- 0:07Speaker 1: This is a Bramble Jam podcast. Welcome to Girls Gone
- 0:28Speaker 1: Hallmark Hallmark review podcast. I'm Megan and I'm a longtime
- 0:31Speaker 1: Hallmark fan. I'm when Day, I'm a former Hallmark hater.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Today we are discussing the finale of the Holidays series,
- 0:39Speaker 1: airing exclusively on Hallmark Plus, episode eight. If you listened
- 0:45Speaker 1: to our recap of episode seven, you know we changed
- 0:48Speaker 1: up the style of our recaps a little bit, so
- 0:49Speaker 1: we are not doing a scene by scene recap, but
- 0:52Speaker 1: we're just gonna dive in and talk about everyone's resolution
- 0:57Speaker 1: because this episode was pure chaos. Lots of people, lots
- 1:02Speaker 1: of scenes. I mean shout out to director Stacy Harding
- 1:05Speaker 1: for she did the first episode as well, I think
- 1:09Speaker 1: one and two and this episode, so you know, it's
- 1:12Speaker 1: a lot of moving pieces, hugely ambitious project. Yeah, speaking
- 1:17Speaker 1: of let me, I'm curious what your overall thoughts on
- 1:22Speaker 1: this series was. So overall, I did enjoy it. There
- 1:27Speaker 1: was a lot going on. I think when I think
- 1:30Speaker 1: about this series, I like that it was a huge swing.
- 1:35Speaker 1: It was a lot of stories, a lot to bring
- 1:39Speaker 1: back together. And when I think of it as a whole,
- 1:42Speaker 1: episode one to episode eight and the way it's tied
- 1:46Speaker 1: all together. I think it's really interesting storytelling. There were
- 1:51Speaker 1: some weak moments for me, there were some moments that
- 1:54Speaker 1: didn't land for me. There were some frustrating pieces to me,
- 1:58Speaker 1: But overall, I liked this series. I know you have
- 2:02Speaker 1: some different thoughts. No, I did not wildly different. I
- 2:05Speaker 1: agree with you. I like how it all comes back together.
- 2:09Speaker 1: I do agree that there were some weaker storylines, and
- 2:12Speaker 1: I do think that they could have cut some some
- 2:15Speaker 1: of the families, maybe just one of them. I'm not
- 2:18Speaker 1: gonna say who. But I like the big swing as well.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Like I don't know, it's like highs and lows for
- 2:26Speaker 1: me on this What I really enjoyed is that Hallmark
- 2:30Speaker 1: took on a project that wasn't like a picture perfect project.
- 2:35Speaker 1: It wasn't a picture perfect Christmas Like. They were like
- 2:39Speaker 1: real issues, real issues, showing families that are dealing with
- 2:44Speaker 1: real stuff. Not everybody is like, you know, celebrating a
- 2:48Speaker 1: joyful season or whatever. There's like a lot of shi
- 2:52Speaker 1: t happening alongside it being the holiday season. Yeah, everyone
- 2:56Speaker 1: was going through it on Christmas Eve. Yeah, So I
- 2:59Speaker 1: mean I kind of enjoyed all that. I don't know,
- 3:03Speaker 1: I don't know. And then I was thinking, like, would
- 3:05Speaker 1: they tackle this again with a different neighborhood, because when
- 3:09Speaker 1: I was on IMDb, it shows like season one, and
- 3:12Speaker 1: I was like, Oh, would they do this again like
- 3:15Speaker 1: a season two, different neighborhood, different stories? Yeah? Maybe are
- 3:19Speaker 1: there that many stories that can be told? I don't know.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I wonder as a casual of your because I watched
- 3:25Speaker 1: this taking notes on every episode, and even I found
- 3:28Speaker 1: myself like, when Ian Harding comes back in episode eight,
- 3:31Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, Josh almost forgot about you, you know?
- 3:36Speaker 1: So I wonder as the casual viewer, was it hard
- 3:39Speaker 1: to keep track of everybody? It's not complicated storyline telling
- 3:42Speaker 1: you you can figure it out. But okay, so how
- 3:45Speaker 1: do you want to do this? Do you want to
- 3:45Speaker 1: talk through each family? Uh? Yeah, let's do that. Okay.
- 3:49Speaker 1: What's interesting is Josh's parents aren't here? Are they? Nope?
- 3:52Speaker 1: We don't see them at all in this episode. So
- 3:54Speaker 1: you want to talk about Josh and Stacey and Sheriff Nora. Sure?
- 3:58Speaker 1: And THEO. The episode does open up early on with
- 4:01Speaker 1: him showing up at Sheriff Nora's house with the coffee
- 4:05Speaker 1: or real early on Christmas morning, you know, like THEO
- 4:07Speaker 1: is not even awake, so it must have been very
- 4:09Speaker 1: early because children bounce out of bed with the sun
- 4:13Speaker 1: to see what Santa has brought them. And she is
- 4:15Speaker 1: still assembling his bike, which is a choice on Christmas
- 4:17Speaker 1: morning to be still working totally. It's like a late
- 4:20Speaker 1: night holiday at but there was no power, so maybe
- 4:22Speaker 1: she needed to wait until there was some light. Tell me,
- 4:25Speaker 1: how does Josh slip out of bed with girlfriend? Stacy
- 4:31Speaker 1: is what her name? Yeah? I almost wondered if she
- 4:36Speaker 1: was gone, and we were going to find that out,
- 4:38Speaker 1: but not enough time has passed for her to be gone. No,
- 4:41Speaker 1: and we see a whole thing with them later in
- 4:45Speaker 1: the in the episode comes back into the episode. So
- 4:48Speaker 1: he's just mysteriously gone for several hours on Christmas morning,
- 4:52Speaker 1: helping another woman assemble a bike for her son. I
- 4:55Speaker 1: mean Stacey, Well, let's get to it. Some feelings about that, right,
- 5:01Speaker 1: because he clearly hasn't broken up with Stacy, like she's
- 5:04Speaker 1: still here. Nora says, I thought you're going to Australia,
- 5:09Speaker 1: and he's like our fight was canceled because of the storm,
- 5:11Speaker 1: and she's like oh, he does say I'm glad to
- 5:14Speaker 1: get to spend this more time with you. But he's
- 5:16Speaker 1: still with Stacy, and he's like, seems to be like
- 5:18Speaker 1: trying to get Sheriff Nora to admit, like there's something here,
- 5:20Speaker 1: and she's like, you know, I's like pantsand dude, you're
- 5:24Speaker 1: still with Stacy. Yeah, gotta I gotta protect my kid. Yeah,
- 5:27Speaker 1: you're not saying I'm staying here with you. You're not saying like,
- 5:31Speaker 1: you're not saying it. She's all the same things are happening.
- 5:33Speaker 1: It's just like high school. And she's like, you can't
- 5:35Speaker 1: be here. It's too confusing for THEO. And did you
- 5:39Speaker 1: see that moment? Though? They keep their scarves on in
- 5:41Speaker 1: the house because there's no heat, and when Josh leaves,
- 5:46Speaker 1: his scarf is tucked into his jacket the entire time.
- 5:48Speaker 1: And when he leaves and he glances back in through
- 5:51Speaker 1: the window and he sees Nora and THEO sharing their
- 5:53Speaker 1: like good morning Christmas, hut, his scarf has escaped from
- 5:56Speaker 1: his jacket all of a sudden, Oh, it's out interesting.
- 6:00Speaker 1: We do later on see Josh and Stacy show up. Yeah,
- 6:04Speaker 1: minette boiler. Yeah at the minute, can't even say their
- 6:07Speaker 1: stupid name. Yeah, thete the Manette, Hannah hands save the
- 6:11Speaker 1: day with their battery backup because they're the only ones
- 6:14Speaker 1: in the neighborhood with power. So this is going to
- 6:16Speaker 1: be the source of the neighborhood gathering. Yeah, they invite
- 6:19Speaker 1: everybody over, and so Josh and Nora do run into
- 6:22Speaker 1: each other there. Josh and Stacey arrive together and I
- 6:25Speaker 1: was like, get out. Stacy like not the contractor. I
- 6:28Speaker 1: like you, but please go home. Yeah. Well, and Josh
- 6:30Speaker 1: to step the f up and be like this is
- 6:33Speaker 1: not this is not happening here. But maybe because it's
- 6:36Speaker 1: Christmas Day, like he doesn't want to be like Siya,
- 6:38Speaker 1: but also it's Christmas Day, and he went over to
- 6:40Speaker 1: Nora's house. I know, I know. How do they break up?
- 6:44Speaker 1: They break up because THEO draws a picture for Josh
- 6:49Speaker 1: and in this picture it's depicted like the perfect life
- 6:54Speaker 1: or something like that. And Stacy confronts Josh and she's like,
- 6:59Speaker 1: this is not perfect life, but this looks like you're
- 7:01Speaker 1: perfect life and so peace. I'm out. Two things to
- 7:05Speaker 1: say about that. One, when THEO shows Josh the picture
- 7:09Speaker 1: and she's like, Stacy, this is you. She goes neat Oh, look, Stacey,
- 7:13Speaker 1: she got kids. She hates kids. But the other thing
- 7:17Speaker 1: about that is she's like when they break up, she goes, well,
- 7:19Speaker 1: we're still great business partner, so I'll message you about
- 7:22Speaker 1: that project. Like she's all business. That's all she cares
- 7:25Speaker 1: about business. So she's like, have a great life. It
- 7:32Speaker 1: was kind of I was glad that she wasn't like
- 7:34Speaker 1: all heartbroken about it, Like she just was like, look,
- 7:37Speaker 1: you and I don't want the same things, and I'm
- 7:39Speaker 1: gonna go pursue what I want to do and you
- 7:42Speaker 1: can stay here and have your small town life. Let's
- 7:45Speaker 1: talk the Woods family because it's a quick short story.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Lucy and Annie and Sylvie. Yeah, Lucy and Annie they
- 7:52Speaker 1: go look for Aunt Sylvie. It's kind of wild to
- 7:55Speaker 1: me that, like all this stuff was put on pause,
- 7:57Speaker 1: but I guess it was storming out and they're not
- 7:58Speaker 1: going to like go out in the big storm. And
- 8:00Speaker 1: they don't have to look very far because they find
- 8:03Speaker 1: Aunt Sylvie at the bakery. She slept in a blocking
- 8:08Speaker 1: all night long and she was like, I was embarrassed,
- 8:13Speaker 1: And Lucy says, I'm proud of you. And then the
- 8:16Speaker 1: jukebox turns on. Yeah, this is the magical jukebox. This
- 8:21Speaker 1: is the storyline. I feel that could have been cut.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I just it doesn't make it. It doesn't add to
- 8:28Speaker 1: the overall narrative to me at all. I also don't
- 8:33Speaker 1: like the Annie Max storyline. Oh you don't. No, I
- 8:37Speaker 1: hate kids, so I don't hate kids, but I it
- 8:42Speaker 1: just was silly to me. I just didn't care about
- 8:45Speaker 1: Sylvie and the sister. I can't even tell you what
- 8:47Speaker 1: the sister's name is. Annie. No, that's the daughter. What's
- 8:50Speaker 1: her name? Sylvie? The sister Lucy? Yeah, I just it
- 8:54Speaker 1: doesn't work for me. That's the silky is the curly
- 8:57Speaker 1: haired sister? I know? Okay? So, and then what's with
- 8:59Speaker 1: the magical jukebox? They're like, Joy's here, Mom's here. Yeah.
- 9:03Speaker 1: I do feel like the thing that made all of
- 9:06Speaker 1: this storytelling possible was we just had to like let
- 9:10Speaker 1: some things be untold and unsaid, which led to confusion.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Like I think the Joy storyline is one of those
- 9:16Speaker 1: where I was like, there's so much more information there
- 9:19Speaker 1: that we don't have, And I get that that's how
- 9:23Speaker 1: it works in like a big giant ensemble like this,
- 9:25Speaker 1: but I was like, why do they call her Joy?
- 9:28Speaker 1: And why I don't want is going on. Yeah, there
- 9:31Speaker 1: were like limitations in their storytelling there, maybe because it's
- 9:34Speaker 1: forty five minutes and they couldn't get everything in, but
- 9:37Speaker 1: like take the coal factor out in. Yeah, not everybody
- 9:41Speaker 1: needed a romance. Yeah, Cole comes to the house at
- 9:44Speaker 1: the party. Yeah, Sylvie invited Cole to the party and
- 9:48Speaker 1: they like decided, like Lucy asks Cole on a date. Yeah.
- 9:51Speaker 1: The end, the end, that's over. Annie and Max also
- 9:56Speaker 1: do resolve their storyline, like Annie goes to talk to
- 10:00Speaker 1: Max and she's like, I'm really sorry and he was like,
- 10:02Speaker 1: I like you too, smooch. Let's play video games. Mm hmm.
- 10:05Speaker 1: We have the Lewin family and we have a repeat
- 10:11Speaker 1: of an earlier scene, but this time with the ladies.
- 10:14Speaker 1: In the original Lewin episode, Robert and Evan run into
- 10:17Speaker 1: each other in the morning in the hallway with like
- 10:19Speaker 1: the yeah wow western Yeah. This time we have Gail
- 10:24Speaker 1: and Linda running into each other in the hallway. But
- 10:26Speaker 1: it is quickly revealed that Gaylee and Robert did not
- 10:28Speaker 1: sleep on in the same bed. It was yes, Gayle says,
- 10:32Speaker 1: Robert slept on the couch like a gentleman. Oh I
- 10:35Speaker 1: miss that part. I did think it was I was like, whoa,
- 10:38Speaker 1: she spent the night and on Christmas Eve as well. Yeah,
- 10:43Speaker 1: I okay, I totally missed that Robert slept on the
- 10:46Speaker 1: couch because I was like, whoa, this is a sharp
- 10:49Speaker 1: left turn here, Hamewark. Yes, it's obvious Linda wants to
- 10:53Speaker 1: be back with Robert very clear. At the party, there's
- 10:57Speaker 1: some awkwardness, like Robert and Linda are reminis sing and
- 11:00Speaker 1: Evan kind of like scooches in between them and realizes
- 11:04Speaker 1: what's going on. This is when Evan breaks up with
- 11:06Speaker 1: Linda really in the nicest way possible. Yeah, he sees
- 11:10Speaker 1: that there is a connection between Robert. It was really nice. Yeah,
- 11:15Speaker 1: He's like, it's very obvious YouTube belong together. When he leaves,
- 11:20Speaker 1: he's like, now I'm gonna go be gaale. I'm just kidding.
- 11:25Speaker 1: I did think it was kind of sad. I was like,
- 11:26Speaker 1: where's Evan gonna go for Christmas? Back home? I guess
- 11:31Speaker 1: back home. There's not really any resolution as I recall
- 11:36Speaker 1: it with like Jennifer and Mike. Are they even at
- 11:39Speaker 1: the party? I think so. I did not think they
- 11:42Speaker 1: were even there. Maybe they're they're hanging out with Josh's parents.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Maybe yeah, we don't get any resolution. We no no
- 11:55Speaker 1: final closure with like Mike's like job situation and and
- 12:01Speaker 1: growing apart nothing. Maybe that's intentional. Maybe it's like even
- 12:07Speaker 1: when there's resolution, it's not always perfect, Like we can't
- 12:12Speaker 1: solve every problem in forty five minutes. This next, Katie
- 12:18Speaker 1: and Gabby. Okay, so the Camarinas show up after some resistance. Yeah,
- 12:26Speaker 1: Connie makes Chuck go invite them posts and he's like,
- 12:29Speaker 1: hell no, we're not going over there, and they like
- 12:33Speaker 1: meet at the fence line and they offer a Christmas
- 12:35Speaker 1: truth like they're frigging at war. It was nice. I
- 12:37Speaker 1: was like, that's good. Go over swallow your pride, have
- 12:41Speaker 1: some family cheer. Yeah. So Katie goes to Gabby and
- 12:48Speaker 1: she asks about Kevin, and again I said this one
- 12:51Speaker 1: hundred times, the tone of the Katie storyline is different
- 12:54Speaker 1: here because Gabby's like, Kevin's gonna come around just like
- 12:57Speaker 1: I did. Like Gabby is still in like Katie for
- 13:00Speaker 1: giveness lands. Yeah, and Katie's like, I got some advice
- 13:03Speaker 1: for your audition video, and I actually think it's great advice.
- 13:07Speaker 1: And I think it was great advice too. I think
- 13:09Speaker 1: it comes together really well. She was like, you need
- 13:11Speaker 1: to show what the holidays are really like, Like what
- 13:14Speaker 1: they want to see is are you dynamic on camera?
- 13:16Speaker 1: They don't really care about the recipe that you're making.
- 13:19Speaker 1: So we've watched enough Food Network TV to know this,
- 13:22Speaker 1: are you interesting to watch? And so they end up
- 13:25Speaker 1: filming this like walk and talk of her talking about
- 13:28Speaker 1: which is so ridiculous because you guys, if you've ever
- 13:31Speaker 1: tried to like record something with your phone and there's
- 13:33Speaker 1: eight hundred people around crashing into a oh loud, forget it,
- 13:37Speaker 1: forget it, But I do love Gabby's like video pitch yeah,
- 13:42Speaker 1: and Katie helps her make it and it was great. Yes,
- 13:45Speaker 1: I actually think it's very beautiful. And then of course
- 13:48Speaker 1: Kevin swoops in. This is a really sweet moment because
- 13:51Speaker 1: Katie's like, we're going to have to come up with
- 13:52Speaker 1: a new nickname for you, and from the behind you
- 13:55Speaker 1: hear Kevin say, sister, yeah, that was nice too. Kevin
- 13:59Speaker 1: returns the and I thought it was really cute. He
- 14:02Speaker 1: was like, should I propose again? And she's like the
- 14:04Speaker 1: answer is still the same, she's not giving me. Maybe
- 14:09Speaker 1: it's just character grow crazy, Katie, Yes, in two days, Sure,
- 14:12Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm just telling you I think the
- 14:14Speaker 1: vibe is different and maybe it's direction. Oh interesting, hot
- 14:19Speaker 1: take there, quick take. I want to talk about Josh's parents.
- 14:22Speaker 1: He has a moment that where he references them. He's like,
- 14:26Speaker 1: inspired by Hey, he wants to build them a master
- 14:29Speaker 1: suite at their forever home. He's like, I don't need
- 14:34Speaker 1: to move them out, I just need to make their
- 14:35Speaker 1: current home livable forever, So we'll build them a downstairs
- 14:38Speaker 1: primary bedroom. That's what prompts Stacy's breakup. So his parents
- 14:43Speaker 1: get a little tiny bit of acknowledgment. Yes, Mike and
- 14:48Speaker 1: Jennifer Asarah nothing. The big storyline here is the Linn family.
- 14:55Speaker 1: I gotta tell you, I was really frustrated watching this. Yeah.
- 14:58Speaker 1: So we know from the end of the lin episode
- 15:00Speaker 1: that Grandma saw Marcus and Ted kissing and she had
- 15:03Speaker 1: like that shocked look on her face. But they come
- 15:06Speaker 1: into the party and she's like, you gotta get married today,
- 15:08Speaker 1: Like I'm not feeling I could di tomorrow. She's pushing
- 15:11Speaker 1: for Ella and Marcus to get married. Yes, and Wally
- 15:14Speaker 1: is an ordained minister, so he's going to do it
- 15:17Speaker 1: right there in front of everybody on Christmas day with
- 15:20Speaker 1: no marriage license, and I'm like in my notes, I'm
- 15:23Speaker 1: like nine, I must be actually punking them this time.
- 15:26Speaker 1: We do have another revisit of the a closet scene,
- 15:29Speaker 1: and they got no solutions. They're like, what are we
- 15:31Speaker 1: gonna do? What a yamic do? Let's not worry about
- 15:35Speaker 1: the truth, Let's figure out how we're going to get
- 15:36Speaker 1: out of this. Yeah, there's a quick aside where Grandma
- 15:41Speaker 1: realizes that Connie's waiting on some test results and she
- 15:44Speaker 1: calls in the favor because Grandma's aid Boss Biach, she's
- 15:48Speaker 1: got somebody on the line, and she's like, I got it.
- 15:51Speaker 1: I got deep pockets, baby. But Ted's like, look, enough
- 15:57Speaker 1: of this. I'm gonna tell Grandma. I'm gonna tell her.
- 16:01Speaker 1: And Nina was like, I know, dear, you broke my
- 16:04Speaker 1: heart by lying to me. This is a moment that
- 16:06Speaker 1: is unclear to me. At what point did she know?
- 16:09Speaker 1: Did she know all along and she was punking them
- 16:13Speaker 1: with all the crazy wedding prep that she made them
- 16:15Speaker 1: go through, or because then what explains her like shocked
- 16:21Speaker 1: face through the window, yes, yeah yeah, or did she
- 16:24Speaker 1: just know since the night before? But I kind of
- 16:28Speaker 1: feel like this is mean like, you broke my heart.
- 16:31Speaker 1: This really pisses me off because I feel like she
- 16:34Speaker 1: forced him to be out. Yeah, she really put him
- 16:38Speaker 1: in a terrible position. Yeah, she's like, I'm gonna pull
- 16:43Speaker 1: all these hijinks to get you to give me information
- 16:45Speaker 1: that you weren't ready to give. Yes, I hated everything
- 16:49Speaker 1: about this. It made me mad. Actually, well, Marcus apologizes
- 16:54Speaker 1: to her, but he also like it's kind of like, yeah,
- 16:56Speaker 1: he just throws some therapist talk on her. He's like,
- 16:58Speaker 1: you need to understand that, like you played a part
- 17:00Speaker 1: in this too. Oh. I forgot to mention like when
- 17:04Speaker 1: Linda and Robert get together, my notes bounce. Did you
- 17:08Speaker 1: hear it? Yes? Okay, first of all, my notes say
- 17:11Speaker 1: all State. Robert sends Evan off because something about him
- 17:14Speaker 1: standing drive safe? Isn't that what he says? They are
- 17:18Speaker 1: standing in the driveway and the guy's like getting in
- 17:20Speaker 1: a car driving away. I'm like, this has got to
- 17:22Speaker 1: be intentional, because in that moment I was like, oh,
- 17:24Speaker 1: this is an all State commercial. But Linda and Robert
- 17:28Speaker 1: there's a scene and I'm telling you, the music goes bounce,
- 17:31Speaker 1: whoa wow, and then like you see them like you
- 17:34Speaker 1: see clothes flying. But what they're actually looking for is
- 17:40Speaker 1: the gift that Robert got for her. It's like a
- 17:43Speaker 1: nice like give me some hints that stuff's happened, and
- 17:47Speaker 1: nothing's happening, but I appreciated it. His gift to her
- 17:49Speaker 1: is a trip to the Northern Knights. It's their second honeymoon.
- 17:52Speaker 1: When did he have time to buy that? I don't know.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Maybe there's an eighth family on the street who happens
- 17:59Speaker 1: to be trashful agent. And the time that Evan leaves,
- 18:04Speaker 1: because Robert's not going to buy his ex wife a
- 18:08Speaker 1: trip to go see the Northern Lights unless he was
- 18:10Speaker 1: buying it for Evan and Linda. Yeah, that is weird together,
- 18:14Speaker 1: That is weird. No, it was a nice conclusion, though.
- 18:19Speaker 1: I'm happy to see Robert and Linda back together. In
- 18:22Speaker 1: the midst of all this dash of the Lama is gone.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Don't care. He has escaped all the way to the
- 18:31Speaker 1: Cameraina's house. Now that nine nine knows, Ted and Marcus
- 18:35Speaker 1: are like, let's get married. What are we waiting for?
- 18:37Speaker 1: Everyone's here, even all these neighbors that we don't really
- 18:39Speaker 1: care that much about, But he cares about each other.
- 18:42Speaker 1: They all hate each other, but like because of circumstance,
- 18:45Speaker 1: nobody has power. They're all hanging out with each other. Yeah,
- 18:48Speaker 1: so instead of just eating a bunch of appetizers, they're like,
- 18:50Speaker 1: let's plan an entire wedding. Let's decorate this whole tent
- 18:53Speaker 1: and have everybody. I'd be like, I don't want to
- 18:55Speaker 1: do this this Christmas Day? Could we just like lounge
- 18:58Speaker 1: around and tet a cheeseball? I mean, like, where are
- 19:00Speaker 1: they getting all these this decotable lanterns and so many
- 19:05Speaker 1: matching chairs, big like bouquets. Yeah, they have like what
- 19:12Speaker 1: you would see at a wedding, like the table of
- 19:14Speaker 1: eight chairs. I was like, where did all these flowers
- 19:17Speaker 1: come from? I mean I just was like, uh and
- 19:19Speaker 1: again no marriage license, no marriage license, and no family
- 19:26Speaker 1: of Marcus there. No it is I know, I hear it.
- 19:30Speaker 1: We talked about in the camera and episode how they
- 19:33Speaker 1: like flash on the sign of like no tree cutting. Right. Well,
- 19:36Speaker 1: this is where that moment comes full circle because Sheriff
- 19:38Speaker 1: Nora shows up and she's like someone cod to a
- 19:41Speaker 1: tree down. Of course, it could only be one of
- 19:43Speaker 1: these families, all all the people in this entire city.
- 19:45Speaker 1: It's got to be one of them, and Josh is like,
- 19:48Speaker 1: it's me. Wally performs a wedding ceremony. He talks about
- 19:51Speaker 1: holiday traditions, We bring a full circle. He talks about
- 19:55Speaker 1: even the unplanned moments can be lovely. Someone had a
- 19:59Speaker 1: confetti cannon chuck, and we get a kiss thee and
- 20:04Speaker 1: there's flashes of all the many connections made. These people
- 20:08Speaker 1: are just gonna go back to not talking to each
- 20:10Speaker 1: other and a giant neighborhood photo. Oh, we did not talk.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Connie got her results and it was nothing. Yeah. I
- 20:17Speaker 1: kind of was annoyed, like I don't want Connie to
- 20:20Speaker 1: be sick. But I was like, you don't tell your
- 20:23Speaker 1: entire family. I might not live to see next year
- 20:25Speaker 1: when you have no information. That's a real rollercoaster. What
- 20:29Speaker 1: you could be like. They're like, Mom's Elsie, No, no,
- 20:31Speaker 1: it's no bigtail. Everybody tears. I just think it's perfectly
- 20:35Speaker 1: reasonable to be like, I'm waiting on some test retults
- 20:37Speaker 1: and I'm stressed about it. Yeah, but I might not
- 20:40Speaker 1: be here next year. I know it's high drama, not necessary. Hey, friends,
