Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / The Maxwell Transfer and the Questions Around Todd Blanche (6/23/26)

- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. The Glene Maxwell transfer has still largely been
- 0:11left unexplained. Now we have heard from some sources that
- 0:15it has to do with security in Tallahassee, but they
- 0:19didn't provide any evidence to back up those assertions. Now,
- 0:23of course they'll say they don't have to write. The
- 0:26BOP evaluated and in their opinion, Glene Maxwell needed to
- 0:31be moved and that's the end of it. Nothing that
- 0:35you or I or anyone else can do about it,
- 0:38at least in their opinion. Right, we make these decisions.
- 0:41The BOP's in charge of where these inmates are going
- 0:44to go, and for the most part that's true. But
- 0:47when we have somebody that says high profile as Gleane Maxwell,
- 0:51who just got done having an interview with the second
- 0:54most powerful lawman in the country, and then they get
- 0:57moved without providing any actionable intelligen that leads to other arrests,
- 1:02people are gonna have some questions and the fact that
- 1:06they refuse to answer these questions with any kind of
- 1:09real answer is pretty telling. And not only that, but
- 1:15according to this new report from Liz Oyer, she says
- 1:20that the whole entire policy at the BOP was changed
- 1:25to fit this move. And if that's the case, then
- 1:29it's certainly more proof of a cover up. So let's
- 1:33dive into this article from Raw Story and let's see
- 1:36exactly what the hell is going on. Headline clear admission
- 1:40Trump DOJ broke rules to help Glenn Maxwell uncovered by expert.
- 1:46This article was authored by Robert Davis, a legal expert,
- 1:50claim to have uncovered a clear admission by President Donald
- 1:53Trump's Department of Justice that broke the rules to help
- 1:56convicted sex criminal Glenn Maxwell get into a minimum security prison. Well,
- 2:01I don't think anybody has any doubt about that, But
- 2:06is it to the level where any action can be taken?
- 2:09And even if it was, it's not like Congress is
- 2:13going to do anything about it. They're allergic to any
- 2:15kind of accountability when it comes to anything related to
- 2:18Jeffrey Epstein, and they continue to prove that to us
- 2:21time and time again. Liz Oyer, a former Obama administration
- 2:26pardon attorney, argued in a new Substack essay that Trump's
- 2:30DOJ deliberately changed longstanding Bureau of Prisons policies on inmate
- 2:35classifications thereby allowing Maxwell to communicate directly with Attorney General's office.
- 2:42She described the change as highly sus given how closely
- 2:45Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and Maxwell seemed to work
- 2:49together to facilitate the transfer. There is no doubt it
- 2:53was paid a play, and the price of admission was
- 2:57Glenn Maxwell Bablin about how this won one's innocent and
- 3:00that one's innocent well at the same time never giving
- 3:04up any actionable intelligence. So, in other words, Todd Blanche
- 3:09was either dog walked or he was in on it,
- 3:12and neither of them look good. And anybody who votes
- 3:15to confirm this dude as the Attorney General, is giving
- 3:18their stamp of approval to the cover up. And I
- 3:22think that if you're going to politicize this story, that's
- 3:25where you should be doing it, because it's an obvious
- 3:27cover up with tangible evidence that's happening right now, in
- 3:31real time, in front of all of our faces. And
- 3:33what's easier to approve the cover up that's happening right
- 3:36now or crimes that were committed ten, twelve, fifteen years ago.
- 3:43The problem is that the cover up is not salacious enough,
- 3:46And of course that's what sells newspapers, right, that's what
- 3:49drives engagement. The more salacious the better. Who wants to
- 3:53deal with a mundane cover up where you have to
- 3:56actually do some work. In doing my research for this post,
- 4:01I came across what your looks like a clear admission
- 4:03that rules were broken, Ouer wrote, adding that the change
- 4:07and notice associated with the new Bureau of Prison's policy
- 4:10is pretty incredible to read. Look, they're gonna do whatever
- 4:14they can do to cover their tracks, and they know
- 4:17with Comer running things and with their buddies in Congress
- 4:21in the Senate, they're never gonna be held accountable. So
- 4:24if you know you're not gonna be held accountable, and
- 4:26you know you're not gonna be punished, you're gonna do
- 4:28whatever you want to do. We all have those friends
- 4:31growing up, right, kids with no supervision, And if they
- 4:34don't have any supervision, they're gonna do whatever they want.
- 4:37And the same goes for these politicians and these bureaucracies.
- 4:42If there's no oversight, if there's nobody threatening to punish them,
- 4:46they're gonna do whatever they want. And I think it's
- 4:49rather obvious that whatever they do, for the most part,
- 4:52is not beneficial to you or I. It empowers the
- 4:55Attorney General to designate or redesignate the place of a
- 4:59prisoners in prison at his discretion. In other words, the
- 5:02ag can simply direct BOP staff to place a specific
- 5:06prisoner in a specific facility without regard for any of
- 5:10the established rules. Oyer surmised that means that Blanche now
- 5:15has the authority to send Maxwell to any prison in
- 5:17the country. If this holds up against legal challenges, he
- 5:20could potentially even transfer her to home confinement or a
- 5:24halfway house in the community. Would you be shocked, I
- 5:28certainly would not be shocked. Everything we know, everything we've heard,
- 5:32everything we've seen, does it inspire confidence when it comes
- 5:37to this doj or Todd Blanche And for the Republicans
- 5:42out there, the mag is out there, What exactly have
- 5:44they done to take down the people that caused so
- 5:47much chaos? According to Trump? How many arrests have been made?
- 5:52I thought there was a fake election or something like that.
- 5:54What happened to that is Fauci going to prison. Literally
- 5:58none of that's occurring, and none of it's going to occur.
- 6:02Just red meat for the base. And when none of
- 6:04it happens, they'll just move the goalposts. They'll blame this
- 6:07federal judge that was appointed by Obama or Clinton or whoever,
- 6:12and it'll be somebody else's fault, like it always is,
- 6:15never any kind of accountability for oneself, always passing the
- 6:19book the Donald Trump way. The change in notice adds
- 6:22oddly that BOP may also facilitate communication or a correspondence
- 6:27between the inmate and the Office of the Attorney General.
- 6:31The idea that a federal inmate would need to communicate
- 6:34directly with the Office of the Attorney General is what
- 6:37my teen would call sus highly sus She added, Well, yeah,
- 6:42why would an inmate need to have a conversation with
- 6:46Todd Baby Billy Blanche? Is that line open for everybody,
- 6:50everybody who's in prison. Ah well, let me give my
- 6:53buddy Todd Baby Billy Blanche a call and maybe I'll
- 6:56get some French bread pizza tonight. Well, I don't like
- 6:59green jello. Maybe Todd Baby Billy Blanche will get me
- 7:02some red Like what are we doing here, Well, I'll
- 7:06tell you we're letting Glenn Maxwell write the rules. Oyer
- 7:11also argue that these policy changes may raise the stakes
- 7:14for a Blanche upcoming confirmation hearing in the Senate, they should,
- 7:18Like I just said, anybody who votes to confirm this
- 7:21dude is giving their stamp of approval to Jeffrey Epstein
- 7:26and that's it. So I hope they're willing to live
- 7:30with that, because that's going to be a shade that
- 7:33follows them forever. Just take a look at how Epstein's
- 7:36ghost is haunting people from the grave right now as
- 7:38we speak. So if that's a game they want to play, cool,
- 7:41go for it. But just like the North, we're gonna
- 7:45remember senators of both parties should want to know the
- 7:48truth about what has happened here before voting on Blanche's nomination.
- 7:52Oier wrote, what it looks like is Todd Blanche cut
- 7:55a corrupt deal with Glenn Maxwell to protect Donald Trump.
- 7:58It looks like Blanche abused his position as Deputy Attorney
- 8:02General to give preferential treatment to a convicted child sex trafficker.
- 8:07It looks like he plans to keep doing that, and
- 8:09it looks like he is furiously weaving a web of
- 8:12lies to cover it up. Well, is that why Pam
- 8:15Bondy tossed him under the bus, Because she most certainly
- 8:18threw him directly under the bus during her deposition, and
- 8:22that's not even a debate. We read it word for word.
- 8:26She said that Blanche was basically in charge of the
- 8:28whole damn thing and that she was just, you know,
- 8:31the boss put some signatures to paper and shit. But
- 8:34besides that, it was a Todd Blanche creation, Todd Blanche's baby,
- 8:38and now it should be Todd Blanche's problem. And the
- 8:42fact that anybody wants to confirm this guy is just
- 8:44bananas to me. You mean, in a country with all
- 8:48these lawyers, all these supposedly smart people, Todd Blanche is
- 8:53the best we can do. What is this pond stars?
- 8:59HI know best we can do? It's unreal And I
- 9:04refuse to believe that Todd Blanche is the best and
- 9:06brightest amongst us when it comes to the people that
- 9:09know the law. Now, if you're talking about somebody to
- 9:14run the DOJ that's gonna protect Trump and do whatever
- 9:16Trump says, then Todd Blanche is that guy, perfect guy
- 9:19for the job, no backbone, no morals, and the guy
- 9:22that is absolutely terrified of his boss. I mean, there's
- 9:26nothing Todd Blanche wouldn't do to try and protect Donald Trump.
- 9:30If you're going to get into bed with Glaine Maxwell,
- 9:34then in my opinion, all bets are off as far
- 9:36as what you're willing to do and who you're willing
- 9:39to deal with. Can you imagine what kind of deals
- 9:42the DOJ is going to be cutting with criminals when
- 9:45it comes to Todd Blanche, especially if that means they
- 9:49feel like they can get some political purchase or maybe
- 9:52kill a story or kill a scandal. Do you put
- 9:56it above Todd Blanche to protect Donald Trump's friends on
- 9:59Wall Street? I don't, especially now, because Todd Blanche has
- 10:04proven himself to be what we all thought he was,
- 10:07and when all is said and done, in my opinion,
- 10:10Todd Blanche is going to be the fall guy for
- 10:12Donald Trump. Because if you think that Donald Trump is
- 10:15going to take responsibility for this or anything else, you
- 10:19have a whole less other thing coming. So we'll see
- 10:22what Congress has to say or what they do when
- 10:25it comes to Todd Blanche. But if the Senate confirms them,
- 10:29then I think that's going to tell you everything you
- 10:31need to know about where things are at when it
- 10:34comes to Jeffrey Epstein. So until then, that's going to
- 10:37do it for this one. All the information that goes
- 10:40with this episode can be found in the description box.
