  and tech works for our benefit. A man, especially when it comes to

  getting into the Word of God, use the technology, A man that God

  gave the wisdom to men. Two men for what we have now, A

  man, I know a lot of people come against Oh no, it doesn't

  have nothing to do with God, Sam. We already had this wisdom internally.

  All we're doing is working out what we know now. Amen. Okay,

  you can have that way of thinking, but I know something different.

  I know the Word of God gives us wisdom, understanding, It gives us
• 0:58
  know how, It gives us ability to trust in an invisible God who reveals
• 1:03
  himself through creation, through his word, through people, right through his body,
• 1:08
  through science, through miracles, through signs and wonders. Amen, all
• 1:12
  of it. So the results of trusting God. We're going to continue the
• 1:17
  series. Amen, this is part number two, and we're gonna talk about
• 1:22
  gladness. Gladness. Protect your gladness. Amen. Why should we protect our
• 1:29
  gladness because our gladness is a weapon that we can yield against the enemy's attacks
• 1:34
  when we're thankful and when we're glad for what we have, Amen, no
• 1:38
  matter what the enemy throws our way, we could be glad a man.
• 1:42
  We could have the joy, we could have to understanding, we can have
• 1:46
  the just the ability to continue to praise God through the pain, praise God
• 1:51
  through any kind of chaos, praise God through any kind of difficulty in life,
• 1:57
  and we could be glad. Like the Bible says literally that it's a
• 2:02
  new day. So we're gonna be glad and rejoice in the day that we
• 2:06
  have. We're gonna rejoice, We're gonna be happy. We're gonna be smiling
• 2:10
  when people want us to go away, when people want us to not exist
• 2:15
  anymore, We're gonna smile, not ignore, and not practice escapism, but
• 2:20
  we're gonna smile. We're gonna be glad because we know that God is in
• 2:23
  us, working through us, And the Bible says that if God before us,
• 2:28
  who could be against us? What happens in your life due to trusting
• 2:34
  the one who gave it to you. God gave us life. And I
• 2:38
  know, technically you're gonna say, well, technically, my parents gave me
• 2:42
  life and man, which is a part of how how we got here.
• 2:46
  But if he continues peeling back and peeling back and peeling back, you're gonna
• 2:51
  go all the way back in the history to the history that we know about
• 2:53
  the first man and the first woman that was created by the hands of God
• 2:59
  from the dust of the earth. He created male and female. He created
• 3:02
  them, and from then on we could see that other men and women were
• 3:07
  created through them, because God was the original and is the original creator.
• 3:15
  So we're gonna call this want to protect your gladness. We're gonna be in
• 3:19
  Psalms, chapter number sixty four, verse number ten, Psalm sixty four and
• 3:23
  verse number ten. And I just want to hit a quick scripture before that
• 3:27
  when we come back, after we pray and after we start sharing this out
• 3:30
  to kind of like cap off where we left off last time when it dealt
• 3:36
  with the issue of protection. Amen, because when you put your trust in
• 3:40
  God. The results are protection, gladness, I'll give you, I'll give
• 3:47
  you your rest, I'll give you the rest of what we're talking about.
• 3:51
  Peace. Who wouldn't want peace? Blessing? Who wouldn't want blessing? And
• 3:54
  confidence? Some for us to step up and be confident about what we know,
• 4:00
  who we know, and what we're speaking of. Who we're speaking of,
• 4:02
  a man, who we belong to, who we trust, who we
• 4:05
  believe in, the Lord Jesus. It is not time to shrink back and
• 4:09
  be like, oh, I don't know enough, so I'm not going to
• 4:11
  say anything. Don't say what you know. And a lot of times the
• 4:15
  little that we might say or might think that we know is incredibly more than
• 4:20
  the people know and understand. The people who don't know our God, our
• 4:26
  Lord, our Savior, they think that the little that we know that we
• 4:30
  won't speak on it. I speak the little I know all the time I
• 4:33
  open my mouth. I don't know a lot as others, as many others
• 4:40
  know about God, but I do know God is ene me, working through
• 4:43
  me, and Holy Spirit, God that resides in me. In every single
• 4:46
  believer who put that whole trust and faith in the Lord Jesus, we have
• 4:50
  Holy Spirit leading us into all truth, different levels right for different people,
• 4:57
  but leading us all saying into truth, not into any kind of mysticism,
• 5:03
  not any kind of myth or lies or anything like that knows, leading us
• 5:09
  into all truth. God is good. He's faithful, he's good, he's
• 5:13
  just, he's holy, He's all of it. Amen. Everything that's good
• 5:18
  God is because in essence, God is good. Right by a definition of
• 5:26
  who God is, God is good. Definition of God, God is love
• 5:31
  attributes to God. God is sovereign, omnipresent, omnipotent, almighty, all
• 5:38
  powerful. Right. He is merciful, He is full of grace, full
• 5:43
  of mercy, full of truth. He is a forgiving God, a patient
• 5:48
  God of protecting God, a God who provides peace to us. Amen.
• 5:54
  He gives us the confidence to live and to proclaim who he is. He
• 5:59
  gives us our being. Amen. He gives us our gladness, our joy,
• 6:01
  and he protects us all of it. Amen. Did I miss one?
• 6:06
  No? All of it. He gives us all that we need to
• 6:10
  live this life out. Whether it's getting hard or I don't think it's going
• 6:15
  to get an easier, But God is with us nonetheless, working through it
• 6:19

  much as I used to. Amen. I do know who I believe in.

  I do know why I believe in who I believe in the Lord,

  Amen, But it's not the platform for that. And if you some people
• 7:14
  say I want all the smoke, if you want all the smoke. And
• 7:16
  I know some people who gladly have this conversation with you, Amen, some
• 7:21
  ministers, some people of God, some men of God, some women of
• 7:26
  God that would gladly have that conversation with you and on their platform that's what
• 7:29
  they do, but not here. Amen. So either way, the result
• 7:35
  of trusting God is God. This is part two, Amen, and we're
• 7:41
  gonna talk about gladness. So let's pray. After we pray, we share
• 7:44
  this out for like sixty seconds, and on the other side of those sixty
• 7:46
  seconds we'll get right into the scripture for today. Amen. Thank you Lord
• 7:51
  Jesus, for today, for right now, for this time, in this
• 7:54
  moment. Thank you Little God, that you guide, guard and protect us
• 7:58
  me and my family, alsold ministry, our businesses, the organizations that we're
• 8:03
  involved in, my church body, my church family, protect God and guardess
• 8:09
  or all, Lord Jesus, And for every single person that's listening and watching,
• 8:13
  that you would do the same for them, that they would know that
• 8:16
  you are worth trusting, that you are the trustworthy God of heaven and of
• 8:20
  earth. Thank you, Lord God, that you have created us for a
• 8:22
  purpose and a plan for a reason, that you make no mistakes. Thank
• 8:26
  you, Lord God, that every single person at the sound of my voice
• 8:31
  and that's watching or listening right now, they have a purpose and you have
• 8:35
  a plan for their lives as well as you have for me and my life
• 8:39
  and my family, my wife and our children, and our ministry and everything
• 8:43
  that you've given us, Lord God, we give it back to you as
• 8:46
  a sacrifice and an offering, a living sacrifice unto you, because you are
• 8:50
  trustworthy, and you are willing to listen, and you're willing to help,
• 8:56
  and you have done it already through your son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

  I pray, lo God and dispatch forth arkwen angels, minister angels, to
• 9:03
  annihilate the tactics and distractions of the enemy, and the plans and schemes of
• 9:07
  the enemy will be broken by the power of your love, your grace,
• 9:11
  and your mercy upon us and in us and through us. Thank you Lot
• 9:15
  God for who you are and what you continue to do in your word and
• 9:18
  show us in your word that you are our protector and the one who keeps
• 9:24
  us glad. So we want to protect our gladness. In Jesus Name,

  my praise is by faith with thanksgiving, knowing that you hear these prayers and
• 9:33
  your answer the prayers that you hear according to your purpose and plan for every
• 9:39
  individual life that's receiving your word today. In Jesus Name, Amen and Amen,

  So let's go for ladies and gentlemen. This one is called protect your
• 9:48
  Gladness. And this is the series that I told you I was gonna do.

  This is part two results of trusting God. I'll be right back.

  seconds because it gives me that attitude of man. People need to know Jesus,

  people need to know the word of God. People need to be exposed

  to these morning DeVos. So I can ahead and share it. But then

  when I look at the timer, it's already over the time sixty seconds is

  up, Amen, And I always wonder is there an app that does that?

  for it. Let's see what the word of God has for us. Psalms,

  but that I say psalms, chop the number sixty four verse number ten.

  We're going to get into it in a moment here again. If you

  making fun of you over here on this channel. I see so many things

  going on on social media and people are losing so much respect from one another

  on social media. For whatever reason. They might think, well, I'm

  never going to see this person ever in my life. But you might be
• 13:13
  mistaken. You might run into some of those people you're making fun of or
• 13:16
  you're ridiculing, or you're disrespecting, and you're not showing your humanity as a
• 13:24
  humanity that respects other humans. Amen. You might come into a situation where
• 13:30
  you might bump into that person or those people, and then what you're gonna
• 13:33
  do. Then you can continue with the nonsense, or you're gonna be like,
• 13:37
  you know what, I was wrong? Please forgive me. Let's make
• 13:41
  a truth. We won't agree on everything. I don't think anybody agrees on
• 13:46
  everything. But one thing we could agree on is when God shows up in
• 13:48
  your life, he's worth trusting. When God shows up in my life,
• 13:52
  he's worth trusting. And the results of trusting God benefit us. They don't
• 13:58
  hinder us, They don't take away anything. They actually add things to our
• 14:03
  hearts, into our minds, into our lives. Amen, let's get into
• 14:07
  it. For those who are just listening, no worries, no problem.

  We're going to read this word for word as we move Amen, in this
• 14:16
  morning Devo So trusting God. The results of trusting God today in the morning.
• 14:22
  It is part number two. As a promise, I'm gonna try to
• 14:24
  do all five parts this week. Amen, So. Psalms, Chapter sixty
• 14:33
  four, verse number ten. I apologize. I we have to put the
• 14:39
  scripture reference above the scripture, but it's Psalms shot the number sixty four,
• 14:45
  verse number ten. And as I promised earlier, I'm gonna add another scripture
• 14:48
  this. I want to end off with the scripture that we wanted to end
• 14:52
  off with last time, that I didn't have time for. But let's read
• 14:56
  it because we're here. Amen. Psalm sixty four ten. As the righteous
• 15:01
  will rejoice in the Lord and take refuge in Him. Refuge means to be
• 15:07
  protected, be at peace, and be ready for whatever comes away. When
• 15:15
  we take refuge in Him and God, all all, everybody, all the
• 15:20
  upright in heart will glory and offer praise. So if all the upright and
• 15:26
  heart will glory and offer praise, then the opposite applies. All who are
• 15:30
  not upright in heart will not give God glory and will not offer God praise.
• 15:37
  It's just the way of life. We see it all the time.
• 15:39
  There's people who are praising, loving God, and there's people who's doing the
• 15:43
  opposite. They're not given God praise and they hate God for whatever reason.
• 15:48
  I was upset with God before I got saved. When my dad died when
• 15:52
  I was only fifteen years old, I didn't know what to do, but
• 15:54
  I just went into this blame mode. And who did I blame? I
• 15:58
  blamed God, a God that I didn't think was worth trusting, a guy
• 16:03
  who I wasn't serving, a guy who I didn't believe in. And then
• 16:06
  I realized later on in life, thank you Jesus for your grace. When
• 16:10
  I was thirty years old, I realized, wait a minute, I'm blaming
• 16:14
  the wrong God. I'm blaming the wrong person. I'm blaming the wrong faith.
• 16:18
  Hope. I was hoping in the world, I was trusting in the
• 16:21
  world, and yet I was doing damage to myself. I was very angry,
• 16:26
  and I wasn't benefiting myself or benefiting anyone around me, even though many
• 16:30
  people say, Man, you were always a good dude, Sam, And
• 16:33
  I'm like, you don't understand what I was going through, Amen, because
• 16:37
  I hit it and I hid it well. Amen, I was hiding my
• 16:41
  pain. I was hiding my anger. Amen. And the results that I
• 16:47
  was getting were opposite of trusting God. The results of trusting God benefit the
• 16:52
  results of trusting in mankind and the world system and just believing in self without
• 16:59
  having a guy to believe in was horrible. It's horrible. I don't want
• 17:03
  to ever go through that again. The way I was thinking, my thinking
• 17:07
  process was bad. It wasn't good at all. Before Christ saved my life,
• 17:12
  rescued me and changed my mind, changed my heart, renewed my spirit,
• 17:15
  renewed and saved my soul. Amen. And from then on then I
• 17:21
  reaped the benefits of God in my life. Amen. Good morning, Sister

  Joys, Good morning God bless you as well. It's good to see my
• 17:27
  sister and my friend. The last verse that I wanted to share and we
• 17:33
  ran out of the time, last time we were together, Amen, was
• 17:37
  Psalm thirty six seven when I was talking about protection, Amen, before I
• 17:45
  wanted to read this verse, Psalm thirty six, verse number seven. How
• 17:48
  priceless, priceless is your unfailing love. So the exclamation point in this version
• 17:56
  that I'm reading. Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow
• 18:03
  of your wings. Amen. Now, if you're in some kind of system
• 18:07
  that you consider people who have influenced up here and people who don't have a
• 18:11
  lot of influence down here, or people who have a lot of money,
• 18:15
  you put them up here, and people who have not a lot of money
• 18:18
  at all, you put them down there. If that's the part of your
• 18:19
  mindset, listen, I'm here to tell you that either or Amen, get
• 18:26
  the protection of God. When we put our faith, hope and trust in
• 18:30
  Him. Amen, we get the benefits. And His unfailing love is beyond
• 18:36
  money. His unfailing love is beyond the blessings that we receive from Him.
• 18:40
  His unfailing love is priceless. Both high and low among men find refuge in
• 18:48
  the shadow of his wings. Just wanted to let remind you and have confidence
• 18:53
  in knowing that when it comes to God being your protector, oh yes he
• 18:57
  is. He protects you in the good times and the bad times. Get
• 19:00
  it, protects you in the midst of your enemies, with your friends,
• 19:06
  of course, with your family, your church and man in your ministry,
• 19:10
  at your job, at your school. Right, He's the God who protects.
• 19:14
  He's the God, God who guards and guides us and leads us.
• 19:18
  Let him lead you. Trust the results of God. Trusting God leaves the
• 19:26
  best results that you could ever experience in this temporary life here because we are
• 19:30
  promised eternity in Him, in Christ, not in the Guru, not in
• 19:37
  me, but in Christ. He is so worth trusting and he's so man,
• 19:42
  He's so trustworthy. I can't get enough of how God just shows up
• 19:48
  in situations where if it wasn't for Him, where would I be? And
• 19:52
  that's not a cliche, that's not just a saying, but man, it's
• 19:55
  so true. If it was wasn't for God, where would I be right
• 19:59
  now? If I haven't if I hadn't realized that there had to be more
• 20:04
  to life than what was what I was currently experiencing at the time. I
• 20:10
  gave him my life at the time that I called on him. And I
• 20:12
  didn't call on the name of Jesus and my testimony, if you know my
• 20:15
  testimony. No, I called on God because whoever that God was, I
• 20:19
  realized that if he was real, he had the power. He had the
• 20:23
  power to change me and to keep me in a protection and cover me and
• 20:30
  keep me glad and protect my gladness because my gladness is a weapon of war
• 20:37
  against the enemy's attacks. I walk in gladness, I'm protected. I walk
• 20:41
  in peace. I'm protected, and I'm protecting it. A man. I
• 20:45
  walk with confidence, and I'm protecting my confidence. I walk in the blessings
• 20:49
  of the Lord, and I'm protecting my blessings. I walk into the peace
• 20:56
  and the guidance and the gladness and the man. It's so much much,
• 21:00
  but one day at a time, right, If you want to experience more
• 21:03
  of God, which I don't think is possible once you're born again, amen,
• 21:07
  and that people say, what do you mean you can experience more of
• 21:10
  God? I think he gives us the full package when we're born again.
• 21:12
  But there's some people think that you have to get more close to God.
• 21:17
  I don't think you can get any more close to God when he's living inside
• 21:21
  of you. But I think it's happening. Is that we don't think or
• 21:23
  I don't think, or we don't have enough confidence, or we don't have
• 21:26
  enough trust in God that we have to think that we're cutting ourselves short when
• 21:33
  it comes to God. I don't think so. I think God is revealing
• 21:37
  himself daily to us, and he is so available to us that I think
• 21:44
  we overlooked at or we kind of like take advantage of that, but not
• 21:48
  really every day that I'm alive and every day that you're alive, we could
• 21:52
  truly get into our situation that we can realize more and more and more of
• 21:59
  who God is in us individually, not try to do something to make us
• 22:04
  closer to God, as if he's not close enough, as if he's not
• 22:08
  living inside of us by way of his Holy Spirit, as if his word
• 22:12
  is not available to us on a daily day basis, on a daily basis,
• 22:17
  as if we have to pay all kind of money to get one of
• 22:21
  these in your hand, to get a scripture in your hands, to get
• 22:22
  the Bible in your hand. When it's offered free on the Bible app,
• 22:27
  it's offered free on your phone. Amen, we don't have a Bible.
• 22:30
  Let's connect a man. I'm a Bible man. I can send you a
• 22:33
  Bible. But the word of God is so available, The word of God
• 22:37
  is so trustworthy, the word of God is so relevant. The word of
• 22:41
  God is timely, timeless, is an eternal word that we could use for
• 22:48
  this temporary time that we have here. Amen. So I believe so much
• 22:52
  that the results of trusting in God will benefit your life, will benefit my
• 22:56
  life. And not only that, even the people who don't leave what we
• 23:00
  believe, even the people who are not born again, even in people who
• 23:03
  are not found in the land of the living, even the people who are
• 23:06
  just seeking happiness and they're not searching for good, they're not searching for truth,
• 23:11
  even those people, when we show our gladness that we're alive, when
• 23:15
  we are thankful that we are alive, that we give glory, honor and
• 23:18
  praise during the situations in life that others would just shrink away, others would
• 23:22
  just blame each other, others would just blame God. While we're holding on
• 23:26
  and protecting to our protecting our gladness. People see that and they wonder,
• 23:30
  how is it that that person has so much peace in their life? How
• 23:34
  is it that that person, although they don't have much, but they walk
• 23:37
  around in confidence knowing that they have it all in their God. I want
• 23:41
  to know their God because people who start getting frustrated, what's going on?
• 23:45
  How is it that everything has been thrown at you? The world has been
• 23:48
  thrown at you, but it seems like someone is working in you. When
• 23:52
  the world throws something at us, and that's something, and that's someone that
• 23:56
  they don't know. We can introduce to His name is Lord Jesus Christ of
• 24:00
  Nazareth. He is the Alpha and Omega. He is the wonderful Counselor.
• 24:04
  He is the Prince of Peace. He is almight to God. He is
• 24:07
  the last atam right. He is the everlasting God. He is the reason
• 24:14
  that I'm saved. He's the reason that you can be saved. My friend,
• 24:18
  if you don't know him yet, you can get to know him.
• 24:21
  How do you do that? Sam? Do I have to go to church?
• 24:22
  Well, you can go to church, but right now, if you're
• 24:26
  not planning on going to church, why don't you make this personal because it
• 24:30
  is a relationship at the end of the day anyway. And then you could
• 24:33
  go to a body of Christ, you could go to a community of believers,
• 24:37
  but personally, right now, you could admit that Wait a minute,
• 24:41
  admit it. Be honest, I am a sinner. You have to admit
• 24:44
  it and believe that God could save you and forgive you for your sins through
• 24:48
  the Lord Jesus Christ. Go to Christ, Jesus, asks him to forgive
• 24:52
  you, and then confess him as your personal Lord and savior. And what
• 24:56
  will happen. There will be an exchange, there will be a transfer.
• 25:00
  God will pour out his spirit into you a man individually, and then you'll
• 25:06
  start confessing and believing in your heart and that God is exactly who he says
• 25:10
  he is. He's worth trusting. The results of trusting God is. One
• 25:15
  of the results of trusting God is gladness. You will be glad that you
• 25:18
  made the decision to trust Him. Psalm sixty four. Read the whole chapter
• 25:22
