The Mars Volta are roaring back to Mexico City for a massive Pepsi Center show on November 29th, following an electrifying night at Tecate Comuna in Puebla. Guitarist Omar Rodríguez-López calls Mexico his “magic place,” where he was “adopted” and forged deep roots — even recalling legendary early gigs at Circo Volador that lit up the crowd during tough tours. He raves about Mexican fans as some of the best in the world, topping Japan and Russia.
