⚡SILVER Price!⚡ THIS Is ALARMING...(Gold Price News Update Too) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:01
Reasons to be alarmed with the silver price and the gold price,
• 0:05
or are we just taking a little break?
• 0:07
We're going to look at the charts and find out.
• 0:09
And we've got a secret weapon for silver.
• 0:12
Actually, it's a 123 punch. They could propel the silver
• 0:17
price to crazy levels. We'll dig into that and we'll
• 0:21
get a little update on the silver squeeze situation and a
• 0:26
bonus factor right, a turbo factor thing that could come out
• 0:30
of left field that could propel the price of precious metals to
• 0:35
levels that we cannot even imagine.
• 0:38
We're going to end with that in this video.
• 0:39
But first, thank you for being here.
• 0:42
We still have the special going on for you.
• 0:44
You can subscribe to the channel for free.
• 0:47
Please subscribe. We want you to come back and
• 0:49
join us here in the basement to talk about the precious metals.
• 0:52
You are the most important part of what's going on.
• 0:55
But today we're having a red day.
• 0:57
Oh my gosh, we're not used to that in the the precious metal
• 1:00
sector. Let's go take a look at the
• 1:02
silver chart right now and see what is going on.
• 1:06
Let me pull this up for you. I have a presentation prepared
• 1:10
for your benefit because you deserve that.
• 1:14
All right, let's look at a one year chart.
• 1:16
I'll circle that. OK, wait a minute.
• 1:22
Let's look at the one year chart circled here in blue of silver.
• 1:26
This is the futures, currently at about $38 per oz.
• 1:30
We've got a down day, down 73 cents.
• 1:33
Oh my gosh, reason to be alarmed.
• 1:35
Let's take a look. The red line on this chart shows
• 1:38
what we've talked about over the last year.
• 1:41
We tried several times to breakthrough to breakthrough the
• 1:47
$35 level once, twice, and third time was essentially a charm.
• 1:53
That was a great thing. Now what's happened most
• 1:56
recently and what we really need to pay attention to was over
• 2:01
here we had a second resistance level, let's say around 36,
• 2:07
fifty, $37 per oz. We know that we've broken
• 2:12
through that just recently. OK, guys.
• 2:16
And we did that on some pretty big volume.
• 2:19
The key number in the spot market that we were looking at
• 2:22
was around 3750 per oz, let's say around $38 per oz here in
• 2:27
the futures market. So while today is a red day, we
• 2:31
don't really we need to be concerned unless we break below
• 2:36
in the futures market, let's say around $37 per oz around where
• 2:41
we are right here with this blue line.
• 2:44
If we go below $35 per oz in the futures market, that could
• 2:49
signal a little more of a correction in silver.
• 2:53
But right now, even though it's no fun on days like today, we
• 2:57
are still technically in my opinion, in very, very good
• 3:01
  shape. Now let's move on.
• 3:02
You want to talk about, I got a little secret for you, little
• 3:05
secret weapon in the world of silver, right?
• 3:08
Everybody's been talking about how there's not been any real,
• 3:13
let's say retail type investment into the silver market.
• 3:18
Well, that is changing, OK And we got a 12 three punch that I
• 3:23
think as we head into the the remaining five months of the
• 3:27
year could provide unbelievable support for the silver price.
• 3:31
Let's go out to Kitco and our friend Neil's and see what he
• 3:36
has to say. The title of the article,
• 3:38
Macquarie raises silver forecast but expects prices will peak
• 3:43
this year. Now this is not the real
• 3:46
important meat. This is all just the basic kind
• 3:49
of hubbub regarding the silver market, the stuff we've heard
• 3:54
about industrial demand, blah, blah, blah.
• 3:56
That's not the exciting thing. I've got some excitement
• 4:02
highlighted for you lower, but this chart, is this chart
• 4:05
catching your eye? This chart is catching my eye.
• 4:09
Let's look at this one real quickly again, OK?
• 4:12
This shows us back from June and this is probably the spot
• 4:17
  market. I believe it is.
• 4:18
Yes, That $37 range was our support.
• 4:22
Again, we broke through this guys.
• 4:24
We aren't going to get too worried right now unless we get
• 4:27
down in here into this area. But I got off track.
• 4:31
Let's talk talk about the secret factors affecting the silver
• 4:37
market that we can be very excited about.
• 4:39
In yellow, it says money managers increased their
• 4:42
speculative gross short positions in COMEX silver
• 4:45
futures by 1934 contracts. At the same time, long positions
• 4:51
fell by 237 contracts. Silver's net length now stands
• 4:56
at 42,000 756 contracts, down nearly 5% from the following
• 5:03
week. So we still have a a massive,
• 5:07
massive short position in the silver market, but what we
• 5:10
really want to pay attention to is here in red.
• 5:13
Analysts also note that the CFTC trade data shows swap dealers,
• 5:18
who act as principals or agents to facilitate transactions in
• 5:22
swap contracts, hold record short positions in green.
• 5:27
Some analysts suggest these could be linked to rising ETF
• 5:32
demand last week global. This is shocking.
• 5:36
Silver backed exchange traded funds saw inflows of 322,000 oz
• 5:45
inflows. Silver holdings and ETF have
• 5:49
climbed to 775,000,000 oz, the highest level since August of
• 5:55
2022. So money is coming back into the
• 6:00
the silver ETFs. OK, Now that's a very good
• 6:04
  thing. That's a reversal of a trend
• 6:06
that we've seen over the last number of years.
• 6:09
But that's just factor #1 factor #2 that could ignite this
• 6:15
massive silver. If money's coming into the
• 6:17
silver ETFs, the next logical step would be that that retail
• 6:23
bullion investors in the West start to come back to the market
• 6:28
because the demand from the everyday, not US, not you, not
• 6:32
me, right, not us basement dwellers, not us Fiat fighters.
• 6:37
But the average hold on one second here, OK?
• 6:42
The average typical retail silver investor has been a ghost
• 6:47
over the last year or two. Talk to people at coin stores,
• 6:51
talk to people that are in the retail online bullion selling.
• 6:54
The the demand for for, for silver from western retail
• 6:58
investors has been non existent. If that even goes back to
• 7:02
normal, OK, we got the ETS. That's punch number #1 if we get
• 7:08
the retail western investor just coming back to normal, we're not
• 7:12
saying that they actually need to go into a mania phase or
• 7:15
anything like that. Just coming back to normal.
• 7:18
That's punch number two. Punch #3 that nobody else is
• 7:23
talking about, but we know about, right?
• 7:25
We, we're wait, we're always look, I know the people that
• 7:29
come to the basement. I'm going to give you a
• 7:31
compliment. You typically have a little bit
• 7:33
  of superior intellectual horsepower.
• 7:36
We just don't look around the corner.
• 7:38
We look around the next corner as well.
• 7:40
That third punch could be jewelry demand for silver.
• 7:45
Nobody talks about it, but it's a massive source of demand for
• 7:49
silver and I believe. How do you feel about it that in
• 7:53
the coming years we are going to see a big, big uptick in demand
• 7:58
for silver jewelry? I believe silver jewelry is
• 8:01
beautiful, in my opinion, as beautiful as gold jewelry.
• 8:05
And on top of that, it's more affordable.
• 8:09
So we get the the 1-2 three punch OK, ETF demand check.
• 8:14
All right, Western retail silver demand just going back to
• 8:18
normal. We can't check that yet, but can
• 8:21
you feel it? I can feel it, right?
• 8:24
And absolutely when I look around the corner, right.
• 8:27
And then look around the next corner, I think we're going to
• 8:30
see increased robust demand for silver jewelry as well.
• 8:35
I want to say thank you right now to sponsor, they sponsor the
• 8:38
gold and silver content here in Ron's basement, First Mint.
• 8:42
They're owned by First Majestic Silver, Keith Newmeyer's
• 8:45
  juggernaut silver mining company.
• 8:47
First Mint is unique. They mine the silver in Mexico,
• 8:52
the freshest silver on the market.
• 8:54
It gets shipped directly to Las Vegas where it's minted into
• 8:57
world class silver bullion products, unique products.
• 9:01
As a matter of fact, I want to show you, I'm only going to show
• 9:03
you one side of this for now. OK, I'll show you the next side
• 9:06
next time, but this, this is their new Las Vegas round.
• 9:09
It is awesome. It's got like a poker chip
• 9:12
design on the outside and look at that beautiful art on that
• 9:17
coin. I absolutely love this thing.
• 9:19
It's just an example of the unique products that they have.
• 9:23
You can go to their website, firstmint.com, FIRST mint.com.
• 9:29
You're going to find a wide selection of products all unique
• 9:33
to 1st Mint. You're going to see great prices
• 9:36
and most importantly, it's a company you can trust, right?
• 9:40
Owned by First Majestic Silver, headed up by Keith Neumeyer.
• 9:44
Go check him out. And by the way, there's a
• 9:46
discount code BIPRB. All right, let's move on now and
• 9:51
talk about the silver short squeeze.
• 9:53
This is fascinating. Look, we know there's a big,
• 9:56
massive short position on the COMEX and the LBMA, the London
• 10:00
  Billion Market Association, right?
• 10:02
We know the COMEX and the LBMA have manipulated the price of
• 10:06
silver for decades, right? We know that's been proven in
• 10:10
court, right? We know that eventually the
• 10:13
physical market for silver will overtake the paper price, no
• 10:18
doubt about it. But look at this great, great
• 10:21
kind of shocking piece of information that came out from
• 10:25
Wall Street Gold talking about silver.
• 10:30
According to TD Securities, the LBMA's LBMA silver's free float
• 10:38
has fallen to the lowest levels ever recorded.
• 10:44
What does that indicate to you? Right, that the amount of free
• 10:47
floating silver, the amount of silver available at the LBMA has
• 10:51
fallen to the lowest levels ever recorded.
• 10:54
Silver markets won't rebalance without a physical squeeze.
• 10:59
Now add on to this the London spot, London spot diverging from
• 11:04
the New York futures, that there's all kinds of weird stuff
• 11:08
going on in the silver market, guys.
• 11:10
Lease rates are spiking to 4.5% and as we previously discussed
• 11:17
here in the basement together, ETFs are pulling millions of Oz
• 11:22
  off the market. Tick, tick.
• 11:25
OK, They I want to give you a warning.
• 11:28
They're going to do everything they can, right, to control this
• 11:32
silver market. The sad truth is that because of
• 11:37
a different scenario that we're living in right now, one where
• 11:41
countries like China, oh, we forgot to talk about China and
• 11:45
India are becoming, are exerting more authority over the precious
• 11:49
metals markets. The LBMA and the COMEX are
• 11:53
losing control, right? Is it going to happen tomorrow?
• 11:56
I don't know. Is it going to happen next
• 11:58
  month? I don't know.
• 11:59
Is it going to happen next year? I don't know either.
• 12:02
But what we do know is that when we look at the facts surrounding
• 12:06
the silver market, when we look at the facts surrounding how the
• 12:10
world has changed, now we are in in a different world right now
• 12:13
for precious metals. At some point, true price
• 12:17
discovery was going to is going to occur for silver.
• 12:21
We've kind of seen it with gold, right, with central banks buying
• 12:24
gold. But with silver, we're still
• 12:26
waiting. Silver is still the beach ball
• 12:30
being held underwater. It's going to be glorious.
• 12:33
It's going to happen. Remember, where is he?
• 12:36
Oh, there he is. Hold on here.
• 12:38
Right there. This guy Smitty, that's the
• 12:41
  silver bear. Smitty, hold on.
• 12:44
As you can see, has a blindfold on that says $85 per oz.
• 12:49
We will, I believe, be taking that blindfold off much sooner
• 12:53
than most people think. I know, I know.
• 12:56
You can call me whatever you want.
• 12:57
  I'm a silver pumper. I'm a gold pumper.
• 13:00
I was called the gold pumper back.
• 13:01
See the big brown bear there? When the brown bear had on a
• 13:04
blindfold that said $2500 per oz gold.
• 13:07
Why do you, you guys were saying, oh, you're just a
• 13:09
pumper, blah, blah. Well, we took that blindfold off
• 13:12
about $900 per oz in gold to go. It will happen for the silver
• 13:18
price as well. Speaking of gold, I want to say
• 13:20
thank you to 1st Mining Gold. They also sponsor the gold and
• 13:24
silver content here in Ron's basement.
• 13:27
They are a Canadian development stage gold mining company.
• 13:31
They have gold in the ground in Canada.
• 13:34
They're working through the permitting process.
• 13:36
They've established two massive projects, 2 separate massive
• 13:40
projects in Canada with millions of Oz of gold in the ground.
• 13:45
  Decades were spent drilling, right?
• 13:48
10s of millions, hundreds of millions of dollars spent
• 13:51
drilling, defining that this gold is in the ground.
• 13:54
They're now working through the permitting process.
• 13:58
It's gold in the ground in Canada, in the development stage
• 14:02
companies, all of them offer an unbelievable value opportunity.
• 14:06
Now I'm not a financial advisor, don't make any financial
• 14:09
decisions based on what I'm saying, but in Full disclosure,
• 14:12
for years, long before first mining gold sponsored Ron's
• 14:16
basement, I have owned their stock.
• 14:19
OK, So thank you first mining gold.
• 14:20
Thank you first meant both of you for sponsoring the gold and
• 14:23
silver content here in the basement.
• 14:26
What else could add massive fire right to a potential silver
• 14:32
short squeeze? Let's just look at the data that
• 14:34
shows how much paper silver this is astounding.
• 14:37
All right, We look at this not probably on a weekly basis, but
• 14:42
our friend the dude puts out this great data that this came
• 14:45
from today. The silver market traded 441
• 14:50
million paper oz yesterday, 441 million paper oz make believe
• 14:57
silver, leveraged silver, right in one day, more than half of
• 15:05
what the entire mining sector produces in an entire year, more
• 15:10
than half traded in make believe paper electronic form in one
• 15:16
day. You're going to tell us, do you
• 15:17
believe, are you going to buy it, that the silver price is not
• 15:21
manipulated? I'm sorry to to me, I don't know
• 15:24
how you feel, but to me it's pretty darn obvious.
• 15:28
  OK, Now there's an outside, there's a, there's an X Factor,
• 15:32
something that we can need to pay attention to that could have
• 15:36
massive implications on the World Economic system, the
• 15:39
financial system, the economy, but in particular on the silver
• 15:44
  and gold price. OK.
• 15:45
And that would be if right now, President Donald Trump is
• 15:50
successful in his crusade to get rid of Jerome Powell at the
• 15:54
  Federal Reserve. There's people saying,
• 15:57
speculating that Powell may resign earlier.
• 16:00
President Trump, not a political statement.
• 16:03
This is not a political show. Is is being very, very direct
• 16:07
with his desire that that interest rates be lowered by a
• 16:11
full 3%. Why is this such an X Factor?
• 16:15
Because, guys, guess what the market is basically expecting.
• 16:19
Let's go take a look. No interest rate cuts at the Fed
• 16:22
meeting and then when we even look out further into the
• 16:28
September meeting, the odds of a rate cut are still pretty low.
• 16:32
So what this is telling us right here we are at the CME Fedwatch
• 16:38
Tool, 15 days from now, we will get the next decision on
• 16:42
monetary policy. But what this is showing us very
• 16:45
clearly is a 97% chance that interest rates are going to
• 16:51
  remain the same. OK.
• 16:53
Now if we go out to September, September, I believe 20th will
• 17:00
be the next meeting after that, which is almost over.
• 17:03
September seven, Yeah, September 17th, what we see there is just
• 17:13
a 50% chance right now that we will get a quarter point rate
• 17:18
cut. There's the rate cut for down to
• 17:20
4%. Here's where they currently set
• 17:23
at 4.25 and almost a 50% chance that we will have no rate cuts.
• 17:28
Why is that important? Why do we want to pay attention
• 17:31
to that? Because that shows what the big
• 17:34
money expectations are for interest rates at the next two
• 17:38
Fed meetings, which are pretty much that.
• 17:40
The most we can hope for is 1/4 point cut within what, the next
• 17:45
two months? If in the next two months,
• 17:49
President Donald Trump is successful in getting Jerome
• 17:52
Powell to resign, This guy right here, let's get him out, right?
• 17:58
We're not supposed to open the box, but we do, right?
• 18:02
There's Jerome. Jerome in the box.
• 18:04
If Trump is successful in us getting a being able to say bye
• 18:09
bye to him and we do get massive interest rate cuts, that would
• 18:15
be an, and that would send absolute shock waves through the
• 18:19
economy, absolute shock waves through the stock market.
• 18:23
But most importantly, that would send absolute shock waves
• 18:28
  through the precious metal sector.
• 18:30
That could be the fuse that lights the $50 silver.
• 18:34
We may get there anyway, right? We talked about right, the one
• 18:38
2-3 punch ETF purchases are going up and up and up, OK, we
• 18:44
can get the retail bullion crowd in the West just getting back to
• 18:48
normal. And we talked about the jewelry
• 18:50
demand as well. We know that right now in the
• 18:54
paper silver market, there is a massive, massive short position,
• 18:59
almost historic in nature. And if we were to get, if we
• 19:03
were, I mean, we could be taking the blindfold off the the silver
• 19:07
bear before we know it, right, $85 silver.
• 19:10
If we get the resignation from the Fed by Jerome Powell and
• 19:15
President Donald Trump gets his desire and doesn't he seem to
• 19:18
get what he wants most of the time, right?
• 19:21
And we get rates cut by one percent, 2%, as much as 3%.
• 19:26
It could be absolute crazy time. OK.
• 19:29
Hey, thank you for joining me here in the basement.
• 19:32
You are the most important part of this of this program, right?
• 19:36
