- 0:19Report with Sam Whitfield. Hey folks, welcome to the
- 0:31Thursday edition of the show. I'm your host Sam Whitfield and
- 0:37joining us for the Thursday edition of my show.
- 0:41Is someone who has been a guest multiple times on this show and
- 0:46we've kind of had an interesting past together.
- 0:52As you guys can, no doubt, tell from the title of this episode
- 0:55check, Boris is my guest and checking I have a long history
- 1:00going back to the early days of Owen, Benjamin group before it
- 1:08became a cult and there was a bunch of stuff that happened
- 1:13with that and then check and I kind of split for a lack of, you
- 1:23know, about determined. There was a lot of stuff that he
- 1:26went through kind of on his own. And a lot of people have asked
- 1:31me some questions about that time and rather than trying, you
- 1:38know, answer, you know, give answers as to I thought would
- 1:44you know, have them with him. There's been a lot of
- 1:47misinformation so I just figured I would bring him on to kind of
- 1:53tell his side of things and you know regarding the Bears and
- 1:58regarding other things. Happened.
- 2:00So anyway, I'm going to bring Chuck in here and Chuck, welcome
- 2:06back to the show, it's been a while.
- 2:09How are you doing after bit been better?
- 2:12To tell you the truth, but thank you for having me.
- 2:14I appreciate it. So no problem.
- 2:18So I guess it's been a long time and I know that a lot of people
- 2:26do know, kind of history, but for those who are kind of I
- 2:30guess new to the, you know, podcast or new to you, or Just
- 2:36in general, I guess how did you get started in YouTube just in
- 2:42general and I guess commentary or content creation as it were
- 2:48well I guess I'll give a brief a brief bio of myself.
- 2:54Born in 1985 in San Diego, California, moved back and forth
- 3:00between New Jersey and California few times.
- 3:06He's in that Year's at least once.
- 3:07But I remember some of my early life being in the home where I
- 3:11currently live and I remember a lot from California but came out
- 3:16to New Jersey for good when I was three years old.
- 3:22Lived here, all my life. So let's fast forward.
- 3:25A bunch in the early days of YouTube.
- 3:32You know, when YouTube first started, it was not the monster.
- 3:36It is today. YouTube was a very small
- 3:40platform. Didn't have a lot of content on
- 3:44it, especially in way of people doing covers and everything
- 3:50else. I think one of the First videos
- 3:53I ever uploaded which is still on my channel if you look hard
- 3:57enough is a cover that I did of the end theme to The Ren and
- 4:04Stimpy show which is called Big house blues and I think that was
- 4:08the first video I ever made for YouTube and it's still up and I
- 4:14think it still has more views than then a lot of my videos but
- 4:19a lot of other covers of of that song even though it's crappy and
- 4:22it that the camera sucked and the audio sucked but that's kind
- 4:26of how I got started in. It is it's always kind of a
- 4:30musician by Nature creative type.
- 4:35I went to Um, a school for high school called, Red Bank,
- 4:40Regional it was a I was a border there that I had to be bussed
- 4:45out from my town to go there, which is very unusual.
- 4:49The only selected a few people from out of the regular school
- 4:55district to enter into this program.
- 4:57And basically it was a high school.
- 4:59You had a major like you would in college.
- 5:03Wow. And my was creative writing.
- 5:06Eating. So I've always kind of been
- 5:11artsy in that way. I used to draw a lot, so I was
- 5:14just, I was your typical dork, I guess you would say at the time
- 5:18you know what I mean. Now it's funny because like I
- 5:22was into anime when it really was not cool because there I
- 5:26kind of still think anime isn't cool.
- 5:29Just right. Just to make that clear.
- 5:32But I did enjoy certain ones but I don't like calling myself an
- 5:36anime fan because I don't think it's You know, when you say
- 5:39anime fan, people think like a weed and that's not me, you
- 5:43know? Yeah.
- 5:43People people I think weaves or they think go back.
- 5:47Dude isn't too weird. Hentai tentacle porn.
- 5:50Yeah, but nothing like that. Yeah, I just liked to draw and
- 5:57all that kind of other stuff. But anyway, around 15, I started
- 6:02playing guitar. Still play guitar was in a
- 6:07couple Bands. No one, semi-professional band
- 6:12that they were called the wag. They were out of Middletown, New
- 6:19Jersey. And if I had to describe what
- 6:23their music was, like, I would say that they were like, kind of
- 6:27like Fleetwood Mac. Kind of that paste of rock,
- 6:30nothing too hard. A lot of softer stuff but a lot
- 6:34of like middle ground rock songs.
- 6:37They had some They had some decent stuff.
- 6:39We had some other stuff that I absolutely hated playing though,
- 6:42but I had to learn three hours of acoustic material of acoustic
- 6:51covers to be in the band, plus an hour of their original music.
- 6:56Plus when I joined, it was right before Christmas time.
- 6:59So I had to learn an additional hour of Christmas music,
- 7:02although is it was a lot of trouble and basically the The
- 7:08bassist in the band was married to the keyboardist, their names
- 7:13were Brian and Alicia, and there are married vegan couple so and
- 7:22they're nice people that to a certain extent.
- 7:25But basically was, I was never ever going to win a creative
- 7:29argument against a married vegan couple.
- 7:32So, the guy who found me and recruited me for the band was
- 7:35that drummer Brian Maori and We became friends, you know, we
- 7:40weren't making that much money doing these shows because they
- 7:42are, we said over saving up for to record a new album.
- 7:48So I was doing, you know, spending money on gas and guitar
- 7:52strings, and everything else. And you know the drummer Brian
- 7:56knew the situation I was in so he would like literally give me
- 8:01like 20 bucks out of his own pocket.
- 8:02So I'd like enough gas to get home and whatnot and he was a
- 8:06good friend. Mine.
- 8:08But a lot of my friends were having trouble coming out to
- 8:12some of our shows because we used to play all over New
- 8:15Jersey. So I decided I hate, I got the
- 8:17room here, I got the equipment, I'm going to set up a full band
- 8:20set up outside and invite all my friends were going to have a
- 8:23nice big barbecue and do our electric set.
- 8:30And we did that turned out very well was actually probably one
- 8:35of my better electric shows. And if I can, if I can kind of
- 8:40ask this was all kind of during this was all I pre.
- 8:45This was I imagine that this was kind of like pre-social media,
- 8:49like the internet was a thing. But like social media hadn't
- 8:51really taken off. Yes, yes.
- 8:54We're we're talking about like the 2011 2012 right now.
- 9:01So, yes, we are at the point where like good cameras starting
- 9:05to be in cell phones but Not unless you're willing to Fork
- 9:09over rights for a decent cell phone.
- 9:15So, you know, kind of pre that day.
- 9:17We used to do a radio show up fake radio show together that we
- 9:21used to call the imaginary radio show where we would tell stories
- 9:24from our lives and stuff. And that was all done on a
- 9:26portable MP3 recorder. So, well, before this is like
- 9:31before, even like, people were using their cell phones for like
- 9:35all this kind of stuff is before cell phones, dominated every
- 9:39Market available. So you also kind of did similar
- 9:43to me. You did podcast and kind of
- 9:45before podcasting, became a medium, then a little bit, you
- 9:50can still find. If you look up the imaginary
- 9:53radio show you can still find some of the episodes.
- 9:57If you're going to, if you're going to listen to one, I
- 10:02recommend you find the one I'm going to have to find what it's
- 10:05called but it should be fairly obvious from the title.
- 10:08It's the story of the drummer Brian.
- 10:13He had his uncle come on the show to tell the story about
- 10:17when he was born. And it's so funny because, you
- 10:21know, his uncle saying, when your sister came out, she was so
- 10:24beautiful. You know, I had my, my friends
- 10:26were all coming by saying, what a beautiful baby.
- 10:28And then literally, when you came out, everybody was like,
- 10:31what happened? What came out looked like a
- 10:33combination between a monkey and a donkey and hair everywhere.
- 10:37It was disgusting, you know, it's a really funny story.
- 10:40So I recommend if anybody watch any episodes.
- 10:43So do that. That would be the one you look
- 10:46up. But anyway, he was my body and
- 10:48we did the show at my house went over fairly well.
- 10:52But started to rain, right at the end.
- 10:55Everybody was grabbing equipment.
- 10:57Bring it in, to get it out of the rain.
- 10:58And he had a massive, heart attack and dropped dead on the
- 11:03porch of our house over here. So oh shit.
- 11:08Yeah. That I know you've mentioned
- 11:11that you had a friend who passed and In private but I didn't know
- 11:15that. That was the one in particular.
- 11:16Yeah, wild. I've had a few friends pass
- 11:20hinoki in in this time but BF for a while that kind of soured
- 11:27me on doing music. The band wanted to continue but
- 11:31without a drummer for a while and I just I didn't want to do
- 11:36it. And then there was talk of I was
- 11:38the replacement guitarist. I was not the original guitarist
- 11:41of the Wag the original guitarist.
- 11:43A man named Dan core boy, and before I had left the band, we
- 11:48had talked on the phone and he had basically said the, all the
- 11:53reasons I was contemplating leaving the band and I was
- 11:57displeased with the band or the exact reasons why he left he was
- 12:00never going to win a creative argument.
- 12:02He didn't like the direction, they were taking the band.
- 12:06And so what ended up happening is they wanted to do a tribute
- 12:12show for Brian May. Maori the drummer and they
- 12:16wanted to get the original guitarist back for that show
- 12:19which I was absolutely fine with.
- 12:23But I said, well, if you're going to invite Dan back, I'm
- 12:29perfectly capable of playing your songs on drums.
- 12:32I'm not a great drummer but I can play your songs on drums,
- 12:35just fine. They didn't like that idea.
- 12:38And that kind of just soured me on the whole thing because it
- 12:41was kind of like, my friend just died.
- 12:43Now. You want me to like compete with
- 12:46the old guitarist who wrote these songs with you and it's
- 12:49kind of unfair position to put me in because I I really I can't
- 12:54compete with that. It's not fair, not just that, if
- 12:58that's what it's going to be, then really the original Core
- 13:01Group, should be the ones who do it and they kind of resented me
- 13:06for that. I kind of resented them.
- 13:09You know, we fell out and I left the band and the rest is
- 13:13history. They don't want to have anything
- 13:15to do with me. Wait, I take that back.
- 13:16The bassist he would not mind working with me.
- 13:19Again, it's the keyboardist Alicia.
- 13:21She is the one who is said, Has no desire to ever work with me
- 13:25ever again. So interesting.
- 13:29So anyway, what I'm, this is all wrapping up to.
- 13:32So, after this had happened is when I started to focus more
- 13:39heavily on content, creation, and doing acoustic covers, and
- 13:43stuff like that on YouTube. So I started going heavy on
- 13:48that. And, you know, doing that
- 13:51started getting involved. Didn't all of these conservative
- 13:55leaning or just straight-up conservative commentators and
- 14:00people that had shows and stuff like that because that's what I
- 14:02was interested at the time as a 20, something year old, you
- 14:07know, younger guy? Yeah.
- 14:12So what had happened is so I'm at the point now where, like, I
- 14:18still want to do music but I'm just not sure in what capacity.
- 14:23I would like to do music and I was watching at the time, I had
- 14:28gotten fairly into watching, Steven Crowder and you guys can
- 14:33cringe all you want. I'm not here to defend Steven
- 14:36Crowder. I'm just here to say that I used
- 14:39to watch his show Fairly regularly and I a man that makes
- 14:43that makes two of us. I, you know, I used to eyes to
- 14:48watch Crowder back when he was working for Andrew Breitbart.
- 14:53Not A lot of people know that know this, but before crowded
- 14:57became kind of his own thing. He was what I like an 18 year
- 15:03old. You know, kid who was working,
- 15:08you know, for Andrew Breitbart, he had actually started.
- 15:11I'm sure, you know, on Arthur as as the brain.
- 15:16So, and at the time, when Breitbart was the thing, I was
- 15:21well, when, when Andrew was still alive, I was around 15
- 15:25which was kind of when I started podcasting and on BlogTalkRadio
- 15:31so and block I grade, I don't know if you've ever heard any of
- 15:36the audio but it was basically just like a glorified like phone
- 15:40conferencing system and then people would live stream audio
- 15:44out to the internet and it was I mean it was horrible audio
- 15:50quality but because You know, podcasting wasn't my thing at
- 15:54that point yet. And so that's what everyone used
- 15:57and so You know, I use that for the first like four years, my
- 16:04show and then block of creative, find out price themselves.
- 16:08They like they moved the prices and basically got rid of the
- 16:12free tier so everyone moved to spreaker.
- 16:15And then I was on speaker for a year where I met a couple of
- 16:21guys who were also High School, can sort of the wing, kind of
- 16:24formed, a conservative kind of, I guess podcast Network.
- 16:32And then basically, kind of the same thing, one of the guys
- 16:38actually got on Fox News one time because he busted his
- 16:45college professor for just, you know, boy and propaganda.
- 16:49He was one of the first ones to kind of do that and, you know,
- 16:54at the time from kind of the rest of us, he kind of got like
- 16:57a big, he kind of got like a big head because that and The rest
- 17:01of us were kind of, you know, it became it went from being like,
- 17:06a group effort to, it was kind of like, well, I'm the head
- 17:09honcho now and you, you know, you guys have to do what I say.
- 17:15So we kind of split off from him and you know since then we've
- 17:20all kind of made up and you know we're all on from the terms
- 17:25again but you know from so after after I spoke from him, I made
- 17:31another You know, group that I kind of found it and, you know,
- 17:39it worked out good for a year but basically it was just like I
- 17:43was starting. I was just starting college at
- 17:46that point and, you know, none of us really have like the the
- 17:51financial resources to kind of, you know, deal with anything and
- 17:57then Charlie Kirk actually, Pope actually poached some on my
- 18:02buddies for Turning Point USA. And then To the firing them
- 18:06later and I'm in an unrelated thing, which so, you know, I was
- 18:12kind of out on my own and I think, you know, that's kind of
- 18:16where you and I met. So, and that's kind of where I
- 18:20discovered Crowder. So, yeah, so yeah.
- 18:25So with me you I was watching Crowder and it was like November
- 18:33I just looked it up the date, so I think it was like November 9th
- 18:37around there. It was of 2017.
- 18:41It was Stephen Crowder's one millionth subscriber episode.
- 18:49And on that show there was a gentleman.
- 18:55Well I take that back he is not a gentleman.
- 18:59Well, we're coming Saint. There was there was a man who I
- 19:02later found out was totally insane.
- 19:07Named Owen Benjamin now okay so let me explain it was the one
- 19:15millionth subscriber episode of Steven Crowder and Owen was on
- 19:20there to do one of his chitti piano parodies and what he did
- 19:28it was a piano version of Sweet Child of Mine.
- 19:33But it absolutely sucked and I'll tell you why, because who
- 19:37doesn't know the chorus of Sweet Child of Mine.
- 19:40Whoo. Whoo, whoo.
- 19:40Whoo Sweet. Child of Mine except sorry about
- 19:45your ears, everybody. But Owens was whoo.
- 19:49Whoo, whoo, whoo, whoa, 1 million subscribers, which is
- 19:52like, so it doesn't even like fit, right?
- 19:55You know, it doesn't rhyme, it doesn't fit, right?
- 19:58Like it was just kind of inappropriate.
- 20:00But literally, what I thought, My head is if this guy can get
- 20:06on Steven Crowder in do this, absolute crap.
- 20:10There's no reason right? I shouldn't be able to Market
- 20:13myself to these same people and do better.
- 20:16So that wasn't my and I've never had that.
- 20:19I've heard that from the beginning.
- 20:20That literally, the reason I got involved with that group is
- 20:23because I was looking for an audience to Market myself to
- 20:26same here. It had nothing to do with me
- 20:30liking Owen, so much or liking Crowder.
- 20:32Her so much other than a casual interest.
- 20:37So if anybody that's I'm sure currently been in the Bears or
- 20:40left the Bears knows that they can.
- 20:43At first, they can be welcoming and make you feel part of a
- 20:47group, you know what I mean? Yeah.
- 20:49But the time it wasn't nearly as culty because the way the
- 20:52unbearable as were described when I'd first heard about them
- 20:56after this episode was they were a group of people who would be
- 20:59willing to talk about any issue with you.
- 21:02And not be an asshole about it. That was literally how they
- 21:05described Themselves as we know, now that's not what they are
- 21:10today. What they are today, is a far
- 21:12cry from that, but that's why also I take offense when people
- 21:17refer to people who were involved with Owen and my era of
- 21:21things as X cultists because it was not that way, right?
- 21:25And when we were involved at all, it was totally different
- 21:28animal. And the first inkling of
- 21:32something weird and fishy going on.
- 21:34We all got out of there. Yeah.
- 21:37And I mean, I don't want to interject but just to kind of
- 21:41fill people would on my side of things.
- 21:43So, similarly, I had I had a so around the time that you were
- 21:53watching crowd. I was also watching Crowder and
- 21:55I never saw the. I never saw the 1 million
- 22:00subscriber episode, but you took it down.
- 22:04It's still available on Facebook though.
- 22:06If you go and look it up, but as many people who are in my
- 22:10circle, no, I had been a huge listener of Dennis Miller's,
- 22:15radio show to the point where, like, I used to call him.
- 22:19Regularly and for like the last year and a half of the show and
- 22:25that's how I found out about Crowder and someone in that
- 22:29group had mentioned Owen and I had never really checked them
- 22:33out. Like, I kept hearing a Cohen and
- 22:35then I had been a listener of Joe Rogan and yes, I know there
- 22:41are people who also, you know, think they think Rogan's a heck.
- 22:44They think he's a sellout, but I was just going to Rogan back in
- 22:482009 when you know also did just just to be clear to everybody
- 22:53watching this is this Discussion that salmon are having is not an
- 22:59endorsement of any streamer. It's just telling what happened
- 23:04to us. Yeah, here to argue about how
- 23:08stupid Crowder is, or how stupid Owen is, or how stupid Rogen is,
- 23:12or how great, any of them are. That's not the purpose of this
- 23:15discussion, so, yeah, I guess. Let's we could leave that at
- 23:18that, you know? Sure.
- 23:20Yeah. And thanks for, thanks for
- 23:22bringing that up. So, you know, II had been
- 23:24listening to rock, Ogun for, you know, years at that point.
- 23:28And so you know and I still listen to Rogan fairly
- 23:33regularly, but at that point I had you know, the thing with
- 23:37Rogan is you don't listen to every episode because there are
- 23:40three hours long but when but when I saw that Owen came on he
- 23:45was like that. He was like the episode that day
- 23:49and so I remember I was I would still in college at the time and
- 23:56I remember like on my podcast feed, you know, an episode with
- 24:00Alan popped up and I'm like oh you know, I've heard of this
- 24:02guy, you know, I'll check them out.
- 24:07So I did and it was the episode where Rogan I guess it was like
- 24:11his third appearance or whatever and rogin sat him down and was
- 24:16like you know, hey dude like you know what's going on?
- 24:19Like you know you can't be saying the n word on Twitter on
- 24:23Twitter all the time like you know, you You have a horrible
- 24:26social media, you know, thing and so and then Kurt Metzger
- 24:34came in that episode and basically, like talked over 0,
- 24:37and for three hours. So, you know, like my initial
- 24:42thing of own was kind of like, okay, well, This guy kind of
- 24:47seems like a lovable oaf basically like and that's what
- 24:51he came across. As you know honestly in the
- 24:54beginning. He did not try to pass himself
- 24:57off as some Guru or some smart guy.
- 25:01His whole shtick was that he was a 7-foot tall idiot.
- 25:04You know what I mean? Oh, that was his entire stick.
- 25:07Yeah. So so I mean be so because Kurt
- 25:11Metzger, talked over him, the entire episode.
- 25:14I never would have felt like Got, you know, a chance July, I
- 25:18guess get to know. And so I kind of felt bad and I
- 25:20tweeted out something I didn't ruin tag anyone, but I, well,
- 25:26that's not true. I didn't, I did Owen, but that's
- 25:29because he was stoned without the time.
- 25:30And I said, you know, I just listened to this episode with a
- 25:34Bowen. Benjamin seemed like a decent
- 25:38guy. But, you know, I'd like to learn
- 25:39more about him and I can't remember who it was, but someone
- 25:44got in touch with With me and invited me to a Facebook group
- 25:49and then someone else I think might have actually been the
- 25:55movie. But before you before you say
- 25:57your name. If it's who I think it is, I
- 26:00don't know if he would appreciate us.
- 26:02I know it's been so long, he might not care anymore, but just
- 26:05in case, maybe we shouldn't mention our mutual friend who we
- 26:10probably met through. A certain man from up North.
- 26:17Oh no, it's not him, it's okay. I'm just saying, I know he's
- 26:20enjoying his private life and, you know, I don't want to be the
- 26:23one to bring his name back into things so I just yeah, go ahead.
- 26:27I'm sorry for interrupting well. Well, let's just say that one of
- 26:31the, the one, one of the one of the gummy people.
- 26:35Let me just put it this way, invited me into the Discord.
- 26:41And basically, they had They had found out that I had interviewed
- 26:46Ben Shapiro when I was in high school.
- 26:49Which by the way I do want to clarify for people, the only
- 26:53reason I interviewed Ben Shapiro was because I had originally
- 26:56wanted to interview Andrew Breitbart, but when I was going
- 27:00to interview, Andrew Breitbart, he had passed away.
- 27:04So the reason why I interviewed been was because I basically
- 27:09emailed him out of, you know, he was still working for bright.
- 27:13At the time. And And he had basically, you
- 27:18know, agreed to come on and he was he wasn't Ben Shapiro yet as
- 27:23we know him today it was a kid that point, you know what I
- 27:27mean? Yeah, well we well, we both were
- 27:28I was, I was like 17 and he was I think Stone.
- 27:33His mid-20s didn't even have kids.
- 27:36Yeah, but my, my point being is so Owen, someone had told Owen
- 27:42about that and no one was like, oh man, you know, we've got to
- 27:46get I want to meet this, you know, guy like I'm still new to
- 27:51this whole political thing and so like it was interesting
- 27:57because Islands in our Circle, kept wanting me to like get in
- 28:03there. But I but like for whatever
- 28:06reason, when I got into that Discord, I immediately melded
- 28:10with you guys and, you know, the group that became known as the
- 28:17danger zone later on. Hmm.
- 28:19And my nickname, the whole thing with getting a like, a bear,
- 28:24nickname was always weird to me because I've always used my
- 28:27actual name with the podcast and everything.
- 28:30Yeah. Me too.
- 28:31I never had one of those bear names.
- 28:33I was always truck Boris or my YouTube at the time was called
- 28:38Locomotive Breath. Sometimes are my favorite Jethro
- 28:41Tull song. But I mean, when I was on
- 28:43street, when I when I like super chatted Owen Like what's your
- 28:47what's your bear naming? Like he really wanted me to have
- 28:50a have a bear named so I'm like okay well I'm doing this for
- 28:54self promotional purposes, so podcast bear and that way people
- 28:58would ask me, hey, what's your podcast?
- 29:00And you know, I would tell them and so that was pretty much it
- 29:06and then basically, you know I met you through, you know, along
- 29:11with Neary and Johnny arcade and all those guys and Everything
- 29:17else happened. So, and I guess that's kind of
- 29:21that good segue into the next part of.
- 29:25Yeah, the tail for the both of us. so we discovered this guy
- 29:31named Owen in short order, we found out this guy is obviously
- 29:36Shady then basically what happened is What had happened is
- 29:45Owen Benjamin had an opening comedian named, Eric nimmer.
- 29:49A man who claimed he was a marine and he had 20-something
- 29:52confirmed kills. He had all these college
- 29:55degrees, he was only 29 years old plus, his teeth are all
- 30:00jacked up because he claims that he took a grenade to the face.
- 30:04Some, huh? Something about this doesn't
- 30:05seem right. So anyway, kind of because of
- 30:09that and because of the backlash, when He had gone in
- 30:14roasted are condemned Iran stream.
- 30:17There wasn't hold on before before that.
- 30:21I do want to ask me a lot of stuff.
- 30:23I'm forgetting. It's been you know.
- 30:25Yeah, keep in mind. How long has it been have we
- 30:28known each other for five years at this point?
- 30:31I mean, it's bet it'll be since around 2017, a fish around
- 30:35there, I would guess 2017. 2018. So so from my, from my memory,
- 30:41the whole thing with Nemours start It out.
- 30:43So, so the thing that I just, that someone just reminded me of
- 30:50was that Never had only been in the Bears for like a week as
- 30:56long as it's open and then I had joined like literally like two
- 31:00weeks later. So I was I was I was just pre
- 31:05nimmer. Yeah.
- 31:06So I resented nimmer because I don't know who he was.
- 31:10I didn't like his style and all the sudden it was like, if you
- 31:13don't love this guy, we've got a problem.
- 31:17Well, immediately I don't like anything like that.
- 31:20I don't like being told what to do like that.
- 31:22Yeah. Will two things kind of set.
- 31:27Well, two things kind of set me off initially.
- 31:30First thing was Immediately, I never really found funny s.
- 31:40He was crowdfunding for a for like a special at that point.
- 31:45I remember that. Yeah, I remember and, you know,
- 31:49me being a meeting a podcast and me, you know, trying to do my
- 31:53own share, what I was like. Well, you know, people are
- 31:58people are merely asking for donations on his behalf and I
- 32:01was like you know I'd love to help out but you know I'm kind
- 32:04of running my own thing. I you know what will the money I
- 32:07have is a college student. I'm Invest in my own thing.
- 32:11I hope you understand but now because you're on the subject
- 32:15before I forget, I just want to mention.
- 32:18Okay? So what was going to happen is
- 32:20are can immer was crowdfunding to do his own comedy special.
- 32:27What had happened is all of Owens group that would live
- 32:32stream. We were going to do a 24 hour
- 32:35livestream and basically Eric nimmer was gonna guest hop each
- 32:40stream to try to crowdfund. This what had happened is after
- 32:47the cracks had started to form, the intention was for at least
- 32:53some of us who streamed, not everybody.
- 32:55Some people were really The number, and actually wanted to
- 32:58help them. But at this point already, the
- 33:01cracks were starting to form and me along with a few others.
- 33:06I can't remember exactly who our plan was to get Eric nimmer on
- 33:11the show and then do nothing but make fun of them the whole
- 33:14entire time, right? So our intentions kind of to
- 33:19subvert, what he was trying to do and make him look like an
- 33:21asshole. It in the the big falling-out
- 33:24happened before that. So That never ended up coming to
- 33:27fruition but anybody would say, oh, you were going to dip.
- 33:31His people said that you were going to do a live stream for
- 33:34Nemours benefit. Yep, you're right.
- 33:37It was billed as that. But that was not my intention at
- 33:40all. Well and maybe some in the DZ
- 33:43can back me up that. Remember that I know that, you
- 33:45know, I'm not involved with the DZ anymore but and I'm I'm done
- 33:50with. I'm done with all that, you
- 33:52know, I don't want to fight with anybody.
- 33:53You know what I mean? I'm I wasted enough of my life
- 34:00getting upset over these people I met on the internet.
- 34:03So you know, I matured a lot since all this has happened but
- 34:09you know, once again, I don't want to fight with any of these
- 34:12people, but let's just stick to the story and I'm not going to
- 34:15go out of my way to demonize any of those people.
- 34:18Because sure, you know, in reality, they probably weren't
- 34:22too bad. They did some things that
- 34:24bothered me and I'm sure I did a lot of Things that bothered
- 34:27them. So, when it came down to is, we
- 34:29just weren't our personalities weren't compatible.
- 34:33And I think that was one of the things is that I always wanted
- 34:36to be very independent. And that might have bothered
- 34:39them, I can't speak for them, but but go ahead, I'm sorry.
- 34:42Well, so, so two things happen with.
- 34:45So, I remember during the whole, I remember, I remember with
- 34:49that, like, 24 hour, livestream, someone Hannah had asked me to
- 34:55host. The withheld of her.
- 34:58And I said I said no and I said for two reasons one I don't
- 35:04really find it funny you know be I do.
- 35:07Do I do I do do some comedy but at that point my show was mainly
- 35:14stole political and so I'm like you know so I don't think my
- 35:18show is the right is just the right venue for this guy.
- 35:24The other thing was and this is a this is The key point at that
- 35:29point, a certain gentleman who whose name show me an anonymous
- 35:37had told me, and told others that Eric never had rep had
- 35:43harassed his girlfriend and that was that her me was the final
- 35:49straw and had sent me DMS to proven that, this was the case.
- 35:56so, you know, at this point like I didn't say I wasn't saying
- 36:01anything but like I had been in the community and people had I
- 36:05mean I don't want to toot my own horn but like I've always tried
- 36:09to be a nice guy and I think people know that and so like for
- 36:13whatever reason people started coming to me and saying, you
- 36:16know, hey Sam, you know, you've been in media for for a while
- 36:22Eric Nemours. Harassing you know, people do,
- 36:24you know, someone we could talk to about this, you know, in
- 36:27regards to Island, and I didn't know that, but I was kind of
- 36:30like, well, you know, I'll, you know, I'll ask around.
- 36:36So I remember, I talked to you about it and then, yeah, I guess
- 36:40then were you and I for those who don't know, quick refresh.
- 36:45What had happened is, Owen was the headliner of a comedy show.
- 36:53His opening comedian at the time, his regular opening
- 36:57comedian was Eric, never bought in on this particular show which
- 37:01is what we're talking about. Are camera was as well.
- 37:05So somebody we mutually know to people we mutually know who were
- 37:11you know, let's say they were very close friends with one.
- 37:14Another. One of them decided to go to
- 37:16this show and I don't want to toss around the word, the phrase
- 37:25sexual harassment because of the Ambiguity of kind of like the
- 37:32term and what people will assume.
- 37:36So I think a better way to phrase is Eric nimmer was being
- 37:39very handsy with this girl and kind of hanging all over her and
- 37:44telling her how pretty she was. And she was not feeling
- 37:47comfortable and she had told people right then in private, I
- 37:53don't like, I don't like where this is going.
- 37:55He's making me feel weird. And in the meantime, while he
- 38:00was doing this, he was messaging the guy who was friendly with
- 38:09this girl. Yeah, I mean, you know, I'm
- 38:11going to take your girl, I'm gonna F, ER, and you go and kill
- 38:15yourself, soy, stuff like that. I don't kill yourself in
- 38:18livestream it, so you can see, you can say, Fuck.
- 38:21This is an uncensored. Podcast.
- 38:23Yeah. Just just, you know, I'm trying
- 38:25to stay away from here. Swearing too much because of my
- 38:29kids are getting to the age where they say.
- 38:31Oh yeah. Oh yeah.
- 38:32Right, right, right now. I'm just, I'm just, I'm just
- 38:34trying to break the habits, not that I'm scared.
- 38:36No, no. I'm just letting you know that,
- 38:40you know. Yes, no need to censor on my
- 38:43show. So yeah.
- 38:44Well you know II get it. I have I have younger siblings
- 38:51to so when I'm around them. After you know what I mean.
- 38:55My kids are there in the other house.
- 38:56They're asleep already. So it's not an issue.
- 38:58I'm, it's just me. Trying to break the Habit, you
- 39:01know, I guess that's what had been going on and that was the
- 39:05final straw for me. Because let's also not forget
- 39:08that on top of his bogus claims on top of the harassment of the
- 39:15girl and the harassment of the guy.
- 39:19He also was These desperate. Aging women who were part of the
- 39:29unbearable. Zab solutely loved Eric nimmer
- 39:33because He was fit, I guess. I mean he had ABS, but I mean,
- 39:39he was still a 5-foot tall man, lit with jacked up teeth.
- 39:44You know what I mean? But also I resent isn't the
- 39:47right word for Eric nimmer, but I did not like the way that
- 39:53these first of all, because like Owens group described themselves
- 39:56as like Traditional Values, which we know now that they're
- 39:59not, but I'm just tired of the way that it was.
- 40:01Then that's how they were trying to present themselves.
- 40:04So it's like, okay, well, Obviously, you guys aren't for
- 40:06Traditional Values. The married women in here
- 40:08fawning over this dude, who they never even met?
- 40:12And first of all, the dude is, you could say what you want.
- 40:16I think I'm a million times more handsome than Eric nimmer.
- 40:20Could ya hope to be okay, so it's not about that.
- 40:24I didn't want the attention from these women.
- 40:26I believe you did not want their attention.
- 40:28I just resented the fact that A group that were calling
- 40:34themselves conservatives and standing up for Traditional
- 40:37Values were engaged in all this crazy, kind of behavior.
- 40:41So the final straw for me was that night when nimmer was
- 40:46bothering the girl and told the guy to kill himself in live
- 40:49stream it, that's when I was done with the unbearable 's.
- 40:54I had said in the group chat that they were all in, this is
- 41:02fucked up. I can't believe that nobody is
- 41:07You know, standing up against this and saying, okay, you're
- 41:09going a little too far here and then I was out that's when I had
- 41:15left the unbearable 's and then ensure order people like Johnny
- 41:21arcade and the rest of the DZ had left as well and
- 41:25well-formed. What was called the DZ, it had
- 41:28started to form before that but you are you are missing.
- 41:31You are missing one critical. I'm sure I probably sold more
- 41:35than one so right. The summer right before I guess
- 41:38so right before the fall out. So never at this point had kind
- 41:46of Benedict all of us. Right.
- 41:48I mean pretty oh yeah because nobody could be better funnier
- 41:52than him which so yeah didn't like either and and so I mean
- 41:59this this is documented this is out there.
- 42:03So you know, I don't think we're not we're not saying anything
- 42:06that isn't public record but so we so check and I and the rest
- 42:13of the guys, we knew a gentleman by the name of Johnny Rai who
- 42:19used to do a Morning Show and who, you know, it was like it
- 42:26was morning radio, but with a wholesome vibe.
- 42:29Like he would. Yeah.
- 42:30John's John's whole thing is positive kind of do.
- 42:36He was like a slightly religious motivational speaker was kind of
- 42:41the nature of his thing. Was kind of like hey let's get
- 42:43up in the morning, you know, and I'll read a passage from the
- 42:47Bible in order to try to get everybody motivated.
- 42:49You know. So it was a wholesome wholesome
- 42:53show and of course he would go goof around and do some like
- 42:56goofy stuff like the ninja training.
- 42:59Inning where he would go to a local park in like big go all
- 43:03over the monkey bars and stuff like that which was very
- 43:05entertaining. But I mean it was it was
- 43:07wholesome in relatively clean, won't be the other.
- 43:10The other thing too, was he was the other thing too is he is an
- 43:14Italian guy from upstate New York.
- 43:17So he would want to do like the I mean he was like as he wasn't
- 43:22like a complete we do but he was another one where was kind of
- 43:26like yeah. You know how he was the kind of
- 43:28guy. Could turn it on when he won.
- 43:31Yeah. You know what I mean?
- 43:32Yeah, he so so you know so he was a whole from God and people
- 43:38also liked him and Eric nimmer couldn't stand that.
- 43:42So yeah that that is very true. He Eric nimmer targeted
- 43:49everybody who I think he felt was kind of like a threat to him
- 43:54and his popularity and but he went on you arcade.
- 43:59Johnny arcade was definitely somebody nimmer was threatened
- 44:02by but rather than fight him nimmer and Johnny were kind of
- 44:09like almost about ready to partner up at one point.
- 44:12So that's the route that almost took Yaz like Neri wasn't he
- 44:19wasn't interested at all in that you know, no near near and I
- 44:24were were thinking about doing a thing together.
- 44:28I That now. But, you know.
- 44:32So at one point never had been talking all this, all this shit
- 44:37on near I, I can't even remember why?
- 44:45But basically, from what I remember, Well, can't ruin my
- 44:54equipment. Remember how the like who came
- 44:56in? Where but I remember eventually
- 44:59the there it was basically like nimmer hadn't talking so much
- 45:03shit and basically near I get near I was had near I came on
- 45:11like one of our streams. Yes and basically said I want,
- 45:15you know I hear that name has been talking shit on me.
- 45:20So get in here. The clip of that incident is in
- 45:24porcelains documentary, about Owen.
- 45:30And in the shortened clip from that about nimmer, the clip from
- 45:34that is there now for a little clarification, what had happened
- 45:39is Neri had messaged nimmer and said, I think that you could be
- 45:47funny But I think that x y and z are the reasons why you're
- 45:54failing and I think XY ABC is what how it could be better and
- 46:00name. Or did not like that.
- 46:01Because he did not like, he not criticism.
- 46:05He didn't like criticism. He didn't like to be.
- 46:08He felt like he was so good. Nobody had any right to
- 46:12criticize anything. He was doing on stage that he
- 46:16was like, and he was, he was when He got introduced to the
- 46:19group. He was The Golden Child.
- 46:21You were not allowed to mess with them, which is another
- 46:23point I wanted to bring up. Can anybody?
- 46:27I'm sure those who were there? Remember this, but those of you
- 46:30who weren't there, can you imagine Owen, Benjamin Colleen.
- 46:37You you point at the camera, there it is calling you a racist
- 46:45because you didn't like Eric nimmer.
- 46:49Can you imagine no one seriously calling anybody a racist?
- 46:53You know what I mean? It's like, well, neither man has
- 46:56changed so many times that it's, it's, it's just crazy to think
- 47:01about, yeah. You know, and so that was kind
- 47:07of that. So basically, So basically name
- 47:14was talking shit on nearby. And then near, I was in one of
- 47:19the DZ streams and I want to kind of explain how the D is
- 47:25these dreams work because they weren't always about Owen
- 47:31necessarily, basically the DZ streams basically were based on
- 47:38the like, free frogs basically where people would go in and
- 47:46just chat and shoot the shit 48 hours at a time.
- 47:51And we, we did streams everyday. What?
- 47:55And we all had accent? We all had access to the
- 47:58channel. To so for a block of time, if I
- 48:03wasn't busy I would go on there and stream instead of on my main
- 48:08channel in the morning, I was the I was the morning host.
- 48:11I was the guy that would take As soon as I woke up and did
- 48:17everything I needed to do, I was there in the morning to stream.
- 48:21And while the rest of the disease, they're there when they
- 48:27would stream later on, at night that the overnight streams were
- 48:30the most popular my segment in the morning was probably one of
- 48:34the least popular, but also my segments are used to do in the
- 48:38morning. We're a completely different
- 48:40animal than what was happening at night.
- 48:42Yeah. In my morning streams it would
- 48:45be me taking care of the kids jamming on guitar just trying to
- 48:49entertain people going through the drive through and playing
- 48:53pranks the drive-thru. Like what I was doing was
- 48:56totally different than what everybody else was doing with
- 48:59that channel. I was trying to add a little bit
- 49:01more variety because You know, I guess I've never been like
- 49:07really considered want to like the cool kids whereas they all
- 49:11would have considered themselves, cool kids.
- 49:13So literally they could draw attention by just being there
- 49:17for me. It.
- 49:18I for some reason never had a pull like that.
- 49:20So I always had to bring a little bit of something extra to
- 49:23the table by playing music or building something or to playing
- 49:28pranks or just, you know, driving around doing stuff like
- 49:31that. So that's how I tried to keep my
- 49:34end of the And going the re the reason why I wanted to explain
- 49:38the reason why I explain that now is because at well and then
- 49:42on the weekends we would all kind of just come together and
- 49:46ahead and hang out. And the reason I bring that up
- 49:49is because on one of those streams that was when near I had
- 49:56been saying, you know, I hear Eric numbers been talking a lot
- 50:00of shit about me, you know, why doesn't he come in here, will
- 50:03send him the invite and You know, or I or I think it was it
- 50:09was actually on Nemours. Channel, if I remember
- 50:14correctly, I don't remember exactly.
- 50:17I remember from the clip of Neary, roasting nimmer.
- 50:23I'm in the video. I'm in the.
- 50:26Yeah, I'm in the video too. Yeah, a bunch of us that these
- 50:30ears the former DZ years recurrent disease.
- 50:32I don't know if that if it's even still a thing not really
- 50:36but um once again, you know, out of my that's out of my element.
- 50:41But the point being is that yeah a bunch of us were there when
- 50:47that all went down. Yeah.
- 50:55But anyway, I feel like there was kind of a weird Gap in the
- 51:00conversation there. No.
- 51:02So the reason why bring up the roast is because basically and
- 51:08you can see the clip again and porcelains documentary nimmer
- 51:14Nimrod goes in and tries to like make jokes about near I and near
- 51:21is just laughing. I'm off and that One point near
- 51:24I says you're dying on stage, no matter, you're dying on on stage
- 51:29and that was that was what broke nimmer?
- 51:33And all of Nemours, sick of fans started calling me right a
- 51:40racist. Yep.
- 51:41And then they started calling him when he was at church and
- 51:44stuff like that and that was the one incident they tried to say,
- 51:48he was harassing do live bout ya.
- 51:52Never Happened for those of you who may have heard something
- 51:56about that. What had happened is, John Neary
- 51:58was literally walking through the doors into his church on
- 52:03Sunday, when he gets a call. He picked up the phone and it's
- 52:06do live calling from freaking Israel.
- 52:09Saying, what did you do to nimmer?
- 52:13And he said, look, watch your tone.
- 52:16I'm about to walk into church. I will call you later to talk
- 52:19about this. Not the, not the right time,
- 52:22which I think. Think was perfectly within his
- 52:24rights anyway. That blew up into that own
- 52:27erie's, tough-talking women and that was the wagon nimmer.
- 52:34Tried to Hitch his horse up to was that near?
- 52:37He was harassing women which is obviously that that didn't even
- 52:43happen. And actually, when Neary did
- 52:46eventually called Olaf, they had a civil conversation about what
- 52:49had happened. And I don't know if they saw
- 52:51eye-to-eye, but they came to an First and meant that whatever
- 52:55you think happened or that I'm somehow, you know, racist or
- 52:59something like that. It's ridiculous, right?
- 53:03But it didn't, it didn't stop there and I don't remember that.
- 53:08I don't remember the details. But basically from what I
- 53:12remember it got to the point where like where they kept, they
- 53:17kept calling near a racist and it eventually like it got to
- 53:22Owen. You know, it got to it, got Owen
- 53:25and eventually it was pretty much like okay well, you know,
- 53:32oh, and basically said that, you know, he wanted to keep nimmer
- 53:38around and at that point, we had basically said, okay, well, You
- 53:46know, we're not really welcome to in.
- 53:51We don't really feel welcome so we're just going to go off and
- 53:54do our own thing so we left. Yeah.
- 53:58And at that point, there were a lot of people who And I want to
- 54:04stress this to weren't involved in the daz weren't really
- 54:09involved and ending that we did. But there were a lot of people
- 54:13who likes near I and who likes us.
- 54:19That didn't like nimmer, you know, didn't like hostile
- 54:22atmosphere, and so they just completely let wait left
- 54:26themselves. So, 60 people left.
- 54:32The Bears, which was a huge chunk.
- 54:37At the time because this was, this was again, this was all
- 54:42before Owen became a huge co-leader.
- 54:47So we went off and did our own thing for almost a whole year,
- 54:56you know, and this is for me, at least this is finding more and I
- 55:02always said, you know, listen I'm waiting, I'm waiting.
- 55:06Ting. The Bears with Chuck and Johnny
- 55:10and everyone else you guys are more than welcomed you know to
- 55:15keep tuning in to the Whitfield report.
- 55:20But you know, I don't care if you listen to Owen we just you
- 55:25know, I'm leaving because of disagreements.
- 55:28But you guys are more than welcome to do You Know lesson?
- 55:35Tonight Show as well. so, you know, at that point, everything
- 55:43was pretty copacetic and nothing really happened for like I said
- 55:52a whole year and then and then the infamous gummy thing
- 55:59happened. I don't want to dwell on this
- 56:06like, yeah, way way, way way, way too much.
- 56:13Sorry my wife had called me so I'm just texting her.
- 56:16I'm doing an interview hon. But anyway, so What had happened
- 56:24is yes for. So for like almost a year, the
- 56:25DZ it was in and us we were doing our own things.
- 56:31What had ended up happening is, I ended up having a falling out
- 56:36with the DZ. It's not important to hurt to
- 56:38hash out the details of why anymore.
- 56:41It the whole thing was probably stupid and I probably blown out
- 56:47of proportion on both ends but I left the DZ because I did not
- 56:51Like something that they did. And during that time, there had
- 56:56been talk about how the DZ was going to bring down, Eric
- 57:00nimmer, they were going to be the ones, they knew that he was
- 57:03lying about his record and everything else like that.
- 57:06So when I had left the DeeZee, I said, well screw all those
- 57:13people, not you included at this point as we were still buddies,
- 57:17right? But I'd said screw all All those
- 57:22people there. They're a bunch of, they're all
- 57:27big talk, they don't actually get anything done.
- 57:30So I went and took upon myself to go and get the information on
- 57:36Eric nimmer and just to wrap all that up, I proved he was he was
- 57:40in fact lying about his military record.
- 57:42Okay, quit that's all we really need to address that but it's
- 57:45been hashed so many times. I mean, I guess quick question
- 57:49regarding the the deal 214, why did you decide?
- 57:56Because I that's a question I that I still get boy born on a
- 58:01lot and I know you've talked about a little bit, but why did
- 58:04you feel, why did you still feel the need to I guess exposed
- 58:09nimmer. Well, it started off as just
- 58:14that. Um, the way he conducted
- 58:16himself, it was hard for me to believe that this man was
- 58:21actually a military member. Now, people have He said to me
- 58:28before that they are, you didn't do it because you cared so much
- 58:34about the military. That that was part of it.
- 58:38Part of the reason I did it was because I did care about them
- 58:40about the military. But yeah, the the main reason I
- 58:44did is because Eric nimmer was a scumbag and I wanted to prove
- 58:48just how scummy he was, and I was able to do that, you know,
- 58:55initially Ali would had initially set me off on the are
- 58:59condemned or hate train, was him harassing that girl in him
- 59:03telling my friend to go kill himself you know, that was the
- 59:07end of it and also this guy's big joke was the only reason I
- 59:12joined the military was to make white people thank me for their
- 59:15freedom. So it was like, okay, well this
- 59:18doesn't sound like somebody who was in the military.
- 59:21So when I filed it, you know, I don't know that much about the
- 59:26And I learned a lot from this experience, but I didn't know
- 59:30what I was going to find. But guess what?
- 59:32I found out exactly what we had all suspected that, and it was
- 59:37just suspicion at that point. I had proven that everything he
- 59:43was saying about his military record was a lie.
- 59:46So then it became well, this is a big deal, because okay,
- 59:50although him say, saying those things to that girl in that guy
- 59:55were definitely in appropriate indefinitely scummy out of all
- 59:59of those incidents. Well, I mean, I guess you could
- 1:00:03say that they they all carry a lot of weight.
- 1:00:06I don't want to say which one carries more weight than here
- 1:00:08because, you know, it depends on which way you slice it.
- 1:00:11But but basically, it was since it was provable that he was
- 1:00:18lying about his military record. He deserved to be exposed for
- 1:00:21that. So that's what I did.
- 1:00:24And what I done is, I initially, I don't want to go over this
- 1:00:27again because I'm getting into the details and it's it's going
- 1:00:30to take on. Another, I can talk for hours,
- 1:00:33just a upon that thing. I think we all know happened.
- 1:00:36Feel ya, feel, ya. I mean, I don't want to, I don't
- 1:00:40want to, you know, push it too much again.
- 1:00:42I just want that specific point as to why you did that.
- 1:00:45That was one thing. Maybe after this airs, we can do
- 1:00:49a follow-up where we answer specific questions if people
- 1:00:52want to be civil about. Yeah, I'm yeah, I'm curious as
- 1:00:57to how this is going to be received from was I'm sure.
- 1:01:01A lot of people probably do have questions, and if people would
- 1:01:04please just put their dislike for me aside.
- 1:01:08I know I can be an abrasive asshole.
- 1:01:10You know, it's nothing against you.
- 1:01:14It's okay. You're really out there.
- 1:01:17There are people who there are people in believe me, you're not
- 1:01:21alone, you're not alone. There are people who there are
- 1:01:24people, who I didn't think would hate me that hate my guts, you
- 1:01:29know, and that's kind of even unrelated Allen kind of some of
- 1:01:33the other people that we've met through this whole, you know,
- 1:01:36ordeal through the internet. But I guess, where do you want
- 1:01:42to go next? Well, this is all leading into
- 1:01:49the next part of the story but you know what, I really have to
- 1:01:52use the restroom. She would forgive me.
- 1:01:53One minute, I will share and and yeah, well people well, While
- 1:01:59you're doing that, I'll just fill in people, you know, folks.
- 1:02:04You know, the reason why I'm doing this, I know that Shucks
- 1:02:08covered some of this on his You know, channel before I know I've
- 1:02:16covered it. But, you know, it's been a few
- 1:02:21years since this has happened. And we're a few years moved away
- 1:02:31from these events and I do think it's there still a lot of BS.
- 1:02:39A lot of rumors that people have spread about shocked about me
- 1:02:44about this whole or so we are just strictly here basically to
- 1:02:53I don't know. No set the record straight is
- 1:02:56clear the air a little bit, but just clear the air.
- 1:03:00Yeah. So, anyway, as I was saying
- 1:03:03Chuck, we're next. Okay.
- 1:03:07So because of this whole going against Owen Benjamin and are
- 1:03:12condemned. Er, um, I received all kinds of
- 1:03:16threats, it was a, the kind of thing that was, you know, I'd
- 1:03:18wake up in the morning and there would be dozens of It's about
- 1:03:23what a scumbag. I am all because I told the
- 1:03:26truth and I exposed one of their Heroes is being a scumbag.
- 1:03:31So, isn't that funny? Well, the vaduz telling the
- 1:03:34truth is love. One who everybody hates.
- 1:03:37Well, first off, like, even after you, I want to clarify
- 1:03:41this, to even after the, even after the records were out
- 1:03:46there, even half was proven Owen still latched onto Dimmer for a
- 1:03:53long time, and would not believe.
- 1:03:56That the and would not believe that the records were with were
- 1:04:01real and it wasn't just Chuck that got threats.
- 1:04:05I got basically everyone who was associated with our group got
- 1:04:11threats and, you know, there's a whole thing.
- 1:04:13I don't want to get into my new show of that, but I mean,
- 1:04:17basically, shit, basically, ran down, rain down upon all of us
- 1:04:22for a long time. It was, you know, people Saying
- 1:04:26they were going to report me to the police.
- 1:04:28They were going to call CPS and get my children taken away from
- 1:04:32me. They were going to show up to my
- 1:04:33house so they were going to get me expelled from college.
- 1:04:38Now at this point although I knew that most of them were full
- 1:04:46of shit. What if one of them wasn't full
- 1:04:50of shit? What if one of them actually did
- 1:04:53decide to show up here, you know, and try to do something to
- 1:04:57me, or my family? Because I told the truth.
- 1:05:00So I decided maybe it was a good idea since it's my right as an
- 1:05:08American citizen, I thought. Maybe it was time that I go and
- 1:05:11get, I get myself a gun. I went did all the background
- 1:05:18checks. Got fingerprinted the whole nine
- 1:05:23yards in New Jersey. It's very very very restrictive
- 1:05:26and very hard to get a firearm. But yeah that's littering the I
- 1:05:30had literally never ever been in trouble for anything before in
- 1:05:35my life my record was squeaky clean.
- 1:05:38I had never ever done anything remotely as far as Legally, I
- 1:05:45got into fights in high school, but I mean, what, you know,
- 1:05:48that's kind of normal for a lot of boys to get in fights in high
- 1:05:53school and stuff like, yeah. So, you know, I was never, I was
- 1:05:57never a criminal, you know. So I was able to to get to get a
- 1:06:04gun. I bought an AR and I are 15 at
- 1:06:07what it was a Ruger. AR 556 is what it was called.
- 1:06:13But it was basically, you know, and I are 15 or, you know, it
- 1:06:21got pretty decent with it, you know, took it to the range a
- 1:06:23couple of times. You know, in general, I just
- 1:06:28enjoyed it. I was never like a real big gun
- 1:06:31not or anything like that, but literally part of the reason I
- 1:06:35went and did this is because I figured well, you know, not even
- 1:06:38just these people like the unbearable and stuff but you
- 1:06:41know what happens if anybody decides to show up to the house
- 1:06:44so I'm gonna, you know, and also you know, people would hunt on
- 1:06:49my property when they're not supposed to.
- 1:06:51So I don't like the idea of going out in the woods and there
- 1:06:55could be somebody up. Up in the trees with a gun and
- 1:06:57I'm completely unarmed. I didn't like the feeling of
- 1:07:01that either. That's probably in valid concern
- 1:07:07you know but I'm just telling you where my head was at the
- 1:07:10time. You know.
- 1:07:12I guess paranoia was maybe running a little rampant but
- 1:07:15things had really pretty much started to calm down.
- 1:07:18I had kind of started to you know I was doing a lot of
- 1:07:22parodies at the time and stuff like that and that was kind of
- 1:07:26my bread and butter for my YouTube channel for a long time
- 1:07:29was these parodies mainly making fun of Owen but Really making
- 1:07:33fun of things that were happening in politics for a
- 1:07:37while. And this is basically leading
- 1:07:44into the story of the worst thing that ever happened to me
- 1:07:47in my life. So so here it goes.
- 1:07:54Would it ended up happening? Is I had a sister who lived in
- 1:07:59California And she had called us one day her saying a bunch of
- 1:08:08crazy stuff that her husband was abusive and she needed to get
- 1:08:11out of the house. So me being trying to be a good
- 1:08:17brother. I packed a bag that day we tried
- 1:08:21to say, hey, can wait like a week because it really wasn't a
- 1:08:24good time for us. Financially secured a weight
- 1:08:27like a week. And she said, no, you need to
- 1:08:29come like now. So I dropped everything that I
- 1:08:32was doing packed the bag, gathered up, you know, a couple
- 1:08:38thousand dollars that I had which was going to pay for plane
- 1:08:42tickets and gasoline to drive back and food and hotels and
- 1:08:47stuff and I flew out there and I picked her up in her kids and I
- 1:08:51drove all the way back here to New Jersey.
- 1:08:55Just to spare you, some of the details.
- 1:08:57Basically, what ended up happening is my brother-in-law
- 1:09:02was not abusive. What had really been going on?
- 1:09:06Is my little sister, was a severe alcoholic and nobody had
- 1:09:11told us and it wasn't until she was under my roof, under my care
- 1:09:16and my supervision as well as during that time.
- 1:09:20It was she was passed out drunk all the time, which, you know, I
- 1:09:23didn't know that this is what was going on.
- 1:09:25But I was basically left to watch her kids for her.
- 1:09:31Yeah, on top of your kids to. Yeah.
- 1:09:34So, like, Videos of like my channel of me like, baby guitar
- 1:09:40where I'm pretending, the kids or guitar and, like, to clean
- 1:09:43their bellies to the to the trooper.
- 1:09:46Those kids in the video, those are my kids in my sister's kids.
- 1:09:51So I was watching them for a while and I was glad to do it,
- 1:09:56but it became apparent that I tried to get my sister off the
- 1:10:02drink myself. She wasn't able to do it.
- 1:10:07So what we did is we checked her into a rehab.
- 1:10:15Which at the time we thought was the best thing to do.
- 1:10:18So she, when she was in rehab, she met, she met a guy in rehab,
- 1:10:26former heroin addict who also who also had a Hmm, checkered
- 1:10:33past I guess to say the least. So anyway, we didn't know about
- 1:10:40this guy first, I'm kind of jumping ahead a little bit so so
- 1:10:44take that out of your head for a minute.
- 1:10:45All right, so she's in rehab, she's been there for maybe like
- 1:10:48a week or something like that. She calls me.
- 1:10:51And she says, you know, I really miss my kids, because when
- 1:10:55you're in rehab least the rehab, she was at, it's like, it's
- 1:10:59pretty much, it's a step above being in jail.
- 1:11:03I mean literally you can't really have like visit visitors
- 1:11:05or anything like that. It's really really really
- 1:11:08restrictive. Anything you want to bring in
- 1:11:10clothes food. Toothbrushes.
- 1:11:12They go through everything to make sure there's no like drugs
- 1:11:14or anything hidden in there. So she was in there and she
- 1:11:20said, you know, I can't take it anymore.
- 1:11:23I got to see my kids. If I could just see my kids
- 1:11:28again, I know that there's no way I'm ever going to want to
- 1:11:32drink. Think again.
- 1:11:33So once again me trying to be a good brother took it as she was
- 1:11:39telling me the truth and I went and I signed her out of out of
- 1:11:43rehab. So, for the first couple days,
- 1:11:48she was out things seemed great. You know what I mean?
- 1:11:52She seemed to return to like a, for lack of a better term, a
- 1:11:57regular person. And in the meantime, my
- 1:12:01brother-in-law had come out from California to spend time with us
- 1:12:05and to spend time with his kids while we were figuring out what
- 1:12:09exactly we were going to do. So, what had happened is?
- 1:12:18You know, I was like, I said the first couple days she was home.
- 1:12:21Everything seemed fine. Seemed like things were going to
- 1:12:23get better. And then, you know, I had
- 1:12:27suspected that maybe she was drinking a little bit here and
- 1:12:30there, but I couldn't really prove it because she wasn't
- 1:12:33like, obviously passed out drunk.
- 1:12:36How long? If I may ask?
- 1:12:38How long had she been in rehab at this point?
- 1:12:42She had been in rehab for about a week or two when I saw and her
- 1:12:45out, So not nearly long enough had they had had they advised, I
- 1:12:52mean, I don't know anything about.
- 1:12:55I don't know anything about, like, rehab to tell you the
- 1:12:58truth. Neither do I really?
- 1:13:01I'm, I'm sure that when I signed a route, they probably asked me.
- 1:13:04Are you sure? You know, and they asked her,
- 1:13:07are you sure? And, of course, we both said,
- 1:13:09yes, you know, like, once again, maybe partially my fault for
- 1:13:15being naive. Or maybe it's her fault for
- 1:13:18being a really good manipulator. I don't know, you know, probably
- 1:13:22the latter. Yeah, probably, I'll call extend
- 1:13:26to be. Yeah, I don't mean that to be a
- 1:13:28I don't mean that to be, you know, a dick or anything but do
- 1:13:31nothing as as most people know, I mean, my uncle was an
- 1:13:37alcoholic too and you know, he was he was a high-functioning
- 1:13:41alcoholic but you know nevertheless and we love them
- 1:13:45but even so he was You know, he could be manipulative to, you
- 1:13:49know, times you know, me, everybody knows I like to have a
- 1:13:53couple beers here and there, I've cut down a lot lately.
- 1:13:56I was up to 245. I'm down to like 215 now mainly
- 1:14:01just from die exercise and not drinking as much beer because
- 1:14:07basically, I want to make sure I'm here as long as possible for
- 1:14:09my children. So yeah, well I like beer that
- 1:14:13would that was that was that was your catchphrase for me.
- 1:14:17For a while it was. But anyway, so you know, we got
- 1:14:23her out of rehab and things look like they were going to be
- 1:14:25better and I can't remember exactly what started happening
- 1:14:31first. But I would say when things
- 1:14:33really started to fall apart is Now, sometimes I have trouble
- 1:14:38sleeping. And I was up this particular
- 1:14:42night and I heard the car start up my car start up, I saw the
- 1:14:49cut my car. Pull out of the driveway.
- 1:14:52Barry Allen, aye. Who's driving my car in the
- 1:14:54middle of the night? Well, it turns out that my
- 1:14:59sister stole the keys to my car and she was going out in the
- 1:15:05middle of the night to meet this guy that she had met in rehab.
- 1:15:10So Say anything, I didn't wake anybody up because I didn't want
- 1:15:12to cause a giant scene in the middle of the night but I
- 1:15:14literally waited up like a sick, worried concerned, parent all
- 1:15:20night until she finally came home around 2:00, 3:00 in the
- 1:15:22morning. And when she came home, what I
- 1:15:26said to her is I said, do you want to explain yourself, or do
- 1:15:30you want me to just start telling you what I think is
- 1:15:33going on? And she said, I'll explain
- 1:15:37myself. Oh, you know, in rehab, they
- 1:15:39tell us that we have to be selfish and we have to do these
- 1:15:42things that make us happy. And right now, this guy is
- 1:15:45making me happy and obviously, no, that wasn't gonna fly with
- 1:15:49me. You know what I mean?
- 1:15:50You have kids here, your husband is here.
- 1:15:55You're sneaking out of the window in the middle of the
- 1:15:57night, the window of my house, just sneaking out the window,
- 1:16:01stealing the keys to my car to go out and meet some heroin
- 1:16:04addict. This is Mechana fly.
- 1:16:07So when it happened is during one of these times when she was
- 1:16:14sneaking out to meet this guy, and, of course, the my
- 1:16:17brother-in-law found out about this and we all wanted to twist
- 1:16:20this guy's head off in Minecraft.
- 1:16:24If we ever got a chance to get our hands on them, but So what
- 1:16:32had happened is one of these times when she was out for a
- 1:16:35long period of time. We told my brother-in-law, take
- 1:16:39the kids back home to California where they belong.
- 1:16:42Put them back in school and you do what you have to do.
- 1:16:46That's best for your children and we'll deal with Nicole.
- 1:16:53So eventually she came back saw that the that the van was gone
- 1:17:00and that the kids were gone, and she flipped completely out, you
- 1:17:04know, oh, well, how could you do this to me?
- 1:17:07I just want to see my kids, and we had to say, you've been
- 1:17:11passed out. Since you've been here, you've
- 1:17:14been mostly either out in the car passed out drunk, or we
- 1:17:19didn't know where you were, those with the three options the
- 1:17:21entire time you've In here. So don't tell me now you care.
- 1:17:26So much about your kids and you just want to see your kids.
- 1:17:29You had plenty of time to put your kids first and you didn't.
- 1:17:31So we had to make a decision. What was best for your kids and
- 1:17:35staying here. With the way you're acting is
- 1:17:39not what's best for your children.
- 1:17:41So this is when the cracks really started to form, she
- 1:17:44became very violent, she had threatened my wife at one point
- 1:17:51so it became Came. Where she was not allowed here
- 1:18:00on the homestead until she got her shit straight.
- 1:18:04So for a while we lost track of her but then we started noticing
- 1:18:10like there's two houses on the property.
- 1:18:11We started noticing that hey does my dad was working a lot at
- 1:18:15the time? Why are like my dad just went
- 1:18:19out and bought like a couple pounds of cold cuts yesterday.
- 1:18:22Where did they all go? Their all On, I didn't eat them.
- 1:18:25Did you eat them? Did you eat them know what's
- 1:18:28happening? All this food.
- 1:18:29So apparently what had happened in the she was sneaking into the
- 1:18:32house here and Stanley my dad's food out of his fridge.
- 1:18:38So so hold up. So, that's it.
- 1:18:41So, at this point, you basically kick her out and she goes off on
- 1:18:47her. You don't know where she's
- 1:18:49staring at me. Yeah, I don't know where she's
- 1:18:51staying in the meantime though. I did Sneaking in.
- 1:18:55Yeah, she is sneaking in obviously she must have been
- 1:18:59like a ninja with this because I'm here all the time.
- 1:19:03In the meantime though she had gotten she and this guy her
- 1:19:07boyfriend or whatever you want to call him had gotten busted
- 1:19:10for breaking and entering into a kindergarten after-hours
- 1:19:16possession. The guy got busted for assault
- 1:19:20on a police officer. Oh geez.
- 1:19:23So This is what had happened after we had kicked her out and
- 1:19:27said, get your shit straight if you're willing to get your shit
- 1:19:30straight, you're always, welcome back here.
- 1:19:32But as long as you want to behave like this, you're not
- 1:19:34welcome in this house and real quick had like one forcement
- 1:19:39contacted you about any of this. Yes, they had showed up they had
- 1:19:43showed how I found out about this is because they had showed
- 1:19:46up here looking for them. And when they came here they
- 1:19:50thought that I was the guy because how are they going to
- 1:19:53know? You know they they just know a
- 1:19:56name and I was like nope that's that's not me.
- 1:19:59Here's my license. If I ever see these people, I
- 1:20:03will be sure to call you. And that's kind of where we left
- 1:20:07it. But yeah, they had been, you
- 1:20:09know, they had been on the radar of the police.
- 1:20:13So they had been by here and something to notice to know
- 1:20:18about me and my family is, this is the kind of stuff we never
- 1:20:23ever would have imagined. We'd be part of, we didn't want
- 1:20:28part in any of this white trash, kind of bullshit, you know, the
- 1:20:32my my whole life my, you know, we had been preached.
- 1:20:35Install, you know, we'd always been told to, you know, keep as
- 1:20:40far away from this kind of life in this kind of a world.
- 1:20:43And here she was dragging this into my life.
- 1:20:47Yeah, so it was a big deal. I don't know anything about the
- 1:20:51guy other than he's, a heroin addict to has a violent past and
- 1:20:55assaulted a police officer. She was trying to insist that.
- 1:20:58If we were good Christians, we would let them into our home and
- 1:21:02let them sleep here. Which yeah, that, that, that
- 1:21:07tire little old. Yeah, which obviously, you know,
- 1:21:10I would have to be just as mentally sick as they are to
- 1:21:14even consider that. You know, so obviously it goes
- 1:21:19without saying do we said no had not heard from them in a while.
- 1:21:26So, the day came of the worst day of my life.
- 1:21:36I just put the kids down to sleep.
- 1:21:39This is when they were younger, so they used to take midday
- 1:21:42naps. I just put them down to sleep.
- 1:21:45I went out back. Like I said, I've got some
- 1:21:47property here. I went out back in back of my
- 1:21:49garage is to go fire off a few rounds at some old furniture and
- 1:21:54stuff that I had in a junk pile in back of my garage.
- 1:22:00And Decided to come afterwards, walked up poke my head in.
- 1:22:08On the kids, they were still sleeping walked over into my
- 1:22:11dad's house and to tell you the 100% truth, I came in here
- 1:22:19because that's where I keep my bong.
- 1:22:21So I came in here to smoke some weed.
- 1:22:26While I was in here, I look over and I notice the front door is
- 1:22:29open very unusual because we always use the back door.
- 1:22:34The front door never ever gets used in this house and hasn't
- 1:22:37right long time. So I went and I closed the door
- 1:22:42and then I heard a noise upstairs.
- 1:22:47So, I very quietly went up the stairs with my gun, like, you
- 1:22:54see people do in the movies, you know?
- 1:22:59Open up the door to my father's bedroom in there.
- 1:23:01They were with items of clothing removed in my father's bed, So
- 1:23:07you can imagine I did I did not take that very well.
- 1:23:15Oh no. Not at all.
- 1:23:18I freaked out and I'm going to tell you exactly what happened
- 1:23:21because I don't know if I've ever told anybody exactly what
- 1:23:24happened because I kind of wanted to wait until this was
- 1:23:27all over. Before I kind of put it out
- 1:23:31there, I've done my probation and everything in this is all
- 1:23:35Nightmare for me. I pointed the gun at him and
- 1:23:41told him to get the fuck out of my house.
- 1:23:45My sister decided it was a good idea to step in between the guy
- 1:23:52and the gun at which point I had put down the gun.
- 1:23:56And told her, you know, what do you want one bullet for both of
- 1:23:58you, get the fuck out of here, you know it was I didn't it's my
- 1:24:02sister. I don't want to I don't want to
- 1:24:04hurt my sister. I just don't want this scumbag
- 1:24:06in the house who was under explicit.
- 1:24:10Instruction, my sister wasn't explicit instructions.
- 1:24:13You never ever bring this guy over to my house.
- 1:24:16We don't need these kind of problems in our life.
- 1:24:19So anyway, after a lot of shouting and screaming finally
- 1:24:23got the guy downstairs out the front door and the guy said
- 1:24:30something to me, like, oh, you're that going to make you
- 1:24:32feel like a big man. I bet that's not even real going
- 1:24:35to take that away from you and stick it up your ass.
- 1:24:37So when he said that bam, I fired around into the ground and
- 1:24:42they took off running, right? I never fired the gun in their
- 1:24:47Direction. It was they were standing this
- 1:24:48way. I fired the gun.
- 1:24:49On this way. So was never ever fired the gun
- 1:24:54at them. They left, I locked up, the
- 1:24:59doors, went back into my house and I kind of thought that was
- 1:25:07going to be the end of it. But what had happened is, I was
- 1:25:11looking out my kitchen window and I saw them come around the
- 1:25:14side of my dad's house and literally take my to Cruiser
- 1:25:19Chuckles and start to walk away with them.
- 1:25:22So even after this they came back to steal from me more
- 1:25:29that's when I called the cops which I should not have done
- 1:25:32because I kind of royally fucked myself by doing that.
- 1:25:37The cops came here. They both my sister and this guy
- 1:25:43said I threatened to murder them.
- 1:25:47All this other crazy stuff. The cops came with, you know,
- 1:25:55SWAT teams. You know, they all had assault
- 1:25:58rifles. I saw that they were in the
- 1:26:01driveway, I didn't know it was going on.
- 1:26:03So I opened up the front door. I had my son in my arms as soon
- 1:26:07as I open up the door, the cops are all pointing their rifles.
- 1:26:11At me, telling me to put the kid down.
- 1:26:13And so I did, you know, walk back bends above your head
- 1:26:18higher so we can see your belt line.
- 1:26:19You know what, they want to make sure I don't have any weapons
- 1:26:21talk. In my belt line, walk backwards
- 1:26:24towards my voice and all of a sudden before I know I'm getting
- 1:26:26hog-tied and thrown into the back of a car.
- 1:26:29And you at this point I imagine you're kind of like what the
- 1:26:33fuck like you. Yeah.
- 1:26:35I'm thinking what I'm thinking in my head, they must think that
- 1:26:39I'm this other guy or something like that because at this point,
- 1:26:41I don't know where they are. I no longer see those two so I'm
- 1:26:46thinking maybe they think I'm this guy.
- 1:26:48I don't know what's going on. But no, I find out later it's
- 1:26:51because Cuz they told the cops that I threatened to murder
- 1:26:55them. Which is not really accurate of
- 1:26:59what happened. You know?
- 1:27:02They were trespassing somewhere, they shouldn't have, nobody got
- 1:27:07injured which was, you know, my intention was never to injure
- 1:27:11anybody. I just didn't want these people
- 1:27:12in my house and if it had come to that level, if that guy had
- 1:27:16tried to assault me, I probably would have shot him dead.
- 1:27:20I mean, I probably would have, but it didn't come to that
- 1:27:23because when it came down to it, I didn't want to kill anybody.
- 1:27:26Hurt anybody. I just wanted my life to return
- 1:27:29to normal. Yeah.
- 1:27:32I mean I hate to say it almost and and I want to make clear I'm
- 1:27:36not saying that this is what should have happened.
- 1:27:39But what I am going to say is if the guy had attacked you And you
- 1:27:46had had to defend yourself into him.
- 1:27:49That probably would have been better for me.
- 1:27:50Yeah, yeah, in a, we're in a weird way, it would have been
- 1:27:54better for, you know, it definitely would have been and I
- 1:27:57was told that by the, by the, by the state troopers and
- 1:28:01everybody. But anyway, so They kept me in
- 1:28:07the back. This is happened in August so I
- 1:28:10was kept in the back of a cop car in this hot weather for
- 1:28:15hours. Well they questioned everybody.
- 1:28:21They took me. Initially to the state trooper
- 1:28:26barracks where they locked me up.
- 1:28:29And since it was the weekend, there was basically no way to
- 1:28:34figure out what to do with me at the point.
- 1:28:37So at literally midnight. I was locked in a jail cell at
- 1:28:44the Monmouth County Correctional Facility.
- 1:28:48My first time ever being arrested being in jail.
- 1:28:51Anything. I spent a week in there in 22,
- 1:28:58our lockup and I cannot tell you how awful it is to be in jail.
- 1:29:05If you've never been, I recommend doing everything you
- 1:29:08can to not go to jail. It's really, really, really bad.
- 1:29:15Yeah. And yeah.
- 1:29:15And you don't have to go into detail about that if you don't
- 1:29:19want, I mean I didn't get like raped or anything like that.
- 1:29:22Most of the people I was locked up with we're in there for most
- 1:29:27people who were see jails different than prison jail.
- 1:29:31Most people are getting out of there within a reasonable time
- 1:29:34frame. Most people just want to keep
- 1:29:36the nose clean and they just want to get out.
- 1:29:39You know, were you like in the drunk tank or something like
- 1:29:43that? I kind of imagine that that's
- 1:29:46where they would Stone. Oh, like when you think of like
- 1:29:48even though it was a jail, think of a prison.
- 1:29:51But that's what it was. You know, like when you think of
- 1:29:55like what a prison is like like that's where I was no I was in
- 1:29:58line. I was in like Jail, jail jail.
- 1:30:02This room I'm sitting in right now is huge compared to the room
- 1:30:06that I was locked up in my the the cell I was in you.
- 1:30:11Maybe could have fit for upright pianos, and if you stacked them
- 1:30:15on top of each other, Well, you know, so did not a big room, the
- 1:30:22food in there is awful I must I lost a lot of weight in jail.
- 1:30:28Also they never ever turn the lights off.
- 1:30:30So you can't sleep. You can't sleep, right?
- 1:30:35They come. And they bang on your door every
- 1:30:37hour to make sure that I guess your haven't killed yourself or
- 1:30:41something like that. Like, I don't know why but so
- 1:30:43it's really hard to get any sleep.
- 1:30:46The It is all full. The people are cold for the
- 1:30:52first few days. I could not even get a towel to
- 1:30:57take a shower and then finally, when you gue do finally, get
- 1:31:01your towel to go take a shower, it's in the Commons area, which
- 1:31:06I understand, they probably do that.
- 1:31:07So the guards can keep their eyes on what's happening in the
- 1:31:11showers so that that was fine for me, but it's still being
- 1:31:16Private person having to basically strip down naked in
- 1:31:20front of a bunch of strange dudes to take a shower in jail.
- 1:31:24Is obviously a very demeaning thing and also when they take
- 1:31:28you into jail, I mean it's the whole thing like they make you
- 1:31:32strip down naked in front of them.
- 1:31:34When they bring you into jail they make you they make you bend
- 1:31:37over and show them your asshole. I'm not joking.
- 1:31:40They literally make you bend over and show them and show them
- 1:31:43your asshole. Yeah.
- 1:31:44So you know in case Can you imagine, you know, me also never
- 1:31:49having been in the situation like that and not only that
- 1:31:52these guards are making fun of me for the incident of what
- 1:31:56happened. And basically said, you're going
- 1:31:58to jail for a long time. You're going to go to prison
- 1:32:01after this. So I'm like, devastated.
- 1:32:03I'm traumatized is literally like the worst experience of my
- 1:32:07life. They only let you out.
- 1:32:12The only time they let you out, if they let you out for
- 1:32:14breakfast. And then you get have a recess
- 1:32:18in the middle of the day. So you have two hours outside of
- 1:32:20your jail cell there. It's very hard to get access to
- 1:32:25the library to read to do any of that stuff.
- 1:32:29It's hard to get anything in there.
- 1:32:31So literally you are locked in a room with nothing but yourself
- 1:32:35and your cellmate for 22 hours a day.
- 1:32:39I mean, it's it's awful. So anyway, I spent a week.
- 1:32:47In jail. They actually had let me out
- 1:32:51early. I wasn't expecting to be let out
- 1:32:54until a day or two later but they came into my door open and
- 1:32:59they yelled Boris. So I came out and they were like
- 1:33:03grab your shit. You're going home and I was like
- 1:33:06what, you know, like thank God but I was like shocked that like
- 1:33:10thank God. I'm getting out now.
- 1:33:13Anyway, they let me out but they would Let me make a phone call
- 1:33:17before I left. So literally, I'm in a town
- 1:33:23that's like over 10 miles away from where I live, probably more
- 1:33:28than that. Like I don't even know how far
- 1:33:29it is. If I had to walk from their
- 1:33:32home, it would have taken me like half a day.
- 1:33:35You know, would have taken me like 12 hours probably if I had
- 1:33:38told home, so they just dumped you on like, a street corner.
- 1:33:41Basically, with the mountainous, they dumped me on the street
- 1:33:45with the bus ticket and I know buses.
- 1:33:47Go to my town. Can I ask the ears?
- 1:33:50Can I ask a question though, to so you're in prison for a week
- 1:33:57and you hadn't had even gotten like sensed or anything at this
- 1:34:02point? No, for the first few days.
- 1:34:05I didn't. I know why I was locked up.
- 1:34:08I had no idea what a charges were.
- 1:34:10What was being alleged? I did not know.
- 1:34:15I mean, I believe you, it just seems unbelievable that they
- 1:34:21would allow you to go for. That they would allow you to go
- 1:34:25for a week without, because it's really or anything.
- 1:34:28You see, the thing is, is it was the weekend.
- 1:34:31So initially they told me I'd probably just be in there until
- 1:34:35the beginning of the week and then the beginning of the week,
- 1:34:38when I guess all the lawyers and the cops, and everybody else
- 1:34:40come in to discuss, what happens with whom they saw a gun
- 1:34:44involved well in New Jersey, if a gun is involved in any crime,
- 1:34:49it's an automatic 10 years in prison.
- 1:34:51So that's what I was facing. Angie, I had learned that about
- 1:34:55halfway through my jail sentence when they the first public
- 1:35:02defender, thank God. They didn't, they switched me to
- 1:35:05somebody else because I did not like him.
- 1:35:07But when the public defender came to talk to me, was the
- 1:35:12first time I read, I knew what I was facing What charges?
- 1:35:18I was facing and what kind of time I was facing and this
- 1:35:23Public defender, literally straight up told me, you're
- 1:35:27probably going to prison for 10 years.
- 1:35:31You know, and of course, I was devastated.
- 1:35:36I was very, very upset. Also another thing they don't
- 1:35:38tell you about jail is if you're there for a certain amount of
- 1:35:41time, they make you go to their doctors or nurses whatever and
- 1:35:47they gave me some sort of shot. I don't know what it was for.
- 1:35:50But literally, when I got back to my cell, I fell asleep for
- 1:35:55probably about the first time I was in jail and I literally
- 1:35:58stepped slept for like 12 hours straight.
- 1:36:01I'm after they gave me that shot, I don't know what was in
- 1:36:04it or what it was for. I asked if there was a way I
- 1:36:08could opt out, and they just told me.
- 1:36:09No, you have to. You have to take the shot.
- 1:36:13That is. I mean, that that is just, that
- 1:36:18is Draconian that they did that. And also, you know, during the
- 1:36:25presentation you're just out of curiosity because I have some
- 1:36:30New Jersey listeners. And you might have seen some of
- 1:36:33them on Twitter, but was film was is film Murphy governor of
- 1:36:40New Jersey. At this point is, is that when
- 1:36:42I, I believe her, He is still is Governor at this point, there is
- 1:36:52a bright side to Murphy. Be Governor, which I'll address
- 1:36:57a little bit later. But so I was in jail about a
- 1:37:03week through. I knew what I was about halfway
- 1:37:06through the week. I knew what I was facing
- 1:37:09eventually I got dumped on the street and It was so funny
- 1:37:16because, you know, I was so miserable and so happy to be out
- 1:37:20of jail. I literally, as I was walking, I
- 1:37:25had said a prayer That I just wanted to get home and if God
- 1:37:32could find a way to get me home, I would literally get down on
- 1:37:35the ground and kiss my father, and my wife's feet when I got
- 1:37:37home. And just as I was walking down
- 1:37:42the main street of this town. This lady came out of her house
- 1:37:46and she was wearing a shirt that said angel on it.
- 1:37:51So, after I asked her, if I could borrow her, if I could
- 1:37:58borrow her cell phone and said you don't even have to, let me
- 1:38:01hold it, touch it or anything. But could you, please just call
- 1:38:03my father? I'd obviously, she didn't know.
- 1:38:06I just got out of jail. I wasn't going to mention that
- 1:38:08because, you know, I just said to, you know, could you please
- 1:38:13just give me give my father a call and let him know.
- 1:38:16I'm walking down Main Street towards the Freehold Mall.
- 1:38:23So she said no problem. She let me use the phone and you
- 1:38:27know, I called my dad and it just so happened that my aunt
- 1:38:31had been there that day. So they my dad literally jumped
- 1:38:33in my aunt's car, and ran right over to, to come, pick me up and
- 1:38:39literally, when I When I got home, I got down on my hands and
- 1:38:42knees and I kissed my father's feet and my wife speaks, I was
- 1:38:45so grateful to be home. Yeah, man.
- 1:38:55Jesus yeah. You've been through the wringer.
- 1:38:59Yeah. But um, just to sum up.
- 1:39:01So then after that it took a year to actually go into court
- 1:39:08for this and the first thing I did is we went to a judge to get
- 1:39:14a waiver for the graves act. The graves Act is the things in
- 1:39:17new is the thing. New Jersey that states.
- 1:39:21If a gun Is used in a crime, it's an automatic 10 year, jail
- 1:39:26sentence, a prison sentence not jail.
- 1:39:31Does that include cases of self-defense, because I
- 1:39:35remembered, and if it's if it's, if it's clear, if it's
- 1:39:38self-defense, it's not a crime. Okay.
- 1:39:44So you know, obviously they had not seen what had happened with
- 1:39:50me as self-defense even though nobody was injured.
- 1:39:57I didn't shoot anybody, nobody got shot.
- 1:40:00But anyway what they did is they the judge had basically said
- 1:40:04that to prosecute me under the graves act would be a serious
- 1:40:08miscarriage of justice. So I was lucky as Hours, that
- 1:40:13goes. So that automatic 10 year prison
- 1:40:16sentence was off the table. Basically, the deal I had made
- 1:40:22was they had me on three felony charges.
- 1:40:28I think it was assault with a deadly weapon, illegal discharge
- 1:40:34of a firearm and felony assault. Basically, the deal I had made
- 1:40:42is that if if I wanted to go to trial, they would have tried to
- 1:40:47prosecute me on all three. Felony charges.
- 1:40:49Are Jews and they would have brought state troopers.
- 1:40:51And, you know, all these people that were involved to basically,
- 1:40:55get in there and say, I'm a liar, I'm a scumbag.
- 1:40:57I'm the worst guy in the world, I deserved to go to prison.
- 1:41:00And in that case, I would be facing probably about 10 years
- 1:41:04on each charge, so about, like, 30 years in prison.
- 1:41:07He's so obviously, I was not liking the sound of that.
- 1:41:13I tried to do these programs that are supposed to defer any
- 1:41:18sort of Ian. But which is called PTI the PTI
- 1:41:24officer. I had talked to said that she
- 1:41:26thought I was a really good candidate and agreed that I
- 1:41:29should not be in trouble for what happened unfortunately.
- 1:41:33This lesbian prosecutor who was in charge of Prosecuting me
- 1:41:38literally. Blue-haired Dyke said that?
- 1:41:43No I'm a violent individual. I really should be spending.
- 1:41:49Years, at least in prison for what I did.
- 1:41:54So basically what ended up happening is I to stay out of
- 1:41:58jail, I plead guilty to the one, felony assault charge and went
- 1:42:04on probation for one year, so it literally after the arrest date,
- 1:42:09it took me two years to be done with this.
- 1:42:12It took me one year after the incident to find out I was going
- 1:42:16to go on probation for a year was and then I did the year of
- 1:42:20Probation and now I'm free. Okay, so so I want to interject
- 1:42:30here real quick just to just off the audience now, because this
- 1:42:35is probably the first time I'm ever telling you the full story.
- 1:42:37I think I told you the nuts and bolts of some of it, but not
- 1:42:41like, the not the nuts and bolts and all the finer details.
- 1:42:45Yeah, this is the first time I'm hearing this, this is the first
- 1:42:49time I'm hearing the store, the thing I want to clarify and I
- 1:42:52know, I know that I clarified for the item that I clarified,
- 1:42:58this for you, over the phone, when we first reconnected, why?
- 1:43:03At the end of last year, but for the audience, because there were
- 1:43:07a lot of people when you got arrested who, you know, asked me
- 1:43:13to comment on what happened, what happened, what happened
- 1:43:17from my hand was Someone had told me that you were. in jail
- 1:43:23and I'm not going to mention who it was because you know, they
- 1:43:26want to remain anonymous, but it was someone we both know and you
- 1:43:31know I was told that you were most likely going to face ten
- 1:43:35years in prison and because of the whole You know, draw because
- 1:43:41of part of this drama with, you know, Islands group, and this
- 1:43:46other group that, you know, we've always had kind of
- 1:43:49dealings with, I was kind of got advised that it would kind of be
- 1:43:57in my best interest to kind of break contact.
- 1:44:03Yeah. With you just because it would
- 1:44:05avoid Yeah, and I understand, I understand the thinking of that.
- 1:44:11But yeah, here's what you are. So to back up, so that's this.
- 1:44:16That's what happened. From your point of view.
- 1:44:18Now, Vermont in, this is the part where really this is what
- 1:44:21Sam, and I really wanted to talk about on this episode, but I
- 1:44:26think it was important to kind of tell the whole back story and
- 1:44:29get everything out there. From my point of view I was
- 1:44:34arrested. I spent half a week in jail.
- 1:44:37Not knowing what was going on the other half of the week
- 1:44:40believing that I was probably going to be going to prison for
- 1:44:43a long time. I was so grateful to be home,
- 1:44:49you know, have that many in real life friends.
- 1:44:53So one of the first things I did was logged into Discord to talk
- 1:44:56to you. And some of the other people who
- 1:45:00I thought were my friends, only to find out that I had been
- 1:45:03kicked out of every single one of their Circle.
- 1:45:06So I didn't even In, have anybody to talk to about what
- 1:45:09had happened? And not one of you had asked me,
- 1:45:14what happened? So, obviously I was, I was
- 1:45:18extremely upset about that and which, you know, to be right
- 1:45:22there. I don't think I was just mad at
- 1:45:24you because I kind of understand the way that the rest of the
- 1:45:27group can be. And I figured they were probably
- 1:45:29putting how would I felt at the time was that they had probably
- 1:45:33probably put pressure on you to distance More hurt by the fact
- 1:45:39that I felt like you abandoned me.
- 1:45:40Where the rest of them was like, well, I've had problems on and
- 1:45:43off with those people. Yeah, the year.
- 1:45:46So I was upset, but I think I was the most upset when, when I
- 1:45:51felt like you weren't there for me.
- 1:45:53Yeah, well, and, and to be fair, knowing, I know, I know now.
- 1:45:57And like I said, Chuck and I discuss this in private, you
- 1:46:02know, had I known the full story of what was going on.
- 1:46:07You know, I probably, I probably would have been, you know, more
- 1:46:12more some sympathetic to, you know, when the other thing is,
- 1:46:17they were out telling people some crazy story that from what
- 1:46:24I understood. The rumor they were spreading is
- 1:46:29that I got arrested because I chased down my brother-in-law
- 1:46:33with a gun in a parking lot. I don't know where Got that
- 1:46:37story from or who concocted that, but that is complete
- 1:46:43bullshit. In a figment of somebody's
- 1:46:45imagination, because nothing like that ever, ever, ever
- 1:46:49happened the story that I had heard and and again, I don't,
- 1:46:54you know, I think it was probably someone hurt, someone
- 1:46:58heard this that, you know, it was basically telephone.
- 1:47:02Yeah. But what I had heard is that
- 1:47:04your is that like Is that the guy had like?
- 1:47:11I have like, you know, that you and then like I guess like, you
- 1:47:16know you're basically basically I heard was that you got into
- 1:47:22was that like your I heard that you were talking shit about your
- 1:47:27sister and your brother-in-law. I guess Cana even like you I
- 1:47:32guess pointed a gun at him. That was what I had heard.
- 1:47:36It was like it was really like point point being, it wasn't
- 1:47:40reflective of reality, which is also why I was so upset when
- 1:47:45people refused to talk to me in citing that as a reason because
- 1:47:50it was like, that's not even what happened, you know, you
- 1:47:53guys didn't even Bothered to ask me, what happened?
- 1:47:57I just got back from the worst experience of my life to find
- 1:48:01that literally all you guys were like, Fuck You Chuck.
- 1:48:04You know. It was like what did you know?
- 1:48:06I need more than anything at that point.
- 1:48:09I felt like I needed support and I felt like everybody had just
- 1:48:13abandoned me. Besides you know obviously the
- 1:48:15most important is my wife and my father and my kids are too
- 1:48:18young. Sure.
- 1:48:19Stand at the time, you know but still at that point in time you
- 1:48:23know you You want to feel like people are on your side,
- 1:48:28especially because I didn't go looking for trouble.
- 1:48:31It wasn't something. I had planned ever planned on
- 1:48:36doing, you know, it was a trouble had found me and thank
- 1:48:41God, nobody got hurt and really if this had happened in any
- 1:48:45other state, I probably wouldn't be in trouble if I if it had
- 1:48:48happened to anywhere south of Jersey, I wouldn't have even
- 1:48:51been in trouble, which is also why I was so upset at these.
- 1:48:54People who claim to be on on the right wing of things
- 1:48:59conservatives. All big Second Amendment.
- 1:49:03People would then criticize me. For doing what I felt like I had
- 1:49:09to do at the time to defend myself in my home.
- 1:49:13Yeah, and sure. Maybe now you can try to claim.
- 1:49:15Well, you really didn't have to defend yourself with the weapon.
- 1:49:19You can say that now, but you weren't there.
- 1:49:22The only thing I knew about this guy is that he was guilty of
- 1:49:27assaulting a police officer, and is a former and probably current
- 1:49:32heroin addict. And also, when they had gotten
- 1:49:34busted, they got busted with also Meth.
- 1:49:39So you know what person in the right mind would be cool with
- 1:49:46that. All of a sudden entering into
- 1:49:48your house, unannounced, you would have to be mentally sick
- 1:49:52to be okay with that. You know, I'm not running a
- 1:49:55rehab here some halfway house, right?
- 1:49:57This is my home where I wear me, my wife and my children sleep,
- 1:50:03you know. Yeah.
- 1:50:07Why? I mean, I could do a whole
- 1:50:10podcast about this just in general and this might be a good
- 1:50:14one, but why, why is New Jersey's gun laws?
- 1:50:20So fucked up? I don't know.
- 1:50:24It's also because it's funny because when people think of New
- 1:50:28Jersey who aren't from New Jersey, they think of it as an
- 1:50:32extension of New York City. They think oh, well, all that
- 1:50:37crime running around, you know, like the inner city we don't
- 1:50:40need guns on the streets there. So we got to make it real hard
- 1:50:42to like, getting really crack down on those gun laws of people
- 1:50:46don't understand that like, there's New York City and then
- 1:50:51there's new work in that whole area of New Jersey right next to
- 1:50:55New York. But after you go south from
- 1:50:58there, eventually the factory stop the refinery stop.
- 1:51:03They call New Jersey, the Garden State for a Isn't around me, it
- 1:51:07is nothing but Sod Farms corn Farms horse farms, it's all
- 1:51:16Farms out here. There is no local police
- 1:51:19station. So, once again, another reason
- 1:51:22why I felt it was necessary for me to arm myself, because, you
- 1:51:26know what they say, when seconds count the police are minutes
- 1:51:29away. Well, where I am.
- 1:51:32When seconds count, the police are Two minutes away.
- 1:51:37Sure. So, you know, it's it's a
- 1:51:40totally different situation. People don't understand.
- 1:51:43Really it should not be under those restrictive rules because,
- 1:51:49you know, not that. I'm justifying crazy gun laws
- 1:51:52that they have in New York or anything.
- 1:51:54But I'm, I think that's them. I'm just trying to play Devil's
- 1:51:57Advocate with the mentality. Might be of these people who
- 1:52:00were in control of this sort of thing.
- 1:52:02Yeah, it doesn't make any sense in the context of where I live
- 1:52:06in the context of where I live. It makes absolutely no sense.
- 1:52:10Why people shouldn't be allowed to have guns 0.
- 1:52:13Because in New Jersey, you do not have in.
- 1:52:17This is why I was in trouble in New Jersey.
- 1:52:20There is no stand your ground law.
- 1:52:23You do not have a right to defend yourself a New Jersey,
- 1:52:27you only have a right to retreat, which is that was,
- 1:52:32which is just a play. Devil's Advocate.
- 1:52:36I can understand where you're going with that.
- 1:52:39However, it's a flawed idea because number one in my
- 1:52:47context, where am I going to retreat to?
- 1:52:50This is my house. You know, I wasn't out somewhere
- 1:52:55else. We have gone, you know, acting
- 1:52:57crazy acting way she, which by the way, I suppose I should
- 1:53:03clarify that like, that. That was, that was kind, like,
- 1:53:07another thing that got, you know, thrown into the story.
- 1:53:10I heard that like you weren't actually at your home that like
- 1:53:15no, yeah, I was in my home. Yeah, this is my home.
- 1:53:19Yeah. So, so once Again, if you are
- 1:53:24any sort of believer in the Second Amendment, you really
- 1:53:28should have no problem with what I did.
- 1:53:33But I'll tell you why, I regret what I did, I regret what it
- 1:53:38what I did because it caused in maybe in probably most likely in
- 1:53:45irreparable Rift between me and my sister you know, and I'll be
- 1:53:55will probably never ever be on speaking terms again because of
- 1:54:00this. So I lament is the loss of my
- 1:54:04sister. Not the fact that I felt I had
- 1:54:06to defend myself against some scumbag drug addict.
- 1:54:09In my home. I could give a shit less about
- 1:54:12that guy and and I do not feel bad at all, say in this.
- 1:54:19If that guy doesn't find Jesus, I literally hope that he dies in
- 1:54:23the street. I hope I hope everything bad
- 1:54:26fucking thing that could ever happen happens to this guy
- 1:54:29because not only do you ruin my life.
- 1:54:31He ruined my sister's life. So I wish nothing but you know
- 1:54:36fuck you very much to that guy. You know, I do, I wish nothing
- 1:54:41good upon that guy, you know. I hope that someday he finds
- 1:54:46Jesus I guess and saves himself from hell but that's about the
- 1:54:49most. I can never wish on the guy.
- 1:54:51Yeah, yeah. I mean, as far as you and your
- 1:54:57sister go, I mean like I don't I don't think any of this is your
- 1:55:00fault. I mean you put up with You put
- 1:55:04up with a lot, you know, I was just trying to do the right
- 1:55:08thing, you know, and a lot of times, but a lot of people know
- 1:55:13is that sometimes the right thing is not a black or white
- 1:55:15issue. A lot of times it's kind of
- 1:55:17gray, of course, you know. So once again I really don't
- 1:55:21have any regrets about about what I did.
- 1:55:23The only thing I regret is the way it damaged my reputation in
- 1:55:27the loss of my sister because now, I am a convicted felon of
- 1:55:32mind. You a Did felon who has been
- 1:55:35convicted of a violent felony assault, even though nobody laid
- 1:55:41hands on one another and nobody ever got hurt.
- 1:55:44What is it going to look like when somebody sees, I'm a
- 1:55:46violent convicted felon. You know what I mean?
- 1:55:50So literally this is really has. I'm going to say it's ruined my
- 1:55:54life because right now I'm a stay-at-home dads.
- 1:55:56Really don't feel the effects of it very much the part that
- 1:56:00mainly ruin my life was going to jail and stuff and thank God
- 1:56:03that It's all over. But, you know, I, I know some
- 1:56:07second amendment rights people that might like to talk to you
- 1:56:11after this? Yeah, I would love to at the
- 1:56:13time, you know, when I told my story to other people, they had
- 1:56:16said, I should have gotten some attorney.
- 1:56:21That was a champion of second amendment rights, but here's the
- 1:56:26thing. If I let this go to trial, they
- 1:56:27would have tried to convict me on three, felony charges?
- 1:56:32Yeah. You know.
- 1:56:34So at the time I was scared shitless.
- 1:56:36I just wanted to get home and also I would have been in jail
- 1:56:39for God knows how much longer until they sorted this shit out,
- 1:56:42you know? Well, ironically if you if you
- 1:56:45had been in jail, ironically if you had been in jail, when covid
- 1:56:50had happened, they might have let you go since you obviously.
- 1:56:53What all the. And that's, that's a whole
- 1:56:58nother. The other thing I wanted to say
- 1:57:00because you mentioned Murphy one.
- 1:57:03Of my big problems was that I wasn't going to be able to vote
- 1:57:08anymore because I'm a felon. However, in New Jersey, Murphy,
- 1:57:14lifted that so felons can vote. So, I am still able to vote The
- 1:57:21one good thing that he did, you know, because that's a thing.
- 1:57:24You know, you have to understand being in jail to also opened my
- 1:57:31eyes to the nature of jail and why people are, they're not
- 1:57:37everybody there in jail. Regardless, whether there's
- 1:57:41somebody like me convicted of a felony or somebody in there for
- 1:57:44drunk driving, most people who were in there are in there over
- 1:57:49some bullshit. Shit.
- 1:57:50They shouldn't even be locked up at all my.
- 1:57:55It's a very heavy-handed overzealous way to treat people
- 1:58:01to lock them in a Cell for a week for 22 hours and feed them
- 1:58:05dog food. Three times a day.
- 1:58:07It's awful. It's growing on usual, it's
- 1:58:10cruel and unusual punishment. You know, who deserves that
- 1:58:13rapists. Murderers.
- 1:58:15People like that, you know. Not not somebody who is just
- 1:58:19trying to defend. Their home and mind you nobody
- 1:58:23got hurt. You know what I mean?
- 1:58:25Nobody got injured. So what assault happened?
- 1:58:28You know nobody. Nobody laid hands on one
- 1:58:30another. Yeah well I mean so since you
- 1:58:35and I have even kind of before you and I reconnected I I I want
- 1:58:44to say I'm a what I want to say. I'm a Libertarian full-on
- 1:58:47because I think the libertarian party is kind of disorganized
- 1:58:51and what I had said to you, one time about the Libertarians is
- 1:58:55nobody's ever Liberty enough for them.
- 1:58:57Right now, there's all these, there's all these smaller
- 1:59:00factions within it and all of them think they're more Liberty
- 1:59:04than the other, you know? So yeah, but I will say this,
- 1:59:08This one thing, that one thing that I think they one thing and
- 1:59:12I think they have in a good on it and one thing that I
- 1:59:15definitely agree with them on is the fact that the prison system
- 1:59:20in this country sucks balls. And oh, we need Reformation.
- 1:59:26Do you know this? Do you know that they charge you
- 1:59:29every day? You're in jail?
- 1:59:31Yeah. I actually yep.
- 1:59:33I think it was $15 a day, and it's funny because when you're
- 1:59:36in jail and you're locked up with One, dude, you better try
- 1:59:39to get along with that dude, you know, and it's to at least keep
- 1:59:43yourself sane. It's funny because when I had
- 1:59:46learned that I turned to my cellmate who I still talk to
- 1:59:49every once in a while he's out now to, he was in there over
- 1:59:52some BS to but that's not my job to tell his story.
- 1:59:56But it's funny because I turned to him and I said man is the
- 1:59:59shittiest Hotel I ever been in? And he thought that was so
- 2:00:03funny. He just was when you're locked
- 2:00:05up in jail, you know what I mean?
- 2:00:07You need. Bit of levity.
- 2:00:09House urine get yeah, I And again, I know I know people are
- 2:00:17going to say, grafter Fanboy, whatever.
- 2:00:21But I mean here, hearing your experience and and then also was
- 2:00:26talking to Joey Diaz is podcast and all of his stories of
- 2:00:32prison. Where he's an actual like
- 2:00:35hardened felon, you know. It's it's crazy.
- 2:00:40What? You know what, some of the
- 2:00:43stores he is told about prism. Yeah, I think God, I never saw
- 2:00:49prison, but yeah, jail is bad enough.
- 2:00:52Yeah, the Imagine prison is were so here's the the other thing.
- 2:00:58While I was in jail, my sister had come by here to make some
- 2:01:09demands, which of course were not met.
- 2:01:12But in that time, she had attempted to attack.
- 2:01:17My wife kicked the bumper off of my wife's car.
- 2:01:22And also told my father that she hoped while I was in jail that I
- 2:01:26got raped by a Big black and word.
- 2:01:30Oh Jesus. So, you know what I mean?
- 2:01:36The fact that this is like, when I say this is one of the worst
- 2:01:40experiences of my life. I mean, it, it really was one of
- 2:01:43the worst experiences of my life and I just hope that someday,
- 2:01:47you know, you know. Pray, pray for my family, you
- 2:01:52know, it's all I could say, pray, pray for my family.
- 2:01:55You know, this is some real. Why?
- 2:01:57White trash bullshit that I never ever thought, you know, I
- 2:02:00would be involved in. It's not the way that we were
- 2:02:04raised my grandmother and my grandfather would be turning
- 2:02:08over in their graves, you know? So what can I say?
- 2:02:15You know what I mean? Let's find up.
- 2:02:20So I mean I guess I mean, you've you've kind of annoying low for
- 2:02:28a bit, you know. I know that you're on.
- 2:02:32I know that you are in Discord. I technically, I'm not, but my
- 2:02:38Alter Ego is wink wink. And, you know, my alter-ego
- 2:02:46talks to on there. I feel and I know that you're
- 2:02:53that you've been planning on doing some I guess.
- 2:02:57Well I don't even want to preface it that way.
- 2:02:59Basically what I want to ask is what's next for shock boars.
- 2:03:05Well basically, as I had said before my bread and butter for a
- 2:03:08long time, was the parody songs and stuff like that, and I kind
- 2:03:13of transitioned away from mainly the parodies and I started doing
- 2:03:16a comedy variety. Sketch show called we interrupt
- 2:03:21this broadcast, which was besides a few things.
- 2:03:24Pretty much entirely written directed.
- 2:03:28Acted recorded filmed all by me. So it was a major undertaking
- 2:03:34and it was fun to do but it was also a lot of work for you know
- 2:03:40for the for the amount of views I was getting.
- 2:03:43So when it comes to that world, what I'm doing right now is I'm
- 2:03:47taking some of the better B. From the old stuff.
- 2:03:52Plus I'm writing new stuff because I'm going to make the we
- 2:03:56interrupt this broadcast movie. Which should have some, a lot
- 2:04:01of, you'll see some familiar faces, some old material, some
- 2:04:05new material, but you'll see some familiar faces and
- 2:04:07characters. I'm not going to include the
- 2:04:11parody songs in it, because I want to make a movie that I can
- 2:04:17genuinely call mine and not have borrowed.
- 2:04:20Anybody else's material, any music involved is going to be
- 2:04:26100% my music. So it's Going to be that's my
- 2:04:30plan for that and I'll let that sit for a while.
- 2:04:33But basically I'm transitioning back to what I initially started
- 2:04:38by YouTube to do, which is to be just a regular musician and
- 2:04:44people are very opinionated on me as a musician in general.
- 2:04:48People think I'm a better guitarist than a singer, which
- 2:04:51is definitely true. I'm definitely a much better
- 2:04:54guitars to the name of singer as far as my voice goes.
- 2:04:57What I would say is, It's for me, it's good enough for rock
- 2:05:00and roll. I'm never going to be one of
- 2:05:02those American Idol type singers.
- 2:05:06It's not mean, it won't be me. I mean, I mean, those, those,
- 2:05:12those American Idol people. They haven't, they have no
- 2:05:15Talent anyway. I mean, you know.
- 2:05:17Well, did they have? They have nice voices.
- 2:05:19You know what I mean? That's that's about it.
- 2:05:21They don't write their own music for anything, you know, they
- 2:05:24sing other people's songs but their voice is slightly better.
- 2:05:28You know, these for me will always bring up is like when
- 2:05:33people say stuff about my voice. Oh yeah.
- 2:05:35Well, how's Bob Dylan's voice? How's Neil Young's voice Cosmic
- 2:05:39Jagger's voice. None of them really have that
- 2:05:42good of voices but they're okay. Singers.
- 2:05:45They do what they do. Well, yes their style.
- 2:05:50It's only recently that everybody has to be like this
- 2:05:55pretty boy, with the golden Voice.
- 2:05:59You know there for me, there's more going on to me than my
- 2:06:03singing. You know what I mean?
- 2:06:04So when people focus on My Singing, it's like, did you not
- 2:06:07pay attention to the full band recording that you just heard
- 2:06:11that I did by myself? Like, that's me playing drums,
- 2:06:14and bass and guitar, and I recorded all this.
- 2:06:17I didn't yell myself, I didn't pay anybody, I didn't go to
- 2:06:21recording studio. I built my own recording studio.
- 2:06:23I did all this myself, you know, I think that's worth at least
- 2:06:27some sort of of credit other than your voice sucks.
- 2:06:31Yeah. I've always, I've, I don't know
- 2:06:34if I've actually said this to you, but the one thing I've said
- 2:06:38to people in your Discord and Even from the people in your
- 2:06:43District or Diamond like what is Sam talking?
- 2:06:45I've always, I've always said that, you remind me a lot of
- 2:06:50Stewart Copeland from the boys because he does a lot of kind of
- 2:06:56them. Looking at my stuff.
- 2:06:57My face, my face kind of like this shape, kind of looks like
- 2:07:01his today. I don't know whether it is, I
- 2:07:02just shaved or what but like I kind of look, I could see that
- 2:07:06look at me right now. Well, you know, he has kind of
- 2:07:09like a very off-color sense of humor.
- 2:07:11If you've ever wanted Any of his like solo stuff but also I mean
- 2:07:17he does all have he does all of his, you know, own instrumentals
- 2:07:21to most things in line and kind of also very your kind of mix of
- 2:07:27him and then I guess Zappa to kind was too kind of asserting
- 2:07:32snas stylist. Yeah well I appreciate that.
- 2:07:37Those are at least some good references because I've had some
- 2:07:40pretty crummy ones. So pretty, I mean, pretty
- 2:07:44esoteric, but hey, you know, I mean here are two, so I'm kind
- 2:07:53of out there. As far as my musical tastes.
- 2:07:56I really am all over as far as like my guitar playing.
- 2:07:59I mean, I'm definitely very heavily influenced by Neil Young
- 2:08:04David Gilmour. You know, the Great's that the
- 2:08:09guitar players you would expect Jimi Hendrix.
- 2:08:12I'm not that I'm saying I play guitar, anything like those
- 2:08:16people in a obviously Brian May of Queen because my main guitar
- 2:08:19is the Brian May red special. So you could see where my
- 2:08:23influences, like I don't really play guitar, anything like those
- 2:08:29people. But I think at times you could
- 2:08:31definitely hear the influence of those guitarists upon my plane
- 2:08:36basically that's my focus. Now is I just want to go back to
- 2:08:39being a guitar player you know? I just want to make music.
- 2:08:41Music and with we interrupt this broadcast, you know, hopefully
- 2:08:46make some people laugh, you know, I got a kick out of doing
- 2:08:49it. Maybe people don't get my sense
- 2:08:50of humor, but, you know, I enjoyed it for the few positive
- 2:08:56reactions. I did get when I was doing that
- 2:08:58show it meant a lot to me, you know.
- 2:09:01Yeah. I mean.
- 2:09:03Yeah. I and I was thought that like,
- 2:09:07we, we interrupt this broadcast mean I liked it It was kind of
- 2:09:13quirky, but again, I mean, I like quirky stuff.
- 2:09:18It's, you know, it's the thing is that I don't think people
- 2:09:22understood what it was, you know, I don't know.
- 2:09:30I don't think the people got what I was going for or if it
- 2:09:34came a, if we're if it came across the way, I ended had
- 2:09:38intended it to, it's still what I wanted to do.
- 2:09:41Do I just don't think that people saw it the same way I
- 2:09:47did? So kind of leading off that.
- 2:09:51I mean, I suppose. What did you what did you view?
- 2:09:57As because I always I always kind of interpreted as like okay
- 2:10:01this is this is Chuck's thing but just like David Lynch, he's
- 2:10:05leaving it up, it up for the audience to kind of took me to
- 2:10:09put it. and I hope people aren't offended by this reference
- 2:10:15because I'm not trying to like, Compare myself necessarily to
- 2:10:21this, but I guess I am comparing some using as a comparison, but
- 2:10:26it was kind of my live action. Version of Robot Chicken.
- 2:10:33If that makes any sense. Yeah, okay.
- 2:10:37Yeah. Robot Chicken, Robot.
- 2:10:39Chicken was all, is a lot more like pop culture references than
- 2:10:43I was doing, but that kind of quick sketch, you know, where
- 2:10:48it's like, all right you? You just a short sketch, people
- 2:10:52get the joke you move on, you know, like there was the
- 2:10:54characters like tailor-made. He's this overzealous preacher,
- 2:11:01the the stand-up comic Just a really bad stand-up comic comic
- 2:11:05and all of his jokes sucks and everybody hates them.
- 2:11:08It was just these like short premises, you know, and things
- 2:11:11like that. Oh and though I'd have to agree
- 2:11:14with that, definitely, as far as that goes, you know, his
- 2:11:22stand-up was never really that good.
- 2:11:23Some of his relationship humor had potential and was okay, but
- 2:11:31I haven't seen the last few quote-unquote, stand-up specials
- 2:11:36that he's done, but from what I've heard, it's not even jokes.
- 2:11:40It's him. Just basically like it's one of
- 2:11:42his live streams, but he's calling a special eye and his
- 2:11:47live streams. I haven't, well, Apex and I
- 2:11:53watched like the end of one of few weeks ago because it was
- 2:11:56taught, he was hung out like the Super Bowl and whatnot and in
- 2:12:02wasn't åland Islands, just been weird and he just keeps getting
- 2:12:07weirder and, you know, there's nothing to its end same with I
- 2:12:14mean so this is kind of the other thing I kind of wanted to
- 2:12:17hear and you don't have to comment but I I noticed like
- 2:12:22since Owen the whole internet has kind of gone weird with all
- 2:12:29these weird characters that have kind of like well I mean I
- 2:12:35suppose I hope you don't mind if I bring this up but I mean after
- 2:12:39merch shit talk me he immediately shit talk to you.
- 2:12:44And I have a feeling that was because he's some out thought
- 2:12:48that like you and I were connected.
- 2:12:51So he figured if he was going to go after me, he could shet, talk
- 2:12:54you either? The other thing is that he tried
- 2:12:56to say is that I know you're one of those DZ people and it's just
- 2:13:01if you think that that just shows you have not been paying
- 2:13:03attention to anything going on in my corner of the internet.
- 2:13:09No. So the whole point is that
- 2:13:11anything mersh had to say about me.
- 2:13:14Was based upon the only place that reality existed is in his
- 2:13:19head. You know, I never had a real
- 2:13:24problem with him. We had kind of grown a drone
- 2:13:27apart for a while he was playing my parodies on asked.
- 2:13:31By the way, the only time I would ever message mersh about
- 2:13:35my parities is, I would tell him, do not play this one on
- 2:13:40your show because you will get copyright striked.
- 2:13:44It's the only time I would ever message him about it.
- 2:13:47I would never say, hey, could you play this on my on your show
- 2:13:50for me, he did that all on his own, you know, that was his own
- 2:13:54thing and then I guess when it became inconvenient or less
- 2:14:01profitable, I don't know. Exactly what I'm saying to keep
- 2:14:04playing my stuff. He stopped, you know, and we
- 2:14:07went our separate ways on till all of a sudden, one day.
- 2:14:10He's mentioning my name again. And now of once again, I have
- 2:14:13all the same Stuff that happened with the Bears coming into my
- 2:14:17life over again. And it's, and that's what I was
- 2:14:20also so offended. Because the weeks before that, I
- 2:14:23had made it very clear that I was trying very hard to distance
- 2:14:28myself from those sorts of things, other than talking about
- 2:14:31them in a form like this, I really don't want to be tied up
- 2:14:35too much in that world anymore. I want to move on.
- 2:14:38I don't want to be remembered as the dude on the internet that I
- 2:14:43don't want to be remembered as the Parody guy.
- 2:14:44The Owen Benjamin parody guy, you know I'd rather be
- 2:14:48remembered hey that guy that's pretty good at guitar but can't
- 2:14:51sing that good. I would much rather have people
- 2:14:53remember that. Yeah, well I mean the other
- 2:14:56thing though to and this is kind of sphere that I've moved into
- 2:15:00his you know you're pretty knowledgeable on the whole comic
- 2:15:04book you know and pop culture thing especially with you know
- 2:15:09anime. So if you were to do common here
- 2:15:12I mean I could definitely see you maybe.
- 2:15:14Doing something like Guerra From Nerd Rod like does or something
- 2:15:20like that. So well, you know, I like being
- 2:15:23a guest. I like being a guest on other
- 2:15:25people shows for me in my personal YouTube channel, I just
- 2:15:30want to make produced videos whether it be.
- 2:15:34Yeah, music. I mean, I know some of my stuff
- 2:15:36isn't produced, it's just me like, hey, look what I'm playing
- 2:15:39on piano today. You know, that kind of stuff is
- 2:15:42what it is. But for the most part, Part.
- 2:15:44Um, I don't want to I'm more than happy to guest on anybody
- 2:15:50show, who is willing to listen to me talk, but I just don't
- 2:15:55want to do it on my own channel. I like being, I like being a
- 2:15:59guest for me that feels more free for me to be a guest on
- 2:16:03people shows sure. Yeah.
- 2:16:05And I and I, and I get that, you know, I think I mean I think you
- 2:16:12are I think you are you know you know you've always been a good
- 2:16:14guess and I really enjoyed this Comber Sation, you know I just
- 2:16:19like you soon I think and I know I meant in this to I just think
- 2:16:23it's weird how much the internet has changed.
- 2:16:27Really. Even the even in the short time
- 2:16:29we've known each other which yeah, you know, I mean isn't too
- 2:16:33short so it's been five years. But still I mean we went from
- 2:16:38you know, people can disagree with each day.
- 2:16:40There and be civil to now. You know, now people think that
- 2:16:46no discussion, there's no discussion and now people in
- 2:16:50Canada are getting arrested and you know you think you think you
- 2:16:56had it bad, the poor Canadians or yeah, you know.
- 2:17:01We are there a lot of crazy. A lot of crazy things happening.
- 2:17:06Now it's funny because, you know, from my point of view, I
- 2:17:09went from being a guy that used to do covers of songs like
- 2:17:16Sister Golden Hair on guitar to all the sudden being wrapped up
- 2:17:20in this world of Lee's like internet blood Sports which is
- 2:17:23just it's never really where I thought my YouTube true
- 2:17:29trajectory was going to Oh yeah, I do not have any either.
- 2:17:33Yeah and then after it ended up there and I kind of looked
- 2:17:37around. Here's his basically one of the
- 2:17:39reasons to why I stopped talking about this kind of stuff too
- 2:17:45much because one day trying to describe these sorts of things
- 2:17:50and explain to my father, Who these people are like Owen
- 2:17:55Benjamin and Marsh. Try explaining it without
- 2:17:57sounding like a complete fucking retard.
- 2:17:59Yeah, what I mean like you you can't do it because when it
- 2:18:02comes down to these are not people.
- 2:18:06Any of us should really care about.
- 2:18:09Yeah, they're an asshole. The best thing to do is to
- 2:18:13distance yourself from them, and then guess what they ain't your
- 2:18:15problem anymore. And it's funny because and I
- 2:18:18completely agree with that sentiment.
- 2:18:19But that was the point. I was trying to make to my
- 2:18:22father is I did that. I was trying, I was right in the
- 2:18:26process of distancing myself from that when all of a sudden,
- 2:18:30now I'm getting these people coming in like Marsh after the
- 2:18:33fact saying, XYZ and drag trying to drag me back into their world
- 2:18:37and it's like, no I don't want it.
- 2:18:39I don't want any part of this. You go.
- 2:18:41Do you leave my name out of your mouth?
- 2:18:44You know what? Ya get my name out of your mouth
- 2:18:46because I don't want to. I don't want to be part in
- 2:18:49anything that you're involved in.
- 2:18:50I'd be happy. Not to mention you ever again.
- 2:18:53If you Would be happy not to mention me ever again.
- 2:18:55Well the I mean that that is kind of hot other thing too.
- 2:18:59Right? Because I never I never will say
- 2:19:03this. I will say this, I am a million
- 2:19:07times more handsome than Marsh Marsh could never ever hope to
- 2:19:12be as handsome as my left nut. Okay, well I have to say about
- 2:19:18that and I'll leave that as that talking to you, man.
- 2:19:22Not not you Sam. Talking to you out there.
- 2:19:25You know. Also also though, you know he I
- 2:19:31remember the one thing that he gave you so much shit for was
- 2:19:36Chuck had to go fund me the date.
- 2:19:38Anyone has who has to go funnies.
- 2:19:41Uh-huh. Unless then, of course, of a
- 2:19:43year they should be, you know, they should have their kids take
- 2:19:47it away, which is, which is, which is so ridiculous.
- 2:19:50Okay, so this for. So, for those of you who may
- 2:19:52have heard that, That this is what happened.
- 2:19:55I was in a car accident, which is something I forgot to mention
- 2:20:00with the whole Eric nimmer Saga. During that period, the accident
- 2:20:05had nothing to do with their camera.
- 2:20:07Was just during that time period, I got in a car accident.
- 2:20:13So my car was totaled, I broke my hip and my wife had a
- 2:20:20sprained wrist. So A friend of mine.
- 2:20:27Not upon my request, made a GoFundMe to help crowd fund to
- 2:20:34help me buy a new car and for any medical bills that may come
- 2:20:39up. So, you know, that was in a time
- 2:20:43when I was in need and I wasn't going to reject charity.
- 2:20:47I appreciate it. It turns out that I think that
- 2:20:51time I got maybe like three hundred dollars so it wasn't
- 2:20:54enough to buy me a car but it did help out a little bit.
- 2:20:57I wasn't able to walk, you know what I mean?
- 2:20:59So yeah, share a hundred, three hundred dollars helped, you
- 2:21:02know, at the time and then the second time was the arrest
- 2:21:09incident. Once again, while I was Jail
- 2:21:12somebody made a GoFundMe. So yeah, I was there in jail and
- 2:21:17my first priority was to run over to the phone and say, hey
- 2:21:20you got to go make a GoFundMe for this.
- 2:21:23Believe me, that was the last thing on my mind.
- 2:21:25The last thing on my mind was getting the fuck out of jail but
- 2:21:28once again it was another time that was a terrible time in my
- 2:21:31life and somebody wanted to show me some charity, I wasn't going
- 2:21:35to reject that and once again that was a conductor $300.
- 2:21:38So when he's talking about to go fund me, he's oh, you know,
- 2:21:43that's You're talking about like $600 total that was given to me.
- 2:21:48Yeah, mr. It's not like people gave me
- 2:21:50like 20 grand and like I blew it on something stupid or I was
- 2:21:56never injured to begin with you you know like no shit happened
- 2:21:59and people wanted to help me out.
- 2:22:01I mean, God bless him, you know. Well you didn't you didn't run
- 2:22:05your car into a wall and then and then like threatened to
- 2:22:09commit suicide if no one if no one donated.
- 2:22:13And to you I like what's that? That Eric Andre think where he
- 2:22:17shoots the guy, why did you do this?
- 2:22:19You know what I mean? It wasn't like, I was like, I'll
- 2:22:22look I set my car on fire. I guess you're going to have to
- 2:22:24go make me a go fund me now so I can buy a new car.
- 2:22:27Yeah, well, that well, that was all that was the whole thing
- 2:22:30thing to was when when when people were saying, you know, I
- 2:22:36mean people, so I realized now that you mention Eric, Andre
- 2:22:40that that was basically the store that people told me about
- 2:22:43your Gun. And so that people basically
- 2:22:46told me that you pulled an Eric on on dry and you know now in
- 2:22:50hindsight I know that that's not true.
- 2:22:53Yeah. It's not even remotely accurate.
- 2:22:58Well cool. Um, anything else that?
- 2:23:02You know, I think it's probably a bit for now.
- 2:23:04We've been going for almost two and a half hours.
- 2:23:07I think that maybe when we release this, we should let it
- 2:23:12stew for a little bit. And then, if people are
- 2:23:15interested, you let us know in the comments I guess if you want
- 2:23:18to see a follow-up or you can ask questions to the both of us.
- 2:23:24I'm I'm all for that. If Sam is if Sam yeah be
- 2:23:27gracious enough to host me again any.
- 2:23:30Anytime anytime truck. So you know I'm glad we got this
- 2:23:36out in the open. I think it's been a long time.
- 2:23:39It's been a long time coming. Yeah it's something I wanted to
- 2:23:42do for a long. In.
- 2:23:44But I wanted to wait until my legal troubles were basically
- 2:23:50over. Yeah.
- 2:23:51And I want and I want to wait till you know, some of the, the
- 2:23:54internet drama settle down which it, you know, it has.
- 2:24:00But anyway, I guess where can people find you if they want to
- 2:24:05support your work? I know you Emma much right now,
- 2:24:09but right now, I'm kind of taking a break because my health
- 2:24:12hasn't been the best, which is maybe a, maybe a thing for
- 2:24:17another time. But on YouTube, you can find me.
- 2:24:23The YouTube address is YouTube /lc, MTV breath for that's
- 2:24:29locomotive with the vowels taken out breath for, or you can just
- 2:24:33type in Chuck, Boris on the search bar on YouTube and you
- 2:24:38should be able to find my channel.
- 2:24:40I'm also on Rumble, but other than that, that's really all I'm
- 2:24:45doing right now. I've been kind of Kind of just
- 2:24:51trying to get my health in order and take care of my family as
- 2:24:54best as I can for right now. And then I want to once my
- 2:24:57health gets back running. I'm want to start recording
- 2:25:00again. I want to finish up the we
- 2:25:02interrupt this broadcast movie, which I'm really looking forward
- 2:25:05to doing. And I hope that people are
- 2:25:07excited as excited about that as I am to make it and release it.
- 2:25:14Yeah. And I mean, I'll have all that
- 2:25:16linked down in the description of what of both.
- 2:25:20YouTube and on Spotify and all the other podcast players as
- 2:25:27well as. So you'll be able to, you know,
- 2:25:29find Chuck. And then yeah, if that's all you
- 2:25:36have to, you know, announce make sure you like share them and
- 2:25:43subscribe to Sam like his video. I guess the like button would be
- 2:25:47on this side. I was going to point, but I
- 2:25:49guess it would be on the other side.
- 2:25:50Side of the screen from, right? Yeah, hit them, hit the like
- 2:25:53button, hit the Subscribe button, let exam know that you
- 2:25:58support. Let Sam know that you support
- 2:26:00him. If you're on Spotify you know
- 2:26:03please give us a five star rating and also on Apple
- 2:26:06podcast. So I really appreciate you for
- 2:26:10coming on Chuck and I appreciate you letting me come on here and
- 2:26:15you know, kind of tell you know, the longer you short of Thing,
- 2:26:21I'm glad, I'm glad we patched things up.
- 2:26:24And, you know, I like I said, what?
- 2:26:26For recording this. So I don't know what the
- 2:26:28reaction you know is. I'm sure both of us will get
- 2:26:34some interesting comments. Hopefully, mostly positive.
- 2:26:36I'm sure that will make some. I'm sure they'll be will be,
- 2:26:40there will be some negative ones, but real quick regarding
- 2:26:43all that, you know, I'm not. I'm not here to say that.
- 2:26:48I'm perfect or that Shucks. Perfect, or that.
- 2:26:50Neither, I or the any of this, I mean, we we've both made
- 2:26:56mistakes, you know, in the past, in the past, you know.
- 2:27:01Yeah. Hindsight is 20/20 in regards to
- 2:27:04the whole, you know, thing with 0 and in the Bears, I mean,
- 2:27:08look, there's a bunch of stuff that we probably could have
- 2:27:11handled differently for one. I mean, and I've joked about
- 2:27:15this before, but if Adam and For that one, Joe Rogan podcast.
- 2:27:20None of this would have ever happened for me.
- 2:27:22But you know, in a weird way, I am kind of glad that it did
- 2:27:27because I got to know Chuck and I got to know a lot about the
- 2:27:30people who I want to know. Otherwise who are good at the
- 2:27:35very least, we got some crazy stories out of it, you know.
- 2:27:38Yeah. So anyway, well check, I want to
