- This is how women used to dress. Also, I haven't been to the gym in so long. I didn't know women just dress like whores now. Look, I'm sorry, there's no other way to describe. Have you seen it? I've seen it, the shorts? Have you seen the shorts? There's neon, they're like the only, they're like artificial bait colored. The wrinkles go like around the cheeks and all combine at the butthole. And don't look, you're not allowed to look. Don't look at her, don't look. We do have a need to be seen by men, so that's what we'll be getting into. What is that? Horror, a person who engages in sex acts, 76% of men will sneak a peek to things about compulsions. A man can't not notice those butt shorts in the gym, right? Two, a man has a mental roll of dicks. This was my moment, like, oh my gosh, what? Quantum bombs. Welcome to Quantum Bombs, a commentary show on the human condition through metaphysics and freedom. Today, we women in 2026 have the freedom to buy those neon shorts that you wear to the gym that have all the, that separate your butt cheeks and they have all the little ruchette wrinkles going straight, boom, like a star to her bum so you can men can notice. And how dare Shane Gillis, the comedian on SNL, pointed out that he noticed. Today's episode, we're gonna be looking at the whole debacle, right? The culture war near the end, but upfront. The reason I hope that you're here is something different. The psychology of why men look and maybe why women don't know why men are looking. And maybe you didn't even know it's a thing. We're gonna bring a little bit of better understanding to that and who better to bring it to you than a girl herself that has been in the bodybuilding industry of bikini, fitness, modeling, television hosts and acting. My life revolved, it still revolves around this. I still need your validation right now. Looking at me on a camera, perfectly chosen outfit for this, darlings, you men. There's never an outfit a woman chooses that she hasn't put thought into. I know this outfit appears to be preppy, but look at my pearls. I'm sweet and I'm innocent. But can you not notice how tight it is? Could you really concentrate if I was walking around in front of you and not notice? It's a bit tight around my boobs. I wanted to say my perky, perfect boobs. I'm just kidding. But that's the whole point of today's show. The philosophical takeaway for this episode, I believe is, is feminism once equality, but today's feminists are too, they aren't noticing the obvious differences of how men and women are programed. So we can't just be asking for equality without recognizing a very obvious, non-arguable difference between the sexes. And this is being made because I made an episode stating the bold claim that feminism has destroyed the West and has created wokeness. I make that bold claim and I stand behind it, watch my episode that covers it. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Now let's dive into the science behind this. Okay, so there's a book, an audio book I listened to years ago. I'm a single gal since 2010. Yes, I've only dated some men in between them that out of the country, out of state, doesn't really count. But when I do get that boyfriend, I wanna be a dang good girlfriend slash future wife. And this book will teach you how. Now it's geared towards Christians. However, these are very potent rules. The men would read for men only and we women read for women only. It taught me things like men really need my respect more than they need my love, how sex actually gives you guys the emotional support that you need. And chapter seven, which is what we are covering today starts out a man at a workplace, he's at a meeting and he's trying to just stay focused in the meeting and he's like, look at her face, look at her face, look at her face. I don't know guys, when you see a woman like this, I've actually spent 10 years in the corporate finance world myself and again, I love fashion. So I very much can understand dressing like this. I work at WeWorks and I spent a lot of time in London and there's over 50 locations there, you know, somewhere I'm working in the banking district, you've got your lawyers, your bankers, they're the ones that are gonna dress a bit more like this, but even then you wouldn't dress this sexy if you wanna be taken serious. Point is, is that the man at the meeting, what we're fixing to dive into is actually being described of how much can men pay attention. All right, so the two claims she makes in the book on chapter seven is two things about compulsions. A man can't not notice those butt shorts in the gym, right? Two, a man has a mental Rolodex. This was my moment, like, oh my gosh, what? I am a woman that has needed validation from a young age, but why do we dress the way we do? We do have a need to be seen by men, so that's what we'll be getting into, what is that? All right guys, this is a survey we're gonna, she surveyed men herself, primarily in the Christian community, note that. You got a hot woman at a train station. I just literally wrote that into Google, came up with this image, but then I was like, look, honestly, she looks like a prostitute. We'll get into what prostitutes wear shortly. So then I was like, I like this chick a little bit more, she's a little bit more classy. Look at that, but still, we've definitely, woo. Being a model, I'm not above this, guys. That's why I'm the perfect person to make it to the study. 76% of men will sneak a peek at the hot woman at the train station. There's no way around it, they're gonna sneak a peek. 18% are aware she's there and they're doing everything they can not to sneak a peek. 4% stare and drool, right? And 2% doesn't affect them at all. And I would argue those people are probably asexual or gay, meaning like they don't have any type of preference in the direction of a woman. So 98% land in the cannot notice. Oh, they've said what moves the needle on this, like what differentiates the men's ability not to look like over the years better and better, like how do you get better at not looking at the hot chick that you know is like gonna be walking your way? And it's, they did say that the propensity of how often they are going to their religious practice. Now I thought, okay, this is a Christian book saying that, but you could also apply it to, I thought about the Muslim culture and I was like, well, they don't wanna practice any restraint at all. They basically just said, this is not our problem. We have this mental Rolodex in our brain that we gotta like, we're gonna stare at hot chicks no matter what's how our brains are programmed. So we're just gonna put you in a curtain, right? Like we're just gonna put you in a sock and like give you some isolates because we don't wanna practice any type of self-control, right? Anyway, I just thought that was kind of funny. Next up is the Rolodex we're talking about. This is what really blew my brains. This is a Rolodex of hot chicks, right? Whether it's completely nude and bare or just some nice cleavage, et cetera, or Beth's too tight shirt, inappropriate. I'm just kidding. This Rolodex has two facets to it. Is that the image may come back to you like as an intrusive thought, something that you didn't want to pop into your brain, but it did anyway. And then it may just come up as something you could recall on later. Maybe when you want that recall or you just bored, you're recalling memories. Of course, they talk a little bit more about how this is very prevalent amongst men in their 20s and how it tapers off in the 30s and 40s. Basically though, 62% of men, yes, they agree. I have this Rolodex, and the images are changed all the time, and they're updated. 25% of men say, yes, these images are here, but they're mostly from the years gone by. Maybe that means like old girlfriends or something? Don't know. And then 13% of these men say, I don't really have this set of mental images. It doesn't apply to me. So 87% of men recognize they have this Rolodex of images that pop up, whether they're wanted or unwanted. And this is whether you're married or not, old or young, religious or not. This is a condition of being a man, that you have a mental Rolodex where you can conjure up images of women, whether you want these images to come up or not. Before we jump into the brain part of our next slide from that chapter, I just wanna talk to you directly as a woman who has desperately gone through all of these stages. As a bodybuilder, the point of the competition is to physically be judged on my body with the caveat of its regarding muscles. And it's true, it is. But I could easily say there is a, for lack of a better word, sickness that most of us bodybuilders share that enough will never be enough. There is a insatiable amount of validation and love that we need in a negative body image that we will probably have the rest of our lives is a common trait amongst us bodybuilders. I've always dressed a bit kind of promiscuous and had no clue what's going on inside a man's head. And what I mean by that is later on learning that some of them are undressing me with their eyes. I think men should know this. Majority of women have no clue that some men, not all, are really thinking dirty sexual thoughts about them. What I was wanting to do, and I still sometimes dress this way. So I'm not above it. And I'm saying I did it. And I tend to dress more elegant and I'm just middle-aged, let's be real guys. So I dress differently. But I wanna say is that we have no clue that men are looking at us completely sexually. In fact, if we are, I feel like those are more of the only fans women camp. And just I would say like women that kind of know more about man's mind than most. Most girls kind of like myself were innocent and naive. And I don't regret dressing promiscuous in college. And oh, and then let's go post college. Now I'm into modeling and bodybuilding. And as a professional model, I wanted to do it. But there was a certain amount of validation. Now I wanna just go to everyday bath. I have a beautiful face. I have a wonderful body. And I, my whole life, have been able to walk into any situation and know and feel the shift change. I wanna say this because I'm annoyed with women always acting like we've got it so hard in life. But what I'm describing is I've had a leg up my entire life. This, not a golden ticket, but a very different life advantage. And I am grateful to God for it every day. I recognize the advantage, I guess is what I'm trying to say. So I have a lot of mixed feelings about all of this stuff regarding being seen as a sexual object, but yet how much am I now deterring away if I were in a professional workplace where most men are just trying to look at my face, look at my face and we're trying to work our way through maybe a major negotiation or merger or just like create a very complex Excel spreadsheet, right? So I beg to wonder how much and now in today's world, women are leading in most white collar positions. This is becoming true. Please watch the episode where we learn about that. And not only are they bulldozing their way in there, they have all this moral virtue that's placed in the wrong way. No wonder men are feeling like they can only sit with their hands tied behind their back. They can't note, you know, they're trying not to stare at everything that their body is programmed, which we're getting to here shortly. The brain is saying, look, look, look, it's something very real. I guess what I'm trying to say, this gaze, that's another point. I've noticed the gaze and I've needed this men gaze. Not needed, but it's like, yeah. And I asked AI what that was, whether it's just me saying, okay, clearly, for whatever reason, for my childhood upbringing, how I'm built, I need this attention. And AI said, it's actually more human than you think. All of us women dressing this way. AI said, it's actually just as simple as when we were a child. Look at me, look at me. It is the human condition to just want to be noticed that you exist. Back to our slides. Okay, the nucleus accumbens part of the brain, small center at the back of the brain, in the region that runs things you don't think about, like breathing and digestion, and it fires automatically. Her comparison is walking into a room hungry and seeing a food table. You're pulled towards it before you decide anything. She says, clinical studies show the same firing in a man's brain when he sees a woman whose clothing calls attention to her figure. And she names the triggers specifically, cleavage in a tight shirt. Okay, the thinking centers, cortex, these kick in a beat later. That's where the choice happens. And the choice is how do you react on the initial, I noticed the woman, now what do I do with that noticing? And then we compare this part of the brain that I can't pronounce correctly to a woman's version. When a woman sees an attractive man, the nucleus accubens stays quiet and the thinking center lights up. So for a woman, it starts as a thought, he's attracted. She says this is why most women have no idea that the reflex even exists and we don't. She gives a good example in the book that her husband is trying to explain this phenomena to her about this Rolodex or kind of, she hadn't admitted it yet. And he's like, so you know, like let's say we go to the movies and we watch Tom Cruise on screen, like don't you find yourself the next day with like an image of Tom Cruise the next day or you remember him with a shirt off or anything like that. And he's like, how often do you remember that scene? And she's like, never. And I concur as a woman, never, especially not Tom Cruise. But I mean, these things just do not exist. And that takes us to the next point. The amygdala, which I can pronounce, stores gut level memories and bypasses thinking. Men's pops up as pictures and women's pop up as emotions. I was gonna say, now if there was a scene, a romantic scene of people making out, what I would probably think about the next day, maybe there was some really good soundtrack with that emotional scene and it evoked emotion from me. I might remember it because of the emotion that it provoked or if it was scary, you know, basically emotion. That's what would trigger our memory. It would never be, you know, the rain on his chest or whatever, you know, though I know this, not for every woman, right? Because we've got those romantic books that some women enjoy. So the final thoughts is that this image from this Rolodex you men have, it can arrive involuntarily, just like the don't read this written on a chalkboard, you don't have the choice, right? It's gonna be there. Like if the women is wearing the gym shorts, it's the same dang thing. Her shorts say, don't read this on the bum. And you're gonna look because the brain has been programmed for you guys to do that. She brings up a perfect example on number two. The rush of pleasure is also involuntarily. Her four-year-old son, they lost him in the mall. They found him standing in front of the Victoria's Secrets store, looking at the beautiful model. And the father asked him, oh, here you are son. And he's like, I like this. And he said, why do you like it? And he said, her tummy, her bare tummy makes my tummy feel good. So here he is, doesn't know what sex is yet at the age of four, but already was getting a pleasure signal from his brain that this was good. Number three, what he does next is a choice. So the point is, for you Christians, she made the point, the line between temptation and sin, that Jesus often was tempted, but we also knew that he was without sin. So basically it's A-okay to be tempted by all us sluts walking around wearing barely nothing. I'm just kidding. I don't wear barely nothing anymore. So it's totally okay to be tempted, but it's what you choose to do with the temptation yourself. And I think a lot of respectable men have a very comfortable balance with this Rolodex, right? You probably know exactly how to do it since everything in today's modern culture is literally just sluts everywhere. And that's the point of let's get more into the culture war of what we're talking about. Men are already upset that women have stolen the place, the safe space of a gym and would berate you for looking when you're just being, what was it like? You're just being the 98% of men who's a program to look. So you would be more of a weirdo if you don't notice the chick where their butt cheek shorts on and not notice them. I notice them and I'm a female. And you know why else you notice something in a gym? It's cause anytime anybody moves in a gym, you notice them like we're praying program to look at things that are moving around us. Let's look at the definition of whore since that's a word Shane chose to use. Whore, somewhat old fashioned, disparaging, offensive, a person who engages in sex acts and especially sexual intercourse in the exchange for pay. So that was my first thought when I was thinking about the word whore. I'm like, what means prostitute, right? I'm like, no Beth, it just means that number two, a woman who has multiple sexual partners, a woman who is sexually promiscuous. It just means that, well, it actually means both. To Shane's point, was he accurate? So I just typed in prostitute. Let's see what it looks like. Well, first things first, we've got a bunch of women legs. Look right there of the woman that looks like she's picking her wedge out of the, those very short gym shorts she's got on. Let's keep going though. Let's look at what else looks like women of the night. Obviously, we're just, you see a bunch of legs, really? So his point was totally valid. The next thing I wanna bring attention to is high school girls volleyball. I went to my friend's daughter's volleyball tournament and before I ran in, I was just like, I'm a Karen, but like a conservative Karen. And I'm like, hold on, wait, what? I'm just staring at their butts and there's all these bothers in the stands staring at their butts in half this crap's private leagues. You're paying for your daughter to be whored out on the court staring at their butts. I played volleyball. I'm an athlete. That's the whole point going back to these shorts is they don't help your performance. In fact, that part between your thighs, are we feeling weird? I'm sorry, man, I'm giving you all so much Rolodex to work with, but you see this little part between her thighs that sticks out, that sticks together, that rubs together, that drives me crazy. Doesn't matter how fit you get, you're still gonna have a little bit of love there. These are not conducive to that. The main reason I don't wear the shorts with the scrunch, because trust me, I tried. I love having a nice fit body and showing you how great my glutes work and how much I work on them is because those suckers ride up around that fat and then I'm sitting there pulling them down out of my crotch for comfort. And after pulling them down twice, I'm like, absolutely not heck no. But the point is, is these high school volleyball teams, they got their junk out for you. All right, cause we're living in 2026 and this brings me to my next point which is this is how women used to dress. And I love watching this. I would just, okay. I like her two prior outfits I would love to be in. I'm gonna stop talking now because I'm gonna speed it up so you could just see the change throughout time. But I absolutely love what I'm looking at right now. It is classically beautiful. That's my favorite one. Oh. That's me right there. That would be like, I love that air 2000s. My belly was out, as I said, that was me. And that's it guys. There you have it. One quick thing I wanna say that I've noticed in pop culture, I watch all of the love is blind on Netflix. It's like my only reality thing that I really dive into and the women on there, like you know that the whole world's gonna be watching it like literally multiple countries and they wear, like I would never wear something like this on there. Why? Cause it's thin, cheap material. They wear like the most toe clothes and they're getting proposed to and they're, you know, they know that everybody, including their future husband that they're trying to get married to through a wall is gonna be seeing them. And I'm just like, look at these elegant outfits that some of you saw, one in all the women, every few shows will have like an elegant woman that dresses with real classical beauty. Now on to Dave Chappelle. He also had a funny one. I hope you haven't seen this yet. Cause once I saw this, I was like, this is it. This is it. And a girl walks by and man, she looks good. She looks good. Not good in that classical way. I mean, you know, I'm talking good. Like she got half her ass hanging out her skirt. Her titties are all mashed together, popping out the top of her turtleneck and shit. You with your buddies, you got a couple of drinks in you. And you see guys, you might try to talk to it. It might not come out right. I don't know what you say, but damn, look at them titties. The girl gets mad and she says, oh, oh, oh, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Just because I'm dressed this way does not make me a whore. Gentlemen, that is true. Just because they dress a certain way doesn't mean they are a certain way. Don't never forget it. But ladies, you must understand that that is fucking confusing. Now that would be like me. Dave Chappelle, the comedian walking around the streets in a copy and a form. Somebody might run up on me. Thank God. Officer, help us. Come on, they're over here. Help us. I'm like, man, oh, just because I'm dressed this way does not make me a police officer. It's like, all right, ladies, fine, fine. You are not a whore. But you are wearing a whore's uniform. I'll tell you that's the problem. OK, want to look at my Instagram. We're going to send some of my own saved workouts on Instagram. I noticed that we don't wear clothes in these. Now, there's science behind actually being able to see yourself pump in the mirror, that if you could visually see yourself pump, your results are actually better for those that work out in front of the mirror. But I don't necessarily know if that means everybody needs to basically almost get naked to work out. And there are women working out in their own private personal gym making videos for women and a few pervs that hop onto their page to watch them. Now, this guy is the ultimate troll that I'm trying to find. He wears these shorts. He is I am nunsie on Instagram. And it's just hilarious. Like, look at this. Sorry, guys. I know this is also gross for y'all to see. This is what I want you to do. I want you to grab a big, heavy dumbbell, take a wide stance, and only your toes out. You're going to perform four sets. That's exactly what the girls do, though. They put their butt. Now, I'm giving y'all a guy. Sorry. So that at least for y'all that are worried about it, y'all's rolodex. I'm giving you a dude. But I think it's brilliant because he is teaching us women how to build a booty. And he's shown his booty off by booty enhancing thing. And I'm tempted to show you guys all of the cultural war videos on this. I'm not looking for attention at the gym. I'm trying to fucking work out. Oh, my god. As if women don't already struggle to feel comfortable at the gym, you got to make a stupid joke. And now, I'm like, well, what do I fucking wear? And I've seen. I've been working out in one section. And I saw these men. I saw a cute girl over here. Hello. And I was like, yeah. I'm always like, yes, girlie. And then I could see these guys. I could read their lips what they were talking about her. Just like, see what she's wearing? Like, don't fucking look at her. Don't fucking look. I'm so mad. I'm so annoyed. I just got a personal trainer. And so she's asking me to do different exercises and shit that I've ever done at the gym. So I have been feeling a million percent more uncomfortable at the gym. And then the stupid sheen gillies joke. Now, trying to figure out what to wear at the gym, I was like, oh, I really like these pants. They're really comfortable. But they do have the scrunchiness. I like this scrunchiness because then nothing. And then I've even gone to the gym in baggy cotton sweatpants. Women, I would describe as they're not even feminist. I think here's what most of them are. A lot of girls have backlash against Shane Gillis, the comedian, saying this. And I think it's that going back to the human condition that I named within myself is that I exist. This is a topic that's easy and accessible for them to understand. White male complained about women dressing like whores in the gym. And they already know that, A, you can't tell women what to wear. And it's just something easy to comment on. So I feel like there's just this barrage of women who, and you look at them, they're like young chicks, all kinds of girls, all the spectrums so wide, complaining about this. This is an easy concept to push back against. I have the right to dress like a whore. They don't see that they're dressing like a whore because they haven't looked back through time that we used to cover up. And now we're just one step away from a dental floss. And in some cases, dental floss is actually what's being worn, right? And I guess there's this question of the depravity of society. And there's that quote about if you want to run a society from within, I think just be nude or have nudity, be rampant. That's one way. So while we are animals, what makes us conscious beings is that we are aware of our own existence, right? So we should act better, higher, and at the same time, I could be forgiving and say, it's all about where you are in life, right? It's all about where you can meet someone. So my philosophical takeaway, again, goes back to my concern about the feminization of all Western societies. I don't see this as a problem that will ever get corrected and swing back anytime soon. So we have a major dangerous situation on our hands of, and this is just another like pop-up showing you that women are now, you know, we already know that women can put their bodies in front of you and men, how dare you react, even though 98% of you should react, otherwise something isn't going right in your brain. The takeaway that 98% of men will look when you are dressed attractive, which I think for a lot of women, it's kind of hard for us to hide this, is to know that men will look and to know that you may be serving as a distraction, or like, are you a net positive or a net negative or a net neutral? Is it a situation like I described where you use it for your advantage? That's something I could feel working for me in my advantage all throughout life, whether it was from women or men, the beauty works for both sexes, right? You're treated differently on your appearance, and the takeaway is to acknowledge that, that there is a Rolodex that men will have, doesn't necessarily need to bother you that they may recall your image later, because it has no effect on you. The only thing that affects you is what your mind is focused and thinking, well, I'm a strong believer in that, so people can say whatever they want about me, right, in the comments and everything, and I can even read them, but it's my choice on how that affects me. Let people call you a whore if you're wearing hoarse clothes, own it, baby. Know that those clothes you chose, while they aren't a good for function, they are not also good for comfort, but they are there for looks, and that's the number one thing you need to own, baby. Own it, and we'll be in such a different place, and know that with this data that we are turning heads for a reason, that that is programmed in us, and that's the difference, it's beautiful, and that you have that advantage, and ignoring that you have that advantage is not even being a good feminist. A good feminist would say, I know we have a sexual advantage. I know that men could be distracted in certain capacities. There should be places that a little bit more reverence might be lent, like in a boardroom, in a workplace, in a church, et cetera. Dental floss shouldn't be accepted everywhere, and that's the vibe for today, baby. I hope y'all got something out of that. I certainly did. Know that we have the cumin condition to say, I exist. Love that people are knowing you exist. Please acknowledge everyone so they can have that feeling that they too exist, not everybody that is as blessed as beautiful women who are showing off their goods in the most subtlest ways or the most obvious ways. All right, baby, stay free, and ladies, stay off the streets. Bye-bye. Quantum bomb.
