- 0:00Here's to you. It's supported by One Life
- 0:02Spirits. One Life Spirits is built on
- 0:04purpose, culture, good people and good drinks so you can live
- 0:08one life to the fullest. That means shots that are
- 0:11smooth, tasteful, and pair perfectly with a lime.
- 0:14Or our favorite, in orange. Because if you're still chasing
- 0:17tequila with a lime, what are you doing?
- 0:20That orange slice brings out the bright citrus notes of Una Vida
- 0:24Blanco, which is smooth, authentic and tasteful.
- 0:27Like myself. Plus, Una Vida is 100% additive
- 0:31free, so you're enjoying tequila in its purest form without the
- 0:35hangover regret. Yeah, because it takes us three
- 0:38to five business days to recover now, and hang side is not my
- 0:41friend. That's why you should stick with
- 0:44una Vida or try cocktails instead of shots.
- 0:47OK, a little bit little. One Life Spirits also crafts El
- 0:50Drago High Post vodkas and LeBron whiskey all bold, smooth
- 0:54and made to share. Whether it's game night, date
- 0:56night or just Tuesday night, they've got the pores covered.
- 1:00Because it's not just about taste, but it's about that
- 1:02feeling. And we're proud spirits knobs.
- 1:05So treat yourself. Visit onelifespirits.com, swing
- 1:09by the One Life Spirits bar inside of El Primo, or grab a
- 1:12bottle at your local liquor store.
- 1:14Cheers. I think we're good now, right?
- 1:18I think. So sounds good to me.
- 1:23OK, beautiful. And welcome back to another
- 1:34episode of Here's to You, the Podcast.
- 1:39Podcast, podcast, podcast. Sorry.
- 1:41Where we are at location #2 here in Oklahoma City, OK, we've got
- 1:48the live studio audience sitting in the background.
- 1:53We did. We're somewhere downtown, I
- 1:54think. We've.
- 1:58Got a whole bunch of lights set up and we are vibing with
- 2:03needles in our arms right now. Yeah.
- 2:06I am feeling good son. And it's it's needles that are
- 2:10helpful. It's not the other type of
- 2:13needles for our audio listeners and.
- 2:16It's actually not needles, like we just use the needles to
- 2:18basically break the skin initially.
- 2:20So what's? Left in your.
- 2:21Arm is just a piece of plastic, I promise.
- 2:23So you can like. There's no needle in here at
- 2:28all. Essentially like.
- 2:29It's it's initially like it's just the first part, like they
- 2:32poke you with a needle, they pull the needle out and then
- 2:34there's a piece of that's the catheter that's in.
- 2:36So you guys? Are good yeah so we're he's
- 2:39dripping we're. We're so fresh and so clean,

- 3:02all our social media to be able to find all of that.
- 3:04But we have a really special person.
- 3:06Again, we're in location #2 in Oklahoma City, we're midtown
- 3:10Oklahoma, OK, we're midtown. We are getting ready to cheer
- 3:15someone who can literally save your life at in the ICU and then
- 3:20also hype you up in the locker room 20 minutes later.
- 3:23Yes, it did. She is a nurse practitioner.
- 3:27She is the founder of SIL Nova Studio and Co.
- 3:31She's a mom. She's a wife, a professional
- 3:34white hype woman, someone who doesn't strive to be well known,
- 3:38but someone worth knowing. Kathy Spiegel.
- 3:41Oh my. God, OK, I like that.
- 3:49Yeah, it's. Going to choke.
- 3:50You if we use the cow sound, I appreciate that you grew.
- 3:57Yeah. And you and you can choke him
- 3:59because he can't move. You know what I mean?
- 4:00That's true. Like we're at your mercy right
- 4:03now. We need you like.
- 4:05You. Can't move or.
- 4:06Like I'll just hold you down and then you.
- 4:08Know you have a lot of pillows? I would choke you and you grew
- 4:12are two sentences that I would welcome from any woman.
- 4:18Fucking Dusty. Hey, you're married.
- 4:20It's. Fine.
- 4:22You're like I said what I said, I have a gift for your wife.
- 4:24Oh, oh, that's how I get through all of you guys.
- 4:28Like many women like skin care and like.
- 4:31The. Question.
- 4:32Oh yeah. Question.
- 4:33Hey, why do people say that when they do their like the what
- 4:36should they say? Yeah, they're, no, I hear like,
- 4:38Oh yeah, that's what does that mean?
- 4:41So it's like a technique where you basically like move the
- 4:45fluid and move it down. It's really nice.
- 4:49I do it at home but I I have the.
- 4:51Blade. No, I decided to just do my
- 4:53knuckles. You can I just use my knuckles?
- 4:55Yeah, you're. Advanced kind of sometimes and
- 4:58then but like I I saw it from an Instagram and it was like, and
- 5:01you're supposed to yeah, no. You can't push, like move all
- 5:07that fluid. Like it really just sits there.
- 5:08Like I went, actually last week I went and got a consult for a
- 5:15surgeon because I was just like, I, you know, I'm trying to like
- 5:18promote a Med spa and like, you know, there are some days where
- 5:22I look, you know, a lot extra puffy.
- 5:25And so she said no, like if you're, if you're fluctuating
- 5:29fluid, she said no like this. She she couldn't cut it out.
- 5:34She just said. It's more, you know, she'll cut
- 5:37it out and then the fluid will like build up no matter what.
- 5:40So sorry this. Not the what?
- 5:45This is not boring. OK, I'm trying.
- 5:46I'm texting them over there to shut up.
- 5:51Ashley, shut up. You guys are loud.
- 5:53I'll say I said that. But I really did.
- 5:56I was so excited because I thought she would just like,
- 5:58like cut all this shit out and like fix my problems.
- 6:01And she was like, no, babe, like if you are like having more like
- 6:05inflammatory days, then I can cut that shit out.
- 6:08But it's still going to build up, you know?
- 6:10And so I was just like, OK, well, fuck, fine.
- 6:12So next month I'm going to another place and we're going to
- 6:15do like RF migraines. We don't do that here.
- 6:17I wish we did, but there's been like some like hot water about
- 6:22it, like back and forth. So I want to test it for myself.
- 6:25But but that's what I've been proud of is we test everything
- 6:28out before we really push it to people.
- 6:31And so, you know, we might be behind, but maybe we might be a
- 6:34little slow. But I really like personally,
- 6:38yes. Oh no, he's watching.
- 6:42Oh, OK. You're supposed to clap.
- 6:45Do not come here unless you're clapping.
- 6:49Thank. You.
- 6:50That's a live studio audience. Yeah, we have a live studio
- 6:53audience. You guys can come and check us
- 6:55out. Thank you.
- 6:56Thank you. I'm here.
- 6:58All day, but let's So let's kind of start.
- 7:01From let's back up a little bit, right, because you were an ICU
- 7:05nurse for a while and then 2017 is when you switch over to
- 7:09opening up still Nova. About 2017 is when you leave.
- 7:14So I I would not be able to give you the times but I know I left
- 7:19OU we OK COVID fucked everything.
- 7:24Up of course, Of course. So I was finally like, OK, I'm
- 7:29going to go to another hospital. I, I loved where I was.
- 7:33It was amazing. It was an academic hospital.
- 7:36They they and still do great things, but like after COVID,
- 7:42they kind of like, so this is where I get emotional and like
- 7:47we cut some things out. Sorry, sorry.
- 7:49No, you don't have to. Like they really gutted the
- 7:52people that really gave a shit about patient care.
- 7:55And so we like there was such a different political system with
- 8:02hospital care anyway, So I went to Baptist.
- 8:05I'm not supposed to say that either.
- 8:09Fuck. So I went to a different
- 8:10hospital and I was on a a night shift.
- 8:15They paid great, it was amazing. I met a lot of good people.
- 8:19But in fact working 7P to 7A did something to you.
- 8:24Have you guys worked nights before?
- 8:25No, but I've heard from a lot of people that working nights it.
- 8:29It tears you up, but there are some people that like function
- 8:33really well working nights. I don't know what it is, but I
- 8:35just couldn't like I couldn't sleep it like during the day.
- 8:38And maybe that would have helped a little bit better, but I just
- 8:43couldn't. How long did you do that for?
- 8:45Two years? Two years, yeah.
- 8:46And so finally, it's just like, OK, we're gonna do something a
- 8:49little more slower. So now I'm at a Cancer Center
- 8:51and I love it. It's great.
- 8:53But I like, we opened this place.
- 8:54And so where I'm trying to like pour a little more energy in
- 8:57here, you know, a lot of great people who brought.
- 9:01You guys here? Yeah.
- 9:04Wait, so you're still, so you're not just at Still Nova, you're
- 9:07also at another Cancer Center. So you're still splitting your
- 9:10time. Yes, yeah, yeah.
- 9:12Which is hard too. It is.
- 9:14So in a way, you're still like 7:00 AM to like 12 AM, You know
- 9:20what I mean? It's really hard, but, you know,
- 9:24like you, I I love this place and I want to keep it open.
- 9:28And I love the girls that are here.
- 9:32And Ashley's, like, really inspired me.
- 9:33I'm, I don't know. I mean, she brought you guys
- 9:35into my life. So, you know, like, I just,
- 9:38it'll be fine. I just have to, like, believe in
- 9:40it. We'll keep going with it.
- 9:41We'll, we'll figure it out. Yeah.
- 9:43There's been. Yeah.
- 9:45Yeah, no, I mean, I, I imagine so like tell us a little bit
- 9:48about like, you know, when maybe the first moment when you
- 9:52realize that nursing was super intense.
- 9:56COVID, COVID. Yeah, OK Yeah.
- 9:57Like being in the ICU was fun. I mean, you.
- 10:02I loved taking care of sick people.
- 10:04I loved. I loved it.
- 10:06Like, you knew exactly what to do.
- 10:09You had like. But after COVID, it was more
- 10:11political. And I don't know if this is like
- 10:14anything that we could post but. Oh yeah, it just fucking we talk
- 10:16about politics. Sorry Van.
- 10:21His eyes done. You're fine.
- 10:25I mean, but you're fine but bad. This is so much fun.
- 10:32I know, I'm just loud. Are you mocking?
- 10:36Me, my liquid, my liquid empty. I've consumed all the Ivs.
- 10:48It's. You're dehydrated right now.
- 10:52You are. What did y'all do last night
- 10:54bro? Dude, you can see how drifted as
- 10:57fuck yeah. Partied hard last.
- 11:00Night and with his. Monotone.
- 11:02With his monotone, I'm fine. Meanwhile he's dripping.
- 11:10How? That's probably why I feel.
- 11:11Did you like? That yeah.
- 11:12How? It's another noise I like.
- 11:23I'm clipping all this he's definitely need.
- 11:28Fluid. How did you know you did?
- 11:30You did Like he's like so calm, but he's obviously like the most
- 11:34dehydrated one because look at her.
- 11:36Her bag is still going. She got started like 20 minutes
- 11:39after me. No, it's not a.
- 11:43Competition. Yeah.
- 11:50Do you think you can do it from that side?
- 11:51Do what? Take that off from that side.
- 11:54We have the cameras right there. Stick my arm over here for you.
- 11:59This is going to be so much fun. Editing for you.
- 12:01So what? What what what made you want to
- 12:03start Still Nova? What?
- 12:07When I was working nights, I sorry, no, you're good.
- 12:16I was. I was working nights.
- 12:17I'm not like AI was an adrenaline junkie and then I.
- 12:23Here I'll set it up for you. I was kind of crazy y'all like
- 12:267P to 7A makes you a little wild like you just you're just
- 12:30unstable. And so I literally, it was
- 12:34indeed, that sounds really like weird, but indeed kind of saved
- 12:39me a little bit because I was like, oh, there's this job where
- 12:42I can maybe like start doing Botox and stuff.
- 12:46And it kind of opened this door where I was like, I can make
- 12:50other people feel a lot better about themselves where they're
- 12:54not trying to die. So I had a little bit of a
- 12:57balance at the time. So, you know, I was working my
- 13:01little, you know, night shift job.
- 13:03It's not a little job. It's not a little.
- 13:05It was it was really stressful and I loved it, but I found a
- 13:10lot more joy when I was making people feel good about
- 13:13themselves too. Are you OK over there?
- 13:20It's just tape. He just has a lot of hair.
- 13:24It's literally just tape. He's just a wimp.
- 13:28Yeah, I mean, most men are. Yeah, Yeah.
- 13:31But you were saying that you were like, OK, I'm at a point
- 13:34where I have a little bit of down time to take something on.
- 13:39Yeah. And you're, you're wanting to
- 13:40help people like live. Longer I went.
- 13:44Well, I, I went. I had to back off a little bit
- 13:47because it was just like, you know, night shift with our
- 13:52family was really hard and I, you know, my husband was picking
- 13:57up a lot and like 7P to 7A. Like some people can do it.
- 14:01That's fucking amazing. But we were just, I think it was
- 14:04because I couldn't sleep during the day.
- 14:06And so and it's like, OK, I'm up all night.
- 14:10I don't sleep during the day. And then I'm like, mad at you
- 14:12anyway. You.
- 14:14Know, and so we, you know, I found another job where I found
- 14:19a little more validation and like feeling like making people
- 14:24feel a lot better about the way they look.
- 14:27And I know that seems superficial for a lot of people
- 14:30and that's OK. But I've learned to live with it
- 14:32because it's just like, you know what you like.
- 14:34Do you like? It's fine.
- 14:35Everyone has their own happiness.
- 14:42Yeah, what are all the services at Still Nova?
- 14:46We do Botox, we do filler, we do micro needling.
- 14:49Everyone should do micro needling.
- 14:51What's micro needling? The like the little needles that
- 14:54like poke alt like your entire face?
- 14:57I think you want to do it. We should do it now on camera.
- 15:02We should like everyone after 30, like loses all over their
- 15:06collagen. So you just have to like, you
- 15:09literally have to like attack your face to make your face
- 15:13react and make more collagen to be like, actually, no, I don't
- 15:16want to be old. Wait, So what does it do that
- 15:19that happens? So yeah.
- 15:21Explain. It's like, it's literally like a
- 15:24reaction to like inflammation. So you like, you like attack the
- 15:27skin and then the skin's just like no stop.
- 15:31And then like it's trying to heal and then it like produces
- 15:35all of these like extra. So sorry.
- 15:37You're good. And then like so, yes.
- 15:43Interesting. But you also bring in a lot of
- 15:46like, I know you bring in a lot of medical knowledge, but I was
- 15:49looking at your guys's website and like what you bring in too.
- 15:52I saw that you do like weight loss treatments.
- 15:55You're, I mean, of course we have the liquid Ivs that we're
- 15:57getting done right now. You know, I don't.
- 16:00I think I'm kind of always kind of dehydrated.
- 16:03It's also kind of a slow burn, you know, always kind of
- 16:06dehydrated. No, I try to stay hydrated.
- 16:08Yeah, I didn't show you, but I have like my hydro jug.
- 16:11I like drink. Three, I saw that I was
- 16:13wondering whose huge ass. That's model.
- 16:16That was. I'm just so used to it now,
- 16:19yeah. No, there are there are a few
- 16:23electrolytes that just don't absorb as well in your gut.
- 16:26So it's kind of nice to just like have it like hit you
- 16:29circulatory, like just give it to me like I won't, I'm going
- 16:33to. Dehydrate to me, yeah.
- 16:34And then it'll hit you and then whatever you're low on, we have
- 16:38Andy back there. We can check labs if you really
- 16:40needed like if you. We're going to check Dusty's
- 16:43lab. Have you been having diarrhea?
- 16:49That's a question. Within the last 48 hours.
- 16:54So you probably need some magnesium maybe?
- 16:57How, How do you not know if you've had diarrhea in the last
- 17:0048 hours? Like you should know that right?
- 17:04Like a guy, guys, I like poop. Twice a day.
- 17:09That's not diarrhea, that's. Actually really good.
- 17:11Though I poop three times a day. Wow, good for you.
- 17:16It's not a competition. It's a competition.
- 17:20She only poops twice. Yeah.
- 17:21Fuck you, you loser. Such a loser.
- 17:26Fucking two times. Jesus.
- 17:28Get them embarrassed. I told you, you are not
- 17:30hydrating enough. Yeah, and you didn't even know
- 17:33if you had diarrhea? Yeah, was it okay?
- 17:37Did you poop well today? Did you struggle?
- 17:39Was it watery? Was there any blood?
- 17:41No, it was. It was more of a.
- 17:43Struggle. As long as there's no blood, I
- 17:44don't care. More of a struggle today, but
- 17:46we're also like on the road, like away from home.
- 17:51Don't make excuses. No, he makes a good point.
- 17:53He makes a good point. I mean, I'm not pooping the
- 17:56same. I mean, I'm sure you you just
- 17:58came from Italy. Italy, Italy.
- 18:01Italy. Takes you a day and a half to
- 18:03get over there. How many times did you poop?
- 18:05Was it 3 times? Did you poop on the plane?
- 18:08Are you one of those? People, I hate pooping on the
- 18:10plane. It's so annoying.
- 18:11You're literally in a box. How do you poop in a box?
- 18:13Gross. You're literally like.
- 18:16Oh, you can't wash my hands? Am I being judged for this?
- 18:19You guys? OK, I I understand that a lot of
- 18:21people don't poop in public restrooms and will be like, I'm
- 18:24going to wait until I get home. I'm not doing that.
- 18:26No, I'm not doing that because I'm not going to tell my stomach
- 18:32that I can't, that you can't poop.
- 18:33If I need to go, I need to go. Yeah, we should probably stop
- 18:36saying that word, but you know what I mean.
- 18:38No, I completely would that then agree.
- 18:40Like who could you want to free poop?
- 18:47Sometimes. Poop for free.
- 18:48Wait, I said that backwards. The drink.
- 18:53Setting the drink setting. Have a preference?
- 18:56So can't can't have a. Yes, you can.
- 18:59I think there's some left, right, right, right there.
- 19:01Yeah. I just can't pour for you right
- 19:04now. We're at the mercy of Kathy like
- 19:06we can't do. Shit, how did this happen?
- 19:09Being at the mercy of our guests.
- 19:10I know. Please pour yourself stuff like
- 19:13it. Please be self-sufficient.
- 19:15But you so. Because for your sessions, you
- 19:18kind of have to like, control everything.
- 19:19And now I'm over. I'm in control, you are in
- 19:21control. There's nothing we can do.
- 19:24This is so much fun. Do you drink it?
- 19:26Jingle, Jingle, Jingle. She's really good at this and
- 19:33she was so nervous. This is so good.
- 19:37There's stuff left. OK, fine.
- 19:39You're a pussy. It's fine.
- 19:42I work with a lot of pussy men. I can't open my throat that
- 19:45much. That's embarrassing.
- 19:47I don't have the training. Perhaps you could show us?
- 20:01Yeah, show us. But Speaking of being women's
- 20:05women, because we got to hype each other up because who else
- 20:11is going to do it for us? I understand you're just like
- 20:14the biggest hype woman ever. Like you just are always like
- 20:17cheering people on. You're giving some of the.
- 20:19Ashley. It's like the biggest, she's the
- 20:22biggest. But you're being modest.
- 20:24I hear that you're like one of like you again right now.
- 20:27We were just hearing you get emotional about like, I just
- 20:30want people to feel good about themselves.
- 20:33I do and I and I'm I'm trying to work on it, but OK, so whenever
- 20:36we bring Linnae Linnae and I think that we can kind of touch
- 20:40on that, but it makes me it makes me feel good when other
- 20:42people feel good. That's probably like an like a
- 20:45internal like fuck up bullshit, but like.
- 20:48Like I just. You know, this is where it
- 20:50started. Like I didn't have to be, we
- 20:54didn't have to be here. It was just see this race top.
- 21:00No. Oh, you're getting emotional.
- 21:02I know, dude. You're such a sweet person.
- 21:05No. I'm not, actually.
- 21:06I'm kind of an asshole. Me too.
- 21:08Do you want to see the splits? Yeah, OK.
- 21:14This is you're ADHD shit, right? God, yeah, That was really good.
- 21:19That was really good. That was all on camera hell.
- 21:26I can't watch it. It did.
- 21:31It made sense in this yes. Wow.
- 21:33Do it again. Do it again.
- 21:35Let. Me use my other leg.
- 21:37OK, do it. OK.
- 21:39Oh wow, no. The other leg was better.
- 21:50This is really professional this.
- 21:52Is good, right? This is good.
- 21:56Sorry, you literally you, you literally did the thing where
- 22:02where like we're in the middle of a conversation and then the
- 22:05little kid comes over and then he was like, hey, you want me?
- 22:07You want me to show you a really cool trick?
- 22:09And then he just like jumps around and then you're just
- 22:11like, that was so cool. But also, stop showing me up.
- 22:16You want to come here and show your splits too.
- 22:20Is that, is that what you want to do?
- 22:21You just want to like embarrass me?
- 22:23Come on. Do you want to show us your
- 22:25splits? Yeah, he does OK.
- 22:26Please. We love kids on the show, guys.
- 22:31Hey, that's good, that is good. That's good.
- 22:34Get out of here. Get out of.
- 22:39My shot, get out of here. Where's your mom?
- 22:49That was so good. This is a live show right now
- 23:03you guys we should have recorded this live and or you know what I
- 23:08mean like post YouTube live right now.
- 23:10Oh shit this is so hilarious. I love this.
- 23:14OK. Girls, girl, Yeah, yeah.
- 23:19Don't let your dad either. Your dad don't he don't dance.
- 23:22He doesn't dance. Yeah, he doesn't dance.
- 23:27He does. Were you?
- 23:31Were you a dancer? No.
- 23:33Wait what? What?
- 23:34So tell us about the splits. We heard that you do love to do
- 23:37the split. Do you even have this on your
- 23:38website? I mean on my website it is on
- 23:41your website. But I mean but but either way it
- 23:45doesn't matter. You just did the split like 3
- 23:47times whenever. So my.
- 23:50Only So what's the story with the splits I.
- 23:51Don't know what it is, I just feel like I would keep my youth.
- 23:56Yeah. If I could just like just one
- 23:59day, I'll just like go all the way down to the splits.
- 24:01I would just like do the cartwheel and then just split.
- 24:04Like I'd split and then everybody would be like, Oh my
- 24:07God, Oh my God. I'm like, yeah, I'm young, you
- 24:10know, And then I would just totally no, if you're.
- 24:13Fine, and they did it. Can you do the splits you?
- 24:15Weren't like a cheerleader or. Anything I wasn't.
- 24:17No, I actually that was really good though.
- 24:20That's very. Flexible gymnast No.
- 24:25Splits for fun. Splits for fun.
- 24:27I mean, like, what did I say that like sparked the word, oh,
- 24:32I got to do splits right now, like.
- 24:35I think I saw like a drag queen and, and I was just like, I want
- 24:38to be just as free as her. And then I couldn't.
- 24:40And then so I'm, I'm going to keep trying, yeah.
- 24:44That's an important thing is that we keep trying.
- 24:46I really want to do a backflip and a front flip, but I'm I'm
- 24:49not. How many flips can you do?
- 24:51Like, none. Yeah, that's like me.
- 24:54I can't. I can like do like a kind of a
- 24:56split banana split. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I see that.
- 25:02I see that cause like in the banana split, like it's like,
- 25:05you know, the there's one, what do I call it?
- 25:08The leaf, the peel. One of the, the pieces of the
- 25:10peel is kind of like a little slanted.
- 25:13So that's that is what you did. Actually, we need to call Zay.
- 25:20So Zay said that if you are not fully doing the split, she said
- 25:25you were a. Were old.
- 25:29Yeah, I think that's what she meant to say.
- 25:32But you're not old. You look fucking amazing.
- 25:35You look amazing. You guys look.
- 25:36Better. You look amazing too.
- 25:38Thank you. Yeah.
- 25:40I have age. I think it's kids do not have.
- 25:43I mean, have kids if you want to.
- 25:45I don't think I will, yeah. Or I don't know.
- 25:47I mean. He could say it do.
- 25:50You want kids? You want kids?
- 25:52I don't know. It's I'm losing interest in it.
- 25:57Oh, you are. What do you mean you're losing
- 26:00in your life? Really.
- 26:02Yeah, the more kids that are around like.
- 26:04How many kids you got? I have zero.
- 26:07I have. Oh.
- 26:10I thought you had like a million kids.
- 26:12No, yeah, he's a whore. I mean that.
- 26:17That was totally but. Wait, what?
- 26:21I was going to be really surprised, but also like, hey,
- 26:25pound it. I'm safe.
- 26:29You're. So dumb.
- 26:31You're safe as in like you're. I I no no no.
- 26:36Like condoms? Oh yeah, what do this look like?
- 26:43You only have one kid. I, we, I we have two.
- 26:46Oh, you have two? Where's the other one?
- 26:47Somewhere. That's what that was.
- 26:54I know. Dear, you're a really good.
- 26:57Mom, Yeah. Yeah, you do a good.
- 26:59Job. I got lucky.
- 27:01Yeah, with great kids or yeah, husband or both.
- 27:05Actually great husband. The kids are great and but the
- 27:08husband is really good. He he has been but he also told
- 27:11me that he knows how to pull out.
- 27:14That's why. But did he lie because you have
- 27:16two kids? After we got married, yeah
- 27:21because my mom even was just like why?
- 27:23Why aren't you pregnant? You guys have been dating for
- 27:25like 2 years and I was just like, I think, I think, I think
- 27:30he's fine. And then when we got married, he
- 27:35stopped. He's not pulling out, you know?
- 27:38Yeah. I mean, that would make sense.
- 27:41Yeah, but also, but also try saying pull out in Laos or what
- 27:47are you, what was your language? You're allowed to.
- 27:49Yes. Are you Laos?
- 27:50He's yeah. How do how do you say pull out
- 27:52in Laos? How do you?
- 27:53Say pull out in Laos. How awk?
- 27:57How awk? Yeah, what else am I going to
- 28:00say? He.
- 28:01Literally said get it out. How did you say it again?
- 28:07He said get it out. No, but.
- 28:09What was so you could say din awk?
- 28:11What? Din awk.
- 28:14Dung. Because Din is poor.
- 28:16Oh. Dung dung log.
- 28:19How? Dung dung Ogg.
- 28:23Dung Ogg. I don't know.
- 28:26No, it's not. It's not.
- 28:28Better. I don't have what I said.
- 28:29Pull out. How do I say pull out in
- 28:30Spanish? Yeah, get that thing.
- 28:34Is it get that thing? No, no, that sounds way better
- 28:37it. Doesn't mean get out of like,
- 28:39get out of the way. Like, no, like it's like get
- 28:42out, Yeah, get out. Like get out of the way.
- 28:44Yeah, yeah, get out like that. But no, you would not say that
- 28:48while you're having sex. You wouldn't be like, get that
- 28:50day. You would not say that.
- 28:55How would I? I don't.
- 28:56I'm blanking. Pull out.
- 28:58In Spanish you might have to. What the what the heck?
- 29:03How would I say that extra? Fuck no, I wouldn't be like
- 29:06Cesarvis extra here so. Sexy.
- 29:09I don't know what you. Said but.
- 29:10Extra means like, like, like. It's a fancy.
- 29:14It's not a fancy word, but it's more professional.
- 29:17You wouldn't say that. Yeah, sex is not professional or
- 29:20sexy is not formal. So.
- 29:22You would. That's why sexy is not formal.
- 29:23So you would. Say, get that they?
- 29:26No, you're literally. Kicking these specks away.
- 29:30Pull out I. Mean Spanish because you're
- 29:33you're like this and then you're like, get off me.
- 29:38But you, But no you. I mean, like in the middle of
- 29:41sex, you're not going to do that 'cause you're already in, you
- 29:44know what I mean? You wouldn't do that.
- 29:46What are you kicking off? Kicking off you're.
- 29:48Kicking did. Like you wouldn't kick him off,
- 29:50No. And and she wouldn't kick.
- 29:52Well, yeah, she would, you know, whatever.
- 29:54Wouldn't. But like, he would not be like
- 29:59that either, No. I don't know man, I don't know.
- 30:02I'm pretty sure I've pulled out of more people than you 2 have.
- 30:05That's fair. He is a he is a professional.
- 30:09He's a professional. Puller, you're right.
- 30:13But I'm trying to act offended because, yeah, I think that I
- 30:16can win some way. I'm just trying to win some way.
- 30:18Hold on. How How do we make this better?
- 30:22Yeah, there is no way that we could win this.
- 30:24Really. How did we?
- 30:25Get here. I don't know how we got this is
- 30:29the POD. So guys please comment.
- 30:33How would you say, pull out in Spanish or pull out language?
- 30:38Yeah, any language. How would you say that?
- 30:40Cause does that slang translate? Because I don't think it does.
- 30:43Or I'm a poor Mexican and they're poor Laos.
- 30:46Yeah, 'cause I know, I know what happens in English.
- 30:48She's like, oh. Wow, she's like, wow, you're
- 30:52bobbin. She's like plow like.
- 30:55She said plow. Like she's like, yeah, She's
- 30:58like, 'cause I'm like, oh, I'm going to explode here as soon as
- 31:02she's like, don't do it inside me.
- 31:05Yeah, so like I'd be like no longer salventro than me.
- 31:07I'm like, you know, I mean like, don't do it inside me.
- 31:11Damn, I'm like, all right. But sakalo?
- 31:13I would not say Sakalo either. What does that mean?
- 31:17Take it out. But it's because it doesn't
- 31:21sound sexy. Like I wouldn't be in the middle
- 31:23and I'd be like. Sakalo.
- 31:25At that point. You're, I mean, that sounds
- 31:26really sexy. Are you trying to sound sexy at
- 31:29that point? You're just trying not to get
- 31:30pregnant at that point. So you're like Sakalo, sakalo,
- 31:32sakalo. That's where.
- 31:35That's where. That's Sir.
- 31:36That's Sir. No, no, no, no, no, no.
- 31:38None of this is getting cut out. What?
- 31:42Just so you know this, yeah. I just wanted to say.
- 31:50We're we were talking about hype woman activities though, 'cause
- 31:52we're here, we're talking about. Hype woman how you pivoted it?
- 31:55No. I'm, I'm you.
- 31:57Don't worry. Thank you.
- 31:58Thank you. I know how to get the guests
- 31:59back. No, yeah, they're back.
- 32:01They're back. But I will say, OK, so my kid
- 32:04who's 13, he's 13. You found him.
- 32:06He's a no I, I made him. You did, but I mean like, you
- 32:10remembered him. Oh yeah, I don't remember
- 32:13earlier. And.
- 32:14He, so we brought him to Lunar New Year's fest.
- 32:19He's not, he's just not Asian. He hangs only with Hispanics
- 32:24because he's, he plays soccer. He's such a, he is a really, I,
- 32:29I hate to be like a cocky mom, but that, that boy is good.
- 32:33He is a fucking, he's so good. He's so good.
- 32:37And all of his friends are Hispanic and so all like, so
- 32:42when, where is he going with this?
- 32:46That he's the really best soccer player out there.
- 32:49He is gonna, he's a poor little, not good Asian boy, but like as
- 32:54an Asian. But he is a great soccer player.
- 32:58He is, he's so good. And but I was, I was trying to
- 33:02like bring something back and I, I didn't.
- 33:05I'm trying to remember doing it backtrack.
- 33:07That's a good thing that that's a good thing the hubby didn't
- 33:10pull out, 'cause you made you got to make it.
- 33:12Yeah, yeah. See, between the two of us,
- 33:17between the two of us, we're really.
- 33:20You forgot. You forgot.
- 33:24Yeah. Yeah, yeah, there.
- 33:26We. Go you've.
- 33:30Been behind a little bit. That was really similar producer
- 33:34I was. Thinking about your baby batter,
- 33:36that's why. My baby batter.
- 33:39Your kids, your. Kids.
- 33:41Yeah, I have a. Baby batter.
- 33:43You're like your kids are your baby batter.
- 33:45They are, I love them so much, thank you.
- 33:52Kathy. Can we cut that out?
- 33:58Fucked up. OK, so get Kathy some water.
- 34:01I need some water. You have some water right there.
- 34:07OK, Lynne, right there. The other side.
- 34:11Over there. There you go.
- 34:13There you go. I do.
- 34:17Are you for? Are you for real drunk?
- 34:19Should we should we take a break?
- 34:20Because we can take a break. No, we're good.
- 34:22No, we're. Good.
- 34:23Are you sure? Yeah, maybe that'd be a good
- 34:28idea. Don't touch the mic.
- 34:29You're good. Yes, yes this is so good Oh my
- 34:48God. Drink your glass of water
- 34:49though. Drink your glass of water.
- 34:53I can't tell her if she just has ADHD type of OK OK, OK, OK good
- 34:59good. OK.
- 34:59I just wanted to make sure that this will make us look bad too
- 35:04if we got guess super drunk. So please finish that water.
- 35:11I like it when people tell me. What to do?

- 36:49Thank you. Can you get that?
- 36:51There we go. OK.
- 36:52Beautiful. Sorry, girls.
- 36:55Girl over here. You know what I mean?
- 36:56You know what I mean? We got to make sure that we all
- 36:58look at you. Yes.
- 36:59Yes. I love that.
- 37:05During the witch's laugh I love. It Yeah, Yeah.
- 37:09Earlier you were talking about all the amazing things you do.
- 37:11And I was like, you're a witch, aren't you?
- 37:13And then early and then Right. And I was like, and then
- 37:16earlier, too, we were talking about like whether or not Emory
- 37:19was going to tell you something. And you're like, wait, what is
- 37:21she? What's her sign?
- 37:22Yeah, yeah. So you're also very like into
- 37:25astrology? Oh, I love astrology, OK.
- 37:27It's so much fun and I love talking.
- 37:30I come here and I'm like, OK, I remember people's charts more
- 37:33and more, more their placements. So I'm like, oh, that explains
- 37:36it. This is Kathy's Aries is coming
- 37:38out right now, so we're seeing her be aggressive.
- 37:41That's the Aries. What are you?
- 37:44So I'm a Taurus son, Cancer rising and Leo moon.
- 37:47OK, yeah. So her and I share Leo moon
- 37:49placements and that's how you experience your energy like
- 37:53that. You're emotional.
- 37:54OK, Yeah. So what do you think we are as
- 37:58you've been observing? So.
- 37:59Let. Me think about this.
- 38:02I mean, I probably need some more time to really, really
- 38:04observe, but I feel like there's some Virgo in there somewhere,
- 38:07there's some Gemini in there somewhere in between.
- 38:10Either of you let me think, Maybe Capricorn possibly.
- 38:18Did I hit on? Any of that, Yeah, I'm a Virgo.
- 38:26Yeah. Yeah.
- 38:29You like got that quick? Holy shit.
- 38:31OK, so I don't think I have any of those.
- 38:34I don't remember the rising and the stuff.
- 38:36So is the pod podcast spot No Snapchat Snapchat does the whole
- 38:42they do like your birth chart. So anyways, I'm a Libra.
- 38:45Oh, I love that that's my son. My moon is really.
- 38:50Are very colorful like like especially like in women like
- 38:54you can see like they typically like their homes are decorated
- 38:57in a lot of color and whimsical and or like very feminine and
- 39:00like pink and. I don't like pink.
- 39:02Oh, OK. That's your Libra Sun though,
- 39:04right? So my I'm a sun in Libra, my
- 39:07moon is in Capricorn and rising is Sagittarius.
- 39:10Sagittarius, that OK? OK.
- 39:13The Capricorn is what like probably why you don't like pink
- 39:17as much because like if there's Libra with some other different
- 39:20energies, you tend to gravitate towards pink.
- 39:22But I can see that with Libra and Capricorn, yeah.
- 39:25That makes sense. OK.
- 39:25I was curious. I wanted to test you.
- 39:27Yeah. I like that I said Capricorn
- 39:30though. I did.
- 39:32You're good. You're really good.
- 39:34We were going to talk about hypnotherapy, though.
- 39:36Yeah. So like, what are we learning
- 39:39about hypnotherapy? You guys do this here at Still
- 39:40Nova. You are a hypnotherapist.
- 39:45Educate us. What is this?
- 39:47What does that mean? Hypnotherapy is a tool for the
- 39:51subconscious mind. It is a tool you can use for
- 39:53healing. So when we are born, we come to
- 39:56this world just as a free spirit that's all pure love.
- 40:00And as we grow up, we learn these.
- 40:04Things, these conditions, you know, that tell us that we're
- 40:07not perfect and we learn them from our parents, from our
- 40:10ancestors, you know, and those different inherited things that
- 40:13tell us we're not worthy, we're not good enough.
- 40:15All the things, you know, So when we're around age 7 is when
- 40:19those things are kind of like solidified into our brain.
- 40:22We're a lot less, more spongy and then by the time we're 25,
- 40:27our frontal lobe is fully formed anyhow.
- 40:29So hypnotherapy is a tool that works with your subconscious
- 40:33mind and it that's how you unlearn those things because
- 40:37those things that I was talking about, the conditions, that's
- 40:39where those are stored is in the subconscious mind.
- 40:42So do you do this through therapy?
- 40:44Do you get what I'm saying? Like, what's the mean to say
- 40:47that you're a hypnotherapist? Like someone who practices
- 40:50hypnotherapy but you're not an active therapist.
- 40:53Like a psychologist. Correct, correct.
- 40:55So I did not go to like a college for this.
- 41:00So it's a certification that I received hypnotherapy
- 41:03certification, but it is teaching the tool of how to tap
- 41:07into the subconscious mind and the frequencies that it
- 41:10requires. So have you ever meditated
- 41:12before? Yeah, we're so like now we're
- 41:13getting into like not metaphysical, but a little bit,
- 41:17and we're talking more about energy transfers.
- 41:19Yeah. Well, so when you are, when you
- 41:22are in I. Just got a boner.
- 41:26I love it. We're speaking Kathy's
- 41:27languages. Venus in the 12th.
- 41:30I'm going back out. I see your Venus.
- 41:31In the 12th house, you're like, so it's similar to the way that
- 41:36you should feel. Experiencing hypnosis is feeling
- 41:41like a deep meditation where you are, you feel almost asleep.
- 41:47Sometimes a lot of clients do fall asleep.
- 41:49Actually, most of the time my clients fall asleep.
- 41:51And, and that's normal because your subconscious mind never
- 41:54goes to sleep. Your conscious mind does.
- 41:56And that's our bodies, you know, shutting down.
- 41:58But our subconscious mind is always awake and alert and
- 42:00absorbing everything around us. So when you come to bring that
- 42:04intention to your hypnotherapist, like you want to
- 42:07work on your confidence, you want to increase that, or you
- 42:09want to quit smoking, or you want to lose weight, or you want
- 42:13to become a multi millionaire, whatever your goal is, you bring
- 42:17that and you bring that strong intention to your
- 42:19hypnotherapist. They develop a script and then
- 42:21they take you through that process where they lower your
- 42:25awareness. So ideally you would have your
- 42:28client in a Theta state of consciousness.
- 42:30That's where the Theta state is where right before you go to
- 42:34sleep or right when you wake up, those two times when you're
- 42:37still like sleeping kind of like, you know, not fully alert.
- 42:41You're not in your beta state where you're functioning and
- 42:43doing all of the things that is your most amiable state where
- 42:47you're just like a little sponge soaking up everything, the
- 42:50messaging that's being laid upon you.
- 42:52So if you've ever seen those hypnotherapists, maybe so some
- 42:55of them have these interesting techniques.
- 42:57I don't have this technique, but it's, it's just cuz I don't
- 43:00resonate with it personally. But some of them will be like,
- 43:02they'll do this and then have like yank you and then all of a
- 43:05sudden you're like this. I mean, I think, I mean I think
- 43:08that people can. It's just not my style.
- 43:11You know, I wasn't trained, you know, during that.
- 43:13So mine literally feels like going into a deep meditation and
- 43:17then you may fall asleep. Right.
- 43:19How do you start it? How do you start it?
- 43:20So, sorry, my headphones are slipping.
- 43:25So I go through an induction process and then that induction
- 43:28process is just like I'm speaking to you very softly,
- 43:32very slowly. Voice is everything.
- 43:37I feel like it could be a hypnotherapist.
- 43:42I think you. Could you could hypnotherapy?
- 43:45Yeah, a lot of people have commented about that.
- 43:50Seriously. It's just, it's just all about
- 43:53slowing down. Let's be very relaxed.
- 43:56Where are we going to go? Where do we want?
- 43:59To go to the beach. We're in the beach, we're
- 44:02smelling the sand and. The feel the sun on your skin.
- 44:07So. This is so sexual.
- 44:10On your. Feet.
- 44:13That's all I know. I don't.
- 44:15Kathy's boner. I have a big.
- 44:23OK, so this is all through talk therapy in a way.
- 44:26And then and so you're, you're having someone lay down.
- 44:30Yes, they're laying down. So I have a client chair and I
- 44:32can have them recline as much as they want and I will ask them if
- 44:35they want a blanket so that we do.
- 44:37They just feel very secure and like not like someone just
- 44:39peering at them. And then so I just literally
- 44:43like talk them down, you know, And then I have a countdown that
- 44:46I go through. And then once we're at one, it's
- 44:49like, OK, you're telling the subconscious, it's time for you
- 44:52to be the star of the show. Your conscious mind can rest.
- 44:55So I'd go through that. And then at that point, I start
- 44:58the messaging, which is all of the things that the focus areas
- 45:01that we want to work on, whatever my client wants to work
- 45:03on, we're walking through that. So like say, say I wanted to
- 45:06work on my confidence, how would you walk me through that?
- 45:09So I have a script that I custom make for every single client for
- 45:13every single session. So even if they're coming back
- 45:15and they want to touch on the same focus areas is a different
- 45:18script every time because I I customize it to whatever I feel
- 45:22like based on previous sessions. Like, OK, what do we want to
- 45:25like, you know, dive into a little bit more, you know, make
- 45:28it hone in on things, certain things now that I know a little
- 45:30more. Yeah.
- 45:31Yeah. So confidence is, I mean, that's
- 45:33another thing that honestly, I feel like everybody kind of
- 45:36needs just a little bit of, you know.
- 45:38Should I do an easier one? What's something easier?
- 45:41I want to be a millionaire. How would you work me through
- 45:42that? Dan.
- 45:44Is that easier? Well, it's.
- 45:46I'm kidding. Shoot, like I, I literally I
- 45:48just. So.
- 45:52There's always nervous system work, There's always nervous
- 45:56system work involved in every session period, even if it's a
- 45:59rapid session or whatever the goal is.
- 46:01So I really have a little bit of focus in on that because if
- 46:05you're coming to me and wanting to be a millionaire, that means
- 46:07that your nervous system has not yet prepared itself to be ready
- 46:11to receive millions of dollars, otherwise you would already be
- 46:14there. So yeah, so I work, so it's so.
- 46:18So the reason I'm not rich is because my nervous system is
- 46:22being a bitch to me. Yes, ma'am.
- 46:24Wow, that's. What?
- 46:27That nervous system will get it ready?
- 46:30How do I, How do I can I get my nervous system to be ready to,
- 46:32to go into dating? You know, like I think like
- 46:36that's a. It's such a good one.
- 46:38That's a hard one. I think for me, I mean, it's you
- 46:42could have some history there, you know, with maybe
- 46:44relationships with men or whatever it is, whoever, just
- 46:47you. Choose Do I look lesbian?
- 46:48No, I was think, I was thinking man, but you know, sometimes I
- 46:51assume incorrectly. I did that a week ago.
- 46:54I assumed incorrectly. I asked because.
- 46:57Oh, sorry, I. Get told I'm lesbian.
- 46:59Oh. Yeah, ma'am.
- 47:00Do you feel like you? That was a ma'am.
- 47:03I love ma'am. You're so ADHD.
- 47:08I love you. No.
- 47:13Well, no. Yeah, right.
- 47:14Sometimes. Yeah, there was something being
- 47:17said. Oh yeah.
- 47:18Because she said that she figured out you're a Libra
- 47:23because you're a hair. And I was like, Are you sure you
- 47:25didn't think she was gay? That's why that's what that's
- 47:30what most people think. Most people look, really.
- 47:33Kind of. Libras are very known to be very
- 47:36flirtatious with, with men and women.
- 47:42With men and women usually. I mean for the women, you know,
- 47:44I mean men. I think it's maybe a little
- 47:46little. Possible.
- 47:47I do. I do flirt with a lot of our
- 47:49guests. I haven't.
- 47:50Are you a Libra? Yeah, he's a Libra, did you say?
- 47:55Flirt. That's something that.
- 47:56Somebody would say just. Get it?
- 48:00That's true, that's true, that's true.
- 48:01The amount of times I say I'm a lesbian, I'm.
- 48:04No, I'm not. No, you're like a fucking
- 48:07beautiful beast, like. So Libras just embody a lot of
- 48:11like the so I was telling Tim earlier, like the Libra, other
- 48:14Libra in the room, but Libra embodies the it's the scales.
- 48:17That's what represents your Zodiac.
- 48:19So you know, it's all about the balance of masculine and
- 48:22feminine energy. So like, I could see how people
- 48:25could possibly interpret you, you know, embodying maybe a more
- 48:28masculine energy or something like that to where?
- 48:31Say she's a handsome woman. I'm saying I got a Kathy Boehner
- 48:35right now. I'm a handsome woman, my.
- 48:41Dick is really big, I'm sorry. And it is.
- 48:45It's really huge. I just try to like pull it back.
- 48:48It's the area, That's it. Yeah, yeah.
- 48:50I'm just, I'm gonna, I'm gonna pick it.
- 48:52Up, Pick it up, Pick it up, Pick it up, pick it up, Pick up the
- 48:57truck. Yes.
- 48:59So when you get people into these like hypnotic States and
- 49:02stuff like the like they having like dreams or like seeing
- 49:08things. Yes, oftentimes, yes.
- 49:12So I always do a debriefing after every session and be like,
- 49:16OK, how did you experience that? Do you feel calm?
- 49:18What, what, what was your experience?
- 49:21So I've had people, you know, go back to their childhood.
- 49:24I've had people, you know, look at their parents.
- 49:27I've had people I'm trying to think I don't.
- 49:30Know why does that have anybody relive their alien abductions?
- 49:33No, but I want that. I want a client that'll you're
- 49:36going to be my first client. Like really fun.
- 49:39Have you ever seen the movie The 4th Kind?
- 49:41No. Oh, it's about.
- 49:42That, but I love it. Yeah.
- 49:44Yeah, yeah, yeah. I've seen that one.
- 49:46There's another one that's really, really good.
- 49:47It's where the kid is abducted. I mean, he's like 13 years old.
- 49:50Have you seen that one? What?
- 49:52Is it called? That one is so good that.
- 49:54Alien movie is good, I don't remember what it's called but.
- 49:57You know what I'm talking about. His parents like go to New York
- 49:59or something trying to get help. OK, different movie, different
- 50:04movie. Wow, this is.
- 50:05So mean OK so you haven't met someone who has re encountered
- 50:08their alien abductions? No, unfortunately, not yet.
- 50:12But now that you've brought that up, it's probably going to help
- 50:15me manifest that. So we're going to do this.
- 50:18OK. So you're also like at the
- 50:19center section of where we get into neuropsychology, right?
- 50:22Like you're big in this. I love it.
- 50:24Yeah. You're always like mine.
- 50:27Thank you, thank you. She's.
- 50:28The witches, the healer. I love witches.
- 50:32I love witches. Yeah, I love witches.
- 50:38I love witches. You know, we do these things
- 50:41called Olympia, which is like a Mexican spiritual cleanse.
- 50:45And so I'm always looking for someone who can do that.
- 50:47My grandma used to know how to do that.
- 50:49She did know how to do that. She passed away.
- 50:51And so ANYWAYS, it's, I feel like I really need to cleanse my
- 50:55energy, you know, the evil lie and everything like that.
- 50:58And I like, I think in my culture, Mexicans were very, we,
- 51:03we do believe in a lot of energy stuff, you know, like that's a
- 51:06really big thing. And yeah, I think about that a
- 51:10lot. Like it's like, oh, someone,
- 51:11it's like, oh, I got sick. Someone gave me an evil eye.
- 51:15Or like, or the saying or the saying of like, Oh, my ears are
- 51:21ringing. Someone's talking bad about me.
- 51:24Yes. Yeah, yeah, right.
- 51:25Yeah, yeah. OK.
- 51:26Where's? That or, or it's confirmation.
- 51:28I, so for me, I have built that into like confirmation or just
- 51:33an alert of something. So like if I'm doing something
- 51:36and then my ears are ringing, I'm like, I pay attention to
- 51:38what I'm doing right at that moment.
- 51:40And I'm like, I kind of seal that, that moment in time in my,
- 51:43you know, brain. And I'm like, OK, I'm going to
- 51:45come back to this because it's probably relevant for something.
- 51:48I think I'm still going. We were talking about, OK, so
- 51:53like the, you know. When you when you hear, when you
- 51:56hear your ears ringing, you stop and you pay attention to what's
- 52:00going on around. Yes, or it's confirmation of
- 52:03something. So if I'm like making a decision
- 52:05or contemplating something and then it's like I'm like, OK, so
- 52:10whatever's kind of going on, but I may like seal that moment in
- 52:13time, like, OK, I'm kind of coming back to whatever that is.
- 52:16And I understand that that's probably something that might
- 52:19come up for me later. Yeah.
- 52:21Gotcha. OK.
- 52:22Have you heard of that eye twitching thing?
- 52:25No. Tell me about it.
- 52:26If one of your what do you mean? What does that?
- 52:28Mean if one of your eyes is twitching, depending on which
- 52:31side like something good or bad might happen.
- 52:34Oh, I've not heard of that. I.
- 52:35Can't be the only one here. Yeah.
- 52:38Tell us. Yeah.
- 52:39No, that's it. That Oh, OK, that's it.
- 52:44Dependent on different cultures depending on which eyes like a
- 52:48good eye to twitch. Which one is bad?
- 52:51It's. Interesting.
- 52:53Because there is one side of our body that is considered the like
- 52:57our left side is considered our feminine energy and everybody
- 52:59has that male and female. We all have masculine and
- 53:02feminine energy. Our left side represents the
- 53:04feminine and then our right sort of a seating side and then our
- 53:07right is our masculine side. So if you have different
- 53:11ailments on different side of your body, so literally you can
- 53:13Google like the metaphysical reason for certain conditions
- 53:16that you may have or experience and you'll find some interesting
- 53:21things. And then you can even like even
- 53:24on whatever side of the body it's occurring on, like you'll
- 53:26find a different answer sometimes because of that.
- 53:29So do you believe in Western medicine?
- 53:31Like are you that far into it or, or like that you're don't
- 53:34believe in it or you're you're in the balance between both?
- 53:38I think we've been so conditioned to believe we need
- 53:43it. And I say that with all the
- 53:45respect for the people who've gone to school and who are
- 53:48doctors and nurses, because I respect that and I think there's
- 53:52a place for it. But I also think that it dulled
- 53:57our innate power to heal ourselves.
- 53:59I genuinely believe that we can heal from most if not all
- 54:06conditions. I just really believe that I
- 54:08think we have the power to bring ourselves to homeostasis from
- 54:11anything. It sounds crazy.
- 54:13That's just my personal belief. It's a personal belief.
- 54:16Thank. You so much like this, all of
- 54:19this, all of this is spinning. It is a you you have like really
- 54:24made it. You don't.
- 54:27You don't I. Love you.
- 54:29Thank you. But now I, yeah, going back to
- 54:32that, I, I think so. I was just having conversations
- 54:35earlier about I think we're shifting into a matriarchy.
- 54:38I believe that wholeheartedly. I think it's already starting to
- 54:42happen. I think with that, we're going
- 54:44to see more going back to what life looked like 10,000 years
- 54:48ago. It'll look different because
- 54:49we're, you know, ahead of that time.
- 54:52But I think we're going to have some of the same things where
- 54:54we're going to be consulting Oracle, so to speak.
- 54:57You know, we're going to go to women who are the witches, you
- 55:00know, they're going to have herbs and, you know, different
- 55:03things to remedy for whatever elements that are occurring,
- 55:06things that are drawn from the earth.
- 55:08You. Know Wait, you actually believe
- 55:09we're entering A matriarchy right now with everything that's
- 55:12happening? Yes, it's a collapse.
- 55:13It's the collapse of the patriarchy.
- 55:15You really think it's 100%? But like, it chills every time I
- 55:18talk about. It but I just feel like
- 55:20everything that's happening is like still this, this counter
- 55:23intuitiveness of like I mean it has.
- 55:25A. It's a system structure
- 55:27collapse. Everything's collapsing.
- 55:28We're going to experience it's a financial collapse too.
- 55:31This. This this year, it's happening.
- 55:34Hopefully he gets like. Impeached or?
- 55:36Something it's going to happen. I mean.
- 55:39Whether, whether, whether that happens or it's something else,
- 55:43we're shifting away from it. So we're seeing the worst of the
- 55:45worst right now, before that structure and bullshit
- 55:49collapses. We are going to a different
- 55:52system. And.
- 55:52It's going to be a system where everyone's cared for and loved
- 55:55and. I mean, like if we go back to
- 55:57like this whole male loneliness epidemic, I mean, which it was.
- 56:01A patriarchy it is because of patriarchy, because patriarchy
- 56:04taught men to cut off a part of themselves.
- 56:06It's so biological, and to hate the emotional part of their
- 56:10beings. So it taught them to hate
- 56:12themselves. You know, their emotions, that
- 56:15they're human and so it's inhumane.
- 56:18And then of course, it caused a result to, you know, a trickle
- 56:21down effect to men and women and children.
- 56:25I mean, if we go back to what you were saying, even at the
- 56:27beginning of like we have both feminine and masculine energy,
- 56:31you know, in the middle of us, you know what I mean?
- 56:34So like, yes, as as a growing boy that goes into adolescence,
- 56:38that goes into into grown up man, Yeah.
- 56:43I mean, you're taught to not do this or not do that or it
- 56:45doesn't matter. Even if like you were taught to,
- 56:48I mean, didn't have these words of like feminine versus
- 56:50masculine energy. Like at home, they didn't use
- 56:53those said words. But they did teach you as a as a
- 56:56son to how a male, how to express your feelings.
- 57:01You still went out into the world where that was still
- 57:03imposed on you regardless of where you're at and wherever you
- 57:07are in the world. Because the patriarchy stuff
- 57:10like I know that sounds like so mean or cliche or like, you know
- 57:15what I mean? But like, if we really break
- 57:16down to what the patriarchy is and like what that actually
- 57:20means, like it is to some degree a little hurtful, but it's also,
- 57:24but also like, it's also like, you know, something that's
- 57:28always been around. So how do how do we explain
- 57:30that? You know what I've been around
- 57:32for 10,000 years. We've I don't know how long
- 57:34humans have been in existence, but way longer than that.
- 57:38So it it was time for a shift. The way that patriarchy is
- 57:41constructed, it's literally a ladder contract.
- 57:44So only the people at the very top are thriving and even then
- 57:49they're still dependent on everybody at the bottom could
- 57:51further control and you know, whatever.
- 57:54So they're shitting on everybody else.
- 57:56So only the people at the 1% are benefiting from everyone beneath
- 58:01them. A matriarchy is a circle.
- 58:03The power is centralized. There's still men in leadership
- 58:07roles. It's it's everybody's cared for
- 58:10and everyone's allowed to be authentic.
- 58:12Their authentic expression is encouraged.
- 58:16When you describe the matriarchy in that way, I see what you're
- 58:19saying. Yes, that we're starting to see
- 58:21this come back. We are.
- 58:22Yeah, so we have to see all the dark before the light.
- 58:25So it's always darkest before the dawn.
- 58:27Yeah. So that's what the fuck we're
- 58:28seeing right now is like the collapse of all of the stuff,
- 58:32the pedophilia and all of that was allowed to occur because if
- 58:35you think about patriarchy, it's just a, it's a ladder contract.
- 58:38So it's somebody over somebody else.
- 58:40The haves and the have nots, the, you know, the gosh, we
- 58:44could just go down like racism. I mean, religion, everything's a
- 58:48hierarchy, you know? Everything's control.
- 58:52Everything's control and and patriarchy is unnatural
- 58:55otherwise it wouldn't require violence or control to uphold
- 58:59it. It wouldn't require those things
- 59:02if it was natural. Are you, Well, I don't, I don't
- 59:04know this. And so I'm asking this in in
- 59:06case you know, because I'm curious, do you know where it
- 59:09started? Like the Patriot?
- 59:11OK, I don't, I don't either. I really doubt.
- 59:12I was just curious. I think people have theories
- 59:14about, you know, I've heard other spiritual leaders talk
- 59:17about it where they say his started probably with some boy
- 59:21that felt inadequate and just decided he was going to go off
- 59:25on his own and hit, LED his ego, LED his heart and whatever.
- 59:29And then that just began like this, whatever, you know, And
- 59:32then it turned into this monster, you know, and then it
- 59:34just became an ideology, you know, thoughts end up becoming
- 59:38beliefs over time. And and then that just became
- 59:41this energy that got pumped through a society.
- 59:44And here we are 10,000 years later.
- 59:47But I'm like, I can see it crumbling.
- 59:49But we also like, that's why we're all seeing it like because
- 59:52we're collectively awakening. That's the only reason why we're
- 59:55all like seeing it. It's been going on for 10,000 a
- 59:59year like these other think the pedophilia, all the the
- 1:00:02monstrosities that's been going on this whole time.
- 1:00:05It's but we're all seeing it because we are awakening.
- 1:00:09Is this a true conspiracy? Because it's starting.
- 1:00:12To feel like that, you know what I mean?
- 1:00:14Yeah, we're going through conspiracy realm to that degree,
- 1:00:17right? I mean, I feel like all of the
- 1:00:20conspiracies that we've ever talked about in the world have
- 1:00:22all like, true if you think about it.
- 1:00:25I mean like, think about it. Yes, no, you're.
- 1:00:27Absolutely. You know, pizza gate.
- 1:00:29I mean, we're talking about pizza gate Wayfair, what, 10
- 1:00:32years ago, like selling children and stuff like that.
- 1:00:34That's all come to fruit, you know what I mean?
- 1:00:36Like been confirmed all the things like that's true.
- 1:00:39I never thought we'd be talking about eating babies, but.
- 1:00:42That's fair, that's fair, that's fair.
- 1:00:46So I want to kind of circle back into like, you know, Kathy, you
- 1:00:51start Still Nova, you bring in this amazing person.
- 1:00:54You have other people amazing here in your studio.
- 1:00:57You have more people. I imagine how many people are in
- 1:01:00your space? You might want to get a little
- 1:01:02closer. Yeah, get a little closer.
- 1:01:14Where? Where's your little?
- 1:01:18We need your little? Your shot.
- 1:01:21The Shop. The little the music.
- 1:01:24Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, like Kathy said, you've
- 1:01:27been slacking. Yeah, it's really.
- 1:01:29He did just play the little. Yeah, yeah, I played the spooky
- 1:01:33music now. I mean, it's OK.
- 1:01:35I mean, you know you sometimes it's OK to be, to suck.
- 1:01:39It's fine, but suck. Less.
- 1:01:41Yeah, suck. Less do better.
- 1:01:43Yeah, do better. I finally punched you back.
- 1:01:51He usually. Punches me, he punches you.
- 1:01:55I I love it that everybody has this reaction.
- 1:01:57See how much they care. About you should not punch her,
- 1:01:59ever. Yeah, Kathy might punch you.
- 1:02:01He's talking about that sound. No, he would.
- 1:02:05He would never punch you. Yeah.
- 1:02:07Not the real life. Not the Yeah, coming through,
- 1:02:13Yeah, yeah. Is it really happening?
- 1:02:15Really good to. Like.
- 1:02:19Feeling better? Yeah, really feel better right
- 1:02:22now, do you feel? Better after doing that.
- 1:02:24Yeah, bitch. Don't be a bitch.
- 1:02:29Don't be a. Bitch.
- 1:02:30Though you're doing a great job. You're doing a great job,
- 1:02:37sweetie. OK, so how many people do you
- 1:02:41have in the studio with you in the pictures?
- 1:02:45How do you? Have the pictures.
- 1:02:53Yes, 8. 9 It's a lot of you guys then.
- 1:02:57Yeah. And the whole space house is set
- 1:02:59up then because we didn't even get a full tour.
- 1:03:01We just came in running. You guys would come in.
- 1:03:03We're in. We're in your space.
- 1:03:05Yes, come in. I mean, we're in it.
- 1:03:08We're recording. It I just we should, we should,
- 1:03:12we should just come in. We are in, are we not?
- 1:03:15Is this not the space? Are you in?
- 1:03:16Like walk around? I mean, we can't do that now.
- 1:03:20We can after. We do that later, but we invite
- 1:03:23everybody listening and watching.
- 1:03:24You have a Really. Deep voice, It's really nice.
- 1:03:26It makes me feel very soothed. I'm telling you, a lot of people
- 1:03:29say that, yeah. You better tell your wife that.
- 1:03:33I think she knows. But so again, you have about 8
- 1:03:38people who are here in the studio with you and how's it set
- 1:03:44up? Yeah, then go.
- 1:03:52We have different like areas and everybody has OK, like everybody
- 1:03:57has like the different things. And you know, like the Botox,
- 1:04:01the fillers, that area, the aestheticians, the massage
- 1:04:06therapist, Lynnae, it all comes together so perfectly.
- 1:04:12And it's, it's like an environment that's it's, it
- 1:04:16comes together and I don't know, it's the energy and.
- 1:04:23I'm not. I appreciate you like.
- 1:04:26It's I'm not a lot person for words.
- 1:04:28I do the Aggies and you know, I like to do like the treatments
- 1:04:31and all that, but you know, it's the whole environment together
- 1:04:36is it comes together so perfectly and it's amazing and
- 1:04:40it I can't explain the energy because it is like very amazing.
- 1:04:46It's. Like how we all come together
- 1:04:48and yeah, she. Literally I was just like, I
- 1:04:51can't fucking poke anyone, can you fucking stop those little
- 1:04:55fuckers? And I can't.
- 1:04:57And she just did it. But you know, I mean she.
- 1:05:00Was like my friend. Yes and so it's it's the energy
- 1:05:04like that everything comes together like the love like the
- 1:05:08love that we have for each other, the supports it's it
- 1:05:12can't even explain it It's very. I don't.
- 1:05:16Know I don't have a lot of words, but it's.
- 1:05:19How long have you guys been knowing each other?
- 1:05:21For all three of you, it feels like it's been a while.
- 1:05:26OK, well us, it's been since I was like 19, I'm 42 now.
- 1:05:33And Lenae, she just came into all this, but she feels like
- 1:05:38home. The minute like, you know, like
- 1:05:42the minute like we even like, met like it.
- 1:05:46Like soul sisters, Yeah. I don't know.
- 1:05:50It's, it's, it's hard to explain, but it's like the
- 1:05:53feeling that we get, like when we come together and just
- 1:05:57support each other and. Which is so crazy cause fun
- 1:05:59doesn't really. I don't talk.
- 1:06:01I don't talk at all. So we're just think right now
- 1:06:03I'm just thinking it. Would be a lot because you know
- 1:06:06what, like I just I do the procedures I do the Ivsi do you
- 1:06:10know like I like the quick procedures that make you feeling
- 1:06:14good. So like, you know, after his IV,
- 1:06:18he felt. Good.
- 1:06:20Yeah, exactly. How's your IV?
- 1:06:21How do you feel? Exactly.

- 1:06:27I'm feeling. OK.
- 1:06:32Very lower so this is very uncomfortable for me right now
- 1:06:34but. No, let's let's switch to
- 1:06:36something, Let's switch to something that that we where we
- 1:06:40start to wrap up the rest of the show.
- 1:06:42So we do this thing called Lightning Round and we're just
- 1:06:45going to ask like some quick questions and then you want to
- 1:06:48say like what you're kind of just like quick responses to
- 1:06:53this week. Yeah, first, whatever comes to
- 1:06:54mind first, you know? You're.
