SPEAKER_00: But it goes way back to over 14 years ago when I first started online, in the online space.

SPEAKER_00: And there were a lot of things that came up around that.

SPEAKER_00: And I'm going to dive into that very, very soon.

SPEAKER_00: So as I said, my entire life changed when I heard this one sentence.

SPEAKER_00: But before I share it with you,

SPEAKER_00: my love, I want to ask you a question because I think this is going to land for you.

SPEAKER_00: Have you ever stopped yourself from posting something,

SPEAKER_00: from showing up online,

SPEAKER_00: from saying something because of that little voice inside your head saying,

SPEAKER_00: but what will people think or say about me?

SPEAKER_00: I've worked with over a thousand women and 98% of those women had

SPEAKER_00: that belief running in the back of their subconscious mind.

SPEAKER_00: Now this belief is really the fear of judgment but of course it comes with a lot

SPEAKER_00: of umbrella beliefs which are what will people think,

SPEAKER_00: what will people say about me,

SPEAKER_00: if I say that I'll be judged,

SPEAKER_00: if I share this I'll be criticized,

SPEAKER_00: if I post about my business people will judge me.

SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of beliefs that come out from the fear of judgment and a lot of

SPEAKER_00: the time women actually don't know they have the fear of judgment.

SPEAKER_00: It comes through these beliefs I've just shared like what will people say,

SPEAKER_00: what will people think,

SPEAKER_00: people will make fun of me and this is why I love doing one-on-one calls with women

SPEAKER_00: because we can get really deep into what the beliefs are and go really really deep.

SPEAKER_00: So At the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey,

SPEAKER_00: the fear of judgment and the fear of what will people say,

SPEAKER_00: what will people think, it was ruling my decisions and my actions too.

SPEAKER_00: Now, as you may or may not know,

SPEAKER_00: I actually started working online 14 years ago,

SPEAKER_00: actually almost 15 years ago now at the time of this recording in network marketing

SPEAKER_00: with a wonderful company called Isagenix.

SPEAKER_00: And I absolutely loved it and I learned so much from that company.

SPEAKER_00: But as you can imagine back then and even still now to this day,

SPEAKER_00: network marketing and affiliate marketing can have a lot of stigma around it.

SPEAKER_00: And I want you just to ask yourself and maybe even notice like, yeah,

SPEAKER_00: there would absolutely be a fear of judgment coming up with going into

SPEAKER_00: that industry.

SPEAKER_00: Because of so many things that happened in the 80s, cold network marketing tactics.

SPEAKER_00: I mean, the industry has really shifted and changed since then.

SPEAKER_00: But of course, there's still people's perceptions.

SPEAKER_00: Now, when I got started in network marketing, friends thought I had joined a cult.

SPEAKER_00: Other people thought my social media had been hacked.

SPEAKER_00: I was receiving messages of literally, Sheree, have you joined a cult?

SPEAKER_00: Or, oh my gosh, has your social media been hacked?

SPEAKER_00: Because I went from using my socials when I was traveling around the world as

SPEAKER_00: a yacht chef,

SPEAKER_00: checking into bars in the Caribbean,

SPEAKER_00: the Mediterranean,

SPEAKER_00: the United States,

SPEAKER_00: sharing pictures of me having rose lunches, to then selling shakes and supplements.

SPEAKER_00: I had a huge identity shift and not everyone around me was supportive

SPEAKER_00: or could understand how I could even have such an identity shift.

SPEAKER_00: And that's probably another conversation for another time.

SPEAKER_00: Now, even though back then I was posting about my business,

SPEAKER_00: I was promoting my supplements and my work,

SPEAKER_00: I was sharing my before and afters, which was really, really scary.

SPEAKER_00: I had never put pictures of me in a bikini online before that, but I was doing it.

SPEAKER_00: So from the outside, people thought I was pretty confident in what I was doing.

SPEAKER_00: But deep down, I was still afraid.

SPEAKER_00: I was still terrified of what others might think or say about me.

SPEAKER_00: Now, of course,

SPEAKER_00: that had me watering down my content,

SPEAKER_00: not really sharing my full truth and not posting nearly as much as I wanted to.

SPEAKER_00: And, you know, if people asked me in person what I was doing, absolutely forget about it.

SPEAKER_00: I did not want to talk about it.

SPEAKER_00: I was so nervous of people's reactions,

SPEAKER_00: especially strangers,

SPEAKER_00: when I would go to say,

SPEAKER_00: like, oh, I'm a health and wellness coach with Isagenix or through Isagenix.

SPEAKER_00: I didn't want to say it because I was terrified of what people might think.

SPEAKER_00: I was terrified of being laughed at,

SPEAKER_00: terrified of being judged,

SPEAKER_00: terrified of people saying,

SPEAKER_00: oh God, you're doing one of those things, which people would say to me.

SPEAKER_00: It was just crazy how much this was stopping me and holding me back.

SPEAKER_00: Now she said, Sheree,

SPEAKER_00: You do realize that other people's opinions aren't going to fund your dreams or pay your bills.

SPEAKER_00: And that one sentence, that changed everything for me.

SPEAKER_00: As soon as I heard it, there was like this light bulb finally went off and I finally felt free.

SPEAKER_00: I had like this new instant level of confidence within being a health and wellness person.

SPEAKER_00: was so crazy how one sentence literally shifted things for me in a moment.

SPEAKER_00: From that moment, I shifted and released anything around the fear of judgment.

SPEAKER_00: I started showing up online differently from that moment forward.

SPEAKER_00: I started posting more about my offers.

SPEAKER_00: I started sharing my truth and authenticity around my transformation.

SPEAKER_00: I started to feel safe in really being fully seen and to express my truth

SPEAKER_00: because I knew that No matter what judgment might come my way,

SPEAKER_00: no matter what people's opinions were about what I was doing,

SPEAKER_00: I knew I could handle it because I was so connected to my vision,

SPEAKER_00: my why of having more time with my friends,

SPEAKER_00: my family, and creating a foundation that feeds children in need.

SPEAKER_00: And what was really cool is that I finally felt confident to share what I did with strangers.

SPEAKER_00: So when people ask me what I did back then,

SPEAKER_00: like with complete confidence and posture,

SPEAKER_00: it definitely created some painful moments of being judged,

SPEAKER_00: people asking if I'd been hacked,

SPEAKER_00: people laughing in my face when I told them I was doing network marketing.

SPEAKER_00: But it also led me to finally seeing what beliefs I had.

SPEAKER_00: Lying underneath the surface like, what will people say?

SPEAKER_00: What will people think of me?

SPEAKER_00: I'm going to be judged.

SPEAKER_00: I'm going to be laughed at.

SPEAKER_00: And it allowed me to release them.

SPEAKER_00: And it finally had me feeling safe to be fully seen

SPEAKER_00: so I can now show up authentically and with confidence in my truth.

SPEAKER_00: And that was life-changing.

SPEAKER_00: I want to take you now, my love, through a little bit of an activation.

SPEAKER_00: Whether or not you feel you have the fear of judgment,

SPEAKER_00: the fear of what others might say,

SPEAKER_00: the fear of what people might think about you,

SPEAKER_00: I just want you now to close your eyes and just sit and lie down in

SPEAKER_00: a comfortable position.

SPEAKER_00: Whether or not you think you have any beliefs around the fear of judgment or not,

SPEAKER_00: let's just trust whatever comes up here.

SPEAKER_00: Now, you might see, feel, hear, or know things are happening.

SPEAKER_00: Either way is absolutely perfect.

SPEAKER_00: We all experience things completely different.

SPEAKER_00: Now, I want you to imagine, see,

SPEAKER_00: feel, or know for a minute a version of you Who's no longer fearing being judged.

SPEAKER_00: She's no longer worrying what others might say.

SPEAKER_00: She's fully confident within herself and her offers.

SPEAKER_00: She feels safe to be fully seen.

SPEAKER_00: And she feels safe to share her truth.

SPEAKER_00: Because she knows that other people's opinions or judgments won't fund her dreams.

SPEAKER_00: Now, I want you to notice this version of you who owns all of that.

SPEAKER_00: Maybe you notice her tonality is different when she speaks.

SPEAKER_00: Most of all, notice this version of you who has this next level of confidence, self-trust.

SPEAKER_00: What's different between the version of you who shows up now and this version

SPEAKER_00: And just trust whatever you see, feel, hear or know.
