- 5:11We're going to be getting into a really neat discussion.
- 5:13Today, we're going to be talking a little bit about funerary
- 5:16rites and from like Old Norse and some Saxon old Saxon type of
- 5:24angles. And the reason why I wanted to
- 5:26talk about this because even though, you know, we're not
- 5:29necessarily in the time of age or day and age when you know
- 5:34these, these ancient funeral rites are being done anymore.
- 5:38A lot of people may want to know about some of the ways in which
- 5:45the dead were honored and sent off into the Afterlife.
- 5:48And I just recently did a video about about that, about grieving
- 5:53actually over on the YouTube channel.
- 5:54So I felt that Since that was just a recent subject, let's
- 5:59talk a little bit about kind of how the dead were set on sent
- 6:05off into the Afterlife, if you will.
- 6:08So we're going to take a quick commercial break here a few
- 6:10commercials from some local heat, and businesses, and our
- 6:13sponsors. So get yourselves comfortable.
- 6:15If you're driving to work, be safe out there.
- 6:18If you're just chilling out listening to this curl up, get
- 6:22yourself comfortable, get you something to drink lay back.
- 6:25And he's up and I will be back here in just a couple short
- 6:28minutes to continue with the conversation.
- 6:30Thank you guys so much. Talk to you soon.

- 8:52needs. Thanks guys.
- 8:54Let's get back to the podcast. All right, everybody.
- 9:07Welcome back. Thanks for taking the time and
- 9:09listening to those couple quick commercials.
- 9:11So, let's get into this discussion here.
- 9:14We're going to be talking, we're going to be actually really
- 9:16focusing on two major sources that talk about these funerals
- 9:23as rights as Funerary rites that are that were performed in
- 9:30different ways by different cultures.
- 9:35They are preserved pretty well throughout you know the eddas
- 9:38and sagas and other poems and historical sources.
- 9:42You know, we've got Ahmed Ahmed, even fought Lon.
- 9:48So from even fought lawn in the land of Darkness, we're going to
- 9:50be talking or referencing that specific Norse funeral.
- 9:55He witnessed amongst the roofs. Of course, a lot of us have
- 10:01heard about Boulders funeral through the prose Edda through
- 10:05snorri, sturluson prose Edda. So we have stuff in the lore
- 10:08about. You know, how balder was
- 10:11prepared and sent away to Hell after he was killed.
- 10:14And then in the Saga, Beowulf, the Saxon poem, Beowulf, there's
- 10:22a Beowulf's funeral and that's going to be the first thing that
- 10:24we talk about. Because Is it is quite extensive
- 10:28in how its described. But before we start reading that
- 10:36we're actually going to take note of the fact of, you know,
- 10:39most most funeral rites throughout history and you know
- 10:44heat and times were present that you pretty much mostly
- 10:49cremations they were usually done like Ship, or at the edge
- 10:57of the water. Of course, there are funerals in
- 11:01water as well. And then funerals in burial,
- 11:05mounds away from from water. So we're going to read now real
- 11:11quick, a section from The Saga Beowulf and this is actually
- 11:21going to be the Francis B groom ear.
- 11:25Translation comes pronouncing, last name of that, right?
- 11:31And forgive me, any of you the old English folks out here
- 11:36listening that I may, if I'm, if I'm mispronouncing some of the
- 11:39old English names that are that maybe in this section, I
- 11:44apologize. But anyways, here we go.
- 11:46So in Beowulf, we hear that quote, then the baron of West
- 11:52and bade command Hardy Chief Two Heroes, many On their homesteads
- 11:57hither to bring firewood from far or the folk.
- 12:01They ruled from the fame ones. Funeral fire shall devour and
- 12:05Wayne Flames feed on The Fearless Warrior.
- 12:08Who off stood Stout in the iron shower.
- 12:11When sped from the string, a storm of arrows shut or the
- 12:15shield wall, the shaft held firm feet, Li feathered followed the
- 12:21Barb. And now the sage young one young
- 12:25son, One of waste and seven shows of the chieftain stains,
- 12:30the best. He found that bandwidth in and
- 12:33went with these Warriors. One of eight under hostel roof
- 12:37in hand, one bore a light to lighted torch and led the way no
- 12:42Lots. They cast for keeping the horde
- 12:44when Once the Warriors, saw it in Hall.
- 12:48All together, without a guardian lying, they're lost and little
- 12:53they mourned when they had hastily hailed.
- 12:56Dear bought, treasure, the dragon, they cast the worm, over
- 13:00the wall for the wave to take and surges swallowed that
- 13:04Shepherd of gems. Then the woven gold on a Wayne
- 13:09was Laden. Countless quite and the king was
- 13:12born, Horry hero to Thrones Nest, then fashion for him.
- 13:18The folk of gates firm on the earth, a funeral pile and hung
- 13:23it with helmets and harnesses. Of war and breastplates bright
- 13:28as the Boon he asked and they laid a mid in the mighty
- 13:31Chieftain they and they laid a mid it the mighty Chieftain,
- 13:36Heroes morning, their Master dear then on the hill that
- 13:41hugest of bow fires the Warriors waken would smoke Rose black
- 13:47over Blaze and blind was the Roar of flame with weeping till
- 13:51the fire had broken, the frame of Bones hot at the heart.
- 13:56And heavy mood, their misery moaned, they their masters death
- 14:01wailing her. Whoa, the Widow old her hail up
- 14:05Bound for Beowulf's Death Song in her sorrow and said, full
- 14:09oft. She dreaded the doleful days to
- 14:11come deaths now and doom of battle and shame.
- 14:17The Smoke by the sky was devoured.
- 14:20The folk of the waiters fashioned there on the Headland.
- 14:25It Arrow Broad & high' by ocean ferrars far descried in 10 days
- 14:32time their toll had raised it. The battle Braves Beacon round
- 14:38brands of the pyre, a wall, they built the worthiest ever that
- 14:43which could prompt in their wisest men.
- 14:47They placed in the Barrow that precious booty, the rounds and
- 14:50the Rings they had left are while Hardy heroes from Poor Dan
- 14:56cave, trusting the ground with Treasures of URLs gold in the
- 14:59earth, wherever it lies, useless to, man, as of your, it was then
- 15:05about that Barrow. The battle Keen Road, ætheling,
- 15:09born a band of 12, lament to make to mourn, their King chant
- 15:14their dear judge and their Chieftain honor.
- 15:18They praised his Earl ship, his acts of prowess worthy witnessed
- 15:24worthily witnessed And well, it is that men their Master friend
- 15:29mightily loud heartily. Love when hence he goes from
- 15:34Life in the body forlorn away and that concludes the segment
- 15:42of Beowulf, that talks about his Beowulf's funeral, it consists
- 15:49of a cremation and the burial of his ashes in a In a burial
- 15:56mound. Okay, there's a pretty simple
- 16:00order to it. Actually, there's a speech
- 16:05that's made, they will spend placed all the grave Goods on
- 16:10the pyre with his body, his queen bevels, queen sang a
- 16:14dirge, you know, like a morning song, So of sorts and guess and
- 16:19then the ashes of the body. And the gifts were pulled into
- 16:24the mound and then once The mound was built.
- 16:27There were 12 of his Warriors at circled.
- 16:30The mount on Horseback singing songs to Beowulf's, praise.
- 16:37Okay. Now the the sense of it all like
- 16:43you know and in terms of modern funerals and stuff like that
- 16:47obviously there's not going to be a very not very possible and
- 16:54may not even be legal in. Most areas, at least of the
- 16:57United States anyway to literally burn a body in the
- 17:04open and then just bury it in amount.
- 17:07Okay, times are different but I think that there's ways to sort
- 17:13of recreate that especially if you're wanting to fulfill the
- 17:20wishes of the deceased that wanted something of a
- 17:24historical. Oil Viking funeral or
- 17:27historical, Heathen funeral, or something like that.
- 17:30Here's an example of what was done, you know, during this
- 17:35poem, what was how it was, performed the steps that were
- 17:38performed and then you can customize it and, you know, make
- 17:41it a bit more conducive to things in modern times over the
- 17:46requirements, the legalities, the restrictions even that we
- 17:50have nowadays. Now there's also So a debate, as
- 17:57to whether or not there was ever like a wake where people could
- 18:02like view the body before it was cremated, it's not a tested to
- 18:07an 80s, any sources that we know of.
- 18:09But the chances of it being probable, are our fair.
- 18:14Right there was, I believe in lacks a day lasogga a funeral
- 18:23sambal or sambal for the Dead. Ed after, like many moons like
- 18:30lunar cycles. And so we're talking months
- 18:33after the funeral and burial rites.
- 18:38It was, you know, there were at least the one index Adela Saga.
- 18:42Lex de leus, dog. Excuse me for four trays that
- 18:45there's a funeral sambal of whole school.
- 18:49And it was a pretty high, you know, big deal.
- 18:52It was a pretty lavish Affair. Pretty Big, big party, that sort
- 18:59of thing. There's also mention of a
- 19:04funeral sambal in the England of saga in chapter 22.
- 19:10There's a king agna who at the time had the gold ornaments,
- 19:16which had belonged to visible and he not married you know
- 19:20married ask elf and she begged him to make burial sambal in
- 19:23honor of her father. Invited a great.
- 19:25Many guests and made a great feast.
- 19:29He had become very celebrated by his expedition in.
- 19:32There was a great drinking map so there's you know, celebratory
- 19:35events that take place after the funeral rites but again how
- 19:42that's done that mean that can be pretty open-ended in terms of
- 19:45how you know, what is done modern-day and in modern times
- 19:49speaking. So that is one interesting
- 19:53approach that say, what we're going to do now is we're going
- 19:55to take another Quick break. Here are a couple more
- 19:58commercials are real quick from for some Heathen businesses that
- 20:01I like to support. And then when we come back,
- 20:04we're going to talk about the account as recorded by even Fudd
- 20:08Lon when he witnessed the Norse vikings funeral, the ruse
- 20:16funeral and and he's pretty detailed about that.
- 20:19So that's going to be a fun one. So we're going to take a like I
- 20:24said, just take a quick break and be back.
- 20:25Back in just a couple of minutes.
- 20:27So stick around, stay comfy, go get your drinks refilled,
- 20:29whatever you need to do, and I will be back to talk with you
- 20:32guys shortly. Hey guys, real quick, I just

- 23:56website, www.robotunits.com.au and get you something to help
- 24:01accentuate your altar today. Thanks guys.
- 24:13Write books, welcome back. Let's get into reading about the
- 24:17account of a Swedish Chieftain, one of the ruse, his funeral
- 24:24around the 10th Century or so, I believe it was by the Arab
- 24:31writer, Ahmed, even fought Lon. Okay.
- 24:34So his account of this Norse vikings funeral that he saw is
- 24:39actually pretty quite elaborate, right?
- 24:43There's a lot of detail to this. So it says that your he writes
- 24:47down, he says that the dead, the dead Chieftain was put in a
- 24:52temporary graved and in a temporary grave, which was
- 24:56covered for 10 days until they had so new clothes for him.
- 25:00One of his thrall, women volunteered to join him in the
- 25:04afterlife. Life.
- 25:04And she was guarded every day and night being in a great
- 25:07amount of intoxicating drinks. While she sang happily.
- 25:12When the time had arrived for cremation, they pulled his
- 25:15longship ashore and put it on a platform of wood and they made a
- 25:20bed for the dead Chieftain on the ship thereafter.
- 25:23An old woman referred to as quote, the angel of death, put
- 25:28cushions on the bed. She was responsible for the
- 25:32ritual, then. They disinterred the chieftain
- 25:36and gave him new clothes in his grave.
- 25:39He received, intoxicating drinks, fruits and stringed
- 25:42instruments are and a stringed instrument.
- 25:46Sorry, the chieftain was put into his bed with all his
- 25:49weapons and Grave offerings around him.
- 25:51So here we have again, more instances of things being given
- 25:54to the dead on their funeral pyre.
- 25:57Then they had two horses, run themselves, sweaty, cut them to
- 26:01pieces and threw the meat into the ship.
- 26:04Finally, They sacrificed a hen and a cock.
- 26:09Meanwhile, the thrall girl went from one tenth to the other and
- 26:12had sexual intercourse with the men.
- 26:15Every man told her quote, tell your master that I did this
- 26:19because of my love to him and quote, while in the afternoon
- 26:24they moved the thrall girl, to something that looked like a
- 26:26door frame where she was lifted on the palms of the men three
- 26:30times. Every time, the girl told of
- 26:33what she saw. The first time she saw her
- 26:36father and mother the second time she saw all her relatives
- 26:39and the third time, she saw her master in the afterworld.
- 26:42The the chieftain there, it was green and beautiful and together
- 26:48with him. She saw men and young boys.
- 26:51She saw that her master beckon for her by using intoxicating
- 26:56drinks. They thought to put the thrall
- 26:57girl in an ecstatic trance that made her psychic.
- 27:01And through the symbolic action with the door frame, she And see
- 27:05and to the realm of the Dead. Alright?
- 27:10So in the same original also appears to be in the in an
- 27:13Icelandic, short story called a vole stuff filter where to Pagan
- 27:17Norwegian, men, lift the lady of the house, sold out of over
- 27:21door, frame, to help her look into the Afterlife with the
- 27:25other World Behind to the sacred.
- 27:27So, it seems like a very common practice of ritual, okay, so
- 27:32then going on there, after the thrall girl was taken away.
- 27:34Way to the ship, she removed, her bracelets and gave them to
- 27:38the old woman thereafter. She removed her finger rings and
- 27:41gave them to the old woman's daughter who had guarded her.
- 27:44Then they took her aboard, a brought aboard the ship, but
- 27:48they did not allow her to enter the tent with a dead Chieftain.
- 27:50Lay the girl received several vessels of intoxicating drinks
- 27:54and she sang and bade, her friends, farewell, then the girl
- 27:59was pulled into the tent and the men started to beat on their
- 28:04Shields. So her screams could not be
- 28:06heard six, men entered into the tent to have intercourse with
- 28:10the girl, after which they put her on to her Masters bed.
- 28:14This is where it gets pretty intense, two men grabbed her
- 28:18hands and two men, her wrists, the angel of death, put a rope
- 28:23around her neck, and while two men pulled the Rope, the old
- 28:25woman, stabbed the girl between her ribs with a knife
- 28:29thereafter. The relatives of the Dead
- 28:31Chieftain arrived, with a burning torch and set the ship.
- 28:34I'm a flame. It is said that the fire
- 28:37facilitates The Voyage to the realm of the dead.
- 28:40But unfortunately, the account, doesn't tell to which roam
- 28:45deceased. Was to go, right?
- 28:47And then afterwards, afterwards, a round Barrel was built over
- 28:52the ashes and in the center of the mound, they erected a staff
- 28:56of birch wood where they carved the names of the Dead chieftain
- 28:58in his King and then they departed in their own ship.
- 29:02So again When it comes to the practicality of recreating,
- 29:09these types of funerals nowadays, there's obviously no
- 29:12way at all that you're going to see instances of this.
- 29:17You know, ritualised sexuality being performed.
- 29:22There's not going to be any human sacrifice.
- 29:25There's most likely not going to be any animal sacrifice or
- 29:28anything. However, the gesture of, you
- 29:34know, Leaving gifts with the deceased, we even see that now.
- 29:40I mean you know how many funerals have we all been to?
- 29:43Now where we see when there's a viewing and the deceased is laid
- 29:49out within the family is there and all the friends and families
- 29:53and distant relations and whatnot are coming to pay their
- 29:57respects. How many times do we see?
- 30:03You know, instances where Pictures left.
- 30:05There's trinkets, there's things left to, and given to the
- 30:10deceased, as a gift, and I feel like no matter what your
- 30:14religious persuasion is, no matter why you would do it.
- 30:19There's there's reason behind it, that goes back to very
- 30:23ancient Pagan traditions. We want our beloved dead to know
- 30:32that wherever they go, that, you know, we are going to, we want
- 30:36them to be with us and we want the things that we know, they
- 30:39loved and that they enjoy or that meant something to them.
- 30:42We want that to be with them wherever they goes in order to
- 30:45keep creating keep that connection from where they're
- 30:49going to, where they were, and where we are still, you know,
- 30:53kind of that. I don't want to say Lifeline,
- 30:57but it's kind of like a connection between the profane
- 31:03and the sacred and Away. At least that's my understanding
- 31:06of why it's done. You know, we obviously can't
- 31:09keep them around forever. Their their physical bodies are
- 31:12going to be buried or cremated or whatever the tradition is
- 31:16that you've had set up for them and whatever their wishes were.
- 31:18So, you know, but there's still that gesture.
- 31:25The things that we do that, we, I think subconsciously in a way,
- 31:29want them to remain with us some way and somehow, And so we again
- 31:35the the action that of, you know, leaving gifts for the dead
- 31:40and leaving them on their grave sites.
- 31:44You know. We see that a lot especially if
- 31:46you know where the cup is it be flowers or stuffed animals, or
- 31:49what have you? These are all kind of.
- 31:53I think things that are rooted in ancient Pagan Traditions,
- 31:56whether we realize it or not, whether you maybe Pagan or not.
- 32:01And I think this is, this has a To do with part of what our
- 32:08video was about, or what the video was about on Sunday.
- 32:11When we were talking about, you know, grieving and the grieving
- 32:14process as he. And so, I'm going to take
- 32:16another break. Lastly, we just you know, wanted
- 32:19to go over those kind of historical, parts, of see
- 32:23examples of funerary rites and then when we come back from this
- 32:26next commercial break, I'm going to just wrap it up with talking
- 32:30about a little bit about, you know, the grieving process and
- 32:33why these things mean so much Much to us especially as he
- 32:35then. So thank you guys for listening
- 32:37this far, stay comfy and I'll be back here shortly.

- 35:37Let's get back to the podcast. Hey everybody.
- 35:49Welcome back. So thank you all for listening
- 35:52to today's episode. I even though I think this may
- 35:55not get as many, you know, streams or listens just because
- 35:58of the nature of the subject funerary rites, right?
- 36:01You know, funeral rites talking about the dead, how the dead
- 36:05were, you know, sent off into the Afterlife and what not, it's
- 36:08maybe not the most, you know, widely popular subject.
- 36:13But having said that, I do think that it has an important place
- 36:18in our lives, especially as heathens.
- 36:21And the reason for that is because our ancient ancestors,
- 36:25you know, didn't have the view of death.
- 36:28Same way as we do, now we struggle with it.
- 36:30Now, we grieve so heavily, now, when we lose the ones we love
- 36:34and it's it's tough to you know, kind of learn and understand how
- 36:43Death was viewed by a society and so ancient so outdated that
- 36:48you know they didn't look at it as the end of something.
- 36:52It was the beginning of something new there.
- 36:54They were the start of something.
- 36:57You know, they're leaving one area and moving to another.
- 37:00It was and and life was never taken for granted it was
- 37:06celebrated and that's how I feel like we as heathens nowadays
- 37:11should Try to try to think and try to approach things, you
- 37:18know, we're gonna grief, we're going to mourn, we read about it
- 37:22in Beowulf, we read about it and even Fudd.
- 37:26Lawn, you know, there was, there was grief, there was wailing,
- 37:29there was crying, There Was, You Know, morning and stuff.
- 37:31It happens. It's part of the healing
- 37:33process. And Then There Was, You Know,
- 37:35song sung. And there was, you know, great
- 37:38feasting there was celebrating, there was You know,
- 37:43commemorating commemorative actions, things that bring a
- 37:49sense of honor and celebration to the one who has moved on and
- 37:57then into their next stage of existence.
- 37:59You know, because death is not the end and it's hard to, I
- 38:02guess, get into that mindset. But a truly isn't, I mean, I
- 38:06feel the presence and the life. If you will of my ancestors
- 38:15around me specific ones, you know, even dear friends, perhaps
- 38:20that have become very close to me.
- 38:23You know what I mean, who I want to remember, and I speak of
- 38:26them. And I talked about them and I
- 38:27keep their memory alive. And in that sense, keeping that
- 38:31part of them alive, you know. And that's how it would.
- 38:34That's how they want it to be. I feel it's they don't want to
- 38:37be cried about all the time and thought of in No sadness and
- 38:45being all Melancholy and stuff, they lived a life and they
- 38:48celebrated life and why should that, why should it end?
- 38:51Just because their physical body has has has left, right?
- 38:56So I guess the reason why I wanted to talk about, you know,
- 39:00the funeral rites and how heathens did it, which is kind
- 39:05of a segue into the topic of discussion that was on Sundays
- 39:10video over grief. It's very interesting to learn
- 39:15about how the dead were handled and honored.
- 39:20And I think we have a lot to learn from that from our ancient
- 39:24ancestors. Again, obviously, we're not
- 39:25going to necessarily be able to recreate to 100% accuracy, you
- 39:30know, a great funeral pyre, where you know, bodies are burnt
- 39:35and the open and their ashes are, you know, piled up into a
- 39:39mound and then we dump all kinds of things and it's into the
- 39:42mound. And just Loosely bury them.
- 39:44And, you know, obviously we can't we can't really do that
- 39:48nowadays but the spirit behind it all you know, having certain
- 39:55processes to, you know, speak well of them.
- 40:01And then the procession and then what is said or sung, the gifts
- 40:06that we leave all these types of things.
- 40:08All these nuances that we may not necessarily know of as
- 40:12having Pagan origins, but they certainly are.
- 40:16And I think it helps us through the grieving process because we
- 40:21are ritually experiencing something to keep them, keep
- 40:28them in their memory alive. It's not like we're saying
- 40:31goodbye were just, you know, sending them off to another part
- 40:34of their journey and then say, you know, we will catch you
- 40:37later, we will see you again. So it's it's not like we're
- 40:42saying Like I said it's not like we're saying goodbye is that?
- 40:44We're just just a send-off you know.
- 40:48So I hope you guys liked this episode again it was a bit of a
- 40:52an off-the-wall one and I don't expect it to get as great, many
- 40:55views or streams or whatever. But if you thought anything of
- 41:00it I'm anxious to hear your feedback which if you want to
- 41:04get in touch with me outside of social media, if you don't want

- 41:55hearing from you. Thank you all again.
- 41:57So much for listening to today's podcast.
- 42:00Hail may your ancestors smile on you and may the gods continue to
- 42:05walk with you. Hey everybody.
- 42:17Welcome back. So thank you all for listening
- 42:19to today's episode. I even though I think this may
- 42:22not get as many streams or listens just because of the
- 42:26nature of the subject funerary rites, right?
- 42:28You know, funeral rites talking about the dead, how the dead
- 42:32were, you know, sent off into the Afterlife and what not, it's
- 42:36maybe not the most, you know, widely popular subject.
- 42:40But having said that, that I do think that it has an important
- 42:45place in our lives, especially as heathens.
- 42:49And the reason for that is because our ancient ancestors,

- 42:56Same way as we do, now we struggle with it.
- 42:58Now, we grieve so heavily, now when we lose the ones we love

- 43:15that, you know, they didn't look at it as the end of something.
- 43:19It was the beginning of something new there.
- 43:22They were the start of something.
- 43:24You know, they're leaving one area and moving to another it
- 43:28was. And and and life was never taken
- 43:33for granted, it was celebrated and that's how I feel like we as
- 43:37heathens nowadays should try it. Try to think and try to approach
- 43:45things, as you know, we're gonna grief, we're going to mourn.
- 43:48We read about it in Beowulf of read about it and even Fudd
- 43:54long, you know, there was, there was grief, there was wailing,
- 43:56there was crying, There Was, You Know, morning and stuff.
- 43:59It happens. It's part of the healing
- 44:01process. And Then There Was, You Know,
- 44:03song sung. And there was, you know, great
- 44:05feasting there was celebrating. There was, you know,
- 44:10commemorating, Commemorative actions things that bring a
- 44:16sense of honor and celebration to the one who has moved on and
- 44:24then into their next stage of existence.
- 44:26You know, because death is not the end and it's hard to, I
- 44:30guess, get into that mindset. But a truly isn't, I mean, I
- 44:34feel the presence and the the life if you will of my Is around
- 44:43me specific ones, you know, even dear friends, perhaps that have
- 44:50become very close to me. You know what I mean, who I want
- 44:52to remember, and I speak of them.
- 44:54And I talked about them and I keep their memory alive.
- 44:56And in that sense, keeping that apart of them alive, you know,
- 45:01and that's how it would, that's how they want it to be.
- 45:03I feel it's they don't want to be cried about all the time and
- 45:09thought of and, you know, sadness and being old Melancholy
- 45:13and stuff, they lived a life and they celebrated life and why
- 45:17should that, why should it end? Just because their physical body
- 45:20has has has left, right? So, I guess, the reason why I
- 45:26wanted to talk about, you know, the funeral rites and how
- 45:31heathens did it was, just it's kind of a segue into the topic
- 45:34of discussion that was on Sundays video over grief.
- 45:40It's very interesting to learn And about how the dead were
- 45:45handled and honored. And I think we have a lot to

- 45:52Again, obviously, we're not going to necessarily be able to

- 47:12Just just a send-off, you know. So I hope you guys liked this
