for politics. But like you said, this revolved around Robert Costello. He

is what they have been calling a kill shot witness for the defense for the

Trump team, and essentially it looks like Trump's defense is going to rest when

he's done. And Costello, for those who don't know, he was an

attorney for Michael Cohen. Cohen was an attorney for Trump. And what's interesting

is that Costello talked with Cohen before Cohen went public with everything, and he

has conversations. He conducted conversations with Cohen where Cohen said Trump didn't know anything

about this, I'm doing it out of my own pocket. And by the

way, Wayne, I'm sure you've talked about this, but everybody needs to

remember this is one hundred and thirty thousand dollars private transaction that's completely legal.

The question is whether or not Trump should have listed it in FEC filings one

hundred and thirty thousand. Let's remember Barack Obama, the FEC went after him

over one point eight million dollars in FEC violations and they find in one of

So anyway, that's just the context for this. But anyway, Costello was

in the middle of answering a question and the judge pushed back on it.

Cohen got frustrated in the midst of it and exclaimed, geez. The judge,

not used to being questioned, said sorry, I'm sorry, essentially asking

him to say it again. Costello then tried to stare him down, and

the judge got so ticked off about it that he cleared the courtroom out.

Once he got everybody out of the courtroom, the judge called out Costello and

said he was acting in a contemptuous way and threatened to hold him in contempt

if he dared to try to stare at him again. Now, the question

is why do you do this? Why would the judge really care about this?

And I think the answer to that question that you know and that people

who are listening know, is that he really is a kill shot witness.

He's able to explo expose what a liar Cohen is. And by the way,

the media loved portraying him as a liar. He was one of Trump's

this guy Costello. I saw a headline today about the fact that there was

some other witness today who was supposed to be an expert on FEC law,

Federal Elections Commission law, who was going to testify that Trump did absolutely nothing

wrong based on FEC law, and the judge would not allow him to testify.

Well, do you remember during the Egene Carroll case, which was ridiculous

because it was past the statute of limitations, and New York simply said,

yeah, we're not gonna worry about the Statute of limitations for a year.

Remember during that case, how Trump tried to give DNA and the judge wouldn't

let him. I don't know if you remember that or not, right,

but this is such a corrupt lynching, and I continue to think that they

really are giving Trump the victory on a silver platter by doing this. The

American people sure were divided politically, but fundamentally, the American people are pretty

a state has to pass a law suspending the Statute of limitations and letting prosecutor

mean, that's not fair. When a judge interrupts a witness and clears a

courtroom because the witness is telling a story the judge doesn't like and dared to

stare at the judge. When the judge made a bad call, he clears

the courtroom over that and threatens the guy with contempt. I think the American

people see this and know that it's not fair. Doesn't even approach fair.
