  Now SpaceX is going to be launching Starship in the

  future. We're not exactly sure when
• 2:27
  they'll be launching it but we do know some really interesting
• 2:32
  tidbits about when they'll be testing the launch for Starship.

  Now, if you're not familiar, Starship is SpaceX, is ginormous
• 2:43
  rocket that will be sending. The people into space, you can
• 2:47
  possibly fit 100 people in this thing and it could possibly go
• 2:50
  from Earth to Mars. You could take people on a
• 2:54
  voyage of a lifetime from Earth to Mars on a Starship.

  Now, there are already working on this thing and they're doing

  fast prototyping and they're blowing stuff up sn1, which is
• 3:05
  the first iteration, the first test rocket of Starship where
• 3:10
  they're going to be working on where they have worked on fixing
• 3:13
  bugs and You know, working on the design of the platform of
• 3:18
  it. Well it kind of blew up a little
• 3:20
  bit. Pop the top off a little while
• 3:23
  ago and they started working on new prototypes so now we're onto

  sm-3. Okay so now we have some

  information about when sn3 will do some testing April 1st is

  when they'll start and those are some pressure testing dates.

  Those are some static fire tests as well people.

  First back update and this is between Tween 9 a.m., and 11:59

  p.m. So this is all day long all day
• 3:54
  long and it's going to be happening, Boca Chica Texas.

  So they're going to be working on, you know, static fire

  testing this thing and possibly, On April 6th of 2020 in a couple
• 4:08
  days between 9 a.m. and midnight of that day.

  All day long. They'll be working on a hover
• 4:16
  test. Why is this important?

  Well, we have star Hopper right? I don't know if you remember
• 4:22
  star Hopper. It's a little stubby Little
• 4:25
  Rocket. It's like a water tower kind of
• 4:27
  thing. They basically put a top on it.
• 4:29
  Put some legs on it, put some rockets on the bottom of it and
• 4:33
  hovered it from one spot to a landing pad.

  My from lunch spot to landing pad and that was important
• 4:40
  because they had to test. Some engines had a test to see
• 4:43
  if this thing kind of kind of workout and right now SN 3,
• 4:47
  which is the Starship prototype. It's very crude, you know, it's
• 4:51
  made out of steel. It's a big shiny tube.

  Basically, this have Electronics on the bottom engines, Etc.

  And the thing about sn3 is they have these engines that they've
• 5:04
  been working on On for a really long time.

  So, Falcon 9 uses similar engines, you know, and they've
• 5:12
  always kind of just been iterating these things
• 5:14
  throughout the course of SpaceX is history.

  As a 3, we use similar engines to a Falcon 9 rocket.

  So they already got that nailed down, right?
• 5:24
  It's just a different sized rocket.

  And they want to make sure that through these rapid prototypes
• 5:31
  that they get some things, right?

  So you have to do the static fire tests have to do pressure
• 5:36
  tests, have to do a bunch of other tests in order to get to
• 5:39
  SN for tests. Which will be, you know, sn3 is
• 5:42
  going to do a hover test like I said before, and that's going to
• 5:44
  be on the 6th 7th or 8th. So static fire tests as well.

  And if all this stuff works out, SN 4 will be a bigger better
• 5:55
  version of sm-3. We're not sure exactly when I
• 6:00
  send for will be launching or when, you know, sm5 excetera

  will be getting to a point where they can actually do testing on
• 6:10
  them. But sm-3, like I said before,
• 6:13
  April 1st 2nd 3rd. Those are the second and third
• 6:16
  of the back updates, sixth, seventh and eighth.

  Seventh and eighth are the back updates.

  So, in the next nine days, we're going to have some insanely,

  which is around SpaceX Boca Chica.

  And that's a big square around it to provide a safe environment

  for space Ops pursuant to 14, CFR section, 91 Point 1, for 3,

  SpaceX are authorized in the airspace that it gives spacex's

  telephone number, which I really want to call up and say, you

  guys are doing a great job and they are in charge of the
• 7:31
  operation, they have a Houston telephone number as well.

  And you know, these are the things that show us when they
• 7:40
  will be launching. These these a space operations.

  So 3:30 in the on 3:30. This was, this is dated

  Brownsville Texas. Wednesday, April 1st 2020

  through Saturday, April, 4th that's a space operation and the

  notam and OT am, is 1989. And this is a, it's a huge deal,

  and there's videos, man. There's so many videos in so

  So many pictures. Of Starship and what they have

  done with the Starship so far to kind of get it to a point where

  they can launch it, where they can static fire, test it where

  they, you know, they have all the electronics on the bottom of

  it and I was looking at that stuff yesterday and I thought,

  what about like how crazy I'm looking at it right now too?

  How crazy is it that you know, I can't even reset my router

  sometimes and there's impossible, cables going through

  the bottom of this rocket, you know, through the interior of

  this rocket and they're going to launch this puppy and do a

  static fire and hope it all works out.

  Well, So I will have as much information as I can for you as

  soon as I get it as soon as I get it.

  Because if they get this thing up in the air, it's going to be

  groundbreaking. And it's going to be a huge,

  huge deal because they're going faster than NASA is SLS.

  Hasn't gotten into the air yet. So if they get Starship in, this

  is going to be kind of their SLS, you know.

  This is going to be either the rocket that can take things to

  the moon and to Mars and Beyond, it's an interplanetary.

  Terry rocket. It's a private interplanetary

  rocket and they can go faster than NASA because they don't

  have as many moving Parts in the moving parts are people.

  So they just get things done SpaceX.

  They're not a big bloated Corporation and they're not a

  bunch of corporations that NASA has has hired to do their work
