The new game is how do you grow to a billion dollar valuation with as few as humanly possible people? WhatsApp got a 19 billion dollar valuation with 55 employees. They were the unicorn out there. Now you have companies like Neon with 130 ⁓ employees getting to a billion dollars. Wiz is at 32 billion with less than that. employees. So you can actually do that. That is the model that VCs PE want. Now does that mean that you don't need any people? You still need an amazing team. You still need great people. But AI is the amplifier.
