Very Short Shutdown, Multi-Million-Dollar Detransitioner Lawsuit & Trump Pulls out of 66 UN Agencies · The 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson

• 0:00
  Speaker 1: Welcome.
• 0:00
Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Center. Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.
• 0:03
Speaker 2: It's nice to have you with us on this Monday
• 0:05
Speaker 2: Morning Center. We've got a lot to talk about, including
• 0:07
Speaker 2: as we speak, we're in a partial government shut down.
• 0:11
Speaker 2: We're going to cover what that actually means. Plus we've
• 0:13
Speaker 2: got two other big stories as well.
• 0:15
Speaker 3: Well, that's right. We're gonna explain what is happening with
• 0:17
Speaker 3: a shutdown, what's going to happen next, how long it's
• 0:19
Speaker 3: going to last. We're also going to talk about the
• 0:21
Speaker 3: fact that there was a landmark verdict for the first
• 0:24
Speaker 3: time of an individual who transitioned. Had a young woman
• 0:30
Speaker 3: who had both of her breasts removed in a transgender surgery,
• 0:34
Speaker 3: who then realized it was a catastrophic mistake, and she
• 0:37
Speaker 3: filed a lawsuit and ended up being awarded two million dollars,
• 0:40
Speaker 3: the first ever verdict of its kind. We're going to
• 0:42
Speaker 3: talk about the consequences of that as well. And finally,
• 0:45
Speaker 3: we're going to talk about Donald Trump just this week
• 0:49
Speaker 3: pulled out of sixty six different UN committees withdrawing US
• 0:55
Speaker 3: from massive global entanglements. We're going to explain what that
• 0:58
Speaker 3: means and why it's.
• 1:00
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's going to be really interesting to hear that story.
• 1:02
Speaker 2: It's going to also save Americans a lot of money.
• 1:06
Speaker 2: So let's start with the government shut down, and this
• 1:08
Speaker 2: is a partial government shutdown. The media is not playing
• 1:11
Speaker 2: this up with all the fear mongering they did with
• 1:13
Speaker 2: the last shutdown, partly because the Democrats didn't get what
• 1:16
Speaker 2: they wanted out of the last government shutdown. They thought
• 1:18
Speaker 2: it was going to help them significantly the polls, that
• 1:20
Speaker 2: didn't really work out. So for Americans right now that
• 1:24
Speaker 2: are waking up and they're like, all right, we got
• 1:25
Speaker 2: a partial government shutdown. What does that actually mean for them?
• 1:28
Speaker 2: What services could disappear? Are there going to be lines
• 1:31
Speaker 2: at the airport? And how long could this last?
• 1:35
Speaker 3: Well, listen, I think this is going to be very
• 1:36
Speaker 3: short lived. It is a partial government shutdown. Much of
• 1:39
Speaker 3: the government is funded already, and the way a government
• 1:42
Speaker 3: shutdown operates is that any essential services are funded regardless,
• 1:47
Speaker 3: and so what is temporarily shut down is what each
• 1:51
Speaker 3: Cabinet agency deems a non essential service. I think at
• 1:55
Speaker 3: the end of the day, this is going to last
• 1:57
Speaker 3: a day or two at most. So what happened last
• 1:59
Speaker 3: week is the Senate passed legislation funding the government, funding
• 2:05
Speaker 3: the entirety of the government through the fiscal year except
• 2:09
Speaker 3: for the Department of Homeland Security. The Department of Homeland Security,
• 2:12
Speaker 3: it funded a two week continuing resolution that has gone
• 2:16
Speaker 3: to the House. The House is back now Today is Monday.
• 2:19
Speaker 3: The House will be back. I predict by Tuesday the
• 2:22
Speaker 3: House will have passed that this and the President will
• 2:24
Speaker 3: have signed it. So I think this shutdown will extend
• 2:28
Speaker 3: a couple of days. By the way, it's worth noting
• 2:30
Speaker 3: the government shuts down every weekend, and so the government
• 2:34
Speaker 3: shut down on Sunday and nobody on planet Earth noticed.
• 2:38
Speaker 3: I think we will see because Sunday people were at home,
• 2:42
Speaker 3: they were going to church there with their families. They
• 2:44
Speaker 3: were not expecting government offices to be open. So I
• 2:46
Speaker 3: think it will be a very brief delay. I will
• 2:49
Speaker 3: point out also that on Sunday, Steady Hope Kayer and
• 2:53
Speaker 3: Jim Clyburn, both senior Democrats in the leadership of the House,
• 2:59
Speaker 3: told House Democrat on their private caucus call that they
• 3:02
Speaker 3: should vote yes to pass the government funding package this week.
• 3:06
Speaker 3: And you know it's interesting that was sent out on
• 3:08
Speaker 3: Twitter this weekend and lefties just lost their mind. I'm
• 3:13
Speaker 3: going to read you the first couple of comments that
• 3:15
Speaker 3: come off. The first says, this is getting ridiculous. These
• 3:18
Speaker 3: people are rapists and murderers. Are they effing serious? Shut
• 3:22
Speaker 3: it effing down at DNC. The second comment f No,
• 3:27
Speaker 3: Stenny Hoyer and James Clyburn, you are not speaking for
• 3:30
Speaker 3: your base, which is why your fundraising is down. No
• 3:32
Speaker 3: funding for ICE until real reform. They're killing us and
• 3:36
Speaker 3: you want to give them more money to do that.
• 3:37
Speaker 3: I'm so tired of you. We are experiencing true evil.
• 3:42
Speaker 3: Here's the fourth comment. What the literal F stop all caps,
• 3:48
Speaker 3: exclamation mark, explanation mark, explation mark, exclamation mark. That sort
• 3:52
Speaker 3: of gives you the flavor of the Twitter left wing glitterati.
• 3:59
Speaker 3: But I think at the end of the day, you're
• 4:01
Speaker 3: going to see a coalition of both Republicans and Democrats
• 4:04
Speaker 3: in the House past this. And I think the shutdown
• 4:07
Speaker 3: will very quickly become old news.
• 4:09
Speaker 2: When you talk about services, just to put it in
• 4:11
Speaker 2: perspective for people to understand, like things that you don't
• 4:14
Speaker 2: have to worry about in this shutdown, Social Security, Medicare payments.
• 4:17
Speaker 2: They're going to be paid on schedule and so this
• 4:20
Speaker 2: can calm many people as well. Food stamps and wick
• 4:23
Speaker 2: are going to not be impacted because those benefits got
• 4:26
Speaker 2: funding through September of twenty twenty six. Medicare and Medicaid
• 4:30
Speaker 2: health coverage still will work, so that's not gonna be
• 4:33
Speaker 2: a problem. US mail service unaffected as well, and passport
• 4:36
Speaker 2: and visa processing those are state departments. As our course,
• 4:40
Speaker 2: services will continue, so that's not a problem either. Is
• 4:44
Speaker 2: that part of the reason why you're not seeing as
• 4:45
Speaker 2: big a maybe a throwdown by Democrats because what are
• 4:49
Speaker 2: we really fighting over here? They can't weaponize a shutdown
• 4:51
Speaker 2: as much they did the last time.
• 4:53
Speaker 3: Well, listen, part of the reason is Congress has already
• 4:56
Speaker 3: passed a significant chunk of the funding for the federal government,
• 4:58
Speaker 3: so it's a much smaller governm shutdown that happened previously.
• 5:02
Speaker 3: Last year, Chuck Schumer and the Democrats forced the longest
• 5:07
Speaker 3: government shut down in US history forty three days. They
• 5:11
Speaker 3: did so really to throw a temper tantrum. They did
• 5:14
Speaker 3: so to show their left wing base how much they
• 5:17
Speaker 3: hate Donald Trump. They did so to show they are fighting.
• 5:21
Speaker 3: And I got to say, one of the nightmares if
• 5:24
Speaker 3: you're a big government Democrat. About the worst nightmare you
• 5:28
Speaker 3: can imagine is the government shuts down and nobody notices.
• 5:32
Speaker 3: The reality is, even in a full government shutdown, typically
• 5:37
Speaker 3: about eighteen percent of the government shuts down, about eighty
• 5:40
Speaker 3: two percent continues. Everything that's deemed essential continues, So so
• 5:44
Speaker 3: security continues, Medicare continues, Medicaid continues, the military continues, law
• 5:48
Speaker 3: enforcement continues, border security continues. The only things that shut
• 5:53
Speaker 3: down during a shutdown are things that are deemed non essential.
• 5:58
Speaker 3: Each cabinet secretary gets to make that determination. So typically
• 6:02
Speaker 3: that's things like national parks, that's things like the Smithsonian Museums.
• 6:07
Speaker 3: It's things that over time can get annoying. And by
• 6:09
Speaker 3: the way, one of the biggest factors of annoyance are
• 6:13
Speaker 3: that you have people like air traffic controllers who are
• 6:16
Speaker 3: not paid. And over the extended government shutdown, the forty
• 6:20
Speaker 3: three day Schumer shutdown, those air air traffic controllers got
• 6:24
Speaker 3: pissed off and they didn't come into work, or a
• 6:27
Speaker 3: fair number of them didn't, and so you ended up
• 6:29
Speaker 3: having a lot of delays. So what is funded already
• 6:34
Speaker 3: Department of Agricultures fund funded already, Commerce and Department of
• 6:40
Speaker 3: Justice are funded Energy and Water, Interior Environment, Ledge Branch,
• 6:44
Speaker 3: Military construction, and VA all of that is funded. So
• 6:47
Speaker 3: what is affected by the temporary shutdown, Well, the Department
• 6:51
Speaker 3: of War is but again as I said, our military
• 6:54
Speaker 3: fighting forces are still continue to function. Department of Labor
• 6:58
Speaker 3: and HHS. But again that that does not include Social Security,
• 7:03
Speaker 3: Medicare and Medicaid, Apartment of Education, Department of Homeland Security,
• 7:08
Speaker 3: but that is expected. And anything that is a law
• 7:11
Speaker 3: enforcement function continues to ongo. The Department of State, Foreign
• 7:17
Speaker 3: Ops is not funded. Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, Court funding,
• 7:24
Speaker 3: SEC FCC, some of the independent agencies. But at the
• 7:29
Speaker 3: end of the day, all of that is I think
• 7:32
Speaker 3: not going to matter very much, because I fully expect
• 7:35
Speaker 3: I will be surprised if by Tuesday evening the full
• 7:37
Speaker 3: government is not funded. So I think this will be
• 7:40
Speaker 3: short enough that nobody's going to notice.
• 7:43
Speaker 2: I want to move to another big story center and
• 7:45
Speaker 2: this is one that gives me genuine hope, and I
• 7:49
Speaker 2: want to get your reaction to it as well. Over
• 7:52
Speaker 2: what could be coming when it comes to the abuse
• 7:55
Speaker 2: of children, I call it child body mutilation. With the
• 7:59
Speaker 2: obsession over sex change and trans in your children, we've
• 8:03
Speaker 2: seen this be a cash cow. Vanderbilt University got busted
• 8:07
Speaker 2: on video talking about how they need to advocate for
• 8:10
Speaker 2: this more with their transition center there and talking about
• 8:14
Speaker 2: how much money they can make off kids if you
• 8:16
Speaker 2: just get them in here, bring them to us, and
• 8:19
Speaker 2: their lifetime treatment. Because your body is constantly trying to say, no,
• 8:23
Speaker 2: this is not what I am.
• 8:24
Speaker 1: When you go through these transitions.
• 8:25
Speaker 2: You got to take all these pills and all of
• 8:27
Speaker 2: this medicine and all these doctor visits, and they're like, dude,
• 8:29
Speaker 2: this is seven figures and these kids come in here,
• 8:31
Speaker 2: get as many as you can.
• 8:32
Speaker 1: In essence, that backfired when it came out.
• 8:35
Speaker 2: Publicly that that's what they were looking at these children as.
• 8:39
Speaker 2: But we had something very big that happened, and that
• 8:42
Speaker 2: is a child that has now been able to in essence,
• 8:46
Speaker 2: sue and win for a what doctors and the mental
• 8:50
Speaker 2: health people have literally done to her allowed to happen
• 8:53
Speaker 2: to her. This is great news for I think, to
• 8:57
Speaker 2: warn doctors that are in that are well claiming they're
• 9:00
Speaker 2: helping people when they're really just mutilating them. This way,
• 9:04
Speaker 2: you're on notice now you could be held accountable for
• 9:06
  Speaker 2: these actions.
• 9:07
Speaker 3: Yeah. Look, my approach to this is number one quite libertarian,
• 9:12
Speaker 3: and number two very focused on protecting kids. So, Ben,
• 9:16
Speaker 3: you're a grown ass man. If you decide tomorrow you
• 9:20
Speaker 3: want to be a chick, Okay, that's your choice. I
• 9:24
  Speaker 3: don't agree with it. I don't encourage it, but I
• 9:26
Speaker 3: think that's fine. If you tell the world from now
• 9:29
Speaker 3: on your Benjamina. Okay, that's fine. You can tell people that.
• 9:33
Speaker 3: By the way, you don't have any right.
• 9:35
Speaker 2: Such an eloquent job of always bringing me up in
• 9:38
Speaker 2: these scenarios. Anytime there's a sense of subject like this,
• 9:42
Speaker 2: I just feel good that you're gonna make sure you
• 9:45
Speaker 2: somehow figure out a way that I am the example X.
• 9:48
  Speaker 1: But keep going.
• 9:49
Speaker 3: I just think you illustrate this well. But look, if
• 9:52
Speaker 3: you want to tell the world you want to call
• 9:54
Speaker 3: yourself Benjamina, great, like you're an adult. You can make
• 9:57
Speaker 3: that decision. What you don't have a right to to
• 10:00
Speaker 3: do is make me call you Benjamina. I'd be like, Okay,
• 10:02
  Speaker 3: that's a little bit crazy. I bet I'm gonna call
• 10:04
Speaker 3: you what I want to call like. You don't have
• 10:06
Speaker 3: a right to control me. You control yourself. You don't
• 10:08
Speaker 3: have a right to control me, And God forbid you
• 10:12
Speaker 3: decide you want to do something radical, you want to
• 10:14
Speaker 3: chop off body parts.
• 10:16
  Speaker 1: Look, I.
• 10:18
Speaker 3: Very much disagree with that, but as I said, I'm
• 10:21
Speaker 3: a libertarian, you're a grown ass man. If you want
• 10:23
Speaker 3: to chop body parts off, you can do that. I
• 10:25
Speaker 3: wish you wouldn't. I think they'd be unfortunate. But you
• 10:28
Speaker 3: have the ability to make that decision. You know who
• 10:30
Speaker 3: doesn't have that ability? Kids? Yeah, and I think the
• 10:35
Speaker 3: idea that you take kids and sometimes we're seeing these
• 10:39
Speaker 3: these four sex changes for kids as young as seven, eight, nine,
• 10:44
Speaker 3: ten years old. No child has the maturity to decide
• 10:50
Speaker 3: that he or she is going to make what could
• 10:52
Speaker 3: be a permanent, life altering decision. Look, you look at
• 10:54
Speaker 3: sex change operations. They can sterilize a child, whether it's
• 10:58
Speaker 3: a little girl who suddenly thinks she's a boy or
• 11:00
Speaker 3: little boy who thinks he's a girl. The chemicals they
• 11:03
Speaker 3: that they give, or even worse, the surgery they give,
• 11:07
Speaker 3: can permanently sterilize a child, can permanently deform a child.
• 11:11
Speaker 3: And as I said, an adult can do that. If
• 11:14
Speaker 3: you want to castrate yourself, I disagree with that decision,
• 11:18
Speaker 3: it's the wrong decision, but an adult should be able
• 11:21
Speaker 3: to make that decision. No kid has the maturity to
• 11:24
Speaker 3: make that decision, and no parent should let them. You
• 11:27
Speaker 3: and I are both parents of teenagers and your kids
• 11:31
Speaker 3: are are you? How old are your kids now? They're young?
• 11:33
Speaker 1: Mine are six six and my eldest is nine.
• 11:36
Speaker 3: Yeah, six and nine. And by the way, there are
• 11:38
Speaker 3: kids this age that are being subjected to this. And
• 11:43
Speaker 3: if you, as a parent, decided my kid wants to
• 11:47
Speaker 3: do that, I'm gonna let them. I think that's child abuse.
• 11:50
Speaker 3: If your kid's an adult and they make that decision,
• 11:52
Speaker 3: that's different. But what happened, and this is really significant,
• 11:55
Speaker 3: last week that there was a case. So there was
• 11:58
Speaker 3: a young woman who was sixteen years old and she
• 12:01
Speaker 3: had both of her breasts removed. They were healthy, she
• 12:04
Speaker 3: had them removed because she was supposedly transgender, and she
• 12:08
Speaker 3: went and sued because as she grew up, she realized, wait,
• 12:11
  Speaker 3: I don't want to be a dude, and I'd really
• 12:14
Speaker 3: like to have my breast back. And you know what,
• 12:16
Speaker 3: once you have them removed, they're gone. They don't come back.
• 12:19
Speaker 3: And so she filed a lawsuit and she was awarded
• 12:23
Speaker 3: two million dollars. It's the first successful detransition or malpractice
• 12:29
Speaker 3: lawsuit in the nation, and she sued both the psychologist
• 12:33
Speaker 3: and the surgeon. And what is remarkable, do you know
• 12:37
Speaker 3: what state the jury was in that awarded the.
• 12:41
Speaker 1: Best part of the story for me, because it is
• 12:43
  Speaker 1: New York, right.
• 12:45
Speaker 3: New York State, Westchester, New York. And you know what
• 12:48
Speaker 3: the jury in New York said, Wait a second, You
• 12:50
Speaker 3: had a healthy sixteen year old girl that these doctors
• 12:53
Speaker 3: came in, convinced her that she was a dude, and
• 12:56
Speaker 3: then cut both of her breasts off, pay her two
• 12:59
Speaker 3: million dollars. That is a really significant threshold. I'm going
• 13:03
Speaker 3: to predict right now this is not going to be
• 13:05
Speaker 3: the last lawsuit. And you pointed out one of the
• 13:09
Speaker 3: most evil aspects of this, which is there is a
• 13:13
Speaker 3: multimillion dollar, if not a multi billion dollar industry behind this,
• 13:19
Speaker 3: behind pushing these supposed treatments that are just abusing kids.
• 13:25
Speaker 3: And you've got you've got woke adults that are pushing
• 13:32
Speaker 3: these treatments because they want to virtue signal just how
• 13:36
Speaker 3: virtuous they are. But you've also got hospitals, you've got
• 13:40
Speaker 3: doctors that are making massive amounts of money, and this
• 13:44
Speaker 3: lawsuit you want to talk about changing physician behavior and
• 13:48
Speaker 3: changing hospital behavior. This lawsuit is significant the young girl.
• 13:54
Speaker 3: It was reported that the young girl quote wept and
• 13:58
Speaker 3: hugged her mother when the verse, which followed a three
• 14:01
Speaker 3: week trial from a suit filed in twenty twenty three,
• 14:03
Speaker 3: came down. And this is a big deal, and it's
• 14:09
Speaker 3: a big deal that I'm hopeful will stop this abuse.
• 14:13
Speaker 3: No kid should be sterilized, no matter what the parents think,
• 14:17
Speaker 3: no matter what doctors think. No kids should be mutilated.
• 14:21
Speaker 3: And you know what's astonishing, ben five years ago, everybody
• 14:26
Speaker 3: would agreed with this. If you had a Democrat on
• 14:29
Speaker 3: if you had picked the most left wing Democrat five
• 14:31
Speaker 3: years ago, you and I could have been talking with
• 14:33
Speaker 3: Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren and said, hey, should we
• 14:37
Speaker 3: sterilize and mutilate kids? And they'd say no, of course,
• 14:40
Speaker 3: not like that was. It was just a blink of
• 14:44
Speaker 3: an eye ago that everyone agreed with this, and then
• 14:47
Speaker 3: there were millions of dollars and the radical ideology of
• 14:50
Speaker 3: the left. And to be clear, it's not just a
• 14:53
Speaker 3: couple of people on the Democrat side, it's everybody. Joe
• 14:56
Speaker 3: Biden is the sitting president, advocated mutial and sterilizing kids
• 15:03
Speaker 3: in the name of gender ideology. And so this verdict is,
• 15:07
Speaker 3: is I hope, a really significant step in turning around
• 15:09
  Speaker 3: this madness.
• 15:10
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 15:11
Speaker 2: Not only is it a significant step, but this also
• 15:13
Speaker 2: I think is going to inspire others and lawyers by
• 15:17
Speaker 2: the way, to take on cases. As you mentioned, this
• 15:19
Speaker 2: is historic first one ever when you see how it
• 15:23
Speaker 2: was won. This now and you can give I think
• 15:26
Speaker 2: more insight in this as a lawyer, other lawyers are
• 15:29
Speaker 2: going to look at this case and go, Okay, can
• 15:31
Speaker 2: I replicate this for a winning strategy. Here's almost the
• 15:34
Speaker 2: blueprint print for these types of cases, And now other
• 15:38
Speaker 2: lawyers around the country will probably be way more likely
• 15:40
Speaker 2: to take on these types of cases because now they
• 15:42
  Speaker 2: understand A they can win and B there's a blueprint
• 15:45
Speaker 2: of maybe how you want to run this case.
• 15:47
  Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
• 15:49
Speaker 3: You're not wrong? And I will say philosophically, as a conservative,
• 15:53
Speaker 3: my approach to some of the extreme abuses we've seen is,
• 15:57
Speaker 3: to quote mister Burns in the Simpsons release Pounds. I
• 16:04
Speaker 3: think unleashing trial lawyers on these really bad actors is
• 16:09
Speaker 3: a really potent tool. And so for every one of
• 16:13
Speaker 3: these hospitals and doctors that are pushing this mutilation on kids.
• 16:18
Speaker 3: I think the specter of there being sued into the
• 16:21
Speaker 3: poorhouse is really powerful. By the way, it's the same
• 16:23
Speaker 3: approach that I have a big tech engaging in censorship,
• 16:28
Speaker 3: and I think we ought to change right now, there's
• 16:30
Speaker 3: a provision called section two thirty the Communications Decency Act
• 16:34
Speaker 3: that immunizes big tech from lawsuits almost across the board.
• 16:38
Speaker 3: I have long advocated creating an exception to section two
• 16:41
Speaker 3: thirty that if you engage in political censorship, you should
• 16:45
Speaker 3: face lawsuits, and the only way to avoid those lawsuits
• 16:49
Speaker 3: is to stop censorship and create a free speech town hall,
• 16:55
Speaker 3: a town square. And it's very much the same philosoph
• 17:00
Speaker 3: which is unleashing trial lawyers can inflict enormous costs and burdens.
• 17:07
  Speaker 3: I don't want to do so. More broadly, I don't
• 17:09
Speaker 3: want to do so on job creators. I don't want
• 17:11
Speaker 3: to do so in a way that hurts the economy.
• 17:13
Speaker 3: But when you have conduct that is really harmful for society,
• 17:18
Speaker 3: unleashing the trial lawyers to sue the living hell out
• 17:21
Speaker 3: of them, I think is a really, really powerful tool.
• 17:25
Speaker 2: It's a New Year twenty twenty six, you've probably heard
• 17:27
Speaker 2: the name bitcoin and cryptocurrency. So the question so many
• 17:31
Speaker 2: people have is it safe and is it something that
• 17:34
  Speaker 2: I should be invested in. It's a question I want
• 17:37
Speaker 2: to get answered for you today in joining me now
• 17:39
Speaker 2: to talk about that as a co founder of Bitcoin IRA,
• 17:42
Speaker 2: Chris Klin, Chris, I appreciate you being here, and it
• 17:46
Speaker 2: is pretty cool to see what's happening in the crypto space.
• 17:49
Speaker 1: It has become normal.
• 17:51
Speaker 2: It now can be a part of your IRA. The
• 17:53
Speaker 2: federal government has changed the rules. They're accepting cryptocurrency like
• 17:57
  Speaker 2: it's a stock.
• 17:58
Speaker 4: Yes, absolutely, and it's it's really driven itself into a
• 18:01
Speaker 4: mainstream space. I remember a decade ago when we first
• 18:04
Speaker 4: started Bitcoin IRA and everybody was like, are you crazy kid?
• 18:08
Speaker 4: You're putting bitcoin in retirement accounts? Is this even possible?
• 18:11
Speaker 4: And you fast forward to where we're at today, where
• 18:13
Speaker 4: countries are building stockpiles, corporations are building stockpiles. Strategy, for example,
• 18:18
Speaker 4: is pretty much its entire business models around this. It's
• 18:20
Speaker 4: a piece of diversification that every major player in the
• 18:24
Speaker 4: space and economics is looking at, and so should too.
• 18:26
Speaker 4: The individual sovereignty of the average American looking to put
• 18:29
Speaker 4: it inside of their retirement.
• 18:30
Speaker 2: You guys actually have a really cool stat that you
• 18:32
Speaker 2: told me about at dinner, and that is that your
• 18:35
Speaker 2: clients seventy five percent were born before nineteen seventy six.
• 18:40
Speaker 2: So the idea that you may be missed out on
• 18:42
  Speaker 2: this or if you're a little older, it's a young
• 18:44
Speaker 2: man's game and crypto that is also just not true.
• 18:47
Speaker 4: That's definitely one of the myths I wanted to come
• 18:49
Speaker 4: to bunk with you in your audience. Isn't this isn't
• 18:52
Speaker 4: our grandfather's economy and grandfathers are buying bitcoin and putting
• 18:55
Speaker 4: it inside of their retirement for long term holdings, especially
• 18:58
Speaker 4: now that they're thinking about inheritance and handed some of
• 19:00
Speaker 4: these things down. But yeah, that was actually shocking to me.
• 19:03
Speaker 4: We've discovered that in twenty eighteen that seventy five percent
• 19:06
Speaker 4: of them were older than my parents' generation. And what
• 19:10
Speaker 4: we found from surveying all of them was this is
• 19:12
Speaker 4: something that they think is new age and that I
• 19:14
Speaker 4: think almost every American, especially older ones, has a genuine
• 19:17
Speaker 4: concern of watching what's happened to the US dollar over
• 19:20
Speaker 4: the last four or five decades. And there's always been
• 19:22
Speaker 4: gold and silver as a potential hedge, land, real estate.
• 19:25
Speaker 4: These scarce assets and bitcoin. While it may seem oh
• 19:28
  Speaker 4: that's digital and it's different, it's scarce. There's only twenty
• 19:31
Speaker 4: one million assets bitcoin that will ever be mined. Nineteen
• 19:34
Speaker 4: and a half million have been mined so far, and
• 19:37
Speaker 4: you and I actually won't live, our kids will probably
• 19:39
Speaker 4: live to see the last one get mined. This is
• 19:41
Speaker 4: something you know. We're in a world of abundance since
• 19:43
Speaker 4: I was born in nineteen eighty five. It's abundance. We
• 19:44
Speaker 4: just printed and printed and printed more. This is a
• 19:47
Speaker 4: moment in time where we may be able to revert
• 19:48
Speaker 4: back to scarcity, and there'll be a day we're just
• 19:50
Speaker 4: saying I have one Bitcoin will be life changing.
• 19:53
  Speaker 1: Chris.
• 19:53
Speaker 2: I hope a lot of people that are watching this,
• 19:55
Speaker 2: you guys, will go and find out more. It is
• 19:57
Speaker 2: amazing what you can do in your time. I'm gonnacount now.
• 20:01
Speaker 2: Just like your other investments with bitcoin cryptocurrency, find out
• 20:05
Speaker 2: more right now at bitcoin ira dot com, slash ben.
• 20:09
Speaker 2: That's bitcoin ira dot com, slash ben, and see what
• 20:13
Speaker 2: cryptocurrency can do for your portfolio. I want to move
• 20:17
Speaker 2: finally to this other big subject and for people that
• 20:20
Speaker 2: are listening right now. Uh, there is a big scandal
• 20:25
Speaker 2: that is taking place at the United Nations. But it's
• 20:27
Speaker 2: a type of scandal that you and I should should
• 20:31
Speaker 2: love and celebrate, and that is the UN is angry
• 20:35
Speaker 2: right now that there's not enough money for them to
• 20:38
Speaker 2: do all their their their woke crap all over the world,
• 20:42
Speaker 2: the simplest way I can describe it. And they're really
• 20:44
Speaker 2: upset because the number one fund of the UN has
• 20:46
Speaker 2: been the United States of America. Donald Trump has said
• 20:50
Speaker 2: no more, We're not gonna just give you this blank
• 20:53
Speaker 2: check and be and fund all this stuff. And now
• 20:56
Speaker 2: the UN Segretary General is freaking out, uh and say saying,
• 21:00
Speaker 2: we need desperate money. Now our things are going to
• 21:02
Speaker 2: have to be shut down. This on top of the
• 21:05
Speaker 2: fact that Trump has also taken the US out of
• 21:08
Speaker 2: sixty six globalist organizations and treaties as well, saving American
• 21:13
Speaker 2: taxpayer dollars are being wasted.
• 21:15
Speaker 3: So you talked about cutting off funding for as you said,
• 21:18
Speaker 3: quote woke crap all over the world. I think that's
• 21:21
Speaker 3: the new motto of the United Nations. The United Nations
• 21:25
Speaker 3: work woke crap all over the world. Let me read
• 21:28
Speaker 3: from our article in Breitbart, quote the United Nations is
• 21:32
Speaker 3: going broke and needs member nations to stump up cash,
• 21:35
Speaker 3: lots of it. That is the plea from Secretary General
• 21:38
Speaker 3: Antonio Gutierres, who fears the globalist body is at risk
• 21:42
Speaker 3: of quote imminent financial collapse due to their member states
• 21:47
Speaker 3: not paying their dues. The former leader of the Portuguese
• 21:50
Speaker 3: Socialist Party said Friday, the UN faces a financial crisis
• 21:53
Speaker 3: which was quote deepening, threatening program delivery, and money could
• 21:58
Speaker 3: run out as soon as July, leaving the unaccountable globalist
• 22:01
Speaker 3: cabal destitute. Such as the financial drama unfolding at UN
• 22:06
Speaker 3: headquarters in Geneva, Signs of a warning situation have reportedly
• 22:10
Speaker 3: been put up everywhere in an almost desperate attempt to
• 22:13
Speaker 3: save cash. The escalators are regularly turned off and the
• 22:18
Speaker 3: heating turned down. The BBC reports, by the way, how
• 22:21
Speaker 3: much money do you save turning the escalators off? Like
• 22:24
Speaker 3: like that's rightly exactly, that's a little amazing. So Gutiera
• 22:28
Speaker 3: sent a missive out to all one hundred ninety three
• 22:30
Speaker 3: member states outlining his fears and pleading that they had
• 22:33
Speaker 3: to honor to their mandatory payments or overhaul the organization's
• 22:37
Speaker 3: financial rules to avoid collapse. It comes after the UN's
• 22:40
Speaker 3: largest contributor to the United States refuse to contribute to
• 22:44
Speaker 3: its regular and peacekeeping budgets and withdrew from several agencies
• 22:47
Speaker 3: it called a quote waste of taxpair dollars. These include
• 22:51
Speaker 3: the UN's Population Agency and the UN treaty that establishes
• 22:54
Speaker 3: international climate negotiations. And I got to say, reading this,
• 22:58
Speaker 3: it reminds me of actually think one of the funniest
• 23:01
Speaker 3: movies ever made was Team America World Police. You ever
• 23:05
Speaker 3: see Team America? Oh yeah, yeah, Okay, it's absolutely hysterical.
• 23:09
Speaker 3: By the way, I'm going to confess a really stupid thing.
• 23:12
Speaker 3: I did so several years ago. I was vacationing with
• 23:15
Speaker 3: Heidi and with the girls and with my in laws,
• 23:17
Speaker 3: Heidie's parents, and they have a houseboat on Lake Powell.
• 23:21
Speaker 3: Lake Powell is an amazing Have you ever been Lake Powell?
• 23:24
Speaker 1: I have not. You've told me about it. It's on
• 23:26
  Speaker 1: my bucket list.
• 23:27
Speaker 3: Now, like Holy Cow. So, Lake Powell is the southern
• 23:30
Speaker 3: part of the Grand Canyon, and basically envision the Grand
• 23:33
Speaker 3: Canyon dammed up and filled halfway with water. That is
• 23:37
Speaker 3: Lake Powell. And so my in laws for thirty years
• 23:41
Speaker 3: have had a houseboat there and you go out on
• 23:42
Speaker 3: the houseboat and that they tow, you tow a ski boat.
• 23:46
Speaker 3: You tow typically one or two jet skis. You go
• 23:49
Speaker 3: out into the water and it's amazing. So my in
• 23:52
Speaker 3: laws are are are not fancy. So their houseboat does
• 23:56
Speaker 3: not have a working air conditioner. So you go out
• 23:58
Speaker 3: typically in the middle of the summer, it's one hundred
• 24:01
Speaker 3: and ten degrees no ac You sleep on the roof
• 24:05
Speaker 3: of the houseboat under the stars. By the way, your
• 24:07
Speaker 3: your cell phone doesn't work at all. You have no internet,
• 24:12
Speaker 3: and you know, you get up and jump in the water.
• 24:14
Speaker 3: You bathe in the lake, get you go out water skiing.
• 24:17
Speaker 3: You get on a jet ski and you can go
• 24:18
Speaker 3: down these finger canyons. Ben I got to say, you
• 24:21
Speaker 3: go down a finger canyon is breathtaking. You can go
• 24:23
Speaker 3: down it where on each side you can put your
• 24:27
Speaker 3: hand out and touch the side of the cliff.
• 24:30
Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's on the bucket list.
• 24:31
Speaker 3: It goes a couple hundred feet of just red sandstone
• 24:36
Speaker 3: and you're in this sliver. You can in far enough
• 24:38
Speaker 3: that you've got to jump off the jet ski, swim
• 24:40
Speaker 3: around and turn the jet ski around because you don't
• 24:42
Speaker 3: have room to turn it around. So it's an awesome
• 24:45
Speaker 3: thing to do. So one time a decade ago, Heidi
• 24:49
Speaker 3: and I going out with their parents and we decided
• 24:52
Speaker 3: so they do have a little TV on the houseboat
• 24:54
Speaker 3: with the a DVR player, and we decided to bring.
• 24:58
Speaker 1: I know where this is going, all right, I'm with
• 25:01
  Speaker 1: you now.
• 25:01
Speaker 3: I keep going a DVD of Team America because Heidi
• 25:06
Speaker 3: doesn't like movies very much. I love movies, like I
• 25:08
Speaker 3: grew up. My parents both love movies, so like I
• 25:10
Speaker 3: would go out with my mom and dad and we'd
• 25:12
Speaker 3: go see movies every week, and we'd love movies. Heidi
• 25:15
Speaker 3: grew up she never went to the movies, but I
• 25:17
Speaker 3: took her to see Team America and she laughed so
• 25:20
Speaker 3: hard she couldn't breathe. So they're like, all right, let's
• 25:22
Speaker 3: bring it. And this was I gotta say, an incredibly
• 25:26
Speaker 3: stupid thing to do, Ben, because I forgot that Team
• 25:31
Speaker 3: America's okay, so it's puppets and it's done by the
• 25:36
Speaker 3: South Park guys. But every third or fourth word is
• 25:40
  Speaker 3: a curse word. I mean it's it is a relentless
• 25:45
Speaker 3: and I'm sitting there playing this. We turned it on
• 25:48
Speaker 3: with my in laws and they're just looking in utter
• 25:52
Speaker 3: horror as it's just curse, curse, curse, curse, curse. We
• 25:56
Speaker 3: didn't watch ten minutes of it before we turned it
• 25:58
Speaker 3: off and said, oh, sorry about that.
• 25:59
Speaker 4: I really got it.
• 26:00
Speaker 1: Apologize. Now here's my question, though, did your wife do it?
• 26:04
Speaker 2: My wife would do that scenario, act like she's shocked
• 26:06
Speaker 2: that you brought this movie and showed it. Or did
• 26:08
Speaker 2: she laugh as hard as she laughed when y'all were
• 26:10
Speaker 2: at the movie together. That's the real question.
• 26:12
Speaker 1: She sort of laughed.
• 26:13
Speaker 3: But we remembered how funny the movie was, but we
• 26:16
Speaker 3: hadn't internalized. There's just if you deleted every profanity in
• 26:22
Speaker 3: the movie, the movie shorter look like it just And
• 26:27
Speaker 3: part of what I like about Team America is it
• 26:29
Speaker 3: mocks both sides. So it's not a conservative movie. It's
• 26:32
Speaker 3: not a liberal movie like it. It makes fun of
• 26:34
Speaker 3: both sides in a way that is really funny. But
• 26:38
Speaker 3: I don't advise, particularly if you know my in laws,
• 26:42
Speaker 3: I mean, I mean were they were Christian missionaries. They're
• 26:44
Speaker 3: wonderful people, but they don't curse, and they may have
• 26:50
Speaker 3: seen more curse words in those ten minutes we played
• 26:53
Speaker 3: than they had in the past ten years before that.
• 26:56
Speaker 3: So my whole point of this is there's a scene
• 26:59
Speaker 3: in Team America where you have part of the theory
• 27:04
Speaker 3: is that Kim Jong un is the dictator of North Korea,
• 27:08
Speaker 3: which is of course true, but he's a puppet in
• 27:10
Speaker 3: Team America and he is he is seeking to attack
• 27:15
Speaker 3: the world, and it's all Team America World Police is
• 27:18
Speaker 3: trying to fight Kim Jong Un. But anyway that the
• 27:23
Speaker 3: United Nations sends Hans Blicks who Hans Blicks Most of
• 27:28
Speaker 3: our listeners are too young to remember, but Hans Blicks
• 27:31
Speaker 3: was a weapons inspector for the United Nations, and the
• 27:36
Speaker 3: UN sends Hans Blicks to Kim Jong Un to go
• 27:40
Speaker 3: tell him to stop developing weapons of mass destruction, and
• 27:44
Speaker 3: Kim Jong Un ends up feeding the puppet Hans Blicks
• 27:47
Speaker 3: to sharks who eat him and and and at one point,
• 27:51
Speaker 3: right before he gets fed to sharks, Hans Blick says,
• 27:54
Speaker 3: you must stop what you're doing, and if you do
• 27:56
Speaker 3: not stop what you're doing, the United Nations is going
• 27:59
Speaker 3: to send you a stern letter.
• 28:02
Speaker 1: Yeah, I have to say so accurate.
• 28:04
Speaker 3: As I'm reading the cries from the Secretary General. I
• 28:10
Speaker 3: keep envisioning Hans Blicks in Team America saying give us money,
• 28:15
Speaker 3: or we will send you a really stern letter saying
• 28:18
  Speaker 3: give us money.
• 28:19
Speaker 1: It's it's entirely accurate, exactly where we are.
• 28:22
Speaker 2: And that's why the part about this is so funny
• 28:24
Speaker 2: is the President said he was going to do it.
• 28:26
  Speaker 1: You elect me.
• 28:26
Speaker 2: I'm gonna get rid of all this stuff. I'm going
• 28:28
Speaker 2: to get rid of the wasting of your tax hours.
• 28:31
Speaker 2: And it's not just the un it's freaking out. Now
• 28:34
Speaker 2: You've got this list of sixty six globalist organizations and
• 28:38
Speaker 2: treaties that he's also know, by the way, we're not
• 28:41
Speaker 2: giving you money there either.
• 28:43
Speaker 3: Yeah, so the list of sixty six. By the way,
• 28:45
Speaker 3: So as Ben and I were prepping for this show,
• 28:47
Speaker 3: we're talking about the list of sixty six and I
• 28:48
Speaker 3: asked him, I said, hey, what are the sixty six
• 28:51
Speaker 3: And he's like, I don't know, And you sent me
• 28:54
Speaker 3: this whole document. I'm not going to read them all,
• 28:55
Speaker 3: but I'm just going to read some of the topics.
• 28:58
Speaker 3: So number one is the twenty four to seven Carbon
• 29:00
Speaker 3: Free Energy Compact. We withdrew from that, the Colombo Plan Council,
• 29:03
Speaker 3: the Commission on Environmental Cooperation, Education Cannot Wait, the European
• 29:08
Speaker 3: Center of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats, the Forum of
• 29:12
Speaker 3: European National Highway Research Laboratories, the Freedom Online Coalition, the
• 29:16
Speaker 3: Global Community Engagement Resilience Fund, the Global counter Terrorism Forum,
• 29:20
Speaker 3: the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise.
• 29:22
Speaker 1: That's the first ten.
• 29:23
Speaker 3: They're another fifty six that come.
• 29:25
Speaker 2: I mean, now you know why he said we're going
• 29:28
Speaker 2: to get rid of all of them, right, like, we're
• 29:29
Speaker 2: just not going to fund this stuff. Many of them,
• 29:32
Speaker 2: by the way, are like people the hate America on
• 29:33
  Speaker 2: top of that.
• 29:34
Speaker 3: That's right, all right, let me read the last ten,
• 29:37
Speaker 3: so numbers fifty six through sixty six. We withdrew from
• 29:40
Speaker 3: the UN Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women.
• 29:44
Speaker 3: We withdrew from the UNA Framework Convention on Climate Change,
• 29:47
Speaker 3: the UN Human Settlements Program, the UN Institute for Training
• 29:51
Speaker 3: and Research, UN Oceans, UN Population Fund, UN Register of
• 29:55
Speaker 3: Conventional Arms, the UN System Chief Executives Board for Coordination,
• 29:58
Speaker 3: the UN System Staff comp It's the UN Water and
• 30:01
Speaker 3: the UN University, all of that. Look, you and I
• 30:05
Speaker 3: and most people on planet Earth have no idea what
• 30:07
Speaker 3: any of these do, but we were sending millions of
• 30:10
Speaker 3: dollars to this garbage. And there is a reason why
• 30:14
Speaker 3: Hans Blix is floating in the water having been eaten
• 30:18
Speaker 3: by sharks from Kim Jong un because stern letters from
• 30:22
Speaker 3: the United Nations don't do a whole lot.
• 30:24
Speaker 1: Yeah, they really don't. It's I love seeing the President
• 30:27
  Speaker 1: do this.
• 30:28
Speaker 2: This is exactly what we needed him to do and
• 30:31
Speaker 2: what some many people voted for. And thank goodness he's
• 30:34
Speaker 2: he's following through and hammering on this issue.
• 30:37
  Speaker 1: Don't forget.
• 30:37
Speaker 2: We do this show Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so hit
