SPEAKER_00: Do you ever get the feeling that you're destined for an even bigger, bolder, more magical life?
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Conscious Glow Up.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, intuitive energy healer and coach, Crystal Ward.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: My goal is to help you create the life you fantasize about by teaching you energetic spiritual laws of the universe and neuroscience tools.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: I'll share how I utilize these teachings in my own life with stories of single motherhood, entrepreneurship, finances, and relationships.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: Let's dive on into the depths of consciousness and glow up from the inside out.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: Hello and welcome back to the conscious glow up.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_00: As I was thinking about what to talk about for episode number four, the topic of dark forces was really wanting to come through.
• 1:07
  SPEAKER_00: Now bear with me.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: This will actually be super informative and empowering, and could actually change your life in a huge way.
• 1:14
  SPEAKER_00: So please don't run.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: It's definitely not as scary as the movies want you to think.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_00: That is just because they want you to feel like you are in a state of powerlessness when it comes to this stuff.
• 1:25
  SPEAKER_00: So keep listening.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: But my brain was like, no, that's too much, too fast, too, too deep, too heavy.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: But I think most of the listeners I have at this point on this show are from my Instagram following or are friends or even possibly family members.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: So you've already seen or heard me talk about this topic to at least a small degree because I have been planting seeds over the past couple of months.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: Learning about this topic at the spiritual school I'm in at Guided Light Healing and learning the tools that my mentor Alessandro gives us in this class have truly, truly changed my life in huge, unbelievable ways, which I'm gonna talk about in this episode.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: Now I've been a health coach for going on seven years, and my main tools are for energy and weight loss.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: So on a physical level, I know how to sustain increase energy levels.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_00: But now that I'm learning more energy work tools, things are getting even better for my physical energy because everything physical starts in the energetic.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: We are made up of light, meaning we are made up of energy.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: Everything that we feel and experience physically actually started somewhere in our energetic body, which it radiates off of our physical body.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_00: And this includes all illnesses and ailments.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: More on that in future episodes.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: So now that I have these energy work tools, I wake up naturally and so much easier.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_00: Even when I go to bed at 2 a.m.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: after nights at the restaurant, I used to wake up around like I don't know, 10, 30, 11 usually if I went to bed that late, but now I wake up on those nights or on those mornings after working late at like 8:30.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: So that's been pretty cool.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_00: My relationship issues have become non-existent when I'm practicing these tools.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_00: A lot of my relationship problems have been Dark Force related.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: A big story coming up here soon.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: And not to mention my intuitive gifts feel so much more clear after I use the tools and clear some of the dense energetic crap that gets in my way that I will talk about.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: So, as you know, if you've listened to other episodes or if you know me at all, I am in training to master my intuition.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: Another huge part of my mastery skill set development is this sweet, sweet world of dark forces.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_00: I do literally feel like Harry Potter, and that is not a joke.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: I actually watched Prisoner of Ascaban the other day, and I feel like I'm fighting Dementors all the time now, and the class I'm taking is called Dark Forces Level 1.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_00: Could actually be called Defense Against the Dark Arts.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: But Crystal, what on God's green beautiful earth is a dark force?
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: I will tell you one thing first.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: Not wanting to believe in dark forces does not make them non-existent.
• 4:25
  SPEAKER_00: I am very sorry.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: And if you are spiritual, I highly recommend you especially keep listening.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_00: So just as there is light, right?
• 4:36
SPEAKER_00: Like you are a light being, you are made of light, and you are connected to source, aka the creator, your parent energy, God.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: Uh I don't call source God because there are a lot of other gods out there, so I do not want to connect to the wrong guy.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: But just as there is light, there is also absence of light, such as the seven absence of light beings that Jesus Christ cast out of Mary Magdalene.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: Because of free will, and this is goes against what some religions will say, Source cannot stop dark force attacks or attachments.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: Part of Jesus' teachings that are actually left out of the mainstream available Bibles about how to are about how they are about how to clear yourself of dark forces.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: So dark forces exist and they are a lot more prevalent than we think.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: We get dark forces on us for various reasons, one of them being for soul lessons and growth.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_00: There's actually quite a few reasons here, but I'm not gonna get into all of those on this first episode.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_00: So if you were to ask me to clear your friend of dark forces, I would actually have to check in intuitively with Source and ask if I am actually allowed to clear the forces because your friend might have them on him or her for a very necessary to his or her soul plan and growth reason.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: So um and then them, you know, a question I have had that I asked one of our more advanced Dark Force queens in my class, she's basically Dark Force mentor.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: Um I asked her, you know, if I know someone who has these things on them, what like do I just let it let them have them on them forever?
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: And she said that one one thing I can do is plant seeds.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: Like if this person is not really aware of this world, I can start planting seeds about it and then um you know tell them, like, hey, yeah, I I had this on me and cleared my energy, I feel so much better.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_00: So to get it to be their own idea is a way that I can, you know, find a loophole for that.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: Common reason to have dark forces on you is if you are spiritual.
• 7:01
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool, right?
• 7:03
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: Um, when we connect spiritually, whether through intuition, meditation, books, podcasts, high frequency conversations with friends, taking classes, hiring an energy healer, etc., our energy is opened up and now shining brighter, and we vibrate at a higher frequency.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: Most people on the planet vibrate around a 185-187 frequency.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: I know I have had it intuitively checked that I am in the low to mid 300s, and the specific number varies based on your current emotional state, or if you are sick, for example, but the more you expand your consciousness through learning and practice, the more you move up the frequency scale.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: So, why does our frequency matter when discussing dark forces?
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: Because our light, our expanded consciousness and higher frequency, makes us shine brighter, and that bright light attracts dark energies because they need that light to survive.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: And to note, our frequency does not make us better or worse than somebody else's frequency.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: Every soul is here on a unique path with unique current lessons and has been here for a unique amount of time.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: But your frequency can actually tell you how many lifetimes you've lived, which is really cool.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: So it's not better or worse to be an older or younger soul because we are all completing the same mission, which is experiencing as much as possible ups, downs, obstacles, learning to master emotion, and it is all for soul growth throughout our lifetimes.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: So because we, light beings, are connected to source, we are connected to literal life force energy.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: Because they, the absence of light, are not connected to source energy.
• 8:53
SPEAKER_00: If they want to survive up here, they need to feed off of beings that are connected to source energy.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: Our light is their food for survival, or kind of like their battery.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: So they don't do it to inconvenience us, they do it to survive.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna go deep in on the realms here, but we are in the third realm, and our mission here is basically to master emotion.
• 9:19
SPEAKER_00: The dark forces that I'm specifically talking about today that I've been learning to clear in my life come from the second realm, mostly.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_00: The ones I'm gonna talk about today from the second realm.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_00: I've had some from higher realms on me, and that was not fun.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_00: In the second realm, they aren't led by emotion like we are, nor do they reason with one another, or with us when they are here for that matter.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: So I can't say, hey dude, I'm really having a tough time with my health right now.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: Would you mind backing off or like stop fucking up my relationship?
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: It does not work like that.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: Their mission in the second realm is hierarchy, fighting their way to the top is their only concern and purpose.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: So then how did these second realmers get up to the third realm?
• 10:04
SPEAKER_00: Why the F do I have to deal with this crap all the time?
• 10:07
SPEAKER_00: Because humans, lovely, lovely humans who do not give a rat's ass about what happens to other humans, and lovely, lovely humans who actually choose to harness dark energy to attract massive amounts of fame and wealth, literally sum up these energies to help them get what they want, because what they want is bigger than what Source would allow them to have in this lifetime.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: So I am still learning about all of this, so I am just talking to you guys about what I do know, but so how they are so I I can't give you like a full-blown lowdown on how exactly they use these energies to create fame, but these second realm energies, they do, they've kind of mastered manifestation and the creator field a lot easier than we have.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: So from what I understand so far is that that is how they do it, is that they have the capabilities, so these energies can then get into the physical real estate, you know, somebody's body and help them get these careers that they want.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: So instead of going through slow and steady soul growth over lifetimes to attain big careers like the rest of us, they did some dark magic shit and literally opened portals from the second realm to help them.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: That's just one of the reasons people use dark energy.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: That's really the only one I'm gonna talk about today.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: But it's really no secret, and it's definitely coming out more now with the whole Epstein file thing, which I will be honest, I don't have the guts to read myself quite yet, but I know a small percentage of what is in them, and I've known what goes on in Hollywood to a very small degree, but still feels huge any amount that you know.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, I've known about that stuff since my own personal Great Awakening around 2020, so it's been no shock to me learning about this Dark Forces stuff.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: It does not surprise me that they have actually literally been pulled up from the second realm for various reasons.
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: So let's talk about demons.
• 14:21
  SPEAKER_00: That's fun, right?
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: I know Hollywood has really glorified the idea of demons.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: Demons are some of the more powerful second realm dudes that have been summoned up from their realm.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: The good news is they are far less scary than the TV makes them out to be.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: But they do have the ability to drastically, negatively affect our lives if we don't know that they are on us or how to clear them.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_00: But once you understand that we are way more powerful than they are, they become less scary because clearing them can take less than a couple of minutes.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: The light does win if the light knows how to use its powers.
• 15:07
  SPEAKER_00: Thank God, right?
• 15:08
  SPEAKER_00: So here's my story.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: It's going to give you a visual for what it's like to have this stuff on you, and then what it's like after you clear it.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_00: So last week I woke up in the morning after some dark dreams, and I'm starting to realize when my dreams are dark force attacks because they have very specific elements, such as eating food or a new one has been yelling at people I love, which is so sad.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: And I wake up feeling very relieved that it was just a dream, but then I still have to deal with the consequences of knowing I have a demon or two in my energy, so that's always fun.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: So after I woke up, I felt like there was a little more presence around me, the creepy kind.
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: And then my daughter was already awake when I went into her room at 6 30 to get her ready for school, which is very rare.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: She was crying from a scary dream she had, which is also very rare for her to have.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: So I was like, okay, whoa.
• 16:08
  SPEAKER_00: She's crying from a nightmare.
• 16:09
SPEAKER_00: I just had creepy ass dreams.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: I feel like there's some denseness in this house.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I was just like, oh fuck.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: I know exactly what's going on here.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: So before this, I had had two demons on me corded in, like fully attached, for a week, about a month ago.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: So I har I hired that dark force slaying queen that I mentioned earlier from my school to clear them for me, and I cannot tell you the difference in how I felt after, and I'll explain that in a minute.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: So in that morning, the recent one with the dreams and my daughter, I knew they were on me because I felt about the same as the last time they were on me.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: Um, but in my Dark Forces level one class, I hadn't yet watched the part in the class where we learn how to clear them.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: It w it had been the next video in my queue for me to watch for days.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: Normally I watch something every day.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_00: Not every day, but I was definitely taking my sweet time getting to the demon clearing module, probably because I was intimidated, and I think part of me was like, What if I do it wrong?
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: So here's a great example of a higher self lesson with dark forces and a reason your higher self might plan something like this.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: Um, because I went to the group chat with everyone who is in the Dark Forces class, and people will say, like, yes, you're friggin' clear.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: Um, they'll clear you if they get permission.
• 17:45
SPEAKER_00: Um, so it's got a lot of people who are not only currently in the class, but everyone who has also completed it, it's very helpful.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_00: So someone did confirm for me that I had two demons corded into me again, but he did not have permission from source to clear them.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_00: So I knew in that moment that this dark force attack was planned by my higher self.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: And we we also have to be a match to being attacked, so feeling overwhelmed in an area of life, limited perceptions about yourself in an area of life.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_00: So I had the reflective components that were able to match me to the dark forces, and but at the same time, you know, it's the higher self kind of this all worked out for the better because I had been stalling on watching that part of the class, and you know, deep down I was ready to get moving with it.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: So now I actually had to face the music and learn how to clear them myself if I wanted to stop feeling the symptoms of having that shit on me.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_00: Dark forces love to prey on our vulnerabilities, and mine are often relationship vulnerabilities.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: I am in a really beautiful relationship with another high frequency person, which means our energy is extremely expansive together because when you put one bright light next to another bright light, those lights combine and get pretty bright, aka very attractive to those dark forces that need to feed on people's light to survive.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: So they prey on vulnerabilities and emotional imbalances, and they love when we're overwhelmed or having limited perceptions of ourself.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: That is a great time for them to attach to us.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: So later in this Dark Force morning, after the dreams and my daughter and all that stuff, I got extremely so I took Liliana to school and then got to my boyfriend's house and got extremely mad at something that he had done, and I mean extremely.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: I packed all my shit out of his house kind of angry, nothing was left, not even my razor in the shower.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: And while, yes, I, you know, quote unquote deserved to be mad, I did not need to freak the fuck out like I did.
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: Um my emotions were off the Richter scale.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: And even during the situation, like when I was packing and fucking cursing up a storm, I knew consciously in that moment that dark forces were feeding on me like crazy, but I was just so wrapped up in it that I could not do anything to stop it.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: Ladies, do you ever have those hardcore PMS events where you feel like something is literally speaking or moving through you?
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: That I have learned is Dark Force energy, and they do like to take advantage of PMS.
• 20:27
SPEAKER_00: So that is what it felt like for me, even though I was not PMSing.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: But I was going off.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: And then I got a splitting headache, which is a huge Dark Force tell.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: I did not clear them that day because I was so focused on what I was dealing with, and I hadn't watched the video yet, so um, I was so focused on what I was dealing with with a relationship, but my heaviness, like how I felt aside from that, told me everything I needed to know, which was that yeah, it's definitely time to uh watch that part of the class.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_00: The next morning I woke up later than usual and was feeling depressed, but not from what happened with my boyfriend, because we had already resolved that before we even went to bed the night before.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_00: But one of my personal telltale signs of demons in my energy is that I feel really off in the morning for no reason.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: I often feel apathetic, irritable as hell, anxious, heavy, depressed, and like things are just wrong or off, even if life is going well.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: Like I could sit and list amazing things about my life.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: I could consciously understand nothing is wrong, nothing is going well, there's nothing to worry about, but I still have those feelings.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: Um, and then I also get a lot of fearful thoughts and anxieties and paranoia about the areas of my life that are most important to me, which for me are my romantic partnership, parenting, and my vocation, aka business.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_00: In addition to the emotional feelings, my headache from the day before had gotten to ice pack level, and usually my headaches go away after sleeping, but I'm starting to really see the whole headache and dark force correlation, so it helped me to further confirm the experience that I was having.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: So I finally watched the class.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_00: I learned how to clear the portal that was apparently in my energy field, meaning more fuckers can just keep coming through even after you clear the ones that are there.
• 22:26
SPEAKER_00: So I cleared aka destroyed the portal, and then I cleared the two demons that were corded into me.
• 22:31
SPEAKER_00: And then you know what?
• 22:33
SPEAKER_00: You know why I'm not even afraid to say this kind of stuff, even though it honestly still sounds a little crazy to me.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: Not gonna lie, I am not afraid to talk about this stuff because within 20 minutes after the clearing, I felt completely normal.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_00: Completely normal, excited for the day, excited to work on my business, and within a couple of hours my splitting headache was gone with no meds or nap.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: Just because we don't want to see the dark or fear what it might mean or what it might hold doesn't mean it isn't there.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_00: And ignoring it doesn't mean that it isn't having negative effects on your life.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: Your ability to have peaceful relationships and successful friendships, to have good health, to be carrying out your sole purpose career, to be trusting your intuition, to be having positive, loving perceptions of yourself, all of that matters if you want to live a well-rounded, fulfilling life.
• 23:39
SPEAKER_00: The most empowering thing I may have ever learned is that we truly, as light beings, are so much more powerful than any type of dark force, be it demon or any other type of thing.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_00: We just have to be aware of the darkness, learn that we are fully capable of getting it out of our field when it is there, and learn to protect ourselves energetically so that we aren't so attractive to them.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: Ever since I joined Guided Light Healing, I've been so excited to take out.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: Alessandra's Dark Forces class, but the school intuits which is the best first, and then after that, which are the best next moves for you to make for which classes to take.
• 24:27
SPEAKER_00: And it took eight months for my higher self to confirm with the school that I was ready to take dark forces.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: So I waited patiently, and now I see why I had to wait.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_00: I had to keep developing my intuition to even higher levels and open my third eye more, which has been one of the coolest experiences of my life.
• 24:47
SPEAKER_00: And I think I just had to have way more confidence in myself, honestly, and my abilities as a spiritual energy worker because it's not, it's not for the faint of heart.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: It is easy, but I don't think the me a year ago would have had much faith in this or myself to do it.
• 25:08
SPEAKER_00: Um, and again, not gonna lie to you guys, sometimes I feel really silly talking about this stuff, even with my boyfriend.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, you know, but now I'm putting up a whole ass podcast episode about it already.
• 25:21
SPEAKER_00: That was intuition, that was not crystal.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: But how I know all this dark force stuff is legit is how insanely drastically different I feel when I realize I have dark forces in my energy, demons or otherwise, and then get them cleared out.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: I feel like a completely different person, and I mean different as in I feel so much more myself, and everything in my life is so much better.
• 25:47
SPEAKER_00: This episode is not meant to be scary, it is meant to empower you.
• 25:53
SPEAKER_00: As in, if you feel you are experiencing constant problems in the same areas of life over and over, it probably is not a you problem.
• 26:03
SPEAKER_00: It is your problem, but it is not a problem because of who you are innately.
• 26:09
SPEAKER_00: It could likely be that you are experiencing something affecting your energy field and your life, something that can actually be fixed very easily if you have the right tools or know somebody who can help you.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_00: And there are also ways to protect your energy field so that you are less attractive to dark forces once you clear this shit.
• 26:31
SPEAKER_00: So something that I have been practicing throughout the day and the changes in my energy have been pretty shocking to me is protecting my energy.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_00: Um, but the most fun is when I clear something heavy off of me.
• 26:47
SPEAKER_00: I can wake up off of six hours of sleep and feel amazing, oras before I really barely ever woke up feeling rested or amazing.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: It was like, okay, time to get out of bed.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_00: But this has been a freaking game changer.
• 27:00
  SPEAKER_00: Alright.
• 27:01
SPEAKER_00: This probably was a lot, I know.
• 27:04
SPEAKER_00: If you stuck it out to the end, that is amazing.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_00: Your soul self is a badass, so is your human self.
• 27:10
SPEAKER_00: And if you are meant to learn this stuff in this lifetime, it probably means you've already mastered it in other lifetimes.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_00: And I am not claiming to currently be a master at this whatsoever.
• 27:23
SPEAKER_00: I am still very much in the learning phase, very much in the early learning phase, but just the small amount that I do know so far and what I have started implementing in my own life has been nothing short of feeling miraculous.

SPEAKER_00: I can't even believe how much heavy baggage I had been carrying around before that.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_00: I wanted to share this information with you.
• 27:45
SPEAKER_00: One, to open your eyes to the fact that if you feel you are spinning out in certain areas of life, that maybe it's not something you are doing wrong, but maybe another avenue to look at that is outside of you.

SPEAKER_00: And two, to help you see that the darkness is nothing that should scare you because your light is the most powerful gift and tool that you have.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: If you have any questions or just want to have a conversation about this topic or any topic for that matter, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_00: I would love to connect with you.
• 28:18
  SPEAKER_00: Crystal K-R-Y-S-T-A-L at Crystal Ward.com.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_00: If it is questions you have, I will answer them if I know the answer.
• 28:28
SPEAKER_00: But if I don't know the answer yet, I would love to learn along with you and can bring your question to my school's Dark Forces group chat and let the pros teach us.
• 28:36
SPEAKER_00: Alright, thank you for listening.
• 28:38
SPEAKER_00: Happy demon slaying to us all, and have a great morning or evening.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_00: If I didn't ruin it for you.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_00: Just kidding, your higher self asked for this.
