- 2:00Speaker 3: on no day with the foot. Yeah without the foot,
- 2:04Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying, Like, no, So I just
- 2:08Speaker 3: been chilling. I haven't had on real clothes, like got
- 2:11Speaker 3: dawged up, did my makeup and did all of that
- 2:14Speaker 3: since sometime since the wedding in August.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Damn, your hair looks nice.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 2:20Speaker 3: I did it today. Some reason why I did it?
- 2:24Speaker 3: I mean I did it yesterday.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Huh. It's a quick weave ing a quick week.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Yeah, nice and flowy.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Thank you? Because I was just looking so bad. My
- 2:34Speaker 2: mama was like, my mom was like, why don't you
- 2:41Speaker 2: do something to your hair.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Baby.
- 2:44Speaker 2: I was like, you know what, You're right, it'll make
- 2:50Speaker 2: you feel better.
- 2:51Speaker 1: That's how I've been looking for weeks. Kay hat Wig,
- 2:56Speaker 1: going riding bike.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Going to ride a bike? So bad, so bad. What'd
- 3:03Speaker 2: you do over the weekend?
- 3:05Speaker 1: Not too much? Ride my bike, me and my hosband.
- 3:08Speaker 1: I rode my bike Saturday and Sunday, very long away.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I probably rode my bike like thirty miles this weekend.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Ooh, that's total.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Like riding a bike the Whole Foods to sit down
- 3:19Speaker 1: and eat the riding it back.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Home counterproductive, but at least you burned off what you ate.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Not really, I'm pretty sure I burned way more than
- 3:29Speaker 1: I actually ate, but I still didn't eat like a
- 3:31Speaker 1: super bad meal at the Whole Foods.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Yeah that's not that's cute. I'm here for it. Used
- 3:36Speaker 2: by yourself.
- 3:37Speaker 1: He was with a friend Monday, not Monday, Jesus Christ.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I skip like that. On Saturday, I went by myself,
- 3:43Speaker 1: and then yesterday I had my homegirl rolle with me.
- 3:47Speaker 1: And it's so like, y'all, get a fucking bike. I
- 3:49Speaker 1: know it's getting cold outside now, but get a bike
- 3:52Speaker 1: or a kite something so you could tap into that
- 3:55Speaker 1: child like energy inside. It's just so fun when it's
- 3:58Speaker 1: nice outside and the breeze.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Or go to spin class.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Man, if y'all got a good spin class with like
- 4:05Speaker 3: the lights that like go off with the music and
- 4:07Speaker 3: it'll be dark and the lights flashing and shit, I
- 4:10Speaker 3: love that shit.
- 4:11Speaker 2: I love that shit.
- 4:12Speaker 1: I've been spending for years. Man, it's just so expensive now.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Like I started spinning when I live in Saint Louis,
- 4:17Speaker 1: and that shit was with my gym membership, Like I
- 4:19Speaker 1: paid twenty dollars a month, good ass spin classes, and
- 4:22Speaker 1: then when I moved back South, I got my certification.
- 4:25Speaker 1: But I just I don't know. People don't even do
- 4:29Speaker 1: the spin like that, not at the gyms. But then
- 4:31Speaker 1: you gotta pay for these old side spots. How much
- 4:34Speaker 1: you paid for spin.
- 4:36Speaker 2: It was like for Unlimited it was almost two hundred
- 4:39Speaker 2: a month.
- 4:39Speaker 1: That is fucking stupid. Bitch. You need to open a
- 4:42Speaker 1: spin studio, fat girl spin, fat.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Girl spind sc L. I don't that sound like, and
- 4:49Speaker 2: then serve pizza at the class.
- 4:52Speaker 1: No bitch is gonna be coming to class just for
- 4:59Speaker 1: the free pizza afterwards. That is an incentive.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Shit, what's good in the sense a first sin of
- 5:09Speaker 2: the week.
- 5:10Speaker 1: This is just this is just a little fyi for
- 5:13Speaker 1: anybody who'll be around here, snooping, snooping in your significant
- 5:18Speaker 1: significant other cell phone, waiting until your man go to sleep,
- 5:25Speaker 1: going to shower, handing a cell phone. It's against the law. Okay,
- 5:29Speaker 1: you might can look in there, but don't tell. I
- 5:32Speaker 1: done looked at nigga cell phones and they'll never know
- 5:35Speaker 1: because I'm not going to bring up anything. I've seen it.
- 5:37Speaker 1: I am able to see things and then just put
- 5:40Speaker 1: a sticky note on it.
- 5:42Speaker 3: I only went through a niggaphone one time in my life,
- 5:47Speaker 3: one time, and it just wasn't good. Like, I'll never
- 5:51Speaker 3: do that again. It wasn't good for my mental health,
- 5:53Speaker 3: it wasn't good for our relationship.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Yeah, it just was bad. So I'll never do that again.
- 5:59Speaker 1: If you want to lose fifteen pounds real quick, then
- 6:02Speaker 1: going a niggaphone, That's not.
- 6:04Speaker 2: How it worked for me.
- 6:05Speaker 3: If you want to gain fifteen pounds real quick, go
- 6:08Speaker 3: through that nigga.
- 6:08Speaker 2: I eat my feelings.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I don't get the pressed real quick. No, I definitely
- 6:12Speaker 1: be eating for real anyway. Yeah, for some people, you know,
- 6:17Speaker 1: all diets don't work for anybody, everybody. But if you,
- 6:20Speaker 1: if you are somebody who like you know, start like
- 6:24Speaker 1: starving yourself when you get depressed, going that niggaphone. So
- 6:27Speaker 1: the Federal Wiretap Act, also known as the Electric Communications
- 6:31Speaker 1: Privacy Act ECPA, or Title one of the EPCA, is
- 6:37Speaker 1: a law that prohibits the UNECPA. What did I say?
- 6:41Speaker 2: EPCA?
- 6:42Speaker 1: ECPA, y'all check that, okay, because she'd be saying I
- 6:47Speaker 1: say something, and then when we hit the recordings, people
- 6:50Speaker 1: be messaging me back like you did say such and such. Anyway,
- 6:54Speaker 1: maybe most me like you was right, lies go listen.
- 7:00Speaker 1: It's a law that prohibits the unauthorized in certain, interception, use,
- 7:06Speaker 1: or disclosure of wire, oral or electric communications and you
- 7:12Speaker 1: know cell phone, email, text messages, like it's none of
- 7:17Speaker 1: your business if it's in if it's in someone else's device.
- 7:22Speaker 3: Let me tell you what my sister did yesterday. So
- 7:25Speaker 3: she accidentally sent twenty dollars to me that she was
- 7:29Speaker 3: supposed to send to my mama. And she came and
- 7:30Speaker 3: she was like, oh, I sent you twenty dollars on
- 7:32Speaker 3: cash up. I meant to send that to mama. I
- 7:34Speaker 3: was like, that's not like a personal problem.
- 7:36Speaker 1: I don't know what.
- 7:38Speaker 2: So later that day I asked her.
- 7:41Speaker 3: I passed her I can't walk, so I passed her
- 7:43Speaker 3: my phone so she could plug it. I was like,
- 7:46Speaker 3: can you plug my phone up? And when she plugged
- 7:49Speaker 3: my phone up, she went in my phone and sent
- 7:51Speaker 3: the twenty dollars back to herself.
- 7:53Speaker 2: I was like, that's illegal. You just there is a
- 7:56Speaker 2: new law and that is illegal. You just committed a
- 7:59Speaker 2: federal crime. Now, don't go on my phone.
- 8:02Speaker 3: She's like, all I did was send my twenty dollars back. No,
- 8:05Speaker 3: that was not your twenty dollars, no more, that was
- 8:07Speaker 3: my money.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Hold on. Okay, So what time did she accidentally send
- 8:11Speaker 1: you the twenty dollars.
- 8:13Speaker 2: She sent it to me the day before, the night before.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Okay, So the next day she had to steal her money.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Why did you not transfer that money back to your sister?
- 8:21Speaker 2: The money AJ ain't no money, bitch.
- 8:27Speaker 1: That's not your money. So your sister had to steal
- 8:30Speaker 1: her cash app back from you.
- 8:32Speaker 2: She can't steal nothing back from me. That's mine.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Once listen, cash app. Let you know that once you
- 8:38Speaker 3: transfer money, where you send it, because once you transfer
- 8:42Speaker 3: that money is no longer yours, baby girl.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Bitch, You a Colombian scammer. You a Colombian scammer? Like,
- 8:51Speaker 1: how you scamming your sister? You know it's an accident.
- 8:54Speaker 1: How did I scam her? She say you were adamant
- 8:56Speaker 1: about not sending it back and she had to steal it.
- 9:00Speaker 2: No, I just forgot, honestly. But those still shit for me.
- 9:07Speaker 1: That's a legal system. Your sister's right, it is illegal.
- 9:11Speaker 1: So this type of shit is not admissible in court. Okay.
- 9:14Speaker 1: So you go in somebody's soul phone, you think you
- 9:16Speaker 1: got all the evidence against your ex husband, child or whoever,
- 9:20Speaker 1: and you don't. You can't use that shit if you
- 9:22Speaker 1: obtained it in an illegal way, like snooping into somebody's
- 9:26Speaker 1: cell phone. So be careful, ladies. If that's the type
- 9:29Speaker 1: of shit you be on ammin. Because every nigga that
- 9:33Speaker 1: I've been with been in my damn cell phone, and
- 9:36Speaker 1: even the ones that lions sit ain't never been in there.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Why the fuck my settings off? Like you've been in
- 9:41Speaker 1: my cell phone doing stuff? I could tell, but they'll
- 9:46Speaker 1: lie insity ain't been in a cell phone.
- 9:49Speaker 2: I don't go on to a niggaphone, don't go in mind.
- 9:51Speaker 2: I'm not going to yours.
- 9:52Speaker 1: I have in the past once And if you want
- 9:56Speaker 1: to hurt your own feelings going a cell.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Phone, exactly, that's what I'm because you're.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Gonna find what you're looking for every fucking time.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Why am I ruining my own day? That's how I feel.
- 10:05Speaker 1: About it, exactly. Yeah, I'm not. I'm not doing that,
- 10:09Speaker 1: you know, anyway things come to me. I don't ever
- 10:12Speaker 1: have to do that type of shit because if I
- 10:13Speaker 1: need to know something, it's literally gonna knock at the door.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Right, It's gonna come find you.
- 10:18Speaker 1: It's going to keep a nigga car, It's gonna pop
- 10:21Speaker 1: up somewhere we at every fucking time.
- 10:26Speaker 3: So if y'all didn't see this over the weekend, people
- 10:28Speaker 3: are mad at Trina she for not signing a prenup.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Apparently she did it. Had a conversation and she goes
- 10:36Speaker 3: on to talk about how she's married to Benjamin Leon
- 10:40Speaker 3: Kirsch Junior. She got married in me or Mar, Florida
- 10:43Speaker 3: and May of this year, and she said her husband
- 10:47Speaker 3: cannot spend money without her knowledge or can sit uh.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Says she didn't want to make her husband sign a
- 10:52Speaker 3: prenup agreement and that he willingly gives her all his
- 10:55Speaker 3: money and he she oversees the couple's finances, and I quote,
- 10:59Speaker 3: my husband brings all his money to me, so I'm
- 11:02Speaker 3: in charge. He can't spend it down without my consent.
- 11:04Speaker 3: He can't spend it down for nothing unless it goes
- 11:07Speaker 3: through me, she said, resolutely and authoritatively.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Okay, I gotta okay, So the people need to mind
- 11:15Speaker 1: their business right about. I mean, she's putting it on
- 11:17Speaker 1: a public platform. She was on Kishi Kior's podcast, So
- 11:20Speaker 1: she's put it on a public platform, her relationship stuff
- 11:23Speaker 1: and not having a prenup. My problem is you don't
- 11:26Speaker 1: think you're embarrassing a man a little bit, Like it's
- 11:28Speaker 1: kind of em masculating that little conversation.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Yeah, the way she said it was masculating.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Yes, like it's nothing wrong because I mean, it don't
- 11:37Speaker 3: happen as much now, but Granddaddy used to bring Big
- 11:40Speaker 3: Mama his hit, you know, always, Yeah, so it's not
- 11:44Speaker 3: that wasn't an uncommon thing. But the way you said
- 11:46Speaker 3: is like, my nigga can't spend a dim I've slapped
- 11:48Speaker 3: the shit out.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Yeah, she sounds strict as fucked. Okay, that nigga can't breathe.
- 11:57Speaker 1: So we don't know what Trina Park is looking like.
- 12:00Speaker 1: We don't know where her man pocket pocket is looking like.
- 12:02Speaker 1: It might be beneficial for her to not have signed
- 12:04Speaker 1: a prenup. We just don't know that, right, Yeah, And
- 12:08Speaker 1: you just got to know your personal because if it
- 12:10Speaker 1: could be if it's a situation where your man is
- 12:12Speaker 1: better with money, maybe you would be more inclined to
- 12:15Speaker 1: have him in charge of the finances. You know, women
- 12:18Speaker 1: are bad with money. There are some women that are
- 12:22Speaker 1: bad with money, and then there are some men who
- 12:24Speaker 1: are very frugrow and they know how to make money grow.
- 12:27Speaker 1: So it just depends know your personality child, right.
- 12:30Speaker 3: And that's that's between them. I don't see why people
- 12:33Speaker 3: were upset about that.
- 12:35Speaker 1: I'm just upset about how she said it. If I
- 12:37Speaker 1: was her man like, I almost.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Feel like, like, man, why you have to say it
- 12:40Speaker 2: like that?
- 12:40Speaker 1: If I was to stop, be like, girl, who the
- 12:42Speaker 1: fuck it's bitch talking to my son over there? I
- 12:46Speaker 1: mean my son, my brother over there getting handled by Trina, Like, girl,
- 12:51Speaker 1: what you acting bad? You finally got a nigga to
- 12:54Speaker 1: marry you? Anyway, I don't do that, girl, were all
- 13:00Speaker 1: on the same boat side talking talking too much ship
- 13:03Speaker 1: for me. I love Trino, okay, but you can't tell
- 13:05Speaker 1: me I wasn't the baddest bitch in high school. Let's
- 13:07Speaker 1: be very clear.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Shout up next year. Claim it, claim it.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Claim it, claim it. I already missed my window for
- 13:16Speaker 1: a Gemini. Sou'm shining for a Virgo in December and
- 13:20Speaker 1: a Libra in the December, Okay, I mean November and December.
- 13:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna try.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Don't worry about the baby.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I can't just be having a sperm in my pussy
- 13:30Speaker 1: for no reason. I don't like it. I don't like it,
- 13:32Speaker 1: and it got it be for a reason.
- 13:34Speaker 3: I mean when you're ovulating. Yeah, but don't be worried
- 13:37Speaker 3: about the astrological sign.
- 13:40Speaker 1: That stuff matters, it really does. I don't want no
- 13:45Speaker 1: demon seed.
- 13:46Speaker 2: It ain't gonna be a demon astrological sign.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Like I can't be the most loving others yet, y'all
- 13:54Speaker 1: be finessing. Okay, let's be very clear and love it.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Were one person all we are. We're one person as well.
- 14:04Speaker 1: It's duality, you know, we not we just one person.
- 14:07Speaker 1: And the thing is is that multiple people might get
- 14:10Speaker 1: multiple personalities from us.
- 14:11Speaker 3: You see how she has negative negativity to say about
- 14:15Speaker 3: the cancer. I don't bring that energy. Jo Gemini, be
- 14:18Speaker 3: yourself whatever you are. You see who's the good Zodia
- 14:22Speaker 3: girl bye?
- 14:24Speaker 1: The thing is Gemini? Be seeing through the bullshit? Why
- 14:28Speaker 1: I can say these things?
- 14:30Speaker 2: Okay? Okay, are creating?
- 14:33Speaker 1: We creating, We're seeing through the bullshit. Okay, we see
- 14:38Speaker 1: things other people don't see.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Okay.
- 14:46Speaker 3: Eli must Avail unveiled Tesla's new line of robot and
- 14:50Speaker 3: self driving vehicles, including the Tesla Bot. Name optimists during
- 14:55Speaker 3: an event on October tenth. Would you get you an optimist?
- 15:01Speaker 1: You get what I might I might want on that thing.
- 15:04Speaker 2: I didn't see no dick on, bitch, I forget my modified.
- 15:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna be in a little order for and asks
- 15:11Speaker 1: for little auditions like you're ordering a car. I'm an
- 15:15Speaker 1: ad dick because big black dick soft one though, like
- 15:24Speaker 1: I don't want to like a sheer you. I mean
- 15:29Speaker 1: if we could turn to pop up the volume like
- 15:31Speaker 1: a bullet vibrator, I mean.
- 15:34Speaker 2: What is it malfunction? You be in the hospital because
- 15:46Speaker 2: you got a safe word with the.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Girl. Would never have no ship like that in my house.
- 15:57Speaker 1: That thing might mess run to get real. Cons ain't
- 16:00Speaker 1: gonna fuck you up. That's the weird part about it.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Y'all go on twiktok, twiktok. What the fuck? Go on
- 16:06Speaker 1: TikTok and look at these videos people talk about what
- 16:10Speaker 1: they're gonna do today. Optimists like why y'all want to
- 16:12Speaker 1: be mean and something so bad?
- 16:15Speaker 2: Right? They gonna like telling you where to go to bed. Maken,
- 16:18Speaker 2: you go to bed, actually and maybe go to bed.
- 16:24Speaker 2: He won't.
- 16:26Speaker 1: I was engaged to an optimist once they try to
- 16:31Speaker 1: fucking Kurfew's be whispering on the phone and tell me.
- 16:35Speaker 1: I'd be like, why are you whistling? It's lockdown, it's lockdown?
- 16:41Speaker 2: Why you gotta go to bed?
- 16:43Speaker 1: Nigga used to be sighing and sucking his teeth with
- 16:47Speaker 1: his back to me. But could you imagine a big
- 16:52Speaker 1: six foot machine walking around in your house? That is
- 16:54Speaker 1: wild to me? Isn't just where we're headed?
- 16:57Speaker 3: Jetson's don't tell you when to go, Ashley, it is
- 17:02Speaker 3: your bedtime, bitch, don't come back out that bed rope.
- 17:05Speaker 2: I'll fuck you up.
- 17:07Speaker 1: And it's like that, right, because it might start off
- 17:10Speaker 1: where we give it some power right, like, because now
- 17:13Speaker 1: we're trying to get our lives in order, so you
- 17:15Speaker 1: might tell it, hey, make sure I'm in bed by
- 17:18Speaker 1: such and such, not all of a sudden. It's like
- 17:20Speaker 1: forcing you to sleep and locking the door behind itself.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Right, shit like that for your own best interest.
- 17:27Speaker 1: I'm cool on the optimus. I don't want that shit
- 17:30Speaker 1: in my house. It's just weird. And I guess that's
- 17:33Speaker 1: what AI is headed. At AI is supposed to make
- 17:36Speaker 1: everybody's life easy, right to do the things that humans
- 17:41Speaker 1: do every day, and just relieve us of some of
- 17:45Speaker 1: the jobs and things. But it's gonna take over because
- 17:49Speaker 1: they're not putting things in place for humans to do
- 17:52Speaker 1: in place of the normal job. Like how if you
- 17:55Speaker 1: still got to pay bills? And shit, how are you
- 17:57Speaker 1: going to pay bills if you don't have a job, right, So,
- 18:00Speaker 1: what's the new job's gonna be? I guess social media,
- 18:04Speaker 1: like you get everybody's a content creator. Is that where
- 18:09Speaker 1: the world is headed.
- 18:10Speaker 2: That's where it looks like. Besides, I like my robot
- 18:14Speaker 2: dick without a body.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Only the men want that shit. It's only the men
- 18:19Speaker 1: who want of those bluff dolls and machine pussy because
- 18:24Speaker 1: they think that's all women are good for.
- 18:26Speaker 2: Once the body get on there, it get creepy. Girl.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Imagine that shit coming to the house with the big
- 18:36Speaker 1: dick on it. That'd be weird.
- 18:42Speaker 3: But imagine somebody who don't have like I can see
- 18:45Speaker 3: where a person who doesn't have any romance in their
- 18:47Speaker 3: life and nobody wants to have sex with them and
- 18:51Speaker 3: nobody choose them nice where they would fall in love
- 18:54Speaker 3: with their.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Robot people already fall in love with AI characters online.
- 18:59Speaker 3: That's weird, yeah, but I can see how it can
- 19:02Speaker 3: happen if you don't have any like real human in
- 19:05Speaker 3: that interaction.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Mm hmmm, y'all watch that Watch that movie. Sarah's it's
- 19:11Speaker 1: not really about robots because this that's some total recall shit.
- 19:15Speaker 1: But Sarahgates is like, this is where people are, like
- 19:18Speaker 1: they don't want to be themselves. They don't want to
- 19:19Speaker 1: live in the reality anymore. Like they can't wait to
- 19:22Speaker 1: literally put their consciousness online right and not have to
- 19:26Speaker 1: exist in the reality any.
- 19:28Speaker 2: In the human form. Oh, mer jesus, well, what are
- 19:32Speaker 2: we talking about this week?
- 19:34Speaker 1: I don't know what you want to talk about.
- 19:36Speaker 3: I want to talk about our intrusive thoughts dun't dunt
- 19:41Speaker 3: dumb like sending.
- 19:43Speaker 1: I'm like, why, I keep want to call it oculus,
- 19:46Speaker 1: but optimists send an optimist to somebody house to do something.
- 19:49Speaker 2: To them like that, that's one of your thoughts.
- 19:52Speaker 1: I just thought about it.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, something like that.
- 19:56Speaker 3: Have you ever just been like I should push this
- 19:59Speaker 3: person out into the street or some like this, some
- 20:02Speaker 3: wild ass ship that pops in your head and you're like,
- 20:05Speaker 3: why am I thinking that? And you even started by
- 20:08Speaker 3: your own thoughts. I have thought, like, y'all, don't judge
- 20:13Speaker 3: me because I would never do this. This was one
- 20:15Speaker 3: of my intrusive thought. Well, you know what, we're gonna
- 20:18Speaker 3: talk about it when we come back from this commercial.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Y'all listen to this ship. I'll be right back. Okay, y'all.
- 20:28Speaker 2: I'm sharing with y'all because we're family here, and I
- 20:30Speaker 2: know that y'all not judging me, right.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Right, bitch, Come on, cancer, I'm talking to you. This
- 20:42Speaker 1: is a judge free zone, like in your face.
- 20:46Speaker 2: One time I had my friend brought her baby over
- 20:53Speaker 2: and I thought, what if I threw this baby over
- 20:56Speaker 2: the back of be right?
- 21:02Speaker 1: But I would never do that.
- 21:03Speaker 2: I don't know why that came into my hand, and
- 21:06Speaker 2: I was just so uphill with myself for even having
- 21:08Speaker 2: their thought, and it was just like, what is that?
- 21:12Speaker 1: You know? But why the fuck intrusive thoughts when you
- 21:15Speaker 1: say them out loud? Why they't funny like that? Though?
- 21:18Speaker 1: I don't know, that's dangerous as fuck, Like why is
- 21:26Speaker 1: it that funny? Let me think of Oh, I had
- 21:29Speaker 1: one just this past weekend. So we rode bike Sunday
- 21:33Speaker 1: and then we walked this. It's a new park over here.
- 21:36Speaker 1: It's only been there for like a year, but it
- 21:38Speaker 1: has it's like this long ass like walkway out over
- 21:42Speaker 1: like Marshland, and we walked across it. As we're coming back,
- 21:47Speaker 1: I'm actually talking to my homegirl about some shit, and
- 21:50Speaker 1: then I'm all, because you know, just thinking about like
- 21:53Speaker 1: what we're going to talk about this week and things
- 21:55Speaker 1: like that, I'm like, maybe I should, Maybe I should.
- 22:00Speaker 1: This is what I'm thinking, I should push this lady.
- 22:07Speaker 1: It was a chunky white lady like walking towards us
- 22:09Speaker 1: that she had on an orange shirt that said boom,
- 22:16Speaker 1: like a Halloween shirt, and in my mind I had
- 22:19Speaker 1: already seen her falling over the fucking walkway.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 22:24Speaker 1: I already saw her doing it. So now my thought was,
- 22:29Speaker 1: is it really intrusive if you can say it out loud?
- 22:33Speaker 2: If yeah, are you doing this speaking your intrusive thought?
- 22:38Speaker 1: But I don't think that intrusive thoughts are like okay,
- 22:41Speaker 1: so I know there are usually negative thoughts, but is
- 22:43Speaker 1: it actually negative to have an intrusive thought?
- 22:48Speaker 2: Yes? Why?
- 22:50Speaker 1: Why? Though? Because I think it's just it's just regularly
- 22:52Speaker 1: you know. You remember a couple months ago, there was
- 22:54Speaker 1: this whole write up about how some people don't have
- 22:57Speaker 1: an inner dialogue, like they don't talk to themselves essentially,
- 23:01Speaker 1: like they don't have like computing. That's what I That's
- 23:06Speaker 1: what I felt it meant, right, That's how I like
- 23:09Speaker 1: interpret the article. But yes, they don't really have conscious
- 23:14Speaker 1: consciousness because that's what that inner thoughts are, like your
- 23:18Speaker 1: subconscious mind, and this is what we work on daily
- 23:21Speaker 1: to try to reprogram right so our subconscious thoughts, the
- 23:24Speaker 1: positive ones, can manifest in the real world. So my
- 23:30Speaker 1: question now is if you have an intrusive thought, No,
- 23:35Speaker 1: do crimes start as intrusive thoughts and then once you
- 23:38Speaker 1: perform it, it becomes the reality.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Perhaps it's no longer intrusive thought if you act on it,
- 23:46Speaker 2: I think.
- 23:46Speaker 1: So is it that some of us like there's a
- 23:49Speaker 1: filter in between the intrusive thought and reality, and that's
- 23:54Speaker 1: called morals. So now, this is why I always say
- 23:59Speaker 1: humans are just sophisticated animals, because if you take away
- 24:02Speaker 1: laws and religion, people get to live out there intrusive
- 24:06Speaker 1: thoughts because nothing's going to happen to them but good
- 24:10Speaker 1: and evil. We should know, right, It should just be
- 24:14Speaker 1: an innate thing to know what is good and what
- 24:16Speaker 1: is bad. But some people don't have that filter.
- 24:19Speaker 2: You should not, but what if.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Okay, now, look, let me add an extra step to
- 24:28Speaker 1: this shit woo Halloween. Like, I'm watching this series on
- 24:33Speaker 1: Amazon called The Devil's Hour. This lady she's waking up
- 24:37Speaker 1: every night at three three three. You know, thirty three
- 24:41Speaker 1: is a very significant number. So she's waking up every
- 24:45Speaker 1: night at three three three. But there's this guy who
- 24:47Speaker 1: they perceive as being a serial killer in the show, right,
- 24:52Speaker 1: but he's not. He's trying to catch people who are
- 24:55Speaker 1: bad people, who are innately bad people, right, He's trying
- 24:58Speaker 1: to kill them before they commit the car killing the
- 25:01Speaker 1: good person, right, And she's she's having she's waking up
- 25:08Speaker 1: because she's seeing premonitions of things, so she's kind of
- 25:11Speaker 1: thinking she's going crazy a little bit. But they're kind
- 25:14Speaker 1: of like intrusive thoughts because she doesn't she doesn't know
- 25:18Speaker 1: the people right things are happening to or things she
- 25:20Speaker 1: has to do to somebody, she doesn't know them. So
- 25:24Speaker 1: in her to her she's going crazy because of these
- 25:27Speaker 1: and she's happening these intrusive thoughts, but they're actually she's
- 25:30Speaker 1: seeing the future, other people's future. M hm, So could
- 25:34Speaker 1: that be what an intrusive thought is?
- 25:38Speaker 2: I mean, if you're seeing people few, I don't like.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Bad shit happening to somebody else.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Yeah, but that baby never went over the balcony, so
- 25:46Speaker 3: that's not you know, a permanent if it. If it
- 25:50Speaker 3: goes on to happen, then that's just like some miscleos
- 25:53Speaker 3: psychic shit. And the trusive thought is typically something that
- 25:58Speaker 3: you are right, so listen, it says. Truscive thoughts are
- 26:00Speaker 3: disturbing and involuntary thoughts that seem to appear out of
- 26:03Speaker 3: nowhere and reoccur again and again. They're often violent, sexual,
- 26:08Speaker 3: or sacrilegious in nature because they're in a sharp contrast
- 26:11Speaker 3: with the person's values or beliefs that can produce feelings
- 26:14Speaker 3: of guilt, embarrassment, fear, shame, and disgust. So it says,
- 26:20Speaker 3: according to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, approximately
- 26:24Speaker 3: six million Americans.
- 26:25Speaker 2: Have intrusive thoughts.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Not everyone who has them suffers from a mental health condition,
- 26:30Speaker 3: but the frequency and the intensity of intrusive thoughts can
- 26:33Speaker 3: point to underlying mental health issues. Hmm, all right, So
- 26:38Speaker 3: examples of intrusive thoughts slitting your own wrist or throat,
- 26:44Speaker 3: leaping off a building, Clifford bridge, jumping in front of
- 26:47Speaker 3: a car train, pushing a stranger in front of a
- 26:50Speaker 3: car train.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Why is that funny? Are we serial killers at heart?
- 27:01Speaker 2: Oh?
- 27:01Speaker 1: Listen?
- 27:02Speaker 3: Stabbing a loved one, dropping a baby on the ground,
- 27:07Speaker 3: exposing yourself in public, having sex in public, engaging in
- 27:12Speaker 3: a pugnant sexual act, vandalizing a place of worship.
- 27:17Speaker 2: I should tear this church up.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Why did they make it a place of worship? Why
- 27:23Speaker 1: the they't making it? Like? Then? Truse, So the intrusive
- 27:26Speaker 1: thoughts do people kind of associated with like a like
- 27:30Speaker 1: a spirit coming over you right quick? Because why would
- 27:34Speaker 1: they say vandalizing a church? Yeah, that's what I'm saying
- 27:37Speaker 1: like it's sacrilegious, because when I think about vandalizing some shit,
- 27:40Speaker 1: I'm thinking about, like if I catch this nigga at
- 27:42Speaker 1: a restaurant I introduced him to, I'm going to fucking
- 27:45Speaker 1: clear this table with my forearm and flip it over, Like,
- 27:48Speaker 1: is that an intrusive thought? Me seeing like me, me
- 27:52Speaker 1: thinking about seeing this nigga I fuck with somewhere and
- 27:56Speaker 1: doing that.
- 27:57Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 27:57Speaker 1: That is, but I'd actually fucking with though, So there's
- 28:01Speaker 1: that part.
- 28:02Speaker 3: Well, then I don't know if that's an intrusive thought.
- 28:05Speaker 3: Is typically things that goes against your moral compass, you know,
- 28:10Speaker 3: things that you would never do, but your mind is
- 28:13Speaker 3: saying do it.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Shoplifting, So then it becomes I meditated, right now you
- 28:19Speaker 1: should run out of here with this ship. Yeah, that line.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Then it's a thin line between thinking about it and
- 28:28Speaker 1: then then doing it. So thinking about it is just
- 28:32Speaker 1: so continuously thinking about.
- 28:35Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 28:36Speaker 1: I just I gotta study this. I gotta know now.
- 28:39Speaker 2: I'm like, I gotta.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Study intrusive thoughts because I think the way we think
- 28:44Speaker 1: about them is wrong. Innocence you mean, like the okay,
- 28:49Speaker 1: what are you where are you reading that?
- 28:51Speaker 2: From uh Newportinstitute dot com. I sent it to you.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Okay, I just feel like I don't think intrusive thoughts
- 29:03Speaker 1: are bad, and I think they're actually natural to have
- 29:07Speaker 1: intrusive thoughts, and I don't And I think if they
- 29:09Speaker 1: say sixty or six million or billion million people, I
- 29:12Speaker 1: think it's way more than that. But some people are
- 29:14Speaker 1: probably embarrassed to tell people about their intrusive thoughts, so
- 29:17Speaker 1: they would never take a survey, you know. So are
- 29:20Speaker 1: intrusive thoughts natural?
- 29:23Speaker 2: Well, obviously it's natural of six million people in the
- 29:26Speaker 2: right experience, and that's just the number that admit it
- 29:29Speaker 2: or you know, or based on statistics.
- 29:31Speaker 1: So that number.
- 29:34Speaker 2: It's probably much greater.
- 29:36Speaker 1: But okay, but that number sitting next to people who
- 29:39Speaker 1: are actually serial killers and who actually do crimes, Like,
- 29:44Speaker 1: is it really a problem?
- 29:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a problem. Really is a problem because.
- 29:50Speaker 1: It's not a problem you never do it though.
- 29:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:53Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I mean as long as you don't act
- 29:55Speaker 3: on an intrusive thought is not a problem. But I
- 29:58Speaker 3: mean if you're like, all right, so I thought about
- 30:01Speaker 3: throwing that baby over the balcony, right, but instantly I
- 30:03Speaker 3: was like, no, get that out of your head right,
- 30:06Speaker 3: and I never thought about it again. I didn't like
- 30:08Speaker 3: every time I saw the baby, I was like, I
- 30:10Speaker 3: want to throw that baby off.
- 30:11Speaker 1: But that was the only baby you wanted to throw
- 30:13Speaker 1: you never want.
- 30:15Speaker 2: No, that was the only one time I ever thought
- 30:17Speaker 2: that baby is something? Why did Yeah?
- 30:20Speaker 1: What if you see that's the movie The Devil Hour,
- 30:24Speaker 1: Like he realized, like this thing, I'm thinking this thing,
- 30:28Speaker 1: but it has to happen to this person because this
- 30:30Speaker 1: person is bad.
- 30:33Speaker 2: So maybe you're saying that baby's gonna grow to serial killer.
- 30:37Speaker 1: You're saving ten other lives. No, for real, you see,
- 30:42Speaker 1: you see, you see where I'm going at with this.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Let's see where you're trying to go. But I don't.
- 30:48Speaker 2: I don't think that baby. That baby is a sweet baby.
- 30:51Speaker 1: So I don't know. I don't know why I thought.
- 30:53Speaker 2: That about that baby. I felt instantly bad.
- 30:57Speaker 3: It's it, And that's what in truest of thoughts typically
- 31:00Speaker 3: will give you immediate guilt, you know, or just you know,
- 31:04Speaker 3: negative feelings to me.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Because it's only the moral, the laws, and religion that
- 31:08Speaker 1: kick in. But if those things didn't exist, imagine how
- 31:11Speaker 1: many people would actually act out on the intrusive thought.
- 31:15Speaker 3: Right, but it's a good thing that they do exist.
- 31:18Speaker 3: You know, morals almost aligned with good and evil.
- 31:23Speaker 1: Like I think without those mechanisms, right, I'd still be
- 31:28Speaker 1: at heart a good person. I still wouldn't act out
- 31:31Speaker 1: on these things because I don't really want to bring
- 31:33Speaker 1: harm to anybody else, no matter what the law says
- 31:35Speaker 1: I can do.
- 31:36Speaker 2: Right, That's what I'm saying. Having morality isn't necessarily.
- 31:42Speaker 1: They doesn't have anything to do with legality, right, right.
- 31:46Speaker 3: It doesn't have to do with the law. Like even
- 31:49Speaker 3: though if you know there's a law, he's thrown babies
- 31:51Speaker 3: over the bathman. Honestly, you can't do that, but you're
- 31:56Speaker 3: innate desire to, you know, love key is and care
- 32:00Speaker 3: for children and nurture children would make you not want to.
- 32:04Speaker 3: But then think about this, in nature, some animals kill
- 32:07Speaker 3: their kids.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Yes, that's what I'm saying, So we say that now.
- 32:10Speaker 1: I used to be obsessed with looking at people in
- 32:14Speaker 1: prison because I'd be trying to understand, like why people
- 32:17Speaker 1: go to jail, why did they do what they did?
- 32:19Speaker 1: And you've seen these cases where a mom said, well
- 32:22Speaker 1: this my child was possessed and I had to kill her.
- 32:27Speaker 1: That type of stuff, right, and if majority of the
- 32:29Speaker 1: people in America are Christians. Right, So we believe in
- 32:31Speaker 1: the Holy goals, we believe in all these different things.
- 32:34Speaker 1: But you don't believe that somebody could actually be possessed
- 32:36Speaker 1: and God told this person to do that? Why cannot
- 32:40Speaker 1: why can't that not be true?
- 32:43Speaker 2: Right?
- 32:44Speaker 1: You know this person was actually evil, damn.
- 32:49Speaker 2: But but this is high though, you know, how do
- 32:53Speaker 2: you do how you who gets to decide that God
- 32:56Speaker 2: told you to do this? You know?
- 32:57Speaker 4: Well?
- 32:58Speaker 1: See this is why I always say God is within you. This.
- 33:01Speaker 1: I don't want to get religious really, like make this
- 33:03Speaker 1: a religious conversation. But when you know God is in you,
- 33:06Speaker 1: you do shit a little bit better. You do shit differently.
- 33:09Speaker 1: You don't violate people. I feel like in America in particular,
- 33:15Speaker 1: the judicial system is literally the Bible. Like these people
- 33:18Speaker 1: have the right to give and take life. Like right now,
- 33:22Speaker 1: you got a couple other people out for execution in
- 33:24Speaker 1: South Carolina, Like, why is it that they get to
- 33:27Speaker 1: decide who dies? Like even if that person did kill
- 33:31Speaker 1: somebody else, why do y'all collectively get to sit in
- 33:34Speaker 1: a room and decide to kill that person and it
- 33:36Speaker 1: be legal?
- 33:39Speaker 2: Right?
- 33:40Speaker 1: Like, imagine if those people like judges and stuff. Maybe
- 33:43Speaker 1: they're actually serial killers and they get to legally kill people.
- 33:47Speaker 1: It might give them joy to do it, right. That
- 33:53Speaker 1: is fucking scary, and I do feel like like the
- 33:56Speaker 1: system is being ran by a bunch of sadists as
- 33:59Speaker 1: far as I'm concerned. Halloween, Any other intrusive thoughts you
- 34:07Speaker 1: ever have, Like I I'm trying to think of something
- 34:10Speaker 1: real nuts that's as crazy as it gets for me,
- 34:13Speaker 1: Like hitting somebody. I always think about hitting somebody real hard.
- 34:19Speaker 1: But again, I might do it, but a random ass
- 34:25Speaker 1: person like, why am I having that thought? And if
- 34:29Speaker 1: my head out loud and laugh, is it really intrusive?
- 34:32Speaker 2: Okay, this is another one that I can't believe I'm
- 34:34Speaker 2: sharing with y'all, But I love y'all so much. I
- 34:36Speaker 2: just tell the truth.
- 34:38Speaker 3: I have had intrusive thoughts about like Donkey konging the
- 34:41Speaker 3: bitch on the top of her head while I was
- 34:43Speaker 3: doing her hair, like taking my place right on top
- 34:47Speaker 3: of her head. You didn't do nothing to me, but
- 34:52Speaker 3: I was like, what if I just this bitch right
- 34:56Speaker 3: at the top of her hair right now?
- 34:58Speaker 1: What happens?
- 35:01Speaker 2: Yo?
- 35:01Speaker 1: Your client's go ahead this episode to be like you
- 35:05Speaker 1: know what, let me find me a new was it me?
- 35:12Speaker 1: But what did they do? Like maybe that person needed
- 35:14Speaker 1: to get thump in the head? Maybe that person nothing.
- 35:17Speaker 1: You don't know that though they may not have done
- 35:20Speaker 1: anything to you. You see, I just feel like.
- 35:26Speaker 2: Advocating for like following up your dupe of thoughts.
- 35:30Speaker 1: I just feel like we don't know though. It's so
- 35:32Speaker 1: many things that we don't know, and the more you learn,
- 35:34Speaker 1: you realize you don't know shit. So who was to
- 35:37Speaker 1: say that intrusive thoughts are a bad thing?
- 35:42Speaker 2: Some of them can be really bad though, splitting your
- 35:44Speaker 2: own wrists?
- 35:45Speaker 1: No, that's bad? Yeah, well, okay, Well I won't talk
- 35:50Speaker 1: about that on the show because I think differently, even
- 35:52Speaker 1: about suicide.
- 35:54Speaker 2: What do you think about suicide?
- 35:56Speaker 1: I think that this is our like we we should
- 35:59Speaker 1: have the right to choose whether we if we want
- 36:01Speaker 1: to live or not. Like it shouldn't be against alaw
- 36:04Speaker 1: to kill yourself, Like you try to commit suicide and
- 36:06Speaker 1: then you aren't successful and they get to lock you up,
- 36:09Speaker 1: Like that's some bullshit. Some people literally feel like they
- 36:12Speaker 1: don't belong here, you know what I'm saying, and they
- 36:15Speaker 1: want to get the fuck up out of here, and
- 36:16Speaker 1: I think that when people get to the point of
- 36:18Speaker 1: actually because it's hard to kill yourself. It's not easy,
- 36:22Speaker 1: it's not easy to follow through. That's probably one of
- 36:24Speaker 1: the hardest things somebody could actually execute. Right, So imagine
- 36:29Speaker 1: if you are in that state of mind to where
- 36:31Speaker 1: you're comfortable leaving this plane, maybe in that moment, the
- 36:36Speaker 1: person knows something the rest of us don't about the
- 36:40Speaker 1: other side. That's how I see it.
- 36:43Speaker 3: I mean, I get that understanding, but my only thing
- 36:46Speaker 3: about it is if you do that and you're not successful,
- 36:50Speaker 3: now somebody got to take care of your ass. And
- 36:53Speaker 3: you can't take care of yourself no more because you
- 36:55Speaker 3: wouldn't good at it.
- 36:56Speaker 2: No, don't do that.
- 36:57Speaker 1: That's fucked up, like you know, trying to shoot yourself
- 37:01Speaker 1: and then it doesn't work right, and now you just
- 37:04Speaker 1: mangled face.
- 37:05Speaker 2: And it's hurtful to me.
- 37:07Speaker 1: I was just doing it again.
- 37:08Speaker 2: I was sorry. Everybody that loves you is hurtful to them,
- 37:11Speaker 2: you know, Like suicide is just a hard thing.
- 37:14Speaker 1: People see it as selfish. People see it as selfish,
- 37:17Speaker 1: but everybody had like I. However, people choose to live
- 37:19Speaker 1: their lives like I'm coming to a place where I'm okay, right,
- 37:26Speaker 1: I'm talking about what people I love, however they choose
- 37:29Speaker 1: to live their lives. Like if you have somebody who
- 37:31Speaker 1: abuses drugs in your family something like that, you have
- 37:33Speaker 1: to be okay with that because they are so who
- 37:36Speaker 1: are you to tell them how they you know, if
- 37:39Speaker 1: they enjoy doing what they do, who are you to
- 37:42Speaker 1: tell them not to do it? Right? So you just
- 37:46Speaker 1: have to support people and whatever it is that they
- 37:48Speaker 1: choose to do for their lives, because you're gonna rec
- 37:50Speaker 1: your brain otherwise. All right, let's go over some ways
- 37:54Speaker 1: to deal with no hold on pull on before we go, though,
- 37:57Speaker 1: because this is the one thing I meant to already say.
- 38:00Speaker 1: You know how i'd be saying niggas be gay in
- 38:02Speaker 1: the mind. That's an intrusive thought type shit.
- 38:05Speaker 2: I think, Yeah, that's an intrusive thoughts. Sexual acts can
- 38:07Speaker 2: be intrusive thoughts.
- 38:09Speaker 3: I think if a man a man thinking about sucking
- 38:12Speaker 3: some dick, but he's not gay, that's an intrusive thought.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Yes, I think there are a lot. I think most
- 38:17Speaker 1: men are gay in mind. They have intrusive thoughts about
- 38:21Speaker 1: being gay, but they men never may never act on it,
- 38:24Speaker 1: which is why they act on stuff like the aggression
- 38:27Speaker 1: towards women. It might be because they have gay intrusive thoughts.
- 38:32Speaker 3: But they can have intrusive gay thoughts that are intrusive.
- 38:35Speaker 3: But that doesn't mean they're gay or they want.
- 38:36Speaker 1: To be gay, does it.
- 38:39Speaker 2: No?
- 38:40Speaker 3: I don't want to throw no baby off on a balcony.
- 38:42Speaker 3: That shit just popped in my head. Like so he
- 38:46Speaker 3: could think about sucking some dick that in his head.
- 38:49Speaker 2: They don't make him gay. He could be like, oh,
- 38:51Speaker 2: what the fuck is that? Get out my head? You
- 38:53Speaker 2: know what I'm saying, Like, it doesn't It doesn't make
- 38:56Speaker 2: him gay. I don't think so you do. I haven't
- 39:01Speaker 2: an intrusive thought, and a sexual fantasy is different.
- 39:05Speaker 1: It's like it's like borderline gay.
- 39:13Speaker 3: And that's when I say, I don't mean guys that
- 39:15Speaker 3: gay is bad, because I know y'all gonna be in
- 39:17Speaker 3: my dms like why'd you say no? But I'm just
- 39:20Speaker 3: saying someone who isn't gay might have an ick for that,
- 39:24Speaker 3: you know, popping in their heads.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Right, So I think that's something to talk about. I
- 39:31Speaker 1: wish we'd had had a guy who could be honest
- 39:33Speaker 1: with what is intrusive thoughts.
- 39:36Speaker 3: That's a heterosexual. Yeah, it's not happening. No straight guy
- 39:42Speaker 3: is going to come on the show and admit that
- 39:44Speaker 3: they've had gay intrusive thoughts.
- 39:48Speaker 1: Why though, it's just intrusive. You've never done it, You
- 39:51Speaker 1: don't do it right.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's just you know, the people starting to
- 39:56Speaker 2: question their sexuality a j So what you just did it?
- 40:01Speaker 1: You just like, I don't know, it's like gay, it's
- 40:05Speaker 1: like this just mentally gay.
- 40:10Speaker 2: Mentally gay is crazy. Okay.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Everything starts in the mind, everything, all right, So how
- 40:20Speaker 3: to deal with your intrusive thoughts?
- 40:21Speaker 2: All right?
- 40:22Speaker 3: By themselves? Anxious thoughts, even violent thoughts, are not harmful.
- 40:26Speaker 3: Simply put, they're neutral in nature, byproducts of a wandering mind.
- 40:31Speaker 3: It's only when people react negatively to intrusive thoughts in
- 40:35Speaker 3: or feel the need to act on them, that they
- 40:37Speaker 3: become problematic. Various evidence based techniques can help adults cope
- 40:42Speaker 3: with or eliminate unwanted negative thoughts, including the following strategies
- 40:46Speaker 3: and approaches. Okay, here's one mindfulness. Rather than push intrusive
- 40:52Speaker 3: thoughts away, try to notice these thoughts and label them
- 40:55Speaker 3: as intrusive. One way to do that is to practice
- 40:58Speaker 3: mindfulness meditation. This type of meditations helped you observe your
- 41:02Speaker 3: thoughts from a detached place without becoming emotional about them
- 41:05Speaker 3: or judging them. So you can sit comfortably in a
- 41:08Speaker 3: quiet place, bree deeply, and imagine you're looking out the
- 41:11Speaker 3: window of a moving train as the scenery passes by,
- 41:14Speaker 3: notice it without judgment. Then do the same with your thoughts.
- 41:18Speaker 3: Notice them in the present moment, but don't attach yourself
- 41:21Speaker 3: to them.
- 41:22Speaker 1: So then next thing you know, you pushing somebody out
- 41:24Speaker 1: the train and the thought.
- 41:26Speaker 3: But you gotta separate, Yeah, because I mean separate your
- 41:30Speaker 3: thought from you. That's just a thought.
- 41:32Speaker 2: It's not me.
- 41:33Speaker 3: It's not a part of me, No more different than
- 41:35Speaker 3: this tree moving past in my mind. So that's one
- 41:39Speaker 3: way to separate yourself from that thought. Another way writing.
- 41:44Speaker 3: Another way to gain, however, your obsessive and trustive thoughts
- 41:47Speaker 3: is to write them down. By typing your thoughts out
- 41:49Speaker 3: or writing them down on paper, you become aware of
- 41:52Speaker 3: disturbing thought patterns. Often after you've written your thoughts down,
- 41:55Speaker 3: reflect on how what no, reflect on what you think
- 41:59Speaker 3: trigger them, write down the triggers too.
- 42:04Speaker 1: So I mean I'm having a good day, I rode
- 42:07Speaker 1: my bike. I burned some calories a day, Like why
- 42:09Speaker 1: am I thinking about pushing this random lady who I
- 42:12Speaker 1: don't know?
- 42:14Speaker 2: I don't know, I can't They're not answering why it happening.
- 42:18Speaker 2: I mean, the worst she probably does is eat boogers,
- 42:20Speaker 2: Like why do.
- 42:21Speaker 1: I want to push her?
- 42:23Speaker 4: That?
- 42:28Speaker 2: Oh?
- 42:28Speaker 3: They say pet therapy is an excellent way to dissipate
- 42:30Speaker 3: anxious thoughts is to spend time with animals. Because they
- 42:34Speaker 3: live in the present moment and have no understanding of
- 42:36Speaker 3: troubling thoughts. Animals help humans reduce stress. In fact, at
- 42:41Speaker 3: twenty nineteen, studies showed that the undergraduate students who participated in.
- 42:45Speaker 5: Participating dissipated why should participated in ten minutes of hands
- 42:50Speaker 5: on interaction with cats and dogs from a local shelter
- 42:53Speaker 5: has significantly lower levels of cortisol, the stress homeone in
- 42:57Speaker 5: their salava compared to those who don't.
- 43:00Speaker 1: How they have like the cats and cats in the prison.
- 43:02Speaker 1: But the only thing is like, why y'all got them
- 43:04Speaker 1: cats in jail? Why y'all y'all literally locking cats up too?
- 43:09Speaker 1: But I can see how it's very It's very animals
- 43:13Speaker 1: can be very therapeutic, you know, God dog is God
- 43:18Speaker 1: spelled backwards like. They just make you feel good. And
- 43:22Speaker 1: I believe cats can see into the future. Bitch, there's
- 43:26Speaker 1: something majestic about cats.
- 43:30Speaker 3: The next one is time and nature. There's nothing like
- 43:33Speaker 3: nature to boost move and reduce stress. The sight of
- 43:35Speaker 3: an a sunset that sounds of bird trapping in the trees,
- 43:38Speaker 3: the feel of wind against your skin, the smell of
- 43:39Speaker 3: the ocean, even the taste of rain drops on your
- 43:41Speaker 3: tongue can ground you in the present moment. When you're
- 43:44Speaker 3: focusing on the five senses, you're not focusing on distressing thoughts.
- 43:49Speaker 3: Another one exercise. Exercise is an excellent way to just
- 43:53Speaker 3: help everything because it gives you endorphins, and endorphins make
- 43:57Speaker 3: you happy, yes about killing people, Doubamine and serotonin the
- 44:03Speaker 3: same thing you get from scrolling. Get it from exercises
- 44:06Speaker 3: in a much groller level.
- 44:07Speaker 1: You think that people who watch like because I talk
- 44:10Speaker 1: about the genre of like true crime and how it's
- 44:14Speaker 1: so entertaining, especially for women, y'all love watching all of
- 44:18Speaker 1: those true crime murder type shows, and shit.
- 44:22Speaker 2: I sister, love that shit. I don't be liking that shit.
- 44:24Speaker 1: That shit weirdess hells to me, how can you go to.
- 44:25Speaker 3: Sleep for somebody like literally screaming in agony from losing
- 44:29Speaker 3: a loved one, And all of.
- 44:30Speaker 1: That is in your subconscious mind while you're sleeping too,
- 44:33Speaker 1: So that might be embedding in truth of thoughts in
- 44:36Speaker 1: your mind subconsciously. Like I listen to meditation stuff or
- 44:40Speaker 1: I listen to like books in my sleep, you know
- 44:43Speaker 1: what saying program in there. But I cannot listen to kill, kill, murder,
- 44:50Speaker 1: murder shit like while I'm sleeping. That is wild to me.
- 44:54Speaker 1: So I think it's feeding something though that that person
- 44:56Speaker 1: needs that. I feel like that's something they need to
- 44:59Speaker 1: talk about in their.
- 45:01Speaker 3: Yeah, absolutely, why do you like that? So that's the
- 45:03Speaker 3: thing when to seek treatment for your intrusive thoughts. So,
- 45:07Speaker 3: if your intrusive thoughts are unrelenting, cause pronounced distress, or
- 45:11Speaker 3: interfere with your daily life, seek professional care. Unproductive obsessive
- 45:16Speaker 3: thinking can be a symptom of an issue that requires treatment.
- 45:20Speaker 3: So mental health professionals are skilled at working with intrusive
- 45:22Speaker 3: thoughts that stem from anxiety disorders, history of trauma OCD,
- 45:27Speaker 3: and attention deficit disorder, and mood disorders like depression and
- 45:30Speaker 3: bipolar disorder. So if you you know, if your interests
- 45:34Speaker 3: of thoughts are like to the point where you can't
- 45:38Speaker 3: stop thinking about throwing that baby over that balcony.
- 45:41Speaker 1: You can, I think you try to talk yourself out
- 45:43Speaker 1: of it.
- 45:44Speaker 3: No, I only thought about that one time. But that's
- 45:47Speaker 3: just one that really like shocked me. You know, it
- 45:51Speaker 3: shook me to my core, that popped into my head,
- 45:54Speaker 3: you know. So I just use that as an example.
- 45:57Speaker 3: You know, everybody has their own thing, but that was
- 46:00Speaker 3: the one for me that really like made me feel like,
- 46:02Speaker 3: am I sick?
- 46:03Speaker 2: You know?
- 46:03Speaker 1: Like I think filling your brain with positive things, not
- 46:08Speaker 1: just I mean they're gonna help. So filling your brain
- 46:10Speaker 1: with positive things, not watching and taking in negative stuff
- 46:13Speaker 1: all day long, because social media does it right. So
- 46:16Speaker 1: one minute you see a cute baby, then you see
- 46:19Speaker 1: a cute dog. Then the next thing you see some
- 46:21Speaker 1: little boy that got murdered, you know. Then the next
- 46:24Speaker 1: thing is a happy thing, the next thing is a
- 46:26Speaker 1: sad thing, the next thing is a neutral things. So
- 46:27Speaker 1: like your emotions is going up and down, up and down,
- 46:29Speaker 1: up and down, up and down. Like I do feel
- 46:31Speaker 1: like some of the things that we we taken, whether
- 46:34Speaker 1: it's you know, consciously or subliminally, it's programming these intrusive thoughts.
- 46:40Speaker 1: But these are not our own thoughts, and I think
- 46:43Speaker 1: that is the most important part about the whole conversation. Right,
- 46:46Speaker 1: they're not your thoughts. These are somebody else's thoughts. They
- 46:49Speaker 1: don't belong to you. Yeah, so let's remove the my
- 46:54Speaker 1: because they're not my intrusive thoughts. They're just intrusive thoughts. Yeah,
- 46:58Speaker 1: the intrusive thoughts. They don't belong to me.
- 47:01Speaker 2: Yeah, that part.
- 47:03Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just too much. It's too much shit on TV.
- 47:06Speaker 1: That's why I watched TV that much. When I watched something,
- 47:08Speaker 1: I'm learning something from it.
- 47:11Speaker 2: Yeah. I was just watching.
- 47:14Speaker 3: Bad Boys, the uh, the one that just came out
- 47:17Speaker 3: because I wanted to see the fine Mexican son o.
- 47:20Speaker 3: He is nice looking, right, Oh, he fine? But his
- 47:25Speaker 3: mom was Hispanic, I believe, Yeah, I don't know if
- 47:28Speaker 3: it was.
- 47:29Speaker 1: I think it was just say Hispanic. Don't ever call
- 47:31Speaker 1: anybody Mexican because you don't know if they're from Mexico
- 47:34Speaker 1: or not.
- 47:35Speaker 2: But wasn't that where he went. Didn't they go to Mexico?
- 47:38Speaker 1: Well that's well, I think he might have. He might
- 47:40Speaker 1: have been working for the Mexican cartel.
- 47:42Speaker 2: Okay, well anyway, I said that just because of the story.
- 47:45Speaker 2: But I just like, look, he's handsome.
- 47:49Speaker 3: So but I just looked at all the killing in
- 47:51Speaker 3: the movie and how all the people were just it
- 47:55Speaker 3: didn't matter, Like people were just getting shot and stabbed
- 47:57Speaker 3: and killed and just then we move on to the
- 48:00Speaker 3: next thing, and I was like, damn, like they make
- 48:02Speaker 3: death so gradual.
- 48:05Speaker 1: Yes, it's glorified now it's it's so casual. So we are.
- 48:10Speaker 3: Desensitized, yeah, very desensitized to it because like people were
- 48:15Speaker 3: just dying and it was like, okay.
- 48:16Speaker 2: Next week.
- 48:17Speaker 1: You know, I never feel like not with real I
- 48:20Speaker 1: can see. I guess you have to be able to differentiate, right,
- 48:23Speaker 1: real from fake because when I see like real death,
- 48:27Speaker 1: like somebody may just be like social media or somebody
- 48:30Speaker 1: knew in real life like that shit, it feels real
- 48:34Speaker 1: every time. Yeah, TV, I don't know, I've seen this,
- 48:39Speaker 1: little boy.
- 48:40Speaker 3: But if you're a child, if you're a young person
- 48:42Speaker 3: growing up now and you're seeing all this, you watching
- 48:46Speaker 3: these movies where people just getting killed and TV shows
- 48:48Speaker 3: and your mama watched First forty eight to Go to Sleep,
- 48:51Speaker 3: and you're just growing up with all these all this
- 48:54Speaker 3: sensory overload of death.
- 48:56Speaker 2: Are you gonna be fair when people die?
- 48:59Speaker 1: How? I guess that's how people can just pull up,
- 49:02Speaker 1: pull up and do shit, take a life, just thoughtless.
- 49:07Speaker 2: Yeah, you get to play call of duty all day long,
- 49:10Speaker 2: thoughtless killing. So you practicing, you know. Just I know
- 49:16Speaker 2: that kind of went away from our intrusive thought things.
- 49:19Speaker 1: But this is because intrusive thoughts can lead to real action.
- 49:23Speaker 1: Mm hmmm, So is it really an intrusive thought? I
- 49:27Speaker 1: guess it's only intrusive when you don't actually act on it.
- 49:30Speaker 1: Once you do, it's premeditated. It's a premeditated thought. M
- 49:37Speaker 1: I don't know. Let's let's focus on happy thoughts, y'all.
- 49:41Speaker 1: Do something, yes, do some to day to make you
- 49:44Speaker 1: feel better?
- 49:45Speaker 2: Yeah, feel good? Yeah, masturbate that's my last last. Everybody
- 49:50Speaker 2: masturbate today.
- 49:53Speaker 1: I'm thinking about your masturbating. I'm thinking about it. But
- 50:04Speaker 1: I don't know. Intrusive thoughts, I don't, I don't. I
- 50:06Speaker 1: just think that intrusive thoughts should not just be negative.
- 50:09Speaker 1: I think intrusive thoughts could also be positive thoughts.
- 50:13Speaker 2: They just what is it an?
- 50:15Speaker 1: The word intrusive meaning you didn't invite it right, yeah, right, okay,
- 50:20Speaker 1: I got it. Positive thoughts, y'all.
- 50:23Speaker 4: Puppies, puppies, cats, rabbits, and lots of money for us
- 50:28Speaker 4: all yes and stars, little sprinkles, fairy dust, all that stuff.
- 50:34Speaker 1: I mean cake, lots of cake.
- 50:39Speaker 2: Oh that's my favorite thought.
- 50:40Speaker 1: From public cream cream, cheese, nutting, bunt cake. Make me happy,
- 50:49Speaker 1: that's fat.
- 50:50Speaker 2: I know that shit got way too sugar, it's so good.
- 50:57Speaker 1: The lemon one, it is so good.
- 51:01Speaker 2: That should make me sweat when I eat it. I think.
- 51:08Speaker 1: All right, y'all, think big bitch and think positive.
- 51:12Speaker 2: Amen.
