- 1:41Speaker 3: on TV, not just audio but video as well. All right,
- 1:46Speaker 3: I've got a commentary, but the big a couple of
- 1:47Speaker 3: big news stories of the day. I want to mention
- 1:50Speaker 3: before I get to my commentary. Number One, Trump has Washington,
- 1:53Speaker 3: DC so locked down, now, so safe that the military
- 1:58Speaker 3: pulled over Brett Baar Fox News. He was pulled over
- 2:02Speaker 3: and I believe ticketed, ticketed driving his wife's car. I'll
- 2:07Speaker 3: get to that lake run of the show. It's not
- 2:09Speaker 3: an important story, but it's a funny story. It's an
- 2:11Speaker 3: interesting story. You can't even drive in DC if you're
- 2:14Speaker 3: a Fox News it's without getting pulled over.
- 2:16Speaker 1: That's how safe DC is now.
- 2:19Speaker 3: And then all these years, you know, I was pre
- 2:20Speaker 3: law at Columbia University back in nineteen eighty ninety seventy
- 2:25Speaker 3: nine to eighty three, and one of my heroes was
- 2:29Speaker 3: the guy at the time who I thought was the
- 2:30Speaker 3: greatest lawyer in the world, certainly the greatest lawyer in America,
- 2:33Speaker 3: but probably in the world. And it was the guy
- 2:35Speaker 3: who wore cowboy hats, long hair, and fringe cowboy jackets.
- 2:39Speaker 3: His name was Jerry Spence, and Jerry Spence from Wyoming
- 2:44Speaker 3: who won some of the biggest cases in the history
- 2:46Speaker 3: of America. Ninety six years old and he died last week,
- 2:50Speaker 3: surrounded a by family at his home in Montecito, California.
- 2:54Speaker 3: What a legacy. What an amazing lawyer. Not a fan
- 2:57Speaker 3: of legal profession or lawyers in general, but you know,
- 2:59Speaker 3: once someone's great, I'm just a fan of anyone who's
- 3:02Speaker 3: great at what they do. So as an example, Alan
- 3:05Speaker 3: Jershchwitz is the greatest lawyer in the world today. Jerry
- 3:07Speaker 3: Spence was the greatest lawyer in the nineteen eighties, and
- 3:10Speaker 3: he was my guy. I just was in awe of
- 3:13Speaker 3: his success and his talent and his achievements. Congratulations to
- 3:18Speaker 3: Jerry Spence on a great life and a great career.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Life well spent. Family loved you, surrounded you in death.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Ninety six years old, passed from this earth last week.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Jerry Spence.
- 3:28Speaker 3: All right, And then the last story before you get
- 3:30Speaker 3: to my commentary. The average American will get a three thousand,
- 3:34Speaker 3: seven hundred and fifty two dollars tax cut due the
- 3:37Speaker 3: big beautiful bill. So here all the liberals and many
- 3:40Speaker 3: conservatives were arguing, they don't like the big beautiful bill.
- 3:43Speaker 3: The big beautiful Bill's no good. The big beautiful bill
- 3:45Speaker 3: increases the debt too much.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Don't you want your seven three thousand, seven dollars?
- 3:50Speaker 3: Who doesn't want their thousand, seven hundred dollars, seven hundred
- 3:54Speaker 3: and fifty two dollars.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Anybody don't want it? Raise your hand. If you don't
- 3:58Speaker 1: want it, I'll take it. I'll take your three thousand,
- 4:00Speaker 1: seven hundred and fifty two dollars. I want it.
- 4:02Speaker 3: I wonder if there's any sense on that three thousand
- 4:04Speaker 3: and seven hundred fifty two dollars like forty eight cents.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I'll take it. If you don't want it, I'll take it,
- 4:11Speaker 1: all right.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Big news stories to day, more of them coming up
- 4:15Speaker 3: later on in the show. In the meantime, I want
- 4:17Speaker 3: to read you my column that I wrote this morning.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Trump is succeeding.
- 4:21Speaker 3: He's making Washington, DC safe again, asked Brett bar Police
- 4:25Speaker 3: pulled him over and gave him a ticket. But Democrats
- 4:27Speaker 3: are angry and panicking, and the question is why why
- 4:33Speaker 3: would you be mad that Trump is going to save
- 4:36Speaker 3: some kid's life, probably a black kid's life, because you know,
- 4:40Speaker 3: Knight said, of all crimes committed by blacks in these
- 4:43Speaker 3: big cities, a night set of all the victims are black,
- 4:46Speaker 3: even though sometimes whites, like in Cincinnati, you know, and
- 4:49Speaker 3: in Washington. C has been a few instances as well,
- 4:51Speaker 3: but of white people being attacked by blacks. But in general,
- 4:55Speaker 3: it's almost all black on black crime. Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit,
- 4:59Speaker 3: you name it, New Orleans, it's black on black crime.
- 5:01Speaker 1: So when you lock down a city and make it
- 5:03Speaker 1: safe again.
- 5:05Speaker 3: You are saving the lives of black people, in particular
- 5:08Speaker 3: black young people.
- 5:11Speaker 1: But if Obama did it, he'd be a hero. But
- 5:13Speaker 1: Obama never did it.
- 5:14Speaker 3: Obama never gave a damn about black kids dying in
- 5:16Speaker 3: the streets of Chicago or watching DC. So here's my column.
- 5:20Speaker 3: President Trump is pulling off a miracle. No other president
- 5:23Speaker 3: ever thought of doing this. He's taken over washing DC
- 5:26Speaker 3: and cleaning out the criminals, thugs, gang bangers, illegals, drug dealers,
- 5:30Speaker 3: and homeless bums, and it's working. Can I get a
- 5:33Speaker 3: Gloria Halleujah? Can I get an amen? Can we give
- 5:38Speaker 3: President Trump.
- 5:39Speaker 1: A standing ovation? He is making the impossible, possible.
- 5:44Speaker 3: He is showing us we don't have to live in
- 5:46Speaker 3: fear and allow the criminals and gangs and drug dealers
- 5:49Speaker 3: to control the streets, and we don't have to be
- 5:51Speaker 3: prisoners in our own homes at night. Isn't that a
- 5:54Speaker 3: good lesson to learn? And the thing is, this isn't
- 5:57Speaker 3: about watching DC. This is an experiment and if it succeeds,
- 6:02Speaker 3: and it is succeeding, it's a.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Model for the nation.
- 6:05Speaker 3: This is how Trump takes over all the Democrat run
- 6:09Speaker 3: big cities and sends in troops and makes the mean
- 6:12Speaker 3: streets safe again for citizens and taxpayers. And that's the
- 6:16Speaker 3: main job of government. By the way, I hate goverment.
- 6:18Speaker 3: I despise government. I can't stand paying government money. They
- 6:21Speaker 3: waste my tax money. But the one thing they're supposed
- 6:24Speaker 3: to do is protect us from foreign invaders at the
- 6:27Speaker 3: border and from people that want to do us harm
- 6:30Speaker 3: inside each city, from bad people, from criminals, from drug dealers.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Bravo.
- 6:35Speaker 3: President Trump has proven it could be done. We could
- 6:37Speaker 3: take our streets back. We can make America safe again.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Shouldn't everyone cheer? Certainly anyone who is in a criminal
- 6:45Speaker 3: or an illegal or a gangbanger or a drug dealer or.
- 6:47Speaker 1: A homeless bum should be cheering.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Certainly, all the moms, dads and families whose children can
- 6:53Speaker 3: walk the streets again without fear of dying or being assaulted, raped,
- 6:57Speaker 3: or rob should be excited and thankful and cheering President
- 7:01Speaker 3: Trump and his actions. But there is one group that
- 7:04Speaker 3: is not cheering. They're actually angry, bitter, and panicking. That
- 7:10Speaker 3: group is called Democrats. So we need to ask why
- 7:14Speaker 3: why would Democrat politicians and Democrat political leaders be unhappy
- 7:18Speaker 3: that criminals and drugs and gangs and mentally ill homeless
- 7:21Speaker 3: bums are being taken off the streets of Washington, DC
- 7:24Speaker 3: and soon many other US cities. Well, I know the answer, teacher,
- 7:29Speaker 3: pick me please, I've got the answer.
- 7:31Speaker 1: There are only three possible answers.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Reason number one that Democrats are panicking and angry is jealousy.
- 7:38Speaker 1: You know I know about this.
- 7:40Speaker 3: One firsthand because I have one trade in life that
- 7:42Speaker 3: has propelled me to success.
- 7:44Speaker 1: My whole life and everything I do. I'm a workaholic.
- 7:48Speaker 3: I may not be the smartest or the sharpest or
- 7:50Speaker 3: the strongest guy on the block, but I'm always the
- 7:52Speaker 3: hardest worker. In school, I was in business I am
- 7:56Speaker 3: on TV and radio. I am. No one can out
- 8:00Speaker 3: work me, no one can out hustle me, and that
- 8:02Speaker 3: has always made my competition angry at bitter.
- 8:05Speaker 1: You should see all the conservative talk shows.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Who hate me for no reason. I'm the nicest person
- 8:10Speaker 3: in the world. I'm nice to all of them. They
- 8:12Speaker 3: hate me because I outwork them and they can't stand it.
- 8:15Speaker 3: I work too hard in their minds, which makes them
- 8:18Speaker 3: look bad and lazy by comparison. People don't like to
- 8:24Speaker 3: be shown up, and they think I'm showing them up.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Instead of copying me and working harder to succeed, which
- 8:30Speaker 3: is what they should do, they get angry and bitter
- 8:33Speaker 3: and jealous.
- 8:34Speaker 1: They don't want me to succeed. They'd rather I failed
- 8:37Speaker 1: if it.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Would make them look good and allow them to keep
- 8:40Speaker 3: doing nothing.
- 8:42Speaker 1: That's certainly part of what's happening here.
- 8:44Speaker 3: President Trump is making Democrats look bad, look lazy, look selfish,
- 8:48Speaker 3: and look like losers. They'd rather Trump failed and America
- 8:52Speaker 3: failed it would allow them to keep doing nothing for
- 8:55Speaker 3: the American people.
- 8:57Speaker 1: If Trump outworks.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Them, out hustles them, keeps winning one hundred times a day,
- 9:02Speaker 3: keeps making the impossible possible, keeps making America great again
- 9:06Speaker 3: and safe again. He showcases what miserable, lazy, selfish losers
- 9:12Speaker 3: Democrats are. If Trump is able to clean up the
- 9:15Speaker 3: streets of big cities run one hundred percent by Democrat politicians,
- 9:20Speaker 3: but the Democrat politicians who run those cities never even
- 9:24Speaker 3: tried to clean up the cities, the citizens will start
- 9:27Speaker 3: to realize Democrat politicians are good for nothing, lazy bums.
- 9:32Speaker 3: If Trump succeeds, the citizens won't elect Democrats anymore. They
- 9:37Speaker 3: will see that the emperor has no clothes. They will
- 9:41Speaker 3: realize they never had to live this way in the
- 9:43Speaker 3: first place. They never had to fear dying in their
- 9:46Speaker 3: own streets, in front of their own houses, in their
- 9:48Speaker 3: own neighborhoods. They never had to be prisoners in their
- 9:51Speaker 3: own homes to night. They never had to accept living
- 9:54Speaker 3: in a third world crap hole. They will realize Democrat
- 9:58Speaker 3: politicians Democrat policies caused their misery. Reason number two is votes.
- 10:05Speaker 3: Part of the reason Democrats are so angry is the
- 10:08Speaker 3: bad people. President Trump is removing from.
- 10:11Speaker 1: The streets of DC and soon other cities.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Criminals, thugs, felons, drug dealers, gang bangers, illegal aliens and
- 10:18Speaker 3: homeless bums are the base of the Democrat Party. Democrats
- 10:23Speaker 3: understand they can't win elections without these voters because the
- 10:26Speaker 3: majority of good people with families and jobs and responsibility
- 10:30Speaker 3: and businesses and living in homes.
- 10:32Speaker 1: That they own already vote Republican.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Democrats need criminals and thugs and illegals and drug dealers
- 10:39Speaker 3: and drug addicts and gangs and homeless bums to win elections.
- 10:45Speaker 3: That's their secret recipe, their formula. And then reason number
- 10:49Speaker 3: three when we get back for the break in segment
- 10:53Speaker 3: number two, I'll read your reason number three. That's the
- 10:55Speaker 3: most important one of all. Wait to hear reason number
- 10:57Speaker 3: three why Democrats are angry and bitter and jealous of
- 11:00Speaker 3: President Trump and panicking. Sponsor of this show, VRRA Vertical

- 11:51Speaker 1: All right, a special treat for you.
- 11:52Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 11:55Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend. Mark Bruner, founder and
- 11:59Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Lost Soldier is the last.
- 12:04Speaker 3: Major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation. This is code for
- 12:10Speaker 3: a monster field where gas or oil is in a basin,
- 12:14Speaker 3: which makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark, You're
- 12:17Speaker 3: allegend in the oil industry, in the gas industry.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Tell us about your track record.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 12:26Speaker 4: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 12:29Speaker 4: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 12:32Speaker 4: it sold out to US Steel. It was the largest
- 12:34Speaker 4: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 12:38Speaker 4: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 12:41Speaker 4: out to a US Steel. I worked with him for
- 12:43Speaker 4: four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
- 12:47Speaker 4: You would probably know me better as this chairman of
- 12:50Speaker 4: Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
- 12:54Speaker 4: which you're very familiar with.
- 12:56Speaker 3: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 12:59Speaker 3: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 13:02Speaker 3: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 13:06Speaker 4: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Ten thousand dollars turn into thirteen million. That means one
- 13:10Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars turn into one hundred and thirty million.
- 13:12Speaker 3: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
- 13:16Speaker 3: deal lost Soldier. This project is so special. I hear
- 13:20Speaker 3: about projects and deals all the time. What makes this
- 13:23Speaker 3: one special?
- 13:24Speaker 1: Mark?
- 13:25Speaker 4: What's special about this is all the other basines of
- 13:28Speaker 4: the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
- 13:30Speaker 4: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 13:33Speaker 4: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 13:35Speaker 4: was reclimated three years ago. No one could drill it.
- 13:39Speaker 4: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 13:42Speaker 4: billions of dollars in infrastructure, then at this point eighty
- 13:46Speaker 4: five percent empty. So we made this discovery. We are
- 13:49Speaker 4: the only operator in this field, and right now we
- 13:53Speaker 4: can see that we've got enough room for five hundred
- 13:56Speaker 4: horizontal wells out here with what we drilled so far.
- 13:59Speaker 4: Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States,
- 14:03Speaker 4: and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
- 14:05Speaker 4: of a magnitude bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that
- 14:08Speaker 4: I did.
- 14:09Speaker 5: All right.
- 14:10Speaker 3: The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty simple stuff,
- 14:14Speaker 3: Lost Soldier dot com. The project forty thousand acres took
- 14:18Speaker 3: forty years to piece together. It's called Lost Soldier Oil
- 14:21Speaker 3: and Gas LLC. That's the company that's the project. But
- 14:24Speaker 3: the website Lost Soldier dot com. If you're an a
- 14:28Speaker 3: credit investor, Mark wants to hear from you. If you
- 14:30Speaker 3: want to hear more information, check it out. Fill out
- 14:33Speaker 3: the form and you get the Lost Soldier Mark and
- 14:35Speaker 3: as people will get back to you as CFO and
- 14:37Speaker 3: let you know all the details you need to know Lost.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Soldier dot Com. Thanks Mark for being with us today.
- 14:44Speaker 5: Thank you Wayne, good to see you again.
- 15:04Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Larut the root. The root, the root's
- 15:07Speaker 1: on fire.
- 15:08Speaker 3: Let me mention a couple of things real quick, and
- 15:09Speaker 3: then I'll get back to my commentary and finish.
- 15:11Speaker 1: It up for you.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Russia says they're open to a bilateral or trilateral talks
- 15:16Speaker 3: with Trump and Zelenski. That's so, says Putin's foreign minister.
- 15:21Speaker 3: Most importantly, Switzerland said today they could sign the treaty
- 15:24Speaker 3: in Switzerland. You know, Trump must have arranged that. And
- 15:27Speaker 3: then I've got this story in here that I'm dying
- 15:30Speaker 3: to tell you about. But you know, there's only so
- 15:32Speaker 3: many stories and so much time.
- 15:34Speaker 1: But I thought i'd bring it up real quick.
- 15:35Speaker 3: The mayor of Boston basically says it's like the American
- 15:38Speaker 3: Revolution and the Boston Tea Party. If you're gonna come
- 15:41Speaker 3: into my city, which is a sanctuary city, and you're
- 15:44Speaker 3: gonna try and take illegals into port them, we're gonna
- 15:46Speaker 3: have a war.
- 15:47Speaker 1: We're gonna go to war with you. And the same thing.
- 15:49Speaker 3: In New York City, a state assemblyman and a city
- 15:52Speaker 3: councilman both said we should really go to war with
- 15:55Speaker 3: this administration. Whatever we've got to do. This is the
- 15:59Speaker 3: problem with the Democrat Party.
- 16:01Speaker 1: They're nuts who would fight for illegal aliens. You've never
- 16:05Speaker 1: fought for me. You've never fought on my side like that.
- 16:09Speaker 3: You don't give a damn when the government comes after
- 16:11Speaker 3: me and the irs comes after me. You don't give
- 16:13Speaker 3: a damn when the goverment overtaxes me. You don't give
- 16:15Speaker 3: a damn when SO Security's about to go bankrupt. You
- 16:18Speaker 3: don't give a damn them. I lect you build triples
- 16:20Speaker 3: at quadruples because you're freaking green energy policies.
- 16:23Speaker 1: And I came close to saying the other word, not freaking.
- 16:26Speaker 3: You don't give a damn because of freaking Obamacare destroying
- 16:30Speaker 3: my healthcare, But you care so much for foreigners who
- 16:34Speaker 3: broke into our country, foreign invaders. You're nuts, all right.
- 16:40Speaker 3: I was reading you my commentary. Trump is succeeding. He's
- 16:43Speaker 3: making Washington, DC safe again. But Democrats are angry and panicking,
- 16:47Speaker 3: and the question is why, And I read you Reason
- 16:49Speaker 3: number one, they're jealous because Trump outworks them and Trump
- 16:52Speaker 3: is succeeding and he's proving they're a bunch of failures.
- 16:55Speaker 3: And reason number two, they need the votes because all
- 16:57Speaker 3: the weirdos and the you know, the strange people, and
- 17:00Speaker 3: the criminal people and the thugs and the drug dealers
- 17:03Speaker 3: and the illegal aliens that were get rid of and
- 17:06Speaker 3: clean the streets and kick them out.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Those are Democrat voters.
- 17:09Speaker 3: They can't win elections without them, and of course they
- 17:12Speaker 3: can't win with the census without him. That's how Democrats
- 17:16Speaker 3: have stayed in power. They cheat, they rig the process.
- 17:19Speaker 3: The census counts illegals and counts all these scumbags. Let's
- 17:24Speaker 3: clean them out and they won't be there anymore. Reason
- 17:26Speaker 3: number three, Democrats.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Have sold us out.
- 17:29Speaker 3: All the above is true, but I believe this number
- 17:33Speaker 3: three is the most important reason why they're panicking, why
- 17:35Speaker 3: they're bitter, why they're angry. Democrats are on the payroll
- 17:38Speaker 3: of our worst foreign enemies. How many times if I
- 17:41Speaker 3: told you that on this show, Democrats have sold us out.
- 17:44Speaker 3: They sold us down the river. They're being paid to
- 17:47Speaker 3: make America fail. They were on the payroll the Mexican
- 17:51Speaker 3: drug cartels. They're on the payroll of the Chinese Communist Party.
- 17:54Speaker 1: They're on the.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Payroll of the Mullahs of Iran. And where does the
- 17:57Speaker 3: Mulla's of Iran get their money? We give it to
- 18:00Speaker 3: Obama and Biden, give them billions they kicked back something
- 18:03Speaker 3: to Democrats, just like in Ukraine, where does U Crate
- 18:06Speaker 3: get money?
- 18:07Speaker 1: We give it to them, then they kick back to
- 18:08Speaker 1: the Democrat party.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Democrats are being paid in two ways by our enemies
- 18:13Speaker 3: to make America fail. First, Democrats get millions depositive to
- 18:16Speaker 3: offshore accounts. They're all getting filthy rich with these bribes,
- 18:20Speaker 3: this blood money. And if Trump succeeds in making America
- 18:23Speaker 3: great again, the money stops. The gravy train is over,
- 18:27Speaker 3: the jig is up, and that's why they hate Trump
- 18:29Speaker 3: so much and that's why they're panicking. And then secondly,
- 18:32Speaker 3: Democrat campaigns are financed by illegal foreign contributions sent in
- 18:37Speaker 3: small denominations to avoid FEC reporting requirements. Didn't you ever
- 18:43Speaker 3: wonder how Democrats always seem to have more money, more
- 18:46Speaker 3: tv ads, bigger war chests than Republicans. Didn't you ever
- 18:49Speaker 3: wonder how a dumb as a doorknob, clueless, incompetent moron
- 18:54Speaker 3: like Kamala Harris raised a record set a one point
- 18:57Speaker 3: three billion dollars for her presidential campaign. It was mostly
- 19:01Speaker 3: illegal money from our foreign enemies who wanted this moron
- 19:05Speaker 3: to be running the country because she'd hand it over
- 19:07Speaker 3: to them, and she'd make America fail. I've worned for
- 19:10Speaker 3: years that the Mexican drug cartels and China and Iran's
- 19:15Speaker 3: terrorists have been sending billions of dollars in political contributions
- 19:19Speaker 3: to Democrats through I believe Act Blue. That's what they
- 19:23Speaker 3: use to get all the foreign illegal money, which is
- 19:26Speaker 3: why it appears that ActBlue is about to be indicted
- 19:28Speaker 3: and closed down by the Trump DOJ.
- 19:31Speaker 1: The jig is up.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Trump's DOJ is about to end this scam of all scams.
- 19:36Speaker 3: They are stealing elections with foreign money from our worst
- 19:39Speaker 3: foreign enemies. Trump's about to put Democrats out of business
- 19:42Speaker 3: because without foreign campaign contributions and without.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Dirty bribes offshore, and.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Without massive voter fraud, Democrats cannot win elections. And that's
- 19:54Speaker 3: why Democrats are so angry and so bitter and so
- 19:57Speaker 3: panicked that Trump is succeeding in Washington, DC and everywhere
- 20:02Speaker 3: else as well. All right, that's my latest commentary. It's

- 22:25Speaker 3: But I want to mention that this is the second
- 22:27Speaker 3: term of President Trump and it's all about Drill, Baby,
- 22:30Speaker 3: Drill at making America the energy capital of the world.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Lost Soldier Oil and Gas founded by second generation oil

- 22:44Speaker 3: went for a public company by the way, which went
- 22:46Speaker 3: from fifteen cents a share to two hundred dollars to share.
- 22:50Speaker 3: At its peak, a ten thousand dollars investment grew into
- 22:53Speaker 3: thirteen million.
- 22:54Speaker 1: You know again, is there always an asterisk? Yeah? Yeah,
- 22:57Speaker 1: to hold it for the ten years this thing was public,
- 22:59Speaker 1: but he held it.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Ten k crew into thirteen million, every ten k crew
- 23:05Speaker 3: into thirteen million. Have you ever heard of it like that?
- 23:08Speaker 3: One of the biggest hits in the history of Wall Street.
- 23:10Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is Mark's latest project. It took forty years
- 23:14Speaker 3: to piece together this forty thousand acre giant guest discovery.
- 23:16Speaker 3: Field Mark believes that this could become as renowned as
- 23:20Speaker 3: the Premium Basin. From their initial testing, it looks that big.
- 23:24Speaker 3: If you're an incredited investor and would like to get
- 23:27Speaker 3: involved in this project, would like to hear more about it,

- 23:40Speaker 1: All right, guest segment.
- 23:41Speaker 3: My guest is Dan Flynn, a senior editor of the
- 23:44Speaker 3: American spectator, a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution, author
- 23:48Speaker 3: of The Man who Invented Conservatism. It's the biography of
- 23:52Speaker 3: Frank S. Meyer, just released today. Oh, we got him
- 23:56Speaker 3: on the day of the release. Frank s Meyer, Dan Flynn,
- 24:00Speaker 3: welcome to my show, Wayne Root, how are you hey?
- 24:04Speaker 5: Thank you for having me.
- 24:06Speaker 1: So I'm gonna be very frank with you. Okay.
- 24:08Speaker 3: I saw this and I said right away, let's get
- 24:10Speaker 3: him on. I want to hear about this because.
- 24:12Speaker 1: I don't know this guy.
- 24:13Speaker 3: I never heard of this guy, Frank Meyer, who invented conservatism.
- 24:17Speaker 3: I thought conservatism was invented by a combination of James Buckley, right,
- 24:22Speaker 3: or the Buckley family, I should say, And what was
- 24:25Speaker 3: James brother's name. I can't remember his name now, I
- 24:28Speaker 3: can't remember Buckley, William F.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Buckley, William F. Buckley, and Barry Goldwinter.
- 24:33Speaker 3: I thought we're kind of the godfathers of conservatism.
- 24:36Speaker 1: I don't know Frank S. Meyer, So fill us in.
- 24:39Speaker 3: If he's the guy that invented conservatism, then I love
- 24:41Speaker 3: him and I appreciate him, and I want to learn
- 24:43Speaker 3: about him.
- 24:43Speaker 1: So tell us about him. Well, it's interesting that you.
- 24:48Speaker 5: Bring up those two names.
- 24:49Speaker 7: When Meyer was on with Mike Wallace in nineteen sixty one,
- 24:53Speaker 7: Wallace said, I would venture to guess that maybe one
- 24:56Speaker 7: of the thousand of my viewers know who you are.
- 24:58Speaker 5: But I'm told that William F.
- 24:59Speaker 7: Buck luckily hangs on your every bit of editorial advice,
- 25:03Speaker 7: and that Barry Goldwater solicit you for.
- 25:05Speaker 5: Political advice, which is true.
- 25:08Speaker 7: And so Meyer was a guy that was well known
- 25:11Speaker 7: in Concerti circles, elite Concerti circles, but for people that
- 25:15Speaker 7: were rank and file conservatives, they may not have known
- 25:18Speaker 7: him as well as much. He was president at the
- 25:20Speaker 7: creation of National Review. He was a founder of the
- 25:22Speaker 7: American Conservative Union. He was a founder of the Philadelphia Society.
- 25:25Speaker 7: He was there when they started Young Americans' Freedom. He
- 25:28Speaker 7: was a founder of the Conservative Party of New York.
- 25:31Speaker 7: So he was a guy that was fighting in the
- 25:33Speaker 7: trenches for conservatism, not necessarily for Republicanism. When he was
- 25:38Speaker 7: with the Freeman magazine in the fifties, he urged them
- 25:40Speaker 7: not to endorse Dwight Eisenhower because he thought Eisenhower had
- 25:45Speaker 7: made a truce with a new Deal, and that because
- 25:48Speaker 7: he did that, him and some of the other editors
- 25:50Speaker 7: were forced out of The Freeman. Later in nineteen sixty
- 25:53Speaker 7: when he was with National Review, he said, under no
- 25:55Speaker 7: circumstances should we endorse Nixon or Nelson Rockefeller too liberal Republicans.
- 26:01Speaker 7: And he wrote this man when he said we may
- 26:02Speaker 7: have to wait until nineteen eighty until we get one
- 26:05Speaker 7: of our own in the White House, it may take
- 26:07Speaker 7: that law. And he is very prescient there. He was
- 26:10Speaker 7: also very precient. In nineteen sixty two he said, mister
- 26:13Speaker 7: Khrush Chief, tear down this wall. And of course, twenty
- 26:16Speaker 7: five years later that's what Ronald Reagan did.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Well, you know what's funny is you just mentioned something
- 26:21Speaker 3: very close to my heart. My dad and my mom,
- 26:24Speaker 3: David and Stellar Route, are now dead, but they were
- 26:26Speaker 3: two of the founders of the New York State Conservative Party.
- 26:29Speaker 1: You mentioned that.
- 26:29Speaker 3: This gentleman was Frank Meyer or Mayor excuse me, Frank S.
- 26:34Speaker 3: Mayor was one of the founders in New York State
- 26:36Speaker 3: concert parties, so I'm sure my parents must have known him.
- 26:39Speaker 3: My parents answered an ad in the newspaper from their
- 26:42Speaker 3: dear friend Dan Mahoney, and there was an add the
- 26:45Speaker 3: paper saying, if you think your Javits and Rockefeller are
- 26:48Speaker 3: too liberal. Then come to the very first meeting and
- 26:51Speaker 3: founding of the New York State Consertive Party, and my
- 26:53Speaker 3: parents answered the ed and came to the meeting, became
- 26:56Speaker 3: friends with Dan Mahoney and Surf Maltese and founded the
- 26:59Speaker 3: Westchester wing of the Conservative Party. So that's my background,
- 27:03Speaker 3: that's where I come from. So I'll bet my parents
- 27:05Speaker 3: knew this Frank Mayor.
- 27:08Speaker 7: Well, Surf Maltese was a source for the book, so
- 27:11Speaker 7: a lot of this stuff about Frank was came from
- 27:13Speaker 7: Surf Maltese.
- 27:14Speaker 5: But Dan Mahoney of course was the prime mover.
- 27:17Speaker 7: There was the Conservative Party in New York, but they
- 27:19Speaker 7: had their first meeting in Queen's and Frank was one
- 27:21Speaker 7: of the guys that was at that meeting.
- 27:23Speaker 3: Yes, and Dan Mahoney lived in Westchester County, I believe
- 27:26Speaker 3: it in Mount Vernon on the Bronxville borderline. And my
- 27:29Speaker 3: family and I I still remember as a little kid,
- 27:31Speaker 3: we used to drive this house all the time and
- 27:33Speaker 3: talk about conservative politics.
- 27:35Speaker 1: We were always at the Mahony house.
- 27:37Speaker 3: Surf Maltese, I think, was the Queen's guy, right, So
- 27:39Speaker 3: Dan was near us. We lived like five minutes from
- 27:42Speaker 3: Dan mahoney. So we were always driving over his house.
- 27:44Speaker 3: So what a small world, right, It's crazy, what a
- 27:47Speaker 3: small world it is. So explain the term fusionism, which
- 27:52Speaker 3: is the blueprint, you say, for American conservatism.
- 27:55Speaker 1: What does fusionism mean?
- 28:00Speaker 7: Was the dominant kind of default philosophy of American concertives
- 28:04Speaker 7: from say Goldwater through Ronald Reagan, and at its sort
- 28:08Speaker 7: of distilled, simplistic level, it was that the American founding
- 28:12Speaker 7: is the tradition of America, and the founding means freedom.
- 28:16Speaker 7: So in that way you bring together libertarians and traditionalists,
- 28:20Speaker 7: and it gets a little bit more complicated than that.
- 28:22Speaker 7: Frank wrote a book called In Defense of Freedom, and
- 28:25Speaker 7: in that book he said that freedom, you know, the
- 28:28Speaker 7: government basically had three responsibilities, which is to provide for
- 28:32Speaker 7: common defense, police powers, into adjudicate disputes, and anything beyond
- 28:37Speaker 7: that is the government overstepping its reach and so like. Basically,
- 28:42Speaker 7: what fusionism was was traditionalists and libertarians they found a
- 28:47Speaker 7: way in which they were not in conflict, but they
- 28:49Speaker 7: were in cooperation. That you cannot have freedom in this
- 28:52Speaker 7: country without the thousands of years of Western civilization, the
- 28:56Speaker 7: tradition that it's rested upon, you take that away, and
- 28:59Speaker 7: the freedom is going to go.
- 29:00Speaker 3: Yeah, it's funny that you just mentioned that we really
- 29:03Speaker 3: do have a lot in common here, and I have
- 29:04Speaker 3: a lot in common with this Frank Meyer, because I
- 29:07Speaker 3: was just in my last segment saying that I can't
- 29:10Speaker 3: stand government. I hate gom and I hate to say that,
- 29:12Speaker 3: but I really despise government. And the only two things
- 29:15Speaker 3: I think government really should be doing, I said, is
- 29:18Speaker 3: defending our country from foreign enemies, which means defend the
- 29:21Speaker 3: border and defending you and me, the average citizen, from
- 29:25Speaker 3: the creeps and criminals and thugs in the street. And
- 29:28Speaker 3: they don't do either of those two very well. Truck does,
- 29:31Speaker 3: but nobody else seems to do those two very well.
- 29:33Speaker 3: Matter of fact, Democrats couldn't care less about either one
- 29:36Speaker 3: of those. But if Frank Mayer said the same thing,
- 29:39Speaker 3: you see where I get all this stuff from. It
- 29:41Speaker 3: turns out he was kind of the godfather and that
- 29:43Speaker 3: led me to all these beliefs.
- 29:44Speaker 1: And I didn't even know it. So how come he
- 29:47Speaker 1: kind of disappeared? Why is he better known today?
- 29:50Speaker 3: What happened to Frank s mayor historically? Why is any
- 29:54Speaker 3: part of the history of conservatism that I know.
- 30:00Speaker 7: It was in England. He was the Johnny Appleseed of communism.
- 30:04Speaker 7: When he went over there, he got deported.
- 30:06Speaker 5: The reason he.
- 30:07Speaker 7: Got deported, well, one of the reasons he got deported
- 30:10Speaker 7: is that at the very time he was calling for
- 30:13Speaker 7: violent overthrow of the British government, he was messing around
- 30:16Speaker 7: with Prime Minister Ramsay McDonald's youngest daughter. I don't know
- 30:20Speaker 7: of Lennon or Jay or Fidelcaster or any revolutionary who
- 30:23Speaker 7: was that brash as frank Meyer later when he testified
- 30:26Speaker 7: against his former comrades, when he had a change of
- 30:28Speaker 7: heart the Communist Party. And I got this from British
- 30:33Speaker 7: intelligence declassified files.
- 30:35Speaker 5: They had wiped him.
- 30:36Speaker 7: Clean from their history and they're on you know, there
- 30:39Speaker 7: was a wire tap where they're plotting to erase frank Meyer.
- 30:43Speaker 7: And so that's why you don't get the frank Meyer
- 30:45Speaker 7: from the Communist Party. It's the frank Meyer from the
- 30:49Speaker 7: Concernative movement has been it's been neglect. And basically what
- 30:52Speaker 7: happened is in twenty twenty two, after two years of searching,
- 30:56Speaker 7: I found frank Meyer's papers in a warehouse in al Tuna,
- 30:59Speaker 7: penn Sylvania. There led us from Tolkien, from Joan Didion,
- 31:02Speaker 7: from C. S. Lewis, from William Buckley, from Goldwater, Reagan,
- 31:06Speaker 7: Henry Kissinger, you go on and on. All these famous
- 31:10Speaker 7: personages of the twentieth century are in that collection. It
- 31:12Speaker 7: took me two years to find, nineteen months to transcribe
- 31:16Speaker 7: the relevant portions of those documents. But all these other
- 31:19Speaker 7: famous figures in the conservative movement, they have papers in
- 31:21Speaker 7: an archive. Frank didn't, and you know, it took me
- 31:25Speaker 7: a long time to find, but I found it in
- 31:26Speaker 7: that warehouse, and it took me a long time to
- 31:28Speaker 7: kind of transcribe it.
- 31:30Speaker 5: But here we have it in the book. You know,
- 31:32Speaker 5: the man of invented conservatism.
- 31:35Speaker 7: The reason why I think Concernais should should get this
- 31:37Speaker 7: is because all of that information from that warehouse, this
- 31:41Speaker 7: is my book, is not coming from other books. This
- 31:43Speaker 7: is coming from documents that nobody has seen. There's a
- 31:46Speaker 7: thousand letters from the Brent Bazell, Wilmore, Kendall, Bill Buckley
- 31:50Speaker 7: that nobody has ever seen before. There's letters from Barry
- 31:53Speaker 7: Goldwater that nobody's ever seen before.
- 31:55Speaker 5: And it all came out of this warehouse in Altoona.
- 31:57Speaker 7: And if I didn't find it, you know it was
- 31:59Speaker 7: gonna being an incinerator or in a landfill within a
- 32:03Speaker 7: few years. So there's all this new information I collect.
- 32:08Speaker 7: As you can see in the background. And for people
- 32:11Speaker 7: that collect, there's a phrase new old stock, and what
- 32:14Speaker 7: these this material that I have all over my house
- 32:16Speaker 7: is new old stock. I have material that no one
- 32:19Speaker 7: has ever seen, but it's been sitting there collecting docks
- 32:21Speaker 7: dust for sixty seventy in some cases one hundred years.
- 32:25Speaker 3: You know what I've always considered my heroes, you know,
- 32:28Speaker 3: the guys I really looked up to as a conservative,
- 32:30Speaker 3: and I grew up around the Conservative Party of New York.
- 32:33Speaker 3: My real heroes were Barry Gowoder, Ronald Reagan, and Jack Kemp.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Jack Kemp's another kind of unsung hero of conservatism. And
- 32:41Speaker 3: I met him as a kid, and he was my
- 32:43Speaker 3: hero because he was an NFL star, NFL quarterback and
- 32:46Speaker 3: an amazing congressman.
- 32:48Speaker 1: And he's the guy that wrote the tax bill.
- 32:50Speaker 3: The tax cut bill that Reagan passed and Reagan gets
- 32:53Speaker 3: credit for it was the.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Kemp Roth tax bill originally.
- 32:57Speaker 3: So those are my heroes, and of course the Buckley
- 33:00Speaker 3: James and William and Dan Mahoney.
- 33:02Speaker 1: And now I'm going to add to that list, Frank
- 33:04Speaker 1: s Meyer.
- 33:05Speaker 3: Dan Flynn wrote the book It's called The Man Who
- 33:09Speaker 3: Invented Conservatism, The biography of Frank S Meyer, just released today. Dan,
- 33:15Speaker 3: thank you for unearthing all of this stuff and bringing
- 33:18Speaker 3: this to.
- 33:18Speaker 1: My attention and all by viewers and fans attention.
- 33:21Speaker 5: Thank you, Dan, Thank you, Wayne.
- 33:25Speaker 1: I appreciate it all right, Wayne, Larute will be right back.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Don't go anywhere. Lots more to come.
- 33:33Speaker 3: Hi, This is Wayne Alerut for VRA Vertical Research Advisory.

- 36:59Speaker 3: Trump is not only putting together this amazing meeting, a
- 37:03Speaker 3: chance for peace between Putin and Zelenski.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Trump said today no boots on the ground.
- 37:09Speaker 3: He made a promise there will not be American troops
- 37:12Speaker 3: on the ground.
- 37:12Speaker 1: That's great news for.
- 37:14Speaker 3: All of you who have You know, young men and
- 37:16Speaker 3: young women who could be in the military, who already
- 37:18Speaker 3: are in the military. They're not going to die in
- 37:21Speaker 3: some war in Ukraine between Ukraine and Russia.
- 37:24Speaker 1: A meaningless war to us. I don't care about Ukraine.
- 37:27Speaker 1: It means nothing to me.
- 37:28Speaker 3: Now, if Russia wants to take Poland and the rest
- 37:30Speaker 3: of Europe, we're going to war. But I don't think
- 37:32Speaker 3: they want to do that. They're not suicidal. Putin's not crazy.
- 37:36Speaker 3: He just wants part of Ukraine, A little part of
- 37:39Speaker 3: Ukraine that he's already taken, that really naturally belonged to
- 37:42Speaker 3: Russia from the very beginning. And does that matter to me.
- 37:45Speaker 3: I don't care. I don't want my kids dying in
- 37:47Speaker 3: that war. I don't want your kids dying in that war.
- 37:49Speaker 3: So that's good news. That's good news. Lots of good
- 37:52Speaker 3: things going on. You heard my opening commentary. It was
- 37:55Speaker 3: all about Washington, d C. And Trump succeeding and why
- 37:59Speaker 3: Democrats are so angry and bitter and panicking.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Here's the story.
- 38:03Speaker 3: MS thirteen gang member arrested in DC as Bondi, the
- 38:07Speaker 3: Attorney General. Pambondi touts administration's extraordinary crime crackdown.
- 38:12Speaker 1: So far, they've arrested four.
- 38:14Speaker 3: Hundred and sixty five total arrests since Trump began federal
- 38:18Speaker 3: operations in DC, and it's working. I've heard the streets
- 38:22Speaker 3: of Washington, d C. Are absolutely safe.
- 38:25Speaker 1: At the moment. All the criminals are in hiding, the
- 38:27Speaker 1: illegals have gone away.
- 38:29Speaker 3: And this is an interesting one because you know, I
- 38:32Speaker 3: write so much stuff and say so much stuff. I
- 38:34Speaker 3: can't even remember anymore where I said it or where
- 38:36Speaker 3: I wrote it. I don't know if this was in
- 38:38Speaker 3: a commentary. I don't know if this was in a
- 38:41Speaker 3: social media post, or I don't know if I sent
- 38:43Speaker 3: this as a note to the President of the United States,
- 38:46Speaker 3: President Donald J.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Trump. But I said somewhere on this show, I believe
- 38:51Speaker 1: that we should be offering rewards.
- 38:53Speaker 3: I think I wrote it in a commentary that if
- 38:57Speaker 3: illegal aliens get a five thousand dollars, say to leave
- 39:00Speaker 3: the country right now, it's a thousand, I think it
- 39:01Speaker 3: should be raised. Then the people should get five hundred
- 39:05Speaker 3: dollars for each illegal you turn in. And the US
- 39:08Speaker 3: Marshall Service announces a five hundred dollars reward for tips
- 39:12Speaker 3: that lead to any arrest in Washington, d C. That's
- 39:14Speaker 3: not even about illegals, it's any arrest. When they crack
- 39:17Speaker 3: down on crime, it's the drug dealers, it's you know,
- 39:20Speaker 3: the bad muggers and robbers and murderers and thugs on
- 39:24Speaker 3: the streets of Washington, d C. In an effort to
- 39:27Speaker 3: make DC safe again, the US Marshals announce a five
- 39:29Speaker 3: hundred dollars reward for tips that lead to an arrest
- 39:32Speaker 3: in Washington, d C. Scan the QR code above and
- 39:37Speaker 3: submit your tip.
- 39:38Speaker 1: Isn't that cool? That is really cool?
- 39:41Speaker 3: And so you know, I don't know if they got
- 39:42Speaker 3: the idea for me or not, but I know I've
- 39:44Speaker 3: talked about it on this show. I know I've written
- 39:46Speaker 3: it in a commentary, five hundred dollar tips to the
- 39:49Speaker 3: American people for turning in illegals here. You're turning in
- 39:52Speaker 3: anyone as a criminal in Washington C. I think you
- 39:54Speaker 3: should turn in illegal aliens and make.
- 39:57Speaker 1: A five hundred dollar tip.
- 39:58Speaker 3: And Louisiana, missis Be, Tennessee pledge additional National Guard troops
- 40:03Speaker 3: to Washington d C. It's a total of six red
- 40:05Speaker 3: Republican states sending their troops to Washington d C. Let's
- 40:10Speaker 3: see if we can find out which states are sending
- 40:13Speaker 3: their troops, because I really don't know, and I'd like
- 40:16Speaker 3: to say those who send it are heroes.
- 40:20Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 40:21Speaker 3: West Virginia, Ohio, and South Carolina have already pledged hundreds
- 40:25Speaker 3: of troops each in line with his presidential memorandum authorizing
- 40:29Speaker 3: state governors to send their troops to help President Trump
- 40:32Speaker 3: make DC safe again. So West Virginia, thank you, West Virginia, Ohio,
- 40:37Speaker 3: thank you all of you out there from Ohio, and
- 40:40Speaker 3: the governor of Ohio and South Carolina, thank you.
- 40:42Speaker 1: South Carolina.
- 40:43Speaker 3: Now add to that list Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
- 40:47Speaker 1: All Republican states and mostly all Southern Republican states.
- 40:52Speaker 3: Here's that story I told you about at the very
- 40:54Speaker 3: beginning of the show I mentioned far left Boston mayor
- 40:57Speaker 3: invokes American Revolution and Fian speech as she dares Attorney
- 41:02Speaker 3: General Pambondi to follow through on her ultimatum to sanctuary cities.
- 41:08Speaker 3: Someone should give this gal, this communist witch that runs
- 41:12Speaker 3: Washington d C. What's your name? I want to see
- 41:15Speaker 3: your name. What a terrible person. I don't even know
- 41:17Speaker 3: your name, lady. You're and nobody. Who is the mayor
- 41:20Speaker 3: of Boston Mayor Wu? Mayor wo whoo?
- 41:26Speaker 1: I don't know what her first name is. Who cares?
- 41:29Speaker 3: Mayor commedy Wu? There she is mayor communist Wu. And
- 41:33Speaker 3: someone should give her a little lesson. Remember January sixth, Darling, honey,
- 41:38Speaker 3: remember January sixth. I know you're probably mentally retarded, but
- 41:41Speaker 3: you know, do you remember January sixth, twenty twenty one?
- 41:44Speaker 3: Do you remember back that far?
- 41:46Speaker 1: You call those people you said it was a coup.
- 41:49Speaker 3: They were traders, right, They're terrible people. That's what you're advocating,
- 41:56Speaker 3: President Trump as a right to.
- 41:58Speaker 1: Arrest illegal aliens. It's federal law.
- 42:01Speaker 3: It's the US Constitution. And you want to fight a
- 42:04Speaker 3: war against your federal government to protect illegal aliens.
- 42:09Speaker 1: Are you crazy?
- 42:10Speaker 3: You called them insurrectionists on January sixth.
- 42:13Speaker 1: You are an insurrectionist. You're a trader.
- 42:16Speaker 3: And this is a coup. And this is all Salinsky said.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Look at the bar or whatever you are.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Blame the other guy.
- 42:22Speaker 3: That's why they made up this coup that didn't exist
- 42:24Speaker 3: on January sixth, so they could then carry out a
- 42:27Speaker 3: coup in the future.
- 42:28Speaker 1: Well they did carry out a coup. They stole the
- 42:30Speaker 1: election from Trump.
