- 0:07Speaker 3: See see see see.
- 0:16Speaker 4: Say ladies and gentlemen, It's the Ron Edwards American Experienced
- 0:31Speaker 4: talk show where our unalienable rights are celebrated.
- 0:35Speaker 5: And now your radio refreshment, Ron Edwards, Good.
- 1:01Speaker 6: Day, Hello, and how are you and Edwards and welcome
- 1:04Speaker 6: to the run average American Experience. I am your radio
- 1:07Speaker 6: refreshment and got a refreshing show today. We watched the
- 1:12Speaker 6: news conference that the President had before he took off
- 1:16Speaker 6: or China and kind of interesting. I was, you know,
- 1:22Speaker 6: yesterday I was, in fact, yesterday evening, I was thinking
- 1:25Speaker 6: about China and you know, Trump going over there, and
- 1:29Speaker 6: I still don't understand why he's going there logically, but anyway,
- 1:34Speaker 6: he's doing what he's doing. And I thought about China
- 1:37Speaker 6: and Trump dialing down the trade war. But does the
- 1:41Speaker 6: United States really need China? And is it wise to
- 1:45Speaker 6: fully re engage as a trading partner with China even
- 1:49Speaker 6: before the United States manufacturing production capacity is fully restored.
- 1:55Speaker 6: I mean, one of the reasons why the United States
- 1:57Speaker 6: has been in a heap or hurt in recent decades
- 2:01Speaker 6: in regards to manufacturing prowess is because of stupid people
- 2:06Speaker 6: in our government that or evil people in the government
- 2:10Speaker 6: who have been purposefully setting up trade agreements with nations
- 2:14Speaker 6: like China that would drain out and drain away manufacturing
- 2:19Speaker 6: jobs and also which would impact other businesses as a
- 2:25Speaker 6: result of the decrease in the number of manufacturing jobs,
- 2:31Speaker 6: because you have sub businesses that supply the autoplants and
- 2:35Speaker 6: the steel plants, and then you have the stores and
- 2:39Speaker 6: the restaurants and everything. You know, it's a circular thing here.
- 2:43Speaker 6: But anyway, I just wonder if it's the wise thing
- 2:48Speaker 6: to do to take over corporate leaders. And by the way,
- 2:51Speaker 6: the majority of the corporate leaders that Trump is taken
- 2:54Speaker 6: over to China. I don't know what Trump is using
- 2:57Speaker 6: for brains when it comes to certain issues. I am no,
- 3:03Speaker 6: and by no means calling Trump unwise or very or
- 3:07Speaker 6: not very smart, because he is in many areas very
- 3:10Speaker 6: wise and very smart. However, these executives, with maybe the
- 3:16Speaker 6: exception of mister Tesla Elon Musk, most of them don't
- 3:24Speaker 6: like Trump. These are globalists who are not in favor
- 3:29Speaker 6: of a strong, mighty America. They would rather only make
- 3:33Speaker 6: the majority of their money and a globalist set up
- 3:37Speaker 6: and They are not in favor of Trump's goal of
- 3:41Speaker 6: making America first, making America great again, the manufacturing floor.
- 3:45Speaker 7: Of the world.
- 3:45Speaker 8: YadA, YadA, YadA.
- 3:47Speaker 6: It doesn't matter to them if they would make most
- 3:49Speaker 6: of their money in America. For some reason, these people
- 3:51Speaker 6: have been locked in on getting rid of the American
- 3:56Speaker 6: middle class.
- 4:00Speaker 8: Using food.
- 4:01Speaker 6: You know, they want these giant farms that manufacture food
- 4:05Speaker 6: rather than grow it naturally, et cetera, et cetera. Things
- 4:08Speaker 6: that harm us. They don't want the good stuff. And
- 4:13Speaker 6: I say that also about some of our farmers. Why
- 4:16Speaker 6: do American farmers stubbornly refuse to utilize a cheaper and
- 4:20Speaker 6: highly available former fertilizer that is not harmful to us humans?
- 4:26Speaker 6: You know, they're scratching their backsides and wondering, oh my god,
- 4:29Speaker 6: what are we going to do. We can't get a
- 4:30Speaker 6: hold of the fertilizer that we need when it should
- 4:34Speaker 6: be called chemicalizer. Most of the fertilized fertilizers that are
- 4:39Speaker 6: utilized today are not very good for us, and they
- 4:42Speaker 6: get into the food chain and man and what we're
- 4:46Speaker 6: consuming with these beautiful vegetables and fruits. It's not good
- 4:51Speaker 6: for us. What they should be doing is what farmers
- 4:54Speaker 6: used to utilize when farming was more natural. What we
- 5:00Speaker 6: would call today is organic. All you have to do
- 5:03Speaker 6: is get the less expensive sheep manure. How do I
- 5:09Speaker 6: know about sheep manure? Welp, My own uncle had a
- 5:13Speaker 6: seventy acre farm outside of Cleveland, and his biggest crop
- 5:18Speaker 6: was strawberries, and boy, I tell you they were delicious.
- 5:23Speaker 6: They were huge and juicy, yum, young yung men. And yeah,
- 5:28Speaker 6: I would help them. So I know about that shoveling
- 5:31Speaker 6: that crap and so, but.
- 5:34Speaker 8: It was very good for for the.
- 5:37Speaker 6: Food, for the seeds to grow and et cetera, et cetera,
- 5:40Speaker 6: and it was not harmful to us humans. And most
- 5:45Speaker 6: farmers back in the day utilized sheep manure and things
- 5:49Speaker 6: of that nature. Not human or horse or anything like that,
- 5:53Speaker 6: but just sheep manure. And so I don't know it.
- 5:58Speaker 6: It's like a stubborn blockheadedness. It's chemical fertilizers or bust
- 6:06Speaker 6: ah ha. And so they're hurting themselves, they're hurting we
- 6:11Speaker 6: the consumers by sticking to the chemical fertilizers or nothing
- 6:16Speaker 6: at all.
- 6:17Speaker 8: And you know.
- 6:19Speaker 6: Whatever else, I just wish the farmers would smarten up
- 6:25Speaker 6: and go in another direction.
- 6:26Speaker 8: Well, you know, hook came Jeffreys.
- 6:29Speaker 6: He says that Democrats will win the House majority in
- 6:32Speaker 6: the twenty twenty six midterms and vows to bury Republicans
- 6:36Speaker 6: in twenty twenty eight general elections.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Hum.
- 6:41Speaker 6: Interesting, Trump has secured a large apply of enriched uranium
- 6:46Speaker 6: from Venezuela. I think that's very good for us. But
- 6:50Speaker 6: what's not so good in our hemisphere? Which comes to
- 6:54Speaker 6: mind in lieu of President Trump going to China to
- 6:58Speaker 6: chum around with ye okay, gee is purchasing tons and
- 7:06Speaker 6: tons and tons of gold for Nicaragua, which is in
- 7:10Speaker 6: our western hemisphere. Oh, you might wonder, what does that matter?
- 7:17Speaker 6: Why is that a big deal?
- 7:19Speaker 5: Oh?
- 7:19Speaker 6: But it is a big deal, my friends, because China
- 7:23Speaker 6: is trying to amass a huge amount of gold to
- 7:28Speaker 6: utilize it against the US dollar. Because China has tried
- 7:34Speaker 6: until she's almost tried out and trying to figure out
- 7:37Speaker 6: a way to get nations to go against the US dollar.
- 7:39Speaker 8: And come over to the yawn.
- 7:42Speaker 9: Oh yon.
- 7:43Speaker 6: But yeah, And so if I were President Trump, I'd
- 7:47Speaker 6: be working on getting them out of Nicaragua. In fact,
- 7:52Speaker 6: that would have been one of my terms before I
- 7:54Speaker 6: ever stepped foot in China because even though in some areas,
- 7:59Speaker 6: China is twenty years ahead of the United States of
- 8:02Speaker 6: America when it comes to how their cities are run.
- 8:06Speaker 6: I mean, they've got commuter trains that actually run through
- 8:09Speaker 6: the lobbies of apartment buildings, and trains that run all
- 8:14Speaker 6: over the country, high speed rail. I mean, they've got
- 8:19Speaker 6: the I mean, the technology over there is just overwhelming.
- 8:23Speaker 6: I don't know if we could have that stuff here
- 8:25Speaker 6: because there's so many thugs and thug ats in our streets.
- 8:28Speaker 8: They tear it all up.
- 8:30Speaker 6: You know, you have all these dunderheads over here. A
- 8:34Speaker 6: great portion of them, of course, were brought in by
- 8:37Speaker 6: you know, Uncle Joe Biden and the black Robe gone wild.
- 8:42Speaker 6: Judges are preventing Trump from getting them all out in
- 8:45Speaker 6: a quick manner, but it.
- 8:46Speaker 8: Is what it is.
- 8:47Speaker 6: Right Well, a school district has kicked out a Christian
- 8:52Speaker 6: student ministry because of its opposition to tax increases, thus
- 8:56Speaker 6: attacking freedom of expression very internet, and we'll talk about
- 9:01Speaker 6: that a little later as we continue on the right wards.
- 9:04Speaker 6: American experience, and something else that piqued my interest. The
- 9:08Speaker 6: UA secretly carried out attacks upon Iran. That's a good deal,
- 9:15Speaker 6: but that's because Iran first picked a fight with them too. Anyway,
- 9:21Speaker 6: we'll be back on the Ron Edwards American experience. You've
- 9:24Speaker 6: got one more minute before.
- 9:26Speaker 8: Breaking, Well, we'll be back.
- 9:30Speaker 6: And I guess I kind of jumped the gun there
- 9:32Speaker 6: right Well, in Fairfax, Virginia, a stabbing suspect is an
- 9:37Speaker 6: illegal border crosser. I mean, how many times am I? I?
- 9:40Speaker 6: Am I going to be bringing this stuff up every
- 9:43Speaker 6: single day there's another illegal border crosser that you know
- 9:50Speaker 6: that has already committed crimes. They've been let out, and
- 9:54Speaker 6: here we go. They continued to commit these crimes, and
- 9:59Speaker 6: these demock at leftist prosecutors and judges continue to let
- 10:05Speaker 6: them out of their an illegal border cross or they
- 10:07Speaker 6: get you a free pass to go and stab and
- 10:11Speaker 6: murder or rape more Americans.
- 10:15Speaker 8: This is retarded.
- 10:19Speaker 6: I think since we are dealing with this situation, we
- 10:22Speaker 6: the people of America need to start ganging up ourselves,
- 10:28Speaker 6: and I guess we have to take a law in
- 10:30Speaker 6: our own hands in some cases.
- 10:32Speaker 8: We'll be back after this.
- 10:36Speaker 10: Listening to the Ron Adluts American experience.

- 14:53Speaker 15: You're listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience.
- 15:04Speaker 6: Welcome back to the run average American experience and Edwards.
- 15:08Speaker 6: And you know, consumer prices did rise a bit in April.
- 15:13Speaker 6: They were driven by rising energy costs and increases in
- 15:17Speaker 6: prices for housing, furniture, airfare, and clothing and just about
- 15:21Speaker 6: anything else.
- 15:22Speaker 8: You could buy.
- 15:23Speaker 6: And it's because of the situation with the oil due
- 15:27Speaker 6: to the Iran war. The Consumer Price Index rose zero
- 15:32Speaker 6: point six percent in April the Department. According to the
- 15:35Speaker 6: Department of Labor, compared with just a year ago, our
- 15:38Speaker 6: prices are up three point eight percent. This matched expectations.
- 15:44Speaker 6: Core prices is measure that excludes vulnerable food and energy
- 15:48Speaker 6: prices rose zero point four percent compared with the previous month,
- 15:53Speaker 6: but the year core prices are up two point eight percent.
- 15:56Speaker 6: That compares with expectations of zero point three percent for
- 16:00Speaker 6: the month and two point seven percent over the entire year.
- 16:04Speaker 6: The month to month increase showed inflation slowing from the
- 16:08Speaker 6: jump in March, when the oil price shock first hit
- 16:11Speaker 6: following the launch of the war with Iran. The previous
- 16:14Speaker 6: month saw the CPI rise zero point nine percent for
- 16:18Speaker 6: a year over year increase of three point three percent.
- 16:22Speaker 6: Core prices did climb zero point two percent in March
- 16:26Speaker 6: and were a two point six percent from a year ago. Now,
- 16:31Speaker 6: the Federal Reserve targets two percent annual inflation, but uses
- 16:35Speaker 6: a different gage and the Personal Consumption Expenditure Price Index
- 16:40Speaker 6: compiled by the Department of Commerce and its preferred measures
- 16:44Speaker 6: of a consumer prices. In recent months, the annual price
- 16:48Speaker 6: of a PCEE inflation has run slightly above the better
- 16:53Speaker 6: known Consumer Price Index published by the US Labor Department.
- 16:57Speaker 6: Energy prices drove the increase in the headline figure, rising
- 17:01Speaker 6: three point eight percent in the month. And yeah, but
- 17:06Speaker 6: the situation, when you really think about it, it's not
- 17:10Speaker 6: as dire as one might think. You go back in
- 17:14Speaker 6: history during the Second World War, you think things are tough. Now,
- 17:23Speaker 6: that was a that was a real headache for Americans
- 17:27Speaker 6: to endo it. And I think back then Americans were
- 17:29Speaker 6: a bit tougher than they are today. For the most part,
- 17:32Speaker 6: prices go up a little bit and wind snipple hurt,
- 17:36Speaker 6: especially if it's a Republican in office. You know, I remember,
- 17:39Speaker 6: I remember when Uncle Joe was in office, and everything
- 17:42Speaker 6: else was worse than they are now. Everything Okay, prices
- 17:50Speaker 6: were a little bit higher than they are now. We're
- 17:53Speaker 6: getting close there to Uncle Joe's level. But you notice
- 17:57Speaker 6: the media was not complaining nearly as much as it
- 17:59Speaker 6: is now. And I learned a hard lesson as a child,
- 18:04Speaker 6: and it still holds true now. It's not what's done,
- 18:07Speaker 6: but rather who does it.
- 18:11Speaker 8: Now?
- 18:13Speaker 6: With what Trump is doing now, if he can seek
- 18:18Speaker 6: more wisdom, and you know, we come out of this
- 18:21Speaker 6: on the right side concerning Iran and the oil supply
- 18:25Speaker 6: and all of that, We're going to come out very well. However,
- 18:31Speaker 6: during Uncle Joe's time, there was no light at the
- 18:37Speaker 6: end of the tunnel. With the policies of the Uncle
- 18:40Speaker 6: Joe Biden administration, it was only hey downhill from there
- 18:46Speaker 6: and doom and gloom for America literally. And there had
- 18:50Speaker 6: to be a dramatic switch overall from the policies of
- 18:55Speaker 6: the Uncle Joe Biden administration. Whereas if, for example, in
- 19:03Speaker 6: my humble opinion, I think the President should smarten up
- 19:06Speaker 6: and just say tell the rest of the world screw
- 19:08Speaker 6: you and say, well, I tried we were supposed to
- 19:16Speaker 6: do prevent I ran from having nuclear weapons. You didn't
- 19:20Speaker 6: want it to help us. You depend on it, the
- 19:24Speaker 6: oil from that part of the world more than we do,
- 19:28Speaker 6: so deal with it. And I think we need to
- 19:30Speaker 6: take care of ourselves. Bring our soldiers out of Italy,
- 19:38Speaker 6: bring them out of Spain, bring them out of Germany,
- 19:45Speaker 6: work out a deal for Greenland. Put fifty thousand soldiers
- 19:51Speaker 6: on Greenland, bring the rest of them to our southern border.
- 19:57Speaker 6: Wipe out the cartels, continue to build a wall, figure
- 20:05Speaker 6: out a way to get China out of Nicodagua from
- 20:07Speaker 6: buying all the gold out of that part of the world,
- 20:10Speaker 6: out of the Western hemisphere. See, we need to take
- 20:14Speaker 6: care of home. We need to rebuild our cities or
- 20:18Speaker 6: start building our cities again. We need to really focus
- 20:24Speaker 6: on getting the illegals out of our country, making our
- 20:27Speaker 6: own streets safe. Because it's one thing to not want
- 20:32Speaker 6: to live in a communist dictatorship like China, and that
- 20:36Speaker 6: is what it is. But you look at videos and
- 20:38Speaker 6: things of that like that, and their cities, their cities
- 20:43Speaker 6: are not run around. You know, you don't have zombies
- 20:48Speaker 6: running around their cities.
- 20:52Speaker 8: You don't have.
- 20:54Speaker 6: People that are on fentanyls standing around like human statues
- 20:57Speaker 6: or leaning over for twenty four hours in one position
- 21:01Speaker 6: around their historical edifices, like they do in Philadelphia, within
- 21:09Speaker 6: a very very very short walk of Independence Hall and
- 21:12Speaker 6: other historic artifacts or buildings or structures. Rather, see, there's
- 21:19Speaker 6: a lot we need to do for ourselves, and I
- 21:24Speaker 6: don't mean just totally cutting ourselves off from the world,
- 21:29Speaker 6: but we cannot and we should not. We're not obligated
- 21:32Speaker 6: biblically or otherwise to be the world's patsy. And the
- 21:40Speaker 6: current setup of NATO, the United Nations, WHO, the World
- 21:46Speaker 6: Economic Forum, none of these organizations have done any good
- 21:52Speaker 6: for the United States none. They've only wasted our money
- 21:58Speaker 6: and in many cases or most cases, use the money
- 22:01Speaker 6: against us. We've poured our wealth out to the world
- 22:06Speaker 6: to the tune of trillions and trillions of dollars. Now
- 22:09Speaker 6: it is time to turn that spickt off and use
- 22:15Speaker 6: our wealth on ourselves, rebuild our military supplies.
- 22:22Speaker 8: I don't know if the.
- 22:24Speaker 6: Story is true or not, but Mark Kelly, that trader
- 22:27Speaker 6: telling the whole world well in the United States is
- 22:29Speaker 6: out of missiles, and this, that and the other. Barbara
- 22:32Speaker 6: Da da da. If that were true, that's awful to
- 22:39Speaker 6: tell the whole world meaning our enemies that we're in
- 22:44Speaker 6: such a dire strait, and if it's not true, it's
- 22:48Speaker 6: still awful. And I think that he should be brought
- 22:53Speaker 6: up on charges of treason along with many others. I mean,
- 22:57Speaker 6: the line for treason is charges. It probably stretch a
- 23:01Speaker 6: half mile just from government officials alone, amongst those that
- 23:06Speaker 6: are still alive. But we need to smart enough and
- 23:11Speaker 6: start working on ourselves. We cannot be good for the
- 23:16Speaker 6: world if we're not even good for ourselves. And that
- 23:21Speaker 6: means all the way down to the local level. There's
- 23:25Speaker 6: a road in Michigan that I first discovered when I
- 23:32Speaker 6: first moved to the state aubus years ago. And would
- 23:38Speaker 6: you believe that that road is the same condition as
- 23:42Speaker 6: it was when I first saw it and when I
- 23:45Speaker 6: would first move to the state. And I find out
- 23:51Speaker 6: from my wife that she says, oh, well, that road
- 23:56Speaker 6: was like that when I was in high school. And
- 24:01Speaker 6: I'm thinking, wait a minute, wait a minute. Now, this
- 24:06Speaker 6: is in a county that, at one time, not that
- 24:09Speaker 6: long ago, was the third wealthiest county in the entire country. Yeah,
- 24:16Speaker 6: that's when it was still dominated by Republicans.
- 24:19Speaker 5: Everyone.

- 25:06Speaker 18: President Donald Trump travels to Beijing this week, marking the
- 25:10Speaker 18: first visit to China by a US president in the
- 25:13Speaker 18: early a decade, the last one by Trump. As Trump
- 25:16Speaker 18: and Chinese President Xi Jinping got ready to meet, both
- 25:19Speaker 18: countries have said that the relationship has been relatively stable
- 25:23Speaker 18: and they want to keep it that way, but there
- 25:25Speaker 18: are still some issues on results. For example, tradations persist,
- 25:30Speaker 18: and although it's possible there's going to be an extended truce,
- 25:33Speaker 18: some expert thing that the brother conflict is far from over.
- 25:37Speaker 10: And that has corresponded to Edward Castillo reporting the US
- 25:40Speaker 10: announcing that the United Arab Emirates received military help from
- 25:43Speaker 10: Israel to help protect from Iran.
- 25:45Speaker 16: We've also heard from the US Ambassador in Israel, Mike
- 25:48Speaker 16: Huckaby the former Arkansas governor who says that Israel deployed
- 25:52Speaker 16: troops as well as iron dome batteries to the United
- 25:55Speaker 16: Arab Emirates during the Iran War. This is the first
- 25:58Speaker 16: public acknowledgement of Israeli forces deploying here in the UAE
- 26:03Speaker 16: since twenty twenty when the UAE first had that diplomatic
- 26:06Speaker 16: recognition deal with Israel. Now, Israel and the United Air
- 26:09Speaker 16: Memorates didn't acknowledge this, but the fact that it has
- 26:12Speaker 16: come out from the US ambassador in Tel Aviv at
- 26:14Speaker 16: an event today suggests that this was a winkin and nod,
- 26:18Speaker 16: sort of an authorized league from both sides on that
- 26:20Speaker 16: to pay.
- 26:21Speaker 10: And then has corresponded. John Gambrille reporting the Senator has
- 26:23Speaker 10: confirmed President Trump's nominee to chair the Federal Reserve.
- 26:27Speaker 5: Here's Bernie Bennet.
- 26:28Speaker 15: The Senate confirmed Kevin Walsh's nomination to a fourteen year

- 28:12Speaker 6: What's up, my fellow good men of America. If nobody

- 28:19Speaker 6: are the good men in a world that's quick to

- 28:29Speaker 6: positive words without strings attached. Appreciate it not for what
- 28:33Speaker 6: you do, or provide or become, but simply for who
- 28:37Speaker 6: you are. Right now, many podcasts and social media platforms

- 28:45Speaker 6: who you're not being. But I need you to tune

- 29:01Speaker 6: but being present, being real. Yes, handle your responsibilities, but understand,
- 29:08Speaker 6: even though you're expected to do, you don't have to
- 29:12Speaker 6: have it all figured out. You're defined by what others say,

- 30:15Speaker 8: And we're back.
- 30:15Speaker 6: Welcome back to my friends. Yep, this is the runner
- 30:18Speaker 6: words American experience free speech. You should be able to
- 30:23Speaker 6: freely speak your mind, your beliefs. So the question is,
- 30:30Speaker 6: can states prohibit conversion therapy? Do doctors have the right
- 30:34Speaker 6: to speak to their clients as they seem fit. Does
- 30:38Speaker 6: Colorado's conversion therapy law violate the First Amendment? In a
- 30:44Speaker 6: recent case childs Versus Salazar, the Supreme Court was asked
- 30:48Speaker 6: if Colorado's conversion therapy law violated miss Child's right to
- 30:53Speaker 6: free speech. As is so often the case, the Court
- 30:56Speaker 6: agreed that the law violated miss Child's free speech right,
- 31:01Speaker 6: just for the wrong reasons. Though, see they can a
- 31:05Speaker 6: lot of times leftists will agree with free speech. But
- 31:09Speaker 6: when they do, watch out because there's usually a twist. Now,
- 31:14Speaker 6: you can go back to twenty nineteen Colorado law banning
- 31:18Speaker 6: what some people call conversion therapy for miners. That year,
- 31:24Speaker 6: Colorado adopted a law prohibiting licensed counselors from engaging in
- 31:29Speaker 6: conversion therapy with miners and also preventing ministers from speaking
- 31:38Speaker 6: to a child about you know, God created man and woman. Man,
- 31:43Speaker 6: that's it, just the two, and defining the term to
- 31:48Speaker 6: include any practice or treatment that attempts to change an
- 31:52Speaker 6: individual sexual orientation or gender identity, as well as any
- 31:56Speaker 6: effort to change behaviors or gender express or to eliminate
- 32:01Speaker 6: or reduce sexual or romantic attractions toward individuals of the
- 32:06Speaker 6: same sex. See if the child has been warped, usually
- 32:12Speaker 6: by an adult, and they want they're attracted all of
- 32:15Speaker 6: a sudden to a same sex person. Oh yeah, let's yeah,
- 32:20Speaker 6: let's promote that. That's respeech. Yep, that's what the left
- 32:23Speaker 6: to say. Yep, yep, yep, yep, that's respeech. That's it now.
- 32:26Speaker 6: Colorado defines conversion therapy as any attempt to change or
- 32:30Speaker 6: convert a person's behavior, gender expression, or sexual attraction, but
- 32:35Speaker 6: only to those of the same sex and so called
- 32:39Speaker 6: transgender as I call tranny. This is one sided, unbiased law,
- 32:47Speaker 6: which is usually a case when it comes to leftist anyway.
- 32:51Speaker 6: Yet the law explicitly allows counselors to provide acceptance, support
- 32:58Speaker 6: and understanding for identity exploration and development, and to assist
- 33:04Speaker 6: persons undergoing gender transition. Now, many times when it's a child,
- 33:10Speaker 6: you know, a child doesn't really know. Sometimes they know
- 33:14Speaker 6: nothing and got that mixed up, especially when it comes
- 33:17Speaker 6: to their sex. Come on, now, come on, a little
- 33:21Speaker 6: ten year old, and usually that's persuaded by an adult.
- 33:29Speaker 6: Eighty percent of the time. It's a female wanting to
- 33:31Speaker 6: switch a boy to a girl eighty percent of the time.
- 33:36Speaker 6: So Colorado thinks it's a okay to encourage such attractions
- 33:41Speaker 6: but not to discourage it. Part of the push behind
- 33:45Speaker 6: these conversion therapy bands has more to do with imagery
- 33:49Speaker 6: rather than actual techniques. The turn conversion therapy may evoke
- 33:55Speaker 6: physical techniques, such as electric shock therapy, aimed at changing
- 34:01Speaker 6: an individual sexual orientation or gender identity. Colorado's law does
- 34:07Speaker 6: not simply forbid shock therapy or any other therapy that
- 34:12Speaker 6: harms the individual.
- 34:14Speaker 8: The law forbids, as well.
- 34:16Speaker 6: Any effort to change behaviors or gender expressions, or to
- 34:21Speaker 6: eliminate or reduce sexual aromatic attractions or feelings toward individuals
- 34:26Speaker 6: of the same sex. All at the same time, the
- 34:29Speaker 6: law explicitly allows counselors to engage in practices that provide acceptance, support,
- 34:37Speaker 6: and understanding for the facilitation of an individual's identity exploration
- 34:43Speaker 6: and development. Likewise, the law allows counselors to provide assistance
- 34:49Speaker 6: to a person undergoing tranny or gender transition operations. See
- 34:56Speaker 6: it's one way. Colorado doesn't have have an issue with
- 35:01Speaker 6: conversion therapy only in attempts to assist those who are
- 35:05Speaker 6: not comfortable with their homosexual or transgender feelings or being
- 35:12Speaker 6: pushed in that direction by adults eighty percent of the
- 35:16Speaker 6: time by female adults. In other words, only those that
- 35:20Speaker 6: challenge the politically correct idea that homosexuality and transgenderisms are normal.
- 35:28Speaker 6: So Miss Childs filed suit in federal court seeking a
- 35:31Speaker 6: preliminary injunction raising a First Amendment challenge to the law
- 35:35Speaker 6: as it applies to her talk therapy. Now, Miss Childs
- 35:42Speaker 6: claims that the Colorado law violates her right protected by
- 35:47Speaker 6: the First Amendment. And so when it comes to First
- 35:51Speaker 6: Amendment issues, you know, it's very plain. I mean, you
- 35:56Speaker 6: have the rite of free speech the founding. When they
- 36:00Speaker 6: wrote that down, they didn't think about oh wait a minute, now,
- 36:04Speaker 6: let's wait a minute. Let's consider the angle of the speech.
- 36:11Speaker 6: They said, no free speech is free speech. And here's
- 36:16Speaker 6: the beauty of true free speech. If you don't like
- 36:19Speaker 6: what someone is saying, you can walk away. You can
- 36:22Speaker 6: sit there and ignore them, and so you don't have
- 36:25Speaker 6: to listen, or if you want to listen, you can
- 36:28Speaker 6: and respond accordingly. The question before us is a narrow
- 36:35Speaker 6: one now, as Childs does not question that Colorado's law
- 36:40Speaker 6: banning conversion therapy has some constitutionally sound applications. She says
- 36:46Speaker 6: that she does not take issue with the state's effort
- 36:49Speaker 6: to prohibit what she herself calls long abandoned aversive physical interventions. Instead,
- 36:58Speaker 6: Miss Childs press is that she provides only talk therapy,
- 37:03Speaker 6: employing no physical techniques or medications. Miss Childs agrees some
- 37:11Speaker 6: forms of conversion therapy, namely those with averse physical interventions,
- 37:16Speaker 6: can be banned. However, she does not employ such physical
- 37:20Speaker 6: techniques or any medications. Yet Colorado's law still applies to
- 37:25Speaker 6: her because she realizes that.
- 37:29Speaker 8: Some people.
- 37:31Speaker 6: May not want to be chemically transitioned out. Some young
- 37:38Speaker 6: boys may not want to go chop chop, and that's it.
- 37:44Speaker 6: Yet she agrees the Colorado's law still applies to her,
- 37:47Speaker 6: prescribing what she may say involuntary counseling conversations with her clients.
- 37:54Speaker 6: And because that application of the law strikes at the
- 37:58Speaker 6: heart of the First Amendments pertection for free speech, she
- 38:02Speaker 6: contends it warrants considerably more searching scrutiny than the rational
- 38:08Speaker 6: basis review. The tenth Circuit applied in this case on
- 38:13Speaker 6: the intermediate scrutiny review with some lower courts have employed
- 38:18Speaker 6: in cases like hers, and I agree, I mean, my goodness,
- 38:26Speaker 6: why should such issues only be allowed to be talked
- 38:30Speaker 6: about in one direction, the unnatural direction, the one that
- 38:36Speaker 6: in the long run does provide physical harm. I can't
- 38:45Speaker 6: tell you about how many cases I read about where
- 38:47Speaker 6: you know, they went chop chop and chemical, chemical, and
- 38:52Speaker 6: in the long run they developed horrible diseases and infections
- 38:57Speaker 6: and all kinds of things that go wrong, and then
- 38:59Speaker 6: there's so but it's too late. Certain things are thrown away.
- 39:03Speaker 6: They're gone by bye, and so they have to They're
- 39:07Speaker 6: not even living anymore, they're just existing in a certain state.
- 39:13Speaker 6: And so that is why it is so important. This
- 39:16Speaker 6: is just one example, but there are many other issues
- 39:19Speaker 6: across the board that amplifies the need to protect the
- 39:25Speaker 6: First Amendment because we have people in this country that
- 39:32Speaker 6: have gone so cuckoo for cocoa pups that you know,
- 39:36Speaker 6: if they disagree with you, they think, not only should
- 39:40Speaker 6: your First Amendment rights be ignored, your inalienable rights. By
- 39:45Speaker 6: the way, but you should be killed because you disagree
- 39:50Speaker 6: with them, you know they and so that's why you
- 39:58Speaker 6: know these kinds of cases, they're setting a precedent or
- 40:05Speaker 6: resetting precedent as people are beginning to stand up and say,
- 40:09Speaker 6: you know what, maybe this has all gone too far
- 40:11Speaker 6: and me helping people that don't want to go chop
- 40:15Speaker 6: chop is a good thing. And so I commend the
- 40:24Speaker 6: work that she's doing and do pray that in the
- 40:27Speaker 6: long run she comes out on top of this issue,
- 40:30Speaker 6: because these things are very important. We'll be back with

- 44:46Speaker 8: Situation.
- 44:47Speaker 6: We've got a school district that kicked out a Christian
- 44:49Speaker 6: student ministry because the founder opposed a tax increase.
- 44:55Speaker 8: Wow.
- 44:57Speaker 6: Student ministries that provide released time Bible instructure during government
- 45:01Speaker 6: school hours and opponents of tax increases have separately clashed
- 45:07Speaker 6: with school districts over their constitutional rights to equal treatment
- 45:11Speaker 6: with secular groups and of free speech, respectively. The Reverend
- 45:16Speaker 6: Grady Yeomans endured a double whammy when Georgia's Vladia Vidalia
- 45:23Speaker 6: I'm sorry Vidalia City Schools retaliated against his Sweet Onion

- 46:13Speaker 6: when Yaman's protested, Reid also vaguely referred to parents who
- 46:18Speaker 6: pulled their children from his programs because of how it
- 46:22Speaker 6: was taught. According to the suit, Yeamans later learned, Reid
- 46:26Speaker 6: gave the board a report with the same allegations at
- 46:30Speaker 6: a work session three months earlier, summarized in the session
- 46:33Speaker 6: minutes now without mentioning taxes or Yaman's specific complaints. Reid
- 46:39Speaker 6: then shared a recurring concern about Yaman's for publicly expressing
- 46:45Speaker 6: criticism of government schools. Well, government schools do need you know,
- 46:51Speaker 6: need to get their act together, and also negative comments
- 46:54Speaker 6: about the district and staff on social media.
- 46:58Speaker 8: Well, the government.
- 46:59Speaker 6: Schools, both small and large, have been for decades destroying
- 47:02Speaker 6: America intellectually and spiritually, So what do you expect? So
- 47:07Speaker 6: also cited parental concerns about sweet Onion, specifically a perception
- 47:12Speaker 6: that some instruction reflected a particular interpretation of the Bible
- 47:17Speaker 6: rather than was presenting information in a neutral or well
- 47:20Speaker 6: balanced manner. How do you present the Bible and a
- 47:26Speaker 6: so called balanced measure or manner? The Bible is straightforward.
- 47:35Speaker 6: It's dealing with right and wrong issues and history, right
- 47:41Speaker 6: and wrong issues, principles and history. In other words, as
- 47:47Speaker 6: a thing is what it is. So how do you
- 47:51Speaker 6: make the Ten Commandments, for example?
- 47:54Speaker 8: Neutral? How do you do that?
- 48:00Speaker 6: Either you steal or don't steal? The Bible says don't
- 48:04Speaker 6: steal tho also not steal. How do you neutralize that?
- 48:07Speaker 6: Or why should you? This could only refer to one
- 48:11Speaker 6: instance in sweet Onion's history anyway, The complaint dealt with
- 48:15Speaker 6: one little incidence, according to Yaman's a parent who pulled
- 48:21Speaker 6: a child because the religious instruction did not exclusively use
- 48:25Speaker 6: a King James Bible in a different high school where
- 48:28Speaker 6: sweet Onion had already ended its program several years earlier
- 48:32Speaker 6: for logistical reasons because they needed more space because it
- 48:35Speaker 6: was high demand. Oops, not parental complaints, as was spoken
- 48:41Speaker 6: by the leftist school board member. See how they liked
- 48:46Speaker 6: to lie and twist things. The lawsuo filed by the
- 48:50Speaker 6: Alliance Defending Freedom allegis First Amendment content and viewpoint discrimination
- 48:57Speaker 6: retaliation compelled speech and violates of violation rather a free exercise.
- 49:04Speaker 6: Also Fourteenth Amendment vagueness and procedural due process violations, un
- 49:09Speaker 6: constitutional conditions on a government benefit, and State Religious Freedom
- 49:15Speaker 6: Restoration Act violations. MMMM The district cannot punish Yamans or
- 49:21Speaker 6: his ministry for criticizing the government or as they say it,
- 49:25Speaker 6: on soil government and simply sharing his opinion of a
- 49:29Speaker 6: proposed tax hike. Let me ask you, don't you think
- 49:35Speaker 6: your taxes are high enough already?
- 49:38Speaker 8: Wouldn't you like.
- 49:39Speaker 6: To get rid of property taxes? And by the way,
- 49:44Speaker 6: I know that there's a lot of institutions, zoos and
- 49:49Speaker 6: museums around the country that they say, oh yeah, we
- 49:52Speaker 6: depend on property taxes. Without those property taxes, we wouldn't
- 49:55Speaker 6: be able to continue making these improvements. Oh contrere See
- 50:01Speaker 6: sometimes people don't know noting that got that mixed up.
- 50:05Speaker 6: I say the opposite. I say that if people were
- 50:09Speaker 6: not forced to pay these god awful high end property taxes,
- 50:14Speaker 6: there would be more money to voluntarily contribute to these
- 50:19Speaker 6: kinds of operations. Give you an example, the Cleveland Zoo.
- 50:25Speaker 6: They've embarked on a massive rebuilding process, building, rebuilding and
- 50:30Speaker 6: expanding a tropical forest exhibit. It's already pretty large, but
- 50:37Speaker 6: they're expanding it and you know, beautifying it and all
- 50:40Speaker 6: of that and really pretty place now by the way.
- 50:42Speaker 6: But they're saying, oh, my goodness, if the property taxes
- 50:47Speaker 6: in Ohio go away, we're going to be in big
- 50:49Speaker 6: keep them trouble. We don't know if we'll be able
- 50:51Speaker 6: to continue doing these things. Oh walla, walla. Well, the
- 50:55Speaker 6: thing is, before all these cities and states started jamming
- 51:01Speaker 6: homeowners with these property taxes, things were going along just fine.
- 51:07Speaker 6: You had fewer deficits, zoos were running just fine. Based
- 51:12Speaker 6: upon the standards that they had during those days, et cetera,
- 51:15Speaker 6: et cetera, et cetera. Most cities were in the black.
- 51:20Speaker 6: Most cities were clean, well taken care of, especially their
- 51:24Speaker 6: downtowns and parks. So that cancels all that lie about, oh,
- 51:30Speaker 6: we need.
- 51:31Speaker 8: The property taxes in order to do this, that and
- 51:33Speaker 8: the other.
- 51:36Speaker 6: See the way the founding fathers had set it up,
- 51:38Speaker 6: there would be so much prosperity anyway. And that's some
- 51:41Speaker 6: of the things that President Trump is trying to, you know,
- 51:45Speaker 6: work out in some of the issues. And yes, he's
- 51:48Speaker 6: being opposed by the rhinos. People like Thune and others. See,
- 51:54Speaker 6: they don't want a lot of people that are in government,
- 51:58Speaker 6: whether it's from of a political position or so called
- 52:03Speaker 6: I call them in doctrine and doctrination center positions, they
- 52:07Speaker 6: don't want us to really prosper.
- 52:11Speaker 8: They don't.
- 52:11Speaker 6: They want us to always be in a struggling position
- 52:14Speaker 6: and everything in hardship. They want us barely to have
- 52:21Speaker 6: enough to keep going and growing, and then at the
- 52:24Speaker 6: same time demand more taxes and say, oh, we need
- 52:27Speaker 6: more though it's not right, it's socialism, it's greed by
- 52:34Speaker 6: government officials. These people need to lighten up and wake
- 52:40Speaker 6: up to reality that some of us in America are
- 52:43Speaker 6: going to are. We're going to tell the whole country
- 52:46Speaker 6: about what it means to be a constitutionally limited republic.
- 52:53Speaker 6: And that's why it's called the Randoverrige American Experience, because
- 52:55Speaker 6: we have to really shape up here in the United
- 52:58Speaker 6: States of America and get back to our constitutional limited
- 53:03Speaker 6: way of life so that we can be truly a
- 53:06Speaker 6: prosperous people. Once again. It is what it is, my friends,
- 53:14Speaker 6: and it is what it shall be. But you know,
- 53:17Speaker 6: as they like to say, if it is up to
- 53:19Speaker 6: us if it is up to me, you know, if
- 53:21Speaker 6: it is to be it's up to me, and.
- 53:24Speaker 8: We have to act like that. But first of all,
- 53:28Speaker 8: we have to learn what it should be.
- 53:33Speaker 6: And then fight to restore things based upon what they
- 53:37Speaker 6: should be, so that we can have a better life
- 53:40Speaker 6: and leave a better legacy for those coming behind us.
- 53:45Speaker 8: How about that?
- 53:49Speaker 6: Well, as time continues to tick on, now that I
- 53:55Speaker 6: see that my time is up, thank you so much
- 53:58Speaker 6: for your time. As I always say, at this time,
- 54:01Speaker 6: remember to pray for your nation, pray for your family
- 54:03Speaker 6: of friends, and even your enemies that they get it
- 54:05Speaker 6: right before it's too late, because yep, we all face judgment,
- 54:10Speaker 6: and how will you be in eternity.
- 54:12Speaker 8: Remember to treat us as the same way you want
- 54:15Speaker 8: to be treated.
- 54:16Speaker 6: Until next time, I'm Ron Edwards, Excelsior.
- 54:28Speaker 5: Come on, you would you would?
- 54:43Speaker 1: It would be with the US, all folks, tax a
- 54:46Speaker 1: stage right,
