Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the almost famous podcast with iHeartRadio.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Hey everybody, Bob getting here with super producer How the Monday?
- 0:08Speaker 2: We are here recapping Farmer Wants a Wife Season four,
- 0:12Speaker 2: episode five, where things get greasy. I think things get
- 0:18Speaker 2: a little bit good here.
- 0:19Speaker 3: Can you believe we're already on episode five? I cannot
- 0:24Speaker 3: feels like I just started. But yeah, episode five.
- 0:28Speaker 2: I know I'm not happy about it because I'll tell
- 0:30Speaker 2: you episode five means we're probably more than halfway to
- 0:35Speaker 2: the finish line. And I We've definitely really been loving this.
- 0:38Speaker 2: I've been loving this. I've been loving doing our recaps.
- 0:40Speaker 2: I've been loving talking about these episodes, interviewing stars from
- 0:44Speaker 2: the show. Yes, potentially setting up our own reunion show recap.
- 0:51Speaker 3: Yep pop, just putting people on the spot to hire
- 0:54Speaker 3: us do stuff.
- 0:55Speaker 2: I'm just saying. All I know is my good friend
- 0:57Speaker 2: Molly Walker told me she thinks that's a great idea.
- 1:00Speaker 2: So that's all I'm gonna say. You guys, take that
- 1:02Speaker 2: for what it's worth. But I I think she is
- 1:05Speaker 2: a very smart lady, and she knows that we love
- 1:08Speaker 2: this show and we love these people. I mean, I
- 1:10Speaker 2: will say I feel like talking to Carson was such
- 1:15Speaker 2: great insight into what we've already been saying, that these
- 1:19Speaker 2: are very sweet, very kind people that you know that
- 1:23Speaker 2: even Carson, who up until this point the show has
- 1:26Speaker 2: probably had experienced the most drama and the most tension
- 1:30Speaker 2: and the most I'm not here to make friends, you know,
- 1:33Speaker 2: type of moment, and she's still very kind to the
- 1:37Speaker 2: other the other coastars, very kind to the farmers. I
- 1:40Speaker 2: just think, you know, it just says a lot about
- 1:42Speaker 2: this show. I really do, very.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Sure does We're I love that you said most like
- 1:49Speaker 3: drama up until this point because this episode was tense.
- 1:53Speaker 3: I don't know how I'll say it other than yeah,
- 1:55Speaker 3: there was a lot of tension happening, specifically with Farmer Sean.
- 2:00Speaker 3: But I think if anything that we learned from talking
- 2:03Speaker 3: to Carson is she obviously doesn't know what was said
- 2:06Speaker 3: to Farmer Braden, so we are obviously gonna have to
- 2:10Speaker 3: talk to more people from that farm to kind.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Of figure out what was said.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Because she linked it back to a tension moment with
- 2:18Speaker 3: a dog and a grape, yeah, and confusion, But I
- 2:27Speaker 3: I don't really connect the dots on how that could
- 2:31Speaker 3: have led to her speaking badly about farmer Braiden, which
- 2:35Speaker 3: got back to him and we still don't know what
- 2:37Speaker 3: that is. It sounds like she didn't know either, so
- 2:40Speaker 3: we're definitely gonna have to do a little bit more
- 2:42Speaker 3: of an investigation into that. But this episode kicks off
- 2:46Speaker 3: with Kimberly, our host, saying that the farmers must send
- 2:50Speaker 3: home any ladies they are not feeling a connection with.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Who Starting the episode out that way makes us know
- 2:58Speaker 3: girls are going home, which is great because we just
- 3:00Speaker 3: had so many go home in the last episode. So,
- 3:05Speaker 3: you know, So we start out with farmer Sean and
- 3:10Speaker 3: he's taking the women to his family restaurant, the Gathering Table,
- 3:14Speaker 3: and he's assigning them roles to do for a lunch service,
- 3:19Speaker 3: just to see kind of, you know, how they act
- 3:22Speaker 3: in his day to day life. And we see him,
- 3:24Speaker 3: you know, he's really in his element, opening wine, talking
- 3:28Speaker 3: to customers.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Didn't look too busy.
- 3:31Speaker 2: In that rest Now. I think I think, you know,
- 3:34Speaker 2: I think it might have been a slower day, maybe
- 3:35Speaker 2: like a Monday.
- 3:36Speaker 3: It was kind of cracking me up because it was
- 3:39Speaker 3: like every time they panna over to show them like
- 3:42Speaker 3: looking hurried and doing stuff, I was like, there's like
- 3:45Speaker 3: two people in there like getting the getting the royal treatment.
- 3:50Speaker 1: They have the whole girls who.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Have never worked here. We don't see them do any
- 3:54Speaker 3: training whatsoever. He's like, you're the bartender.
- 3:57Speaker 2: It's like what, Yeah, actually, no one's like over there
- 4:01Speaker 2: like cotailing.
- 4:03Speaker 3: I also don't remember if I saw any food actually
- 4:06Speaker 3: get served or come out. I feel like we saw
- 4:09Speaker 3: them take orders and pour wine and poor water and
- 4:13Speaker 3: see people, but I don't know if I saw any
- 4:15Speaker 3: food get delivered.
- 4:17Speaker 1: But anyways, in.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Mind, seen somebody in the back of the kitchen. Okay,
- 4:20Speaker 2: so we're all in the front of the house. I mean,
- 4:22Speaker 2: if you've ever worked on the restaurant, folks, you know
- 4:23Speaker 2: the front of the house. In the back of the house.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Even though we're all working towards one goal, it is
- 4:27Speaker 2: a completely different world. And if you're in the back
- 4:29Speaker 2: of the house, you're behind the grill, you're getting messy,
- 4:32Speaker 2: you're going after it. That may have been a better test,
- 4:36Speaker 2: But just saying, you know, I used to work at
- 4:38Speaker 2: ben against guys, I have a very high standard.
- 4:40Speaker 3: Yeah, probably couldn't get those girls near an open flame
- 4:44Speaker 3: for hairspray. Well, I was going to say for safety
- 4:50Speaker 3: reasons or something they you know, couldn't probably put knives
- 4:53Speaker 3: in their hands or something.
- 4:54Speaker 1: I don't know, guys, I'm making this.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Up, but I would feel like they've probably just wanted
- 4:58Speaker 3: them to do little things. But this is where we
- 5:01Speaker 3: start to get the seed planted that the other women
- 5:05Speaker 3: are feeling frustrated by how much time Emily is getting.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Sean Now, time is such a funny phrase to use
- 5:14Speaker 3: on this show because it doesn't seem like anybody's getting time.
- 5:18Speaker 3: It seems like what they're really frustrated about is that
- 5:22Speaker 3: kiss from last week that she did on the racetrack
- 5:25Speaker 3: in the dark, that was very far away, that we
- 5:27Speaker 3: refuse to believe was ever noticeable to any of the women,
- 5:31Speaker 3: and that they even did about that, right, So just
- 5:35Speaker 3: call a spade a spade. If you're mad that she
- 5:38Speaker 3: got the kiss in, you're mad that she got the
- 5:40Speaker 3: kiss in. And so anyways, that's the seed that gets
- 5:43Speaker 3: planted at the beginning of the episode for us, and
- 5:46Speaker 3: really does flourish and grow throughout the episode.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Man like a bad rash, guys, Yeah, this one is
- 5:53Speaker 2: this one is like next level and I know we'll
- 5:55Speaker 2: get there, but this is the type of stuff that
- 5:57Speaker 2: bugs me. Right, like in real life, but also like
- 6:00Speaker 2: when you're watching the show and it's like how this
- 6:03Speaker 2: grows is like it's it's potentially really damaging, right because
- 6:10Speaker 2: he does have something really good going with Emily right now,
- 6:12Speaker 2: and they obviously have great chemistry with one another. But
- 6:17Speaker 2: somebody else gets in there and twist the screws a
- 6:19Speaker 2: little bit and takes a conversation and goes off the
- 6:21Speaker 2: rails whether it and creates their own little narrative and.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Say what I think it is.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Yes, I think it's a full blown editor producer fake out.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I think that that is the setup for the runner
- 6:36Speaker 3: up because they want you to get again emotionally invested
- 6:42Speaker 3: in the person that ends up not winning. And who
- 6:45Speaker 3: did we see very little camera time this episode Olivia,
- 6:51Speaker 3: who I think is actually the front runner. Olivia's Olivia
- 6:55Speaker 3: has been my pick, and there's something about their chemistry
- 6:59Speaker 3: that I haven't seen between him and Emily.
- 7:04Speaker 1: And I also think it's just a huge.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Huge spoiler for the audience if you're like, oh, yeah,
- 7:13Speaker 3: we knew he was choosing Emily based on all the
- 7:16Speaker 3: girls telling us he was choosing Emily in episode five,
- 7:20Speaker 3: So what's the what am I waiting for for the
- 7:22Speaker 3: build up, right, Well, yeah, when you're watching as a viewer,
- 7:26Speaker 3: you think, oh my gosh, it is Emily, it is Emily,
- 7:30Speaker 3: and you forget about that connection with Olivia. And then
- 7:33Speaker 3: we get to the finale and you have emotionally become
- 7:37Speaker 3: invested in Emily because you've seen her on your screen
- 7:40Speaker 3: so much. So we'll see you guys, if I'm right
- 7:45Speaker 3: or if I'm wrong.
- 7:46Speaker 1: But that's so.
- 7:47Speaker 2: I think this is a Franken edit, as we would
- 7:49Speaker 2: say in the business, where they maybe took something Rihanna
- 7:53Speaker 2: said in one.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Hundred percent, and we will get to that scene specifically. Yeah,
- 8:00Speaker 3: because I have I have some very I don't want
- 8:03Speaker 3: to ruin this for anybody. And again, Bob and I
- 8:06Speaker 3: don't know anything about how.
- 8:08Speaker 1: This show ends.
- 8:09Speaker 3: We do not work for Fox, like, we don't have
- 8:11Speaker 3: insider tips. I don't have anybody that in my life
- 8:16Speaker 3: that worked production on this season to even tell me
- 8:19Speaker 3: stuff like that. This is purely speculation on you know,
- 8:24Speaker 3: what we're watching and just having consumed a lot of
- 8:27Speaker 3: reality TV and worked on it. But we go to
- 8:30Speaker 3: farmer Braden's farm after that, if he's having the girls
- 8:33Speaker 3: move big ass bags of soybean seeds, like just take
- 8:39Speaker 3: those over there, dump them over there, Yeah, and just
- 8:44Speaker 3: working it. It's again, farmer wants a wife or does
- 8:48Speaker 3: farmer want free labor? I mean, I think it's more
- 8:50Speaker 3: of the free labor stuff that he's really.
- 8:53Speaker 1: The free labor.
- 8:55Speaker 3: It just cracks me up because it's like there's farming
- 8:58Speaker 3: activities that these girls could be doing that could be
- 9:01Speaker 3: more of like a date than actually makes them work.
- 9:05Speaker 3: But whatever, I just it's funny. And so we see
- 9:08Speaker 3: Skyler is really just like a frickin' pro.
- 9:12Speaker 1: She is throwing.
- 9:14Speaker 3: Bags and all the girls are like, whoa, you're good
- 9:16Speaker 3: at that, and she's like, well I'm a flower farmer,
- 9:18Speaker 3: so blah blah blah, and farmer Braden says he's also
- 9:23Speaker 3: feeling a connection with Casey. That's your sleeper pick for him,
- 9:29Speaker 3: that's who you think. But he then yes, yes, yes,
- 9:33Speaker 3: you're correct. So but then he says that in his interview,
- 9:37Speaker 3: but then he ends up pulling Cameron for a chat
- 9:40Speaker 3: and she's the like silly blonde one in his group,
- 9:44Speaker 3: and he's basically like, you know, I want to see
- 9:47Speaker 3: more than your silly side, Like I want to see
- 9:50Speaker 3: the real you and she opens up to him a
- 9:53Speaker 3: little bit by saying, you know, she didn't have a
- 9:56Speaker 3: good example of love growing up, so that's kind of
- 9:58Speaker 3: why it's hard for for her to show that vulnerable side.
- 10:02Speaker 3: But he, you know, appreciates that she even got that
- 10:06Speaker 3: far with him. So then we go over to farmer
- 10:09Speaker 3: Seawan's farm and Rihanna, she is wound up.
- 10:14Speaker 1: This girl, she's wound up.
- 10:16Speaker 3: She is. Immediately she goes to Emily and she confronts
- 10:22Speaker 3: her and she says, I think you're gonna win.
- 10:25Speaker 1: And one of them, it's very funny.
- 10:27Speaker 3: One of them says, I believe it's Emily says, our
- 10:31Speaker 3: mics are off.
- 10:34Speaker 2: They're never off, guys.
- 10:35Speaker 1: I want to tell you. I want to tell you.
- 10:38Speaker 3: I want to tell you, guys, the only time I
- 10:41Speaker 3: have ever witnessed them turning off mics. Only time is
- 10:47Speaker 3: when you say I'm going to the restroom, turn off
- 10:51Speaker 3: my microphone. And again, we've all heard bathroom noises on
- 10:57Speaker 3: shows at different times. That's because because people didn't ask
- 11:02Speaker 3: for their mics to be turned off, So you still
- 11:05Speaker 3: even have to ask for your mic to be turned
- 11:07Speaker 3: off when you go to the bathroom. I don't even
- 11:10Speaker 3: want to explain to people because it's too visual about
- 11:13Speaker 3: what the sound engineer looks like on a set, especially
- 11:17Speaker 3: with all these microphonesp knows it's a big switchboard that
- 11:22Speaker 3: they kind of have. It's not switchboard, but it's like, yes,
- 11:26Speaker 3: I was just going to say, it's a thing that
- 11:27Speaker 3: they wear on straps over their chest and they have
- 11:31Speaker 3: a big thing of.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Knobs in front of them.
- 11:34Speaker 3: And these guys I've been on shows where people have
- 11:38Speaker 3: jumped into the pool or whatever with their microphones on.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Those guys are the first ones to go crazy. It's
- 11:44Speaker 3: just like, because that microphone is dead, you know, so.
- 11:48Speaker 2: You do what I wanted my microphone off. I unplugged it.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Future reality contestants or that ever want your mic off
- 12:00Speaker 2: and plug it. It's so easy.
- 12:02Speaker 3: But if but if you unplug your mic and you're
- 12:05Speaker 3: talking to somebody miked, you're still so o.
- 12:08Speaker 1: L because we've all seen interested, you know exactly.
- 12:17Speaker 3: We've all seen that trick too on reality TV where
- 12:20Speaker 3: somebody says pulls off the mic, pack says I'm done,
- 12:23Speaker 3: I'm not doing it, and then what do they do.
- 12:25Speaker 1: They send a producer in there to talk.
- 12:28Speaker 3: But you they don't realize that the producer is miked,
- 12:31Speaker 3: and they're going to use the producer's audio.
- 12:33Speaker 1: So there's a lot of tricks.
- 12:35Speaker 3: But when those girls, one of them said our mics
- 12:38Speaker 3: are off, I wanted to be like, oh, four things,
- 12:41Speaker 3: it's absolutely not off.
- 12:42Speaker 2: And so in fact, at home, I just turned it up,
- 12:46Speaker 2: you know.
- 12:48Speaker 3: So they shoot them in a very strange way. The
- 12:50Speaker 3: cameras are all very shaky, shaky when they're doing that,
- 12:54Speaker 3: which I think is just a big show because I'll
- 12:58Speaker 3: say this, and just was sitting by herself at a
- 13:02Speaker 3: table and then all the other girls were sitting around
- 13:05Speaker 3: a bonfire about ten feet away, uh, within an eye
- 13:10Speaker 3: distance to be able to be like, oh, look, they're
- 13:13Speaker 3: talking over there.
- 13:18Speaker 1: So it was a little well, too on the nose
- 13:22Speaker 1: for me.
- 13:23Speaker 3: But but what I noticed about this conversation is the
- 13:28Speaker 3: shakiness of the camera allows us to hear very clear audio,
- 13:35Speaker 3: but we're not getting a whole lot of nice close
- 13:38Speaker 3: up shots of people's mouths people, And when you don't
- 13:41Speaker 3: see the mouth moving, it means it wasn't said in
- 13:46Speaker 3: that moment. So it doesn't mean it wasn't said, but
- 13:49Speaker 3: it wasn't said in that conversation. Because if you have
- 13:53Speaker 3: camera coverage on a conversation that is happening. You're showing
- 13:58Speaker 3: it when you're cutting to a shot of somebody staring
- 14:01Speaker 3: at somebody else and you're hearing the other person talk
- 14:04Speaker 3: off camera. That's because that conversation didn't happen that way,
- 14:09Speaker 3: and so we're overhearing. You know. Emily's saying that she's
- 14:14Speaker 3: not sure that she's winning this competition, and she kind
- 14:18Speaker 3: of keeps reassuring Rihanna, saying like, I don't I don't
- 14:21Speaker 3: think that, you know, I think we have a connection,
- 14:23Speaker 3: but who knows, like who's gonna end up being dad.
- 14:26Speaker 2: She even says she's like, I feel like all the
- 14:28Speaker 2: girls have a different type of connection with him. And
- 14:32Speaker 2: I think I think that says a lot. I mean,
- 14:33Speaker 2: I really do think Emily is very it seems very sweet,
- 14:37Speaker 2: and I it's it's this is like a bomber of
- 14:39Speaker 2: a moment when it gets turned into this thing where
- 14:42Speaker 2: Rihanna comes back and says, you know, oh, well, Emily
- 14:45Speaker 2: just told me that, you know, he's told her she's
- 14:48Speaker 2: going to be winning that well, actually she doesn't say that.
- 14:50Speaker 2: She says, Emily tells me she thinks she's winning this thing,
- 14:53Speaker 2: and then it turns into like a really bad game
- 14:55Speaker 2: of telephone because next thing, you know, Macy's like apparently
- 14:59Speaker 2: Sean told her she's winning. Yeah, and I remember a
- 15:03Speaker 2: period of time from the Bachelor era where people would
- 15:05Speaker 2: be like winning like that was almost like a bad
- 15:08Speaker 2: like winning like it's a competition. We're here to find love, Okay,
- 15:12Speaker 2: is it is?
- 15:13Speaker 1: It is a competition, guys.
- 15:15Speaker 3: These are these are dating game shows. If you want
- 15:20Speaker 3: to get really specific, Yeah, no, you're right, it is
- 15:24Speaker 3: a bad game of telephone. And it made me think,
- 15:28Speaker 3: I don't know, go with me here for a second.
- 15:30Speaker 2: All right.
- 15:31Speaker 3: The Carson conversation that ultimately led to her demise happened
- 15:36Speaker 3: off camera. Yeah, we didn't get any sort of follow up.
- 15:40Speaker 3: We didn't get any you know, anything but breadcrumbs. We
- 15:43Speaker 3: never knew what was said. This made me feel like
- 15:50Speaker 3: another conversation happened off camera and producers were like, no,
- 15:56Speaker 3: we need to we need to recreate, we need to
- 16:00Speaker 3: make this happen again. And so it felt very pointed,
- 16:05Speaker 3: you know what I mean, Like the fact that Rihanna
- 16:08Speaker 3: went in there with like a very clear motive made
- 16:12Speaker 3: me almost feel like we've been here before.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Like we've had this, like you actually.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Did tell me this, like when cameras weren't rolling, So
- 16:22Speaker 3: now you're gonna tell me again, And that's that's what
- 16:27Speaker 3: it was kind of giving me. It was kind of
- 16:29Speaker 3: giving like maybe we were having pillow talk the other
- 16:32Speaker 3: night as girls, and you said, well, he kind of
- 16:35Speaker 3: already told me that I'm going to the finals, you know,
- 16:39Speaker 3: and not thinking again, not thinking cameras aren't around. This
- 16:44Speaker 3: isn't gonna ever come back and bite me. That's just
- 16:49Speaker 3: that's just a theory I have. I also think that
- 16:52Speaker 3: this could just be a completely fabricated moment to stir
- 16:55Speaker 3: up drama, and a producer may be chirped in Rihanna's
- 16:59Speaker 3: ear and got.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Her hyped up, because she.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Keeps getting hyped up even all the way up until
- 17:06Speaker 3: her exit on this episode. So Sean comes up and
- 17:10Speaker 3: he kind of interrupts the conversation and Rihanna leaves right away,
- 17:14Speaker 3: which I thought was interesting. And she immediately goes, you know,
- 17:18Speaker 3: to the women and like you said, basically says that
- 17:23Speaker 3: it's already been decided is the word that she uses.
- 17:27Speaker 3: And Macy feels very hurt by this. So then we
- 17:31Speaker 3: bounce over to Farmer Brett's farm maybe the best farm,
- 17:37Speaker 3: maybe the best farm in the group, in the group, the.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Farm where you'd like to spend your days.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Oh, I don't know if I want to spend my
- 17:44Speaker 3: dates there. If you know what I would want? Watching
- 17:49Speaker 3: that man chop wood, I could. I I reposted a
- 17:54Speaker 3: video of him chopping wood. It was a clip and
- 17:57Speaker 3: I said, I said, why is this you an hour long?
- 18:02Speaker 2: Because I'm just and it's why is it on repeats?
- 18:06Speaker 1: So weird? How that happened? Farmer Brett.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Uh So, he's down already to his final three women.
- 18:14Speaker 3: He's got Quinn, he's got Hannah, and he's got Sofia,
- 18:18Speaker 3: and so you know, he pulls Sofia for a chat
- 18:22Speaker 3: and she asks kind of where his head's at. And
- 18:26Speaker 3: she says she likes his cabin because it reminds her
- 18:28Speaker 3: of camping when she.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Was a kid.
- 18:30Speaker 3: And she goes on and on in her one on
- 18:33Speaker 3: one interview with a producer after basically saying that her
- 18:36Speaker 3: and Farmer Brett, you know, she feels something like that
- 18:40Speaker 3: they have the same morals and values and all this stuff.
- 18:43Speaker 1: And I'm thinking, well, we didn't see any of that.
- 18:47Speaker 2: No, conversation.
- 18:50Speaker 1: I just would rather be like, dude's hot mustache is hot.
- 18:56Speaker 1: I'm here.
- 18:57Speaker 3: I'm here for that, you know, and just see. But anyways,
- 19:00Speaker 3: I don't know it's it. I'm sorry, Sophia, I said
- 19:05Speaker 3: it last week, like you're not final too, Like.
- 19:08Speaker 2: You don't think so she's a file. You think it's
- 19:10Speaker 2: gonna be Hannah and Quinn.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Hell, yeah, it's Hannah and Quinn. And I can't tell
- 19:15Speaker 3: which one they're getting me more emotionally invested in to
- 19:17Speaker 3: break my heart over because I genuinely like both of them.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Actually no, actually no, I do have it. I will
- 19:25Speaker 3: get to it. But I do know who the front
- 19:27Speaker 3: runner is. I do and what after watching this I
- 19:30Speaker 3: do know. Okay, So then farmer Brandon's farm, he pulls
- 19:37Speaker 3: Cassie for a chat.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Your girls.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it's Casey. I think Casey.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Shoot, sorry, guys, Casey, Cassie. There's so many there's another
- 19:49Speaker 3: like there's a lot going on on on the cast
- 19:52Speaker 3: of the women. And I noted he has his hand
- 19:57Speaker 3: on her knee while she talked. And that is a
- 20:02Speaker 3: really good sign, Bob for you that you've got a
- 20:04Speaker 3: winner there, because I really.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Think that because these men are much more.
- 20:12Speaker 3: Action over words kind of guys for the most part,
- 20:16Speaker 3: minus farmer Sean because he really loves to use words
- 20:20Speaker 3: and kiss. I would say that the body language really
- 20:24Speaker 3: is a telling sign, I think for Farmer Braden and
- 20:28Speaker 3: Farmer Brett. So I think that you're onto something with
- 20:31Speaker 3: those two. Because he also says that she makes him
- 20:34Speaker 3: nervous and he wants to reassure her that, you know,
- 20:40Speaker 3: he's happy that she's there and they haven't gotten a
- 20:45Speaker 3: date yet, but that's like he still likes, I'm into you,
- 20:48Speaker 3: I'm into you, which.
- 20:49Speaker 2: Is interesting to me too, But he says that because
- 20:52Speaker 2: I guess because I've been thinking that she's my front
- 20:54Speaker 2: runner this whole time because of just they're my little interactions.
- 20:58Speaker 2: I kind of forgot they hadn't had a date.
- 21:00Speaker 3: I mean, I know there's a couple of them where
- 21:03Speaker 3: I was like, you haven't taken that girl on a
- 21:05Speaker 3: date yet, Like you really like her though, I can tell.
- 21:10Speaker 3: So they're they're looking really cute, and she says that
- 21:12Speaker 3: she's kind of like got a crush on him, so
- 21:15Speaker 3: that's cute. And then we go back to the drama
- 21:17Speaker 3: drama at Sean's farm and he can tell that there's
- 21:23Speaker 3: tension with the women, and he asks, you know, do
- 21:26Speaker 3: any of you want to bring anything up?
- 21:29Speaker 1: And Macy's like, yeah, me, I mean, let's go. Let's go.
- 21:33Speaker 1: And it's like this has got to be like.
- 21:35Speaker 3: The fifth time Macy has pulled him for a chat
- 21:38Speaker 3: at least. Uh, And she tells him, you know, she's
- 21:41Speaker 3: heard about the Emily thing and that she's the final pick.
- 21:45Speaker 1: And Sean is like, well, his.
- 21:48Speaker 2: Version and her version of events is that Emily's told
- 21:51Speaker 2: us all, yes, she's your final pick. It's like, you
- 21:55Speaker 2: haven't talked to Emily yet, Okay, exactly. Yeah. I gave
- 22:00Speaker 2: a telephone where it just gets me to the point
- 22:01Speaker 2: where I'm like, oh my god.
- 22:03Speaker 3: So confident though not even asking him in a question,
- 22:07Speaker 3: who's your final Do you have your mind made up?
- 22:10Speaker 3: It's like I already know that Emily is in your
- 22:13Speaker 3: final Like we already know this, we all know this already.
- 22:16Speaker 1: She's just very.
- 22:17Speaker 3: Straightforward about it, and you know, he basically is like,
- 22:23Speaker 3: I've not made up my mind and I kind of
- 22:26Speaker 3: don't like that you don't trust me in like what
- 22:30Speaker 3: I'm saying. And she's just like, yeah, I can't stay
- 22:34Speaker 3: and she's got to go, and so she leaves, and
- 22:37Speaker 3: she's kind of emotional and he's like a little caught
- 22:40Speaker 3: off guard by her being like, yeah, deuces, like I'm done.
- 22:46Speaker 2: Part of it too, I think at this point is
- 22:49Speaker 2: it is interesting because Macy has been and she's adorable
- 22:55Speaker 2: and I but she has been challenged on this show, right,
- 23:00Speaker 2: Staying this long has been a huge accomplishment. Not kills
- 23:05Speaker 2: the guy's not into her, but because she's just her
- 23:07Speaker 2: mind has just taken her places that that you know
- 23:11Speaker 2: doesn't work.
- 23:12Speaker 1: I say this with love and affection.
- 23:16Speaker 3: You are an anxious attachment and I say that from
- 23:19Speaker 3: speaking of experience, and I want you and I to
- 23:24Speaker 3: become more secure in this journey and have a secure
- 23:28Speaker 3: attachment style.
- 23:29Speaker 1: And yeah, I really was.
- 23:32Speaker 3: It was hurting my soul to kind of watch you
- 23:34Speaker 3: keep spiraling over different things. So I think it takes
- 23:37Speaker 3: a lot of courage to be like, you know, I'm done,
- 23:41Speaker 3: like this isn't for me, bye bye.
- 23:44Speaker 2: It was a good moment for her because she kind
- 23:45Speaker 2: of re she took back control of her her, She
- 23:50Speaker 2: took the.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Power, you know, for sure, for sure. So then we're
- 24:05Speaker 3: back on Farmer Bread's farm, and he pulls Twin to
- 24:11Speaker 3: go on a walk, and he says he's like, he's
- 24:15Speaker 3: like rambling a little, and then he goes, O, can't
- 24:18Speaker 3: I really like you?
- 24:19Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, yeah, yeah.
- 24:24Speaker 2: Were you kind of like were you thinking of yourself
- 24:26Speaker 2: in that moment?
- 24:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I was looking at Quinn being like that could
- 24:30Speaker 3: be me, no farm bread, I.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Mean, sorry, I'm trying to take notes.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Farmer Brett is too young for me, but he.
- 24:40Speaker 3: Is very handsome, and I really do love his moments
- 24:45Speaker 3: and glimmers we get of his silly side, and they
- 24:49Speaker 3: are so.
- 24:50Speaker 1: I don't want to say they're few and far between,
- 24:52Speaker 1: but they.
- 24:55Speaker 3: They're not consistent, like we're getting them every you know,
- 25:00Speaker 3: every time we go over to his farm. And so
- 25:02Speaker 3: when I do get them, I think that they're so
- 25:05Speaker 3: funny because it gives him dimension to me. And I
- 25:09Speaker 3: will say that not all the farmers give me dimension
- 25:13Speaker 3: like he does. And so what I wrote here is
- 25:17Speaker 3: that I'm looking at Quinn and I'm like, who does
- 25:21Speaker 3: she remind me of? Who?
- 25:23Speaker 1: Do you think? Before I say it out loud, hold.
- 25:26Speaker 2: On, hold on, let me pull it up.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you a huge clue. It's somebody from
- 25:30Speaker 1: Bachelor Nation.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Okay, is it uh Dean? And oh Kaylinklin? No, no, oh,
- 25:41Speaker 2: it's Kaitlin, thank.
- 25:43Speaker 3: You, it's Kitlyn.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Bristow's like collickt for me.
- 25:48Speaker 3: When I'm watching it, I'm like, why is she so
- 25:51Speaker 3: stinking cute?
- 25:53Speaker 1: And then I'm like, oh my god.
- 25:54Speaker 3: Her teeth kind of remind me of Caaitlyn, her smile
- 25:58Speaker 3: reminds me of Katelyin Alligh.
- 26:00Speaker 2: It's back at it and I'm like, oh my god,
- 26:01Speaker 2: that's Caitlyn.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Yeah, isn't that crazy.
- 26:03Speaker 3: I was literally watching and I'm like, you're k And
- 26:06Speaker 3: she's goofy as hell like Caitlyn too, which I actually love.
- 26:12Speaker 1: And I've said this before, Caitlyn is.
- 26:14Speaker 3: My favorite bachelorette of all time, Like, absolutely love Caitlyn Burristow.
- 26:20Speaker 3: So yes that maybe that's why I have a real
- 26:22Speaker 3: soft spot for Quinn and like, what's happening here?
- 26:26Speaker 1: But they basically talk about that they.
- 26:28Speaker 3: Have like their love for intense eye contact and he
- 26:32Speaker 3: tells her, you know, he really likes her and he's
- 26:34Speaker 3: excited about her and it just took him a while
- 26:37Speaker 3: to show it. And then they hug and this was
- 26:41Speaker 3: the moment where I went, oh, Hannah's winning and I
- 26:48Speaker 3: and I like Hannah a lot too. I'm telling you
- 26:50Speaker 3: I like them both, I would say pretty much equally.
- 26:54Speaker 3: And I knew in that moment this is this is
- 26:58Speaker 3: me just making a hunch. Yeah, no, kissy, no wimmy.
- 27:03Speaker 3: And so he has kiss I could see them and
- 27:07Speaker 3: that kiss was so like intentional. And he's already said
- 27:12Speaker 3: previously on the show that he wasn't going to go
- 27:15Speaker 3: around kissing everybody. And it's very much giving.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Which is what I said on my show too. By
- 27:20Speaker 2: the way, when I was the patch, Oh sure you did,
- 27:24Speaker 2: I did say that, he said, I did it. I
- 27:27Speaker 2: did it, Yes, but I did say.
- 27:29Speaker 1: That, And I think it's just giving me.
- 27:32Speaker 3: Farmer Matt from last season, who literally only kissed his
- 27:35Speaker 3: winner and I and he waited until the freaking end
- 27:39Speaker 3: of the season. I was like, at least Farmer Brett
- 27:41Speaker 3: has given it to me episode He gave it to
- 27:44Speaker 3: me episode four.
- 27:46Speaker 2: What are we talking about, exactly? What did he give
- 27:48Speaker 2: to you? So here's I want to say to you, Hannah.
- 27:50Speaker 2: I think Hannah and Quinn are both super cute. Well, actually,
- 27:53Speaker 2: all the girls, all the girls are very cute on
- 27:55Speaker 2: this show. And so it's like there's not a you know,
- 27:58Speaker 2: I mean, I guess, like I said, I think casting
- 28:01Speaker 2: team did a great job finding some really interesting women
- 28:04Speaker 2: who are also very attractive and these great guys. But yeah,
- 28:07Speaker 2: Hannah and Brett, I think definitely have a connection that
- 28:10Speaker 2: you know is not as it seems like it's light
- 28:15Speaker 2: years ahead of everyone else. He sits down with now
- 28:18Speaker 2: to me that I agree.
- 28:21Speaker 1: I'll agree to that to a certain extent.
- 28:24Speaker 3: I don't think I've seen him laugh with Hannah the
- 28:28Speaker 3: way he laughs with Quinn.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Yeah, but there are you more identify with Are you
- 28:33Speaker 2: more of a blonde Hannah or are you more of
- 28:35Speaker 2: a blonde Quinn? Because I look at you and I'm thinking,
- 28:38Speaker 2: you feel like you're you. You really are relating to Quinn.
- 28:43Speaker 2: You've seen yourself like when he leaned in for that hug,
- 28:47Speaker 2: you were like seeing what, like what you would do
- 28:49Speaker 2: in that moment.
- 28:51Speaker 3: I like silly, but I also like a girl that
- 28:57Speaker 3: is willing to crack the show. And I feel like
- 29:02Speaker 3: Quinn is kind of like cracking the shell a little bit,
- 29:06Speaker 3: like using this as an opportunity to crack the shell,
- 29:09Speaker 3: where Hannah's like he'll open up to me like when
- 29:12Speaker 3: he wants to kind of thing, and Quinn's just like
- 29:14Speaker 3: kind of like getting in there.
- 29:16Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 29:18Speaker 1: I don't know if I related.
- 29:19Speaker 3: I yeah, I don't know if I personally relate to
- 29:22Speaker 3: either of them, because they're probably way more extroverted than
- 29:28Speaker 3: I would ever be irl when it comes to dating.
- 29:32Speaker 3: So I don't know if I don't, I don't. I
- 29:37Speaker 3: want to stop talking about me and Farmer Brett because
- 29:39Speaker 3: he has actually DMed and I know he's listening, and
- 29:42Speaker 3: this is now making me uncomfy like this. Uh So,
- 29:48Speaker 3: now it's dinner time at the farms, and Farmer Brett
- 29:52Speaker 3: says to all of his women, you know, if they'd
- 29:54Speaker 3: like to stay, and they all say yes. Sophia, you
- 29:57Speaker 3: should have raised your hand and said I think I
- 29:58Speaker 3: should go, because I fel feel like.
- 30:01Speaker 1: I'm the odd.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Ends up. You know, she is not.
- 30:07Speaker 1: I'm sorry, you are a gorgeous girl. You are not.
- 30:10Speaker 3: And I will even get into it at the very end,
- 30:13Speaker 3: like one of the last scenes where I'm like, she's
- 30:16Speaker 3: like out in the.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Zide and the and the other two are like together.
- 30:19Speaker 3: So yeah, anyway, so they all say they want to stay,
- 30:22Speaker 3: so nobody goes home, and then we go to Farmer
- 30:24Speaker 3: Braden's and he pulls Skuyler for a chat.
- 30:28Speaker 1: And this chat is weird. It's very tense.
- 30:33Speaker 3: Again, we said this at the top of this that
- 30:35Speaker 3: this episode was tense, and so basically he says to her, uh, like,
- 30:42Speaker 3: I need you to kind of like open up to
- 30:45Speaker 3: me because we connect on the farmer thing, but like
- 30:48Speaker 3: I want to know you on a different level. And
- 30:51Speaker 3: she's like, oh, you kind of need to reassure me
- 30:54Speaker 3: that I'm not going.
- 30:55Speaker 2: Home, which I in that moment, I was kind of like,
- 30:58Speaker 2: did I just hear that? Right? I actually wound it
- 31:00Speaker 2: a little bit and watched it again, and I was like, wow,
- 31:03Speaker 2: you and this hits him like, oh, he can't.
- 31:09Speaker 1: I wanted to be like, hey, babe, Skyler, you're not
- 31:14Speaker 1: the lead.
- 31:15Speaker 2: On the show. Farmer Farmer wants a.
- 31:18Speaker 3: Wife, so he wants you to open up. This is
- 31:24Speaker 3: his journey and you're it's your journey too. You said
- 31:27Speaker 3: this to a certain extent, but like we already know
- 31:32Speaker 3: his backstory. He's been talking about himself for five episodes.
- 31:36Speaker 1: Yeah, you're new here. We don't know you.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Well, and you're super new here, right, like super.
- 31:43Speaker 3: New you just got to the farm yesterday, so you
- 31:46Speaker 3: kind of need to open up if you want.
- 31:48Speaker 1: To stand out amongst the women.
- 31:50Speaker 3: Like I don't think she was like fully understanding what
- 31:54Speaker 3: this experience was. It was so weird to be like, well,
- 32:01Speaker 3: you need to tell me, And maybe it wasn't even
- 32:03Speaker 3: like you need to tell me that I'm staying. It
- 32:05Speaker 3: was more so like tell me you like me, tell
- 32:10Speaker 3: me you think I'm hot, tell me something. You know
- 32:12Speaker 3: what I mean is like kind of what I felt
- 32:14Speaker 3: she was fishing for, and I'll give it to her.
- 32:17Speaker 1: We've said this, these guys are stoic.
- 32:19Speaker 3: They're a little hard to read on the surface, and
- 32:24Speaker 3: so that's why the body language stuff to me tends
- 32:27Speaker 3: to speak more because they're not giving all that like
- 32:33Speaker 3: you're fantastic, unless you're unless you're farmer Sean who is.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Just really putting it out there, I think exactly. So
- 32:44Speaker 1: it got really.
- 32:45Speaker 3: Uncomfy for me when Braden was like, uh, you got
- 32:49Speaker 3: anything else for me, and.
- 32:51Speaker 2: She goes that's I thought that was really that was
- 32:53Speaker 2: an interesting response, you know, because if if the next
- 32:57Speaker 2: scene didn't happen, which which it does right where they
- 33:01Speaker 2: go back inside, sit down, with everyone and he is
- 33:04Speaker 2: just like replaying that conversation in his head. Yeah, and
- 33:07Speaker 2: you can see it. Like I don't even think that
- 33:09Speaker 2: was an editing trick. I think that was like legit
- 33:12Speaker 2: what happened. He went back in there and he was
- 33:13Speaker 2: so detached from the conversation, even though they they sort
- 33:16Speaker 2: of showed it right, they did the whole kind of
- 33:18Speaker 2: like almost like it was like a conversation with two
- 33:20Speaker 2: suit cans with a string between him and it's like
- 33:22Speaker 2: mur you know, and it was like they were doing
- 33:24Speaker 2: that thing. But I felt like it was legit where
- 33:27Speaker 2: he was at because he was so not there and
- 33:30Speaker 2: good on the producers of the editors for seeing that.
- 33:33Speaker 2: And then he literally is like Skyler, can we have
- 33:35Speaker 2: another talk? And it was interesting because the women that
- 33:38Speaker 2: were left were like, she gets another talk? Little do
- 33:42Speaker 2: they know that. It's like this is the kiss of death.
- 33:45Speaker 3: But then it was it was the blonde from earlier
- 33:48Speaker 3: in the episode that he told to open up, who
- 33:50Speaker 3: was like, girl, she's going for a second chat because she's.
- 33:54Speaker 1: Getting the acts like she knew, yeah.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Exactly, this is not happening.
- 34:00Speaker 3: But I will say Skyler says, maybe she's not ready
- 34:03Speaker 3: for a situation like this, I think you hit the
- 34:05Speaker 3: nail on the head with that one. And so they
- 34:09Speaker 3: say goodbye, and I'm honestly I was a little surprised
- 34:14Speaker 3: because they had that farming connection, and it's like, that's
- 34:21Speaker 3: the kind of girl, right, who can like.
- 34:24Speaker 1: Just adapt to this lifestyle so easily. And it was just.
- 34:32Speaker 3: I think it was the competition of it all. It's like,
- 34:36Speaker 3: you know, a lot of the time, these women have
- 34:41Speaker 3: never had to compete for a man's attention or affection.
- 34:46Speaker 1: And that's because they're all beautiful.
- 34:49Speaker 3: And that's just not the world that hot people operate in,
- 34:54Speaker 3: where they you know, happy to see from right. I'm
- 35:00Speaker 3: actually speaking from non experience that this is just this
- 35:03Speaker 3: is just how they move and navigate through life.
- 35:06Speaker 2: And look, look, truth be told, no matter who you are.
- 35:10Speaker 2: It doesn't matter if you're you know, a college potato
- 35:13Speaker 2: who's never gone on a date, or someone who's considered
- 35:17Speaker 2: to be you know, Miss Texas or beautiful whatever. It's like,
- 35:20Speaker 2: this is an unnatural situation for everyone. I mean, it doesn't.
- 35:25Speaker 2: It's not a natural situation too. And I mean I
- 35:28Speaker 2: used to jokingly say it all the time. I got
- 35:30Speaker 2: you know, I'll never forget Trista coming home one night
- 35:32Speaker 2: when she's on a date with you know, five guys,
- 35:35Speaker 2: and I'm back at the house with the other ten
- 35:37Speaker 2: leading a frat party rager, and she's mad and I'll
- 35:40Speaker 2: never forget it, and she's like, you know, what's going on?
- 35:42Speaker 2: I'm like, what am I supposed to cry? Because you're
- 35:44Speaker 2: on a you know, you're on a date with five
- 35:45Speaker 2: of my new best friends. I'm sitting here with my
- 35:47Speaker 2: other new ten other best friends who are all dating
- 35:49Speaker 2: you Like, we're having fun, okay, But it's like you
- 35:53Speaker 2: gotta be wired for that, and I thankfully was. I mean,
- 35:56Speaker 2: it was like I had this thing where it was like, Okay,
- 35:58Speaker 2: I'm not with her right now, I'm just gonna do this,
- 36:00Speaker 2: and I wasn't thinking about it, you know, even though
- 36:03Speaker 2: the producers will desperately wanted me to think about it.
- 36:05Speaker 1: But again, that's so that's so alpha male.
- 36:10Speaker 3: And if we go back to attachment styles, that is
- 36:13Speaker 3: such a secure attachment style, being like explained of being like,
- 36:18Speaker 3: I'm confident in who I am, Like that that's me.
- 36:21Speaker 3: You know, we all strive to be a bubb guinea
- 36:23Speaker 3: attachment style in a relationship.
- 36:26Speaker 2: I know I do oh man, I don't know about that.
- 36:29Speaker 2: I don't know that I strive to be a mean
- 36:31Speaker 2: in these moments.
- 36:33Speaker 3: So then we go back to dun dun dum farmer
- 36:37Speaker 3: Sean's farm, and this is you know, it kind of
- 36:43Speaker 3: starts to uh, I mean, it's we're really reaching the
- 36:47Speaker 3: crescendo of this whole thing, and so he wants to
- 36:51Speaker 3: call it a night, and he asks if the women
- 36:53Speaker 3: have anything to say, and Rihanna is like, yeah, me,
- 36:56Speaker 3: and she pulls him for a chat and she wants
- 36:59Speaker 3: to get gauge on him, and she's very direct in
- 37:03Speaker 3: this moment. There is no tiptoeing around her delivery or
- 37:09Speaker 3: how she is speaking to him. It is very much
- 37:12Speaker 3: feeling like an interrogation in this moment, and he doesn't
- 37:16Speaker 3: like it.
- 37:17Speaker 1: He doesn't like.
- 37:17Speaker 3: It because he's an alpha male and these are all
- 37:21Speaker 3: alpha males, and yeah.
- 37:23Speaker 2: This is different types of alphas, different.
- 37:25Speaker 1: Types of alphas.
- 37:26Speaker 3: But again it's farmer wants a wife, so it's his
- 37:32Speaker 3: He's calling the shots unless you want to leave, which
- 37:35Speaker 3: is when all these girls leave. And so he says that,
- 37:40Speaker 3: you know, he can recognize that she's really dedicated to
- 37:43Speaker 3: becoming a doctor and for him, he's in that phase
- 37:46Speaker 3: where he's ready to start a family and settle down
- 37:50Speaker 3: and he's got to follow his gut. And he says,
- 37:52Speaker 3: you know, I think this is goodbye. And she says
- 37:56Speaker 3: that she appreciates his honesty. But know when there's a
- 38:02Speaker 3: book coming in, she knows her future husband will be
- 38:06Speaker 3: so proud of her and how passionate she is about medicine.
- 38:09Speaker 1: She says she doesn't feel a connection with him.
- 38:13Speaker 3: I gotta twist that knife.
- 38:15Speaker 2: You know, this is what you just said. He's an
- 38:17Speaker 2: alpha male and I was like, and she's an alpha female.
- 38:19Speaker 2: That's why these shows are so great when you have
- 38:22Speaker 2: a moment like this, because she's she's now realizing she's
- 38:26Speaker 2: going home, right, and so she's going to get in
- 38:29Speaker 2: her two cents. Also, so she realized.
- 38:33Speaker 1: She's realizing he beat her to it is.
- 38:35Speaker 3: What she she was gonna tell her she was out
- 38:38Speaker 3: and he got there first.
- 38:40Speaker 1: True, and she's she's like, well, let me just twist
- 38:44Speaker 1: a little bit before.
- 38:45Speaker 2: I can't as fire me because I quit. Exactly. That's
- 38:48Speaker 2: what this is.
- 38:49Speaker 1: Well, that's exactly what this is. That's exactly what this is.
- 38:53Speaker 3: She says, I don't feel a connection with you anyways,
- 38:56Speaker 3: and she knows he is not her person, and she
- 38:59Speaker 3: knows he will be a great father someday.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Oh okay, it's.
- 39:02Speaker 3: At a little bit of a off in the blow.
- 39:06Speaker 3: I'm going to compliment a little bit. And then she
- 39:09Speaker 3: says in her interview, it's obvious Sean was looking for
- 39:12Speaker 3: a stay at home wife, and that's not who she is.
- 39:16Speaker 3: I'm gonna say it's not obvious Sean is looking for
- 39:20Speaker 3: a stay at home wife. And I'm going to say
- 39:21Speaker 3: that because I actually met his mom, and these are
- 39:27Speaker 3: working people.
- 39:27Speaker 1: They have a restaurant, they have a business. So I
- 39:31Speaker 1: think that's.
- 39:32Speaker 3: Actually a really unfair label to put on farmer Sean.
- 39:36Speaker 3: I think that he comes from really hard working parents
- 39:40Speaker 3: and who put family first, though as much as they work.
- 39:44Speaker 3: I got a very strong sense of family from not
- 39:47Speaker 3: only speaking to them, but also his brother who was
- 39:49Speaker 3: there that day at the farm. And so I think, Rihanna,
- 39:53Speaker 3: I think you're actually wrong in that statement. But that's okay,
- 39:57Speaker 3: you really went out on the high horse. As they're
- 40:11Speaker 3: saying goodbye, Sean again, as the gentleman he is, apologizes
- 40:16Speaker 3: and he says, you know, if he's hurt her, He's
- 40:19Speaker 3: sorry about that, and to which she says, you couldn't
- 40:22Speaker 3: hurt me if you tried. Woof, oh gosh, not nice.
- 40:30Speaker 1: Not nice and that nice.
- 40:31Speaker 2: You see, if they were contentious and he was like
- 40:36Speaker 2: even remotely taking shots at her, you know, somehow some
- 40:40Speaker 2: way for her to fire back like that. But what
- 40:43Speaker 2: we've seen anyways has been nothing but him being kind.
- 40:46Speaker 2: And I feel like that was just sort of one
- 40:48Speaker 2: of those prideful things you say to someone where later
- 40:51Speaker 2: you go home and you're like, as, I shouldn't have
- 40:54Speaker 2: said that.
- 40:56Speaker 3: That was the ego talking in the moment. So yeah,
- 41:01Speaker 3: didn't feel like that was a great exit. And then
- 41:05Speaker 3: see you're talking to producers again in her OTF and
- 41:10Speaker 3: they ask her if she wants to clear the air
- 41:12Speaker 3: about what has and hasn't been said to her, and
- 41:16Speaker 3: she says no, she does not want to talk about
- 41:19Speaker 3: other people.
- 41:20Speaker 1: That is not her character.
- 41:23Speaker 3: Okay, Rihanna, Yeah, you were.
- 41:27Speaker 1: Just little too intense for me.
- 41:30Speaker 3: You were intense in your way to get yourself on
- 41:32Speaker 3: the farm, which we totally respected, but I think you
- 41:37Speaker 3: could have gone out in a different way. And I
- 41:42Speaker 3: want to say a little bit more graceful, and I
- 41:44Speaker 3: want to say that this exit actually isn't indicative of
- 41:47Speaker 3: your personality. I think that you do carry yourself with
- 41:51Speaker 3: grace probably in the day to day world, but in
- 41:54Speaker 3: this one you were like, hell no, and I'm a
- 41:59Speaker 3: strong ass woman, and I think that you can be
- 42:02Speaker 3: a strong ass woman without having to just like give
- 42:05Speaker 3: a little dig twist the knife a little bit on
- 42:08Speaker 3: the exit out. So was the huge fan of that,
- 42:10Speaker 3: and I think, you know, farmer Sean really got it
- 42:13Speaker 3: handed to him that episode with me See exiting and
- 42:16Speaker 3: then that Rihanna exit.
- 42:17Speaker 1: So the next day I actually.
- 42:19Speaker 2: Worry about I worry about this too, though. I worry
- 42:21Speaker 2: about Rihanna exiting in this way because now the only
- 42:25Speaker 2: person that could not that she needs it, but the
- 42:29Speaker 2: only person that could back up Emily saying I never
- 42:32Speaker 2: said anything like that. And if Rihanna we're still there,
- 42:35Speaker 2: you could have them both in a room and talk
- 42:37Speaker 2: about it, right, which would be nice.
- 42:40Speaker 3: Again, you know, we're not even these are moments we're
- 42:43Speaker 3: not seeing.
- 42:44Speaker 1: We're not right. You know, I'm gonna have to.
- 42:46Speaker 3: Do a little bit more investigating between you know, Bachelor
- 42:49Speaker 3: Bob and producer Heather when we talked to her these
- 42:52Speaker 3: people because.
- 42:53Speaker 1: It's yeah, this has ended up on the cutting room floor.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:58Speaker 3: But the next day, Sean pulls Emily for a chat
- 43:02Speaker 3: to like confront her about kind of these rumors that
- 43:05Speaker 3: are swirling, and she says that she's feeling good about
- 43:09Speaker 3: their connection, but she's pretty much unsure of what she
- 43:12Speaker 3: said and how the women could have you know, heard
- 43:15Speaker 3: or misinterpreted something she said to claiming that she was
- 43:18Speaker 3: going to be the final choice. And an interview, she
- 43:22Speaker 3: says she knows Rihanna was the culprit of this whole
- 43:26Speaker 3: thing spewing, and you know, she tells Sean she thinks
- 43:30Speaker 3: that she could be there in the end, but she
- 43:33Speaker 3: knows that things aren't final, and she wants to focus
- 43:36Speaker 3: on their connection and farmer Sean is totally fine with
- 43:39Speaker 3: this explanation.
- 43:41Speaker 2: So I thought she handled this well. I mean, you know,
- 43:43Speaker 2: from the standpoint of being confronted with something that you
- 43:45Speaker 2: didn't say, yeah, and also realizing, you know, thou doth
- 43:49Speaker 2: protest too much? Right, she could have been you know,
- 43:52Speaker 2: completely aghast, right, but instead she's like, you know, I
- 43:57Speaker 2: want to be there in the end, but I understand that,
- 43:59Speaker 2: you know, I thought the way she handled it was
- 44:01Speaker 2: really good, really a classy way to handle it, and
- 44:04Speaker 2: she could have thrown someone under the bus, but she
- 44:06Speaker 2: didn't to him, and she's just like, listen, I you know,
- 44:11Speaker 2: I want to be here in the end. I don't know.
- 44:13Speaker 2: I felt like it was And I liked that he
- 44:15Speaker 2: believed her right away, or at least we think he
- 44:17Speaker 2: does from what I could tell. And that says I
- 44:20Speaker 2: think a lot about their relationship too.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Yeah. Agree. Back on Farmer Brett's farm.
- 44:26Speaker 3: He teaches the ladies how to use a lasso. I
- 44:32Speaker 3: think we missed an opportune time for the women to
- 44:34Speaker 3: last so him, I would have maybe suggested that if
- 44:39Speaker 3: I had that you were.
- 44:40Speaker 2: There, Yes, yes, you would have been like, let me
- 44:43Speaker 2: show you how you do it, ladies.
- 44:44Speaker 1: Let me show you.
- 44:45Speaker 3: Farmer Brett showed be this one and then you do
- 44:47Speaker 3: the whole pull in towards you kind of.
- 44:51Speaker 1: Maybe a little maybe a little.
- 44:52Speaker 2: Tie yourself together.
- 44:54Speaker 1: Maybe a little.
- 44:54Speaker 3: Weirdness could have happened, but anyways, they keep it a
- 44:57Speaker 3: little more g rated and U Farmer Brett, you know,
- 45:01Speaker 3: rides around on this little tractor truck thing and he
- 45:04Speaker 3: pulls a fake bull on the back for them to
- 45:07Speaker 3: try and land, which none of them are very good at.
- 45:10Speaker 3: And then they switch physicians and Quinn drives and you know,
- 45:16Speaker 3: is like telling him, Uh, She's gonna like haul ass
- 45:20Speaker 3: past him and see if he can like catch this
- 45:23Speaker 3: fake bull, to which he does and she goes that
- 45:26Speaker 3: was hot.
- 45:27Speaker 2: Which fresh size is priceless.
- 45:29Speaker 3: Yeah, I bet it was, and I wrote, I bet
- 45:32Speaker 3: it was not wrong. Literally I did rewind that scene
- 45:36Speaker 3: a couple of times. Again, why is this scene twenty
- 45:39Speaker 3: minutes long.
- 45:41Speaker 2: Only on your television?
- 45:42Speaker 1: Only on my TV? Because I thought it was so funny.
- 45:47Speaker 3: I just love his little quick delivery back of I
- 45:51Speaker 3: bet it was.
- 45:55Speaker 2: A cute relationship they do.
- 45:56Speaker 1: That's what I'm talking about.
- 45:58Speaker 3: Like the humor and seeing that silly side is really
- 46:02Speaker 3: funny to me. I don't know you guys chime in
- 46:05Speaker 3: it that are watching if you are equally enthralled by
- 46:08Speaker 3: Farmer Brett's funny side like I am. Back on Sean's farm,
- 46:14Speaker 3: Carson hasn't had anyone on one time with him, so
- 46:17Speaker 3: she's taking matters into her own hands and basically creating
- 46:23Speaker 3: a little s'mores date in front of the fire.
- 46:26Speaker 2: And that's not a kissing one, she's not gonna kiss somebody.
- 46:28Speaker 3: Oh, she says, I'm not gonna kiss him if he
- 46:31Speaker 3: goes in for a kiss. And then it's like, you'll
- 46:34Speaker 3: play this back if we do end up kissing, right right.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Okay, let's hope that one doesn't make the edit.
- 46:41Speaker 3: And if I'm paying attention enough, I think that that
- 46:44Speaker 3: was done in the barn where the girls were staying,
- 46:48Speaker 3: that little fireplace. Yeah, so he comes in and he says,
- 46:53Speaker 3: you know, he wants to have a deep conversation, and
- 46:57Speaker 3: you know, he asks if she was final girl, where
- 47:01Speaker 3: would they go from there? And she says she's go
- 47:03Speaker 3: with the flow and her job allows her to be flexible.
- 47:06Speaker 3: And he says, you know, and he says she was
- 47:12Speaker 3: high on his list from the beginning because she likes
- 47:14Speaker 3: to travel and go to national parks. And she I
- 47:18Speaker 3: really actually liked this answer. She's like, yeah, that's great,
- 47:22Speaker 3: but nobody's one hundred percent compatible. Like I like doing
- 47:26Speaker 3: those things, but like basically that's not all me, Like
- 47:29Speaker 3: don't don't take me. What I read is don't take
- 47:32Speaker 3: me as I'm a granola bart chick, Like I like
- 47:35Speaker 3: to do other things than go to national parks. But
- 47:38Speaker 3: I'm down to do that sometimes, And she really is
- 47:41Speaker 3: is adamant and saying, you know that couples don't all
- 47:45Speaker 3: have to like the same things. And I really admire
- 47:49Speaker 3: her saying that because that's I live by that same philosophy.
- 47:54Speaker 1: I don't want to date. I don't want to date me.
- 47:57Speaker 2: Like I mean, if I met I mean difference.
- 48:02Speaker 3: It is, And that's that's how you grow, and that's
- 48:04Speaker 3: how you evolve as a couple, and that's how you
- 48:06Speaker 3: also find things that you as a couple like together
- 48:11Speaker 3: that could be completely individual, like something that you would
- 48:14Speaker 3: have never discovered on your own or from the other person.
- 48:17Speaker 3: You know. So that's the fun part. If there is
- 48:20Speaker 3: a fun part about dating, that that would be it.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Uh.
- 48:25Speaker 3: He says Carson is very funny, and she says that
- 48:28Speaker 3: that is the nicest compliment he could ever give her.
- 48:34Speaker 3: I also liked that answer, you know, so clearly the
- 48:40Speaker 3: humor they're riffing is is very high up on her
- 48:43Speaker 3: list of you know, finding a connection. We hear this
- 48:46Speaker 3: all the time on dating shows now.
- 48:51Speaker 1: When we ask people what their likes are, Uh, people
- 48:55Speaker 1: say good banter.
- 48:56Speaker 3: Yeah, as as like a as a thing that they're
- 48:59Speaker 3: looking for or in a partner. So obviously, Sean, hearing
- 49:04Speaker 3: that he's just given the best compliment ever, goes in
- 49:07Speaker 3: for a kiss and.
- 49:09Speaker 2: Not just a kiss, not like what we've seen. I
- 49:12Speaker 2: think this might be the most passionate embrace of the season.
- 49:16Speaker 1: It's pretty passionate. There's no hat in sight.
- 49:19Speaker 3: People, so we're seeing lip lip action from different angles.
- 49:25Speaker 3: And then when she walks into the door, there's another kiss.
- 49:30Speaker 3: So obviously producers are like, hey, remember when you said
- 49:34Speaker 3: you weren't going to kiss him, and it's.
- 49:35Speaker 1: Like, Ah, don't tell me that. Don't tell me that.
- 49:39Speaker 3: It's like, you never say that on a d show
- 49:43Speaker 3: because that will for sure come back and we will
- 49:46Speaker 3: use that footage of you. So anyways, that's the episode.
- 49:50Speaker 3: We see a preview for next week. We see all
- 49:52Speaker 3: the women reading something and being super shocked. We see
- 49:56Speaker 3: a shot of Sean taking his shirt off again. And
- 50:01Speaker 3: I told you that Sean does regret how much he
- 50:05Speaker 3: took his shirt off on the show because the other
- 50:07Speaker 3: farmers did not give into that same pressure the women will.
- 50:13Speaker 3: We find out the women will all write down a
- 50:15Speaker 3: date idea and the farmers will have to pick one,
- 50:18Speaker 3: not knowing who wrote down the idea that's a that
- 50:23Speaker 3: is kind of cool. This is also kind of cool.
- 50:26Speaker 3: We see farmer Brett getting blindfolded, the smile.
- 50:32Speaker 2: On your face just now, I swear.
- 50:34Speaker 3: To god, I'm teasy.
- 50:37Speaker 1: It's just funny. It's just funny. And then someone doing
- 50:41Speaker 1: tantric yoga and then going to be clearly.
- 50:48Speaker 3: We see farmer Branden having whipped cream put into his mouth,
- 50:53Speaker 3: and we see the farmers have to decide who will
- 50:56Speaker 3: be their final two and Sean saying he would potentially
- 51:00Speaker 3: be sending.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Home the wrong girl. Dun dun dum. So looks like next.
- 51:07Speaker 3: Week's the g impact week, maybe a little lighter than this.
- 51:11Speaker 3: This was really tense, so maybe.
- 51:15Speaker 2: It's going to be it's going to be pretty stressful.
- 51:18Speaker 1: Yeah. So anyways, that's the episode.
- 51:22Speaker 3: We love hearing your guys' feedback and what you're thinking
- 51:25Speaker 3: this season, so please send us a d M.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Gave us a comment. Who's your favorite?
- 51:31Speaker 2: We want to think about our interview with Carson.
- 51:34Speaker 3: Oh, yes, thoughts are on Carson. Who else you would
- 51:38Speaker 3: like to hear from this season? I've got some ideas,
- 51:42Speaker 3: you know, on who we should talk to next. But
- 51:45Speaker 3: until then, uh, this has been a little bit famous.
- 51:50Speaker 2: Yes, and we've been having some fun. I've been Bob
- 51:52Speaker 2: Guiney and she is super producer Heather Monday.
- 51:55Speaker 1: Thanks Bob, see you later, and you're never
