- 0:00You know, it's funny. Bitcoin teaches you a strange
- 0:03relationship with time. It's like the longer you hold
- 0:06it, the less rushed you feel. Hard block is built around that
- 0:11idea. Steady buying, clear fees, no
- 0:14pressure. If you're discovering Bitcoin,
- 0:16slowly, hard block makes that easy.
- 0:21Yeah, I see the world through an entirely different lens.
- 0:25It doesn't just give you confidence, but it gives you
- 0:28hope. Think like we're squandering our
- 0:32energy, our life force. So Bitcoin is changing that.
- 0:36For me, Bitcoin is like it's healing energy.
- 0:39It gives you a kind of of a Zen feeling, right?
- 0:46Well, rabble hole goes deep and deep and deep and the.
- 0:49Immortal words of the doors. The time to hesitate us through.
- 0:56Discover. Ruston, what's going on, man?
- 1:21DJ How we doing brother? How we doing?
- 1:26I had Harvey Burr on a couple of episodes ago, and it's just such
- 1:32a trip to hear the voice on the other end of a familiar voice,
- 1:38you know, on the other end of the mic.
- 1:41That is, is it? It's kind of almost a part of
- 1:46your daily ritual in, in in so many respects.
- 1:49I mean, you, you do the, the Bitcoin news show on your head
- 1:53of news, it's simply Bitcoin and you do this, this sort of 15
- 1:58minute news show, Daily News show, hyper bullish.
- 2:03I actually don't know how you do it every single day and maintain
- 2:07that level of energy. It's it's nuts, man.
- 2:11Well, I got to tell you, in clown world, it's kind of hard
- 2:14not to be bullish. Almost every single thing that
- 2:17comes out and it's wild now, right?
- 2:21We have the craziest bud ever. Epstein is Satoshi.
- 2:25Yeah, we had to put up with that.
- 2:27I remember when that came out, I was like, you gotta be fucking
- 2:29kidding me right now. We are in Goblin Town and then
- 2:33you drop. Now we got to fight this bud
- 2:35too. And then the normies.
- 2:38It's a hassle, but it is so exciting to like what you said
- 2:43there. To be a familiar voice to
- 2:45someone is completely wild and insane for for me to be that for
- 2:52you. Because never would have thought
- 2:54this would have taken shape and become what it is.
- 3:00But yeah. Yeah.
- 3:01To to be in the trenches fighting the FUD, delivering the
- 3:06news and head of news. It's kind of like funny, it's
- 3:09kind of a gag because my original title got struck down.
- 3:14Apparently it's frowned upon, has a bad connotation, but at
- 3:17least it was honest because like you said, we're hyper bullish.
- 3:21My original title was chief propagandist.
- 3:26You know, we always have a bullish Bitcoin twist, but
- 3:29corporate shot it down South Adam News is going to have to
- 3:35do. Well, you got to take what you
- 3:39can get right. I mean, Nico does like to toe
- 3:42the line as I I as off fair as as as I'm sure he's as bullishly
- 3:49regarded as as the lolly, you know yeah, he's yes, you know,
- 3:56he's got to do the do right now. I got to get I got to clear
- 4:00something up. It's it's just just dawned on me
- 4:03just then. So after arguably years of
- 4:08watching simply Bitcoin and hearing you speak, I'm like,
- 4:13where the fuck have I heard? I, I, I, I know there's got a,
- 4:18you know, there's I'm not I'm not saying that you're putting
- 4:21on an act like with the voice, but there's a tinge of Penguins
- 4:26of Madagascar in there. The the, the lead, the lead
- 4:30dude, you know, there's there's a line in the film because
- 4:34they've got their spin off movie from the movie Madagascar.
- 4:38And he's like, I find reasoning tedious and boring.
- 4:44We'll use force. Yes, absolutely.
- 4:49That's man, that that gets at the heart of what we were
- 4:52talking about a minute ago. It's like kind of how my show is
- 4:55is it's a little unhinged and things like that.
- 4:58And it's I, I find other things very boring.
- 5:02I listen to metal and like hardcore punk because love
- 5:06stories and everything. Sunshine and Roses is just
- 5:10fiction and it bores me. Something more honest and real.
- 5:15Even though there is the, you know, I try to have fun and
- 5:18joke. There is truth and there's a lot
- 5:21of little Nuggets sometimes we tuck in there to to fight the
- 5:25powers that be, but to be on the front lines in this thing with
- 5:30everybody and to just be in this moment is absolutely insane.
- 5:38I'm not think you were talking about how we came how we came to
- 5:41Bitcoin. And it's kind of like I just had
- 5:47to look at it because from 2008, I was finishing high school as
- 5:52Ron Paul campaign and the in the Fed and this stuff started and
- 5:56this is just coming out of the O 8 financial crisis.
- 6:00It was unfolding at that time and I was just very curious
- 6:03about this stuff. Got into Ron Paul, read in the
- 6:06Fed, got into Hayek and Macy's and those things.
- 6:13I was already a 80 year old boomer gold bug at like 19 and,
- 6:19and as far as my ethos and understanding Fiat money.
- 6:24So it wasn't until 20/20 though that I finally bought Bitcoin.
- 6:33First heard about it in 2013, thought it was just native to
- 6:38Silk Road, Didn't make the distinguishment that it was an
- 6:41independent, you know, they were using, you know, these types of
- 6:44things. So then when I looked again and
- 6:48it was March 2020, it was after it crashed, but it crashed to
- 6:51like 3000 at that time, which was like 100 X what it was in
- 7:002013. It might have been like 300 or
- 7:02something around that time. Yeah, I that was one of the.
- 7:08Is it the funniest day, coolest days?
- 7:10I don't know. It was pretty epic.
- 7:12I mean, Bitcoin Twitter was cool that day, shall we say.
- 7:19It was just knowing kind of what happened in O 8 and then knowing
- 7:25helicopter money is coming. And then you just spend a little
- 7:29time with Bitcoin and you understand its mathematical
- 7:32superiority to gold. And then also the ability to
- 7:37transfer that in 10 minutes anywhere on the planet.
- 7:40Like immediately it hit me like gold should be, if you took Jim
- 7:46Rickard's modern gold theory with international trade and
- 7:50energy and different things like that, you just plug in Bitcoin
- 7:54there, it all makes sense. And then say you mix in layered
- 7:58money, Nick Bhatia and those things.
- 8:01Then you can see where these stable coins and the kind of the
- 8:06Fiat side of that, the inflationary units paired with a
- 8:12deflationary store value unit, something that can be
- 8:16manipulated and silence versus something that you can never be
- 8:21censored. You see these two dueling
- 8:26narratives and worlds playing out and as time goes forward and
- 8:30on, you just keep getting pointed further and further
- 8:34toward Bitcoin, not only as an investment, but it's like a
- 8:37necessity in a world gone mad. That's that's kind of how it
- 8:41feels. A necessity in a world gone mad.
- 8:45It sounds so insane because it is effectively magic Internet
- 8:50money created by some anonymous dude that we don't know who it
- 8:54is. I mean, yeah, we can go check
- 8:55the code and and do all of those things, but ultimately this is a
- 9:01better idea than whatever the fuck's going on out there.
- 9:04Like this is kind of where we're at.
- 9:06It's that's clown world turned up to unfathomable volumes, you
- 9:13know? Absolutely.
- 9:17That's how you get promoted in clown world.
- 9:19I think that's what we've all learned in the recent weeks of
- 9:23how you get into different clubs.
- 9:25Things of that nature is to be the most vile, evil, disgusting,
- 9:30just scum of the earth. And you know, there's all that,
- 9:36that the Fiat, the connections there with materialism.
- 9:40It seems there is also this movement against materialism and
- 9:45towards sound. And that's also that comes from
- 9:49over time, your character is going to change based on the
- 9:52money you use. In a way, you you see this
- 9:56inflationary money, it leads to a change in social behavior
- 10:01amongst people. It makes them desperate.
- 10:02That's why you have the casino gulag.
- 10:05That's why you have only fans. That's why you have, you know,
- 10:10the big pharma and what they do. That's why you have to have
- 10:13glyphosate. It's built, not not built to
- 10:19last. It's just built for now.
- 10:21Whereas Bitcoin is built to last like 1000 years if nothing crazy
- 10:30happens. Well, it'll probably last longer
- 10:32than humans if if that's the case and the the cyborgs do take
- 10:36control as some some speculate. Yeah, we are.
- 10:43We are in interesting times, the perfect time for the Bitcoin
- 10:46standard to take hold and. I guess it's just.
- 10:53Oh, go ahead, go ahead. I was.
- 10:54Just going to say, I guess the thing that I mean, you're right
- 10:58about that those environmental, I guess almost like epigenetic
- 11:04type factors that that come into a civilization, a society from
- 11:10that, that that stem from, you know, the money and it will
- 11:16favour a certain more if the money is degenerate, it will
- 11:22favour more degenerate things as outcomes.
- 11:26And so the thing that I think is, is difficult for me to wrap
- 11:30my head around. And, you know, Jeff Booth does
- 11:33his best to be like, listen, you got to just opt out and just
- 11:35direct your energy elsewhere. But when you go directing your
- 11:39energy elsewhere, and then you just met with a wall of
- 11:41ignorance effectively, you know, you're like, I hear you
- 11:45complaining about all of the the the fucked up things that's
- 11:49going on in the world. But trust me, voting harder is
- 11:52not going to solve this. You have been around the block a
- 11:56few times. Surely you have recognized this,
- 12:00realized this by now. I have an idea.
- 12:04Can I show you something? It might take a little bit of
- 12:06time to get your head around. You got to read a couple of
- 12:08books maybe. Hell, you could probably get Guy
- 12:11Swan to read half of it for you. But my point is that it is there
- 12:15that there is a solution for you to, for you to you to turn your
- 12:19attention to and, and look into and, and you can get less
- 12:26degenerate outcomes, infinitely less degenerate outcomes.
- 12:30If you were to just direct some of your time and energy and
- 12:34attention to understanding this thing, which I guess is kind of
- 12:38what you're doing in your own, in your own way with the news
- 12:44show, is to try and deliver the orange pill in a way that might
- 12:49resonate with someone who thinks it's in and that nerd money for
- 12:54nerds, basically. Absolutely trying to connect
- 12:59with with like minded individuals, people like me that
- 13:03may be libertarians or came, you know, in that libertarian 08, a
- 13:11lot of people may have learned, even Siphedine said that he
- 13:14learned some Austrian economics from the likes of Peter Schiff
- 13:18and those guys. But you learn in studying the
- 13:21the the superiority the Bitcoin presents, but you also know the
- 13:26value thesis of bit of gold and why why it's doing what it's
- 13:31doing in times like this and Bitcoin always ends up running
- 13:36harder. And in times when 10s of
- 13:40trillions are being added to gold and silver Bitcoins, time
- 13:44will be coming soon and Peter Schiff will be humbled
- 13:48eventually. He's got his victory lap now
- 13:51though, the God bless him. You know, he's, he's certainly
- 13:55living it up, which is cool. Good to see.
- 14:00Yeah, he's got to enjoy his moment in the sun.
- 14:02He earned it. It took him 40.
- 14:06Oops. At our disposal and it's like a
- 14:12lot of people say, do you have more time or money if you if you
- 14:17don't have as much time and you've been holding gold your
- 14:19whole life, you know they they've got that whereas the the
- 14:23younger, the younger actors, millennials, zoomers, do you
- 14:28have a a superior savings tool that can make up for everything
- 14:32that was taken from you during stolen from you during your life
- 14:40thus far. There's one way to get it back
- 14:43that makes sense and it's it's easy and in a sense is the DC
- 14:48and not easy because right now you're seeing how people get
- 14:52lucky when Bitcoin falls 50% from its peak, but you doubled,
- 14:58you doubled down. You see what Michael Saylor is
- 15:01doing, making big buys down here.
- 15:04And on the flip side, it's just going to benefit everyone that
- 15:08much more when it comes around. Just like we're in a volatile
- 15:14world. Bitcoin is a scarce asset.
- 15:17It's going to move faster. It's going to move harder.
- 15:21These things are are natural. They're just providing better
- 15:25opportunities to accumulate Because when, when, when, say
- 15:32the nation states or the big institutions really start
- 15:35getting after this thing. Bitcoin doesn't announce itself.
- 15:39It reveals itself. Not in the moment you buy, but
- 15:42in the moment you stop thinking of it as a trade, start sensing
- 15:46it as a discovery. This episode is supported by
- 15:49Hard Block, an Australian Bitcoin exchange built for
- 15:52people finding Bitcoin in their own time, without pressure,
- 15:56without performance, without noise.
- 15:58Hard Block keeps the mechanics simple.
- 16:00Flat fees, no spreads, and a calm way to stack sats over time
- 16:05with DCA. And if you're still listening
- 16:07more than buying, there's a quiet place to learn over at
- 16:10Learn Hardblock com AU. If you've been listening to this
- 16:14pod for a while, you already know Bitcoin is something you
- 16:17discover. Hardblock helps you do it
- 16:19honestly. Use code Discovering Bitcoin all
- 16:22one word for $10 worth of free Bitcoin when signing up for a
- 16:25new fully verified account at Hardblock com AU.
- 16:29Yeah, man. Dropped out a little bit there,
- 16:32but I've got most of the gist of of what you were saying, and I'm
- 16:37totally right there with you. I mean, Alberto, who's been
- 16:41around the block a few times, you know?
- 16:43Oh yeah. Posted Love that.
- 16:46Handle he's he's one of the OG like you know Bitcoin Twitter
- 16:49folk that when I came in was like OK, this guy's making
- 16:53sense. I don't know who this Alberto is
- 16:55but he's he's saying things that that vibrate with me.
- 16:59But he made a post the other day basically just giving A roll
- 17:03call of of of Bitcoin obituaries and it was like 2013 Bitcoin is
- 17:09dead at 13 bucks, 2018 Bitcoin's dead at 3 thousand, 2022 Bitcoin
- 17:15is dead at 100 at 16,000, and then 2026 Bitcoin is dead at
- 17:2064,000 like. Bitcoin obituaries keep getting
- 17:24more expensive. Yeah, it's like, God, just look
- 17:29at the look at that data and, and try and make up your mind.
- 17:32You know, it's it's just a crazy, crazy dichotomy.
- 17:39And and there are, you know, it's hard not to feel like
- 17:42you're in a bubble, you know, like a little echo chamber.
- 17:45Although you best Bitcoin buddies and your Bitcoin content
- 17:49and you know your your, your Bitcoin trinkets and and
- 17:55everyone outside of that's just like, what the fuck are you
- 17:58talking about, man? Yeah, you're the creepy kid in
- 18:01the attic at Thanksgiving. We're like, come down, dinner's
- 18:04ready, you know, come show them your coin.
- 18:07Collection. Like fuck you buddy.
- 18:12No, it's just we are in the information arbitrage right now
- 18:17and it's so crazy. Like you'd think it would be,
- 18:20especially it would be a wider race to adopt amongst people
- 18:27after this inflation that we had since 2020 and things are still
- 18:32up 50, thirty, 20% in different goods and housing and inflation
- 18:37in different energy costs are insane.
- 18:41Yet people still, and that is like, I see Bitcoin's price is a
- 18:47notifier of the knowledge of the public that the Fed is just
- 18:51fucking them, you know. So when Bitcoin's price runs,
- 18:55we, we're, it's like a little bit of an awakening took place
- 18:58and more and more coming on board.
- 19:02But yeah, there's also the aspect of the benefit, the
- 19:06weaponization of a sense of a country or major institution
- 19:13could use Bitcoin in a sense as with aggressive accumulation
- 19:18according that wealth. But it could it, by allowing the
- 19:24state a mechanism 40 years down the road to in those debts, does
- 19:29it prolong the agony of the state that we're dwelling in
- 19:32now? Is it or will it force
- 19:36compliance in a sound money standard?
- 19:38It's just going to be interesting to see how it plays
- 19:41out. Yeah, it's definitely.
- 19:43And I mean, you're at the front lines in the narrative trench
- 19:47warfare, as we say, of all of this.
- 19:51You know, so you you were talking before how you were
- 19:54effectively primed to grok Bitcoin because you fell down
- 20:00the Austrian econ rabbit hole and the libertarian, you know?
- 20:06Canon long before Bitcoin. So you find this thing and I
- 20:14guess that makes a lot of those theories and discussions and
- 20:21writings a lot more practical. You bring them into the real
- 20:24world, which is what I. Yeah.
- 20:25Makes them actionable and proven because the tool is there to
- 20:29show it. Yeah, which is so crazy because
- 20:32you just had conjecture and then people screaming at Karl Marx
- 20:37and Keynes and screaming into the wilderness.
- 20:44Screaming into the wind and and it totally like when you when
- 20:48you read that stuff and I got to say I discovered all of that
- 20:52post Bitcoin. But I can imagine reading that
- 20:57stuff and thinking, great, now what I I can see that it's true.
- 21:03I can see that it it works, that's fantastic.
- 21:05But the reality is that I'm surrounded by leeches and ticks.
- 21:12Yeah, Fiat politicians. The only politician we knew at
- 21:15our time that ever talked about this was Ron Paul.
- 21:18Up until today we have Massey, Rand Paul.
- 21:21Seems like Ro Canna gets into some of that, but it is becoming
- 21:26a little I mean it's a mainstream topic the Fed
- 21:30inflation, the Fed chairman getting fired.
- 21:33This has never been discussed or talked about, but it just has to
- 21:38feel like this acceleration in in all these Bitcoin has had to
- 21:45have accelerated or, or pushed all of this forward.
- 21:49And to seeing how fraudulent the monetary system is in the
- 21:54promotion of it of Bitcoin from the various sides of the
- 21:59political aisle and spectrum or different countries and
- 22:05parliaments and representatives from all over the world coming
- 22:09around to see this as the solution to the major problem
- 22:14everyone is facing. And that is a centrally
- 22:18controlled, managed monetary system that leeches off the
- 22:22public to benefit the likes of the people you you probably read
- 22:27about in the in the Epstein files recently.
- 22:32I try not to give my energy to that, that despicable,
- 22:36disgusting information, but it's kind of hard not to when you
- 22:41realise, you know, the entire world and almost almost all, all
- 22:48of the culture that has made an impact, I guess, on the most,
- 22:56most people's lives from the music industry, the film
- 22:58industry, all that sort of stuff is, is run, it's created by
- 23:06fucking paedophiles. But anyway, that's, that's not
- 23:09really a road I want to, I want to go down.
- 23:13Tell me about that moment that you had all this information
- 23:18around Austrian economics, libertarianism, etcetera,
- 23:21volunteerism, and then you finally connect that dot and you
- 23:25plug it into this Bitcoin thing and that Bitcoin penny drops.
- 23:29Oh man, it was the man it was like hell.
- 23:34The this is this is insane. The the kind of knowing the
- 23:39future potential or understanding how that could
- 23:41work. Game theory out of the gate and
- 23:46those things. It was just like the helicopter
- 23:47money's coming. They're pumping out these the
- 23:52forcing people into different things and that nature kind of
- 23:57see when you know, like the Weimar cycle on those things,
- 24:03you know that each liquidity injection has to be multiples
- 24:06bigger than the last. So you knew 2008 and the stem
- 24:10useless tarp, all of that. It was going to be multiples
- 24:15bigger. And then also you had the fear
- 24:17campaign behind virus and those things, but you had repo markets
- 24:24doing what they've been doing now as well.
- 24:26So it was kind of like you can see that happening, but it's
- 24:31also do do they allow events to create the excuses to provide
- 24:35the solutions that they have to have.
- 24:38And you can just see the down and there's not going to be any
- 24:43way of putting that genie back in the bottle.
- 24:45They printed like 40% of the money supply over the course of
- 24:49a year or two. And now they're just trying to
- 24:54further intervene to fix the fuck ups of their past
- 24:59interventions. And the only answer they have is
- 25:02to print in the base the currency to in a, in a in a way
- 25:07inflate away the debt because it's so insurmountable.
- 25:11But at the same time, while this is happening and other countries
- 25:14know this and know you're feeble there, there's economic warfare
- 25:18taking place all around the globe.
- 25:21And whether it's been from bricks or the US moves and
- 25:26Venezuela and different things like that, different monetary
- 25:30regimes being upended, that eats away.
- 25:35So if you get a new person to eat up demand for Treasuries and
- 25:40the dollar, then these other people escaping the dollar like
- 25:44China and that it helps mitigate some of the damage and the the
- 25:49inflation. That's the same with the stable
- 25:51coin issuers. You see this happening now is
- 25:54yield curve control. And this is what it's like the
- 25:57the process of a of a country going bankrupt is just being
- 26:02followed to AT they just put different names on it.
- 26:05But it kind of felt like that was going to happen in 2020.
- 26:07And I I was, I mean, not not doing that great, just a teacher
- 26:13and coach, but I was deep into the weeds on this stuff.
- 26:17And I remember, yeah, I just, I couldn't sleep.
- 26:21I was reading everything because it was just it was.
- 26:23So you're full of so much hope because you see that this sound
- 26:29money future and that can there is a possibility of that
- 26:32happening and the this is the technology to push that forward.
- 26:39As long as you have central banks, you're going to continue
- 26:42to have A and you know the different thing, the money in
- 26:47politics and these items will occur and the revolving door
- 26:52continues no matter who you vote for.
- 26:54You get McCain, you're going to get war money printing and it
- 26:58seems like now pestilence and the rest.
- 27:02So what you can do is just short the state and long freedom and
- 27:10that's the biggest vote you could make is with your money.
- 27:15Haven't you heard that before? Vote with your money.
- 27:17Well, this is fucking head. It's staring us in the face and
- 27:22these people are they're, they're like one of those
- 27:27suicide bombers, but with, with the with our own country, They
- 27:31don't care. They sold out to the highest
- 27:34bidder, not even the highest bidder 7K.
- 27:36It'd do it for some people, but you know, this is the time we're
- 27:40living in. And if you want to at least have
- 27:43some claim and some say in your future, it seems like big and
- 27:49Bitcoin is that little light in the darkness.
- 27:52It would like it's almost without it.
- 27:54You're completely absorbed by this news and and everything
- 27:58around it. It's a complete black pill.
- 28:01And that's what I kind of had when I was, you know,
- 28:04libertarian and and those things was the other.
- 28:07Yeah, it's fucked. There's nothing we can do about
- 28:10it. And also what made me sick about
- 28:12libertarians is not even actually competing, just LAR
- 28:16ping. And that's what Ron Paul did.
- 28:18He said fine, fuck it, I'll run Republican and win 12 times.
- 28:22So until you you stop LAR ping and actually start competing,
- 28:27you don't have a lot of room to to critique these people because
- 28:32you're not competing against them.
- 28:34You're actually ostracizing and making it impossible for you to
- 28:37win. So it's just like doing whatever
- 28:40you can to wave some sort of some badge.
- 28:44But when, when you have all this happening, you do see a hopeful
- 28:50ending and and a benefit in holding sound money.
- 28:56And the understand that by not holding sound money, by taking
- 29:01part in this system, you're helping fuel the whole thing.
- 29:07And that the, the sad part is, is kind of the seeing the people
- 29:11that you do care, but not really coming around to it or just
- 29:13dismissing it when you knew it how beneficial it could, it
- 29:17could be for them. But volatility gets, and we're
- 29:21kind of trained right to buy, buy low, sell high.
- 29:25But that's how people get poor and traders get wrecked.
- 29:28Long term mindsets are where people benefit and generate
- 29:31wealth. And that's where ADCA strategy
- 29:34mitigates volatility and gives you all the benefits on the long
- 29:37end. So yeah, find that that that
- 29:41light in the darkness right now is Bitcoin, and the darkness is
- 29:48all brought forth by the state. That's totally true.
- 29:52Man, fuck those guys. They, they are just all, they're
- 29:56definitely all just asshole pedophiles that they can fuck
- 29:59themselves. Leonard E Reed talks about, you
- 30:05know, 1 improved unit where he's doing a, a, there's a video on
- 30:08YouTube, you can look it up. He dims the lights in a
- 30:11classroom and he just turns like the, it's almost like just at a
- 30:15photon level, this little tiny light.
- 30:18And you know, he talks about it being representative of an
- 30:22individual. And then another individual
- 30:25finds another individual finds another individual in a compound
- 30:28and eventually the lamp is able to illuminate the entire room
- 30:33against the darkness. And that's, that's the Bitcoin
- 30:37network. That's the adoption metaphor.
- 30:40I I like to think about a lot, you know, and, and the shows
- 30:44like yourself and I mean the whole suite of simply Bitcoin,
- 30:48you know, the, the whole, the whole enterprise is, is
- 30:53effectively one big orange peeling unit and.
- 30:58When you dive in, like you dive into the rabbit hole, you start
- 31:01looking online. Like for me, it was I was seeing
- 31:04every everything happening and I'm immediately like, this is
- 31:09the mark of the beast. Like what was happening with
- 31:12the, you know, Fauci and all that crap.
- 31:15And I was like, no way you guys can be doing this or taking this
- 31:20different things. And it was a teacher.
- 31:23So they were doing, you know, forcing masks on kids, all this
- 31:27different crazy stuff. That's so gross.
- 31:32Yeah, yeah, just complete madness and knowing none of that
- 31:36was. But when I was digging into
- 31:38Bitcoin and then when I got on Twitter, it was the discovery,
- 31:43Hey, there's this one group of people that fucking get it like
- 31:49everywhere, whether it's sound money, politics, big pharma,
- 31:55steak and eggs, sun in your balls.
- 31:58These people are like, how, how can they be like 20 for 20 like
- 32:02that? But it was like, this is the
- 32:05closest thing to that kind of Ron Paul revolution movement
- 32:11that has had, but it's on steroids and it's global.
- 32:14And there's also the the personal interest and benefit in
- 32:19the the game theory of adopting it and the benefit that that
- 32:24provides you the longer, longer you huddle and stay in.
- 32:30Yeah, it's just crazy. How has discovering Bitcoin
- 32:34changed you? Oh man, major ways.
- 32:42So I kind of had this, you know, I was teaching, coaching,
- 32:44getting burned out, all the different things, trying to
- 32:52apply for different jobs and media because I have that
- 32:55background in newspaper and a little broadcasting as well.
- 33:00But yeah, nothing would work. Worked for free.
- 33:05Ended up resigning because I just felt like if I'm going to,
- 33:08I got to go all in. If I'm going to, I'm going to
- 33:11land something here. So it took about a year and a
- 33:12half to two years before Jacob connected me with Nico, you
- 33:18know, and you got a year and a half to two years, no salary,
- 33:22grinding it out, trying to find a place, doing volunteer work
- 33:29helped get the publications and Bitcoin news going.
- 33:34Did research and news for Cafe Bitcoin back in the day and
- 33:41nothing was sticking or or providing a better opportunity
- 33:46shot down on a couple things then me and Nico connected and
- 33:51it's it's taken a while but yeah I'm in a better place than I I
- 33:57ever have been is and that's like on so many fronts because
- 34:02it kind of figure realized and this is what Bitcoin would do
- 34:06you take take stake and responsibility in your life.
- 34:10I man, I was AI was an alcoholic for probably had to be like 12
- 34:16years, but I was like super functioning, pretty healthy and
- 34:20all those things. But it was just, yeah, that was
- 34:24my way of coping with the black crew in a sense.
- 34:27And then when I got going, I kind of thought like I my
- 34:31personality and all these things.
- 34:34Well, I can't do like if I don't drink, then I'm not ever going
- 34:39to be able to do a show. I'm too, you know, too anxious
- 34:43or I'm, you know, different things like that, but then
- 34:47actually got sober coming up on three years March 14th.
- 34:52That's going to be awesome and man, the channel is taken off
- 34:59the show is taken off. My life is better on on all
- 35:04fronts got connected with God. Christ is king that it's kind of
- 35:11like learning to be humble and put things in perspective and
- 35:15you learn how to value the right things.
- 35:17And there's different Fiat poisons that are put in our
- 35:21lives and they get to different people.
- 35:24That's why they're put there to monetize sin in a way.
- 35:28And some people profit off of it.
- 35:33But when you rebalance those things and you start using sound
- 35:36money, you know, you, you try to maximize yourself and your life
- 35:42and you realize that, you know, maybe my life is going to get
- 35:46better. So maybe I should try to be
- 35:50healthy and do all these other things because I can be there
- 35:53for my kids or grandkids or my nieces, nephews, or to see this
- 35:59company maybe get passed down to somebody or, or whatever it may
- 36:03be. To see the world order
- 36:11rebalanced under a sound money standard, something as wild as
- 36:14that. But to, to believe that you're
- 36:21going to be able to take care of yourself and your family in the
- 36:24future or have the ability to do that is, is great.
- 36:27And then a lot of people, because they're stuck in the,
- 36:33the Fiat hamster wheel, they don't, they don't see that.
- 36:37So that's why they get caught up and they don't have time to look
- 36:40up or to go through the pain to, to get on the other side of it
- 36:45because they're so trapped. You know, they're paycheck to
- 36:48paycheck. What was it?
- 36:50It's like 75% of people don't, don't have $1000 in savings.
- 36:58It's something wild like that. Or to be able to handle a minor
- 37:04say to get their car fixed or something like that.
- 37:07But but you're told the economy is strong because of the stock
- 37:11market, which is just a bit benchmark for inflation.
- 37:16Yeah. So if you see that's up, that
- 37:19means inflation is actually higher than than the reporting.
- 37:24And they haven't even started to cut rates yet.
- 37:28And that's that's going to be the real upending of a lot of
- 37:32things. So yeah, just steady the course.
- 37:35And then when you when you have some these things for us, for
- 37:41me, I know it gets on me being being hounding the news 24/7.
- 37:47I got to unplug sometimes, especially with with the world
- 37:51the way it is today, because it's like, no, don't, don't fall
- 37:54into the darkness. But yeah, when you have that
- 38:00sound money that can benefit you in the future, you, you, you can
- 38:03plan and hope and, and that's, that's something a lot of people
- 38:09don't have. And if you don't just treat it
- 38:13as an investment, just keep learning and building and
- 38:18growing as an individual. You're going to grow in it as an
- 38:20individual in so many other ways.
- 38:22You'll be a better friend, better husband.
- 38:26You'll, you'll get humble, humbled, and maybe find Christ.
- 38:32There's all sorts of things that can happen.
- 38:34I've seen it. I've talked to so many people
- 38:39that found Christ or different things and that their journey to
- 38:44get back out of that hole kind of began with Bitcoin.
- 38:49It's kind of kind of crazy. It's, it's empowering.
- 38:52It's a beautiful thing. And that's, that's kind of
- 38:56something I try to do every day is to empower people through the
- 38:59tough times, even when it feels bearish or that hell fires
- 39:04raining down upon us. They can only, they can only
- 39:08rain that shit down for so long. And the Bitcoin is the most
- 39:12resilient monetary technology on the planet.
- 39:16So rain it down, give us cheap sets and fuck off.
- 39:24It's I I hear you, man. Yeah.
- 39:26And in in terms of that spiritual awakening coming to
- 39:32Christ, this is a safe space for that without a doubt.
- 39:36This is, I mean, it's it's almost documented on this, on
- 39:39this podcast over 150 odd episodes where you can hear the
- 39:43wheels turning in my brain and and talking to various guests
- 39:48and stuff and having them frame up all the stuff.
- 39:51It's, it's, it's quite, it's quite extraordinary.
- 39:55You know, I've been thinking about.
- 39:56That what is it? There's another like all these
- 39:59things become more visible over time.
- 40:01Everything we're seeing like how manipulate and you, but I think
- 40:05it's because you can see through the incentives or the veil it it
- 40:10because your foundations change. You're able to to notice and see
- 40:16different things your manipulations.
- 40:19Clarity. By the by the by the machine.
- 40:22Yeah, well, it's, it's putting sunlight on everything, you
- 40:25know, and it's the greatest disinfectant and it just just
- 40:29just banishes away all the bullshit.
- 40:32Not immediately by any stretch of the imagination.
- 40:35But I mean, you mentioned, you know, working in news media
- 40:40beforehand and having that kind of training and that, that, that
- 40:45insight and, you know, pivoting to teaching and all this sort of
- 40:50stuff. And in a Fiat world, because I,
- 40:52I know this first hand, I used to work in news media and all
- 40:58that, like in the Fiat kind of, you know, traditional legacy
- 41:01media. And man, it would get me down.
- 41:03It would just get me down. It was just a just an awful
- 41:07space to be in because you're constantly reporting on bullshit
- 41:11or, or, or something super tragic.
- 41:14And that actually if particularly if it was tragic,
- 41:16it meant that you had a, you know, a mildly interesting day.
- 41:21You know, I can remember the Fukushima totally, 100%.
- 41:26Yeah. A man it, it, it was it, Yeah.
- 41:30That the, the incentives of that is so fucked up.
- 41:33But I mean, you, you have to fall into that.
- 41:35I've noticed that even in in Bitcoin and stuff like price
- 41:38action is the thing that gets the eyeballs when you're talking
- 41:42about Bitcoin. If you dive straight into
- 41:44something that's a little bit more gentle, wholesome, possibly
- 41:52esoteric, I don't know, something that's not necessarily
- 41:54directly related to macro and to price, you know, most people
- 41:58kind of glaze over and they're like, oh, I don't know, man.
- 42:01But this is just the time that we're at.
- 42:04And I don't know if we'll ever get to A to a point in the world
- 42:07where our consciousness will be so evolved that we won't need
- 42:11that trivial shit anymore. Probably not.
- 42:15I don't know. Then maybe a cohort of us.
- 42:17But that's the same as it ever was, really.
- 42:22But yeah, finding your peace and your like your home.
- 42:31I suppose in that news media slash, even the teaching world,
- 42:36you would have walked in the classroom and there's just a
- 42:38bunch of disinterested kids. And then it would have all been
- 42:41compounded by the fact that the bureaucracy behind it, the
- 42:44administrative state behind the school would be like, well,
- 42:47we've got to allow them this safe space.
- 42:49So they've got to go online, you know, cushions and and bean bags
- 42:54and stuff because, you know, they find in math class
- 42:57stressful or whatever it is, and they just completely capitulate
- 43:02to these kids and don't give them any friction or attention
- 43:04to overcome. And you just you're just there.
- 43:07And I can imagine with all of your libertarian background,
- 43:10you're just like pulling your hair out going this is no, no,
- 43:13no, this is not how people get better like, and I don't.
- 43:17Know like maybe I can be like Ron Swanson, fight the fight the
- 43:21system from within. From within.
- 43:24That was a futile effort, that was.
- 43:26Because it beats you down, doesn't it?
- 43:28And, and and then you're just isolated.
- 43:30It's not like you can rock up to the, to the staff room and, and,
- 43:35and, and be yourself. You know, you've got to find
- 43:39that mask to put on and it's that's not sustainable.
- 43:44No, and it's the whole like it's rather than to be educated in
- 43:50the current system, it's more valuable for them to learn to be
- 43:55compliant that that seems what it's what it's all about.
- 43:58I'm not about that. I want them to be individuals,
- 44:01rugged individuals and think for themselves and stuff like that.
- 44:06That is not what public school is for.
- 44:10So I'm very glad, like now I can educate people that are a
- 44:15seeking it, wanting to, wanting to find out or have an interest
- 44:19in some fashion and, you know, make them laugh, give them the
- 44:24news and and try to do it as good as possible.
- 44:28Try to be the best at what I do and just try to bring it every
- 44:34day. Well, three times a week, but
- 44:38helping package other videos and material and that, but it's it's
- 44:43incredible, It's fun. This is a dream job, an
- 44:48opportunity for me and I'm thankful for it.
- 44:50I can, you know, all this stuff just never would have been.
- 44:55If I never would have went down the Bitcoin rabbit hole, I'd
- 45:00still be stuck in poor and state education.
- 45:04Now I'm stuck and I'm poor, but at least I'm living the dream.
- 45:08Baby. Here we go.
- 45:10You're doing it on your terms, man.
- 45:11This is the the difference. Freedom right versus wealth.
- 45:17There are some differences. Totally.
- 45:19You can't trade in. Some of those things are just
- 45:21intangible and and and way more valuable.
- 45:24This is a question I usually skip over.
- 45:27I have of late, but I don't know, I think I think I think it
- 45:30fits. What do you what what if?
- 45:33Let's see if I can rephrase this.
- 45:36What have you learned about yourself since discovering
- 45:40Bitcoin? Like this transformative effort?
- 45:44You know, how does how has Bitcoin changed you?
- 45:46It's like, well, it's done a 180 effectively it it's made you, I
- 45:51mean, look, you, you, you quit alcohol, you're coming up on
- 45:53three years. That's that's enormous.
- 45:55That alone is enormous. And then finding that peace with
- 46:00Christ, really dedicating yourself and leaning and locking
- 46:04into to your role simply Bitcoin, like all of these
- 46:08things. But in terms of I mean, did you
- 46:13think that you had that power within you?
- 46:14I don't I don't know, it sounds retarded.
- 46:16Maybe Tony Robbins ask, but you know what I'm saying.
- 46:20Yeah, I had a there was a tea and we we actually played
- 46:25football together back in high school and baseball and we were
- 46:29Co teachers at the school. And when I was kind of getting
- 46:32into this stuff and I was talking to him, he told me
- 46:34recently, thank you by the way, he's doing very well from those
- 46:39few years ago when he started buying Bitcoin.
- 46:43He loves the dips. He he's he's a heathen for the
- 46:46dips. Good guy.
- 46:48But I remember we were walking out one day and I sent him
- 46:51something. I was like, I think I could do
- 46:53that. He's like, what do you mean?
- 46:54He's like, I think I could do a podcast.
- 46:56He's like, I don't know, man, that don't don't like quit your
- 47:00job or anything, you know? And then it was in the summer,
- 47:05my wife coached softball and we were coaching a summer team.
- 47:10And every time we would come back to the hotel, in between
- 47:14games or days, I would catch up on the Bitcoin conference.
- 47:18And that was the one where Ross phoned in from jail.
- 47:21Calais. That was a crazy one. 22.
- 47:25And I was just watching it and I I told my wife, you know, I
- 47:31think one day I could speak at or maybe like, introduce the
- 47:38people at one of these things. And she was just calling.
- 47:42Yeah, maybe you could fuck, I don't know.
- 47:46But I kind of felt it better that it was a few months later
- 47:50that I resigned and just went on the journey and then got
- 47:55connected with Nico. And the rest is history.
- 47:57But yeah, that that did did have an inkling of a belief that it
- 48:03could have, but not not how it's played out.
- 48:08Yeah, it's, it's just, it's just funny to me that once you get
- 48:13that firm foundation of sound money, you know, under, under
- 48:16your belt, like maybe have a like some actual savings.
- 48:20And I guess you just, you develop the confidence to be
- 48:22like, all right, well, I can, you know, take a little bit more
- 48:27risk, go out on that risk curve a little bit.
- 48:30Because I mean, there's that mean that gets around, you know,
- 48:33Kermit during, during bull markets.
- 48:36And you know, those, those kind of like, you know, bitcoins up
- 48:3915% on the day or whatever. And he's, you know, your boss
- 48:43tells you you're late and he's kind of looking at, you know,
- 48:47like there there is an element of of that because you just
- 48:50think, well, if worse comes to worse, this.
- 48:53Shit anymore? Sell down a little portion of my
- 48:57stack and I don't know, I'll take a couple of months off and
- 49:00I'll find something better, you know, and it's not like that is
- 49:05so priceless that having that ability to like, that's fuck you
- 49:08money right there. Like, well, if you don't have
- 49:10the ability to say fuck you, man, you got to play the rules,
- 49:14You got to play the game. If the game sucks and the rules
- 49:16keep changing, you know, underneath you, you're going to
- 49:21have a bad time. But if the rules are stable and
- 49:25immutable and everybody has to play the same game, you can
- 49:31start to take a look around and think, all right, well, what can
- 49:35I? What am I good at?
- 49:36What can I contribute of value to people, to the world?
- 49:41And what, what do you enjoy doing?
- 49:43What would be the if you could go back and do things, what,
- 49:48what would you do? All of that.
- 49:51And it just, I, I always was kind of into the probably listen
- 49:57to Alex Jones since 2009 and people like that.
- 50:03I've always kind of listened to those guys that were, that were
- 50:09out there. But at the end of the day always
- 50:11seemed to be the most honest. But they were found.
- 50:15If anyone's being banned, you should probably go watch their
- 50:18show and see what, see what, see what they're saying.
- 50:23It's probably a good sign to follow, you know, that's getting
- 50:28to know and and watch and listen to Doctor Jack Cruz's stuff that
- 50:33that's been crazy. But you you have the time to
- 50:37reflect and look back and get this knowledge that isn't in a
- 50:41textbook and different things that's that's out in the world
- 50:46and you're better informed. You're probably going to be
- 50:52better maintained health wise. I, I just see that everywhere
- 50:55Bitcoiners are, are big carnivore keto people that
- 51:02places. I get like I went to the Alaska
- 51:04conference and they got up. We got up in like 5 in the
- 51:08morning, jogged a mile and jumped in glacier water and
- 51:12there were like 30-40 people doing it.
- 51:16So it's just a different outlook on life, it seems Bitcoiners
- 51:20have and I, I think as adoption spreads that that'll, that'll
- 51:28grow more and more people will have the time as they adopt to,
- 51:34to reflect and look at these different things, have the time
- 51:38to go get informed rather than being trapped in the Fiat rat
- 51:43race. Yeah, that's the thing, right?
- 51:46The time to be informed. I mean, you got to have the
- 51:49will, got to have Will, and you got to have curiosity.
- 51:52Those are two things that I think really aid a Bitcoiner
- 51:58into discovering this thing in the 1st place and diving down
- 52:01all those rabbit holes and you know.
- 52:04I also think too in Bitcoin you, you'll see like people from all
- 52:08different political spectrums. It's, it's easy, easy and
- 52:12obvious to kind of see the libertarian types, but how it
- 52:19crosses over because it's, it's part of the bigger issue, puts
- 52:23those other things aside. You see how minuscule and and
- 52:27petty these other things we talked about are in contrast.
- 52:33But it also feeds on to the old thing that freedom is popular.
- 52:39And that that's something that Bitcoin is infecting both houses
- 52:47in different parts of the globe with the freedom virus that's
- 52:50slowly growing. And I think we we could be on
- 52:57the precipice of not a golden age, but an orange age.
- 53:05I think so man. Quick break just to say, if
- 53:07you're enjoying the show and digging what you hear, please
- 53:10consider supporting discovering Bitcoin by shooting, boosting,
- 53:13sending, or zapping the show. Some stats.
- 53:16If you're listening via podcasting 2 point O apps such
- 53:19as Fountain, Pod Verse, or Breeze, it's easier done than
- 53:23said. All you got to do is tap the
- 53:25boost button or set an amount of sats to stream per minute while
- 53:29you're listening. Alternatively, if you want to
- 53:32ZAP me direct via lightning address, please send zaps and
- 53:36sats or zaps of sats in support of the show to discovering
- 53:41Bitcoin at primal.net. Thank you for listening and
- 53:45thank you for your support. I want to bring this in to land,
- 53:50but I normally I got 2 two final questions, but there's there's
- 53:55something that I've just been itching to itching to discuss
- 53:58with you and that is completely off topic here and completely
- 54:02self indulgent. But talk to me a little bit
- 54:05about what's your favorite heavy metal and and punk rock band.
- 54:12Oh man, if I just had to do what?
- 54:15I don't know, just just just open this can of worms for a
- 54:18minute. Metal.
- 54:20Oh man I love all sorts of stuff but couple of favorite would
- 54:25probably have to be like Slayer, Trivium Megadeth.
- 54:33OK, let's go off there for a SEC.
- 54:34So Slayer, I dig, Slayer I don't, I I never got into Slayer
- 54:39as much as anybody else and I think because I didn't really
- 54:43enjoy their lack of melody. Oh, definitely.
- 54:47It's just thrash, yeah. Whereas like Metallica at least
- 54:51had that sense of melody and you can say what you say.
- 54:54I mean, like, people like to take Metallica now and poke fun
- 54:57of them and Lars is a terrible drama and all that sort of
- 55:00stuff. I love Metallica too.
- 55:02Yeah, they can't. They're legends.
- 55:04And then, you know, there's the whole Megadeth, Dave Mustaine,
- 55:08like some of his lyrics back in the day in Rust in Peace and
- 55:10stuff like that. They're they're all time.
- 55:12They're they're fantastic. And to be able to play those
- 55:15guitar solos and singing at the same time, it's like, get the
- 55:19fuck out. Yeah, I think Dave might be the
- 55:23best. Just pure talent on guitar all
- 55:26time. One of them 1.
- 55:28Yeah, he's he's nuts. He's nuts.
- 55:31So like you're an old thrasher then from back in the day.
- 55:33I mean, are you a bit more I? Like that.
- 55:35I love Lamb of God, Slipknot, Trivium.
- 55:40What I really like now are these hardcore bands that have come
- 55:44out. They're killing it, like Knocked
- 55:47Loose, Code Orange, Kublai Khan, these.
- 55:53It's brutal, it's heavy, but it's a lot of fun.
- 55:57I'm going to have to look up Code Orange for obvious reasons.
- 56:02But punk bands, I'll probably have to, you know, Rancid.
- 56:09I love a newer band, Turnstile and Angel Dust.
- 56:19Fantastic. I love music.
- 56:21Yeah, man, it's just, it's just wild to me like a, there's a I,
- 56:29there's a band called Bleed from Within out of Scotland.
- 56:32Oh. Yeah, yeah.
- 56:34Have you seen them around? But they remind me of like early
- 56:38Slipknot a little bit. Oh yeah, they go hard.
- 56:42Oh yeah, I haven't seen. Some of them.
- 56:44Yeah, they there's those old kill switch engage videos from
- 56:48when they're playing in that the.
- 56:51End of heartache. Oh yeah, dude, what an epic
- 56:55that's like that. Was a.
- 56:56Good one. That's that's the best yeah man,
- 56:59it's it's and it's funny how I I would like those worlds to meet
- 57:03somewhere. I mean, they are kind of doing
- 57:05that in the value for value universe, but we just got to
- 57:09get, you know, I, I probably got to spend a bit more time in
- 57:13there. But I just find every time I go
- 57:17in there, there's like a Bitcoin song.
- 57:18There's some sort of like song that's been written, but it's
- 57:22got Bitcoin lyrics and just kind of it's like go write an actual
- 57:29song. Yeah, I don't know.
- 57:33Anyway, I just needed to get that off my chest and and and
- 57:37indulge a little bit on the on the music talk.
- 57:40Oh yeah, tons of good stuff coming, like Rob Zombie and
- 57:43Manson are going on tour, man. It's all coming back.
- 57:47The 2000s are coming back, that's for sure.
- 57:48Oh. New Lamb of God is on the way.
- 57:50The singles are great. Meshuga.
- 57:53You got time for Meshuga. Oh, Meshuga's epic, that's not
- 57:58for the faint of heart. It's not, but it's it's
- 58:02tremendous. It's tremendous.
- 58:03Oh, what's the 1 you? Came out a few weeks ago
- 58:06actually. I saw that too.
- 58:08Yeah, Maynard, I wonder if that means Tool's going to be coming
- 58:13soon. Dude, it took like 16 years or
- 58:16some shit between the last two albums.
- 58:20I'm pretty sure there's a track on the on the new Pussifer
- 58:25record and I think it's called 7.
- 58:27It's got this, the word 7 in it. And the lyrics, I don't know if
- 58:31you've ever listened to a lot of the Pussifer lyrics actually are
- 58:35incredibly insightful, like indigo children and stuff like
- 58:41that. They they really, you can put a
- 58:44Bitcoin lens over the top of them and, and you can be like,
- 58:47damn, is this, this is this guy from the future?
- 58:50Is he a Bitcoiner? Is he just completely prescient?
- 58:5471 is the name of the the track on the new Puss for album.
- 58:58Yeah, Maynard is like punk rock slash philosophy.
- 59:03Yeah, he's, he's a character. He's out of control, no doubt.
- 59:06What do you wish more people knew about Bitcoin?
- 59:14I would say that it is superior savings technology, anyone can
- 59:25use it. But if you just understood that.
- 59:31That doesn't sound cool man. That just sounds.
- 59:34What do we say? That doesn't sound sexy at all.
- 59:39Savings. What do I need savings for?
- 59:41I've got my credit card. Delinquencies are at an all time
- 59:45high. Let's keep going.
- 59:51Bitcoin is your greatest tool of defense against the state ran by
- 1:00:00pedophiles. Satanic elites.
- 1:00:03There we go. There you go.
- 1:00:08What does Bitcoin mean to you? Bitcoin at at the just at the
- 1:00:14root is just freedom, liberty, free will.
- 1:00:22Like there's this this certain like, you know, like God put us
- 1:00:27on the earth. Why do we have all these
- 1:00:28problems and different things. He allows you free will and
- 1:00:32that's what Bitcoin does as well.
- 1:00:34But the alternative system that's being formed, you don't
- 1:00:37have free will. You have to operate within the
- 1:00:40system. You go to the wrong protest, you
- 1:00:44ate too much meat that week and you make the wrong post, your
- 1:00:51money gets shut down or stipend did that.
- 1:00:55That's what the CBDC stablecoin future is, and it's convenient
- 1:01:02for them in a way to practice yield curve control.
- 1:01:09But it's just a slavery tokens. Bitcoin is the only money you'll
- 1:01:13be able to hold and move unmitigated anywhere whenever
- 1:01:18you need it, and it's going to continually grow in value
- 1:01:21against these other forms of Fiat.
- 1:01:25The state has to debase the money, otherwise it dies and
- 1:01:30defaults and Bitcoin goes to 10 million at minimum.
- 1:01:38There you go, That's it. That's all you need to know.
- 1:01:41Ruston. Thank you so much man, for
- 1:01:44spending some scarce time finite energy telling us the tale of
- 1:01:47how you discovered Bitcoin. It's been an honour and a
- 1:01:50pleasure. Dude, thanks brother.
- 1:01:52Heck yeah. Thanks for having me, man.
