- 0:02Speaker 1: Yeah, except for I'm mad at you today and I've
- 0:04Speaker 1: actually i've been mad at you since Saturday, and it's
- 0:10Speaker 1: because how dare you be a boy? I think guys
- 0:16Speaker 1: just have it easier than women, specifically when it comes
- 0:20Speaker 1: to getting ready, because we have the Boots and Booze
- 0:23Speaker 1: on Broadway pub Crawl presented by Surfside.
- 0:25Speaker 2: That's right.
- 0:26Speaker 1: And the great thing about the pub crawl is that
- 0:29Speaker 1: we did it together. And you live very close to me,
- 0:33Speaker 1: and so you did me the grand favor of swooping
- 0:36Speaker 1: me up on your way because you know I'm a
- 0:38Speaker 1: terrible driver, and I appreciate you picking me up. But
- 0:42Speaker 1: the thing is, I texted you right before. I think
- 0:47Speaker 1: it was like one o'clock.
- 0:49Speaker 2: It was twelve fifty seven.
- 0:50Speaker 1: It was twelve fifty seven, okay, And I texted and
- 0:52Speaker 1: I said, Hey, I'm ready, swoop me up whenever you're ready.
- 0:56Speaker 1: And you said, oh, I just got out of the shower,
- 1:00Speaker 1: but I'm leaving in a minute, and so okay, cool.
- 1:04Speaker 1: And so I told Mikey, oh, Gabe just got out
- 1:06Speaker 1: of the shower and then he's going to be on
- 1:09Speaker 1: his way. And Mikey looks at me and he goes
- 1:13Speaker 1: Gabe started getting ready ten minutes ago, and you started
- 1:17Speaker 1: getting ready at ten forty. That is true, And I
- 1:23Speaker 1: just thought, how dare you? Because that is so rude.
- 1:29Speaker 1: It took me forever to get ready. And by the way,
- 1:32Speaker 1: if you see the pictures, they're up on our Facebook page,
- 1:35Speaker 1: I don't look particularly spectacular. It's just it takes me
- 1:42Speaker 1: that long to become human woman. And Mikey was laughing
- 1:48Speaker 1: at that, and I laughed, but then I also thought,
- 1:50Speaker 1: what a life do you believe?
- 1:52Speaker 3: You laughed, and then I cried, what a life you
- 1:55Speaker 3: lead that you can just jump in the shower ten
- 1:58Speaker 3: minutes before you're so supposed to be somewhere, and then
- 2:01Speaker 3: you show up and you look good?
- 2:04Speaker 1: How dear?
- 2:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you're lucky. I got the shower part,
- 2:08Speaker 2: don edge.
- 2:09Speaker 1: No.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Yeah, On Saturday, I woke up and started building these
- 2:12Speaker 4: shelves or putting together these shelves.
- 2:14Speaker 1: That's the other part. You lived a whole life before
- 2:18Speaker 1: we did this pub crawl. You were building shelving units. Yeah,
- 2:22Speaker 1: And I had to wake up, shower, wash my hair,
- 2:26Speaker 1: let my hair air dry, then hit it with the
- 2:28Speaker 1: blow dryer, then straighten it, then figure out an outfit
- 2:33Speaker 1: then take a break because I overheated during the entire process.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Then try to put makeup on my face, then sit
- 2:40Speaker 1: in front of the fan again because I overheated. Ye,
- 2:43Speaker 1: then get dressed. Like it was a whole process, and
- 2:46Speaker 1: you were building shelves.
- 2:47Speaker 4: Yeah, I built five shelving units with the help of
- 2:50Speaker 4: my lovely wife. She sat in the sun and kind
- 2:52Speaker 4: of gave me the instructions for the first one, and
- 2:54Speaker 4: then after that.
- 2:55Speaker 2: You know, it's pretty simple. You just sort of piece
- 2:56Speaker 2: them together.
- 2:57Speaker 4: But that took an know, an hour, hour and a half,
- 3:00Speaker 4: and I was in the garage and I kind of
- 3:01Speaker 4: got a little sweaty. But I got them all built,
- 3:04Speaker 4: We got them placed. We got our garage completely organized.
- 3:08Speaker 2: I mean, I'm not I'm not kidding.
- 3:10Speaker 4: We might have a top five most organized garage in
- 3:13Speaker 4: the FM area right now. It is wonderful. And then
- 3:15Speaker 4: I went, oh, I got to run these cardboard boxes
- 3:19Speaker 4: to the recycling center down the street by Davies. Ran
- 3:23Speaker 4: back home, realized it was twelve forty five and when yeah,
- 3:26Speaker 4: I suppose it's about time, you know, turn on the
- 3:28Speaker 4: shower at about twelve to fifty. It takes a minute
- 3:31Speaker 4: or two to warm up, so then hop in the shower,
- 3:34Speaker 4: twelve fifty two, did the old quick athlete rinse, little screw,
- 3:37Speaker 4: little soap, little scrubbed dub out the shower, and I
- 3:40Speaker 4: had my outfit already ready, and I was out the
- 3:43Speaker 4: door by twelve fifty eight to come get you. It
- 3:45Speaker 4: took me quite literally, not even five six minutes to
- 3:49Speaker 4: get ready, six minutes to get ready and then get
- 3:52Speaker 4: to your house.
- 3:54Speaker 1: I'm more angry than I was just two minutes ago. Oh,
- 4:00Speaker 1: how dare you?
- 4:02Speaker 2: It's incredible.
- 4:03Speaker 4: You know I say this a lot here on the
- 4:04Speaker 4: Big ninety eight point seven morning show.
- 4:06Speaker 2: My life just happens to work out.
- 4:08Speaker 4: And you know, I'm sure if you're riding in your car,
- 4:09Speaker 4: you're sitting there probably rolling your eyes because you're like, yeah,
- 4:12Speaker 4: it takes me forever to get ready when we go out,
- 4:14Speaker 4: and my hubby just puts on his good shirt.
- 4:22Speaker 5: Celebrating life's little victories.
- 4:24Speaker 6: Victory every morning we practice gratitude on Big ninety eight
- 4:28Speaker 6: point seven. If I could, I would keep this feeling
- 4:31Speaker 6: in a basket joke busted out when it was someone's
- 4:34Speaker 6: acting hard. I just really needed to win, you know, sure,
- 4:37Speaker 6: your little victories with us at seven oh one two
- 4:39Speaker 6: eight oho one ninety eight seven.
- 4:42Speaker 2: All right, Angie, do have a little victory for us.
- 4:45Speaker 1: I do, And I'm gonna skip Mother's Day because we're
- 4:47Speaker 1: gonna talk about that in a minute. The Boots and
- 4:50Speaker 1: Booths on Broadway Pub Crawl was on Saturday. Gabe and
- 4:53Speaker 1: I had a great You had a great time, really wonderful.
- 4:56Speaker 1: I had the best time. But I thought this is
- 4:58Speaker 1: really cool, and I'll explain. We met a young lady
- 5:03Speaker 1: named Peyton, and Peyton came up to me at sports
- 5:07Speaker 1: I think you had gone to the bathroom game. She
- 5:09Speaker 1: came up to me at Sports bar and she was like,
- 5:12Speaker 1: I'm sorry, are you from the radio, And so we
- 5:16Speaker 1: started chit chatting, and it turns out she listens to
- 5:19Speaker 1: Big ninety eight point seven on her way to school
- 5:22Speaker 1: every day. She's a college kid, And to me, I
- 5:26Speaker 1: felt so cool that someone who's in college listens to
- 5:30Speaker 1: us and likes our show.
- 5:32Speaker 2: That's wonderful.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:33Speaker 2: She was cool to meet, and she was there. I
- 5:36Speaker 2: think it was her boyfriend.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 5:39Speaker 2: They were very very nice and it was cool for
- 5:41Speaker 2: her to do that.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Yeah, So that was really exciting, and I got a
- 5:44Speaker 1: selfie with Peyton. I asked her if I could get
- 5:46Speaker 1: a selfie because I needed proof that somebody young thought
- 5:48Speaker 1: I was cool.
- 5:50Speaker 2: You gotta have it in the back pocket exactly.
- 5:52Speaker 1: But it was really nice and she I think she's
- 5:55Speaker 1: majoring like to do sonograms, and so you guys talked
- 5:58Speaker 1: a little bit about because you're wife is pregnant, and
- 6:01Speaker 1: it was a whole cute conversation and I just really
- 6:04Speaker 1: enjoyed that and it made me feel like I'm not
- 6:06Speaker 1: a regular mom, I'm a cool man, that's right.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Yeah, No, she was very very nice.
- 6:10Speaker 4: There was Yeah, it was cool talking to all the
- 6:12Speaker 4: people on the Boots and Booze pub crawl. Yeah, blast,
- 6:15Speaker 4: it was I feel like people were just itching to
- 6:17Speaker 4: do something outside.
- 6:18Speaker 2: It was busy, like everywhere we went.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Yeah, and it was fun. Then everybody was drinking surf
- 6:23Speaker 1: side and there was a group of girls double fisting
- 6:25Speaker 1: surf sides at the LB. I was like, yes, that's right,
- 6:28Speaker 1: Boots and Booze on Broadway presented by surfside drink that
- 6:32Speaker 1: surf side.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Those were all kinds of people, that's for sure.
- 6:35Speaker 4: My little victory being that ANGI kind of went with
- 6:37Speaker 4: Boots and Booze Pub Crawl.
- 6:39Speaker 2: I had a blast there. It was a ton of fun.
- 6:41Speaker 4: But my little victory was before Boots and Booze pub Crawl,
- 6:44Speaker 4: and then after Boots and Booze Pub Crawl. When I
- 6:46Speaker 4: finished up this project on Saturday, I knew I had
- 6:49Speaker 4: to get ready for the pub crawl, the Boots and
- 6:51Speaker 4: Booze pub Crawl, and then it was like eight thirty
- 6:55Speaker 4: or something. I just got done eating breakfast eight thirty nine,
- 6:57Speaker 4: and I kind of looked at my wife and she
- 6:59Speaker 4: had bought these shelves or shelving units, I guess, and
- 7:04Speaker 4: there's like six of them. It was a ridiculous amount
- 7:06Speaker 4: of these things. And I was like, well, I guess
- 7:09Speaker 4: today's the day. I'm feeling motivated for whatever reason. So
- 7:12Speaker 4: I went to my garage and you know, she sat
- 7:14Speaker 4: in the sun and kind of read the directions for me,
- 7:16Speaker 4: which was very nice of her to help, and put
- 7:19Speaker 4: together all of these shelves, and then she put together
- 7:22Speaker 4: a smaller shelving thing off on the side. She was
- 7:25Speaker 4: on a side quest I like that, And we got
- 7:27Speaker 4: all of these things put together and our entire garage
- 7:30Speaker 4: organized on Saturday before and after pub crawl, so There
- 7:34Speaker 4: were two types of Gabes that day. There was like
- 7:37Speaker 4: hobby Gabe, organized house Gabe, pub crawl Gabe. Back to
- 7:42Speaker 4: hobby Gabe, organized house Gabe.
- 7:44Speaker 1: I'm actually impressed that you could like go between.
- 7:47Speaker 4: Yeah, and our garage was already pretty organized. But now
- 7:52Speaker 4: I'm not even kidding. You could put us in the
- 7:54Speaker 4: top three in the FM area.
- 7:55Speaker 3: The most organized garage in the history of life in organizing.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Did you and stuff that you need to put out
- 8:01Speaker 1: for cleanup week? But weren't you week A? Because I
- 8:03Speaker 1: can put it on my curb if you need.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Oh, I didn't even think of that. We might have
- 8:08Speaker 4: a couple things. I might have to hit you up
- 8:09Speaker 4: on that.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Yeah, bring it on over to my neck in a ONEE.
- 8:12Speaker 4: Have to double check. I mean, we kind of have
- 8:13Speaker 4: done a pretty good job of getting rid of a
- 8:15Speaker 4: lot of stuff already. But if we do, I know
- 8:17Speaker 4: who I'm hitting up.
- 8:18Speaker 1: That's right.
- 8:24Speaker 4: And Happy Mother's Day to any mom, second mom, step mom, grandma,
- 8:29Speaker 4: any mom yesterday for Mother's Day. Obviously, Angie, I am
- 8:33Speaker 4: not a mother, but I had a wonderful day regardless.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Well, because your wife, though she's right, I always say
- 8:40Speaker 1: when it comes to being a mom like you gotta
- 8:43Speaker 1: be celebrated even if you're pregnant, because you're already sacrificing
- 8:47Speaker 1: yourself for your child.
- 8:49Speaker 2: That's right.
- 8:50Speaker 4: Yeah, we had a wonderful day at the Glitten household.
- 8:52Speaker 4: It was very, very, just kind of chill. We did
- 8:55Speaker 4: a bunch of work on Saturday, and then we ran
- 8:58Speaker 4: a couple errands yesterday, made nice little Costco stop. My
- 9:01Speaker 4: wife definitely loves the old Costco.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Yeah, and we.
- 9:04Speaker 4: Just got a couple things done around the house. But
- 9:06Speaker 4: for the most part, it was very relaxing Sunday. I
- 9:09Speaker 4: called and talked to my mom for a little bit yesterday,
- 9:11Speaker 4: which was nice. What about you, What did you have
- 9:14Speaker 4: in store for Mother's Day? Because if I'm not mistaken,
- 9:17Speaker 4: there was someone working on like a surprise for you
- 9:19Speaker 4: for a chunk of time.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:21Speaker 1: So when we were at Boots and Booze on Broadway
- 9:24Speaker 1: for the pub crawl presented by Surfside, we were having
- 9:27Speaker 1: a good time, but Mikey was like, Okay, good Angie,
- 9:30Speaker 1: you're out of the house because he and the boys
- 9:32Speaker 1: had to make some stops to get me Mother's Day gifts.
- 9:37Speaker 1: So yesterday I woke up and I mean in true
- 9:41Speaker 1: teenager fashion, Aiden Who's fifteen, did not wake up until
- 9:46Speaker 1: like well into the ten o'clock hour, which was annoying
- 9:49Speaker 1: because I had been up by seven and I didn't
- 9:51Speaker 1: want to open any presents until everybody was up. But
- 9:55Speaker 1: when it finally came down to it, the one each
- 9:59Speaker 1: from the boys. There, you know that Kirkland store, like
- 10:03Speaker 1: the Home good Store. A couple of weeks ago, Mikey
- 10:07Speaker 1: and I had gone in there to see, you know,
- 10:09Speaker 1: just what was there. We liked to window shop, and
- 10:11Speaker 1: there were two picture frames that already had like artwork
- 10:16Speaker 1: in them that I really wanted. But I in my head,
- 10:19Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, but should I spend the money because
- 10:23Speaker 1: that's like the constant, like the money could go to
- 10:26Speaker 1: something else, right, So I didn't buy them, and thankfully,
- 10:32Speaker 1: I know sometimes I'm responsible. But then the boys did
- 10:35Speaker 1: buy them. So there were two pictures that I really wanted,
- 10:38Speaker 1: and so each of them gave me one. And then
- 10:41Speaker 1: the big gift was an accident.
- 10:45Speaker 5: Mike.
- 10:46Speaker 1: I told Mikey something that Corey over on Bob that
- 10:50Speaker 1: Corey had mentioned she would want for Mother's Day. But
- 10:54Speaker 1: then I said, in reference to it, but that is
- 10:56Speaker 1: a good Mother's Day gift, and all he heard was,
- 10:59Speaker 1: Angie wants that for Mother's Day.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Yep, like this And this.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Was like over a month ago. And I opened this
- 11:05Speaker 1: big heavy box and he got me a nugget ice maker.
- 11:09Speaker 4: Now, if you don't know what a nugget ice maker is,
- 11:12Speaker 4: I had to ask, what is that.
- 11:14Speaker 1: It's an ice maker that makes the ice cubes in
- 11:16Speaker 1: those little nuggets, like when you go to Chick fil
- 11:19Speaker 1: A they have the really good it's the best ice
- 11:21Speaker 1: and by all the best ice for beverages. And so
- 11:25Speaker 1: I opened it and I was so surprised because that
- 11:28Speaker 1: wasn't even what I had said I wanted. I didn't
- 11:30Speaker 1: even say what I actually wanted. I don't think I
- 11:33Speaker 1: thought I was gonna even get anything. So that was
- 11:35Speaker 1: really awesome. And sure enough, this morning, at like three
- 11:39Speaker 1: thirty am, I scooped some nugget ice into my tumbler
- 11:46Speaker 1: and cracked open a Coke zero and it was the
- 11:49Speaker 1: most refreshing thing on the planet. And I've also got
- 11:53Speaker 1: it with me here now, Gabe, like I'm I'm gonna
- 11:55Speaker 1: be coke zeroed out.
- 11:58Speaker 4: Nugget ice is the best because it's not a full cube,
- 12:02Speaker 4: but it's also not like crushed either.
- 12:04Speaker 1: And it's not I mean, it's perfect.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Yeah, they're like a little bit bigger than maybe like
- 12:08Speaker 2: a marble.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Yeah, Oh my gosh, the best, I mean the best.
- 12:11Speaker 1: I could not have accidentally asked for a better gift.
- 12:14Speaker 1: So that was great. And then we went and had
- 12:16Speaker 1: a fro yo at Tooty Fruity. And then I got
- 12:19Speaker 1: home and I was in my pajamas and I just
- 12:22Speaker 1: relaxed and watched the Jackie Chan movie Who Am I?
- 12:25Speaker 1: And went to bed early. It was the best Mother's
- 12:27Speaker 1: day of all time.
- 12:28Speaker 2: That is wonderful.
- 12:29Speaker 4: Well, let us know about your mother's day at seven
- 12:31Speaker 4: oh one two eight zero one nine eight seven. Did
- 12:34Speaker 4: you have a big surprise that you weren't aware you
- 12:36Speaker 4: were gonna get? Did you get the day of quiet
- 12:39Speaker 4: and relaxation that you always wanted? Yeah, let us know
- 12:42Speaker 4: here this morning at Big ninety eight point seven.
- 12:47Speaker 5: This is am I the problem.
- 12:49Speaker 2: It's me hill On the problem.
- 12:53Speaker 3: It's me.
- 12:54Speaker 5: We'll hear one side of the story and with your help.
- 12:58Speaker 6: Decide if it's right or if maybe you're the problem.
- 13:02Speaker 6: That's right, I am the problem on Big ninety eight
- 13:06Speaker 6: point seven.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Good morning, Guys, my name is Jeremy, and I'm emailing
- 13:12Speaker 1: you a weird question, but I don't know what to
- 13:15Speaker 1: do and I can't really ask my parents.
- 13:17Speaker 2: Well, I'm glad we're here to help.
- 13:19Speaker 1: This is already wearing me. I'm dating a gorgeous girl
- 13:23Speaker 1: and I'm mad attracted to her, but she wears ugly underwear.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I know that sounds bad, but my ex spoiled me.
- 13:32Speaker 1: She always had Victoria's secret on and that's what I'm
- 13:35Speaker 1: used to. Me and my new girl have been together
- 13:38Speaker 1: for five months and it's getting serious, like maybe we're
- 13:41Speaker 1: going to move in together. So at this point, is
- 13:43Speaker 1: it safe to tell her I want her to up
- 13:46Speaker 1: her underwear game? Should I just buy it for her?
- 13:50Speaker 1: I swear I'm not a d bag. I don't want
- 13:53Speaker 1: to offend her, but I also just like what I
- 13:56Speaker 1: like surface like at surface level, face value. I think
- 14:02Speaker 1: this does sound terrible, Jeremy, what a.
- 14:05Speaker 4: Five month problem? Jeremy, Oh my god, how will you
- 14:10Speaker 4: go on?
- 14:10Speaker 1: Listen? I know that this does sound shallow. It kind
- 14:13Speaker 1: of does sound like he's a d bag. However, I
- 14:17Speaker 1: am team Jeremy on this, really yes, because I would
- 14:23Speaker 1: be a hypocrite if I didn't understand where he was
- 14:27Speaker 1: coming from. I don't think a man should wear tidy whities.
- 14:31Speaker 1: I don't think a man should wear Now, I don't
- 14:33Speaker 1: think a man should wear boxes.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Don't come after my tidy whities or boxers.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Well, good thing you and I are not together. I
- 14:39Speaker 1: don't think a man should.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Wear tighty whitey is the next time I'm ounted about.
- 14:43Speaker 1: I don't think men should wear boxers. I like my
- 14:46Speaker 1: man to wear a boxer brief.
- 14:48Speaker 2: They are the best.
- 14:49Speaker 1: They're the best.
- 14:50Speaker 4: They are the best from a functional standpoint.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Okay, and that's not the part I care about. They're
- 14:55Speaker 1: the best from attractiveness.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Okay.
- 14:58Speaker 1: So if my man Mikey showed up in some tidy
- 15:02Speaker 1: why these, we'd have to have a conversation. If the
- 15:05Speaker 1: first time anything ever happened it was boxers, we'd have
- 15:08Speaker 1: to have a conversation. And so what kind of a
- 15:12Speaker 1: hypocrite would I be? Okay, if I told Jeremy, no,
- 15:16Speaker 1: that's so rude, I will say this. The caveat is
- 15:19Speaker 1: whatever she wears during that time of the month, you
- 15:21Speaker 1: have no say. Okay, that's about the woman's comfort. Whatever.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Other than that, I think buy her some cutie underwear
- 15:28Speaker 1: that you would like and just tell her that you
- 15:31Speaker 1: would like them on her. She's not gonna be offended
- 15:33Speaker 1: at that, and she is there. That's a different problem, right,
- 15:35Speaker 1: But I think that it is totally fine for Jeremy
- 15:38Speaker 1: to prefer unmentionable.
- 15:42Speaker 2: I see what you're doing.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I think it's fine. Gab, what do you think.
- 15:45Speaker 4: Here's what I'll say to you, Jeremy, you enjoy that
- 15:48Speaker 4: five months, because you're gonna get to a point where
- 15:50Speaker 4: I'll tell you what a wonderful evening of fun. We'll
- 15:53Speaker 4: start with a moon move. Okay, just you wait, you
- 15:56Speaker 4: just wait long enough to wear that moo moo comes
- 16:00Speaker 4: on and then all of a sudden, the rest of
- 16:03Speaker 4: it comes off.
- 16:04Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying, Jeremy.
- 16:05Speaker 4: Okay, what a stupid problem in my humble opinion. Okay,
- 16:10Speaker 4: cares if at the end, how would I say this?
- 16:14Speaker 4: Who cares if at the end? You know, there's no
- 16:16Speaker 4: underwear in general? You know what I'm saying? Again, you
- 16:19Speaker 4: need that is the precursor. We gotta we gotta work
- 16:22Speaker 4: on something else. Okay, we don't need that. It all
- 16:26Speaker 4: can start with the moo moo. Now, I don't love
- 16:30Speaker 4: moo moo per se, but I've been with my wife
- 16:32Speaker 4: for ten years.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Yeah, what am I gonna do?
- 16:36Speaker 1: All right? What do you think? Seven oh one two
- 16:38Speaker 1: eight a one nine eight seven? We also have this
- 16:41Speaker 1: up on the Big ninety eight point seven Facebook page.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Should Jeremy just not say anything and move on with
- 16:47Speaker 1: his life.
- 16:48Speaker 5: Or move on to a boomoo?
- 16:50Speaker 2: That's right?
- 16:50Speaker 4: I'm just saying the clock is ticking, Jeremy. At some point,
- 16:53Speaker 4: you're gonna, you know, if this lasts long enough, you're
- 16:56Speaker 4: gonna have to get used to the ugly underwear and
- 16:58Speaker 4: the moo moos and the whatever.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Doesn't that kind to make my point better?
- 17:01Speaker 6: Like?
- 17:02Speaker 1: Hello, if down the road he's gonna have to deal
- 17:05Speaker 1: with it, can he at least have what he wants
- 17:08Speaker 1: in the beginning?
- 17:09Speaker 4: No, because being a dude is about going through life
- 17:13Speaker 4: dealing with stuff you don't want to deal with.
- 17:15Speaker 2: That's what being a guy is.
- 17:16Speaker 1: All right? What do you think? Seven one two eight
- 17:18Speaker 1: one nine eight seven? Let us know all on the
- 17:26Speaker 1: problem is, Jeremy wants to know if he can let
- 17:30Speaker 1: his girlfriend know that he thinks her underwear is ugly
- 17:33Speaker 1: and wants her to wear hotter underwa.
- 17:35Speaker 4: What he really wants to know if he can let
- 17:37Speaker 4: his freak flag fly. All right, get after it, Jeremy.
- 17:40Speaker 1: I think that he should be able to buy her
- 17:43Speaker 1: some hot underwear and be like, Babe, I would like
- 17:46Speaker 1: you to wear this.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Gabe.
- 17:48Speaker 1: You think that he's being a little brat about it.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Bro, what I am trying to explain is that this
- 17:56Speaker 4: is such a five month problem. They've been together for
- 18:00Speaker 4: five months, all right, Yeah, go ahead and explore at
- 18:02Speaker 4: some point in the mumu is coming out, brother, and
- 18:04Speaker 4: that thing is coming out five to six days a week,
- 18:07Speaker 4: so you better get used to it.
- 18:08Speaker 1: That's so funny. We did ask this on the Big
- 18:11Speaker 1: ninety eight point seven Facebook page, and while I am
- 18:14Speaker 1: team Jeremy, everyone else seems to not be. Mary said, honestly,
- 18:19Speaker 1: it's petty have a convo with her about it first,
- 18:22Speaker 1: but don't just show up with new underwear and say
- 18:25Speaker 1: I like what I like. This seems like a weirdly
- 18:28Speaker 1: specific hang up, though I will say this also is
- 18:31Speaker 1: the easiest easiest thing I think we've ever had on
- 18:35Speaker 1: am I the problem.
- 18:36Speaker 4: I'd put it in top three easiest. Well, all he
- 18:38Speaker 4: has to do is just buy something he likes. I'd
- 18:40Speaker 4: be like, oh, hey, babe, I pictured you in this
- 18:43Speaker 4: and I liked it, and then just give it to her.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Okay, so hard would that be? Well, clearly he didn't know.
- 18:49Speaker 1: That's why he came to us. So that's the advice
- 18:51Speaker 1: that Jeremy needs. Then. Oh but yeah, he also wanted
- 18:56Speaker 1: to know if he's a d bag for it, and
- 18:58Speaker 1: I don't think he is. Danny said, buy her some
- 19:01Speaker 1: nice things if it matters that much to you. I agree.
- 19:05Speaker 1: I agree. I think that it is totally okay for
- 19:07Speaker 1: him to like not like what she wears, because I
- 19:12Speaker 1: don't like if men wear tidy whiteyes or boxers. I
- 19:15Speaker 1: like him in boxer briefs. So I feel like it
- 19:18Speaker 1: would be it would be fair if then Mikey said
- 19:21Speaker 1: to me, Okay, well I don't like those raggedy Walmart.
- 19:27Speaker 4: Yeah, Angie, can you get rid of those pillow case
- 19:29Speaker 4: underweares please?
- 19:30Speaker 2: That'd be great.
- 19:31Speaker 1: But if he did say that he does not care.
- 19:33Speaker 1: But if he did say that, I'd have to be like,
- 19:35Speaker 1: you know what, fair? So I think that that's okay.
- 19:40Speaker 1: I like that Juel said, this is even a question shallow,
- 19:44Speaker 1: but spoil her and buy her some nice items.
- 19:47Speaker 4: See what I'm saying very simple, That wallet will speak, Jeremy.
- 19:50Speaker 4: We also did have Albert who said, what she probably
- 19:54Speaker 4: feels more comfortable with what she has on maybe special
- 19:57Speaker 4: occasion ask, but no need to change her whole drawer.
- 20:00Speaker 4: And I think that's fair. There's got to be a
- 20:02Speaker 4: compromise here, Jeremy. You can't be having the lace tie
- 20:05Speaker 4: up outfits every single day and day. Sometimes you just
- 20:08Speaker 4: gotta throw on what you can what you can feel
- 20:10Speaker 4: comfortable in.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I think that's fair as long as Jeremy don't say, hey,
- 20:15Speaker 1: those are really ugly and you should wear this. You
- 20:18Speaker 1: have to be delicate about it.
- 20:19Speaker 4: There's a tactle, tactile, tactle way to go about the
- 20:22Speaker 4: tactful thank you way to go about this. And I
- 20:25Speaker 4: think doing what we just said earlier would be exactly
- 20:28Speaker 4: what you do. But I will tell you, Jeremy, at
- 20:30Speaker 4: some point, there's nothing hotter than your wife when she's comfortable.
- 20:34Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 20:35Speaker 1: Yeah, Because she's more comfortable to do whatever you want.
- 20:44Speaker 6: Starting off the day with something good. This is Gabe's
- 20:48Speaker 6: good news. On Big ninety eight point seven, a.
- 20:52Speaker 4: Young architect at North Dakota State University is dreaming big
- 20:55Speaker 4: for downtown Fargo, and her idea could turn the heart
- 20:59Speaker 4: of the city into a waterfront getaway. Twenty three year
- 21:04Speaker 4: old Gabriella Mode has made an artificial or excuse me,
- 21:08Speaker 4: has made an artificial lake in downtown Fargo the focus
- 21:12Speaker 4: of her master's thesis before graduating.
- 21:16Speaker 1: All Right.
- 21:16Speaker 4: Her vision a one acre lake tuck between city Hall,
- 21:20Speaker 4: the Civic Center, and the Fargo Public Library, complete with
- 21:23Speaker 4: a sandy beach, boardwalk, kayak rentals, floating sanas, a cafe,
- 21:28Speaker 4: and even an ice skating rink in the winter.
- 21:31Speaker 2: Yes, she said she wanted to.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Yes, she said she wanted to create a peaceful oasis
- 21:37Speaker 4: in the middle of the city, a place where people
- 21:39Speaker 4: could relax, recharge, and connect with nature without ever leaving downtown.
- 21:43Speaker 4: Her professor says projects like this show today's students aren't
- 21:47Speaker 4: just dreaming about the future, they're actively designing it. And
- 21:51Speaker 4: while Gabrielle is headed to Arizona for her new architecture
- 21:55Speaker 4: job after graduation, her bold vision is giving Fargo residents
- 21:58Speaker 4: something fun to imagine. What if downtown had a beach
- 22:02Speaker 4: and you know what.
- 22:03Speaker 1: I don't want it to just be something fun to imagine.
- 22:05Speaker 1: Let's get this going.
- 22:06Speaker 4: If you can dream it, you can build it. Yes,
- 22:08Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying. That would be very interesting
- 22:11Speaker 4: to see. Maybe they can't quite do the full one acre,
- 22:14Speaker 4: but maybe there's something. Yeah, again, I believe it's Gabriella,
- 22:19Speaker 4: Gabrielle or Gabrielle.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Okay, you know what, girl, thank you for before you
- 22:24Speaker 1: head off into your new life in Arizona. Thank you
- 22:26Speaker 1: for leaving us with this gem. That's what someone's gonna
- 22:29Speaker 1: build upon it. Please, I love this idea.
- 22:32Speaker 5: I do too.
- 22:32Speaker 2: I think it'd be really cool to see.
- 22:34Speaker 5: You know.
- 22:34Speaker 4: My favorite quote, if you don't hear it, is broken crayons,
- 22:37Speaker 4: They still color. And the world is full of nice people.
- 22:39Speaker 4: If you can't find one, you gotta be one.
