Two armed suspects ambushed a woman and her friend in a D.C. parking garage, stealing jewelry and a bag—then vanished into the streets. One victim described the ordeal as surreal and traumatizing, leaving her unable to sleep or eat. Surveillance caught them fleeing—one in a grey hoodie and mask, the other in all black with a stolen Telfar bag.
