Columbus County’s early voting plans are in flux as the State Board of Elections steps in to choose between two proposals — one with four locations, the other adding a fifth at the Fair Bluff Fire Department plus a Sunday slot at the Ransom Activity Center on October 18th. Both agree on weekday and Saturday hours from Oct 19–31, with extra days at the Board office and Chadbourn Annex.
