- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice shoot Spice, Hello Lollo, Welcome to the Naughty but
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm your host. Drum Shooter is Wednesday, which means anyone
- 0:20Speaker 1: thing around. Hey, are our dear friend Donnie? Meet Chum
- 0:22Speaker 1: from Okay magazine dot com joins us, Donnie, are you there? Hello? Hellola?
- 0:27Speaker 1: Wednesday my favorite day of the week. It has already
- 0:30Speaker 1: been a crazy week with the webcast. And they don't
- 0:34Speaker 1: know how to act right. We thought with the holidays
- 0:36Speaker 1: of its slow down, don't know how to act right.
- 0:40Speaker 1: They don't know, they don't know, they don't know. You
- 0:42Speaker 1: would think during the holiday show, right during the holidays,
- 0:44Speaker 1: things would get quiet to actually gets louder because they're
- 0:47Speaker 1: all at home. None of them are workings that all
- 0:49Speaker 1: causing trouble. But we are here for that on the
- 0:52Speaker 1: Naughty Button Night Show, Naughty but Nice trouble. Hey, let's
- 0:55Speaker 1: jump in, my friends. What time is it? Ease te
- 0:59Speaker 1: big story at the time by the show, Britney Spears
- 1:01Speaker 1: is slamming Diane Sawyer for a two thousand and three interview,
- 1:05Speaker 1: saying Diane can kiss my white bottom. She says a
- 1:09Speaker 1: different word, but you know the word I mean. So
- 1:11Speaker 1: Brittany has said that after she broke up with Justin
- 1:13Speaker 1: timber League in two thousand and two. She was hold
- 1:17Speaker 1: up in her Manhattan apartment and she didn't really want
- 1:20Speaker 1: to speak to anybody. Her dad turns up at the
- 1:24Speaker 1: apartment and demand she does an interview with Diane Sawyer.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Let me explain. Brittany said the following quote. I never
- 1:31Speaker 1: spoke to anybody for a long time. I was in shock,
- 1:34Speaker 1: pretty lame of my dad and three men to show
- 1:37Speaker 1: up at my door when I was hardly speaking. Two
- 1:40Speaker 1: days later, they put Diane Sawyer in my living room.
- 1:44Speaker 1: They forced me to talk. I was a baby and
- 1:47Speaker 1: didn't understand, but I effing no. Now, all, well, this
- 1:53Speaker 1: is quite a revelation, so much so that even Brittany
- 1:57Speaker 1: has deleted it, but she didn't delete it before. Mom
- 2:00Speaker 1: liked the post. Come on, Danny, what do you think,
- 2:05Speaker 1: oh Lynn spears? But no, I remember this interview. It
- 2:08Speaker 1: was cringeworthy and it's just Back then though, we all
- 2:12Speaker 1: thought of it as Oh Brittany, the silly little Southern
- 2:14Speaker 1: pop star. She's so funny, And then now you think
- 2:17Speaker 1: about it, you're like her dad, Jamie really sunk his
- 2:21Speaker 1: teeth into her at a very young age. She was
- 2:23Speaker 1: in her early twenties during this, and he forced her
- 2:26Speaker 1: to get out there and speak when she wasn't ready.
- 2:29Speaker 1: It's just upset and just carried on through. Yeah, yeah,
- 2:31Speaker 1: it wasn't just the dad. Diane has certainly had something
- 2:34Speaker 1: to do with this. Diane said the following to her quote,
- 2:36Speaker 1: you broke his heart talking about justin you did something
- 2:39Speaker 1: that caused him so much pain. She said, it like
- 2:42Speaker 1: that and so much suffering. What did you do? Well?
- 2:46Speaker 1: That frames Brittany as the villain here now Britney saying,
- 2:51Speaker 1: Diane can kiss my white A s. S. But this
- 2:55Speaker 1: is bringing up something that's really interesting to me, particularly
- 2:58Speaker 1: as a media professional. Donnie. The times have changed. When
- 3:03Speaker 1: we used to do interviews, we used to love to
- 3:04Speaker 1: get a SoundBite. We used to try and trick people
- 3:07Speaker 1: into saying something crazy and then we could get tons
- 3:10Speaker 1: of hits. Now I think we want conversations, and I
- 3:13Speaker 1: think Diane's style back then is something that she wasn't
- 3:18Speaker 1: alone doing. This also been complaints about Barbara Walters recently,
- 3:22Speaker 1: and let's not forget Matt Lauer interviewed Britney Spears and
- 3:25Speaker 1: he made her cry to Diane. Has also been criticized
- 3:30Speaker 1: for the way she interviewed Whitney Houston. Do you remember
- 3:33Speaker 1: that interview. I mean, at the time I watched it
- 3:37Speaker 1: with twenty other million people like I couldn't turn away.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Now it's really wrong, Donnie. I think we're in a
- 3:43Speaker 1: better place, and it really hurts me that somebody like
- 3:46Speaker 1: Brittany went through this. But I think a lot of
- 3:49Speaker 1: stars went through this. Back then, this was the norm.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Diane interviewed everybody like this, and we used to think
- 3:56Speaker 1: Diane asks the hard questions. Now I think Diane asked
- 4:01Speaker 1: the rude questions. No, I agree. Back then, it really
- 4:04Speaker 1: was it was got your journalism. It was let's ask
- 4:07Speaker 1: the most outrageous questions to see what you can say,
- 4:10Speaker 1: no matter of these young And it's sad to say
- 4:13Speaker 1: it was mostly young women. You never saw young Where
- 4:17Speaker 1: was justin timber Lake's interview, why did you allegedly cheat
- 4:20Speaker 1: on Brittany, which is reportedly what happened. He was never
- 4:24Speaker 1: asked those hard questions, and it's really sad to see.
- 4:26Speaker 1: And I agree with you. I think now we have
- 4:29Speaker 1: changed a lot, and that these people don't ask these
- 4:32Speaker 1: types of they don't they well, they've gone Diane semi retired.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I remember when Jessica Simpson broke up with Nick Lash,
- 4:39Speaker 1: Diane Sawyer personally called me ring ring ding dong. It's
- 4:42Speaker 1: Diane Sawyer and she asked me if Jessica would sit
- 4:45Speaker 1: down with her. We said no, there's no way. She
- 4:48Speaker 1: didn't ask for Nick. She didn't want Nick Na Shay.
- 4:51Speaker 1: She wanted Jessica to sit down, and she could have
- 4:53Speaker 1: asked her all these terrible questions implying that the marriage
- 4:56Speaker 1: broke up because of Jessica. It's really interesting because this is,
- 5:00Speaker 1: I say, we always blame the woman, or that's at
- 5:03Speaker 1: least what it seems to be to me, which brings
- 5:05Speaker 1: us to our pole question of the day. Britney Spears
- 5:08Speaker 1: is slamming Diane Sawyer for a two thousand and three
- 5:11Speaker 1: interviews She said she can kiss my white a s
- 5:14Speaker 1: s does Diane, Oh, Brittany an apology? What do you think?
- 5:18Speaker 1: Go vote on our Twitter page at naughty Nice Rob
- 5:21Speaker 1: and Facebook painting is naughty Bambi Sewer to check back
- 5:25Speaker 1: tomorrow to hear your results. Donny Love, what are you
- 5:28Speaker 1: working on? Or? Speaking of another strong woman, Kim Kardashian,
- 5:33Speaker 1: she's speaking out and She's basically saying no counseling will
- 5:37Speaker 1: save her failed marriage to Kanye West. So Kim recently
- 5:42Speaker 1: filed she wanted to be declared legally single. We all
- 5:45Speaker 1: have to remember she filed for divorce papers way back
- 5:47Speaker 1: in February. As a process, it's a process. Yeah. Well,
- 5:52Speaker 1: in these new documents, and she basically the lawyers saying
- 5:55Speaker 1: she's been trying to settle this matter a divorce since February.
- 6:00Speaker 1: And she also noted that her marriage to West is
- 6:03Speaker 1: broken down. It's basically nothing can save it, and goes
- 6:07Speaker 1: on Kardashi and has no desire to reconcile with Kanye
- 6:10Speaker 1: and once their marriage terminated. It's not funny because it
- 6:14Speaker 1: seems like now Kanye is in the news basically begging
- 6:18Speaker 1: for him to come back. Yeah, begging. It's weird timing.
- 6:21Speaker 1: It is weird timing. But I think him is out
- 6:23Speaker 1: of this. It is over once you file these legal documents.
- 6:26Speaker 1: But you know, if you want to end your marriage
- 6:28Speaker 1: and your marriage, you don't have to convince the course
- 6:31Speaker 1: that you've tried to save it. Like when did that
- 6:33Speaker 1: suddenly become a requirement. Just the fact that I don't
- 6:36Speaker 1: want to be married to you any longer should be enough.
- 6:38Speaker 1: But do I have to prove that we went to therapy?
- 6:42Speaker 1: Do I have to prove that I tried everything possible?
- 6:46Speaker 1: I think him did. But even if she didn't, that's
- 6:48Speaker 1: her business, it's her life, and if she doesn't want
- 6:51Speaker 1: to be married, I don't get this. It was really
- 6:53Speaker 1: perplexing to me that her attorney had to file all
- 6:57Speaker 1: these documents. Shouldn't it just be enough that King says,
- 7:02Speaker 1: I don't want to be married anymore. I don't thank
- 7:05Speaker 1: you anymore. I thank you anymore. I don't get it
- 7:08Speaker 1: moving along. So Queen Elizabeth is going to carry on
- 7:12Speaker 1: for some time, that's what sources say. So recently she
- 7:15Speaker 1: was hospitalized. We've been talking about her health in a
- 7:18Speaker 1: loving way on this podcast. However, now a new special
- 7:22Speaker 1: by People magazine called Royals is out and they have
- 7:26Speaker 1: some insightful information saying that she has an ability to
- 7:31Speaker 1: compart mentalize and this has been very helpful in her life.
- 7:34Speaker 1: So at the moment, lots of things are going on
- 7:36Speaker 1: that are not good. Harry and Megan, her Son, Oh
- 7:39Speaker 1: my goodness, her son, Prince Andrew, and Jeffrey Epstein. Also
- 7:43Speaker 1: to her own health, there's a lot going on here,
- 7:46Speaker 1: and the way she gets up every day and does
- 7:48Speaker 1: their job is she can compart mentalize. I am exceptionally
- 7:54Speaker 1: good at this, Donny, are you uh No, I'm not
- 7:59Speaker 1: gonna lie. I let everything affect me, and it runs
- 8:02Speaker 1: throughout my entire life. It also helps. It goes without
- 8:05Speaker 1: saying the queen does have a little bit of money
- 8:08Speaker 1: just help to make you live a little longer. And
- 8:13Speaker 1: of them, well, it doesn't. It's a little bit of
- 8:15Speaker 1: help if you staff in that palace of hers. So
- 8:18Speaker 1: I do get it, but I do think this is
- 8:20Speaker 1: very interesting. I can compartmental lies. So if you're upset
- 8:23Speaker 1: me ten minutes ago, I can move on really quickly.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I can put that in a box. I'm not saying
- 8:28Speaker 1: that I necessarily deal with it in a healthy way,
- 8:30Speaker 1: but I can put it in a box. If something
- 8:32Speaker 1: happens later on, I can put that in a box.
- 8:34Speaker 1: If I you tell me a piece of gossip and
- 8:36Speaker 1: then I get for dinner with Bruce, I can turn
- 8:38Speaker 1: off work and turn into a personal rob quite quickly.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I don't let anything that happens ten minutes ago affect
- 8:47Speaker 1: ten minutes from now unless I have to. When they
- 8:49Speaker 1: say The Queen is absolutely marvelous at that. They said. Fundamentally,
- 8:52Speaker 1: she puts things in boxes and says, if that can
- 8:55Speaker 1: be dealt with on Tuesday, we'll deal with it on Tuesday.
- 8:57Speaker 1: This is why she's so mentally disciplined, and it's helped
- 9:00Speaker 1: get her through the seventy years. They go on to
- 9:03Speaker 1: say that she is going to continue working as long
- 9:06Speaker 1: as possible. She does miss her husband, Prince. She does
- 9:10Speaker 1: miss her husband, Prince Philip, and they say companionship was
- 9:14Speaker 1: something that meant so much to her after all those years. However,
- 9:17Speaker 1: she's a very stupic person and also to her faith.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Her faith keeps her going during these hard times. Hey,
- 9:26Speaker 1: Queen Elizabeth, I like this, I really do. She's been
- 9:30Speaker 1: the only queen, so to speak, I've ever known, Like
- 9:33Speaker 1: from the day I was born, she was on that throne, Donny.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I mean, obviously it's going to come to an end
- 9:38Speaker 1: at some time, but I hope that she's there as
- 9:40Speaker 1: long as possible. Hey, what's going on talking about age
- 9:45Speaker 1: with Taylor Swift? On her birthday? Well, Taylor Swift, she
- 9:50Speaker 1: is given reason to celebrate her birthday. She had an
- 9:53Speaker 1: intimate party surrounded by her best friends, the Heim Sisters,
- 9:59Speaker 1: which I happened to love that. I actually bought tickets
- 10:01Speaker 1: to see them at the Hollywood Bowl next year. I
- 10:04Speaker 1: just bought him last week, super excited about saying them.
- 10:07Speaker 1: So maybe Taylor Swift will be there and we can
- 10:09Speaker 1: like hop now with her. In fact. Anyways, so she
- 10:11Speaker 1: was there and she celebrated a birthday with them with
- 10:14Speaker 1: Alana Heim, who turned thirty on December. She goes, don't
- 10:20Speaker 1: say it. This part made me laugh. Don't say it,
- 10:22Speaker 1: don't say it. Okay, I'm gonna say I'm feeling thirty
- 10:25Speaker 1: two because if you remember, there was that song which
- 10:28Speaker 1: is gonna make you emmy and some of the listeners
- 10:31Speaker 1: feel really old. Those were a good company two. She
- 10:36Speaker 1: had a song called twenty two that I danced to
- 10:38Speaker 1: in the club and I twirled around. I just love
- 10:43Speaker 1: it some, but she had it. Don't worry. We tested everyone.
- 10:46Speaker 1: It's funny now that you can't have a party without
- 10:48Speaker 1: giving an exclaimer of like I'd once been COVID tested.
- 10:51Speaker 1: We all say, she knows everybody. Millions of people are
- 10:55Speaker 1: going to see these pictures before you can say anything.
- 10:57Speaker 1: She's preempted you. I do love it, though, but What
- 11:01Speaker 1: was amazing though, is ego Fife fans and know it's
- 11:04Speaker 1: a little something. On swift birthday, it was a photo
- 11:08Speaker 1: of the singer wearing a little mermaid showed while opening
- 11:12Speaker 1: her mouth wide open. First. I always loved that the
- 11:15Speaker 1: fans always noticed lead detail everything. I am no Taylor Swift,
- 11:21Speaker 1: but I posted a picture of my Christmas tree and
- 11:23Speaker 1: there's my book on the coffee table. And I didn't
- 11:26Speaker 1: actually product place it. I just took a picture of
- 11:28Speaker 1: the tree. No, you shame ship. Had I placed it,
- 11:33Speaker 1: it would have been hanging on the top of the tree.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Let me tell you that I'm not subtle. I'm not subtle. Quickly,
- 11:38Speaker 1: before we get a break, Ben Affleck is getting brutally
- 11:41Speaker 1: honest about Jay Lo had his ex wife, Jennifer Garner,
- 11:44Speaker 1: so he did an interview with Howard Stern and he
- 11:47Speaker 1: was asked if he thought twice about getting back together
- 11:50Speaker 1: with Jennifer. He responded quotes it crossed my mind. For Shua,
- 11:54Speaker 1: my responsibility to my children is the highest responsibility. I
- 11:58Speaker 1: don't want to do anything that is painful or destructive
- 12:01Speaker 1: to them if I can help it. Now, with both
- 12:03Speaker 1: parents being at movie stars, him and Jennifer Gardner. He said,
- 12:07Speaker 1: his children, all three of them, are under the microscope
- 12:10Speaker 1: their entire lives, and it does affect their lives. And
- 12:13Speaker 1: he said that's actually a cross that he has to carry.
- 12:17Speaker 1: He goes on to say about his relationship with Jennifer
- 12:20Speaker 1: Gardner and why they got divorced. He said, the truth is,
- 12:23Speaker 1: we took our time and we made a decision and
- 12:26Speaker 1: we grew a part. We had a marriage that didn't work.
- 12:30Speaker 1: We tried because we had kids. We did not want
- 12:33Speaker 1: this to be the model though for our children. He
- 12:36Speaker 1: also addresses his struggles with alcohol is m saying he
- 12:41Speaker 1: hit rock bottom, and he said, you know what. The
- 12:44Speaker 1: cure he's for addiction In as far as Benn is concerned,
- 12:48Speaker 1: the cure for addiction is suffering. You suffer enough before
- 12:53Speaker 1: something inside you says it's enough. I thought that was
- 12:57Speaker 1: so interesting, Donnie, what do you think? I think it's burn.
- 13:00Speaker 1: I really love that here. Lately Ben has been able
- 13:03Speaker 1: to come to terms, I think, with the split with
- 13:06Speaker 1: Jennifer Garner and been able to really be honest about
- 13:09Speaker 1: how his alcoholism affected their relationship. And I think a
- 13:13Speaker 1: lot of people out there need to hear that the women,
- 13:15Speaker 1: but also men out there who might suffer with it,
- 13:18Speaker 1: who say it's okay to admit it and just be
- 13:21Speaker 1: able to reflect on it and moved past it. It's
- 13:23Speaker 1: so smart. When I got fired once, I remember, I
- 13:27Speaker 1: started drinking a little more, and then two days turned
- 13:31Speaker 1: into three days into four days, and I found myself
- 13:33Speaker 1: like drunk for probably about a month, and I was
- 13:36Speaker 1: just numbing my feelings, Dannie. I was in so much pain.
- 13:39Speaker 1: I was so embarrassed that I had been fired. I'd
- 13:42Speaker 1: been tossed. Assigned is what I thought everybody was saying.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Nobody was saying it, but I felt like they were.
- 13:48Speaker 1: My narcissism was so great. I thought everybody was talking
- 13:51Speaker 1: about me. Nobody cared less. And I drank and I
- 13:54Speaker 1: drank and I drank, and I wasn't drinking for fun
- 13:56Speaker 1: though I was drinking because I was in paying that
- 13:59Speaker 1: And when I've figured that out, Donnie, now I use
- 14:02Speaker 1: alcohol to celebrate. Alcohol now is part of my life
- 14:05Speaker 1: to go out with my friends you miss d Lupo,
- 14:09Speaker 1: Corey and Garrett, everybody else and have fun. I think
- 14:13Speaker 1: Ben talking about this is so so major, and I
- 14:18Speaker 1: get it. He's an academy award winning actor writer. I
- 14:23Speaker 1: think this might be his finest, finest work. Hey, we're
- 14:27Speaker 1: gonna take a quick break and we will be welcome
- 14:33Speaker 1: by to the Lord. Rob shoots him at that. Dear
- 14:35Speaker 1: friend Donny Natscham from Okay magazine dot com. Hey, Donny,
- 14:39Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. You do go in full
- 14:45Speaker 1: force and he appreciate that. So Kim Kardashian scotlded Northwest
- 14:50Speaker 1: for going live on TikTok in the house without permission.
- 14:54Speaker 1: The video was great. So norm is walking around the
- 14:57Speaker 1: house live streaming the house to the world. She walks
- 15:01Speaker 1: into her mommy's bedroom. Kim is in bed, and she announcewers,
- 15:04Speaker 1: Mommy were live at Kim's face is not having any
- 15:10Speaker 1: of it. She shuts it down. My question was would
- 15:13Speaker 1: you laugh at north or would you scold her? Seven
- 15:18Speaker 1: percent said scold her. Oh I'm the opposite. I'm burst
- 15:22Speaker 1: out laughing. Where are you on this, doney, I'm gonna
- 15:26Speaker 1: she's eight years old and she is too young, and
- 15:30Speaker 1: your mom is Kim. You don't know. I mean we've
- 15:37Speaker 1: but we have seen that. We have seen eight years old.
- 15:40Speaker 1: With the Kardashians, we think of them as reality stars,
- 15:43Speaker 1: and they are people really controlling to every image they
- 15:46Speaker 1: put up. It's filtered. Everything is just perfect. You know
- 15:50Speaker 1: who's going to have a talk with her, Chris Jedda,
- 15:54Speaker 1: not Kim. Kim's texted her, Kim's Kim's told her off,
- 15:58Speaker 1: let's be clear, So Braddy comes over. She could have
- 16:02Speaker 1: sold that footage four thousands. Don't forget toads on the
- 16:05Speaker 1: day's pole. Get away to the page at Naughty rum
- 16:09Speaker 1: Or Facebook page. Already gossip and me to check back
- 16:12Speaker 1: tomorrow to hear your results. And now it's time for
- 16:16Speaker 1: our nicest of the day. Well, seems to be a
- 16:24Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian jay here, so go with a nice though.
- 16:28Speaker 1: She's fine. She's addressing cultural appropriation allegations. For as long
- 16:33Speaker 1: as I've known Kim Kardaeshi, and people have kind of
- 16:35Speaker 1: slammed her. Some would say she was doing black face
- 16:38Speaker 1: or appearing to do black by putting her hair in
- 16:40Speaker 1: corn rolls and stuff. Well, she finally spoke out about it.
- 16:44Speaker 1: And she's also she has four black children. Let's not
- 16:47Speaker 1: forget this. And she did speak out, and she goes,
- 16:49Speaker 1: I would never do anything to appropriate any culture, but
- 16:53Speaker 1: I have in the past, got backlash from putting my
- 16:55Speaker 1: hair and braids, and I understand that she goes honestly.
- 16:59Speaker 1: A lot of the time it comes from my daughter
- 17:01Speaker 1: asking us to do matching hair. Honest explanation, she goes.
- 17:07Speaker 1: But I've learned and I've grown over the years and
- 17:09Speaker 1: figured out good ways to communicate with all my kids
- 17:12Speaker 1: about all this. But there's also the history of braiding
- 17:14Speaker 1: hair in Armenia, and people forget that I'm Armenian as well, right,
- 17:19Speaker 1: I love, I appreciate this response. I do turn. I
- 17:21Speaker 1: looked at kim Is addressing this head on that you're
- 17:25Speaker 1: nicest of the day and now and not he is
- 17:26Speaker 1: the day shame. Hilaria Baldwin, Hillary says Alec Baldwin while
- 17:34Speaker 1: she was in labor. I'm convinced Hilaria Baldwin is trying
- 17:38Speaker 1: to destroy Alec Baldwin's entirely, whatever's left of it. Why
- 17:42Speaker 1: would she tell us this? As she wrote, Alex shushed
- 17:45Speaker 1: me while I was in Heber. He was on the
- 17:47Speaker 1: phone and he said, can't you keep that down? What
- 17:52Speaker 1: is she telling you? Then he realized that he sounded
- 17:55Speaker 1: like an A S S yes, and he cowered, all
- 17:59Speaker 1: of which yes, he should be carrying, but you shouldn't
- 18:01Speaker 1: be telling us this. She went on to say to
- 18:04Speaker 1: her follow us that the details of her reaction for now,
- 18:07Speaker 1: She's going to spare us of those, and she did
- 18:10Speaker 1: mention that Alec has never hushed her again while she
- 18:15Speaker 1: was giving birth. This is a horrific story. And Alec
- 18:21Speaker 1: is in the middle of a redemption tour following this
- 18:24Speaker 1: rust fatal shooting. This is Hillary tweety. You gotta keep
- 18:29Speaker 1: your mouth shut. Hillary. Is she just trying to just
- 18:32Speaker 1: destroy him like she just out there forget the moment,
- 18:35Speaker 1: just her mission? What's going on? Buce he needs now, Hillary,
- 18:43Speaker 1: Hillary is outrageous. Let's end with her moment. I'll rob you,
- 18:47Speaker 1: get Rubbi, Get Robbi, Get rob Instead of looking for empathy,
- 18:50Speaker 1: be the one that gives it. Take the responsibility for
- 18:55Speaker 1: caring about your own suffering, because that is far too
- 18:59Speaker 1: important to hand over to anybody else. What I'm talking
- 19:03Speaker 1: about here is holding a grudge. When you hold a grudge,
- 19:06Speaker 1: when you're angry with somebody, you give your suffering to them.
- 19:11Speaker 1: They can control your suffering. Take it back if you
- 19:14Speaker 1: were suffering, And goodness knows, a lot of us are suffering.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Then take control of that yourself. Forgive yourself, don't hold
- 19:22Speaker 1: a grudge any any more. And instead of looking for
- 19:27Speaker 1: empathy when you enter a room when you're with your friends,
- 19:30Speaker 1: don't look for it, give it. That's beautiful. And I
- 19:33Speaker 1: think one thing you really nailed on the heir there
- 19:35Speaker 1: is self. Forgiveness is so important because even though other
- 19:39Speaker 1: people may forgive us for a dumb comment we made,
- 19:42Speaker 1: we can still hold it in and it wears on
- 19:45Speaker 1: our soul. You just gotta be able to just say,
- 19:47Speaker 1: I forgive me beautiful, and it would be beautiful. Amen.
- 19:51Speaker 1: That's it for today. Thank you so much for listening
- 19:54Speaker 1: to them, not even Ice with Rob and Donnie Shower
- 19:57Speaker 1: production of I Heart Radio. That sounds lovely. Don't forget
