  Speaker 1: was really slow, really maybe just a jab early on,

  Speaker 1: and overall the jab dominated as far as I mean,
• 5:21
  Speaker 1: I think he landed more. I don't have the copy box,

  Speaker 1: but either way, they were crisp jabs. Round two there
• 5:29
  Speaker 1: was like a late left uppercut to go along with
• 5:32
  Speaker 1: the jabs and maybe a hook in there from Lao.

  Speaker 1: Round two, the jab in the left hook. Then you
• 5:38
  Speaker 1: started to see Comita land a few nice left hooks,
• 5:41
  Speaker 1: especially like during an exchange, and in the fourth round
• 5:48
  Speaker 1: you could start to see him come on kind of late.

  Speaker 1: In that fourth round, Comita, although the body works some
• 5:54
  Speaker 1: body punching in the jab, I still was given that
• 5:57
  Speaker 1: to Lao, so I had him up for zip and
• 5:59
  Speaker 1: then the round both fighters were digging to the body

  Speaker 1: with short shots and the inside and the fight started
• 6:08
  Speaker 1: heating up, and I gave the fifth. Although it was close,

  Speaker 1: it could have went either way. I definitely gave the sixth.

  Speaker 1: It was two way round, but I like Comita. Both
• 6:21
  Speaker 1: of them kind of did a mixture of this where
• 6:23
  Speaker 1: they you know, they do the jab and hooks and bodywork,

  Speaker 1: but they were do this like little slight movement or pivot,
• 6:31
  Speaker 1: you know, just laying the shot and then dip but
• 6:34
  Speaker 1: not dip too far and kept the fighter that was
• 6:37
  Speaker 1: coming at you coming forward, kind of kept them off
• 6:40
  Speaker 1: balance and then would land and then continue to keep
• 6:43
  Speaker 1: them moth balanced. They kind of both were doing that
• 6:45
  Speaker 1: at times. The seventh round, to me, that was a
• 6:49
  Speaker 1: really close round. It could have went either way. I
• 6:53
  Speaker 1: gave it to Comita, but it was close. And then
• 6:56
  Speaker 1: I thought Leo starting himself in the eighth and the
• 7:00
  Speaker 1: ninth round the lead right hands the hooks to the body.

  Speaker 1: Of course, that stiff jab in the eighth and then
• 7:08
  Speaker 1: the ninth just the better overall lands, although Comedia did
• 7:11
  Speaker 1: kind of come on late in that round. I gave
• 7:14
  Speaker 1: Comedia the tenth round once again the short shots landing,
• 7:19
  Speaker 1: very clean jabs. A few nice shots from Layo, but
• 7:24
  Speaker 1: not enough. But I gave the eleventh in the twelth

  Speaker 1: to Layo and Leo Layou just better lands, you know,

  Speaker 1: same stuff, quick, little calm commos than he was doing
• 7:38
  Speaker 1: his movement, and just the more telling shots. So I

  Speaker 1: thought it was close. It was competitive, you know, So

  Speaker 1: I had it. I mean I could. I could go

  Speaker 1: seven five, maybe seven four, one eight four in that range.

  Speaker 1: When I count them up, it is with close rounds

  Speaker 1: and everything. Yeah, eight to four, seven four one, whatever

  Speaker 1: scorecards had it one fifteen, one thirteen, one sixteen, one eleven,

  Speaker 1: I'm sorry, one twelve, and then one fourteen one fourteen,

  Speaker 1: which I didn't really agree with on that, to be honest,
• 8:18
  Speaker 1: I just didn't see that that outcome. I didn't see
• 8:25
  Speaker 1: a draw, even though seven of five. I thought, like
• 8:28
  Speaker 1: I said, to give more than five rounds, I thought
• 8:33
  Speaker 1: you really had to kind of bend over backwards for it.

  Speaker 1: So Leo, you know, defends his belt. Really, you know,

  Speaker 1: I liked what I saw out of the fight. It was.

  Speaker 1: It was really good the way he started the fight

  Speaker 1: in the first four rounds and then when they when
• 8:51
  Speaker 1: he closed it the last handful of rounds. I thought

  Speaker 1: it was a good performance and uh, we'll see where

  Speaker 1: he moves on from there. We did have that rematch

  Speaker 1: of Pedro to Duran to Duraan to Duram against uh
• 9:10
  Speaker 1: Chika Shakeiga. This was a rematch from a knockout win.

  Speaker 1: But and to me this was a clear win. I

  Speaker 1: know that one of the judges had it seven to five.

  Speaker 1: I thought it was a clean win. I thought it
• 9:31
  Speaker 1: was competitive. But I but I did think that like

  Speaker 1: I said that it was it was. It was a close,

  Speaker 1: you know, close fight and all that. But I didn't

  Speaker 1: see Shakeigo winning or Shaqui Shajika. I I hate, I

  Speaker 1: hate that I'm butchering his name. My apologies. And and

  Speaker 1: actually he was the I think, wasn't he the He

  Speaker 1: was the boxer that after that fight, after his loss,

  Speaker 1: he he was hospitalized. He's you know, remains in you

  Speaker 1: know a difficult situation obviously for the family and friends
• 10:22
  Speaker 1: and it just in general boxing family in general. He
• 10:25
  Speaker 1: did have to be you know, rushed Tod to the
• 10:29
  Speaker 1: hospital and I saw. I think it was the ib

  Speaker 1: F that put out something pretty sure as the ib
• 10:40
  Speaker 1: F that that talked about how you know he's in
• 10:42
  Speaker 1: serious condition and you know, condolences go out to him
• 10:45
  Speaker 1: and his family and all that. So yeah, it's that's

  Speaker 1: the thing about boxing. And you know, I've complained about
• 10:55
  Speaker 1: early stoppages and this obviously wasn't necessarily you know, elate
• 11:01
  Speaker 1: well in early stoppage, but you know, just just one
• 11:05
  Speaker 1: of those things where you do have to remember to
• 11:09
  Speaker 1: you know, keep everything in perspective when we're talking about this.

  Speaker 1: It's it's a dangerous you know, the old you can't

  Speaker 1: play you don't play boxing, right, and when stuff like

  Speaker 1: this happens, you know, it's just basically kind of reiterates it,

  Speaker 1: you know. So yeah, condolences go out to to him.

  Speaker 1: Hopefully you know he's able to recover from that and uh,

  Speaker 1: So in that fight, you know, I thought Taylor was

  Speaker 1: looking pretty decent. Obviously, this is not at the highest

  Speaker 1: level of walterweight. Walterweight obviously has been diminished in recent

  Speaker 1: years from a lot of you know, fighters moving up
• 13:13
  Speaker 1: or retiring or whatever. And so going to this fight,

  Speaker 1: you kind of wondered, all right, where's he at. Where's
• 13:22
  Speaker 1: Josh Taylor at? He's lost, you know, fights in a row,
• 13:27
  Speaker 1: you know, where's his head at? Like we're you know,
• 13:30
  Speaker 1: is he just gone? You know, we talked about how
• 13:33
  Speaker 1: the weight, you know, it's been an issue, but now
• 13:38
  Speaker 1: you obviously can't use that as an issue or a
• 13:42
  Speaker 1: problem or whatever. And s m is good. Is a

  Speaker 1: good fighter, you know, but like I said, he's more

  Speaker 1: of a outside fringe contender obviously. Now you know, I'm

  Speaker 1: not saying he can't even be when I say fringe contenter,

  Speaker 1: sometimes that could be the eighth or ninth guy. So

  Speaker 1: this kind of makes him a contender at that weight class.

  Speaker 1: But I did think the first let me see my scorecard.

  Speaker 1: First two rounds I gave to Taylor, he landed like

  Speaker 1: multiple hard left hands that was actually pushing him back,

  Speaker 1: and there was a really nice body shot that kind

  Speaker 1: of affected him and looked like and then early in

  Speaker 1: the second you see Esmond land tu really right hands,

  Speaker 1: a body shot later in that round two, but a

  Speaker 1: few left to the head, a jab, you know, left

  Speaker 1: hands to the body. I thought that was good enough

  Speaker 1: that the third round I thought was very competitive. Esmond

  Speaker 1: was had like a flurry to the body and head
• 14:58
  Speaker 1: kind of early and then he landed like these short

  Speaker 1: right hooks to the head, and I thought that, you know,

  Speaker 1: he landed a good jab and a pot shot later

  Speaker 1: in the round, and so it was like, all right,

  Speaker 1: you know, he definitely I thought he won that round Taylor.

  Speaker 1: I gave Taylor the fourth. In the fifth round, Taylor

  Speaker 1: landed really nice left hands to the body and a

  Speaker 1: left to the head that stumbled us. Now, as to

  Speaker 1: his credit, did fire back with a big right hand
• 15:35
  Speaker 1: that knocked Taylor back, so it was starting to really
• 15:38
  Speaker 1: heat up. The fifth was a kind of a close
• 15:42
  Speaker 1: round too, but I thought, I thought overall he landed
• 15:48
  Speaker 1: a better shot. There was life some really hooked, good
• 15:51
  Speaker 1: hooks that landed solidly. In the last minute or so.

  Speaker 1: The sixth round, Man, that was close again. I mean,

  Speaker 1: I thought that was just as close as probably closer

  Speaker 1: than the third round. It felt like Taylor landed the

  Speaker 1: better lands, but it was close. Could have went either way.

  Speaker 1: There was a head clash right around that time. Was

  Speaker 1: it the sixth or the seventh? I thought Sam in

  Speaker 1: the seventh, this is where he took over the fight.

  Speaker 1: nice body work he got Taylor got off to a

  Speaker 1: good start in the eighth, but then the lead right

  Speaker 1: hands to the head and his jab he started Esam

  Speaker 1: started bringing out his jab more so I gave him

  Speaker 1: the seventh in the eighth. In the ninth jab little

  Speaker 1: quick combos to the head and body, big right hands

  Speaker 1: like with a little over a minute left. Taylor did

  Speaker 1: fire back, but it really didn't matter. Essen landed the

  Speaker 1: better shots and was just busier. In the tenth round,

  Speaker 1: combos to the head in the eleventh round, and once

  Speaker 1: again just landing better in my opinion, in the twelfth.

  Speaker 1: swept it. So you know, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve,

  Speaker 1: You know that that's pretty fucking big. You know, you

  Speaker 1: win the last six rounds, you only need to win

  Speaker 1: one of those first six then and the sixth and

  Speaker 1: the third were really really close. So you know, would

  Speaker 1: I have been okay with a draw, Yeah, I probably

  Speaker 1: would have been okay, But you know I gave it

  Speaker 1: to Essam just because I gave him the third round. Basically,

  Speaker 1: you know one sixteen one thirteen, one fifteen one twelve

  Speaker 1: and one fifteen one thirteen. I didn't see eight to

  Speaker 1: four or you know one sixteen one thirteen, maybe that's

  Speaker 1: seven four to one. But you know, he faded. He faded,

  Speaker 1: and it wasn't just like always gassed, he can't do anything.

  Speaker 1: You know, he was just getting beat too. So it

  Speaker 1: wasn't so it wasn't like I don't know, it just

  Speaker 1: wasn't like I said, there's no excuses. You know, you're

  Speaker 1: up at a higher weight class. I think you're just
