- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice Sugar Spice. Hello, Hello, Hello, Hello, Welcome to the
- 0:17Speaker 1: Naughty but Nice Shaw. I'm your host, Rob Shooter. It's Tuesday,
- 0:21Speaker 1: which means that dear friend Delna Dixon, Miss d joins us. Hey, Delna,
- 0:26Speaker 1: are you there? I am? And guess where I am?
- 0:29Speaker 1: I don't know. I always play Where in the world
- 0:31Speaker 1: is Delana? You're my friend that travels the most. Where
- 0:34Speaker 1: in the world are you? Miss? I'm in Key West,
- 0:37Speaker 1: Florida and it's been so amazing. I went kayaking with
- 0:41Speaker 1: Key West Epo Tours and on a catamarand Champagne sunset
- 0:46Speaker 1: cruise with a J. Sabago Water Sports. Have to say
- 0:50Speaker 1: he was so bad he was you have fun, my friend.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Let's jump into the show. What time is it? It
- 0:57Speaker 1: is t time Big exclude him at the top of
- 1:00Speaker 1: the show. So Prince Harry has got fifteen million dollars
- 1:03Speaker 1: one five million advanced for his book, but their strings
- 1:07Speaker 1: attached for that amount of money, You're gonna tell everything,
- 1:13Speaker 1: So Sauzies tell me quote this book is going to
- 1:16Speaker 1: make the Oprah interviewer look like the tip of the iceberg.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Harry is not getting fifteen million dollars advance because of
- 1:24Speaker 1: who he is. He's also getting it because of what
- 1:27Speaker 1: he's about to reveal. So they throw lots of money
- 1:31Speaker 1: at celebrities. That is true, but there's a clause to
- 1:34Speaker 1: you can't just be boring. You can't say nothing. Not
- 1:37Speaker 1: only have you got to be super famous check that box.
- 1:40Speaker 1: That's true for Harry, You've also got to say some
- 1:44Speaker 1: really dishy stuff. So it looks as if he's agreed
- 1:47Speaker 1: to do that. Inside us at the Palace tell me
- 1:51Speaker 1: they'll feel a little bit tricked by Harry. He's been
- 1:54Speaker 1: working on this book now for over a year. He
- 1:56Speaker 1: said nothing. He's never mentioned it to them. In fact,
- 2:00Speaker 1: they only found out about it after page six broke
- 2:03Speaker 1: the story and they read it in the media. Royal
- 2:07Speaker 1: sources ask quote, has he been taking notes, writing down
- 2:12Speaker 1: stories for months or even years behind our backs and
- 2:16Speaker 1: not saying a word. Penguin Random House, who've bought the book,
- 2:20Speaker 1: they won't discuss the actual numbers, but publishing insiders tell
- 2:24Speaker 1: me that there's quite a concern about the price tag.
- 2:27Speaker 1: There's never been a Royal book like this before, so
- 2:31Speaker 1: normally when they throw millions at you, they do their research.
- 2:35Speaker 1: It's very scientific. They don't just guess they look at
- 2:38Speaker 1: books within the category. Did they sell, did they not sell?
- 2:41Speaker 1: So there's no prototype for this book because once again,
- 2:45Speaker 1: there's never ever been a royal book like this, so
- 2:47Speaker 1: they have no idea really what to base the value on.
- 2:50Speaker 1: So it's a big gamble. Some people in the book
- 2:53Speaker 1: business are telling me, Harry and they're gonna so overexposed
- 2:56Speaker 1: at the moment. Why is anyone going to want to
- 2:58Speaker 1: pay twenty books to read their story when you can
- 3:00Speaker 1: get it for free. What I do know is Harry
- 3:03Speaker 1: will not be doing any more Oprah type interviews until
- 3:08Speaker 1: he's ready to promote the book. They've got to stop
- 3:11Speaker 1: Harry and Megan giving it away for free. My goodness,
- 3:15Speaker 1: those two three hours they were on Oprah for free.
- 3:18Speaker 1: I loved him and CBS so easy. I didn't have
- 3:21Speaker 1: to pay a penny. I didn't even have to get
- 3:22Speaker 1: off my couch. So they're gonna have to stop them
- 3:25Speaker 1: doing that. This could be one of the biggest books ever,
- 3:28Speaker 1: or it could be a fifteen million dollar mistake. What
- 3:33Speaker 1: do you think it's going to be, mister you Well,
- 3:36Speaker 1: we all know that Prince Harry said that he was
- 3:38Speaker 1: cut off by the Royal family, So he needs a
- 3:41Speaker 1: paycheck and let me tell you that's not a bad number.
- 3:45Speaker 1: He's making a lot of money. But I feel like
- 3:48Speaker 1: he and his brother are trying to reconnect right and
- 3:52Speaker 1: rebuild the royal family sibling connection and writing this book
- 3:56Speaker 1: is that going to help? And they have told us
- 3:59Speaker 1: so much. Actually, what does Harry have left? Is he
- 4:02Speaker 1: going to talk about partying before Megan? Maybe that's interasting.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Does he have left? I know he's a prince and
- 4:09Speaker 1: he's had quite a life, but he's not even forty yet.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Maybe you want to wait ten twenty years, get a
- 4:16Speaker 1: little bit more life experience before you write your memoir.
- 4:21Speaker 1: We should we should say, I mean lots of lots
- 4:24Speaker 1: of celebrities, particularly reality stars, they put out books and
- 4:27Speaker 1: they've got pretty much nothing to say. The Housewives. I mean,
- 4:29Speaker 1: I've read all of those books and not that interesting.
- 4:32Speaker 1: The show is better. Harry has had an extraordinary life
- 4:34Speaker 1: and extraordinary life from the moment he was born. I
- 4:37Speaker 1: want to know details inside the palace, Like he doesn't
- 4:40Speaker 1: just have to talk about himself, He has to talk
- 4:41Speaker 1: about his family. The only reason we care about Harry
- 4:44Speaker 1: is because of his family. So the book's not gonna
- 4:47Speaker 1: just be on Harry. It's going to be on the
- 4:49Speaker 1: Royal family. I want to know everything. I want to
- 4:51Speaker 1: know where do they eat dinner. I want to know
- 4:54Speaker 1: who buys the best Christmas gift. I want to know
- 4:56Speaker 1: who's the bossy boots, who's in charge of the remote
- 4:58Speaker 1: control when they're watching television. I want to know all
- 5:01Speaker 1: these little details. I want to know about the cool Giz.
- 5:05Speaker 1: I want to know about Diana. I mean, he's got
- 5:07Speaker 1: all the stories. He knows what it's like to wake
- 5:10Speaker 1: up in a palace and go to sleep in a palace.
- 5:12Speaker 1: I want those details, and they've never ever told us. Nat.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Let me ask you this is it? Is it outrageous
- 5:20Speaker 1: that he's been doing this behind their backs. I think
- 5:22Speaker 1: they have to be prepared, the Royal family for anything.
- 5:25Speaker 1: At this point. Prince Harry and Megan have shown that
- 5:28Speaker 1: there are no doors left closed when it comes to
- 5:33Speaker 1: the world, even part of the Royal family anymore. So
- 5:36Speaker 1: they can really do what they want. And I do
- 5:39Speaker 1: think he's going to talk a lot about his mom
- 5:41Speaker 1: and royal life. But are we going to find out
- 5:43Speaker 1: what kind of toothpaste they use? Wrong? I want to
- 5:46Speaker 1: hear it too. But somehow it's more going to be
- 5:48Speaker 1: about how he felt. It's got to give some jewics
- 5:52Speaker 1: you don't get. You don't get fifteen million dollars to
- 5:55Speaker 1: talk about feelings. And I'm sad and I'm happy. They
- 5:59Speaker 1: want details. He's also hired a really good ghost writer,
- 6:04Speaker 1: a Pulitzer Prize winner, to help him with the book.
- 6:07Speaker 1: I want all the details, every single detail. Gosh, I'm
- 6:12Speaker 1: terrible because I'm sort of like upset for the family.
- 6:15Speaker 1: But at the same time, you know, we're gonna read
- 6:17Speaker 1: every single word of this, which brings us to our
- 6:19Speaker 1: pole question of the day. Prince Harry did not tell
- 6:21Speaker 1: his dad, Prince Charles, about the explosive memoir. Should Harry
- 6:26Speaker 1: have warned his dad? Should you warn your family before
- 6:30Speaker 1: you throw them under the books? Should you? Should you
- 6:33Speaker 1: warn them if you were going to write a book
- 6:34Speaker 1: about your family? Should you give them the heads up? Hey?
- 6:37Speaker 1: Go votes on at Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob
- 6:41Speaker 1: and our Facebook page is Naughty Gossip. You can leave
- 6:43Speaker 1: a comment there. AMBI should to check back tomorrow to
- 6:46Speaker 1: hear your results, Miss d what are you working on? Well?
- 6:50Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian and Kanye Worse took the family to San
- 6:54Speaker 1: Francisco even though they're getting a divorce. Now, let me
- 6:58Speaker 1: tell you what's going on. Kim flew from New York
- 7:00Speaker 1: to San Francisco last Friday to meet up with Kanye
- 7:03Speaker 1: and their four children. Now they a strange couple at
- 7:07Speaker 1: North Saint Chicago and PSALM. All their kids grabbed a
- 7:11Speaker 1: breakfast Saturday morning before heading to the Asian Art Museum.
- 7:15Speaker 1: And that was before it opened, so there wasn't any
- 7:17Speaker 1: public There was just them, So sources say they are
- 7:21Speaker 1: getting along grade Kim and Kanye. It was their first
- 7:24Speaker 1: public outing together as a family, reconfirming that they are
- 7:28Speaker 1: hashtag winning at co parenting and putting the kids first. Now.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Following the tour, Kanye flew to Las Vegas, where he
- 7:37Speaker 1: hosted a listening party for his new album, while Kim
- 7:41Speaker 1: returned to Los Angeles with the kids. Now, Rob if
- 7:46Speaker 1: you remember, San Francisco is where Kim and Kanye got engaged.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Kanye proposed there. That was back and now Kim is
- 7:57Speaker 1: single now, but Kanye has moved on and he's with
- 8:01Speaker 1: model Irena Shake. So what do you think co parenting
- 8:04Speaker 1: they're doing. I'm so happy we found out about this
- 8:09Speaker 1: because I think for a long time we thought they
- 8:10Speaker 1: had zero contact. We know they did. They didn't speak
- 8:13Speaker 1: for a long time after they decided to go their
- 8:15Speaker 1: own separate ways. Because of the children, these two have
- 8:18Speaker 1: to figure it out. It's made them both grow up.
- 8:20Speaker 1: It really has, because both Kim and Kanye can be
- 8:22Speaker 1: big babies, and so I think the children have made
- 8:25Speaker 1: them grow up. For a while, they were only communicating
- 8:27Speaker 1: through assistance and security guards. I love the fact that
- 8:31Speaker 1: they can be together for the kids. They can go
- 8:32Speaker 1: on vacation, they can get to San Francisco, they can
- 8:34Speaker 1: go to an art gallery. They were not fighting. Sources
- 8:37Speaker 1: who spotted them on vacation said they seem to be
- 8:40Speaker 1: getting along quite well. Kanye seems to be in a
- 8:43Speaker 1: good place. He has his album coming out next week.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Sources inside that listening party told the son that he
- 8:50Speaker 1: does talk about his kids, and he broke down in
- 8:53Speaker 1: tears while he was playing his new songs. But I'm
- 8:56Speaker 1: told he does not trash Kim on the album. There
- 9:00Speaker 1: are a few songs that are a little bit tricky.
- 9:03Speaker 1: He has a rap where he talks about leaving keeping
- 9:06Speaker 1: up with the Kardashians, like escaping from prison. But I
- 9:10Speaker 1: don't think that's the same as actually going after Kim personally,
- 9:13Speaker 1: so God bless the two of them. Moving along real
- 9:16Speaker 1: house eyes some New York Bethanie Frankel might be coming
- 9:18Speaker 1: back to save the show, but not as a cast member.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Bethany does not want to be on the show anymore,
- 9:23Speaker 1: but she would love to be a producer of the show.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Sources say the following. Bethany doesn't want to return as
- 9:29Speaker 1: a cast member, but she would love to return as
- 9:32Speaker 1: a producer. Bethany was always far much more than just
- 9:35Speaker 1: talent when she was on the show. Bethany was basically
- 9:38Speaker 1: a producer from day one. She has lots of ideas,
- 9:41Speaker 1: She's very creative, and she's never been shy about jumping
- 9:44Speaker 1: in and shaping the show. I don't know about this one.
- 9:48Speaker 1: I don't think Andy Cohen's gonna call her just yet.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Let's remember that every show Bethany's done without Andy has
- 9:55Speaker 1: not succeeded. She did her new show on Hey HBO,
- 10:00Speaker 1: The Big Shot with Bethany that was a disaster. Her
- 10:02Speaker 1: talk show was a disaster. I think she did Bethanie
- 10:05Speaker 1: on ice or skating on ice, or remember that start.
- 10:08Speaker 1: It was like I'm Dancing with the Stars, except it
- 10:10Speaker 1: was on an ice thing that was a disaster. She
- 10:13Speaker 1: had a real estate show on Bravo that was a disaster.
- 10:16Speaker 1: So Bethany's big hit is the Real Housewives. Now some
- 10:20Speaker 1: of the ladies doing it. Bethany did, Yes, she was.
- 10:23Speaker 1: She did have lots of ideas, but she technically was
- 10:26Speaker 1: never a producer on the show. They give the credit
- 10:29Speaker 1: to Andy Cohen and he's genius. This will upset Andy
- 10:32Speaker 1: when he reads this story. What do you think about this?
- 10:34Speaker 1: Can she come back? Can she be a producer? Or
- 10:37Speaker 1: Bethany move on? Well, whenever she's in front of the
- 10:40Speaker 1: camera Unreal Housewives, the show is a success, So I
- 10:44Speaker 1: think if anything, she could probably be a producer, but
- 10:47Speaker 1: she'd also have to be talent. That would be the
- 10:49Speaker 1: caveat can be on the show. You can suggest her ideas,
- 10:53Speaker 1: but you have to appear and at least a certain
- 10:56Speaker 1: amount of episodes. She has great television sense. She was
- 11:00Speaker 1: on that Martha Stewart's Celebrity Apprentice type show, and so
- 11:04Speaker 1: she learned what it takes to make good television. Did
- 11:08Speaker 1: she though? Because she did tell Before the Big Shop
- 11:10Speaker 1: with Bethany debut, she told the New York Times the
- 11:12Speaker 1: following I do love her hutspur, she said, I know
- 11:15Speaker 1: what people want to want to watch. I know what
- 11:17Speaker 1: they want to see. She told the Times that clearly
- 11:20Speaker 1: she didn't because nobody watched The Big Shop with beth
- 11:23Speaker 1: Day or so. I just think she was really successful
- 11:27Speaker 1: on Housewives. But so as Ninie, so as Teresa, so
- 11:30Speaker 1: were all these other ladies. I don't think it's necessarily them.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I think it's the format. I think it's the show.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I'm not removing everything from her. I'm not saying anyone
- 11:39Speaker 1: could have pulled off what Bethany did, but I do
- 11:42Speaker 1: think it was the format rather than her. I don't
- 11:44Speaker 1: know about this one. I doubt she'll be going back,
- 11:46Speaker 1: and I certainly know Andy won't be just calling her
- 11:49Speaker 1: back to be a producer. What's happening with Friends? Mister Okay?
- 11:53Speaker 1: So Marta Kaufman. She was the co creator and executive
- 11:56Speaker 1: producer of Friends. There's a special on CNN about the
- 12:00Speaker 1: history of the sitcom, and she's talking yet again about
- 12:03Speaker 1: the lack of diversity on Friends. She quotes, it was,
- 12:09Speaker 1: to a certain extent a product of the time period
- 12:12Speaker 1: and of my own ignorance. There were black shows and
- 12:16Speaker 1: there were white shows. There weren't a lot of shows
- 12:20Speaker 1: that were interracial. And if you remember, Friends ran from
- 12:24Speaker 1: two thousand and four and it featured six white friends
- 12:28Speaker 1: living in New York City along with mostly white recurring guests.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Now there was an exception. There was Ross played by
- 12:36Speaker 1: David Schwimmer, and David Schwimmer demanded that he have girl
- 12:40Speaker 1: friends of different races. He had an Asian girlfriend and
- 12:43Speaker 1: he had a Black girlfriend played by Aisha Tyler. And
- 12:46Speaker 1: that is something that he has actually spoken out in bubset.
- 12:50Speaker 1: It's important for me to mandate. So Marta has been
- 12:53Speaker 1: saying this for a while, and I wonder is an
- 12:55Speaker 1: apology enough Rob for what happened back then. I think
- 13:00Speaker 1: an acknowledgement is it was a show of its time,
- 13:02Speaker 1: and I think we've got to do better moving forward
- 13:05Speaker 1: quickly before we go to break and half aways ex
- 13:09Speaker 1: he's speaking out. If you remember, he actually went to
- 13:11Speaker 1: jail for I think about six years. It was quite serious.
- 13:15Speaker 1: He's speaking out saying he never spoke to Anna again
- 13:18Speaker 1: after he was arrested. So he remembers before he was
- 13:22Speaker 1: arrested for fraud in two thousand and eight. He was
- 13:25Speaker 1: on the phone with her. He said good night Anna.
- 13:27Speaker 1: She was in Los Angeles doing prayers. They spoke for
- 13:30Speaker 1: about ten minutes and then he remembers her last words
- 13:34Speaker 1: were a quote, I love you forever, and they ended
- 13:37Speaker 1: the call. That was at two am. At six am,
- 13:40Speaker 1: he was arrested and she never spoke to him again.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Did she owe him anything? Did she owe him a goodbye?
- 13:46Speaker 1: Did she ow him a phone call? What do you think? Mr?
- 13:49Speaker 1: This is so funny because I had a similar situation
- 13:52Speaker 1: of female friend and we weren't super close, and she
- 13:55Speaker 1: called me and she was like, I had gone to
- 13:57Speaker 1: a store and I wanted to borrow us some things,
- 14:00Speaker 1: so I just took them and walked out of the story.
- 14:03Speaker 1: She was arrested. I was saying yes, and I was
- 14:06Speaker 1: kind of at the moment like I'm doing a TV show.
- 14:10Speaker 1: I can't really be associated with you. At least I
- 14:12Speaker 1: gave her an explanation, so maybe and should have just
- 14:15Speaker 1: sent a tax like sorry, bo, I gotta move on.
- 14:19Speaker 1: She just ghosted him. I understand he wasn't. He was arrested.
- 14:24Speaker 1: He was arrested swingling six million dollars from investors as
- 14:29Speaker 1: posing as a Vatican official, so he pretendedly worked for
- 14:32Speaker 1: the Vatican, and that's how he got the money. But
- 14:34Speaker 1: he did not. He said, I think she made a
- 14:37Speaker 1: business decision. I would say it's business and pretty personal.
- 14:40Speaker 1: You don't want to be married to a swingler, And
- 14:42Speaker 1: he said she decided to save her career, which was
- 14:44Speaker 1: more important. I'm not bitter. I don't have anger, but
- 14:48Speaker 1: I was hurt. I don't know. I think you did
- 14:51Speaker 1: some hurting to here, my friend. Let's take a quick
- 14:54Speaker 1: break and away. Welcome back to dear friend, Mr hey,
- 15:03Speaker 1: miss st Let's get to the polls dot dot dot.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Yesterday we talked about Jamie Lynn Spears responding after Brittney
- 15:10Speaker 1: slammed the family. Are your team Jamie Lynn or Team

- 15:28Speaker 1: tomorrow to hear your results. And now it's time for
- 15:31Speaker 1: a nice nicet. Our nicest of the day is Nick Jonas.
- 15:38Speaker 1: For their day message, he wrote to his wife Prenanka Chobra.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Now the fans are gushing over this message because first
- 15:46Speaker 1: of all, it's so sweet, and second of all, he's
- 15:48Speaker 1: so hunky and the pop artist and one third of
- 15:52Speaker 1: the Jonas Brothers whished his wife a happy birthday on Sunday,
- 15:55Speaker 1: July eighteen, which included an adorable throwback picture of her
- 16:00Speaker 1: as a child, and on Instagram, Nick wrote, happy birthday.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Might love you deserve all the happiness in the world
- 16:09Speaker 1: today and every day. I love you so now. Earlier
- 16:15Speaker 1: this year, Nick also released a new song called This
- 16:18Speaker 1: Is Heaven, which was dedicated to his wife. And sources
- 16:22Speaker 1: are telling me that they think that it's just a
- 16:25Speaker 1: magical connection when you've got somebody right, this is how
- 16:28Speaker 1: it feels less bless blessed, cat natch relations are nicest
- 16:33Speaker 1: of the day and now and nought is the day.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Justin Bieber has caused his fans to explode, thinking that
- 16:38Speaker 1: his wife, Hayley Baldwin, is pregnant. So they put up
- 16:41Speaker 1: a really cute picture of the two of them and
- 16:43Speaker 1: they captioned it mom and Dad. I mean, come on,
- 16:47Speaker 1: mom and dad, they know exactly what they're doing. Fans exploded,
- 16:51Speaker 1: wondering are they going to be parents. Some are saying,
- 16:54Speaker 1: I don't think so, he's on tour. Some are saying,
- 16:56Speaker 1: she literally just said she doesn't want to have kids
- 16:58Speaker 1: right now, and that's just saying yes, yes, they are
- 17:00Speaker 1: having a baby. They called themselves a mom and dad.
- 17:03Speaker 1: They have done this before. So in September two thousand
- 17:07Speaker 1: and eighteen, they sparked pregnancy rumors when the two of
- 17:10Speaker 1: them were spotted going to a doctor's office. Later it
- 17:13Speaker 1: was revealed that that was actually an April Fools joke.
- 17:17Speaker 1: That's not good. I think they are teasing us again,
- 17:22Speaker 1: the naughtiest of the day. And now it's time for
- 17:25Speaker 1: a moment of Robbie, thank you, Mr. Sponsored by the
- 17:30Speaker 1: Foreword Answer, my new book, which you can pick up now.
- 17:32Speaker 1: You can pre order right now on Amazon dot com.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Instead of being brutal, I choose to be compassionate. Instead
- 17:41Speaker 1: of judging, I choose to embrace and accept. And now,
- 17:48Speaker 1: instead of being cruel, I'm always choosing to be kind.
- 17:54Speaker 1: It's a choice. We get triggered throughout the day and
- 17:58Speaker 1: we can explode and be ang great or nasty. We
- 18:01Speaker 1: can judge people, we can pick what we want to do.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I'm deciding right now that I'm going to choose to
- 18:09Speaker 1: be compassionate. I'm going to choose to accept, and I'm
- 18:13Speaker 1: going to choose to be kind. Now, min I fall
- 18:16Speaker 1: down and fail here, Yes, I probably will, but I'm
- 18:20Speaker 1: gonna try really hard. What do you think mistake? Well?
- 18:23Speaker 1: One of my favorite songs from the musical Pippin says,
- 18:27Speaker 1: put down the vinegar and pick up the honey jar.
- 18:30Speaker 1: You'll catch so many more flies. And I try to
- 18:33Speaker 1: live by that philosophy. You can be mean to people,
- 18:36Speaker 1: but you never feel good afterwards, and they're talking about you, saying,
- 18:40Speaker 1: what was that person? A bad person? It's just easier
- 18:44Speaker 1: to be nice, and the world opens up in so
- 18:46Speaker 1: many ways. It's not easy, actually to be nice. I'll
- 18:50Speaker 1: take that back. It's not easy, but if you make
- 18:52Speaker 1: the choice to do it, the world will come to
- 18:56Speaker 1: you in a brand new light. So that's how I
- 18:59Speaker 1: try to live. I do too, and I you know,
- 19:01Speaker 1: it's hard because I've been taught. I'm in a habit
- 19:05Speaker 1: after years and years that if someone's mean to me,
- 19:07Speaker 1: I step right back. If you say something mean to me,
- 19:09Speaker 1: I'm right back. And it's just instinct. It's not instinct,
- 19:13Speaker 1: it's a choice. It's a habit and you have to
- 19:15Speaker 1: break that habit. So now when you come at me,
- 19:18Speaker 1: I just take a moment and I have all those
- 19:20Speaker 1: feelings inside. They're not pretty, they're mean, and I'm thinking
- 19:24Speaker 1: lasty things. But I take a second and I make
- 19:27Speaker 1: a choice and I decide to come back with kindness.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Try it sitting smart. Hey, that's it for today. Thank
