THIS is BIG! 🐑🐑 SILVER Just had a MASSIVE Change... (APMEX Shock!) Gold - Precious Metals News · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:00
Volatility in the silver and gold market today.
0:04
Remember, that's part of the game and we're going to talk
0:07
about many reasons and examples why we can remain optimistic
0:13
that this historic run in silver and gold will continue as we
0:18
move into the coming months, quarters and years.
0:21
We're going to talk about the richest country, well, one of
0:24
the richest countries in the world, not one that you're
0:27
thinking of right now, and get word from the the ground about
0:31
what's going on there with purchases of silver and gold.
0:35
Of course, we'll also talk about China as well.
0:39
Some crazy data coming out of China.
0:40
We have a brand new way to look at the relationship between
0:45
silver and gold, but silver and something else from a thousands
0:49
of years perspective that tells us that right now we are still
0:53
undervalued in the silver market.
0:55
We got news from a great big bank.
0:58
Yes, we'll talk to those Trad 5 big bankers and hear what they
1:02
have to say about the future of the silver and gold price.
1:05
And of course, right, we'll check in with our one of our
1:08
favorite billionaires, not not David Bateman, but a different
1:12
billionaire and hear what he's saying about silver and gold.
1:15
The biggest thing we want to say right now is hey, welcome to the
1:18
basement. We're glad you're here.
1:20
Seriously, this is a great community of people who love the
1:24
precious metals. You're always welcome down here
1:26
in the basement. One way that you can make sure
1:28
that happens is by pressing the subscribe button.
1:31
It's free, it's easy, leave a comment in the comment section.
1:34
Also, press that thumbs up button.
1:36
That helps us get the word out to more and more people.
1:40
Look, you probably already secured your seat on the silver
1:44
and gold Wiferaft. The more people that come here
1:47
and join us and we've had record crowds, like the channel is
1:51
growing like crazy thanks to you guys, more and more people
1:54
coming waking up to the reality that silver and gold are a very
2:00
interesting investment option to explore.
2:02
But remember, I'm not a financial advisor.
2:04
Anything I say today is not financial advice, just what I
2:08
believe about silver and gold. Do your own research, all that
2:11
great stuff. Let's go out and take a look.
2:13
Let's get the hard part out of the way, right?
2:16
Take your blood pressure medicine.
2:17
We're going to go take a look. Why don't we start with the
2:21
silver futures and see what's happening there?
2:25
Hold on one second, guys, I'm trying to get the technology to
2:29
work here. Bear with me.
2:30
Just one second. Here we go.
2:33
And all right, I think we're live.
2:36
You should be able to see me and hear me.
2:38
Yep. And you are looking at the
2:41
futures price of silver. So we're down.
2:44
I don't know, the futures price seems goofy.
2:46
We're going to look at the at the spot price here in a second,
2:49
but we're at $112. Let's look at a one day chart
2:53
and see where we had been today. Yeah, at one point we got the
2:56
over $120.00 per oz in silver. I don't know.
3:01
What do you think happened right here?
3:05
It triggered this. Oh, that might be those fine
3:09
people at the Comex playing some games.
3:12
But look, the important thing that we want to look at is this,
3:16
which is a one year chart of silver.
3:19
Look, I'll also point out on this chart volatility, nothing
3:23
goes straight up. Look, right there, there was a a
3:26
pulled a pullback right there. A pullback.
3:29
We had a little pullback here actually what this chart
3:32
represents, right? Hold on, here is you and I being
3:37
very, very spoiled, OK. And we're going to look at at
3:41
the breakout that we just had and see if it's still holding at
3:44
this 112 level. But this is extraordinary, like
3:48
a very smooth upward trend. Anything that goes up, right?
3:54
Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, you name it, guys, it's going to
3:56
have pull backs. Look at a long term chart of
3:59
Apple computer or NVIDIA or Amazon or any of those stocks
4:04
that have done well. They all had major, major pull
4:07
backs on their March forward. It's part of the process.
4:10
It's no fun. And in the spot market looks
4:12
like wow spot. Is it one almost 113 And we just
4:17
looked at the futures at 1:12, which means congratulations, we
4:23
are in backwardation. We're going to look at the
4:25
Chinese data which is very interesting as well in terms of
4:29
backwardation or contango. But to refresh your memory,
4:32
backwardation means when the spot price is higher than the
4:35
futures price, it's a very strong indicator that there is
4:39
huge demand for whether it's a metal, a commodity, anything.
4:43
In this case we're talking about silver.
4:45
So what that indicates is, well, some people speculate or
4:50
theorize that that means that people are willing to pay a
4:54
premium to get silver now in the spot market as opposed to maybe
4:59
a little fear that the futures market may or may not be able to
5:03
to deliver it in the future. So interesting developments.
5:07
Let's go take a look at at some recent charting data.
5:12
Here we go. Got this up.
5:14
Rashad put this out early this morning.
5:17
Another break out to all time highs and silver, $200 silver
5:21
does not look that far anymore. OK, now we've pulled back since
5:25
he put that out. But what I want to draw your
5:27
attention to this is a a pretty short term chart, but you see
5:32
these lines here, I'll draw over it there.
5:34
That's a wedge pattern. Anything that goes into a wedge
5:37
pattern will break out either like we did this morning to the
5:41
upside or to the downside. We broke out to the upside this
5:46
morning. Now what's interesting on this
5:49
chart I was reviewing before we came on this point right here,
5:53
OK, is right about well one 12113.
5:58
So we are right now since we've came down kind of testing that
6:04
level to see if we bounce back up, not critical.
6:07
This is a very short term chart, you know the one that we like to
6:10
look at, you know, darn it, I wish I had it up, is the what 45
6:16
year, 46 year. We're now in our 46th year of a
6:19
cup and handle pattern in the silver price.
6:22
That is way more important than any of the short term price
6:26
movements. The cup and handle pattern that
6:28
we have in the silver price and I'll pull it up for you
6:31
tomorrow. But guys, right, it starts in
6:33
1980 with $50 silver, 2011, $50 silver forming a cup.
6:39
If you look at it at the, at the, at the, at that period of
6:43
time, which is what about 30 years?
6:46
And then there was a handle that was built and when we broke
6:49
through 50, we broke through. That is the most epic textbook
6:54
technical analysis chart pattern of all time is what they're
6:59
saying. So it's more important to look
7:01
at longer term big patterns like that then what's happening on
7:04
the short term. Again, please, Please remember,
7:07
always be responsible with anything you do with any of your
7:10
investments, including silver or gold.
7:13
But pull backs are normal, OK? And if guys think about it, I'll
7:17
say it again, we say it every day.
7:19
One year, two years ago when we had silver in 25, thirty, $35
7:24
price range, if you told us that today we'd be a little bit sad
7:30
because silver pulled back to $112, we'd be jumping for joy.
7:37
So let's be those people from a year two years ago.
7:39
We're going to touch on the Fed very quickly.
7:41
Yesterday was the big Federal Reserve announcement on interest
7:44
rates, monetary policy, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
7:47
We don't even really talk about it much anymore.
7:49
But there is something super important to look at that tells
7:54
us, I believe, that we could continue to be in for some great
7:58
times with the silver and the gold price.
8:01
And that has to do with future expectations for what the Fed
8:05
will do not just one year, but two years out.
8:08
And I'm telling you, this could be super powerful.
8:12
Chris Marcus at Arcadia Economics had this in one of his
8:15
recent Sub Stack articles. And it's the CME.
8:20
Let me do a couple circles for you.
8:23
This is the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Fed Watch tool
8:26
conditional meeting probabilities.
8:29
OK, so this goes out. Let me get rid of that all way
8:32
out into the future. As you can see over here, we
8:36
start with what was our, our meeting yesterday, the 28th of
8:40
January, but then it goes all the way down to almost two years
8:45
out, December of 2027 down there in the lower left corner.
8:50
Now what we want to look at and what is, is I think very, very
8:54
potentially explosive for the price of gold and silver is if
8:59
we look at this column right here, right, that's the current
9:02
rate goes all the way down. So remember that if we go over 4
9:07
columns, 1234, we get to the odds that interest rates will be
9:14
1% lower, OK? So it's saying that basically,
9:19
let's say let's look out to October 28th of 2026.
9:23
It's saying we have a 4% chance at that point that rates will
9:28
only afford a 1 and 20 chance that rates will be a 1% lower.
9:32
If we go all the way to the bottom of this, of this chart
9:39
and we go 1234, I'm sorry, 12345 point 4%.
9:46
What it's saying is that basically almost 2 years from
9:50
now, there's only a 5% chance that rates are going to be 1%
9:56
lower than where they are right now.
9:58
Why is that powerful? Why is that important, right?
10:01
Because we have a president, right?
10:03
So what they're saying is that the odds of of interest rates
10:06
going from 3.5 percent down to 2.5% almost two years out is
10:11
only 5%, a one in 20 chance. We've got a president who's
10:16
talking about wanting 1% rates and wanting them soon.
10:21
So what the president is saying and what he's going to be
10:24
pushing the Fed and his new Fed chairman that'll be coming in
10:27
May, I believe it is right, is that he wants 1% rates.
10:31
But the expectations and markets are based on expectations are
10:35
that it's only a one in 20 chance that in two years we're
10:39
going to have rates just 1% lower than where they are now.
10:44
I hope this makes sense to you because what it's telling us is
10:47
that if we do get what Donald Trump wants in terms of interest
10:52
rates, the market is going to be blown away and it's going to be
10:56
a massive potential tailwind for the price of gold and silver.
11:01
So that's about all we're going to say besides that the Fed is
11:05
Fed, Schmidt, whatever the whatever the case is Now let's
11:08
go to one of the richest countries in the world in Asia.
11:12
And do you think it's important for us to see and to hear what's
11:16
actually going on on the street there with gold and silver?
11:20
We're going to do that next after we say thank you to
11:23
channel sponsor First Mint. They're a silver specialist mint
11:28
in the United States, Las Vegas, NV, making world class silver
11:33
bullion products. They get their silver from the
11:36
company that owns them, First Majestic.
11:38
It comes from Mexico, the Mexican First Majestic mines.
11:42
It's shipped to Las Vegas NV to 1st Mint where it's transformed
11:46
into world class silver bullion products and then it goes
11:49
straight to you. It doesn't go anywhere else, no
11:52
COMEX, no LBMA, no nothing. They do have a discount code and
11:55
I tested it yesterday. It works VIP like very important
12:01
person, RB 5 letters VIPRB. You get a little discount
12:06
because it's very important person Ron's basement and you're
12:09
a very important person. Here's their website if you want
12:12
to check them out for yourself, firstmeant.com and hold on a
12:17
second here. Let me go back There we are.
12:20
OK now, we got you up there. It works now.
12:26
Yes, yes, I tested it. That's OK, Susie.
12:30
Yes, it works. I tested it yesterday.
12:32
The discount code VIPRB, Here's the website firstment.com.
12:37
And they're having some delayed shipping because of the high
12:43
sales volume like everybody else but three to five days, which is
12:47
pretty darn good. Now let's go.
12:49
Let's go. Let's leave the United States
12:52
and go to one of the richest countries in the world.
12:54
Can you guess what it is that would be Singapore?
12:58
Singapore has amongst like the world's highest per capita GB
13:02
GDP. It's a small country.
13:04
It's in Asia. They make all their.
13:07
I don't know. It's very interesting to learn
13:08
about Singapore. That's not what we're here to
13:10
talk about. We've got word on the street
13:12
from the biggest bullion dealer. OK, Bullion Star, wait till you
13:16
hear this. We're going to hear about what
13:18
Bullion Star is saying about customers in Singapore, but also
13:23
something interesting about their ability to source new
13:27
metals. And for that we will go here
13:31
from Bullion Star should be on your screen right now.
13:34
There we go, record demand at Bullion Star and in Purple.
13:40
We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for
13:46
physical metals. Every day is breaking records
13:49
for both sales revenue and total order volume.
13:54
Guys, this is one of the richest countries in the world.
13:58
This is in Asia. This is real data coming from
14:02
bullion starts as the reality on the ground, extreme lines times
14:07
with lines extending well outside our building, serving up
14:10
to 9 customers can concurrently at maximum capacity.
14:14
Management's on the floor helping.
14:16
He says when people are willing to wait in lines that extend
14:19
outside the building just to convert their Fiat into metal,
14:23
that tells you everything you need to know about where this is
14:27
headed. Very interesting.
14:29
OK, now let's hear what they're saying about their ability to
14:33
get metal. OK, physical silver market.
14:36
This is is a physical silver market update again from bullion
14:39
Star supply is tightening fast in green.
14:44
The Perth Mint, that would be Australia, Meadowlore not
14:47
accepting any new silver orders, Argor Herreras like that's in
14:53
Germany and Nadir severe backlogs delivery not until four
15:00
or five months out in red. We are actively sourcing
15:05
whatever silver remains available in the market.
15:10
Excuse me, wholesale premiums have spiked, OK, 100 to 200%.
15:17
Wholesale premiums, which then get passed on to retail
15:20
customers are the biggest single indicator of retail demand.
15:25
So when we hear this in the United States, like from the the
15:27
local coin shop owners, and I love the local coin shop owners,
15:31
but that's really not the future that they're saying our sales
15:34
are down. People aren't buying as much
15:37
silver. Well, when you go to Asia and
15:39
you see what's going on in Asia, it's a completely different
15:43
story. And they say as a result,
15:45
they're, they have to adjust their retail, retail volumes as
15:48
well. Guys, that is the biggest
15:51
indicator period, right, of retail demand are the wholesale
15:56
and the retail premiums that are being charged.
15:59
So when we hear this and some people speculate that there may
16:02
be a bit of a strategy on the behalf of certain people out
16:07
there to cast a little shade or they call it bud fear and
16:12
uncertainty and doubt into the silver market.
16:15
They're saying, oh, nobody's buying silver over at local coin
16:18
shops, blah, blah, blah. Well, think about it, the
16:21
future, OK, so we know what's going on in Asia in the future
16:24
of bullion sales is online. OK, It's maybe it's kind of like
16:29
the same thing that happened. Unfortunately.
16:31
I'm not saying I agree or disagree with it.
16:33
When Amazon put out a lot of mom and pop stores around the
16:38
country, put them out of business or severely decrease
16:42
their sales. When we look at online sales and
16:44
we heard from the guy, I think it was from monetary metals
16:47
yesterday. And when we look at what's
16:49
happening in Asia, it remains robust.
16:53
It remains pretty darn high. So we got to take a look at the
16:57
big, big picture. And again, you know, look, it's
17:01
unfortunate that that there's this stress right now in the
17:05
local coin shop field in the United States, but it's a much
17:10
bigger market. It's a world, world worldwide
17:12
market. And more proof, OK, more proof.
17:16
Gosh, this just leads right in to the fact that we are seeing
17:20
online sales that are strong. This was shared about Kitco.
17:24
Let me go back here and make sure we got you.
17:28
Hold on here, I forgot to share the screen.
17:31
Hey now, I'm going to share that screen.
17:33
There we go. This came from Kitco, was shared
17:36
on X by silver trade breaking. Kitco implements a $5000 order
17:43
minimum. OK.
17:44
And then they say the physical market is breaking.
17:47
And here's the screenshot they put up says, oops, your order as
17:52
is doesn't meet our new minimum of U.S. dollars, $5000.
18:00
But yeah, demand for silver is is not good.
18:04
Yeah. When Kitco, I don't know, right?
18:07
But you would think that when Kitco implements a 5000, that's
18:12
the highest I've heard of order minimum according to that
18:15
report, maybe there is strong demand for physical silver.
18:20
OK, we got a new friend, guys. We like to joke around about the
18:25
sheeple and the sheeple. You're not going to believe this
18:27
next indicator that shows us maybe the silver price should be
18:32
at $600.00 right now or higher and it compares it over
18:36
thousands of years. But we got a new friend in the
18:38
basement. We're going to get to that next.
18:40
First, I want to say thank you to 1st Mining Gold for
18:43
sponsoring Ron's Basement. One of my very first YouTube
18:46
videos I ever made was about First Mining Gold years back.
18:50
It was the stock I owned, a company that I followed very,
18:53
very closely. They are a development stage
18:57
gold mining company in Canada. They have two huge development
19:01
stage projects, Spring Pole in Ontario and Duparque located in
19:07
Quebec. Both of these projects
19:08
separately have millions of Oz of gold in the ground in Canada,
19:13
favorable jurisdiction. And they're working them both
19:16
through the development, the permitting process, which will
19:20
become very attractive to some of the large gold producers in
19:24
the world as they try to refill their pipeline #1 but also grow.
19:29
Because I think we saw just a little while ago, actually a
19:32
gold output, gold production is going to be down or was down
19:35
last year, is going to be down this year, which really shocked
19:38
me. Anyway, it's the stock I I
19:40
personally owned long before they sponsored the channel.
19:43
Do your own research. I'm not a stock advisor.
19:46
I'm not a financial advisor. But you can learn more about
19:49
first mining gold at firstmininggold.com and this
19:53
next one. Look, it's not funny, OK?
19:55
So don't laugh. It's about sheep.
20:00
Believe it or not, in historically looking over
20:03
thousands of years, comparing the price of silver to the
20:07
number of sheep have been around for thousands of years, right?
20:10
Used for their wool, used for meat, milk, all that stuff.
20:14
That silver is vastly undervalued.
20:16
I want to show you this guy. And I'm thinking that when
20:19
silver, you know, we did the we did old Smitty, the silver bear
20:23
right there. Let's grab Smitty to say hello
20:25
to you. We took off his blindfold when
20:27
the silver price got the $85. I now am am declaring that when
20:32
silver hits $200, we're going to invite our new friend, OK, to
20:37
bring one of his sheep live down here in the basement.
20:40
Let me grab Smitty, right? Remember how crazy and remember
20:46
he's got a couple what a couple silver eyes he's looking at you
20:50
Remember how crazy everybody thought we were like 6 months
20:53
ago, six years ago when we had a bear that and we said we thought
20:57
the price of silver could get the $85.
21:00
Nobody believed us. Smitty, I'm going to set you
21:02
down softly over here. So when we get to 200, we're
21:06
going to have the sheep guy here all right to celebrate.
21:08
But he put out an incredible, this is actually a super
21:11
interesting video. He put out a previous video
21:14
where he compared the price of gold to the price of cattle and
21:18
how over history, like basically as I understand it, you could,
21:23
you could have always been able to buy about one cow with one
21:28
ounce of gold. And that's even true today.
21:29
I looked it up before I come on like a like a cow, a good cow
21:33
cost you around 2500 to $4500 right now.
21:37
But what about sheep? This is crazy.
21:39
I'm going to show you and then I'm going to tell you what he
21:41
discovered and it shows that, you know, at minimum, right, we
21:46
should have $600.00 silver right now.
21:48
So here he is, and I'll play just a few seconds of his video.
21:52
This guy's for real. And this is actually a very good
21:54
video. I'd recommend you check it out.
21:58
Hold on. There's my sheet back there.
22:01
Hold on now, we got it up. Sorry about that.
22:03
I had the wrong screen up. You were a kid, Coastal.
22:06
And now here the. Last video on the gold to cow
22:09
ratio seem to really strike up a good conversation.
22:12
So today I thought I would talk about the silver to sheep ratio.
22:15
There's my sheep back there. And what's very interesting
22:17
about the silver to sheep ratio that you want to stay tuned to
22:19
find out is that it tells us something really different than
22:22
the cattle to gold ratio. So if you're interested in the
22:25
silver to sheep ratio historically and what it means
22:27
today for silver prices, stick around because we're about to
22:29
find out some very interesting stuff.
22:31
After spending some time researching, I was able to find
22:33
out the historical sheep to silver ratio and it was pretty
22:36
interesting. We can find records dating all
22:39
the way back to the Mesopotamian era around 2000 BC that roughly
22:43
one ounce of silver bought you 2 productive sheep.
22:46
OK, so, so I'd highly recommend you go out, follow that guy,
22:50
subscribe to that guy, and he is officially invited to the
22:53
basement. But here's what he found out.
22:55
I've got this written down for you. 2000 BC, OK, Basically one
23:00
ounce of silver, bought 2 sheep, OK, in the 10th century, the age
23:05
of the Vikings, all right, when they were burying their silver
23:09
in the ground like you can do with a where is it?
23:12
Where is it? There it is, says a dirty man
23:14
safe. Don't forget the discount code
23:16
Ron 10. Anyway, during the age of the
23:18
Vikings, one ounce of silver got you 3 sheep.
23:22
OK, and when the in the Roman times, which was what about 500
23:27
AD, one ounce of silver got you 6 sheep.
23:32
Now think about this. What's the price of silver
23:35
today? We'll, we'll simply say for the
23:37
purposes of simplicity, $100. OK.
23:42
And a good sheep, according to our friend the sheep cattle man
23:45
there herder, right, A good sheep cost $300.00.
23:49
So today, right, with one ounce of silver, you get 1/3 of a
23:56
sheep. Whereas all throughout history,
23:58
OK, you would either get one ounce of silver would get you 2
24:02
sheep, 3 sheep or 6 sheep. Look, if you go with the lowest
24:05
number there 2 sheep, right, which would be $600.00.
24:09
Just to get back to that, that, that low part of the average,
24:13
the price of silver would have to be $600.00.
24:17
All right, You, you, you divide the price of you divide the, the
24:22
silver price, it's would be $600.00 divided by the price of
24:26
the sheep, which is currently $300.
24:28
That would get you 2 sheep. What if, what if we went to a
24:31
three to one ratio, right? Which is kind of in the middle
24:35
of what he found out at that point you would need $900 to get
24:39
yourself 3 sheep. So the herd is our friend after
24:43
all. And I know it may seem funny,
24:45
right? But, and, and think about this,
24:46
and he brings that up. Not only is that historic ratio,
24:50
because people compare silver to a bushel of wheat, I've heard
24:53
that said over the years, like, oh, silver, an ounce of silver
24:56
has always bought you a bushel of wheat throughout thousands of
24:58
years of history. Well, it's also bought you two
25:01
or three sheep. And if you wanted to buy two or
25:03
three sheep with one ounce of silver right now, you need the
25:06
price to be $600.00 an ounce or $900.00 an ounce.
25:10
And we love the sheep, right? OK.
25:13
Now the other thing to consider that he brings up not only is
25:16
that ratio out of whack, but also we know the gold to silver
25:20
ratio is out of whack, right? Even though it's now what,
25:23
505545, whatever it is, it's come down, right?
25:27
Historically looking the gold to silver ratio over thousands of
25:30
years, it's been 5 to 18 to 1:15 to 1, whatever it is like we're
25:35
still high there as well. So from big, big, big picture
25:39
historic perspective, we've got the silver price under
25:43
undervalued. I want to say thank you to
25:44
Stefan. One of our Basement Dweller
25:46
members yesterday made a nice donation to Susie and I on
25:50
PayPal. Thank you, Stefan, we appreciate
25:53
that. Oh, OK, we talked about Kitco.
25:56
What about APMEX? What are they doing?
25:57
Right? Let's circle back to overall
26:01
retail demand for silver and we get this letter from the CEO of
26:08
APMEX. And Yep, it's on your screen
26:11
right now. OK, he put this out a little bit
26:17
ago. Hold on, having some issues with
26:20
it here. Basically, they changed, OK,
26:23
when selling silver to APMEX. Now the minimum amount that they
26:27
will look at is $20,000 and when buying from APMEX, they're not
26:34
up there with Kitco yet, but they're maintaining a $500
26:39
minimum. And again, the mainstream media
26:42
want you to think that oh, there's no demand for silver,
26:44
There's no when APMEX and Kitco, 2 of the largest longest running
26:50
like they were around feels like 20 years ago when I first
26:54
started following gold and silver when they are having
26:57
$505,000 minimums. Think about it guys.
27:01
And what about the and then we got to talk about the other
27:05
billionaire who's got something incredible to say about gold and
27:10
by default silver as well. And then guys, we've got some
27:15
data that is mind numbing, OK? I didn't even I didn't even
27:20
tease you with this, but some data about what's happening
27:24
right now, what happened in the silver market, what's happening
27:27
in the world. It's mind numbing.
27:29
And it does directly relate the silver as well.
27:32
So first, let's go out and see what our friends at BMO, the big
27:36
bank are saying about the future of the metals prices.
27:40
Here we are now. We got you up there.
27:43
OK, BMO says this and this comes from our friend Neils at Kitco.
27:48
Neils Christensen, BMOS bullish scenario sees gold at $8650 and
27:55
silver at 220 by 2027. That would be when that sheep
28:01
guy gets to bring one of his sheep down here in the basement.
28:05
I better get ready. That could be here sooner as
28:07
opposed to later. I highlighted just a couple
28:10
things in there says, you know, basically they're talking about
28:13
how much the world is changing, how crazy things are.
28:16
And I'm telling you, I've got something I'm going to share
28:18
with you after the next slide that I show you that is
28:22
unbelievable about what's happening right now in our
28:27
world. Says if we assume average
28:29
quarterly central bank purchases of 8 million oz, quarterly ETF
28:33
flows of 4 to 5 million ounces of ongoing erosion in real
28:38
yields, OK. That means when you subtract
28:41
inflation from what the interest rates are and the US dollar,
28:45
this brings us a bowl case scenario for gold prices of
28:49
about 6350 by Q, 4/20/26. That's this year.
28:55
That's like what, seven months from now and $8650 by Q4 of
29:03
2027. Can you?
29:05
Wow, unbelievable. And on silver, they say quote is
29:09
an anchor point for a bowl case. We could assume and we got to
29:13
check in with upstairs Susie here in a little bit as well.
29:15
We'll do that before we're done. We could assume that the gold to
29:18
silver ratio occupies the 40 to 50 mark, which is the bottom end
29:23
of the 30 year range for a more extended period of time,
29:27
suggesting silver prices of $160 per oz by Q4 of 2026.
29:37
Again, seven months from now and about about we won't be mad at
29:44
you if you're not exactly right, $220.00 an ounce by Q4 of 2027.
29:50
The important thing to remember here guys is that's not some guy
29:54
in his basement in Saint Louis making what are crazy silver
29:58
predictions. That's not a sheep herder,
30:00
right? I think that guy's in the Ozarks
30:02
making crazy comparisons to the current silver price to where
30:06
it's been for thousands of years.
30:08
No, that's BMO Bank, one of the largest financial institutions
30:14
in the world. Are we listening yet?
30:16
Are you hearing this? OK, we'll go take a look at the
30:19
silver price too before we're done.
30:21
Next. Next.
30:22
Next. Oh, OK.
30:23
The billionaire. The guy who's the guy who's a
30:25
billionaire? The guy who started, I believe,
30:28
still the biggest but definitely one of the most successful hedge
30:32
funds in the world. What does he have to say about
30:35
precious metals? Are we going to listen to him?
30:38
He started this company in his apartment and grew it to the the
30:42
a mammoth hedge fund. Why do we pay attention to hedge
30:46
fund managers? And he's kind of retired now.
30:48
So he has, you know, no real ulterior motives.
30:51
He's educating the world. He's telling us be prepared.
30:55
He's telling us something very, very big about gold, right,
30:59
Which by default is good for silver as well.
31:02
Let's go out and check out who we're talking about, about who
31:05
is the one and only Ray Dalio, the founder of Bridgewater
31:09
Capital. Another article from here we go.
31:12
Got you on the right screen now, Kitco, And this one's from Mr.
31:16
Ernest Hoffman. Gold is now the second largest
31:21
currency. Ray Dalio on how capital wars
31:26
drive buyers into bullion. OK, I highly recommend you read
31:32
this article. I also highly recommend that you
31:35
watch some of Ray Dalio's videos that he has out.
31:38
He drops massive, massive truth bombs and what he's just the big
31:43
take away from what he is saying right now is that the the United
31:47
States right now, you know what, we'll go take a look and we'll
31:50
go check out the US debt clock. But also the world is in a
31:53
horrific this goal, right, this goal meaning financial situation
31:59
that essentially we cannot get out of and the only way that
32:04
they're going to be able to deal with this is by money printing.
32:07
Okay, and by default, right, We could have massive.
32:10
I don't want to scare you to be the skies falling guy, but you
32:13
know, all that debt in the world, all those, it's all
32:17
numbers, right? And we'll go look at it right
32:19
now. But guess what?
32:20
Somebody thinks they're going to actually get their money back
32:23
and their value back in the sad reality is, right.
32:26
The only way that they can, that they can contend with the
32:30
situation that they've gotten us into really because of 1971 when
32:35
President Richard Nixon temporarily took us off the gold
32:38
standard is by devaluing the currency.
32:42
And let me ask you a question. When you look at this right, I
32:45
was born in 1970 when I was a 10 year old boy, right?
32:49
This had a lot more value than it has right now.
32:53
But think about this something very powerful to consider from
32:56
1970 to now, this right has lost 99% of its value against gold.
33:05
OK, but, but, but there's a big, big, big, big consideration that
33:11
we need to, we need to talk about when we when we look at
33:14
that 50 years, OK, those 50 years were the quote UN quote,
33:20
golden or we may call them ungolden years for the United
33:24
States. We enjoyed hegemony, which means
33:27
we kind of ruled the world, right?
33:29
The Soviet Union collapsed, we had the strongest economy in the
33:32
world. All that good stuff over that 50
33:35
year period and our leaders squandered.
33:38
Unfortunately, I don't like it, right?
33:40
And it's not a political statement because really both
33:42
sides, Democrats and Republicans squandered, right?
33:46
The wealth that are that are older generations that created
33:50
for us. Think about think about what
33:53
happened over the last 50 years under the best of circumstances.
33:57
Take your blood pressure pill and then think about what the
34:01
next 50 years are going to look at while we're while we're
34:03
facing those next 50 years with this here, let's pull it up.
34:12
If it works, yes, it works. What happens in the next 50
34:16
years? OK, And I'll just circle one
34:19
thing on here for you. When we're facing it with and
34:23
let's do, let's do a bright yellow today.
34:26
How do you say when we're it's kind of oranges?
34:28
But anyway, upper left corner, you can see it with the US
34:32
national debt now approaching $39 trillion with the fact that
34:38
per taxpayer right in this country and I think only like a
34:42
third of the country pays taxes, but that's a different story
34:47
that we owe $355,000 per taxpayer.
34:51
Let that sink in for just one second and we're going to check
34:58
in with upstairs. Susie, before we do that guys,
35:01
this next thing I'm telling you take two of your blood pressure
35:04
pills. I'm on blood pressure medicine,
35:06
so I'm not putting anybody down, OK, but this next data, right?
35:10
Is it any wonder? Let's ask ourselves an important
35:14
question right That this next data is occurring based on what
35:18
we just looked at because this is just absolutely astounding
35:22
and I think tells us that we could be in for some incredible
35:26
times. I had no limit was a pretty big
35:28
X account right? 400,000 followers says this the
35:33
impossible just happened. The probability of what is
35:38
happening right now is near 0. Wait till you hear this guys. 36
35:44
Sigma events occurred in one week. 6 Sigma 5 Sigma events.
35:49
It's like a statistical term to measure the likelihood of
35:53
something happening. But we had three of them in one
35:56
week. Bonds, silver and gold.
36:00
We are currently living through what is a statistical
36:04
impossibility. Last Tuesday the 30 year debt
36:08
recorded what's called a six Sigma session. 2 days ago silver
36:12
did even better. It was a 5 Sigma on the on the
36:15
rally, then reached 6 Sigma on the drop in a single session.
36:21
Gold right now is up 23% in less than a month.
36:25
We're getting very close to a six Sigma event with gold as
36:29
well. So bonds, silver, gold, he says
36:33
that's three six Sigma events in one week.
36:37
To explain quickly in finance we measure price.
36:40
Price moves around an average using using the standard
36:44
deviation, which we call a Sigma.
36:46
Standard deviation is like the standard amount that something
36:49
deviates anyway. OK, one Sigma mundane 2 Sigma
36:53
common three becomes rare 4 exceptional, 5 extremely rare.
36:59
A6 Sigma event is supposed to only occur once in 500 million.
37:06
So we essentially had next to impossible occurrences.
37:11
OK, hold on. Hopefully you guys can still see
37:15
me and hear me. I think you can.
37:17
Hello. Hello.
37:18
Thank you. And one in 500 million is a Six
37:22
Sigma event. We had either 5 or 6 Sigma
37:26
events occur in the Japanese bond market, occur in the silver
37:31
market, right. And darn near close occur.
37:34
And maybe it did occur at this point.
37:35
It probably did after, since after that post was made in the
37:39
gold market. We are in unprecedented times.
37:43
Volatility will be the norm. OK, buckle up, butter cups.
37:47
It's going to get, I think could get very interesting here in the
37:50
next year. And there's just a ton ton going
37:54
on. Let me check in with upstairs
37:55
Susie to see what I forgot. Everybody say hi to upstairs
37:58
Susie. Susie, are you there over I'm?
38:04
Here. Is there anything I forgot to
38:08
mention to our wonderful community of people who I know
38:11
you would like to press the subscribe button You.
38:15
Know what? I have a request from a viewer
38:17
and a steamed viewer in the chat now.
38:20
And actually, on behalf of myself as well, please pick up
38:24
Sunny and take off the blindfold completely.
38:29
Thank you. OK, I guess that's it.
38:33
OK, here's Smitty, the silver bear.
38:35
Oh, I kind of like him. It's like a headband, right?
38:38
It's a memory. Hey, he's got 2 silver eyes for
38:42
everybody who's new. This was the bear that was
38:44
blindfolded for years that we said we would take off when the
38:47
silver price hit $85 per oz. But since I do everything Susie.
38:53
Oh, you know what does it come off?
38:55
Yeah. OK, we're going to completely
38:57
remove it. There's old Smitty.
38:59
He's looking at you. You know, in crypto they used in
39:03
Bitcoin, they said laser eyes. He's got silver eyes.
39:07
Hey, everybody. OK, guys.
39:11
Thank you for being here. Let's let's, I want to show you
39:13
real quickly. I mentioned it earlier.
39:16
The Viking OK, I'll ring the bell Yep, the the Vikings stored
39:20
their silver in the ground and it lasted for what hundreds
39:24
hundreds, hundreds of years in the ground is one of the safest
39:27
places to store anything valuable.
39:29
This is a dirty man safe and there's a discount code Ron 10.
39:35
If you go up to their website, you can check it out.
39:37
These things are so cool. They come with the sleeve.
39:39
You dig a hole, you put the sleeve in the ground, you slide
39:42
this down in there. It's got a cap, it's got a
39:44
handle then that you that you put on top and you can be like a
39:47
pirate or a Viking for that matter are and store things in
39:51
the ground safe from fire, flood everything else, and they're
39:54
really cool. When I first got it, I was
39:56
impressed like these are robust, really, really well built.
40:00
OK, there's I got a Unicorn inside that one, but a great
40:04
product and a great company. The people there are super,
40:07
super, super nice. And again, you can check those
40:10
out at. At dirtyman.com.
40:14
And don't forget there's a discount code.
40:15
Ron 10. And here's the silver bell.
40:18
Let's go. Silver, huh?
40:21
Classes in session. Take care of yourself.
40:23
I'll look forward to seeing you. Yeah.
40:26
You like this is not possible without you.
40:28
So take a second. Realize you're special.
40:31
Realize you're important. Realize you really are the apple
40:34
of your mommy's eye. We all have moms, right?
40:37
And have a great day. OK, I'll see you next time.
40:40
Bye. Bye.
