Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: It's more of Mark Mark Simon on seven ten war.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Lay is Friday and Tomorrow daylight saving time after midnight,
- 0:12Speaker 2: and I remember, you lose an hour asleep tomorrow night
- 0:15Speaker 2: if you lose an hour, but it's worth it because
- 0:17Speaker 2: then starting Sunday, it's light out until six thirty six
- 0:21Speaker 2: forty every night. Spring is only two weeks away. Two
- 0:25Speaker 2: weeks from now, next week's going to be in the sixties,
- 0:28Speaker 2: so that's kind of like spring. Then you get just
- 0:30Speaker 2: one more week and then it is spring. President Trump,
- 0:34Speaker 2: when it comes to Iran, no deal, no deal, the
- 0:38Speaker 2: deal is total surrender. He talked about it yesterday and.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Once again calling on all members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard,
- 0:44Speaker 3: the military, and the police to lay down their arms.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Are only going to be killed.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Well, and we'll see what happens. Oil prices.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Their action to reduce pressure on oil is eminent, and
- 0:56Speaker 3: the oil seems to have pretty much stableized. We had
- 0:58Speaker 3: it very low. I had to take this little detour.
- 1:01Speaker 3: If it's okay with everybody, Scott, it's okay with you,
- 1:04Speaker 3: Scott's someone has to put up with it.
- 1:06Speaker 2: He said, you have to do this now. I said,
- 1:07Speaker 2: I have to do it.
- 1:08Speaker 3: Scott, right, but it's been very strong and everybody, including Scott,
- 1:12Speaker 3: everybody feels we had really no choice. It was gonna
- 1:16Speaker 3: they're going to hit us if we didn't hit them.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Yeah. Not a spike in oil. It's a spike. It's
- 1:20Speaker 2: a spike. It's temporary, and there are steps that can take.
- 1:22Speaker 2: They can release oil out of the strategic reserve, things
- 1:26Speaker 2: like that to bring down the price.
- 1:27Speaker 3: But they're tough and they want to fight. Yeah, Ran,
- 1:31Speaker 3: But they're tough and they want to fight, and they're calling.
- 1:35Speaker 3: They're saying, how do we make a deal. I said,
- 1:37Speaker 3: you're being a little bit late, and we want to
- 1:40Speaker 3: fight now more than they do.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Yeah, they won many many of those Iranian leaders trying
- 1:46Speaker 2: to make a deal, not all of them. The President
- 1:48Speaker 2: said he wants to have some say and who the
- 1:51Speaker 2: new leader is, who we choose. They did have a
- 1:53Speaker 2: list of some people that they would have found acceptable.
- 1:55Speaker 2: They believe some of them were killed in all of this,
- 1:57Speaker 2: but they'll come up with a name.
- 1:59Speaker 3: We have the greatest military anywhere in the world. Their
- 2:03Speaker 3: navy is gone twenty four ships in three days. That's
- 2:07Speaker 3: a lot of ships. They're anti aircraft weapons are gone.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Yeah, they have eliminated, entirely eliminated the Iranian Navy, the
- 2:19Speaker 2: Iranian Air Force is gone, and as far as offensive capabilities,
- 2:23Speaker 2: the ability to launch drones missiles, it's down ninety percent.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Actually that was earlier this morning. It's probably ninety two
- 2:30Speaker 2: percent by now, so they're pretty much unable to do anything.
- 2:34Speaker 2: At this point.
- 2:35Speaker 3: The United States military, together with the wonderful Israeli partners,
- 2:41Speaker 3: continues to totally demolish the enemy, far ahead of schedule.
- 2:48Speaker 2: All right, things are going well, it's day seven. It's
- 2:50Speaker 2: only day seven, so imagine a week from now. This
- 2:54Speaker 2: could be over in a week, two weeks, three weeks.
- 2:56Speaker 2: They originally said four weeks, but it could be over
- 2:59Speaker 2: very soon anyway. Hey, as I said, it's a spring
- 3:01Speaker 2: in two weeks. Look at this, I'm getting Easter ads already.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Here's one from a restaurant Easter dinner. Here's one Easter sale,
- 3:08Speaker 2: so it's practically Easter already. That's good. Hey, remember talking
- 3:12Speaker 2: yesterday about these fringe characters. They used to be mainstream,
- 3:15Speaker 2: but Tucker Carlson, Megan Kelly, Candae Owens, they're just tossed
- 3:24Speaker 2: out of whatever they were doing, fired from their networks
- 3:26Speaker 2: off the air. So they start doing the show from
- 3:30Speaker 2: home and their pajamas, and then they start spending money
- 3:32Speaker 2: on it. They build a set in their house, they
- 3:34Speaker 2: get some fancy cameras, and they start trying to distribute it.
- 3:38Speaker 2: But they're just fringe characters. They're not really employed anywhere,
- 3:42Speaker 2: and the only way they get any attention is to
- 3:43Speaker 2: go nuts and say nutty things and attack President Trump
- 3:46Speaker 2: and do all of that. And Tucker's been one of
- 3:49Speaker 2: the worst. He's been sounding very very very offensive, anti semitic,
- 3:53Speaker 2: totally anti Trump. Well, finally yesterday President Trump denounced him
- 3:58Speaker 2: and cut him off. Finally, today Trump officially cut Tucker
- 4:02Speaker 2: Carl some loose from his movement and said he big letters.
- 4:05Speaker 2: He's not Maga. Tucker has lost his way. Told this
- 4:09Speaker 2: to ABC News to Jonathan Carl I knew it a
- 4:12Speaker 2: long time ago. He's not Maga. Maga is saving our country,
- 4:15Speaker 2: Maga is making our country grade. Tucker is none of
- 4:18Speaker 2: the things that we are. Tucker is really not smart
- 4:21Speaker 2: enough to understand that. Well, he's pretty smart. He's just
- 4:25Speaker 2: lost his way. And they again, they're going crazy. You know,
- 4:28Speaker 2: you're on a big network, You're getting millions and millions
- 4:30Speaker 2: of yours. You're fired, you're gone, it's over. Then you're
- 4:34Speaker 2: at home getting thousands of viewers. So how do you
- 4:37Speaker 2: get back to millions. Well, you try to get crazy.
- 4:39Speaker 2: You say something crazy, and all of a sudden, all
- 4:41Speaker 2: the fake news picks it up and your name is
- 4:44Speaker 2: being quoted and they're talking about what you said. So
- 4:47Speaker 2: it's like a drug. You get addicted. So you do
- 4:48Speaker 2: it again the next day and the next day. He
- 4:50Speaker 2: keep saying crazier things, trying to get attention, but President
- 4:55Speaker 2: Trump making it clear Tucker has nothing to do with him,
- 4:58Speaker 2: or MAGA or anything.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Now.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Tucker Carlson was asked to respond. He said, quote, there
- 5:03Speaker 2: are times they get annoyed with Trump right now, definitely included.
- 5:07Speaker 2: But I'll always love him no matter what he says
- 5:10Speaker 2: about me. All right, well that's pretty gracious, But just
- 5:15Speaker 2: remember when it comes to Tucker Carlton, Megan, Kelly, Candaso,
- 5:18Speaker 2: on whoever else joins that crazy lunatic fringe. Tune them out.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Just ignore them. It's like the new Alex Jones, that
- 5:26Speaker 2: the new QAnon or whatever they are. Just ignore them.
- 5:29Speaker 2: They're just internet fringe characters. Now. Hey, after Iran what
- 5:34Speaker 2: could be next Cuba President's already talking about it. Cuba
- 5:41Speaker 2: is going to fall too. Now that doesn't mean we're
- 5:42Speaker 2: going to war with Cuba, but as the President points out,
- 5:45Speaker 2: we cut off their oil, we cut off their money,
- 5:48Speaker 2: cut off everything coming in from Venezuela, which for them
- 5:51Speaker 2: was the sole source for a lot of things. And
- 5:53Speaker 2: Cuba wants to make a deal, and they're working on
- 5:57Speaker 2: this behind the scenes. They're already back channel shading on this.
- 6:01Speaker 2: There'll be no more money, oil, or anything going to Cuba, zero,
- 6:04Speaker 2: he wrote on truth Social I strongly suggest they make
- 6:08Speaker 2: a deal before it's too late. Now, when a guy
- 6:13Speaker 2: says you better make a deal or else, well, you know, yeah,
- 6:17Speaker 2: I don't know. But after watching what happened in Iran,
- 6:21Speaker 2: that's a little different. He says you better make a
- 6:23Speaker 2: deal or else. And just saw what happened in Iran,
- 6:26Speaker 2: So expect something to happen in Cuba. Within a couple
- 6:31Speaker 2: of months, will have liberated Iran. You'll have hopefully a
- 6:35Speaker 2: decent leader in there, and Iran is no longer the
- 6:40Speaker 2: big threat to Israel, to US, to the Middle East.
- 6:43Speaker 2: It'll be amazing break then imagine if he liberates Cuba
- 6:48Speaker 2: and it's not communist anymore. Now here's one of the
- 6:52Speaker 2: left wing. The Democrats are so upset about Iran because
- 6:56Speaker 2: you look at the past and you say, well, for
- 6:59Speaker 2: twenty third, all everybody on the left, all the Democrats,
- 7:04Speaker 2: have said we've got to get rid of Ayatola. They've
- 7:05Speaker 2: all said we got to liberate Iran. Why they're so
- 7:09Speaker 2: upset because they realize if this is pulled off, and
- 7:12Speaker 2: it looks like it could be. If this is pulled off,
- 7:15Speaker 2: president Trump looks like the greatest foreign policy president in
- 7:19Speaker 2: our lifetime. Also, this is the other reason they're very upset.
- 7:23Speaker 2: It's the greatest thing to ever happened for Israel. It
- 7:26Speaker 2: eliminates Israel's biggest threat. Remember it's Iran that was behind
- 7:30Speaker 2: October seventh. It was a Ran that funds Hamas and
- 7:34Speaker 2: Hezbala and hoodies and all that stuff. So you get
- 7:37Speaker 2: rid of Iran, Israel is suddenly a thousand times safer.
- 7:42Speaker 2: It's the best thing that ever happened to Israel. And
- 7:44Speaker 2: the left does not like that. So imagine he'll he'll
- 7:50Speaker 2: have Iran cleaned up within weeks, long before the mid terms.
- 7:55Speaker 2: And that's a lot of things are based on the
- 7:58Speaker 2: midterm elections. It's in the fall. You still got months
- 8:00Speaker 2: and months and months, which that's a lifetime in politics.
- 8:03Speaker 2: That's one reason the Christynome firing and the appointment of
- 8:07Speaker 2: Mark Wayne Mullen. They don't want those hearings taking place
- 8:10Speaker 2: anywhere near the midterms because the hearings will get ugly,
- 8:14Speaker 2: they'll be all kinds of attacks on the present. So
- 8:17Speaker 2: they want that out of the way, done, finished before
- 8:20Speaker 2: the midterms, and then like Iran, all finished and cleaned
- 8:22Speaker 2: up within a month or two and then has The
- 8:26Speaker 2: only effect that has in the midterm is he looks
- 8:28Speaker 2: like a foreign policy genius for pulling it off. Hey,
- 8:31Speaker 2: you know, the oscars are March fifteenth.
- 8:35Speaker 4: What's that?
- 8:35Speaker 2: A week from Sunday. That's a week from Sunday. Week
- 8:38Speaker 2: from Sunday. The Oscars. You know, it's not such a
- 8:40Speaker 2: big deal anymore. The oscars used to be a really
- 8:43Speaker 2: big deal. Sixty million, eighty million, hundreds of millions, a
- 8:47Speaker 2: billion people all over the world watching the Oscars. It's
- 8:50Speaker 2: not such a big deal anymore. They're lucky if they
- 8:53Speaker 2: get to twenty million viewers. So they're trying to think
- 8:55Speaker 2: of something to get some big publicity, and I'm looking
- 8:59Speaker 2: at stuff leaking out of there. The Academy wants Barbara
- 9:04Speaker 2: streisand to perform on the show. I know it's just
- 9:09Speaker 2: probably the Academy. They're all these old, crusty, old Hollywood people,
- 9:13Speaker 2: you know. I hate to break it to you. God
- 9:15Speaker 2: bless her. She's an incredible, unbelievable singer. But I hate
- 9:19Speaker 2: to break it to You're like, seventy five percent of
- 9:20Speaker 2: the world doesn't know who the hell she is anymore.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Barbara streisand what is she eighty five? I hate to
- 9:27Speaker 2: break it to you, but I don't want get all upset.
- 9:31Speaker 2: But you know, go down the hall here to Zee
- 9:34Speaker 2: one hundred great the greatest DJs and contemporary music are
- 9:38Speaker 2: down there, but they're in their twenties. You know, if
- 9:40Speaker 2: you walk down there with Barbara Streisan, they think it's
- 9:43Speaker 2: your mother. They don't know who it is. You brought down,
- 9:45Speaker 2: have no idea who it is. But on the other hand,
- 9:50Speaker 2: who's big down there, Like you say the Weekend or
- 9:54Speaker 2: Bruno Mars comes over to see you. You might not
- 9:56Speaker 2: know who he is. You might say, Bruno Mars, I
- 10:01Speaker 2: heard the name. I don't, so I don't think Straishan's
- 10:04Speaker 2: going to help them, and now they wanted the idea
- 10:07Speaker 2: is out. You know, the publicist for the Oscars is
- 10:10Speaker 2: also her publicist, so that helps make the deal. Robert Redford,
- 10:14Speaker 2: of course passed away. He's going to be one of
- 10:17Speaker 2: the big names in memoriam and the tribute, so they'd
- 10:21Speaker 2: like her to sing her immortal hit, The Way We Were.
- 10:25Speaker 2: They think this will be a powerful moment in memory
- 10:27Speaker 2: of Robert Redford. She comes out live and sings the
- 10:29Speaker 2: Way We Were. But again, sixty five percent of the
- 10:35Speaker 2: audience isn't going to know what the hell this song is.
- 10:38Speaker 2: They barely know who Robert Redford is. I mean, I've
- 10:40Speaker 2: just been realistic here, So I don't know if they'll
- 10:43Speaker 2: pull this off, but look for that possibly to happen. Hey,
- 10:48Speaker 2: you know, all we heard about is the Clintons and
- 10:51Speaker 2: Jeffrey Epstein and they were on this trip where that's
- 10:55Speaker 2: where the photo in the hot tub, the photos in
- 10:57Speaker 2: the pool with these women and Bill Clinton testifying well
- 11:02Speaker 2: I didn't did you actually have any sexual activities? No, No,
- 11:09Speaker 2: I'd only met him a couple of Well, now here's
- 11:11Speaker 2: the actual These are the details of the trip. It
- 11:14Speaker 2: was two thousand and two. They were going to Asia
- 11:18Speaker 2: Clinton Road on Jeffrey Epstein's plane. Was him in Gallaine.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Maxwell the snapshot in the hot water, the hot tub
- 11:28Speaker 2: that they first stopped. Well, actually they went to Brunei.
- 11:31Speaker 2: You remember the Sultan of Brunei. I guess they went
- 11:33Speaker 2: to see him. They went to Brunei and they stayed
- 11:37Speaker 2: in the Emperor Suite of the Empire Hotel in Brunei.
- 11:42Speaker 2: A twenty thousand dollars a night. This is twenty years ago,
- 11:45Speaker 2: so it's like a forty thousand dollars a night now.
- 11:48Speaker 2: They stayed in this palatial suite in this in the
- 11:51Speaker 2: suite and private suite. That's where the pool was, That's
- 11:55Speaker 2: where the hot tub was, That's where the jacuzzi was.
- 11:57Speaker 2: So it was not like a public thing. This was
- 12:00Speaker 2: all in private. According to flight logs, Clinton's travel, it
- 12:05Speaker 2: was actually Bill Clinton, not Hillary, traveled on the Lolita Express,
- 12:09Speaker 2: the private jet to Brunei, Epstein, Maxwell and an associate
- 12:14Speaker 2: named Sarah Kellen on board. They picked up Clinton in
- 12:18Speaker 2: Japan where he waited at a naval air base. They
- 12:22Speaker 2: picked him up and he brought with him Doug Band.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Doug Band, now the guy that formed TENEO, but back
- 12:28Speaker 2: then was his chief advisor. Some used to say his
- 12:30Speaker 2: bag man Doug Band and a guy named Mike, and
- 12:35Speaker 2: two women whose names were listed as Janice and Jessica.
- 12:39Speaker 2: These two women were brought along by the Clinton party
- 12:43Speaker 2: on the trip. First stop was in Hong Kong for
- 12:46Speaker 2: a night of whatever. They had some fun in Hong Kong,
- 12:51Speaker 2: and then it was two nights in Brunei. Clinton played
- 12:54Speaker 2: golf and had dinner with the Sultan of Brunei, a
- 12:58Speaker 2: creep who's also been accused of sex parties and underage girls.
- 13:02Speaker 2: How do you like that? And the sultan donated about
- 13:06Speaker 2: five million to the Clinton Presidential Library. So I guess
- 13:10Speaker 2: that's why Epstein wanted Clinton to go, because he can
- 13:12Speaker 2: bring the Sultan and Brunei to dinner. Clinton denied knowing
- 13:16Speaker 2: who the woman was in the pool with him. You see,
- 13:20Speaker 2: now this is important because if it was in a
- 13:22Speaker 2: hotel and you're in a pool, there's a woman there
- 13:26Speaker 2: with you, and you said I didn't know the woman.
- 13:28Speaker 2: I don't know who she is. Now you're thinking, well,
- 13:31Speaker 2: it's the hotel pool. If you go the pool in
- 13:33Speaker 2: the hotel, there could be a lot of people there,
- 13:34Speaker 2: you don't know who they are. But now it turns
- 13:37Speaker 2: out it's not the hotel pool, it's the pool in
- 13:39Speaker 2: your private room, in your suite. So if she's in
- 13:44Speaker 2: your suite with you, I would think you know who
- 13:46Speaker 2: the woman is. I would think you could find out
- 13:49Speaker 2: who was in your suite with you. So when he
- 13:51Speaker 2: says he doesn't know, I don't think I'm buying that anyway.
- 13:55Speaker 2: We'll take some calls next eight hundred Hey, last time
- 13:58Speaker 2: we took calls went a weird up of callers. Let's
- 14:00Speaker 2: get some good callers this time. All of our our
- 14:04Speaker 2: loyal regulars all over the country call me one eight
- 14:06Speaker 2: hundred three to two one zero seven ten. Is the
- 14:10Speaker 2: number one eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 14:14Speaker 1: If you're listening to Mark on the iHeartRadio app, save
- 14:17Speaker 1: time and tap the preset button.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Now.
- 14:20Speaker 5: Now back to the Mark Simon Show on woor.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Hey, we'll take some calls. So I got a nice
- 14:26Speaker 2: letter here from the Queen's Village Republican Club having their
- 14:30Speaker 2: big Lincoln Dinner. The letter goes, as we'd like to
- 14:34Speaker 2: invite you to be our honored celebrity guests we'll have.
- 14:37Speaker 2: You'll be joining Curtis Leewa, Bruce Blakeman. Laura Lloyd said,
- 14:41Speaker 2: the invitation looks great, and I think maybe I'll go to this.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Let me see when is it? And then I look
- 14:48Speaker 2: Sunday March first? Was it that last week? Well? The
- 14:53Speaker 2: problem is it came through the mail. That's the US
- 14:56Speaker 2: mail for you. It takes forever now the post office.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Actually we don't get much mail. Everything's email now. And
- 15:04Speaker 2: what's how often I get a package or a letter here?
- 15:08Speaker 2: Maybe once a month maybe maybe? And who knows where
- 15:11Speaker 2: it goes here at the enormous iHeart complex before it
- 15:15Speaker 2: actually gets to me. Anyway, Let's take some calls. Let's
- 15:18Speaker 2: go to John and Florida. John, how you doing?
- 15:21Speaker 6: Come on in man, Mark. I wish these companies would
- 15:24Speaker 6: work with Trump right now. The oil companies, all these
- 15:27Speaker 6: others running with detail between their legs. Let's face it,
- 15:30Speaker 6: if they take out the House and the Senate in
- 15:32Speaker 6: the mid time, they're going to be in a for
- 15:34Speaker 6: a rut awakening. They need to cooperate with.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Trump, right Yeah, it's not just the oil companies, the
- 15:39Speaker 2: government too, government taxes. In fact, one of the things
- 15:43Speaker 2: they could do right now to get the prices back
- 15:45Speaker 2: to normal is just and Trump has talked about this
- 15:48Speaker 2: a gas tax holiday, just drop the gas taxes for
- 15:51Speaker 2: a couple of weeks. Democrats refuse. They won't do it,
- 15:55Speaker 2: not gonna do it. Let's go to uh, let's go
- 15:57Speaker 2: to Dave in Chicago. Dave, how you.
- 15:59Speaker 7: Doing, good morning, Mark. I'm doing very well. Thank you, Mark.
- 16:03Speaker 7: I cannot understand why college campuses are protesting Operation Epic Fury.
- 16:11Speaker 7: They should be listening to you on wor watching Fox
- 16:14Speaker 7: News Newsmax. Is that possible that these professors and students
- 16:19Speaker 7: have been brainwashed?
- 16:22Speaker 2: It's not only possible, it's exactly what happened. I don't
- 16:24Speaker 2: think you can see any college professors listening or watching
- 16:27Speaker 2: Fox News or Newsmax. I don't think their head would
- 16:30Speaker 2: explode if they did. They've all got MSNBC on getting
- 16:35Speaker 2: brainwashed by that. They all got CNN on while it's
- 16:38Speaker 2: still there, watching that now. And I don't think they
- 16:42Speaker 2: even stopped to think you're protesting the death of a
- 16:47Speaker 2: man who murdered protesters for protesting. He spent the last
- 16:51Speaker 2: forty years murdering protesters who protested. Last month, he killed
- 16:55Speaker 2: thirty thousand protesters for protesting, and you're protesting his death.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Let's go to Linda in Long Island. Linda, how you doing?
- 17:04Speaker 5: How are you?
- 17:05Speaker 3: No?
- 17:06Speaker 2: You got to do it right, it's how are you?
- 17:09Speaker 2: It's deep, it's not high.
- 17:10Speaker 5: I have to practice.
- 17:12Speaker 2: You have to practice. It's the official mar Alago greeting.
- 17:15Speaker 2: How are you?
- 17:18Speaker 5: I love that. I love when you do that. Okay, quickly,
- 17:23Speaker 5: the interest rate. Now, when they're talking about the value
- 17:28Speaker 5: of our money, they keep saying it's going down. So
- 17:31Speaker 5: it doesn't help help to have more money. They have
- 17:34Speaker 5: to raise the interest rate. Now we have the situation.
- 17:38Speaker 5: I've heard some economists say we should.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Actually we had John Tarney on Last Hour, the most
- 17:42Speaker 2: brilliant guy on the economy on interest rates. He was brilliant.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Now I'm listening to you, I don't know what the
- 17:47Speaker 2: hell you talking. What are you saying? What a contrast?
- 17:50Speaker 1: All right?
- 17:52Speaker 5: Huh Steve? How about Steve Moore?
- 17:54Speaker 2: Brilliant?
- 17:55Speaker 5: He is brilliant?
- 17:56Speaker 4: He you grief.
- 17:58Speaker 5: We should not mall with the interest rate. The valuable
- 18:01Speaker 5: money is going down. We're naked.
- 18:06Speaker 2: I think you should find another subject. You don't sound
- 18:09Speaker 2: good as an economist.
- 18:12Speaker 5: I'm bears an imitator.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Right, yeah, no, you're good at Where are you in
- 18:18Speaker 2: Long Island?
- 18:21Speaker 5: Oh, I'm sorry about that.
- 18:23Speaker 1: I know you try to that question.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Now, where do you live? You live in Long Island?
- 18:28Speaker 2: Where do you live in Long Island?
- 18:30Speaker 5: No, no, I can't tell you. You keep trying to get here.
- 18:33Speaker 2: What are you in the future. I don't worry. Nobody's
- 18:34Speaker 2: coming over. Okay, well you see if I can figure
- 18:39Speaker 2: where you live, I think Rockville Center.
- 18:47Speaker 1: You forgot, you forgot right?
- 18:48Speaker 2: All right? Well, nice woman, Linda, thanks for calling. Let's
- 18:52Speaker 2: go to Let's go to Robert in Westchester. Robert, how
- 18:56Speaker 2: you doing.
- 18:58Speaker 4: Good morning, Mark, and thanks for taking my call. For
- 19:00Speaker 4: those Democrats that are ringing their hands about Nome, the
- 19:03Speaker 4: last administration had three buttes Garland, Majorcus, and Ray that
- 19:07Speaker 4: hurt our nation beyond repair. In fact, President Trump is
- 19:12Speaker 4: doing his utmost best to bring it back to now.
- 19:14Speaker 2: A very good point. That was the worst cabinet ever assembled.
- 19:16Speaker 2: In fact, in business school they should teach that, you know,
- 19:20Speaker 2: as an example of the worst, the worst staffing ever
- 19:24Speaker 2: in the history of the world. That was the dumbest
- 19:26Speaker 2: cabinet cabinet ever assembled. From Buddha Jeedge to Majorcas to
- 19:32Speaker 2: and sleazy dirty Merrick Garland, that kind of stuff. Let's
- 19:35Speaker 2: go to Rich and Myrtle Beach.
- 19:37Speaker 4: Rich.
- 19:37Speaker 2: How you doing, Hey?
- 19:39Speaker 1: Thanks Mark. You know, firstly, if I got to my point,
- 19:41Speaker 1: if Joan Powell was doing what he was supposed to
- 19:43Speaker 1: be doing the last eight and nine months, we were
- 19:45Speaker 1: hampered this problem, wouldn't we wouldn't be in this mess.
- 19:47Speaker 1: You know. The funny thing is Trump is liberating the
- 19:50Speaker 1: two most of pressed groups in the world and Iran
- 19:54Speaker 1: women and gays, and those are the two biggest voting
- 19:57Speaker 1: blocks for the Democrats, and they're all too stupid even
- 19:59Speaker 1: realized what he's doing them.
- 20:00Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Good point. Also, it's pretty clear now that the Democrats
- 20:04Speaker 2: have lost one million voters as a result Iranian Americans,
- 20:09Speaker 2: one million of them no longer going to vote for
- 20:11Speaker 2: the Democratic Party. This is their dream, the liberation of Iran.
- 20:15Speaker 2: There's a huge Iranian population just here and speaking of
- 20:19Speaker 2: Long Island, Sand's Point, Great Neck, a lot of Persian
- 20:24Speaker 2: residents and they are thrilled at the liberation of Iran.
- 20:29Speaker 2: So when they watch Democrats, it says, if Democrats want
- 20:32Speaker 2: to want the want the Iola like revived and put
- 20:36Speaker 2: back in power, they actually almost are for that. It's
- 20:41Speaker 2: it's going to cost them a lot of voters. And
- 20:44Speaker 2: when we come back, Oh, Jackie Martlin will be with us. Now,
- 20:47Speaker 2: this is going to be interesting. Jackie Martlin is all
- 20:49Speaker 2: through the Epstein files. Nothing bad, nothing bad, all good stuff.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Apparently Epstein was a real starstruck fan when it came
- 20:57Speaker 2: to comedians. But well, well I ask him, he'll tell
- 21:01Speaker 2: us what it was like to meet Epstein or have
- 21:03Speaker 2: these dinner He would have these dinners with all these comedians.
- 21:07Speaker 2: But we'll get to that coming up on seven to
- 21:08Speaker 2: ten WR Mark the Moons on WR. Well, Hey, Jackie Martlin,
- 21:16Speaker 2: Jackie the joke Man, the great comedian. By the way,
- 21:19Speaker 2: if you're in Long Island tonight, he'll be at McGuire's
- 21:23Speaker 2: Comedy Club, Bohemia, Long Island and millions of Jokes. Also
- 21:26Speaker 2: does a Q and A afterwards. That's tonight at seven point thirty.
- 21:29Speaker 2: We got a lot of listeners in Florida. He'll be there.
- 21:31Speaker 2: April eighteenth, ben to Reno's Estero, Florida, and he's with
- 21:35Speaker 2: us right now. Jackie Martling, how you doing.
- 21:38Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm doing good. Mark. Everything is fine. It looks
- 21:40Speaker 8: like the rain might stop within the next couple of weeks.
- 21:43Speaker 2: So that's exciting, you know, stops already. Hey, I got
- 21:47Speaker 2: to ask you.
- 21:48Speaker 8: Something, and you're gonna ask me anything, all right.
- 21:51Speaker 2: I'm going through the Epstein files. Apparently Epstein, you're in there.
- 21:54Speaker 2: Nothing bad, nothing bad. But apparently this guy was a
- 21:57Speaker 2: huge fan of yours.
- 21:59Speaker 1: What you know.
- 22:00Speaker 8: He was on my joke Land email list, and every
- 22:02Speaker 8: month I used to send ten or fifteen pages of
- 22:06Speaker 8: filthy jokes to about twenty five thousand people. So these
- 22:10Speaker 8: pro guys that are going through the Epstein files, I
- 22:13Speaker 8: guess every once in a while, I'm going to hit
- 22:15Speaker 8: on this oasis of ten pages of filthy joke. So
- 22:18Speaker 8: I up. They're enjoying themselves, but they.
- 22:21Speaker 2: Tell us about He apparently was a huge fan of
- 22:23Speaker 2: comedians you and Gilbert Godfried, a lot of Nick Depauloo.
- 22:27Speaker 8: No, he'd liked comics, but he loved jokes, like a
- 22:31Speaker 8: lot of smart people love jokes, especially dirty jokes. I
- 22:36Speaker 8: know if dere would tell you, Albert Einstein's favorite joke
- 22:39Speaker 8: is a true story Albert Einstein. I heard this from
- 22:43Speaker 8: a guy whose grandfather was good friends with Albert Einstein,
- 22:47Speaker 8: and because he was a famous canter at the turn
- 22:50Speaker 8: of the century. He said, Albert Einstein's favorite joke was
- 22:54Speaker 8: my penis isn't that long? But I love every foot
- 22:56Speaker 8: of it. How great is that? I love the fact
- 23:02Speaker 8: that they loved dirty jokes. You know, everybody loves them.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Hey, but tell about tell us about Epstein. Though you
- 23:07Speaker 2: go to his house, he had these big dinners with
- 23:09Speaker 2: the comedians or lunch.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Now.
- 23:10Speaker 8: I went to one dinner there with the guys, and
- 23:12Speaker 8: it was just great. This is long before yeah, long
- 23:15Speaker 8: before anything was going on. You know, it was like
- 23:19Speaker 8: April of twenty fifteen, so nobody really knew anything about him. Hey,
- 23:24Speaker 8: I'm a comedian. A free dinner with a bunch of
- 23:27Speaker 8: other comedians. You know, you couldn't keep me away from that,
- 23:30Speaker 8: you know.
- 23:30Speaker 2: And you know this guy, Bobby Slayton.
- 23:32Speaker 8: The comedian, he's a dear friend.
- 23:34Speaker 2: Yes, apparently he is. Epstein was a huge fan of his.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Used to give him an apartment whenever he came to
- 23:39Speaker 2: New York.
- 23:39Speaker 8: And well, you know, no comedian is ever going to
- 23:43Speaker 8: turn down a free a free lunch.
- 23:46Speaker 1: You know.
- 23:46Speaker 8: The story about a famous I'm not going to say
- 23:49Speaker 8: it was, but a very famous you know, singer, composer, songwriter,
- 23:56Speaker 8: and they said they would, thinking they're using one of
- 23:58Speaker 8: his songs the movie. And there was a really rich guy.
- 24:02Speaker 8: So they went to the rich guy's house and the
- 24:04Speaker 8: rich guy served them a really incredible meal and it
- 24:07Speaker 8: was wonderful, and then they watched the movie and they said, well,
- 24:10Speaker 8: what do you think you want to put one of
- 24:13Speaker 8: your songs in this movie? He says, you know, I
- 24:15Speaker 8: really don't know. I think I need to see it again.
- 24:18Speaker 8: So they came back the next night and had another
- 24:20Speaker 8: huge dinner and then he said no, and his friend said,
- 24:26Speaker 8: you never intended on letting the music music? He said no,
- 24:28Speaker 8: but man, those.
- 24:29Speaker 4: Dinners were great.
- 24:33Speaker 8: That tells the whole story.
- 24:34Speaker 2: He put it out every star, comedian, celebrity when they're
- 24:37Speaker 2: on the road, every town they got some rich guy
- 24:40Speaker 2: who's a big fan who takes you out.
- 24:41Speaker 8: It never fails, and they are always great people, and
- 24:45Speaker 8: you know you cannot lose all. Right on to the jokes.
- 24:48Speaker 8: So two girlfriends run into each other. First one says,
- 24:51Speaker 8: you should see the guy I'm seeing. He's got a ferrari,
- 24:54Speaker 8: a beach house and he's Tampton and he buys the
- 24:56Speaker 8: old guys a jewelry. The other girl says, wow, the
- 24:59Speaker 8: guy i'm and has an erection. It sticks out so
- 25:02Speaker 8: far twelve canaries can perch on it. So then the
- 25:06Speaker 8: next week they running each other, and the first girl says,
- 25:09Speaker 8: you know, I gotta tell you something I exaggerated last week.
- 25:12Speaker 8: My guy doesn't have a ferrari, it's a dodge dart,
- 25:15Speaker 8: and his beach house is a little house in Leathertown
- 25:18Speaker 8: with an inflatable pool. The only thing he's ever given
- 25:21Speaker 8: me is a few beers to get me in bed.
- 25:23Speaker 8: The second girl says, well, I exaggerated a bit too.
- 25:28Speaker 8: The twelfth canary has to stand on one foot. It's
- 25:36Speaker 8: a class. That's a classic. So a guy, because the bartender,
- 25:39Speaker 8: I can't take it. I can't take it. My wife
- 25:42Speaker 8: walks around all day and crotchless panties. The bartender is
- 25:47Speaker 8: crotchless panties. Ooh, that sounds hot as hell. The guy says, yeah,
- 25:52Speaker 8: the only problem is they weren't crotchless when she bought them.
- 26:00Speaker 8: So three nuns, here you go. Three nuns are standing
- 26:03Speaker 8: on the street corner when a flasher walks up and
- 26:06Speaker 8: he opens up his raincoat. The first nun has a stroke,
- 26:09Speaker 8: and the second nun has a stroke, and the third
- 26:12Speaker 8: nun doesn't touch him.
- 26:19Speaker 2: I can't say that.
- 26:20Speaker 8: He push again.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Okay.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Truck.
- 26:24Speaker 8: A truck driver goes into a brothel and he hands
- 26:26Speaker 8: the man of a thousand bucks. He says, I want
- 26:28Speaker 8: you rub with this woman and a baroney sandwich. She says,
- 26:33Speaker 8: for thousand dollars, you can have my prettiest girl and
- 26:36Speaker 8: surf and turf. He says, look, lady, I ain't horny.
- 26:39Speaker 8: I'm homesick. So old lady pushes her card to a
- 26:47Speaker 8: gas station. The mechanic says, what's the matter, She's that
- 26:50Speaker 8: camped out. He opens the horden. In a few minutes,
- 26:53Speaker 8: the car's pouring like a kitten. She says, what's the story.
- 26:58Speaker 8: The mechanic says, crab in the carburetor. She says, how
- 27:02Speaker 8: often I gotta do that?
- 27:07Speaker 6: Now?
- 27:07Speaker 2: Jackie and worse. Yeah, it's a two weeks till spring.
- 27:12Speaker 2: You're in Bayville, Long Island. It's right on the beach.
- 27:15Speaker 2: This must be the best time of year, like you're
- 27:17Speaker 2: just getting ready to take advantage of the weather.
- 27:19Speaker 8: It's the wall, the snow has melted. Another month will
- 27:22Speaker 8: be in the water. It's it's just fantastic. A big
- 27:25Speaker 8: show tonight out in Bohemia, and then I got the
- 27:28Speaker 8: rest of the weekend to hang with the family and
- 27:31Speaker 8: you know, starting trying to get the yard put back together.
- 27:34Speaker 8: After you know, the winter blows everything all over the
- 27:36Speaker 8: place and the place is a mess. But now it's
- 27:38Speaker 8: going to be beautiful again. I just love it.
- 27:40Speaker 2: Yeah, Jackie martinly gonna be at McGuire's comedy club tonight Bohemia,
- 27:44Speaker 2: Long Island, seven point thirty. And then you're going to Florida.
- 27:49Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm going to Florida see an old friend. I'm
- 27:51Speaker 8: going up there Stero to work at Venturinos in a
- 27:55Speaker 8: sterow I. I never heard of that town before, but
- 27:59Speaker 8: I the guy's got a great comedy club down there,
- 28:01Speaker 8: so I'm gonna go down and give it a shot.
- 28:04Speaker 8: You know, there's nothing like a trip to Florida in
- 28:06Speaker 8: the winter. You know, it's always fun.
- 28:07Speaker 2: Was it easy to get people to laugh in Florida
- 28:09Speaker 2: or in New York?
- 28:11Speaker 8: You know, it's the same people, mark you now, Florida.
- 28:16Speaker 8: Florida is just Queen's with palm trees. Hey, so a
- 28:22Speaker 8: guy walks in from work AND's a stranger start naked
- 28:26Speaker 8: with his wife on the living room floor. The guy says, glory,
- 28:30Speaker 8: and what are you doing. She turns to the stranger
- 28:32Speaker 8: and says, I told you he was stupid. Ohright, here's
- 28:39Speaker 8: one of those questions for you. What would you call
- 28:42Speaker 8: a guy with no arms? So a guy London nor hooker.
- 28:49Speaker 8: And she's got an incredible set of jugs, big huge hooters.
- 28:54Speaker 8: He says, Hey, lady, how much to kiss those? She
- 28:58Speaker 8: says one hundred bucks, takes somebody the hand, leads them
- 29:02Speaker 8: into an alley. She takes the top off. The guy
- 29:05Speaker 8: puts his nose down between the bobs, starts nuzzling and nuzzling.
- 29:10Speaker 8: He keeps nuzzling. She says, well, he's gonna kiss him
- 29:14Speaker 8: or not. He says, I'd love to, lady, but I
- 29:17Speaker 8: can't afford it. Now, that's pretty stupid.
- 29:25Speaker 2: I love them though, No, they're great. So hey, everybody,
- 29:29Speaker 2: also get the documentary. I love that documentary on you.
- 29:32Speaker 2: It's on Amazon Prime.
- 29:34Speaker 8: Right yeah, and one more people are noticing it. You know,
- 29:37Speaker 8: I keep getting emails from people and there's a lot
- 29:40Speaker 8: of stuff in there. People have no idea about me,
- 29:42Speaker 8: which is really fun. You know, and it's great. And
- 29:46Speaker 8: out here I've been doing ads for a pot dispensary.
- 29:50Speaker 8: It's like, I guess I am never going to grow
- 29:52Speaker 8: up Mark.
- 29:52Speaker 2: I guess that's you know, I don't see who's the
- 29:55Speaker 2: pot type. But okay, I'm kidding.
- 29:56Speaker 4: I'm kidding.
- 29:59Speaker 2: So but what it's this documentary. It's called Joke Man.
- 30:01Speaker 2: It's on Amazon Prime. You'll love it.
- 30:03Speaker 8: So I'd been doing a million of those cameras. Do
- 30:06Speaker 8: you do those? Do you do cameos?
- 30:08Speaker 2: No?
- 30:09Speaker 8: Oh, well you don't need the money. But you know,
- 30:11Speaker 8: I don't even need I just love doing them because
- 30:14Speaker 8: I sit there and do five minutes worth of jokes.
- 30:16Speaker 8: It's like a warm up for anything, you know, and
- 30:18Speaker 8: I get paid for doing it. And you know, people say, oh,
- 30:21Speaker 8: my mother, you know, she loves potty jokes and she
- 30:24Speaker 8: hates my father and they live in Florida. And I
- 30:28Speaker 8: just go down the list and do ten jokes about
- 30:30Speaker 8: those topics or whatever they want, you know, and I
- 30:34Speaker 8: get tips and I get good write ups. You know,
- 30:36Speaker 8: it's it's made for an idiot like me. You know,
- 30:40Speaker 8: all these jokes are sitting there going to waste and boom.
- 30:42Speaker 2: You know, just go to cameo dot com slash Jackie Martling. Hey,
- 30:46Speaker 2: we just a boy out of time, give us one more.
- 30:49Speaker 1: So.
- 30:49Speaker 8: Two guys are sitting in the barn and a pretty
- 30:51Speaker 8: girl walks in. The first guy says, wow, she's an eight.
- 30:54Speaker 8: Second guy says at one. Another pretty girl walks in.
- 30:57Speaker 8: The first guy says, wow, she's an eight.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Five.
- 31:00Speaker 8: Second guys as one. Then a really stunner beautiful goal
- 31:04Speaker 8: walks in. The first guy says, my god, look at
- 31:06Speaker 8: her nine to five. Second guys is maybe at two.
- 31:11Speaker 8: First guys, wait there, wait a minute. Those first two
- 31:14Speaker 8: girls were really pretty, but this last girl's incredible. How
- 31:17Speaker 8: the hell could you give her a two on a
- 31:19Speaker 8: one to ten scale. Second guy says, I don't use
- 31:23Speaker 8: that old one to ten scale. I use the Budweiser system.
- 31:28Speaker 8: The first guy says, the Budweiser system. What's that? He says,
- 31:31Speaker 8: that's how many Clydesdales had take to rip her off
- 31:34Speaker 8: my face. Hey, hello, the boys at Bayville Seafood, they
- 31:43Speaker 8: are so excited because it's spring and they're gonna sell
- 31:46Speaker 8: so much stuff. And then I'm gonna steal some shrimp
- 31:48Speaker 8: out the back door. And it's that simple. I said,
- 31:51Speaker 8: I have a great sho.
- 31:53Speaker 2: You soon, Jackie Martlin. Tonight McGuire's comedy Club Bohemia will
- 31:57Speaker 2: be there tonight seven point thirty. Jackie Martlin, thanks for
