- 1:28Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 2:29Unknown: Well, of course, kicking off with Alvin Lee's familiar lyrics there that we've used for so many years is our intro and outro music. No intro music. We don't use it on the way out
- 2:40because of the prophetic lyrics.
- 2:42And Roger Sales obviously here with you on Tuesday 06/11/2006,
- 2:4811:19.
- 2:49Don't know if that bears any
- 2:51numerical significance or not. I guess we'll see as we go through the day. Probably not, but
- 2:57we got some stuff coming on the horizon. Boy, I'll tell you,
- 3:02sight it's
- 3:03to behold.
- 3:06Radio Ranch, of course, name of the program, our discussion group, our little quilting group here,
- 3:11get together and knit some quilts and people's
- 3:15patriot network, fledgling
- 3:17network, who knows who knows what this thing will be down the line.
- 3:22Right now, we're just getting established. We got a nice core audience out there all over the world. People listen.
- 3:29Not as many as I know we'll have down the line.
- 3:33Fought... I've been fighting like a salmon swimming upstream
- 3:37for so many years on this.
- 3:41You people, especially the new ones that are coming on board. Can you imagine out preaching this this
- 3:47this doctrine of, oh, I don't know, twenty six, twenty seven years ago?
- 3:53Okay.
- 3:55Said things were good. There's a few that people wanna listen. We had a great group there in Atlanta.
- 4:02We called it CCG,
- 4:04Citizens for Constitutional
- 4:06Georgia.
- 4:09At times, we'd have several 100 people there. We had the meeting after the Oklahoma City bombing.
- 4:16We had about
- 4:17at least two fifty people there. We met at a hotel, think it's gone now, old Tudor looking hotel there just above where, those of you familiar with Atlanta,
- 4:2975 and 852
- 4:30major inter states combined through the downtown part of Atlanta, and then they split
- 4:36just on the North Side, and it was just up that
- 4:39split to the west there.
- 4:42A big Tudor
- 4:43looking hotel took up a lot of room,
- 4:46and
- 4:48that we'd use those meeting rooms. It was that old hotel that had so many conventions in it because it was pretty high class in its day
- 4:56that it had that smell in it when you walked in. You know, that disinfectant
- 5:01that they've used to disinfect the carpet so many times over so many decades.
- 5:08Regardless,
- 5:09I remember that night real vividly because it was the biggest turnout we ever had.
- 5:16And when when you came to the room, which there's normally, I don't know, maybe 40, 50, 60 people sometimes.
- 5:24And
- 5:25you come into the room, and first of all, there's every major
- 5:28media
- 5:29station in Atlanta is there with a camera and a sound crew.
- 5:34That's that's the first
- 5:37tip that it wasn't gonna be a regular meeting.
- 5:40And
- 5:42I remember...
- 5:43I thought about this many times over the years.
- 5:46Here comes Shane here.
- 5:49Hey, Shane. How you doing, man?
- 5:53Hello, Roger. Morning. Morning, buddy. You outside smoking in the back?
- 5:58Oh, no. No. I'm inside the house. Okay. Well, I was telling this story, Shane, and and it's something that's popped into my mind over the years. It's pretty interesting. I was the
- 6:09vice chairman. We had a guy who I really think later turned...
- 6:14A lot of people didn't like him, but he was real one of the... Almost like a politician.
- 6:18One of these guys has just gotta get up there and lead people to do something. You know? And I I was... It was an elected thing, and he won the election. We had a a election,
- 6:29democratic election stuff, and
- 6:32and they voted me in as the vice chairman.
- 6:35And because I've got speaking skills, and I was a teacher for ten years and on the radio when I was a kid, and a lot of public speaking
- 6:44up to that point
- 6:46in different networking
- 6:48programs,
- 6:49you know? So, it's it's like falling falling off water off a duck's back to me but you know, public speaking for many people is worse than the fear of death.
- 6:59Okay? So. Yes. Yes. So, anyway,
- 7:02I I was up that night at second, and I had jotted down that afternoon.
- 7:08And I remember I was still a pup in this. K? Couple of years into it, and...
- 7:15But I already knew about all these historical false flags that they'd lied to us about all the way back to, you know, the the Spanish American war and just this whole litany of false flags, Pearl Harbor, etcetera. And so
- 7:29I remember this is before nine eleven.
- 7:32Okay? This is the early nine... Early nineties now, mid nineties, we're talking. Alright. Alright? Murrah Building bombing.
- 7:40And so I got up and I gave this talk, and I listed
- 7:44all of those different false flags and stuff, and the whole time the room was just jam packed full.
- 7:50There in the back, as you're looking from the stage on the audience,
- 7:54is all of these
- 7:56WSB,
- 7:57all
- 7:58these
- 8:00household
- 8:01media outlets there with television
- 8:03cameras.
- 8:04But over on the left Mhmm. And they all had the usual TV kinda gear that you see, TV stations, media stations using.
- 8:12And then over on the left,
- 8:14there was one crew
- 8:16that had totally
- 8:18different gear,
- 8:19all top notch gear,
- 8:22and
- 8:23they just stood out, they were different. And I never did get to them to find out who they were working for, and they may not have told me, and what they may have told me was a lie, but thinking back on that night and that incident
- 8:37at times over all these years since,
- 8:40I've often wondered who those people were, and wouldn't surprise me if
- 8:47it... Well, it's obviously government or something, but anyway, I just remember that night. It was kind of a special night,
- 8:53and that was our group in Georgia. So that was many years ago.
- 8:58We've got people that are just now coming to the message
- 9:01here either
- 9:03in the last... You know, maybe even some new people today.
- 9:07Alright? But we got new folks coming up. I have a
- 9:10Unknown: Okay. I have a question there. Alright. Good. When did you find out that you were a
- 9:16sovereign authority?
- 9:18Unknown: Well, you see that. Well, you see this Yeah. A little bust in your brain. Well, Shane, it wasn't a moment. It was a process. It's what I keep telling you guys. The reason I tell you guys that is because that's the one I've been through. Alright? And
- 9:32I can tell you this.
- 9:38There is one thing
- 9:40that drove me all those years,
- 9:44k,
- 9:45that I did pick up very early on. I didn't pick it up immediately
- 9:49because
- 9:50when I sat down at the table and heard these guys give this couple hour presentation
- 9:56one Friday night,
- 9:57it's exactly like most of you when you sit down here.
- 10:01As I've said in the past,
- 10:03most folks'
- 10:07command of law is from watching LA Law and Perry Mason.
- 10:13So you
- 10:15sit down at this table with these kind of concepts being thrown around in that kind of a frame of mind,
- 10:22it takes a little bit to get adjusted.
- 10:24Okay? But I can tell you the one thing, and I mentioned it yesterday. It's interesting. You should bring that up, Shane.
- 10:30Because I had an email about it. Yeah. Last night too from a listener that touches out occasionally to me from Florida gym down there.
- 10:38And I mentioned it yesterday because the IRS code came up.
- 10:43And
- 10:45and and have you ever sat down and read much of the IRS code chain?
- 10:52Unknown: Yes. Actually, I did. Why? Because I was being
- 10:57sanctioned or perhaps
- 10:59lien levying
- 11:00garnishment seizure. I I was in that process.
- 11:03So, yes, I have read some of the
- 11:06Unknown: IRS code. Well, did they put a lien on you?
- 11:10Of course. Okay. So they got their pound of they got their pound of flesh. Well, they're good at that. It's obviously the foreign agents, and I hope you got away without giving them anything, but most people don't. People are scared as hell of them. You've mentioned those three letters in their knee. Shit,
- 11:27their knees start shaking. Okay? And and I've been there. I mean, listen. Mine shook too. Alright?
- 11:34And
- 11:36it's amazing to get down, but one of the things that drove me from the very earliest time that I got my arms around this was that one section of the code of federal regulations
- 11:47in title 26,
- 11:49and I had to send this to Jim. He's going, what was that code you were talking about? Okay. Title 26
- 11:57CFR,
- 12:00code of federal
- 12:02regulations.
- 12:051.1
- 12:09dash one
- 12:11a.
- 12:14Don't you think it stands to reason that 1.1
- 12:18dash one a
- 12:21is pretty close to the front of the book?
- 12:24Unknown: Yes, and that's also in your book. Yes,
- 12:28Unknown: because it's important.
- 12:33There's many reasons it's important.
- 12:36One of the real reasons it's important is because it's different, it's the only one that's like this.
- 12:42All the other 49 of them aren't like this, but this one's like that.
- 12:48And what do I mean like that? It's got the two statuses in it. The others, 49,
- 12:54just have one status in it. You you know what that is, don't you, Shane?
- 12:59Unknown: Yes. Unfortunately, I'm pouring coffee.
- 13:02Unknown: Okay. Well, I won't bother you while you're pouring coffee. I don't want you to get your mixture mixed up there. Well, the other the other ones, 49 of them, right there, the equivalent of... Could you kinda not bang the spoon around on the cup there? Sure. It's coming through.
- 13:18Alright. And I told you this is an informal informal get together we got here. You know?
- 13:25Oh, yeah. All the rest of those 49,
- 13:28the
- 13:29keyword, the bomb word, the landmine word is resident.
- 13:34It doesn't have both statuses. All the other 49 only have one of the statuses, resident,
- 13:40as it ties back to the fourteenth Amendment, wherein they reside.
- 13:45So
- 13:49that in itself makes this important and
- 13:53they
- 13:54didn't they put it in there for several reasons because they had to for one but because they can hide it and then they can utilize it and we don't know about it and dumb down and we can't or don't up to this point.
- 14:08So, this is their jurisdictional
- 14:10statement. Well, as you open it up and as I could I could open up a copy over here but I'm not going to take the time to do it because I've got it in our old textbook but if you open up that first page, it's over on the top right side of the page,
- 14:23and it says, An income tax is owed
- 14:27by all individuals.
- 14:29Now that's an interesting legal term in itself, but it's separate from what we're talking about here. It's an individual,
- 14:37and that's a person. A real individual is an individual person.
- 14:43Who are?
- 14:45They're individuals,
- 14:46but they are citizens of The United States or residents.
- 14:52So an income tax is owed by all individuals who are citizens of The United States and residents. There's the two categories.
- 15:00Resident is in all the others, but now we've got citizens of The United States thrown in there.
- 15:06Just
- 15:08in the identifier,
- 15:09because it's both.
- 15:11Then they go down and they say,
- 15:14to the exception of eight seventy one b and eight seventy seven b,
- 15:19small b's, both cases,
- 15:21all nonresident
- 15:22alien individuals.
- 15:24John explained to us how that was being used.
- 15:27I had a
- 15:29rudimentary
- 15:30understanding of it and my arms around the concept,
- 15:35but I knew intrinsically,
- 15:38intuitively,
- 15:39that they had gone to damn great lengths to do that.
- 15:44That's a real stretch.
- 15:46Okay? And they had gone to great lengths to throw a curveball there to everybody.
- 15:53And up until when John Benson found it,
- 15:57everybody took the bait.
- 16:01But he, with his knowledge, law, and understanding of this, understood what it was.
- 16:06And so I didn't know the other stuff, the passport oath, the US national, any of that stuff. But that one point right there drove me, and I just kept digging and digging and digging and digging on it.
- 16:21I mentioned a dear friend of mine yesterday who's deceased.
- 16:26His name's Ron Brown. I sure do miss him.
- 16:29And
- 16:31before he died, he told his girlfriend because I had figured this stuff out by then.
- 16:36And
- 16:37he told his girlfriend, she told me later. And she said, Ron was so proud of you, man. And he he told me, he said, he just never quit. He never quit. He kept digging and digging and digging, and that's what I did. Okay? And that's the only reason we've got this, and if I wouldn't have been so obsessed for whatever reasons
- 16:57and by whatever guidance to do this and do that and sacrifice my...
- 17:03A good part of my productive
- 17:05years of my life
- 17:07doing it,
- 17:09we still wouldn't know this.
- 17:14That's scary right there, Shane.
- 17:17We'd
- 17:19still be foundering around as a community
- 17:22like we did for those
- 17:24twenty five first years I was in it. Twenty years, whatever. Mhmm. Now we got a whole bunch of new people that are waking up
- 17:33at some stage. And, unfortunately, a lot of that information's
- 17:36out there, and they fall right into the trap.
- 17:40They go read it. They buy it. They, you know, they take it in because the first thing they read, it makes that first impression,
- 17:47and then the Mark Twain quote comes into play that it's easier to fool a man than tell him he's been fooled. And to try and unlearn
- 17:57some of that stuff from people's minds
- 18:00is very difficult.
- 18:02Maybe in some cases, Shane, impossible.
- 18:06Unknown: Yeah.
- 18:07Yeah.
- 18:09Yeah. I wanna go back to the subject of
- 18:12sovereign authority.
- 18:13Unknown: Yeah. What do you wanna know about? Learn... Can you?
- 18:16Unknown: Well, I mean,
- 18:18from... When
- 18:20did you learn that we are in a
- 18:23Unknown: Well, I think... Well, when that... While in that first weekend seminar we went through, here's the process.
- 18:29I I was real early into this.
- 18:32Well, let's just go back even a step back further.
- 18:36The way... What happened to me was I was doing network marketing.
- 18:41And because I was teaching, I only had a few hours a week I was teaching.
- 18:45I had a lot of spare time, and I needed extra money, you know, like everybody else.
- 18:52And so I got enthralled with network marketing.
- 18:55And so in networking,
- 18:57one of the guys I was working with came up to me at a meeting we were having. I can remember it in my mind where it was,
- 19:04and said... In the conversation, he said, income tax is illegal.
- 19:10And I, like most people, said, oh, come on, man. And shit in my head, he said, no. No. I've got a tape. We got a tape. And I said, well, look. I'm open minded. I'll watch a tape because I'd always been curious about all this stuff.
- 19:24And so the tape was up in Virginia,
- 19:27and it took him a couple of weeks to get it down to Atlanta.
- 19:32And so when I got it,
- 19:35I couldn't wait to watch it, and I must have been teaching that day.
- 19:40This is why I can tell you all this stuff exactly, Shane.
- 19:44And it was 07/16/1992,
- 19:52and the reason I can tell you that is because that night I got home from work, I had the tape,
- 19:59I came in, put it into the tape. It was a guy named Al Carter.
- 20:05You ever heard of him? I'm sure you haven't.
- 20:07Al Carter.
- 20:08And he was out of Utah, and he was one of these PAY triots, You know? But he was going around, and he did this tape, and it was based on a fella's work that I've mentioned before named Phil Marsh,
- 20:22and... Who was around for five years or so untaxing people all over the country. Well, regardless
- 20:29of that background there, he had ripped off his material and done this videotape.
- 20:35And I sat down to watch it, and it was a lot of rudimentary stuff like the... You know, it says on the back of the lien that it's only for government employees and all that kind of stuff. You know?
- 20:47Different parts of the puzzle, but, of course, not the answers.
- 20:50But about halfway through that... Watching that videotape,
- 20:55Shane, and it was on a Thursday night.
- 20:58If you go back and check the calendar, that was a Thursday night.
- 21:02And so
- 21:05I
- 21:06it was the night 2009
- 21:09No. 1992.
- 21:12And the reason I can tell you exactly is because you can go on a search engine. You can dig it up too. Because that night was the night of Bill Clinton's
- 21:21very first acceptance
- 21:23speech the first time he ran for presidency.
- 21:26And I was interested in it, and I wanted to see his acceptance speech. You know? You get up there. They talk for a couple of minutes, you know, fifteen, thirty minutes, and you go back to watching the tape again. Right? Well, that... If you remember, you check, it's right there, historical fact.
- 21:44That was the longest acceptance speech in the history of American politics.
- 21:49The the egotistical
- 21:51some bitch and his wicked
- 21:53witch of the West wife
- 21:55were up there for over two hours playing the saxophone and doing all kinds of crap. And I must have had to work the next morning because I didn't get to watch the rest of the tape.
- 22:07And so I went to work and and and
- 22:12that was... And so I came ran downstairs.
- 22:15That's what it was. Friday, I'm... I was busy all day and all evening. I didn't get back to it. But Saturday morning,
- 22:23I bounded down the stairs from... Woke up, got downstairs, threw that tape in, and in the back half of the tape
- 22:31was even more
- 22:33provocative
- 22:33pieces of different
- 22:35inconsistencies
- 22:37than in the front part, and at some point in there I said to myself,
- 22:42If they can screw us this bad without us knowing what's happening,
- 22:47what the hell else is going on?
- 22:50That's where my path started, right there,
- 22:53but the initial night of that was 07/16/1992.
- 22:57I consider it to be my patriot birthday, Shay.
- 23:06Yep. Wow. That's great then. Let's see. Somebody wanted us to... It's true stories where I got started. It's always interesting to see what
- 23:14provoked people to come into the arena.
- 23:19I guess I should tell this story. Welcome.
- 23:23I had several
- 23:24phone calls this morning. We're gonna get to test some of this stuff.
- 23:29Several phone calls this morning from Brian Howard,
- 23:34and evidently, he got pulled over in Austin yesterday.
- 23:40And,
- 23:41of course, Brian is pretty well fearless,
- 23:45and best I can tell, ain't scared of anybody.
- 23:50And he can be belligerent.
- 23:53Unknown: And so Well, he's gonna claim it. Well,
- 23:56Unknown: when he did that in Idaho years ago, testing the driver's license, we talked about it. I think it came up yesterday,
- 24:03where
- 24:05I
- 24:07had seen in a handbook,
- 24:10some Oklahoma
- 24:11driver's license handbook somewhere
- 24:14that
- 24:15you could get a non resident driver's
- 24:18license
- 24:20if you could prove you were a non resident
- 24:23and you could prove your parents
- 24:25were... It wasn't nonresident, it was national,
- 24:27a US national driver's license if you could prove you were a US national and your parents were US national.
- 24:34That's what it said and what I read. It was official.
- 24:37And so I got on the air and started talking about it one day.
- 24:41I thought that'd be maybe the answer to this conundrum that we still deal with today, this driver's license issue,
- 24:49when we take this political stance.
- 24:54And so
- 24:57Brian goes up. He calls me. He heard me on Joyce,
- 25:02caught me over there. It was ex wife number two.
- 25:05And
- 25:07he
- 25:08said,
- 25:09man, I I wanna do this. I've just moved from Texas
- 25:12up here to Idaho, and I need a driver's license, and I'll I'll go do that.
- 25:17He's one of the guys... They're pretty rare.
- 25:21We've got a couple of them that
- 25:23Chris is certainly one that lie... That will press the envelope. And you see, the only way we really get definitive answers, the way they've so
- 25:33craftfully hid all of this stuff
- 25:36is to press the envelope
- 25:38and put their asses against the wall and stand up to them. That's the only way you beat them is stand up to them. You can't cower to them. You can't bargain with them. You can't can't compromise with them. You gotta stand up to their asses. That's certainly a conclusion I've come to, Shane. And Brian's willing to do that. Or run from them. Yeah. No. We don't wanna run from... Why? They're the ones that are using fraud.
- 26:03You don't run from fraud. You stand up, you know, over the... We'll come back to this driver's license thing in a second. Over the weekend, I was looking at YouTube. Somebody's running a weed eater out there. I hope you can't hear that.
- 26:17Think it's on neighbor's property. Okay. Well, it's real distracting to me. So, anyway, over the weekend, I was scoping over
- 26:26YouTube. What I just do lately is just bring up YouTube and it suggests
- 26:30a bunch of videos there, you know, on the algorithm of what you watched and stuff and so, I'll just go over there and find me some nice videos to watch on something interesting, you know?
- 26:41And so, I'm looking at it Friday night, I think and there it is. There's one that pops up. It says a
- 26:48dialogue or something on the Jewish
- 26:51question, and it was... I looked, and it was an older video,
- 26:56and when I got it open, it was
- 26:58somebody that was really
- 27:00meaningful in my path here and that's pastor P Peters and
- 27:06he went through a lot of hell that guy did and in this hour video,
- 27:11that's... He was talking about this. You you ever... Do you remember hearing about a guy named Allen Berg? You ever hear that name, Shane?
- 27:20No. No. He was a obnoxious
- 27:23New York Jew
- 27:25who'd moved to Denver
- 27:27talk show host.
- 27:29And he got
- 27:32he he got Pastor Peters on the air with him one time.
- 27:35And somebody
- 27:37murdered him in Denver.
- 27:39K?
- 27:40And they tried to blame it on this group from Portland or somewhere out West and who'd attended pastor Pete's church and
- 27:49just came into the service, you know, and he, I guess, he knew em casually
- 27:53But all the stuff that came from that and how they tried to pin it on him and build him into a big white supremacist and all this stuff even back then.
- 28:03And when Clinton...
- 28:04And a little bit later on, Shane,
- 28:07when Clinton got elected and appointed Janet Reno
- 28:11as his
- 28:13department attorney general,
- 28:15they named pastor Pete Peters
- 28:18as the number one most dangerous man in America.
- 28:24Now here's a little cowboy
- 28:26who used to be a civil servant that that
- 28:29took over La Porte Church of Christ in a little bitty back out of the way town in Colorado,
- 28:36La Porte, Colorado,
- 28:38lost most of his congregation,
- 28:40had a bout like we've done here, lost most of the congregation,
- 28:44but still got a lot of people who are just core people. So that's what he had,
- 28:50and here he's the number one most dangerous man
- 28:53in America.
- 28:56Well, that whole video
- 28:58I agree. Well, he goes and tells the whole story, and he did a great job of of... When they tried to get him back on on a witness stand on this trial later and set him up for stuff, and he had done recordings. He had recordings of everything. He played everything. He documented it. But at the end of the video, these basic conclusion is, you gotta stand up to these people.
- 29:20You can't let them do all this other stuff. You just gotta stand up and stand your ground and have a valid stance, obviously,
- 29:28but that's the only way to beat them, and I agree with him. I was sitting there nodding my head because that's what we do here. We found their fraud. We take the initiative.
- 29:37We do what we need to do to sever this presumption
- 29:42that we're this other class, this other status,
- 29:45and then we stand up to it. Well, in eight years, there hadn't been any blowback.
- 29:52I mean, Shane, in eight years of doing this to the however many people have been exposed on even some of these high end programs that I've been on occasionally,
- 30:02Not one piece of blowback. Nobody's ever found one thing wrong
- 30:08in any of this stuff.
- 30:10You know? Maybe yesterday, like Murr calling in and saying, no. Wasn't five years. It was seven years he was in jail. Okay. Big deal. You know? That's
- 30:18a nuance, but no major facts in eight years have ever been
- 30:23rebutted.
- 30:26Not one
- 30:27overt overt move from from the agents of government that it's not acceptable or they're gonna come down on your head. Well, why is that? Because we've caught them in fraud.
- 30:43We've caught them in fraud. Remember what Tom Schramm said on here one day.
- 30:47Wish that guy get out of here with his weed eater.
- 30:51And I've never heard this before. Tom mentioned it that day. Boy, it stuck with me, and it's real true. Fraud isn't fraud until it's discovered.
- 31:02Unknown: Oh, yeah.
- 31:03Unknown: Well, I... Just let that sink in if that's first time you've heard that. Fraud
- 31:08isn't fraud
- 31:10until it's discovered.
- 31:17Okay? And that's why they stand mute, man. They've been if you had a common law court, we wouldn't even have to take them to court. They admit their guilt by not being able to rebut that affidavit.
- 31:30Unknown: So would they settle?
- 31:33Unknown: Well, I I I... If you have
- 31:36I I doubt if you'd ever get it. I doubt if you'd ever get in a situation other than this where you could confront them on this. That's why I say they'll never let it into a court.
- 31:48You know, we had that yesterday as the... Greg and them dug up that
- 31:54Ituwatig
- 31:55versus
- 31:56DRC
- 31:57site.
- 31:58And,
- 31:59you know, not
- 32:00only have we got the documentation,
- 32:02the historical facts,
- 32:04understand the principles and concepts involved, but we've got their tacit agreement.
- 32:09Not one of these things has ever been rebutted.
- 32:12Not one problem has ever come to my knowledge from anybody filing one.
- 32:20That's pretty good track record for eight years there, mister Shane, I believe. I mean, I'm pretty proud of it. It's, you know, it may... It... It's withstood the test of time because they
- 32:33recognize
- 32:34these systems of law.
- 32:37That's why they had to change them. It's because they recognize them. That's
- 32:42you don't think they recognize the common law? Hell, they've been trying to get us away from it for hundreds of years.
- 32:50Unknown: Mhmm.
- 32:52Unknown: Let's go back to this story with Brian and this burst
- 32:56driver's license thing.
- 32:58Yeah. So
- 33:01I mentioned it again. Just the... Brian
- 33:04took the case with it, and it was a really interesting experience because these guys,
- 33:10the... They hired an attorney in the appellate
- 33:13part of it, but when it went past him and we appealed it past that, it went straight to the director of transportation to the state of Idaho, the head knocker.
- 33:23Okay? Now here's this little Brian. He's brand new. He don't really understand this stuff. He filed his affidavit with passport and stuff, and he's pressing the envelope. Okay? Well, of course, Glenn and I are in there helping him, and so
- 33:37they started evading. Here's what the first thing that happened. This is kinda funny.
- 33:45He goes, well,
- 33:48I'm so and so. He writes him an email or a letter or something says, I'm so and so, and I'm the appellant attorney, and we'll have a call at at 05:00
- 33:58on Thursday, the whatever.
- 34:01And so at... He says, I'll call you. Well, Brian goes to the phone,
- 34:06and the guy's late and calling him, like, over five minutes.
- 34:11And so
- 34:13so I don't remember exactly how he resolved it if he... But the next time he he got him, he's... He he kinda snubbed
- 34:21the guy, you know, and wrote him back, said, hey. I was right here, man. At the time you were appointed, you didn't show up. I had to go do something else, yada yada yada, whatever. So, he rescheduled it and he said the next time, man, the guy called it to them
- 34:35second, the second hand hit the top of the hour. And
- 34:39so, anyway, he goes through the appellate process with this guy. He rules against him.
- 34:45Oh, this is... He's going, well, this, that, and the other on the resident thing. And Brian says, well, I've got an affidavit in at the secretary of state, and he agrees with it. Would you like to write an affidavit rebutting the secretary of state?
- 35:02And he said, it was like you threw a hot rock in the guy's hands, man. No. No. I wouldn't wanna do that. And so
- 35:11it got appealed up to the director, and then he had the same attitude
- 35:15that he would not sign. There were several different volleys of correspondence,
- 35:21and they tried to trick Brian every way, backdate,
- 35:26screw with the time limits because you got twenty days to respond and all that stuff,
- 35:31and they tried to screw him on that. When the guy did send him something, he would never sign it, Shane.
- 35:38He always had a substitute
- 35:41signature,
- 35:42and you couldn't have interpreted that guy's signature
- 35:45with the Rosetta Stone.
- 35:48Okay? He never signed one document that he sent out. It was always this surrogate signer.
- 35:55And then finally,
- 35:56when he got backed into a corner,
- 35:59he's made the statement in the paperwork. Brian's still got copies of it. I probably got them around somewhere. He says, we cannot issue state issued driver's license to anyone who's not a resident.
- 36:13The same back with the Code of Federal Regulations.
- 36:16All 50 titles, one exception,
- 36:19have resident in them. The other one has the other status, citizen of The United States.
- 36:24Resident, resident, resident. Go to any country in the world. What do they want you to be? Resident, resident, resident.
- 36:33Resident
- 36:34is not where they live. Resident
- 36:37is which laws apply to you.
- 36:42Unknown: Isn't that racist?
- 36:44Unknown: No.
- 36:47You can be a resident no matter what Yes. What race,
- 36:50creed, color
- 36:51you are.
- 36:59So that's the big word, and that's the big deal. Well, now back to this driver's license because Brian got stopped yesterday.
- 37:06He called me a couple times this morning, and
- 37:10he
- 37:11signed the lie... With the the traffic ticket with an x, and he got some kinda expired. He owns the vehicle.
- 37:20Don't know what the tag is. He doesn't have any registration,
- 37:23and he's got an expired driver's license and no insurance.
- 37:28How do you think that sounds?
- 37:30How do you think that sounds as a setup there, Shane?
- 37:35Unknown: Oh, wow.
- 37:36Unknown: Pretty good. So
- 37:39he's got a bundle of different issues that he's gonna confront.
- 37:44And
- 37:45so we had a little skull on it today, and I think he's first gonna try and go by because they got him scheduled to come to some sort of a a court deal on Monday, the seventeenth.
- 37:58And so I suggested to him that he get all his paperwork together,
- 38:02including the
- 38:03stuff from Idaho and the director of transportation up there,
- 38:08and take it by the prosecutor's
- 38:10office,
- 38:11including his affidavit,
- 38:13his passport
- 38:14that he received with it. See, this is the reason that I always suggest people do the passport if they can afford it, because now you got a piece of ID
- 38:24that's linked to that document.
- 38:28Okay?
- 38:29And so, anyway, he's going to do that and
- 38:33he was busy getting stuff together today, or I'd
- 38:37had him on the show so he could tell you the story.
- 38:43This is a big issue because obviously it's one of the ways they found
- 38:47to really lock this system in. You know where driver's license came from,
- 38:52don't you Shane, the history of them?
- 38:56Unknown: The locomotion.
- 38:58It's
- 38:59Unknown: No. No. Not
- 39:00Liberty. Not travel. No. It's
- 39:03Unknown: it's moving.
- 39:05Unknown: Yes. But that's not where driver's license came from.
- 39:08That's where Oh, right. Right. Freedom. That's liberty and freedom.
- 39:11K? Driver's licenses
- 39:13have been around for a while.
- 39:16K?
- 39:18Were in essence around
- 39:21even before cars were here,
- 39:24because if you used to use a wagon and horses,
- 39:28you had to have a license
- 39:30if you hauled people or goods,
- 39:35because you're doing it for commercial activity and you're using the public roads.
- 39:42So
- 39:43they required a license even back then,
- 39:46but then automobiles came along.
- 39:49And there was no license required for automobiles,
- 39:52all from Henry Ford's early stuff all the way through the '20s all the way into the '30s when they implemented this system.
- 40:02You know how they started getting people to get driver's licenses,
- 40:06Shane?
- 40:08Unknown: They gave me free stuff.
- 40:10Unknown: In essence,
- 40:13they gave you a discount on your automobile insurance if you had a license.
- 40:18Unknown: What a deal.
- 40:20What a deal. Yeah.
- 40:22Unknown: And so, obviously,
- 40:24people started doing it, and then they just, just like everything else with gradualism,
- 40:30folded it into the
- 40:33mindset of the people. Oh, yeah. Just like my...
- 40:36When
- 40:37my friend came up and said income tax is illegal.
- 40:41Most people go, oh, come on, man. No. If you yeah, but if you don't pay, they'll take you to jail. Man,
- 40:47how many times have I heard that?
- 40:50Not if you do it right. Too many. If you understand
- 40:53that there there's only two statuses that they can tax. One of them only two sections and the other one everything else
- 41:00and you get all this information down
- 41:03and you send that affidavit to the Secretary of State and you have a clean slate with the IRS,
- 41:09then you go back and send that affidavit with a cover letter telling the IRS
- 41:13it's on file and has not been objected to by the Secretary of State and that you plan in the future to pay every
- 41:21tax that you're obligated to pay.
- 41:25See you later.
- 41:28You'll
- 41:29never hear from a man,
- 41:32but
- 41:32you gotta do that thing first with the secretary of state.
- 41:37He's the lord of the manor
- 41:39in essence,
- 41:40and he's the one you gotta go to to volunteer out.
- 41:44You don't even have to do it in a fancy way.
- 41:48It says on the passport application,
- 41:50you can attach documentation.
- 41:53I don't know what what
- 41:55documentation
- 41:56is made up of, but documentation's
- 41:58what the word they use,
- 41:59comma, including affidavits.
- 42:02Well, since we understand that an affidavit
- 42:04is the most powerful legal
- 42:06truth in law,
- 42:10it's properly formed, properly notarized,
- 42:13and presented to the proper person, and stands unrebutted,
- 42:17it is the highest truth in law.
- 42:21Why not weaponize it for our own ends?
- 42:24And that's what is done here. I didn't do it. I didn't think of that. John did. He didn't think of sending it to the Secretary of State. He thought of sending it to the IRS.
- 42:35That's why we had all those problems, but it's a powerful document,
- 42:39and they can't say no. They've got to accept it. Why, Shane? Why do they have to accept it?
- 42:47Unknown: Exposes
- 42:49Unknown: the truth or expose to truth. They
- 42:52accept it because every system's gotta be voluntary.
- 42:59Mhmm. That's the trick they've pulled here. They've reversed that on us.
- 43:04K?
- 43:06If it's not voluntary,
- 43:08if they were gonna... If they... Alright. Let me tell you what. If they wrote back and said,
- 43:12hey,
- 43:14Joe Blow,
- 43:16you're one of the students of this creep Roger Sales,
- 43:20and you've been buying into all this shit, and none of it applies to you,
- 43:25you little slimy
- 43:28surf.
- 43:30Now you see that would be tyranny.
- 43:34Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 43:35Unknown: Now they tried to do that a little bit
- 43:38and found out they couldn't even get to first base on it
- 43:42with that bluff letter.
- 43:44It appears by what you've submitted,
- 43:47appears to who? Appears to somebody that's a sorry, rotten slaver.
- 43:51That's the only person it appeared to like that.
- 43:57It's a plain a plain affidavit,
- 44:00properly formed, properly notarized with the appropriate
- 44:04information on there that that's not what I am.
- 44:08What do you mean it appears by what you've submitted?
- 44:14So that's the biggest defense they've had, Shane.
- 44:19That's the biggest
- 44:21offensive
- 44:22move
- 44:23they've made in eight years is that bluff letter. Now we got a couple of
- 44:30real unusual examples.
- 44:32Tom Schramm being one. I guess that's still
- 44:35up in the air. I hadn't heard anything otherwise.
- 44:38But
- 44:39It's still pretty. But certainly, Chris.
- 44:43Okay. Now Chris' situation is...
- 44:46It's not perplexing.
- 44:47We can understand why there'd be a hang up, but it's frustrating because it can't seem to get any answers.
- 44:53And outside all this,
- 44:56whoever
- 44:59threw the the hitch in the giddy up over in mister
- 45:03Chris's
- 45:04area
- 45:05has really had him tangled up for years now
- 45:09and trying to get it undone, man.
- 45:12He wee weeed in somebody's Cheerios.
- 45:17Somewhere
- 45:19along the line out there in the power structure, he stepped on somebody's toes, a,
- 45:25or, b,
- 45:27somebody with big wampum and big power
- 45:31was real scared of him.
- 45:35Unknown: Chris can fight back.
- 45:37Unknown: Well, he's pretty adept at it. I'll tell you. I gotta tip my hand to mister Chris
- 45:43for a hell. I I... It just breaks my heart to see people have to go through like that in their lives. A.
- 45:49Yeah. And
- 45:50B, because all the circumstances
- 45:52that we know and understand that are at barrier
- 45:55and three, because it just totally screws your life up. You can't hardly have a life when you're mired up in all that
- 46:03And
- 46:05say, even if you beat grapple. That's why... With the... You know, Shane,
- 46:10from the... You asked where I started. Well, this is what really I found out along the way is if you try and fight these guys the traditional way,
- 46:19even if you win... Let's say that Chris wins,
- 46:22that he wins a case and even gets an award and gets some money.
- 46:27It's almost like they still won because they stole your life to get there.
- 46:34It's that domineering,
- 46:36that oppressive on
- 46:39your daily thoughts and everything else. It's just a lot of pressure, and I came to the conclusion there had to be a better way to do this. And
- 46:48out of the fruits of
- 46:50of all the hours and everything that's going on, here we are. Excuse me there. And
- 46:55we've got an answer, and we found out some important things. We found out the way you beat these guys is you stand up to them with truth, you expose what they're doing,
- 47:05and you take a firm stance.
- 47:08Okay?
- 47:09And we we've
- 47:10learned that that's the really
- 47:13one of the only ways to beat them.
- 47:15Because then you preempt everything, and it never gets to any of the stage that Chris is in now.
- 47:24And
- 47:25that's what I'm hoping we're gonna be able to do with Brian. I suggested
- 47:29that he go to the prosecutor
- 47:31and hand deliver a package with all that in there
- 47:35because if he mails it, he he wants to be certified and all that. That takes a little bit longer generally
- 47:41and
- 47:42and it may be that with the court date, they're wanting him to do something by Monday that the prosecutor may not even have time to see what he sends in and so I said, get it together and stop by his office and hand deliver, have him sign for it.
- 47:58Okay?
- 47:59So, anyway, we'll see. I'd, my hopes are
- 48:03that
- 48:04it'll
- 48:05just stop. They're not going to do anything and
- 48:09we'll recognize everything. Now,
- 48:11Brian has not filed it locally there. I don't know that that's a big deal or not.
- 48:16It's another one of those Is you can dot and Ts you can cross in your preemptive setup,
- 48:22in the things that you do that preempt you from this, and as it applies to driver's licenses,
- 48:30because that was also a question from somebody right before the show.
- 48:36We know from Brian's experience and out of the mouth of the director transportation
- 48:40for the state of Idaho that they can't issue
- 48:44a
- 48:45state issued driver's license to anybody that's not a resident. But we've stated emphatically
- 48:50and to the correct person that we're not a resident, especially
- 48:54in the capacity of the way they're utilizing that word.
- 48:59They can't force you to have something that's required
- 49:05that
- 49:05doesn't fit your status, A.
- 49:08Okay?
- 49:09And so
- 49:11what
- 49:12the best thing to do is in this preemptive
- 49:16frame of mind
- 49:19is to get it on file with the Secretary of State first,
- 49:22and whoever else you wanna notify in the agencies,
- 49:26that kind of stuff. Because you can go to great lengths here.
- 49:30You can go to great expense
- 49:32and great lengths and great expense of time if you wanna do all this. I don't think it's necessary.
- 49:38Unknown: I
- 49:38I simply went to the jury jury duty. I went to the jury duty so all the the judges here in the in the county
- 49:46know that that
- 49:48they had been put on notice.
- 49:53Unknown: So What did you... Did you did you give them that paperwork at the... Where they poll for the jury?
- 50:00Unknown: No. Yeah. I think it was the jury duty. They said I had to call them or I had to show up. I had to do this. I had to do that. And I'll be taxed and punished if I don't. Well, that's good. Simply attached...
- 50:14I I simply attached the the affidavit,
- 50:17and I sent it to the proper place where they said to send it, and I never hear response from them again. Okay. Well, you know, a lot of people say volunteering
- 50:27Unknown: for jury duty, if you've got the time and it's not a big imposition, is a good deal because you can go in there and flat throw a monkey wrench in the in the
- 50:36proceedings.
- 50:38Mhmm. Okay?
- 50:40Or they may railroad somebody up. You can actually, you know, help somebody. So, I don't know. It's just a suggestion. You helps familiarize yourself with the court process. There's some interesting stories I could tell about that, but I don't wanna get sidetracked right now. Wanna stay on this driver's license thing.
- 50:57So, you give it to the secretary of state and you come back and I think
- 51:01you can either...
- 51:03I hate to get repetitive here, but you can't say this stuff enough. You can file it in the property records
- 51:09office locally.
- 51:10That's where they register
- 51:12real property.
- 51:15And the reason you file it there And deliver it
- 51:19Unknown: and deliver it to the sheriff.
- 51:21Unknown: You could do that with a copy of my book would be the ideal scenario.
- 51:26Yeah. Not that he'd read it.
- 51:28But,
- 51:29you know,
- 51:31it's like Willie Sutton.
- 51:33Mentioned him the other day. You know who Willie Sutton was? He's this bank robber from back in the thirties, Shane.
- 51:42Alright. Alright. And when he got caught and they asked him why he robbed banks, he said that's where the money is.
- 51:49Unknown: Okay.
- 51:53And And Silver and gold.
- 51:56Unknown: No.
- 51:57By the... Most of the thirties, it was still paper.
- 52:01Okay.
- 52:02And
- 52:03I had an analogy to draw to that, and I've forgotten it.
- 52:07Unknown: Sorry.
- 52:08Unknown: That's too bad because it was a good one too. It'll come back to me in a minute. So you... Oh, the... You know why you file it? Here it is. You know why you filed this at the property records office?
- 52:24Unknown: Why?
- 52:25Unknown: Well, let me put it in the form of a question
- 52:29for you.
- 52:31Where does the IRS file their liens?
- 52:36Unknown: Oh.
- 52:39Unknown: K?
- 52:41The same place. They see Property records office. Yeah. And that's why they file them there.
- 52:47Okay? Because you're the property.
- 52:50And it's not a lien there. It's called a notice of lien. The lien's on you as a statute staple
- 52:57somewhere
- 52:58in the bowels of the treasury department.
- 53:03Mm-mm. But that's where you file this affidavit
- 53:06because
- 53:07that's where the property is, both real and
- 53:10unreal. Well, you're a real piece of property at this point.
- 53:14You don't know it,
- 53:15But that's why you file up there. Now there's a caution. There's a caveat
- 53:19here.
- 53:20And not because anything we're doing, it's because of another creep and what he did, and that's this guy named Tim Turner,
- 53:27who I think just got out of federal prison for some of the shenanigans
- 53:31he pulled a few years back and filing all these different things and having his people file them at at property
- 53:40records.
- 53:41And some places around the country either, a, won't let you do it anymore, tell you you can't,
- 53:47which I don't think is legal. You could probably take them to court on it. But, b, the other thing they do, and I've had this done,
- 53:54is they call
- 53:55the FBI's
- 53:56sovereign citizen unit on you.
- 53:59So
- 54:01if that's the case where you live, and I hope it isn't, but it may be.
- 54:08If they give you any group, why would you wanna file that here? I think the answer to people there at the filing office is, well, you let IRS file liens here, don't you?
- 54:22Okay?
- 54:23And you know they do. They got liens all over the frigging country on
- 54:28copious amounts on these books,
- 54:31all over the frigging country.
- 54:34So, anyway, you file it there. Now that satisfies,
- 54:37Shane,
- 54:39the requirement of due process, except instead of the government having to do due process,
- 54:45now we're using it. We're making our statement, our firm statement,
- 54:49and we're putting something in public.
- 54:51It's right there in the property records. That's considered public notice. If
- 54:57you object to that, you put something in there that objects it, that corrects it. Nobody obviously ever objects to it because it's factual.
- 55:06So now you've satisfied,
- 55:08and the back end has been satisfied
- 55:11of the important term called due process, notice,
- 55:14and the right to be heard. I put it in the public records, nobody said boo.
- 55:21K?
- 55:23Mhmm.
- 55:25And so
- 55:27now you've got that. Now you go over and see mister sheriff.
- 55:32And it'd be nice if you had the time in the chutzpah to stop by, introduce yourself.
- 55:38But if you really wanted to be the consummate deliverer,
- 55:43you would even go with a copy of my book
- 55:46and give it to him and say, This is the piece of paper. This is what it represents,
- 55:52and this is the information that backs it up.
- 55:55Boom. Now what you've done is you've extended due process, you've done another offensive
- 56:01move
- 56:03Because now the sheriff has been put on notice, and it's his responsibility
- 56:07to put his deputies on notice that
- 56:10you're this status and that that stuff doesn't apply to you, because it only applies to residents, and you're not one of them. You don't have to have nor should you have to be
- 56:21required to have those documents.
- 56:25Now
- 56:26if his people get out of line,
- 56:30And Brian didn't say anything about the police being belligerent or anything.
- 56:36You can imagine.
- 56:38Wanna all... You you you don't have a tag. You you've got an expired license. You got no insurance, and you got no registration.
- 56:45That's four big strikes against you right there.
- 56:49Surprised you didn't have a taillight or two out. You know?
- 56:52But,
- 56:54anyway, evidently, the At least one. Yeah. The ossifer the ossifer didn't give him any problems,
- 57:00and
- 57:01and so we'll see how this works out. But here's what I was trying to answer another guy's thing going into some background on this driver's license
- 57:10problem.
- 57:11It's a conundrum, okay, because of the requirement
- 57:14and all the sheep thinking you gotta have one and gotta be one and not knowing what we know. And here it comes back to the point. Shane, are you rattling some paper or something? Here it comes back to the point Yeah. That we're having... Well, please stop, that we have to educate them.
- 57:32That's what we're doing in all these instances is we're educating these people. Most of these people don't have any idea that this is going on.
- 57:42So it's a reverse education thing. And the other thing that you could do
- 57:47as a ace in your back pocket here in this driver's license thing
- 57:53is
- 57:54go ahead and have the
- 57:58registration
- 57:59and all that stuff. Drive a car with a tag on it. But when they stop you,
- 58:05you've got a... This was Tom Schramm's idea
- 58:09that you you write out some sort of an affidavit. You're not
- 58:13driving the commercial activity. You're traveling
- 58:17as a private individual, this, that, and the other, and you go ahead and do the ticket,
- 58:23and you
- 58:24give him that
- 58:26piece of paper with that information on it and attach it to the ticket.
- 58:30Now
- 58:32that's going to go back and go through their system, and where's it going to land? It's going to land in the prosecutor's office.
- 58:38And the prosecutor,
- 58:39if you've got something on file with him, which I'd suggest that you also do on top of the sheriff, is the prosecutor's office locally there,
- 58:50they're gonna look at that. They're gonna see what you've got on file, and they're never gonna let the case go forward because there is no case.
- 58:57And if they do try and prosecute it, then they are liable,
- 59:02and they lose their cloak of immunity, their cloak of government immunity.
- 59:06Now this is not farfetched.
- 59:08You know our buddy, Patrick, that calls in
- 59:11from Memphis, him and Ike,
- 59:13they have done that with some city officials up there that overstepped their boundaries. And they won the case, and they they cleaned their clock. I don't know how to what degree,
- 59:25but they went in and got them to personally cough up for failing
- 59:30to
- 59:31work within their delegated responsibility.
- 59:34So this is possible.
- 59:36It
- 59:37may be a payday
- 59:39well earned,
- 59:40and it may be delayed payment for a while as you go through the process,
- 59:45but this is possible, and this is what
- 59:48you can hold over their head, Shane, but you can't hold it over their head unless you've put them on notice
- 59:58properly.
- 1:00:03Did Shane leave? I think Shane left. I think he got offended. I'm right here. Oh, there you are. Okay.
- 1:00:08Unknown: Thought you left. I I had you on mute.
- 1:00:12Unknown: Well, a lot of people... You're you're you're not alone. A lot of people do that, Shane.
- 1:00:19Unknown: So I I have another question in regards to Michael,
- 1:00:22the British Michael. Yes? What do you think about his case?
- 1:00:29What do you think about his case? I don't know about his case.
- 1:00:34Unknown: So... Yeah. He he he hadn't put anybody on notice yet. All he's done is...
- 1:00:40And he's got already a a bad record with those folks out there and he's carrying around
- 1:00:46funky documentation,
- 1:00:48you know, like the
- 1:00:49passport from the
- 1:00:51the Sioux Nation.
- 1:00:53Here's my Sioux Nation passport.
- 1:00:57It's not even linked to the affidavit that he sent in. See?
- 1:01:02So I don't know what's gonna happen out there. And I don't know from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. I mean, listen, Shane,
- 1:01:08it's pretty open secret that California
- 1:01:11is a pretty damn nutty place.
- 1:01:15Unknown: Absolutely.
- 1:01:16Yes.
- 1:01:19Unknown: I don't know if I'm gonna move or not. I I Well, I tell you what, I don't know how you guys live out there.
- 1:01:25I know some parts of the state are just breathtakingly
- 1:01:28beautiful,
- 1:01:29unique
- 1:01:30in the world, Yosemite and all that,
- 1:01:33but, boy, it is populated by some weirdos.
- 1:01:36The the major voting block California is now Hispanic Latino.
- 1:01:44You're never... I was watching a little bit of Tucker Carlson last night. He was interviewing some retired military guy, and they were talking about this. The influx in California is so bad. You know that... Well, who's your who's your little moonbeam two governor out there? What's his name now?
- 1:02:03Unknown: Gavison or
- 1:02:04Gavison?
- 1:02:06Unknown: Some... I tell you what, man. That guy
- 1:02:10Gavison. They're trying to pass a law to give everybody
- 1:02:14free health care.
- 1:02:17He announced it yesterday. I saw the video.
- 1:02:20Everybody
- 1:02:21out there, illegal and not free health care.
- 1:02:28Alive or dead. Yeah. Mhmm. Can you imagine what the quality of your health care is gonna do if that happens? Holy smokes. It's just it's just ridiculous what's happened. Obviously,
- 1:02:39the communist plan to come in and subvert the country, and they do it from within
- 1:02:45and bankrupt it, everything else goes right along with it. Also, there's like 300 and something
- 1:02:53minor earthquakes in that one area around the San Andreas Fault here the other day. And they're the guys because they were all centered in one area.
- 1:03:03I mean, virtually all of them, hundreds of them were in one little era. I saw a pinpoint on a map. You know?
- 1:03:10And they're saying
- 1:03:12something could be coming down the pike there, especially with all these other volcanoes and earthquakes around the globe.
- 1:03:19We had an 8.2 win last week down in Peru. Some of the guys around here felt it. I didn't feel it. We've had several
- 1:03:27that they talk about. So, anyway, that's time. Hell, it's biblical, man.
- 1:03:32Wars and rumors of wars and volcanoes and earthquakes
- 1:03:37and terrible typhoons and hurricanes and every other darn thing, Shane. You're in a pretty susceptible area to that earthquake zone out there.
- 1:03:48Unknown: Yes. We're around the...
- 1:03:50What's it called? The Andreas Fault. San Andreas. San Andreas Fault. Yes, sir. Yeah.
- 1:03:57Unknown: So let's see. Where can we go with this from here? So, anyway,
- 1:04:01that is... We're working on getting around the the driver's
- 1:04:05license, and I think if you're...
- 1:04:07This... It takes... I mean, how many times do I have to tell you freedom ain't free?
- 1:04:14Freedom just ain't free. Okay? You're
- 1:04:17gonna have to do some stuff to acquire it and especially to hold on to it.
- 1:04:23And you're the one that's gotta make that choice if you're willing to sacrifice
- 1:04:27and do what's necessary
- 1:04:29to have this
- 1:04:31rare status
- 1:04:32rare status in the history of the planet. Only two countries
- 1:04:37for any extended time, two hundred years apiece where men have been granted these god given rights. To me, that makes it exceptionally
- 1:04:46special.
- 1:04:47On top of spiritual aspect and all the other aspects. That one aspect right there, there's only been two countries
- 1:04:55with any length of time where men received
- 1:04:59these capital R rights and owed these capital
- 1:05:02D duties.
- 1:05:04The first two hundred years of Rome and the first two hundred years of our country up until 03/09/1933.
- 1:05:12Shane?
- 1:05:16Yes. So I wanted to invite anybody who wanted to call in. If you don't know the
- 1:05:20information,
- 1:05:21maybe you stumbled into the program.
- 1:05:26404,
- 1:05:27a number of the old Atlanta area code, 40444844814201420.
- 1:05:36You can call in on Skype too and just search PPN
- 1:05:40space
- 1:05:42hotline.
- 1:05:45PPN
- 1:05:46space hotline. And
- 1:05:48send a send a little handshake, and we'll okay it. You can call in. I think I've got it set where anybody can call in. Do what about Chris, Shane?
- 1:05:58Unknown: Oh, I'm just
- 1:06:00announcing that he should call.
- 1:06:02Unknown: Well, I don't know where... You know, that's... You... With Chris and his lifestyle
- 1:06:07and what all's going
- 1:06:10on him with him, you never know from one day to the next with that boy.
- 1:06:14So
- 1:06:16I just kinda wait and see if he's gonna check-in with us or if he's detained or out helping somebody or being a court watcher for somebody or, you know, all the stuff that he does to help people.
- 1:06:32All the Emails and and people calling him from around the country wanting
- 1:06:37insight, advice, suggestions.
- 1:06:41So you can call us and contact us with that stuff if you've got a problem with anything to do with this approach,
- 1:06:48with
- 1:06:49why it works,
- 1:06:51with why they respond like they do,
- 1:06:55all that kind of stuff, that... Those are my favorite shows to do, Shane.
- 1:07:01We had Good One Good One yesterday.
- 1:07:04Even people requesting
- 1:07:06copies
- 1:07:07of the show, you know, that kind of stuff.
- 1:07:09I did just post it on Castbox
- 1:07:11this morning.
- 1:07:13Finally got it published up there. Well, those are my favorite type of shows to do, Shane, but then I've got a second favorite.
- 1:07:20Well, hold on. Somebody's gonna call in mister
- 1:07:23mister Daryl. Let's see if we can clear him for landing here.
- 1:07:28Welcome, captain.
- 1:07:32Unknown: Welcome there, captain. Good morning. Good morning, Shay. Good morning, Roger.
- 1:07:37Unknown: Good morning.
- 1:07:38Unknown: Morning, Joe. Well, you So I've been rambling Shane.
- 1:07:42I've been rambling a bit here, Darryl, but
- 1:07:46sometimes you have to do that. You know?
- 1:07:49How are you doing this morning? Yeah. It's...
- 1:07:53Unknown: I'm I'm having a pretty laid back morning. Me and me and Doug are kinda chilling
- 1:07:58and
- 1:08:00doing some computer work and listening, and it's interesting to hear that Brian was
- 1:08:06accosted yesterday.
- 1:08:08This will be an interesting
- 1:08:11Unknown: experience going forward for all of us to learn from. Yep. And And that's how when we press the envelope on these things is when we learn things. I mean, really. Otherwise, we can speculate.
- 1:08:22You can theorize and conceptualize,
- 1:08:24but you don't know. And so I I always find these. I'm glad I'm not in the situation, but I'll certainly be there to assist and
- 1:08:33see if we can get some answers and learn some lessons out of this.
- 1:08:38Unknown: Well, yeah, I
- 1:08:40I don't...
- 1:08:42I've never run across anybody that has it all figured out. I surely don't know it all, and I'm not right about everything.
- 1:08:48But
- 1:08:50I
- 1:08:52do my very best. And
- 1:08:54I
- 1:08:56I don't try to talk about things that in my life
- 1:09:00that I'm not doing.
- 1:09:02And
- 1:09:04so
- 1:09:05I'm I'm open to being corrected when I'm I'm found to be incorrect or I find on my own I'm incorrect about something. And and, you know, my my...
- 1:09:16One of my biggest goals is to
- 1:09:19generally find out everything that I know that's wrong. I'm all about finding out what I know is wrong,
- 1:09:27and,
- 1:09:28I I don't have any ownership in any of this.
- 1:09:31If it's incorrect, I don't
- 1:09:33I don't wanna be associated with it. So Well, in a sense,
- 1:09:37Unknown: you know, putting it out in public like I have for so many years is the ultimate acid test.
- 1:09:46Because
- 1:09:47everybody's out of welcome to shoot a hole in it. Nobody's ever shot even a BB through it.
- 1:09:56Unknown: Well...
- 1:09:58And and, of course, the only way that
- 1:10:01the only way that you can determine whether or not whatever your position or philosophy
- 1:10:08is is to test it. So,
- 1:10:11I mean, I can I can build a really nice motorcycle,
- 1:10:15but until I've rode it, it's
- 1:10:17a?
- 1:10:18It's an unproven
- 1:10:20it's an unproven value. It's...
- 1:10:22I know a lot of people that build homemade airplanes, experimental aircraft,
- 1:10:27and it's just a nice conversation piece until you fly it.
- 1:10:31Unknown: Hey, Daryl. Did you see this this new little car that flies that they are coming out with? I saw an article on it a couple of weeks ago. It's... I think there are several companies in the space,
- 1:10:43but this was a German
- 1:10:45company. It's run on fans, and that little thing was cool, man. And it says they're gonna be air taxis.
- 1:10:52And down the line, a few years, there'll be guys flying these and landing heliports
- 1:10:58on top of buildings. Hopefully, they'll do a better job than that helicopter in New York did yesterday.
- 1:11:04But that's a pretty cool vision, man,
- 1:11:07having a little car that all of a sudden you just and you just fly right over the terrain, go where you're going.
- 1:11:15Pretty cool stuff.
- 1:11:17Unknown: Yeah. Well,
- 1:11:18yeah, they...
- 1:11:20Yeah. I think I think what the future the future in this particular
- 1:11:25area is
- 1:11:26they're they're not really gonna... The people inside of these things aren't really gonna be flying. They're just gonna be riding in
- 1:11:33in very
- 1:11:34large
- 1:11:35glorified
- 1:11:36Unknown: drones. Yeah. And Right.
- 1:11:38So...
- 1:11:40Yeah. Now will you need a license to do one of those too?
- 1:11:46Unknown: And you know they'll license Not if not if you...
- 1:11:50Yeah. You you won't, yeah, you won't need a license. All you'll have to do is contract
- 1:11:55through Facebook
- 1:11:57and Google,
- 1:11:58and
- 1:11:59they will
- 1:12:00they will take the licensing responsibility
- 1:12:03for the autonomous operation
- 1:12:05Uh-huh. Of your of your
- 1:12:07Unknown: transportation device. That's mighty nice of them to handle it like that, isn't it?
- 1:12:12Yeah.
- 1:12:14Yeah. Just as you were gonna... As you dialed in today, I was telling Shane, you know, that that type of show we did yesterday and today for the... So far, like, my favorite type of stuff to cover. But my second favorite type of stuff cover is financial.
- 1:12:28And
- 1:12:29we didn't really get to get into that yesterday.
- 1:12:33But shortly before the program,
- 1:12:36I was watching, in fact, right up to when I went on the air. I was watching a Greg Maranero daily update.
- 1:12:42And at the first of that video,
- 1:12:45he pulls up his cell phone and he pulls up the bond rates.
- 1:12:50K? And he goes... He sets it up by going, and we... We've been saying this too. There is no precedent here.
- 1:12:58We... We've never had $11,000,000,000,000
- 1:13:00of of negative interest rate sovereign debt. We've never had sovereign debt creeping into the bond market. And as of a
- 1:13:10story the other day, the the bank, he was... Somebody's opened up a check account and they offered him a negative interest rate checking account.
- 1:13:17Gosh. No thanks. Okay?
- 1:13:19So there's cattywampus
- 1:13:21stuff everywhere. Alright?
- 1:13:23But, boy, this indicator... And I went back into the video and stopped it where he held up his phone and snipped it with my little snipping tool so I could cover it today.
- 1:13:35Darrell, an audience, the one month
- 1:13:38yield
- 1:13:40is
- 1:13:412.297.
- 1:13:44That's thirty day money.
- 1:13:46You can go to the bond auction
- 1:13:48and buy a one month treasury bond,
- 1:13:52and that's gonna be your yield, 2.297.
- 1:13:57On the three month,
- 1:13:59it's 2.282.
- 1:14:03It goes down instead of up.
- 1:14:06It should be up more because you're holding it for a longer length of time.
- 1:14:11It goes down.
- 1:14:13To the six months,
- 1:14:152.199.
- 1:14:18To the one year,
- 1:14:20two point o
- 1:14:21three four. It just keeps going.
- 1:14:25To the two year,
- 1:14:271.90.
- 1:14:30To the three year,
- 1:14:321.871.
- 1:14:35To the sick... Five year,
- 1:14:371.909,
- 1:14:40and to the seven year treasury bond,
- 1:14:432.028.
- 1:14:45So we've got a situation
- 1:14:47where that it's
- 1:14:49paying more on the short end than the long end. It's this inverted yield curve and it's real substantial right here. Right.
- 1:14:58Okay?
- 1:14:59Unknown: Actually,
- 1:15:02the
- 1:15:03inverted yield curve, and that's a really good explanation for everybody that isn't
- 1:15:08an aficionado
- 1:15:09of this,
- 1:15:11by the way. But
- 1:15:13but what it does is actually...
- 1:15:15It's
- 1:15:17them actually telling you the truth. Everybody,
- 1:15:20you have just been given
- 1:15:21a serious dose of accurate
- 1:15:25prognostication
- 1:15:27of
- 1:15:28what the the bond traders or the the central banking system feels
- 1:15:34is going to be
- 1:15:35the
- 1:15:38dilution of money going forward, that's value. They're actually telling you exactly what's going to happen to what you think money is in the future and it's, depreciating
- 1:15:49value
- 1:15:50and... By dilution.
- 1:15:52And so I... You know, if you if you're...
- 1:15:55If you can understand the inverted yield curve,
- 1:15:59you have no reason to save
- 1:16:02dollars.
- 1:16:04Unknown: It's important. Bonds
- 1:16:06are a really unique animal.
- 1:16:08K? First of all, bond is the root word of bondage.
- 1:16:13So let's start there. Okay? Secondly,
- 1:16:16they've got a very unique attribute
- 1:16:19in that
- 1:16:21they're correlative.
- 1:16:22The yield
- 1:16:23and the rate are inverse.
- 1:16:28Now what do they mean by that? Here we're talking about these yields.
- 1:16:33As the yield, 2.297,
- 1:16:36let's say it goes up,
- 1:16:39it goes up to three and three point five. Well as the yield has gone up,
- 1:16:44the bond value has gone down
- 1:16:48because they have an inverse
- 1:16:50relationship
- 1:16:51over time.
- 1:16:56Going up and the bond price is effectively going down,
- 1:17:01everybody that's holding bonds looks at those a little nervously,
- 1:17:05and they all have a common thought.
- 1:17:07If this thing crashes, can I be the first one to get out of the door?
- 1:17:14Because if it starts crashing and everybody tries to get out the door at the same time, they're not gonna be able to.
- 1:17:22K? So... And it's also important, and I mean very
- 1:17:27important, to understand the size of the market we're talking about. And depending on who you listen to,
- 1:17:34the bond market is three to 10 times as large as the stock market.
- 1:17:39I remember watching...
- 1:17:41I hadn't said this in a while. Years ago, I was watching James Carville
- 1:17:46being interviewed
- 1:17:47on some political thing. You know, he's the guy from New Orleans that married the Republican conservative,
- 1:17:53Mary, whatever her name was, and
- 1:17:56he was on there. He's got that Cajun New Orleans accent,
- 1:18:00and he goes, I remember this. Yeah. I I actually met him. Did you? You met James Marvel? Okay. He's a he's a trip, man. I've I've I've actually
- 1:18:09I've actually been in conversation with him. Well, that's interesting. Anyway, on this particular thing, and I'd like to explore that, but on this particular venue
- 1:18:18I'm watching him on, and he goes, when I die... And, Darryl, you've talked to him. You know how he talks. When I die,
- 1:18:25I wanna come back as the bond market.
- 1:18:30That was his statement. Yeah. Okay? So, obviously, the bond market is a big kahuna
- 1:18:37because
- 1:18:39that's how we're collateralized,
- 1:18:43and that's what they sell.
- 1:18:45Yeah. Okay? And that's where they talk about buying and selling the souls of men.
- 1:18:54Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:18:56Right.
- 1:18:58Yeah. They they sell they sell these
- 1:19:02these bond
- 1:19:04bond instruments in groups of 500.
- 1:19:07I've become aware of that, is that these
- 1:19:10these birth certificate bonds are traded in groups of 500.
- 1:19:15And
- 1:19:17much like a
- 1:19:20MERS program for
- 1:19:23a mortgage electronic registration
- 1:19:26system, they would bundle them in groups of so many and
- 1:19:30I mean, how then sell the collateral.
- 1:19:32Unknown: How brilliant to have your system based on a continuing
- 1:19:37securitization
- 1:19:38collateralization
- 1:19:40product
- 1:19:42with all the babies that are born. And every time you get one of these,
- 1:19:46you get to reduce your system.
- 1:19:51Unknown: It's brilliant, man. It's bondage into... Yeah. Know, it's bondage into perpetuity.
- 1:19:58I know this has been brought up before, but I don't I don't know if
- 1:20:02it's really gained
- 1:20:03traction in the minds
- 1:20:05of even our listening audience here.
- 1:20:09But
- 1:20:11all of these
- 1:20:14people that they call the illegal aliens or the immigrants, see, I I call them
- 1:20:19I call them the emovation of immigrants.
- 1:20:22Okay?
- 1:20:23And
- 1:20:25the
- 1:20:26the the the important thing to consider here is that every time in the past that they've been giving amnesty
- 1:20:33or granted citizenship
- 1:20:35status,
- 1:20:37alright,
- 1:20:38they are then registered
- 1:20:40and become collateral too. Oh, sure. I I I want that to sink in is that there is another
- 1:20:47major motivation
- 1:20:49for bringing these people here.
- 1:20:52There is there is a quid pro quo
- 1:20:55benefit
- 1:20:56relationship,
- 1:20:58that happens here.
- 1:21:00And every time, whether it's
- 1:21:03Republican, the Democrats,
- 1:21:05the... This... These are false dichotomies.
- 1:21:08The benefit
- 1:21:10is that they become
- 1:21:12sureties as well. They can immediately collateralize
- 1:21:16them
- 1:21:17and...
- 1:21:18Based upon future
- 1:21:20income and and resources.
- 1:21:23And I I think that's really lost on a lot of people.
- 1:21:26Unknown: Oh, hey. They they couldn't think that deep about that issue.
- 1:21:33Well, I I I think our group could. Oh, I agree. I I think the people listening here Yeah. I agree. I agree. But not the average guy out there. I mean,
- 1:21:42how how is your success rate going talking to people? I know you've been nursing some along, the black guy up in Chicago and the folks over in Atlanta. Are you still feeding them a little bit of Pabulum?
- 1:21:57Unknown: Oh oh, actually,
- 1:21:59I I
- 1:22:01I get requests.
- 1:22:03I I have people coming to me now. Good. And
- 1:22:06so I... Yeah. So,
- 1:22:10actually...
- 1:22:11Yeah. It it happened again yesterday.
- 1:22:14And
- 1:22:15so so what I I have actually found... This is for
- 1:22:21this is for everybody's information.
- 1:22:25Grab a pencil.
- 1:22:26I found... I ran across a really great book
- 1:22:30here
- 1:22:31about two weeks ago,
- 1:22:34and I wanna promote it to everybody
- 1:22:36to buy a copy,
- 1:22:38And it's by James Perloff.
- 1:22:40It's his most recent book. It's called 13
- 1:22:44pieces of the jigsaw.
- 1:22:46And I bought several of them, and I gave a couple of them to friends that I've been trying to prime the well on for years.
- 1:22:53And they started reading this book,
- 1:22:55and they couldn't put it down. And
- 1:22:59and now they're after other books that he's written, and now they're starting to go,
- 1:23:05oh, well, some of the stuff you've been talking about is actually kinda makes sense. And
- 1:23:11so...
- 1:23:12Actually, one of these guys just pulled in my driveway, and he's gonna drop his dog off with me. Okay. I'm gonna babysit his dog, so I gotta you gotta mute out for a minute. Okay. Well, I got four I got four more And than you
- 1:23:25Unknown: I would say, Daryl, that...
- 1:23:27And hopefully, can hear this,
- 1:23:30that
- 1:23:30SGT report,
- 1:23:32just in one of its recent ones last week,
- 1:23:36had a whole presentation of James Perloff
- 1:23:40at
- 1:23:41some point. I don't think it was recent. I think it was a bit dated, and evidently had had Perloff
- 1:23:47previous to that on the SGT report.
- 1:23:50So there's an actual presentation
- 1:23:52of Perloff.
- 1:23:54I got a few minutes into it, and it's old hat stuff to me I didn't watch at all, But,
- 1:23:59I didn't know it was Perloff, and it is SGT report,
- 1:24:03and you may wanna also go find that and feed it to them. If they like him and want more of his work, they can see him give that presentation in person.
- 1:24:12So has James Proloff written a book? He's written three, I think. What's the name of One's called Shadows with Power,
- 1:24:20and he wrote that twenty something years ago.
- 1:24:24And then these other, another one in between, and then I think this latest one that Daryl
- 1:24:29was just promoting
- 1:24:31and telling us about right there.
- 1:24:3413 something?
- 1:24:36Well, he'll get back. We'll get the exact title of it, but you can go to sgtreports.com
- 1:24:43and look at Sean's. I think his name's Sean's page there,
- 1:24:47and he's got a...
- 1:24:49I think he's got a... I know he's got one. He may have two pieces with Perloff and the other one doing that presentation. So if you wanna follow-up on that, I'd say that may be
- 1:25:01a good place to start, Shane.
- 1:25:04Everything's gotta have a starting point, Shane. I'll tell you, you know, from your question earlier because I was thinking about it a minute ago.
- 1:25:13At the end of that first weekend
- 1:25:17with John and Glenn, and I did a... They did a Friday night presentation,
- 1:25:22and then for the people that were interested, they did a thirty hour weekend seminar,
- 1:25:26Saturday and Sunday, all day up into the evening. Okay?
- 1:25:31And,
- 1:25:32buddy, that's where you got the real
- 1:25:35scrambled eggs thrown at you if you didn't understand this stuff. I mean, I just... You cc forms and you sign these things and you're filling out your affidavit and all this stuff happened, and it was quite an experience.
- 1:25:50K? But
- 1:25:52in the... Towards the end of that thirty hours after we'd gotten enough basic stuff,
- 1:25:58John would go at the close of the seminar,
- 1:26:01he would go there to Revelation 18.
- 1:26:05And
- 1:26:06we've talked about it right there at the end of Revelation 18. There's a list of about 21, 22
- 1:26:12things that the merchants of the earth can't sell, and they're wailing. That's why they're wailing because they can no longer sell their merchandise.
- 1:26:20And there's a list of them there. And the very last one says,
- 1:26:24and bodies and souls of men.
- 1:26:28And, buddy, if you wanna know Yeah. If you wanna know where I was hooked in early,
- 1:26:34it was that right there. Later on,
- 1:26:37I got very intrigued with the 26 CFR nonresident alien nomenclature.
- 1:26:43But those are the two things that really hit me hard early on.
- 1:26:49Unknown: Mm-mm.
- 1:26:50Unknown: Yeah. The
- 1:26:52revelation...
- 1:26:53I'm sorry. Go ahead. No. I wasn't James
- 1:26:57Unknown: Perloff,
- 1:26:58Shadow of Power, and then one more... Or actually two more, but one starts with the number 13.
- 1:27:05Unknown: What was the last book you were recommending you've given to people, Daryl?
- 1:27:11Unknown: Yeah. I would I would highly recommend sending... Recommending
- 1:27:15to other people.
- 1:27:16Getting and recommending to other people
- 1:27:19James Perloff's latest book, it's called 13 pieces.
- 1:27:2313
- 1:27:24pieces.
- 1:27:25And it's
- 1:27:2613 different chapters.
- 1:27:29And by the time you get to the end of it,
- 1:27:32your
- 1:27:33cognitive dissidence
- 1:27:34and,
- 1:27:37you know, social indoctrination
- 1:27:39should be
- 1:27:44Unknown: corrected. Well, what does that cover? Just give us a give us a thumbnail of it, if you would there, mister Darrell.
- 1:27:51Unknown: Oh, okay. Well... Yeah. Yeah. I'll I'll give you I'll give you an overview. The easiest way to do that is just to
- 1:27:59look at the
- 1:28:00look at the different chapters here. There's 13 chapters,
- 1:28:04and the
- 1:28:06first one starts out as the Spanish American war.
- 1:28:09Okay? So
- 1:28:11if if you if you don't have a a working understanding of the Spanish American war and who the players were and what the objectives were,
- 1:28:19the World War... The Federal Reserve, World War one,
- 1:28:25World War two, none of this makes any sense. You really have to go back
- 1:28:29to the Spanish American war, how they got us into it, the sinking of the Maine, the false flags.
- 1:28:37They have a section here on the Hindenburg in chapter three,
- 1:28:41and
- 1:28:42with the admission of inside information
- 1:28:45that it was actually a
- 1:28:48an OSS operation,
- 1:28:50and they they
- 1:28:52actually shot it with incendiary.
- 1:28:56It was a... It was in a mission by Moburg,
- 1:28:59who was a
- 1:29:01a OSS
- 1:29:04operative,
- 1:29:05British
- 1:29:07operative
- 1:29:10where they shot it.
- 1:29:12Unknown: Well, that's... They blew they blew it up. I've never heard that. I've never heard itinerary bullets. I've never even heard that floated floated before.
- 1:29:20Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:29:20Pardon the pun. Well, this is this is is new new inside information new inside information.
- 1:29:30Actual admissions of it.
- 1:29:32It goes into
- 1:29:34deep deep details
- 1:29:36on Pearl Harbor,
- 1:29:38which is
- 1:29:40just heartbreaking to read
- 1:29:43about Pearl Harbor.
- 1:29:45But it
- 1:29:47goes through,
- 1:29:48you know, a dozen pages of documentation,
- 1:29:51references,
- 1:29:53and and historical information I'd never heard before
- 1:29:57about
- 1:29:59how much advanced knowledge
- 1:30:02the Roosevelt administration had. As a as a matter of fact, they present a
- 1:30:07bunch of very detailed information,
- 1:30:10footnoted and referenced,
- 1:30:13to to what extent that they went to to create
- 1:30:18situation
- 1:30:20where Japan would attack them
- 1:30:22and then prevented
- 1:30:24Short and Kimmel from ever being able to defend it. So they really set
- 1:30:29the Pacific fleet commanders up to take the fall in the murdering of
- 1:30:342,000 naval. You know, after I read that chapter,
- 1:30:38I
- 1:30:39I really felt like... You know, my my basic instinct was... Because I'm sort of visceral in that regard was
- 1:30:46that Roosevelt needed to be...
- 1:30:50His his body needed to be exhumed and and moved off to the country.
- 1:30:55Unknown: Have his It burned burn his bones like they did with... What's his name? Wysoft and Hort.
- 1:31:02Unknown: Kimmel is It
- 1:31:04was pretty
- 1:31:05Unknown: horrible. Kimmel's grandson
- 1:31:07is still trying to clear his grandfather's
- 1:31:11name.
- 1:31:13Unknown: Yeah. And and they they go into this... They actually mention that. Perloff mentions that in the book.
- 1:31:20Goes into some detail about that. It's a very detailed chapter.
- 1:31:27Too much detail. Well, you know, I'm just trying to give you a basic overview here. The next chapter goes into the Korean War,
- 1:31:35and,
- 1:31:37you know, it's a UN
- 1:31:39agenda.
- 1:31:43Chapter six is why Nagasaki
- 1:31:46was destroyed.
- 1:31:47It goes into
- 1:31:49Nagasaki,
- 1:31:50Hiroshima,
- 1:31:50and why those two
- 1:31:53particular cities
- 1:31:55in Japan were selected.
- 1:31:57Very Christian. It just so happens that they were the they were the, yeah, they were the they were the largest
- 1:32:04populations
- 1:32:05of Christians in Japan.
- 1:32:07And at Hiroshima,
- 1:32:09the ground zero aiming point was the steeple of the Christian church for
- 1:32:14all you American patriots out there.
- 1:32:21So then it it... I'll just read the chapters here.
- 1:32:25They go into
- 1:32:28Harry Truman,
- 1:32:31the real reason there was a golden age of television.
- 1:32:36Next chapter is making sense of the supernatural.
- 1:32:39And and it goes into spiritual
- 1:32:42side of,
- 1:32:43you know, Genesis one, some other things.
- 1:32:47Chapter 10 is pretty important. It's the the abomination
- 1:32:51of Christian Zionism
- 1:32:53where this this is a good primer for people who
- 1:32:56haven't
- 1:32:57deprogrammed
- 1:32:58themselves from the John Darby Schofield
- 1:33:01Bible.
- 1:33:03Unknown: The rapture
- 1:33:05doctrine. The
- 1:33:06rapture doctrine.
- 1:33:08Unknown: Right.
- 1:33:15Unknown: Chapter And 11 is a chapter that's very
- 1:33:20relevant to these times. It's a chapter on Syria,
- 1:33:24what's been happening over there.
- 1:33:27Chapter 12
- 1:33:30goes into
- 1:33:32Wi Fi, five g.
- 1:33:34So it it sort of moves through from
- 1:33:37the late eighteen hundreds all the way up through to right now. The timeline.
- 1:33:42It,
- 1:33:44yeah, it it lays a a a wonderful foundation
- 1:33:48by starting with the Spanish American war.
- 1:33:51And, you know, it's like part of our conversation yesterday,
- 1:33:56which was a
- 1:33:58I hope it was I hope it was interesting for people to listen to. It was... You know, not often you get to do an on an on the air mental intervention.
- 1:34:10You know? And
- 1:34:11the
- 1:34:13the the the point being is that we have a bunch of wonderful wonderful people
- 1:34:18in this nation and country, but you
- 1:34:22you have to...
- 1:34:23If you're not already,
- 1:34:25and most people listening here, that just wouldn't fit the case, but you you have to
- 1:34:31you have to overcome
- 1:34:33your your naivete.
- 1:34:36And
- 1:34:37so you you can't make logical
- 1:34:40conclusions based on inaccurate information. It just never works. Ignorant people can ask good questions
- 1:34:47unless they have an open mind. You know? And,
- 1:34:51so this book is a great primer for
- 1:34:54laying the foundation,
- 1:34:56the logical sequence of what's been done and how it's been done.
- 1:35:00And
- 1:35:03the...
- 1:35:04I I mean, you know, like you've always said in the past, Roger, and and I agree with, they they don't do any one single thing for one purpose. There's always multiple purposes.
- 1:35:14And so if we take abortion,
- 1:35:17you know,
- 1:35:19what what is the most prevalent
- 1:35:21or most obvious thing
- 1:35:24that
- 1:35:25benefits from abortion
- 1:35:28and is never associated
- 1:35:29and talked about?
- 1:35:31It's the most obvious thing in the world, but you would never hear anybody talk about it.
- 1:35:37And it's the need to have immigrants.
- 1:35:40If if you if you murder 60,000,000
- 1:35:42of your children,
- 1:35:44then you're gonna need immigrants. And
- 1:35:48they...
- 1:35:49You know?
- 1:35:50And and so that was another benefit they get. So they have to... They... This is this
- 1:35:56is the replacement population
- 1:35:58for the murdered children
- 1:36:00and... Which is,
- 1:36:04Unknown: you know, very disgusting. So It's what Paul said. That's sort of an overview. It's interesting because that subject has been a little bit dormant for a few years. I mean, it's always there,
- 1:36:15but it hasn't been as in the forefront as since that movie got released a few months back by the former abortion
- 1:36:24pro person
- 1:36:26who switched sides.
- 1:36:28But all these states piling on now to see if we can test it at the state level. I think there's about... There's a number of them now that have
- 1:36:37signed
- 1:36:38this heartbeat bill
- 1:36:40that life believes in. It begins And in
- 1:36:43it's a very positive step forward, and it's a great awareness,
- 1:36:47and you can see how...
- 1:36:49You know, I I mentioned this one day, and Brent didn't agree with this, but it was what I heard, and I sent you that pastor Peter's tape. Had you ever seen pastor Peter's
- 1:36:57before on Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
- 1:36:59Well,
- 1:37:00you know, and this is something he said one night, and he said,
- 1:37:05we worship our god
- 1:37:08directly,
- 1:37:10but they can't worship their god directly.
- 1:37:14They have to worship their god and contact him through idols.
- 1:37:20K?
- 1:37:21And that not just the way we conventionally perceive that word of the golden calf, so to speak,
- 1:37:29but he said their idols are things like political correctness,
- 1:37:34abortion,
- 1:37:37and all these other things. He said, If you don't think they're idols to them,
- 1:37:41you attack those positions and see how they react.
- 1:37:46And I always thought that he had a real point there, okay? Because we can trace these people back to the Canaanites
- 1:37:53and the Canaanites had a
- 1:37:56custom
- 1:37:57in their culture back
- 1:37:59before Jesus' time, I guess,
- 1:38:01where they would sacrifice the firstborn child,
- 1:38:05and they had it down to such a procedure
- 1:38:08that it was integrated into their worship services in the temple and they would actually go and lay their firstborn child in a in in a statue
- 1:38:18whose hands were outstretched
- 1:38:20at its waist,
- 1:38:22but it was engineered
- 1:38:24when it had weight in it to lower the hands and dump the contents
- 1:38:29into the fire,
- 1:38:31and that they had trumpeters
- 1:38:33on the outside of the temples
- 1:38:35that would blow their trumpets to cover up the screams of the children being cremated.
- 1:38:40Now these are the people, the roots, who we're dealing with.
- 1:38:47Unknown: That... Well, we're we're dealing with that spirit.
- 1:38:50Yeah. We're we're definitely dealing with that spirit.
- 1:38:54And
- 1:38:55so, I mean,
- 1:38:57you know, they they have a
- 1:39:00they have a picture of the...
- 1:39:02Well, they have a, actually, out on Wall Street in New York City, you know,
- 1:39:06they have that bull.
- 1:39:08They have that bull out in front. Have you ever seen the bull? Sure. The big bronze bull? Yeah. Of course. Yeah.
- 1:39:14Yeah. I
- 1:39:16I I went up and actually touched it. You know? I was actually there and saw it. And
- 1:39:22so,
- 1:39:23you know, that's that's bull worship right there. Well, why did they choose a bull, a bull market? Why did they choose choose the bull? Well, there's your idol. You know, it's right there in front of your face. This is part of the occultic aspect of what we're dealing with here. There's...
- 1:39:39You know, we we talk about a lot of things, but there's there's even more going on in in different areas, and it's,
- 1:39:46you know, part of the spiritual...
- 1:39:48Unknown: They have a spiritual side too, and it's in the occult. They do. And Believe me. They got a spiritual side, and they got a spiritual agenda,
- 1:39:56and they follow it to the tee.
- 1:40:00To the tee. Yeah. Well...
- 1:40:04Unknown: Yeah. And I mean, you know, so if we go back to, like, John Darby and Cyrus Schofield, this was this was an occultic takeover
- 1:40:13of
- 1:40:15of,
- 1:40:17you know, Zion... Through Zionism
- 1:40:19and
- 1:40:21exceptionalism,
- 1:40:22Israeli exceptionalism,
- 1:40:24Jewish messianic exceptionalism.
- 1:40:27This is very occultic.
- 1:40:29It's been a long term brainwashing
- 1:40:31program. Okay. I mean, come on. Let's let's let's play this play this out a little bit. You got
- 1:40:36you got,
- 1:40:38you know, statistically,
- 1:40:40you know, I stand to be corrected if anybody out there wants to dispute it, but I think I think the population,
- 1:40:45the the so called fingers up in the air Jewish population is one and a half, two percent
- 1:40:51of the total population
- 1:40:54of this
- 1:40:56this place.
- 1:40:57And
- 1:40:58with that sort of population,
- 1:41:01demographically,
- 1:41:02how much of their agenda
- 1:41:05is gonna get implemented?
- 1:41:07Okay. So
- 1:41:10you... You're dealing with some
- 1:41:12very, very clever,
- 1:41:14I'm not even gonna use the word intelligent, I'm gonna use very cunning and very clever. Let's
- 1:41:20Let's go.
- 1:41:22Unknown: Like to think about what makes them tick and why this is why it is,
- 1:41:26and
- 1:41:27my reasoning goes like this.
- 1:41:30Is the reason that they have this
- 1:41:33hubris, this arrogance
- 1:41:36because of the fact Hushma.
- 1:41:38Hushma. Hushma's a great... Another great identifier.
- 1:41:42Is it because of the fact
- 1:41:45that they lie, cheat, murder, steal, and do anything else to get what they want here on this earthly plane
- 1:41:52and that most other people will not do those things? And that, in their minds, allows
- 1:41:59them to rationalize it and say, we're better than you are because we'll do these things and you won't, and we're gonna end up with everything, and you're our slave. Hey, Bob. How are you doing?
- 1:42:13Unknown: Very well. Very well. I just wanted to buttress what Daryl's
- 1:42:18saying in terms of look at what the population of the Supreme Court is
- 1:42:23demographically.
- 1:42:25Yeah. How how many? Yeah. I mean, wait a minute.
- 1:42:30Democratic?
- 1:42:31I don't think that's democratic at all. Anyway,
- 1:42:34yeah, it's just hugely...
- 1:42:37Let... Let's talk about putting your finger on the scale
- 1:42:40of justice. I mean, come on, folks. This isn't this isn't even close.
- 1:42:44Unknown: Nope.
- 1:42:45Unknown: It's just My point being, there's a lot of there's a lot of the tribe
- 1:42:50represented there that I don't think that's anywhere close to the one and a half percent. Well, they're smarter than everybody else. You know?
- 1:42:59Yeah. No. And even you were saying it, it's just
- 1:43:02Unknown: Yeah. Depart.
- 1:43:05Well, when when you think this when you think this through when you think this through a little bit, you sort of you sort of connect the dots. You see that
- 1:43:12the program of John Darby and Cyrus Schofield that was facilitated by this cat named Louis Untermeyer out of the Lotus Club in in
- 1:43:22New York City.
- 1:43:23And
- 1:43:24the the thing of it is is that they knew ahead of time that they had to get they had to get a voting block for them. And and what they did is they got the
- 1:43:34the evangelical
- 1:43:35Christians to buy into the
- 1:43:38dispensationalism,
- 1:43:40the rapture,
- 1:43:42Israeli messiah,
- 1:43:44messianic Jewish exceptionalism.
- 1:43:47And
- 1:43:49this this whole this whole exceptionalism
- 1:43:52idea
- 1:43:53that has been promoted through the last century and is even present now in the conservative and patriotic
- 1:44:00republican minded thinking peoples,
- 1:44:03let alone the democrats is,
- 1:44:05liberals is we're exceptional and indispensable.
- 1:44:08We're we're exceptional. Well, that... This is a this is sort of a a a new sort of kind of thinking that was promoted,
- 1:44:17and
- 1:44:19and it and it comes from the
- 1:44:21Schofield aspect.
- 1:44:23But but but what they were able to do what they were able to do over the generations here is to convince
- 1:44:30the the Christians that these thugs from Eastern Europe are the children of Moses.
- 1:44:36And
- 1:44:37and
- 1:44:38that's
- 1:44:39that's just about,
- 1:44:40you know, the the gist of it.
- 1:44:44This is a e Michael Jones quote, you know, from one of his talks, and he says
- 1:44:49he he says exactly that, that
- 1:44:51the the so called Christians of America
- 1:44:55have been convinced that the thugs from Eastern Europe are the children of Moses. Well Is that's a fraud. It's just that simple.
- 1:45:04It's just that simple.
- 1:45:06You know?
- 1:45:08And you can believe whatever you want to. You know? But that's that's just the gist of it, and you've been deceived.
- 1:45:15So...
- 1:45:16Because the... These these dogs from Eastern Europe, their their values are
- 1:45:23at war. It's the Jewish revolutionary
- 1:45:25spirit that E. Michael Jones talks about. It's the Jewish revolutionary
- 1:45:30spirit that's always been present.
- 1:45:32It's that same revolutionary
- 1:45:35spirit
- 1:45:36that was behind
- 1:45:37the
- 1:45:40the the crucifixion,
- 1:45:42the the the murder of Christ.
- 1:45:45It's the same Jewish revolutionary
- 1:45:48spirit that brings in communism,
- 1:45:52socialism
- 1:45:54Unknown: Zionism.
- 1:45:54Kabbalah.
- 1:45:57Unknown: Zionism,
- 1:45:58live your best life now. Worship yourself.
- 1:46:02The reason the reason... I mean, you asked a really good question earlier. I apologize for bouncing around here. I'm just sort of doing this off the top of my head.
- 1:46:10But
- 1:46:12part of the
- 1:46:13part of the reason they're so good at being deceptive
- 1:46:17is that they are educated.
- 1:46:21They're educated and indoctrinated in this from a very early age,
- 1:46:26and they they pick out the best ones. They become the rabbis,
- 1:46:30and
- 1:46:31and they study the Talmud.
- 1:46:33And there's there's several different Talmuds out there, and, you know, for those who aren't aware of this.
- 1:46:40And the Talmud,
- 1:46:42as described by several of the more truth telling rabbis, will tell you this, that the Talmud was written...
- 1:46:49It used to be just oral tradition, but then it was written written down
- 1:46:54so it could be used as a teaching tool.
- 1:46:59And this is... Teaches the other
- 1:47:01Jewish
- 1:47:06Jewish disciples, if you will, the the Jewish
- 1:47:10people that want to accept Jewishness,
- 1:47:13it teaches them how to cheat others. Yep. It's a tool. It's a book for how to cheat other people. Its only purpose
- 1:47:21is to make you exceptional,
- 1:47:24indispensable.
- 1:47:25See where that comes from? Exceptional and indispensable
- 1:47:29for all you American patriots out there. You know? Do you really wanna be exceptional and indispensable?
- 1:47:35It teaches them to be exceptional,
- 1:47:37indispensable,
- 1:47:38and how...
- 1:47:40Why that
- 1:47:41fact,
- 1:47:42if you believe it,
- 1:47:44that premise
- 1:47:46allows you
- 1:47:48to cheat other people.
- 1:47:51And in the purpose of cheating other people,
- 1:47:54you're doing good. And this is how
- 1:47:56twisted and convoluted it is.
- 1:47:59But, you know, I I would say that our foreign policy has pretty much taken on that air. You know? As we
- 1:48:06cheat and exploit other people, we have convinced ourselves we're doing good because we're exceptional and disspecial. This is the Jewification
- 1:48:14Unknown: of the Gentile mind. Did you see tape that snuck out of Pompeo
- 1:48:20speaking to the influential Jewish group in London in the last couple of days?
- 1:48:27Yeah. Did you, Bob? Did you see this video yet?
- 1:48:33Bob got his mute on. Shane,
- 1:48:36did you see this story yet? I did. Okay. Yes. I I saw it. Well, then I... We're... Several of us saw it. Well, for the audience, it didn't. A tape snuck out of mom... Pompeo
- 1:48:47in London meeting with an influential
- 1:48:50bunch of these damn
- 1:48:51world shapers
- 1:48:53and to talk about Trump's Mideast plan that he's gonna unveil.
- 1:48:58And in the comments, he said if...
- 1:49:01Would do everything they could
- 1:49:03to try and make sure Corbin
- 1:49:06didn't get elected as prime minister over there.
- 1:49:09And the reason is not because Corbin's against the Jews, it's because he's for the Palestinians.
- 1:49:16K?
- 1:49:17And this is another example
- 1:49:20of the Joseph Sobran saying,
- 1:49:23the late and great Joseph Sobran,
- 1:49:26who even... He was a Catholic writer, but that guy was a gifted writer.
- 1:49:30You ever read any of his stuff, Darryl?
- 1:49:34I I can honestly say I never even heard of him. So put put in Joseph Sobran and read some of the things that pop up. Alright? He used to work with Bill Buckley at the National Review,
- 1:49:47and then he got help to this Israeli thing.
- 1:49:50And he basically left the reservation and went out on his own. He wrote a bunch of great articles, okay, twenty, twenty five years ago, but one of his sayings was this,
- 1:50:03An antisemite
- 1:50:05is
- 1:50:06not somebody
- 1:50:07that hates Jews.
- 1:50:09An antisemite
- 1:50:11is somebody who Jews hate.
- 1:50:15Unknown: Well, that's that's where that came from. I'd I'd heard that before.
- 1:50:20I
- 1:50:21I I
- 1:50:23don't know. Sometime here last year, I'd spent
- 1:50:27literally
- 1:50:28hundreds of dollars here
- 1:50:30in buying books,
- 1:50:32and
- 1:50:33I don't know how many
- 1:50:35hours reading them.
- 1:50:37Over the years
- 1:50:39of this topic, this area of
- 1:50:42inquiry.
- 1:50:43And I I came up with the idea after much thought and reflection that an antisemite
- 1:50:50was somebody who took exception to the idea that a small, statistically
- 1:50:55significant
- 1:50:57number of people
- 1:50:58could have a
- 1:51:01adverse effect on our political, law, economic, and social structure. And that that was what an m... Anti Semite was. It's anybody that took exception to that.
- 1:51:11Unknown: That's a good that's a working definition right there.
- 1:51:16Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:51:17So,
- 1:51:19you know, well, this is interesting that he used to work with Buckley at the...
- 1:51:24Unknown: Wasn't Buckley the National Review? Yes. It was the National Review, wasn't He was his right hand man up there until he came off the reservation Yeah. On this Israeli issue. I remember him telling a story of he was walking through Dulles Airport,
- 1:51:39go... Going to catch a plane,
- 1:51:41and he saw some... Somebody he knew that was Jewish, and the guy yelled across the terminal. Hey. When'd you come off the reservation on Israel?
- 1:51:55You should. You,
- 1:51:57you above almost anybody
- 1:51:59will appreciate
- 1:52:01his writing
- 1:52:02and writing,
- 1:52:03so go and do a search on Joseph Sobran, s o b s o b r a n. What a gentleman. My my good friend from Panama City
- 1:52:13down there, my patriot oriented friend Jeff,
- 1:52:17went on a big trip up to DC to do... To go to one of these conferences one time and had the privilege of sitting next to him at dinner
- 1:52:25before he died.
- 1:52:27Quite a gentleman, Joseph Sobran. What a absolute
- 1:52:31powerful writer.
- 1:52:32K?
- 1:52:35Unknown: Yeah. Well, you know, he'd had to been pretty
- 1:52:39much on his game to share company with William Buckley, Buckley, which was somebody I always
- 1:52:44took time out to listen to when I was younger on the
- 1:52:49the public television.
- 1:52:51I I hardly ever seldom agreed with him. I just always enjoyed listening to how he would dispatch his
- 1:52:59opponents in a debate.
- 1:53:01I always enjoyed how he would just
- 1:53:04mangle them.
- 1:53:05You know? They they they didn't stand a chance against this guy.
- 1:53:09And,
- 1:53:10you know, I didn't even agree with his politics.
- 1:53:12And
- 1:53:14Unknown: He probably had I did have a lot of respect for him. He probably had the finest vocabulary
- 1:53:19of anybody I've ever heard speak.
- 1:53:23Unknown: The most Yeah. Well, here's Skull and Bones. Okay. So here's Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:53:28Here's here's a little history on him. Skull and Bones. He
- 1:53:33he was funded by
- 1:53:35the CIA to start the national review.
- 1:53:38He was a... If not a CIA agent, he was at least a... Could be considered a strong asset.
- 1:53:46He came out as a conservative,
- 1:53:48but, actually, he was
- 1:53:51the laying the groundwork to help establish the neocon and redefining conservatism,
- 1:53:57which turned into
- 1:54:00Unknown: What we got today.
- 1:54:03Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:54:04Yeah. So... Yeah.
- 1:54:07So
- 1:54:08he
- 1:54:09he he wasn't our friend. Yeah. He wasn't our friend.
- 1:54:13Well,
- 1:54:14And I have several of his books. Sobran
- 1:54:17Unknown: smelt a rat and went out and picked up the gauntlet and wrote about it, and he has got some great... And his articles are very short. They're easy to read. They're very pointed,
- 1:54:29and he writes a lot about freedom and liberty too. It's some stuff I think you'll really appreciate when you get into it a little bit if you do, mister Darrell.
- 1:54:40Unknown: Well,
- 1:54:41I I got a stack of about 12 books here that I'm behind on, but I wrote his name down.
- 1:54:47I put his I put his name down next to my notes about Bill Buckley here. Yeah.
- 1:54:53And
- 1:54:54Unknown: so He's just a gifted writer, and I... You know who who really used to send me all of his stuff
- 1:55:01was Harvey's
- 1:55:03Harvey's
- 1:55:04cousin, Chris,
- 1:55:05Chris Sullivan,
- 1:55:07who is Catholic, you know, was raised Catholic and
- 1:55:11he he was a big fan of So brands and so he used to send me... That's how I found out about him. But it's interesting. I've been in this so long that it's interesting to me that somebody as sharp as you are, Daryl, and as aggressive
- 1:55:24on this as you are,
- 1:55:26they never even heard of Joseph Sobrand's name. He didn't excuse me, he didn't die that long ago either. Probably twenty years or so. I don't know. But, anyway, another one of these people that have made great contributions
- 1:55:37Yeah. That got recognition in his time but has faded away a bit. It needs to be given proper credit. He was a fantastic writer.
- 1:55:47Unknown: Yeah. Well, this is just... I appreciate. I I... I've actually found...
- 1:55:54Become aware of that myself about myself was that I go, like, why didn't I run across these guys? I'll go, why haven't I heard about this in the last twenty years or
- 1:56:04twenty five years? Why... Who is this? And I go... I... My jaw just kinda drops open. It's an indication of just how deeply
- 1:56:13the... Some of these important writers and thinkers
- 1:56:17are buried Yep. And have been purged and shadow banned.
- 1:56:23Shadow banning happened a long time before before the Internet showed up. It was done in books and publishers, selective publishing,
- 1:56:30who got published,
- 1:56:31periodicals,
- 1:56:32who was writing this.
- 1:56:34You know, this is why a a 2% of the population can manifest
- 1:56:39a almost
- 1:56:41majority control
- 1:56:42Yep. Over the the psychology
- 1:56:45and the perceptions of people. Just always remember the the process is
- 1:56:50to manage perceptions,
- 1:56:52to manufacture consent.
- 1:56:54Managing perceptions in order to manufacture consent, this just goes over and over and over again.
- 1:57:00And it's
- 1:57:02Unknown: I think I'll use that as title part of the... How to do it. I'm gonna use that as the title for today's program, which is just about over.
- 1:57:10Managing Perceptions
- 1:57:12Unknown: to Oh. To
- 1:57:14Unknown: acquire consent,
- 1:57:15something like that.
- 1:57:17Unknown: A lot of Yeah. Managing perceptions to manufacture consent. There you go. Manufacturer. Thank you, Daryl. Listen,
- 1:57:24Unknown: you guys. Thanks. I had a good discussion today. I I haven't heard any different, so I'm a say that Paul will be with us tomorrow. That's always a charming two hours that I think everybody enjoys, so let's look forward to that. Have a good day. It's Patriot lunch grocery store day, so I'm off on that little series of errands.
- 1:57:43And if anything happens, I'll let you know about it tomorrow. You guys have a good day. Thanks for calling in, Darryl. Bye, man. Cheers. Shane,
- 1:57:50Unknown: hasta luego. Cheers. Yes, Shane.
- 1:57:53Unknown: I I want Bill's email. I want Bill's email. Give it to me. I'll I'll connect you too, Shane. I'll see you later. I'm headed to lunch. Bye.
- 1:58:45Unknown: Swallow
- 1:58:46you.
- 1:58:49Lay
- 1:58:50your
- 1:58:50body
- 1:58:52here.
- 1:58:56Unknown: Blasting the Voice of Freedom Worldwide, you're
- 1:59:02Unknown: Bye bye, boys. Have fun storming the castle.
