- 0:04In this political coliseum, we slay the rising beast with the fateful sword of truth that transcends hypocrisy and censorship.
- 0:16It's time to unleash from the tyrants of media propaganda on the America Out Loud Talk Radio Network.
- 0:26This is Unleashed the Political News Owl.
- 0:32Welcome to Unleashed the Political News Hour.
- 0:36I'm your host, Gold Star Mother Susan Price, and this is America out.
- 0:42President Trump's second term in office is making major differences in every aspect of our lives.
- 0:50Globalists have been put unnoticed along with those domestic political military and corporate forces here within the United States.
- 1:01They're all being reminded that America is a constitutional republic, and our constitution is the supreme law of the land.
- 1:12It is not a democracy, despite what the media and the naysayers will have you believe.
- 1:18Throughout history, the watchmen upon the wall have kept guard over these rogue political administrators who, on a daily basis, have not only sold our country out to foreign enemies, yet have interfered with the common laws of God's people.
- 1:37For too many decades, these are kind architects of demise have tried to change and rearrange our nation's laws to fit their nefarious agendas and three-letter agencies while they ambushed the legal American people's sovereignty.
- 1:57And with unconstitutional laws and mandates, America may represent a diversified group of people, yet our main was created by our forefathers as a Christian nation, reflecting on historical pages of time.
- 2:17Dr.
- 2:17Martin Luther King stated, there are two types of laws, just and unjust.
- 2:24I would be the first to advocate obeying just laws.
- 2:29One not only has a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws.
- 2:38Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.
- 2:46History has blessed us through time with certain passion-driven souls who will take a stand as a crusader of law and justice.
- 2:58So entering now into this political arena with 20-year career experience of service and law enforcement as Sheriff Richard Mack.
- 3:09Welcome, Sheriff Mac.
- 3:12Well, thanks so much, uh Susan.
- 3:14It's great to be with you.
- 3:16I'm honored to be with a mother who lost a son uh in the military, and I I bow to you for that and your sacrifice and that of your son.
- 3:31Well, thank you, sir.
- 3:33Where would you like to begin?
- 3:35Because there's a lot of people that are starting to wake up more to what's going on.
- 3:42And some of them don't know you.
- 3:46So do you want to start with your background and take us from there?
- 3:50Yeah.
- 3:51Yeah, sure.
- 3:52Um, I'm the son of an FBI agent.
- 3:55Um, my dad retired from the bureau uh back in 1975.
- 4:00Uh he was a J.
- 4:02Edgar Hoover uh man, I guess a way to put that.
- 4:07He was a G-man, that's what they were called back then.
- 4:09He really liked Jagger Hoover.
- 4:11Um I liked him back then, but I was just a kid doing what my dad wanted me to do.
- 4:16But I uh uh Jaygar Hoover, I don't believe was a good man.
- 4:21Uh he might have been a good supervisor uh and administrator, but he was not a good person, and he broke the law quite a bit uh within the FBI.
- 4:32Uh and as a matter of fact, the one one of the people he uh uh broke the law against was Martin Luther King, who you just quoted, and that's one of my favorite quotes.
- 4:41That's in my uh presentation that I do with uh training law enforcement about the Constitution, because that is absolutely true.
- 4:48None of us in law enforcement have a responsibility to enforce an unjust law, let alone that none of us should obey an unjust law.
- 4:59All of law enforcement should not enforce unjust laws.
- 5:04Uh and so uh back to my background, I I came to that realization when I was a rookie cop in Provo, Utah, and that's where I started my police career.
- 5:14I tried to get in the FBI, but it never worked out, so I uh joined the Provo Police Department and really liked it.
- 5:22Probably the biggest reason I really liked it was because they had uh sports league.
- 5:26We were involved in this City League Softball League and uh the City League Basketball League, and uh then we did uh uh flag football with all the other police departments, and I was very athletic and I was very good in sports, and I love that part.
- 5:44And I love the other guys, I other loved the camaraderie with the other police officers, and uh I s I stayed there for 11 years, but when uh when I finished an undercover assignment, I I started back on patrol for a while, and I was writing a lady a ticket, and uh uh I had an epiphany while I was writing this uh very nice lady, but uh she had about four or five kids in the car and they were all fighting, and she ran through the stop sign because she got so preoccupied trying to settle them down.
- 6:20Uh, she ran through the stop sign and it was right in front of me, and I was in a marked police car.
- 6:25And uh I I thought I was really dumbfounded.
- 6:29Why is this lady running a stop sign right in front of me?
- 6:32I'm the only living thing within 150 feet of this intersection.
- 6:36And uh, then I could tell inside her car, it looked like the Tasmanian devil uh going around in the car, and it was just her kids fighting and screaming and hollering.
- 6:46Uh, right as she was about to finish going through the intersection, she looked over at me and then kind of threw her hands up in the air as if to say, what else could go wrong today?
- 6:59And she immediately pulled over because she knew what she had done, and she had her license and registration out the window to me.
- 7:05She never said a word to me.
- 7:08And uh, she I thought maybe she would be crying and said, Oh, I I didn't mean to do this.
- 7:13Uh, you look at all my kids, and you know, your mom probably had a bunch of kids too, and you wouldn't want to give your mom a ticket.
- 7:18She did she didn't make a sound.
- 7:21That she just was still gripping her steering wheel, staring out the windshield, and she was very depressed, very dejected, uh, was not even there anymore.
- 7:33Her kids, some of her kids were still crying and fighting.
- 7:36She didn't care anymore.
- 7:39And she was obviously having a horrible day, and I was just about to make it worse.
- 7:46So I just started writing the ticket.
- 7:48I said, hey, this is gonna be easy because she's not even fighting it.
- 7:53And right at the end of the ticket, Susan, uh, the officer is to sign his name and put his serial number on the on the citation.
- 8:03And right when I started to do that, I paused, and the epiphany occurred.
- 8:10And uh the Lord blessed me with a career pause.
- 8:20And I looked down uh while I was pausing, I looked down at this dejected, depressed woman.
- 8:26I looked down at her snotty-nosed kids, and I looked down at her dilapidated old car that probably wasn't even worth 250 bucks.
- 8:34It had primer gray showing through and bald tires and uh too small for what she was trying to carry all those kids in.
- 8:46And then I asked myself uh a few questions during this epiphany, and I said, Mac, is there anything you're doing here that's helping this family?
- 8:58Is there anything you're doing here that's making this town a better place to live?
- 9:06Is there anything you're doing here that's bringing honor to the badge you wear on your chest?
- 9:14Well, I knew the answer to all those questions, and I was so ashamed of myself that I had lost some of my sense of humanity and compassion.
- 9:25And I'm just writing a ticket without even thinking or seeing what's right in front of me.
- 9:32And so I just walked away.
- 9:35I walked away, I kept the ticket in my hand, and I walked away from this lady, and I wasn't gonna tell her, like, oh, you know, like a Barney Fife moment, ma'am, this is your lucky day because I'm gonna punch you some slack.
- 9:51And I couldn't do that because if she had thanked me, uh I I just couldn't have been able to handle that.
- 9:59So
- 10:00I didn't give her a chance to thank me.
- 10:01I didn't want any thanks.
- 10:03I didn't deserve any thanks.
- 10:05And I took it to the police station, which was just three blocks away.
- 10:09And I tore the ticket up and threw it in the trash.
- 10:12And then I asked myself another question.
- 10:15Why do we have government?
- 10:17And why do we have police that are always treating people like this?
- 10:23And so I decided that I was going to find out the answers to all those questions.
- 10:30And I started walking around the next day.
- 10:34I came back to uh briefing at about briefing starts at 2 30.
- 10:39I came back at about two to the police station.
- 10:42And it's also the police station is all uh joined with the city hall.
- 10:48And I just started walking around, uh looking at books and trying to just find the answers, you know, where am I going to find the answers to what I was just wondering about why we have government, why we have police and why we do all this.
- 11:01And I ended up walking into the city clerk's office.
- 11:06And I just stood there at the threshold of the of the uh of her door, and she saw me from inside her office area.
- 11:17She looked up and she goes, Um, Officer Mack, is there something I can do for you?
- 11:23And I said, and I don't even know why I said this, Susan.
- 11:26This kind of coincides with what you you said in your monologue, which was very beautiful.
- 11:33I said, when I took this job, did I did I take an oath?
- 11:40And she goes, Yeah, you did, you signed it.
- 11:42And I go, I signed it, and she got it from her desk and went to my personnel file and pulled out a copy of my oath of office, made it and made a copy of it right then and there and handed it to me.
- 11:56And I was absolutely shocked and appalled that I took an oath to uphold, defend, protect, and preserve the United States Constitution, and I never read it.
- 12:12I didn't know what it was about, and I took that oath just so I could get a job, and not realizing what the job was really about.
- 12:21And so I took another oath right then, and I said, I will never be on the wrong side again, and I will know and understand the oath that I took and that I swore.
- 12:35And I started studying the Constitution.
- 12:38Uh and I kept a copy, I kept a big old uh book in my patrol car.
- 12:45It was the World Book Encyclopedia.
- 12:47I didn't have a pocket constitution back then.
- 12:50This is like 1983.
- 12:52And uh no pocket constitution.
- 12:55I'm sure they were around, but nobody had ever given me one.
- 12:58And I'm uh when I'm not on a call, when I wasn't busy, I was studying the constitution.
- 13:06And uh I was totally converted to it.
- 13:09And then another miracle happened that a notice came to the police department that there was a seminar called the Constitution for Law Enforcement Officers.
- 13:20And the instructor was Dr.
- 13:22W.
- 13:22Cleon Scousen, who had used to who used to work in the FBI with my father.
- 13:27And I took off two days from work, and I went to that seminar.
- 13:32It was at the uh University of Utah in Salt Lake City, and there was 240 cops there.
- 13:37And I don't know what happened to the other 239, but this one was totally converted to the Constitution and to our founding fathers and to our founding principals.
- 13:51And I never went back.
- 13:53I never undid that.
- 13:55And about five or six years later, I moved home to my hometown in Arizona, where my wife and I both grew up, and I ran for Graham County Sheriff.
- 14:08Uh, and I ran on a very strong constitutional platform that the constitution would be the supreme law of this area, this county, of this sheriff's office.
- 14:20And I got elected, which was really a miracle because I just never I never, well, I never worked in law enforcement.
- 14:33I never worked anywhere in Graham County uh in any government capacity in any law enforcement.
- 14:42I just moved in from Utah, said, hey, I've got good experience and I would like to be your sheriff.
- 14:49And I guess the the community was ready for this.
- 14:52I'm I'm old blood, I'm from there, my dad's from there, my dad, and uh they wanted some new blood, and they wanted somebody that was from there.
- 15:03And I got elected in 1988, and I got re-elected in 1992.
- 15:08Then in 1994, I became the first sheriff in American history to launch a major lawsuit against the federal.
- 15:16Uh, are you still there?
- 15:17Where did where did I leave off?
- 15:20I'm here.
- 15:21You were talking about your lawsuit.
- 15:24Okay, good.
- 15:25Then uh that's yeah, okay.
- 15:28And I became the first sheriff in American history to launch a major lawsuit against the federal government, and this was the Clinton administration of Les.
- 15:35So I was suing the Clintons over the Brady bill because the Brady bill was also the first time in history where the federal government, the United States Congress, and the president of the United States promulgated legislation known as the Brady Bill that required the sheriffs of the United States, all of us, to enforce this gun control scheme for them for free, without any negotiation, without any input from us, and a threat of arrest if we failed to comply.
- 16:10All of that is the gospel truth.
- 16:13Six other sheriffs joined me in that lawsuit.
- 16:16Sheriff Prince from Montana and I ended up at the Supreme Court together in December of 1996, and on June 27, 1997, Justice Scalia wrote the decision for the majority, and in a 5-4 split decision, we beat the Clinton administration.
- 16:36We won.
- 16:38And that is the most powerful 10th Amendment decision in the history of our country.
- 16:44And I beg, I implore every American listening to the show right now to go to our website and get a copy of that Supreme Court case.
- 16:56It's in a very small little white uh booklet, pamphlet.
- 17:01It's it you can read it in 10 minutes, but I put all the highlights, I put it together, I studied the case for days, and I put all the highlights of the case in this little booklet so people could pass it around, pass it to their local authorities, pass it to your own sheriff, pass it to the city council, pass it to your county commissioners and your county attorney and your governor and your state rep so that they can know the truth about this, the most miraculous and amazing Supreme Court case that stood for the 10th Amendment, state sovereignty and local autonomy.
- 17:38The federal government is not your sheriff's boss.
- 17:42They cannot order state officials, county officials to do anything.
- 17:48Our boss is the people.
- 17:51We the people, the first three words of the Constitution.
- 17:54That's who your sheriff's boss is.
- 17:57Period.
- 17:58End of story.
- 18:00Amen.
- 18:01That's powerful, Sheriff Mack.
- 18:03And what that's oh, you know, this is a God thing, what happened in your life.
- 18:10You were born for this moment in time as a crusader for truth and justice.
- 18:17And I applaud you.
- 18:19I'm so proud.
- 18:21And all of your endeavors.
- 18:23Um thank you.
- 18:24It's been it's been a real roller coaster ride, a lot of ups and downs, and uh lots of attacks.
- 18:30I've been attacked relentlessly.
- 18:32I've been called every name in the book.
- 18:34I'm a the anybody calling me a racist or white supremacist and a right-wing crazy fanatic.
- 18:41Well, I might be a right-wing crazy fanatic because that's what the founding fathers were.
- 18:46Uh, I really do believe in a peaceful uh restoration of our constitution.
- 18:52I believe that we must restore our constitution.
- 18:54It is the foundation of America.
- 18:57And the Democrats and other politicians who are trying to destroy our Constitution.
- 19:02Uh they are the problem.
- 19:05Every time I look at what the Democrats are doing, I remember the scripture that says an enemy hath done this.
- 19:13And they are the enemy from from within.
- 19:16In fact, uh Nikita Khrushchev, uh the the chairman uh secretary of the communist party for the Soviet Union, the prime minister of the Soviet Union.
- 19:30I remember him uh really distinctly because he was mean and ugly and big and just always threatening the United States and all the threats that he made, including the one he said you Americans are so gullible.
- 19:48You won't accept uh communism, but you'll we'll feed you socialism piece by piece from one day you'll wake up and you'll be in a communist country.
- 20:00That's really being brought to fruition by the political structure in America and especially the Democrat Party.
- 20:09It is coming true because of them.

- 22:46I'm your host, Cold Star Mother Susan Price.
- 22:49And with me today is our dear friend, Sheriff Richard Mack.
- 22:54Welcome, Sheriff.
- 22:56Well, thanks for having me, Susan.
- 22:57Again, it's an honor to be with you.
- 23:00Well, we all love you and your knowledge and expertise.
- 23:04Tell us about being fed piece by piece uh socialism and ideologies because you know there's younger people that listen to the show, they don't have the history.
- 23:18We do.
- 23:19What say you?
- 23:21Well, you brought it up earlier, also uh in your beautiful monologue.
- 23:25Uh, first of all, everyone needs to understand that we've been lied to immensely regarding the form of government we have.
- 23:34Folks, if there's still some of you that believe we're a democracy or that you even believe in democracy, uh, you need to wipe that out of your life and uh read the Constitution, read the Declaration of Independence, and read any of the foundational documents or the words from the founding fathers, because none of them supported a democracy anywhere.
- 23:59Uh are there things within our constitutional republic that appear to be democratic, like we vote and the piece and the person who wins the most votes is uh uh the winner.
- 24:13Well, that sounds a little bit democratic, but that's actually part of republicanism.
- 24:18You know, the people are in charge, and the people choose.
- 24:21In a republic, the people choose their representatives at every level.
- 24:29And uh what's wrong with that is that now several states are trying to appoint sheriffs instead of allowing the people uh their God-given birthright and the stewardship we were blessed with and uh gifted when we became an American.
- 24:51And and so uh, especially during COVID when there was about 550 sheriffs nationwide that refused to enforce the COVID-19 mandates, and rightfully so, should have been all 3,086.
- 25:04But sheriffs don't know what our government is supposed to be either.
- 25:08And so that's what I've been trying to do is peach sheriffs and train sheriffs to understand what their role is in keeping their oath within and protecting and thereby protecting our constitutional republic.
- 25:24And how do we actually keep that oath?
- 25:27And do we have a moral and lawful responsibility to even keep that oath?
- 25:32Well, of course we do.
- 25:34But that we must understand that we are not a democracy, and why have we been lied to for over a century that we are such when that word does not exist in any of our foundational documents, but in Article 4, Section 4, it says that the United States government shall guarantee to each state a Republican form of government.
- 26:02And then the next line is really telling, too.
- 26:05And protect each of them from invasion.
- 26:09So that is an assignment that the federal government has.
- 26:13They are to protect our borders.
- 26:16So all these people trying to get rid of ice and and blame ICE for uh everything, uh, and blame Trump for everything.
- 26:25Uh, they do have the authority to deport the people that the Democrat Party and the Biden administration brought in to our country illegally and treasonously.
- 26:37This was all a crime.
- 26:40And uh treason is also a federal offense, and it means giving aid and comfort to our enemy.
- 26:49Well, our enemies infiltrated our country through the Biden administration uh permission, and not only that, but they've uh the Biden administration actually had people flying people in, flying illegal aliens into our country and then hiding them in airports until they could uh have them assimilate into society, and then they put them up in hotel rooms, and then they gave them uh credit cards of uh tens of thousands of dollars, and they took care of these people.
- 27:20They wanted them here.
- 27:22They nurtured them being here.
- 27:25So they would be loyal to the Democrats and actually register to vote Democrat.
- 27:31And that was the subterfuge behind this entire movement.
- 27:35It was election fraud and election engineering by the Democrats that brought these people here in the first place.
- 27:42They had an assignment to do, and that was to simply vote Democrats and help them obtain a political monopoly all across this country, but especially in Washington, D.C., so they would have power and maintain power and never relinquish that power and control over our country.
- 28:07That is why they did it, and that is what they were after.
- 28:12And now we're trying to clean up that mess.
- 28:15And Democrats and re and and voters are not really in tune with this, understanding this subterfuge and this uh destruction of America that happened through this open door policy of the Biden administration and the Democrat Party.
- 28:38And don't forget who uh the bed fellow uh the bed partner was with the national media being the bed partner that supported all this also.
- 28:49And so you get the media and the Democrat Party and the White House all doing this together.
- 28:55That's why it happened, and that's why we better wake up and turn this around.
- 29:01Sheriff Mack, what about the um illegals and and well, I'm not gonna name different groups of people, but you can uh through the years of the Clintons and the Obama years of the illegals and the sleeper cells.
- 29:20What about those that are within our here and the sleeper cells have uh increased exponentially because there was no there was no one even pretending to stop it during the Biden administration?
- 29:34Uh Obama and Clinton claimed that they deported uh a few million uh illegal aliens.
- 29:42Uh, if they actually did, it was a ruse.
- 29:45It was a show.
- 29:46Uh it was a charade uh to allow the ones that they wanted here to keep coming in because they did.
- 29:54And Clinton and Obama were making sure they were getting driver's licenses and getting registered.
- 30:00To vote.
- 30:01But there were laws being enforced, and uh the the Republicans and and a lot of Democrats too were making sure that well, you had to, when you come to vote, obviously they have Democrats and Republicans working in the polling places.
- 30:14They required him to get uh identification and to have done identification.
- 30:19Now the Democrat Party is stopping that.
- 30:22Folks, look at what's going on in Washington right this method.
- 30:27The Democrats are fighting and saying it's Jim Crow Laws 2.0 and it's racism and it's bigotry to require anyone, including people here illegally that have no business voting.
- 30:44And folks, they've already been voting because the Democrats have been making sure that they are, because they're getting in driver's licenses and passports and social security numbers, so that they can go get registered to vote.
- 30:59And that's not working enough because they want all of them to vote, which means this is what the republic this is what the Democrats are actually fighting the Republicans with right now.
- 31:10And that is that anyone here on vacation from Greece or Rome or Argentina.
- 31:18Let's say somebody from Argentina is on vacation here, and it's a day that you could vote.
- 31:23According to the Democrats, you can have same-day registration, same day meaning the day of the election.
- 31:31Go in, register to vote, then vote right then and there, not have to show any identification, put some bogus address or real address on your uh registration.
- 31:44It could be a friend, it can be made up, it could be anything.
- 31:47Put the address, register to vote, vote and leave, and go back to your uh to Buenos Aires uh the next day and brag to the local press how you voted in America, and there's not a dang thing that any of us could do about it.
- 32:05Because this is what the Democrats are pushing to be law.
- 32:10Folks, this is election fraud, this is treason, and this is the theft of the American dream and of American principles and the destruction of our constitution and the destruction of we the people owning the stewardship to control this country to control our government and to choose our own representatives.
- 32:34The Democrat Party is killing and murdering every bit of that.
- 32:39We have got to wake up and stand against it.
- 32:43Sheriff Mick, what kind of powers does the federal government have?
- 32:49Well, that's that's really a good question because the purpose of the Constitution was to make sure that the abuses of King George III could never be repeated in America.
- 33:04Under this new government, a new experiment, that we the people, that it would be a new experiment in self-government, and that the people would be in charge.
- 33:15And so the powers were to be, according to the Constitution, very limited.
- 33:21And in my Supreme Court case, Justice Scalia reinforced that.
- 33:26He rear reiterated that.
- 33:28This is a quote that we only have that the federal government only has discrete and enumerated powers.
- 33:35Enumerated meaning that you can go through the Constitution and number the powers that they have.
- 33:41List them.
- 33:42I've done it before.
- 33:44It doesn't even total 40.
- 33:46But the federal government over the past century has stolen and usurped thousands of other powers they were not constitutionally allowed to have.
- 33:59And that's why we have the monster in Washington, D.C.
- 34:03That has turned uh our country on its head, and our constitution is hanging by a thread because of it.
- 34:11And so let me just specifically right now let every one of you know that the federal government has made maybe five or six, six at the very most, but specifically they have five law enforcement powers that we delegated to them, that the states through us, or or we the people, through the states, the 13 original states, delegated to the new federal government within the constitution.
- 34:41There's five law enforcement powers delegated to them.
- 34:46One of them, as I just mentioned, was the responsibility, the power and the authority to protect our borders from invasion.
- 34:56The second one is pretty similar, and that is uh any of us that violate treaties that say we have a treaty with Canada, and one of us, a citizen of America goes into Canada and violates that treaty.
- 35:11That is a crime and a federal offense, and the FBI can uh investigate that and hold us accountable.
- 35:20The other three are more powerful.
- 35:23First, treason is in the Constitution, and treason is against the law, and is uh the authority to investigate that is the federal government.
- 35:36Next, counterfeiting.
- 35:39We own the federal money and the uh United States dollar that belongs to us and uh in for Port Knox, and that the uh Trump administration was going to go check on it and see where it is.
- 35:55I believe, Susan, they they dropped that because they knew the money was not there, they knew the gold was not there, and had they gone in with cameras to see where the gold was, the dollar would have crashed right then and there, and it would have been a worldwide depression.
- 36:10And so they didn't do it.
- 36:11I don't know that for a fact, but that's my guess, because they were going to do it.
- 36:15Elon Musk and President Trump were going to do it.
- 36:18I heard that too.
- 36:19So uh the other the other power is felonies committed on the high seas, so or piracies.
- 36:28Those are the only five they have.
- 36:30Counterfeiting, treason, felonies committed on the high seas, piracies, uh, illegal entry into the country, and violations of treaties.
- 36:42That's it.
- 36:44And and if you think that the federal government has the authority or the right to uh appoint itself more, read the 10th Amendment.
- 36:53That's what we sued the federal government on.
- 36:55That's what we won on.
- 36:56We saved the second amendment by using the 10th Amendment because it says the powers, the all of them, the powers not delegated, and delegated is a key word.
- 37:09Who delegated those powers?
- 37:11The states, and we the people did to the new federal government.
- 37:15The powers not delegated to the United States to the United States government, remain with the people or the states, respectively.
- 37:26They do not have any leeway at all or any prerogative whatsoever to grant themselves more power.
- 37:36And that's where the people, we the people have fallen asleep, and the states and the people have fallen asleep, and we've allowed that to happen.
- 37:46And that's part of our actionable responsibility now, and that is to reverse that.
- 37:53That's going to be very difficult.
- 37:55But first and foremost, we cannot allow the bleeding to continue and the usurpations to continue.
- 38:04And the first one would be to stop the spending and stop the misuse of taxpayer dollars, like funding planned parenthood.
- 38:14And we've got to abolish the department of uh the Department of Education, and we've got to abolish the IRS, and we've got to abolish the Federal Reserve.
- 38:24And Sheriff Met, I want to get into some other issues when we return after this message from our sponsors.
- 38:31Have you been looking for a healthy snack for on the go?

- 39:51Liberty and justice for all.
- 40:00Welcome back to America Oud.
- 40:02I'm your host, Gold Star Mother Susan Price, and with me today is our friend Sheriff Mack.
- 40:10Welcome back, Mr.
- 40:11Sheriff Mack.
- 40:13Thanks so much, Susan.
- 40:14It's a pleasure.
- 40:17What say you, Sheriff?
- 40:19We're regarding the siege we've had against our ICE agents.
- 40:24And you know, the Antifa and all the craziness going on around the country with these groups.
- 40:34Well, every day I do a podcast with somebody or an interview.
- 40:39And the first thing I ask is, why do we always have so much to talk about day after day after day?
- 40:48Why do things get so much crazier every day and the insanity that goes on in our country?
- 40:56Well, I can answer your question very simply.
- 40:59Let's look at two states.
- 41:01Let's look at Minnesota, and let's look at Florida.
- 41:06Florida has had some protests.
- 41:08They've been peaceful.
- 41:10No one has been killed.
- 41:12And no one has tried to attack or impede the work that ICE agents are trying to do.
- 41:22Florida has 67 sheriffs.
- 41:24All of them met with Governor DeSantis at his behest.
- 41:29And they all came up with a plan that all of the sheriffs, Democrats, liberals, conservatives, rhinos, whatever.
- 41:40All of the sheriffs agreed that they would unanimously try everything they can to help ICE and to do their own bidding and own work to get rid of all these horrible criminals brought in under the Biden administration.
- 41:56We're talking about international terrorists, Hamas and ICE, uh ISIS and Hezbollah and other terrorist groups infiltrated America during this open door policy, open door, open border policy by the Biden administration.
- 42:15Then you look also at the cartels and the cartels and the international terrorists are working together, setting up sleeper sale, see sleeper sales all across the country.
- 42:29They brought in human traffickers that did sexual exploitation of children and sold children into slave trade markets.
- 42:40This is all happening because of the Biden administration and the Democrat Party.
- 42:46Yes, and of course, the media.
- 42:49So we've already been talking about that.
- 42:51These sheriffs in Florida saw the gravity of the situation and are 100% helping with deportation.
- 43:01Then let's look at Minnesota.
- 43:03They have a governor, they have a mayor in Minneapolis, they have a chief of police and others.
- 43:08They have an attorney general, who all are blaming any of this on Trump and ICE and encouraging people to wear guns to protest, and encouraging people to get in the way and to do everything they can to stop them.
- 43:26Two people were killed because of that.
- 43:29And instead of coming out like Florida has done and work for a peaceful solution, and that sheriffs and deputies and other law enforcement should be there to make sure that protesters are safe and that they are allowed and make sure their right to protest is protected.
- 43:47The right to peaceably assemble, as mentioned in the First Amendment, are protected and guaranteed.
- 43:54And then at the same time, the ICE agents are guaranteed safety in doing their job, and that we will have their back, and that we will make all of this easier for citizens to protest and ICE agents to do their job.
- 44:10Now I ask everyone, all of you in Minnesota.
- 44:15Which condition, which sheriff do you want?
- 44:19Which state would you uh want to adhere to and their policies and procedures and what they're doing right now?
- 44:28Minnesota has got it completely wrong.
- 44:31Washington state has it completely wrong.
- 44:34Uh Illinois, at least in the Chicago area, has it completely wrong.
- 44:38There's some good sheriffs in Illinois that are trying to stop what is going on.
- 44:44And the sheriffs in Minnesota are doing nothing.
- 44:48And they need to start working together and do the same thing that the sheriffs in Florida did.
- 44:58And we're seeing the dichotomy and the danger that has been presented because of the lack of professionalism and dedication by the sheriffs and other law enforcement and the leaders of that state, if you could call them such.
- 45:28Well, Sheriff Matt, what about don't we have to look at the culture of the people in Minnesota?
- 45:35It has a very high concentration of Muslims.
- 45:40Yes, we do, and it's obvious that that is the case.
- 45:43And I traveled extensively in Minnesota just a couple of years ago, and I saw that firsthand, and I and I looked at it and I go, how did this happen?
- 45:54Did we vet all these hundreds of thousands of people to make sure that they're not criminals and that they're not terrorists?
- 46:05And it was not done, folks, and it wasn't done under Obama.
- 46:10Uh Trump tried to do it, but he got blasted for it, and then COVID hit, and Trump mostly just paid attention to that.
- 46:20And his presidency was basically dedicated to trying to stop COVID.
- 46:29And then came Biden, and he made sure that he finished the assignment to bring millions and millions of illegals here.
- 46:40Folks, there are over a hundred thousand terrorists, terrorists, and Muslim terrorists in America.
- 46:52There, you know, I saw high school and I taught Muslim kids.
- 46:58I absolutely love them, and they loved me.
- 47:02And I'm not talking about the religion.
- 47:06If you're peaceful and you actually go against your own religion that says that it's okay to kill somebody that leaves your religion.
- 47:21She goes, I don't believe in that.
- 47:23We are peaceful, and we love America, and we love uh the school, and we love our relationship our children have with you.
- 47:32Folks, that's a big leap for some of them.
- 47:35But make no mistake, their religion believes that, and uh their caliphate.
- 47:42Uh, and the their religion believes that.
- 47:47And so we have to be careful with that.
- 47:50It's not a prejudice to know what their religion stands for, folks.
- 47:55But uh they we what do we know about uh Muslim terrorists?
- 48:00They hate America and they'll do anything to destroy us.
- 48:04And there's over a hundred thousand here, probably more than that now, because the training I went to was about seven years ago that showed that there was over 100,000.
- 48:14And so during the Biden administration, you know, more came in.
- 48:18And folks, this is really crazy because uh the Democrats helped set up shill businesses for uh these uh Muslims uh for the Somalis.
- 48:30And I I don't know what religion the Somalis are.
- 48:34Uh I don't I don't know that part.
- 48:37But uh some people have told me that they are most of them are Muslim as well.
- 48:42Folks, we have helped with their those shill businesses.
- 48:46We have helped fund international terrorist groups that they sent it back to.
- 48:51This was all fraud.
- 48:53It was all ridiculous and absurd uh crimes that were facilitated by Democrat leaders, and they're still doing nothing about it.
- 49:04Sheriff Man.
- 49:05Very little.
- 49:06Do you see us breaking down these sanctuary cities, eliminating them?
- 49:12Do you think that President Trump see that's what I that's my complaint about uh Pam Bondi and the justice system right now?
- 49:18They should all be investigated.
- 49:20Those are all against the law.
- 49:21Uh President Trump is talking about defunding those states and cities.
- 49:26I want them criminally investigated.
- 49:28This is that is a crime.
- 49:30It's treason.
- 49:32Remember, if you're helping and aiding and abetting a criminal, even if they're just coming in illegally, folks, that is a crime.
- 49:41And the Democrats are trying to spread the propaganda and brainwashing that it's not.
- 49:48It is a crime.
- 49:50And sanctuary cities and sanctuary states are breaking the law, and they're actually trying to pass laws that says they don't have to respect.
- 50:00Or obey or pay any attention to immigration laws.
- 50:06And an Article 1, Section 8, it says naturalization, which is how people become citizens in our country.
- 50:13That is a federal responsibility.
- 50:16So of course, the federal government has the assignment and responsibility to get these people deported.
- 50:24It would really be nice and helpful if the local sheriffs and chiefs of police would participate in that practice and that and that procedure.
- 50:35But you you're bringing up really good points.
- 50:39And yes, this is all about the destruction of America from within.
- 50:46And it is fulfilling the threat of Khrushchev and the prediction, if not prophecy from Abraham Lincoln when he said we will never be destroyed from an outside enemy.
- 51:01Well, that enemy now is inside.
- 51:03And he said, if we ever lose our freedoms, it'll be because we destroyed ourselves.
- 51:09And that's where the Democrat Party is coming in.
- 51:12Well, also I wanted to add Sheriff Mack, let's not eliminate this fact that when Obama was resident of the United States of America, he um fired 195 generals and officers, conservatives in the military.
- 51:33And the military also brought in sleep ourselves and these sorts of people, too.
- 51:41So we we really don't have a true number of what's out there in our community.
- 51:48Yeah.
- 51:48If the if the government is saying there's uh 15, 20 million people here illegally, then it's more like 30 or 40 at least.
- 51:57Well, what would you like to see President Trump do in this second period of time?
- 52:05Uh what laws that we benefit.
- 52:09It's just what I it's just what we said.
- 52:11Uh they they have got to start investigations against the politicians and the cities and the states that have created uh sanctuary cities for illegal aliens.
- 52:23That is a crime in and of itself.
- 52:25And after you find out who they've actually brought in and who they're protecting, it it will scare everybody to death.
- 52:33It is horrendous, and it is a huge, huge problem for all of us.
- 52:38And folks, uh just trying to accept it and say, oh no, we're okay because they haven't attacked us yet.
- 52:46They haven't destroyed anything yet.
- 52:48The training that I've uh very familiar with that has been happening across our country for law enforcement for the last three or four years has been that they're going to attack our grid.
- 53:01They're going to attack our infrastructure.
- 53:04Uh they're going to attack our water supply.
- 53:08And folks, uh, this is why we've got to be ready and we've got to uh let our uh politicians and sheriffs know that this threat is there.
- 53:19Because look, go by any power plant and see how much security it has.
- 53:27They virtually have none.
- 53:30And we need to increase that.
- 53:32Sheriffs need to increase that, and we the people need to be part of that.
- 53:37We all need to be working with our sheriffs and forming possies with him so he can depend on us as a minute man group, a minute man organization that he can uh rely on the resourcefulness of the people working with him to make our community safer and to provide some of that security I was just talking about.
- 54:00Folks, Jefferson warned us that the price of liberty was eternal vigilance.
- 54:05We he was talking to us.
- 54:07We've got to be vigilant, we've got to be involved, and the best way to do that is working with your sheriff.
- 54:14And Sheriff Matt, tell us about your books before we end our final thoughts.
- 54:19Well, I have a book that everybody should uh should read, and that is the County Sheriff, America's Last Hope.
- 54:27Now read that book, get it off my website, CSQOA, stands for Constitutional Sheriffs, Peace Officers Association, CSPOA.org.

- 54:46Become a member of that.
- 54:48It helps us get funded.
- 54:50It's a whopping $11 a month.
- 54:56And there's no there's no contract, you don't have to keep it going.
- 54:59If you don't like what we're doing, quit.
- 55:03But we believe that you'll see the necessity of this and how essential working with our peaceful and effective solution is about what my book says, America's Last Hope.
- 55:17Folks, we're providing this opportunity for you to be a part of the solution, to be part of the holy cause of liberty of returning our constitution as a supreme law of the land.
- 55:28This will benefit you and your families, your children, and your community.
- 55:34Join the CSPOA, get our book, the um the Supreme Court case, that little one, it's very small.
- 55:43Remember, it's white and has all the United States flags on it.
- 55:47Uh that's on the front page of our website.
- 55:50My hand is holding it.
- 55:51So when you see the little booklet that my hand is holding, order those, order the uh County Sheriff, America's Last Book, The Last Hope, America's Last Book, America's Last Hope, and um uh become a member of our posse.
- 56:07That's that's all actionable, and that's all going to help save America.
- 56:11And Sheriff Matt, in a minute or two, because we're at the end of our show, final words, inspiring thought or two for our listeners.
- 56:23Well, folks, this is this is all up to us.
- 56:26Every bit of it that Susan and I just got through talking about is up to you and me.
- 56:30Look down at your hands.
- 56:32I'm looking at mine right now.
- 56:35It's in our hands, it's in your hands to turn this around.
- 56:42Join us in the holy cause of liberty, and let's start working together to make this happen.
- 56:47What did the founding fathers say in the last line of the Declaration of Independence?
- 56:52And for the support of this declaration with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.
- 57:07Folks, we must do likewise today.
- 57:12Amen.
- 57:13Thank you so much, Sheriff Mack.
- 57:15We love having you as a guest and educating our listeners from all over the world.
- 57:24And uh, I want to thank our listeners.
- 57:26I want to thank our military, and I want to thank President Trump for the blessed job he's doing of cleaning up the mess that we've experienced through decades and decades of rogue leadership.
- 57:42God bless you, and we'll see you next week on America out loud.
