- 0:01Welcome to authentic living with Roxanne, a place where we have as conversations about
- 0:08things that really matter in our lives.
- 0:11And now here's your host, Roxanne Derhodge.
- 0:36Hi, everyone.
- 0:36It's Roxanne Derhodge of authentically being with Roxanne.
- 0:40Today, I have a special guest She was introduced, to me by one of my favorite people
- 0:45I would say out there in the world, Sarah McVano, who is an, a recognition experts and
- 0:52her and Evelyna's paths crossed and Sarah thought that Evelyna and I would have a really
- 0:57good conversation.
- 0:58I can say she was bang on because since we match, we had a lot of things to to talk about.
- 1:04So, Avelina, thanks for coming on the podcast.
- 1:07Thank you so much, Roxanne, for, inviting me.
- 1:10So I'm gonna tell you about a little bit about Evelyna, but, what I would like her to do is to
- 1:15tell us a little bit, you know, from her space, what we need to know about her.
- 1:20I don't know about you, but I am oftentimes looking at myself on camera and thinking, oh,
- 1:25geez.
- 1:26I said that.
- 1:27I did that.
- 1:27I I can't believe I'm like, what I did.
- 1:30And, you know, can I have said that differently, or did I come across like Roxanne?
- 1:34And anybody that knows me knows this the way I talk or or the way my, you know, I I'm
- 1:40expressive with my face and my hands.
- 1:42And I I think, most of us are trying to learn those things, and this is where, Evolina,
- 1:48Regare is a expert and she works with Valbix films.
- 1:53And I thought it would be a great conversation because, you know, it's one thing to do like a
- 1:57mini little video, and most of us were doing that previously in our business.
- 2:01But today, there's an expectation that I don't think most of us were trying to deal with it,
- 2:06but I'm not so sure we were ready ready to deal with it at the level level, you know, that we
- 2:11had go to.
- 2:12So, Evelyna, thanks for being on and, I just want you to talk about communication, but
- 2:19obviously communication from your expertise today?
- 2:23Well, thank you, Roxanne.
- 2:26More about me.
- 2:27I graduated York University with VA in women's studies.
- 2:32And throughout my career, I've been working from sales to administration, to marketing,
- 2:40which has greatly helped me in the work that I do today at, Valvex films.
- 2:47Back in 2018, when I started to work at Valvex, I'd never thought that I'll be working through
- 2:53the pandemic.
- 2:56We've already had clients who were getting ready for, filming and to me going out to help
- 3:03with the production process.
- 3:06And then everything froze.
- 3:08The film production has never really shut down, but we had to take into consideration, you
- 3:15know, people's comfort level and the restrictions that would you know, come into
- 3:22place.
- 3:22And this is where we have to be really authentic and understanding because it's
- 3:30important to continue to keep the relationships with our clients.
- 3:37The main obstacle I would say that we would, you know, come across was to be able to
- 3:44maintain the communication and to con and to continue to, network.
- 3:52I am an active networker.
- 3:55I love to meet with people face to face.
- 3:58But, for me, it was quite an adjustment to go, from, you know, face to face meetings, to
- 4:10virtual But I'm extremely grateful that over this period of time, I was able to build my
- 4:18network, you know, meet a lot of people around, the world, and it's never been so active on
- 4:26LinkedIn before.
- 4:28Right.
- 4:28This is this is my number one go to business network site.
- 4:34So and I would say that,
- 4:35you know, I think of myself and I'm, you know, the type of a bit of an extrovert, I would say.
- 4:41I I get my energy from being around people.
- 4:44Mhmm.
- 4:44And, you know, I would say that because I was doing the podcast, I would, you know, I didn't
- 4:49particularly like being on camera, but after a while, what happens is because as you know, I
- 4:55do these podcasts for four times a month, and I've been doing for about 3 years.
- 4:59So after a while, you know, you have no choice, but to get comfortable.
- 5:03But I often sometimes I would look back and I don't know if this is typical.
- 5:06I would say, oh, no.
- 5:07You didn't say that.
- 5:09Or, you could have delivered that differently.
- 5:13So, you know, you kind of second guess yourself when you're on video.
- 5:16Do do you think they've done most people do that, Evilina, and how do you help people when
- 5:22they're kind of they have a message they're passionate about their message, but they're
- 5:28Mhmm.
- 5:29But they're kind of micromanaging every nuance on video.
- 5:33Well, I work with a very, you know, passionate and dedicated, team, the remote option was
- 5:45always there, and it kind of came up during one of our discussions.
- 5:51Why not offer it to clients and include it into one of our into one of our packages?
- 6:00Because, you know, people, have stories that they can share all the time and with
- 6:08limitations in place and not been able to go out.
- 6:14We were helping them, you know, kind of by letting them know that they could still
- 6:21continue with this story, telling
- 6:25Yeah.
- 6:26So it's not it's just you're trying to get them.
- 6:28I I know when I am better, actually, at Manvelina, when I don't think about the camera.
- 6:33I'm just kinda pretending that you're right here.
- 6:37And, then I get more comfortable.
- 6:40Right?
- 6:40I can tell you that I struggled with that for a lot of years, though, because I was thinking,
- 6:44oh, should I be looking there, or where should I be look okay.
- 6:47Where's Evelyn?
- 6:47And you know, versus just kind of focusing and saying, if Evelyn and we're in front of me,
- 6:53this is how I do it.
- 6:53And I'm curious to hear what you'd say about how would I be talking?
- 6:58I I and I try to think pretend that I'm conversating with you right in front of me.
- 7:02Not that you're not in front of me.
- 7:04But you're in front of the screen.
- 7:06Yes.
- 7:06And I think a lot of us get so focused on, oh my god.
- 7:09Where's the screen?
- 7:10You know, should I, you know, I I don't wanna look at myself because then I get defocused.
- 7:15I wanna look at Evelina, but then I wanna look into the camera.
- 7:19And that kind of is a that's a lot of moving parts.
- 7:22Right, to set, you know, and then to try to what what did I say I was gonna say again?
- 7:27And to come across, like, I'm, you know, being authentic and I'm being real and I'm making
- 7:32sense.
- 7:32That's a lot of parts that I thought very difficult.
- 7:39We kind of, you know, we tell people don't look at the, you know, don't look at the camera, you
- 7:45know, just let's pretend we're sitting at a coffee shop drinking coffee and, talking.
- 7:52Right.
- 7:53That's what I'm doing with you, right now.
- 7:56And I think by default, what's happening to me, because I've been forced to be in this in front
- 8:01of this camp, not forced.
- 8:01I'm joking, but because I sit in front of this so often, doing the podcast, but also with my
- 8:08clients, right, coaching what happens after a while because I've been doing it so much I
- 8:13don't think about it now because I think, oh, I've got, you know, several podcasts today and
- 8:18a couple coaching calls.
- 8:20So after a while, I just school from 1 to 1.
- 8:22So repetition you're saying is something that helps.
- 8:26So think I'm in a conversation with you know, Evelyna and, you know, eventually, I hope to
- 8:30meet you in person.
- 8:33Likewise.
- 8:33Yes.
- 8:34And then, you know, we're gonna pretend we're at you know, the Starbucks in Toronto where you
- 8:38are, and we're just gonna have this conversation.
- 8:40So that mental set puts you into a frame already.
- 8:45To just be yourself?
- 8:47I personally get ready by, talking in front of
- 8:50a mirror.
- 8:51Okay.
- 8:52Or, better yet.
- 8:54I take a family member and I practice in front of, you know, my kids or So let's talk
- 9:01let's talk a little bit more about that.
- 9:04That's a practical thing.
- 9:05Maybe I wanna learn a little bit more about So what do you do?
- 9:09Like, you so you, you know, you get dressed the way you wanna be presented on camera and stuff
- 9:14like that.
- 9:14And then do you kind of go through what you're gonna discuss in front of the camera?
- 9:20Do you have some bullet points?
- 9:22You know, are you looking you know, to make sure I'm is my hair in place?
- 9:26Is that, you know, what what kind of things are you doing and what are you practicing in the
- 9:29mirror?
- 9:30I dress, business casual every single day, whether I am on camera or not because I'm
- 9:39doing, Zoom meetings, you know, on regular basis, right, whether it's with clients or,
- 9:46business events, for me, it's really important to kind of feel myself like I'm in an office
- 9:53right away.
- 9:54I'm working.
- 9:55We're all working mostly from home.
- 9:57These days.
- 9:59And to me, it's important to set apart the work environment and home environment.
- 10:05Mhmm.
- 10:05Mhmm.
- 10:07And what I do is I write out what I'm going to speak about
- 10:13Mhmm.
- 10:13And I practice that.
- 10:14I go over the text, but to be honest, when I am in action, I speak from the heart Okay.
- 10:23I am still presenting the same information, but it's coming out from from my heart.
- 10:32Okay.
- 10:32So tell us how you do that because I'm gonna, people are looking us or listening to us going,
- 10:39okay.
- 10:40So, Evelyna, how do you tap in?
- 10:43So your practice kind of wrote to, let's say, today, you are practicing.
- 10:46You thought O Roxanne and I are probably gonna hit on these, say, 3 or 4 points.
- 10:50So I have those as benchmarks throughout our conversation, and you go through those.
- 10:55How do you tap into your heart then?
- 10:58When you actually get into the interview or to get onto the video?
- 11:02It's important for me to send out, the message to people.
- 11:09That even if we are, you know, working, you know, even if we are not able to fully go out
- 11:19and, do, you know, a film link outside we can still continue, working and, doing, what we do
- 11:31best and it's, you know, filming.
- 11:35Mhmm.
- 11:35Mhmm.
- 11:37So I'm gonna I'm gonna go to the, like, the I know with myself, you know, to I talk about
- 11:42authentic leadership and I talk about leaders being aware of themselves, right, kind of that
- 11:47internal work?
- 11:48What's my what's what's my what's my leadership story, what are some of my core fundamental
- 11:53values about the way I lead, you know, who am I in the world, and how do I present myself to
- 11:59others around us.
- 12:00Obviously, the more connected I am to myself, the better I'm able to have people get a sense
- 12:06of me.
- 12:08So now, you know, more than ever, and you would say, I would say, in the last 2 years, people
- 12:14want to to experience their leaders.
- 12:17And the vein that they have is mostly video based on how we've had to work.
- 12:23So, a lot of, I would say, naturally leaders have some capacity, but I that whole element of
- 12:30connecting to their heart is something that they would have to work on.
- 12:35Exactly.
- 12:37And, when we work with potential clients, we tell them that you know, let's say you have a
- 12:44website with, text, but what is really your story?
- 12:49What are you really trying to get out What's your what's your message?
- 12:53Mhmm.
- 12:54And let's talk about, you know, doing a video for your company where you know, we are always
- 13:01in a rush.
- 13:03We lead busy lives.
- 13:04And, for myself, I'd rather take 2 minutes to watch a video, on any company rather than read.
- 13:16And to me, that 2 minutes will tell me, you know, what the company is about and who the
- 13:22person is leading that company.
- 13:27And that's what we were trying to, you know, let people know that video has become an
- 13:33important part of our lives.
- 13:36You know, it's really great if you can, tell your story and let people out there know who
- 13:42who you are.
- 13:44So really, you know, it's it's speaking about being authentic.
- 13:47Right?
- 13:47So, you
- 13:48know, with myself, I my my brand is called the authentic connection movement.
- 13:52I talk about authentic leadership.
- 13:54I talk about relationships.
- 13:56My new book is, you know, our our return on relationships.
- 14:00And, you know, what authentic leaders can do to build more resilient teams.
- 14:05So that's my entire story just there.
- 14:08So when I built my brands, what I had to go down to was the fundamental, though, why do I
- 14:15do what I do?
- 14:16Right?
- 14:17So I truly believe, and this is the core fundamental of, who I am as a person, is that I
- 14:24truly believe that everybody needs an they need to connect to their authentic voice.
- 14:29And regardless of what what you've been through, that is define who you are.
- 14:34Is that authentic voice is really, really in you?
- 14:37And my my job is to assist leaders in their companies to get there.
- 14:42It took a lot though to really drill down to understand what what's my story?
- 14:47Right?
- 14:47Cause I was I'm a psychotherapist.
- 14:49As you know, that's my formal training.
- 14:51Yes.
- 14:51And then they went into corporate consulting.
- 14:52But sometimes it's kinda hard to decide.
- 14:55How are they gonna tell that story?
- 14:57Right?
- 14:58Because you have to really look at your path.
- 15:01And is that something that you do at Verbit's films with people?
- 15:05Well, we take our time because, not everybody is comfortable in front of the camera.
- 15:11And due to COVID, we have a lot of clients who are on hold in terms of, filming because they
- 15:19won they're taking their time with updating their websites and, business in general.
- 15:27And waiting for, hopefully, COVID to pass so that they can go back to, filling with us.
- 15:35And we have to be really understanding in terms of people's comfort level.
- 15:41Also, during this time.
- 15:43We've taken time to lower our prices.
- 15:47We doesn't with understanding that, you know, financial constraints and, burdens, came into
- 15:54the place also.
- 15:56And we have students working with us right now.
- 16:01From from Ryerson University, starting starting this year.
- 16:06And they're helping actively with, you know, script writing, editing, and hopefully they'll
- 16:15be able to go out, to film soon as well.
- 16:21Nice.
- 16:21Nice.
- 16:22So let's go back again to leadership and leaders all the way up to down to middle
- 16:28management or even I would say any employee.
- 16:30Right?
- 16:31Yes.
- 16:32But, you know, clearly, I would say that if doing videos, you're probably doing it more
- 16:37with leaders, or owners of companies to get their their brand, recognition out there.
- 16:45What are some things that, some quick tips that you can give them, for them to start?
- 16:52Even if that's, say, they wanna come to a company like Verbit's with time to get ready
- 16:57even
- 16:57prior to coming in to see someone like yourself.
- 17:01Well, we always, you know, be the the first time we speak with, you know, potential clients
- 17:09We are, 1st of all, trying to understand, what they're looking for in terms of, video.
- 17:15Mhmm.
- 17:15How and where they want to integrate it.
- 17:19And then in order for them to prepare, we ask them to, write out a storyboard Just sit just
- 17:29just sit down and write their story, out.
- 17:34And then prepare, we help us well, but we ask if they can, you know, prepare a script of what
- 17:44they would like to speak about
- 17:48Okay.
- 17:49And then that will help us to kind of look into their story, what they were trying to get out
- 17:55there, and then we go from there.
- 17:57And, of course, we need to, you know, ahead of time once the client is ready to find a proper
- 18:04location, equipment and see, the location site 1 or 2 days beforehand so that we can, get a
- 18:16visual and don't have to, you know, last minute, you know, to rush and, not know what
- 18:23we're doing.
- 18:24Right.
- 18:25Right.
- 18:26The best the best way is for both the client to prepare and from our side as well.
- 18:34So what are some things people con con does that say they they're not there at that point
- 18:38yet, but they still put on videos, out there right now.
- 18:42So they're trying to kind of, you know, get to the point where they're getting a little bit
- 18:45better.
- 18:46So weekly, I put out, videos every week on my snippets of this podcast.
- 18:52So one will go out the Wednesday before when podcast goes out.
- 18:57What are let's say I'm, you know, thinking about preparing a video Yes.
- 19:02What are some core little things?
- 19:03I know it has to be very short.
- 19:05Generally, if it's on LinkedIn, we try to keep it very short.
- 19:10Is there any kind of guidance that you would give someone, say, looking to put something up
- 19:13on LinkedIn in reference to, you know, my brand?
- 19:18What what are some things that they should consider if they were to just do a video
- 19:22themselves right now prior to coming into someone like you?
- 19:26To be honest, if people, and I know some people, like, started to do, self videos,
- 19:32during this time.
- 19:33I've noticed it more on, linked.
- 19:37And the best way, I would say, get a green screen.
- 19:43Mhmm.
- 19:44Proper equipment, you know, spent some money on you know, the proper set up, you know, the room
- 19:56where you want to, you know, properly film the background, get that ready, and don't ever film
- 20:05with a cell phone.
- 20:08Whoops.
- 20:09I think a lot of people are thinking, uh-oh.
- 20:12I'm not saying I'm not saying it's a really bad idea, but I'm just saying as an alternative,
- 20:18don't go for it.
- 20:19Right.
- 20:20Right.
- 20:20Because you want to get, you know, decent visual
- 20:25you know, you know, view.
- 20:28Right.
- 20:29Right.
- 20:29Visual and sound.
- 20:30And that's so those are the two things.
- 20:32Right?
- 20:33Yes.
- 20:33And with cell phone, if you film yourself, it's going to be you're gonna get a shaky video.
- 20:39For sure.
- 20:39But but if you get a camera, you set it up properly, sit in front of it, have a proper
- 20:46background.
- 20:46You're all ready to go because you want to not just to film and, put the video on LinkedIn,
- 20:54but you want it to you you want for it to look professional.
- 20:59For leaders that, struggle with authentic communication, what I often say to them is It
- 21:07takes kind of sitting with yourself and understanding what is it that's difficult.
- 21:15Right?
- 21:16And oftentimes it's people saying, well, I don't wanna come across as fake or I've had
- 21:23some issues with, let's say we've, you know, through COVID, they said they've had to
- 21:28downsize or you know, there's been people a lot of people a lot of people are stressed.
- 21:33Right?
- 21:34Obviously, there's return to work that's happening and you know, people saying, you
- 21:38know, if they're not gonna get vaccinated, I'm gonna get vaccinated.
- 21:41All that stuff that's swirling out there.
- 21:44So leaders are I think some of that, they have so much coming at them that I'm gonna say
- 21:50they're they're a bit fearful at times, right, because they're trying to be authentic want
- 21:54things to be better, but there's been a lot of stuff that's happened.
- 21:58So again, are there some things that they can again do?
- 22:04To get ready other than being in front of the camera, pitching like you said.
- 22:10I'm gonna try that with my son and see how well that works.
- 22:13You know, talking to a family member.
- 22:15Is there any other things that you would suggest that they do other than writing out
- 22:20what they want What about just being uncomfortable on camera?
- 22:24You know, you said just go from the heart.
- 22:29Is there anything that you would suggest that helps them to go from that space?
- 22:34I would say that maybe they can start off from just you know, sit in front of the camera.
- 22:41Don't turn it on, but, you know, just take the camera, sit in front of it and just talk as if
- 22:48you are by yourself, you know, in in the room that no one is there.
- 22:52Like, what would you say?
- 22:53Mhmm.
- 22:54Like, what's what is your message, what would you like people to know about your brand, about
- 23:00yourself?
- 23:02You know, what what do you do?
- 23:04It it depends.
- 23:05It it depend it depends on the people.
- 23:07I'm a shy person myself.
- 23:10What what I do before speaking is I either I either, go for a walk.
- 23:19Okay.
- 23:22Read a book or I take my kids to camp like I did this morning and I sing songs and I just
- 23:32relax.
- 23:32Yeah.
- 23:33Yeah.
- 23:34I I refocus.
- 23:36I focus on something that I love doing, and I bring it with me into into the podcast or
- 23:44business event.
- 23:46I start off with the humor as well.
- 23:50Yes.
- 23:51So we call that state dependent.
- 23:53Right?
- 23:53So, you know, kind of you can change your state relatively quickly.
- 23:59Yes.
- 23:59So if, you know, we I often do that when I coach with someone, right, that could you think
- 24:03of you know, the funniest thing that you've, you know, happened in the last month.
- 24:07Okay.
- 24:07Can you bring up that image?
- 24:09Tell me what you're experiencing in your body.
- 24:11What are your thoughts and your feelings, and then you can ground it in your body.
- 24:14So trying to think of a bit of a ritual is then what you're saying.
- 24:18Exactly.
- 24:19Bring you into that moment based on the message that you're trying to deliver.
- 24:23So it might yeah.
- 24:24If mine is about levity, I might think of something funny, but if it's about maybe
- 24:29something serious.
- 24:30Let's say, you know, someone's passed away or family members passed away
- 24:34from
- 24:34COVID and you're delivering a message, There's gonna be a sense of a bit of somniness that
- 24:39you're gonna bring to that as well.
- 24:42Versus if you have to, you know, make some cuts in some arena.
- 24:46It's a to benefits or whatever.
- 24:49So thinking of the delivery of the message helps you prep accordingly is what you're
- 24:54saying.
- 24:54Mhmm.
- 24:55You have you have to be authentic and understanding towards yourself that will help
- 25:00you to be authentic and bring that out forward to
- 25:05other people.
- 25:06Absolutely.
- 25:07I I you you're just you know, I often say that to people like.
- 25:11You know, if if you're if you're really telling a story and you're really not feeling it
- 25:17yourself, it shows, right, versus, you know Exactly.
- 25:21You know, I say to people okay to think of, Christmas morning when you're a kid.
- 25:26Right?
- 25:26Like, you know, what was that like?
- 25:28And you see people's face light up or what was a childhood game that you played, right, and
- 25:33you'd play for hours and hours and hours, right, when you were a kid.
- 25:37And then and then you obviously see people light up.
- 25:39All of a sudden, they they they have that memory because we embodied in our body.
- 25:42Right?
- 25:42So I think that's that's fantastic.
- 25:44So just thinking it through.
- 25:45What is the message how do I have to prep and what's the ritual that I can learn about
- 25:49yourself, like, to your point.
- 25:51Exactly.
- 25:51You're not doing it a lot.
- 25:52You're not gonna know, but like I said, you know, when I started compared to now, I'm sure
- 25:57if I look back at my previous videos, I'd cringe.
- 26:00And, but now just I just not pretend I think, okay.
- 26:03Well, this is this is kinda how I look.
- 26:05This is how I talk.
- 26:06This is how I use my hands.
- 26:08And and then I just tried to focus on the fact about who's in front of me.
- 26:12And really, I wanna know, you know, more about your message and and who you are, Evelyna, and
- 26:17I get lost in it as well.
- 26:19So maybe that's what you mean about coming from the heart?
- 26:22I am a very passionate person.
- 26:25I'm dedicated to what I'm doing.
- 26:29I love not just, marketing, but I I love to connect with people.
- 26:37I, 1st of all, not it's just not about the con well, it's about the connection, but it's
- 26:44understanding where people are coming from.
- 26:47Right.
- 26:48Right.
- 26:48I got you.
- 26:49I I absolutely agree with that.
- 26:51You know, so focusing like the person is the only person in the room.
- 26:54I often say, When you're authentically connected in communication, it's like nobody
- 27:00else exists.
- 27:01So on camera, to some degree, guess what?
- 27:04I mean, even though it's kinda scary, it's it is so true, but when you're having
- 27:07conversations with anyone, even if you're at a networking event or a party, you know, focus
- 27:14completely in, and we all need we all feel so much better when you're having a conversation
- 27:19with that person and feels like you're the only person in the room.
- 27:22Exactly.
- 27:23I often say that's the true sense that, okay, I think I'm doing it because I I'm completely
- 27:28embodied into this conversation with this individual.
- 27:31I don't remember.
- 27:32Even though there's a lot of things going on around around me, I'm not not letting that
- 27:37distract me.
- 27:37I'm not thinking, oh, who start doing what or saying what?
- 27:40In my periphery, but I'm just giving that person my ultimate attention in front of me.
- 27:46And then hopefully that person resonates with me they're connected more to me.
- 27:50And then we have a better, kind of connection just overall something that that I'm gonna
- 27:55remember, and hopefully the other person will remember as well.
- 27:58Yes.
- 27:58And I always take the time when I speak, with people.
- 28:02For me, it's it's important for me to speak about videos, but it's more important for me to
- 28:08start off from talking about, you know, what's your name, what do you do, what's your company,
- 28:16about, you know, started from afar.
- 28:19Mhmm.
- 28:19And then move towards where you are in terms of, videos.
- 28:23Have you thought about it?
- 28:24So I'm giving people a chance to let me know, you know, where they are in the process and
- 28:32where they see, video, for their company if they see it.
- 28:38Absolutely.
- 28:39Absolutely.
- 28:39I don't I try not to push them into, oh, I'm a marketing coordinator at films.
- 28:46And, okay.
- 28:47Here we go.
- 28:48Let's do, videos.
- 28:50No.
- 28:50It doesn't work.
- 28:51It doesn't work that way.
- 28:53You know?
- 28:54People.
- 28:54Right?
- 28:54They wanna know who Evolina is first and then Exactly.
- 28:58Eventually, they tell
- 28:59you the story.
- 28:59Right?
- 29:00Exactly.
- 29:01And that's what I want to do is to learn the story of the person I'm speaking with.
- 29:09And then after a while, they can get into the checks and, start talking about, oh, have you
- 29:17thought about, you know, videos or have you done videos before, and that's where we start
- 29:23from.
- 29:24I'm I'm trying for the person to open up Okay.
- 29:29A bit more, and then we get into talking about, videos.
- 29:34Again, you have to be under and authentic in terms of people's comfort level.
- 29:40Right.
- 29:41Right.
- 29:41For sure.
- 29:42And you have to give them time to think about it as well.
- 29:45Because not everybody is ready.
- 29:47Everybody is ready at different times
- 29:50to do videos.
- 29:51Absolutely.
- 29:51Absolutely.
