Once a cutting-edge hospital founded in 1922 by Dr. Ernest Bulluck, this historic Wilmington building survived decades of change to become a vibrant community hub—complete with rooftop gardens, river-view ORs, and even a lady-operated elevator. Though shuttered in the 1950s, it was restored in the 80s and now houses arts, coffee, and offices, proudly bearing its original name.
