- 0:11Speaker 1: Good morning everyone. This is Michelle Hughes from Ageless and Timeless.
- 0:15Speaker 1: I'm just back from the American Academy of Anti Aging conference,
- 0:19Speaker 1: which was absolutely amazing. There was a million square feet
- 0:25Speaker 1: of exhibit space, a thousand exhibitors, and I think almost
- 0:30Speaker 1: ten thousand attendees, both mostly medical practitioners, but even people
- 0:38Speaker 1: like me from the media were there. So my guests
- 0:41Speaker 1: today I actually met at a conference last September. I
- 0:46Speaker 1: think it was in Chicago. His name is doctor Jason
- 0:49Speaker 1: penn Sek. I've been calling him Pencheck, so he just
- 0:53Speaker 1: corrected me. But anyway, good morning Jason. I'm so happy
- 0:57Speaker 1: to have you with us today. You today, Michelle, I'm
- 1:01Speaker 1: just doing great thanks to you. I'm using a lot
- 1:03Speaker 1: of the products that I get from you, so we'll
- 1:07Speaker 1: talk about that during the show today.
- 1:09Speaker 2: But awesome.
- 1:10Speaker 1: But you were at a four a M two right,
- 1:12Speaker 1: it was.
- 1:13Speaker 3: I was the biggest This was the biggest year of
- 1:15Speaker 3: the conference. Remember we have to think that I've been
- 1:18Speaker 3: going from nine years to a four MS and aging conferences,
- 1:22Speaker 3: and this year in the main lecture hall was the
- 1:25Speaker 3: first time I've had standing room only. I could not
- 1:27Speaker 3: sit down when I if I came late. Let me
- 1:30Speaker 3: tell you, I think the big pushes peptide medicine. You know,
- 1:33Speaker 3: I know we're talked about that today. But the reason
- 1:36Speaker 3: why everyone is so so gung ho about you know,
- 1:39Speaker 3: doing this, you know, being a form, is because again,
- 1:43Speaker 3: peptides have really just pushed that that level to the
- 1:46Speaker 3: next thing. You know, we first got GLP ones came out,
- 1:48Speaker 3: everyone was like GLP one's I often injected myself with
- 1:50Speaker 3: one thing. I guess I can inject myself with a
- 1:53Speaker 3: few other things. So I think that's kind of where
- 1:56Speaker 3: the stigma peptides has gone from. I mean, I've been
- 1:58Speaker 3: doing there for seven years and it's gone from the
- 2:00Speaker 3: very taboo situation too. Oh my gosh, you know, what
- 2:05Speaker 3: is the peptide?
- 2:05Speaker 2: Why are we using it?
- 2:06Speaker 3: And then what else can we use to improve our health?
- 2:08Speaker 3: So this was the biggest conference I have ever seen
- 2:10Speaker 3: anti medicine. Have you been going for years as well?
- 2:13Speaker 1: Yeah? I actually living longer than you. I've met Goldman
- 2:18Speaker 1: and doctor Klattz, yeah, I think twenty years ago, and
- 2:24Speaker 1: Jim stocks and doctor Stockson from Chicago Team Doctors. Do
- 2:28Speaker 1: you know them? The Team Doctors? Don't there's somebody that
- 2:31Speaker 1: you should get to know James. I think he's going
- 2:34Speaker 1: to be retiring soon. He's very young, but he's still
- 2:37Speaker 1: you know, works so hard his whole life. I think
- 2:39Speaker 1: he's ready. His father was a chiropractor, and he's a chiropractor,
- 2:43Speaker 1: and he takes care of a lot of celebrities. He
- 2:46Speaker 1: goes over to a lot of the music conferences, it
- 2:48Speaker 1: goes backstage. His big one was the Wiggles. Do you
- 2:51Speaker 1: remember the Wiggles?
- 2:53Speaker 2: Yes, I did.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Anthony. Anthony had a lot of issues and James helped
- 2:57Speaker 1: him a lot. So I probably saved his life because
- 3:00Speaker 1: he could have gotten into addictive stuff. But anyway, James
- 3:05Speaker 1: was good. Is Bob Goldman's chiropractor. So through that connection,
- 3:11Speaker 1: and I only met James just serendipitously, like I met
- 3:15Speaker 1: you at the conference, and then we became best at
- 3:18Speaker 1: Buddies and and so then I started going. But I
- 3:23Speaker 1: took off about I think ten years in between the
- 3:26Speaker 1: twenty years, because I was living in Hawaii or living
- 3:30Speaker 1: in Aspen, and you know.
- 3:31Speaker 2: That sounds really amazing.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Real estate development was taking all consuming and so but
- 3:37Speaker 1: then I came back, like in the last five years,
- 3:40Speaker 1: I've gone again. And as you know my podcast. I
- 3:45Speaker 1: don't know if you know, but it's seven years old.
- 3:47Speaker 1: So ever since I became a media person, I again thought, well,
- 3:53Speaker 1: I've got to go to a form that's like the
- 3:55Speaker 1: granddaddy of the longevity educational conferences. So I agree with
- 4:04Speaker 1: you that the big hot topic everywhere you go is peptized.
- 4:08Speaker 1: I mean there were a lot of other exhibitors, but.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Yes, but even people in yeah, whatever drew I think
- 4:14Speaker 3: whatever Drew in though was right even watching to go
- 4:18Speaker 3: to the Peptide World Conference from Seeds Doctor Seeds, and
- 4:22Speaker 3: I would say just year over year, everything has gotten
- 4:26Speaker 3: bigger and bigger, and I think people coming to a
- 4:28Speaker 3: form of this year I thought there'd be more peptized.
- 4:29Speaker 2: I think people that showed up with affecting more.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Peptide lectures don't get as much as I think they
- 4:34Speaker 3: thought it they would. But the intention was I mean,
- 4:37Speaker 3: I think we know being on there for as long
- 4:39Speaker 3: as you know, for longer than me. But even in
- 4:41Speaker 3: the last five years, that main lecture hall was you know,
- 4:43Speaker 3: very empty compared to recently where it was completely massive,
- 4:47Speaker 3: and it's just gotten bigger and bigger and bigger. And
- 4:49Speaker 3: then this year again was you know, you walk in
- 4:51Speaker 3: the room, you're like, where have you been? Who been
- 4:54Speaker 3: the last five ten years? No one's been here? Oh,
- 4:56Speaker 3: your peptides exist? Okay, now everyone's here.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Well. And also they said I heard it was like
- 5:02Speaker 1: nine thousand plus people.
- 5:04Speaker 2: There, so yeah, they sold out totally.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Yeah, so they're going to have to have bigger, a
- 5:09Speaker 1: bigger conference location next next year if it's keeps up,
- 5:12Speaker 1: because yeah, Sandy Ramoni is not going to work. You know,
- 5:16Speaker 1: people want to sit down and listen to a lecture
- 5:19Speaker 1: and take notes and so forth. So yeah, But and
- 5:22Speaker 1: the exhibitors have gotten better too. They're much more incredible
- 5:26Speaker 1: they were in the past. Have been some maybe questionable ones,
- 5:29Speaker 1: but this year, I mean, honestly, everybody was, you know,
- 5:35Speaker 1: just taken away by the quality.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I can't tell you. I mean it's just so
- 5:40Speaker 3: impressed with exhibitors from year to year. I mean, there
- 5:45Speaker 3: are some things that I thought were a little more
- 5:48Speaker 3: you know, little maybe not real compared to other years
- 5:51Speaker 3: I've spent many Obviously, you've gone this for years and
- 5:54Speaker 3: you have seen that some of these you know, people
- 5:57Speaker 3: coming there. There's some more legit different products and some
- 6:00Speaker 3: less legitim products and this is the first year we
- 6:02Speaker 3: came in, walked through and said there were some not
- 6:04Speaker 3: legitimate products here. They're just growing everything and hoping something
- 6:07Speaker 3: sticks because they have so many people viewing them. And
- 6:10Speaker 3: this was I want to say twenty five percent bigger
- 6:12Speaker 3: than last year. They had nine hundred exhibitors this year,
- 6:15Speaker 3: which was massive, massive, massive, massive massive.
- 6:19Speaker 1: So and you know, I would say maybe twenty percent
- 6:23Speaker 1: of those nine hundred were people that I knew from
- 6:26Speaker 1: being on my podcast, So it was that's exciting in itself.
- 6:30Speaker 1: You know, it was seven years of interviewing, you know,
- 6:34Speaker 1: over a twelve month period for seven years. You know,
- 6:37Speaker 1: you have a few people on your guest list, so
- 6:40Speaker 1: it's fun to go around and see, you know, those
- 6:43Speaker 1: exhibitors that are part of your own portfolio and to
- 6:48Speaker 1: get updated on what they're doing. So yeah, so well
- 6:53Speaker 1: let's talk about you. So okay, so you and I
- 6:57Speaker 1: met at Biohackers World. Which are you going to.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Go to the one in LA They haven't formally asked
- 7:03Speaker 3: me yet, but they keep asking me to go to
- 7:05Speaker 3: everyone I go to, so I'm sure I'll be there.
- 7:07Speaker 2: I believe it's in the April May, it's.
- 7:10Speaker 1: In March I think let's be the last week of
- 7:12Speaker 1: March at I think it's a Hilton in downtown LA.
- 7:16Speaker 1: But yeah, so I'm gonna go. They just invited me,
- 7:19Speaker 1: so I'll be there, so we'll see each other. I
- 7:22Speaker 1: of course didn't see you at a four m but
- 7:23Speaker 1: I thought it was.
- 7:25Speaker 3: So big there was no way we'd run. Yeah, shows massive.
- 7:28Speaker 1: I know. I so, okay, So tell us why you
- 7:32Speaker 1: are who you are? What what is it that motivated
- 7:36Speaker 1: you to be Basically you're like you are, like a chiropractor,
- 7:41Speaker 1: a nurse, practitioner, chiropractor, Just you know, give us a
- 7:46Speaker 1: little bit of the journey that got you here.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:50Speaker 3: Of course, I became a nurse many years ago, fifteen
- 7:56Speaker 3: years ago, and I didn't want I wanted to work
- 7:59Speaker 3: at pay is Warm.
- 8:00Speaker 2: I needed more patient care. I needed to.
- 8:04Speaker 3: I needed to have a little more control of care,
- 8:06Speaker 3: and the nurse didn't allow me to do that. So
- 8:08Speaker 3: I ended up deciding I'm going to go back to
- 8:11Speaker 3: chiropractical school. I didn't know what chiropractice had done, had
- 8:13Speaker 3: never met one of my life, didn't know what happened
- 8:15Speaker 3: other than I knew they worked with their hands. Kiro
- 8:18Speaker 3: was working with your hands chiropractic, so handwork, and I
- 8:21Speaker 3: was like, oh, that's cool, I can use my hands
- 8:22Speaker 3: and true to everyone. And quickly I realized that's not
- 8:26Speaker 3: going to work. I can't do all the stuff I
- 8:28Speaker 3: wanted to do. I went to my first IV seminar
- 8:30Speaker 3: while I was in chiropractic school with a girl I
- 8:32Speaker 3: was dating. She said, you got to go to the seminar.
- 8:34Speaker 3: You got to learn IVS. And I went to IV
- 8:36Speaker 3: seminar after IV sem and I said, okay, I can't
- 8:38Speaker 3: do this.
- 8:38Speaker 2: How do I get access?
- 8:39Speaker 3: So what ended up happening was I started nursing practitioner
- 8:43Speaker 3: school while I was my last year of chiropractic and
- 8:46Speaker 3: then I graduated chiropractic school and really haven't practiced chiropractic
- 8:50Speaker 3: physical medicine in my entire life. What happens I got
- 8:52Speaker 3: out and I immediately went into doing nurse petitioners.
- 8:56Speaker 2: So I was doing IVS. I first started.
- 8:58Speaker 3: I was doing hormones, a lot of injections of injection therapies.
- 9:03Speaker 3: At about three years into practice, I heard about these peptides.
- 9:07Speaker 3: I was friends with a couple of guys in a
- 9:10Speaker 3: group chat with a couple of guys and They had
- 9:11Speaker 3: joked with me, you've been in school for years. When
- 9:13Speaker 3: do we get the steroids? When do we get when
- 9:15Speaker 3: do you get the growth from one? Come on, we
- 9:16Speaker 3: want to get big, We want to grow. And it
- 9:19Speaker 3: was like it was a big joke with my guys.
- 9:20Speaker 3: So I said to them, you know, here's the thing.
- 9:24Speaker 3: I don't know this in medicine.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Really. Look.
- 9:26Speaker 3: I started looking up growth from mom and the first
- 9:28Speaker 3: thing that found on growth from the first Google search
- 9:31Speaker 3: was growthromrom peptides. And I was like, what are these peptides?
- 9:34Speaker 3: And never heard of this stuff. Don't know what this is.
- 9:36Speaker 3: This is Brandon medicine to me. So I clicked on
- 9:38Speaker 3: the link. My best friend opens up iv clinics, or
- 9:42Speaker 3: I used to open up IVY clinics. She had an
- 9:43Speaker 3: IVY clinic in New York. She goes, oh, I've heard
- 9:45Speaker 3: of these girl friend peptides. This clinic in New York
- 9:47Speaker 3: uses them. Let me see if she knows anything. So
- 9:49Speaker 3: she asked this clinic in New York and they sent
- 9:51Speaker 3: me their white papers.
- 9:53Speaker 4: Today's podcast is brought to you by Jimmetria Products. Jimitria

- 10:22Speaker 4: highly recommend Gimetrio's products.

- 10:37Speaker 4: to go to is www dot Gematria dot com slash
- 10:43Speaker 4: chi Qi hyphen Technology, and there you'll find out more
- 10:49Speaker 4: about this fascinating company, their products and the technology.
- 10:55Speaker 3: On all the peptides, diamonds, and now of one there
- 10:58Speaker 3: was the testimer and ems. We got some information on it.
- 11:00Speaker 3: I was like, Okay, this is interesting. I don't know
- 11:03Speaker 3: how this works, how well it works, let me go
- 11:05Speaker 3: learn so right at this time was when the first
- 11:08Speaker 3: conferences in the United States really started, with doctor Seeds
- 11:11Speaker 3: and James Levell with the first two trainers for a
- 11:14Speaker 3: for M. I attended one of the first lectures they had,
- 11:18Speaker 3: and then doctor Seeds started his own company and was
- 11:22Speaker 3: doing SSRP, which was Seed Scientific Research Peptides and peptides,
- 11:29Speaker 3: and I started going to see him. I did his
- 11:30Speaker 3: second master and I never went to see him and
- 11:33Speaker 3: fell in love. I started using peptides. I just couldn't
- 11:36Speaker 3: look back. I got into this medicine and so peptides
- 11:38Speaker 3: had become a major prime practice over the last seven years.
- 11:42Speaker 3: So the last seven years I've been using peptides, and
- 11:45Speaker 3: I will say over the last seven years, there haven't
- 11:47Speaker 3: been a lob change. And it's not like all of
- 11:50Speaker 3: a sudden, you know, BPC when five to seven came
- 11:53Speaker 3: to the market.
- 11:54Speaker 2: It's been out for twenty plus years.
- 11:56Speaker 3: It's just that right now we have more people interested
- 11:59Speaker 3: because now we have GLP once. So what happened was
- 12:02Speaker 3: GLP one started in the last seven years, GLP onees
- 12:04Speaker 3: became big, right, we had some magnetide or zempic and
- 12:06Speaker 3: then we had there' zeppatite in Marnjarro. And when I
- 12:09Speaker 3: first started the very first seven I went to with
- 12:11Speaker 3: doctor Seeds. He said you should look at golp ones.
- 12:14Speaker 3: This is the future of metaabolic disease. And it was
- 12:16Speaker 3: lyric glue tide or true listening they talked about because
- 12:19Speaker 3: we didn't have somemagnetide it wasn't out yet. It was
- 12:22Speaker 3: on the forefront, but no one really knew how it
- 12:24Speaker 3: was going to work. So I started using lyric glue
- 12:26Speaker 3: tide in practice, which was twice a week and more
- 12:28Speaker 3: expensive and you don't have weight loss, so people weren't
- 12:31Speaker 3: exactly excited.
- 12:32Speaker 2: And then you know, now we have all.
- 12:34Speaker 3: These new glp ones, and I think what has occurred
- 12:37Speaker 3: is the gop ones have opened the doors to all
- 12:40Speaker 3: the peptides existed before. I mean, I've been using again
- 12:42Speaker 3: peptides for seven years now. Every influencer, any person out there,
- 12:46Speaker 3: they own a lab, they have a compounding pharmacy. I'm
- 12:48Speaker 3: selling peptides. It's like everywhere I look, there's peptides everywhere.
- 12:52Speaker 3: I'm like, I bathed in them at this point, and
- 12:55Speaker 3: when I first started, it doesn't exist. So I've been
- 12:56Speaker 3: doing this for years. About four years ago and I
- 13:00Speaker 3: decided that I just start making some educational videos. I
- 13:03Speaker 3: want people to understand how this medicine worked. You know,
- 13:05Speaker 3: what peptides were, why we use them, how we use them.
- 13:08Speaker 3: So four years ago, I started posting a real a
- 13:11Speaker 3: day on Instagram and I just continued that single reel
- 13:14Speaker 3: a day every day for the last four years.
- 13:16Speaker 2: March will be four years that I've done this.
- 13:18Speaker 3: So every day I post some kind of education content,
- 13:21Speaker 3: and peptides are part of it. I talk about hormones
- 13:24Speaker 3: and ivs and things I do in practice and all
- 13:26Speaker 3: this stuff longevity. So I've just gotten this like longevity
- 13:28Speaker 3: educational space, and now of course I've become kind of
- 13:31Speaker 3: an authority of someone's level. Hey, this is why used
- 13:33Speaker 3: in practice. I've been using this for seven, eight, nine,
- 13:35Speaker 3: ten years. These are the results I see, These are
- 13:38Speaker 3: the studies to back everything up. And so at this
- 13:41Speaker 3: point now when people come to me and ask to train,
- 13:43Speaker 3: I do a lot of trainings.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Now I teach outside the country for a company called ISKA.
- 13:47Speaker 3: I also speak and lecture at events, and I've just
- 13:50Speaker 3: kind of gotten more opportunities from, you know, being again
- 13:54Speaker 3: kind of the person in the room who's been doing
- 13:56Speaker 3: this for a long time with a lot of education
- 13:58Speaker 3: to back this up. So I've been doing seminars on peptides,
- 14:01Speaker 3: going to them for seven years, and I have done
- 14:03Speaker 3: so many.
- 14:04Speaker 2: I keep going to seminars.
- 14:05Speaker 3: I'm about to get another one and do another certification
- 14:07Speaker 3: because I just think that the more knowledge I have
- 14:10Speaker 3: in this space, you know, the better off I am
- 14:12Speaker 3: at presenting this.
- 14:13Speaker 2: And the bigger thing is I want to be a
- 14:14Speaker 2: good practitioner.
- 14:15Speaker 3: I use a lot of this stuff in practice, and
- 14:17Speaker 3: you know, Michelle, we work together here, and I would say,
- 14:20Speaker 3: what makes me so unique is that I've done this
- 14:23Speaker 3: for so long.
- 14:24Speaker 2: I've got so much research to back me up.
- 14:25Speaker 3: I know when to use stuff, not to use stuff,
- 14:27Speaker 3: What should we use here, what should we not use here?
- 14:29Speaker 2: When should we change things? When should we not?
- 14:31Speaker 3: Which gives me the advantage to kind of give this
- 14:34Speaker 3: more put together protocol for patients.
- 14:36Speaker 2: So there are a lot of.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Practitioners who've gotten to peptides now, and there are a
- 14:40Speaker 3: lot of people who are good at this now. But
- 14:42Speaker 3: I think what's lacking is education right now that there
- 14:46Speaker 3: are so many people out there selling peptides online. In fact,
- 14:49Speaker 3: I was sitting next to a girl in Miami a
- 14:51Speaker 3: few weeks ago, and she's sitting there and I heard
- 14:53Speaker 3: her mention, you know, right, a true tide, the newest GLP,
- 14:55Speaker 3: one that's not available technically in the US and not
- 14:57Speaker 3: through studies, And she said, oh, I sell this on.
- 15:00Speaker 3: I asked her, I can write a true how are
- 15:01Speaker 3: you taking that. She goes, oh, I sell it online.
- 15:03Speaker 3: I was like, you're like a twenty six year old,
- 15:06Speaker 3: you know, Klate's girl.
- 15:07Speaker 2: What are you doing selling peptide?
- 15:08Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 15:09Speaker 3: And she goes, oh, I have a side business. I
- 15:10Speaker 3: sell peptides. And I said, oh okay. And you know,
- 15:14Speaker 3: she has like one hundred and thirty thousand followers on instant,
- 15:16Speaker 3: on TikTok or something. And she said, you want to
- 15:19Speaker 3: do a collab doing to collaborate with me? And I
- 15:20Speaker 3: said sure, like why not? But you know what of course,
- 15:23Speaker 3: and then she tried to charge me. I said, but
- 15:25Speaker 3: you sell peptides. Why are you I'm the authority on
- 15:28Speaker 3: peptides and you're charging me to work with you. I
- 15:31Speaker 3: just I just started laughing. I was like, this is
- 15:33Speaker 3: not good business for you. I was willing to work
- 15:35Speaker 3: with you.
- 15:36Speaker 1: But anyway, Well, what you're saying about this whole frenetic
- 15:41Speaker 1: world of peptides, it scares me because when things like
- 15:45Speaker 1: that get like that, that's when they preferably you know
- 15:49Speaker 1: what hits the fan. Yeah, it's going to be controls.
- 15:52Speaker 1: It's going to be and there are you and I
- 15:55Speaker 1: both know there are already is you know, there have been.
- 15:59Speaker 1: The FDA has banned some of these and will continue
- 16:02Speaker 1: to look for ways to help the pharmaceutical industry. I'm
- 16:07Speaker 1: afraid to say so, but mostly it reminds me of
- 16:11Speaker 1: two thousand and eight and the and the you know,
- 16:14Speaker 1: the failure of the economic tsunami, when everybody was getting loans. Well,
- 16:21Speaker 1: now everybody's selling peptider and people are buying them without
- 16:25Speaker 1: really knowing the efficacy. So talk to us about how
- 16:29Speaker 1: to know where to go other than you know obviously
- 16:33Speaker 1: to you, but how do you know where to go
- 16:35Speaker 1: to make sure that these peptides are efficacious?
- 16:39Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, Well, there's a few things we get our
- 16:44Speaker 3: peptides compounded from compounding pharmacy. So I always tell patients,
- 16:47Speaker 3: as much as you possibly can compound your peptides in
- 16:50Speaker 3: the United States, please get compounded peptides. Check with the provider,
- 16:54Speaker 3: check to see where they come from. I know some
- 16:56Speaker 3: partitions are using labs, and again I would say it's
- 17:01Speaker 3: because we talk about this education. Right As a provider,
- 17:04Speaker 3: if I have almost no education in pap tides, but
- 17:06Speaker 3: I want to bring my practice, and I've seen a
- 17:08Speaker 3: bunch of stories and I've read maybe some you know,
- 17:10Speaker 3: chatchee patas from Reddit posts or maybe I've seen some
- 17:12Speaker 3: stuff now I need to find a place to get them.
- 17:15Speaker 3: A lot of providers are being reached out to by
- 17:17Speaker 3: these lab companies, and labs are saying, hey, we only
- 17:19Speaker 3: sell the providers. Well that's great, but legally I'm not
- 17:22Speaker 3: supposed to sell from a lab. Anything that comes from
- 17:24Speaker 3: a lab company is not allowed for it providers to sell.
- 17:29Speaker 3: There's also the fact that you amount practice insurance won't
- 17:32Speaker 3: cover you. So if you're a practitioner and you're a
- 17:34Speaker 3: song from a lab, you're not practice doesn't cover if
- 17:36Speaker 3: something goes wrong with that patient. Now, peptids are very safe,
- 17:38Speaker 3: so I'm not worried about that overall, but I am
- 17:40Speaker 3: worried about the legality of losing my license if I'm
- 17:42Speaker 3: using labs for everything. Now, again, there is some gray
- 17:47Speaker 3: area here. There's a company called Niagen that's a lab
- 17:50Speaker 3: they're not making not making in Nicky my bribaside as
- 17:54Speaker 3: an actual pharmacy product, and doctors are using it but
- 17:57Speaker 3: there's no other options. So, like I'm there is this
- 17:59Speaker 3: kind of gray Your exosomes too, like they're from labs,
- 18:02Speaker 3: they're technically biologics, like there is a great area.
- 18:04Speaker 2: But when it comes to getting most of your peptides, I.
- 18:07Speaker 3: Would definitely say that you want to buy your peptides
- 18:10Speaker 3: from compounding pharmacies whenever humanly possible, because that is going
- 18:14Speaker 3: to be the safest bet. They check for LPs, which
- 18:18Speaker 3: is the probaly sacriice inenotoxins. They check to make sure
- 18:21Speaker 3: those don't heavy metals. They make to sure that the
- 18:24Speaker 3: potency is correct. Also, if you have a question, you
- 18:26Speaker 3: can call the pharmacy and say, hey, I don't know
- 18:28Speaker 3: this dosage or I don't know about this peptic. Can
- 18:31Speaker 3: you tell me you have an authority? The labs cannot
- 18:33Speaker 3: give you any information. I legally cannot tell you how
- 18:36Speaker 3: to dose.
- 18:36Speaker 2: They can't.
- 18:37Speaker 3: And they do tell you, they could be in legal trouble.
- 18:39Speaker 3: They could actually go to jail for that. Guests practicing
- 18:41Speaker 3: medicine that a license. So I do warrant practitioners. Please
- 18:45Speaker 3: buy some comrade pharmacies. Now there is a way there
- 18:48Speaker 3: are Again, I can't say every lab is bad.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Right, here's the thing.
- 18:51Speaker 3: You can't say every single lab in the world is bad,
- 18:53Speaker 3: because there are labs producing these products to send the pharmacies,
- 18:56Speaker 3: and some of these labs send the pharmacies and also
- 19:00Speaker 3: ship to patients. They do have some of these labs
- 19:03Speaker 3: kind of like play both sides. So then the question
- 19:05Speaker 3: is which ones are good and that one I don't
- 19:07Speaker 3: have a good answer for. You can ask for testing.
- 19:09Speaker 3: You can actually ask for HPLC testing. You can ask
- 19:12Speaker 3: for documentation. The thing is Photoshop works really well, so
- 19:16Speaker 3: there's absolutely no guarantee to know your product is of
- 19:20Speaker 3: course what it sets it is, and especially if you're
- 19:22Speaker 3: a lay person and you don't you know how to
- 19:24Speaker 3: read this. A lot of biohackers, right, they understand this stuff.
- 19:26Speaker 3: They've done it. Some of these biohackers I know. There's
- 19:29Speaker 3: some groups I know that are on Facebook and they
- 19:31Speaker 3: go together as a co op and bipep tides from
- 19:33Speaker 3: China directly. Hey, this is the lab. They bible stuff.
- 19:37Speaker 3: They as a group pay for the testing. They do
- 19:38Speaker 3: all the stuff that a pharmacy would do, so they
- 19:41Speaker 3: incur that cost. But there's you know, five hfferred people buying,
- 19:44Speaker 3: so they get all the stuff and they get really
- 19:46Speaker 3: cheap product. It's good products. But for the most people
- 19:49Speaker 3: out there, they don't have this. So finding not a
- 19:52Speaker 3: provider that knows how to work with this stuff. Gain
- 19:54Speaker 3: you owe U an end dosages. Going on Reddit or
- 19:56Speaker 3: going on Instagram and hoping that your favorite influencer is
- 19:59Speaker 3: telling you what to do isn't great, right. Also, if
- 20:01Speaker 3: you have an adverse reaction, what do you do?
- 20:03Speaker 2: Right? Michell? You text me and I'm like, hey, this
- 20:05Speaker 2: is going on?
- 20:05Speaker 3: What do I do?
- 20:06Speaker 2: Gret?
- 20:06Speaker 3: You have some one to talk to great influence and
- 20:08Speaker 3: buying offense influence that guyno respond back to you.
- 20:11Speaker 2: They don't care what's going to happen.
- 20:12Speaker 3: It might be a normal reaction like it ID makes
- 20:14Speaker 3: you feel shorter breath, But if you didn't know that
- 20:17Speaker 3: and took it, you might be like, what just happened
- 20:19Speaker 3: to me?
- 20:20Speaker 2: I can't use the product? Something's really dangerous? Is scary?
- 20:23Speaker 1: So yeah, you know what you're saying. Sorry, Jason, but
- 20:26Speaker 1: what you say. You know, these are amino acids. They're
- 20:29Speaker 1: not dangerous. However, and the wrong and the wrong dose
- 20:33Speaker 1: it with the wrong person, they can be very dangerous
- 20:36Speaker 1: because people can you know, they're not their own they
- 20:39Speaker 1: shouldn't be their own doctor. So I think what you're saying,
- 20:42Speaker 1: well not, I think I know what you're saying is
- 20:44Speaker 1: the first order of business is to have a provider.
- 20:47Speaker 1: If you're a consumer, if you're the provider, like you are,
- 20:51Speaker 1: then you have to do your homework to make sure
- 20:53Speaker 1: that education you're yeah that you're dealing with. So so
- 20:59Speaker 1: they let the compounding pharmacies that you deal with are
- 21:02Speaker 1: the same ones today that they were when you first began.
- 21:06Speaker 2: Now they've changed. You know, we had.
- 21:09Speaker 3: Believe it's twenty twenty three. Now they had the ban
- 21:13Speaker 3: on peptides. So big band came out they did. It
- 21:15Speaker 3: was called a category two band. They pulled a bunch
- 21:18Speaker 3: of peptides, so bpc whe five seven was pulled, diamosi
- 21:21Speaker 3: data four worth pulled, ghkcu.
- 21:23Speaker 2: They pulled a bunch of these peptides.
- 21:24Speaker 3: And before that, even before they happened, I first got
- 21:27Speaker 3: to peptides when I first started them. So we kind
- 21:32Speaker 3: of go back, right, peptides or a bunch of meno
- 21:33Speaker 3: acids put together, as you said, into building blocks. And
- 21:36Speaker 3: so these are just small proteins, as I would tell someone,
- 21:39Speaker 3: so you know what a protein is, It's just a
- 21:40Speaker 3: smaller form of protein. They're cell to sell signaling molecules.
- 21:44Speaker 3: And what I want people to understand is that they
- 21:46Speaker 3: are very very very safe, but again wrong, DOSA is
- 21:48Speaker 3: not right. Well, what they were trying to do is
- 21:52Speaker 3: someone lobbied the FDA and said, hey, if this amino
- 21:55Speaker 3: acid chain is over forty amino acids, it's considered a biolog. Now,
- 22:00Speaker 3: a biologic means that should be compounded only at a
- 22:04Speaker 3: biologic lab. Now there's no computing pharmacy that exists that
- 22:07Speaker 3: has a biological lab license. So if it's over forty
- 22:10Speaker 3: minio acids, they said, you can't make it. That included
- 22:13Speaker 3: things like testamarillen IGF one l R three hCG, which
- 22:18Speaker 3: people have used for fertility for years. So all these
- 22:20Speaker 3: things were put on the band list. And that is
- 22:22Speaker 3: because I believe someone went to the farm in the
- 22:25Speaker 3: FDA and said, hey, this forty an elastic, if you
- 22:28Speaker 3: just drop it down, our product would be safe. They'll
- 22:30Speaker 3: nevi get it into compuning pharmacy. We're totally safe. No
- 22:33Speaker 3: one can touch as biologic. So there was some financial
- 22:36Speaker 3: interests because the fdaight there was no reason to arbitrarily
- 22:39Speaker 3: go from I think it was sixty five or seventy
- 22:42Speaker 3: before this to go to forty arbitrarily changed for no
- 22:45Speaker 3: reason other than financial gain from actual pharmacchical industry. They
- 22:48Speaker 3: saw more access means we lose products. I personally think
- 22:54Speaker 3: testamarillin became a generic I believe in twenty twenty, and
- 23:00Speaker 3: when that patent was about to expire. I think their
- 23:02Speaker 3: way to save themselves from losing even more revenue was
- 23:05Speaker 3: to drop this. And them could have been anything, but
- 23:08Speaker 3: someone went lobbied and said forty minionlesses. The first thing
- 23:11Speaker 3: that happened is forty minionles and dropped. We lost cestomer
- 23:13Speaker 3: on HGG. I just want of some pharmacies. We're still
- 23:16Speaker 3: making these things. When the category two ban went to place,
- 23:19Speaker 3: they took out a lot more and then pharmacies really
- 23:22Speaker 3: got worried, so a lot of pharmacies dropped. Every single
- 23:25Speaker 3: product was on the category two band list. This is
- 23:27Speaker 3: the category two list is the things that compounding pharmacies
- 23:31Speaker 3: can compound, that they can make so even if they're
- 23:34Speaker 3: not FDA proved. Bpc on five seven has never been
- 23:37Speaker 3: FDA proved, but was used you know, to treat injuries
- 23:40Speaker 3: or repair at least to help with injuries and not treat.
- 23:43Speaker 3: And all of a sudden you couldn't get access to it.
- 23:46Speaker 3: So a lot of my pharmacies dropped this stuff, so
- 23:48Speaker 3: I had defined new sources, and so we.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Have changed over the years. I have one.
- 23:54Speaker 3: Single pharmacy they've stayed with the entire time. They used
- 23:57Speaker 3: to do some of the things that I make. Most
- 24:00Speaker 3: myself had to switch over to pharmacies that again do
- 24:03Speaker 3: allow me to access some of the peptides that don't exist.
- 24:06Speaker 3: And they don't have everything. They just have a few
- 24:08Speaker 3: more things I might find somewhere else. So I can't
- 24:09Speaker 3: say this is like the one all and there are
- 24:11Speaker 3: other pharmacies doing this. I expect in twenty twenty six
- 24:15Speaker 3: for this band to be lifted and for them to
- 24:17Speaker 3: bring back a lot of peptides. They had brought back
- 24:18Speaker 3: some already off this list. But I think RFK is pushing.
- 24:23Speaker 3: He's actually, you know, working with I'm sure working with
- 24:27Speaker 3: pharmacies now, I'm sure.
- 24:28Speaker 2: I'm sure he's getting peptides.
- 24:29Speaker 3: I'm positive the guy takes medaling blue dropping the cup,
- 24:32Speaker 3: so you know he's doing this ALTERI stuff already, right,
- 24:35Speaker 3: So he is probably pushing in the background to work
- 24:39Speaker 3: at shutting down the labs, which is one thing, and
- 24:41Speaker 3: then also bring down compounding pharmacies to bring everything back
- 24:44Speaker 3: because again part of the reason is when people go
- 24:46Speaker 3: to labs is hey, my pharmacy, my practitioner says, hey,
- 24:49Speaker 3: I can't get to that VPC anymore, and they love it.
- 24:52Speaker 3: They're going to be they have no option. I'm going
- 24:54Speaker 3: to go to this compounding, to this lab online and
- 24:57Speaker 3: buy it. So you want to bring safety back, bring
- 25:00Speaker 3: back compounding pharmacies to make the stuff, and then take
- 25:03Speaker 3: away the labs and do both at the same time,
- 25:05Speaker 3: because without having the compounit, pharmacies make it. Now the
- 25:08Speaker 3: compounding pharmacies are illegally making it so they can get
- 25:11Speaker 3: shut down, and the labs are not making it great.
- 25:14Speaker 3: If they get shut down, they're gone. Now people have
- 25:15Speaker 3: no access. So I'm very much hoping twenty twenty six
- 25:18Speaker 3: changes the peptide.
- 25:20Speaker 2: You know view and I do. We do know. There
- 25:22Speaker 2: has been some.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Information from the DOJ that is said, we're working at
- 25:28Speaker 3: shutting down these labs in twenty twenty six. Whether or
- 25:31Speaker 3: not it happens, who knows, but they are I think
- 25:34Speaker 3: working towards shutting the labs down and making providers. Now again,
- 25:37Speaker 3: the next thing is how do we get providers traded
- 25:39Speaker 3: because again you and I know.
- 25:41Speaker 2: This is the buzz.
- 25:42Speaker 3: We keep talk about this, This is this is what
- 25:43Speaker 3: every person wants. They want to find peptides, they want
- 25:46Speaker 3: to get on everything. I get asked all the time
- 25:49Speaker 3: about peptides now and again, I know them in the industry,
- 25:52Speaker 3: but even you know, people I know that I'm friends with, like,
- 25:55Speaker 3: oh my god, you know these peptides are pretty great.
- 25:58Speaker 2: I have a group chat with my guy friends.
- 25:59Speaker 3: There was a start in the last three weeks a
- 26:01Speaker 3: peptide group chat. It didn't exist up till three weeks.
- 26:03Speaker 3: So and now my friends are like, wait, these peptides.
- 26:05Speaker 3: We keep seeing them, Jason, can you answer questions of peptides?
- 26:08Speaker 3: And I'm like, yeah, I do this all day every day,
- 26:10Speaker 3: like sure. So even my friends who are not in
- 26:12Speaker 3: this industry are not coming to me and saying, hey,
- 26:16Speaker 3: we want peptides, and it's just because again when I
- 26:18Speaker 3: realize that my own friends are coming to me and saying,
- 26:20Speaker 3: we know you do this, but now we really know,
- 26:23Speaker 3: and they're asking each other.
- 26:24Speaker 2: The last thing is in this group chat, oh did
- 26:26Speaker 2: you hear this?
- 26:26Speaker 3: And the guy says, yeah, I checked this and found
- 26:28Speaker 3: this link and says you should can do this, and this.
- 26:29Speaker 3: Jason doesn't do this, and I'm like, why are you
- 26:31Speaker 3: not asking me? Like, why are you guys going on
- 26:33Speaker 3: Instagram and sending me to videos? And I know when
- 26:36Speaker 3: my own friend group has come to me, we're all
- 26:38Speaker 3: wanting to be at peptides and we're looking at this
- 26:40Speaker 3: or find it on the internet. I now know the
- 26:42Speaker 3: doors are wide open, and so pretty soon it won't
- 26:45Speaker 3: just be here, Michelle.
- 26:46Speaker 2: We're talking worldwide, right.
- 26:47Speaker 3: I think the United States is always the forefront, and
- 26:49Speaker 3: it comes to medicine, you know, we have the newest
- 26:52Speaker 3: and best music, right, it comes here and then it
- 26:54Speaker 3: goes around the world. And I'm seeing peptides becoming this
- 26:57Speaker 3: worldwide global phenomenon. I mean, I just had to call
- 27:01Speaker 3: a Brazilian pharmacy this morning about peptides and they're on
- 27:05Speaker 3: the phone with me saying, well, actually, we have a
- 27:08Speaker 3: lab in China that we work with that actually produces peptides.
- 27:10Speaker 3: It sells to you know, only not only US, but
- 27:13Speaker 3: the United States pharmacies. You know, they're they're FDA registered
- 27:16Speaker 3: and improved and you know, selling to everyone. We actually
- 27:19Speaker 3: have a contract with them to sell other peptides in
- 27:21Speaker 3: the gray area. Like do you have any interest in
- 27:24Speaker 3: kind of educating people on this, And I'm just laughing
- 27:27Speaker 3: that here I am and these other countries are like,
- 27:30Speaker 3: we know this is going to be big.
- 27:32Speaker 2: We want to get in in our country before.
- 27:34Speaker 3: I mean, this is going to be a worldwide phenomenon
- 27:36Speaker 3: that everyone's going to be taking peptides because we now
- 27:39Speaker 3: have realized the drug companies have lied to us, they
- 27:42Speaker 3: have blindsided us. They've never treated a single disease. They
- 27:46Speaker 3: just give you things to support and fix. I guess
- 27:48Speaker 3: I should say, you know, keep the symptoms of getting worse,
- 27:51Speaker 3: but now we have peptides and actually work and treating, healing,
- 27:55Speaker 3: preparing and helping us live alonger I mean, I mean
- 27:57Speaker 3: I would sit here ask you, Michelle, mean, how do
- 27:59Speaker 3: you feel you been doing this for a little while,
- 28:00Speaker 3: how are you feeling taking the peptides you're on?
- 28:02Speaker 1: Really well, that was going to be where I was
- 28:05Speaker 1: going to go with the question, not only my own
- 28:08Speaker 1: personal experience, but just the big why why is it that?
- 28:12Speaker 1: And I'll answer your question in a moment, But why
- 28:15Speaker 1: is it that something that is an was an unknown
- 28:19Speaker 1: generally speaking, you know, except within let's say, the last
- 28:23Speaker 1: seven years, has now become the darling of the longevity space.
- 28:30Speaker 1: It's got to be a reason that people are feeling
- 28:33Speaker 1: the results that is making this such a big, you
- 28:37Speaker 1: know hit. So what what do you think peptides do
- 28:42Speaker 1: for the human aging process that is making it so
- 28:48Speaker 1: so much? The number one choice that that people are
- 28:51Speaker 1: actually willing to stretch their budgets because it isn't that's
- 28:56Speaker 1: another thing.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Cheap.
- 28:57Speaker 1: The peptides are not cheap that you know. They are
- 29:01Speaker 1: a commitment financially. People who because you have to, you know,
- 29:05Speaker 1: do them every at least three three times a week. Yeah,
- 29:10Speaker 1: healthy people, but some people are doing them seven days
- 29:13Speaker 1: a week. So you know, just try to give us
- 29:16Speaker 1: a little guidance on that.
- 29:17Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I think to start with, I mean, peptides
- 29:22Speaker 3: have become ubiquitous with longevity. I think that's just you
- 29:25Speaker 3: think peptides and you think longevity. That has just come,
- 29:28Speaker 3: you know, hand in hand. And some of the things
- 29:29Speaker 3: we talk about in peptide medicine aren't even peptides. For example,
- 29:32Speaker 3: in a D is a derivative B six, and everyone
- 29:35Speaker 3: just throws it in peptides. You know, Glutathian is not
- 29:38Speaker 3: a peptide, but everyone's like, oh, glutathion, and I'm like, what,
- 29:40Speaker 3: It's not really.
- 29:41Speaker 2: A peptiz so right.
- 29:42Speaker 3: I think that word peptides just comes to mean you're
- 29:46Speaker 3: sta longevity widse.
- 29:47Speaker 2: It's helped anybody to repair.
- 29:49Speaker 3: What has happened I see is we've been watching these
- 29:53Speaker 3: these bodybuilders for for years. These people who try to
- 29:56Speaker 3: work on health Loanngeviy look big and muscular, and they
- 29:58Speaker 3: aren't healthy right, they're on stair right to not doing
- 30:00Speaker 3: it right. But they did have this kind of idea
- 30:02Speaker 3: of hey, we actually were doing something to help improve
- 30:06Speaker 3: our health. If we're injured, we have these options. And
- 30:09Speaker 3: what has happened over the last you know, seven years,
- 30:13Speaker 3: is that first there became more trainings in the United States.
- 30:16Speaker 3: We didn't have any training. So when there's no training
- 30:18Speaker 3: in education in the United States, no one can learn
- 30:20Speaker 3: get access, which means no one knows. So even if
- 30:22Speaker 3: the pharmacy carry this product, you don't know it exists.
- 30:26Speaker 3: This a practitioner like what is this surmarillan or this
- 30:29Speaker 3: test samarund and around what are these products? And did
- 30:31Speaker 3: not even asked, I'm not going to call the pharmacists.
- 30:33Speaker 3: I see rug on the menu that they have not
- 30:35Speaker 3: going to the pharmacy and saying, what is this thing?
- 30:37Speaker 3: Why should I use it? I might ask, I'm just
- 30:38Speaker 3: like I don't know about it? Why would I talk
- 30:39Speaker 3: about it? So I think the first step was we
- 30:42Speaker 3: needed education. Doctor Seeds and James Level brought that education.
- 30:47Speaker 3: They started be in the forefront of this education. So
- 30:49Speaker 3: we got more education. So the more practitioners were using this.
- 30:53Speaker 3: So now we have to kind of like the start
- 30:54Speaker 3: and effect was people brought it in, they started talking
- 30:56Speaker 3: about it, they started to be education on it.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Education became bigger and bigger.
- 31:00Speaker 3: So even though we had education, the real change was
- 31:04Speaker 3: again GLP. Once once Samagataide came out and people learned
- 31:07Speaker 3: you could lose fifteen percent of your weight. This is
- 31:09Speaker 3: the best weight loss drug that's ever be We been
- 31:12Speaker 3: around this long and this is the first rug to
- 31:14Speaker 3: make us this weight. Now, I think we've watched over
- 31:17Speaker 3: the last thirty years, You've seen people get sicker and sicker.
- 31:20Speaker 3: Obeseity has just climbed over the last thirty years, and
- 31:23Speaker 3: we had no way to help people. We had, you know, fntramine,
- 31:26Speaker 3: We had the hCG diet, you had Jenny Craig weight watchers.
- 31:30Speaker 3: You know, when weight watches started adding samagatide as an option,
- 31:35Speaker 3: I said, huh interesting. Even you guys see that this
- 31:38Speaker 3: is useful, and you're talking died all day, So we
- 31:42Speaker 3: finally realized, Wow, there's something out there. They can actually
- 31:45Speaker 3: help people this weight. Now again, I feel like we've
- 31:48Speaker 3: been poisoned by the food industry for the last thirty years.
- 31:50Speaker 3: So we've created a problem that the pharma school industry
- 31:53Speaker 3: is now helping to fix, and they're doing a good
- 31:56Speaker 3: job at it, but we still have all these bad
- 31:58Speaker 3: poison foods out there are not healthy for us. And
- 32:01Speaker 3: I think you know what happened was people saw that
- 32:04Speaker 3: were not as healthy, they don't feel as good, and
- 32:06Speaker 3: it's gotten worse. And we finally had a really good
- 32:08Speaker 3: option to start getting some of that weight off and
- 32:10Speaker 3: fixing the metabolic issues people had. And then people were like, well,
- 32:14Speaker 3: I'm already injecting this one thing. What else can I
- 32:17Speaker 3: put in my body that might help? And people started
- 32:20Speaker 3: realizing that there were more and more peptides, So the
- 32:22Speaker 3: talk of peptides became as more practitioners got you know,
- 32:25Speaker 3: learned about them, They started talking about them as they
- 32:27Speaker 3: were teaching the patients on this. Some of the patients
- 32:29Speaker 3: were like, Oh, these are really cool peptides. I should
- 32:31Speaker 3: use this. And I think what drove this the dial
- 32:35Speaker 3: right up was gop ones pushed patients into doctor's offices
- 32:40Speaker 3: that had other pepties to sell and they use and
- 32:42Speaker 3: all of a sudden, you getting one peptide and now
- 32:43Speaker 3: you get another one, and now of a sudden you're
- 32:44Speaker 3: an influencer like you know, Hayley Bieber or Kim Kardashian,
- 32:47Speaker 3: and now you start talking about this stuff. And when
- 32:49Speaker 3: you have a platform that big and they're on a
- 32:51Speaker 3: single peptide that their doctor put them on and they
- 32:53Speaker 3: talk about it, now you have a platform that access
- 32:56Speaker 3: as way more people than just a practitioner. So explosion
- 33:00Speaker 3: I think started with gop ones and these snowball effects
- 33:03Speaker 3: have gone. I mean, now the crazy thing is I
- 33:05Speaker 3: see people that that the fact, you know, bodybuilds. Back
- 33:09Speaker 3: in the day where ones injecting stuff didn't know what
- 33:10Speaker 3: they're doing, this would eject who cares if it's safe
- 33:13Speaker 3: or not if it gets me more muscle mess And
- 33:15Speaker 3: now I'm seeing that same thing happening with regular patients.
- 33:19Speaker 3: I don't know this compound you know, doesn't even have
- 33:22Speaker 3: much research on it, but I'm gonna take and see
- 33:24Speaker 3: what happens. Why not all these other peptides are safe,
- 33:26Speaker 3: so they must all be safe. I'm seeing it now
- 33:29Speaker 3: almost go fast forward where people are jumping the gun
- 33:31Speaker 3: on research like right or true Tide for example, isn't
- 33:34Speaker 3: out yet, and people jump in the gun. It's not
- 33:36Speaker 3: even out yet, but we're gonna go try this stuff.
- 33:38Speaker 3: It's pretty good. It works like the other gop ones.
- 33:40Speaker 3: It's gonna be the best of the best. So people now,
- 33:44Speaker 3: you know, if you ask people five years ago to
- 33:45Speaker 3: take something that wasn't FDA proved the you injecting, people
- 33:49Speaker 3: would be like, you're crazy, absolutely not. And now people
- 33:51Speaker 3: are like, they're a new peptide out. I'm gonna whatever
- 33:54Speaker 3: that is. I'm gonna go take an eject. It was
- 33:55Speaker 3: my skin work. Some rats done. Okay, let's go, let's
- 34:00Speaker 3: do it. So we have seen this, like, you know,
- 34:03Speaker 3: pull back from being the conservative medicine. People are now
- 34:06Speaker 3: feeling safe to use it because again, so many people
- 34:09Speaker 3: are speaking about it that I think everyone just feels
- 34:12Speaker 3: it's normal and natural. I think it's really funny because
- 34:15Speaker 3: when I first started when I told patients they had
- 34:17Speaker 3: to inject this, they know this bpcing and five seventy
- 34:19Speaker 3: to inject like I don't, I don't. I don't inject anything.
- 34:22Speaker 3: I only take oral pills. Right, we're in the pharmaceupal industry.
- 34:25Speaker 3: Modern medicine is pill pill pill. And now when people
- 34:29Speaker 3: are coming to me and you know they're not they're
- 34:31Speaker 3: not phased anymore.
- 34:31Speaker 2: You gotta do an injection. Oh yeah, I can do injection,
- 34:33Speaker 2: no big gil.
- 34:34Speaker 3: Five years ago people are like injections, like what are
- 34:37Speaker 3: the other options? I don't feel safe injections. I don't know.
- 34:42Speaker 3: And now people are injecting things they don't know and
- 34:44Speaker 3: I don't know about, and their injecting them and they're
- 34:45Speaker 3: not bodybuilders. I'm like, you guys are crazy. So I
- 34:48Speaker 3: think the longevity world saw healing. You know, they saw longevity.
- 34:53Speaker 3: We can increase, tell them your lengthy, and we can
- 34:55Speaker 3: help with muscle mass, we can help with fat loss,
- 34:56Speaker 3: we can help with mood improvement, repair recovery, with skin,
- 35:00Speaker 3: hair nails. There are all these different options of things
- 35:03Speaker 3: that can work, and so everyone's saying, you know, how
- 35:05Speaker 3: do I make my body last longer? And peptides have
- 35:09Speaker 3: been a huge part. We've used seltments for years and
- 35:12Speaker 3: I'm use selfmance for years. I use supplements for years,
- 35:15Speaker 3: and I've never seen the movement with selpments that I
- 35:18Speaker 3: see with peptides. And not that selpments don't help. I'm
- 35:20Speaker 3: not at all bashing selpments. There are times and places
- 35:22Speaker 3: to use supplements, but the needle is much it's not
- 35:26Speaker 3: moving as fast, and it's not moving as far as
- 35:29Speaker 3: a peptide. There is nothing equivalent that I can think of,
- 35:31Speaker 3: supplement wise to work the way VPC on five seven
- 35:34Speaker 3: does well.
- 35:35Speaker 1: The supplements. We can talk about the oral part of
- 35:38Speaker 1: BPC one five seven two because that you know it
- 35:41Speaker 1: comes from the gut. And of course you know there
- 35:44Speaker 1: are people that inject BBC one five seven for joints
- 35:48Speaker 1: and muscles, but they also take the oral which in
- 35:53Speaker 1: combination that helps with the microbiome. So, but what I
- 35:59Speaker 1: was I'm going to say about your comments is that
- 36:03Speaker 1: the micro speaking of the microbiome, I mean getting supplements
- 36:08Speaker 1: to get to the mitochondria, to get to where they
- 36:11Speaker 1: need to be to make a difference is a much
- 36:14Speaker 1: bigger hurdle because most people are toxic and so their
- 36:19Speaker 1: microbiome blocks their ability, and their gut issues blocked the ability.
- 36:24Speaker 1: But with an injection, it's going right into the bloodstream,
- 36:28Speaker 1: same like with sublingual. In the more recent years, I
- 36:32Speaker 1: started doing far more sublingual supplements or even nasal sprays
- 36:38Speaker 1: or like licosomal like I used Quicksilver scientific because of
- 36:43Speaker 1: the formulation, and doctor Shade definitely recognized a long time
- 36:48Speaker 1: ago that licozoma was a much better delivery system. So yeah,
- 36:52Speaker 1: I think what you're saying is that people didn't get
- 36:55Speaker 1: the success with regular capsules or regular or pills because
- 37:01Speaker 1: it had to go through the digestive tracks order to
- 37:04Speaker 1: get to where it needs to make healings. So so
- 37:07Speaker 1: you know, and the other thing is the insulin needle
- 37:11Speaker 1: is so tiny that you know, people who were afraid
- 37:14Speaker 1: of you know, they were thinking injections like they used
- 37:17Speaker 1: to have when they were kids. You know, a doctor
- 37:19Speaker 1: with these big long needles. Now they realize it's just
- 37:22Speaker 1: a little prick. Yeah, and you're not doing that much.
- 37:26Speaker 1: Every day that you're doing it, it's like, well, you
- 37:29Speaker 1: and I know that you know the dose is about
- 37:32Speaker 1: ten mL, right if you're doing it, so ten mL
- 37:37Speaker 1: on an insulin needle is like, what a quarter.
- 37:41Speaker 3: Of an inch of Yeah, there's nothing there, right, And
- 37:44Speaker 3: then I had a patient Yester, you tell me you
- 37:46Speaker 3: made me fill the whole serend, I said, you know,
- 37:48Speaker 3: why have you done this peptie protocol.
- 37:49Speaker 2: She goes, well, the surrender had to be a full
- 37:51Speaker 2: fifty units. It was a lot.
- 37:53Speaker 3: I was like, fifty units is still nothing. It's even
- 37:56Speaker 3: a full mL, like it's a very and that's a
- 37:59Speaker 3: lot of fluid. I'm like, okay, sure, that's why I
- 38:01Speaker 3: haven't started to go to half of that.
- 38:03Speaker 2: It started to.
- 38:03Speaker 1: Get start to do something rather than nothing. You know,
- 38:08Speaker 1: as long as we're talking about this, there are a
- 38:10Speaker 1: lot of oral peptides that have come on the market
- 38:13Speaker 1: since this has become the being darling. And by the way,
- 38:17Speaker 1: Jim Leavall was on my podcast about two years ago,
- 38:21Speaker 1: and so we were talking about this, you know then
- 38:23Speaker 1: when I mean, he obviously was one of the primary
- 38:26Speaker 1: educators at the American Academy of Anti Aging, so he
- 38:30Speaker 1: had so much to say about, you know, the injectable peptidze.
- 38:34Speaker 1: But now oral have become and and well I guess
- 38:38Speaker 1: even the life was almost rex silver. They now have
- 38:45Speaker 1: a whole line of peptides. I don't know if saw
- 38:47Speaker 1: that epital and is there? So how do you guide
- 38:52Speaker 1: your patients? Are the people viewing us today as to
- 38:58Speaker 1: which way to go. Let's say, you know, they want
- 39:00Speaker 1: to do peptide, but you're a little afraid of needles,
- 39:04Speaker 1: even though it's not a big deal. But you know,
- 39:06Speaker 1: so how do you how do you guys in terms
- 39:09Speaker 1: of the priority of what.
- 39:11Speaker 2: To do exactly?
- 39:12Speaker 3: So, I mean this is where it comes down to
- 39:16Speaker 3: pharmakinetics and efficacy. Had a pharmacy I just talked to
- 39:20Speaker 3: yesterday and they said, we're coming out with a new
- 39:22Speaker 3: GLP one that's gonna be oral. Yeah, I'm all about Oral.
- 39:26Speaker 3: I think it's great. I think the bottom line is
- 39:29Speaker 3: injectable is always gonna win because we get one hundred
- 39:31Speaker 3: percent absorption. Like you said, life was almost great. Don't
- 39:33Speaker 3: get me wrong. Licozomo still has an upper limit of absorption.
- 39:37Speaker 3: Oral has an upplement of absorption. I believe there's a
- 39:40Speaker 3: company now that's putting out bio strips. I think is
- 39:43Speaker 3: their their oral is like Bozomo, and everyone's claiming orals
- 39:47Speaker 3: eighty percent effective as opposed to doing you know, injections,
- 39:51Speaker 3: So I would rather have the most you know, bang
- 39:54Speaker 3: of my buck, which is going to be injection. Injection
- 39:56Speaker 3: always works the best unless I'm working on a gut
- 39:58Speaker 3: that I do oral. There are handful of peptides like
- 40:01Speaker 3: Mk six seven seven that's only oral five me to
- 40:05Speaker 3: one them. Qu is a smaller molecule can pass through
- 40:07Speaker 3: the got really easily. That could be oral. So there
- 40:10Speaker 3: are some things that orally actually work when it comes
- 40:14Speaker 3: to peptides. The reason we're so against peptides being oral
- 40:17Speaker 3: is that we have enzymes in our body to break
- 40:20Speaker 3: down these peptide bonds.
- 40:22Speaker 2: So we.
- 40:25Speaker 3: Are just these basically are mini proteins, so you ingest it.
- 40:30Speaker 3: If I is breaking it down right away, we don't
- 40:33Speaker 3: want to happen. So we have two things going on.
- 40:35Speaker 3: One we have enzymes to break these things down. In two,
- 40:37Speaker 3: like you said, our body is toxic and three were
- 40:39Speaker 3: getting older. So as we get older, our gut doesn't
- 40:41Speaker 3: work as well. We can't absorb as well as we
- 40:43Speaker 3: used to. If you eat the same meal at twenty
- 40:44Speaker 3: that you ate it you know sixty, absorption of nutrients
- 40:47Speaker 3: has gone significantly down, so you can't even get into
- 40:49Speaker 3: your system all this stuff. The lapel zol does bypass
- 40:52Speaker 3: that because it goes to the bugle membranes. But the
- 40:55Speaker 3: absorption rate for most peptides isn't great. I have had
- 40:58Speaker 3: companies call me and we have an oral product. Let
- 41:01Speaker 3: me show the pharmerkinetics sixty percent absorption. I'm not going
- 41:06Speaker 3: to disagree. You know, there might be some companies that
- 41:08Speaker 3: are making this stuff now. They're doing a good job,
- 41:10Speaker 3: and there has been some belief we've changed the ability
- 41:12Speaker 3: to get this stuff into the system easier. I would
- 41:15Speaker 3: rather patiently do oral than not do pep pits at all.
- 41:18Speaker 3: So if it comes down to I refuse to inject, fine,
- 41:21Speaker 3: then take an oral. I don't think it's going to
- 41:23Speaker 3: work as well. I don't think lip pozone is as effective.
- 41:25Speaker 3: I've seen in practice we use oral BPC a lot.
- 41:28Speaker 3: I don't see oral BPC working for injuries. I've had
- 41:30Speaker 3: patients to oral BPC and then switch to injectable. When
- 41:33Speaker 3: I'm saying, you know, it doesn't work, they're not getting
- 41:35Speaker 3: the results, they switch to injectable, and all of a
- 41:37Speaker 3: sudden the start getting better.
- 41:38Speaker 2: So and again that's an end of one. It's anecdotal.
- 41:41Speaker 3: I can't say that I have a study to prove this,
- 41:43Speaker 3: but I can see in clinical practice the oral peptides
- 41:47Speaker 3: don't seem to be as strong as utilizing injections. There's
- 41:51Speaker 3: a good one in AD is a big thing. Everyone's on.
- 41:53Speaker 3: Everyone wants at a d right now, IV sub Q injections.
- 41:56Speaker 3: There is a company several making lepozoa products just like quicksilver,
- 42:01Speaker 3: and indeed that's liposomal and I believe the information is
- 42:04Speaker 3: that about twenty percent of this is actually absorbable, So
- 42:07Speaker 3: you get twenty percent of what you take in. Now,
- 42:10Speaker 3: let's say the price is equivalent. You can't care what price.
- 42:13Speaker 3: That means you take it five times more to get
- 42:15Speaker 3: in your system. I have had patients who try this.
- 42:18Speaker 3: They do five x what they did lipozomally, and they
- 42:22Speaker 3: do an injection. The patients that do injections that like
- 42:23Speaker 3: the injection. I should preface that. And they've told me
- 42:26Speaker 3: they do not feel the same taking liposomal as they
- 42:28Speaker 3: do in the Indian injection of the sub Q and ID.
- 42:31Speaker 3: They said, I feel more energized, I have better brain function,
- 42:34Speaker 3: and I do the liposomal I don't really feel anything,
- 42:36Speaker 3: even if the dosing is five x and it's supposed
- 42:38Speaker 3: to the same equivalent dosing. They don't feel it, So
- 42:42Speaker 3: there must be something that's not working as well. And look,
- 42:45Speaker 3: some people say oral works great, they do an oral product.
- 42:49Speaker 3: You know of a TV four frag is a common
- 42:51Speaker 3: one people do orally now or ef a talon for example,
- 42:55Speaker 3: and maybe it's working on some people. Again, the other
- 42:57Speaker 3: problem with peptides is a lot of peptides there's no testing.
- 43:01Speaker 3: I can't test how a town's work, and there's no
- 43:03Speaker 3: test for me to see that. I can't test being seven.
- 43:06Speaker 3: I can tell an old golp one is working because
- 43:10Speaker 3: you don't lose weight, it's not working.
- 43:12Speaker 1: And the metabolic measurements metrics are there for diabet So yeah,
- 43:19Speaker 1: the golp ones have really led the way in terms
- 43:21Speaker 1: of being able to analyze the results. And I think
- 43:25Speaker 1: that's also, as you said earlier, why so many people
- 43:28Speaker 1: have turned to peptize generically because they saw after doing
- 43:32Speaker 1: a golp one, oh my god, I've never been able
- 43:35Speaker 1: to lose twenty pounds. Wait, so okay, so back up
- 43:41Speaker 1: for one moment and give us a primer of people
- 43:46Speaker 1: that are just starting out on peptize. What would you
- 43:49Speaker 1: guide them? Which ones would you guide them to dictate
- 43:53Speaker 1: as the foundational peptides because there are so how many,
- 43:57Speaker 1: like fifty five thousand peptides like that.
- 44:00Speaker 2: There's so many.
- 44:01Speaker 3: I mean for some post people to go back tracing,
- 44:04Speaker 3: it's an antibiotic, it's a peptide, right, instances of peptide
- 44:07Speaker 3: glue finds. We have lots of peptides, the ones that
- 44:09Speaker 3: we do in the longevity there's probably fifty to sixty in
- 44:12Speaker 3: the longevity circle that we're being used circled around. There's
- 44:16Speaker 3: lots of peptides that people use and don't realize every day.
- 44:18Speaker 3: But in this field of longevity and we're talking about
- 44:21Speaker 3: longevity peptides, my first thing always is do hormones. Check
- 44:24Speaker 3: your hormones. After hormones, optimize, go into your growth mode.
- 44:28Speaker 2: Peptides.
- 44:28Speaker 3: I'm a huge proponent of things like test Samrell and
- 44:32Speaker 3: c JC twelve ninety five, Sermarillan and if Morell.
- 44:35Speaker 2: These things are going to raise your growth home.
- 44:37Speaker 3: And I always say the most bang for your buck
- 44:39Speaker 3: is covering all the things you can cover. So when
- 44:41Speaker 3: it comes longevity, what do we care about? Sexual function,
- 44:44Speaker 3: immune function, repair, recovery, sleep, the big one, you know,
- 44:49Speaker 3: fat loss, muscle gain, mood improvement, brain improvements, skin her
- 44:53Speaker 3: nail improvements, motivation, energy, growth, hormone hits across the board,
- 44:57Speaker 3: everything you can imagine. Right, It's it's raising the top
- 45:01Speaker 3: all the way up. So it's not going to be
- 45:03Speaker 3: the fix for everything. But I always tell people it's
- 45:05Speaker 3: like when I'm panning for gold. If I'm sitting there
- 45:07Speaker 3: and put a bunch of sand in my sieve, the
- 45:10Speaker 3: first thing I want to do is, let's shake it
- 45:11Speaker 3: and see what's left. You know what, you have a
- 45:13Speaker 3: bunch of complaints. Let's find out what we have that matters.
- 45:16Speaker 3: So for me, the first shake is always hormones.
- 45:18Speaker 2: Hey, we put your ow hormones. Let's see what it'sleft.
- 45:20Speaker 3: Great, Now you have these big clumps there, Well, those
- 45:22Speaker 3: big clumps to me are now I'm going to put
- 45:24Speaker 3: you on growth maroon peptides diet that in the water.
- 45:27Speaker 3: Oh wow, you only have one little rock in here
- 45:29Speaker 3: that that's the one thing that do work on. Okay,
- 45:31Speaker 3: we can fix that. We have maybe have one specific
- 45:32Speaker 3: peptides for that. But if I've now just fixed your
- 45:35Speaker 3: sleep and the ability to make muscle mass, and maybe
- 45:38Speaker 3: your immune function was better. Great, Now your libido isn't better.
- 45:42Speaker 2: Great.
- 45:42Speaker 3: We have a peptide for that's pt one. It's going
- 45:45Speaker 3: to work really well. So I want to get as
- 45:47Speaker 3: why as I can cast that wide net and then
- 45:50Speaker 3: go in. I had a patient the day He's like,
- 45:52Speaker 3: I'm taking this, this, this, and this, and I said, well,
- 45:55Speaker 3: why don't you just take growthm on peptides right now
- 45:57Speaker 3: and hold off and everything else and then go back
- 46:00Speaker 3: and add things. And I'm not saying you can't do
- 46:02Speaker 3: all those other peptides, but don't you want everything to
- 46:05Speaker 3: be a little bit better and then you can add.
- 46:07Speaker 3: So I'm always promoting growth on peptides as the first step.
- 46:10Speaker 3: Now we can't use them in cancer. I don't use
- 46:12Speaker 3: them for patient recently has head cancer. You know, there's
- 46:15Speaker 3: some problems if you're having you know, any cancer occurring.
- 46:17Speaker 3: We don't want it. So there's some compilications. This is
- 46:20Speaker 3: why you want to provide her to work with. But
- 46:22Speaker 3: that is my first step is everyone use growthrne peptides.
- 46:25Speaker 3: Nad is become this like everyone wants an ad everyone
- 46:29Speaker 3: wants to be on it.
- 46:30Speaker 2: I think it works well.
- 46:32Speaker 3: Do I think it's as amazing as everyone saying, no,
- 46:35Speaker 3: I'd rather put people on something called thymus and afa
- 46:37Speaker 3: one for the immune stem. As we age, we get
- 46:39Speaker 3: what's called inflamma aging the munston doesn't work as well,
- 46:42Speaker 3: we get more inflammation. Thamus noof for one does a
- 46:44Speaker 3: wonderful job with the immune stem, helping repair it and
- 46:48Speaker 3: get it to work better and more efficient. So twice year,
- 46:50Speaker 3: I'm like, do this, Timus nof for one. In fact,
- 46:52Speaker 3: I would do that before putting someone on you know, innad.
- 46:55Speaker 3: So if the first month is going to be growth
- 46:57Speaker 3: one peptides, that second month is gonna be thimuson off
- 46:59Speaker 3: of one if I had my weight now. Unfortunately I
- 47:02Speaker 3: don't have my way with every patient. They're like, no,
- 47:03Speaker 3: I want the energy right now. Fine, we can do it.
- 47:06Speaker 3: But as part of your protocol, we're going to build
- 47:08Speaker 3: this in so you can have something to help the
- 47:10Speaker 3: immune them, because that's my number. You know, two things
- 47:13Speaker 3: I've seen being an issue is our immune stems don't
- 47:15Speaker 3: work as well. So if we can help our immune
- 47:17Speaker 3: them be a little better. You know, if for me
- 47:18Speaker 3: it's winter time in Chicago, I don't get a cold
- 47:21Speaker 3: or flu. Timus and off one for a month is
- 47:23Speaker 3: going to help me protect my immuneest them and induce
- 47:26Speaker 3: my risk of getting into some kind of infection during
- 47:28Speaker 3: this cold season.
- 47:29Speaker 4: You know.
- 47:29Speaker 1: So I'm so glad that you're saying this. Everybody always
- 47:32Speaker 1: says VPC one seven is the very first, and actually
- 47:36Speaker 1: I agree with you. You've got to start with the you know,
- 47:40Speaker 1: where are the problems lie and those people, if they're
- 47:43Speaker 1: you know, over forty, they've lost growth hormone and if
- 47:47Speaker 1: they're taking a GLP one they're even more likely to
- 47:51Speaker 1: be losing. So you're saying exactly what I think people
- 47:55Speaker 1: need to hear, which is look at your particular issues
- 48:00Speaker 1: and don't just follow what some influencers saying on Instagram,
- 48:05Speaker 1: you know. So so okay, so we've got foundationally speaking, Yes,
- 48:09Speaker 1: time was an alpha one because it's inflammating, which is
- 48:13Speaker 1: you know, immune system, we have growth. Well, I should
- 48:16Speaker 1: have started with growth hormone, which is you know, I
- 48:20Speaker 1: don't know anybody over forty that isn't losing growth hormone
- 48:23Speaker 1: unless they're replenishing it. It just happens, is what happens
- 48:28Speaker 1: with our bodies. So giving yourself more growth hormone and
- 48:31Speaker 1: then if you're adding a GLG one. If you started
- 48:34Speaker 1: with that, then the growth mormon is only going to
- 48:36Speaker 1: be a great part the you know, the semi glue tide.
- 48:41Speaker 1: So okay, So then what would come next after those two?
- 48:45Speaker 3: Well, then I would say, you know, let's talk about
- 48:48Speaker 3: recovery repair. That's when VPC fits into me. I will say,
- 48:51Speaker 3: I've been to lots and lots and lots of summers
- 48:53Speaker 3: and peptides. In the first beginning seminar as the Masterminds,
- 48:55Speaker 3: I went to Doctor Cig's asked the crowd the first
- 48:58Speaker 3: couple ones, if you to pick up pep tide, what's
- 49:01Speaker 3: your favorite peptide? And I would tell you around the room,
- 49:04Speaker 3: BPC whe five to seven is the most common ambiquitous
- 49:07Speaker 3: everyone's And I'll tell you why. The reason people love
- 49:09Speaker 3: it is it does so much the body. It can
- 49:12Speaker 3: make more growth and receptors on the cells. It can
- 49:14Speaker 3: help improve your repair recovery. I mean I think of
- 49:17Speaker 3: it as water like. It's pretty much everyone I could
- 49:20Speaker 3: put on and I put on ye. So not that
- 49:22Speaker 3: I don't think it's a great peptide, but I'm not
- 49:23Speaker 3: going to start with it, even though it's probably the
- 49:25Speaker 3: best peptide for pretty much anyone out there to use.
- 49:29Speaker 3: There are other things to use that would be more useful. Right,
- 49:32Speaker 3: growth on one goes down to ten percent by the
- 49:34Speaker 3: time you're in sixty, Well at that point, growthm's going
- 49:37Speaker 3: to better option than that because repair recovery is great.
- 49:40Speaker 3: But most people they turn sixties. My sleep is terrible.
- 49:42Speaker 3: I can't sleep for crap, I'm using all this muscle mass.
- 49:45Speaker 3: I'm sarkopenic. I don't have on muscle. My energy isn't great.
- 49:49Speaker 3: But BPC is going to cover any of those things. Now,
- 49:51Speaker 3: if you're an avid work you know working out, you're
- 49:54Speaker 3: exercising all the time, you know you're getting injured a lot.
- 49:57Speaker 3: BPC is great, don't get me wrong. It's an amazing peptide.
- 50:00Speaker 3: But that's not the crowd of most people. Most people
- 50:03Speaker 3: are not going to the gym so often they can't
- 50:05Speaker 3: repair or recover. Most we're just saying my normal life.
- 50:08Speaker 3: I don't feel as good as I did ten years ago,
- 50:10Speaker 3: and that's because growthman has gone down. So BBC comes
- 50:13Speaker 3: third for me. That's my next thing, you know, down
- 50:16Speaker 3: the line. I like GHKCU. That'd be probably next after that, skin,
- 50:19Speaker 3: hair nails, and that's my men it's so funny. My
- 50:23Speaker 3: women are very vain. I want my skin to lookod now,
- 50:25Speaker 3: and men are like, wait, I don't my skin to
- 50:27Speaker 3: look bad.
- 50:27Speaker 2: Hold on, hold on.
- 50:28Speaker 3: So my men are now starting to get GHKC now
- 50:30Speaker 3: they've learned about it. They're getting into this now. So
- 50:33Speaker 3: GHKCU is really up there for me.
- 50:36Speaker 1: You know, let's just stop for a second. That is
- 50:38Speaker 1: to tell everybody if they don't know, is the copper
- 50:41Speaker 1: peptide which is for skin, hair and nails, is you know,
- 50:46Speaker 1: something that is most efficacious. So yeah, I'm so happy
- 50:51Speaker 1: you said that next because I think vanity is still
- 50:55Speaker 1: you know, when you think about aging, what if people
- 50:58Speaker 1: think about it as you said, ring.
- 51:00Speaker 3: Gray hair, not everyone can get a facelift every five years. Right,
- 51:04Speaker 3: If you can't get a face every five years, what
- 51:06Speaker 3: are you doing to get this done?
- 51:07Speaker 1: You know?
- 51:08Speaker 3: So GHKCU is are awesome peptide. I can't say. It
- 51:11Speaker 3: also makes more stem cells, So there's so many I mean,
- 51:15Speaker 3: GHKCU repairs DNA. There's so many reasons. I love GHKC,
- 51:19Speaker 3: but most people like if that, you know, skin hair, nails.
- 51:22Speaker 3: I don't like collagen better, you know, especially at the
- 51:24Speaker 3: weight loss we talked about this. The golp one's right.
- 51:26Speaker 3: You can tighten everything back up. By getting back on GHKSE.
- 51:29Speaker 3: You tighten all that that the ligaments up. It also
- 51:32Speaker 3: tightened up that skin. It works on the lasting as
- 51:34Speaker 3: well as collagen. So that's honestly if I had when
- 51:38Speaker 3: I build protocols or patients, the simplest is easy. Right,
- 51:41Speaker 3: Like we're getting a bunch of peptides now, but most
- 51:43Speaker 3: people first off that budget friendly. Right now we've kind
- 51:46Speaker 3: of got the budget, we've gotten the price up. Most
- 51:49Speaker 3: people ask me, what can I do is the least
- 51:51Speaker 3: amount of things? And I'm always like, look, get your
- 51:53Speaker 3: hormones checked and starting growth from peptides. Maybe be on
- 51:56Speaker 3: a golp one. Long term gop ones have now shown
- 51:59Speaker 3: least similar tide has shown twenty percent reduction of major
- 52:03Speaker 3: adverse party of BASCAR event.
- 52:05Speaker 1: So Mace, I know, isn't that amazing that that's the
- 52:08Speaker 1: side effect? Nobody? Nobody thought of that when so now
- 52:13Speaker 1: you have a other benefit.
- 52:15Speaker 2: That's so crucial heart disease.
- 52:19Speaker 1: Yeah, but however, there's always a caveat. So going back
- 52:23Speaker 1: to the GLG once people are taking it, maybe they're
- 52:27Speaker 1: overdosing or because they they reach a plateau and they
- 52:32Speaker 1: stopped losing. You know, maybe they needed to lose a
- 52:34Speaker 1: lot more weight than you or I wouldn't you ever
- 52:37Speaker 1: want it for But but let's just say it's a
- 52:41Speaker 1: forty pound weight loss that they're looking for and they
- 52:43Speaker 1: get twenty pounds, they get a plateau. So now they say, oh,
- 52:46Speaker 1: I better, I better increase my dosage. And but then
- 52:50Speaker 1: that's going to create the muscle loss that you know
- 52:54Speaker 1: at a microdose. I mean, I don't know Elizabeth Eureth
- 52:58Speaker 1: who doctor Urth from Bully. I just adore her and
- 53:02Speaker 1: I and she told me on my podcast two years
- 53:07Speaker 1: ago she said, I'm micro doose, meaning her and she's all,
- 53:12Speaker 1: you know, very fit. But the fact that she would
- 53:14Speaker 1: micro doose tells you that she's just looking to keep
- 53:18Speaker 1: that strong uh, you know, physical health and no weight,
- 53:23Speaker 1: no weighting and her metabolic health. So but but she
- 53:27Speaker 1: understands the muscle issue. So microdosing is for her and
- 53:32Speaker 1: for me somebody like me, is the way to go.
- 53:36Speaker 1: But you do have to watch for the plateauing if
- 53:40Speaker 1: you're trying to lose a bigger amount, and you have
- 53:43Speaker 1: to watch for the right.
- 53:44Speaker 3: Dose and the muscle loss. Right, this is the biggest thing,
- 53:47Speaker 3: rate the number one thing people complain about. I'm losing
- 53:50Speaker 3: muddle muscle. I'm losing fat in my face right, my
- 53:53Speaker 3: face has gotten thinner. I'm getting ozembic face and you know,
- 53:56Speaker 3: zebic butt. These things are happening because fat pads have
- 53:59Speaker 3: gone away in your face over the years. You haven't
- 54:01Speaker 3: seen yourself thirty pounds heavier for maybe ten years, and
- 54:05Speaker 3: now you're like, well, how come I face this some thing? Well,
- 54:08Speaker 3: that's what happened if you've stayed the same weight over
- 54:11Speaker 3: the same number of years. But unfortunately you didn't say
- 54:13Speaker 3: that weight, so you didn't see those fat pads go away,
- 54:15Speaker 3: you know, always believing, and then you have the muscle loss. Everyone,
- 54:19Speaker 3: I fear muscle loss more than anything because muscle is
- 54:21Speaker 3: the currency of you know, of longevity. If you lose,
- 54:26Speaker 3: if you lose muscle, I mean right now, when you
- 54:28Speaker 3: turn every year, then you know, after the age of
- 54:32Speaker 3: thirty five, you losing muscle masses.
- 54:33Speaker 2: It's going down.
- 54:34Speaker 3: So unless you just to maintain it, it's going down.
- 54:37Speaker 3: Even when you get older in your sixties. Now you
- 54:39Speaker 3: can't as much muscle mass as you're had in your
- 54:41Speaker 3: thirties even if you maintain it. So when you added
- 54:44Speaker 3: GLP one and a lot of people using JLP one
- 54:46Speaker 3: there forties and above right, is that the target autum
- 54:48Speaker 3: is probably fifteen Above is where I see multiple using
- 54:50Speaker 3: it because they're overweight. They're seeing this giant muscle loss
- 54:54Speaker 3: and they're not being able to counteract. They're not taking
- 54:56Speaker 3: augh protein, they're not doing you know, hormones, they're not
- 54:58Speaker 3: taking more well from peptides, and they're complaining about this.
- 55:01Speaker 3: And like you said, they're going so high in dose
- 55:03Speaker 3: and you get that weight down that they're losing that
- 55:06Speaker 3: you know muscle, and then what happens they come off?
- 55:09Speaker 3: What's the number one complaint? I gained the weight back? Well,
- 55:12Speaker 3: you gain it back because your metabolisms slowed down. If
- 55:15Speaker 3: you lose you know, twenty pounds and eight pounds that
- 55:18Speaker 3: is going to be muscle. Seven pounds of muscle. Muscle
- 55:21Speaker 3: is your strongest ability to move metabolism. You've lost seven
- 55:25Speaker 3: pounds of muscle, you have to you can eat even less.
- 55:27Speaker 3: Your bound of food has gone way down and plummeted
- 55:30Speaker 3: that what you can take in, So you want to
- 55:32Speaker 3: hold that muscle mass you can keep eating at least
- 55:34Speaker 3: some of the food you're eating before, because if you
- 55:36Speaker 3: go back to that same diet, you put on weight quicker.
- 55:38Speaker 2: This weapon's complaint. I put on weight so much past
- 55:40Speaker 2: bank came off. Well, how much you lose I don't know,
- 55:43Speaker 2: thirty pounds?
- 55:43Speaker 3: Great, you realize you probably lost seven eight nine pounds
- 55:46Speaker 3: of muscle in that that nine pounds of muscle accounted
- 55:49Speaker 3: for a large party metabism maybe like one hundred calories
- 55:53Speaker 3: extra one hundred th calories. And if you're eating the
- 55:56Speaker 3: same amount of food you ate before, you're going to
- 55:58Speaker 3: skyrocket you weight because you have no metablism isn't working.
- 56:01Speaker 2: So I think that the big there's muscle loss.
- 56:04Speaker 1: Yeah, so wouldn't it be the This is just a suggestion,
- 56:08Speaker 1: but wouldn't it be best if somebody is going to
- 56:11Speaker 1: go on to semi glue, to on a g LP
- 56:13Speaker 1: one to combine that just not even allow them to
- 56:17Speaker 1: do it unless they're going to do combined with it
- 56:20Speaker 1: a ipa morele and or testa morell and you know
- 56:24Speaker 1: a growth part.
- 56:27Speaker 3: We do this practice, Yeah, we do some practice. We
- 56:30Speaker 3: run this stuff quite often. Listen, again, it's cost right,
- 56:33Speaker 3: So patients come up to you and they say this expensive,
- 56:36Speaker 3: and I say, we have to this too, and they
- 56:37Speaker 3: get the bulk, right, Okay, you don't have to do
- 56:39Speaker 3: it if you're exercising and you're in the protein and
- 56:42Speaker 3: you know you're doing other things exercising protein number one
- 56:45Speaker 3: and two for me, and then always push the next
- 56:47Speaker 3: thing and then the next thing. They're like, well that
- 56:48Speaker 3: costs me extra. I don't know if I can afford it.
- 56:50Speaker 3: So I think it's really hard because there is the
- 56:53Speaker 3: price point that people care about, right, I can only
- 56:55Speaker 3: spend this much, And they also, do you know, first
- 56:58Speaker 3: something that trust with your practitioner. I don't know, you
- 57:00Speaker 3: know if I trust this GLP one to even work.
- 57:02Speaker 3: I don't know if I trust you. And then when
- 57:04Speaker 3: you gain trust, usually after the second business, I'm like, hey,
- 57:06Speaker 3: we should probably add this in. You've lost seven pounds
- 57:08Speaker 3: now your goal is thirty. Let's put this in to
- 57:11Speaker 3: help you keep that muscle mass. So I'm utilizing golp
- 57:14Speaker 3: ones with growth friend peptides all the time. But I
- 57:17Speaker 3: think there does become a problem with it is that
- 57:20Speaker 3: there is a price longevity. I always tell people. Everyone says,
- 57:23Speaker 3: wive's insurance covered while insurance works like car insurance. Your
- 57:27Speaker 3: car insurance does not cover breaks or winch wipers. But
- 57:32Speaker 3: if that rain is pouring down, your breaks aren't working,
- 57:34Speaker 3: you get a car accident. Guess now they're cover your breaks.
- 57:37Speaker 3: They're gonna cover your winche wipers, so they're destroyed. So
- 57:40Speaker 3: this is how insurance works. Insurance works when you've already
- 57:42Speaker 3: been destroyed and your body isn't working and you have
- 57:45Speaker 3: to bad happen. It does not cover anything before you
- 57:48Speaker 3: get to the point. So we're trying with golp one's
- 57:50Speaker 3: growth friend peptides hormones to slow down that aging process
- 57:54Speaker 3: so you don't have to go to the hospital for cancer,
- 57:57Speaker 3: cardiovastri disease, you know, and the other things that kind
- 58:01Speaker 3: of go into Asian just Alzheimer's. We want to slow
- 58:04Speaker 3: down the diseases of Asian and golp one's are the
- 58:06Speaker 3: best slow down process of disease of aging, they heart
- 58:11Speaker 3: disease Alzheimer's. Parkinsing's answer, I mean this is golp one's,
- 58:16Speaker 3: Like every person should consider JLP once. It's just for
- 58:18Speaker 3: the sheer fact of diseases of Asian would go down. Yeah,
- 58:21Speaker 3: but you know, I mean I can't. I mean, golp
- 58:23Speaker 3: One's are a whole on the topic. They're the best
- 58:25Speaker 3: thing that has ever come out. I love growth from peptides,
- 58:27Speaker 3: I love all these other things. And the reason we
- 58:29Speaker 3: started this saying with the reason why longevity confidence got
- 58:32Speaker 3: so big was golp one's and it's because they moved
- 58:34Speaker 3: the needle, the furthest in that longevity market. All the
- 58:38Speaker 3: other things support it. They support better block health. If
- 58:41Speaker 3: you can give one single thing to improvement ablouck health,
- 58:44Speaker 3: golp wants you know, I want to almost revamp. The
- 58:47Speaker 3: only reason I don't want to start with gop one
- 58:49Speaker 3: is because people are worried about losing muscle mass. To
- 58:51Speaker 3: worry about losing these things, they're just worried. I don't
- 58:53Speaker 3: need a GOLP want people. And then then well, obviously
- 58:55Speaker 3: we have the people that are you know, you've seen them,
- 58:58Speaker 3: I've seen them. They either love jail or completely hate them.
- 59:01Speaker 3: They're the devil. They should never be used. Why you're
- 59:04Speaker 3: destroying your body, it's from the Gillia monster's venom.
- 59:07Speaker 2: What are you doing? It means like the.
- 59:09Speaker 3: Crazy stuff we hear, and so it's a really hot
- 59:11Speaker 3: button topic to be on gop one's It would honestly
- 59:15Speaker 3: be my top top peptides.
- 59:17Speaker 2: I mean VPC peop before BPC.
- 59:20Speaker 3: If I can make you live longer, I would, And
- 59:23Speaker 3: I think in longevity space with you and I, gop
- 59:26Speaker 3: one should be in the top two. It should be
- 59:27Speaker 3: you know, growth from peptides and GOP one's honestly gop
- 59:30Speaker 3: one's before even growth friend, because longevity.
- 59:32Speaker 2: Space, we want to live longer.
- 59:34Speaker 3: But for the normal people who aren't thinking of the
- 59:37Speaker 3: next twenty years. Right in the Bible hacking community, we're
- 59:40Speaker 3: thinking five, ten, fifteen, twenty years in advance. Most other
- 59:43Speaker 3: people that we reach and most people that listen to
- 59:45Speaker 3: us and I see in practice, are thinking over the
- 59:47Speaker 3: next twelve months. They're not thinking over the next fifteen years.
- 59:51Speaker 3: So for them, that'sduring growth come matters because they want
- 59:53Speaker 3: to feel better right now, and I are thinking, I
- 59:56Speaker 3: want to feel good in fifteen years, though I don't
- 59:58Speaker 3: want feel.
- 59:58Speaker 2: Good right now.
- 59:59Speaker 3: Is great, but you don't cover my next fifteen years.
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: I'm also going to lose you. So this is the
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: kind of way the population shifts. Right we have the
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: longevity biohacker market, which gop ones are probably the top
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: of one you should be considering, and then we have
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: your day to day people were just like, I'm just
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: gonna feel better right now, Doc, I don't care if
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: ten years from now I don't have a heart attack.
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: At this point, what I care about is I'm not
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: sleeping and I'm losing muscle mass and my sex drive sucks,
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: Like what can I do about that? So I think
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: there's just different markets of where we're looking at. That's
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: why again, golp ones are at the top. But and
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: I talk about them every day to people all day
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: every day, but the education side is so hard to
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: explain to patients why they should be on them well,
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: and you.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: Need to also deal with the issue that we talked
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: about earlier, which is when something becomes that effective that
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: people see results from their friends or on the you
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: know of social media or whatever, or they themselves if
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: they've tried it, they then it becomes this, you know,
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: while west, which is kind of what's happening with peptide.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: So your role is so important, and this is why
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: I tell everyone who ever asked me, never ever get
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: on peptides without a provider. You've got to have someone
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: who understands what you're doing and understands your body because
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: everybody's biochemistry is different. So yeah, I agree with you
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: about the KLP ones, even people who don't even need
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: to lose weight, but they're doing it for overall wellness.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: So okay, Well, they just flagged me that our time's
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: almost up. So I want to ask you a big,
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: kind of a global macro question. At the show, I
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: saw these little robots running around and I was like,
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: so we are to be standing at a booth and
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: this little robot is next to yourself. What do you
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: think is going to be the future of aging and
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: wellness and longevity given what we have now that you
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: know all the things we've talked about today, peptive being
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: the big subject, but also stem cells and DNA mes
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: elation and AI and you know, also things the robots,
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: where do you see let's just project maybe five years,
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: just as a conservative, what do you think you'll be
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: saying on my podcast five years?
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: Yeah? So, I mean I think I think I had
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: the same for everyone else does.
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: As AI takes over more and more of our lives,
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: we have more job loss, we have people making less money.
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: I do see our health declining over the next five
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: years worse than this now because again, when there's less
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: jobs because AI is taking over jobs, even mine is
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: at risk of being gone.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: So when I see this happening, I imagine a.
- 1:02:43Speaker 3: Wally situation with Wally where they and they have the
- 1:02:46Speaker 3: space ships and they're all overweight. I'm like, that's where
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: we're moving towards in the overall health. I think the
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: most people United States are going to move towards that direction,
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: the people like you and I that are in the know.
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: There's going to be some many more treatments for us,
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: like the people that know about this stuff and have access,
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: because that's what most people don't have access.
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: They don't have the education.
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: So I think, one, I need to see more education
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: on this around them globally, and I think if we
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: get enough education on there, I think we can keep
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: people's health going. I think we can see reduction part disease,
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: we can see reduction of cancer, we can see increase
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: in lifespan. Finally, for the first time since antibiotics, we
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: can finally see it and.
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: The lifespan start to creep back up.
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: Between stem cells and AI, I think we can make
- 1:03:27Speaker 3: better treatment plans and really help people live longer. But
- 1:03:29Speaker 3: again the problem is going to be people that can
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: access it now are still getting access.
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: But if we see job losses with.
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: AI, we're going to see more unhealthy people because again
- 1:03:40Speaker 3: the food industry is not changing for the better. So
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: all we have is these peptides to help improve people,
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: which again it's working.
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: I do see wellness as a whole growing.
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: We know the ones industry is growing, so I do
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: think there's gonna be a large improvement in the overall
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: health of people that are in this industry right. But
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: it's trying to educate enough people. You and I both
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: went to Biohackers World. It is not that it is
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: not tens of thousands of people. And until we get
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: to that recipice where it's tens of thousands of people
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: coming to the events to learn how to make themselves better,
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: I think that's where we lose people. People are not
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: invested enough in their health because they're thinking we're gonna
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: just have another peptide or injection or pill. And I
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: think we're not outpacing how sick we are unfortunately, so
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: I still think we're gonna be much sicker in five
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: years unless I mean, look red true tide has twenty
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: nine percent weight loss.
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: Maybe I'm wrong.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: Maybe they have another golp one coming out in the
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: next five years that's going to hit obesity, knock it
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: all the way down. And if that happen, then yeah,
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: then I think we see a healthier worldwide population. And
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: I do think that's on the horizon. I do think
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: there is a golp one or something coming out it
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: will really change metal box disease, because I think that's
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: number one.
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: I know, But Jason, you can't really expect a peptide
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: to make all the difference if people don't change their
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: lookout the five pillars of health, you know, yeah, that
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: people are not dealing with their diet, are their exercise?
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: Are their stress levels? Are there? Sleep levels are there?
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: Are their connection to others? Where I just put that
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: as love, you know, the love the love pillar. So
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: you know, those are the five foundational things that that
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: basically there is a pep type for every single one
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: of those. However, that's just the band aid. You know,
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: you can know that you've got to go to the
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: root cause of you know, making change in your life.
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: So so I think the education you talk about needs
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: to get to the changes that we need to make,
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: and Robert F. Kennedy is I think he's doing an
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: amazing job of trying to help people, to educate them
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: to making changes in their choices. It starts with personal choice.
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: Right Greed agreed, one hundred percent agree.
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: I think I'm hoping that the future of medicine is
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: us getting better and healthier.
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: But I think it starts with education.
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: I think as we get more educated as providers and
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: we can pass education down to our patients and then
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: hits that critical point like peptides. Have we had a
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: critical point with peptides, I'm hoping we had a critical
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: point with wellness. We're seeing alcohol levels drop, so I
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: think we are seeing a movement in that direction. I
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: just hope it continues that snowball effect that people better choices,
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: more yoga, less partying, less drinking.
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: You know, that's my five years.
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: I hope the ones industry has exploded and we were
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: regular person walking down the streets like, oh yeah, I
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: quit drinking, like last year.
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: I heard how bad it was for me, and I'm
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: just done.
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: So we can start getting rid of these things and
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: start educating people on a really large basis. I do
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: see us finally having a better health. Mine's peptides threw peptides.
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: It's going to be just wanting to be better and
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: feel better overall.
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: Thank you for that. So before we go, I want
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: everybody to know basically how to reach you if they
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: want to talk to you. And I love the fact
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: that you've been so generous about offering a first time
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: consulting with you. Normally it costs like two hundred and
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: fifty dollars, and I think that's a deal because you
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: get people an hour. No where do you find a
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: doctor in this world that you can get, you know,
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: without insurance, one hour for three fifty. So, but you're
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: offering our viewers if they use it, well, just maybe
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: if you could tell your staff the age let's call
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: it ageless twenty.
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: Yeah, ages twenty is great if you tell me if
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: you we touch to my staff and say ageless twenty,
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: we're offering two hundred dollars or new patient consults that
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: we normally do.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: I mean, if somebody doesn't do that and then take
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: the next step with you to get their labs because,
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: as you said, the first, the very first thing you
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: have to do if you don't already have your labs
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: done when you come to talk to you and you
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: can do this, tell a medicine they don't.
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: Have to come to Chicago where you're located.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: So telemedicine has, you know, become a great avenue for
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: you know, zoom a zoom call like we're having is important.
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: Did you get to see the station?
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: Yep?
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: So so how do they reach you?
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: Oh, A couple of things.
- 1:08:09Speaker 3: My website is Fountain Wellness dot net. And then there's
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: also my Instagram which is d R doctor period Jason,
- 1:08:19Speaker 3: last name pensiic P E n C e K, and
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: I have a bunch of stuff on Instagram. I'm always posting,
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: you know, information, educational videos.
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: That's what I do all day. Every day's education.
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: If you reach out between Instagram, I will like I
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: would just send you my clinic info and that will
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: basically be our our email as well as our website
- 1:08:41Speaker 3: and you can go there and check us out and
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: then setup appointment.
- 1:08:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: So the the email address is on the Instagram account.
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: It is it is, It is on there. It is
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: in there, yep, I have it. You have access, and
- 1:08:52Speaker 3: then if you have a question, you can reach out
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: to me. I answer everyone that reach out to me.
- 1:08:56Speaker 3: I do pretty much answer every single uh get So
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: it takes.
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: A long time.
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: I spend like an hour or two a day on
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: an Instagram, but I do respond back to almost every
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: post and every every time.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: And I can tell you I look forward because I
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: open my Instagram account, uh one, because we do reels
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: as well, not as often as you, but we you know,
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: I oftentimes I just want to see what our reels
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: look like. And I go to my account and you're
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: the first person every single day. It's like it's like
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: eating breakfast. You know, You're You're like the first nutrition
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: I get every day when I open my account.
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: And there you are with the toast every day.
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: It gives me and everybody else that's watching a kernels
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: of education that are so important. So I really want
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: to thank you, Kase. I know that's a lot of work.
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: It takes, it takes a lot of energy, but it's
- 1:09:50Speaker 3: I It's it's passionate. I love I love medicine of
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: talking about it, and I will be educated.
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: I want everyone to know how to do this.
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: Well. Thank you so much. So where are you going
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: to be speaking next? What conference?
- 1:10:01Speaker 3: Just so people know, Oh my gosh, next one, I'm
- 1:10:05Speaker 3: supposed to be in Colombia and Cardian for Issaca, and
- 1:10:09Speaker 3: then I think the next one after that would be biohackers.
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: And then I'm traveling. I have a bunch of conferences.
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: I'm going to Jordan next year. I'm going to back
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: to Brazil, Dubai.
- 1:10:19Speaker 3: I have a lot of conference out with out of
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: the country next year, a lot of I think one
- 1:10:23Speaker 3: to nine and ten different countries next year.
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: Oh, so a lot of traveling out of the country. Yeah,
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: I have.
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: In the United States, I have been asked for a
- 1:10:30Speaker 3: bunch of IM supposed to teach actually at a form
- 1:10:32Speaker 3: their neuro therapy this year, and it didn't end up
- 1:10:35Speaker 3: working out. One that the provider was like, I wanted you,
- 1:10:37Speaker 3: but they maybe pull pep tides in and you couldn't
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: help me. So we'll see if I'm teaching a form
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: next year.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: Wow, that would be a great feather in your cap, Jason.
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: It would. I would be very excited about that.
- 1:10:47Speaker 3: So I get asked to speak a lot now, and
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: it's it's getting harder to fit stuff into my actual
- 1:10:53Speaker 3: day to day because they run a practice still, so
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: I'm still very busy outside of that.
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: Well, just so you know, I'm involved with Rob Pletcher.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: I think I've told you I've recommended him to you,
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: and he's working. You know, he's doctor Goldman's kind of
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: go to person, very talented, and he is doing the
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: joint venture with Epoch Health and world Health Net, which
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: is doctor Goldman. So they're they're looking for people like
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: you to be the spokesperson. So maybe get in touch
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: with Rob and tell them that you'd be interested to
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: be one of their longevity masters. They did approach me,
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: and I am going to do a uh you know,
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: I guess it's like a one minute. What they want
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: is just one minute of your thoughts. We had to
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: see longevity going that type of thing, so I sent
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: to Rob's info, So go ahead and reach out to him,
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: and I think you could you know, that would be
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: going right into world Health Net. So that's gonna be
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: a big one.
- 1:11:52Speaker 3: I love it all right, Thank you Michelle for having me.
- 1:11:55Speaker 3: I really I appreciate you so much.
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: Oh well, Jason, I appreciate you. So I just wanted
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: to say in partying that I have been using your
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: services with my own personal program, and I can tell everyone,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: you know, I don't usually recommend unless I've done it myself,
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: so I can highly recommend you anyone watching to really
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: go to Jason. I've given your name to a lot
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: of my associates and colleagues, and your staff is very
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: good and very responsive, so awesome. Yeah, so this is
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: a resource for everybody who wants to take advantage, but
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: don't do it without talking to Jason first. Get that one.
- 1:12:38Speaker 3: Watch my Instagram, but don't listen to everything without talking
- 1:12:41Speaker 3: too much your own health.
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: Please.
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: Yeah, no, no, go to because you've got to get
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: the personal lifestyle and the labs that are looked at
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: by Jason. I don't know how you do it. You
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: look so good, but I don't know where you sleep
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: because you do so much.
- 1:12:55Speaker 3: But I don't it is it is, I've been taking
- 1:12:58Speaker 3: sleep away from my life. But I just passionate. I
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: just want everyone to get access. I just want everyone
- 1:13:03Speaker 3: to get access. I just leased the price can come down.
- 1:13:05Speaker 3: So I just want everyone to feel. Everyone's health should
- 1:13:08Speaker 3: be free, right, we should be universal. It's unfair right now,
- 1:13:13Speaker 3: the way set up, and I just want everyone That's
- 1:13:15Speaker 3: why educate. If you can't see me, maybe you've got
- 1:13:18Speaker 3: a little tidbit that you can ask your doctor about
- 1:13:19Speaker 3: that doesn't know it and maybe they can help help you.
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: But you know, Jason, some people don't even know to
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: have a functional medicine doctor. They're still listening to you,
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: and they've got to then make the transition. So you know,
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: talking to you is the first step. Even if they
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: don't already have a functional medicine provider, they can start
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: taking the baby steps and then you know, look for that.
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: If they want to have a provider in their neighborhood,
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: so to speak, that's fine. But they can still work
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: with you on the question on the telemedicine side, so
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: you don't you know, and getting their labs they can
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: get that. Think you can prescribe them to get We
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: do that, We do that now, okay, good, all right,
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: Well I think they're probably asking me to get off.
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: All right, have a wonderful Christmas and we'll be I'm
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: sure I'll be talking to you. I'm sure, what Michelle, Okay,
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: you take care all right, Bye bye
