- 0:00Volatility in the silver and gold market today.
- 0:04Remember, that's part of the game and we're going to talk
- 0:07about many reasons and examples why we can remain optimistic
- 0:13that this historic run in silver and gold will continue as we
- 0:18move into the coming months, quarters and years.
- 0:21We're going to talk about the richest country, well, one of
- 0:24the richest countries in the world, not one that you're
- 0:27thinking of right now, and get word from the the ground about
- 0:31what's going on there with purchases of silver and gold.
- 0:35Of course, we'll also talk about China as well.
- 0:39Some crazy data coming out of China.
- 0:40We have a brand new way to look at the relationship between
- 0:45silver and gold, but silver and something else from a thousands
- 0:49of years perspective that tells us that right now we are still
- 0:53undervalued in the silver market.
- 0:55We got news from a great big bank.
- 0:58Yes, we'll talk to those Trad 5 big bankers and hear what they
- 1:02have to say about the future of the silver and gold price.
- 1:05And of course, right, we'll check in with our one of our
- 1:08favorite billionaires, not not David Bateman, but a different
- 1:12billionaire and hear what he's saying about silver and gold.
- 1:15The biggest thing we want to say right now is hey, welcome to the
- 1:18basement. We're glad you're here.
- 1:20Seriously, this is a great community of people who love the
- 1:24precious metals. You're always welcome down here
- 1:26in the basement. One way that you can make sure
- 1:28that happens is by pressing the subscribe button.
- 1:31It's free, it's easy, leave a comment in the comment section.
- 1:34Also, press that thumbs up button.
- 1:36That helps us get the word out to more and more people.
- 1:40Look, you probably already secured your seat on the silver
- 1:44and gold Wiferaft. The more people that come here
- 1:47and join us and we've had record crowds, like the channel is
- 1:51growing like crazy thanks to you guys, more and more people
- 1:54coming waking up to the reality that silver and gold are a very
- 2:00interesting investment option to explore.
- 2:02But remember, I'm not a financial advisor.
- 2:04Anything I say today is not financial advice, just what I
- 2:08believe about silver and gold. Do your own research, all that
- 2:11great stuff. Let's go out and take a look.
- 2:13Let's get the hard part out of the way, right?
- 2:16Take your blood pressure medicine.
- 2:17We're going to go take a look. Why don't we start with the
- 2:21silver futures and see what's happening there?
- 2:25Hold on one second, guys, I'm trying to get the technology to
- 2:29work here. Bear with me.
- 2:30Just one second. Here we go.
- 2:33And all right, I think we're live.
- 2:36You should be able to see me and hear me.
- 2:38Yep. And you are looking at the
- 2:41futures price of silver. So we're down.
- 2:44I don't know, the futures price seems goofy.
- 2:46We're going to look at the at the spot price here in a second,
- 2:49but we're at $112. Let's look at a one day chart
- 2:53and see where we had been today. Yeah, at one point we got the
- 2:56over $120.00 per oz in silver. I don't know.
- 3:01What do you think happened right here?
- 3:05It triggered this. Oh, that might be those fine
- 3:09people at the Comex playing some games.
- 3:12But look, the important thing that we want to look at is this,
- 3:16which is a one year chart of silver.
- 3:19Look, I'll also point out on this chart volatility, nothing
- 3:23goes straight up. Look, right there, there was a a
- 3:26pulled a pullback right there. A pullback.
- 3:29We had a little pullback here actually what this chart
- 3:32represents, right? Hold on, here is you and I being
- 3:37very, very spoiled, OK. And we're going to look at at
- 3:41the breakout that we just had and see if it's still holding at
- 3:44this 112 level. But this is extraordinary, like
- 3:48a very smooth upward trend. Anything that goes up, right?
- 3:54Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, you name it, guys, it's going to
- 3:56have pull backs. Look at a long term chart of
- 3:59Apple computer or NVIDIA or Amazon or any of those stocks
- 4:04that have done well. They all had major, major pull
- 4:07backs on their March forward. It's part of the process.
- 4:10It's no fun. And in the spot market looks
- 4:12like wow spot. Is it one almost 113 And we just
- 4:17looked at the futures at 1:12, which means congratulations, we
- 4:23are in backwardation. We're going to look at the
- 4:25Chinese data which is very interesting as well in terms of
- 4:29backwardation or contango. But to refresh your memory,
- 4:32backwardation means when the spot price is higher than the
- 4:35futures price, it's a very strong indicator that there is
- 4:39huge demand for whether it's a metal, a commodity, anything.
- 4:43In this case we're talking about silver.
- 4:45So what that indicates is, well, some people speculate or
- 4:50theorize that that means that people are willing to pay a
- 4:54premium to get silver now in the spot market as opposed to maybe
- 4:59a little fear that the futures market may or may not be able to
- 5:03to deliver it in the future. So interesting developments.
- 5:07Let's go take a look at at some recent charting data.
- 5:12Here we go. Got this up.
- 5:14Rashad put this out early this morning.
- 5:17Another break out to all time highs and silver, $200 silver
- 5:21does not look that far anymore. OK, now we've pulled back since
- 5:25he put that out. But what I want to draw your
- 5:27attention to this is a a pretty short term chart, but you see
- 5:32these lines here, I'll draw over it there.
- 5:34That's a wedge pattern. Anything that goes into a wedge
- 5:37pattern will break out either like we did this morning to the
- 5:41upside or to the downside. We broke out to the upside this
- 5:46morning. Now what's interesting on this
- 5:49chart I was reviewing before we came on this point right here,
- 5:53OK, is right about well one 12113.
- 5:58So we are right now since we've came down kind of testing that
- 6:04level to see if we bounce back up, not critical.
- 6:07This is a very short term chart, you know the one that we like to
- 6:10look at, you know, darn it, I wish I had it up, is the what 45
- 6:16year, 46 year. We're now in our 46th year of a
- 6:19cup and handle pattern in the silver price.
- 6:22That is way more important than any of the short term price
- 6:26movements. The cup and handle pattern that
- 6:28we have in the silver price and I'll pull it up for you
- 6:31tomorrow. But guys, right, it starts in
- 6:331980 with $50 silver, 2011, $50 silver forming a cup.
- 6:39If you look at it at the, at the, at the, at that period of
- 6:43time, which is what about 30 years?
- 6:46And then there was a handle that was built and when we broke
- 6:49through 50, we broke through. That is the most epic textbook
- 6:54technical analysis chart pattern of all time is what they're
- 6:59saying. So it's more important to look
- 7:01at longer term big patterns like that then what's happening on
- 7:04the short term. Again, please, Please remember,
- 7:07always be responsible with anything you do with any of your
- 7:10investments, including silver or gold.
- 7:13But pull backs are normal, OK? And if guys think about it, I'll
- 7:17say it again, we say it every day.
- 7:19One year, two years ago when we had silver in 25, thirty, $35
- 7:24price range, if you told us that today we'd be a little bit sad
- 7:30because silver pulled back to $112, we'd be jumping for joy.
- 7:37So let's be those people from a year two years ago.
- 7:39We're going to touch on the Fed very quickly.
- 7:41Yesterday was the big Federal Reserve announcement on interest
- 7:44rates, monetary policy, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 7:47We don't even really talk about it much anymore.
- 7:49But there is something super important to look at that tells
- 7:54us, I believe, that we could continue to be in for some great
- 7:58times with the silver and the gold price.
- 8:01And that has to do with future expectations for what the Fed
- 8:05will do not just one year, but two years out.
- 8:08And I'm telling you, this could be super powerful.
- 8:12Chris Marcus at Arcadia Economics had this in one of his
- 8:15recent Sub Stack articles. And it's the CME.
- 8:20Let me do a couple circles for you.
- 8:23This is the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Fed Watch tool
- 8:26conditional meeting probabilities.
- 8:29OK, so this goes out. Let me get rid of that all way
- 8:32out into the future. As you can see over here, we
- 8:36start with what was our, our meeting yesterday, the 28th of
- 8:40January, but then it goes all the way down to almost two years
- 8:45out, December of 2027 down there in the lower left corner.
- 8:50Now what we want to look at and what is, is I think very, very
- 8:54potentially explosive for the price of gold and silver is if
- 8:59we look at this column right here, right, that's the current
- 9:02rate goes all the way down. So remember that if we go over 4
- 9:07columns, 1234, we get to the odds that interest rates will be
- 9:141% lower, OK? So it's saying that basically,
- 9:19let's say let's look out to October 28th of 2026.
- 9:23It's saying we have a 4% chance at that point that rates will
- 9:28only afford a 1 and 20 chance that rates will be a 1% lower.
- 9:32If we go all the way to the bottom of this, of this chart
- 9:39and we go 1234, I'm sorry, 12345 point 4%.
- 9:46What it's saying is that basically almost 2 years from
- 9:50now, there's only a 5% chance that rates are going to be 1%
- 9:56lower than where they are right now.
- 9:58Why is that powerful? Why is that important, right?
- 10:01Because we have a president, right?
- 10:03So what they're saying is that the odds of of interest rates
- 10:06going from 3.5 percent down to 2.5% almost two years out is
- 10:11only 5%, a one in 20 chance. We've got a president who's
- 10:16talking about wanting 1% rates and wanting them soon.
- 10:21So what the president is saying and what he's going to be
- 10:24pushing the Fed and his new Fed chairman that'll be coming in
- 10:27May, I believe it is right, is that he wants 1% rates.
- 10:31But the expectations and markets are based on expectations are
- 10:35that it's only a one in 20 chance that in two years we're
- 10:39going to have rates just 1% lower than where they are now.
- 10:44I hope this makes sense to you because what it's telling us is
- 10:47that if we do get what Donald Trump wants in terms of interest
- 10:52rates, the market is going to be blown away and it's going to be
- 10:56a massive potential tailwind for the price of gold and silver.
- 11:01So that's about all we're going to say besides that the Fed is
- 11:05Fed, Schmidt, whatever the whatever the case is Now let's
- 11:08go to one of the richest countries in the world in Asia.
- 11:12And do you think it's important for us to see and to hear what's
- 11:16actually going on on the street there with gold and silver?
- 11:20We're going to do that next after we say thank you to
- 11:23channel sponsor First Mint. They're a silver specialist mint
- 11:28in the United States, Las Vegas, NV, making world class silver
- 11:33bullion products. They get their silver from the
- 11:36company that owns them, First Majestic.
- 11:38It comes from Mexico, the Mexican First Majestic mines.
- 11:42It's shipped to Las Vegas NV to 1st Mint where it's transformed
- 11:46into world class silver bullion products and then it goes
- 11:49straight to you. It doesn't go anywhere else, no
- 11:52COMEX, no LBMA, no nothing. They do have a discount code and
- 11:55I tested it yesterday. It works VIP like very important
- 12:01person, RB 5 letters VIPRB. You get a little discount
- 12:06because it's very important person Ron's basement and you're
- 12:09a very important person. Here's their website if you want
- 12:12to check them out for yourself, firstmeant.com and hold on a
- 12:17second here. Let me go back There we are.
- 12:20OK now, we got you up there. It works now.
- 12:26Yes, yes, I tested it. That's OK, Susie.
- 12:30Yes, it works. I tested it yesterday.
- 12:32The discount code VIPRB, Here's the website firstment.com.
- 12:37And they're having some delayed shipping because of the high
- 12:43sales volume like everybody else but three to five days, which is
- 12:47pretty darn good. Now let's go.
- 12:49Let's go. Let's leave the United States
- 12:52and go to one of the richest countries in the world.
- 12:54Can you guess what it is that would be Singapore?
- 12:58Singapore has amongst like the world's highest per capita GB
- 13:02GDP. It's a small country.
- 13:04It's in Asia. They make all their.
- 13:07I don't know. It's very interesting to learn
- 13:08about Singapore. That's not what we're here to
- 13:10talk about. We've got word on the street
- 13:12from the biggest bullion dealer. OK, Bullion Star, wait till you
- 13:16hear this. We're going to hear about what
- 13:18Bullion Star is saying about customers in Singapore, but also
- 13:23something interesting about their ability to source new
- 13:27metals. And for that we will go here
- 13:31from Bullion Star should be on your screen right now.
- 13:34There we go, record demand at Bullion Star and in Purple.
- 13:40We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for
- 13:46physical metals. Every day is breaking records
- 13:49for both sales revenue and total order volume.
- 13:54Guys, this is one of the richest countries in the world.
- 13:58This is in Asia. This is real data coming from
- 14:02bullion starts as the reality on the ground, extreme lines times
- 14:07with lines extending well outside our building, serving up
- 14:10to 9 customers can concurrently at maximum capacity.
- 14:14Management's on the floor helping.
- 14:16He says when people are willing to wait in lines that extend
- 14:19outside the building just to convert their Fiat into metal,
- 14:23that tells you everything you need to know about where this is
- 14:27headed. Very interesting.
- 14:29OK, now let's hear what they're saying about their ability to
- 14:33get metal. OK, physical silver market.
- 14:36This is is a physical silver market update again from bullion
- 14:39Star supply is tightening fast in green.
- 14:44The Perth Mint, that would be Australia, Meadowlore not
- 14:47accepting any new silver orders, Argor Herreras like that's in
- 14:53Germany and Nadir severe backlogs delivery not until four
- 15:00or five months out in red. We are actively sourcing
- 15:05whatever silver remains available in the market.
- 15:10Excuse me, wholesale premiums have spiked, OK, 100 to 200%.
- 15:17Wholesale premiums, which then get passed on to retail
- 15:20customers are the biggest single indicator of retail demand.
- 15:25So when we hear this in the United States, like from the the
- 15:27local coin shop owners, and I love the local coin shop owners,
- 15:31but that's really not the future that they're saying our sales
- 15:34are down. People aren't buying as much
- 15:37silver. Well, when you go to Asia and
- 15:39you see what's going on in Asia, it's a completely different
- 15:43story. And they say as a result,
- 15:45they're, they have to adjust their retail, retail volumes as
- 15:48well. Guys, that is the biggest
- 15:51indicator period, right, of retail demand are the wholesale
- 15:56and the retail premiums that are being charged.
- 15:59So when we hear this and some people speculate that there may
- 16:02be a bit of a strategy on the behalf of certain people out
- 16:07there to cast a little shade or they call it bud fear and
- 16:12uncertainty and doubt into the silver market.
- 16:15They're saying, oh, nobody's buying silver over at local coin
- 16:18shops, blah, blah, blah. Well, think about it, the
- 16:21future, OK, so we know what's going on in Asia in the future
- 16:24of bullion sales is online. OK, It's maybe it's kind of like
- 16:29the same thing that happened. Unfortunately.
- 16:31I'm not saying I agree or disagree with it.
- 16:33When Amazon put out a lot of mom and pop stores around the
- 16:38country, put them out of business or severely decrease
- 16:42their sales. When we look at online sales and
- 16:44we heard from the guy, I think it was from monetary metals
- 16:47yesterday. And when we look at what's
- 16:49happening in Asia, it remains robust.
- 16:53It remains pretty darn high. So we got to take a look at the
- 16:57big, big picture. And again, you know, look, it's
- 17:01unfortunate that that there's this stress right now in the
- 17:05local coin shop field in the United States, but it's a much
- 17:10bigger market. It's a world, world worldwide
- 17:12market. And more proof, OK, more proof.
- 17:16Gosh, this just leads right in to the fact that we are seeing
- 17:20online sales that are strong. This was shared about Kitco.
- 17:24Let me go back here and make sure we got you.
- 17:28Hold on here, I forgot to share the screen.
- 17:31Hey now, I'm going to share that screen.
- 17:33There we go. This came from Kitco, was shared
- 17:36on X by silver trade breaking. Kitco implements a $5000 order
- 17:43minimum. OK.
- 17:44And then they say the physical market is breaking.
- 17:47And here's the screenshot they put up says, oops, your order as
- 17:52is doesn't meet our new minimum of U.S. dollars, $5000.
- 18:00But yeah, demand for silver is is not good.
- 18:04Yeah. When Kitco, I don't know, right?
- 18:07But you would think that when Kitco implements a 5000, that's
- 18:12the highest I've heard of order minimum according to that
- 18:15report, maybe there is strong demand for physical silver.
- 18:20OK, we got a new friend, guys. We like to joke around about the
- 18:25sheeple and the sheeple. You're not going to believe this
- 18:27next indicator that shows us maybe the silver price should be
- 18:32at $600.00 right now or higher and it compares it over
- 18:36thousands of years. But we got a new friend in the
- 18:38basement. We're going to get to that next.
- 18:40First, I want to say thank you to 1st Mining Gold for
- 18:43sponsoring Ron's Basement. One of my very first YouTube
- 18:46videos I ever made was about First Mining Gold years back.
- 18:50It was the stock I owned, a company that I followed very,
- 18:53very closely. They are a development stage
- 18:57gold mining company in Canada. They have two huge development
- 19:01stage projects, Spring Pole in Ontario and Duparque located in
- 19:07Quebec. Both of these projects
- 19:08separately have millions of Oz of gold in the ground in Canada,
- 19:13favorable jurisdiction. And they're working them both
- 19:16through the development, the permitting process, which will
- 19:20become very attractive to some of the large gold producers in
- 19:24the world as they try to refill their pipeline #1 but also grow.
- 19:29Because I think we saw just a little while ago, actually a
- 19:32gold output, gold production is going to be down or was down
- 19:35last year, is going to be down this year, which really shocked
- 19:38me. Anyway, it's the stock I I
- 19:40personally owned long before they sponsored the channel.
- 19:43Do your own research. I'm not a stock advisor.
- 19:46I'm not a financial advisor. But you can learn more about
- 19:49first mining gold at firstmininggold.com and this
- 19:53next one. Look, it's not funny, OK?
- 19:55So don't laugh. It's about sheep.
- 20:00Believe it or not, in historically looking over
- 20:03thousands of years, comparing the price of silver to the
- 20:07number of sheep have been around for thousands of years, right?
- 20:10Used for their wool, used for meat, milk, all that stuff.
- 20:14That silver is vastly undervalued.
- 20:16I want to show you this guy. And I'm thinking that when
- 20:19silver, you know, we did the we did old Smitty, the silver bear
- 20:23right there. Let's grab Smitty to say hello
- 20:25to you. We took off his blindfold when
- 20:27the silver price got the $85. I now am am declaring that when
- 20:32silver hits $200, we're going to invite our new friend, OK, to
- 20:37bring one of his sheep live down here in the basement.
- 20:40Let me grab Smitty, right? Remember how crazy and remember
- 20:46he's got a couple what a couple silver eyes he's looking at you
- 20:50Remember how crazy everybody thought we were like 6 months
- 20:53ago, six years ago when we had a bear that and we said we thought
- 20:57the price of silver could get the $85.
- 21:00Nobody believed us. Smitty, I'm going to set you
- 21:02down softly over here. So when we get to 200, we're
- 21:06going to have the sheep guy here all right to celebrate.
- 21:08But he put out an incredible, this is actually a super
- 21:11interesting video. He put out a previous video
- 21:14where he compared the price of gold to the price of cattle and
- 21:18how over history, like basically as I understand it, you could,
- 21:23you could have always been able to buy about one cow with one
- 21:28ounce of gold. And that's even true today.
- 21:29I looked it up before I come on like a like a cow, a good cow
- 21:33cost you around 2500 to $4500 right now.
- 21:37But what about sheep? This is crazy.
- 21:39I'm going to show you and then I'm going to tell you what he
- 21:41discovered and it shows that, you know, at minimum, right, we
- 21:46should have $600.00 silver right now.
- 21:48So here he is, and I'll play just a few seconds of his video.
- 21:52This guy's for real. And this is actually a very good
- 21:54video. I'd recommend you check it out.
- 21:58Hold on. There's my sheet back there.
- 22:01Hold on now, we got it up. Sorry about that.
- 22:03I had the wrong screen up. You were a kid, Coastal.
- 22:06And now here the. Last video on the gold to cow
- 22:09ratio seem to really strike up a good conversation.
- 22:12So today I thought I would talk about the silver to sheep ratio.
- 22:15There's my sheep back there. And what's very interesting
- 22:17about the silver to sheep ratio that you want to stay tuned to
- 22:19find out is that it tells us something really different than
- 22:22the cattle to gold ratio. So if you're interested in the
- 22:25silver to sheep ratio historically and what it means
- 22:27today for silver prices, stick around because we're about to
- 22:29find out some very interesting stuff.
- 22:31After spending some time researching, I was able to find
- 22:33out the historical sheep to silver ratio and it was pretty
- 22:36interesting. We can find records dating all
- 22:39the way back to the Mesopotamian era around 2000 BC that roughly
- 22:43one ounce of silver bought you 2 productive sheep.
- 22:46OK, so, so I'd highly recommend you go out, follow that guy,
- 22:50subscribe to that guy, and he is officially invited to the
- 22:53basement. But here's what he found out.
- 22:55I've got this written down for you. 2000 BC, OK, Basically one
- 23:00ounce of silver, bought 2 sheep, OK, in the 10th century, the age
- 23:05of the Vikings, all right, when they were burying their silver
- 23:09in the ground like you can do with a where is it?
- 23:12Where is it? There it is, says a dirty man
- 23:14safe. Don't forget the discount code
- 23:16Ron 10. Anyway, during the age of the
- 23:18Vikings, one ounce of silver got you 3 sheep.
- 23:22OK, and when the in the Roman times, which was what about 500
- 23:27AD, one ounce of silver got you 6 sheep.
- 23:32Now think about this. What's the price of silver
- 23:35today? We'll, we'll simply say for the
- 23:37purposes of simplicity, $100. OK.
- 23:42And a good sheep, according to our friend the sheep cattle man
- 23:45there herder, right, A good sheep cost $300.00.
- 23:49So today, right, with one ounce of silver, you get 1/3 of a
- 23:56sheep. Whereas all throughout history,
- 23:58OK, you would either get one ounce of silver would get you 2
- 24:02sheep, 3 sheep or 6 sheep. Look, if you go with the lowest
- 24:05number there 2 sheep, right, which would be $600.00.
- 24:09Just to get back to that, that, that low part of the average,
- 24:13the price of silver would have to be $600.00.
- 24:17All right, You, you, you divide the price of you divide the, the
- 24:22silver price, it's would be $600.00 divided by the price of
- 24:26the sheep, which is currently $300.
- 24:28That would get you 2 sheep. What if, what if we went to a
- 24:31three to one ratio, right? Which is kind of in the middle
- 24:35of what he found out at that point you would need $900 to get
- 24:39yourself 3 sheep. So the herd is our friend after
- 24:43all. And I know it may seem funny,
- 24:45right? But, and, and think about this,
- 24:46and he brings that up. Not only is that historic ratio,
- 24:50because people compare silver to a bushel of wheat, I've heard
- 24:53that said over the years, like, oh, silver, an ounce of silver
- 24:56has always bought you a bushel of wheat throughout thousands of
- 24:58years of history. Well, it's also bought you two
- 25:01or three sheep. And if you wanted to buy two or
- 25:03three sheep with one ounce of silver right now, you need the
- 25:06price to be $600.00 an ounce or $900.00 an ounce.
- 25:10And we love the sheep, right? OK.
- 25:13Now the other thing to consider that he brings up not only is
- 25:16that ratio out of whack, but also we know the gold to silver
- 25:20ratio is out of whack, right? Even though it's now what,
- 25:23505545, whatever it is, it's come down, right?
- 25:27Historically looking the gold to silver ratio over thousands of
- 25:30years, it's been 5 to 18 to 1:15 to 1, whatever it is like we're
- 25:35still high there as well. So from big, big, big picture
- 25:39historic perspective, we've got the silver price under
- 25:43undervalued. I want to say thank you to
- 25:44Stefan. One of our Basement Dweller
- 25:46members yesterday made a nice donation to Susie and I on
- 25:50PayPal. Thank you, Stefan, we appreciate
- 25:53that. Oh, OK, we talked about Kitco.
- 25:56What about APMEX? What are they doing?
- 25:57Right? Let's circle back to overall
- 26:01retail demand for silver and we get this letter from the CEO of
- 26:08APMEX. And Yep, it's on your screen
- 26:11right now. OK, he put this out a little bit
- 26:17ago. Hold on, having some issues with
- 26:20it here. Basically, they changed, OK,
- 26:23when selling silver to APMEX. Now the minimum amount that they
- 26:27will look at is $20,000 and when buying from APMEX, they're not
- 26:34up there with Kitco yet, but they're maintaining a $500
- 26:39minimum. And again, the mainstream media
- 26:42want you to think that oh, there's no demand for silver,
- 26:44There's no when APMEX and Kitco, 2 of the largest longest running
- 26:50like they were around feels like 20 years ago when I first
- 26:54started following gold and silver when they are having
- 26:57$505,000 minimums. Think about it guys.
- 27:01And what about the and then we got to talk about the other
- 27:05billionaire who's got something incredible to say about gold and
- 27:10by default silver as well. And then guys, we've got some
- 27:15data that is mind numbing, OK? I didn't even I didn't even
- 27:20tease you with this, but some data about what's happening
- 27:24right now, what happened in the silver market, what's happening
- 27:27in the world. It's mind numbing.
- 27:29And it does directly relate the silver as well.
- 27:32So first, let's go out and see what our friends at BMO, the big
- 27:36bank are saying about the future of the metals prices.
- 27:40Here we are now. We got you up there.
- 27:43OK, BMO says this and this comes from our friend Neils at Kitco.
- 27:48Neils Christensen, BMOS bullish scenario sees gold at $8650 and
- 27:55silver at 220 by 2027. That would be when that sheep
- 28:01guy gets to bring one of his sheep down here in the basement.
- 28:05I better get ready. That could be here sooner as
- 28:07opposed to later. I highlighted just a couple
- 28:10things in there says, you know, basically they're talking about
- 28:13how much the world is changing, how crazy things are.
- 28:16And I'm telling you, I've got something I'm going to share
- 28:18with you after the next slide that I show you that is
- 28:22unbelievable about what's happening right now in our
- 28:27world. Says if we assume average
- 28:29quarterly central bank purchases of 8 million oz, quarterly ETF
- 28:33flows of 4 to 5 million ounces of ongoing erosion in real
- 28:38yields, OK. That means when you subtract
- 28:41inflation from what the interest rates are and the US dollar,
- 28:45this brings us a bowl case scenario for gold prices of
- 28:49about 6350 by Q, 4/20/26. That's this year.
- 28:55That's like what, seven months from now and $8650 by Q4 of
- 29:032027. Can you?
- 29:05Wow, unbelievable. And on silver, they say quote is
- 29:09an anchor point for a bowl case. We could assume and we got to
- 29:13check in with upstairs Susie here in a little bit as well.
- 29:15We'll do that before we're done. We could assume that the gold to
- 29:18silver ratio occupies the 40 to 50 mark, which is the bottom end
- 29:23of the 30 year range for a more extended period of time,
- 29:27suggesting silver prices of $160 per oz by Q4 of 2026.
- 29:37Again, seven months from now and about about we won't be mad at
- 29:44you if you're not exactly right, $220.00 an ounce by Q4 of 2027.
- 29:50The important thing to remember here guys is that's not some guy
- 29:54in his basement in Saint Louis making what are crazy silver
- 29:58predictions. That's not a sheep herder,
- 30:00right? I think that guy's in the Ozarks
- 30:02making crazy comparisons to the current silver price to where
- 30:06it's been for thousands of years.
- 30:08No, that's BMO Bank, one of the largest financial institutions
- 30:14in the world. Are we listening yet?
- 30:16Are you hearing this? OK, we'll go take a look at the
- 30:19silver price too before we're done.
- 30:21Next. Next.
- 30:22Next. Oh, OK.
- 30:23The billionaire. The guy who's the guy who's a
- 30:25billionaire? The guy who started, I believe,
- 30:28still the biggest but definitely one of the most successful hedge
- 30:32funds in the world. What does he have to say about
- 30:35precious metals? Are we going to listen to him?
- 30:38He started this company in his apartment and grew it to the the
- 30:42a mammoth hedge fund. Why do we pay attention to hedge
- 30:46fund managers? And he's kind of retired now.
- 30:48So he has, you know, no real ulterior motives.
- 30:51He's educating the world. He's telling us be prepared.
- 30:55He's telling us something very, very big about gold, right,
- 30:59Which by default is good for silver as well.
- 31:02Let's go out and check out who we're talking about, about who
- 31:05is the one and only Ray Dalio, the founder of Bridgewater
- 31:09Capital. Another article from here we go.
- 31:12Got you on the right screen now, Kitco, And this one's from Mr.
- 31:16Ernest Hoffman. Gold is now the second largest
- 31:21currency. Ray Dalio on how capital wars
- 31:26drive buyers into bullion. OK, I highly recommend you read
- 31:32this article. I also highly recommend that you
- 31:35watch some of Ray Dalio's videos that he has out.
- 31:38He drops massive, massive truth bombs and what he's just the big
- 31:43take away from what he is saying right now is that the the United
- 31:47States right now, you know what, we'll go take a look and we'll
- 31:50go check out the US debt clock. But also the world is in a
- 31:53horrific this goal, right, this goal meaning financial situation
- 31:59that essentially we cannot get out of and the only way that
- 32:04they're going to be able to deal with this is by money printing.
- 32:07Okay, and by default, right, We could have massive.
- 32:10I don't want to scare you to be the skies falling guy, but you
- 32:13know, all that debt in the world, all those, it's all
- 32:17numbers, right? And we'll go look at it right
- 32:19now. But guess what?
- 32:20Somebody thinks they're going to actually get their money back
- 32:23and their value back in the sad reality is, right.
- 32:26The only way that they can, that they can contend with the
- 32:30situation that they've gotten us into really because of 1971 when
- 32:35President Richard Nixon temporarily took us off the gold
- 32:38standard is by devaluing the currency.
- 32:42And let me ask you a question. When you look at this right, I
- 32:45was born in 1970 when I was a 10 year old boy, right?
- 32:49This had a lot more value than it has right now.
- 32:53But think about this something very powerful to consider from
- 32:561970 to now, this right has lost 99% of its value against gold.
- 33:05OK, but, but, but there's a big, big, big, big consideration that
- 33:11we need to, we need to talk about when we when we look at
- 33:14that 50 years, OK, those 50 years were the quote UN quote,
- 33:20golden or we may call them ungolden years for the United
- 33:24States. We enjoyed hegemony, which means
- 33:27we kind of ruled the world, right?
- 33:29The Soviet Union collapsed, we had the strongest economy in the
- 33:32world. All that good stuff over that 50
- 33:35year period and our leaders squandered.
- 33:38Unfortunately, I don't like it, right?
- 33:40And it's not a political statement because really both
- 33:42sides, Democrats and Republicans squandered, right?
- 33:46The wealth that are that are older generations that created
- 33:50for us. Think about think about what
- 33:53happened over the last 50 years under the best of circumstances.
- 33:57Take your blood pressure pill and then think about what the
- 34:01next 50 years are going to look at while we're while we're
- 34:03facing those next 50 years with this here, let's pull it up.
- 34:12If it works, yes, it works. What happens in the next 50
- 34:16years? OK, And I'll just circle one
- 34:19thing on here for you. When we're facing it with and
- 34:23let's do, let's do a bright yellow today.
- 34:26How do you say when we're it's kind of oranges?
- 34:28But anyway, upper left corner, you can see it with the US
- 34:32national debt now approaching $39 trillion with the fact that
- 34:38per taxpayer right in this country and I think only like a
- 34:42third of the country pays taxes, but that's a different story
- 34:47that we owe $355,000 per taxpayer.
- 34:51Let that sink in for just one second and we're going to check
- 34:58in with upstairs. Susie, before we do that guys,
- 35:01this next thing I'm telling you take two of your blood pressure
- 35:04pills. I'm on blood pressure medicine,
- 35:06so I'm not putting anybody down, OK, but this next data, right?
- 35:10Is it any wonder? Let's ask ourselves an important
- 35:14question right That this next data is occurring based on what
- 35:18we just looked at because this is just absolutely astounding
- 35:22and I think tells us that we could be in for some incredible
- 35:26times. I had no limit was a pretty big
- 35:28X account right? 400,000 followers says this the
- 35:33impossible just happened. The probability of what is
- 35:38happening right now is near 0. Wait till you hear this guys. 36
- 35:44Sigma events occurred in one week. 6 Sigma 5 Sigma events.
- 35:49It's like a statistical term to measure the likelihood of
- 35:53something happening. But we had three of them in one
- 35:56week. Bonds, silver and gold.
- 36:00We are currently living through what is a statistical
- 36:04impossibility. Last Tuesday the 30 year debt
- 36:08recorded what's called a six Sigma session. 2 days ago silver
- 36:12did even better. It was a 5 Sigma on the on the
- 36:15rally, then reached 6 Sigma on the drop in a single session.
- 36:21Gold right now is up 23% in less than a month.
- 36:25We're getting very close to a six Sigma event with gold as
- 36:29well. So bonds, silver, gold, he says
- 36:33that's three six Sigma events in one week.
- 36:37To explain quickly in finance we measure price.
- 36:40Price moves around an average using using the standard
- 36:44deviation, which we call a Sigma.
- 36:46Standard deviation is like the standard amount that something
- 36:49deviates anyway. OK, one Sigma mundane 2 Sigma
- 36:53common three becomes rare 4 exceptional, 5 extremely rare.
- 36:59A6 Sigma event is supposed to only occur once in 500 million.
- 37:06So we essentially had next to impossible occurrences.
- 37:11OK, hold on. Hopefully you guys can still see
- 37:15me and hear me. I think you can.
- 37:17Hello. Hello.
- 37:18Thank you. And one in 500 million is a Six
- 37:22Sigma event. We had either 5 or 6 Sigma
- 37:26events occur in the Japanese bond market, occur in the silver
- 37:31market, right. And darn near close occur.
- 37:34And maybe it did occur at this point.
- 37:35It probably did after, since after that post was made in the
- 37:39gold market. We are in unprecedented times.
- 37:43Volatility will be the norm. OK, buckle up, butter cups.
- 37:47It's going to get, I think could get very interesting here in the
- 37:50next year. And there's just a ton ton going
- 37:54on. Let me check in with upstairs
- 37:55Susie to see what I forgot. Everybody say hi to upstairs
- 37:58Susie. Susie, are you there over I'm?
- 38:04Here. Is there anything I forgot to
- 38:08mention to our wonderful community of people who I know
- 38:11you would like to press the subscribe button You.
- 38:15Know what? I have a request from a viewer
- 38:17and a steamed viewer in the chat now.
- 38:20And actually, on behalf of myself as well, please pick up
- 38:24Sunny and take off the blindfold completely.
- 38:29Thank you. OK, I guess that's it.
- 38:33OK, here's Smitty, the silver bear.
- 38:35Oh, I kind of like him. It's like a headband, right?
- 38:38It's a memory. Hey, he's got 2 silver eyes for
- 38:42everybody who's new. This was the bear that was
- 38:44blindfolded for years that we said we would take off when the
- 38:47silver price hit $85 per oz. But since I do everything Susie.
- 38:53Oh, you know what does it come off?
- 38:55Yeah. OK, we're going to completely
- 38:57remove it. There's old Smitty.
- 38:59He's looking at you. You know, in crypto they used in
- 39:03Bitcoin, they said laser eyes. He's got silver eyes.
- 39:07Hey, everybody. OK, guys.
- 39:11Thank you for being here. Let's let's, I want to show you
- 39:13real quickly. I mentioned it earlier.
- 39:16The Viking OK, I'll ring the bell Yep, the the Vikings stored
- 39:20their silver in the ground and it lasted for what hundreds
- 39:24hundreds, hundreds of years in the ground is one of the safest
- 39:27places to store anything valuable.
- 39:29This is a dirty man safe and there's a discount code Ron 10.
- 39:35If you go up to their website, you can check it out.
- 39:37These things are so cool. They come with the sleeve.
- 39:39You dig a hole, you put the sleeve in the ground, you slide
- 39:42this down in there. It's got a cap, it's got a
- 39:44handle then that you that you put on top and you can be like a
- 39:47pirate or a Viking for that matter are and store things in

- 39:54really cool. When I first got it, I was
- 39:56impressed like these are robust, really, really well built.
- 40:00OK, there's I got a Unicorn inside that one, but a great
- 40:04product and a great company. The people there are super,
- 40:07super, super nice. And again, you can check those

- 40:40Bye. Bye.
