Episode 218: Ranking the BEST & WORST Plot Devices LIVE
This week on the K J and A Podcast, Kevin and Jay go LIVE to rank some of the biggest movie plot devices and storytelling tropes ever used in film. From time loops and multiverses to body swaps, found footage, and “it was all a dream,” we debate which concepts actually improve movies and which ones have completely overstayed their welcome.
Some plot devices create unforgettable stories… while others instantly make audiences groan. We break down why certain tropes still work, which ones are overused, and the movies that used them the absolute best (or worst).
Expect chaotic live reactions, hot…
