New AARP data reveals that over two-thirds of workers aged fifty and up have faced or witnessed age discrimination, with 22% feeling actively pushed out of their jobs. The study, based on over 2,500 U.S. workers, shows multicultural groups—especially African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Asian/Pacific Islander employees—face disproportionately high rates of bias, despite slight improvements since 2024.
