- 0:00Speaker 1: This is seven to g R boy.
- 0:03Speaker 2: The Mark Simon Show starts now.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Well, first, the snow of the year. Not here Manhattan,
- 0:12Speaker 3: wouldn't dare snow here looks very nice out actually cloudy dry.
- 0:17Speaker 3: But around the Tri State area you'll see some snow
- 0:19Speaker 3: here and there, and upstate you know those crazy people
- 0:23Speaker 3: that live way up there. Wait, I shouldn't say we
- 0:24Speaker 3: have people listening up there, But if you live in Buffalo,
- 0:27Speaker 3: I don't know how the hell you do it with
- 0:28Speaker 3: that two feet of snow every two seconds. A lot
- 0:31Speaker 3: to get to today. We'll get to Collby and Tis James,
- 0:35Speaker 3: we'll get to matt Lower, We'll get we'll get to
- 0:38Speaker 3: the casinos. We'll get to a plenty to talk about today.
- 0:44Speaker 3: You're in a very strange era. We've never seen anything
- 0:47Speaker 3: like this before. Been going on for ten years. It
- 0:51Speaker 3: gets worse and worse and worse. And it all started
- 0:53Speaker 3: with Donald Trump coming down that escalator and for whatever reason,
- 0:57Speaker 3: the fake news decided they could just take the gloves
- 1:02Speaker 3: off and really go after him. You know, the media
- 1:05Speaker 3: was always a little slantedd you go back and you
- 1:07Speaker 3: watch Dan rather years ago, it was slanted. Even our
- 1:10Speaker 3: old friend Walter cronkite, but slanted meant you use a
- 1:16Speaker 3: rougher adjective when you were talking about the Republican than
- 1:20Speaker 3: the Democrat. It didn't mean you'd out and out just
- 1:23Speaker 3: run fake news. That started with well, actually, give Dan
- 1:27Speaker 3: rather credit. It actually started with Bush. They made up
- 1:29Speaker 3: that whole fake thing about him going a wall and
- 1:31Speaker 3: the National Guard wasn't true. They made up that whole
- 1:34Speaker 3: fake Haliburton scandal with Dick Cheney. So that was the
- 1:37Speaker 3: real beginning of real fake news. But it was only
- 1:40Speaker 3: done then when they had it to it. You know,
- 1:44Speaker 3: once or twice every year they would come up with
- 1:47Speaker 3: a fake news story and push it. Now it's every day.
- 1:50Speaker 3: They've decided, in their crazy minds spit their Trump derangement syndrome,
- 1:55Speaker 3: that they're justified in breaking all the rules, throwing away
- 1:59Speaker 3: all rules, all standards. There's no standards anymore. You know,
- 2:04Speaker 3: once in a while you'd get an anonymous source, a
- 2:07Speaker 3: deep throat, but the deep throat was like the number
- 2:11Speaker 3: two guy at the FBI who had access to all
- 2:13Speaker 3: the information. But now the anonymous sources anybody, So you
- 2:17Speaker 3: get all this fake news. You've been reading stories in
- 2:20Speaker 3: the New York Times for the last week about how
- 2:23Speaker 3: Trump's health is in real question. He is showing signs
- 2:26Speaker 3: of fatigue, he's unable to stay awake, he's unable to work.
- 2:31Speaker 3: None of this is true. It's just total fake nonsense.
- 2:35Speaker 3: So instead of a deep throat source where it's a
- 2:38Speaker 3: number two guy at the FBI who's right there in
- 2:40Speaker 3: the job see and everything, what they do is they'll
- 2:43Speaker 3: talk to the New York Times reporter will call somebody
- 2:47Speaker 3: not at the White House, but somebody that was in
- 2:48Speaker 3: the Obama White House or the Biden White House and
- 2:52Speaker 3: obviously hates Trump, and they'll say, are you hearing what
- 2:56Speaker 3: I'm hearing about the fatigue the president not able to
- 2:59Speaker 3: do is just and then they'll say, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 3:02Speaker 3: I've heard that. Now it's somebody who has absolutely no
- 3:05Speaker 3: direct knowledge of anything, but it's enough for the New
- 3:08Speaker 3: York Times reporter to put sources. I talk to, my
- 3:11Speaker 3: sources tell me that. So it's total nonsense. They're even
- 3:16Speaker 3: using the worst people in the world, the lowest people
- 3:20Speaker 3: on earth, Michael Wolf, people like that who've been printing
- 3:24Speaker 3: the most fake, false nonsense for years. But in their
- 3:31Speaker 3: crazy hatred of Trump, this deranged hatred of Trump. They
- 3:36Speaker 3: feel they're justified whatever they have to do to get
- 3:38Speaker 3: this guy. So you've seen all the New York Times
- 3:43Speaker 3: stories about how the fatigue is unbelievable. Trump is just
- 3:48Speaker 3: unable to work. It can't work very much. He's just
- 3:52Speaker 3: barely coming into the office. Well, they finally released the
- 3:55Speaker 3: actual White House logs, believe it or not, their logs,
- 3:57Speaker 3: Secret Service logs, white House logs that keep track of
- 4:00Speaker 3: where the president is and what he's doing twenty four
- 4:03Speaker 3: to seven. Well, the log show he's been working twelve
- 4:05Speaker 3: hour days in the Oval office, twelve hour days in
- 4:08Speaker 3: the Oval office, and then when he's out of the
- 4:12Speaker 3: Oval office, if he's in the dining room of the residents,
- 4:14Speaker 3: he's making phone calls, texting. So he's just working NonStop,
- 4:19Speaker 3: day and night. Nobody's no president's ever kept up this
- 4:22Speaker 3: kind of schedule. So the New York Times stuff was
- 4:24Speaker 3: total nonsense. Even this media Heite, which everybody gets a
- 4:28Speaker 3: kick out of reading media Heite, but mediaite is the
- 4:34Speaker 3: most left wing slanted thing in the world. So they've
- 4:38Speaker 3: been started all week. Media It's been talking about how
- 4:42Speaker 3: how fatigued the president is. He can barely show up,
- 4:44Speaker 3: he can barely stay awake. Now, look at the media
- 4:47Speaker 3: Media Height headline from last night. Trump fires off over
- 4:51Speaker 3: one hundred and sixty truth social posts in frenetic late
- 4:54Speaker 3: night blitz. I thought he couldn't stay awake. I thought
- 4:59Speaker 3: he was dozing off. I mean sometimes I start posting
- 5:03Speaker 3: a lot. You know, one night, you have nothing to do,
- 5:05Speaker 3: you're posting, tweeting. But have you ever done one hundred
- 5:08Speaker 3: and sixty and one night from seven pm to nearly midnight,
- 5:12Speaker 3: the President reposted an endless stream of clips. Well, you
- 5:17Speaker 3: got to have a lot of energy to post one
- 5:21Speaker 3: hundred and sixty posts in a few hours. That's pretty
- 5:24Speaker 3: good on his part. So then remember the MRI, this
- 5:28Speaker 3: very suspicious MRI. He the President went to Walter Read
- 5:32Speaker 3: for the annual physical. You know, when you go to
- 5:35Speaker 3: Walter Reid and you're the president, you don't go to
- 5:37Speaker 3: the regular Walter Read hospital. They have a special presidential
- 5:41Speaker 3: wing just for the president. You got like four thousand
- 5:44Speaker 3: doctors standing there waiting to take care of you. So
- 5:47Speaker 3: when you get a physical, if the doctor wants to
- 5:49Speaker 3: really be thorough, I'll send you for a cat scan.
- 5:51Speaker 3: He'll send you for this test just to be sure.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Just to be sure. But when it's Walter reed and
- 5:57Speaker 3: you got one hundred doctors standing there with nothing to
- 5:59Speaker 3: do but wait on you, I'll send you for everything
- 6:01Speaker 3: and a cat scan a lot times. If you're older
- 6:04Speaker 3: and they want to check your heart, they'll do that
- 6:06Speaker 3: what do you call it? Echo cardiogram and then check
- 6:09Speaker 3: your arteries to see how your circulation is. You know
- 6:13Speaker 3: they do. You could do a cat scan, but if
- 6:15Speaker 3: you want to really be detailed, see even deeper, you
- 6:19Speaker 3: use an MRI. And that's what they did with the president. Apparently,
- 6:22Speaker 3: Well for two weeks now, the fake news is this MRI.
- 6:25Speaker 3: Why won't he release this MRI? What was in that MRI?
- 6:29Speaker 3: What did it show that he can't release it? Absolutely nothing?
- 6:31Speaker 3: They released it yesterday. Doctors explained that at his age,
- 6:36Speaker 3: he's seventy nine. Hey, also it's the president of United States.
- 6:39Speaker 3: You don't want to make a mistake. This could be
- 6:41Speaker 3: blockage or something that wouldn't show in the cat scan
- 6:44Speaker 3: but would show in the MRI. So they just just
- 6:48Speaker 3: to be safe, just preventative, just to be overly cautious.
- 6:51Speaker 3: They did an MRI. It showed absolutely nothing. They released it.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Every network has had their doctors look at it. They said,
- 6:57Speaker 3: he's fine. There's absolutely nothing in there. So again, you're
- 7:01Speaker 3: just going to be bombarded every day with fake scandals.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Now what they do is they launch a whole fake
- 7:06Speaker 3: attack on the president. They try it, they push it,
- 7:10Speaker 3: they push it, they push it. Then they democrats, poll it,
- 7:13Speaker 3: focus group it. If it's not working, they drop it.
- 7:16Speaker 3: You will notice that for the last week you have
- 7:20Speaker 3: never heard the name Jeffrey Epstein. You notice for a week,
- 7:23Speaker 3: you haven't heard about Jeffrey Epstein. This is all you
- 7:25Speaker 3: heard about day and night from the fake news. For
- 7:28Speaker 3: one week, they haven't mentioned them. Why is that, Well,
- 7:32Speaker 3: they focused gript that it wasn't working, it wasn't registering.
- 7:35Speaker 3: Nobody cared about Jeffrey Epstein. Nobody thought Donald Trump had
- 7:38Speaker 3: anything to do with Jeffrey Epstein. So you notice had
- 7:41Speaker 3: been no mention of it. They'll try it again, you know,
- 7:43Speaker 3: they always bring these things back and try them again.
- 7:46Speaker 3: So but they've been trying this Mark Kelly thing, This
- 7:49Speaker 3: awful guy Mark Kelly, who uh is the one that
- 7:53Speaker 3: came out. If you get an illegal order, you can
- 7:57Speaker 3: refuse it. We'll have your back. If you an illegal order,
- 8:01Speaker 3: there's no such thing as any illegal orders in the
- 8:03Speaker 3: Trump administration. There's never been a hint of this. Nobody's
- 8:06Speaker 3: ever even suggested there's illegal orders. But if you put
- 8:09Speaker 3: out these videos, it creates this atmosphere there's illegal orders.
- 8:14Speaker 3: It's as if it's as if you put out a
- 8:17Speaker 3: video all over the Internet saying, if you've been sexually
- 8:20Speaker 3: assaulted by Mark Kelly, call the police immediately. Now, there's
- 8:24Speaker 3: no hint that he's ever done such a thing. I
- 8:26Speaker 3: don't think he's ever done such a thing. Nobody suspects
- 8:30Speaker 3: he's done this. But if all of a sudden, you've
- 8:31Speaker 3: seen videos everywhere if you've been sexually assaulted by Mark Kelly,
- 8:35Speaker 3: well you'd start to think, h maybe there's something wrong
- 8:38Speaker 3: with this. So it's just a whole fake thing, and
- 8:40Speaker 3: the fake news is backing it up. Now, they'll do
- 8:43Speaker 3: it for another couple of days, then they'll focus group
- 8:45Speaker 3: and tested. If it's not registering, they'll get rid of it.
- 8:49Speaker 3: And this Mark Kelly, he's not a great looking guy.
- 8:55Speaker 3: He looks kind of annoying. He's not a very pleasant
- 8:58Speaker 3: looking guy. Talking him as a vice presidential candidate for
- 9:02Speaker 3: Kamala Harris, he was on that list, but he doesn't
- 9:05Speaker 3: look the part. And Tim Waltz is not exactly George Clooney,
- 9:09Speaker 3: but he's a happy looking guy. He's a fun looking guy.
- 9:13Speaker 3: You look at him, you kind of smile until you
- 9:14Speaker 3: get to know him. But Mark Kelly just looks like
- 9:17Speaker 3: a nasty high school principal type of a guy. He
- 9:21Speaker 3: was an astronaut and he was in the military, I
- 9:25Speaker 3: believe or not he was on our side, but he
- 9:28Speaker 3: was in the military, so that's good. He was in combat.
- 9:32Speaker 3: That's impressive. And astronaut, that's impressive. Although he doesn't look
- 9:36Speaker 3: like Major Nelson on Idriam Maginie. He doesn't have any
- 9:39Speaker 3: charm to him. Even John Glenn was kind of a
- 9:42Speaker 3: it was a charming nice guy. Not Mark Kelly. But
- 9:46Speaker 3: he loves to bring up that military experience. He goes
- 9:48Speaker 3: after the illegal orders Venezuela Pete Hegzeth. They blew up
- 9:54Speaker 3: a drug cartel boat filled with drugs and then they
- 9:58Speaker 3: fired a second shot that killed survivors who were getting
- 10:01Speaker 3: off the boat. This is Kelly's big thing.
- 10:03Speaker 4: And you know somebody who has sunk two ships myself that.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Folks in the military.
- 10:10Speaker 3: That's that's like John Kerry used to do that. You know,
- 10:13Speaker 3: when all these people are on the panel debating a
- 10:16Speaker 3: military thing, what do they know. They're TV anchors, they're
- 10:19Speaker 3: talking heads. But when you can say, hey, when I
- 10:21Speaker 3: shot down a plane, when I did so, it's supposed
- 10:25Speaker 3: to impress you.
- 10:25Speaker 4: You know, somebody who has sunk two ships?
- 10:27Speaker 1: Myself that.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Okay, it's good. I never sunk a ship, but so
- 10:36Speaker 3: that's pretty impressive. But it's somebody who has sunk two ships.
- 10:40Speaker 3: You know, if you were in the war for all
- 10:41Speaker 3: that time, it's not You're not exactly General Patton. You're
- 10:44Speaker 3: not exactly one of the great heroes of our military
- 10:47Speaker 3: who sunk two hundred ships. I sunk two ships. It's
- 10:52Speaker 3: more that's more like kind of Michal's Navy kind of stuff.
- 10:55Speaker 4: But okay, folks in the military need to understand, you know,
- 10:59Speaker 4: the law to see the Geneva Conventions. If there were,
- 11:03Speaker 4: in fact, as reported, you know, survivors clinging to a
- 11:07Speaker 4: damaged vessel, that that could be you know, over a line.
- 11:13Speaker 1: I hope it's not the case.
- 11:15Speaker 3: He hopes, he really hopes it's not the case. This
- 11:17Speaker 3: guy is praying every night it's the case. He would
- 11:21Speaker 3: do anything for it to be. Now, the problem is
- 11:23Speaker 3: they're going to keep pushing this story. But they blew up. Now,
- 11:26Speaker 3: first of all, everybody, normal people, like if there's a
- 11:29Speaker 3: drug cartel ship filled with fentanyl that it got blown up.
- 11:34Speaker 3: You ever watched Breaking Bad, the awful cartel people, those
- 11:38Speaker 3: disgusting people. You just wish a bomb would hit them
- 11:42Speaker 3: and kill them all, get rid of this cartel. But
- 11:44Speaker 3: that's what the president is doing, blowing up the cartel,
- 11:46Speaker 3: their ships, their drugs, the people in the cartel, just
- 11:49Speaker 3: blowing them up one by one. Remember, every time you
- 11:52Speaker 3: hit the ship, it's not just that you killed these people.
- 11:56Speaker 3: That ship probably had enough drugs on it, fentanyl, you know,
- 11:59Speaker 3: all that's stuff probably worth fifty sixty seventy million dollars.
- 12:04Speaker 3: You do an incredible economic damage every time you blow
- 12:06Speaker 3: up the ship. Now, when you blow up the ship,
- 12:12Speaker 3: I would assume if you got the okay to fly
- 12:15Speaker 3: over the ship, drop bombs and blow it up, it's
- 12:18Speaker 3: assumed you're killing everybody on the ship. If that's a
- 12:22Speaker 3: little ship and you've got these big aircraft dropping massive bombs.
- 12:25Speaker 3: You've seen the video right where they just blow the
- 12:27Speaker 3: whole thing out of the water. You can pretty much
- 12:29Speaker 3: assume you're gonna kill everybody on that ship. So I
- 12:34Speaker 3: think this is the problem they're going to have as
- 12:35Speaker 3: they try to push this story on people. Most people
- 12:38Speaker 3: like me are gonna say, well, the reason they were
- 12:41Speaker 3: there is to blow up the ship and kill everybody.
- 12:43Speaker 3: What's the difference if they fired a second shot. I
- 12:48Speaker 3: mean when they hit those Iran nuclear reactors, if you watch,
- 12:52Speaker 3: it wasn't one shot. They just kept bombing the for
- 12:54Speaker 3: like twenty minutes, just kept dropping bombs. You want to
- 12:57Speaker 3: make sure you got everything. So if you're there to
- 12:59Speaker 3: blow up the shop and kill everybody, I don't know,
- 13:02Speaker 3: what's the horrible thing that you fired a second shot?
- 13:05Speaker 3: Well you might have killed survivors. Well, they're not the
- 13:10Speaker 3: it's not the professor in Marianne that you're blowing up.
- 13:12Speaker 3: It's I mean, these are drug cartel guys. You're there
- 13:15Speaker 3: to kill them all. You're there to blow up the
- 13:17Speaker 3: ship and kill them all if you gotta fire a
- 13:18Speaker 3: second shot. All right. So they'll push this for another week,
- 13:22Speaker 3: they'll focus group a tested. If it's not working out,
- 13:25Speaker 3: they'll they'll drop it real fast. Hey, the casinos got
- 13:28Speaker 3: approved yesterday. There were three final casino bids, and the
- 13:32Speaker 3: casino board surprised people. They approved all three casinos. Then
- 13:39Speaker 3: when you hear casino, it sounds okay, but hey, when
- 13:43Speaker 3: you go look go online and look at the plans,
- 13:45Speaker 3: the drawings, the computer generated renderings, what they're going to
- 13:49Speaker 3: look like. They're quite spectacular. I mean really spectacular, like
- 13:53Speaker 3: Las Vegas quality facilities. Look at the one across from
- 13:57Speaker 3: City Field. It's pretty impressive. In fact, you know, people
- 14:01Speaker 3: are going to be looking at it. What the hell
- 14:03Speaker 3: is this? How did this get in Queens? It looks
- 14:05Speaker 3: really amazing. The one in the Bronx where the Trump
- 14:11Speaker 3: golf course, that looks pretty impressive. The one at Aqueduct there,
- 14:14Speaker 3: so it looks pretty good. Now here's the thing. If
- 14:18Speaker 3: you get approved to get a license, you have to
- 14:22Speaker 3: buy the license. You have to put up a fee.
- 14:25Speaker 3: So the fee for a casino license is five hundred million.
- 14:29Speaker 3: So they approved three of them. That's one point five
- 14:32Speaker 3: billion right there. That comes into the city one point
- 14:35Speaker 3: five billion in revenue first day. And then they go
- 14:41Speaker 3: ahead and they build these casinos, and the three casinos
- 14:43Speaker 3: will employ twenty three thousand people. That's a lot of jobs.
- 14:48Speaker 3: And one of the things is that right over the
- 14:51Speaker 3: Throgs neck Bridge and Throgs it's the golf course that
- 14:54Speaker 3: was a Trump golf course and now Bally's runs it.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Somewhere in the Trump contract if they get rid of
- 15:01Speaker 3: it and make it a casino, Trump organization gets one
- 15:03Speaker 3: hundred and fifteen million. So they made one hundred and
- 15:06Speaker 3: fifteen million on the deal. But it's a pretty good deal.
- 15:10Speaker 3: And then these casinos are expected to generate over a
- 15:15Speaker 3: billion dollars in revenue every year, and maybe more than that,
- 15:18Speaker 3: maybe a lot more. So it's a good reason to
- 15:20Speaker 3: get rid of the congestion, pricing, all that stuff. You'll notice, mom,
- 15:24Speaker 3: Donnie has not said a word about these three casinos
- 15:28Speaker 3: coming into his city. That's a good sign. That's a
- 15:31Speaker 3: good sign. You'd think a democratic socialist communist would hate
- 15:34Speaker 3: the idea of these big, splashy, flashy Steve Winn kind
- 15:38Speaker 3: of casinos all over the place. But he hasn't said
- 15:42Speaker 3: a word. So maybe you know, sometimes these democratic socialists
- 15:48Speaker 3: like money, and they're a little more corrupt than anybody else.
- 15:51Speaker 3: They're a little more bribable, biable. So the fact that
- 15:54Speaker 3: he's kept quiet, that's a good sign. Yeah, that's one
- 15:56Speaker 3: thing about the Blasio bad as. The guy was if
- 16:00Speaker 3: you threw a lot of money around, he respected that.
- 16:02Speaker 3: You know, the business guys threw a lot of money
- 16:04Speaker 3: all over the place in his direction and he enjoyed
- 16:07Speaker 3: that and kept quiet about a lot of things. So
- 16:09Speaker 3: a good sign with Mom, Donnie, and we've got a
- 16:11Speaker 3: lot to get to. We'll take some calls next. Eight
- 16:14Speaker 3: hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number
- 16:18Speaker 3: eight hundred three two one zero seven ten set up,
- 16:22Speaker 3: re said on the iHeartRadio app to do wor to
- 16:25Speaker 3: hear Mark Live?
- 16:26Speaker 2: Set another for Mark's podcast to hear him anytime?
- 16:31Speaker 3: Now back to Mark.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Simone on wor.
- 16:34Speaker 3: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to uh Walter
- 16:39Speaker 3: in Forest Hills. Walter, how you doing.
- 16:41Speaker 5: Hi, Good morning, Mark, first time caller here.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Well good, We like I like new callers, first time callers.
- 16:46Speaker 3: He sound like a great guy, Walter, Thank you.
- 16:50Speaker 5: I didn't want to comment about the casinos. It seems like,
- 16:53Speaker 5: you know, the Casino Commission, they just sort of rubber
- 16:56Speaker 5: stamped the three remaining proposals in the issue. Really, it
- 17:00Speaker 5: seems like with the proposal with the three is they're
- 17:04Speaker 5: all so close to each other. You know, you could
- 17:06Speaker 5: get in your car and just try fifteen minutes one
- 17:08Speaker 5: to the other.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Well wait a minute, you try to get from one
- 17:13Speaker 3: of those the other in the middle of the day.
- 17:16Speaker 3: They try to go down in Austin Street and Forest
- 17:18Speaker 3: Hills in fifteen minutes.
- 17:19Speaker 6: You can't.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Are you kidding? There's going to be a massive gridlock everywhere.
- 17:22Speaker 3: Do you gotts got throgs neck Bridge? Do you ever
- 17:25Speaker 3: try to get across that in the middle of the day.
- 17:27Speaker 5: I'll give you that at most a half hour, right,
- 17:32Speaker 5: But I wonder if one of them will pull out
- 17:35Speaker 5: because they don't see it as a financially.
- 17:37Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Billions have already been
- 17:40Speaker 3: spent on lobbying fees money. They're not pulling out. Hey,
- 17:43Speaker 3: but the one in a city field. What a city
- 17:47Speaker 3: field that's flushing, right, Yes, yeah, So that's going to
- 17:52Speaker 3: be a that's going to cause a traffic nightmare, there
- 17:55Speaker 3: isn't it. I mean that's a pretty crowded.
- 17:57Speaker 5: Yeah, And you know, I go to the occasional game
- 18:00Speaker 5: and that's the one thing I'm going to mess is
- 18:02Speaker 5: that outdoor parking lot because that's where the casino is
- 18:04Speaker 5: going to be built, and it's when you go to
- 18:07Speaker 5: a met game. It's actually pretty great compared to Yankee
- 18:10Speaker 5: Stadium because in and out you park outside in an
- 18:13Speaker 5: open lot. Yeah, it's easy to leave the game, no hassle.
- 18:17Speaker 5: Now they're going to put in these big parking garages.
- 18:20Speaker 5: It'll take you half hour an hour to leave a game,
- 18:23Speaker 5: you know.
- 18:23Speaker 3: So that's a good point. Very good. Hey Walter, you
- 18:25Speaker 3: did good. You did very well for your first call.
- 18:28Speaker 5: Thank you, excellent.
- 18:30Speaker 3: Take care Now he's absolutely right. One of the great
- 18:33Speaker 3: attractions of the city field a big open parking lot. You
- 18:36Speaker 3: drive into the parking lot, park your car, get out
- 18:38Speaker 3: and walk over to the stadium. That's perfect Yankee Stadium.
- 18:41Speaker 3: You gotta go in a garage. You got to first
- 18:44Speaker 3: of all the prompt these garages, it's like shopping malls.
- 18:48Speaker 3: If you go to Long Island, the great shopping centers, Americana,
- 18:53Speaker 3: Walt Whitman, big parking lots. You drive in, you get
- 18:57Speaker 3: out of your car, y'all, walk right into the store.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Perfect Westchester Mall, that so known mall in Norwalk. Pain
- 19:05Speaker 3: in the neck. You got to pull into a garage.
- 19:07Speaker 3: You got to pay the part and that's it's not
- 19:09Speaker 3: even just the money, it's trying to get out of there.
- 19:12Speaker 3: You know, if it's an open parking lot, you jump
- 19:14Speaker 3: in your car and you take off. If it's in
- 19:16Speaker 3: the mall, in the indoor garage, you gotta wait in
- 19:19Speaker 3: line to get out. You got a long line. Everybody's
- 19:22Speaker 3: got to try to stick the ticket in that slot,
- 19:25Speaker 3: and it's a pain in the neck. So City Field,
- 19:28Speaker 3: you are going to lose a few people because of that.
- 19:31Speaker 3: No longer outdoor parking. Let's go to Dave in Chicago. Dave,
- 19:34Speaker 3: how you doing.
- 19:36Speaker 6: Good morning, Mark.
- 19:37Speaker 7: I'm doing very well.
- 19:38Speaker 8: Thank you, Mark.
- 19:39Speaker 7: My entry includes First Lady Milania Trump and President Trump himself.
- 19:46Speaker 8: I read an.
- 19:47Speaker 7: Article yesterday in a Variety that says that she's launched
- 19:51Speaker 7: a production company called News Films, and it says the
- 19:55Speaker 7: Secret Service used uses her code name during the first time.
- 20:01Speaker 5: I'm not sure.
- 20:02Speaker 7: I know there's a documentary connected with that. I'm not
- 20:05Speaker 7: sure if this is something similar to where the Obamas
- 20:09Speaker 7: were using Netflix.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Yeah, the Obamas more, they've been cashing in like like
- 20:14Speaker 3: like crazy. You're reading Variety, what are you? Georgie Jessel.
- 20:18Speaker 3: Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn Vincent. How you doing.
- 20:22Speaker 9: Good morning, Mark, Mark. I'm okay, Uh Mark?
- 20:25Speaker 4: Uh?
- 20:26Speaker 9: What the coast Guard and the Navy blowing up these
- 20:30Speaker 9: drug boats. You could actually go on YouTube and about
- 20:34Speaker 9: a week after the Navy blows up, does blows up
- 20:39Speaker 9: one of the drug boats. Is like that, you could
- 20:43Speaker 9: go on YouTube. The Navy actually publishes. And recently I
- 20:47Speaker 9: was watching them take out one of these drug boats.
- 20:50Speaker 9: And the first thing and I noticed, because I've been
- 20:53Speaker 9: stopped on the yachts at seeing everything, the first thing,
- 20:57Speaker 9: all these drug boats don't have to never gation lights.
- 21:01Speaker 9: The boats don't have registration on the front, on the
- 21:05Speaker 9: bow of the boat on east side. You have to
- 21:08Speaker 9: have your registration numbers. I've been on yachts where our
- 21:12Speaker 9: boats where the coast Guard will call you off on
- 21:15Speaker 9: Channel sixteen that's the universal hailing channel. They'll say, we're
- 21:21Speaker 9: gonna come and we want to board your boat. Have
- 21:23Speaker 9: your lights, have your registration and everything. And I've been
- 21:26Speaker 9: on boats where they'll pull up to you, they'll tie
- 21:30Speaker 9: up and one of the members will get on board,
- 21:32Speaker 9: and you got to show them your registration for the
- 21:34Speaker 9: boat and everything, and you gotta they'll look over to
- 21:38Speaker 9: see that, you have your registration, your nap lights. Everything
- 21:42Speaker 9: jives now if you go on YouTube and you watch
- 21:46Speaker 9: them taking out these boats, all of these boats are
- 21:50Speaker 9: not registered. Right there, it's no, no, it's no no.
- 21:54Speaker 9: Right there. Here's another thing. Mark Jessica Tish based on
- 21:59Speaker 9: the arguments she had with I sover the weekend, she
- 22:02Speaker 9: should not take this job. Please follow wild.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Yeah, well we'll get the jessicattition the star Vincent.
- 22:10Speaker 9: I kids already see it.
- 22:11Speaker 3: I still can't picture you in a yachting cap like
- 22:14Speaker 3: a Thurst and hel the third hat.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Oh may, now we got to why do the news?
- 22:19Speaker 3: But Vincent excellent call is always thanks for calling. When
- 22:22Speaker 3: we come back. Bill O'Reilly will be with us next
- 22:25Speaker 3: on seven to ten wor.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Mark Simon Show ONR Well with us right now.
- 22:33Speaker 3: One of America's greatest anchors, the number one anchor on
- 22:36Speaker 3: television for decades, the number one best selling non fiction
- 22:39Speaker 3: author on Earth. You should get his latest book, Confronting Evil.
- 22:43Speaker 3: Quite an amazing book, already a number one best seller.
- 22:46Speaker 3: Confronting Evil. Watch Bill O'Reilly's TV show. The column Everything
- 22:50Speaker 3: is at Bill O'Reilly dot com and make sure you
- 22:53Speaker 3: check out his YouTube channel. Too very good stuff there, Bill, O'Reilly?
- 22:57Speaker 8: How you doing on hanging job there?
- 23:01Speaker 3: I'm good, I'm good.
- 23:02Speaker 9: Hey.
- 23:03Speaker 3: This Trump the arrangement syndrome. They go after him day
- 23:06Speaker 3: and night. If they just it's an obsession. But does
- 23:09Speaker 3: he make the same mistake by that? We love him?
- 23:12Speaker 3: But the too muchness of Donald Trump, too many tweets,
- 23:15Speaker 3: too many things. Should he just get quiet at times
- 23:19Speaker 3: and let it die down a little?
- 23:21Speaker 8: Well, you're gonna see in twenty twenty six. You think
- 23:25Speaker 8: it's bad, now, it's gonna be ten times worse. And
- 23:30Speaker 8: I mean that literally, because this is the last shot
- 23:34Speaker 8: that the anti Trump people have the taking him down.
- 23:38Speaker 8: So here's what's at stake. If Donald Trump and the
- 23:43Speaker 8: Republicans hold the House and the Senate, Trump's power in
- 23:48Speaker 8: the last two years will be five times as much
- 23:53Speaker 8: it is now. It'll be unfettered, unvarnished Trump. If he
- 23:59Speaker 8: loses one of the houses, then he's a lame duck.
- 24:05Speaker 8: So the attempts to destroy him are going to be
- 24:10Speaker 8: NonStop hysterical, and it's very organized. The Democratic Party allied
- 24:15Speaker 8: with the leftist media, and so you've seen two already.
- 24:19Speaker 8: Epstein and the Boat game blown up, and this is
- 24:23Speaker 8: going to be every week is going to be a
- 24:25Speaker 8: new one. Now I'm not sure whether the Trump administration
- 24:29Speaker 8: is prepared for that. And your point about him taking
- 24:35Speaker 8: it all on himself and just every second is another tweet,
- 24:39Speaker 8: is another attack by Trump or that that does wear
- 24:43Speaker 8: on people, There's no doubt about it. So there was
- 24:48Speaker 8: a glimmer of hope with Caroline Lovett exposing the New
- 24:52Speaker 8: York Times because they wrote an article which is totally bogus.
- 24:55Speaker 8: And I know that because I deal with the White
- 24:57Speaker 8: House all the time about trumping old and you know,
- 25:01Speaker 8: not doing what he did the first term. That he's
- 25:04Speaker 8: doing much more now than he did his first term,
- 25:08Speaker 8: and that's the fact. And the New York Times this
- 25:10Speaker 8: article that said no, no, he's too old, and then
- 25:13Speaker 8: Levitt tried it out an article by the same reporter
- 25:16Speaker 8: who said, hey, Bible was great, nothing wrong with him, terrific.
- 25:21Speaker 8: So that was very effective. And that's what they're going
- 25:25Speaker 8: to have to do. It's gonna have to be like
- 25:26Speaker 8: a swat team to articipate every week a new scandal.
- 25:32Speaker 3: Yeah, when you say it's going to get worse, how
- 25:34Speaker 3: could it get worse? Every day? They make up, and
- 25:36Speaker 3: he can how much more could they make up? How much?
- 25:40Speaker 8: It's brutal, unlimited, unlimited, it all. It takes his imagination,
- 25:47Speaker 8: that's all it takes. It's unlimited, and every week it'll
- 25:52Speaker 8: be something else. This one did dad? Hags said, did this?
- 25:57Speaker 8: Cash maultell? Did Dad?
- 25:58Speaker 5: You know?
- 25:59Speaker 8: And Trump is this? Or Trump is that? And he
- 26:02Speaker 8: said this and it's all out of control. Now I
- 26:08Speaker 8: could back farm, but it's gonna be ucumbent upon the
- 26:13Speaker 8: Trump people themselves to a recognize what I'm telling you
- 26:17Speaker 8: today because it will happen. I guarantee it. You have
- 26:21Speaker 8: the tape now and will r me saying this? Okay?
- 26:25Speaker 8: And you got to have a rapid response team they
- 26:29Speaker 8: say okay, like Ronald Reagan, Here they go again, here
- 26:34Speaker 8: they go. That'll get through if there's nothing at the
- 26:40Speaker 8: core of the accusation, like just both thinking Venezuela's ridiculous.
- 26:45Speaker 8: It's absurd because number one, there's an executive order in place,
- 26:51Speaker 8: and the executive order is deemed drug cartels a terrorists.
- 26:56Speaker 8: So who is the guy that wiped out ices.
- 26:59Speaker 3: With the rec two?
- 27:00Speaker 8: Trump was one? Who was the other guy who wiped
- 27:02Speaker 8: out isis some mom, Barack Obama.
- 27:08Speaker 3: I didn't want to say it.
- 27:09Speaker 8: But so Barack Obama signs an executive order after he
- 27:14Speaker 8: screwed up the Iraq thing and took all the US
- 27:17Speaker 8: forces out of there, and then ISIS came in and
- 27:19Speaker 8: ran half the country western part of Iraq, and Obama
- 27:23Speaker 8: recognized that people being slaughtered by the thousands, signed the
- 27:27Speaker 8: executive order that basically a US military authority killed everybody
- 27:31Speaker 8: in ISIS, including bag Daddy's eight year old son. So
- 27:36Speaker 8: you remember I wrote a book called Killing the Killers.
- 27:39Speaker 8: Now there wasn't any angst by the Democratic Party about that?
- 27:43Speaker 9: Was it?
- 27:43Speaker 8: Did you hear any angst about it?
- 27:45Speaker 3: Okay?
- 27:47Speaker 8: They literally US special forces wiped out anybody that had
- 27:54Speaker 8: any association with ISIS, including women and children. Didn't blue
- 27:59Speaker 8: them the hall. And now we got guys on a
- 28:04Speaker 8: boat and the Democratic boy, Oh no, no, are the
- 28:08Speaker 8: rules of engadgment? Wow? Whoa wait a minute, you see
- 28:13Speaker 8: it's so absurd, it's illegally. The Trump administrations are right
- 28:17Speaker 8: to blow anybody out of the water that they deem
- 28:19Speaker 8: part of a parent terrorist group. They should explain a
- 28:23Speaker 8: little more vividly to the American public why they're doing
- 28:26Speaker 8: what they're doing. And I've said that from the very beginning,
- 28:29Speaker 8: but there's no legality there. And then did Haig seth
- 28:32Speaker 8: order it or did the admiral order it? Or okay,
- 28:35Speaker 8: I don't know. Have the Senate dragged the admiral in?
- 28:39Speaker 8: Admiral Bradley what happened? Admiral tells us what happened? That hard?
- 28:44Speaker 8: But no, the hour after hour after hour on CNN
- 28:48Speaker 8: and NBC and on and on and on and on
- 28:51Speaker 8: and on, and this is where we are in America today.
- 28:55Speaker 3: Hey, but these Democrats have this fantasy about these hearings
- 28:58Speaker 3: that they're going to be tom cruise. Do you order
- 29:00Speaker 3: that code read that Jack Nicholson is going to blow up?
- 29:03Speaker 3: That that's not going to happen, is it?
- 29:06Speaker 4: No?
- 29:07Speaker 8: I mean Trump didn't know. He issues the executive order,
- 29:11Speaker 8: he doesn't issue battlefield commands. And you know these Democrats,
- 29:18Speaker 8: the two guys that got waxed that weren't killed in
- 29:21Speaker 8: the first explosion on the boat, I guess they were
- 29:25Speaker 8: just tanning tanning on the boat. Yeah, I mean it's like, okay,
- 29:30Speaker 8: so now the Democratic Party is sticking up for the
- 29:33Speaker 8: drug smugglers and that helps Trump to some extent, but
- 29:40Speaker 8: it is so insane. The country has just lost its mind.
- 29:44Speaker 8: And it's because of Donald Trump. And he has made
- 29:48Speaker 8: people literally crazy on both sides. Because some of the
- 29:52Speaker 8: supports I got. I got a letter today off the
- 29:56Speaker 8: New Spin News. My TV broadcaster guy says, hey, we
- 30:00Speaker 8: don't need any trials. Just said, you know, we don't.
- 30:03Speaker 8: We don't need anything. Everybody's guilty. He doesn't like Donald Trump,
- 30:06Speaker 8: you don't like them, you're guilty of sedition. We throw
- 30:09Speaker 8: you in jail. I mean, okay, I guess this guy's
- 30:12Speaker 8: grandfather was in the Third Reich. I don't know, but
- 30:15Speaker 8: you know he Trump literally makes people nuts.
- 30:21Speaker 3: Yeah, hey, but the media going after him day and night. If,
- 30:26Speaker 3: as you say, they go, just kick up the quantity
- 30:30Speaker 3: and pick up the pace in twenty twenty six, isn't
- 30:33Speaker 3: gonna be so over the top so much that little
- 30:35Speaker 3: backfire and nobody will take them seriously.
- 30:37Speaker 8: Ever again, No, the Trump haters will take them seriously.
- 30:41Speaker 8: And that bleeds down to the people who don't have information.
- 30:44Speaker 8: You got fifty percent of the American people don't know anything.
- 30:48Speaker 8: They don't know anything. Go to the mall and sit
- 30:51Speaker 8: there and do a little Q and A like Hey,
- 30:54Speaker 8: who's the vice president?
- 30:56Speaker 6: They don't know.
- 30:58Speaker 8: They don't know well, and they don't get but they
- 31:00Speaker 8: hear stuff, you know. It's like, oh yeah, yeah, And
- 31:04Speaker 8: you know when it's going to be a close vote
- 31:06Speaker 8: in the midterms. Unless their food prices come tumbling down,
- 31:11Speaker 8: that'll really help President Trump. It'll be close. And these people,
- 31:17Speaker 8: some of them show up to vote. They don't know anything.
- 31:20Speaker 8: It's like the people vote for Mandannie. You think they
- 31:22Speaker 8: knew about Mandannie. Do you think they know what socialism is? No,
- 31:26Speaker 8: they don't know. And Donnie is going to give us
- 31:28Speaker 8: a free bus ride. I'm voting for im. Okay, all right,
- 31:33Speaker 8: I have another story, though, I know we're up against
- 31:35Speaker 8: the clock. This is a very interesting story. So Apartment
- 31:40Speaker 8: of Homeland Security issued its second letter to Attorney General
- 31:44Speaker 8: Letitia James handover seven thousand convicted criminal migrants who are
- 31:51Speaker 8: in New York State prisons. Right, yeah, they know James
- 31:57Speaker 8: is not going to do that. James, by refusing the
- 32:03Speaker 8: order from the federal government, puts herself at criminal risk.
- 32:08Speaker 8: This is a set up.
- 32:13Speaker 3: This is a very good story. I like this very good.
- 32:16Speaker 8: Yep, that's why this is happening. And you'll hear it
- 32:21Speaker 8: nowhere else than O'Reilly.
- 32:23Speaker 3: Okay, all right, well check out check out the Bill
- 32:26Speaker 3: O'Reilly TV show, the column, everything. Go to Bill O'Reilly
- 32:29Speaker 3: dot com. You can see everything there Bill O'Reilly dot com.
- 32:32Speaker 3: Make sure you watch his YouTube channel and get his
- 32:35Speaker 3: latest book, Confronting Evil. It's an amazing book, number one bestseller,
- 32:41Speaker 3: Confronting Evil. And remember just go to Bill O'Reilly dot com.
- 32:44Speaker 3: Bill O'Reilly, thanks for being with.
- 32:46Speaker 8: Us, Thanks for having me. Mark appreciate it.
- 32:48Speaker 3: Take care, Hey, don't forget coming up at noon, Buck Sexton, Klay, Travis,
- 32:53Speaker 3: a lot of stuff they'll be talking about today, and
- 32:55Speaker 3: then the most listened to radio show in America Sean
- 32:59Speaker 3: Hannity at three, Jesse Kelly at six, and you'll love
- 33:02Speaker 3: the new Jimmy Fayler Show every night at nine on
- 33:05Speaker 3: seven ten, WR.
- 33:08Speaker 2: Marks some Moni's back on seventenr Well, new indictments, Latitia James,
- 33:16Speaker 2: James call me not an appeal, New indictments.
- 33:19Speaker 3: We'll get to that and more lots to talk about
- 33:21Speaker 3: in the next hour. Right here, don't go away seven
- 33:24Speaker 3: to ten. W You're ahead of the game just for
- 33:28Speaker 3: being here.
- 33:30Speaker 1: He marks amone on seven ten wr.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Well, not too bad here. It's a little light rain
- 33:40Speaker 3: right now around the Tri State area. Some places getting
- 33:42Speaker 3: snow and all that first storm of winter. Now, let
- 33:45Speaker 3: me just point out these long range forecasts. You know,
- 33:48Speaker 3: it says what kind of winter we're gonna have. It's
- 33:50Speaker 3: gonna be the coldest winter ever, it's gonna be the
- 33:52Speaker 3: snowiest winter ever. It's gonna be you see that every year.
- 33:54Speaker 3: Don't take those seriously. They mean absolutely nothing. Farmers Almanac,
- 33:59Speaker 3: their predictions and wrong ninety percent of the times. Now,
- 34:03Speaker 3: don't even take any real serious weather forecast or meteorologists
- 34:08Speaker 3: will tell you you can't do the seasonal forecasts. It's
- 34:12Speaker 3: absolutely impossible if there's no logical way of forecast an
- 34:17Speaker 3: entire season. You know, for instance, they forecast that this
- 34:21Speaker 3: would be one of the worst hurricane seasons ever. It
- 34:24Speaker 3: turned out to be the lightest hurricane season ever. So
- 34:28Speaker 3: season forecasts, don't take it seriously. Let's see Bill O'Reilly
- 34:34Speaker 3: was talking about this. This is very important. Let's get
- 34:36Speaker 3: back to this. Bill O'Reilly pointing out that there's a
- 34:39Speaker 3: big problem coming for Comy and coming for Leticia James.
- 34:43Speaker 3: Now they got the charges against Komy and Letitia James.
- 34:47Speaker 3: They both got their charges dismissed by a left wing
- 34:49Speaker 3: judge who did not rule on the charges. They found
- 34:53Speaker 3: no problem with the charges. What they found was that
- 34:55Speaker 3: the US attorney was improperly appointed or something an US
- 35:01Speaker 3: attorney and she'd been there past the deadline. So on
- 35:05Speaker 3: the technicality of the appointment of the US attorney, that's
- 35:09Speaker 3: how it got tossed out. Now, they can appeal that
- 35:12Speaker 3: and probably win that, but what we're hearing is they're
- 35:16Speaker 3: not going to appeal it. They're going to just simply
- 35:18Speaker 3: file all new charges now. But Bill O'Reilly was talking
- 35:21Speaker 3: about there's a big trap being laid for Letitia James. Currently,
- 35:27Speaker 3: there are seven thousand illegal aliens who are out and
- 35:32Speaker 3: out criminals, I mean really bad criminals accused of murder,
- 35:37Speaker 3: of actually we're up more than accused of actually committed
- 35:40Speaker 3: crimes like murder, rape, child pornography, armed robbery. It's a
- 35:44Speaker 3: terrible list. I mean, there's a dangerous, dangerous, convicted criminals
- 35:49Speaker 3: and they're illegal. There's seven thousand of them. They're locked
- 35:53Speaker 3: up in New York. But the problem is they all
- 35:55Speaker 3: get led out. They get led out all the time.
- 35:59Speaker 3: But Ice wants to come in and arrest these seven
- 36:02Speaker 3: thousand illegals. They're totally illegal migrants. They're here illegally, and
- 36:07Speaker 3: they've been convicted of very very serious crimes. But here
- 36:10Speaker 3: in New York you got crazy Alvin Bragg the district attorney,
- 36:14Speaker 3: who doesn't put him in prison. And then because of
- 36:16Speaker 3: the awful job Andrew Cuomo did as governor, he did
- 36:20Speaker 3: horrible things. One of the things he did was he
- 36:22Speaker 3: changed up the parole board. The governor appoints people to
- 36:26Speaker 3: the parole board, so he started appointing real left wing
- 36:29Speaker 3: coops filled the parole board, left wing cooks. They let
- 36:32Speaker 3: everybody out of prison. They've let out forty three cop killers,
- 36:37Speaker 3: and they're letting out these illegals like crazy. These are dangerous,
- 36:40Speaker 3: dangerous criminals who are here illegally, and they're letting them
- 36:44Speaker 3: out into the streets. So here's the deal with Letitia James.
- 36:46Speaker 3: Ice has sent Letitia James a letter demanding that she
- 36:53Speaker 3: turnover all seven thousand illegal aliens to them. Some of
- 36:57Speaker 3: them are in prison. It'd be very easy to go
- 36:59Speaker 3: to the pre and take them and deport them. Ice
- 37:02Speaker 3: wants to deport these seven thousand illegals and get them
- 37:06Speaker 3: out of the country. It's up to Letitia James to
- 37:09Speaker 3: hand them over. She's received the letter from the Department
- 37:12Speaker 3: of Homeland Security. So, as Bill O'Reilly pointed out, if
- 37:16Speaker 3: she refuses to do this, she may be in criminal jeopardy.
- 37:21Speaker 3: They may be able to charge her criminally for that
- 37:23Speaker 3: and come after her. Now her defense will be that
- 37:28Speaker 3: her hands are tied by New York's sanctuary laws. Believe
- 37:32Speaker 3: it or not, New York has these crazy sanctuary laws
- 37:37Speaker 3: that you're not allowed to do this, even if it's
- 37:39Speaker 3: a dangerous criminal rape, child pornography, murder, got convicted in jail,
- 37:44Speaker 3: You're not allowed to deport them. You're not allowed to
- 37:46Speaker 3: cooperate with ice. That's this crazy New York sanctuary law.
- 37:51Speaker 3: Now you're saying, who would sign such a ridiculous, crazy law.
- 37:57Speaker 3: Let me see, Oh, here it is Andrew almost sign
- 38:00Speaker 3: that law. Another horrible thing Andrew Cuomo did to New York.
- 38:06Speaker 3: Nobody did more damage to New York state. No governor
- 38:10Speaker 3: ever did more damage than Andrew Cuomo with his no bail,
- 38:13Speaker 3: no jail, with his close the prisons, let the prisoners out,
- 38:16Speaker 3: redo the parole board, and now with this crazy sanctuary
- 38:21Speaker 3: law seven thousand, dangerous murdering, killing illegals that cannot be
- 38:27Speaker 3: deported because of the sanctuary law, because you're not allowed
- 38:29Speaker 3: to cooperate with thanks to Andrew Cuomo, who's making noise
- 38:33Speaker 3: about running again. So horrible, horrible situation, but it could
- 38:39Speaker 3: put Letitia James in legal jeopardy once again. Also, they
- 38:43Speaker 3: can just go back and charge her again for the
- 38:47Speaker 3: mortgage fraud. The documents are pretty clear on that, so
- 38:52Speaker 3: I don't see how she avoids It's now the only
- 38:54Speaker 3: thing COMI has gone for him is there is a
- 38:57Speaker 3: statute of limitations. They might be might be passed it.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Mom Donnie getting ready to take over the transition team.
- 39:04Speaker 3: Mom Donnie's been very busy lately with important matters, protesting
- 39:09Speaker 3: with the Starbucks baristas. And I said, the only good
- 39:12Speaker 3: thing about Mom Donnie, Deblasia was bad. You know, a
- 39:15Speaker 3: left wing kook, socialist, Mom Donnie, I mean Deblasio too
- 39:20Speaker 3: left wing, socialist kook. But the good news is he
- 39:23Speaker 3: never came to work. He was more interested in going
- 39:25Speaker 3: to Brooklyn every day. Remember that he'd sit in that
- 39:27Speaker 3: coffee shop all day and then he'd go to the
- 39:30Speaker 3: gym Chopi City Hall for an hour, go to sleep,
- 39:33Speaker 3: take a nap, go home mom. Donnie seems to keep
- 39:36Speaker 3: himself busy with nonsense. You know, you're about to take
- 39:40Speaker 3: over in New York City, you'd think you'd be in
- 39:42Speaker 3: meetings around the clock trying to figure out, especially if
- 39:45Speaker 3: you're brand new. If you've been in government before, it's
- 39:48Speaker 3: a little easier. But if you've never been in government
- 39:52Speaker 3: running a city or a state, and you've never had
- 39:56Speaker 3: an actual job, you'd think you'd be studying day and
- 39:58Speaker 3: night for what you're about to do. He's busy with
- 40:00Speaker 3: other little silly things. He's out there marching for oppressed
- 40:05Speaker 3: workers where you say, well, the cotton fields, picking fruit,
- 40:12Speaker 3: somewhere in a sweatshop. No Starbucks baristas. He's out protesting
- 40:17Speaker 3: with the Starbucks baristas. He's fighting for them. Apparently this
- 40:23Speaker 3: barista stuff is pretty serious. I don't know what the
- 40:27Speaker 3: issue is, but they're only getting like thirty dollars an hour.
- 40:29Speaker 3: They want thirty five. And then some of them say
- 40:34Speaker 3: it's the scheduling. When they are Starbucks barista, here's one
- 40:38Speaker 3: of them.
- 40:39Speaker 1: They do tend to just positively schedule you right now.
- 40:42Speaker 8: We want to fight for fair consistency and obviously a
- 40:45Speaker 8: living working schedule and wage.
- 40:47Speaker 3: Yeah, that's at they're haphazardly scheduling the baristas. Now, are
- 40:51Speaker 3: you going to Starbucks? You see these baristas. Mostly you
- 40:54Speaker 3: can't stand them because they take forever and they can
- 40:58Speaker 3: never wait on you. They could be six people behind
- 41:00Speaker 3: the counter, but two of them are on the phone,
- 41:03Speaker 3: one of them's changing filters on the machine, another one's
- 41:06Speaker 3: busy haul in a box. Or they can't think the way.
- 41:08Speaker 3: So nobody has any sympathy for these baristas and the
- 41:11Speaker 3: haphazard scheduling. Well, it doesn't sound like the cruelest thing
- 41:14Speaker 3: I have ever heard, But mom, Donnie is out there
- 41:19Speaker 3: protesting with him. Here he is.
- 41:20Speaker 10: The struggle those workers have is that not enough people
- 41:23Speaker 10: know about their fight, not enough people know what they
- 41:25Speaker 10: are being forced to accept. So the more that you
- 41:27Speaker 10: can bring that awareness, the more that you can bring
- 41:29Speaker 10: that attention, the easier it is for workers to demand
- 41:31Speaker 10: the bare minimum. And that is what I will continue
- 41:34Speaker 10: to do as the next mayor of the city.
- 41:36Speaker 3: He is fighting for those baristas. How do you like that? Now?
- 41:38Speaker 3: First of all, this guy's a socialist, This guy's worried
- 41:42Speaker 3: about affordability. You're in a place where they charge fourteen
- 41:45Speaker 3: dollars for a cup of coffee. You should be mad
- 41:48Speaker 3: at all of them, these baristas. You want affordability, get
- 41:53Speaker 3: rid of Starbucks. First of all, don't go to Starbucks anywhere.
- 41:55Speaker 3: Duncan Downut's much better coffee. Also, I know they don't
- 41:59Speaker 3: have a foam pumpkin termasious flavored lot. Okay, but they
- 42:03Speaker 3: got better coffee. Just get a regular cup of coffee
- 42:06Speaker 3: and go to work. And then you got all these
- 42:08Speaker 3: local ones. Now there's like a hundred of these. You know,
- 42:11Speaker 3: there's another chain called Gregory's. Gregory's it's a guy from Granwich, Connecticut.
- 42:17Speaker 3: He started it there and now they're opening all over
- 42:18Speaker 3: the place, much better than Starbucks. And what's that one
- 42:21Speaker 3: over there, Blue Pointers whatever it's called. Turn across the street.
- 42:25Speaker 3: There's a bunch of those Blank Street. There's a whole
- 42:28Speaker 3: much better. Stay the hell out of Starbucks. And if
- 42:31Speaker 3: you're a socialist, what are you having anything to do
- 42:33Speaker 3: with a place that charges twenty seven dollars for coffee? So,
- 42:37Speaker 3: but mom, Donnie's fighting for them.
- 42:39Speaker 10: These are not demands of greed, These are demands for decency.
- 42:44Speaker 3: I don't know if it's forty dollars for a cup
- 42:46Speaker 3: of coffee. Who's robbing?
- 42:47Speaker 6: Who?
- 42:47Speaker 8: There?
- 42:48Speaker 3: Do you hear about this clothing store and soho that
- 42:50Speaker 3: got robbed. It's not a regular clothing store. It's a
- 42:52Speaker 3: special second hand clothing store. It's not It doesn't even
- 42:57Speaker 3: have a storefront. It's up on the second floor of
- 42:59Speaker 3: an office building. And people like Kim Kardashian and Paris
- 43:03Speaker 3: Hilton and all these rappers go there because they have
- 43:06Speaker 3: the most one of a kind pieces in the world.
- 43:09Speaker 3: A lot of them are vintage, but not regular vintage.
- 43:11Speaker 3: They were worn by some celebrity. So they have these
- 43:14Speaker 3: very special blue jeans that are very special, different, unique,
- 43:18Speaker 3: with the stuff all over them in stones. And so
- 43:22Speaker 3: the guy was showing this pair of blue jeans is
- 43:24Speaker 3: worth fifty thousand. This pair of blue jeans is seventy
- 43:28Speaker 3: five thousand. I'm not kidding. So it got robbed last night.
- 43:34Speaker 3: Thieves broke in and you can see the surveillance video.
- 43:38Speaker 3: They I guess there was a fire escape or something.
- 43:40Speaker 3: They got up the fire escape and they broke through
- 43:42Speaker 3: the second story window with big, hefty trash bags and
- 43:45Speaker 3: they just kept throwing all the clothes in these trash bags.
- 43:48Speaker 3: Then they go to the window and throw the bags
- 43:49Speaker 3: down to the street where a guy would pick them up,
- 43:52Speaker 3: throw them in the van that they had waiting, and
- 43:54Speaker 3: eventually they got like ten trash bags full of clothes
- 43:57Speaker 3: and drove off. But it was worth two million dollars.
- 44:02Speaker 3: So the owners on TV talking about he got robbed
- 44:04Speaker 3: and what a robbery, And but then he's showing the stuff.
- 44:07Speaker 3: He has seventy five thousand for a pair of jeans.
- 44:10Speaker 3: This guy should be arrested for robbery. Who the hell's
- 44:13Speaker 3: robbin Who's seventy five thousand for a pair of jeans.
- 44:16Speaker 3: But that's so, that's what goes on. And Mom, Donnie,
- 44:23Speaker 3: he hasn't said a word about the casinos. That's a
- 44:26Speaker 3: good sign, though, that means they've probably gotten to him.
- 44:29Speaker 3: You know, one thing about these big, big, big business guys,
- 44:32Speaker 3: these big real estate guys, they whine and complain, but
- 44:35Speaker 3: they know how to get to a new mayor really
- 44:37Speaker 3: really fast, and they're pretty good at that. So you
- 44:43Speaker 3: never know, the same thing happened to Blaso. He was
- 44:45Speaker 3: it was bad, but we got through it just fine.
- 44:47Speaker 3: You'll probably get through mom, Donnie just fine. Hey, So
- 44:52Speaker 3: we were talking about Mark Kelly and the sinking the
- 44:55Speaker 3: drug cartel boats Venezuela. Now they're going to hold hearing
- 45:00Speaker 3: in Congress and go after this. Mark Kelly thinks he'll
- 45:05Speaker 3: be like Tom Cruise in these hearings, and that you know,
- 45:10Speaker 3: the general who did the bombing of these boats is
- 45:12Speaker 3: going to be like Jack Nicholson. And Democrats feel like
- 45:15Speaker 3: there'll be Tom Cruise going did you order the code read?
- 45:18Speaker 3: And that the guy will just blow up and go
- 45:20Speaker 3: You're damn right I did. It's not gonna happen. Nothing
- 45:23Speaker 3: dramatic is going to happen. President Trump, on all this.
- 45:26Speaker 1: We consider of Venezuela to be not a very friendly country.
- 45:28Speaker 11: They send millions of people, really, and probably a number
- 45:33Speaker 11: in excess of that, and a lot of those people
- 45:36Speaker 11: shouldn't be in our country, from jails, from gangs, from
- 45:40Speaker 11: drug dealers, from all of the people that came into
- 45:43Speaker 11: our country shouldn't have been in our country, causing a
- 45:45Speaker 11: lot of problem.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Did your warning mean that an airstrike is eminent or
- 45:49Speaker 1: should we not.
- 45:50Speaker 6: Read it that way?
- 45:50Speaker 1: Don't read anything into it.
- 45:52Speaker 3: Yeah, Now, the reason for this, you gotta remember if
- 45:56Speaker 3: you were going to go after the drug cartel cartels.
- 45:58Speaker 3: He would do it at the border. You would try
- 46:00Speaker 3: to get them coming across the border. Well, the border's
- 46:03Speaker 3: closed now, it's been closed all year. There's no coming
- 46:05Speaker 3: across the border. So they've switched to the sea. They're
- 46:09Speaker 3: doing it by boat. So that's why you got to
- 46:12Speaker 3: go after him. Here. The border's gone. They've eliminated that.
- 46:15Speaker 3: So now they're going after the drug cartels exactly the
- 46:18Speaker 3: same as everybody else did, only now they're using the sea,
- 46:20Speaker 3: and that's where you got to go after them. So
- 46:24Speaker 3: it'll continue, and it's a good thing. Democrats will go
- 46:26Speaker 3: nuts defending these cartel dealers, which will eventually backfire on them.
- 46:31Speaker 3: Of course, Hey, Matt Lower looking to make a comeback.
- 46:35Speaker 3: Apparently Matt Lower has been talking to people he wants
- 46:38Speaker 3: back in. He's like Richie A Priol, you know, when
- 46:45Speaker 3: he got out of jail in tone, I want back in,
- 46:47Speaker 3: I want to get back my I want to get
- 46:49Speaker 3: my action back on my sha. So but the problem
- 46:53Speaker 3: is Matt Lower total outcast. And you know, he was
- 46:56Speaker 3: never that great. It's not like he had a lot
- 46:58Speaker 3: to say. I mean, nice looking guy, he had a
- 47:01Speaker 3: nice charming way about him. A good looking guy, although
- 47:05Speaker 3: now he's older, and although I saw him recently, looks good.
- 47:08Speaker 3: He looks good, always wears a great suit. But I
- 47:13Speaker 3: think they're way past Matt Lauer Today's show wise. First
- 47:16Speaker 3: of all, they don't pay that kind of money anymore.
- 47:18Speaker 3: Very few people watch network TV anymore. And it's a
- 47:21Speaker 3: whole new generation, you know. Now it's Jenna hager Bush
- 47:24Speaker 3: whatever the Heller name is. But he wants back in,
- 47:27Speaker 3: and he kind of in what he was saying, sort
- 47:30Speaker 3: of hinted he knows maybe he'll never get back on
- 47:32Speaker 3: network television. Maybe he's just damaged goods and he can't
- 47:36Speaker 3: get back on. So he said, I'd like to get
- 47:39Speaker 3: back on the media, get to the media in some
- 47:42Speaker 3: he said, if not TV, in some capacity. So that's
- 47:47Speaker 3: him acknowledging he might not be able to get a
- 47:49Speaker 3: TV job. I don't know, has enough time passed, you know,
- 47:53Speaker 3: like Lewis c K seems to be okay again, Kevin
- 47:56Speaker 3: Spacey seems to be okay again. You can start putting
- 47:59Speaker 3: these guys back.
- 48:02Speaker 12: I don't know.
- 48:03Speaker 3: And if it's not, if not TV, what does that mean?
- 48:06Speaker 3: Does that mean he'll end up like those idiots Jim Acosta,
- 48:09Speaker 3: Don Lemon doing a podcast from at home from their
- 48:13Speaker 3: living room with the glasses on, doing the podcast from home,
- 48:18Speaker 3: split screen zoom podcast. I don't know.
- 48:24Speaker 4: Now.
- 48:24Speaker 3: The problem is a lot of these people do these podcasts.
- 48:26Speaker 3: They got nothing to say. You know, if you just
- 48:28Speaker 3: said to Sean Hannity, all the guests canceled. It's on
- 48:32Speaker 3: the TV show. If you said to Sean Hannity, there's
- 48:34Speaker 3: no guests, they all canceled. You'll have to talk for
- 48:36Speaker 3: a half hour. Well, he could do that without blinking.
- 48:40Speaker 3: He could entertain you for a half hour, telling stories,
- 48:42Speaker 3: talk and going over the news. He does it on
- 48:44Speaker 3: the radio for three hours, no problem. He could fill
- 48:47Speaker 3: in a half hour without blinking. It would be interesting, funny.
- 48:50Speaker 3: But if you're Don Lemon or you're Matt Love, you've
- 48:54Speaker 3: never had a talk in your life. You've never done
- 48:56Speaker 3: a show. All you do is read a teleprompter or
- 48:59Speaker 3: interview people as a reporter. So that's all it's when
- 49:02Speaker 3: they do these podcasts, they have to have a guest.
- 49:04Speaker 3: Every second, there has to be a guest. You never
- 49:07Speaker 3: see him just alone talking in the camera for a
- 49:09Speaker 3: half hour because they would have no clue how to
- 49:11Speaker 3: do it. I think Matt Lower has the same problem.
- 49:13Speaker 3: So he'd have to do guests because I mean, he
- 49:15Speaker 3: could talk for thirty seconds, but that's about it and
- 49:17Speaker 3: then you'd fall asleep. But he'd have to have guests.
- 49:20Speaker 3: So who's going to do the Matt Lower podcast? Well,
- 49:25Speaker 3: you know who. The first episode will be Al Roker
- 49:27Speaker 3: will be the first guest. Second guest will be Katie Couric.
- 49:33Speaker 3: Who else would do it with Matt Lawer, I don't know, Oh,
- 49:35Speaker 3: Brian Gumbel. He'll get Brian gumble there's friends. Anyway, we'll
- 49:39Speaker 3: take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three to
- 49:41Speaker 3: two one zero seven ten is the number eight hundred
- 49:45Speaker 3: three to two one zero seven ten.
- 49:48Speaker 2: If you're listening to Mark on the iHeartRadio app, save
- 49:50Speaker 2: time and tap the preset button.
- 49:52Speaker 5: Now.
- 49:53Speaker 1: Now back to the Mark Simone show on WOOR.
- 49:57Speaker 3: Did you know there were a casino protest? You know, hey,
- 50:02Speaker 3: this casino is bringing a lot of money casino protesters. No,
- 50:09Speaker 3: I don't know. Joe Peshi, Robert de Niro might come
- 50:12Speaker 3: out and see you there. I wouldn't protest the casino
- 50:14Speaker 3: too much. Anyway, Let's go to Wendy in Long Island. Wendy,
- 50:17Speaker 3: how you doing?
- 50:19Speaker 13: Oh yeah, hey there, good morning. I don't really know.
- 50:22Speaker 13: I don't know. All this fuss is about the Starbucks employees.
- 50:25Speaker 13: Do you see the benefits of these people get college, health, fertility?
- 50:31Speaker 3: Yeah, the only thing the thing through the years, I
- 50:35Speaker 3: don't know about now, but Starbucks just lied to me
- 50:37Speaker 3: a number of times through the years. You know, they'll
- 50:39Speaker 3: tell you every employee has stock, and every employee has this.
- 50:42Speaker 3: Every then you go ask the employees. They don't have
- 50:44Speaker 3: any of that. So you got to be careful.
- 50:46Speaker 13: That's something to strike about.
- 50:48Speaker 3: But you don't what is all that noise in that
- 50:50Speaker 3: What is all that noise in the background?
- 50:53Speaker 8: Uh?
- 50:53Speaker 13: Well, I got my head stinted on.
- 50:56Speaker 3: Where are you? Are you at home?
- 50:57Speaker 13: Well, no, I'm still a working person. Oh okay, all right,
- 51:03Speaker 13: they have my undivided attention.
- 51:05Speaker 3: Oh there, where are you in Long Island?
- 51:08Speaker 13: So we're out here in Brentwood and sunny Brentwood and
- 51:12Speaker 13: it's a nice day in the neighborhood.
- 51:14Speaker 3: Oh okay, Well, thanks for calling. It's raining here and
- 51:16Speaker 3: let's go to Michael on the east side. Michael, how
- 51:19Speaker 3: you doing? Hey?
- 51:21Speaker 8: Mark?
- 51:21Speaker 14: You my mourning vitamins. I was reading about the casino awards. Yes,
- 51:30Speaker 14: I read always sound.
- 51:31Speaker 3: Like one of those guys at the slot machine with
- 51:33Speaker 3: a couple of quarters.
- 51:35Speaker 14: No oak, twenty dollars, twenty dollars back correct table, but
- 51:42Speaker 14: many the events. I read all the way down at
- 51:45Speaker 14: the end of the article it said either each casino
- 51:50Speaker 14: has to give five hundred million or five hundred thousand.
- 51:55Speaker 6: I couldn't five.
- 51:57Speaker 3: Hundred million both, believe it or not. They've been approved
- 52:00Speaker 3: to get a casino license. Now you got to buy
- 52:02Speaker 3: the license, whether it's a fee, you pay a fee
- 52:04Speaker 3: to get your license. The fees five hundred million. So
- 52:06Speaker 3: three casinos. That's one point five billion in revenue right away.
- 52:12Speaker 3: And then that's not to mention twenty three thousand jobs
- 52:15Speaker 3: will be created and billions of dollars supposedly in revenue
- 52:19Speaker 3: coming in every year. Let's go to Daniel in Long Island. Daniel,
- 52:23Speaker 3: how you doing.
- 52:24Speaker 12: Good morning Mark, Mark. I have a comment about the
- 52:27Speaker 12: second bombing of the boats. Yes, you know, just every
- 52:30Speaker 12: time I hear the headline, I just can't help think
- 52:32Speaker 12: that we had I think we had captured and then
- 52:36Speaker 12: released some terrorists in the Middle East and they came
- 52:40Speaker 12: back later with a real ax to grind and did
- 52:43Speaker 12: some real damage. I mean, you know you're going to
- 52:46Speaker 12: bomb the boat, bomb the boat exactly.
- 52:48Speaker 3: You see, That's what I was saying, Good call, Daniel, Yeah, yeah,
- 52:51Speaker 3: I see. I think for most people they don't understand
- 52:53Speaker 3: the issue. What is the democratic thinking here? One bomb
- 53:00Speaker 3: blowing up the boat, that's okay. Two that's being pushy.
- 53:03Speaker 3: That's a little pushy. So I would assume when these
- 53:06Speaker 3: planes fly over the boat, they are there to blow
- 53:10Speaker 3: the whole thing up. Just blow at the smithereens, just
- 53:14Speaker 3: blow it out of the water and that's it. So
- 53:16Speaker 3: if that's your mission, why would you object to the
- 53:20Speaker 3: second bomb? Uh? You know it's like if a guy,
- 53:24Speaker 3: God forbid takes out a gun and shoots somebody. That's
- 53:29Speaker 3: like the police saying, well, all right, you shot him once,
- 53:32Speaker 3: but you didn't have to shoot him twice. That's that
- 53:34Speaker 3: second bullet. We're resting here for the second bullet. Let's
- 53:37Speaker 3: go to Aerin in Indianapolis. Erin, how you doing good?
- 53:41Speaker 8: Boarding? Mark?
- 53:42Speaker 12: I have a griefe about these Narco boats. Yes you
- 53:47Speaker 12: have it yet had a boat with Greta Thunberg.
- 53:50Speaker 3: All right, I don't know. I guess it's supposed to
- 53:52Speaker 3: be some sort of joke. Maybe in Indianapolis, I got
- 53:54Speaker 3: some big left. Let me ask you a better question.
- 53:56Speaker 3: You're in Indiana. Is it snowing there?
- 53:59Speaker 8: Yes, it is.
- 54:00Speaker 3: It's very cold, and you got a lot of snow
- 54:02Speaker 3: on the ground.
- 54:04Speaker 12: Not that much, maybe two or three inches right around there.
- 54:06Speaker 3: Oh okay, thanks for calling. Makes me feel better. Two
- 54:11Speaker 3: or three inches on the go. Got nothing here. It's
- 54:13Speaker 3: a little torisling, a little See. That's the thing when
- 54:15Speaker 3: you get you live there, two or three inches is nothing.
- 54:19Speaker 3: You feel that it's nothing. If this were Manhattan, two
- 54:21Speaker 3: or three inches, everything would close for two days.
- 54:25Speaker 8: Oh.
- 54:25Speaker 3: When we come back, Ed Rollins will be with us.
- 54:27Speaker 3: The Dean himself will not to talk about We'll get
- 54:29Speaker 3: to twenty twenty six, the elections. We'll get to why
- 54:34Speaker 3: all these crazy left wing Democrats are taken over. It's
- 54:38Speaker 3: not just mom, Donnie, it's happening all over the place.
- 54:41Speaker 3: We'll get to that and more. Just ahead on seven
- 54:43Speaker 3: to ten w R. You're listening to a well, let's
- 54:51Speaker 3: talk to the Dean himself, the greatest campaign manager and
- 54:55Speaker 3: the best analyst of all. Ed Rollins how you doing.
- 55:00Speaker 6: I'm doing well, thank you to Thanksgiving and had an
- 55:02Speaker 6: wonderful day.
- 55:03Speaker 3: I'll lead it too, Yeah, definitely. Hey, we're talking with
- 55:07Speaker 3: this before twenty twenty six summer saying could be the
- 55:10Speaker 3: most important election ever for Democrats. It's the final last
- 55:14Speaker 3: chance to stop Donald Trump. If he gets both houses
- 55:17Speaker 3: again and has complete control of Congress, it's smooth sailing.
- 55:21Speaker 3: They've got to take Congress back to stop them and
- 55:24Speaker 3: teach them whatever they want to do. What do you think, well,
- 55:27Speaker 3: I think.
- 55:27Speaker 6: That's their goal obviously. And the reality is the numbers
- 55:31Speaker 6: aren't very good for nobody in the political business today.
- 55:34Speaker 6: The Congress numbers are terrible. But the reality is Republicans
- 55:38Speaker 6: are running in the whole show, so they've got a
- 55:40Speaker 6: somehow breakthrough here what happens? And then having run the
- 55:45Speaker 6: congressional races as a chairman of the Congressional com medical
- 55:48Speaker 6: chairman and having gone to a mid term election when
- 55:51Speaker 6: I was white, i was political director, these are straining
- 55:54Speaker 6: elections and they start now. We don't have a year
- 55:58Speaker 6: to get ready. They have a couple of months to
- 56:00Speaker 6: get ready. And what occurs as members start doing their
- 56:03Speaker 6: own polls and the vast majority of members of the
- 56:06Speaker 6: most important thing it's getting re elected. They don't care
- 56:09Speaker 6: about anybody else. They care about the president to a
- 56:12Speaker 6: certain extent Republicans, but at the end of the day,
- 56:15Speaker 6: if they start doing badly, they're going to do everything
- 56:17Speaker 6: they can to get themselves reelected, which may not be
- 56:19Speaker 6: what the president wants. So we've got a lot of chaos.
- 56:23Speaker 6: The budget bills aren't going to get through. They be
- 56:25Speaker 6: very clear that Dune yesterday said he's gonna trouble. We're
- 56:28Speaker 6: gonna have trouble get the budget bills through. They made
- 56:31Speaker 6: a promise on the healthcare and publicans. Problem for years
- 56:35Speaker 6: of healthcare is we don't have an alternative UH to Obamacare,
- 56:39Speaker 6: and so we've got some real fights a end of us.
- 56:41Speaker 6: And I just would urge the president to stay consistent
- 56:45Speaker 6: on a few subjects here and not be traveling all
- 56:48Speaker 6: over the world and not get us an war and
- 56:50Speaker 6: in other parts of the world. Yeah, start wars. We won't.
- 56:53Speaker 6: We don't have wars.
- 56:55Speaker 3: But you're the expert, and you know we don't have
- 56:58Speaker 3: much time. But when you say we don't much time,
- 57:00Speaker 3: it's a year from now. Can't anything that everything change
- 57:03Speaker 3: by then?
- 57:05Speaker 6: So it won't change. The reality is, you know, the
- 57:08Speaker 6: economy may get a little stronger. Hopefully if that does that,
- 57:10Speaker 6: it can turn it around. But everything is kind of
- 57:13Speaker 6: in play now. And the budget the next big battles
- 57:16Speaker 6: here are the budget battles, and we control that process.
- 57:22Speaker 6: So we've got to make sure whatever it takes to
- 57:24Speaker 6: get get them through. And the country sees the Congress working.
- 57:27Speaker 6: The Congress don't see the Congress working, particularly the House,
- 57:31Speaker 6: getting things done. The reality is a load against the
- 57:35Speaker 6: majority that's there. We've got a big election today in
- 57:38Speaker 6: Tennessee Tennessee seven.
- 57:40Speaker 8: Yeah, this is where the.
- 57:42Speaker 6: President carried by twenty six points. Shouldn't even be competitive race.
- 57:46Speaker 6: But it's dead it even according to the pools that
- 57:49Speaker 6: I've seen. So we lose this. It's sort of the
- 57:52Speaker 6: process keeps feeding itself, and what happens they eat themselves.
- 57:56Speaker 6: They basically say, Okay, here's our here's our plan for
- 57:59Speaker 6: the years to do. We're going to do ten things,
- 58:01Speaker 6: five things, whatever the number is, and then you stick
- 58:04Speaker 6: with it. Unfortunately, the numbers are so small both the
- 58:08Speaker 6: sun in the House that a defection of five six
- 58:11Speaker 6: seats anywhere changes the dynement dramatically.
- 58:15Speaker 3: Yeah, can you explain to us this crazy phenomenon of
- 58:17Speaker 3: these new Democratic candidates? They're all kooks, you know, like
- 58:20Speaker 3: Mom Donnie. Well, this woman in Tennessee, she doesn't like
- 58:23Speaker 3: country music and she's at her districts in Nashville. I mean,
- 58:27Speaker 3: how did the Democrat ends up with these kookie people?
- 58:31Speaker 6: Well, I've seen her on TV. I don't know her
- 58:32Speaker 6: at all, but she's she's pretty pretty charismatic, and I
- 58:35Speaker 6: think that's part of it is they say what they
- 58:37Speaker 6: say what they want, they say what they think they want,
- 58:42Speaker 6: and it's pretty much running against Republicans, running against Trump
- 58:45Speaker 6: as much as promoting themselves. Obviously Mom Dabi was different,
- 58:49Speaker 6: but Mom Dabi didn't run on his own record Roundabi
- 58:51Speaker 6: and we didn't do a very good job with laying
- 58:53Speaker 6: out what he really is. He really is a socialist, communist,
- 58:56Speaker 6: whatever term you want to use. It's not well, how
- 59:00Speaker 6: of the vast majority of New York is or how
- 59:02Speaker 6: the vast majority of people in the country are.
- 59:04Speaker 3: Yeah, but Mon done the same thing on paper, the
- 59:07Speaker 3: worst candidate in the world. But you're right, he's charismatic
- 59:10Speaker 3: on TV and online social and media and.
- 59:13Speaker 6: The way things are now, you know, everybody has their
- 59:15Speaker 6: own independent way of getting their news. They don't watch
- 59:18Speaker 6: television like they used to. They don't watch the news shows.
- 59:21Speaker 6: And you know the reality years that people go on
- 59:24Speaker 6: and they're charismatic and they say, oh, no, I'm just
- 59:26Speaker 6: against Trump. Trump's doing all these bad things. I'm going
- 59:29Speaker 6: to change that. And whether he is or is and
- 59:32Speaker 6: is not always relevant. It's the perception and the perception
- 59:34Speaker 6: right now, there's too many fights going on. You can't
- 59:37Speaker 6: be fighting with Navy seals, you can't be fighting with astronauts.
- 59:43Speaker 6: Get the job done, and the president needs to focus
- 59:45Speaker 6: on that, and the White House needs to focus on that.
- 59:48Speaker 3: So you can have the worst wreck in the world.
- 59:52Speaker 3: But as long as you're charismatic, does that mean Gavin
- 59:54Speaker 3: Newsom has a great shot in twenty twenty.
- 59:56Speaker 6: Eight, Yeah, he should not even be in the game.
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: This guy has been recalled to be called uh as
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: the worst record of anybody in California and modern history
- 1:00:07Speaker 6: of the state's in terrible, terrible shape, and yet he's in.
- 1:00:11Speaker 6: The election was held a couples ago, get a fifty
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: four percent of brewerry on Californians, so he's certainly got
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: a base to run on and he's not gonna run
- 1:00:21Speaker 6: on his record. He's gonna run on against against Trump.
- 1:00:24Speaker 6: In my sense, that's that's what all do is. It's
- 1:00:26Speaker 6: all gonna be against Trump, and Trump basically is going
- 1:00:29Speaker 6: to be very disciplined in his message. He's got the
- 1:00:32Speaker 6: strongest party he's ever anybody's ever had, but they're gonna
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: start up evacuating if they don't see him turning this
- 1:00:39Speaker 6: back around it. It's all about the economy. All about
- 1:00:42Speaker 6: the economy.
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: The rest of it is, what does it mean discipline
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: in his message? I mean talk less, don't tweet every
- 1:00:49Speaker 3: two seconds, do a little.
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: Less, don't tweet every two seconds, and don't let everybody
- 1:00:52Speaker 6: else talk. Basically, pick who you're gonna have out there doing.
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: What's the message of the day. If the message of
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: the day right today is we care about what happened
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: to these you know these guys gonna shot out on
- 1:01:03Speaker 6: the boat. Yeah that's a story, then have your message down,
- 1:01:07Speaker 6: stay on the message. Don't let people want and there's
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: too many people that are independent and know what you're
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: going to say. I've always ard with his strategy clients
- 1:01:16Speaker 6: or whether it's political lines, write it out here's what
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: we're going to say. Here's how long we're going to
- 1:01:21Speaker 6: say it. Here's where the kinds of shows are going
- 1:01:23Speaker 6: to go on and make sure that everybody's hearing from
- 1:01:25Speaker 6: us the same message and not fifteen different messages.
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: Yeah, but you know, when you get a private sector
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: billionaire running well you had, you ran the Russ Paro campaign.
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: The private sector billionaire business guy. It's hard to tell
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: them things, isn't it. They don't listen, do they.
- 1:01:40Speaker 6: They don't listen. They don't listen. I finally said it.
- 1:01:43Speaker 6: Par one day, say you're just trying to run a
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: proditional campaign. I said, no, I'm not trying to run
- 1:01:46Speaker 6: a campaign tradition.
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: But they became billionaire, so they must know something.
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: Right, They do know something, and they should stay in
- 1:01:55Speaker 6: the lane where they know something. That's good. Let people
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: understand politics and communications do that. So you're a communicator,
- 1:02:03Speaker 6: You're every day, every day you're out communicating your message.
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: Every day. You're basically talking about the things that matter
- 1:02:08Speaker 6: to you and anything matter to your viewers. If all
- 1:02:10Speaker 6: of a sudden tomorrow you are going out there and saying,
- 1:02:12Speaker 6: you know, we just got of likeck to the greatest
- 1:02:14Speaker 6: mayor in the world in New York. Let's get him
- 1:02:16Speaker 6: a shot. Your ears have started clicking off. That switches best. Yeah,
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: you got to stay consistent in your message who you
- 1:02:22Speaker 6: are and what you are.
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: Yeah, but you know, even like that's take the Venezuela.
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: The boats people are basically common sense. Don't they realize, Hey,
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: these guys are defending drug dealers. Well, we can't defend
- 1:02:35Speaker 3: the drug cartels.
- 1:02:36Speaker 9: We haven't.
- 1:02:37Speaker 6: We haven't proved the case yet. We need to go
- 1:02:39Speaker 6: prove the case. And I would argue at this point
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: in time, this is serious. If they if they charge
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: the Secretary of Defense whatever he wants to be, call
- 1:02:46Speaker 6: as you call the world ward. But at the end
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: of the day, he's not a very good communicator, and
- 1:02:50Speaker 6: he may not be a very good Secretary of Defense.
- 1:02:52Speaker 6: He may have made a big mistake here. And for
- 1:02:54Speaker 6: some reason, when we spend the Christmas holidays talking about
- 1:02:56Speaker 6: that we've murdered two guys hang on the side of
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: a boat. We think they were to have news. We
- 1:03:00Speaker 6: don't know that for sure. And the Congress is calling
- 1:03:02Speaker 6: for hearings. He's got to cooperate with the hearings. What
- 1:03:04Speaker 6: are you gonna do? Sit down and get a strategy plan.
- 1:03:07Speaker 6: There's no strategy in this white house, right all right?
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: Well, good stuff, Ed Rollins, always great talking you thanks
- 1:03:14Speaker 3: for the great analysis. Keep up the good work, and
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: we'll talk against him. Take care interesting stuff. Yeah, Hey,
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: we got a lot to get to throughout the day,
- 1:03:27Speaker 3: all sorts of stuff to cover. We didn't get to
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: the Tim Waltz fraud either. That is pretty amazing, that fraud,
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: Tim Waltz. You know, this happens with these democrats. Look
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: at the de Blasio when he was in office with
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: his wife's crazy program Thrive NYC, which were these crazy centers,
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: was like yoga for the homeless. Somehow a billion dollars
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: got put into that and then went missing. The billion
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: dollars disappeared. To this day, nobody knows where it went.
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: And by the way, the program itself never opened, the
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: single center, never got a single program done, still hasn't
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: to this day. The billion disappeared. That's what happens when
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: you get these democratic socialists. Now look at the Minnesota
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: where you got Tim Waltz in charge, same exact sort
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: of thing. It also happens to be a billion dollars
- 1:04:18Speaker 3: went missing. A bunch of crazy programs in Minnesota, same
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: kind of left wing coop nonsense programs. The billion dollars
- 1:04:25Speaker 3: is missing. Tim Waltz cannot seem to explain for a
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: second what happened to the money. Will not even take
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: responsibility for it. People have asked him over and over
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: and over again. He can't explain it. Same thing happened
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: with the Blasia. Luckily it's he's a left wing guy.
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: They don't push him to our bit. Waltz, do you
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: take responsibility for failing to stop this fraud in your state?
- 1:04:48Speaker 15: Well, certainly I take responsibility for putting people in jail.
- 1:04:51Speaker 15: Governors don't get to just talk theoretically. We have to
- 1:04:54Speaker 15: solve problems. And I will note it's not just Somali's
- 1:04:58Speaker 15: Minnesota is a generous statement, sort of the place.
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: Goes on and on. It's basically a no no. He
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: will not take responsibility for it. Hey, I don't forget
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: Tonight at nine excellent news show Jimmy Fayala, very funny,
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: interesting show every night nine o'clock here on seven ten WR.

- 1:05:24Speaker 3: Business Network around four point thirty. Looks like it's gonna
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: keep raining. It's gonna keep raining probably till about seven
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: eight o'clock tonight. So hey, it's a Giving Tuesday. Look,
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: it's enough with this stuff. I don't want to be
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: told what they do. Every day. They tell you it's
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: Black Friday, you gotta go shop today, next day, small
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: business Saturday. You told what to do, and now I
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: gotta go to a small business. It's cyber Monday. It's
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: Giving Tuesday. You know what, I'll give whatever day I want.
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: I go online every day and buy something on Amazon.
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: It's always Cyberay. Stop telling us what to do. They've
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: got to stop with this. It's Giving Tuesday. It's great
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: that you should give to charity any day you want.
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: It doesn't have to be today. It doesn't have to
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: be Tuesday. So that you go lighting the tree tomorrow night.

- 1:06:25Speaker 3: bigger than iphoned for the first time. Past sales of
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: androids and iPhone now the biggest selling phone in the
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: world remind me tomorrow we'll get to the you know
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: they got the folding Samsung. Well, now there's the trifold.
- 1:06:41Speaker 3: It folds into three panels. Anyway, we'll get to that tomorrow.
