Latest / Inside the Birds: A Philadelphia Eagles Podcast / ITB Postgame Show: Are The Eagles Officially Cooked After 17-Point Loss To Cowboys?
Transcript
- 0:09Speaker 1: Hello, everyone.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Welcome to the Inside the Birds post-game show. I'm Jeff
- 0:12Speaker 2: Mosher with Adam Kaplan. And after what looked like maybe
- 0:16Speaker 2: a promising and encouraging start, a four-play scoring drive by
- 0:21Speaker 2: the Eagles, what happened was when they played the Cowboys
- 0:24Speaker 2: on Monday night, it was a lot more of the same.
- 0:27Speaker 2: From the third quarter on, except, Adam, a new wrinkle,
- 0:30Speaker 2: the absolute implosion of Vic Fangio's defense. The Eagles lose
- 0:35Speaker 2: 38-21 at home to the Cowboys tonight. They now have
- 0:40Speaker 2: five straight losses for the first time since 2016. And
- 0:45Speaker 2: those were not good times. And Adam, I think at
- 0:48Speaker 2: this point might be worth retiring the whole, well, you
- 0:51Speaker 2: can win a bad NFC East because the way things
- 0:54Speaker 2: are going, the Eagles can't win a game. So a
- 0:57Speaker 2: lot's going to happen with this franchise in the next
- 0:59Speaker 2: few weeks.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Yeah, you got the trade deadline coming up. And I'll
- 1:06Speaker 3: be very interested to see who or what the Eagles
- 1:09Speaker 3: do there. Because you have a team that is imploding.
- 1:13Speaker 3: They don't really do anything well except for their kicker
- 1:16Speaker 3: and punter are great. Jake Elliott is 21 for 21.
- 1:20Speaker 3: He's five for five in field goals. He only has
- 1:22Speaker 3: five field goal attempts, which is embarrassing. Can't get the
- 1:25Speaker 3: ball close enough for him to kick it. And then
- 1:27Speaker 3: he's 16 for 16 on extra points. And Braden Mann's
- 1:29Speaker 3: a stud. I mean, he's one of the best punters
- 1:32Speaker 3: in the NFL. But like we've said this season throughout it,
- 1:36Speaker 3: it's not good when the best part of your team
- 1:37Speaker 3: is your kicker and punter. That tells you how bad
- 1:39Speaker 3: you are.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Well, I mean, you know, I suppose if they had
- 1:44Speaker 2: won this game and showed more improvement and a good defense,
- 1:47Speaker 2: then you could have that discussion about, well, you know,
- 1:50Speaker 2: you got more, you got two more NFC East games
- 1:52Speaker 2: coming on, on the horizon here. You can get yourself
- 1:55Speaker 2: back in. I don't really know what the rest of
- 1:57Speaker 2: the season becomes. Has it become more learning about Tanner McKee?
- 2:02Speaker 2: I mean, he's set to be a free agent. There's
- 2:03Speaker 2: just so much uncertainty around the franchise. So all we
- 2:07Speaker 2: can do is look at it. one game at a time,
- 2:09Speaker 2: but I definitely thought we could go two ways here
- 2:12Speaker 2: going into this game. We could discuss, yes, the idea
- 2:16Speaker 2: of getting some healthier guys back, improving, and putting yourself
- 2:20Speaker 2: in a position to surprise people and contend, or if
- 2:22Speaker 2: you lose, I think the discussion is now, like, where
- 2:25Speaker 2: do you go from here? And I think that that's
- 2:27Speaker 2: what's going to be facing the Eagles for a couple
- 2:29Speaker 2: of weeks now. Because now the point is, okay, what
- 2:32Speaker 2: if you can beat the Giants or Commanders? You're still...
- 2:36Speaker 2: you don't look like a team that can really compete
- 2:38Speaker 2: for anything.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Exactly. Exactly.
- 2:40Speaker 3: As a matter of fact, there was a subject of,
- 2:43Speaker 3: I think last Friday's football for one of the last Thursday,
- 2:46Speaker 3: last Friday with Mike Gill, we talk about buy, sell
- 2:49Speaker 3: or hold. And I went over the scenarios about what,
- 2:52Speaker 3: what will happen over the next three weeks. We'll ultimately
- 2:55Speaker 3: decide what Harry Roseman does. If they go like two
- 2:58Speaker 3: and one, they're hanging in the NFC East.
- 3:00Speaker 1: He may hold.
- 3:02Speaker 3: If they lose three in a row, they may sell.
- 3:05Speaker 3: which is not really how he wants to do. But
- 3:09Speaker 3: he alluded to it when they talked about the Cam
- 3:12Speaker 3: Juergens trade, about they've got a bunch of contracts defensively
- 3:15Speaker 3: that they're going to look to extend.
- 3:18Speaker 1: And you can't extend everyone.
- 3:20Speaker 3: There's going to be sincere interest in Mauro Ojemo getting
- 3:24Speaker 3: closer to the deadline. Now the question is for him
- 3:27Speaker 3: and the Eagles, what could they get for him if
- 3:29Speaker 3: they decide they want to trade him? Because it's going
- 3:32Speaker 3: to be, nothing is impossible in the National Football League.
- 3:35Speaker 3: I've learned this the hard way in terms of bringing
- 3:37Speaker 3: players back, but the pain of bringing players back and that,
- 3:41Speaker 3: that contracts 30 million plus a season.
- 3:44Speaker 1: There's other things you can't do.
- 3:46Speaker 3: So you want to bring someone back who you're not
- 3:48Speaker 3: planning on it because of the cash, cash commitment and
- 3:52Speaker 3: then the cap and how, and then the Delane Johnson situation,
- 3:54Speaker 3: who's going to be on the roster because of the
- 3:55Speaker 3: cap problems that it would cost if they, if they
- 3:59Speaker 3: put them reserve retired.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Yeah. There's just, there's so many things that we didn't
- 4:02Speaker 1: know when the season started.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Right. Neither did they. And neither did the Eagles for that.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, right, right.
- 4:09Speaker 3: I mean, you've got to scramble, you've got to figure
- 4:11Speaker 3: it out, and you've got to have vision as you
- 4:13Speaker 3: brought this subject up. There are a lot of ways
- 4:15Speaker 3: it could go, and I know Howie historically does not
- 4:17Speaker 3: like to, whatever you want to call it, bail on
- 4:20Speaker 3: the season or look towards next year. But you have
- 4:23Speaker 3: to be a realist.
- 4:25Speaker 1: You just have to be.
- 4:26Speaker 3: When you're in a power position and you run the show,
- 4:29Speaker 3: you've got full personnel control. Not every GM has that,
- 4:32Speaker 3: by the way. Some don't, but he's got the whole show.
- 4:35Speaker 3: You know, it's humiliating when you, you felt good about
- 4:38Speaker 3: the roster and the drafts we've talked about the last
- 4:40Speaker 3: two have been a little shaky, but there's plenty of
- 4:42Speaker 3: talent here. And then you mentioned the Juergen situation, which
- 4:46Speaker 3: he decided to, Lane Johnson's situation, Dickerson gets hurt. All
- 4:52Speaker 3: these injuries, which you could not have seen happen, that
- 4:57Speaker 3: you have to, you have to take a broader look
- 5:00Speaker 3: and say, okay, where are we at? As you set
- 5:02Speaker 3: it up, Where are we going, and what's the best
- 5:05Speaker 3: course of action? That's where they are here. This is
- 5:10Speaker 3: not 2020, end of the Doug Peterson era. This is
- 5:13Speaker 3: a good base of a young roster. Some players have
- 5:17Speaker 3: to be better. Some players they thought would be better,
- 5:19Speaker 3: like Jihad Campbell. So as you set it up, they're learning.
- 5:23Speaker 3: But moving on here, this is not an easy decision,
- 5:28Speaker 3: one way or the other.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:31Speaker 1: And that's where they're at.
- 5:32Speaker 2: I did talk to Saquon– well, everybody talked to Saquon
- 5:35Speaker 2: Barkley after the game, one of the few guys who
- 5:38Speaker 2: was there to talk. And I asked him quite at
- 5:43Speaker 2: the end. I said, hey, I know you dealt with
- 5:44Speaker 2: this in New York. How are you going to handle
- 5:47Speaker 2: your name coming up in trade discussions? And not just you,
- 5:50Speaker 2: but it might be, as you just mentioned, Adam, other
- 5:53Speaker 2: guys like a Joe Moriquo and things like that, guys
- 5:55Speaker 2: who may not have been through it the way he
- 5:56Speaker 2: was in New York. And I thought it was interesting–
- 5:59Speaker 2: his answer was interesting because because he said what you
- 6:02Speaker 2: would expect someone to say at first about funneling it
- 6:05Speaker 2: out and you can't control it. Um, but then he
- 6:08Speaker 2: hadn't had this long pause and he said, I don't
- 6:11Speaker 2: sense from anyone that that is even going to happen.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Meaning a fire cell that people are going to get
- 6:17Speaker 2: pawned off. He's like, it feels, he said his sense
- 6:20Speaker 2: and he, it was interesting to use that word because
- 6:22Speaker 2: that means someone has communicated with you or you're reading
- 6:26Speaker 2: the tea leaves from someone. So I made sure to
- 6:28Speaker 2: follow up and I said, do you get that sense
- 6:31Speaker 2: from up top, like upper management? And, you know, he's like,
- 6:34Speaker 2: I just, I feel like that's not going to happen.
- 6:37Speaker 2: So that I thought was interesting. I wonder if all
- 6:40Speaker 2: of a sudden, whatever messaging has been going on in
- 6:42Speaker 2: the Eagles, we'll have to start to change a little bit.
- 6:43Speaker 2: So at least you're being honest. with your players or
- 6:47Speaker 2: maybe the Eagles have something else in mind, who knows?
- 6:49Speaker 2: But I, I did want to ask that to Saquon
- 6:51Speaker 2: because I know he went through that in New York
- 6:53Speaker 2: and it can, that can be a tough thing for
- 6:55Speaker 2: the next few weeks. If you're a recall and if
- 6:57Speaker 2: you're more of a Jomo, right? The uncertainty of, am
- 7:00Speaker 2: I going to be here in a week or two?
- 7:01Speaker 2: I mean, they just, you mentioned this perfectly, right? The
- 7:04Speaker 2: shock to them to probably see Cam Juergens traded, you know,
- 7:08Speaker 2: five weeks into the season must've been pretty interesting. I
- 7:11Speaker 2: know Jordan Maialata was, was taken aback by it and
- 7:14Speaker 2: he was, Honest about that. That's surprising. Well, that's what
- 7:17Speaker 2: everybody of value might be thinking over the next two
- 7:21Speaker 2: or three weeks. And unfortunately, when that happens, we've seen this.
- 7:24Speaker 2: It reflects in the play. I mean, you get uncertain guys.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Now you're trying not to get hurt. Now you're trying
- 7:29Speaker 2: to preserve whatever value. Rick Wollin's going to be a
- 7:31Speaker 2: free agent next year. So even if he does get traded,
- 7:33Speaker 2: he's going to want to make sure he's healthy and fine.
- 7:35Speaker 2: So it's definitely something fans should watch out for and
- 7:39Speaker 2: just kind of observe and hear the quotes coming out
- 7:42Speaker 2: of the locker room over the next week.
- 7:44Speaker 3: So on what you just brought up, that's where you
- 7:48Speaker 3: get worried in the back of players' minds, self-preservation, protection.
- 7:53Speaker 3: I don't like the word quit.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 7:58Speaker 1: They have too much respect for Sirianni, but Moro Jomo's
- 8:02Speaker 1: on a walk year, okay?
- 8:04Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
- 8:06Speaker 3: Rick Wallen's on a walk year, and obviously last night's
- 8:08Speaker 3: game was not very good for him. And then you've
- 8:11Speaker 3: got guys like Cooper Jean, who the Eagles will look
- 8:13Speaker 3: to extend, who's not coming off a good year so far,
- 8:16Speaker 3: to say the least.
- 8:17Speaker 1: He's dropped off significantly. It's so interesting.
- 8:22Speaker 3: And Jalex Hunt, who the Eagles have liked from day one,
- 8:25Speaker 3: not having a great year, clearly was playing with an injury.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Yep. There's a lot of moving parts here.
- 8:33Speaker 3: We'll get through it over the next couple weeks. We'll
- 8:35Speaker 3: explain to you as we hear things from around the
- 8:38Speaker 3: league about who teams are calling about. and so forth,
- 8:41Speaker 3: and who's going to be available. Theoretically, anyone's available for price.
- 8:45Speaker 3: I mean, the Eagles weren't looking to move Cam Jurgens
- 8:47Speaker 3: at all, but when someone offers you a two and
- 8:49Speaker 3: a five for a guy who's a declining player, you
- 8:51Speaker 3: make that trade immediately before they change their mind.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Yes. That's an outlier.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:55Speaker 3: But they're in kind of a crossroads here. Five losses
- 8:58Speaker 3: in a row, as I sent it back to you.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Not what I would have believed.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Not at all.
- 9:02Speaker 2: No, absolutely not. Let's talk about the offense first, because
- 9:06Speaker 2: there were definitely some Some pretty good– some signs. And
- 9:10Speaker 2: I think it started right away. You could tell the
- 9:12Speaker 2: difference with Drew Kendall at center and Landon Dickerson at
- 9:16Speaker 2: left guard. Landon still– and I think as the game
- 9:19Speaker 2: went on, Landon again had some issues with pass protection
- 9:22Speaker 2: or guys getting on him. But from the start, you
- 9:24Speaker 2: could see there was energy. And they moved the Cowboys
- 9:27Speaker 2: off the line of scrimmage, and you got Saquon getting
- 9:30Speaker 2: a good running game. But unfortunately– I can't believe I
- 9:33Speaker 2: heard Saquon say this. I went back and listened.
- 9:36Speaker 1: He did.
- 9:36Speaker 2: He– he had that big 29 yard run on the
- 9:40Speaker 2: first drive.
- 9:40Speaker 1: Okay.
- 9:42Speaker 2: He was actually disappointed that it was that open and that,
- 9:45Speaker 2: because you saw him and burst through the hole and
- 9:48Speaker 2: get like, kind of yanked a little bit from behind.
- 9:50Speaker 2: And that's where his back started. He started to feel
- 9:52Speaker 2: it in his back because he's obviously favoring still the
- 9:55Speaker 2: hamstring a little bit. And he actually said, you know, I,
- 9:59Speaker 2: I was hoping that, was trying to say I was
- 10:01Speaker 2: hoping we'd be like more methodical I could grind it
- 10:03Speaker 2: out get in the not like a big explosive run
- 10:06Speaker 2: like that because that wound up hurting and he I
- 10:08Speaker 2: you know he didn't reveal what his pitch count was
- 10:10Speaker 2: but it's clear after that it was clear he wasn't
- 10:12Speaker 2: going to play the full game and then even after
- 10:14Speaker 2: that long run he was limited even more and you
- 10:17Speaker 2: saw him on I don't know if you got to
- 10:18Speaker 2: see it he was on the bicycle So it was
- 10:22Speaker 2: like one step forward, but two steps back because that
- 10:25Speaker 2: would be it for their explosive runs.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:29Speaker 3: So Barkley, by the way, only played 10 snaps. Very
- 10:31Speaker 3: productive on the 10 snaps. The fact when the camera
- 10:35Speaker 3: panned to him, he was pointing to his head about
- 10:37Speaker 3: being smart. He pulled himself out of the game. He
- 10:41Speaker 3: was going to be on a reduced play count anyway.
- 10:44Speaker 3: But Sirianni did say they thought he'd be able to
- 10:45Speaker 3: play more. He wasn't going to play his normal snaps,
- 10:48Speaker 3: but Sirianni talked about it after the game.
- 10:50Speaker 1: And you know what?
- 10:52Speaker 3: Damian Pierce has shown he could play in the league
- 10:54Speaker 3: as a backup. We've talked about it from day one.
- 10:57Speaker 3: You can question the fit for the zone scheme. There
- 11:00Speaker 3: are a couple of them where he ran himself into
- 11:03Speaker 3: the blockers where he didn't hit the hole that was there.
- 11:05Speaker 3: A little bit of a wiggle, so it's a decent
- 11:08Speaker 3: find for them. But Elijah Mitchell, he had to return
- 11:12Speaker 3: kicks because Covey got hurt, knee injury. But that hurt
- 11:15Speaker 3: their return game.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Right.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Offensively, that first drive was so good. So good.
- 11:22Speaker 3: But the thing that was troubling, Tanner McKee really regressed
- 11:24Speaker 3: as the game went along. That was very, very troubling
- 11:27Speaker 3: to me.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I agree.
- 11:28Speaker 3: He is a very bad mechanical flaw, which we saw
- 11:31Speaker 3: in training camp in OTAs. And the one to Darius Cooper,
- 11:37Speaker 3: not the one that Cooper dropped the first pass.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
- 11:40Speaker 3: Wormburner, he threw where there was no one around him, okay?
- 11:44Speaker 3: Cooper was wide open over the middle. Good route, okay?
- 11:47Speaker 1: Running over route.
- 11:50Speaker 3: McKee, he doesn't sink his throw up with his feet,
- 11:56Speaker 3: and the ball dies. This happens way too much. This
- 11:59Speaker 3: is on coaching as well. It's got to be cleaned up.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Yeah. Got to be cleaned up. It's bad.
- 12:03Speaker 3: It's not the overstride that Carson Wentz had, which would
- 12:06Speaker 3: make the ball sail and go way off.
- 12:10Speaker 1: But he did not have a good game.
- 12:12Speaker 2: No, I agree. As the game went on, he did
- 12:15Speaker 2: not have a consistent enough game. I love that you're
- 12:21Speaker 2: pointing out the pass that he missed because I didn't
- 12:24Speaker 2: like that whole sequence even from a coaching standpoint, to
- 12:27Speaker 2: be honest. So this is about two and a half minutes,
- 12:30Speaker 2: I want to say, before halftime. And at that point,
- 12:33Speaker 2: the Eagles, I think, are down three, if I'm not mistaken.
- 12:37Speaker 2: And my thought was, Adam, that Whatever the Eagles do here,
- 12:41Speaker 2: they cannot let Dallas have the ball back. They're not
- 12:43Speaker 2: playing great defense. And if you go three and out
- 12:47Speaker 2: and punt, all Dallas needs is two passes to get
- 12:49Speaker 2: into Brandon Aubrey range because, you know, very few kickers
- 12:52Speaker 2: can do what he can do, but he can do that.
- 12:54Speaker 2: And they went three and out because McKee missed the
- 12:56Speaker 2: first down pass. And then I think the second out
- 12:58Speaker 2: pass to Lemon was a little behind and dropped by Lemon.
- 13:01Speaker 1: I mean, I think– No, no, that was a bad pass.
- 13:04Speaker 2: That was not– It was a bad pass, but it
- 13:05Speaker 2: was in his hand.
- 13:06Speaker 1: No, but he had to reach back. Aikman talked about
- 13:09Speaker 1: it clearly as a bad throw.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, sure, sure, sure. I was just wondering if
- 13:14Speaker 2: he could have got it anyway, but either way.
- 13:16Speaker 1: He had to reach back, and two guys crunched on him.
- 13:18Speaker 1: And then he also– he missed Hollywood Brown. That was
- 13:20Speaker 1: way off.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Now, what we don't know, and we'll ask Greg Cosell
- 13:23Speaker 3: this when we watch Inside the Tape, was Hollywood not
- 13:25Speaker 3: explosive on the play?
- 13:27Speaker 2: Right.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Did he not get separation? Yeah.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:31Speaker 1: There's a reason why Hollywood's not really playing until this game.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. But that sequence there was brutal, right? A
- 13:39Speaker 2: bad throw– two bad throws in a row. Then you're
- 13:42Speaker 2: third and long. You can't convert that. I think he
- 13:44Speaker 2: threw short of the sticks, which he did that several times.
- 13:47Speaker 2: That bothered me. And then what do they do? They
- 13:48Speaker 2: punt it back to Dallas, who goes down the field
- 13:51Speaker 2: in like four plays, kick the field goal, and now
- 13:54Speaker 2: they go into the halftime up by six instead of
- 13:57Speaker 2: by three because– you came out passing three straight times
- 14:01Speaker 2: in a row. I thought that was bad clock management.
- 14:04Speaker 2: I get it. They were behind by three. That's me.
- 14:05Speaker 2: That's not a huge deal. And my other issue was this.
- 14:08Speaker 2: I thought pass protection, like you said, was– Fairly decent.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Really good, actually.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Once they realized it, because most of the game was
- 14:15Speaker 2: quick game, quick game, which I understand they've had issues
- 14:17Speaker 2: up front. Once the game kind of settled in and
- 14:21Speaker 2: you realized you had decent pass protection, this is one
- 14:24Speaker 2: of the worst defenses in the NFL you're going against.
- 14:26Speaker 2: You've got to drive the ball a little bit, but
- 14:28Speaker 2: everything was, like I said, there was too many passes
- 14:31Speaker 2: short of the sticks, too many crossing routes for five yards.
- 14:34Speaker 2: It was just... I mean, his yards per attempt was
- 14:38Speaker 2: under seven. I mean, against one of the worst pass defenses.
- 14:42Speaker 2: I just thought that there were opportunities they needed to
- 14:44Speaker 2: take to try to strike the ball down the.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Field, and he didn't.
- 14:46Speaker 3: I mean, the thing that was troubling is he had
- 14:49Speaker 3: mostly really good pass protection. And it's hard because you're
- 14:54Speaker 3: not getting the all 22 when you're watching the game.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:57Speaker 1: But there were plays there to be made. Now, understand something.
- 15:00Speaker 1: They only had four receivers. Covey would have been the
- 15:02Speaker 1: emergency fifth as a slot receiver. He got hurt early.
- 15:05Speaker 1: So they only had four guys, and one of them.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Is Hollywood Brown, who really hasn't played, and Elijah Mitchell,
- 15:13Speaker 3: who got on the board in terms of a target
- 15:15Speaker 3: and a catch, but he's been a factor. Darius Cooper
- 15:18Speaker 3: did not shine. Again, as he did against Jacksonville, led
- 15:22Speaker 3: them in total snaps at receiver. Didn't get the job done.
- 15:26Speaker 3: His first drop, I mean, you can't drop a pass
- 15:28Speaker 3: like that. I mean, it's right in his hands. No
- 15:30Speaker 3: one even around him.
- 15:31Speaker 2: That was the other thing.
- 15:32Speaker 1: They had a lot of execution errors.
- 15:35Speaker 3: Man, when you get protection like this against a defense
- 15:38Speaker 3: as you brought up that's so bad, Dallas' defense is
- 15:41Speaker 3: really bad.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Not bad. It's really bad. Awful. With a more competent quarterback,
- 15:47Speaker 1: if Hertz is playing, they're putting up 35 to 40
- 15:49Speaker 1: points in this game.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Adam, I couldn't believe how wide open some guys were
- 15:53Speaker 2: in the first quarter. I'm third and like five, third
- 15:56Speaker 2: and seven. I was like, does Dallas not even know
- 15:59Speaker 2: where to be? I mean, there were just so many
- 16:01Speaker 2: wide open guys. Good job by Sean Mannion. He definitely
- 16:04Speaker 2: schemed up some good crossers. A tunnel screen with offensive linemen.
- 16:10Speaker 2: How about that? What a concept, right? Yeah, no, there
- 16:14Speaker 2: was some good schematic stuff that Mannion did to get
- 16:16Speaker 2: the ball out quickly, but Unfortunately, it was like few
- 16:19Speaker 2: and far between and I just faded away. It just
- 16:21Speaker 2: became the Eagles offense in the second half of run
- 16:24Speaker 2: to a brick wall, run to a brick wall, go
- 16:26Speaker 2: to third and long and complete a short pass and
- 16:29Speaker 2: then putt. That was unfortunate.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Yeah, there was the past target group. Lemon's touchdown was nice.
- 16:36Speaker 1: It was physical in the play.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Very good thing.
- 16:39Speaker 3: But I was expecting I know they're starting for backup.
- 16:42Speaker 3: They're playing for backup receivers.
- 16:43Speaker 1: I get that.
- 16:45Speaker 3: But you would want them to take this opportunity against
- 16:47Speaker 3: a terrible defense to shine a little bit more. And again,
- 16:53Speaker 3: McKee did not play well.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Right.
- 16:55Speaker 3: But the one positive takeaway is the pass pro was
- 16:58Speaker 3: really surprisingly good. You know, we went in not knowing
- 17:02Speaker 3: how Dickerson would play. And we we talked about how
- 17:06Speaker 3: they needed his size, getting Kendall back.
- 17:09Speaker 1: That helped.
- 17:10Speaker 3: So, yeah, they were more competent and the running game.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Until they had the throw because they didn't have a choice.
- 17:15Speaker 3: They were so far behind.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Right.
- 17:17Speaker 3: The running game was actually very effective. So there's some positives.
- 17:21Speaker 3: But there's so many players out. And we'll get to
- 17:24Speaker 3: defense later. I mean, Wicks with his ankle injury. Smitty
- 17:30Speaker 3: has had the same string problem since the first week
- 17:32Speaker 3: of August. Obviously, they could have won the game had
- 17:36Speaker 3: they had both guys.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Wicks has actually been a pretty good, nice surprise. Yeah.
- 17:40Speaker 1: But the backups did not. The quarterback. The backup receivers
- 17:44Speaker 1: did not get the job done, period, end of story. Absolutely.
- 17:47Speaker 2: One last thing on pass pro before we move on
- 17:49Speaker 2: to defense. I do want to take it with a
- 17:52Speaker 2: grain of salt because, A, we just talked about how
- 17:54Speaker 2: bad Dallas' defense is. Their pass rush isn't good. They
- 17:56Speaker 2: didn't come after the Eagles the way Jacksonville and Carolina.
- 18:00Speaker 2: They did not put the whole 6, 7, 8 guys
- 18:03Speaker 2: at the line of scrimmage, try to break down the
- 18:04Speaker 2: protection schemes. They kind of played it conservatively. Yeah. I'm
- 18:08Speaker 2: still not 100% sold that this pass pro is that good.
- 18:11Speaker 2: When they play the commanders, who will do all that
- 18:13Speaker 2: stuff at the line of scrimmage, we'll get a better
- 18:15Speaker 2: idea of whether they can block it up when they
- 18:17Speaker 2: don't exactly see it coming. Dallas was pretty telegraphic. They
- 18:20Speaker 2: felt comfortable.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Kudos to them.
- 18:22Speaker 2: They said, we're going to rush four mostly. Every once
- 18:24Speaker 2: in a while, Overshawn came on a blitz, but it
- 18:26Speaker 2: wasn't like anything crazy. He would just come up the
- 18:28Speaker 2: eight gap. They didn't do anything that would really, that
- 18:32Speaker 2: we've seen bother the Eagles in the past in terms
- 18:34Speaker 2: of breaking down or making offensive linemen not know where
- 18:38Speaker 2: the rush is coming from. So improvement there, but still
- 18:41Speaker 2: remains to be seen. So this hit me when I
- 18:44Speaker 2: was doing work around the house the other day and
- 18:46Speaker 2: trying to open up some boxes and cut some things
- 18:49Speaker 2: that I can never find the scissors or knives in
- 18:51Speaker 2: my house. And how great would it be if I
- 18:53Speaker 2: just had my own personal pocket knife that I had
- 18:57Speaker 2: on me all the time. And that's why I can't
- 19:00Speaker 2: wait to get my Benchmade knives. They've got this legendary
- 19:03Speaker 2: bug out knife. It's designed specifically as an everyday carry knife.
- 19:07Speaker 2: It's incredibly lightweight, but it doesn't feel cheap or flimsy.

- 19:25Speaker 2: to open and close. So whether you're using it around

- 20:38Speaker 2: In some places, this abundant local power is already helping
- 20:42Speaker 2: lower utility bills and creating jobs. But depending on where
- 20:46Speaker 2: you live, you may not have the option to choose

- 21:04Speaker 2: your energy options. Defense. I just, you know, I don't
- 21:08Speaker 2: know where to begin. I just, I don't understand. Like,
- 21:11Speaker 2: what happened to Cooper DeJean and Reek Woolen? Even Quinion
- 21:15Speaker 2: gave up a few, although he played well. I'm not
- 21:17Speaker 2: going to. not going to crap on him. I mean,
- 21:19Speaker 2: every once in a while, you're going.
- 21:20Speaker 1: To get hurt. I mean, he stayed, he, he left,
- 21:22Speaker 1: he came right back, you know?
- 21:23Speaker 2: Right. All right. How much money are they paying to
- 21:25Speaker 2: their two defensive tackles, Carter and Davis to sit there
- 21:28Speaker 2: and get no pass rush and get steamrolled in the
- 21:30Speaker 2: run game?
- 21:31Speaker 1: Like what is their run?
- 21:32Speaker 3: Their run fits were so embarrassingly bad and good job
- 21:35Speaker 3: by ESPN to show it.
- 21:38Speaker 1: The gaps that they gave up.
- 21:40Speaker 3: And then the, the linebackers running into, uh, Offensive lineman
- 21:45Speaker 3: and not getting the ball carrier.
- 21:47Speaker 1: It was hard to believe. Javante Williams is a nice story.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Not explosive at all.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Right.
- 21:51Speaker 1: He's a good back. Like his yards per carry.
- 21:54Speaker 3: It's misleading. He's decisive and he's got great vision. But nevertheless,
- 22:01Speaker 3: he looked good.
- 22:03Speaker 1: There was not one part of their defense that was effective.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Pass rush horrendous. Tackling horrendous. Gap control horrendous. Coverage horrendous.
- 22:12Speaker 3: The thing is, because they led for a majority of
- 22:15Speaker 3: the game, they didn't have to throw very much. But
- 22:18Speaker 3: when Dak had such time to throw the football, had
- 22:23Speaker 3: this game been closer, and remember, they put up 38.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Dallas could have put up 50.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Had Hurts played and the weather was perfect.
- 22:32Speaker 3: The first half was a fun, I know for the
- 22:33Speaker 3: Eagles fans, they weren't happy that the Eagles were down six,
- 22:35Speaker 3: but it was actually interesting because both defenses were horrendous.
- 22:39Speaker 1: And there was offense, and then.
- 22:43Speaker 3: Just defensively, and I'm interested to hear Fangio talk this week.
- 22:49Speaker 1: And he's usually very honest.
- 22:51Speaker 3: And he'll just say, when he takes a shot himself,
- 22:54Speaker 3: he'll say, you know, that was a terrible play call,
- 22:56Speaker 3: whatever the case may be. But as you said, trying
- 22:59Speaker 3: to figure out.
- 23:00Speaker 1: What they were trying to do. Because they gave up
- 23:03Speaker 1: so much space and the communication on the back end
- 23:06Speaker 1: was horrendous again. This is not the first time we've
- 23:08Speaker 1: seen this. Their communication is terrible in the back end. Terrible.
- 23:12Speaker 2: It was very bad. Surprisingly bad. And I'll tell you this.
- 23:15Speaker 2: You're right when you say it could have been worse
- 23:17Speaker 2: because I didn't think Prescott was very good in the
- 23:20Speaker 2: first half despite the fact that he had years to
- 23:24Speaker 2: throw the ball. I mean, he missed four or five throws.
- 23:27Speaker 2: that either a he normally makes or b.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Maybe kind of a year.
- 23:31Speaker 3: The lamb one i mean it can point it out
- 23:33Speaker 3: that's a touchdown like what yeah you're talking about the
- 23:37Speaker 3: one where he fell down right where he caught it
- 23:38Speaker 3: and fell and it would have.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Been a touch but the pat like dac was off yet.
- 23:44Speaker 3: He had so much time to throw it's just a
- 23:46Speaker 3: it was a very odd game yep to have so
- 23:48Speaker 3: many points for two two bad football teams 59 points
- 23:53Speaker 3: and there were so many there were so many points
- 23:55Speaker 3: left on the board but I just wish– I mean,
- 23:58Speaker 3: Javante Williams had a great game. This– Goodson, the backup,
- 24:03Speaker 3: who took over from Malik Davis, who's out for the season.
- 24:08Speaker 3: I mean, he had some quality runs. It's like, man,
- 24:10Speaker 3: they're making everybody look good in this game.
- 24:12Speaker 2: They really are. I don't– I was going to ask
- 24:15Speaker 2: you this because you may have seen ESPN talk about it.
- 24:18Speaker 2: It looked to me like the Cowboys ran some gap
- 24:20Speaker 2: in power. They were moving offensive linemen. And, you know,
- 24:23Speaker 2: we know they were throwing the extra offensive lineman, Broderick Jones,
- 24:26Speaker 2: on the field for a jumbo. package, but it seemed
- 24:28Speaker 2: to me that they had some success kind of pulling
- 24:31Speaker 2: and trapping guards and tackles and getting guys, those guys
- 24:34Speaker 2: out into not all the time, but every once in
- 24:37Speaker 2: a while I would see like a guard kind of,
- 24:38Speaker 2: or a tackle pull up the middle and clobber Jihad
- 24:42Speaker 2: Campbell and just create space because most of those runs
- 24:45Speaker 2: were right up the gut. Like you said, Williams isn't flashy.
- 24:48Speaker 2: He just gets downhill really quickly and then makes one
- 24:51Speaker 2: cut and he's off. And then he picked up yards.
- 24:54Speaker 3: The holes that he had, It was stunning to me,
- 24:58Speaker 3: and I'm interested when we do the Inside the Tape
- 25:01Speaker 3: show on defense, was it structural or was it the
- 25:06Speaker 3: Chicago Bears game when guys were playing hero ball?
- 25:09Speaker 1: Right.
- 25:10Speaker 3: When the Bears had 200-yard rushers in the first half
- 25:13Speaker 3: last year, was it Black Friday?
- 25:15Speaker 1: Yes.
- 25:16Speaker 3: Because I'm very interested to see whether they were doing
- 25:18Speaker 3: their job the way it was taught. By the way,
- 25:21Speaker 3: Vic will call them out if they weren't. And I
- 25:24Speaker 3: know the reporters will ask them what the hell happened.
- 25:27Speaker 3: And then Rick Wolin, it's just ball location, not good.
- 25:33Speaker 3: He's got, as we talked about when the Eagles signed him,
- 25:37Speaker 3: he has an issue throttling down because of the way
- 25:39Speaker 3: he's over 6'4. He has trouble doing that. All you
- 25:43Speaker 3: want to do is get him in it. You want
- 25:45Speaker 3: a receiver out of breaks quickly. He just can't stop
- 25:48Speaker 3: and start quickly. It's why usually tall corners, they drop
- 25:53Speaker 3: in the draft. But that's a problem. Because you have
- 25:57Speaker 3: to ask yourself on defense, right? And yes, Grenard played hard.
- 26:00Speaker 3: He didn't play a lot. And you look at it
- 26:06Speaker 3: and you say, okay, what do the Eagles do? What
- 26:09Speaker 3: did they do well on that side of the football
- 26:10Speaker 3: right now?
- 26:11Speaker 1: Anything?
- 26:13Speaker 2: No.
- 26:13Speaker 1: It's hard to believe, but that's.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Where they're at. And I'm a little surprised, given how
- 26:19Speaker 2: Vic has turned up the blitz rate the last two weeks,
- 26:22Speaker 2: that he's I don't know what the numbers are. We'll
- 26:25Speaker 2: find that out for inside the data and inside the tape.
- 26:28Speaker 2: But he did, even if his blitz level was over 20%,
- 26:31Speaker 2: it wasn't like anything like the last two weeks in
- 26:34Speaker 2: terms of bringing guys late, bringing guys from blindside, you know, dropping,
- 26:39Speaker 2: sending three, dropping two. He had some three-man rushes in there.
- 26:42Speaker 2: I was like, I don't understand this. You were blitzing
- 26:45Speaker 2: everybody the last two weeks. I get that Dallas's offense
- 26:48Speaker 2: came in struggling, but you're not stopping them right now.
- 26:51Speaker 2: You need to like, make something happen here. And it
- 26:55Speaker 2: just felt like then he didn't want to do that.
- 26:57Speaker 1: This is really interesting.
- 26:58Speaker 3: When we look at snap counts, this, I don't know
- 27:00Speaker 3: if this has happened since Ojomo became a starter.
- 27:05Speaker 1: So D tackle snaps, right? The Eagles had 68 snaps
- 27:08Speaker 1: on defense. Jalen Carter played 87%, 59 snaps, Jordan Davis,
- 27:11Speaker 1: 44 snaps, 65%. And Ojomo only 35, 51%. To the
- 27:21Speaker 1: point where, did Jomo get hurt? Well, he did.
- 27:24Speaker 2: He had that injury. Was it the last game? What's
- 27:26Speaker 2: the game where he was jumping off sides a little bit?
- 27:28Speaker 2: He got hurt. I think that was against the Panthers. Yeah,
- 27:31Speaker 2: he got hurt early. Bart Young played a lot.
- 27:34Speaker 1: He had 26 snaps, 38% of the snaps.
- 27:36Speaker 3: So Hunt didn't play a lot. He started, but he
- 27:40Speaker 3: only played 25 snaps, which is 37%.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Trotter, by the way. Campbell out-snapped him. Trotter. only played
- 27:49Speaker 1: 35% of snaps, which was 24. Yeah. Campbell, 37 snaps, 54%.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Kenny Moore, again, is their starting safety now. This is
- 27:59Speaker 1: another thing you can't know. Like, Fangio went from like, well,
- 28:03Speaker 1: maybe when he was asked about playing safety this season, well,
- 28:06Speaker 1: maybe later in the season, but it's not now.
- 28:09Speaker 2: Or maybe in two weeks.
- 28:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Things change.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Guys got hurt. And honestly, defensively, no, Joe almost had
- 28:16Speaker 1: a good season.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Until this game.
- 28:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:19Speaker 1: But there's no one's really playing other than a Jomo
- 28:23Speaker 1: Carter spotty games. Really good. Not so good. That's the
- 28:28Speaker 1: thing with Fangio right now. Who could he hang his
- 28:30Speaker 1: hat on? So to speak. Okay. This guy, I know
- 28:33Speaker 1: it's going to get the job done. Don't see it
- 28:35Speaker 1: right now. Yeah.
- 28:36Speaker 2: Not one single person. How, how many snaps to Grenard
- 28:40Speaker 2: wind up playing?
- 28:41Speaker 1: He didn't play a lot.
- 28:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:42Speaker 1: 29 snaps, 43%.
- 28:43Speaker 2: He clearly is not himself.
- 28:43Speaker 1: A complete non-factor. He's been hurt. Remember he had the
- 28:51Speaker 1: surgery last December. Yeah. Shoulder surgery, the pectoral strain, ankle injury.
- 28:58Speaker 1: He's nearing 30 years old, man. This is what happens sometimes.
- 29:02Speaker 1: And they're, they're just a mass unit, both sides of
- 29:04Speaker 1: the football. It's, it's hard to get through it, but defensively.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Right now, and they play Washington in Landover, Maryland, Sunday night.
- 29:14Speaker 3: Washington's coming off their bye without Terry McLaurin. Can you,
- 29:18Speaker 3: Can they beat a very average offensive line?
- 29:23Speaker 1: As you said, what's Vic going to do? He's trying
- 29:25Speaker 1: to bring more heat, but they're not getting home.
- 29:27Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, I don't know. I really don't. And, boy,
- 29:31Speaker 2: that Grenard, just going back to the Grenard for a second,
- 29:33Speaker 2: it's very rare that Howie– it's hard to even say
- 29:36Speaker 2: he made a mistake. It's just he's losing this. I mean,
- 29:38Speaker 2: not only did the Vikings are the vikings undefeated but
- 29:42Speaker 2: their defense has been incredible they're blitzing at the highest
- 29:44Speaker 2: rate you've ever seen in.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Your life yeah i mean.
- 29:48Speaker 2: They are feeling no ill effects of losing jonathan granard
- 29:51Speaker 2: meanwhile the eagles can't get him on the field i
- 29:52Speaker 2: mean it's it's a disaster i mean yeah you can't.
- 29:55Speaker 3: You can't that's not like he he as Vic talked
- 29:59Speaker 3: about it, he, he's lifting weights and he gets a
- 30:03Speaker 3: pec strain.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:04Speaker 1: And he gets an ankle injury. Right. What can you do?
- 30:06Speaker 1: What are you going to do?
- 30:08Speaker 2: No, the only thing you can kill him for is that,
- 30:10Speaker 2: I mean, the guy was, had a history of injuries and.
- 30:12Speaker 2: He did.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Lower body.
- 30:13Speaker 2: He pointed out when they traded for him. I remember
- 30:15Speaker 2: you saying that. I knew about the shoulder. I'd forgotten
- 30:17Speaker 2: that he had also had lower body injuries. And now
- 30:20Speaker 2: you're seeing what happens sometimes when you trade for a
- 30:21Speaker 2: player with an injury history.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, it's nobody's fault. It just happens. Yeah. It,
- 30:26Speaker 1: But the bottom line is their team, they've earned their
- 30:29Speaker 1: five losses in a row.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Yep.
- 30:32Speaker 3: And the thing that's so disappointing is that guys are
- 30:34Speaker 3: getting an opportunity to be– Ebba Keddie has been okay.
- 30:37Speaker 3: You know, Kenny Moore's playing. But, you know, Campbell is
- 30:42Speaker 3: a starter. He's not getting the job done like he
- 30:44Speaker 3: needs to. And it's– you have this favorable schedule here,
- 30:50Speaker 3: and they're not taking advantage of it.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Like, it's there for the taking. Washington's a bad football team.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Yep.
- 30:55Speaker 1: They're bad.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Poorly coached, too, unfortunately. I mean, I liked him.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Not good.
- 31:00Speaker 3: They're another team that doesn't do anything really, really well.
- 31:02Speaker 3: The quarterback's doing all he can. Yep.
- 31:06Speaker 1: And it's to the point, and they barely beat Washington
- 31:08Speaker 1: in Week 1. You just don't know. And being done with.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Defense now, the biggest disappointment to me in this game
- 31:15Speaker 3: was other than their defense was awful. But McKee had
- 31:19Speaker 3: such a wonderful opportunity against a terrible defense.
- 31:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:22Speaker 3: I know he's playing with backups at receiver. man, I
- 31:25Speaker 3: look forward to doing the inside of the tape show with,
- 31:27Speaker 3: with Cosell. Cause I really want to see.
- 31:31Speaker 1: What he meant.
- 31:31Speaker 3: And look, and you were at the game cause you
- 31:33Speaker 3: get that whole view and you saw it. I expected
- 31:38Speaker 3: way better from McKee. You could, you could make backups
- 31:42Speaker 3: look better when your quarterback plays better.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Sure. That's the point. I mean, yeah.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Look at the Niners up until they're lost to Atlanta.
- 31:47Speaker 2: They've had no wide receivers, but they've had a good
- 31:49Speaker 2: pass pro. They've had a running game. You know, I mean,
- 31:52Speaker 2: you just, Yeah, I'm disappointed. You got to drive the
- 31:56Speaker 2: ball a little bit more. You do have a first-round
- 32:00Speaker 2: pick at wide receiver who was having a nice game.
- 32:02Speaker 2: You do have a veteran Hollywood Brown. It's not like
- 32:04Speaker 2: you were with three rookie undrafted free agents, and one
- 32:07Speaker 2: of them who is an undrafted free agent, Cooper, has
- 32:09Speaker 2: been pretty good. He was invisible, too. They did not
- 32:11Speaker 2: try to get him involved in the game plan. Hey,
- 32:13Speaker 2: Philly fans, game day is stressful enough. Parking, traffic, long lines.
- 32:18Speaker 2: We've all been there, but when it comes to your cannabis...
- 32:21Speaker 2: Camden Apothecary makes it easy. This is the dispensary for
- 32:26Speaker 2: sports fans. Just minutes outside of Philly with plenty of
- 32:29Speaker 2: free parking. You'll be in and out fast. No hassle.
- 32:32Speaker 2: No waiting. And they don't just care about convenience. Camden
- 32:36Speaker 2: Apothecary is all about the guest experience. Their staff makes
- 32:40Speaker 2: sure you feel taken care of every time you walk in. Plus,
- 32:44Speaker 2: they carry only the best quality cannabis at the fairest price.
- 32:49Speaker 2: So whether you're stocking up for the tailgate, the watch party,
- 32:52Speaker 2: or celebrating a big win, you know you're getting the
- 32:55Speaker 2: good stuff without overpaying. They even show love to the
- 32:59Speaker 2: community with specials for fans, students, service members, and healthcare pros.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Camden Apothecary, top quality cannabis, great prices, and an experience
- 33:09Speaker 2: made for Philly fans 21 and up.
- 33:12Speaker 3: Now the question is, the question is, is are they
- 33:16Speaker 3: getting open? Because remember, your two starting receivers are out,
- 33:20Speaker 3: Smith and Wicks. They knew that going into the game.
- 33:22Speaker 3: By the way, as a backup quarterback, you're working a
- 33:25Speaker 3: lot with these guys.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Right.
- 33:28Speaker 3: So why can't you get them the ball? Now, you've
- 33:31Speaker 3: got a young quarterbacks coach from Parks Frazier who's never
- 33:34Speaker 3: run a room fully before. He's not been the guy
- 33:37Speaker 3: to run it as a quarterbacks coach. So technically, he's
- 33:40Speaker 3: really got to work on McKee. He's really got to work.
- 33:45Speaker 3: This is what we know about McKee. He's more talented
- 33:46Speaker 3: than he showed. but he's also for the naysayers on McKee.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Okay, you're getting what you felt that he was, just
- 33:54Speaker 1: a guy, just a backup guy with an arm, but
- 33:57Speaker 1: mechanical flaws, very inconsistent. And the thing that you're wasting
- 34:02Speaker 1: is really good pass protection.
- 34:05Speaker 3: And you can't, and you said it earlier, you nailed it.
- 34:10Speaker 3: Dallas gives up so much space and you can't take advantage.
- 34:14Speaker 3: You took advantage in the run game, Hell, if Saquon
- 34:17Speaker 3: was healthy, they might have.
- 34:18Speaker 1: Had 300 yards on the ground.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 34:19Speaker 1: And you know what's great? Jerry Jones, the 85-year-old general
- 34:22Speaker 1: manager owner, or 84. I don't want to get it wrong.
- 34:24Speaker 1: Maybe it's 84. But he was Mr. Oh, we have
- 34:27Speaker 1: to stop the run. We have to stop the run.
- 34:29Speaker 3: He trades for Kenny Clark. He trades for Quentin Williams,
- 34:33Speaker 3: trades away to the Niners, and they can't stop the run.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Good job, Jerry. Yeah.
- 34:39Speaker 2: There you go. Good job. Really rough.
- 34:41Speaker 1: All right.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Well, that's going to do it. We will, of course,
- 34:45Speaker 2: even in this short week, have this game covered completely
- 34:48Speaker 2: on both Inside the Birds, we'll have Inside the Data,
- 34:51Speaker 2: we'll have Inside the Tape, the Checo Daily, all of
- 34:54Speaker 2: our great regular– oh, Birds Weekly. I'm sure Derek Gunn
- 34:57Speaker 2: and our friend Barrett Brooks, his special guest, will have
- 35:00Speaker 2: a lot of great things to say. But that's going
- 35:02Speaker 2: to do it for this episode of the Inside the
- 35:04Speaker 2: Birds postgame show. For Adam Kaplan, I'm Jeff Mosher. Thanks
- 35:07Speaker 2: for watching on Inside the Birds. Be sure to check
