Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: When you become pregnant, you have these subconscious imprints that you are most likely not aware of.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of the first pillar of my pregnancy program is identifying these ancestral and societal programming patterns and subconscious imprints, bringing them to the surface and clearing them.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: It's like you can have whatever type of pregnancy and birth you desire.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: And a lot of women don't understand that that's even available.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: It's kind of just walking on autopilot, trusting what your grandma told you and your experience is gonna be like your mom's.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: And for me, I just was always like, no, I'm gonna do what I want.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: My name is Elise Bessine, spiritual mentor, breathwork practitioner, and owner and CEO of Elise Breeds.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: Right now, during this epic time in history, people are waking up, realizing who they really are, and reclaiming the pieces of their consciousness that they unknowingly gave away.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: This podcast is an exploration of how so many spectacular humans are leading the way in exiting the matrix and reclaiming who they really are and what they're capable of.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: In this show, you'll meet exceptional people who are paving the way in raising consciousness and creating a new way of living on this earth.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: Now let's dive in.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone, welcome back to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: So I'm really excited for this week's episode and next week's episode, but I'll tell you about that next week.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: It's because both of the episodes are with long-term clients.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: And I just love having conversations with my long-term clients.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: A, because I just know them so well, and B, because watching the progression and what they've created over time is really just one of the most rewarding things for me.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: And it's just so powerful for me to like look back over their journey and look at what they've created over a long period of time.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: And, you know, I've always said, and I've done other episodes around this, but I've always said that a long-term commitment to mentorship, to your growth, to doing this trauma healing and personal growth work is really what creates the permanent results.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: And it's not even just a long-term commitment, it's actually a commitment to completely changing the way you perceive your reality.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: And Hani on this episode is a perfect illustration of that.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: So we talk about on the episode how she took the tools from the metamorphosis method, which is my certification.
- 3:02SPEAKER_01: So just to explain a little bit for those of you who might be new or who are wondering kind of the difference between my programs, the Metamorphosis is my flagship program, my main program that kind of everything else stems from.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: And those are my trauma clearing tools.
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: So those tools focus on dissolving childhood relational trauma along with ancestral trauma.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: So that's the program I'm running now.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: And this is really what encapsulates my work, you know, these trauma clearing tools, this process.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: So once I started having enough people go through this program and I started seeing the insane results people were getting, then it really brought me to this place where I was like, in order to be able to spread this and get this work to as many people as possible, I need to teach other people how to facilitate this as well, which is how the certification was born.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: So in the metamorphosis method certification, I show you how to use the tools that I've created to clear trauma, the unique breathwork that I've created, the energy work processes that I've created, and the trauma clearing tools, which all have to do with accessing the inner child and then drawing parallels between what's happening in your life now and what happened in the past, and then being able to recognize patterns and navigate triggers so that you can grow with ease.
- 4:36SPEAKER_01: Hani has gone through the metamorphosis method certification.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: And the certification is a nine-month program and it goes once a year.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: So it's going to be launching again in February of 2025.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: But if you are interested in coming into it, reach out to me now because what you could do is you can get on an extended payment plan.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: So it'll make your monthly payments a lot lower if you signed up now for the February start date.
- 5:04SPEAKER_01: So you can definitely reach out to me.
- 5:05SPEAKER_01: So the certification is for anyone who, if you're already a coach or a practitioner, a healer of some sort, or you know you want to be one, I would say this certification is the deepest, most well-rounded way of getting your clients' permanent results because we access all levels of the being, the body, the energy field, and the mind or the intellect through all the tools that I've created.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: So, you know, if you are somebody that works with clients and you're really looking to be able to get to the core of why somebody is coming up against the same challenge over and over again, this is for you.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: And also one of the biggest pieces of the certification is the trauma perspective.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: So I teach people how to be trauma informed, which I believe in the coaching industry especially is the most important thing that you could be able to do just from an integrity perspective, but also a client result perspective.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: Cause a lot of what I see in the coaching industry, and I did an entire podcast episode about this, is people not being aware of their childhood relational trauma, their patterns, and their wounding, and then re-traumatizing each other inside of the coaching and client relationship.
- 6:29SPEAKER_01: But if you have a trauma perspective, you can prevent this from happening and you can show up with integrity as a practitioner and be able to get your clients' permanent results because you're able to see what's truly happening inside of a relationship instead of just thinking, oh, this person did this to me, or this person was mean, or this person screwed me over, or whatever.
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: All of those situations that we can potentially get into with people are always a result of deeper wounding from childhood.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: So if you're aware of those things, then you'll be able to navigate your relationships with your mentors, but also your clients in a way that's going to be the most beneficial and a contribution to the growth of both of you.
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: So that's another reason why I feel so strongly about this program is because I teach you how to do that in a very skillful and exacting way, probably better than anyone else, in my opinion, because it's just my specialty.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: It's what I'm really good at.
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: So that's the certification.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: And the reason why I'm bringing it forward is because Hani not only has been working with me as a private client for about two years now and has been in all of my various programs, including the mothership membership, but she also was in the certification program.
- 7:47SPEAKER_01: And what we're talking about today is the way that she took what she learned in the certification program and made it into her own.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: So she specializes in helping women have really intentional and conscious births, creating a new paradigm around how we see childbirth and how women can curate and create their own birthing experience.
- 8:14SPEAKER_01: And then along with that, she also coaches women to create conscious, loving homes free of perpetuating ancestral trauma and cycles.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: So Hani is such a great representation of someone who's taken the tools inside of the certification and made it into her own process.
- 8:34SPEAKER_01: And there's a lot of women who have done that.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: So I would say for a lot of women, if they didn't have a coaching practice already or a healing practice already, what they did is they took the tools and really made it into their own process.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: So this is not about you repeating my process or you replicating me.
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: This is about you learning the way that I look at things and the tools that I use and then integrating that into your being and allowing it to activate and inform your unique medicine, your unique way of working with people.
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: And that's exactly what Hani did.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: Actually, Hani was on the show a year ago, and um, it was right after the fires in Maui, which directly impacted her and her family.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: And she's had quite a year.
- 9:23SPEAKER_01: So she's gonna talk a little bit about that, along with what she does in her business, which is so incredible.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: So she's just such a light.
- 9:31SPEAKER_01: I love her so much.
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: Of course, I cry throughout the episode because this is what happens, like, especially with my clients that I've been working with for a long time, I get super emotional.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: And they all know when there's like anything that is great happening in their lives, or when we just talk about their journey, I get super emotional because it impacts me and it's it's just so profound.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: And I'm so grateful for them and just being able to walk them through these types of transformations.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: So, anyway, the other thing I just wanted to mention before we go on with the episode is right now, you can join the mothership, which is my 12-month membership mastermind experience.
- 10:14SPEAKER_01: It's just such it's just such an awesome space.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: And, you know, Hani is also a testament to somebody who's committed long term to this work and has created miracles.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: And the mothership is the perfect way for you to commit long term to this work for a very affordable price point.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: So the mothership, um, you get access to all of my programs, all of my trainings, everything that I put out, other than the certification and my higher level mastermind, but everything else that I put out, you have access to.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: You are included in all the live rounds, like the Metamorphosis, past lives of money, real results.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: I have a new mastermind, four-week mastermind coming forward in October called Turning Point that's exclusive for the mothership.
- 10:59SPEAKER_01: So it's only gonna be for people who are in the mothership.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: And that's gonna be a four-week intensive of getting really close proximity support to me through telegram calls and just like very close support to take you to the other side of whatever your next level is.
- 11:17SPEAKER_01: That's gonna be just for women in the membership.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: And then you also get a monthly coaching call with me, a monthly group breastwork session with Hani, actually, and then a telegram chat.
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: And there's a ton of other special supports that you get for being inside the space, plus just the community aspect is unparalleled.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: All of my communities are just amazing.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: So if you sign up before the end of September, you also get a 60-minute one-on-one call with me, which is a huge bonus.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: And then you also will be able to be included in this new mastermind.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: So please reach out to me with questions about that.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: We will link it below.
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: But really, if you are somebody who's been impacted by this work and you want to continue creating results, the mothership is the place to do it.
- 12:08SPEAKER_01: And it's the place to just like land and have be your home for the next year where you can really settle in, be supported, and create permanent results in your business or just in your life in general.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: Reach out to me with questions.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: I will leave it there.
- 12:23SPEAKER_01: Enjoy the episode.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: Hi, everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 12:29SPEAKER_01: So I'm so excited because today we have Hani Kaiserman back on the show.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: And we were just saying it's been a year since she's been with us, and there was so much crazy stuff that we talked about last time.
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: And I'm so excited for her to update you.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: And we're gonna go really deep today into how she took the tools from the metamorphosis method certification and created her own process, her own business, her own unique way of working with clients.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: And it's so awesome.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: And we're gonna go deep into it today.
- 13:03SPEAKER_01: So welcome to the show, honey.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for having me.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: Okay, so how about we just start off with maybe you can just introduce yourself for people who don't know who you are and a little bit about what you do, and then maybe we can go into like last time we talked to you, you had just experienced the fires in Maui and it kind of like tore your life upside down.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: You don't have to obviously talk about every single thing that happened, but it's been so much of a rebirth and all of these kinds of like silver linings along with sad stuff.
- 13:38SPEAKER_01: So maybe just update us as to like where you are a year later.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: So, for those of you who don't know me, I'm Hani.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: I have a business, a coaching business geared towards supporting women in pregnancy and in motherhood and essentially doing all your own inner work to create homes that are of a higher vibration and giving our children that chance to live without like cycles from the past.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: And so yeah, last time I was on the show, it was right after the Lahaina fires in Maui, which I'm pretty sure was world news, but then it kind of slowly goes off the radar.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: So our town where I live was completely burned to the ground, like literally burned to the ground.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: My house did not burn, which is like a story in itself.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: I think we talked about that last time, right?
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: How like everything burned around your house except your house.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and it it was really surreal then because at the time, having gone to the property, there was like everything was like smoldering and in ashes.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: And now our neighborhood is cleared.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of cool.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: A year later, it's come full circle, it's nice and clean, but empty.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I think we talked a lot about like energetic work that I kind of had been doing without even really realizing that I did at all.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: So that was amazing.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: However, going into the year, I like packed up between emptying my house that didn't burn down multiple different times.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: I think I moved eight times in seven months, something like that, just dealing with stuff.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: I'm like, so if that moving will make you want to become a minimalist and then you do it over and over, it's like, ugh.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: But we ended up buying another house, which is great, a little bit further north, and just giving us that security for our family.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: And that was an amazing manifestation, too, by the way.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: The new buying this new house, right?
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: Should we talk about that just a little bit?
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: Sure.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I remember my husband saying, and we were really fortunate, like through the whole process, like it was always like really amazing things happening.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: I say if you haven't listened to that episode, listen to it because it's kind of cool just how everything unfolded.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I remember my husband saying, We should really just buy another house because I don't want to be under someone's thumb.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: The rental prices were so insane for things that we didn't want to live in, and there was no stability.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Yeah, like how are we gonna do that?
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: Property values in West Maui are astronomical, not to mention there's no inventory.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: There was little inventory prior to the fire, and now we have a town that's burned to the ground.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: So it ended up working out.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: We had a friend who was building, I wouldn't say a neighborhood, but it was this really big property that he subdivided and made four different homes.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: And we ended up buying a brand new home.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: It's a little smaller than I would ideally like.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: However, it feels good.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: My kids are happy, my two littlest girls, they have friends like literally right next door.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: And I don't feel completely settled because we've been going, going, going, going, but I feel it coming.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna sit tight here for another year at least and see how construction and things go in Lahaina and if we want to look back there.
- 17:21SPEAKER_01: But it was just interesting because I feel like it was one of those things that felt like it was kind of impossible and then it just all unfolded, which was miraculous.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: It really was.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: Everything went smoothly.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: I would say the only thing that wasn't smooth was my own internal.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: Well, because I remember there were so many moving parts too, because you were like, the money was coming, and then it was like the money was coming from here, and the money was coming from there.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: There was like all these moving parts, and you were like, I just need to like when this is all done, or this just needs to happen, or that just needs to happen.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: And we were just doing so much of just like bringing you back to like a place of like homeostasis and like allowing everything to unfold without feeling like you had to micromanage it.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: And I feel like there was so much like healing in that also, because that was such an intense thing to go through, even though it was like an insane manifestation.
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: There was all these moving parts and all these things that came into play, and it was just a lot.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: And I remember it was like if one thing like didn't work, then like everything else fell apart or something.
- 18:32SPEAKER_01: That's what it felt like.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: And when you're in escrow, you have like dates of this needs to be in this account at this time.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: And I think I needed, I don't know, to close.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: It was like 340,000 like cash available, sitting there, and I had to piece it all together.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: And there was so much writing on it with such a traumatic event that it's like I was holding myself really well through, but everything on top of itself, it just meant so much more.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: And I remember you saying over and over, like, you don't have a reason to think it's not going to work out because it always works out for you.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: So it's like, why did I have this lingering?
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: Oh no, it's all gonna come crumbling down.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: It's kind of obvious why it was it was because of such an emotional thing.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: But I would constantly remind myself of that.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: Yes, I I have proof that everything works out for me.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: Like my life is proof that everything works out.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: And it did.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: It totally did.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: And now being on the other side and a full year later, it feels very much like a moving forward energy, but not a moving forward in a way where it's like it's forgotten, but just where there's like a completion cycle, so to speak.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: And it's like now from here I'm going forward instead of kind of sitting in this in-between for sure.
- 19:56SPEAKER_01: And then I think that kind of relates back to your business.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: I feel like the two biggest thing, and I mean this is always how it is, obviously, business and relationships, right?
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: But I feel like the two biggest areas of growth were just not only growing your business, but also developing really fully the magic of what you do.
- 20:16SPEAKER_01: And then at the same time, also going so much deeper inside of your relationship with your husband and like transforming so many things, like within that relationship, but also really within yourself.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: So I kind of want to talk about both of those things and you can choose where you want to go first.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: Relationship-wise, I feel like we're in the probably the best space that we have been, which is a testament to us because managing such a tragic thing and being okay so that you can be okay for your children is huge, right?
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: That's like my driving force in pretty much everything I do.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: But that's stressful.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: You're just like wound super tight.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: But I feel like we had multiple, which I know I talked with you about many times, it was like breakthroughs, so to speak, where it was like really, really sticky and did not feel good.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: And then on the other side of it, it was like this thing that had to be cleared.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: Then you're going along, okay, things are good, things are good.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: And then another one, and you're like, oh, I thought I'd already gone through this, but it's just like that deeper layer that is surfacing.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that feels really good relationship-wise.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: I had some other stuff come in.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: I had done a bunch of work around the mother wounds.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: And then while we were buying this house, a very deep layer of the mother wound.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: And I think that was in relation to like security and feeling safe and feeling supported.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: And that was a pretty big one that I had to work through that took quite a significant amount of time.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I'm okay, I was in a good space.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: With this, and but now I feel like neutral and not neutral in a in a way where it's I don't care about my mom.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: It's more of just those strings, those ties, those emotions that just kind of like creep in.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: I feel much more neutral where I can recognize and not attach myself to them.
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: And then all of my relationships with my children, there's four of them, and they range from age 17 to three.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: So they're having quite different experiences through this whole thing.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: And that has been really challenging to navigate.
- 22:36SPEAKER_00: I think I originally started business with supporting pregnancy, and then I kind of veered off into parenting and relational things with your children.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: And now as I look back on it, and now I'm coming back to pregnancy, but as I look back on it, I think it's because that was so present in my life and dealing with their emotions and communicating with them and holding them.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: It felt right to put that attention into business.
- 23:08SPEAKER_01: First of all, I think that the stuff with your kids was like really powerful because it gave you an opportunity to like show up in this really conscious way so that you could teach other people that.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: The thing that we always do in business most of the time is we're just teaching other people how to navigate the things that we figured out how to navigate successfully.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: And I think that one of the things that you just were naturally good at, aside from the pregnancy stuff, was also just having these really present relationships with your kids where you were really able to not bring all of your like stuff from your parents and all of your stuff from growing up like into those relationships.
- 23:55SPEAKER_01: So it really gave the opportunity to like show up in this way and then be able to say, okay, here's how I stopped these cycles and didn't bring them on to my kids.
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: Cause I think that's one of the hardest things as a parent.
- 24:09SPEAKER_01: Because I think everyone, if you look back at your parents, most of the reasons why there was issues is because they were putting their unmet needs onto you or putting their traumas or wounding onto you.
- 24:24SPEAKER_01: And then you felt like you had to take that on or you were responsible for it.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: But if you can show up with your kids and I always say be the supporting actor, not the director, right?
- 24:35SPEAKER_01: Or you just are present and supporting them with no agenda.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: And that was hard at different times.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: I remember you navigating different things and you're like, oh my God, like I feel this way.
- 24:47SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, yeah, but you are still showing up present for your kids without bringing that into the situation.
- 24:53SPEAKER_01: And then I think that gave you this blueprint to be able to work with other moms to do the same exact thing.
- 25:00SPEAKER_01: So I think it was actually perfect.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: It was like all of those cycles and things brought from your growing up, your childhood, your parents, it was like on steroids because it was the most tragic event of my life, right?
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: Like an entire community is gone.
- 25:17SPEAKER_00: Your entire way of life is just gone overnight.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: Not to mention housing and just the logistics of that.
- 25:25SPEAKER_00: So you're reverting back to how you felt as a child, your inner child, and how she or he dealt with problems and trauma and support and communication and all of these huge, heavy topics while you're actually feeling it.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: So it's like you can't, yeah, it was like a testament to the work that I had done.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: It was like it really was because you and your husband have a business and you are managing that, and then you're managing your business and running your business, and then you're managing four kids and moving and this huge tragedy.
- 26:06SPEAKER_01: And I know it was difficult on the inside, but I think you really did it with so much grace and ease, and it really is a testament to all the work that you've done.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: And I know like it didn't feel that easy to you.
- 26:22SPEAKER_01: It's enough to make a lot of people just kind of lose it.
- 26:25SPEAKER_01: And I'm sure a lot of people did.
- 26:26SPEAKER_01: And I remember that was something that you said was like, it's weird to feel like really sad for the people that are really struggling, but also feeling really grateful for like the way that this turned out for me and being able to hold both of those perspectives at the same time and like being okay with that.
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: That was something that I felt was really powerful for you too.
- 26:50SPEAKER_00: It's like full embodiment of not projecting my stuff, my emotions onto my children, right?
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: And being very, very present with them and their emotions and however they're feeling and not trying to fix it for them, just being there and allowing them to like learn the skills to navigate through really big emotional things and changes.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: Which I think, if as a parent, if you're not actively aware of that, you do, like you said, you just become the director and you're like, I know better.
- 27:27SPEAKER_00: And that's not that does a disservice to your child who needs these life skills so that they can take care of themselves and they're not operating from their wounded inner child when they're older.
- 27:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 27:41SPEAKER_01: I think also if you tell your kid what to do based on your own shit, then they also get the impression that they're not capable of making a decision or they can't trust themselves to make a decision.
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: And then that affects their confidence and they kind of just take on that same thing that you're doing.
- 28:00SPEAKER_01: And that's where I feel like you were so good, even through all of this, at really holding that energy so well in your house.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: So for my son, he had to, or we had to make a huge decision.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: And he is going, he's going to be a senior.
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: We actually take him to Oahu next week.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: But he is a swimmer and there's no aquatic center, obviously.
- 28:24SPEAKER_00: So my kids were commuting to the other side of the island.
- 28:27SPEAKER_00: It was really, really challenging.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: But he did really well despite it all.
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: And then he got offered to go to a boarding school in Oahu, which is just a 30-minute plane ride from where we live.
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: And it's like the most prestigious, best private school in Hawaii.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: So it's really an amazing opportunity.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: However, my husband and I had to sit there with the feeling of, oh, wow, like we're gonna lose our son, lose quote unquote.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: A year early, it was very, very emotional on top of everything else.
- 28:59SPEAKER_00: And looking back on how we navigated through that with him, we allowed him to make that decision for himself, fully supporting him.
- 29:08SPEAKER_00: At first, I was like, no, no, I've lost too much this year.
- 29:12SPEAKER_00: I'm not losing him.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: No, I love him too much.
- 29:14SPEAKER_00: No.
- 29:15SPEAKER_00: And then it was like, okay, I want him to see his dreams.
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: Like he has a goal to swim division one in college, which will happen.
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: And that just wouldn't be the case if he stayed in Maui because there's the training facility is gone and the competition and just everything.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: So allowing him to kind of come to this conclusion on his own and also a testament to his manifestation skills because I did not go out there looking for this.
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: I don't know why, but this thing with your son always makes me cry.
- 29:46SPEAKER_01: So, like, yeah.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: I literally cry listening to talk about it.
- 29:54SPEAKER_00: I don't think he realizes he manifested this for himself, but he completely made this happen.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: And the boarding program is over$70,000 a year.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: And it was like, okay, yeah, we'll go through the motions and we'll see what happens.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: You know, I have four kids in private school.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: And he got, because of the person he is, he was awarded not a hundred percent of that, but pretty close to a seventy thousand dollar scholarship.
- 30:21SPEAKER_00: That's so amazing.
- 30:23SPEAKER_01: And also, it's like one of those things where if the fires didn't happen, that opportunity never would have happened.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 30:30SPEAKER_00: So it's like a silver lining, right?
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: And that's what I think, and coming like full circle, realizing what I was doing last year constantly was it was like a constant perspective shift, like having to really, really focus on okay, I can think about this this way or I can go this way.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: And it's it's kind of exhausting because it's like you're all you feel like you're always on your toes because it's like you're working at life.
- 30:55SPEAKER_00: It's it's not just Luth.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: But I would say that is a huge silver lining because the experience he's gonna have this coming year, this coming school year is going to set him up so well for going into college.
- 31:11SPEAKER_00: So, going back to him making his own decisions, once I had emotionally come to terms with this and I knew this was a really amazing option, I knew that I wasn't gonna let my mom heart stop this.
- 31:22SPEAKER_00: We allowed him, okay, son, you put these wheels in motion without even realizing it.
- 31:28SPEAKER_00: We've done all of the interviews, we've done the every possible thing, so much paperwork.
- 31:33SPEAKER_00: Now, what do you want to do?
- 31:35SPEAKER_00: And giving him the power to make the decision for himself, I think was a really beautiful thing.
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: And he didn't instantly say, I want to go, which we thought.
- 31:46SPEAKER_00: We we said you have to make a decision within 24 hours because I don't want to leave them hanging.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: And also I don't want you to sit too long because it's like you can go back and forth, like whatever you decide, you have to be 100% in.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: So if you stay in Maui with us, great, but you want to feel good about that.
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: If you're going to Oahu, you need to feel good about that.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: He didn't make a decision.
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: And so I asked him the next day, what are you feeling?
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: And he said that he doesn't want to let his fat me and his sisters down and not be here because we want him here.
- 32:21SPEAKER_00: I'm able to talk about this right now without crying, but it was like the sweetest thing.
- 32:27SPEAKER_00: And I was just like, You could never let me down.
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: Like you are doing an amazing thing.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: Your sisters will be here for you.
- 32:33SPEAKER_00: Yes, we're gonna miss you.
- 32:35SPEAKER_00: And once we had that conversation, he was like, I want to go.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: I feel good about it and I want to do it.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: Now he's feeling a little nervous, but he's still steadfast in his decision.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: And to kind of bring this full circle in the work that I do and supporting mothers, it's like being able to have these conversations with your children that are, I don't want to say adult conversations, but treating them like humans and their feelings matter.
- 33:02SPEAKER_00: And just, I've always had this really special relationship with my kids where they talk to me, like they tell me how they feel.
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: They are not scared to express themselves.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: Who knows if things will come up later, right?
- 33:15SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna say I'm perfect, but we can sit down together and they can completely open up to me and share.
- 33:23SPEAKER_00: And I asked my daughter, this is kind of going a little off subject, but same thing.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: She was talking about a friend and I was with one of my girlfriends.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: And so my daughter's listening to our conversation about another friend who's having a hard time with her daughter.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: And she says, I just feel like you never, she didn't use the word mad, but it was like you're never gonna be mad at me.
- 33:46SPEAKER_00: Even if you don't agree with something I do or feel like you will talk with me about it from a place of like understanding versus disappointment or being upset with me.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: So I don't feel uncomfortable sharing things with you.
- 34:03SPEAKER_00: But I didn't really try to do this.
- 34:06SPEAKER_00: Now I'm more aware of it.
- 34:07SPEAKER_00: It just kind of was a natural thing.
- 34:10SPEAKER_00: It was like a byproduct.
- 34:11SPEAKER_00: And you can have these really beautiful relationships with your kids that are built on honesty and trust and openness.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: That's such a gift to you as a mother and to your entire family unit.
- 34:26SPEAKER_00: And then for them, as they go out into the world, it's like they have these skills to be able to communicate and express themselves, which a lot of myself included, adults, we have to go backwards to figure out like, what do I even want to say?
- 34:43SPEAKER_00: What like how do I even feel about this?
- 34:45SPEAKER_00: And how do I articulate this?
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: And if I do, then somebody's gonna be mad at me and I'm gonna hurt somebody's feelings and I'm responsible for how they feel because of how I feel.
- 34:53SPEAKER_00: And it's this complete mess.
- 34:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, for me, that's one thing.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: And I probably told you this.
- 34:58SPEAKER_01: I've always said, in being a mom, the only thing I want for my kids is I want them to feel like they can talk to me.
- 35:06SPEAKER_01: I mean, I also want them to be happy, but that's it, because I did not feel like I could talk to my mom at all.
- 35:13SPEAKER_01: And that turned into, and we can talk about this for you too, because I know it's similar, but that turned into me not feeling like I could talk to my husband either in a lot of ways.
- 35:23SPEAKER_01: Yes, I could, but there was like certain things that I wouldn't feel comfortable saying and I wouldn't express like how I really felt or I would be scared.
- 35:32SPEAKER_01: And I know that that's something we worked through with you a lot too, where it was like, oh my gosh, in some ways I don't even know what I want because I've never allowed myself to express that or have those feelings.
- 35:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 35:46SPEAKER_00: And so being able to give that to your child, so it's just like their innate feeling of, of course I'm gonna say what I want because why wouldn't I?
- 35:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because they were always able to, you know.
- 35:59SPEAKER_00: And they felt like safe and they felt supported, regardless if I agreed with it or thought, huh, no, that's like not the best direction to take.
- 36:09SPEAKER_00: And so doing all of that while you're also like in this fight or flight trauma response, right?
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: It's almost like all of that work, it's like a 50 years of work, just boom, let's just take care of this and be fully embodied in all of these things.
- 36:26SPEAKER_01: I feel like it was kind of like a timeline shift.
- 36:29SPEAKER_01: And I remember we talked about that because we've been working together for a while now, like over a year, two years or something.
- 36:36SPEAKER_01: And it was like you got on this trajectory, and then when that happened, it was almost like a timeline shift where you're kind of forced to do all of this work in a very short amount of time.
- 36:46SPEAKER_01: But then it really led to all these major shifts in your life.
- 36:51SPEAKER_01: It was so powerful.
- 36:52SPEAKER_01: And I think that those things happen for people too.
- 36:54SPEAKER_01: I think anytime there's like a major event like that or a major thing that happens, it kind of pushes you into another trajectory and like speeds up everything.
- 37:05SPEAKER_01: So you just kind of like quickly, even though it doesn't feel easy, like become the person that you're meant to be.
- 37:12SPEAKER_01: And I want to kind of go into too like your pregnancy stuff that you've developed.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: I really want people to hear such an amazing example.
- 37:22SPEAKER_01: Cause obviously you came into the program, you had a lot of knowledge and understanding and like your own pregnancies, and you kind of had this foundation of just who you are and what you were meant to do.
- 37:33SPEAKER_01: But then when you came into the certification, it was like, and I feel like this is how it is for so many people.
- 37:39SPEAKER_01: It's like you learn all the tools, but it's almost like they're activating like your own remembering of things you already knew.
- 37:47SPEAKER_01: And then you took that and made it into your own thing.
- 37:50SPEAKER_01: So, can you talk about that process a little bit?
- 37:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: So I realized one of the things that attracted me to the metamorphosis work was so much of it resonated so deeply.
- 38:06SPEAKER_00: And so I had realized these were all of my kind of like thoughts, things that I was doing, maybe not in the same capacity, but in like different ways, and just healing in this generational trauma was like a really, really prevalent thing from a very, very young age for me.
- 38:23SPEAKER_00: I was naturally drawn to you.
- 38:24SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh, these are all the things that I never had words for.
- 38:28SPEAKER_00: So I always thought when I have kids, I'm gonna be like this or I'm gonna be like that.
- 38:33SPEAKER_00: So there's a component of birth trauma passed through your lineage, which I don't think people are very aware of.
- 38:43SPEAKER_00: And what I noticed is that I would have family members and also just anybody.
- 38:50SPEAKER_00: It's it's interesting how people just want to unload on pregnant women and give them their whole pregnancy story.
- 38:55SPEAKER_01: And you're like, oh my God, I could talk for another hour about that, like people doing that.
- 39:00SPEAKER_00: Well, and pretty much 99% of the time, they're telling you how awful their experience was.
- 39:06SPEAKER_00: And so that happens in your ancestral line.
- 39:10SPEAKER_00: And whether or not your mother does tell you about it or not, like you could have your great-great-great-grandma who died in childbirth, for example, things like that, or who had a lot of complications.
- 39:22SPEAKER_01: Let's just remember, too, that not very long ago, the standard practice in hospitals was to like knock you out and like and you don't even know what you're expecting.
- 39:33SPEAKER_00: And you just wake up and you're just sore and you're like, What do you think?
- 39:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, what happened?
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: And so these things are passed to you on a cellular level in your DNA.
- 39:43SPEAKER_00: And so when you become pregnant, you have these subconscious imprints that you are most likely not aware of.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of the first pillar of my pregnancy program is identifying these ancestral and societal programming patterns and subconscious imprints that you have that you're not aware of, bringing them to the surface and clearing them.
- 40:07SPEAKER_00: It's like you can have whatever type of pregnancy and birth you desire.
- 40:13SPEAKER_00: And a lot of women don't understand that that's even available.
- 40:17SPEAKER_00: It's kind of just walking on autopilot, trusting what your grandma told you, and your experience is gonna be like your mom's.
- 40:24SPEAKER_00: And for me, I just was always like, no, I'm gonna do what I want.
- 40:30SPEAKER_00: I am gonna have my experience.
- 40:32SPEAKER_00: And it was a lot of not realizing at the time, but like energy shielding, right?
- 40:36SPEAKER_00: Where it's like, leave me alone.
- 40:38SPEAKER_00: I am clear, and I don't want your projections.
- 40:43SPEAKER_00: But when you're pregnant, you we are so vulnerable and it's so easy to take on what everybody says.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: And when as you do, your anxiety is like already naturally kind of through the roof, unless you're aware of it and you pay attention.
- 40:59SPEAKER_01: I'm just thinking about my own, because I remember like I told my mom, I'm having a natural birth and I'm gonna be like in the birthing suite or whatever.
- 41:06SPEAKER_01: And at first she's like, that's never gonna happen.
- 41:08SPEAKER_01: And then I was so just like fuck off to everybody.
- 41:12SPEAKER_01: I remember like in the last month of my pregnancy, my mom was like, I know you are gonna do it, at least.
- 41:18SPEAKER_01: I can see that you're gonna do it.
- 41:19SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Yeah, fuck you.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: Maybe that should be one of my pillars, the fuck off portion of Yeah, because you really do have to be that way.
- 41:28SPEAKER_01: Like you have to tune everyone else out and literally have that fuck off energy.
- 41:32SPEAKER_01: Like, don't fuck with me.
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: So then going into right, that then another pillar of the program is optimizing your intimate relationships because that's not only with your partner, even though that's very important, but also just with anybody that's close to you, because it's so easy to take on their stuff.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: And that is not contributing to you having a healthy pregnancy, not to mention your baby is absorbing everything.
- 42:02SPEAKER_00: And I think that was one of the big things that I came to realize through the metamorphosis method, was I want to support women and making an impact in their family home dynamics and with their children.
- 42:17SPEAKER_00: If we start at the very, very foundation of when your baby is growing in your belly, like you're gonna be leaps and bounds ahead, right?
- 42:26SPEAKER_00: If we as mothers are consciously aware of the energy, the frequencies, the vibrations, the people being put into us that's being absorbed by our baby because you're essentially one, imagine what the next generation will be, you know.
- 42:45SPEAKER_00: I think realizing in the metamorphosis, like I want to do this kind of work with families and in home dynamics.
- 42:52SPEAKER_00: And also let's just hit the nail on the head straight away, get to the get to the very core of it.
- 42:59SPEAKER_00: And also, I'll just say, like, I had four home births, and I'm not saying you have to have your babies at home.
- 43:05SPEAKER_00: That's just what felt aligned for me.
- 43:07SPEAKER_00: Super quick, efficient.
- 43:10SPEAKER_00: Yes, of course, labor is hard, giving birth is hard, but it was like beautiful, empowering experiences.
- 43:18SPEAKER_00: And I know I did, I like I can trace back to what I did through each pregnancy and birth.
- 43:25SPEAKER_00: And that's what I think I kind of drew all of those parallels while I was going through the metamorphosis method to like understand what I was doing at a subconscious and energetic level.
- 43:37SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I can bring this forward, I can bring this to women so that they can have the experience they desire and just a more easeful pregnancy and birth experience.
- 43:49SPEAKER_01: And you know what else I think about this too?
- 43:52SPEAKER_01: So the reason why everyone likes to dumps their birth stories onto us when we're pregnant is because they were traumatized.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: And they have not dealt with it.
- 44:02SPEAKER_01: And I think the way that you are, this methodology that you've developed is actually a way to not only help women have the type of pregnancy and birth that they want and stop the trauma being passed on to their kids, but also on a collective level stop pregnancy and birth from being traumatic at all because it doesn't have to be, except most people, their experience is traumatic.
- 44:27SPEAKER_01: And that's like you're being like, it doesn't have to be like we need to stop this.
- 44:32SPEAKER_00: Yes, and intense is not the same as traumatic.
- 44:36SPEAKER_00: It's like you can have a very intense, powerful experience and it not be traumatic.
- 44:41SPEAKER_00: For example, I had one of my clients, she had a natural birth after having a C-section.
- 44:48SPEAKER_00: So there was so much birth trauma from her previous pregnancy and birth and with her providers that I think unless she was allowed the space and the support to process, I can't say if she would have had a natural birth after.
- 45:06SPEAKER_00: I don't think that we as a society give value to support in pregnancy outside of your vitals or your baby's heartbeat.
- 45:17SPEAKER_00: And you're going through like a huge life transformation, let alone all of ancestral societal stuff, your body changing, your relationship changing, your entire way of life changing.
- 45:29SPEAKER_00: And the women I work with, they're like, oh, I interviewed 10 pregnancy coaches and resonated with you.
- 45:35SPEAKER_00: It's like, oh my gosh, I didn't even know there was such a thing.
- 45:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is like a thing.
- 45:41SPEAKER_01: And we've been like joking about it because I'm like, what do we call this?
- 45:45SPEAKER_01: I'm like, you're like a pregnancy sherpa.
- 45:48SPEAKER_01: We're starting a movement, yeah, of supporting pregnancy, which is doesn't that seem like duh?
- 45:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but no one really has it.
- 45:56SPEAKER_01: And I had a doula and everything, and like she was amazing, but it like I think we met a couple times before my birth, but it's very different to have somebody who's like with you every step of the way and not only talking to you about the birth itself, but also talking to you about how you're in you are in your relationships, what you want to release.
- 46:16SPEAKER_01: Cause I know for me, and I'm sure you could say this too: as soon as I got pregnant, there was like all new stuff coming up to be healed that never surfaced before until it was kind of like activated by me being pregnant.
- 46:31SPEAKER_01: So, like when you get pregnant, there's all this new stuff that comes up to be cleared and dissolved and shifted so that you can be who you're meant to be as a mom, but no one really has the context for that or support with that.
- 46:46SPEAKER_01: And it's really important.
- 46:47SPEAKER_01: So I think that's another big piece of what you're doing too.
- 46:51SPEAKER_00: It's like giving, yeah, the space and time.
- 46:55SPEAKER_00: And I've said this many times.
- 46:57SPEAKER_00: I feel like when you become pregnant, the baby is like this abstract kind of thing.
- 47:03SPEAKER_00: And it's until you actually hold the baby, then it's like, oh, now it's real.
- 47:08SPEAKER_00: You're in this constant kind of like waiting game of getting through it, where you can use that time so much to your for your own growth.
- 47:18SPEAKER_00: And like you said, these things that surface that you need to process.
- 47:23SPEAKER_00: Because if you do, when you have your baby, you're gonna be that much more confident and secure in yourself in being a mother.
- 47:31SPEAKER_00: And for like postpartum, when you feel that level of confidence in yourself and at ease and grounded and peaceful, when you move into your postpartum phase, it's like your connection with your child is deeper.
- 47:50SPEAKER_00: You intuitively know how to care for your baby, so it lessens your anxiety.
- 47:55SPEAKER_00: It's really, really important, like really important just to smooth the way.
- 48:01SPEAKER_00: And I'm not sure why it's I think because pregnancy has been put into like medical care.
- 48:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 48:10SPEAKER_00: And don't get me wrong when that's necessary.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: Even though I had home births, I went to the doctor and I did all the things that way as well, just to be cautious.
- 48:19SPEAKER_00: But I think that society has forgotten the emotional and energetic components to creating a life.
- 48:29SPEAKER_00: And it's just you're you measured this much and your weigh this much, and you have this much ketones in your P and your baby's heartbeat is this.
- 48:39SPEAKER_00: Okay, you're good.
- 48:39SPEAKER_00: Bye.
- 48:40SPEAKER_01: No, I know.
- 48:41SPEAKER_01: I think I said to her like the whole time I was pregnant with both my kids, every time I went to the doctor, I was just like, I'm not even asking her anything because she doesn't know anything that I want to know.
- 48:53SPEAKER_01: And again, not to say anything against her, but I didn't feel connected to her or feel like she really understood me and what I was going through.
- 49:02SPEAKER_01: It was just more like a physical thing, like you were saying.
- 49:06SPEAKER_01: And there's so much that goes on during pregnancy that's very hard to deal with.
- 49:11SPEAKER_01: Like I hated being pregnant and I did not deal with it well.
- 49:14SPEAKER_01: I have this running joke of like at things to add to the list of like things I thought I would like that I actually hated.
- 49:21SPEAKER_01: Being pregnant was one of them.
- 49:23SPEAKER_01: Nursing my kids was another one.
- 49:26SPEAKER_01: I I like hated all of that.
- 49:29SPEAKER_01: And I would have loved somebody to be like, it's okay, Elise.
- 49:33SPEAKER_01: Also, like I'm losing control of my body.
- 49:36SPEAKER_01: I don't have control over my pee.
- 49:39SPEAKER_01: Someone tell me that it's okay and that I'm gonna be okay.
- 49:43SPEAKER_01: Also, I never really regained control of my pee.
- 49:46SPEAKER_00: How the have you gone on a trampoline?
- 49:48SPEAKER_00: I can't go on a trampoline.
- 49:50SPEAKER_00: My trampoline life is ruined.
- 49:53SPEAKER_00: That's funny.
- 49:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I remember I remember so vividly, my midwife was so incredible.
- 50:00SPEAKER_00: She helped me with all four pregnancies.
- 50:03SPEAKER_00: She was a special kind of midwife.
- 50:06SPEAKER_00: Our visits would go like hours, and then I outsourced support beyond her as well.
- 50:11SPEAKER_00: But I remember the first time she asked me, she said, So how is your relationship with my husband?
- 50:17SPEAKER_00: Like, how are you guys doing?
- 50:19SPEAKER_00: And I was so caught off guard because I had been seeing a doctor up until and not even like friends hadn't even asked, nobody had asked me.
- 50:28SPEAKER_00: And I remember just like completely like melting into the chair.
- 50:31SPEAKER_00: It's like you care.
- 50:34SPEAKER_01: Let me tell you.
- 50:35SPEAKER_01: And then I just Yeah, and that's so important to actually deal with and feel supported by the person or feel like you're getting what you need from them.
- 50:45SPEAKER_01: And and even like knowing how to articulate that or navigate that is really challenging and it can like really affect you.
- 50:54SPEAKER_01: And I think just knowing like everything I see from working with people with the birth story, so much of it is my mom felt alone, or my mom didn't feel supported, or my mom was scared.
- 51:05SPEAKER_01: That really does create this like energetic imprint that we see with everyone.
- 51:12SPEAKER_01: The birth story is like such an important thing.
- 51:15SPEAKER_01: And it doesn't have to be like this huge traumatic thing.
- 51:18SPEAKER_01: But if like your mom felt scared the whole time or felt like her, your dad wasn't supporting her.
- 51:24SPEAKER_01: And it's not even like not supporting, but just not supporting in the way that she needed.
- 51:29SPEAKER_01: And if somebody can shift that, which I know is like a huge component of what you do, that's a game changer.
- 51:36SPEAKER_00: Yes, all of that parley is onto your baby.
- 51:38SPEAKER_00: So, what do you want to parley onto your baby?
- 51:40SPEAKER_00: And then to take it a step further is what in my experience is that when all of these things are in sync, like energetically, and you feel supported and grounded and safe, and you're not anxious, your labor and delivery go smooth.
- 51:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 51:59SPEAKER_00: Without complications, interventions, you feel confident in your body.
- 52:03SPEAKER_00: So it's like you're prepared to go into it, knowing what you have to do, and things progress quicker, and it's like alleviating that whole birth trauma and saving yourself the next year of having to deal with that because you just feel like great.
- 52:22SPEAKER_00: I had incredible birth experiences.
- 52:24SPEAKER_00: Again, very intense.
- 52:26SPEAKER_00: They weren't like easy.
- 52:27SPEAKER_00: However, yeah, my husband, I remember him saying, it's like you prepared for the biggest sporting event of your life.
- 52:35SPEAKER_00: And he's he's talking about like nutrition and movement and energetically.
- 52:39SPEAKER_00: He's all, and then you like won first place.
- 52:46SPEAKER_00: I was like, Yeah, like I kind of like that analogy.
- 52:50SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 52:51SPEAKER_01: And I love how it was just like this thing, and I feel like for so many women, it's like that's what you end up creating a business around is like being able to reflect on, okay, what is this thing that I'm naturally good at or this thing that I did really, really well that I can teach other people how to do really well.
- 53:09SPEAKER_01: And then obviously creating the business around that, but also I think being able to feel really confident, like holding space for clients.
- 53:17SPEAKER_01: And I think that's another thing that the certification like really helps you with, like, is just being feeling so comfortable, like knowing I can create a transformation for this person.
- 53:29SPEAKER_00: The underlying current from my feedback is without going to details of people's births and experiences like that, but just feeling calm and feeling like ready.
- 53:42SPEAKER_00: That is huge.
- 53:43SPEAKER_00: Because if you can go into any big life experience feeling calm and grounded and confident in yourself, it's like you're already one step ahead of the game.
- 53:53SPEAKER_01: Oh my God, totally.
- 53:54SPEAKER_01: Because I don't think most women go into birth feeling calm and ready.
- 53:59SPEAKER_00: You don't.
- 54:01SPEAKER_00: The tools, I was able to take the things that I had naturally done and refine them and create more of a system and process.
- 54:14SPEAKER_01: Totally, yeah.
- 54:15SPEAKER_01: And that's so important because I feel like half the battle for so many women is trying to articulate what you do and make it into a process.
- 54:25SPEAKER_01: And I remember for me when I started or when I was like thinking about starting the certification, which is obviously just based on the tools in the metamorphosis, I was like, I don't know how to like make this into a process, but obviously it's super easy to, but it just feels hard and it feels like it's just you.
- 54:43SPEAKER_01: But then once you can like separate the process from you, which you were able to do, then it's okay.
- 54:49SPEAKER_01: I have this process that I can teach people to have a really easy pregnancy and birth or create the type of like pregnancy and birth that they want.
- 54:58SPEAKER_01: And that's huge, you know?
- 55:01SPEAKER_01: That's like something that you can do for forever if you want to.
- 55:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that is my goal is to help women create pregnancies that feel enjoyable and be confident going into birth.
- 55:14SPEAKER_00: So I talked about the generational birth trauma, your energetics in your relationships.
- 55:19SPEAKER_00: And then the third pillar is your print pain and standing into pain.
- 55:24SPEAKER_00: And I use breath work to go into your theta brainwave and then a form of hypnosis visualization.
- 55:33SPEAKER_00: There's a process that I did prior to getting certified in the metamorphosis method.
- 55:39SPEAKER_00: And yes, it was like tying a bow and really learning about breath work much deeper than I was like even aware of prior.
- 55:50SPEAKER_00: But that is a huge like using pain to your advantage versus running away from it.
- 55:55SPEAKER_00: So if you're not scared of pain, leaning into it and expanding.
- 55:59SPEAKER_00: And that I think is probably the number one thing for a quick labor is if you can just feel it, go into it.
- 56:06SPEAKER_00: It's like you have a purpose, let's get this shit done and moving on.
- 56:12SPEAKER_01: No, and I really think too that like our bodies do have a natural capacity to do that.
- 56:18SPEAKER_01: But because like people are afraid or whatever, they contract instead of leaning in, like you're saying.
- 56:24SPEAKER_01: Cause I remember for me, something like took over.
- 56:28SPEAKER_01: I was also like prepared.
- 56:30SPEAKER_01: Obviously, I did breath work and yeah, like I did a lot of the hypno birthing stuff.
- 56:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 56:35SPEAKER_01: But it was like this point where like something took over and I was just doing it.
- 56:40SPEAKER_01: And that I think is what we have the natural capacity to do.
- 56:44SPEAKER_01: But a lot of women allow yourself, yeah.
- 56:48SPEAKER_01: You have to trust yourself enough to get to that place.
- 56:51SPEAKER_01: And I think that that's where getting support from someone like you is completely a no-brainer.
- 56:57SPEAKER_01: I mean, I figured it out on my own because I'm me, but I think so many women will just kind of go with whatever the doctor says.
- 57:06SPEAKER_01: Or the other thing that I see a lot is if you don't have your baby by like a certain time, they don't let you go past a certain time.
- 57:14SPEAKER_01: And that's really that was anxiety-producing for me because my kids were late, and it's like you get to a certain point, and then it's okay, we're inducing you, or you're gonna have a C-section, and that's it for you.
- 57:26SPEAKER_00: And once you, yeah, once you begin the process of interventions and not letting your body do it naturally, that's when it compounds on itself.
- 57:35SPEAKER_00: One of my clients, the first few I took through, she said, had she not been so confident, having gone over scenarios and really thinking about the expansion, like she's like, could hear you in my ears.
- 57:48SPEAKER_00: She said she would have for sure had a C section.
- 57:51SPEAKER_00: And she was planning to give birth at home.
- 57:53SPEAKER_00: A few things happened and she ended up in the hospital, but she was so steadfast and in tune with her body and confident in her capabilities that she she was able to have a natural birth, but she ended up in the hospital.
- 58:06SPEAKER_00: But she did reflect back to me where it was like she it was like she was listening to one of our calls on her repeat because she was like, I can do this.
- 58:15SPEAKER_00: There's no reason like my baby's heart tones are fine.
- 58:18SPEAKER_00: They just want to get it going.
- 58:20SPEAKER_00: And when you're in that intense kind of situation, you're going to, I don't want to say you're easily manipulated because that doesn't sound so great, but it's like, like you're not gonna think as rationally because it's intense and you trust these people.
- 58:35SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying that doctors, you can't trust them.
- 58:38SPEAKER_00: It's just they have their own agenda too.
- 58:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's you really have to take your like sovereignty in your own body back to yourself.
- 58:47SPEAKER_00: And and like you said, get to that point where your body's innate abilities take over.
- 58:52SPEAKER_00: And that's creating that's through creating that clear energetic space and confidence in yourself so that it's like you can, your body can do that.
- 59:01SPEAKER_01: That's so awesome.
- 59:02SPEAKER_01: I know we have to wrap up soon, but I know you have like a special session that you're gonna offer our audience.
- 59:07SPEAKER_01: So, do you want to tell us about that?
- 59:09SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 59:10SPEAKER_00: So I have a special reclaiming consciousness.
- 59:15SPEAKER_00: Only for you guys.
- 59:16SPEAKER_00: Special price for you.
- 59:17SPEAKER_00: So this could be if you're pregnant, then I mean, we've talked all about pregnancy.
- 59:23SPEAKER_00: We can kind of dive into supporting you in your pregnancy, kind of feel out where your biggest gap is, so to speak, where you would need the most support.
- 59:33SPEAKER_00: Or if you're in your motherhood journey and you're really looking to just raise the vibration within your home, create more calm, stable, regulated, connected relationships, that is one of my skills as well.
- 59:50SPEAKER_00: It'll be the same special price for that.
- 59:54SPEAKER_00: And would love to work with any of you.
- 59:57SPEAKER_00: And if you have any questions, my Instagram is breath of honey.
- 1:00:01SPEAKER_01: Cool.
- 1:00:02SPEAKER_01: And we will link that below.
- 1:00:03SPEAKER_01: And also, I just want to say too, it could also probably be for because I know I have some women in my world who are trying to get pregnant or like wanting to become moms really soon.
- 1:00:14SPEAKER_01: So I feel like it could also be for them, right?
- 1:00:16SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_00: So my birth program is I'm revamping it right now.
- 1:00:20SPEAKER_00: It's exhale because I want to give everybody that feeling of uh and just settling into your body and feeling really calm and grounded through your pregnancy and birth.
- 1:00:31SPEAKER_00: And one of the pillars is your soul-to-soul connection with your baby.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_00: And I think that prior to your baby being conceived and like dropping in, they are there.
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_01: They're there.
- 1:00:42SPEAKER_01: I told you how Hazel was like not leaving me alone when before I got pregnant with her.
- 1:00:48SPEAKER_01: She was there.
- 1:00:48SPEAKER_00: It was very intense, actually.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no, I think my littlest Mila, so she I wasn't planning to have four children.
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_00: And no joke, two days prior to me finding out that I was pregnant, my husband had finally agreed to have a vasectomy.
- 1:01:03SPEAKER_00: And I had this whole reading on it because I and then I was thrown off.
- 1:01:06SPEAKER_00: She wasn't in the plan.
- 1:01:07SPEAKER_00: I was like, what is going on?
- 1:01:09SPEAKER_00: And I had this reading done, and the woman said she had to like sneak her way in because I was trying to control the situation too much.
- 1:01:19SPEAKER_00: So she had to, she had to come in all of a sudden, which I'm so happy that she did.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, solidifying that connection prior to conception is amazing.
- 1:01:31SPEAKER_00: And then when you're in your pregnancy, having that connection with your baby just parlays into your postpartum and just deepens and strengthens, and you have all those intuitive abilities to communicate before they're verbal.
- 1:01:48SPEAKER_01: That's amazing.
- 1:01:49SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 1:01:49SPEAKER_01: We'll link all of the stuff in the show notes.
