Daniel Jones and Taylor.
- 9:32Taylor has been as good as anybody in the league.
- 9:35I think he's been the most the most confident and most
- 9:38aggressive one out of all of them.
- 9:39So I'm going Taylor over Mr. CMC.
- 9:43So that's all I'm going to say. And Bichon Robinson is pretty
- 9:46Damn yeah. I was going to say he's right
- 9:47now far behind. He's been pretty damn good too.
- 9:49I got them both so kiss this Owen.
- 9:54I was loving that a little too much.
- 9:56That was fantastic. I'm just, I'm, I'm just waiting
- 9:59to see bubbles pop up. So yeah.
- 10:01He's a, he's a, he has a love fest for CMC.
- 10:04It's fine. While you watch out for Owen's
- 10:07bubbles, I'll finish up with this I.
- 10:08Got a bubble form? There's a couple obviously with
- 10:10the young. I mentioned Matt, Matt Campbell
- 10:12for being a a realistic one for Penn State last week.
- 10:14I could see that kind of thing with Florida, though, named a
- 10:16watch, I think, for a younger coach, more of a new school
- 10:17coach is Missouri's Eli Drink. Wits, I think is another one
- 10:20that's interesting because he's built that program up very well,
- 10:23kind of in the same time as Florida hire Napier too.
- 10:25So if they want a newer school guy and more of an offensive
- 10:27guy, that could be a direction they look in as well.
- 10:32Yeah, I talked to my assistant. He went to Florida.
- 10:35He was there with like Udonis Haslam and he was a basketball
- 10:38guy and like, you know, Teddy and all those guys.
- 10:41So they're like all his Florida buddies are like, yeah, we want
- 10:43Lane Kiffin. So that's that's kind of from
- 10:46from Gator I. Don't think it happens.
- 10:47I know, I know, the rumor is kind of out there.
- 10:49And it's funny because of how much Lane Kiffin is bumped
- 10:51around the SEC. It's like, oh, he's going to
- 10:53keep going and screw all miss. And Lane Kiffin would be the
- 10:56type of guy to do that, I think. I just don't think Florida is
- 10:58the type of program as an athletic program to do.
- 11:01That listen, you do not want Lane Kiffin over there at
- 11:05Florida. Come on, That personality in
- 11:08that locker, I like Lane. I, I would, I would take Lena to
- 11:12be my next coach for the New York Jets.
- 11:14If it doesn't work out with Aaron Glenn, I think he's, he's
- 11:16funny. I, I think his, his personality
- 11:19is perfect for New York, Florida recruiting.
- 11:23I don't know. I, I don't go that route.
- 11:25I go James Franklin. He knows how to recruit.
- 11:28He recruits a lot of great superstars.
- 11:30Go look, look at the guys that he's recruited over the years.
- 11:33Saquan's pretty damn good. There's a tight end right now in
- 11:36Indianapolis is pretty damn good.
- 11:38I mean, there's a pass rusher with the Giants pretty damn
- 11:42good. There's an offensive lineman on
- 11:44The Jets and for Shadow, that's pretty damn good.
- 11:47I'm going James Franklin. If I'm the Florida Gators, I'm
- 11:51going with a guy that knows how to recruit and and players that
- 11:55want to play for the coach. I'm going with the guy that's
- 11:58going to bring in the best players, if you would ask me.
- 12:01And please, don't ever think that Urban Meyer is going back
- 12:03there. That's not going to.
- 12:04Happen. That's not happening, Urban.
- 12:05Meyer is done. He is done.
- 12:08He's better off just doing broadcasting here and there and
- 12:10analyzing whatever he's watching.
- 12:12He barely deserves that. Job He is so bad when he talks
- 12:16football. I wonder if I know more about
- 12:18football than he does. I mean, seriously, he sits there
- 12:22and he's talking about the X and the OS and I get Dumber watching
- 12:25them. I really, it's really I, I, I
- 12:28used to like him. I used to think Urban Meyer,
- 12:30this guy is a great coach. He knows how to win.
- 12:33And then I look at all the quarterbacks he's coached over
- 12:35the years and I'm like, that's the guy that drafted Lawrence.
- 12:39Isn't it? Let's not forget about this.
- 12:42Remember when Ryan Hickey thought he would be a good NFL?
- 12:44Coach, please. Ryan Hickey I love you Ryan, I
- 12:49love you. It's CBS Sports radio.
- 12:52Keep up the good work my friends.
- 12:55And he's a cult fan. So I, I guess he, by the way,
- 12:59Ryan Hickey, when Danny Dimes went to the Indianapolis Colts,
- 13:03he attacked it. He was like, I can't believe
- 13:06they brought Danny. And I texted him, I said, you're
- 13:10going to thank me when I tell you that Danny Dimes is going to
- 13:14take off over there in Indianapolis.
- 13:16And now we have Indiana Jones. Now all he can talk about is
- 13:19Indiana Jones on his damn cold show.
- 13:21Please, Ryan, sell whatever you want to sell.
- 13:24And Urban Meyer stinks. Stinks horrible.
- 13:27Exes Speedy, I take you as an offense or a defense, offensive
- 13:31or defensive coordinator. He stinks.
- 13:34Absolutely horrible. Yeah, he stole the job at Fox
- 13:37because Fox likes to. Fox hires anybody I know they
- 13:40hire any stupid ass. I'm I'm just I'm and I love Fox.
- 13:45I would love I would love to. And listen, if Fox wants to pick
- 13:48up our show in the future, we'd love to work for Fox.
- 13:51I'm not taking shots at the organization worker, Mark
- 13:53Sanchez, the, the people that they choose to work for their
- 13:58organization when they're nitpicking and picking this
- 14:01player, that player, that guy, that's that I, I just remarkably
- 14:05stupid. I, I it just doesn't make any.
- 14:07Sense Jets, Vince. By the way.
- 14:09Marks and Mark Sanchez. Namehart is still available.
- 14:11Go for it. Should I get Neymar?
- 14:14He's still sitting there. I know, I know.
- 14:15Coach Fish over there is like, yeah, go get up, go get up.
- 14:19Not Josh Hart. Should I go Josh Hart or Neymar?
- 14:22I would still go Nemhart of those two just cuz I don't know
- 14:24hearts offensive. Upside is I'm more streaky.
- 14:27I just don't know, with like the reps I would probably go nemart.
- 14:32I think somebody heard that. I think somebody picked Josh
- 14:35Hart. Man, damn it, I guess I go
- 14:39nemart. I guess that clears it up.
- 14:41I gotta go nemart Bing got it. Got some breaking news, guys?
- 14:47Mike Evans broke his collarbone tonight.
- 14:50He's going to miss most of the rest.
- 14:52Of the season. Oh, great.
- 14:53That's my guy. Thank.
- 14:55This really pisses me off. Thank you.
- 14:57Oh my God. Why?
- 14:59Why? Anything I can do?
- 15:00Thank you. Thanks for ruining my night.
- 15:04That benefits you because it's in our league, you pain in the
- 15:06ass. Jesus.
- 15:10I've lost my will. OK, for all you Florida Gator
- 15:14fans that are sitting here crying, the wind, Gator Nation,
- 15:19the swamp, give me a break. Honestly, if, if you're, if, if,
- 15:25if you're a program right now and you know, you have James
- 15:27Franklin out there, you'd be a dope ass not picking James
- 15:31Franklin. I would make, I would throw
- 15:33whatever it takes to get James Franklin over there.
- 15:36I would do whatever it takes to get him over there.
- 15:39But they're going to go Lane Kiffin.
- 15:41I have this feeling they're going Lane Kiffin.
- 15:43And when they do 2 years, 2 1/2 years, well, they'll be looking
- 15:47for a new coach because Franklin will go somewhere else and
- 15:51succeed. I I think Franklin goes to
- 15:52Wisconsin. That's what I think.
- 15:54I was, I was going to bring that up last week, but I didn't want
- 15:57to piss off Josh I. Don't want to piss myself off,
- 15:59you know I don't want to see, frankly, I hate Wisconsin.
- 16:02I did mention Iowa and Wisconsin last week as like fits for that
- 16:05type of team. Again, I just don't know if I
- 16:09don't know what. He's going to go there.
- 16:11I I could see that. I like, I think it's more of a
- 16:13Big 10 type of too. I don't know if I necessarily
- 16:15see him just because I think the SEC is kind of changed if they
- 16:17would do that. Much.
- 16:19If you look at his recruiting class, it's sensational.
- 16:23He knows how to recruit and that's the way I go.
- 16:26I'm going with the best recruiting guy.
- 16:30Speaking of recruiting, Jabba, aren't we brought to you by
- 16:33something? Yeah, actually we're brought to
- 16:36you by good friends of mine, Marine owned Veterans

- 17:13a call. Veteran renovation, speedy come
- 17:17on, give them a veteran renovation.
- 17:18You got to give them with like like a little oomph.
- 17:21Little veteran renovation use the hips.
- 17:23Use the hips. What use the hips.
- 17:25Use the hips. We're my salsa dancer.
- 17:28Sitting down using your hips. I like it.
- 17:31We call this Jabba Rules rules. Rules.
- 17:40All right, here we go. Jabba, it's time for you to tell
- 17:44us what rules tonight. There was, there was a lot to, I
- 17:50mean, we kind of touched on one guy I was going to touch on, but
- 17:54I think what rules are game sevens in all of sports?
- 17:58There's nothing like a winner, go home.
- 18:01I don't care if it's hockey, basketball, baseball, and you
- 18:05look at Game 7, there's always, there's always something to be
- 18:08said about especially late as you get further into the
- 18:13playoffs than you see. And I felt like this one was
- 18:15going to be a dude. We got a Game 7 going on right
- 18:18now. It's in the 9th inning.
- 18:20It's been a back and forth game. A guy comes up tied for the most
- 18:24go ahead homers in playoff history and it's a three run
- 18:28Homer and now you have it. I mean, it's literally like it's
- 18:31Game 7 vibe. There's nothing that rules more
- 18:35than having it all on the line and getting to do this show and
- 18:39watch it at the same time. I mean, what?
- 18:41What else could be better and spending with you guys?
- 18:45There you go, game seven. We're at the last two outs in
- 18:47the top of the ninth right now. They got Julio Rodriguez, the
- 18:51future, maybe the present if he can make it happen right now for
- 18:55the Mariners in this key situation.
- 18:58But we're going to keep moving on with the show.
- 19:00Errol yes, that's what rules tonight.
- 19:02You know, I I can't believe this.
- 19:04Could you imagine the Blue Jays? The what was the last American
- 19:08League team to come back from A2 nothing deficit and win a
- 19:11series? Was it the Yankees?
- 19:15Oh, I don't know. I I don't know.
- 19:19Yeah, I don't this first time. The Blue Jay had been in the
- 19:21World Series since 93. Yeah.
- 19:25I think somebody picked up Castle speed.
- 19:27You believe this crap? This is, this is, this is.
- 19:32Now I'm starting to reach. I'm starting.
- 19:34Now you're going to take into the woodshed by these experts
- 19:37here in the later rounds. That's not where you lose in the
- 19:39early rounds, it's the later. Rounds.
- 19:41I'm looking, man. I'm looking.
- 19:42I'm trying to, I'm trying to guess here.
- 19:45Kyrie Irving's still available. Should I pick him up and let him
- 19:47sit my bench? Well, I mean, he'll be back
- 19:50later on. Then you get a guy who gets a
- 19:51lot of points per game. So it's not a it's not a bad,
- 19:54bad idea if you don't think that he's you think you have a
- 19:58starting lineup. Or oh, I have a starting lineup.
- 20:00I have a Tyrese Halberton, who is Damian Lillard.
- 20:04These guys are not even going to play this year.
- 20:06I I'm going Kyrie Irving. How about Lamella Ball?
- 20:11Still there. He's still there.
- 20:14Should I go lamella ball? Yeah, I would.
- 20:17I would probably go a little because you don't know what
- 20:19you're getting. At they just picked my Guy
- 20:22Smith. They picked don't.
- 20:24Know Harry Smith from the Rockets.
- 20:25I think so. That's.
- 20:26Not bad. Either they just picked my guy
- 20:29Jabari Smith. That's it, boys.
- 20:32Some. More frontcourt depth.
- 20:34Jabari Smith is actually pretty good.
- 20:35He's fine. Not going to give as much
- 20:37offensively, but defensively should give.
- 20:39You some Looks like the Blue Jays will be returning to the
- 20:43World Series. They have beaten the Seattle
- 20:46Mariners four to three. Julio Rodriguez struck out in
- 20:51the ninth inning to end the game.
- 20:54Not very happy. Not very happy about it, that's
- 20:56for damn sure. We'll get to talk about the
- 20:58World Series coming up on next episode on Wednesday, but we
- 21:02still got. Dial it up.
- 21:03To make a call to. Dial it up.
- 21:06We interrupt this regularly. Scheduled.
- 21:07Hot mix to bring an important news book.
- 21:09We got a big broadcast today. We're about to dial it up.
- 21:14Breaking news do. You want?
- 21:17All right, guys, welcome to. Dial it up.
- 21:23Everyone's favorite Lightning round sports segments and we got
- 21:28a doozy to start it off. Errol hasn't seen these stories,
- 21:30doesn't know he's going to react and we'll have every one person
- 21:33react to him. Cashman, Brian Cashman, Yankees
- 21:36general manager fires back at Jeter and a rod.
- 21:40I don't know if you saw this, but he took some shots in the
- 21:43media as his former players took shots at him while they are now
- 21:48currently in the media. A Rod and Jeter were.
- 21:51We talked about it last week or two weeks ago now.
- 21:54Both claimed that Cashman and his analytics crew were making
- 21:56lineup decisions and calling down during the game to
- 21:58influence decisions made by manager Aaron Boone.
- 22:02Jeter and a Rattles took shots at Port roster construction and
- 22:05defended Boone. Cashman then denied these claims
- 22:09on WF and Evan and Tiki, saying it's not true.
- 22:13Clearly they don't know. Clearly they don't know.
- 22:16I know that Jeter said that. I don't know what he meant by
- 22:20it. He said he doesn't have any
- 22:21inside knowledge when he said at it, but he did say it for
- 22:25whatever reason. It's a lot of says it say it
- 22:28over here, but I don't know Errol.
- 22:30Every single person we've talked to seems to think there's a lot
- 22:35of decisions coming from upstairs being brought to Mr.
- 22:38Boone. So is Cashman throwing Boone
- 22:41under the bus right now to defend himself?
- 22:45Dial it up? I don't think so.
- 22:48First of all, if anybody has kept Boone right to the hip,
- 22:51it's Brian Cashman. Brian Cashman has already said
- 22:54that Aaron Boone is going to keep his job and we're tied to
- 22:57the hip. And I expect that.
- 22:59I believe that's going to happen.
- 23:00If Brian Cashman steps down, Aaron Boone's going to get
- 23:03fired. I, I don't know why Derek Jeter
- 23:05is speaking. This is a guy that's come out
- 23:07and said that he never wanted to be an analyst.
- 23:09He doesn't want to talk to the media.
- 23:10He doesn't want to be on social media.
- 23:12This guy's all over social media.
- 23:14This guy's on Fox. He's hanging out with two
- 23:17personalities. Derek Jeter is not a
- 23:19personality. I, you can see it on television.
- 23:23You look at Alex, Alex's personality.
- 23:25David Ortiz is a personality, Derek, there's no personality
- 23:30whatsoever. I, I, Alex Rodriguez should just
- 23:34concentrate on his basketball team, concentrate on what he is
- 23:37doing when it comes to the businesses that he's working
- 23:39with. I understand he loves the game
- 23:41of baseball. I understand what he's trying to
- 23:43do and he's trying to make a statement as a professional
- 23:46athlete and, and a successful one to be exact.
- 23:50I just don't know why anybody's attacking Brian Cashman.
- 23:52If you look at Brian Cashman's past, I know Jabba is not a big
- 23:56fan of his. Just think about it.
- 23:58Tell me the last professional sports team with 34 consistent
- 24:03and consecutive winning seasons. There is none.
- 24:07That record will never be broken.
- 24:09And who's a part of those great teams and those teams of
- 24:13success? Brian Cashman.
- 24:15He's one of the big, big reasons why they've continued on when
- 24:19George Steinburn has left. I, I think George, I think Brian
- 24:22Cashman has said what he said, Aaron Boone is tied to the hip.
- 24:25If, if, if he gets fired, you know, Aaron Boone's going to
- 24:29probably go with them. I think they're both tied to the
- 24:31hip. So I don't think it's bad.
- 24:33I don't think there's there's any story behind anything that
- 24:36has been going back and forth with Alex and Derek.
- 24:40Yeah, I mean, I obviously he said with no knowledge or
- 24:43whatever, but I think it just, it also too, if it was, if it
- 24:47was anybody else, I don't think there probably would have been.
- 24:51I wouldn't necessarily call it backlash, right, But some
- 24:54acknowledgement of of what he said, why he said it or what he
- 24:57meant by it. So I think that's that that's
- 25:01just coming from him. It's definitely, I think it
- 25:05means a little bit something to everybody else just because of
- 25:09what he's done with the organization.
- 25:12I I don't believe anything the weasel says.
- 25:15So you, you, I've had to deal with it personally.
- 25:18So yeah, that's, that's kind of where it stands.
- 25:23So he, he's going to show face, he's going to do exactly what
- 25:26he's done for. I mean, he's got to be one of
- 25:28the longest tenured GMs of any major sports in in the history.
- 25:32So he's doing something right or he's got pictures or something
- 25:36on somebody. So I'll, I'll say I'll leave
- 25:39that there if I ever want to do anything with the Yankees, which
- 25:42that'll never happen, so I'm good.
- 25:47Well, Jabba to me, I mean. They're not getting my flag back
- 25:49though they can suck it. That, that quote that he had it
- 25:54just, to me, it seemed like he was just lying.
- 25:57I don't know. It's like the type of thing you
- 25:59say when you're lying. Here's a pretty good one, Errol.
- 26:02Oh, that's Nick Saban sitting on college game day with now fired
- 26:06coach James Franklin. And Nick Saban ripped Penn State
- 26:10for doing so on the show. Get some choice words.
- 26:14It's unfair as hell for you to go to the Rose Bowl, Fiesta
- 26:18Bowl, get to the Final Four, come out being ranked high this
- 26:21year, an expectation that you created by what you
- 26:24accomplished. For those people not to show
- 26:26enough appreciation and gratitude, it's unfair.
- 26:29History is the best indicator of what the future is going to
- 26:31bring, so you're going to do well wherever you go.
- 26:35Franklin was fired after Penn State suffered three straight
- 26:38losses, including two straight to teams they were favored over
- 26:41by 20 plus points. Franklin was 104 and 25 in his
- 26:46eleven plus year as Penn State head coach, but was 4 and 21
- 26:49against top ten teams and 15 and 2029 against all ranked
- 26:55opponents. Errol, sounds like something
- 26:58that you were saying not that long ago.
- 27:01Dial it up. I'm loving Nick Saban.
- 27:03He's absolutely right. How do you push a guy out after
- 27:07the success that he's had year in and year out?
- 27:10The last person to have that success in Penn State was
- 27:13paternal. And you see this guy was one
- 27:16game away from being a national championship game in a national
- 27:19championship game and maybe a national champion.
- 27:22And to throw him out after a year after that, just
- 27:25despicable. I, I, I understand what Penn
- 27:27State and, and the fans are trying to do.
- 27:30They're very well follow. They they're just, they're,
- 27:35they're really a program that's known for winning and it's a
- 27:40program that hasn't won in a very long time.
- 27:42So they're trying to win a championship.
- 27:44They're trying to win a national championship.
- 27:46But going this route makes no sense.
- 27:48Nick Saban is absolutely right. I got to give Nick Saban a
- 27:51little bit more credit, even though I can't stand the man.
- 27:53The guy knows what he's talking about.
- 27:55He's won national championships. Shame on Penn State, shame on
- 28:00the fans as me and Nick will stand forward for James
- 28:03Franklin. Take the Gator job.
- 28:07So, yeah, so I it's always a matter of time of which job he
- 28:10was going to get with this, with this new with this new firing.
- 28:13Obviously the Gator job is going to be the highly touted one.
- 28:16It was the highly touted one at the beginning of the year or two
- 28:18when it comes to because there were rumors of Napier and Napier
- 28:21kept his job last year with the resurgent second-half that he
- 28:24had. He upset some good teams, but
- 28:26that was always going to be talked about at the most.
- 28:28And like I said before, like especially with their basketball
- 28:30team now winning a national championship, willing to spend
- 28:32those resources too. So it's definitely an
- 28:34interesting vibe. Like I said before, I don't know
- 28:35if it's the SEC type of way, but who knows?
- 28:37James Franklin, maybe he changes ways to evolve to the modern
- 28:39game more. That's why he wasn't winning the
- 28:41big games at Penn State like he did.
- 28:43But he's still like Errol saying creating a good program.
- 28:45So it's definitely interesting when you have Sabins seal of
- 28:47approval if an SEC team would take that into consideration.
- 28:52All right, let's move from the world of college football to the
- 28:56ring, where Danny Garcia had a memorable knockout in his last
- 29:02fight in Brooklyn. He did it again in Brooklyn.
- 29:06Personal friend of mine, by the way, Danny Garcia.
- 29:08I'm going to work and I'm getting Danny on the show.
- 29:11He doesn't really like to do interviews, but I'm going to I'm
- 29:14working on Danny. If you come on the show, I've
- 29:16known Danny for a long time. So congratulations, Dan by the.
- 29:19Way they said that this is going to be his last fight in the
- 29:22Barclays Center where he is 8 and two in his career he opened
- 29:26up the Barclays Center with a defeat of Erik Morales in 2012
- 29:31he will finish thirteen years later with the same fourth round
- 29:35knockout which with his signature left hook on Saturday
- 29:39night. I already knew what he was
- 29:41trying to do, Garcia said. Everybody thinks I'm flat
- 29:43footed. They could just box around me
- 29:46like it's easy. But when you're in there with
- 29:48me, it's a whole different ball game.
- 29:51Kudos to Garcia Errol, I think you got some personal stories
- 29:54here maybe to share. Dial it up.
- 29:56All right, so I've known Danny Garcia really since he started
- 30:00boxing, watched him train out of the Mike Tyson gym.
- 30:04I watched this guy knock out heavyweights.
- 30:07This guy has got one of the heaviest punches you'll ever
- 30:10see. He can hit you with the left, he
- 30:12can hit you with the right. He's a great boxer.
- 30:14He is not flat footed. I I don't know why anybody comes
- 30:17out and says that Danny Garcia is flat footed.
- 30:19He's a power puncher, He's a knockout puncher and what he did
- 30:23on Saturday night is just tells you what type of fighter he is.
- 30:2737 years old, he's at the tail end of his career.
- 30:30I family man one of the nicest people you'll ever meet
- 30:34personally one of the coolest down to earth people you ever
- 30:38meet. Funny as hell too tells a lot of
- 30:40jokes likes these old fashioned jokes.
- 30:44He watches a lot of old fashioned movies.
- 30:47He's great. He's just a great personality
- 30:49and congratulations to him, very, very well deserved and and
- 30:53one of the greatest boxers like punch out knockout punchers in
- 30:58his weight class in the last 25 years.
- 31:01And I expect Danny Garcia to fight at least two more, maybe
- 31:04three more fights. But as far as the Barclays
- 31:06Center, I think this will be the final fight.
- 31:08You see him at the Barclays Center and remember, he's from
- 31:11New York, baby, New York bread baby.
- 31:14I love him. Congratulations to the great
- 31:16Danny Garcia. Pretty cool.
- 31:18You know, none of us really caught the fight.
- 31:20I just I knew there was a little connection.
- 31:22Always watch his fights, love him.
- 31:24And wanted, wanted to share that with you.
- 31:26One of those, obviously he said that he's not retiring, just not
- 31:29fighting anymore in Brooklyn. Brooklyn, he doesn't.
- 31:32He's not fighting anymore in Brooklyn and that's his home.
- 31:35Brooklyn is his home away from home.
- 31:38He, he preaches how much he loves fighting here and, and,
- 31:42and loves being here. So I expect him to fight two or
- 31:45three more fights. I expect him to try to go after
- 31:48one more title and one more title fight.
- 31:50This guy cannot get anybody, anybody in any weight class.
- 31:54Even if he wants to put on some weight.
- 31:56I, I could see him fight in a cruiserweight or even light
- 31:59heavyweight if, if he really wanted to fight in that in those
- 32:02weight classes. So heaviest guys, I've seen him
- 32:05knock out some of the biggest guys, man.
- 32:08So and not afraid. He's not afraid of anybody.
- 32:11So Danny Garcia is not flat footed.
- 32:13Whoever calls him flat footed is an idiot.
- 32:15Well, someone did, and it certainly pissed him off enough
- 32:18to get motivated for the right amount for that fight.
- 32:21So here we go. We got another story.
- 32:22Arrow. I know you're going to love this
- 32:24one. Talk about some hardware.
- 32:27Oh, this is Las Vegas Aces Asia Wilson, who is now the Thanos of
- 32:34the WNBA. She made a statement on her
- 32:37Instagram going full Thanos. Yes, just as Thanos collected
- 32:42the Infinity Stones for his Infinity Gauntlet that allowed
- 32:46him to Spoiler alert if you haven't seen the great movies
- 32:48from almost 10 years ago now snap half of existence into
- 32:51oblivion. Asia Wilson acquired accolades
- 32:55for her very own WNBA Infinity Gauntlet that she took on the
- 32:59parade for their title championship run this year.
- 33:04The six stones on Wilson's gauntlet represented her 2025
- 33:08accomplishments of WNBA Champion, WNBA MVP, Finals MVP,
- 33:14Defensive Player of the Year, scoring Champion and some award
- 33:17they call Peak Performer, which I think is an analytics award.
- 33:21Pretty wild. A lot of people were loving it
- 33:24on social media, this type of design, walking around with the
- 33:28Thanos snap going on over here, Errol in ways to celebrate an
- 33:34awesome season. I feel like this one's pretty
- 33:37high up there. Dial it up.
- 33:40She was the best basketball player in the in the world.
- 33:43I mean as far as women's are concerned, WNBA, she was the
- 33:46best, the best of the best and and very well deserved.
- 33:49I don't know much about what she did all season long.
- 33:52I just know numbers and numbers would tell you that there was
- 33:56nobody better in the WNBA really all season long.
- 34:02She's very, very talented, very well deserved and she should
- 34:06brag. She should dance around Thanos
- 34:08or not She should. She really should take all the
- 34:11accolades and and people should respect what she's done as a
- 34:15professional basketball player. It's great, great season for
- 34:18Wilson and I. I expect her to be even better
- 34:21next year. You just love seeing the love
- 34:24for the, the what is it, the respect that these players
- 34:26deserve because I think AJ Wilson, Ajaya Wilson, she's
- 34:30she's an absolute star. She's an absolute stud.
- 34:33She's such a great player in the league.
- 34:35And like you said, to let her, let her celebrate, let her as a
- 34:37Thanos fan, I love it. I was, when I saw the picture, I
- 34:40saw the stones, I saw the six stones.
- 34:42Her little writing that she put on top of it, the MVP, finals
- 34:46MVP, finals champ. This team has been dominant and
- 34:49it's really been besides her and it's really been behind her,
- 34:51really her. Fueling the power behind this
- 34:53team. This team has been dominant the
- 34:54last four years. It's third championship in the
- 34:57last four years and really the only time they got a break was
- 34:59when the Liberty of course go Liberty, but the Liberty of
- 35:03course won the championship last year.
- 35:05And even then, they were in the the finals.
- 35:07To go or. The conference finals to go to
- 35:09the finals against the Liberty. So hey, you love to see it for
- 35:13women that are actually getting the respect that they deserve.
- 35:15The main line stream, the mainstream media that the media
- 35:17that you see them on. You love seeing it with AJ.
- 35:20Wilson as someone as dominant. As her, she definitely deserves
- 35:22the respect that she definitely deserves.
- 35:26All right, Tommy, let's move on to the last one over here.
- 35:32Again, pretty cool touch with that celebration.
- 35:35Oh, and here we go. We got the map up there.
- 35:37General Manager Mike Lombardi fundraised in Saudi Arabia for
- 35:44UNC football. Long time Bill Belichick
- 35:48consiglieri Mike Lombardi who is currently the GM of UNC football
- 35:53program after serving in that capacity with the Patriots for
- 35:56several years. Reports came out last week he
- 35:59went to Saudi Arabia to secure funding for the UNC football
- 36:03program for some reason, I guess, although that story has
- 36:07been amended to say he simply met with a Saudi national about
- 36:12fundraising. Although originally it was said
- 36:15he was trying to get public Saudi money which can only come
- 36:18from Saudi royalty. UNC apparently was OK with
- 36:23Lombardi's fundraising efforts and the reports were the Saudis
- 36:26love UNC because of Michael Jordan and Bill Belichick.
- 36:31The Saudis have made lots of news recently with spending on
- 36:34American entertainment, from professional wrestling to stand
- 36:38up comedy and now apparently college football.
- 36:44Errol. Dial it up.
- 36:47First of all, why is anybody going to Saudi Arabia?
- 36:49I know that there was somebody named Prime that went to the
- 36:53Saudis and asked for some money and it it to me.
- 36:56You stay the hell away from that.
- 36:58I, I mean, this is American football, college football.
- 37:02Why are you bringing another country involved with it?
- 37:04I understand why Lombardi's doing it.
- 37:06There's a lot of money over there.
- 37:07There's a lot of rich people, Princess, kings, whatever Queens
- 37:11Princess says. You want to grab some money, You
- 37:13want to spend a little bit of money and you want to obviously
- 37:16get get NIL deals. Makes a lot of sense while
- 37:19you're doing it. I just don't understand why
- 37:21you're bringing in another country to go and gravitate and
- 37:25bring in more money to the United States.
- 37:27I think I, I think that shouldn't be allowed.
- 37:29That shouldn't be accepted. And I think the NCAA needs to
- 37:33look into that and keep any country away from investing any
- 37:37money into college football and NIL deals.
- 37:39Yeah. I was going to say, like we
- 37:41talked about the Coach Prime story last year, it's an legal
- 37:44method. We talked about the one with
- 37:46with Diego Pavia, with Vanderbilt and a couple other
- 37:49guys with the Italian mob. It's like it's one of these like
- 37:51illegal operations just to get other type of money.
- 37:54And you see it's a program like North Carolina.
- 37:56Obviously Belichick has won a few like games against
- 38:00practically FCS schools this year.
- 38:02So you're in the desperation mode already trying to get ahead
- 38:05of it on the transfer portal, trying to get ahead of it on the
- 38:07funds. When they had Mac Brown before
- 38:08that for a long time, that was kind of more of an old school
- 38:10type guy. And I think because of that,
- 38:13they just went into illegal operations in a sense.
- 38:16And you're right, Saudi Arabia is trying to get in all these
- 38:18soccer players. They're trying to get all these
- 38:20wrestling like a lot of the guys are mentioning in the private
- 38:23chat. They're trying to get into it
- 38:24illegally just because they have all these rich guys over there.
- 38:27And again, college sports, it's really going down a wrong turn
- 38:30with how many schools, how many different types of programs you
- 38:32go to. Remember for a power for school,
- 38:35that's going to be 20 to 25 teams within that.
- 38:38Who says there aren't even just football teams doing it?
- 38:43I mean guys, the boosters this is what's what the world is like
- 38:47now. If it's NIO, they get boosters
- 38:50money wherever I can get it from.
- 38:53I agree they need to make. Rules.
- 38:54About this, that's a legal that's that's.
- 38:57What, you don't think that? Look, no, it's not a crime,
- 39:00Speedy. It's not.
- 39:02There's nothing illegal about doing that.
- 39:04And the college was fine with it.
- 39:06Is it morally reprehensible? Perhaps.
- 39:09That's a different story. But as far as legal, look, we
- 39:13know Belichick likes to do things that they have to then
- 39:16make illegal because he thinks of it before there's a law for
- 39:19it or rule against it, just like he did with every time he tried
- 39:23to break the rules in the in the NFL.
- 39:26I I said I don't like it. I, I think the NCAA needs to
- 39:29look into this and they need to obviously it's not illegal, but
- 39:33it, it should be illegal. They have to investigate it.
- 39:35They should not let let any coaches or anybody from any of
- 39:39these programs go to Saudi Arabia and try to bring money to
- 39:43America. I think it's wrong.
- 39:45By the way, the draft is over. You ready to listen to my team?
- 39:48Tell me what you guys think Shot.
- 39:50I got Alexander, Evan Mobley, Scotty Barnes, Julius Randall,
- 39:57the Aaron Fox, Darius Garland, Isaiah Hornstein, Andrew Neymar,
- 40:03Devin Vessel, Jabari Smith, Lonzo Ball, Dylan Harper and
- 40:09Kyrie. Irving Oh, you did get Dylan
- 40:10Harper. I did.
- 40:11Nice, you got the wrong ball. Lonzo Ball, he.
- 40:16Stinks. No, you got to get the the
- 40:18brothers. Good ball, Lonzo Ball has it,
- 40:20first of all. Lonzo Ball Mellow's the good
- 40:21one, yeah. That was what was kind of
- 40:24confusing. Yeah.
- 40:25Maybe he wasn't available. No, no, no, Lonzo Ball is a good
- 40:28player. He just couldn't stay healthy.
- 40:30Lonzo Ball is going to. Play, if he plays, if he plays
- 40:32half a season, I don't know, I'll make some kind.
- 40:37He is a rebounder for his size and he's a passer and that's
- 40:41what you need. He hasn't played consistently in
- 40:43like 4 seasons, who cares? I got him now and he got him in
- 40:46my. He's probably only need.
- 40:47Him, I expect you, he's going to be the first guy you end up
- 40:49dropping for somebody that's hot, that's that's who he is or
- 40:53he'll be on the injured. Well, you want to see who's
- 40:55still available? But I got I got other
- 40:57predictions, Errol, for this upcoming year.
- 41:01You want to do it, let's do it. You got the first time, we got
- 41:03the drop. Let's back it.
- 41:04Let's spank it. Call your shot.
- 41:07I'm not an X's and O's guy, right?
- 41:09I'm not a tactician. I'm a motivator in the classic
- 41:12sense of the word. You know, Lombardi, Charles
- 41:13Lindbergh, that nun over in India, like those people Call
- 41:17your shot. All right, here it is.
- 41:22Call your shot. We've got some real random
- 41:26predictions that we're just going to throw out there into
- 41:29the wind and see what sticks. We got some real good feelings
- 41:33about it. Errol, who do you want to go
- 41:36all? Right, so let's, let's let's
- 41:38bring Jared in. Why does why, why don't we have
- 41:40him in? That'd be fun.
- 41:42All right, this is what we're going to do.
- 41:44We're going to go speedy fish, Jared.
- 41:50Jabba me. Here we go.
- 41:51All right, be ready for my out there pick of Florida's next
- 41:55head coach for a guy that was a Florida alum and a guy that not
- 41:59too long ago but trade a particularly rising PAC 12
- 42:04program to take over at Washington for Caitlin De Boer.
- 42:08That is Jed Fish, a guy that was a University of Florida alum in
- 42:131998, started his coaching career as a graduate assistant
- 42:16over there. And like I mentioned before with
- 42:19the basketball team, if it's the pattern of wanting to go for a
- 42:21for a younger guy, he's 49 years old, which is young for college
- 42:24coaching standards. He even has some NFL experience.
- 42:27This is a guy that has been a quarterback coach in a lot of
- 42:29different places. I mentioned drink witch was the
- 42:31guy that I think they should hire, but I think it fits the
- 42:34pattern for somebody that wants to make a lot of money. 7
- 42:36million on his current contract, he can get double there, almost
- 42:39double there probably at Florida for a guy that was a Gator.
- 42:42So give me bold pick Jedfish next Florida Gators head coach.
- 42:47I got one for you and it is based on something we were
- 42:49talking about earlier tonight. I'm going to say within the next
- 42:53five years, the Jacksonville Jaguars will be called the
- 42:58London Knights. They will be moved overseas to
- 43:02London. Since they've been starting to
- 43:05play these games, the Jaguars have played by far the most
- 43:08Games in London. They have played now 14 Games in
- 43:12London. In this overseas play, the
- 43:16owners of the Jags have soccer teams in London.
- 43:21They've been wanting to bring that overseas mentality to the
- 43:25NFL. The London Knights is just
- 43:28sitting there, sitting there for a franchise.
- 43:32What a great name. You can see the merch already.
- 43:35The Jaguars, that team doesn't bring it in, even though they
- 43:38can get a lot of fans down over there in the north, in northern
- 43:42Florida. It's not a big money maker for
- 43:45the NFL. It's just too obvious.
- 43:48I say it within five years it's the London Knights.
- 43:53AW is also huge in London right now so I could easily see the
- 43:55cons moving that. Over con AW, I'm telling you,
- 43:58it's all set up. It's all set up.
- 44:01All right, who's up next? Jarrett, you up?
- 44:04I. Believe it's me.
- 44:06So right at Penn. State's coaching and next
- 44:08coaching hire. The word around the street I've
- 44:12heard recently is John Harbaugh. That's I don't see that
- 44:16happening at all. I think Penn State's going to
- 44:18aim big and I think they're going to strike out and I think
- 44:22their next head coach will be Matt Rule.
- 44:25He's a Penn State alum. He's a good coach.
- 44:29He's the exact opposite of what their fans want right now
- 44:31because he does not win top ten games, he does not win any top
- 44:3425 wins, but he's a solid coach. I think they might get him, just
- 44:38get a stop gap in there. That would then leave though a
- 44:42coaching vacancy at Nebraska. I believe Nebraska's next head
- 44:45coach next year will be the newly fired Brian Kelly.
- 44:50He'll be gone for sure at the end of the season.
- 44:53I've seen like he's a program builder.
- 44:56That's kind of what he is. He's not really a fit for any
- 44:58top tier school right now. Nebraska, he could help Nebraska
- 45:01get back to being a top little school until they get their real
- 45:04next head coach. It just seems like their next
- 45:07kind of guy and seems like this trajectory right now for Brian
- 45:11Kelly as well. But John, before you give a
- 45:13reaction, I just want to say, wouldn't it also be funny if the
- 45:16Penn State hires rule that that Nebraska hires Franklin right
- 45:19after that they essentially do a trade?
- 45:24I mean, I wouldn't be pissed about it.
- 45:27I'm not saying no to Franklin. Ohio No, Like, yeah, I'm not at
- 45:32all like literally like I would. I mean, just scratch my head
- 45:36because if you want to trade him, I guess trade him.
- 45:40I mean, Franklin fits the MO of like kind of the same thing we
- 45:45have here because it's literally, you know, he's good
- 45:48with the media. He, you know, doesn't go crazy
- 45:50as great. Like they hated Bo Pelini
- 45:53because Bo Pelini still won nine games a year.
- 45:56But he hated the media. He didn't like talking to him.
- 45:58He told him what he felt and told him to stick it with the
- 46:00sun, don't shine. And they didn't like that, but
- 46:02he won nine games, but they also he couldn't win a big one
- 46:05either. So we've kind of that's kind of
- 46:07just been our spiel. But yeah, if if that's the case,
- 46:11Jared, I'll go with you. But I wouldn't take Brian Kelly.
- 46:13I'll I'd take the let's just go straight across right now.
- 46:18I mean, I'd do it. I mean, you aren't you're not
- 46:20wrong, though. Like if I don't know if you guys
- 46:22saw this, but rule, I think it was like two or three years ago
- 46:26started talking about Penn State and it was like, yeah, my team
- 46:28where I'm like, his family still lives there.
- 46:30I mean, from there, so it wouldn't wouldn't surprise me.
- 46:35But the crazy part is his contract here, it's not like a
- 46:38buyout. He would actually have to pay
- 46:40the school $5,000,000. So it's like it's doable because
- 46:45then it would be they wouldn't be paying because we were paying
- 46:48four coaches at one time. Like Nebraska doesn't care.
- 46:51Like all we have is called. Football.
- 46:55I think we just stopped paying Beau Plainy.
- 46:57We are still paying. What's his Dick?
- 47:01Who'd we bring in after that? Yeah, I'm trying to remember.
- 47:03I've drawn a blanket. His name?
- 47:05So he went to, he was a coach for the AAFL.
- 47:08Whatever it was, he sucked too. He's from Oregon State, whatever
- 47:13the hell. His name, I don't remember his
- 47:15name. He was awful as he was a 500
- 47:17guy. But no, yeah, that'll be
- 47:20interesting. I like to see that play out.
- 47:22But mine is Mike Riley, right? Yep, Mike Riley, you're right.
- 47:27He'd always get him ice cream and sprinkles.
- 47:29That's how that's how the media portrayed him.
- 47:31We. Hey, we played good.
- 47:32Let's go get ice cream and sprinkles, yeah?
- 47:34I didn't remember him at. All no, he's terrible.
- 47:38Mine is, we've talked about how they're going to expand baseball
- 47:44in in a couple years, but mine is not going to be in the USI
- 47:52believe they are going to bring it back to Montreal.
- 47:56And I think with the way the Jays have obviously been winning
- 48:01and how crazy candidate is about sports and how it was already a
- 48:07storied franchise and they have obviously the infrastructure to
- 48:13do it because they've done it before and it was kind of thrown
- 48:17to the wayside. Don't be surprised if one of
- 48:20those like Nashville or somebody else that is already like has
- 48:25the infrastructure but trying to find a place to put it because
- 48:28that's kind of the biggest thing if Montreal is not one of those
- 48:32those three that they expanded. All right, and our final call,
- 48:38Your shot. Well, it's a bold 1 ladies and
- 48:42gentlemen, but this is what I believe.
- 48:45Next year the WNBA MVP is going to be none other than Caitlin
- 48:53Clark. I absolutely believe next year,
- 48:57I said it, it's going to take three years for her to become
- 49:00the MVP of the WNBA. This past year before her
- 49:04injury, she averaged 16 points, 5 rebounds, 8.8 assists per game
- 49:09and almost 2 steals a game. She's going to she's going to
- 49:15double her points next year. She's going to get between 22
- 49:18and 23 points next year. She's going to average probably
- 49:21around 7:00 to 8:00 rebounds a game and 10 assists.
- 49:24She's going to be a triple double play next year.
- 49:28And this team with the Fever doing what they did this year,
- 49:31they're going to be even better. They're young team, up and
- 49:34coming team and now they get their best player back three
- 49:37years and I said it's going to take three years for.
- 49:40And she's going to have a triple double, you said.
- 49:42Close to a triple double. She's going to average 28 and 8
- 49:45or 28 and 9. That's where I think she's going
- 49:48to be LeBron James type of numbers.
- 49:51I expect Caitlin Clark to be the WNB AM VP next season.
- 50:00Book it, ladies and gentlemen, book it.
- 50:03I'm telling you, remember I said this, Caitlin Clark, the WNB AM
- 50:08VP next year. That's all I'm going to say
- 50:10about that. So I got LeBron James going to
- 50:14The Mavericks, Speedy. You remember my second one
- 50:17Think. About it was it was, oh, it was
- 50:19the tank. I forget the that last name
- 50:22Knockout. Jake Paul.
- 50:23That's right. I don't remember his last name.
- 50:26Yeah, Tank, OK. Davis, Yeah.
- 50:28Yeah, Tank Davis and now Caitlin Clark.
- 50:32So I listen. I'm going 3 for three, baby.
- 50:35I'm going 3 for three. Remember I said this?
- 50:38Caitlin Clark WNBANVP 22 points, 8 or 9 rebounds probably is I
- 50:47would say about 8-7 to 8 because she's got 5 rebounds a game.
- 50:51She's going to she's going to probably put two or three more
- 50:54on that and she has 8.8 assists, put one more on that. 9 assists
- 50:59per game, 9 1/2 assists per game.
- 51:01She is going to have a breakout season.
- 51:04Best player in the WNBA moving forward.
- 51:08Caitlin Clark So Asia Wilson, move out of the way.
- 51:12Caitlin is on her way. Did you say, do you see what I
- 51:15said? That's a little rhyme for you,
- 51:17Speedy. Thank you to all the fans.
- 51:19We really appreciate everybody listening to us.
- 51:21Speedy, who do we have on the show on Wednesday?
- 51:24All right, joining the show for the first time at 8:45 will be
- 51:27Emmanuel Bar Barberi, Yankees post game host.
- 51:29He's on WFAN and SNY and also do some college basketball
- 51:32broadcasting for for Fox and for Sienna Hoops.
- 51:36As well, Manny is one of the nicest people I have ever met.
- 51:39I saw him at an event that I was over the summer.
- 51:43He noticed me, I noticed him, we spoke.
- 51:45He is a lot taller than I expected guys like 6 foot 4, but
- 51:50very, very nice kid. He's doing good things.
- 51:53He's doing big things with the Yankees.
- 51:55At one point a lot of people thought was going to be the
- 51:58voice of the New York Yankees, but he's growing into it and I'm
- 52:02I'm looking forward to seeing and, and him moving up in his
- 52:05success of his career. So I'm interested to hear what
- 52:09he's got to say about the Yankees.
- 52:10He's he's he wants the chance to, you know, work, you know, a
- 52:14kind of interview with Jabba a little bit and and get his take
- 52:17because Jabba was one of his favorite players too growing up.
- 52:20So so we'll get Emanuel on Manny call Manny.
- 52:24Speedy, thank you to Spotify, Apple, all the fans following
- 52:28us, YouTube, Instagram, X on all the social media, social media
