- 0:20welcome Jessica
- 0:21hey Megan
- 0:22I'm so excited to be here
- 0:24thank you absolutely
- 0:26thank you for coming
- 0:27we are thrilled to talk about mindset and your story
- 0:32a story of surviving and thriving
- 0:34which is what we're all about
- 0:35so let's get into it
- 0:36tell us a little bit about yourself
- 0:40yeah so
- 0:41I mean I feel like I had a pretty normal childhood
- 0:44I grow up on a small farm in a community called Delta
- 0:48Utah my dad was an alfalfa farmer
- 0:51and I got all the joys of being a kid on a farm
- 0:54running free through the summer months
- 0:57and just kind of you know
- 1:00I'm Gen X so it truly was the case
- 1:02like
- 1:03I left it sun up and didn't come home till sun down
- 1:07and it felt like a really incredible life
- 1:10fast forward into my teenager years
- 1:12we moved to Las Vegas and then to California
- 1:16and I met my husband
- 1:17when I was still a senior in high school
- 1:20got married pretty young
- 1:22and started having babies a year and a half later
- 1:24so by the time I was actually 20
- 1:28I was already a mom
- 1:30which I love I love being a mom
- 1:31that's like the best thing in the world
- 1:33but going from someone's child to somebody's wife
- 1:37and then somebody's mom
- 1:38I feel like maybe my own identity got washed out
- 1:43so I did all the things that I thought
- 1:45I was supposed to do be a good mom
- 1:47I wasn't a mom that got to stay home with my kids
- 1:50but I had a really great career in pharmacy
- 1:54ended up in pharmacy benefit management
- 1:56making a really good salary
- 1:59and I led some pretty incredible people
- 2:02as a senior director of client management
- 2:04and sales
- 2:06we had a house
- 2:07we had a boat and cars and all the things
- 2:12and then tragedy struck my life in September of 2016
- 2:18after a year of going back and forth to my doctor
- 2:21because I didn't feel well
- 2:23and several misdiagnoses
- 2:25I was actually diagnosed with Cardiac AL Amyloidosis
- 2:33essentially what happens at a very high level
- 2:37is that
- 2:38our bone marrow makes proteins that go to the rest of
- 2:41our bodies it's like they're pre
- 2:43assigned to what they're supposed to do
- 2:46well my body started creating miss folded proteins
- 2:50so instead of looking like this
- 2:52they started looking like this
- 2:54and when that happens
- 2:55they get sticky and they stick together
- 2:58and then when they go to other areas of the body
- 3:02for example your organs
- 3:04they stick inside the wall of the organ
- 3:06and cause organ failure
- 3:09so for me it attacked my heart
- 3:12the worst to some extent
- 3:15my kidneys my pancreas
- 3:16my liver
- 3:18my GI system including my throat
- 3:20my esophagus my tongue
- 3:23like I was by the time I finally got a diagnosis
- 3:27really sick in fact
- 3:29the cardiologist that finally found the disease
- 3:31said that I had maybe eight weeks to live
- 3:34my congestive heart failure was so far advanced
- 3:38so
- 3:39it truly is a miracle I'm standing here just for that
- 3:42by itself
- 3:44the treatment for that is um
- 3:47really similar to multiple myeloma
- 3:50so I had to do a bone marrow transplant
- 3:53and then 10 months of outpatient chemo
- 3:57and between the two of those
- 3:59it was successful
- 4:00it killed the disease process that was creating most
- 4:04misfolded proteins
- 4:06and the thought
- 4:07or the hope that my providers had was that over time
- 4:12those proteins that had build up in my heart wall
- 4:15causing a severely stiff heart
- 4:17would eventually just kind of dissipate
- 4:21like my body would absorb them
- 4:23I'd regain function of my heart
- 4:25but it would take years
- 4:28well I did all the things I could possibly think of
- 4:31healthy eating movement on my body
- 4:34I tried to remove stress as much as possible
- 4:37however I was in a corporate job
- 4:39so that's not entirely um
- 4:44you can't entirely remove stress when you're
- 4:47you're in a corporate position
- 4:48reporting to a corporation that expects certain things
- 4:52that may not align with our own values and purpose
- 4:57but all the other things I was doing felt like
- 5:00you know if I just do all these things
- 5:02keep a really positive mindset
- 5:04I'm gonna be okay
- 5:05like I got past the hard part and then unfortunately
- 5:11I started getting sick again
- 5:13started having some congestive heart failure symptoms
- 5:17and I started to think goodness
- 5:19is this gonna be my life like
- 5:21am I just gonna have to live with these symptoms
- 5:24and not be able to climb mountains
- 5:26and do all the things that I wanna do
- 5:30and then in January of 2020
- 5:33I had a massive stroke
- 5:35and this stroke was so severe that my my providers
- 5:42the neurologists in the intensive care unit
- 5:45they just weren't even sure if I'd walk or talk again
- 5:49and I remember when my husband asked that
- 5:51while I'm laying in bed half in and out of it
- 5:54just having had a stroke several hours before
- 5:58I remember he asked you know
- 5:59is she gonna walk her talk again
- 6:01and the doctor said you know
- 6:02we're just not sure and I remember thinking
- 6:06oh no way that is not my life that is not gonna happen
- 6:11and so I was sad of course
- 6:15frustrated angry at the situation
- 6:18but I knew in my heart
- 6:21that if I were to go to that point
- 6:24and sit there you know
- 6:26sit in the sadness sit in the anger
- 6:29it wasn't gonna help me get better yes
- 6:31I felt those things
- 6:33but then I started asking myself well
- 6:35what is it that you need
- 6:37and it's when I turned inward and said well
- 6:40what is it that you need
- 6:42that I started being able to push myself forward
- 6:46out of that situation which was just within a day
- 6:49I needed to be able to get out of that bed
- 6:52and so that's the I started pestering people
- 6:55you know what I wanna sit on the side of my bed
- 6:57I wanna stand by my bed
- 6:59and eventually at about the 24 hour Mark post stroke
- 7:05PT came in they were on one side
- 7:08had a belt around me in case I did fall
- 7:11and my husband was on the other side
- 7:14and we walked around the nurses station in the neural
- 7:19ICU that day I'm not saying it was a pretty walk
- 7:22in fact my left leg kind of drugged behind me
- 7:25as my right leg did all the work
- 7:27but I was moving
- 7:29and I didn't realize how miraculous of a feat
- 7:32that was
- 7:33until I saw the nurses and the doctors on the floor
- 7:37literally dropped their jaws in amazement
- 7:41I never had to go into an extended care facility
- 7:45after that I was released to home
- 7:47just a couple days after my stroke
- 7:50and I did all the things occupational therapy
- 7:53daily movement
- 7:55um back to the nutrition
- 7:57the healthy mindset so
- 8:00you know that comes with meditation and affirmations
- 8:04and all of those things
- 8:06um but when I had my stroke
- 8:08it set off an alarm to my
- 8:10my cardiac doctors and they realize
- 8:14you know if her heart isn't pushing blood
- 8:17the way it's supposed to
- 8:18and it's pooling and causing clots
- 8:21we ought to consider
- 8:22putting her on the heart transplant list
- 8:25so the work up for
- 8:27being put on the heart transplant list
- 8:29started happening within weeks
- 8:31of being impatient with the stroke
- 8:34and who knew that that was such a big like undertaking
- 8:40that the amount of tests you have to do
- 8:43meeting with psychiatrists and nutritionists
- 8:47and a whole team of experts
- 8:48before they'll sign off and say yes
- 8:51she can handle being a heart transplant recipient
- 8:55and once I was on the list
- 8:57it took 18 months to get my heart
- 9:0115 months of those were spent as an outpatient
- 9:06and it was during Covid so
- 9:08I literally was so scared of getting sick
- 9:12because I wasn't healthy
- 9:15and so for me getting sick
- 9:17and getting Covid
- 9:18could be very detrimental to my health
- 9:22and so I became quite the hermit
- 9:24but a hermit with a really good mindset
- 9:28and just gratitude that I was there
- 9:32and then I'm just gonna have the opportunity to live
- 9:34once I had that heart
- 9:36and you know
- 9:37my mind started getting so curious
- 9:39about all the things I could do
- 9:41once I had my heart
- 9:43Castle Biosciences is a proud sponsor of this

- 10:02but in the meantime
- 10:03there were things that I couldn't do
- 10:06and so I figured out things that I could do
- 10:09other things that I was curious about
- 10:11that maybe didn't have you know
- 10:14a physicality attached to it
- 10:16so I read a lot of books
- 10:19I started just getting curious about watercolor
- 10:22painting quilting baking
- 10:26cooking love cooking for my family and for myself
- 10:30so I did things to keep me in a really high vibration
- 10:35of gratitude and joy
- 10:37I spent a lot of time with my family
- 10:39and then those friends who were really protective
- 10:42not getting or bringing illness to me
- 10:45so all things that were super important
- 10:48but as those 15 months went by
- 10:51I started getting sicker nothing having to do with
- 10:55you know how I was living
- 10:58but simply my heart was dying
- 11:00and so I went into the cardiac ICU
- 11:04for the last 78 days of my wait
- 11:08um I
- 11:09I'll paint a little bit of a picture
- 11:12you get a room which you're not allowed to leave
- 11:15unless somebody's with you
- 11:17so a provider and exercise physiologist
- 11:21or if you're going to X ray or to the cath lab
- 11:24those are the only times you get to leave
- 11:26you have wires sticking down through your throat
- 11:29you have electrodes all over your body
- 11:32they're giving you medications that make you feel
- 11:34horrible and you just sit there with your thoughts
- 11:40and I did try to work from my hospital bed
- 11:44literally up until the day I had my heart transplant
- 11:48and I was successful
- 11:50I may not have been the best employee
- 11:53I'm sure I made a few mistakes
- 11:55I wasn't getting enough blood to my brain
- 11:57but I was trying I was doing my best
- 12:01and otherwise you know
- 12:03I went back to that whole thing like
- 12:06I'm gonna make the best of this
- 12:08and so I did everything I could to really get to know
- 12:11all of my nurses and my doctors
- 12:14I find out about you know
- 12:16if they were parents if they had dogs
- 12:18what they like to do on the side
- 12:20where it was their favorite place to travel
- 12:22and I became really close with the staff
- 12:25at the hospital while I was waiting
- 12:28again we're right smack dab in the middle of covid
- 12:31so outside visitation was hard
- 12:34I was allowed to have two visitors a day
- 12:36which had to be assigned
- 12:38so if my daughter and my friend showed up that morning
- 12:42they're the only visitors I could have all day
- 12:45like you couldn't switch it out at all
- 12:48so that made it kind of hard
- 12:50so
- 12:51while I had these really wonderful relationships with
- 12:55healthcare staff I still was struggling
- 12:59and you know
- 13:0030 days turned into 60 days
- 13:03and about that 60 day mark
- 13:05I was just I was having a hard time
- 13:08and so I really had to surrender
- 13:12and in the evenings I would ask my nurse
- 13:16just for an hour of time
- 13:17where I wasn't being poked or given drugs
- 13:20or blood pressure taken or anything like that
- 13:23and I would get up on top of my bed
- 13:26and I would kind of get the wires to where I could
- 13:29kind of put them to the side
- 13:31I would get in child's pose on top of my bed
- 13:34and I put my hands in prayer position above my head
- 13:38and I think that
- 13:39that really was just about surrendering
- 13:42you know
- 13:43I know everybody has a different belief about God
- 13:45creator source
- 13:47I grew up in a very religious home where
- 13:51you know it was God and Jesus and
- 13:54and the Holy Ghost and all of that
- 13:56but as I've gotten older
- 13:57I've become much more spiritual
- 13:59and less about organized religion
- 14:03but in that time like
- 14:06I surrender to my creator
- 14:09in every way I could possibly think of
- 14:13and I would ask you know
- 14:15why am I here I've gone through so much
- 14:18and here I am waiting and it's taking so long
- 14:22you know I was losing hope
- 14:24and I had had two fault starts
- 14:27meaning they had found two hearts
- 14:29but then when they went in to harvest the organ
- 14:31they found issues with the heart
- 14:33so I didn't get them
- 14:34but they did the work up and had me excited that
- 14:38you know I was gonna
- 14:39have this heart and then it never panned out
- 14:44and so I had these UPS and downs and this grief
- 14:47like every time you lost an organ
- 14:49like it felt like I was grieving someone's death
- 14:52that's how like emotional that was
- 14:56and so in these nightly
- 15:00rituals prayer sessions
- 15:01whatever you wanna call it
- 15:03I would just completely surrender and I would listen
- 15:07and in the surrender you know
- 15:08there were some affirmations
- 15:10and maybe some meditation attached to that
- 15:12but finally one night
- 15:15clear as day I had this overwhelming feeling
- 15:19or message that I was here
- 15:21because I meant to help other people
- 15:24that's my purpose
- 15:25is to help other people get through adversity
- 15:29and so I didn't know how
- 15:31I didn't know what it looked like
- 15:33I
- 15:34I I had absolutely no clue actually
- 15:38um I didn't know
- 15:39if it was something that
- 15:40was supposed to be my livelihood
- 15:42or something that I just did on the side
- 15:45maybe I was supposed to meet with other
- 15:47um heart transplants
- 15:49or people that were waiting for heart transplants
- 15:52but I knew like leaving that hospital
- 15:55that was my purpose
- 15:56that was my greater purpose that I've been saved for
- 16:00so I started getting curious
- 16:03and I went back to my corporate job
- 16:06and didn't feel happy didn't feel fulfilled
- 16:10didn't have passion um
- 16:12and it definitely didn't match my value system
- 16:16or the vision for how I wanted my life to look
- 16:20but still I didn't have a
- 16:21clear idea what actually serving others looked like
- 16:26and in September of 2023
- 16:30there was some reorganization with leadership
- 16:33for the fifth time since I had been there
- 16:37and I had a choice to stay with a new title
- 16:41and a new salary structure
- 16:42or I could take a severance package and go
- 16:47and I was scared
- 16:49and anxious and didn't know what to do
- 16:51because in the meantime I had actually
- 16:54separated from my husband before my transplant
- 16:57and also
- 16:57he had passed away in the Easter right before that
- 17:01so it's in April of 2023 he had passed away
- 17:05so I had nobody to lean back on at all
- 17:07it was just me and I was thinking all right
- 17:12and then I just kind of got this piece
- 17:14you know if you walk away
- 17:15everything's gonna be okay
- 17:17like I got you like this is gonna be okay
- 17:21and so I left
- 17:22and I interviewed for a few jobs within the same
- 17:26pharmacy benefit management niche
- 17:28and it just wasn't feeling right like I was feeling
- 17:33I don't know it just didn't
- 17:34feel like that was the path I was supposed to take
- 17:38and I had started thinking about well
- 17:42maybe I want to write a book or maybe
- 17:44maybe I want to get up on stages
- 17:47and talk about my experience or
- 17:50and then this lady reached out to me
- 17:52a business coach and she's like
- 17:53one day she's just like Jessica
- 17:55I keep going past your name
- 17:57and I feel like I'm supposed to reach out to you
- 17:59what's going on and I had told her
- 18:01and I told her kind of what I felt like I was here for
- 18:05and she said I can help you with that
- 18:07and she helped me she made me believe
- 18:09and know that I could actually be a coach
- 18:12and be an inspirational speaker
- 18:16and then about that same time
- 18:18I came across a company um
- 18:21She Rises Studios SRS Publishers
- 18:25that was looking for female authors and
- 18:28to publish books and so I met with them
- 18:31gave them my idea about my book
- 18:33and they agreed to publish
- 18:35and so now I have a book publisher
- 19:08I'm writing a book
- 19:10and so it just all started falling into place
- 19:14and I've been incredibly blessed to be able to get
- 19:18on podcasts and grow my Instagram account
- 19:21so that I'm sharing a message of hope and resilience
- 19:26and joy and gratitude
- 19:28and I would say that my real like sweet spot or my
- 19:35my dream audience or client
- 19:38are midlife women who are feeling kind of stuck
- 19:40maybe they've been recently divorced
- 19:42or maybe they're just empty nesters now and feel like
- 19:47well
- 19:48who am I without having kids to take care of every day
- 19:51or who am I if I'm not somebody's wife
- 19:54or maybe they're just feeling unfulfilled
- 19:57maybe they still have kids at home
- 19:59and still have a husband
- 20:02but still like they've done all the things
- 20:04think they're living that American dream
- 20:07but just don't feel the joy that they know
- 20:09that they should be feeling
- 20:11and then
- 20:12I work with these women over the course of 12 weeks
- 20:16and we really
- 20:18just do a customized coaching program for them
- 20:23and work on four pillars basically
- 20:26that really just help them uncover their own passion
- 20:30and purpose in life
- 20:32and so
- 20:33I feel like I have the coolest purpose in the world
- 20:38to serve other people
- 20:40and I'm always so grateful to get up on other people
- 20:43stages
- 20:45podcast guest
- 20:47because anytime I can get the word out
- 20:50about how gratitude helps create joy
- 20:55and joy allows us to be entirely resilient
- 20:59people who can find a life full of purpose and passion
- 21:03I am so happy to be there
- 21:07that is an amazing story I love all of it
- 21:10I mean you've been through so much
- 21:13and to be able to come out on the other side
- 21:15and be an inspiration to people who
- 21:17are going through
- 21:18not even exactly what you went through
- 21:19but you went through so many things
- 21:21that
- 21:21I think anyone can relate to some aspect of your story
- 21:25no matter what their struggle is
- 21:26so that is really cool to see
- 21:30and I do wanna tell you something
- 21:31I just did an episode with a psychologist
- 21:34um Doctor Jason Freshman
- 21:36and he talked a lot about mindset as well
- 21:40and he has a term called finding the magic in the muck
- 21:43and I think you found the magic in your muck
- 21:46I definitely did you know
- 21:48my oncologist and I have had a lot of conversations
- 21:53and he says that I've even helped him get through
- 21:56you know tough times within his own life
- 21:59he's like man
- 22:00if Jessica can get through that
- 22:01with such a positive mindset
- 22:03then I can and I've actually asked him to write
- 22:05the forward of my solo book
- 22:08and
- 22:09because we've talked about how incredible mindset is
- 22:13for surviving like
- 22:15terminal illness
- 22:16and getting through tough times of life
- 22:18it's it's truly incredible
- 22:21what the mind can do when working with the body
- 22:26absolutely I completely agree
- 22:28and we've had um
- 22:29other episodes where we've kind of touched on mindset
- 22:31and the connection between the physical body
- 22:34the mental body the emotional body
- 22:36how they all work together
- 22:38because they do work together
- 22:40absolutely you're absolutely spot on with that
- 22:44that's amazing so
- 22:45tell us about where you're going now
- 22:49like what's next
- 22:51yeah so I wrote an
- 22:54I co authored a book an anthology
- 22:57and it's called My Unforgettable
- 22:59Personal Stories That Will Inspire You
- 23:02which actually hit the international bestseller list on
- 23:05Amazon which is super exciting
- 23:08and it was a yeah
- 23:09it was it was
- 23:10it's been a lot of fun
- 23:11it's a group of women who've gone through adversities
- 23:15of all sorts and come out the other side
- 23:18feeling resilient and powerful
- 23:20and helping spread the word to other women
- 23:22so that they also feel empowered
- 23:25to get through tough times
- 23:27and so I really enjoyed that
- 23:31and I am finishing my solo book
- 23:35I think I have two chapters left
- 23:36I keep on going like I write and then I'm like oh
- 23:39I should go back and add that here
- 23:42because I feel like there's a missing component
- 23:44but I think I just have two chapters left
- 23:46I was writing in it this morning and thought okay
- 23:49we got to be getting close
- 23:50so I hope to have that out by Mother's Day
- 23:54and I you know
- 23:57if there's any of your listeners that
- 24:01work for corporate America
- 24:04and they want team building or coaching for their team
- 24:08I love that um
- 24:10I love getting on stages as a keynote
- 24:13inspirational speaker so that's always an opportunity
- 24:17but my love is working one on one with midlife women
- 24:21and just
- 24:22seeing the transformation that these women can make
- 24:25from feeling stuck to just really
- 24:30shining at the end of our coaching sessions
- 24:33so yeah that's kind of where I'm at
- 24:37people can find me on my website

- 24:59the most and it's kind of my top 10
- 25:02tips of just how I get through life
- 25:04with a grateful heart
- 25:07and goodness what else
- 25:10oh and if they do sign up for that
- 25:12then I will actually send out information
- 25:15when my solo book does launch
- 25:17if that would resonate with your audience
- 25:20then they know when they can go out and buy that
- 25:22on Amazon as well

- 25:52or they can also DM me on Instagram
- 25:56and my Instagram handle is at J
- 25:58Renfeldt and that's J R E N F E L D T
- 26:03and I'm on there every day
- 26:05so I check I check my DMS
- 26:08but if anybody just want some like inspirational
- 26:11uplifting content and not the doom
- 26:15scrolling that we've been doing lately
- 26:17um my Instagram account is great for that
- 26:20I've got a ton of videos about self care mindset
- 26:25community and family
- 26:28there's all sorts of videos on there
- 26:30that I've done over the past year
- 26:31that I think could be beneficial to your audience
- 26:35oh that's fantastic
- 26:36and I will link all of those things in the show notes
- 26:38so if you are following along
- 26:41just click over to the show notes
- 26:43and you'll be able to find all of those links
- 26:45what if somebody wanted to do what you do
- 26:48like they're obviously
- 26:49a lot of the people watching this
- 26:51are going through their own health journey
- 26:54some of our diagnosis are worse than others of course
- 26:56but if somebody was watching this and they're like
- 26:59you know I this really resonates
- 27:00I think I'd like to do this do
- 27:02do you have any recommendations for them
- 27:05or do you kind of
- 27:06like how that one lady helped you get there
- 27:09do you do that
- 27:11um I would be more than happy to help
- 27:13I've definitely learned a ton on my own journey
- 27:18and would be more than happy to help with that
- 27:21also I think what's really important is community
- 27:24so talk to people tell people what you're doing
- 27:27and you would be so surprised
- 27:30how many opportunities you're gonna get to talk to on
- 27:33and be a guest on somebody's podcast
- 27:35or getting on a small stage
- 27:37and once that snowball is like rolling
- 27:40it just kind of blows up but
- 27:43it's really about putting things out in the universe
- 27:46I'm I'm a total believer in that
- 27:49and once you do things just start showing up
- 27:51but I would be more than happy to help
- 27:54anybody who's looking to do what I do
- 27:57kind of point them in the right direction
- 27:59oh that's amazing
- 28:01I love it so Jessica
- 28:03if someone's watching right now and they just are like
- 28:06you know I'm overwhelmed
- 28:07but I think I could add one change
- 28:09what is one thing they could do today
- 28:11that they might start to see a benefit from
- 28:14oh goodness that's easy and exciting and so simple
- 28:18like I know that all of your audience has heard
- 28:22how important it is to have a gratitude practice
- 28:25and on and off throughout the years
- 28:27I started and stopped started and stopped
- 28:30and I am sad that I stopped so many times
- 28:34because I will tell you
- 28:37that the benefit of a gratitude practice is just
- 28:42it's huge and it's simple
- 28:45all I want your audience to do is get a journal
- 28:49like a 99 cent journal at the dollar store
- 28:51it doesn't have to be anything fancy
- 28:54but I want it to be dedicated just to collecting
- 28:58your gratitudes every day
- 29:00and in the beginning I just want you to
- 29:02find three things that you're grateful for
- 29:05and for me it was really simple stuff
- 29:08the smell of coffee
- 29:10a smile from a stranger in the grocery store
- 29:14but it's what I found is
- 29:15when you raise your vibration in gratitude
- 29:19like it opens you up to joy
- 29:22and like I said
- 29:23I feel like joy is the whole purpose we're on the earth
- 29:27and as long as we have that joy in our lives
- 29:31we are such resilient individuals
- 29:34but you have to cultivate these things
- 29:37you just can't think that they're gonna happen
- 29:40that you're just gonna feel joyful
- 29:41you have to cultivate it with gratitude
- 29:45and it's as simple as
- 29:46gratitude plus joy equals resilience
- 29:50I love it so much that's such a great way to look at it
- 29:53and I also think that the more you look for stuff
- 29:57the more you see what you're looking for like
- 29:58you know we've all heard if you look for a red car
- 30:01then all of a sudden you see red cars everywhere
- 30:03cause our brain is looking for what we've told it to look for
- 30:05so when you start to focus on what you're grateful for
- 30:08then you start to see more things you're grateful for
- 30:11and you're right little things like a hot shower
- 30:15that you can get the exact temperature you want
- 30:17some days that's like
- 30:19I'm more grateful for that than anything else I know
- 30:22right because some days that's all we have time for
- 30:24and sometimes we don't even have time for that
- 30:26so when we do get it it's amazing
- 30:30it's like
- 30:31it's beautiful and it's perfect in that moment
- 30:34and I think that no matter how dark times are
- 30:38as long as
- 30:39you can find little things to be grateful for
- 30:42it will get you through tough times
- 30:45absolutely I completely agree
- 30:47alright well
- 30:48is there anything else you'd like to say
- 30:49before we wrap up
- 30:51I don't think so
- 30:52but thank you so much for this opportunity Megan
- 30:55I really do hope that it resonates with your audience
