- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, This is a look back episode. Today
- 0:04Speaker 1: we're going to talk about an investigation into Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:08Speaker 1: and his traveling while he was a sex offender. Now,
- 0:13Speaker 1: when you're a registered sex offender, you have to let
- 0:17Speaker 1: the registry know that you're going overseas to travel. And
- 0:21Speaker 1: as we all know, Jeffrey Epstein, while he was a
- 0:24Speaker 1: registered sex offender was still jet setting all over the world.
- 0:29Speaker 1: So there was a secondary investigation opened up into Jeffrey
- 0:32Speaker 1: Epstein and his behavior while he was a convicted sex
- 0:37Speaker 1: offender and under the I don't know auspices of the
- 0:41Speaker 1: US Marshall Service. And according to a witness, a traffic
- 0:47Speaker 1: control person, Jeffrey Epstein was still gallivanting with girls as
- 0:52Speaker 1: young as eleven and twelve. So let's jump into this
- 0:55Speaker 1: article from The Guardian and let's get an idea of
- 0:59Speaker 1: what is going on here. Headline US investigated whether Epstein
- 1:04Speaker 1: traveled with underage girls in twenty and eighteen. In a
- 1:09Speaker 1: previously undisclosed inquiry, air traffic controller told Marshalls she saw
- 1:13Speaker 1: the financier pedophile with girls who appeared to be pre teens.
- 1:18Speaker 1: And now this fits with what we heard about in
- 1:20Speaker 1: Santa Fe as well. Right, we heard down in Santa
- 1:23Speaker 1: Fe that Epstein and Maxwell would show up at the
- 1:25Speaker 1: airport with a bunch of girls and they'd ferry him
- 1:28Speaker 1: off either a helicopter or in the fleet of Yukon's
- 1:33Speaker 1: and Escalades and other SUVs that would come from Zoro.
- 1:37Speaker 1: So this is right in line with everything we know
- 1:39Speaker 1: about Jeffrey Epstein, and we all know that he was
- 1:42Speaker 1: still active during the time he was supposedly arrested. So
- 1:46Speaker 1: what you think he just stopped? How many times do
- 1:48Speaker 1: we have to discuss this? Guys like Epstein do not
- 1:50Speaker 1: just stop a previously undisclosed federal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein,
- 1:56Speaker 1: including an examination of whether he was traveled with underage
- 2:01Speaker 1: girls as recently as last year newly released document show So, look,
- 2:06Speaker 1: there was a lot of stuff going on behind the
- 2:08Speaker 1: scenes when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. But the problem
- 2:11Speaker 1: is it never went anywhere, right. How many of these
- 2:14Speaker 1: investigations just died on the vine. And while these investigations
- 2:19Speaker 1: were dying on the vine, Jeffrey Epstein was continuing to rape,
- 2:23Speaker 1: he was continuing to launder money, and he was continuing
- 2:27Speaker 1: to do what he has always done. US Marshall Service
- 2:32Speaker 1: investigators spoke in July with an air traffic controller who
- 2:36Speaker 1: said she saw Epstein get off his private jet at
- 2:39Speaker 1: an airport near his US Virgin Island's retreat with two
- 2:43Speaker 1: girls who appeared to be eleven or twelve, according to
- 2:46Speaker 1: the documents. Now, the question is, why would Jeffrey Epstein
- 2:50Speaker 1: be traveling with two young girls out are eleven and twelve.
- 2:55Speaker 1: There's no good reason for that. This dude is not
- 2:59Speaker 1: a man who should be around any children or teenagers,
- 3:02Speaker 1: hell around anyone. Yet he's traveling with girls who are
- 3:07Speaker 1: eleven and twelve, and we don't want more answers. The
- 3:10Speaker 1: Marshal Service isn't digging hard to find out who these
- 3:13Speaker 1: girls are, who are their parents, where did they come from,
- 3:15Speaker 1: what's their story? What happened to them? You see, these
- 3:19Speaker 1: are the things that are never answered when it comes
- 3:21Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein. The air traffic controller said she saw
- 3:28Speaker 1: Epstein another time with a girl who looked to be sixteen,
- 3:31Speaker 1: seventeen or eighteen years old according to the reports. She
- 3:35Speaker 1: said both instances happened between June and November of twenty
- 3:39Speaker 1: and eighteen, so this is right before the doors got
- 3:42Speaker 1: blown off of the Epstein story the second time, and
- 3:47Speaker 1: he was still running around in a brazen fashion with
- 3:50Speaker 1: all of his hubris, shoving it in everybody's face. Not
- 3:54Speaker 1: only did I get away with this is what he's saying,
- 3:57Speaker 1: I am going to continue to do it, and there's
- 3:59Speaker 1: not a damn thing any of you can do to
- 4:01Speaker 1: stop me because I have all of this compromand on
- 4:04Speaker 1: all of you as well. That was his thinking, right,
- 4:07Speaker 1: that was his psyche, and so he was very brazen
- 4:12Speaker 1: with his behavior. He continued on this path of molestation
- 4:16Speaker 1: and abuse even after being arrested the first time. The
- 4:21Speaker 1: Marshall Service interviewed the air Traffic Controller on July tenth,
- 4:25Speaker 1: four days after Epstein's arrest on sex trafficking charges, as
- 4:29Speaker 1: part of a parallel investigation into whether he violated his
- 4:32Speaker 1: status as a registered sex offender by not disclosing certain
- 4:36Speaker 1: overseas travel. So look, we all know he wasn't disclosing anything,
- 4:41Speaker 1: and we all know that the Marshall Service really doesn't
- 4:43Speaker 1: care about these rich people. They could do whatever they want.
- 4:46Speaker 1: If it was a regular person, you know, you were
- 4:48Speaker 1: I or your friend, big difference, they'd be in prison,
- 4:51Speaker 1: maybe down on Guantanamo or sent to some CIA black
- 4:55Speaker 1: site in insert country here. All right, maybe that wouldn't happen,
- 4:58Speaker 1: but you get my drift. When somebody has these kinds
- 5:02Speaker 1: of charges against them an average person, all precautions are taken.
- 5:08Speaker 1: They go off of the thought that you are as
- 5:11Speaker 1: guilty as shit and you're a monster, right, and they should.
- 5:15Speaker 1: But not with Epstein. He was able to gallivant around,
- 5:19Speaker 1: fly around, go wherever he wants, you know, just live
- 5:22Speaker 1: his life as normal. Records related to that investigation were
- 5:31Speaker 1: made public this week by the Marshall Service as a
- 5:35Speaker 1: result of a Freedom of Information Act request filed by
- 5:38Speaker 1: muck Rock News, an online repository for public records. And
- 5:43Speaker 1: it's crazy that people have to use Freedom of Information
- 5:46Speaker 1: Act so often in this country. You would think that
- 5:49Speaker 1: the government who is out here talking about all of
- 5:52Speaker 1: these other authoritarian regimes and this one has to go
- 5:55Speaker 1: and that one has to go. Yet our own government
- 5:58Speaker 1: is so secretive and hiding so many things from us. Now.
- 6:03Speaker 1: I get it when it's something that has to do
- 6:05Speaker 1: with national security, right, but why does somebody have to
- 6:08Speaker 1: get a Freedom of Information Act pulled to find out
- 6:11Speaker 1: if there's an investigation into Epstein. That has nothing to
- 6:14Speaker 1: do with national security, or does it. Epstein's lawyers did
- 6:21Speaker 1: not immediately respond to a message seeking comment. Epstein, sixty six,
- 6:27Speaker 1: was found dead on August tenth in his cell out
- 6:30Speaker 1: of federal jail in Manhattan after a July arrest on
- 6:33Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges. Epstein was required to register as a
- 6:38Speaker 1: sex offender because he had pleaded guilty years ago to
- 6:41Speaker 1: state charges of soliciting of a minor for prostitution under
- 6:46Speaker 1: a plea deal that at the time was thought to
- 6:48Speaker 1: have ended a broader investigation into more serious charges involving
- 6:53Speaker 1: numerous underage girls in the early two thousands. Well, that's
- 6:57Speaker 1: what they hoped, right. They hope that that deal, the
- 7:00Speaker 1: non prosecution agreement that all of these clowns were protected by.
- 7:04Speaker 1: They hoped that that would protect them forever. What they
- 7:08Speaker 1: didn't bank on was that a new investigation would be
- 7:10Speaker 1: opened up in a different jurisdiction. You see, they didn't
- 7:14Speaker 1: go after Maxwell for the crimes that she was allegedly
- 7:19Speaker 1: protected against as far as the n dieges, I mean,
- 7:21Speaker 1: the NPA goes. But they had new charges, right, They
- 7:25Speaker 1: had different witnesses, different girls. And the crazy part is
- 7:28Speaker 1: they probably could have found ten, fifteen, twenty more. That's
- 7:33Speaker 1: how prolific Epstein and Maxwell were. That's how many girls
- 7:37Speaker 1: were molested by these sick, fucking people. And yet Epstein
- 7:42Speaker 1: was able to go on with his business for how long,
- 7:44Speaker 1: even after being clipped, even after getting arrested, even after
- 7:48Speaker 1: being a sex offender, he was still allowed to fly
- 7:52Speaker 1: around the world, go to different countries. And who knows
- 7:55Speaker 1: what he was doing in these other countries. Folks. We
- 7:57Speaker 1: all know, when you're a depraved lunatic like Jeffrey Epstein
- 8:01Speaker 1: and you have a bank roll like he does, the
- 8:04Speaker 1: sky's the limit for your depravity. And we know that
- 8:08Speaker 1: when he was in other countries, he most certainly was
- 8:10Speaker 1: being a depraved, disgusting lunatic. According to the documents, federal
- 8:17Speaker 1: prosecutors in New York asked the Marshall Service in January
- 8:21Speaker 1: to investigate Epstein's overseas travel, a window into how long
- 8:25Speaker 1: federal authorities were looking at Epstein before his arrest. Well,
- 8:30Speaker 1: that's all fine and well, but let's not act like
- 8:32Speaker 1: they were about to arrest him or anything. That's certainly
- 8:34Speaker 1: not the case if it wasn't for them being completely
- 8:37Speaker 1: embarrassed by a the survivors taking their story and their
- 8:43Speaker 1: issue to social media, and then be Julie Brown amplifying it.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Epstein would have never, ever, ever, ever been arrested a
- 8:54Speaker 1: second time. So to act like the American government or
- 8:58Speaker 1: the FEDS were hard at work trying to track down
- 9:01Speaker 1: leads is ridiculous. All the leads are there for them,
- 9:05Speaker 1: all the evidence is there for them. They've just chose,
- 9:07Speaker 1: They've chose not to take action for this long, and
- 9:12Speaker 1: they chose to let Jeffrey Epstein continue to do what
- 9:15Speaker 1: he did. Under a twenty sixteen federal law known as
- 9:23Speaker 1: International Megan's Law, registered sex offenders are required to report
- 9:27Speaker 1: planned international travel to the authorities at least twenty one
- 9:31Speaker 1: days before they are to leave the US. Did you
- 9:35Speaker 1: think you think Jeffrey Epstein followed those rules, mister? The
- 9:39Speaker 1: rules aren't made for me. Of course, he didn't. Did
- 9:43Speaker 1: what he wanted, when he wanted, how he wanted. Epstein
- 9:48Speaker 1: informed authorities in the Virgin Islands of a March trip
- 9:51Speaker 1: to Paris just four days before departing. According to the
- 9:54Speaker 1: Marshall Service records, what was he doing in Paris? Where
- 9:57Speaker 1: was Jean Luke brunel at at this point, was Epstein
- 10:01Speaker 1: abusing people there? Again? Every single place he went, an
- 10:05Speaker 1: investigation should open up. Epstein didn't list any other destinations
- 10:14Speaker 1: on his disclosure form, but a public flight tracking website
- 10:18Speaker 1: located his plane in Vienna, Austria, on March twenty second,
- 10:22Speaker 1: and on Monaco on March twenty seventh. Look what was
- 10:26Speaker 1: he doing over there? Just over there to hang out
- 10:29Speaker 1: over there for a good time? Who was he with,
- 10:31Speaker 1: who went with them? And how many girls were abused?
- 10:33Speaker 1: Because I'm of the opinion everywhere this guy went so
- 10:36Speaker 1: on was abused. Investigators sought information from France, Monaco, Austria,
- 10:44Speaker 1: and Morocco, got flight plan records from the Federal Aviation
- 10:48Speaker 1: Administration showing Epstein's travel to numerous countries, and drafted a
- 10:53Speaker 1: search warrant for phone number for a phone number Epstein
- 10:56Speaker 1: listed as a point of contact whenever he traveled internationally.
- 10:59Speaker 1: The record show they also met at a diner in
- 11:03Speaker 1: Florida with a Miami Herald reporter whose stories last year
- 11:07Speaker 1: spurred the criminal investigation that led to Epstein's arrest, walking
- 11:11Speaker 1: away from the sit down with the air traffic controller's
- 11:14Speaker 1: phone number and other leads. According to the documents. How
- 11:18Speaker 1: pathetic is that? So in this article, the FBI is
- 11:22Speaker 1: telling you that they weren't doing real work. They weren't
- 11:24Speaker 1: really investigating this, and until Julie Brown's story blew up,
- 11:28Speaker 1: they had no desire to pursue it. That's what the
- 11:31Speaker 1: FBI thinks about us. That's what the FBI thinks about
- 11:34Speaker 1: the most vulnerable. Ah. So what it's over and done with.
- 11:37Speaker 1: We arrested him one time, but yet he's left to
- 11:41Speaker 1: do whatever he wants for as long as he wants.
- 11:47Speaker 1: It will be investigated further, they wrote. In August, oh
- 11:50Speaker 1: about time, two days after Epstein's suicide, allegedly, investigators met
- 11:54Speaker 1: with federal prosecutors in the Virgin Islands and agreed to
- 11:58Speaker 1: drop the Megan's Law investmentstigation. The search warrant and requests
- 12:02Speaker 1: for international assistance were canceled. A judge formally ended the
- 12:06Speaker 1: criminal case against Epstein on August twenty ninth, two days
- 12:10Speaker 1: after an extraordinary hearing in which sixteen women spoke about
- 12:14Speaker 1: his abuse. Sixteen women, and that's just a drop in
- 12:18Speaker 1: the bucket. Unfortunately, you know how many women were abused
- 12:21Speaker 1: by this sick dude? How many women? And we're not
- 12:24Speaker 1: talking about five or six. We're not talking about seven
- 12:27Speaker 1: or eight, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds. Epstein was making
- 12:33Speaker 1: preparations for his own death in the days before he
- 12:36Speaker 1: killed himself, allegedly including signing a will two days before
- 12:40Speaker 1: his death an amending a trust he'd established in January
- 12:44Speaker 1: that held many of his assets, according to court records
- 12:47Speaker 1: in the Virgin Islands, where Epstein had a home. A
- 12:51Speaker 1: state lawyers and other experts have told the Associated Press
- 12:54Speaker 1: that the trust could make it more difficult for Epstein's
- 12:58Speaker 1: survivors to try to collect damages from him. Well, that
- 13:02Speaker 1: was certainly the goal, right, He wanted to make it
- 13:04Speaker 1: out so nobody got any dough from him. But that's
- 13:07Speaker 1: not the case. We all know the story. We all
- 13:10Speaker 1: know that the compensation fund kicked in, and we all
- 13:12Speaker 1: know that these girls got paid out. While I don't
- 13:16Speaker 1: think they got paid out enough, his plan to try
- 13:19Speaker 1: and hide his money didn't work out. So well. Well, folks,
- 13:23Speaker 1: there you have it. Another look back episode, more pieces
- 13:28Speaker 1: on the puzzle board, and more questions. You would think
- 13:32Speaker 1: that at this point we'd be getting some answers, but
- 13:34Speaker 1: it seems all we get are more questions. All right, everybody.
- 13:39Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
- 13:41Speaker 1: at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo bbuy
- 13:45Speaker 1: cap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also
- 13:50Speaker 1: find me on Twitter at bo bbuy underscore cap u Cci.
- 13:57Speaker 1: The link that goes along with this episode can be
- 13:59Speaker 1: found in the description box. All right, everybody, I'm buddy
- 14:03Speaker 1: and welcome to the program. So it looks like there
- 14:07Speaker 1: has been another lawsuit filed against Jeffrey Epstein and is
- 14:12Speaker 1: a estate. According to this lawsuit, it was two girls,
- 14:18Speaker 1: one eleven and one thirteen. Shouldn't come as a shock
- 14:23Speaker 1: to anybody. We're going to continue to hear about girls
- 14:25Speaker 1: who are abused by Jeffrey Epstein time and time again.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Keep as we keep moving into the future. This is
- 14:32Speaker 1: what I've talked about, the unnamed girls, the girls we
- 14:35Speaker 1: don't know about, the girls we've never heard of, the
- 14:37Speaker 1: girls we've never seen. How many of them are out there?
- 14:41Speaker 1: If one hundred and twenty five girls got cash payouts
- 14:46Speaker 1: from the Survivor's Fund, can you imagine how many out
- 14:50Speaker 1: there there really are. Ones that might not have even
- 14:55Speaker 1: known about the fund, ones that are from were torn broken,
- 14:59Speaker 1: down on countries, and every time we hear of new
- 15:04Speaker 1: lawsuits like this that come out, it just goes to
- 15:09Speaker 1: the point that there is so much more out there
- 15:12Speaker 1: that we still do not know about Jeffrey Epstein's crimes
- 15:15Speaker 1: and the people he abused, so vast folks. The size
- 15:23Speaker 1: of this is it's almost impossible to explain the size
- 15:27Speaker 1: and scope of all of this. But as we keep
- 15:32Speaker 1: moving forward, we're going to keep getting reports like this,
- 15:34Speaker 1: We're going to keep getting lawsuits filed, and it's going
- 15:37Speaker 1: to be sadder and sadder as the information comes out.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Let's jump into this article from the Toronto Sun and
- 15:50Speaker 1: author Brad Hunter, and let's see what's up headline Jeffrey
- 15:56Speaker 1: Epstein's sexually Abused Girls eleven and thirteen. The twisted world
- 16:02Speaker 1: of billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein just got sicker. And you know,
- 16:07Speaker 1: whenever you hear that, you gotta perk up a bit.
- 16:10Speaker 1: How could it possibly get any sicker? Right, you say
- 16:12Speaker 1: to yourself, I know, I feel like taking a bleach
- 16:15Speaker 1: bath after every article. I feel like drowning myself in
- 16:19Speaker 1: bleach when I read these articles about this fucking guy
- 16:22Speaker 1: and the things that he did and the people that
- 16:24Speaker 1: he heard. The estate of the Hedge Fund head case
- 16:31Speaker 1: has been hit with three more lawsuits from women claiming
- 16:34Speaker 1: Epstein sexually abuse them. And now remember this is the
- 16:37Speaker 1: actual estate that's getting clipped with these, so it's not
- 16:41Speaker 1: part of the fund. These are actual lawsuits, standalone lawsuits
- 16:46Speaker 1: that these girls are filing against the estate looking for redress. Right,
- 16:52Speaker 1: they didn't feel like the compensation fund was right for them,
- 16:57Speaker 1: so they chose not to opt in, and instead they're
- 17:00Speaker 1: going after the estate. Now the Survivor's Fund, like I said,
- 17:05Speaker 1: is I think it was a great idea and one
- 17:07Speaker 1: hundred and twenty five million dollars is really nothing to
- 17:09Speaker 1: sneeze at. But that said, Jeffrey Epstein gave more money
- 17:13Speaker 1: to Leon Black for advice. I'm using air quotes here
- 17:17Speaker 1: than they paid out in survivors restitution. See that doesn't
- 17:22Speaker 1: sit well with me, and I don't understand or like
- 17:26Speaker 1: that at all. Every single dollar of this estate should
- 17:31Speaker 1: have been dispersed to these survivors. Epstein killed himself in August,
- 17:39Speaker 1: allegedly twenty nineteen, while a waiting trial on a slew
- 17:42Speaker 1: of sex trafficking charges. Today, his fifty nine year old
- 17:47Speaker 1: former muse, co conspirator, general, all around scusbag, fellow child abuser,
- 17:51Speaker 1: and bipedal serpent. Glenn Maxwell is caged in Brooklyn while
- 17:55Speaker 1: she waits for her in a November sex trafficking trial.
- 17:59Speaker 1: So oh, it's it's definitely interesting to think about, right,
- 18:08Speaker 1: how many more of these kind of lawsuits we're going
- 18:10Speaker 1: to see? You know, you got Gallan Maxwell rodding away
- 18:14Speaker 1: in this jail cell. Her trial's on its way. Things
- 18:18Speaker 1: aren't looking good for her. You have the unraveling of
- 18:21Speaker 1: Prince Andrew occurred, now you have these other lawsuits coming down.
- 18:25Speaker 1: And like I said, how many times did I tell
- 18:27Speaker 1: you guys, it's like a damn that breaks. Right first,
- 18:30Speaker 1: you have a little hole, a crack, a little bit
- 18:32Speaker 1: of water's coming through, and then before you know it,
- 18:35Speaker 1: bust city and the dam's gone and we're overflown with
- 18:39Speaker 1: water in our case information. And that's what's happening, folks.
- 18:43Speaker 1: And the closer we get to glean Maxwell's trial, the
- 18:46Speaker 1: more it's going to occur. Now more lawsuits have bombarded
- 18:54Speaker 1: Epstein's estate, believed to be worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
- 18:58Speaker 1: According to Patch, The plaintiffs in the three separate lawsuits
- 19:01Speaker 1: identified New York Supreme Court papers as Jane Doe thirteen,
- 19:06Speaker 1: Jane Doe fifteen, and Jane Doe eighteen say they were
- 19:11Speaker 1: assaulted by Epstein at the ages of eleven, thirty two,
- 19:15Speaker 1: and thirteen. Record show Dough thirteen was just eleven, I mean,
- 19:24Speaker 1: so it's hard to even talk about that eleven and
- 19:29Speaker 1: thirteen years old. Dude, really, you sick fuck. And honestly,
- 19:38Speaker 1: the way he died wasn't brutal enough for me. He's
- 19:42Speaker 1: exactly where he deserves to be in hell. And if
- 19:45Speaker 1: it wasn't for justice not being served, I wouldn't believe me.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I wouldn't miss one single wink of sleep over this
- 19:52Speaker 1: scumbag dying. And I don't say that lightly because I
- 19:56Speaker 1: don't wish death on anybody really, man, that's you know,
- 20:00Speaker 1: it's not up well some kind of I'm not really
- 20:03Speaker 1: a resentment kind of guy, right, I don't try and
- 20:06Speaker 1: do that kind of thing. But people like this, there's
- 20:09Speaker 1: no place for them around normal folk, no place no
- 20:12Speaker 1: place for them around our children. So I'm glad he died.
- 20:16Speaker 1: The only thing that sucks, obviously is the justice, right,
- 20:19Speaker 1: so I wish he would have been able to stand trial.
- 20:22Speaker 1: I wish he would have never died in that jail cell,
- 20:26Speaker 1: and I wish that he would have had a life
- 20:29Speaker 1: full of sitting in a penitentiary. But that said, certainly
- 20:34Speaker 1: not sad that this scumbag is not stealing our air
- 20:37Speaker 1: anymore or hurting our children. Her suit claims at Epstein
- 20:44Speaker 1: sexually assaulted her multiple times at South Carolina's Hilton had
- 20:47Speaker 1: Island in nineteen ninety three. Dough fifteen said Epstein raped
- 20:52Speaker 1: her in his beachfront Palm Beach mansion in two thousand
- 20:55Speaker 1: and four when she was thirty two, while Doe ten
- 21:00Speaker 1: said Epstein, excuse me. Dough eight said Epstein abused her
- 21:04Speaker 1: in Palm Springs, California, in two thousand and three when
- 21:08Speaker 1: she was thirteen years old. So again, another state, more
- 21:12Speaker 1: abuse allegations. Pretty sure that when all is said and done,
- 21:15Speaker 1: there's gonna be allegations of him abusing people in every
- 21:18Speaker 1: single state in the Union. It's disgusting to think about, really,
- 21:26Speaker 1: really really disheartening. Epstein's predatory, sexual, and unlawful acts against
- 21:34Speaker 1: plaintiff amounted to a series of harmful and offensive contacts
- 21:39Speaker 1: to Plaintiff's person. The thirteen year old dough Suit said,
- 21:43Speaker 1: all of which were done intentionally by him to her
- 21:46Speaker 1: without her consent. Oh yeah, she's a child, she couldn't consent. Okay,
- 21:51Speaker 1: this sick, disgusting man. Dozens of women have accused Epstein
- 21:56Speaker 1: and in some cases, Maxwell, of sex trafficking them to
- 21:59Speaker 1: wealthy pals of the financier. Pedophile. Maxwell is alleged to
- 22:03Speaker 1: have helped groom Epstein's underage survivors. Meanwhile, billionaire philanthropist Bill
- 22:09Speaker 1: Gates has called meeting Epstein a huge mistake. Talk about
- 22:12Speaker 1: an understatement, a huge mistake. And furthermore, it's not that
- 22:16Speaker 1: he met Epstein that's a huge mistake. It's the fact
- 22:18Speaker 1: that he was called out on it that's the huge mistake.
- 22:24Speaker 1: The Microsoft founder told CNN that he was trying to
- 22:27Speaker 1: get Epstein to cough up some cash for philanthropy. Epstein
- 22:31Speaker 1: wasn't known to support charitable causes out of the kindness
- 22:34Speaker 1: of his heart. Gates regrets ever meeting with Epstein and
- 22:38Speaker 1: recognizes it was an error in judgment to do so.
- 22:41Speaker 1: The New York Times quoted a spokesperson for Gates is saying, well,
- 22:45Speaker 1: we've talked about sick ass Bill gates ad nauseum. Here
- 22:49Speaker 1: guy's a sick prick, guy's a liar, and another one
- 22:52Speaker 1: I don't trust as far as I can throw, another
- 22:55Speaker 1: one of these arbiters of the truth, another one of
- 22:58Speaker 1: these silly con Valley so called masters of the universe.
- 23:05Speaker 1: I don't want anything to do with any of these people.
- 23:07Speaker 1: I don't want them in control of any part of
- 23:09Speaker 1: my life. And they could all take their censorship and
- 23:13Speaker 1: shove it right up their asses. As far as Jeffrey
- 23:18Speaker 1: Epstein and these new allegations, I hope you're rotting in hell,
- 23:22Speaker 1: my friend. And I hope that these ladies who were
- 23:27Speaker 1: abused by Epstein, who had their lives room by Epstein,
- 23:32Speaker 1: take the estate to the cleaners for every last goddang
- 23:37Speaker 1: scent that it has, because not one single dollar of
- 23:42Speaker 1: this man's fortune should go anywhere besides into the bank
- 23:47Speaker 1: account of those he abused. If you'd like to contact me,
- 23:52Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.

- 24:14Speaker 1: All right, what's up, everyone, and welcome back to the
- 24:17Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. While Jeffrey Epstein was allegedly in jail, he
- 24:24Speaker 1: was still preying on women. And we know this because
- 24:27Speaker 1: we've heard it in court documents, we've heard it alleged
- 24:32Speaker 1: in lawsuits, and in fact, the estate admitted to it.
- 24:36Speaker 1: So we know that Epstein was up to all this
- 24:38Speaker 1: disgusting bullshit even after he was arrested. So the question,
- 24:43Speaker 1: once again is how is it that the federal authorities
- 24:46Speaker 1: and the local authorities could fail so miserably and then
- 24:50Speaker 1: run around and act like they didn't fail, because that's
- 24:54Speaker 1: certainly what they did. They'll tell you that they did
- 24:58Speaker 1: everything under the sun to make sure that Jeffrey Epstein
- 25:01Speaker 1: paid restitution and that he was a sex offender. Meanwhile,
- 25:05Speaker 1: he was able to travel all over the place, didn't
- 25:08Speaker 1: have to check in, got caught breaking his probationary rules,
- 25:13Speaker 1: nothing happened to him. It's just been a big, gigantic
- 25:17Speaker 1: joke since day one, and it continues to be a
- 25:20Speaker 1: big joke. What happened down here and what happened in general,
- 25:26Speaker 1: as far as no investigations in all of the places
- 25:30Speaker 1: this dude was active. It can never happen again. And
- 25:34Speaker 1: that's why I'm so adamant about airing this shit out
- 25:37Speaker 1: and exposing it for what it is, or else what
- 25:40Speaker 1: We're just supposed to sit back and wait for the
- 25:42Speaker 1: next one to happen, for the next group of sick
- 25:44Speaker 1: fucks to come through and start molesting children. Yo, I've
- 25:49Speaker 1: had my fill of that shit, folks. There's a lot
- 25:52Speaker 1: of things I'm willing to look away from. There's a
- 25:54Speaker 1: lot of things I'm willing to just shrug my shoulders
- 25:56Speaker 1: at this sort of shit. It's not one of those
- 25:59Speaker 1: things when you're hurting children, you're hurting the underprivileged, you're
- 26:05Speaker 1: hurting women. I mean, really, we're just gonna sit back
- 26:09Speaker 1: and shrug our shoulders about that. We all expect these
- 26:13Speaker 1: people to steal from us, We all expect these people
- 26:16Speaker 1: to make our lives more difficult with their bullshit laws.
- 26:19Speaker 1: But this, I'll tell you what, This is a bridge
- 26:22Speaker 1: too far for me. And I'll continue to talk about
- 26:25Speaker 1: this and continue to try and hammer this message home
- 26:29Speaker 1: until there's some accountability for all of the people who
- 26:32Speaker 1: are involved here. Today's article is from NBC News Headline
- 26:39Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein prayed on women during jail sentence, forced survivor
- 26:44Speaker 1: to marry women. Lawsuits allege. Three lawsuits allege a complex
- 26:49Speaker 1: web of companies employing disciples who saw to it that
- 26:52Speaker 1: Epstein's sexual desires were met. Now we know who they are.
- 26:56Speaker 1: I call them the Core four. That's what I dubbed
- 26:59Speaker 1: them a very long time. And those were all of
- 27:01Speaker 1: the women who were working underneath Jeffrey Epstein to facilitate
- 27:05Speaker 1: all of his bs. Today's article is authored by Alex
- 27:12Speaker 1: Johnson and it was first published on August twentieth of
- 27:16Speaker 1: two thousand and nineteen. Jeffrey Epstein employed an army of
- 27:21Speaker 1: disciples through a complex network of companies for many years
- 27:25Speaker 1: to recruit girls and young women to have sex with them,
- 27:28Speaker 1: according to allegations in three lawsuits filed on Tuesday. And
- 27:34Speaker 1: you notice here, folks, how we always hear about these disciples.
- 27:37Speaker 1: We always hear about co conspirators. And during the whole
- 27:40Speaker 1: build up to this, we were being told that these
- 27:43Speaker 1: co conspirators were going to be held accountable. But we
- 27:46Speaker 1: haven't heard anything about that, have we. We haven't heard
- 27:49Speaker 1: anything about the accountability of Sarah Kelln Vickers or Adriana Ross,
- 27:54Speaker 1: what's up with Leslie Roff, what's up with Endyke, what's
- 27:57Speaker 1: up with Kahn? None of this stuff Yet in twenty nineteen,
- 28:04Speaker 1: Congresswoman Jackie Spear, well, she basically promised that there would
- 28:08Speaker 1: be hearings and that the Congress and the Senate would
- 28:11Speaker 1: be looking into this. Well, my question is as where, oh,
- 28:15Speaker 1: I don't know, less than a month out from the
- 28:17Speaker 1: midterm elections, has Congress done their job throughout this whole
- 28:22Speaker 1: entire thing? Have they called meetings? Have they had hearings?
- 28:26Speaker 1: Has there been anything that you would be comfortable with
- 28:29Speaker 1: and say, ah, you know what, they've really looked into this.
- 28:32Speaker 1: They've exposed this for what it is. They haven't had
- 28:35Speaker 1: any sort of hearing where they've subpoenaed people, the guards,
- 28:39Speaker 1: the captain of the guard who was on duty the
- 28:42Speaker 1: night Epstein died or was killed. None of that happened.
- 28:46Speaker 1: But in twenty nineteen Jackie Spear said it was going
- 28:50Speaker 1: to happen. They were adamant, they were demanding answers, Well,
- 28:53Speaker 1: what happened? Why does this always die on the vine?
- 28:56Speaker 1: And it doesn't matter what political parties in power, folks,
- 29:00Speaker 1: because what's the excuse When Trump and the Republicans had
- 29:06Speaker 1: the House, they had the Senate, they had the presidency.
- 29:09Speaker 1: There are no hearings about this. Now you've the flip side.
- 29:12Speaker 1: What Joe Biden's out here so worried about people? Yeah, right, man,
- 29:17Speaker 1: Not one single hearing, not one single change that we
- 29:21Speaker 1: know about after all of this occurred, And then you
- 29:26Speaker 1: wonder why people have no faith in what's going on.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Among the allegations is that Epstein arranged to have one
- 29:34Speaker 1: of the women marry another woman so the woman could
- 29:37Speaker 1: get permanent US residents, allowing her to stay in the country.
- 29:42Speaker 1: One of the suits alleged that Epstein continue to have
- 29:44Speaker 1: sex with underage girls while he was on work release
- 29:48Speaker 1: serving a Florida jail sentence and under the watch of
- 29:51Speaker 1: sheriff's deputies. Now this tracks. We know that the Palm
- 29:55Speaker 1: Beach police officers who were watching Epstein, they destroyed evidence,
- 29:59Speaker 1: and and we also know that his probation officer, Carmen Sloane,
- 30:03Speaker 1: was very, very favorable to the term she laid out
- 30:06Speaker 1: for Epstein. So they were all in on it, right,
- 30:10Speaker 1: They were all in on making sure this guy had
- 30:13Speaker 1: a soft landing. Unlike the economy by the way. The suits,
- 30:20Speaker 1: filed in the US District Court in Manhattan by women
- 30:23Speaker 1: identified only as Caitlin Doe, Lisad Doe, and Priscilla Doe
- 30:27Speaker 1: named seven businesses or foundations alleged to have assisted Epstein
- 30:32Speaker 1: as respondents, in addition to the estate of Epstein, who
- 30:35Speaker 1: was found dead by suicide allegedly in his Manhattan jail
- 30:39Speaker 1: cell this month. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages at jerry trials.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Now there are some trials still making their way through
- 30:49Speaker 1: the court as far as against the estate and against Epstein.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Not all of the women accepted the money from the
- 30:56Speaker 1: compensation fund, so there are some other court proceedings that
- 31:01Speaker 1: are making their way through the system still and we'll
- 31:04Speaker 1: see what comes of it. But my guess is they're
- 31:06Speaker 1: going to get restitution. The question is how much are
- 31:10Speaker 1: they going to get. Two of the suits allege activities
- 31:14Speaker 1: similar to those claimed in actions brought against Epstein by
- 31:18Speaker 1: other women, allegations of sex procured from teenagers with charm gifts,
- 31:23Speaker 1: promises of money and lucrative careers, and threats. The most
- 31:28Speaker 1: explosive allegations are detailed in the third suit, filed by
- 31:32Speaker 1: Caitlin Doe, which claims that Epstein blackmailed her when she
- 31:35Speaker 1: was seventeen to have sex with them by promising to
- 31:38Speaker 1: pay for expensive surgery she needed and then threatening to
- 31:42Speaker 1: see to it that she would never get treatment if
- 31:45Speaker 1: she refused. Imagine holding someone's health over their head to
- 31:48Speaker 1: have them do what you want them to do. What
- 31:51Speaker 1: sort of devious, disgusting piece of shit engages in that
- 31:54Speaker 1: kind of behavior? You know, you would think you have
- 31:58Speaker 1: a lot of money, you're rich, you want to help people,
- 32:00Speaker 1: then you just do it with nothing expected on the
- 32:03Speaker 1: back end. But not Epstein. Everything this guy did there
- 32:07Speaker 1: was a plan and a plot for how he was
- 32:09Speaker 1: going to recoup that favor on the back end. According
- 32:14Speaker 1: to the lawsuit, the activities began before and continued during
- 32:18Speaker 1: and after Epstein's jail sentence in Florida, where he was
- 32:22Speaker 1: granted generous work release privileges to conduct business affairs at
- 32:26Speaker 1: the Florida Science Foundation. Oh yeah, business affairs like raping
- 32:30Speaker 1: girls and laundering money. Hell of a job down there
- 32:34Speaker 1: by the Palm Beach Police Department. Hell of a job, folks.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Epstein created the foundation a few months before he began
- 32:42Speaker 1: serving his sentence, in two thousand and eight on state
- 32:45Speaker 1: charges of soliciting a prostitute end of procuring an underage
- 32:49Speaker 1: girl for prostitution. He dissolved it shortly after he finished
- 32:53Speaker 1: serving the community service requirements of his sentence through the foundation.
- 32:57Speaker 1: So he created this foundation all with the the implicit
- 33:01Speaker 1: purpose of beating this house arrest and the community service
- 33:07Speaker 1: portion of his sentence, and then right after that's all done,
- 33:11Speaker 1: all of a sudden, this new foundation is defunct. Yeah,
- 33:15Speaker 1: that has nothing to do with the fact that he
- 33:17Speaker 1: was using it just to facilitate his bullshit here. Yeah,
- 33:21Speaker 1: this was all on the up and up way to
- 33:22Speaker 1: go down there in Florida. You folks, are you rocking
- 33:25Speaker 1: it out down there? Really make me confident that the
- 33:29Speaker 1: law enforcement in Florida's top notch. Considering what we have
- 33:33Speaker 1: seen over the last few years down in Florida. Yikes,
- 33:37Speaker 1: I mean wow, from Gabby Petito to this case to
- 33:41Speaker 1: many many others, it's been an absolute shit show down there,
- 33:45Speaker 1: and the prosecutors in Florida they need to get a
- 33:48Speaker 1: reality check. According to the lawsuit, the main purpose was
- 33:55Speaker 1: to give Epstein a haven from jail where he could
- 33:57Speaker 1: pray on young women under the watch of the Beach
- 34:00Speaker 1: County Sheriff's Office, which provided off duty deputies to guard them.
- 34:05Speaker 1: The Sheriff's office said last month that it was reinvestigating
- 34:08Speaker 1: the arrangement. Oh, I'm sure they are, just like the
- 34:10Speaker 1: met Police reinvestigated the Jeffrey Epstein situation. There such a joke,
- 34:16Speaker 1: all of these groups, all of these law enforcement agencies,
- 34:21Speaker 1: that's screwed up the way they did. There was never
- 34:24Speaker 1: any accountability. And I know we're going back now in hindsight,
- 34:28Speaker 1: and this was years ago, and it's very difficult to
- 34:29Speaker 1: get accountability now, but at the very least it has
- 34:33Speaker 1: to be exposed to the light of day. Caylen continued
- 34:40Speaker 1: to have sex with Epstein, believing he would eventually pay
- 34:43Speaker 1: for her medical treatment, according to the lawsuit. Then in
- 34:47Speaker 1: twenty thirteen, he made a new request, it says. According
- 34:51Speaker 1: to the suit, a woman described as a non United
- 34:54Speaker 1: States citizen and recruiter of females for Jeffrey Epstein needed
- 34:58Speaker 1: permanent US residents she could remain in the country, and
- 35:02Speaker 1: to get it, Epstein arranged for Caitlin to marry the
- 35:05Speaker 1: woman in New York, where same sex marriage had been
- 35:08Speaker 1: legalized two years earlier. He continued to have sex with
- 35:12Speaker 1: Catlin during the first few months of the marriage. The
- 35:15Speaker 1: suit alleges, so anything to keep people in this country.
- 35:19Speaker 1: We've talked about these sham marriages before yesterday, I had
- 35:23Speaker 1: a whole article about it. That way we could lead
- 35:25Speaker 1: into this episode. And they were definitely doing this. This
- 35:31Speaker 1: was one of their favorite moves. By the next year, however,
- 35:35Speaker 1: Catlin had turned twenty five and was too old for Epstein,
- 35:38Speaker 1: who forced her to move out of one of his
- 35:40Speaker 1: apartments in Manhattan, leaving her homeless. It says. Catlin and
- 35:44Speaker 1: her wife remained married until twenty seventeen, when they divorced,
- 35:48Speaker 1: having fulfilled Epstein's conditions, according to the suit, but Epstein
- 35:54Speaker 1: stiffed Catlin, refusing to pay the balance of ten thousand
- 35:57Speaker 1: dollars that they had agreed upon, it says, to make
- 36:00Speaker 1: matters worse, The suit alleges Epstein also refused to follow
- 36:04Speaker 1: through on his promise to pay for Catlin's medical care.
- 36:08Speaker 1: She still has never had the surgery she needs, says
- 36:10Speaker 1: the lawsuit. So Epstein once again screwed people over, told
- 36:14Speaker 1: her she was going to get this, you know surgery,
- 36:17Speaker 1: this that the other thing, and then the reality is
- 36:20Speaker 1: she's getting none of that. None of that's going to happen.
- 36:25Speaker 1: The three lawsuits drafted and filed by the same law
- 36:27Speaker 1: firm describe a far reaching network of Epstein controlled companies
- 36:31Speaker 1: and foundations that employed scores of disciples devoted to serving
- 36:35Speaker 1: his desires. That's all true. Now, Remember this is twenty
- 36:39Speaker 1: nineteen before we had a full scope of what was
- 36:42Speaker 1: going on. But now we certainly have a full scope
- 36:44Speaker 1: and a full view of how this all went down,
- 36:47Speaker 1: how he was operating, and just how vast this empire was.
- 36:54Speaker 1: The main in many instances only function of each of
- 36:57Speaker 1: the associates, who are acted at the instruction or direction
- 37:00Speaker 1: of Epstein, was to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, obtained, maintain,
- 37:06Speaker 1: or solicit young females, knowing that fraud or coercion would
- 37:11Speaker 1: be used to cause each female, including plaintiff, to engage
- 37:15Speaker 1: in a commercial sex act. According to the suit filed
- 37:18Speaker 1: by Priscilla Doe. So that's all kinds of stuff right there. Right,
- 37:21Speaker 1: you have the Man Act, you have crimes against children,
- 37:25Speaker 1: human trafficking, crimes. I mean, the list goes on. This
- 37:32Speaker 1: team of individuals included chefs, butlers, receptionists, schedulers, secretaries, flight attendants, pilots, housekeepers, maids,
- 37:40Speaker 1: sex recruiters, drivers, and other staff members. It says, all
- 37:44Speaker 1: of those people, as uncomfortable as it might sound, in
- 37:48Speaker 1: one way or the other, enabled all of this shit
- 37:50Speaker 1: for all of these years. If you worked for Jeffrey
- 37:52Speaker 1: Epstein and Glene Maxwell and you kept quiet, you really
- 37:57Speaker 1: need to look in the mirror and ask yourself, are
- 37:59Speaker 1: you comfortable with that? The lawsuits are filed against Epstein's estate,
- 38:05Speaker 1: which he bequeathed to a trust he apparently created on
- 38:07Speaker 1: August eighth, two days before he was found dead. Probate
- 38:11Speaker 1: documents obtained by NBC News show that the bequest was
- 38:15Speaker 1: made under a new will that he executed the same day.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Actions by his alleged survivors will now presumably have to
- 38:22Speaker 1: proceed against the trust, few details of which have been
- 38:25Speaker 1: made public. Representatives of the estate told NBC News that
- 38:30Speaker 1: appropriate procedures would be put in place to ensure that
- 38:33Speaker 1: the interest of potential creditors and beneficiaries alike are resolved
- 38:38Speaker 1: in compliance with the laws of the United States. Virgin Islands,
- 38:42Speaker 1: where Epstein maintained their residence, Basically saying we're going to
- 38:45Speaker 1: hide this money. You're not getting any but folks, another
- 38:48Speaker 1: look into the past where you see what these people
- 38:52Speaker 1: were really up to and just the absolute scope of
- 38:55Speaker 1: what was going on. You know, when this all first broke,
- 38:59Speaker 1: they were making it out like he was just some dibbler, right, Well,
- 39:02Speaker 1: it's a lot more than that. And the people that
- 39:04Speaker 1: were caught up in this, all of these movers and shakers,
- 39:07Speaker 1: these power brokers, these men of always well, your time
- 39:11Speaker 1: is coming. The exposure, the spotlight, and the curtain have
- 39:16Speaker 1: all been drawn back, and it's time for you to
- 39:20Speaker 1: answer for the bullshit you were involved in. If you'd
- 39:23Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at Bobby
- 39:25Speaker 1: Kapouci at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo Bby capu Cci
- 39:32Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me on
- 39:35Speaker 1: Twitter at Bobby underscore cap Ucci. The link that I
- 39:41Speaker 1: discussed can be found in the description box. What's up everyone,
- 39:45Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. One
- 39:49Speaker 1: of the most fatal flaws when it comes to the
- 39:52Speaker 1: investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and then the pursuit of a
- 39:56Speaker 1: conviction is the fact that they entered into this non
- 39:59Speaker 1: prosecutor agreement and the fact that they'd even negotiate this
- 40:02Speaker 1: thing is a scandal unto itself. But even worse than that,
- 40:09Speaker 1: and more egregious, is the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 40:12Speaker 1: in breach of the terms of the NPA, and that
- 40:16Speaker 1: of course makes the NPA invalid. And that's why I've
- 40:19Speaker 1: talked about the NPA so often, and keeping in mind
- 40:23Speaker 1: the fact that all the evidence has already been provided
- 40:26Speaker 1: that Epstein was in breach, the DOJ could rip that
- 40:30Speaker 1: NPA up today if they wanted to. But the truth
- 40:32Speaker 1: is the DOJ has no desire to get rid of
- 40:35Speaker 1: the NPA. They've had many chances to go in there
- 40:41Speaker 1: and readjust the NPA or get rid of it completely,
- 40:44Speaker 1: considering all the evidence that's been provided, and what have
- 40:47Speaker 1: they done. Not a damn thing. Instead, we've seen them
- 40:51Speaker 1: defend the NPA and act like it was all on
- 40:54Speaker 1: the up and up. But the truth is it's never
- 40:57Speaker 1: been on the up and up, not then and certainly
- 41:00Speaker 1: not now. And unlike the rest of these people out
- 41:03Speaker 1: here that are just telling you, well, trust me, bro,
- 41:06Speaker 1: I have some receipts to back me up. So in
- 41:09Speaker 1: this episode, We're going to dive into an email sent
- 41:11Speaker 1: by Alex Acosta to Roy Black all the way back
- 41:15Speaker 1: in two thousand and eight saying directly that Jeffrey Epstein
- 41:19Speaker 1: was in breach of the non prosecution agreement. So if
- 41:23Speaker 1: alex Acosta was saying it and the DJ was saying it,
- 41:27Speaker 1: how come nobody enforce the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 41:30Speaker 1: breaching the contract that he signed with the federal government.
- 41:34Speaker 1: So not only did they give him a sweetheart deal,
- 41:36Speaker 1: nobody enforced anything on the back end when he was
- 41:40Speaker 1: quote unquote serving his sentence. And as we all know now,
- 41:43Speaker 1: while he was under the supervision of the Palm Beach
- 41:47Speaker 1: Police Department and probations, he was still abusing people, according
- 41:51Speaker 1: to multiple reports. So just right there, I've brought up
- 41:55Speaker 1: two situations that should have made the whole entire NPA invalid,
- 41:58Speaker 1: but somehow it's still kicking around and nobody wants to
- 42:02Speaker 1: talk about it. So, like usual, that's exactly what we're
- 42:06Speaker 1: going to talk about, Dear Roy. On Thursday, I learned
- 42:10Speaker 1: that mister Epstein applied for and was admitted to the
- 42:13Speaker 1: Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Work Release program and that
- 42:17Speaker 1: he has been on work release for the past several
- 42:19Speaker 1: weeks for the following reasons. The Office believes that mister
- 42:22Speaker 1: Epstein's application to and participation in work release program is
- 42:27Speaker 1: a material breach of the non prosecution agreement. Not me
- 42:31Speaker 1: telling you, alex Acosta, saying it, and not only saying it,
- 42:34Speaker 1: but putting it in an official DOJ email. Accordingly, the
- 42:38Speaker 1: United States demands that mister Epstein withdraws application to participate
- 42:42Speaker 1: in the program and complete his eighteen month term of
- 42:45Speaker 1: imprisonment in accordance with the non prosecution agreement. That never happened.
- 42:53Speaker 1: So who's the asshole here, me for demanding accountability or
- 42:58Speaker 1: the idiots that are still covering it up. I'll leave
- 43:01Speaker 1: that up to you to decide. The non prosecution agreement
- 43:04Speaker 1: provides that Epstein shall be sentenced to consecutive terms of
- 43:08Speaker 1: twelve months and six months in county jail for all charges,
- 43:12Speaker 1: without any opportunity for withholding adjudication or sentencing, and probation
- 43:17Speaker 1: or community control in lieu of imprisonment. I have more
- 43:20Speaker 1: than a dozen emails between myself and Jay Lefkowitz discussing
- 43:24Speaker 1: the US Attorney's insistence on eighteen months of incarceration. You
- 43:28Speaker 1: will recall. At one meeting, you and miss Sanchez raised
- 43:31Speaker 1: the idea of mister Epstein hiring sheriff deputies to guard
- 43:35Speaker 1: them as equivalent to imprisonment. Mister Acosta specifically rejected that suggestion.
- 43:41Speaker 1: It's our understanding from the Sheriff's office that mister Epstein's
- 43:45Speaker 1: paying off duty sheriff's deputies to guard them while he
- 43:48Speaker 1: works at mister Goldberger's office building each day. As you remember,
- 43:52Speaker 1: shortly before mister Epstein's change of plea, mister Goldberger sent
- 43:56Speaker 1: me a copy of the proposed plea agreement with the state.
- 43:59Speaker 1: On June twe twenty seven, two thousand and eight, I
- 44:01Speaker 1: sent a letter containing the following language to you and
- 44:05Speaker 1: mister Goldberger. The US Attorney's Office hereby provides notice that
- 44:09Speaker 1: the proposed sentencing provision does not comply with the terms
- 44:13Speaker 1: of the non prosecution agreement. The second sentencing paragraph of
- 44:17Speaker 1: the proposed plea agreement reads on zero eight cf. Zero
- 44:22Speaker 1: Zero nine three eight to one amb. The defendant is
- 44:25Speaker 1: sentenced to eighteen months of community control. One. As a
- 44:29Speaker 1: special condition of this community control, the defendant must serve
- 44:33Speaker 1: the first six months in the Palm Beach County Detention Facility.
- 44:37Speaker 1: The non prosecution agreement specifically provides Epstein shall be sentenced
- 44:42Speaker 1: to consecutive terms of twelve months and six months in
- 44:45Speaker 1: county jail for all charges without probation or community control
- 44:50Speaker 1: in lous of imprisonment. How that workout and how come
- 44:53Speaker 1: these terms were never enforced and who made the decision
- 44:57Speaker 1: not to enforce them? Those are the questions that need
- 45:00Speaker 1: to be answered. Thus, the proposed plea agreement with the
- 45:05Speaker 1: State Attorney's Office does not comply with the terms of
- 45:08Speaker 1: the non prosecution agreement. To comply with the agreement, mister
- 45:11Speaker 1: Epstein must make a binding recommendation of eighteen months imprisonment,
- 45:17Speaker 1: which means confinement twenty four hours a day at the
- 45:19Speaker 1: county jail, and the judge must accept that recommendation. Community
- 45:24Speaker 1: control must follow that term of incarceration. As I specified
- 45:29Speaker 1: in the letter, the non prosecution agreement calls for confinement
- 45:32Speaker 1: twenty four hours a day. In response to that letter,
- 45:35Speaker 1: mister Goldberger agreed that he would revise the state plea
- 45:38Speaker 1: agreement to include the word imprisonment to make clear that
- 45:41Speaker 1: mister Epstein would be incarcerated for the full eighteen months
- 45:45Speaker 1: and which change the language of the state agreement to
- 45:48Speaker 1: match the language of the federal agreement. Mister Goldberger and
- 45:52Speaker 1: I also discussed the situation, and he made clear that
- 45:55Speaker 1: mister Epstein would not be asking for or receiving work
- 45:58Speaker 1: release and would remain in around the clock. In early August,
- 46:03Speaker 1: redacted and I raised the same issue with you when
- 46:06Speaker 1: we heard that mister Epstein was considering applying for work release.
- 46:10Speaker 1: On August sixth, two thousand and eight, misredacted and I
- 46:14Speaker 1: had a conference call with you, wherein you again stated
- 46:17Speaker 1: that mister Epstein would not apply for or receive work
- 46:20Speaker 1: release and would spend his eighteen months incarcerated twenty four
- 46:25Speaker 1: hours a day in the Palm Beach County Stockade. In
- 46:27Speaker 1: preparation for this letter, I obtained a certified copy of
- 46:30Speaker 1: mister Epstein's state court file. On June thirtieth, two thousand
- 46:34Speaker 1: and eight, on the procurement of minor charges, Judge Bachullo
- 46:38Speaker 1: entered the following sentence. The defendant is hereby committed to
- 46:41Speaker 1: the custody of the Sheriff of Palm Beach County, Florida,
- 46:44Speaker 1: for a term of six months. It's further order that
- 46:47Speaker 1: the defendant shall be allowed a total of one day
- 46:50Speaker 1: as credit for time incarcerated prior to the imposition of
- 46:54Speaker 1: this sentence. It's further ordered that the composite term of
- 46:57Speaker 1: all sentences imposed for the court's best in the order
- 47:01Speaker 1: shall run consecutive to the following specific sentences two zero
- 47:05Speaker 1: zero six cf. Nine four five to four axx. The
- 47:11Speaker 1: following provisions applied to the sentence imposed followed by a
- 47:15Speaker 1: period of twelve months on community control. I under the
- 47:18Speaker 1: supervision of the Department of Corrections. As I learned on
- 47:23Speaker 1: Friday when I received the State Court file, you neglected
- 47:26Speaker 1: to inform our office that on July twenty one, two
- 47:29Speaker 1: thousand and eight, Judge McSorley modified the judgment to an
- 47:33Speaker 1: order of community control one. This same language was the
- 47:37Speaker 1: basis for the objection in my letter of June twenty six,
- 47:41Speaker 1: two thousand and eight, and directly contradicts the language of
- 47:44Speaker 1: the non prosecution agreement. I also note that the state
- 47:48Speaker 1: plea agreement mister Goldberger did not insert the word imprisonment
- 47:52Speaker 1: as agreed prior to the change of plea. Instead, the
- 47:55Speaker 1: words jail sentence are included. The office agreement, not the
- 47:59Speaker 1: prosecute mister Epstein was based upon its determination that eighteen
- 48:03Speaker 1: months incarceration ie confinement twenty four hours a day was
- 48:07Speaker 1: sufficient to satisfy the federal interest in mister Epstein's crimes. Accordingly,
- 48:12Speaker 1: the US Attorney's Office hereby gives notice that mister Epstein
- 48:16Speaker 1: has violated the non prosecution Agreement by failing to remain
- 48:19Speaker 1: incarcerated twenty four hours a day for the eighteen month
- 48:23Speaker 1: period and term of imprisonment. The United States will exercise
- 48:28Speaker 1: any and all rights it has under the non prosecution
- 48:30Speaker 1: Agreement unless mister Epstein immediately ceases and desists from this
- 48:35Speaker 1: breach of agreement. Sincerely, Alexander Acosta and redacted. So look
- 48:41Speaker 1: right there, it tells you he was in breach. What
- 48:44Speaker 1: more do we need? Does somebody have to show up
- 48:48Speaker 1: with some crayons and put it on a board for everybody,
- 48:51Speaker 1: Because if that's what's required, give me the crayons, I'll
- 48:55Speaker 1: draw you a picture. But what I refuse to do
- 48:57Speaker 1: is accept the narrative that they're trying to pitch. Certainly,
- 49:00Speaker 1: don't accept the nonsense they're telling us about the non
- 49:02Speaker 1: prosecution agreement. And here's exactly why I told you years ago,
- 49:07Speaker 1: that he was in breach of that non prosecution agreement,
- 49:11Speaker 1: that he was in breach of probation, that he was
- 49:14Speaker 1: in breach of his registration, and nothing ever happened. They
- 49:18Speaker 1: want to talk about the cases closed. There's nothing left
- 49:20Speaker 1: to see. There's no accountability. Fuck that. There needs to
- 49:24Speaker 1: be accountability. Who made these decisions, who signed off on it,
- 49:28Speaker 1: who o who decided to ignore it. When you have
- 49:31Speaker 1: a strongly worded letter like this, you would think that
- 49:34Speaker 1: main Justice is going to act right. Well, they didn't. Instead,
- 49:37Speaker 1: they sat on their hands, ignored it, and let Epstein
- 49:40Speaker 1: do whatever he wanted, even though he was in breach
- 49:43Speaker 1: of his agreement. Can you imagine them doing that for
- 49:46Speaker 1: anybody else, for you or me, John Gotti, El Chopo,
- 49:50Speaker 1: El Mayo, Luigi Mangioni. They wouldn't do it for anybody,
- 49:55Speaker 1: But when it comes to Epstein, they can't wait to
- 49:57Speaker 1: bend over backwards and give them special circumstances. So once
- 50:01Speaker 1: again the question is why and who made the decision
- 50:05Speaker 1: to do so, And that, my friends, is what they
- 50:08Speaker 1: really fear. They fear us having that knowledge, They fear
- 50:11Speaker 1: us having those receipts because their narrative dies where those
- 50:14Speaker 1: receipts begin, and if this isn't a receipt, I don't
- 50:19Speaker 1: know what is. All of the information that goes with
- 50:22Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box.
