A former Cal Fire firefighter, Clifford Robinson, is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after allegedly exposing himself at a Barnes & Noble and filming people — incidents that unfolded across multiple locations in Folsom over the same day. Already known for prior offenses, including a car wash incident this year, Robinson was arrested days later and is now being sought by detectives for possible additional victims at the Palladio shopping center.
